To the beautiful views and decor, to the spa treatments we enjoyed, to the dining restaurant & food, Thankyou to all the attentive staff in every area of this hotel they where outstanding, they couldn't do enough to make our stay luxurious and relaxing..... Everything from the moment we were picked up from the airport until we left was just amazing. Stayed in room number 5 and had amazing views from balcony and bedroom. Staff are very attentive and friendly . Perfect way to start our honeymoon many thanks

We arrived to a lovely welcome to a gorgeous place surrounded by amazing plants, sea views and near the beach. All the staff were wonderful and we felt so relaxed chilling out in the sun and enjoying breakfast both on our terrace and in the restaurant. We loved the celebrations Lani's put on for the guests, drinks and small eats for the St Patricks Parade which happened in the middle of our visit and travelled past with dancing, music, local fire brigade and other organisations, stilts, vintage cars and bikes. We would love to return - as soon as we can get some time off - we will.

Total luxury . Treated like royalty. Sea views, breakfast when you’re ready, no set time. Cava , soft drinks and water all included. Food fabulous . Dining room with an amazing view. Complementary laundry service. The most luxurious pool beds we have ever had. Lots of wee extra touches too . We will be back.

Lovely spacious bungalow with a bonus upgrade to one with a jacuzzi, a great pool area there was always sunbeds available and it was lovely and clean

The apartment was in pristine condition - ours had two bed rooms and a Jacuzzi ! Two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen / lounge area. The Jacuzzi was placed in the private terrace where we also had a table with four chairs and two sun loungers ! The number 30 bus which loops playa Blanca has a stop rite across the street ! You can go anywhere in playa Blanca for €1.48 ! The pool area is very quiet and on most days only us and one or two other couples used it .. 10 out of 10 !!

Excellent location close to the wild beaches, but also shops and (simple) restaurants. If you need a bigger choice of shopping and restaurants, it's 15-minute walk to the marina. Spacious bungalows with a jacuzzi, a garden with barbeque and big open space views. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. Also possible to cook and enjoy a quiet dinner in the garden.

I really liked the stay. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet — I hardly saw any neighbors during my stay, which made it incredibly relaxing. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning. We received complimentary wine and water, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The water was warm and clean. We could cook in the apartment and there were all the necessary tools & cutlery included.

Honestly, everything was great. Upon arrival we were received by taxi services arranged by hotel, ride was great. They have children seats of all ages in a van. Hotel staff are friendly and doing their best to help always. Villa was stunning. We had one with jacuzzi. Clean, kitchenette had everything for your comfort, I mean literally everything. I enjoyed cooking lovely breakfasts and we had them on the terrace. Weather was amazing and we took a ride every day to Playa Flamingo by taxi, from hotel to playa Flamingo it’s only 6-7£ for a ride. Taxi services amazing in this country, average waiting time 2 min. There is a lovely beach nearby. Was a bit worried about departure, because we had to be at the airport by 6 am. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us 1 day in advance and taxi came literally minute into minute. Everything is fantastic and I’ll probably come back there with friends. This time I stayed with mom and my 5 year old daughter. My daughter enjoyed kids swimming pool during the hot hours of the day. We have never been disturbed by any other customers. It’s very quiet. We all got everything we needed during our holiday in your hotel. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

The location was brilliant, only a 10 minute drive down to Puerto Del Carmen with plenty of restaurants, shops and a very nice beach. The suites themselves were very quiet in a cul de sac, with virtually no traffic noise. The suites themselves were modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The outside patio area in Suite 4 was lovely for spending an afternoon just chilling and enjoying the sunshine. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing - lovely food, nice variety and plenty to start the day off with!

The location was perfect for what we wanted, quiet and relaxing with great sea and mountain views. Graciela and Peter are great hosts and were prompt in responding to any of our requests. The villa is well equipped and ideally situated for touring the island. If you require nightlife Puerto del Carmen is a short drive as is Puerto Calero where there are some nice restaurants.

They had sunbeds and a table outside, perfect for relaxing. Inside, there was a microwave, wine glasses, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine—super convenient! The bed and bathroom were clean, and the location was ideal—right in the middle of Lanzarote, just a 10-minute drive from Timanfaya National Park.

The attention to detail. The flat itself is gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable, the towels soft and everything just works. The breakfast? Halleluja! Fantastic. The host was very helpful and friendly. I can easily recommend it.

A wonderful place to holiday. It has everything you could need. The pools and jacuzzi’s are fab and the easy access to the quiet beach make it a dream to stay in. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. We will be back.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous - the design of the rooms and common areas, the cleanliness, the pool, the jacuzzi, the beaches right next to the hotel, the food, the classy and quiet live music in the evenings, the garden, the general relaxing vibe, and above all the staff. We also loved the turn down service, such a nice touch! We look forward returning to this place :).

We had another lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily, and the staff are always helpful—nothing is too much trouble. One of the great things about this hotel is that there’s minimal bed reserving, so you can always find a sunbed without any issue. That said, it’s a shame that a five-star hotel hasn’t addressed the issue of reserved towels on beds that go unused. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with direct access to the beach—a real bonus. I recommend choosing a higher room to enjoy a better sea view. While the glass screens provide privacy by preventing others from looking in, they also limit the view out, which is unfortunate. Unsurprisingly, the beds with the best views are often reserved early. The hotel is extremely child-friendly, more so than I’ve experienced elsewhere, with many young babies around. The jacuzzi area also doubles as the children’s pool, making it a popular spot for families. I would highly recommend this hotel to those with young children due to the close beach access and fun jacuzzi area. Perhaps the addition of a children’s group or kids’ club would be a great way to offer parents and other guests some quiet time. Despite the increasingly family-oriented environment, I would definitely return to this hotel. It remains a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out . The staff were very helpful. Our room had a jacuzzi bath with shower which was nice however having bad hips I did find it difficult to get in and out . I didn’t ask to change rooms but a walk in shower would have been preferable.

Stunning gardens, excellent location for a quiet relaxing adult holiday. Great evening entertainment, customer service from all staff was excellent. Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi was a real bonus. Must go for a room with a sea view, room and hotel facilities superb. Room very well equipped and proportioned.

Lovely decor, clean sleek lines , spacious rooms with great bathrooms, lovely balcony and all really well maintained. We were there mid December and never a problem for beds at the pool or never queues at the buffet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and ran until 11am which was great, especially if you wanted to get in a yoga or Pilates class before breakfast. One of our main criteria in booking were the spa and fitness classes all included and it didn’t disappoint. There were 3 classes each morning running from 9am - yoga, aerial yoga or Pilates first two session then followed by aqua fit in the pool and then usually stretching/ yoga options also late afternoon - all really well run and never overcrowded- although with only 6 places for aerial yoga it was sometimes oversubscribed , but never an issue as you could follow similar poses on the ground 😉. Spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room - not the biggest but again we were mostly the only ones there. Jacuzzi and bubble beds were located outside and were a bitty chilly due to the time of year. Staff were lovely and always helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel, we would go back !

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The first surprise was that the room we booked got upgraded to a suite with two fabulous balconies, two large flat screens, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, and a complimentary bottle of Lanzarote volcanic wine to taste. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were changed every single day. The pool area was amazing, quiet and pristine, breakfast diverse and food of the highest quality, even the evening entertainment in the Piano bar was top class. Service absolutely amazing - nothing was too much to ask. There's also no petty towel wars at this hotel, no drunks banging around the place at night, the atmosphere is relaxed and classy. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they provided us with a "picnic" to take to the airport with us. We probably had the best food on that Ryanair flight... Definitely recommend!

Spent 10 days here before Christmas. The hotel is fabulous. It's a very relaxed 5 star. We had a very spacious modern room overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. The balcony was well equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs, a small table and a sun lounger. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as cabanas and other seating. The pool was heated which is a great bonus at this time of year. There's a paddle/tennis court and mini golf. There is a great range of yoga/fitness classes everyday. They are included in the price. The instructors were very professional and helpful. They were also a good way to meet other guests. We stayed on a breakfast and evening meal basis. Both were buffet style with lots of choices and freshly cooked options. We thought we would skip a few dinners, but there was nowhere nearby that served the same quality of food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and always went out of their way to help and to simply chat to guests. They seemed genuinely interested in you. They remember preferences in the restaurant. In terms of location , it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. The main entrance is on the main road, but it has a gate directly into the promenade with it's cycle and walking paths and the beach.

Everything! The whole stay was incredible, we traveled for a relaxing holiday and we got what we needed in La isla y el mar. We got princess treatment there, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was vast clean and very cosy either everything you will need. Breakfast was also perfect every morning and well organised. The location also is perfect near to the beach and restaurant. A plus for the jacuzzi side in the pool, so relaxing after a day in the pool or beach. I will definitely come back

The staff are excellent and always so friendly. The hotel provided me and my parents with a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi on the terrace. There is a taxi rank just outside the hotel which is really handy. About a 15 walk to the start of the seafront promenade. The breakfast was perfect. Large selection. The staff are excellent. The coffee machine was not super if you are really into your coffee. I’d prefer if it was made from a regular machine and not those industrial digital ones

This was our second time at this hotel, having visited at the same time last year. As before we had a great stay for a week. There was initially a minor mix-up over our pick-up from the airport, which we had booked in advance. There was no car to meet and greet us as we had booked. But when we phoned the hotel, they quickly sorted it out by paying for a taxi there and then. Also when we arrived at reception, they gave us an upgrade from an ocean-view room to a deluxe suite with a private jacuzzi. Much more than we expected. So a great start to a great week. Everything about this small intimate hotel is excellent, the original eco-design, the rooms and facilities, the Kentia gourmet restaurant and cocktail bar, the locally-inspired planting and most of all the friendly helpful staff. They are all highly trained to give individual care and attention. The hotel was fully booked whilst we were there, so occasionally, the pool-bar staff became a little overwhelmed by guest requests. A simple solution would be at least 3 or 4 staff on duty during busy times or a dedicated pool boy/girl for sunbeds etc. A very minor fault in an otherwise perfect hotel. If you want 5 star in Lanzarote - La Isla Yel Mar is the place.

Enjoyed my stay at the Gran Hotel and Spa. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, right by the beach. It's the tallest building there, so you can't miss it. The spa was a great feature, though it was discounted due to the jacuzzi being closed. The rooftop bar is a nice place to watch the sunset but I wouldn't recommend the food.

The location was perfect, lovely quiet hotel, the spa was so relaxing at quiet a good cost compared to spas in Ireland. The indoor pool was lovely and I was surprised to see how quiet it was in the morning loads of spaces to chill, by 12 noon we moved to the sun loungers out on the deck to get the sun and there was still lots of availability. Great music at night with a full band. The buffet for breakfast had so much options. On àrrival we were given a glass of wine, and the hotel dropped champagne and a small cake to my room when they notice my birthday date from scanning my passport. We really wanted to relax for a few days, one night we traveled to Puerto del Carmon which is a lot more lively, the ride cost €20 in a taxi and was 10 minutes away. The area around the hotel is quiet...the beach is amazing and you have the option of renting loungers for the beach. It was such a fabulous hotels views from the 17 floor cafe was amazing. Will 100% return

We had visited the Gran Hotel briefly a couple of years ago and decided to go again ,this time for 5nights. We weren’t disappointed. The hotel really is first class and we had a tenth floor sea view suite. The welcoming team really were welcoming and friendly.The suite we had was large and spotlessly clean and all the staff were so warm and friendly and always on hand to help. The buffet breakfast was first class with a range of hot andcold food to satisfy everyone and again the staff were superb..We also had a dinner in the Alarz restaurant on the ground floor which was excellent,while the pool bar on second floor was spacious and just right for a lunch or drink (we had both). Also food,drinks and snacks are served in Bar17 on 17th floor with fabulous views over the city and the sea. Overall this is a great hotel with lovely staff and superb facilities (try the Spa) and we can’t wait to return

Fabulous view - just as I had hoped. Room spacious and well laid out, lovely decorations and facilities. Really felt luxurious and comfortable. My teenage children LOVED it, esp the automatic blinds! Hotel pool was gorgeous. Restaurant food excellent. Views from 17th floor bar exceptional. All staff helpful and friendly. Very accommodating and hospitable. Well worth the money - felt like a real treat. Also a few steps from a very pleasant beach, which you can look at from the (covered) pool terrace, or walk to for a swim.

Just home from an amazing week. From checkin where you have your welcome drink to then shown up to your room. When you open the door & the window curtains open automatically , the views of the beach are amazing. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We were on half board and the selections and the quality of the food was beautiful, ( drinks to your meal were so reasonable priced) The spa was one of the best weve experienced. Everywhere in hotel was spotless clean& an amazing perfumed smell, All in all a wonderful relaxing week. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankyou to all the management and staff , you have got it right. AMAZING

A very big, comfortable, quiet room with jacuzzi on the balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we loved their service. Especially the girl at the desk of the buffet: she made sure we took note of every plant-based option. A muchos gracias to her!! Location is perfect: right at the beach and boulevard. A perfect base to discover the rest of this beautiful island by bike or car. The infinity pools are a great place to relax for a moment. The one at the front has a great seaview. We booked another stay for the end of summer.

My Partner and I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel, what an amazing place! We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which we used every night, definitely had the wow factor, all nice and clean and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were well laid out with 2 pools that weren’t too busy and a nice temperature. We opted for all inclusive and we both were very impressed with the food. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of food including a cook station where you can get omelettes and fired eggs. There were 3 restaurants where 2 off them you had access throughout the daytime where you just order food from a menu so it didn’t feel like the traditional buffet style which was nice. The “Breeze” restaurant was extremely high quality food although it wasn’t your typical food you would expect. The burgers here were a bit to posh which ruined them with a big block of goats cheese and the meat wasn’t what you expect from a burger, but with all inclusive it was great trying food that you wouldn’t normally try, the carbonara was delicious. The other restaurant “Sports Bar” was more bar style food such as ribs, chicken wings and skin on fries which also was delicious. The evening buffet restaurant was great with plenty of good food. If I was to have one criticism the staff were not that consistent, some were amazing with great service and others seemed not as happy to be at work. But this was ok and we will definitely be coming back 10/10

BOOKING 1 SUITE 1 SUPERIOR DOUBLE. Almost everything about this hotel was excellent. Almost all staff were welcoming and friendly. Variety and quality of food served was exceptional. Suites are perfect if you are not looking for a perfect sea view. All are on ground floor with a very poor view of the sea but if you dont mind that, go for a suite, lots of little extras plus the added feature of jacuzzi bath in bedroom area. The little extras and space are well worth the extra money. Slightly disappointed with superior double room. Nothing "Superior ' about it copmpared to the double rooms except higher floor - so better view of sea - but double seaview room floor 3 is exactly the same room with same view for less money.Bed was comfortable though. Special congratulations to Antonio in bar and Rebecca in reception 👏 for making our experience so special. Heated pool is a real bonus.

Prime location right in front of the beach. Enjoyed a pleasant view of the sea from the hotel, enhancing the overall experience. Convenient access to the promenade adds to the overall appeal. Proximity to essential amenities such as a supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and the airport (approximately 20 mins by car). Beds were very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The personnel, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally helpful and kind. Staff members were attentive and fast in addressing requests, contributing to a positive and efficient service. The hotel's interior, adorned with many plants, provided a visually appealing and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Hotel Grand Teguise for those seeking a well-located, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing accommodation option in the area.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Perfect location, direct access to a lovely beach. Heated 29c outdoor pool. Pool area with lots of seating areas to relax. Good variety of food every night. Excellent breakfast options. Rooms modern and spacious with beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Had everything we needed in it. Close to shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. Staff lovely and helpful when needed. Was there for a 70th birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room as a surprise. This was a lovely gesture.

Great location on the sea front, in the centre of the resort, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy. Staff were mostly all very friendly and efficient. The room (Superior Double ) was light and airy and a good size. There was sufficient draws and cupboard space and sufficient coat hangers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. There was a magnifying mirror which with the good lighting was fine for doing obes make up. Breakfasts were great, a big selection which varied daily and of a good quality. The pool area was very clean and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. These were comfortable and easy to move. Very clean

This hotel is my favourite hotel of all time it's stunning inside and out , the panoramic views are to die for ,the location is perfect next to bars and restaurants, the staff are so lovely it has a family feel about the hotel as this is our second time here returning guests get to have a meeting and discuss things with the managers and get a lovely drink and souvenir too which I think is a lovely touch the managers are so kind and easy to talk too. The food in the restaurant is still fabulous something for everyone the drinks and snacks are also brilliant!! The rooms are modern bright all with panoramic views!!! The Animation team are so good at their job kind patient and funny!! All in all I want to say thanks to the Grand Teguise Playa for giving us another special stay with you we will be back... regards Julie & John Lawrence.

Overall, it was a decent stay at Secrets Lanzarote. We were upgraded to an Ocean View suite (we had booked a Partial Ocean view suite) and it was well maintained and good in size. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good pressure, all the expected amenities were included (robe, slippers, plenty of towels, hairdryer, mirror, wardrobes, safe etc.) and there were also two large televisions. Unfortunately, there was a horrible sewage smell from the toilet which we asked to be looked at multiple times during the stay but ultimately had to just put up with it. And whilst the minibar should have been restocked every day as part of the price of the room, we had to request this each day. The service was both good and bad in parts, depending on the staff member. Some were terribly unhelpful (borderline rude) and others were absolutely wonderful. Konte, in particular, offered the warmest of welcomes and gave us a lovely tour of the resort. The spa staff were absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed spending the day there as well as our massages. The serving and reception staff, however, were less helpful. The food left a bit to be desired, however, and I'm very glad we didn't go half or full board. We tried Oceana, the world buffet and Portofino, and all were disappointing. They weren't terrible, but run of the mill food, not much flavour and prices that were far higher than the quality.

A fabulous hotel. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, always smiling (which must be difficult sometimes with the number of entitled people we overheard moaning over nothing and looking for things to moan about!!) and nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge, modern and well equipped. Really comfortable bed and a great night’s sleep. Only there for two nights on B&B board basis, so we used the buffet restaurant. A huge array of food, well cooked and beautifully presented. Seriously, if one couldn’t find something to suit diet/palate, perhaps they should consider avoiding eating out of their homes or bringing their own packed lunch wherever they go! The only issue for me was the mountainous piles of food people took and then left half off… this is what happens I suppose with included-in-the-price meals unfortunately, so much food is wasted. The pool area was busy but managed to find loungers whenever we needed one at various times of the day, and the area was nice and quiet generally. The marina at Puerto Calera is a pleasant walking distance away and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants there along with some shops, although lots of empty shop units perhaps a sign of the times. There are “submarine” trips available from the marina (expensive I felt, at +/- £65pp for a one hour round trip) and a water taxi service to take you into Puerto del Carman. This hotel is perfect for those looking to kick back and relax.

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Secrets Lanzarote. We opted to upgrade to Preferred Club (which I would recommend). We initially stayed in a double room but were very fortunate to be upgraded on our second day to a junior suite. Both rooms were lovely and not too much difference between them. The staff there are wonderful, extremely attentive, polite and friendly. The food was excellent and drinks included the premium spirits as part of the all inclusive package. The hotel is easy walking distance from the port where you'll find a range of good restaurants (Mumbai Masala was amazing!) and a water taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. It's a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday but you may find it too quiet if you prefer a bit of bustle and night life. There are cats who live at the hotel. They're very friendly if you interact with them but otherwise leave you alone. They are well looked after. Overall a fantastic holiday and we can see why people return time and time again.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

The warmest welcome when we arrived, with Cava. Truly fabulous staff, always friendly and attentive. Our stay was one week Ultimate Luxury (their term for all inclusive). The 3 younger adults paid £60 each for access to the spa for 4 days, they found it excellent. Everything else was covered. Breakfast - ample choice, to suit all our tastes (5 of us). Very relaxed. Cava available every morning ! Lunch - again, ample choice, also varied from day to day, relaxed. Dinner - a la carte every night, high quality, we enjoyed many beef and pork steaks cooked to perfection, I would also mention beef and octopus carpaccio starters (in different restaurants). The inclusive wines were good. Never difficult to get a table. Very comfortable room (standard double, but we had a partial sea view), great shower with torrent of water at constant temperature. Lovely gardens, making good use of the gradient down to the sea. Thank you for a memorable holiday, we hope to return !

Overall lovely quiet centrally located apartments. Looked for a late check out as we had a late flight. Storage facilities for bags and lovely clean shower facilities with towels available. Would definetly stay there again.

This is a great place for families with children. my son is 3 so the small pool was perfect for him to play in safely and the pools are also heated so very relaxing. We loved the apartment, newly renovated and modern. Simple but perfect for a week or two. The beds were very comfortable. The accommodation and grounds are very clean and well managed. Nice and helpful staff and an amazing cleaning crew who turned over our apartment several times during our short stay and even washed our dishes!

Absolutely love our stay. The staff are so efficient and any requests are promptly responded to via a tablet you are provided with on arrival. Our four bedroom ocean front villa had stunning views, a large pool and jacuzzi as well as a hammock which my teenager loved. Slight issue with ants initially was dealt with immediately and no other problems all holiday. Villas cleaned each day and also offer a turn down service each evening with a chocolate on your pillow. The villas is quite rustic internally which we liked And spacious but the kitchen and bathrooms need upgrading. I’m sure this will happen in the future once the spa and restaurant opens. Most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in away from home. There’s a shop on site and you can email ahead of your arrival for provisions to be placed in your villa which is handy if you are on a late flight in. Another excellent stay to celebrate my 70th and we will definitely return :)

My wife and I stayed in a 3 bed villa at Heredad Kamezi Villas, in July 2011. We arrived at 1900hours at the villa to find the reception closed! So with an envelope of instructions we made our own way to the villa! Initial thoughts where disconcerting! We where both hungry and the shop in the complex was also closed( opening hours 0830-1800)! There was no welcome food pack apart from a bowl of fruit. First impressions of the villa where how spacious and clean it was. We stayed in the Robin Williams Villa. (all villas have famous people's names!) The reception staff where extremely friendly and welcoming, the cleaners too where very thorough in their approach. The complex is perfect if you are after a quiet relaxing break. All villas are private and well maintained. We had the pleasure of using a 2 bed villa also(hot water not working for one day) we used the Ken Follet villa, and found it to be MUCH SMALLER our 3 bed! So our advice is pay the extra and go for a 3bed! The sea front and beach are on the door step of the complex, and shops and restaurants are a short walking distance away. Views out to sea are amazing at night and there is a lighthouse nearby to add to the romance ! We loved the complex and villa and highly recommend it.

Peace and quiet - friendly - clean - pretty - landscaping around the villas. Breakfast delivery every morning. Such a lovely change from the norm. The AMAZING food at the restaurants. What an amazing place to celebrate our 20 years of marriage! According to other reviews, the usual photos, etc it seemed the right place for us. But we had no idea that for once none of these did justice to the place. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely well maintained campus, decent little shop for your essentials, good size rooms, well stocked kitchen with fridge freezer, halogen cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. So no need to pack the whole wardrobe! You even get dishwasher tablets replenished and washing-up liquid so no need to buy it yourself. You need your washing powder though. But the best is yet to come - open the sliding doors and you have a lovely terrace with your own private pool, BBQ, and a view that you get only in movies. If you want to eat out there are plenty of places by the marina but there is one place called La Flamenca, about 15 minutes stroll, ask the reception to point you in the right direction. We found this to be the best in 10 days of eating out, so much so that we went back for our last evening meal. You can also find bikes, scooters and quad bikes for hire to enjoy a quick ride to the marina. I even managed to enjoy a bit of shore fishing. In short, last time we visited Playa Blanca we were on our honeymoon. We will not wait another 20 years to come back! If you like a quiet retreat, with great views, family friendly, etc you can't find a better place. There it is - I hope this helps you make your decision.

We stayed in a lovely villa with a private pool. The villa was comfortable and spacious, with a gorgeous terrace with a sea views. The bed was comfortable (especially with the additions of our selection from the pillow menu!), nice bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Parking right outside the front door. The pool area is lovely, and also has a barbecue area. The kamezì app is very useful. The Deli restaurant and the Ocean View tapas were absolutely divine—local products and innovative flavors. The staff was wonderful. We mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake! We loved our stay!

We stayed in the Elements Villa which is no more than 5 mins walk from main villas and restaurant. The villa was exceptional - exactly like the picture on the website - modern and clean. There is a lovely restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast very nice but could have used hot plates to keep pancakes warm. Dinner was very nice too. It is a little oasis in the middle of a residential area.

We were lucky to benefit from an upgrade on arrival. Ensuite bedrooms were spacious, bright and comfortable. Villa was very spacious, heated pool was a lovely extra luxury. Sun-loungers were the most comfortable ever! Provision of toiletries, frequent fresh towels and water on arrival only added to our enjoyment of the property.

One of the best places we have stayed. Amazing villa with fabulous pool and delicious breakfast. Staff were very helpful with all our needs, very kind and always had a smile. Our kids had an amazing time at the villa. A big thank you for the staff for making our stay memorable :-)

We stayed 2 nights. Our bungalow was clean. It was close to a big, unheated swimming pool. There were several other snall wimming pools, a lot of sunbeds and parasols. It is in the south of the island, next to the marine rubicon, which is nice visit and easy to walk to. Around the corner a nice restaurant. There was a living room and kitchen, a spacious clean bathroom with shower and towels: towels for swimming pool available at the reception. The bedroom was spacious with good beds. There is airco in the living room and ventilatirs in the bedrooms. Frindly staff at the reception and restaurant. We had breakfast, which is a varous breakfastbuffet. Enough parkingplaces in front of the reception or at the street. A few good restaurants and a supermarket in the neighboorhood. The location is an oasis of tranquility. A good place to stay.

Restaurant team were great, v efficient and on it. Front of house friendly and helpful. Well designed pool area. Food above average. Very clean. Rooms were kuch latger than expected. In quiet area of island away from tacky resorts, also next to best beaches on the island at papagayo (car needed for kids). So not the cheapest option but worth the money.

The accomodation was clean and modern and spacious. The staff were excellent and the location was only a short walk to the main square and beach.

All staff, location, views, breakfast, pool, small bar, quiet, rooms, and facilities. We will return!!
