I was there one Saturday night before a family gathering. Staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms and lobby very tidy. Breakfast was worth the money and the waffle maker is easy and fun to use. Only missed not having berries to add on top, but you can’t have everything, right? The Chin was a nice size and very clean with lots of machines. The Jacuzzi in the pool area Was very therapeutic after a 5 Hour drive from New York. Definitely great value for the money!

I had a great experience with the room service, and the front desk staff were consistently welcoming and ready to assist with any needs. They provided convenient transportation for hotel guests attending the 3-day concert that weekend, and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and there were dinner buffets available as well. Right across from the dining area, there was a sports cocktail bar that featured a delicious menu. I loved hanging out there every night after returning from the concert to grab a late dinner. The hotel also had a gym opened 24 hours, which was beneficial for me. Additionally, there was a pool, a jacuzzi, and a large lounge area. In the lobby, there was a guest convenience store that offered drinks, snacks, over the counter medicine, and more. One highlight of my stay was the warm chocolate chip cookies from DoubleTree. They were absolutely delicious!

Excellent stay, clean quiet & great dinner. I walked into the bar area to ask if I could sit by the window, which was in the restaurant area. Sandra was at the bar and knowing I was gonna go sit in the restaurant was still just amazingly friendly and helpful. Gave me a menu pointed me where to go and then my server in the restaurant was I am so sorry. I’m gonna slaughter this name. I’m gonna say MEASEA she was amazing. Super kind very informative about the food options drink options we just talked about fun things for a couple minutes. I wrote her name down expecting to get a Hilton request to write a review but I did not get that so I’m writing it here. The room was clean. I had stayed the night before at a Hilton That just felt a little grimy like it just needed a good scrub. The carpet was dirty. Had to smell bedspread was slightly dingy, but this place the Doubletree was perfect just perfect to go here. It was a super hot day and as I drove up the very shaded drive it was the perfect reading young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly because of being Hilton Diamond upgraded me to a junior suite immediately without me even asking

Spent this weekend visiting family and stayed again at the Double Tree. Check in was quick and thank you for the delicious cookies and water. Room was very clean and smelled clean. Shower pressure was amazing and hot! Breakfast was delicious and your staff were very sweet and attentive! My only suggestion is extending pool time to a little earlier and later. Other than that another wonderful stay! This is now my “go to” hotel when visiting family in Columbia!

Overall a nice stay, however, the rooms (we had two) did not provide a welcome book with information regarding restaurant hours or a menu. We would have liked to know of the nearby restaurants or what to do in Columbia. The elevators did not work properly - very shakey and actually moving before the doors closed! Breakfast and dinner were overpriced but service was very good. The shower pressure was amazing!

I spent 3 nights at the Marriott waterfront with my 2 sisters for a high school reunion. Our flight was delayed and we were checking in super late (after midnight). Despite this our check in was seamless- Pamela was warm and friendly at check in. The hotel is situated beautifully on the harbor with easy walking access to downtown and fells point. Honestly you can’t beat the location. We loved the buffet breakfast on the weekend. They had traditional breakfast options (omelette station etc) but lots of healthy options too - my fav was the made to order juice station. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym is under renovation but no worries- you get access to the MAC gym right across the street. It’s a full service gym and even has a sauna. We enjoyed our workouts there. There are tons of restaurant options in walking distance. The four seasons has 2 restaurants right across the street. Lots of shopping nearby too. Starbucks is right around the corner. Our room was spacious, very clean & comfortable. The daily Housekeeping was excellent. This will become my go to property when visiting baltimore. Loved our stay.

Hotel staff are attentive and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and gorgeous view of the habor and the city skyline. Weekend breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The coffee cafe made a perfect americano with almond milk everytime. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many great day time attractions and then a vibrant nightlife. Highly recommend this hotel and also the Inner Harbor location!

This is my first time staying at this hotel and I absolutely love it! Leslie P. (Customer Service) Is the reason for my stay being amazing. From my initial interaction with Leslie P. over the phone, she was very professional, friendly, attentive to my needs/concerns, listened, and did her part to help my stay be amazing from my first night at hotel. THANK YOU LESLIE P.! The location is perfect, my room is amazing, the front staff Keri was super nice and smiled while helping me and the Valet gentleman Alex was super nice and professional as well. I got to hotel late night and was exhausted & to receive everyone’s kindness really went a long way! This team at this hotel is top notch! As a Platinum Elite member my expectations were surpassed & I am thankful to have this experience at Marriott Baltimore Waterfront.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a refrigerator and a couch. Views were nice. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. I slept very well on a comfy bed. The room was very quiet most of the time, even though I was by the elevator. Everyone who worked at the Marriott was super helpful and friendly. I would look forward to returning.

Superior quality from the time we walked in the door! When we got there we were met by a friendly group of employees at the front desk, jason and the shuttle driver were joking with me, the girl at the desk brianna was amazing! Girls smile and attitude brightened the entire building she was so welcoming and helpful got us up to our room with ease, our room was perfect everything as it should be and clean, when we went to checkout the poor girl who checked us in brianna was still working? I guess someone called out but she was just as welcoming after being up all night, breakfast was great! The gentleman at the bar served us drinks super fast and was very nice, A++++ all around, i never have experiences without somekind of problems so i was shocked this went so great thank you holiday inn

We ate dinner in the dining room. I had salmon, rice pilaf and asparagus. I asked that the asparagus be done crisp tender, and it was perfect. My whole meal was delicious. My husband had a cobb salad with chicken, and it was delicious. Service was really good. We would definitely eat there again if we stay there. Otherwise, the employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. We liked that there are dispensers with lotions, body and hand wash and shampoo. Nice perk. The morning shuttle to the airport was right on time with a very friendly driver.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Restaurant was convenient for late arrival staying open till 11pm. Food was good and many menu choices. Staff very friendly helpful. Transportation to the airport was very convenient. Could use some updating of rooms and halls etc. but not a deal breaker.

I had a small issue checking in at the hotel as I was told by the clerk that my booking date wasn’t correct and that I needed to contact Hotel.com to resolve the issue and trying to get in contact with a live agent from hotel.com was extremely difficult. So difficult that I wasn’t even able to reach anyone, but the manager from the Hotel was quick to step in and resolve the date issue. The room was clean and very spacious. No matter what hotel I go to, I will always check for bed bugs, spiders and other insects to make sure that Im safe and I was so pleased to not find any bugs in the room, or hallways of this hotel. I did not eat any dinner there although the menu had a lot of great items. However, the breakfast was so delicious. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and problem-solving skills of the manager and the spacious comfortable room that Im already about to book my next few stays with them. Lastly, the cost was another big selling point for me since this stay was all about relaxation for me and my partner, just something extra for quality time and we wanted more nights for a decent price and that’s exactly what we got. overall, this was a great stay :)

Tanya was so wonderful in the breakfast areas! All the employees were friendly and professional! The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen. Freshly scrambled eggs, freshly cut fruit, thick bacon, fresh oatmeal, bananas, non-fat greek yogurt in addtion to berry greek yogurt, potatoes, coffee and tea 24/7, cereal, fresh juices served by Tanya. Decor needs to be updated-but I would rather have great food and bed and a great room price then to pay more and compromise everything else. And free shuttle to the airport! Roomy bathroom also!

This isn't a luxury hotel with spacious rooms, etc., but the accommodations are comfortable perfectly adequate. I looked at reviews online before booking and saw that many reviewers raved about the breakfast buffet. The options are indeed broad, but don't expect gourmet food. I was very happy that they provide lots of fresh fruit, though, and the coffee is quite good by hotel standards. *Best thing* about the hotel: the staff are wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, made me feel like they think of visitors as their personal guests, not like they are just performing hospitality as part of their jobs.

Conveniently located close to Little Italy, Harbor East and Fell's Point, pretty walkable to the harbor and downtown. Very clean and modern rooms (but no drawers or enough hangers, and no bathtub) with comfy beds and a great TV. No coffee-maker in the room but a 24/7 coffee bar (also hot water and hot chocolate) as well as a water fountain in the lobby. Very welcoming and cheerful staff at the front desk who were able to help if needed. On weekends, the parking garage right across the street offers very affordable rates ($5 per day).

This is a place with a young and hospitable vibe. Comfortable but not luxurious, generous but not over the top. The staff is friendly, accommodating respectful and professional. It was clean and welcoming. We needed a place to stay overnight while visiting relatives, this was clean and comfortable as we had where to go and what to do. Good basic breakfast.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. All my interactions with staff were the best I've ever had in a hotel - people were friendly and helpful. I requested a quiet room and was happy to find that I was on a high floor, at the end near the stairs. Not only did I have a lovely sunrise view, but the room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was easy to navigate with lots of well-placed lights (with dimmers!) and outlets. Breakfast was good too - bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, fruit, waffles. Fantastic stay!

Great location, minutes walking from the harbor. Spacious rooms and spacious fun shower! Beautiful window to the view, great breakfast included. Ice machine and water fountains everywhere, and 24 hours coffee station - I love it when hotels are generous :)

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and very polite. Dani the front desk lady was phenomenal, you can tell she loves her job because she wants the guests to have an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast and bar access are a nice addition, and it was very quiet/peaceful. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Baltimore.

The facilities are spacious and clean, the breakfast offered a large variety of items and drinks. Our room was spotless and also spacious, it was home away from home. The staff is friendly, approachable, and informative. I recommend this hotel and will also stay there when I'm traveling to the area again.

The hotel is very new, hence, all room facility is new. Room is clean, bed is comfy, staffs are friendly. The best part is it comes with free breakfast and breakfast is delicious! Will return again.

This property is less than a year old and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was included. The only thing I would change is the Bar/food menu. Of course you can always go to one of the local restaurants. We arrived close to 9pm and we just wanted to grab something at the hotel for dinner. Very small bar food menu.

People were helpful, pool was nice, property was clean and felt safe. Friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very prompt and on top of things. The location was absolutely perfect. My car was taken care of very well and kept safe/clean. Everything was great! I’ll be staying here again in the future.

I was here because my Mom was in the Hospital. I didn’t check in until late in the evening so I was very tired. I was checked in and resting in my comfy room in a few minutes. I had a wonderful nights sleep. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful and very friendly. . Up and grabbed a delicious coffee and back to the Hospital. Thank you Hampton !

Our room was amazing! It was spacious with really nice furnishings and windows on two sides (we were on the corner). Breakfast was easy to grab and go or sit to eat. And we really enjoyed the pool! The staff was super friendly, helpful, cheery and welcoming!

We needed a hotel for one night and picked the Hampton Inn due to its location. Check in was easy, and the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Our King room was clean, spacious, and provided us with a comfy night's sleep. The breakfast was enough to start our day, and the coffee was very good too. We would stay here again.

Convenient location, close to the airport. Only 6 minutes to rental car facility. Nice room, very quiet, large breakfast area. Several restaurants nearby around the mall. Ginormous movie theater across the street as well as Bass Pro Shops. Friendly staff - breakfast worker was very helpful. We stayed for four nights - will come back.

I did not partake in the breakfast. The staff were absolutely great, welcoming and attentive to my needs. I will absolutely choose this hotel everytime I visit Maryland. The bed was extremely comfortable, reminded me of my bed at home. Pleasant decor, frig and microwave; great shower pressure and plenty of towels; nice and quiet room. The location could not have been more desirable; close proximity to everything a person needs to enjoy their vacation.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location near the mall, food and gas. Hotel, while not new, was in good repair with plenty of parking. Breakfast had protein options in addition to waffles and sweets. Coffee available all hours. Beds were comfy and room was plenty big. Room was quiet and shades blocked the light nicely. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive. After-hours snacks available for purchase. Decent fitness center.

Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, and a happy vibe. I love staying here when in town. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is always great. In the summer, the pool is kept clean and it’s a great place to just breathe and relax for a good value. I love that the room is always welcoming and bright and makes it feel like you are on a vacation. The kitchenettes have everything you need inside the room. Always clean and the front desk is nice and helpful. The owner is wonderful and gives the perfect recommendations for dinner. My favorite is across the street at Xenia. Easy to get to off 100.

Loved the hot breakfast! Woman who was working on 10/20/24 (sorry I didn't get her name, I usually do) did a great job keeping stations full and clean! Hot oatmeal, crispy sausage and delicious cheese omelets. Love the idea of yogurt bar instead of individual cups. Less waste and I could add fresh fruits I like along with nuts to my yogurt. We will rebook simply for the amazing free breakfast! Room was perfect. Full size fridge, range and 2 microwave ovens. Just wonderful. Plenty of towels! Love the Dove products and that housekeeper filled each bottle. I hate when I get in shower and realize 1 or all 3 of the bottles are empty.

Booked a King Studio Suite for a stay of 5 weeks totally. The room was incl a kitchen with all you need. A perfect bed so you are like new the next morning. The bathroom was in 2 parts, incl shower with Bath. Because I was leaving early every day I didn't take a breakfast only on the sunday and that was ok, the coffee was perfect. The room was cleaned very often.Enough parking lots available, a perfect staff and always friendly. In the direct area is a big supermarket and some very good restaurants.

I appreciated the Sonesta ES hotel stay for providing me and my children with a safe, clean, and comfortable place to rest. Everything was perfect for me, like the family-friendly atmosphere, spacious suites with kitchens for preparing meals, a complimentary breakfast that saved me money, available laundry facilities, and the hotel staff's understanding and compassionate attitude toward my situation. Dale, Raven, Sybil, Tara, & Jazzy , oh yeah cannot 4get Rob were like family. I wish I didn't have to leave.

Great value hotel in this area. It's handy to have a fridge and kitchen area. Very spacious rooms, and very clean. The breakfast was much more extensive than I expected it would be. However, the cooked portions were very poorly cooked and often not so edible. For example, the oatmeal was like watery soup, and the hash browns were floppy. However, I very much appreciated the yogurt bar with fresh berries and other fruits, plus granola as one of the cereal choices. So you can eat healthy and not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The exercise room was very small, but it was nice to have that as well as the pool. I would definitely stay here again. This was my first time using the Staybridge hotel chain, and I will also use this chain again based on my very positive experience here.

Everything was great except the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was being drained. I chose the hotel for those amenities so I was a bit disappointed. However, everything else was great including the location which was in close proximity to everything I came to the city to do.

If you are going to a game at Camden Yards this is the place to stay. Walk right across the street to Camden Yards for the game. This and the hospitality will definitely bring me back. The doormen, front desk, and especially the restaurant staff will bring me back again and again. The restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Our waiter, Zaire was a little shy but attended to our every need. Coming from a loud southern family he was probably not used to this. He was always gracious. I missed totally missed the omelette station because it was outside the dining area. Chef Northan heard me say this when I returned to sit with my daughter’s family while they ate, he immediately offered to make me any omelette I wanted. I also had a lovely conversation with Elda during my breakfast. When I was looking for a trash can and asked Edwin where I could locate one he said let me take it. I said well I don’t want to put my trash in your hands. He said, “ no that’s my job.” He took it and disposed of it. Tinka also brought us coffee after being in the restaurant for some time waiting on our other family members. They made us feel comfortable and feel right at home. I repeatedly stay at another Hilton property in Florence SC for this reason. I will come back time and time again. I almost plan my trips around it to visit the ladies there. This will be among my top Hilton sites just for this reason.

I added a day to my business reservation the day before travel and was thrilled to be able to check in upon arrival. Security was tight for the conference and I felt safe, with entrances secured (so I didn’t have to worry about protesters from out of town…not about local neighborhood folks). My room is very spacious and very clean and I was able to walk to the harbor and plenty of local places to eat. Quick Uber from the airport. I had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night and they sent someone to fix it… Lacy…who actually fixed it—with immediate improvement and a cool night. I personally loved that they had a gift shop and coffee shop with so many options onsite… As well as a Jimmy John’s in the conference space attached. I’m dairy free and was able to find like five healthy and not so healthy snacks to enjoy. 😉 Loved that they checked in with me to ensure I was enjoying my stay. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before. Very responsive staff—Michelle, Linda, etc. Makes business travel such a better experience with friendly interactions—coffee shop too! And yes, quiet room and comfortable beds. I also like how much light options they have in the room as additional lighting sources—not just overhead.

The Hilton Inner Harbor has the best location if you are in town for an Orioles game. The hotel is nice, the staff friendly and it is clean. I did not try the on site restaurant, so I can’t speak to it. There is a coffee shop in the lobby which is convenient, and a gift shop. I didn’t get to check out the gift shop as it was closed when we were checking out, but it looked nice. The pool was satisfactory, but nothing special. It was nice to have a chance to swim after a day of sightseeing. It was nice to have the pool and terrace overlooking Camden Yards to watch some of the ballgame. The room was fine, it met our needs and it was clean. The mattresses could use an upgrade, they were a bit hard I woke up sore. I had to ask for more towels for our party of 4 which came promptly. We did have one towel that had a big hole in it and brown stained. They could use new towels. The hotel is also a few blocks from the Inner Harbor attractions. It was a little farther than I thought based on looking at the map, but it was a level and safe walk. Just look out for traffic when walking. I had at least one car not yield to my right of way when I was crossing and I had the light. Took about 10 mins to get to the harbor attractions. Overall I would stay again if I were in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor on Pratt Street. The location is perfect located across from the Inner Harbor and close to great restaurants, the Convention Center, and the stadiums. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the hotel overall was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially want to highlight the excellent housekeeping service I received. My room was taken care of by Rasha, and they did an outstanding job every single day. The room was spotless, neatly organized, and it was clear they take pride in their work. I hope management recognizes their hard work because it really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore.

The room and bathroom were very clean. We loved that, especially since we came from having stayed at the dirtiest hotel ever in Virginia! The bed was very comfortable. (However, the pullout couch mattress was very worn out!!!!) And, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! Also, the Valet staff, especially Ashley, was very nice, fast, helpful and extremely service minded. :) The lunch we had in the bar was delicious...cobb salad and burger and the yummiest chocolate cake. Matt, the bartender was our server, and he was great! The coffee at breakfast was delicious! And, the oatmeal was good, too!

Breakfast was very nice, coffee station was nice surprise, front desk staff professional, friendly, and hard working! Bar/Restaurant was convenient, great food, and affordable.....nice surprise. Bartenders were Very Friendly and on it!!! Minor concerns: I requested top-upper floor and didn't receive...was on the 3rd floor of 14-15 floors. Also, checked out Friday AM....and still waiting on the return of my room deposit, (I understand it might take a couple days), just want to make sure it's processed.

The staff are the outstanding feature of this hotel. The valet parking people, the front desk people, and the folks who staff the breakfast room were so patient and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant just by being so kind. The room was a generous size. We stayed only over the weekend, but it would have been very nice for a longer visit. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens spotless. The included breakfast had standard options, and we appreciated the excellent coffee and the wheat bread for toast. The location is excellent, easy in and out with our car, and within comfortable walking distance to the attractions on the waterfront.

Property was great and staff was so helpful! Light St is busy and very noisy in the morning which woke us up quite early. Breakfast did not include fresh fruits or yogurt. Valet parking was ok as it took a long time for the vehicle to come back to hotel. Restaurants in harbor front were incredible. Serving fresh fish Maryland style! We walked back from dinner to the hotel and felt safe.

The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly! Since Baltimore is known for their crabcakes, we asked the receptionist for a recommendation where we should go, and she gave us Mo's Restaurant. (We highly recommend it). The free shuttle service to and from the restaurant was a HUGE perk! The free breakfast in the morning is nice and has many choices you can pick from. The hotel is an easy walk to the Harbor and M&T stadium for the Ravens game. The restaurant inside has a fantastic burger! The service was slow, but there was only 1 waitress that night. We would stay at this hotel again if we ever go back to Baltimore.

Omg I loved my stay here the staff was polite and friendly the room was AMAZINGGG!! The two different harbor views was beautiful and the master bathroom was breathtaking it was hard leaving out the extremely large jacuzzi this place was phenomenal!!

The staff the room the view of the Harbor, was in town for a Pink and White party..and room was walking distance to the ship.. nice stand up 🚿 nice jacuzzi..no complaints on my end..nice eatery in the inner harbor

Jacuzzi water was cold. Mold on the ceiling. Water dripping from glass ceiling at the pool. There was poop inside the women sauna. No utensils for guests services. Couch on the room seemed dirty or stained. Loud bangs on doors.

Nice hotel located minutes away from M&T Bank Stadium. Directly in front of the Harbor. I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee but it was the same exact room that I booked just on a higher floor for supposedly a better view of the Harbor, which to me is not an upgrade so I just stayed where I was. You can tell this hotel was once immaculate, but shows signs of wear and tear, like most hotels over the years. Bar located on the 2nd floor, which we did not use. We brought our own beverages. Indoor pool and jacuzzi available in which we brought swimwear to get in the jacuzzi, but when we got down there, 2 men where in it and we changed our minds..lol..Gym definitely needs updating because most of the equipment was probably put in when the hotel was built many years ago. Overall our stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff. Lots of events are held here as well...wedding receptions etc...so it seems to be used quite frequently. There was one night some young kids (part of a wedding or some sort) got into a physical fight and were yelling, hitting the walls, and causing all sort of ruckus I was terrified. Notified front desk to get them to summons security up and they came in a timely manner and talked with the young kids. I heard the security guy tell them the only people that should be in the room is the names that were booked. There was about 10 kids in there, we seen them once we left and came back. Our Premier premium king suite was very nice and spacious.

We all truly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sonesta! The rooms were clean, the staff, including security, was very helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly. My room was a suite that overlooked the harbor which had an awesome view during the day and night. It was quiet which was great since we were attending a convention all week and needed some good rest before starting the next day. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was spacious. I loved the 2 seater chair with the accent pillows in the bay window area and the long spacious bar area for the water, ice, microwave, etc. My family members loved their room that was not a suite as well. We are planning to stay there again when we come to Baltimore in the future. It was also so convenient to a lot of places for shopping, eating, sporting events, the harbor of course, and the convention center. The food in the restaurant and cafe was always great and convenient. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The room was spacious and very clean. The towels and sheets were clean and bright white and were changed everyday. It was so nice to come back from a busy day to a fresh room. The staff from the housekeepers, to the front desk, to the ladies who made breakfast were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of foods. Personally I liked the sausage and eggs with fruit and muffins. It was a great way to start the day! Even though we were close to route 1 there wasn’t much traffic noise and I slept really well. I would stay at your hotel next time I’m visiting my family in Laurel.

Everyone was very nice, from checking Friday night up until I checked out flawless service. House keepers was very nice and let us know that if we needed anything let them know food was amazing waffles will always win me over! And espresso machine was dope! Latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate ❤️❤️👏 big plus! The spacious room! I had king room with pull out couch perfect for a romantic getaway! Very clean! Very quiet and safe definitely recommend anyone to stay!

We had a very positive experience at the Best Western Plus in Laurel, MD. We stayed here for four days. The breakfast was delicious with an assortment of options from eggs and sausage to cereals, breads, and fruit. The ladies in the dining room were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the sheets and towels looked new. The staff made the bed and changed the towels every day. The staff at the front desk were all pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs…there is easy access to I-95 and Route 29. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Sharon was the first person I came into contact with. She is absolutely amazing! She set the tone for great customer service at check in. Sharon anticipated my needs based on my questions and was so helpful to my family! Vera, Ingrith, Enid were all so gracious, kind, and helpful as well. The hotel is lobby is lovely, comfortable, and well stocked. The room is as pictured online- clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is awesome! With outdoor games like Jumbo connect four, and corn hole. The pool has long hours to ensure that guests are able to enjoy a swim during their stay. We love this hotel so much that we extended our stay by an additional night, and have become Best Western members and are planning another stay for next month!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Inner Harbor, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The views of the harbor from the room were stunning and added a special touch to the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a lovely pool area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

There was a trainee doing my check in. To honor that it took a bit longer, they (mentor/trainee) gave me a free breakfast coupon. It was very well received and the breakfast buffet was outstanding (as was the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor). The room was spacious and clean. The bath soap was really nice. And of course, the location is Perfect.

Perfect location to Harbor.. a quick safe walk to Aquarium and everything else we wanted to see. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee bar and the restaurant were great and parking garage was easy but expensive. Only neg was the hot tub was out of commision. We had a great two nights there and would definately recommend!

Overall a good stay, clean, newer with kind and efficient service, I'd stay again. I enjoyed my stay here. When I arrived the front desk staff were helping another customer so I had to wait a bit so they put me on the highest floor (VIP level) in a corner room, I appreciated that a lot. The breakfast was mediocre, I've been to other hotels with a much better variety (make sure if you paid for breakfast to be included that you get your breakfast vouchers). They do have the option to purchase food from a menu if you don't want the buffet. It is close enough to restaurants, too. The room was pretty clean and newer, which is exactly what I was looking for since I intended to spend most of the time in the room for some rest and recharge. I also really appreciated that the seating in the room was leather or some variation of leather because I could wipe it down and feel comfortable sitting on it. That was a huge plus and I felt like I could take advantage of the whole room. I wish the TVs had the ability to cast your own streaming services (unless I just could not figure it out). I was always able to find parking.

A very good Hilton property. The property is in a bit dated but good condition and everything worked. The 11th floor is their Executive level, but sadly as with most Hiltons, the Executive Lounge never reopened after COVID. The restaurant and bar are small but well staffed and the food was very good. They were running St. Paddy's Day specials with a few Irish dishes and the were very good. Paul the bartender was quite friendly and attentive. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. Gita at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with room choice and shuttle arrangements. The hotel shuttle provides half-hourly service to BWI Airport and to the BWI Rail Station that serves MARC and Amtrak. All-in-all a very nice stay.

Excellent airport hotel and facilities. I checked in after a long day and Vicky at the front desk was so incredibly helpful patient and kind! She also made me laugh and just feel immediately right at home. It’s rare you find such exceptional customer service as this! I was truly so impressed and thankful. The hotel gym is nice as well as indoor pool. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I have also enjoyed food in the restaurant. A very pleasant enjoyable stay.

We arrived for our one night stay and the staff was very friendly / helpful. Our room was good, bed comfortable and the dinner we got from the restaurant was tasty - along with the great waitstaff. The next morning we had to catch a 430am shuttle to the airport and everything went smoothly. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again next time.

I can't say anything negative about the Hilton. I had a king room with a walk-in shower. It room was comfortable, clean and quiet. They had a good size TV in the room also which made the evening enjoyable. Their complimentary breakfast was good.

We used this hotel as a "crash pad" to maintain our sanity after 2 nights of not having power or water at home. We had two queen beds to accommodate 4 adults and the room was comfortable/spacious enough. There was a refrigerator, TV, blowdryer, coffee maker, microwave and enough electrical plugs for our gadgets. The beds were comfortable in terms of linens, pillows, etc. Parking is very easy, lots of it. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Checkout was via an SMS only so it was awesome that way. Breakfast was included in our room and it was fairly generous - lots of breads, pancake maker, yogurt, cereal, sausages and eggs, of course coffee, tea and some juices. Location is near some restaurants and besides Checkers if you want burgers. We tried to have food delivery and it worked well.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. It was just okay. I like that they have fresh coffee machine. Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good and seemed safe.

being a grumpy old man, I love to find faults to pick but with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express I can't find a thing to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful, The lobby was quite nice, breakfast was good. The room was both clean and comfortable, parking was good. The area was nice.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel, including our room, was very nice and clean. We traveled for a funeral and, after a long drive and saddened hearts, we were very thankful to have warm, friendly greetings from the hotel staff and a comfortable and calm stay. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of it down to the breakfast to happy hour at the bar to the jacuzzi and pool , our room was very clean and they came in each day to make sure towels and wash rags was restocked and beds were made, me and my family will be revising very soon,

This place is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The food is good from the bar. My favorite are the Baltimore Burger and egg rolls. The drinks are good. The pool is nice. Very relaxing. Not to noisey. Not too quiet. The staff is amazing. Every staff member from Security to the front desk is helpful and friendly.

The omelet chef at the breakfast area cooks an amazing egg. We actually cancelled our brunch plans the next day to have breakfast at Embassy Suites!. Ample variety of pastries and beverages plus the waffle station was well kept. The entire indoor area is quite unique with the rooms circled around the lounge/bar/breakfast buffet. We rented a suite and having a separate living room with couch and recliner truly made a difference and like a premium stay.

A+++++ We travel ALOT for many years now and this hotel was the best that we have ever stayed at. Im very ocd about everything but this place was absolutely perfect. Check in was super face and Andrew at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was super spacious, clean and our bed was very comfortable. We visited the pool (which was heated) and the hot tub, and both was very relaxing. Pool area was very clean. Property was absolutely wonderful and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Prompt shuttle pickup from airport. Tom was so pleasant and helpful. Manager Katie was very nice and helpful to everyone that walked in the door. Their recommendation for dinner was amazing!!! The shuttle was very convenient for us as we knew nothing about the area. The room was clean. A/C worked great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was OK - but sometimes you pay for convenience and this was our experience. I have no complaints and do not have any problem recommending this hotel to travelers.

I stayed here two days. All of the staff I encountered from the front desk, and food staff were friendly and helpful! I had a small issue with my room upon check in, but I went down to the front desk and the issue was rectified immediately. My stay was safe and clean! Although the hotel was quite busy that weekend, it did not have any impact to my stay. Also, there is a small fee for breakfast, but you can choose the breakfast rate when making the reservation. I recommend choosing it as breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay again! Thanks to Katie and all the staff for a wonderful stay!

SpringHill Suites was convenient to downtown by the convention center and Camden Yards. It’s an interesting historic building that was at one time a bank. My room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. I didn’t expect breakfast to be included so it was a nice surprise and Towanda who managed the breakfast area kept everything stocked and clean. Her energy and positivity was a welcome start to the day.

Guest rooms were very nice and the pillows were amazing. Linens were perfect and I slept soundly throughout the night with no sleep interruptions from other guests or traffic outside (4th floor). We had a microwave and fridge in the room, and beverages and microwaveready foods were available for purchase in lobby at a reasonanle price. The hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the basement ($2 ea load) - so convenient. The hotel is about a mile, a 20-minute uphill walk to the U of Md. hospital. The Warm Breakfast is marvellous with many options for adults and children. Valet parking is available and reasonably priced considering the area. Everyone from the front desk morning and evening shift, to Ms. Wendy who takes care of breakfast, were kind, caring, welcoming, and treated me like an infividual and not just a number. My daughter was in the Shock Trauma Center nearby, and they always asked after her and let us schedule housekeeping around our erratic sleeping schedule. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will be back, hopefully to enjoy the inner harbor located a short walk from the hotel.

We were greeted by a cheerful and very friendly front desk receptionist, Willamina King upon arrival! We arrived a little before regular check-in time and they were able to accommodate us and get us to our room early. The King Studio Suite was very spacious with a separate seating room with TV. The suite was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We chose SpringHill Suites as it was within walking distance to Camden Yards (20 min) and the Inner Harbor (10 min), along with some nice restaurants also within walking distance. We will continue to stay at SpringHill Suites every time we go to Baltimore!

Great clean suite with lots of space, some breakfast stuff was provided, but more than 1 cup of coffee would be much better ;) Amazing location right in the Center of the city, 5 min walk to the harbour. Quiet and peaceful!

The staff was excellent: friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet, including hot and cold items, with some daily changes. The kitchen and dining area were always clean and tidy and well stocked.

I checked in during the evening and the staff was professional and polite. Lobby smelled nice, was modern, and well equipped. I didn’t have time to use the lobby facilities/machines but at least it looked nice and welcoming. :) Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was clean and they had a microwave in the room! :) No noise issues on the 3rd floor at least. Perfectly fine for a brief stay. I plan to come back! Thanks! :)

The room had a bed and nice size couch which was very comfortable to relax on. There is a dining area available for purchasing breakfast. The menu is limited but delicious. Starbucks coffee is also available for purchase. This is one of the few hotels we've stayed at that was actually quiet. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect, central to many shops and our destination/concert that we attended was one mile away. The room and hotel were clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the room and courtesy of the staff. Everything in the room just looked and felt first class. Food was outstanding. I had the breakfast buffet and it was very well worth it. They cook to order delicious omelettes along with all the morning food necessities you would want. Think of it and they have it. I didn't need to even have lunch, as the breakfast buffet had perfect temperature, large selections and was scrumptious. I wish I could pick out something that needed improvement, but it seems they are attentive to every detail to make your stay the best. My family also stayed in other rooms during the same stay and they felt the same way I did. The Doubletree far exceeded our expectations and we all agreed we will stay there again in our yearly trip to Baltimore.

Staff was very friendly nice area right by the interstate. A lot of Restaurants around. They hotel had a restaurant as well. The bar area was nice people getting along and having a good time. The staff gave away these cookies that tasted wonderful and they was nice and warm. The beds was very very comfortable. The room was clean even had there own lotion, shampoo and body wash just in case you forgot yours. I will definitely stay there again.

A 50th wedding anniversary trip, particularly to take in a Tigers v Orioles game. Location was great, easy walk to Camden Yards. Not initially assigned a harbor view room as reserved, irritating as I had reminded the front desk staff when calling in about our later than anticipated arrival and was assured we had one. Staff did work to correct this, but it created a check-in delay after a long road trip. Venus, a trainee, was diligent, and Jen did give us some tips re restaurants. Our best info came from the valet staff, who overall were the most helpful. The room had a nice view, comfortable bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, a fridge and Keurig coffeemaker; could use more hooks in the bathroom and a heavier blanket. The rooftop pool was very nice, and the bar/grill staff friendly - Justin and Juaquin very good; we enjoyed a delicious burger and a crab cake sandwich. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants. To cloud what was an otherwise fun and memorable trip, we experienced obstacles exiting the parking structure at the end of our stay. After being assured that we would have no issues leaving the parking garage, we were met with an incompetent ,obstinate parking booth attendant who refused to accept our prepaid parking pass provided by the hotel. A simple call to the desk to verify our payment would have sufficed; we ended up with a 30" delay preceding another long day on the road. The valet attendant and parking manager were very helpful.

We stayed night before our cruise to the Bahamas. Hotel was very nice clean staff was very helpful. The parking garage was nice. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot. We had drinks and dinner at the bar food was excellent. Called in the morning for extra coffee supplies and it was there in minutes. Did not do the breakfast buffet had breakfast sandwiches from the coffee shop they were excellent. Our room was very clean definitely would stay again. We had a high up harbor view we watched our ship coming into port in morning it was perfect.

We stayed at the Hyatt 40 years ago on our wedding weekend. It is looking a bit dated but the room had a great view of Inner Harbor and the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage appears to be attached to the hotel but there is no access from the hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. Hotel restaurant food was good and waitstaff was attentive. An enjoyable stay.

The room was a good size, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and all the spaces I used (bar, lounge area and room) were clean. Two complaints: one of the days there was no cool for the bar / restaurant so I could not get dinner there is the first. Second, there were a few hours between when room service came and cleaned my room and took used towels and replaced them with new ones which was an inconvenience when I needed to get ready / shower

We stayed for 3 nights while my son attended the 3-day freshman orientation at Morgan State University. The location was perfect just about an hour from the National Harbor, Capital Wheel, and Washington, D.C. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast a typical hot selection, along with options for vegans and those who are gluten-free. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful in answering our general questions about the Inner Harbor area. Charles from valet is cheerful and friendly. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and look forward to staying again!

Safe and clean hotel located at proximity to inner harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spatious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK (basic) but it would be better if they left coffee, apples or snacks for the late guests (they wrap up everything at 9:00am on the dot on weekdays and turn around people).

Great hotel not far from anywhere. We stayed two nights for a recent concert. Check in was very fast. Our room, while a short walk on our floor from the elevators, was spacious, clean comfortable and had everything we needed except a safe. Our room was 702 which seemed like the farthest away from the elevator (except for 701). The hotel has a pool (didn't use), a fitness room (did use - it has dumbbells up to 50 lbs, a cable machine (which was missing a lot of handles, TBH), and several bikes and treadmills (even a Peloton). Breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot food, cereal, breads, bagels, fruit salad, coffee, tea. About a 10 minute walk to Fells Point, 8 minutes to Little Italy, 10 minutes to the piers and the Inner Harbor, 35 minutes to CFG Bank Arena. We'd definitely stay again.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and the property is gorgeous - very private and quiet. The pool wasn’t open yet, but the outdoor fire pit and basketball court are really nice amenities. The kitchen in our suite was well-stocked with dishes and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming, always available to help and answer questions. Breakfast is really good - the menu is mostly the same each day, but there are a lot of options. Everything is fresh and the kitchen staff are super nice and attentive. The apple cake is to die for! This is my first experience at Sonesta, and I can definitively say this will be my hotel of choice for future travel needs. My only critique is the WiFi at this location is not the best. I work remotely and the Sonesta member internet worked well enough for my needs, but could be faster with stronger connection. Still, my overall stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed with our family of 6 (2 adult's, 4 kids 10-3yrs). The suit was very spacious and perfect for what our family needs. I was glad my husband and I could have some privacy in our own room. When our toddler woke up at night in the living room he didn't disrupt the other kids in the 2nd bedroom. Having the full kitchen with all the things was so helpful too and the full fridge was spacio. All the appliances worked really well. Allergies. Our family has dog and cat allergies. I called the hotel earlier in the day before checking in to ask if they can do a deeper cleaning since this is a pet friendly hotel. None of us had any issues. I was very happy. Breakfast. Great options! The kids enjoyed making their own pancakes with their pancake making machine. They had fun watching it. They had a full continental breakfast wirh differen options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have trays you can ask for to help take several plates of food to your room. Cons: The buildings are separate, so you have to walk outside your building to the front desk building/Café area. It was tricky trying to balance my tray of food then scanning my room key to open the other building door. Everytime we walked outside the building we smelled weed. We didn't know where it was coming from most of the time, but I did see some smoking in the parking lot. I don't know if it's legal in Baltimore, but we had small kids with us who don't need to be around that.

Esther was an amazing breakfast attendant! She made our mornings so much more enjoyable with her delicious meals and friendly service. Her attention to detail and presentation was impressive. We especially loved her friendly and helpful personality. We would definitely recommend her service to anyone staying at the hotel.

Our crew was rerouted to BWI last minute...but the customer service from every employee working tonight made a rough night so much better. Romello (who apparently works front desk) picked the crews up at the airport and was not only professional and amazing...he was dressed sharp as a knife! Once we got to the property we were greeted by margo...and whew...when I tell you her professionalism and knowledge were only second to her vibe! The security guard Carlos even offered to walk us to the building if we needed assistance. To whoever the GM and/or owners are, I hope you take care of these employees bc I wanted to tell them to apply at SWA so we could have them. They went so far above and beyond...I wish they were my coworkers. Then I got to my "room" and as a flight attendant it was heaven! A comfy bed, spotless clean room and a kitchenette! ❤️ 💙 💛 10/10 would recommend and if I ever come to Baltimore this is where I will stay

Great hotel that is reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, and welcoming. The front desk individual was very helpful with checking in, and informing me of the procedures, and breakfast. They also directed me to my room very easily. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling.

This is my third or fourth time staying here for a short getaway and we love it every time. We always get the spa King room for the jacuzzi tub, it’s so relaxing. I love the happy hour wine, and drinks they offer at the bar. Service is amazing. Front desk agent texted to ask if I received my bath salts, and said no, so a short 10 minutes later they came up with a free bottle of wine apologizing because they were out of bath salts. 10/10 highly recommend.

Hotel Monaco is absolutely gorgeous. It is a spacious and well maintained property. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and nice view. I love that each room has a yoga mat. This mindful approach to hospitality is seen in many areas of the hotel. All of the staff, including Michelle with events, Kate and Kumar at the front desk and Jeremy, bartender in the restaurant, were very friendly, attentive and responsive. The complimentary wine happy hour each day was such a nice touch. The wine was delicious and it was cozy sitting in the lounge area by the fireplace. The location is convenient and the accommodations were a great value. We will definitely be back.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic old building. The room was spacious and had a fantastic bathroom with walk in shower. The main floor had a luxurious, spacious seating area. Although we didn't eat there, they put on coffee each morning, which in my view was superior to poor quality coffee in the rooms. I'd be happy to stay here again, although I would explore other locations in the city as well.
