Very nice little hotel. We had a room with view on the river, just wonderful. Also tried the hammam and jacuzzi. Good food and nice staff. Would totally recommend for some relaxing days.

Quasi-historic villa (in realty built just two decades ago in a place where old villa "Gulianni" existed long ago). Looks really interesting from outside, romantic and quite stylish. Very special place in town - not too far from historical center on right on high river's shore. Some rooms has a river view. Inside interior is predominantly attractive, with winter garden and sauna/jacuzzi on the ground floor. Warmly-coloured public areas and rooms (reddish wood and red carpets, plus polished reddish stone and dark-brown parquet imitations on the floors) will attract 90-s style fans(probably will recall later period Soviet-luxury to others). Spacey rooms, greatsecond-floor terrace with river view. Good if not exceptional breakfast. Great bed. Generally, relaxed atmosphere. Free parking on a front of hotel.

It was perfect breakfast, the meal was super fresh and deliciuos. The room exceeded my expectations, we got it with big terrace and spectacular view to the river.

Cleanliness is superb, food is tasty with proper amount of options and dinner menu is amazing! Staff is friendly, the feel is very cosy and the location in superb just at the shore of Nemunas. Also Hotel spa area is cozy and nice + you can go to Draugystė SPA and it is included in the price.

The room was large, very comfortable, overlooking the Neman river, excellent breakfast and a very exclusive restaurant, especially delicious porcini mushroom soup.

Extremely friendly staff at the restaurant and reception. We booked a very late dinner and they were super kind to serve us even though we were the only guests and the food was delicious 10 points! Rooms are spacious, beds are sublime. Shower works perfect. Breakfast was small, but good and the lovely ladies at the breakfast were super attentive. Stunning design of the hall inside.

Great hotel. Nice and clean, quiet but likely because it was middle of the week in September. No air conditioning but that was ok for us as it was 65F/18C and we were able to keep windows open for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

A very nice hotel near the Lithuanian–Polish border, making it a convenient stop when travelling. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, with stunning river views. Nearby, there’s a park and recreation island — ideal for a walk or a leg-stretch. The restaurant served a good dinner and an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were professional and friendly throughout. We stayed here about 10 years ago, and it fully lived up to our expectations and memories. A great place for a relaxing break during a journey — or even for a longer weekend retreat.

Amazing place with nice surroundings and big private parking. Very friendly and understanding reception ladies, helped us to solve some issue we were worried about. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful setting. It had a good breakfast with a variety of options. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had a number of interesting channels. And while it is located a bit further out, you can easily get to the city center and major sights in about 30 minutes.

Cozy, small and comfortable hotel in a historic building in a convenient location. It has two parking lots for guests' cars. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite, the room was clean and quiet. They offer one hour in their SPA for every room, it contains a bubble bath, a sauna and a steam room.

The room was with free access to SPA area. It was wonderfull. Just for us. The reservation was required. We liked also breakfast. Buffet style with various option to eat. Fresh juice and hot coffee were available too. The hotel's location was excellent. And free private parking.

First of all I am extremely grateful for the room upgrade! The room we got was INSANE. I fell in love with how much space we got as well as a little welcome gift! It was very very kind of the hotel! Everything was as amazing as I remember, cozy rooms, carpeted floors and stunning view through every window! Wifi works very well! The door locks worked perfectly now, that's amazing! The AC was so helpful on early morning wakings (I was very cold, but when adjusted the AC and the room warmed up!) There was some music to be heard, but it was the weekend and that is to be expected. I did not feel interrupted at all and slept very well regardless! Decorative pillows are a very nice addition as well! Staff is very helpful (Very grateful for the iron! Thank You again!) Truly my favorite hotel and I will be coming back, as usual!😊

Maybe at some points needs a bit of light refurbishment, but other than that everything was great. Also breakfast was included which was superb! Everything fresh, tasty and a lot of food variety to choose from. Overall very happy with the experience.

Our room was very clean and well prepared. The surroundings are so relaxing, big pine trees, very natural environment. Friendly staff, delicious food Spa is amazing, we tried all treatments we could think of- massage, mineral water baths, jacuzzi ( my husband liked it very much). I liked magnotherapy.

A great hotel surrounded by forest, close to the river! Neat, clean rooms, comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the woods. Helpful and attentive staff. Incredibly abundant, fresh, and insanely delicious breakfasts, with something for even the pickiest eaters. Also, very, very tasty food from the restaurant menu! And a separate menu for children. The portions are definitely large. A particularly recommended place for families with children, as even the smallest details are thoughtfully considered (like the large children's playroom next to the restaurant). While parents want to relax quietly, the kids will be calm too 🙂 There is also a large playground outside. Cozy, small gym. The spa area is clean and spacious, with a pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. In short, a highly, highly recommended spa!

Great food in restaurants either in the breakfast buffet or when having dinner in the evening. Definitely will come back.

A variety of food is provided for breakfast, which is wonderful, especially the herring. Very tasty freshly baked bread. The service staff is professional. I rate the restaurant 5 stars. The environment is nicely arranged, the meadow is cut, flowers are blooming everywhere. The entire spa staff is helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The staff working in the pool take care of all small children very attentively. The children's playroom is well equipped and very comfortable with small children.,as well as a large children's playground next to the spa.

Excellent food selection for breakfast, the dinner at the restaurant was very good and service was very good as well. Rooms were cozy and comfortable, SPA is also very nice, clean and not too crowded. We will visit again for sure!

Beautifully designed, comfortable, cosy, modern accommodation. The entire place smelled like heaven. We had a very pleasant stay enjoying the swimming pool (it’s quite small and can get a little crowded at certain hours, but that wasn’t a major issue for us), amazing restaurant, kids’ playroom, and very smartly equipped room. Loved the balcony view of the river. Breakfast was excellent (eggs Benedict, mimosas, and panna cotta for breakfast? Yes please). Staff, as expected, was very attentive and professional.

Excellent design and comfort for cosy holidays. Food in the restaurant was amazing, and all staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. It is very close to the city centre and the surrounding area is perfect for pleasant walks on the river bank.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by wonderful staff. Mieczysław helped us with everything and gave us a quick tour. The rooms were very clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, just near the beautiful walking path near the river and couple minutes by walk to the centrum. Spa Center was amazing. We booked 2 massages which were exceptional experience. My wife also got a facial. Diana did my wife’s Hydra Facial and it was amazing. She was really skilled and went through the whole process with my wife and my wife is extremely happy with her service.

Spa Vilnius Druskininkai is a cozy, well-located hotel offering exceptional breakfast and dinner options, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing and indulgent stay. However, the spa area can get crowded during peak hours, and some guests might find the jacuzzi water temperature could be hotter for optimal relaxation.

All in all, my Hotel and SPA experience was superb, a lot of different massages are available, as well as different masseuses with varying experiences. Pool and sauna areas weren't crowded nor too loud even at peak hours, also very clean, well maintained and cozy. For those interested there are 3 saunas - finnish, turkish wet sauna and bio sauna (similar to finnish, but not as hot), as well as 2 separate "jacuzzi's" and moderately sized swimming pool. My room was small (smallest there is in fact), but very clean and with a great view, it was also cleaned to perfection and restocked every single day. There are many amenities on the spot, such as previously mentioned SPA, pool and sauna area, gym, bowling, resturant and many more nooks and crannies to spend time in. I didn't explore everything this wonderful Hotel - SPA has to offer, so for sure I'll be coming back!

We also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. There was a good variety of options available, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and sausages. Everything was nicely presented and tasted fresh. The dining area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, allowing us to start our day in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were brilliant- always helpful and accommodating. They found us a kettle (it's more of a coffee than tea country!) and gave us fresh milk whenever we asked so we could make a proper brew in our room (we took our own tea bags). Breakfast was lovely - large selection. We tried the 'breakfast sausage' - turned out to be hot dogs which was a suprise! Pastries were amazing - we think they come from the bakery next door. Location is great - right in the centre of the old town, but not right next to louder cafes and bars. The building itself has a lot of character - not a modern, glass and steel place. So expect low ceilings, dark wood and old furniture. Room was large, clean and bed was comfy.

Room, beautiful spacious, comfortable, quite warm, probably didn't work airconditioning correctly! mattress maybe time to be replaced! Perfect location. The personnel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome, and they were so kind as to upgrade my room to a better category during check-in. The decor might seem like an overkill in photos but is absolutely lovely and super cozy in reality. The room service was attentive but not intrusive. The breakfasts were delicious (especially eggs benedict), though I would definitely recommend a la carte over buffet. The Tavern is directly adjacent to the hotel and offers tasty meals at quite reasonable prices. Great wi-fi connection. Couldn't visit the main restaurant or the SPA, but I'm sure they are likewise great. And the overall impression would probably be even better during a warmer season, with the inner garden still green.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully refurbished, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that looks like a sauna (with the wooden). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, all of them from the porter to the reception to the breakfast. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff helping at the breakfast were very lovely and attentive. I really loved the brand selected for the bathroom amenities. In terms of pricing, I found the hotel very affordable for the level of service and facilities they offer. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and if I am lucky enough to go back to Vilnius, I will not look elsewhere.

Great location, just 5 min walk from the beach and Palangos Bridge (Main Street). Hotel very modern, clean, swimming pool area lovely, lots of different saunas. Outside sauna experience was so nice! I had massage which was also very nice. Staff super friendly and helpful! Good wine list, amazing breakfast. Dinner was the only thing which wasn’t great, but overall everything was perfect. Definitely the best spa hotel in Palanga. Will be back!

Great location in the heart of the city centre. Modern hotel with well equipped rooms. Good sound insulation. Cosy SPA centre is available at the hotel with all basic facilities. There is a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish sauna, and jacuzzi. Also, two restaurants are available at the hotel. In the morning, perfect breakfast with a wide selection is served.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was perfect for one person, spacious and quiet. The location is excellent, close to everything. A very nice 4 star hotel, very clean and tidy throughout, quiet and restful. It's own restaurant and bar with buffet breakfast and selected menu of nice tasty meals. Spacious rooms with fridge for when you need to rest. 3 types of sauna, a jacuzzi and pool in the hotel. Situated just down from a lovely park with access to beach in one direction, in the other direction you get to palanga's main restaurant, club and shop strip that leads to palanga pier. A big thank you to all staff for pleasant stay and surprise presents when they found out it was my birthday.

I stayed at Vėtra Spa with my family for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, great sauna facilities, and convenient location. I especially loved the Himalayan salt sauna—it had the perfect temperature for me. The pool was a bit small, but the overall spa experience was excellent. The restaurant offered amazing dinner options, all very tasty. We also took a relaxing walk from the hotel to the nearby park and beach. I had a massage at the spa, which was great value and left me feeling deeply relaxed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel is in a great location: close to the sea, bordering the botanical park, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was modern, spacious, and clean with the comfortable beds and several cosy armchairs. The food for breakfast and dinner was really delicious. This was our second stay at this hotel, we will definitely use it in the future.

The Narutis Hotel was truly a gem of a hotel. It was the favorite of our hotels throughout our 2 week trip. We absolutely loved our stay. It was luxurious, fancy, quaint, and special. My father wants to revisit Lithuania again just to stay at that hotel. We selected the Family Room option with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. My parents had a standard room with a queen bed. The rate included free breakfast, free WiFi, and free parking. My parents’ room no. 224 had a wood ceiling and a adorable little cubby area with a small table and two chairs with a gorgeous drape behind it. Our room no. 313 had two large windows facing the Vilnius University with a couch. Both rooms were decorated beautifully. They were so fancy and lovely. Our room had a chandelier. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and grand. Everything was immaculate. It was spectacular. The hotel provided a pack n play for our baby, which made traveling with a baby a breeze. My parents enjoyed dinner at the hotel. They said it was their favorite meal of the trip. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the special cellar room. It was unique and fun. My son loved just being downstairs in the cellar. The Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, 5 minutes from the Cathedral Square, 4 minutes from St. Anne's Church, 11 minute walk from the Bastion of Vilnius City Wall, and 15 minute walk to the Gates of Dawn. The location was perfect. We hope to return.

First of all, the location is amazing. We could walk everywhere very easily. Delicious food all around! The area is extremely clean and safe. Now for the best part - the staff. this hotel has the most incredible team working. Everyone was so kind, so helpful, I truly haven’t experienced service like this in a long time. I loved the breakfast every morning, very healthy and fresh food. The pool and sauna were clean and very fun after a long day of walking. Thank you Narutis - I will see you next year!

We had a very nice stay in hotel Narutis. The hotel is very central right on Pilies street with tons of restaurants and cafes available in walking distance. Location was very handy to watch the New Year's celebration, which took place only 5 mins from the hotel. On arrival we were told we were upgraded to the Suite (room 134) which was very nice and spacious. One thing to note is that this Suite has no view as it ovelooks the parking lot and the rubbish bins and was a bit claustrophobic. If you're after views and natural light, I would avoid this room. We asked if we can transfer to a room at the front, but this wasn't possible as the hotel was full. Pipework is also quite noisy, but that's understandable as it's an old building. SPA area was clean and not too busy, so we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is good, but gets really busy around 9:30, so you will struggle to find seating for more than 2 people.

Beautiful hotel. Very kind reception staff. Clean, comfortable and stylish space. Lovely, relaxing spa. Nice products. Beautifully clean rooms. The housekeeper was very sweet. The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. We didn’t enjoy the food very much. It was basic and not tasty. The staff never came to ask if we wanted tea or coffee. We needed to really try to get their attention. They would walk off halfway through our order. They seemed almost cross that they had to make it for us.

My wife and I stayed in the Narutis (Superior Room) for two nights in June 2024. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I was surprised how quiet it was, given the hotel’s great location in the old town (the city was very crowded when we were there). The complimentary breakfast was very good, and we also appreciated the free parking at the back of the hotel. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would strongly recommend this beautiful hotel in the center of Vilnius.
