Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff.

This was our first visit to Fátima, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our hotel choice. The staff were incredibly friendly—attentive without ever being overbearing. Breakfast was lovely, offering a great selection of food to suit all tastes. The entire hotel was spotless, and our room was spacious with a great shower and an exceptionally comfortable bed. This is a fabulous hotel, in every respect. Attentive, well trained staff, spacious rooms with huge bed, very comfortable. Small balcony to watch the many birds and their antics. Kettle, teapot, cup and saucer delivered on request. Breakfast room service was unbelievable. Really good. Staff very attentive. This hotel has a great management team, well organized, every detail. Good heating. Reading sofas upstairs. You won't be disappointed here. It's exceptional.

The location is beyond perfect! It is right next door to the monastery. To be able to look out the window and see this magnificent monastery was amazing. It is lit up and night and we were able to go and take pictures outside after all the visitors were gone. The hotel is beautiful. clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The room was nice and cool and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner at their restaurant The Vintage and it was delicious. Antonio our waiter was so friendly and he made some wonderful recommendations. We really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfast was beautifully presented and so many choices! Everything we had was delicious. Batalha was one of our favorite places on our Portugal vacation.

- Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When arranging dinner and breakfast, the staff took extra effort to inform us in advance of a larger group they were expecting and tried to recommend a time slot that would reduce the group's impact on our experience. - Located right next to the Batalha monastery, we could even see it from our room. - Spacey room with comfortable beds and a clean and comfortable bathroom. - The hotel's restaurant was very good, and our server was really good at asvising us on sides and drinks. - The next day we were asked if we already had plans for the day, and when we mentioned where w were heading next, they even recommended restaurants we could eat at, and what their best dishes were.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were impressed. The staff were just so lovely and our bedroom was so spacious with a fabulous view of the Monastery. All the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and had a fabulous lunch with all our family at the Vintage Restaurant. The manager went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and we felt very at home.

I loved everything. This time was our second time in Monte Real Termas & Spa, and not only that hotel is huge and beautiful, it really fits our needs. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, breakfast is very good, the staff is amazing. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, and we loved the food and the option to have everything there in case we didn't want to leave the hotel. There is a mini pool for children, really close to the outdoor bar, which works perfectly for me. The hotel offers pool towels that you can change every day, There is a room with toys for children, my daughter and my nephew loved it. The spa is not expensive at all for what it is, you get 2h of turkish bath, sauna, pool , jacuzzi and aromatic showers for only 18 euros. Not sure if it always the case, but I was alone in spa during the entire time for 2 hours, just relaxing and charging my batteries. There are plenty other amenities that we haven't got to experience yet, free bicycles, mini golf, termas, etc. However, we will be back for sure and try it out.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Of course, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views of nature. The town of Monte Real is also very very charming. What really stands out though is the kindness of the entire staff. They were so helpful and considerate throughout our entire stay. I would also like to mention that the quality of the food in the restaurant was brilliant and such a great selection for both the dinner/breakfast buffet and the a-la-carte options.

The property is clean, manicured beautifully, and very well kept. The building is beautiful! The rooms are laid out in a marble like stone with dark wood that give the effect of richness. I did not see a blemish. The staff are incredible! They treat every customer like royalty and go out of their way to assist where they can. A couple of people worth mention. Diego who works in the restaurant and bar. Superb individual! Very professional and makes an excellent whisky sour! Jośe, who worked on the front desk. Bridgette, who worked in the dining room who was pleasant and very professional as well. There were others!

I really liked my stay in this hotel - two days, two nights with breakfast and spa. Service was amazing, receptionists were always helpful. I liked their restaurant with good breakfast and their bar which works till late with food, snacks and cocktails. Hotel has their own parking with the spot for charging electric car. Room is big and modern. Really liked their furniture and bathroom with automatic light. Service was perfect. There are many restaurants and cafes in 5 to 10 mins by foot but hotel is very quite and chill. You can see the main attraction of Batalha - the monastery - from hotel’s window. So you can get there in 7 mins. Also in 10 mins around you have restaurants, shops and banks I loved their restaurant and bar. Food was fresh and tasty on breakfasts and girl made me an amazing Negroni! I wish I could have a dinner in hotel too on their restaurant just to try it out. Spa was empty and chill. I loved it.

This is definitely a hotel I highly recommend if you need to stay in the Batalha area and surrounding neighbourhoods. The service was great. I was very impressed by Zara and Carina, who were at the reception desk. Their professionalism and, above all, their genuine welcoming nature left me with a great impression, and I do congratulate those two young ladies for going above and beyond to make sure I found the place I was looking for in Leiria and suggesting possible ways of getting there. The entire building is newly built, and so it is still in perfect using conditions. It has a simple yet practical design, and the room was well designed to accommodate a disabled person, which made mine and my mother's stay very comfortable indeed. I liked the variety of options at breakfast; the freshness and taste of the food was quite good as well. Not only will I book this hotel again if I need to return to Batalha in Portugal, but I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to that part of the country.

Perfect location to visit monastery. Many restaurants around, easily walkable to sites. All amenities were provided. Super breakfast. Lots of parking.

Great hotel for family as the room and the bathroom are spacious and well equipped. The bed was confortable, but not so much the extra bed if the children is heavier. My son being 70 pounds was ok, but the matress is thin and soft. It was quiet, we slept very well. The pool is large and clean.We had great service and restaurant advices from the employees. The buffet breakfast was fair, good selection. However, the coffee was horrible, a shame! Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, especially the octopus. The service there could improve with a smile and a better contact from the waiters with the customers...

The Reception made our Check-in process a breeze and allowed us to occupy our room right away before the stated time. Room 230 is spacious, away from elevators and faces the forest side of the property, with a terrace. It was very clean, but a bit too dark. Linens, towels, mattress, and pillows are good quality. But, to my surprise, one towel was really thin and had six holes in it. The service at this hotel was above and beyond our expectations. For lunch, having the restaurant arranged for an event, a table was set up in minutes at the lobby, facing the pool for us. The food, presentation and service were the best we have had in a long time. The included buffet breakfast offers items for all tastes and/or diets. Dinner was a great experience as well and prices are more than reasonable for the quality and the service. The only critic is that they offer the same menu for both lunch and dinner. With a two night stay, we had the chance to try dishes we did not have for lunch. The Spa offers many types of services and treatments. Unfortunately, our short stay allowed us for just a small sample. The Spa space is beautiful, and the therapists were very good. As hotel guest you can get a discounted price. Parking is free for guests. We recommend this property and would love to go back for a longer stay Spa Vacation.

One of the most amazing hotels of the world. We are experienced world travelers and this hotel easily meets the competition of five star hotels. We stayed in Suite 305 that had East, North, and South views. Our suite included a separate bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room. The staff is both exceptional and friendly. The restaurant has become one of our favorites and certainly a favorite here in central Portugal. The hotel is equidistant to Fatima, Figueira da Foz, and the National Park near Alvados. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was excellent , some item are describe in the web that are not functionals, but others that that is very relaxing , my kids have a blast , my kids have their own room and I was relaxing knowing that they are inside , not good for people who’s looking for everything in the hotel , we went to the beach around 10min and we have a blast day , I personally recommended restaurant call QUEBRA MAR, you won’t be disappoint , first time I drink a frozen beer at the beach

The design is simply spectacular! It’s my favourite type of decor, so dreamy, boho style beach house! The garden is amazing, full of flowers, so well taken care of, the terrace from downstairs is so cute, the apartment from the 2nd floor is breathtaking, with an amazing private terrace with sea view, sun beds, shower with sea view, bath tub outdoor, romantic bath tub in the room as well, and many more. I could write all day about this place, that’s how much I loved it! They have paid so much attention to details, you even have blankets, lemonade etc. The facilities are absolutely great, you can rent a surf boards, bikes, breakfast is so good, there’s a minibar of honesty (that’s what it’s called), swimming pool, jacuzzi, small shop with great stuff, even a corner with gin tonic with all sorts of flavours and ingredients for different recipes. The cherry on top was the fabulous music that played around the villa, I adored the entire playlist, mainly Portuguese music.

Wonderful, beautiful place. We stayed in the Sea suite with amazing roof terrace and view. Breakfast was wonderful. In my experience hotel breakfasts in Portugal tend to be simple, with limited choice. This was far better, the usual toasts and cereals and then also pancakes, egg and bacon and fresh orange juice. Friendly staff, free parking just outside. Easy walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The on site cafe, Sapé, had amazing food, probably best place to eat in town. Sao Pedro de Moel is a charming, low key little resort place, feels very untouristed.

Joy Beach House is a beautifully designed guest house with wonderful sea views. The room we got was incredibly spacious and exceeded all expectations we had. Value for price was unbeatable. The Beach House is located about 15 minutes from Nazare and close to wonderful calm beaches with few people. Parking was free and easy. The breakfast needs to be mentioned separately as it was definitely the best we had while in Portugal. Many fresh products, delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and a great selection of foods. Communication with Igor was super easy and the check.in information for the self check-in we received (as we arrived after 6pm) was perfect and easily understandable.

This hotel is a real gem on the coast of central Portugal and all aspects of our stay were truly exceptional: the location is beautiful, the rooms are cosy with a personal touch and perfect sea views, the breakfast is delicious and the family and team make you feel welcome and at home. This little hotel exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Igor organised a dinner booking and a massage for us. We instantly felt relaxed. It is an easy walk to the beach. We stayed in the Nest room. The view of the ocean was lovely. The breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful hotel! The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved that the shower, toilet, and sink are separate. Just a few minute walk from the Sanctuary, which was convenient for us as we walked back a few times a day for mass, procession, etc. The lobby is gorgeous and very modern. Breakfast was not included with our stay but we opted to pay 15€ and are glad we did, because this was truly the most delicious breakfast I had in Portugal. I highly recommend getting breakfast here whether included or not. We also got dinner there, which was quite delicious. The property was also close to the bus station (less than 10 minute walk) so we could easily walk with our large luggage to catch our bus. Overall beautiful facility, helpful staff, and high quality meals. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great hotel with excellent service, food and facilities and modern interior design. The room was large, quiet with a comfortable bed. There is an on-site bar-cafe and restaurant. Breakfast is abundant and very tasty. Dinner was also very good. Location is excellent just next to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries and stores near by. The room is very quiet.

Our first time in Fátima and we booked this hotel as it’s centralized to what we wanted to do. It’s very convenient as it’s right on a corner. Parking was a bit tight below but we managed. Glad we did not have a larger vehicle. We took the elevator up and we were greeted and checked in fairly quickly. The checking area, bar, lounge seating are on one side. They have a restaurant type on the other side where they serve breakfast or dinner. We did dinner once there and really enjoyed it. It’s pretty new hotel compared to the ones next to it. It’s pretty quiet as well but not sure because we were here on a Tuesday. Room is good size for the 2 of us. Bathroom and shower are separate which I like lots of It’s next to the Fátima church which was amazing to be so close and less than a few mins walk to it. Really enjoyed the hotel. I’d recommend it..

The hotel is a cool concept of registration and bar all in one. Its clean, sleek, and the rooms are good sized. Arrival was a breeze. The onsite parking makes things very easy with the hotel conveniently located. The breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get compared with other properties in Portugal and at $16.00 is frankly ridiculous for a very limited menu without a real cooked to order breakfast other than sunny side eggs. The other egg option was cold hard boiled eggs. If it had not been for Diana who was extraordinary by going out of her way to get us cappuccinos and working around the significant limitations of the breakfast offering, we would have just left to get breakfast elsewhere. We also had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant and while the service was excellent the sea bass filet I thought was microwaved and was awful, and the hamburger ordered medium well came rare. The hotel has kinks to resolve in the restaurant area although the rest seems reasonably well managed!

The location was amazing. It takes a good 5 minutes walk to the Sanctuary, which allowed me the luxury of attending several services and programmes throughout the day. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, simple no frills selection, good variety of fruits, carbs, protein and local favourites. The staffs were always a delight to talk to, very helpful and willing to go all out to assist when needed. The rooms were very comfy, spacious and the water pressure was good. Had my best rest in Mercure Fatima in comparison to other cities in Portugal. And the Religious store downstairs had an array of artefacts, the price difference is very minimal compared to others but I still bought some random items from smaller stores along the way to the Sanctuary to support micro businesses.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a hotel. The room, common areas and dining room were very clean - immaculate even. The room was small but very functional and nicely appointed. You could tell that the owners and staff take pride in taking good care of the hotel. There is an "honesty bar" with a great selection of drinks and snacks, open until 11pm or midnight. You write down what you selected and leave it on the front desk. They will charge you when you check out. The breakfast buffet was fresh and very tasty. Again, presented so well (with pride) and very well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed the little gift shop with "made in Portugal" items. We would stay here again and recommend to friends in a heart beat!

This was smaller hotel but it was very clean. Room and bathroom were modern/updated. The pool was on the small side, but it was clean, refreshing and well maintained. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. There was a nice variety of products for sale that were made in Portugal in the lobby. Also snacks and wine were available. Hot breakfast buffet was available daily and it had a variety of tasty food items. I accidentally left my electric adapters at a previous hotel. They were kind enough to loan me 2 for my stay. Parking is a bit challenging; you might have to drive around a bit to find a space. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely, clean and comfortable family run hotel. It's clear that the owners take alot of pride in what they offer. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. There is even an area where they highlight the work of local artisans. The restaurant recommendation turned out to be one of the best meals we had during our 3 weeks in Portugal. Overall, the hotel made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Could not have asked for more.

The front desk arrival situation was professional and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Our room was small, but sufficient with a great balcony with a view of the monastery. Great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast room was clean and pretty and had many delicious choices, self service style so no waiting necessary. Many spaces to enjoy not in your room - common areas for sitting, playing pool, reading, etc.

Very nice room, the view to the monastery especially in the evening or night is awesome. The breakfast is very good, with quality coffee and my wife loved the croissants :-) The staff team was very kind and helpful and recommended restaurants for dinner and other topics. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance (10-15 min), we can recommend the Burro Velho. Also a supermarket (SPAR or Intermarchè) is not far away. Parking places directly on the hotel are not so much, but there is a parking lot directly nearby where it is no problem to get one place. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was a surprise; it was so extensive! The staff at the breakfast was so professional and friendly. The bathrooms were large and immaculate. The balcony with view of the Basilica was stunning. The location could not have been more convenient to the square.

If you travel to Fatima for the religious site, this hotel is just perfect, only 3 minutes walking distance. Very clean and comfortable, we booked with breakfast and dinner included. Very good food at the restaurant and the stuff is very helpful.

We loved this hotel. It is huge, with so many places to sit and relax. The decor is tasteful and well thought out. Our room was super clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sanctuary. The location is extremely close to the sanctuary and other attractions. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and was very good. The staff are friendly and professional. We were sad to leave.

The hotel is very clean. Good buffet breakfast. We ate dinner at the hotel which was very good and reasonably priced. It had a bar and lovely fireplace sitting area. Literally just steps from the Sanctuary of Fatima. Plenty of parking outside or in the garage. Very comfortable.

Excellent. Staff were very helpful. Dinner is fine dining (free dinner included). I dressed up just a bit for dinner. Convenient location with the Sanctuary only 150 meters away. There’s a cafe nearby for coffee, nice to have during walks in February.

Exceptional service provided by Alexandra Figueiredo on the Front desk. Very welcoming, stored my luggage as the room was not ready. I visited the Sanctuary at Fatima and when I came back earlier than the checkin time the room was ready and Alexandra advised that I had an upgrade to the 4th floor with a view of the Sanctuary. Mauricio the bar person brought me bar snacks to my room and made the best hot chocolate after the candlelight procession late evening at the Sanctuary. Location, location! Directly across the Sanctuary with a path leading from the hotel front door to a short path onto the Sanctuary grounds. Could not get any closer than this, for people with mobility issues. The room was large and aesthetically appealing, soft plush tones, the bathroom, walk-in shower was huge and the view looked directly across to the Sanctuary. The beds comfortably. Tablet in the room providing information on the services and room service. Direct charge for cell phones by the bed no need of adapter converters. Room was spotlessly cleaned. Nice outdoor patio with tables and chairs, bar, lounge area, huge dining area. Breakfast was superb, lots to choose from, fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, cereals, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold cuts, cheese, breads, eggs, bacon, sausages, freshly squeezed fruit juices. Little restaurants all around, nicely designed market next door for souvenir shopping. Great stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel Estrela de Fatima: One of the best hotel stays we've had in Europe - and we travel extensively. Hotel Estrela de Fatima is located about as close as you can get to the Sanctuary of Fatima (across the street) and within walking distance of all local stores and gift shops. If you're driving, the hotel also offers free parking. Extremely clean with comfortable rooms and limitless hot water. Rooms have independent air conditioning that rapidly heats or cools as may be desired. NO humidity problems. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. We reserved a room with breakfast buffet and wound up eating evening meals there as well. The menu is different each day and frankly, they have a very good selection of well prepared and delicious foods. The buffet price is 15 euros per person. Drinks are separate, but reasonable. Finally, I'd like to recognize the hotel staff. They're friendly, outgoing, and very professional. Both check-in and check-out are a breeze and they go out of their way to provide information regarding local attractions. They also provide a very useful map if you enjoy walking and want to see areas of the city not offered by a tour. Our daughter, son-in-law, and four grandchildren will be visiting Fatima next year. We have highly recommended Hotel Estrela de Fatima - simply because it is centrally located and offers everything one would desire, to include adjoining rooms. Book soon. You won't be disappointed!!!

We stayed in adjoining (communicating rooms) rooms that were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our family of four arrived earlier than the expected check-in time, but we were accommodated right away, which we greatly appreciated. Parking was next to the hotel and the Sanctuary and Basilica are just steps away. Breakfast was excellent — freshly prepared buffet-style dishes with plenty of options, including a great selection of fresh fruits and choices for those with dietary restrictions. The baked goods were delicious and everything was so well-presented. Overall, our family was very pleased with our rooms and the breakfast offerings. Nothing was lacking — a wonderful stay from start to finish! We would consider staying here again!

Hotel is very convenient situated for the Shrine and houses of Little Shepherds. The breakfast is buffet style with wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes. The rooms have simple decor, terrace and are very clean. However, what makes this hotel like no other is the high-quality service. It was a pleasure to be staying at this hotel. It is well located with many restaurants, cafes and shops around. By walk, it's about 10 minutes from the Sanctuary of Fatima and 1 minute from the "Way of the Shepherds" (also know as Via Sacra). The host, Sergio, is very friendly, welcoming and inspiring. The breakfast was delicious, with fantastic homemade cakes. I highly recommend this hotel and will soon return!

Large comfortable bedroom and bathroom in a beautiful hotel. Most comfortable bed of our 3 week trip! Also best shower! Short walk to the Fatima Shrine and many shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. We were able to check in early as they had a clean room available.

Everything was excellent. Even the buffet at dinner was perfect and at a really affordable price with good and friendly service. Excellent Breakfast. Really quiet big room. A few hundred meters from the Sanctuary which was great.

The Sao Jose hotel is very close to the Fatima Sanctuary and has restaurants and souvenir & coffee shops next door. The hotel itself has a restaurant and souvenirs as well, but the hours open may differ. Our rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Our check in went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for pilgrims and those visiting the area. A shout out to Vera for her warm hospitality. They have bicycles for rent and also offer candles to purchase for the candlelight vigils held nightly.

I really like the location because it is in between few minutes walk from Fatima bus station and the Fatima Sanctuary. Close to everything ,souvenir shops,ATMs,cafes but very quiet neighbourhood . I love the design and layout of the room,very spacious,clean ,modern and is giving me a homey atmosphere.Bed was really comfortable .Wifi is strong and AC was working really great .Breakfast buffet was alright, quiet few selection ,pastries,fruits,etc..The staffs(reception and dining) were fantastic,very helpful and accommodating.They also reply to my queries prior my stay and provided information about the transportation.If I visit Fatima in the future , I would be staying here again.

Location: It was located in area that has accessed to restaurants, and the church was less then 5mins walk. It’s also 5-6mins walking distance to coach station. Staff: friendly and knowledgeable. There were so helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage’s behind after check out till our coach time. Breakfast: it was buffet breakfast with variety of different options including different fruits. We loved and especially our kids enjoyed so much. Room: it was clean and the beds were so comfortable and bigger than I thought. Plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo was available.

They let us check in 1 hour early. The location, with a safe and free car park at the back. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comforable beds. What makes it even more special are the staff in the dining area, most especially to Edena who was so nice, friendly and approachable. And also Immaculada who we met first time but left us a good impression. Both of them deserves more than praise. They are an asset to the hotel, you are lucky to have them. Last but not the least, the unlimited supply of food in the buffet, they top it up generously and the food was affordable and very nice. The dinner buffet is also a must. We really love this place and highly reccommend.

Great communication prior to arrival. Questions answered promptly and relevant information provided. Booked a single room and asked for a nice room with a view. Was upgraded to a double for free with view as requested. Hotel was very clean with amazing staff so can’t fault a single thing. Restaurant food is spot on so try this first before go out to places with high reviews as food was better in the hotel than top rated restaurants, and half the price!!!

Whenever I go to Fatima I stay at Hotel Anjo. It is exceptionally well located - easy walking distance to the sanctuary. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The parking is easily accessible and convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable and peaceful. I recommend it to everyone who asks.

This was my second stay in this hotel, having stayed here previously back in 2018. Rooms were still as clean, and beds comfortable, as before. My latest stay was two nights in a family room (3 single beds). Breakfast spread was simple yet fulfilling. Staff were also friendly and helpful. But what’s most important was the hotel is within a short 5-10mins walking distance to the Sanctuary. It also had free parking near the entrance and in a garage.

Since it was upgraded, we had a quite big room with nice bathroom. Hotel was completely clean and reachable on foot to any supermarkets or fast food restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and breakfast was great especially with fresh fruits.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful furniture and interior design. Its a small boutique hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The bed and bed linen were very comfortable and we slept great. We didn't available of breakfast as we had a sleep in. The location is great across the road from Shrine and so handy to hop over and back to shrine and very safe too when it got dark.It was lovely and very moving attending the late evening procession for our Lady with the candle lit. There a tourist train that leave from bus station every hour and stop near the hotal and it bring you out to the village the 3 children lived in and you can see all the sights and do the way of the cross. Really enjoy my stay and will be back. All staff we. meet were very helpful and they had candle for sale you can bring to the procession at the Shrine

We were at Fatima to pray at the Sanctuary. The hotel location is ideal, good for coming back to rest between mass and the night procession. The room was clean and spotless, tidied up everyday while we were out. The breakfast was more than adequate. Most of all, the staff is helpful and friendly, and they spoke English well.

Hotel Fatima was wonderful. It is located just across the street from the Fatima Sanctuary, in fact we had a lovely view from our window. The room was bigger than I expected with a large washroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is a bit outdated but very clean and quiet. We opted for breakfast and it was great with a variety of hot and cold selections to choose from. There is parking available on site and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent literally across the street from Fatima shrine. Very clean fantastic staff and breakfast buffet superb. If you want the softer pillows look in the closet. Excellent location, close to the attractions. The room was spacious, with comfortable pillows and clean beddings. Shower was big and user friendly. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and courteous, responded promptly to our requests and concerns. Order (unique name), the front desk person who greeted us, was extremely helpful in recommending places to see, timing, and restaurants to go around the area. The location was excellent, near the Basilica.

Close to the sanctuary, very calm and quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, they accomodated all of our requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. A big plus was free private parking.

The location is great, very close to town center and there are parking places nearby. The staff was always welcoming and professional (from the front desk to restaurant, housekeeping - smiling and happy to meet you), and helped us out with every request we made (from the first email to do the reservation until departure). The location is very central, the Shrine is within walking distance, so are shops, restaurants and other atrations are walkable. For sure a place to come back.
