Best place we ever stayed! Clean. Comfortable bed! Great pool. Great breakfast! Our room had a jacuzzi tub. We will definitely be back.

Our new go-to hotel when traveling thru Amish country! Everything was perfect-- great breakfast, pool & hottub, board game area, walkability to shops, decor.

We stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned our room, changed towels and toiletries everyday. The room and bathroom are much bigger. The jacuzzi is almost twice the size compared to other hotels. We will surely come back again.

Clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast including scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausages, waffles station and other usual breakfast items. Real plates and utensils, not a paper-plastic ones. Clean pool and Jacuzzi area with pleasant air and water temperature, open 6am- 11 pm. Nice fire pit outside. Quiet area and hotel was quiet during our stay. It has a restaurant on site, also there is a spa, but it was closed on Sunday eve.

Spacious room, king size bed, jacuzzi. Fine dining restaurant on premises was convenient and food was excellent. Garage parking a big plus. Also liked the breakfast bar. Location was central to the sites we wanted to see this weekend. Perfect spot for our anniversary weekend.

Great continental breakfast, bed was comfortable, art was beautiful, room was clean, jacuzzi was relaxing, complimentary waters were a nice little touch and I would 100% stay again! Also, the John Jeffries restaurant is a great place to eat!

Very clean and relaxing with great service. My husband and I got a room with jacuzzi and we also sat at the bar inside. The staff was very kind. Within walking distance of restaurants and things to do.

Cleanliness, the loft room is beautiful and cozy We didn't want to leave Jacuzzi was a bonus. Bed was super comfy and overall the room was much larger than I thought. Thank you, I would love to stay again.

Loved the jacuzzi in the room. The room was very large. Loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom. The room had a very romantic atmosphere. There was a rose on our bed when we arrived. Love it!

I have stayed at this hotel twice and hoping to stay again! Beds were clean and comfortable, quiet hours enforced! It’s clean, large room, and breakfast was great, had many choices of gluten free and other breakfast items! There were soaps, amenities, WiFi, hair dryer, refrigerator, and hangars to hang up clothes, even an iron! Loved the shower heads and hot water in the bathroom! Staff were friendly and were around 24/7! The parking lot was well lighted and Friendly’s Restaurant was right across the street! Large selection of drinks, coffees, teas, available 24/7. ♥️♥️🥰

The staff was extremely friendly & very helpful. It was so clean, modern and very inviting. The beds & pillows were so comfortable and they give you a selection of soft & firm pillows. The bathrooms were very roomy, super clean and we loved the walk in tile shower. The breakfast was good, plenty of options and the coffee was fresh ground & fabulous!!! We will definitely stay with Avid in the future!

Staff was friendly, hotel and rooms were very clean. Their beds were extremely comfortable. Convenient to everything! Tanger outlets, Rockvale outlets, downtown Lancaster was a short drive, kitchen Kettle was a short drive, many restaurants close by. The hotel has a snack store open 24 hours, and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours. Includes free breakfast. Hot breakfast sandwich, premade omelette, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurts and fruits. Great location, great stay.

This place had a modern/ new vibe; it had an Ikea decor vibe. The standard double was very comfortable and had a small refrigerator. It was unusual that there was no dresser for putting your clothes - which we didn't mind as we tend not to put our clean clothes in the drawers anyway. The bathroom was large and had an exhaust fan that wasn't super loud. The walk-in shower had a foot ledge, should you need to shave your legs or just to better able to wash your feet. The room and the overall facility was immaculate. Love that there was no carpeting in the room. The pool is small - but hey they have a pool and a really good gym. The breakfast was a self-serve full breakfast. There was 24/7 complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate station. They have a market with beverages, snacks, ice cream and some microwaveable meals in the lobby area. Overall good vibe. Would definitely recommend and would be a return guest.

Just spent 2 days in the area exploring Amish country which is close by and centrally located. The hotel is extremely clean, modern and well managed. Our king size bed was very comfortable, the room was immaculant, they served an excellent breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, home fries, juice, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagles, english muffins, yogurt and tea. They have an indoor, heated pool and work out room, free unlimited ice. We stayed two nights and we were very happy, especially since the rate with taxes came out to about $121.00 per night. Can't beat that. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but if you are looking for a clean, modern, comfortable, well located motel in the middle of Amish country, you could do worse.

The room we had was on the second floor right near the elevator so occasionally it could get noisy. We had someone above us walking heavy and running quite a bit but it happens. Otherwise our stay was nice. The breakfast varieties were good and hot and kept full by the staff. Bed was on the hard side but that was fine. Too bad most hotels have such high beds for a short person but that seems to be normal. Otherwise it slept well. The room was very clean and plentiful towels. Staff was helpful, nice and professional. Having a walkin shower with sliding doors was nice even if the shower head is very high and difficult to reach to adjust the settings. We had a suite so the extra sink was great along with cabinets and a small counter area. Fridge was a bit bigger which was helpful. We had a couch, chair and desk chair that was pretty decent. Lots of space to spread out. The extra table on wheels was terrific to roll around for a meal in the room along with a small table beside the chair was a nice touch. There is a bench for putting a suitcase on as well and a coffee table in front of the couch. We enjoyed our stay and we're happy to have plenty of space. Will stay here again. One downside is a Venue for weddings and such beside the hotel that uses the hotel parking lot which makes it VERY difficult to get parking when there is something going on at The Willows. There are signs up about no parking there that should be dealt with.

We jav been going to this area twice a year for years and staying at Holiday Inn Express was by far the best place we stayed at. All the staff went out of their way to extra sweet to us, always saying hi and good morning to us in passing. They asked several times if there was anything they could do to help us. Free breakfast was AMAZING! Having free fresh brewed coffee 24/7 for all guest was sooo nice and convenient. Swimming was really relaxing. Pool was really nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was the first time staying at this hotel. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by Amish Farmlands! We had a suite. Great room, nice and spacious with an extra sink. Nice and spacious bathroom as well. Great lighting. The only suggestion I would give is to have more that 2 trash cans in the room. That would make it a bit better. Beds were comfortable. Pillows could use some updating. Pool was clean. Didnt have the breakfast, but it seemed like there was alot to offer. We would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel was excellent. The price was definately a great value. Kitchen/breakfast area was very good.. pancake maker was excellent. Coffee maker was excellent, excellent setup of various breakfast foods, the area was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Desk/counter spaces were very clean. Room was well lit. The bathroom was very clean, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & body wash, towels, hairdryer. A few makeup remover towelettes on the counter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed ourselves. Pool water and air could have been a little warmer. But it was very clean. We highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Always a wonderful stay at this hotel! Clean, quiet, and a nice breakfast. The parking lot is well lit. We feel very safe at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are typically not at all crowded during the day. I noticed they have added some outdoor seating. That is a nice touch.

Nice spacious suite with 1 BR, with kitchenette, two TVs, awesome gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Pillows were very comfy and bed on the firm side. Breakfast provided with good variety of delicious food, even though it wasn't their busy time of year. Beautiful Indoor pool and hot tub available but we forgot our suits. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 24 hr lobby store for snacks, toiletries and gifts.

My husband and I got a day and night away from our teenagers for the first time in years. This hotel was fantastic! The lobby is fancy and beautiful. The large gathering room was our view from our window, which was nice. There was an event happening in the evening but it wasn't loud. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. The jacuzzi tub in the room worked nicely. Everything in the room was extremely clean. We didn't use the pool this stay, but we have in the past and it's clean and huge. The people at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was that we couldn't get the temperature of the room down to a very comfortable level. It was one of those warm November days and this was an interior room, so I can understand. Overall, I highly recommend!

Room was spacious and clean, with plenty of outlets for charging devices. Excellant WIFI. Bedding was exceptional. Bathroom was fine but no walk-in shower. Restaurant was limited but no worries as there's a great restaurant across the parking lot. Breakfast was average.

We had an excellent stay. The person that checked us into the front desk was not that friendly unfortuantely. However when I went back to complain about my room upon check in she moved us to my preferred location with no issues at all. Note the King bed rooms overlook the atrium and we wanted privacy. We opted for the double bed room with a view of the fountain towards the back. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower was decent and towels were not thin, which is good. We received a warm cookie on check in it was delicious i almost asked for seconds. My teens loved the pool area even used the slide since no one was there late at night. A family came later but pool is pretty large. (Pool closes at 10pm). I enjoyed the fitness center as well. We were in town for a play at Sight and Sound and traveled about 15 minutes to get there and back. We did not like the buffet breakfast only the fruit and custom omelette were good. All in all it was a good stay and we liked it better than the Eden Resort we stayed at last year. This Hilton had nicer amenities and a bigger room and bathroom. Also next to a Starbucks and other stores.

I really enjoyed staying at DoubleTree in Lancaster, PA. From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming & friendly. The hotel was very clean, almost fancy for me, and beautiful. I love that there's an accessible "Sweet Shop" where snacks can be purchased. The pool is lovely. Very clean & pretty. Towels are provided. Its open until 10pm & thete's an adjacent kiddie section for the little ones. The rooms come stocjed with plenty of towels & pillows (important to me-4 to a bed) & they have comforters not just a thin blanket. It was well worth it for me. There's a restaurant/bar inside and its family friendly. I would definietly return!

This hotel is a hidden gem! We came in for one night and had the most amazing experience. The bar/restaurant is incredible. The pool is huge, clean, and has a separate kids swimming and gaming section.. it was empty and we had the whole thing completely to ourselves. Not only were the food and drinks perfect, but Rosa and Darwin (Dar) at the restaurant are the most hilarious and amazing people who will take care of your every need. This hotel and the staff service are 11/10 I’m telling you, book here! Especially if you have kids, you won’t regret it.

I stay in Lancaster on business about eight times a year and have tried just about every "residence suite" facility in the area. This one ranks as one of the very best. Attention to detail in the design of the rooms is evident everywhere. There are storage bins and shelves for your stuff in every room. There are outlets and USB ports everywhere. They all work. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances. They all work. Basic kitchen utensils are well-stocked and clean. Detergent is provided for the dishwasher (ONLY place I've stayed that provides this common-sense necessity). The shower is enormous, and also has many shelves and ledges for your personal stuff. DItto for the bathroom vanity. The only complaint I have is that the plumbing could be more diligently maintained. The bathroom vanity sink was slow to drain and needed a cleaning. The drain trap in the kitchen beneath the disposal was not properly attached, and if I had not seen this and had it fixed, it could have caused an enormous mess for someone. The guest laundry is cashless, a great convenience. The little store by the front desk actually has stuff you'd want to eat and drink. The staff is friendly and welcoming. All kinds of shopping is within easy walking distance as long as you don't mind walking up and down a hill. Overall, about as close to perfect as I've seen in Lancaster County so far. Highly recommended.

I loved our room it had a kitchenette with a table for two, a living room area with sofa, a large tv and work desk, two queen beds and a modern bathroom Everything was great! For my personal use I would have preferred a shower with a handheld shower feature Otherwise everything was clean and new and beautiful Shout out to staff member, Cole, who helped us with a few things A really nice guy!

Location was great. So convenient to a lot of places. Wegman's is down the hill and they have a pathway for you to walk to get there. The hotel is beautiful, so modern. Breakfast was good - a lot of options and they provide trays so you can take it back to your room if you want. We had the king suite - came with a kitchenette and was very spacious.

Rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, even a stove top. Wine glasses and cork screw came in handy! Very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was great. The breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety, hot and cold choices. Staff were super friendly.

My wife and I routinely stay at this hotel when we visit Lancaster, PA and the Amish country. The hotel is centrally located near several restaurants, to include Passerine, numerous shops and the Central Market (oldest farmers market in US/check hours/days when opened). The hotel is also approximately a 20 minute drive to the heart of the area's Amish country. The hotel staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. The hotel is ideal for conferences and special occasions, such as weddings. The parking lot to the hotel is attached on a seperate street from the main entrance. Over the years we have noticed continued improvement/renovations made at the hotel. For example, the hotel now has a nice lounge area, available to Marriott members with status. The hotel rooms have also been nicely renovated and the hotel has a spa, nice/impressive hotel gym and pool/jacuzzi. We definitely recommend his hotel.

Overall great stay. As a platinum member received access to M lounge, room upgrade, and late checkout. Parking is connected and just a short bridge walk to connect to property, parking can be charged to room just bring your voucher to front desk. Staff is friendly and will try to accommodate requests. Rooms are clean and better than your average Marriott. On-site restaurants are good/tasty, the rooftop at Exchange restaurant has a trendy vibe yet family friendly during the day. The pool is large and heated, I am not sure what temperature it is kept at but 2-3 degrees warmer would’ve been nice, the sauna is perfect temperature. M Lounge / Club lounge is better than average, has breakfast offering, afternoon snacks, evening hours d’oeuvres, beer/wine for purchase, coffee/espresso. Very responsive to chat feature on app, mobile key didn’t always work so we kept a regular key just incase. Great place to use redemption voucher!

Spacious and access to conference centre from inside hotel. Room was clean and had a view of Lancaster. Right in middle of Lancaster so easy access to bars and restaurants. The Exchange was a nice rooftop restaurant and bar Staff were helpful.

The Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is a solid, comfortable hotel in a great downtown location. The property is basically clean and well-kept, with a nice modern feel that fits the area’s historic character. The pool was good, but there weren’t nearly enough towels available, which was frustrating. The restaurant, on the other hand, was excellent: great food and friendly staff that made it worth staying in for dinner. The biggest issue, though, is the parking. The attached garage is a nightmare. Tight spaces, confusing layout, and just not guest-friendly. Add to that a pricey parking fee with no valet service, and it really drags down the overall experience. In short, the hotel itself is comfortable with good amenities, but the parking cost and and lack of convenience, keep it from being as good as it could be.

Excellent hotel...we got an upgrade to Executive King Rm. Huge room on corner toward the city Square. Loved the view! It was a quiet time. .elevators were fast. Could walk to everything from hotel. Clean, safe and very convenient to parking garage. Rooftop bar was fun.

WE NEVER STAYED AT A IHG HOTEL BEFORE. SO WE WERE SO SHOCKED TO SEE A FULL KITCHEN IN THE ROOM, THE ROOM WAS PERFECT FOR 3 ADULT PEOPLE. THE TABLE WAS PERFECT FOR EATING AT, THERE WAS EVEN A RECLINER IN THE ROOM. THAT WAS PERFECT FOR ME BECAUSE HALF THE NIGHT I SLEEP SITTING UP AND THE RECLINER WAS PERFECT PERFECT FOR ME. THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN EVEN BOOKING OUR FUTURE STAYS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR AND WE JOINED IHG REWARDS AS WELL.

I liked that the location of the hotel was close enough to the highway and to local restaurants and stores. The room sizewas perfect for a long weekend getaway. Room was clean, towels were clean an soft, the amentities that came with the room/hotel were perfect. The staff was great. Check in/out was easy. The hotel outside property was clean as well. Parking lot was nicely paved and plenty of parking.

Our stay was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having the kitchenette was very convenient and the free laundry services were a plus! Already booked rooms for our future trips!

Only there (1) night but loved the suite room. It was spacious. King size bed. It had a small kitchen with full size fridge and sitting room. Big bathroom also. Very comfortable and quiet during sleeping hours considering it was New Years Eve. Very clean also. Downside is there is no breakfast or bar on premises which hubby would have preferred. There is an indoor pool but we did not use it so I cannot comment on it. It’s 3 min away from Dutch Apple theater which was a plus given our New Year’s Eve venue was there and a short drive.

Best hotel in Lancaster! From management to maintenance the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. Not to mention a full kitchen and the best bed I've slept in yet! We thank all of the staff for our great month and a half long stay while waiting on an apartment

After seeing the prior reviews regarding Jay, the front desk manager, I was apprehensive about staying at this Holiday Inn Express. I am happy to report that all interactions with the front desk staff were efficient, helpful and welcoming! During my time here staff training was taking place and I appreciate the hotel taking IHG standards seriously. I found the front desk ladies wonderful to interact with and they happily aided me with advice for activities in the area and were very friendly when allowing me to switch my room to a front facing one upon check-in. I saw no sign of said Jay at all during my stay and customer service was extremely professional even surpassing my expectations. I found my room to be very clean & comfortable with no plumbing issues, at all, and breakfast was up to Holiday Inn Express Standards. The pool is open until 10 PM but it looks like the hot tub was removed. The hotel is in a VERY convenient area with gas stations, convenience stores, fast food, the airport and a 24 hour diner (Knight & Day) less then a mile away, yet noise is not issue. Know that the hotel’s location is extremely close to historic downtown Lititz. I wish HIE in Lititz all the best moving forward and will not hesitate to stay with them again.

All the Staff is Amazing, friendly, resourceful, helpful treated us like family. Hotel was super clean, hot showers, great water pressure, loved the tub. The bed was really comfortable. Thankful for a full kitchen plus washer and dryer, was able to bring all clean clothes back home. Perfect place to stay 💯 . Katrina was Phenomenal at the front desk 👏, and Lathatong. Everything was in top shape. I don’t know how old the building is, but it all looked new. The staff was also exceptional. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, and helpful. And the young man who took care of the breakfast area kept everything filled and clean. The breakfast was very good, even the coffee!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I realize it’s not always possible, but we were lucky to be allowed to check in an hour early. We were very grateful for that. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was definitely better than most I’ve had over the last year and a half. We had planned on swimming in the pool but we never got a chance. But water felt warm and pool area was clean. Easy quick drive to downtown Lititz

The reception staff were all friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We were a bit concerned because it was near the pool, but there was little-to-no noise. The breakfast buffet is large and varied, and even though there was a large group there one morning, the staff was on top of everything.

Everything was fabulous & up to date. We appreciate the gluten free options at breakfast. Taking our pup was great because the designated grass area was right close to our room. Entire hotel was peaceful even being pet friendly. Loved the room! High ceilings & modern set up. Very clean! Shower was spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay again! There are a few restaurants @ Starbucks literally within a short walking distance.

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool area was nice. There were a lot of outdoor areas set up for hanging out and socializing. It was our family of three and our two dogs, the facilities provided for our dogs were well maintained and very convenient. I love that the included breakfast starts at 6am because I am an early riser. They had a different entree every morning(Western omelette and ham, cheese omelette and turkey sausage, French toast) plus they had juices, English muffins, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and make your own Belgian waffles available every morning. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient, there are 6 restaurants in walking distance.

The location was perfect for us. We stopped to see a relative in Mt. Joy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We'd definitely return next time we're in the area. The young man at the desk couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name but he was leaving for a week's vacation in Puerto Rico.

We really enjoyed this hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and plentiful even when we arrived a short time before it ended. Clean rooms which are very quite at night so you can get a good nights rest. We will definitely return!

The breakfast was reaoly terrific witheggs and a meat (sometimes potatoes), and all the other items one would expect for breakfast. It was always well stocked and the breakfast lady was friendly and always very cheerful. and helpful. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy your breakfast.

Perfect..newer...modern amenities in room. Fresh clean and good options for breakfast. Checking in and out smoothe. Quiet even near highway. Convenient for highway access with food and gas. Sheets gas next door, good food. Shower good. Facility is 3 years old.

Nice clean quiet room. Easy to get to from Rte 283. There are a couple of restaurants withing a short drive. Check in was easy, the staff friendly. The TV had a welcome greeting with my name on it along with my IHG points. The room spacious and included a work desk, but no desk phone. I did could not sit at the desk with my lap top while speaking on phone. The common area by the lobby was spacious and had plenty of seating and public work stations. The morning breakfast selection included fruits, muffins and bananas.

Clean Hotel with exceptional front desk staff. Arrived a few hours before official check-in time and Larry was more than accommodating to put us into an available room. I felt very welcome and cared for. Our room was clean; beds were comfortable; and the bathroom was large and modern. Loved the shower with bypass glass doors! Cheryl also provided plastic utensils for an impromptu outside meal. Breakfast had plenty of choices considering current COVID protocols. Five stars for sure~~I highly recommend this property by Holiday Inn Express!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My friend and I stayed for a full week. The breakfast every morning was delicious. There were so many choices to choose from. The hotel was so clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I have honestly never stayed at a hotel this clean and with a phenomenal breakfast. I highly recommend!!

Clean and new motel. King bed was very comfortable!!! nice modern decor, bed linens. Nice modern clean bathroom, good lighting, great water pressure in shower and nice shower fixture. We just needed a place to sleep close to wedding. I called enroute to see if we could check in early around 2-2:30 as we had wedding nearby at 3pm that would go till midnight. receptionist said she would try to get our room cleaned pronto, she called me back a bit later to say the room was available. We got to see the room, drop off our luggage and freshen up after 2 hr drive before attending wedding. Very pleased with facility and staff.

Hotel staff super friendly. Greeted us nicely and you could tell was very happy to have us. Hotel room nice and clean, soft beds and pillows and the shower was amazing. The outdoor pool was very nice. The hot tub was out of service, maybe they are redoing it. The kids enjoyed the complementary hot coco after swimming in the late evening. Breakfast in the morning was your standard complementary continental breakfast. Very nice and clean. Refilled everything in a timely manner. Overall nice for a short stay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and breakfast was great. It has an outdoor pool. Don’t really like that it’s located nearby the lot. It’s clean. Overall, the hotel and the room is very clean and smells good. I recommend this hotel.

Quiet room, clean, comfortable. Nothing fancy, not much in the way of artwork on the walls, but just what you need for an overnight stay. It's obviously an older property but nicely updated and well maintained. The breakfast was OK. The exercise room, small; three machines and no weights. But this isn't s gym or restaurant. The bathroom is small. The sink/ countertop smaller. But there's plenty of hot water and more than enough very nice towels. The staff is great. Friendly and glad to help and the guy who checked us in wanted our opinion and asked again after we saw our room. You can't ask for better.

We loved the friendly, helpful staff and coffee all day in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable, and we were able to easily control the temperature, which we appreciate since most hotel rooms are too hot. The room was clean with the exception of the shower, which had mold in several spots in the grout.

Our family stayed here for three nights and we were very pleased with this hotel. Not a new building (it had been a Wingate) but Hilton did a recent major renovation to make it into their new Spark brand. Rooms were nicely done. No coffee maker or microwave but comfy beds and pillows. Sitting chair not great but usable. Bathroom and room were clean and fresh. No issues! Breakfast area was nice. Food provided was plentiful but only bagels, yogurt, waffles and coffee and OJ. Still when you consider the awful “hot” breakfast that similar class hotels offer, it was fine. None of us left hungry. Staff was stretched pretty thin. Front desk person had to keep the breakfast area stocked but was hustling to keep it done. She even made a run to Walmart to buy more bagels. Good value overall!

The new remodeled Spark hotel is a GEM! I've stayed at this property in the past and this new refresh is an amazing value! Friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms, great water pressure in the shower, and roomy fitness center. Breakfast is good - fresh fruit, bagels, and waffles! If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head while visiting Lancaster - you won't find better value than Spark.

Our first floor room was clean and quiet. The shower water pressure felt so good. The breakfast offerings were tasty and satisfying. Christine at the front desk was pleasant and helpful in making suggestions. We make an annual trip to Lancaster and will plan on staying here again. It was also very convenient to Sight &Sound Theater.

Hotel is clean and modern. Friendly staff. Quiet for being on main road. Safe parking lot. Breakfast is bagel bar with bagels, cereals, yogurt and fruit. Well kept.

Fab economy Hilton near highway. Renovated this past summer. Awesome ckn in with MS.TONI & follow up...She's the best with her customers serv. Skills. Personable and professional. Garfield was awesome as well. Both were outstanding. LG room and welcome sign w my name on TV screen in room...plenty room..clean..clean and quiet..ice machine nearby & ekevator..luggage carts if needed. Adequate bfast items for free ..new modern furnishings sleek...good pkg out frt. Close to restaurants..outlets..visitor ctr. Walmart $ general and Amish road to sites. Would stay again..1st we had heard of Spark..very pleased.

Check-in was easy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The soap dish in the bathroom had old soap stuck to it, as did the countertop next to the sink. The place needed a cleaning, but I arrived late, was spending one night and didn't shower or remove my shoes.

Room was clean. Customer service very good.

Everything was great, the only complaint is that the pillows are very uncomfortable and due to this sleep was not good. I would suggest to invest in better pillows.

Too much fragrance when I went in the room. I turned the fan on, fragrance was mostly gone a few hours later.

breakfast was fine and had variety of options compared to other hotels in the area. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent. the hotel's location is super being close to Tanger's and Wonder Dutch Land. the room was spacious although there was no proper closet.

The hotel is located in the very nice area in Lancaster County. Close to restaurant and shopping. The property has quite a big outdoor area with pools. Also indoor pool with Jacuzzi rooms are modern and comfortable and have a good standard.

Very clean nice place to stay with a family .There are two big pools and on splash part for little children .also have an indoor pool with a jacuzzi indoors . Staff is nice and friendly .We had no complaints would recommend and stay again with my family of 4

The Eden resort looked great from the multiple great reviews it had and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience to stay there, from the room (the king suite) to the pool and the hottub, to the location of it having everything nearby (the sheetz gas station was so great for anything we needed), it was a really great time.

We stayed in a villa in the 400 building- 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, full kitchen, and looked like it was recently renovated. Balcony is off the 1st level living room and overlooks the pool and outdoor amenity area, it was too early in the season so they weren’t in use yet. Room was quiet. Bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable and we slept great! Bed was firm but not hard, and the sheets were so soft. The shower had a rain head, water pressure was great. We ordered room service the last night we were there; Caesar salad and meat flatbread (which was a round pizza, not a flatbread- not complaining!). Food was good and was delivered quickly. We came to Lancaster for a short getaway, and wanted a comfortable hotel and figured we’d Lyft to downtown on Saturday. Totally lucked out with 80 degree weather in March! We had drinks and food at Tellus 360, then a perfect Manhattan at Yorgos. Overall, we had a perfect stay at the Eden Resort and would rerun next time we visit.

Visited hotel during a trip for a wedding. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room was located across the parking lot, in bldg.#9. Room was very clean and spacious. Large shower. Small fridge with complimentary water bottles. Heard no noise from other rooms and the hotel was full. Only two complaints and one involves the room...NO coffee machine. With this price point and quality of hotel I do not expect to have to walk outside & across a parking lot to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Which leads to complaint number two, no breakfast option. I could probably overlook this if I could have easily gotten coffee to hold me until we ventured out for breakfast. It was pouring rain the entire morning so the coffee dash was not happening. The only interaction with staff was at check in and check out. Very friendly and walked us part way over to bldg#9 as initially the location was very confusing. Would I stay again? Yes, with my single serve Keurig in my luggage. I have had a coffee pot in a room that was half the price. Special mention for one of the most comfortable/cozy/welcoming lobbies I've encountered.

We loved our stay at the Cork Factory Hotel and would highly recommend for the ambience, comfortable, spacious room, well-appointed bathroom and nice shower, easy walking distance to Lancaster restaurants and sights, friendly and helpful staff and cool vibe. You can feel the history of this former factory through the exposed brick walls and wooden beams (and the wooden stairs - take those!) along with the tasteful and comfy renovations to make it a really pleasant and unique hotel stay. Understand what others said about the noise sometimes traveling but disagree that no breakfast onsite was a minus - there's many great coffee + places a five minute walk away, as is Central Market. Could also drive easily to cute nearby towns like Lititz. Thumbs up for this place!

Most recent visit to the Cork Factory was wonderful, as it has always been over the years. Unlike some others, we have never heard our neighbors, and the room was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful shower. Coffee 6—10 am in lobby was delicious and when we asked we got a great list of breakfast restaurants in the area— we chose Prince Street Cafe and the food there was super. ( There is a small area of refrigerated food for sale in the lobby, so you will not starve.)The Cork and Cap Restaurant on site served dinner Wednesday through Saturday, and we liked the food and the service so much the first night, that we went there again on the second night. Finally, I had some visitors, and it was very nice to host them in the hotel lobby. Will be back anytime we are in Lancaster.

The toilet in room #231 building #9 needs to be taller. It was very low for my husband 6ft tall. Loved the big shower but it's a little slippery when wet. We put a towel on the shower floor so not to fall. The bed and pillows were good and there were extra pillows and blankets in the room. A microwave would have been nice but the frig was nice and kept things cold and could put our ice packs in freezer. One we got to know the hotel area it was easier to find our building. Our building was only 2 stories and we kept hearing noise above us but no rooms above!! Nice shampoo, lotion and hand soap with nice scent. There were cobwebs on the wall and near the windows so need more cleaning in that department overall the room was clean the bathroom was big and looked updated. The people at the desk were nice, welcoming and very polite. We had a ice and soda machine on our floor which was convenient. We ate breakfast at Rachel's crepes and nice people working there and everything is a crepe there. Another morning we ate at Gracie's on Main Street. Very good food you can get breakfast or lunch and the people were very nice there and you get alot of food for the price!! Its in Eden! We love coming to Lancaster the Amish county and usally stay in the heart of the hotels food and outlet malls near Dutch Wonderland on Lincoln Highway E. Lancaster that's where all the food resturants are close by if you stay in that area.

so very clean and quaint. had everything on-site. we enjoyed a couple massage that was excellent and enjoyed the restaurant and coffee shop onsite. our room was an old tabacco farm type barn. huge king jacuzzi. we had such a great stay.

Everything it was such a beautiful place our room. Was it old to bag? A barn turned into a single room with a large king size bed and a massive jacuzzi .

I have been here multiple times and this luxurious place has never been a disappointment. Everything is first class, beautiful and a relaxing get away for any couple. Beautiful relaxing pool area, we had a king suite with jacuzzi with a very private area. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Definitely give this place a place on your travel list.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked last minute and regretfully ended up in the basement part of the hotel. Although great effort has been done to make the rooms comfortable, personally I did not care from the dungeon feel. Our room was very clean and we did sleep comfortably. The restaurant was very good, and even though we were unable to get a reservation on the dinning room, the service by the bar tables was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained, loved the gardens. Breakfast is served on the cafe/bakery and was surprisingly plentiful and delicious. We look forward to visiting again, this time planning ahead.

Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. The Inn is beautiful and clean. I had the best facial ever at the spa.The onsite restaurant was not only convenient, but delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This property feels like a hidden gem! My husband, who is VERY particular, was really impressed. The staff are amazing and so helpful, especially Tammy, the Manager, and Jess at the front desk! The amenities ( 2 indoor pools, hot tub, jacuzzi tub, spacious suites) are great. There are plenty of things to explore on the property and several things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning!

The dinner buffet was outstanding. All offerings were flavorful. The turkey was tender, the mashed potatoes were REAL, the meatloaf was perfect. It is amazing how quickly tables are made ready to keep the wait to a minimum. Everything was well done. Servers work hard so generously tip them! The room was perfect; comfortable bed. Modern bedding. The outdoor pool was refreshing. Location was perfect.

The inn is in a perfect location. You can get to outlets, restaurants, shops, all in a matter of minutes. On premises breakfast buffet was awesome, so many delicious choices which included juice and beverages. Staff is so friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.

We loved everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean the employees were extremely friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. I have been staying at the Bird in Hand family inn for over 40 years. My parents took me there as a child many times, I have taken my children and now that they are grown I still love to visit Lancaster and stay at the Bird in Hand family Inn. We caught a show at the Bird in Hand stage. It was wonderful! We can’t wait to visit again.

I like that there was a jacuzzi tub in the room for such a low price.

One of the best stays I have ever stayed. calm and peaceful surrounded by Amish farms. Next to Dutch wonderland and sight and sound, walkable distance to Tanger outlet. Polite and helping staff. We have amazing food options available in and around the place. Located at the center within a radius of a mile for all the tourist attractions. Pet friendly too. Have been here with my family and we all had a great time. Wish to be here again and again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

It's a simple hotel but good for the price, the pool is clean it's nice to spend some time, the rooms are very clean and organized, it's hibiscus close to restaurants, outlet and more shops to make good shopping really everything is close, the staff very friendly and friendly.
