This property actually had a working hotub. Many hotels in this area have filled in their hottubs and after a long day of driving this is something my husband and I enjoy along with a pool.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and quick to respond. Location was convenient as it is close to everything we wanted to do as well as the highway, but also calm and quiet.

Bed comfortable with good variety of pillows (good night's sleep). Quiet even though I-80 was visible from windows. Location on side street near interchange. Front desk staff was efficient though not particularly friendly or professional in appearance. We would consider staying here again. Room rates were average / reasonable. Well located, but not near Memorial Stadium or University in downtown.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln I-80 hits it out of the park on so many levels. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I find that I get frustrated by places that sacrifice function for something that management thinks looks stylish. The clean and fresh styling of this property is married with highly functional amenities. For example, there is a lower shelf in the night stand that helps to keep the top shelf clear. There is a small shelf just inside the door that is a perfect place for keys, wallet or purse. The bathroom sink is just the right size and placement so that my nearsighted eyes can clearly see the mirror when I shave. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker are all located together in a mini kitchen area that is between bedroom and bathroom. Places to hang stuff are plentiful. The desk area has an awesome task light and is highly functional. Plenty of electrical outlets. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast area did what they could durning COVID protocols. Staff and guests acted appropriately during pandemic. Everyone was masked and compliant with cleaning protocols. There are few places that I would recommend this highly. Just loved it. I could live here.

It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean modern quiet room. Very comfortable mattress. Clean fresh linens.

My husband and I had a good one-night stay here while enroute home to northern Illinois after a vacation in Colorado. I had done considerable research on COVID-19 precautions hotels were taking. I was impressed with what I learned about this hotel, and it did not disappoint. They were able to honor our request for a room that had been vacant for at least 24 hours. The property looked fairly new. The room was very clean and comfortable. Masks were required in public spaces (although compliance was mixed), and there were social distancing reminders posted. Every staff we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unlike many other hotels I researched, this one offered an actual hot breakfast. It was served made-to-order from a station at one side of the dining area. Tables were spaced to allow for adequate distancing. Also, the hotel was a short drive away from several restaurants that offered carry-out service, so we were able to have supper in our room. I’d recommend this hotel.

This is, hands down, the best place I’ve ever stayed on a road trip. My top priorities are always cleanliness, safety and a comfortable bed. This place exceeded my expectations on all 3 and more! The grounds were beautiful, the parking lot was perfectly clean and well-lit, the breakfast was hot and had lots of options - but the best part was how fresh and clean the rooms & bathrooms were. Our unit even had a washer and dryer! But the VERY best part was the extremely comfortable, king-sized bed (all of the beds were equally comfy). I often have a hard time sleeping in hotels, even when they’re clean and quiet. Not here - I slept like one of my teenagers when it’s summer ;) I HIGHLY recommend!

I feel lucky to have found this charming hotel! I was traveling across the Midwest and needed a room for one night that was pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find Annabell Gardens, and I rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It’s more like a little village of condo homes, offering exceptional privacy and quiet comfort. The pool area with outdoor seating was a fun spot to enjoy the evening. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but super clean, and there are plenty of tables and chairs to hang out and socialize. The hotel offers free soft serve ice cream and slushes, an amazing continental breakfast, and has a small store. There are washer and driers in the units, so I bought a tide pod from the front desk and washed my clothes to reduce traveling with dirty laundry. Also, they offer plenty of doggie waste stations and bags to those traveling with a pet, and there are nice sidewalks and grassy areas. The hotel is located near shopping and the main road. And most importantly, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. As a solo female traveler, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were great! I was there to recover from a major surgery for a few days, and really loved that it was quiet, the room was affordable and comfortable. They offered great breakfast, and had a few things like coffee, ice cream and slushies available in the lobby all the time. We plan to come again sometime for a staycation. I also really loved the location. There are several grocery options, a few restaurants, and even coffee shops just down the road. Perfect for what we needed!

We are traveling with 2 young children and this place was perfect. They had a full size fridge for all our leftovers and drinks. Perfect for late night snacks and post naps. They also had pots/pans and utensils to warm up food which comes in handy if you are trying to save money and make your own food. The room was spacious and the air condition worked amazing. The breakfast was included and we enjoyed all the options, especially the 24 hour free ice cream and slushies. We were located right next to the mall and plenty of restaurants, as well as only 3ish miles from downtown. Would recommend this place again for anyone visiting Lincoln.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had some debris in the bathroom sink and when my husband reported it they offered to come right away to clean it up. Otherwise our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definetly stay again when we are in town! Also, the breakfast and free ice cream were tops!!!

Yes, all the collegiate touches are kitschy, but The Graduate keeps it fun. The student employees handling check-in were friendly and helpful. The room had comfortable beds and smart uses of space. The cabinet-television-turned-nightstand was one of several creative flourishes. This is an older building, and it shows at times -- such as the pipe knocks that we could hear at night. The breakfast was underwhelming, and unless you have a breakfast pass, consider eating elsewhere. The restaurant did serve good cocktails. The arcade games in the lobby were a fun diversion. The location is an excellent starting place for walking to campus, downtown, Haymarket restaurants, and the sports facilities.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and restaurant were beautiful and the retro feel was fun and quirky like a step back in time. Beds were comfortable. Most hotels don’t meet my expectations cleanliness wise and this one was no exception, it wasn’t the worst but definitely could have been better. Hair in tub couple spots in shower walls light switches and mirrors smeared, layer of dust on upper fixtures like smoke detectors etc. maybe I’m just picky but definitely a three for room cleanliness other than that the hotel was great in every way.

Location is perfect, smack dab in the middle of dowtown Lincoln, could walk to dinner and everything! Loved the design of the hotel, modern and quirky (i've stayed at a couple Graduate properties before) and elegant - the room was spacious, had great A/C (it was literally one hundred degrees out in June) and was very clean The fun room keys were a nice touch too!

Loved the convenience of this property. The location was in the heart of the Haymarket making our event at the Pinnacle, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Also…. I cannot say enough good about the restaurant connected to this hotel - Singel Barrel. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for our party of 20.

We booked The Graduate Lincoln, NE for our fourth wedding anniversary and we just loved it. The location on the Hay Market can’t be beat. It was across the street from our favorite restaurant, Vicenzos. The decor is fabulous. We like mid-century-modern and the execution here is flawless—very clever, creative and of good quality. Anyone who doesn’t like MCM and thinks the decor is "dated" does not understand. It is meant to look like the glorious 1950s. The staff was well trained and they offered outstanding service. The bar is fully stocked and just top drawer. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious. The pet policy is awesome. This is going to be our hotel from now on any time we’re in Lincoln.

Perfect location for a Husker Game Day! We've stayed at various locations in Lincoln and found the Embassy Suites to be super convenient. We LOVED how they also promoted the Husker spirit with game day decor and pep rallies/receptions on game day. Liked that the sleep quarters of the rooms are removed from the atrium area. We think it made for a peaceful night's sleep. Not that it was noisy...they have quiet hours that begin at 10 pm. But you didn't hear people waking by, which was nice. Breakfast was amazing...loved all the choices, including the omelette bar. All the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Nebraska Nice is a thing!

Husband booked online. He likes the ease of checking in, being notified the room is ready, and getting room key on his phone. The staff we saw were friendly. The two beers we had at the hotel bar were a bit pricey, but what isn’t these days? Clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast buffet delicious as always. Only questionable thing was we valet parked. After retrieving our vehicle in the morning and pulling away, we noticed that the vents were blowing full blast…NOT how we left them, nor has there ever been that drastic change before upon starting the vehicle. I get it’s a seemingly little thing, but we both have hearing issues, and the unexpectedly loud fan noise is problematic for us. Took a minute to get settings back to “our” normal, which I don’t recommend doing while negotiating busy workday traffic. It was a pleasant day temp-wise; why the need to mess with A/C settings just to park? But I’m thankful that the radio wasn’t blaring, too (that happens often after getting my vehicle serviced…weird).

This hotel is consistently clean, well ran with clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. The made to order omelets and waffles are top-flight, amazing all the way around. Rooms have recently been remodeled. Elevators are numerous and fast. Over 200 rooms filled during our stay, and I never waited for an elevator for more than a minute or two. Great downtown Lincoln shops and restaurants all within a short walk. We felt safe all week. Very happy with our stay.

Stayed here for a football game. Easy walk to the stadium maybe 4-5 blocks. Great food choices one block over and down. Great location no need to drive around at all. The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They had dessert at night due to game weekend. The breakfast is good had an automatic pancake maker and the normal continental breakfast options. If your room faces the road the road noise is pretty bad especially with emergency vehicles going by. Used a noise machine and it was still loud but eventually you fall asleep so no big deal. But rooms are spacious and clean just a good spot if you want to be downtown. We walked everywhere and the bars and restaurants are two blocks away so again great location.

Exactly what a hotel is supposed to be! Everything was so ordinary and "as expected" that absolutely nothing stood out to cause the least bit of discomfort or concern, which of course equates to a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the lobby and exterior of the hotel were inviting and the breakfast area was clean with quite a few breakfast options. Hotel staff very pleasant and hard-working. This hotel is downtown within walking distance to campus, Haymarket, the Newman Center, the Capitol and the basketball arena. Of course you would need to be wearing good walking shoes and be careful with the fast pace of downtown Lincoln traffic. We were thankful for the safe parking garage which can only be entered if you go through the hotel or with your room key. The Graduate Hotel parking garage is a total nightmare in comparison. One thing of note if you are bothered by noise. ALL downtown hotels experience considerable noise from the streets due to frequent sirens and late night partying in the Haymarket area. Bring noise cancelling ear muffs and maybe an eye mask to make it darker if this will be a problem for you. To us, the convenient location outweighed the noise issues. This hotel is perfect and I also recommend The Hyatt Place, although we got a much better price at The Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel is in a great location. It's located one block away from the Hay Market where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to Nebraska University and the State Capitol. The staff are all amazing and very professional and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I love the pillows. The hotel is a newer hotel and very clean. Great breakfast served every morning with plenty of choices. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was friendly, checkin process easy and rooms clean and comfortable. The valet was curteous and prompt. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was your standard hotel Breakfast, nothing too special. Overall a great stay and would stay there again.

Also the TV had a greeting on the screen that had my name and said welcome which was pretty neat too!

We just spent 2 weeks driving from Colorado to Virginia and back again, staying in hotels much of the time. This was absolutely our best stay! Management was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet, bathroom was spacious with great water pressure, and breakfast was delicious. Plenty of dining options nearby. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

I travel to Lincoln, NE frequently for business. I always stay at Hampton Inn Lincoln- Heritage Park, it feels like my home away from home. The entire staff is Amazing! The reservation process is smooth. When you arrive, they call you by name and make sure you have the best guest experience while staying at their property. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast buffet has plenty of delicious choices to start your day. My most recent stay, Andrew's customer service was exceptional from the warm welcome the moment I checked in, to safe travels home, hope to see you again next time during the last night he was working. He called me by name each time I came through the lobby checking on my day, and is very knowledgeable about the town offering excellent dining recommendations. I highly recommend Hampton Inn Lincoln- Heritage Park for your next stay in Lincoln.

The front desk/manager was amazing. So kind and helpful. One staff member who really stood out was the older gentleman who ran the breakfast area. He had everything stocked at all times. My son was throwing a fit about not having chocolate milk. This man went and made him a glass with chocolate syrup from the waffle station. He was so kind and just amazing. The pool area was clean and so much fun. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Everything about this location is top notch - clean, quiet, comfortable, added features like cookies every afternoon - wonderful breakfast buffet. Then there was Mr. Thomas Frye, who was at the front lobby desk the morning I had to drive alone from Lincoln to Omaha, and I wanted to avoid I-80, the too crowded and truck infested interstate highway. Tom helped me figure out a route that totally got me there on a very nice, low traveled, safe highway and with the added benefit of beautiful Nebraska style scenery - fields of green and gold, and lush timbers and ponds, etc. He took special time out of his regular duties to help me find and plan my route - very helpful, and very courteous and kind. Thanks, Tom!!!

Stayed for three nights to bicycle the city. Great location, quiet, safe, low traffic, easy parking and easy access to the biking paths. Haven’t stayed in an express for awhile and was amazed by the modern spacious room. The room had many convenient features, loved the usb charging station, coat hooks on the wall, soap dispensers in the shower, great lighting and plenty of storage areas. The pillow top bed was comfortable, just right, sheets were soft. Good water pressure in the large walk-in shower. We didn’t get around to using the pool this trip, but we did check out the facility, clean and good temperature. The best was the large breakfast selection to fuel our biking day. The warm cinnamon rolls were great and waffle maker seemed popular with the kids. The breakfast staff was attentive, and kept the food well stocked and the dining area clean. Would recommend if you want a quiet comfort stay. Not going to stay downtown any more too noisy, stressful and expensive parking and restaurants. Check out Fireworks and Lazlo’s restaurants just north of this hotel. Also grabbed sushi at Sam’s Club across the street for dinner in the room after biking.

It was so clean and I am normally NEVER completely happy with that in hotels. It was crystal clean. The bed was so comfortable, I wish I could have brought it home. Pillows amazing. The only thing, and this is dumb but on photos it showed cheese omelets. The breakfast could DEFINITELY be better! But some hotels don't have any or they do, but there is a charge. So better than nothing but don't plan on a scrumptious breakfast. But That's the ONLY thing, which can be easily fixed or make a little better. The place was so clean, updated, awesome. I totally loved it and will be back! Lastly, the first thing I do in hotels is flip the good ol pillows over for hair. THERE WERE NONE!!!!! I can truly say, I think that's the first time I've EVER found none. Comfy comforters. Just great. Loved my view of grassy field on 3rd floor. Price is totally awesome!!!!!

This is a newer place that we found was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was betty than at other places, but the eating area was very small for a hotel of this size. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when we discovered that our reservation got lost. Luckily, the hotel was not busy. Our only concern was the breakfast lady who seemed interested in watching us eat, and sitting in a chair that could be used for guests eating breakfast.

Loved that all Beds in the hotel are King Sized Beds and not doubles pretending to be Queens. And I loved even more that Two Suites have 3 King Sized Beds in it so our Retreat meant we all could stay in one affordable room and my family of 5 doesn't have to split into 2 rooms or sneek one kid in and stick them on the floor! Hospitality here was top notch! Dawn took my reservation, asked the right questions and put us in the perfect room! Jordan was perfectly welcoming! Between the two, we felt like we picked the perfect place. Breakfast was filling. The hot tub is no more but the pool and workout room are nice. Lastly, the bedding was clean, comfy & fluffy! Loved it!

Loved the room - everything about it! The bed was super comfy. The furniture made perfect sense. Facility is clean and welcoming. If I were to be critical at all, the front dusk space was cluttered. There is not enough seating in the breakfast room (I would suggest putting little placards on the tables: Asking for guests to be considerate of others wanting to use breakfast area as there were families who were sitting there for extended period of time, not eating) Lastly, the room (214) next to ours, had a dog that was constantly yipping

I stay here about once a month and am amazed at the value and how great this place is! What a find compared to similarly priced places. The staff are friendly, helpful and know me by name. It feels homey but is new, clean, safe with all the amenities! Groceries and restaurants are steps away. Love it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Breakfast, even with Covid, is better than other hotels. Outdoor grill, patio and fire pit is nice and relaxing. I use the gym every visit.

Staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, love that it was pet friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

We were incredibly pleased with the quality of our 2 day stay. The room was well appointed- stocked kitchen, extra linens for pull out couch, quality toiletries (love the refillable wall dispensers!), and being able to open windows was a huge bonus. Friendly and attentive staff, clean pool area, and tons of breakfast options! If I had to give one thing I didn’t like it would probably be that there wasn’t a bathtub in our room. We traveled with a newly minted 3 year old who hasn’t been fond of showers in the past but it ended up being a non-issue. The shower had a nice flow (not that incredibly hard spray) and was able to be angled down so she fully enjoyed “playing in the rain,” whatever works right?! I still can’t believe how reasonable the rates were either. Definitely plan to stay again!

Clean and bright, everything well maintained. Great front desk staff, linens and towels were clean. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing after a long drive. Pool area was tidy with more than enough towels. Wifi was solid. Hot breakfast bar had a great selection. Although we weren't there during the week, it's nice they have a social hour with food on some week days.

The rooms are large and spacious. Great complimentary breakfast. Complimentary evening wine/beer/dinner on Mon, Tues, Wed evenings. Staff deserves rave reviews. They go out of their way to help. This morning, in addition to the breakfast buffet with hot and cold food, the breakfast hostess offered homemade banana bread. They just really like taking good care of people.

One thing that was missing that we missed the most was a breakfast bar being included with the stay, like many of our other hotels in the past. They instead had a restaurant in the lobby area with pricing that was reasonable and friendly wait staff. We were there for a wedding next door so the convenience of waling distance was also nice. Parking was not far away in a garage attached by a skywalk. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. On a longer stay, I would have explored more. I would stay here again.

We arrived at 2:30am and received a quick & welcoming reception ( unfortunately I don’t remember his name). We went to our room - clean & comfortable- slept well & enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. April & Robert served us well at breakfast. Matt at the front desk for checkout was also helpful & friendly. It was a short but very nice stay.

Excellent hotel, modern, “where life is happening”; location surrounded by many fine restaurants, drinking establishments; friendly staff, clean and quiet stay; liquid hand soap (!), wide selection of some of the best restaurants; laundry room too.

Great experience and we will definitely be back. View was terrible (hotel a/c units outnour window), but not every room is going to have the perfect view. Fast check-in, great service, comfortable rooms in a perfect location. Can't wait to book our next stay.

I thought contrary to the other 2 reviews that were submitted. It is a hotel that is a little quieter than I am used to but the interior walls are obviously insulated because being a builder I could tell that is so by the small amount of noise that escapes the rooms, and even within the rooms, the bathroom. The desk workers are easy-going but professional…The breakfast is good, everything clean, and the price is great especially on Agoda, or Vio.com. Happy travels folks. You will not be let down, I think we had a review written by somebody that’s allergic to decency in that ONE review. I am 41, and know a good hotel. This is one~and it is great for privacy as well !!

If your traveling long distance it’s a 5 star, but if your looking for somewhere to stay it’s a 1 star! The room was mediocre, the bed is not that comfortable. The pillows are comfortable though. Did not use the shower due to just needing a place to rest to get back on the road the next morning.

Breakfast is offered but I didn’t have any. Very welcoming lobby and staff. Great bathroom lighting above mirrors and plenty of counter space. I have always enjoyed the jacuzzi tub during previous stays. Nice size rooms. Clean facility throughout.

The King suite was great, and price reasonable. Loved the jacuzzi, fireplace, and king size bed. Continental breakfast was about the best I've had at a hotel. Only downside was the floor of the suite was a bit tacky and made for dirty socks.

The room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. So updated and modern. For the price I was blown away. Plus the large jacuzzi tub was spotless and so much fun. I was scared to turn the jets on because another hotel I have stayed out they never cleaned theirs but yours was spotless!!! The room was huge and again the price blew me away. It was also nice to check in online and just walk in and get the keys. We will be back for sure!! This was just a romantic night away with no kids so we live locally and are thinking about doing this monthly or bimonthly. Thank you!!!

There was a train track right behind the building, but we didn't hear it at all. The breakfast was well stocked and good! Waffles, bagels, toast, cereals, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee... Plenty of parking. This hotel is not a luxury hotel with every amenity, BUT it's clean, quiet and we felt very comfortable here. It's right off the interstate and very convenient for traveling. We would start here again!

We stayed at Horizon on our way to and from a trip to Colorado. We chose this hotel basically because of the low price. That could be a real risk, considering where many low-cost hotels are located. This hotel is not in a bad neighborhood as someone else commented on. It is right off I-80 near the airport and very easy to find. Because of their location, there is nowhere to really get out for a nice walk after traveling a long time. There are some gas stations nearby. We chose to go to town to find a good restaurant to eat at... and there are places within a 10 minute's drive. Staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean. The beds are a bit firm, but comfortable. Wifi actually worked. The in-room compact refrigerator was handy to keep our things from spoiling. Good water pressure made for a decent shower. One thing they could improve, perhaps, are the towels and washcloths were a bit on the scratchy side. The A/C worked very well. The entire hotel was well kept. Breakfast is definitely a continental style breakfast. They had a waffle maker for those who enjoy something more than cereal, bagels, etc. Noise levels being near an airport? We had no airport noise whatsoever during either stay. Would we stay here again if we had the opportunity? Sure would. Appears to be family owned and we support small businesses any chance we get. Thank you for a good nights' sleep, Horizon! Ya did good!!

It was clean, and we had everything we needed. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was perfect for a one-night stay to and from our destination. Toilets flushed and AC worked fine! There were plenty of places to eat dinner in town and the free breakfast was adequate (fine for us). I love luxury hotels but I don't love their prices. This not a luxury hotel but we were treated like valued luxury hotel guests at an extremely reasonable rate! We will definitely stay there again! Thank you.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were cordial and welcoming, A very convenient location for Husker sports fans! No nonsense, no frills; just a great place to stay for the money! Continental breakfast is more than sufficient for anyone, but those who need to bulk up on a high carb & protein load can take a short walk to Perkins next door. Unlike stays in higher priced, fancy schmancy hotels, everything at Knights inn worked! I was very satisfied with the level of service provided.

If you are just looking for a good place for the night, this works. Decent bed. Quiet. Convenient. It is what you can expect for $50.

The newer owner is a very nice guy, he has much to do to get everything updated but he is doing great , I admire such a strong work ethic and with caring hard working great customer service staff to back him. The Desk Attendant was welcoming, very helpful and professional. The facility was located in a convenient spot off Hwy 80 and in a fairly quiet area. It was clean and also well equipped for breakfast and for extra items possibly needed for our stay. We were given a convenient 1st floor, by the exit door, room for our pet. Our room was clean, comfortable bed and linens and spacious for our use. A good area for our dog was located in the rear of the building. We would certainly return here.

One of our favourite hotels yet. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The free cookies and cucumber water added an extra welcoming vibe. Bed was really comfy and room and areas around the hotel were spotless! Great selection for breakfast too and they were constantly topping up with fresh hot food. Loved that this hotel really zones in on ensuring comfort and rest. Also loved that we had access to the pool and hot tub right up till midnight. Excellent value for money. We give it 10/10 and we are very fussy hotel guests!! We are really looking forward to staying here again.

The location was amazing, especially for enjoying downtown, a game, or an event at Pinnacle Bank Stadium. The parking is convenient. It was a perfect hotel for bringing our children- the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. We really appreciated the couch in the room when traveling with our family; the extra space is convenient. The pool was perfect. Every single staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was super clean. We 100% recommend, and will stay here again when we travel to Lincoln. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Check in was efficient and desk staff were friendly, personable and helpful. The room was clean, loved having a couch in the room. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the location as we were able to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops and also walk up to the University of Nebraska campus. Hotel is very close to the Pinnacle arena. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. My only disappointment was that they don't have a hot tub.

We stayed at this La Quinta Inn on our way to spend the holidays with our daughter and her family. The building is located on one of the Main Streets with access to I-80 with little issue. The building is well maintained with plenty of parking spots that includes many ADA spots located close to the front entrance. There were many dining and fueling options of all types within easy access. The front desk area was clean and updated. The person at the front desk was very friendly and went out of his way to assist us with getting into our room. There were water bottles and a pack of snacks waiting for us in our room. The room was updated and the beds were very comfortable. The HVAC did not have the option for the fan to be set on continuous which made sleepy spotty due to the fan turning on and of all night. WIFI was available with no problems signing on. Bathroom was roomy and very clean. The breakfast area was clean and offered a variety of hot / cold breakfast items. Coffee was fresh and hot. If we are ever in that area again we will certainly stay there.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights, arriving before 3PM to a welcoming receptionist who checked my pre registered ID and credit card, then presented the key cards. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor. Room #304 was carpeted and clean with a very comfortable king, desk & chair, clothes bar, easy chair, medium sized refrigerator, micro, coffee machine and large TV(remote had a guide with 50+ channels(Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, CNN, ESPN, HGTV, networks, etc). A large opening window had a view to Panera, Chipotle and a small shopping strip. The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower and fan but difficult round sink faucet. Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and under window AC/heat. The 6AM breakfast was good: OJ, bananas/apples, cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, toast, packaged sweets and coffees. I used the nice 4 stage gym but not the hot tub or small pool, both indoor. Overall, we had a quiet night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in Downtown Lincoln for 3 nights in October. I was there for a convention. Easy check in – Tip…Park in the parking garage and get a ticket…then use the elevator to access the hotel. You can then buy cheaper garage parking at the front desk. They give you a new ticket and you can throw the original one away. I was in room 837 – Nice and good size…not much of a view. Everything was clean and worked. Note: One of the pillows was a thin one! a rarity these days...I usually have to sleep on a folded towel. They have a restaurant for breakfast and lunch along with the Miller Time bar for dinner or drinks. I had breakfast in the restaurant one day and it is what you would expect…it was not very crowded. I had dinner one night…bar food at the Miller Time…again what you would expect from a hotel bar. The conference area and rooms were good, although some of the smaller ones felt claustrophobic. The meals related to the conference were standard fair but no complaints. Would consider staying again if I needed to be downtown.

The location downtown is very good, yet easy to access from the interstate. Both the dinner and the breakfast at the hotel were tasty and well-priced, and the service was friendly and attentive; both were very nice experiences.

Staff was friendly. Room was great but not excellent; bathroom layout lil odd due 2 position of door toliet 2 door; shower could use a lil update. Housekeeping replinished coffee & tea everyday which was excellent & coffee was above average. Starbucks cafe a plus. Property close 2 other restaurants. Property restaurant/bar is good.

I reserved three rooms for myself and teammates who were visiting to play in a tournament. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and has everything you’d need. The food at the restaurant is also good. But what really stands out about this hotel is the staff! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Specifically Michael, who checked us in provided excellent service and was always friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience! We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great experience at the Tru by Hilton Lincoln East! The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a modern layout that made everything feel fresh and easy. The lobby had a lively vibe, and the whole place gives off a clean-but-casual atmosphere. Like a hotel that drinks cold brew and listens to podcasts. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and professional, and Nicolle truly stood out. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Give that woman a raise! The location is ideal, with lots of great dining options and grocery stores nearby. Super convenient. If you’re headed to Lincoln and want a stay that’s equal parts fun and functional, Tru is the way to go.

Modern clean decoration. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice blackout shade. Walk-in shower, clean bathroom, stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand lotion. Giant TV. Lobby has a pool table, games, standard breakfast, etc. Didn't check the pool or the gym. There is a fridge provided in the room but there are no drawers or coffee in the room, butyou can get it from the lobby. There are hangers provided and a place to hang items. Stayed 2 nights. Service desk provided excellent service.

This was an OK option. It's a Tru - so a step down from a Hampton. The room was OK and the bed was OK. The shower was smaller than a Hampton shower and the shower head needs replacing. The wifi and A/C were good. The breakfast was OK - a step down from a Hampton. You can walk to several restaurants and stores. Overall it was ok - but it's not near the highway so is both a plus and a minus. Next time I might find an easier location for a quick overnight.

Nice surprise - it's not every day one gets to stay at a really new hotel. Open since this past May, the new hasn't worn off; bright colors, (very) clean... what's not to like? But everyone knows 'its about the people..." Staff is terrific! Engaging, knowledgeable and apparently, (mostly) hospitality careerists who understand the business and have a personal stake in success. We especially appreciated Dawn and Nichole for their engaging personalities and enthusiasm for their work. A few points - the breakfast is good but if you're looking for cuisine, you might want to go elsewhere. The coffee during our stay was well maintained, all day! (Thanks!). The hotel also has an awesome lobby with various nooks/areas for kids to play, have quiet(er) meetings and work alone. The rooms have a sparse, Scandinavian decor that might seem cold to people looking for richer woods/carpet/window coverings but that's just part of the Tru brand... of which I have one complaint; the soap tubes can be hard to squeeze (certainly not the fault of this or any Tru, more a corporate-thing. Anyway, it'll only be new for so-long but if they keep the level of customer attention and facilities management up, this Tru will stay shiny and new for many years.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stopped here during a road trip and it was great for one night. We stayed in a '2 queen studio sofa bed' room and it was very spacious. Perfect for our family. (Just to note: There is no dividing wall in the room, it's just one big space, but it's big enough that kids can spread out if needed.) It had an area with a mini fridge, microwave and small sink, which was nice. The room was clean, had bedding for the pullout sofa, provided enough towels, and the bathroom was clean. The shower made a loud noise while using it, but that was the only flaw with the room. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. Waffles, bagels/English muffins/bread to toast, muffins, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. The breakfast space was clean and someone was always restocking items.

Staff very welcoming and especially friendly and wished us safe travels home at our departure today. The beds were so comfortable we were in RM 213 and was an extra large living space for disabled guests. Bathroom had a bench seat and hand held shower head. We were there for our son and fiancé’s wedding shower and it was a very convenient location. The breakfast both mornings was more than we typically see at a Hampton with fresh scrambled eggs even offered up until 30 minutes before it ended and good sausage, waffles and muffins. It wasn’t like we got crumbs arriving at 9:30. Really started both our days out fueled well. Wish I could remember the beautiful and mature lady’s first name that worked during the daytime hours…she was just “TOP NOTCH!” With my leg condition pain and moving slow after family festivities, we were given a late check-out which we greatly appreciated!

The king suite at Hampton Inn & Suites Lincoln - Northeast I-80 was perfect for us. The bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep. The sofa was great for lounging. The wet bar with sink, microwave, and small refrigerator was great for evening mealtime. The desk divides the room into two separate areas -- sleeping and lounging. An additional piece of furniture gave us the storage function that we needed. Bedside shelves are large enough to accommodate a sleep machine. We appreciated the bathroom layout with shower and toilet separate from sink and vanity. And a luggage rack was available in the closet. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty -- a great start to our days. Since we are light sleepers, we were a little concerned about the hotel's proximity to the interstate, but our request for a quiet room location was accommodated. This Hampton Inn spoiled us -- so many positive details make this Hampton Inn shine above many others. If we return to Lincoln, this will certainly be our choice.

We always stay here on our annual trips to Colorado because this hotel gets it right every time. We had a very spacious room with lots of cabinets, a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom and shower were good, with sink separate from the shower/toilet area. The room had lots of outlets and was very clean. Breakfast was typical of all Hampton Inns. Check-in was fine but I got a grumpy clerk at check-out. Convenient to I-80, restaurants and gas stations.

Very pleasant stay at this inn. Located conveniently off the interstate but room was quiet. Inn is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good although seating is limited. There are several fast food restaurants within a mile or so; other dining establishments are in town which is five miles or so away. We were impressed with the staff at this hotel. John who checked us in was pleasant and friendly and willingly provided info on dining. We inadvertently left rain jackets in the room and Tyler went above and beyond to mail them promptly to us, all with a pleasant and positive attitude. We would consider staying here again.

Location was perfect as I was traveling I-80. The facilities were as expected per the description and perfect for my needs. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were outgoing and friendly. The breakfast had everything you need and was a wonderful way to head back on the road. I definitely book again on my way through town.

Room was super clean, king bed very comfortable with lots of pillows, and a ceiling fan over the bed that had a separate switch for the fan or the light. Breakfast had a full assortment of hot and cold items to choose from including Biscuits and sausage gravy, fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, breads amd muffins, assortment of juices and an elaborate coffee machine!

The spa tub room was spectacular! So relaxing after a long drive! Rooms big and clean. The hotel was quiet. Great staff. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

They even had a choice of regular or blueberry waffle batter to make your own waffle. The breakfast highlight for me was the coffee machine. You could have a choice in the coffee strength, make it a cappuccino, or make it mocha. Gas station and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to off of I-80. And just a few minutes from a variety grocery and retail stores.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very quiet and excellent in all aspects. The hotel is located adjacent to a unique nature preserve and the view out our window was amazing. Singing birds, fresh air and a nice safe area to take a walk after a day of driving. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was extra nice and roomy with a large TV and a sofa. All around great stay!

I always stay at budget hotels, so I see the good, the bad and the ugly. This was probably off-season, but the price was very good. I was really surprised at how high end and luxurious my room was. It felt very safe and secure. The bed was new and comfortable, linens were nice. The room was large and had a seating area. Separate toilet/shower from the vanity which would be nice if there were multiple people staying in the room. Breakfast was generous and good. I complimented the front desk clerk and she said that they've been renovating. I even noticed how warm and modern the paint color was. I'm used to very spartan accommodations and this stay made me feel like I had splurged and paid for an expensive room.

The hotel is very clean! Staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the sitting area in our suite. Breakfast was very good with numerous options. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

We stayed here on our trip home from Denver, CO. We've stayed in Lincoln many times before as it's a halfway point for us. This hotel was great. Very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was awesome. We stayed in a disappointing hotel earlier in the trip, so this was a breath of fresh air. Great location as well! Highly recommend.

This is one of the nicer Hampton Inn’s I have stayed in recently. Our room was quiet and comfortable. It is close to I-80 and the airport and we did not hear noise from either. Our king room with a sofa bed was nicely furnished and the bathroom was spacious. I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. The sheets were a bit thin, but the bed was comfortable. The evening desk attendant was very friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the food was as expected with Hampton Inn.

All the front desk staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. When I got to the room assigned to me, I noticed a rumbling sound and rattling on the ceiling- at first I tried to ignore it but it was too bothersome so I decided to go back to the front desk and ask for a change of room. The staff on duty immediately gave me a new room. This one was better, and quiet. I later went down and thanked the guy and he explained that he investigated the situation and found out it was because dryers were being used in the room above. I appreciated his response. The next day, I needed to print something but the computer in the Business Center wasn’t working properly. I explained my problem to the front desk staff and she right away said I could email the document to the hotel email address and she’d print it out for me. Also, the breakfast lady greeted me every morning I was there. Hotel itself was fine; room was clean and spacious. Location excellent, near restaurants and shops.

I always have a comfortable stay at this hotel. The restaurant on-sight is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the location convenient. The rooms are clean and competitively priced. Although I usually don’t eat breakfast, I know they offer a nice variety of foods. Cookies as you check in are a nice touch.

From the time we walked in the front doors until we left, everything was great. Service at checkin was fast and friendly. Beautiful front foyer. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were awesome. Even down to 3 piece bath, with extra sink/mirror outside the bathroom was a great extra. Breakfast was well done, lots of choice, clean eating area.

We’ve never stayed at a Motel 6. But when I was looking for motel rooms on BringFido.com this one had 4 1/2 bones. So I thought “why not”? What a nice surprise! We’ve stayed here 2 times now and it works perfectly for us and our pup Chik! The rooms are very minimalist but very clean! Kimberly, Gayle, Alex and whoever else I might have missed were all so helpful and friendly! AND…..they don’t charge a pet fee! What?!?!? Thank you!!

The fridge is the type you would find in a dorm room, but no freezer. There is also a microwave. There was no coffee/ tea available in the room, but it was available in the loby 24 hours and also the breakfast room. The room had a shower/ tub combination. There were ample outlets for your electronics as well as lightning. The breakfast was adequate. Waffles, biscuits, and gravy, bagles, muffins, toast, and a variety of cold cereal along with several choices of juice. The pool was heated, and there were chairs for the guests to sit. There is a Natural Food grocery store across the parking lot and a grocery store across the street that has different food courts. Oriental, Italian, and American foods. All in all, the hotel is centerely located for most of a travelers needs. We have put this hotel on our definite return to list.

This was our second stay here and it meets the need of a comfortable bed, clean, comfortable room for a one night stay while travelling across the country. There are not a lot of frills- breakfast is what we have all come to expect when it is complimentary. The attendants that we did come across were friendly enough-we generally come in late and leave early. The room was quiet and we were well rested the next morning. There is an outstanding grocery store across the street which was great for supplies. Our needs were met.

Our family booked three rooms for Thanksgiving night and had a nice stay. The rooms did cost more than usual due to the holiday, however each room was clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby area and large breakfast area, complete with coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, and packaged baked and snack items. The rooms were very clean, had some travel size amenities, coffee maker, and decent space. The beds were very comfortable, if not a bit tall, lol, and each came with four pillows, which we appreciated. My tall husband noted the shower head was positioned pretty short, but water pressure was good. The TV worked well. Overall, it was a good overnight stay for us, and we would stay here again.

The bed/ pillows were so comfortable. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was better than most of those at other motels. It was near the area where my family lives so that was convenient. Bathroom, although quite small had a nice shower and other fixtures. AC was quiet when running. All other items in good working order like tv, hair dryer, fridge, etc. Linda at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

This town is full of overpriced hotels. We were fortunate to be able to use Choice points for our stay. The property was clean and quiet and Mike, who checked us in could not have been nicer and more helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the WiFi connection was sketchy. When it worked it was really slow. Didn’t have breakfast so no comment there. Beds were comfortable and the room was fine. There is a sports bar across the parking lot that has great food. We ordered and carried it back to our room.

The property was clean and appears to be very well cared for, staff was very cordial. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was well lit and clean. Hair dryer didnt work. The first night of 2 day stay the conference room was very noisey, until 1130pm. There is no excuse for this and I called front desk asking for help. I dont believe we should have to pay full price, and we should get a complimentary room in the future. The group making noise should be assessed for the cost. Breakfast was average, and ok.

The Front desk staff always had a nice greeting as we entered/exited the facility. Cleaning staff also greeted us and asked if we needed anything. Great service and friendly staff from top to bottom. We will definitely be back when we visit Lincoln.

Only disappointment was no pool or hot tub usage due to (according to manager) corporate office not approving hiring electrician to fix issue. We were offered Comfort Inn next door's usage but their hot tub not usable either (& why would we go to another hotel?). Crazy.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Room was very nice, bathroom was very good, plenty of dresser drawers for putting clothes and things (though closet was small and had only six hangers), room temp was easy to control, office desk and chair were good as well as the internet access.The breakfast was very good; the only thing lacking surprisingly was there was no bread for toast even though there was a toaster, but there were bagels and muffins available. Location is very convenient to both Superior and 27th Streets to go in any direction. Hotel is however hidden from view from either street and in a somewhat industrial area so there is no walk-able area around it. Hotel strives to be eco-friendly since it has recycle waste bins as an example.

We booked a two night stay because we were in Lincoln for a family gathering. We were very impressed with this Comfort Suites East hotel. The front desk area was clean, the people working at the desk were very polite and helpful, and the hotel itself was in a nice neighborhood. There was a bus of kids participating in a baseball tournament and we were concerned it might get loud at night, but it was amazingly quiet and we slept great. The room was clean and well stocked with a microwave and mini fridge. The bed had a pillowtop mattress and was super comfortable. The best part was the continental breakfast in the morning! It had an excellent variety of food including eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, coffee, juice, muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and toast. There was not one single complaint we had about this hotel and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone going to the Lincoln, Nebraska area.

I was pleasantly surprised when we drove up to this hotel, which is quite a bit out-of-the-way, away from the primary business districts. However, the room was fantastic, very spacious. The hotel smelled like new carpet and fresh paint. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was in the grab and go breakfast. It was a paper bag with a pre-packaged muffin, a small granola bar and a bottle of water.

The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned nicely without us requesting on our 2nd day. The breakfast was very nice and kept extremely clean. There was coffee and lemon water available at the front which was very welcoming.

I spent 2 nights here while on assignment. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with fresh choices of fruit and muffins. The desk clerk was very helpful when I had issues trying to print some paperwork. When the online system did not work she had me email her my documents and printed them out for me right away.

The staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth. The breakfast was a surprisingly good, pre-Covid type breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the room fan kept the outside hall noises (if there were any) out of the room. The only gross thing was that whatever they used to clean the bathroom and room entry floors with must've been left on because our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked. Overall, we'd stay here again.

We stayed for a number of days, and our room was refreshed every morning, despite the property being busy. Breakfast was always fresh and hot, and the dining area was kept clean. Very nice, quiet, and comfortable property.

Our room is very quiet and clean. The property is convenient perfectly fills our need for a safe place to stop for the night.

Nice service desk person, clean and helpful. With the exception of breakfast bar needing more options or keep refilling items.

The room was so clean, it was one step beyond clean. Everything was clean not just the normal wipe down, but every nook was clean. Plus the bed was so comfortable best night sleep in a 5 day road trip. Then you add the staff of friendly and helpful people. This place was better then several 5star hotels I have stayed in. I have stayed here several times for the price and the location it works for me there is very pricy hotels around this one and I have stayed at them they all have limited amenities due to covid a 50 cent muffin to go and coffee they will rip you off 149.00 a night compared to 55 same situation no amenities no coffee no hot breakfast I just saved 94 had a bed a tv and I took a shower and went to get my own BRKFST and coffee and still saved a lot of money thank you Iris and Krista for a fair pleasant stay!

Looks run down from the outside but this place has its benefits. First I was able to get a room on the first floor which was nice because it had a back patio door that I could back right up to and unload my truck. I usually have to bring a lot of stuff inside so that made it so much easier. I suggest asking for a room like that. Cheap one night stay. You get what you pay for but I was actually impressed with how clean the room over all was. I also thought the bed was pretty comfortable and I liked the fact it had four pillows of different levels of comfort. Woke up with no neck or back pain. I would make one suggestion. Please put real comforters on the bed instead of hospital sheets? The young lady at the front desk was very nice and not at all grumpy when I showed up late to get a room. Always a plus. Heat worked great. Lots of room and quiet. Just one negative. I clearly could see that there needed to be a better effort to clean or replace the grout around the tub and floor tiles. There was what looked to be like mold growing. It made it look pretty gross. Thank you all in all great stay!

What a nice location with a great staff. They are very helpful and have a really nice breakfast area. Actually ordered from a nearby pizza location and it turned out to be fantastic! I actually shared a little of the desert with the front desk person which was so courteous, helpful, and nice, which isn’t always the case when traveling, It’s not necessary really but so welcome when people are cordial and friendly. It made staying in Nebraska nicer at the super eight by Wyndham in Lincoln!

Reasonably nice place - not fancy but clean and its in a safe area. However, you should plan on finding your own breakfast and coffee. The so-called "breakfast" was almost non-existent and what was there was pre-packaged. Coffee machines were empty.

It was fine, clean and comfortable, convenient to I-80. Breakfast bar was okay. Hand soap dispenser fell off the wall when I tried to use it (screw anchors just fell out of the sheetrock), but that was really the only negative. Excellent price, too.

The staff allowed us to check-in early. They immediately corrected an issue with the in-room television signal. The building was clean and quiet. The air-conditioning in our room was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was adequate. Continental breakfast was adequate. Good value overall.

It was fine for a quick overnight. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, but there were NO extras. It was very basic which fit our needs for a quick sleep before hitting the road. The breakfast was awful! There was no hot water for coffee or oatmeal. The Keurig was empty of water too. The cold cereal was OK, but the choices were Raisin Bran or Cheerios. The doughnuts were hard and the fridge where the milk was kept was cold. I would recommend this motel because it was so comfy, but also recommend that you plan on breakfast out.

The hotel is well maintained and is convenient to major highway. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. I feel that the breakfast could use a little protein but, there was cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and a nice variety of toast.

This hotel was very basic, but it was clean, well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Worked well for our family! Loved that they have a room with 3 full beds! Very convenient for our family of 6 :)

Just be aware that their dog policy on Expedia does not include the weight limit of 20lbs. The front desk gal was so nice and helped us out even though we had a dog larger than 20 lbs, but that would've been nice to know (very much an Expedia problem). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean for our overnight stay, but, we stayed in the room with 3 beds, and let me tell you they were SMALL beds. We were scrunched. And only two towels and one tiny shampoo bottle were provided in the room for 6 people, which obviously was inadequate. Breakfast was limited, bagels, toast, oatmeal, muffins, juice, but as we were only there for the night it was fine. A few restaurants and a grocery store were across the street which was really convenient, but the road was a busy and a little loud, also not the hotels fault, just be aware.

Extremely clean, friendly staff, easy to check in and out. Great price and very nice breakfast room and breakfast. It’s an A+ place.

If you are looking for an updated hotel with all the finer things, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a comfortable bed but don't mind outdated or worn out looking things, I recommend this hotel. The front desk gal was super nice and fun to chat with. It is pet friendly which is what we were looking for. We took our fur kid on her first long weekend and she did great! Water pressure in the shower was great too...I have longer hair so this is a big deal to me. Would I stay again? Yes!

Great value and exceptional comfort! We shared a room for a business meeting. The location was well within a short drive to downtown and saved us LOTS of money! While the decor was a bit old - who cares? Our room was nice and roomy, had a fridge and a microwave, very comfortable beds - the sheets were the best ever! Nice fluffy pillows and plenty of them. The air temperature was easy to manage and worked quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really not one bad thing to say about this motel. Next time I have to stay in Lincoln, this will be my motel.

We were there for a wedding and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from there. We got there a couple of hours early and the clerk helped us get a room immediately. It was a very nice room with a king bed and a comfy couch. The pool wasn't open because of COVID, but the workout room was. Also because of COVID, they weren't able to have the breakfast they normally would have provided, so I don't hold that against them. We still were able to get some cereal, yogurt, and coffee. We're easy.

I did pay premium prices because I did not know it was a Nebraska football game day when I booked. We were there for a bowling tournament. I paid with fees $140, and the normal price on this hotel is $57. It was still the least expensive place I could find when I booked it too close to a game day. It would be a great place for the $57! Just a heads up, the breakfast is a grab and go with an apple, a granola bar and a bottle of water. So don’t think you’re getting a great breakfast, although I do understand Covid restrictions. Overall I would recommend Rodeway Inn!

We got what we paid for. If you are looking for a clean place to stay for cheap, this will do. It looked like they are remodeling and updating a bit. It suited our needs. The guys at the reception desk were friendly. The rooms were clean, nothing fancy. The beds were comfortable. We missed breakfast so I am not able to comment on that. One wish was a coffee machine in the room.

I was just short of 90 minutes from destination but could not keep eyes open. I needed something on my route, inexpensive, no breakfast but not a dive. So great!!! Newly refurbished and clean!!!! Sibling owners are wonderful! Did not want a place that had breakfast since I am low sugar diet and did not want to pay for something that I could not have so this was perfect place for me! Neighborhood was acceptable; proximity to I80 was good; value was great! Let me repeat, clean!

Clean, comfortable and quit environment are the pre-requisites well met, seen entering the property for the first time. Well furnished property, welcoming staff and enjoyable breakfast helps to effectively complete your projects on hand.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and professional. The room was old, but clean and comfortable.

There is no option of food (no on-site bar/grill/breakfast), there are 2 vending machines on main floor (1 for food, 1 for drinks). Lincoln was not busy when we stayed (no events going on), so we had no problem finding a parking spot, which is an attached non-covered lot and the first 3 rows closest to hotel are reserved for its guests, but the rest of the lot you will get towed b/c the spaces don’t belong to the hotel. It is very close walking distance to about anything on M/N/O streets. The hotel was quiet, clean. The air conditioner cover was broke but the actual air worked great. The shower curtain was ripped few spots on the top but it was all clean, shower pressure was good and water was hot. No pool or hot tub (but we knew this.) Fridge worked and was clean. We didn’t use the other appliances. Bed was very comfortable. You can have animals here but we did not hear any barking. Will stay here again.

Everything about the hotel. The staff was so welcoming and I was only gonna stay for two days, but it was so relaxing it turned into a 16 day stay.

Friendly staff, clean, has its own small kitchen with necessary accessories. Cosmetics consisting of individual shampoo and soap. There is a hair dryer.

Very nice little hotel with kitchenette and even a few pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Daytime desk lady isn't too friendly but an overall good stay.

Room was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and room had two TV's which was nice.

Would stay again because of the reasonable rate but would make other arrangements for breakfast.

Very nice hotel for the money. Very clean, excellent amenities (microwave, office size refrigerator with little freezer, cable TV, free WiFi, ice, excellent shower, love seat and desk, very comfy bed). Right off of I-80 and near Lincoln airport. Perfect stay for our cross country drive.

This is our second stay at this motel The couple that owns this motel was very accommodating and very friendly. The room was clean,, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast. The choices included dry cereal, stale bagels, bread for toast, and packaged "pastry" that had zero taste. Waffles would have been nice but were not a part of the selection.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room had been redone and was well-maintained. The walls seemed a little thin, so it was noisier than I would have like. There is a very small breakfast available, so if you want a big breakfast you will have to go somewhere else to eat. I would stay there again if I needed a place to stay in the area.

They had outside entry to our room that was extremely convenient. Everything was very clean and pretty new. Our room had a fridge and microwave which we usually need. The king size bed was comfortable, too. We will stay there again when in Lincoln!

There is a lot to like and here's my take: price: reasonable to inexpensive bed: soft & comfortable wi-fi: fast & free room: clean and spacious, TV worked great, and there was a writing table breakfast: tasty (cold cereals, fresh danishes, boiled eggs, real milk, hot coffee, hot waffles, oatmeal, etc.) grounds: nicely laid out with lots of flowers and trees location: easily accessible to I-80, right next to a gas station noise: room was quiet (the trains that went by did not have shrieking whistles, only heard a lumbering click-ety clack, not obtrusive and passed within minutes) I think it was an excellent place to stay and I'm glad I did. I would return as I thought the owner was friendly and really cared about his guests. Thank you everyone at America's Best Value Inn!

The Customer Service was excellent---very friendly and helpful staff. It was also a pleasant surprise that the hotel offers a breakfast, as many places don't anymore given the Covid situation. But besides coffee, pastry and fresh fruit, I was happy to see boiled eggs, which were perfectly good. It's great to have real protein in your breakfast. There's also a laundry onsite as well as microwave/fridge in the rooms. In addition, there's a very good convenience store next door with lots of items and a Mcdonald's within walking distance. If you're arriving by Greyhound, the station is only a 3-5 min walk to the hotel. The only caveat was the floor. It darkened the soles of my feet and so I wore socks most of the time. Other than that, this is a nice, quiet and safe spot which offers a great value.

Stayed one night here during a weekend visit to Lincoln. A pleasant surprise was the friendly staff through out the stay from check in to check out. They made fresh waffles in the morning in the breakfast individually for guests. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of choices. Room was fully equipped including with a microwave and a fridge. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. In summary, a very good place to stay at a reasonable price.

The room was sparkling clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, safe, nice table and chair, and a coffee machine. Breakfast was typical during pandemic with fresh fruit juices coffee, and hard boiled eggs. I will stay here again.

Convenient for long distance bus station. 2 min walk. Free local buses into town. Clean & comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

The hallways were a bit rundown. The following morning we get up to grab breakfast and hit the road, load up the car and go in to grab breakfast at 6:10 and there was no staff to be seen and another customer had been waiting for a while. The staff came out of the office around 6:15 but with another customer waiting and set up for breakfast we couldn’t wait around to see when breakfast would be ready. That part was certainly disappointing but the stay was otherwise good for what we needed and what we paid.

We were greeted by the most friendly Hostess last night, even though we were checking in a bit late. She was personable and efficient and checked us in while cinversing with us. The lobby was clean, well lit and welcoming. We were given our choice of rooms and ended up being placed in a quiet suite on the second floor. The room was warm, amenities were as described, and we spent a comfortable night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. Clean and nice sized room. Budget friendly. Will stay again when traveling this way.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Check-in went smoothly. Easy access to Interstate 80. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Ran out of coffee and breakfast sausages well before 9:00am. Other than that, would book here again.

The Hostess checking us in was very friendly and efficient. She set the tone for our comfortable stay. We were informed there is someone at the front desk 24/7 for security and assistance, though we never had to use this information. There was a shuttle to the airport available. Breakfast was available at 6:30 and the coffee was hot.

The breakfast is included in the pleasantly affordable price. Not fancy, but I had toast, a hard boiled egg, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. My husband had yogurt, cereal and milk, and a sweet roll with coffee. More than adequate to get us on our way. It was easy to check in and we stayed on the ground floor close to the reception area..no problem with the WI-Fi. TV worked great, There is also a microwave, refrigerator and small coffee pot. What else do you need? Summing it up: a clean room,pleasant check in, resonable price, decent breakfast choice, JUST GO HERE, your credit card bill will thank you later.

For the price. It was an awesome room. It is 30 year old decor. Clean. Painted in a washable white. -8 degrees outside. A bit hot for me the room. Turned it down from 75 to 60. Clean bathroom. Clean everywhere. TV worked.Microwave worked. My experience at this low price in Lincoln NE. Always several issues. Not here. Will be back ! $42. two double beds. Used one. Tax is less when the fee is less ! Was in a hurry. No time for the free breakfast. The menu of the restaurant looked appetizing and reasonable. I recommend. You cannot go wrong. Bus stop across street. If vintage bothers you. Go pay 75 and up. If clean, hot water ,warm. 32' tv everything works best nightly price is what you need. Book your room here !

Definitely needs some upgrading. Can tell they are trying. Owner was super friendly. the bar/restaurant was AMAZING. such good food. Overall nice hotel. Just needs some updating. There were a couple bugs in our room. But the room was clean and smelt clean.

My room was super clean, the hotel alone is clean. the front desk staff are professional & kind. The Management, housekeepers, do a great job making sure that the rooms, hallways, surroundings, stays clean.. So yes! my stay was excellent. & I’m glad I made the right choice.

I like that it was quiet and not too many disturbances. But the upkeep of the room could use a little bit more work. Overall I will more than likely make another arrangement for a few more nights stay in the coming days hopefully.

When in Lincoln Nebraska, this place saved me from sleeping in the airport. And they gave me a ride in the morning. The people were amazing.

It's a basic hotel, don't ask too much. It's convenient by its location just outside the airport.
