Very comfortable, modern, and clean! Convenient to tons of shopping and restaurants, and short hop to 2 major connections for I-64. The suite layout of the rooms is spacious and makes it easy to accommodate a family. I had heard they have the top-rated breakfast in their chain, and now I know why. The pancakes made right in front of us were pretty amazing. Not your typical hotel breakfast. If your travels are bringing you into this area, you won't regret picking this Hyatt House.

Very professional staff. They answered all questions I had. Everything and everyone met my needs and beyond. My room/suite was immaculately clean and very affordable. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! Not your normal free breakfast. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay. I went expecting to stay 1 night and ended up staying 4 nights. It was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Everything I was looking for. Would definitely recommend 100%.

The breakfast bar was delicious and fresh. Freshly made pancakes along with scrambled eggs and sausage links. One of the workers said they change the menu slightly day to day so that's nice. One of the best breakfast bars I've had at a hotel. Checkout was at 12 which is amazing because I hate waking up early for Checkout. There's a workout room and a pool. The lobby had plenty of room for guests to hangout. My room was so spacious with a sitting area, a kitchenette stocked with basic dishes and a good side island for any cooking or if you need to use it as a desk area.

Breakfast was amazing. We had several options and even had to make our breakfast options. The dining area was clean, and the food was replenished with fresh food. I have never enjoyed breakfast at a hotel before in my life, but at Hyatt House, Louisville East was exceptional. The food was great at the bar area too. I ordered a burger sandwich and had a couple of fine Kentucky bourbons. It was a lovely experience. Everyone was amicable, and the bartender "Monty" was excellent at what he did.

Hotel was Beautiful. Vey clean friendly helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff!! Room was clean Beds very comfortable and slept well!! Wonderful selection on breakfast. Made to order pancakes. Had something different every morning for breakfast. Pool was small but nice water temperature okay one day was warmer then the other and the fitness room was great. Elevators fast and efficient. Good location east of Louisville..to where we were visiting. Highly recommend

The hotel was lovely inside and out. It was clean and well manicured. Our room was wonderful and so cozy! Breakfast was amazing! All hot and fresh egg, sausage and bacon items! Hot oatmeal with all the fixings! Plus the regulars like cold cereal, fresh fruit, fresh waffles, breads, muffins and toast! Fresh coffee, hot water for tea, and cold juices. A great pool and gym! Places to use a computer and printer! There’s a little store with forgotten items, snacks, and little gifts! I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend Drury Hotel!

Was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I always appreciate hotels that are pet friendly. There were some really nice areas to walk. Great and safe location with easy access to the highway. It was very quiet in my room and the hotel was crowded when I was there. A small dinner buffet was available during my stay. It was included and the food was very good. To have this option was a really nice surprise.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed the provided dinner, drinks and breakfast. I appreciate that there was a tub with grab bars too. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable! I hope to stay at another Drury Inn soon!

Love the hotel and the kindness of all the staff, everyone! Love breakfast and dinner included with the room reservation. Location is great too, by a shopping center with restaurants and Cafe and also a safe area. The pool was great and well maintained. $1 Margarita for dinner was delicious!

My son loved the pool and hottub! The dinner was awesome we’ve never had that at any other hotel.

Indoor outdoor pool is awesome! And the jacuzzi so nice. The breakfast in the morning is such a spread with waffles to yogurt oatmeal cereal toast eggs etc. For dinner thing they had BBQ pork with buns and Mac and cheese and baked beans and nachos. Super great for my family. Staff is very nice and helpful.

We booked the Drury after another hotel we booked was not clean, and the Drury was a real breath of fresh air. Everything was spotless, and we constantly saw cleaning and maintenance people making sure everything was running correctly. Everyone we talked to was super helpful and friendly, and seemed to want us to have a great stay. The breakfast and kickback dinners make the Drury a really great value. The meals are fairly simple, but as good as you'll find at other hotels for hot breakfast, and there's lots of options for both breakfast and dinner. There was never anyone in the gym when I was there, but a decent selection of equipment, and well maintained. The pool gets a lot of use, as you might expect, especially since it is an indoor-outdoor pool. The pool and the hot tub were both clean and well maintained, with no acrid chlorine smell.

Yes it was centrally located to all of our destinations. It was easy to find and close to nice restaurants. There wasn't a particularly good view. It was clean and neatly kept. The staff was amazing, hard working and friendly. Many guests were gathered for breakfast and the kickback evening food. There was nothing missing from our trip. It was an excellent value. The rooms were quiet and I couldn't hear hallway noise. It made our trip most enjoyable. Check in and out was a breeze. Very comfortable accommodations. Pleased with the overall decor. Family friendly all ages. Clean.

This will be my new 'go to' when coming to Louisville!! The staff was extremely nice, professional and welcoming! The hotel is clean, modern and really nice. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was great! The shower was hot and had great pressure. Not to mention the room was quiet! No noise in the hallway, upstairs or next door. The breakfast bar had a wide variety and so did the evening food and drinks, which was included and a nice suprise!

Very clean, great breakfast, comfy bed, great shower amenities, and the most friendly and helpful staff! The lounge is comfortable and welcoming. Easy check in process and we loved the guest messaging service if we needed anything.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights for a basketball tournament and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The staff is so helpful and very welcoming. The entire property is bright, airy and clean. They have a water bottle fountain that came in extremely handy for us since it was so hot when we were there. The fitness center is one of the best I have ever used in a hotel. The breakfast was exactly what I expected, if not more. The sitting area downstairs is very comfortable with a variety of different options to hang out and relax in and they have a pool table, foosball table and board games as well. The only thing missing, but I knew this in advance, was a laundry facility. Don’t let that deter you from staying here though as this hotel and new and very comfortable, especially for a long stay like ours.

I am a Hilton Honors member and stay normally at Hamptons or Homewoods. This was my first stay at a Tru. The rooms are very utilitarian. Everything was very clean. The shower was a walk-in with great hot water. The best thing was breakfast! I’m an “oatmeal eater”. Usually the Hamptons have raisins and sugar. This place has a virtual buffet of goodies to add to your oats—almonds, cranberries, fresh pineapple, brown sugar. The in-house convenient store was very attractive and convenient, too. I will be back.

This hotel is yhe least expensive Hilton you can get and it shows. Only the essentials. We had a accessible room. There was only one chair and it was a desk chair. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was typical. They only clean your room every-other-day, unless you need something. The room was spacious. I don't know if all of them are or just the accessible ones. The bed was very comfortable.

Extremely surprised. The hotel was very modern, minimalist, and clean. The downstairs area was wonderful for travel sports families to gather at after tournaments nearby. The breakfast was great and so was the coffee. Having a full food/snack/beverage counter like a mini convenience store in the lobby was wonderful as well. You have everything you could possibly need while staying here. I noticed staff cleaning all areas of the hotel multiple times a day and always felt clean which is saying something because I’m a neat freak and never feel comfortable at most hotels. Will absolutely be staying again.

The hotel was amazing! Spacious, clean, beautiful, the outdoor area with pool and grills and horse shoe was amazing! The pool was warm and perfect! I loved our suite it fit our family of 5 perfectly. Comfy beds. I love the full size hygiene bottles!! It was the perfect location everything we needed was within 2 miles. Even Kentucky kingdom!!!! It was the best stay! Thank you Hilton!!

The staff was the absolute best!!! Tia was super friendly and attentive for my early morning questions. She was very helpful in making sure our Alliance VB Club girls got a shuttle every morning during our stay. The shuttle drivers were very friendly as well. The staff at breakfast were great as well. Our rooms were beyond comfortable. Already booked here for our next trip to Louisville.

We had such an amazing stay at this location the staff was super friendly and very attentive. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. We don't travel that way very often but can't wait to go back. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the breakfast that was provided.

Our group has stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville Airport multiple times—initially in August 2024, followed by several stays throughout 2025—and each visit has been consistently excellent. During a two-week stay with about 50 people we had to make several changes to our plans, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport, which made travel a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The location is awesome, my husband and I walked to many places. We felt safe, everyone was extremely helpful and kind, the hotel just smelled good besides smelling clean, I swear a gentle men’s cologne is pumped through your air system! I loved having the 3rd floor tunnel between towers to get a Starbucks and other drinks while looking out over the Ohio River. We were able to be moved when needed to another room and got to help choose it. I didn’t use the exercise facilities but they have amazing views. Peter in the bar at Swizzle was so kind, we enjoyed the food in two of the venues there, and there were several places to get a cold beer or a drink throughout. We didn’t really come for the bourbon so anyone reading this please realize there are tastings in the hotel an everywhere else, the drinks in the restaurant and around town are fabulous! Overall your decor is stunning and smart, both inside and out, from the fabric choices on chairs and couches to your chandeliers and other lighting. We enjoyed our stay. Great job, I don’t know how you can attend to all the details day in and day out, not a fingerprint anywhere, just a delight to look around at everything, the carpets were immaculate, the elevators were timely.

Everything! The room was nice and comfortable. Great view of the river! Easy to get around town. We mostly walked to everywhere. We enjoyed the choices of bars and restaurants. And really enjoyed being able to sit outside at night and view the river. I highly recommend Galt House.

The location, all the options for services, restaurants, bar. The staff was helpful and the view of both the city and River nice. Accommodation comfortable. I’d like to return when I could stay longer.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms but, expect to pay $40-$50 above the rate in fees and taxes. Hotel has a bar and small restaurant with limited menu. They also offer two free drinks daily from 5-6:30pm. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The two-room setup was great as it allowed me to close the bedroom door and be able to watch tv in the living room area without disturbing my wife. The bar service and drinks were as expected. However, the restaurant service and food quality was sub-par and definitely needs improvement. We ordered a simple cheeseburger with fries and a chicken caesar salad. The burger was almost burnt and the salad had only a small piece of chicken and way too many croutons. And to make it worse, it took over an hour to get our food. The cost…$45…the price we paid for trying to support the hotel business and not wanting to use a delivery service or drive back out at night to get food. I can only assume the cook had no idea of what they were doing. The included buffet-style breakfast was as expected. I will assume the restaurant staff was short on personnel or lazy as the tables were all dirty. We took our food back to the room to eat. Nevertheless, I would stay here again but would never recommend using the restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly, and helpful! We enjoyed the couple of free drinks at the bar each evening after stressful days at the hospital, and we also were very happy for the food to purchase for dinner and the free breakfast. They also are very accommodating to children. As it was not really a pleasure trip, we still had a great stay. Would stay again, hopefully for a vacation next time. Our room wasn't fancy and could have used an update but it was comfortable and roomy enough. Also room and neighbor were very quiet which we enjoyed.

Room was quiet. Somewhat clean - found plastic wrap in several places. Given only 1 hand towel instead of 2. Stains on the carpeting. No restaurant at first stay and second stay had restaurant only during manager's reception. No bar except for during manager's reception. Friendly omelet maker and very friendly bar tender.

We had an extremely wonderful time. Our room was perfect, and we hung out at the bar downstairs. The food we ordered was delicious, and breakfast was really great! Our first time there, our new favorite place to stay in Louisville. Everyone was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. A+++++

The hotel seems to be recently renovated or built. Clean hallways. Spacious and clean room. There was a standing shower (not a tub) in the bathroom which I prefer. There was a bench in the room that was helpful to lay out our suitcase and miscellaneous. Great breakfast selection (did not try the pancake maker). Front desk and breakfast host were very hospitable. Did not try the pool or gym.

From our arrival to the day we left, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I had stayed here before a number of years ago and noticed the upgrades to the lobby and rooms. Very nice! Since we tend to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel we knew what to expect at breakfast, which we enjoy, but this time we met Joyce! She was fantastic, helpful, funny, friendly and efficient. Loved the room. Lots of space to stash and store belongings and bags and to plug in and charge electronics (in the lobby too). What a relief to be able to empty our arms of belongings somewhere other than the beds when we came in! We had 4 adults in this room and it was comfortable and roomy. Wish i had an extra pillow. But that's it for complaints! One thing i really liked is the Dove products in the bathroom ... none of those tiny little wasteful bottles of stuff. And there is a Krispy Kreme directly across from the hotel ... keep a look out for the 'Hot and Now' sign! I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet stay. Comfy beds. Good shower. Nice breakfast with personable staff. Close to many restaurants and convenient off the expressway. Would definitely stay again. Close enough to Louisville to see all the sights there. One thing Holiday Inn could differently- leave more room between the bed and the wall in double rooms.

The person in the morning who was in charge of the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job. She was so cheerful and thanked everyone for being their guests. Beds are very comfortable. I stayed for a week at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, and honestly, it’s a very cozy hotel. I loved the rooms — very spacious. The hotel is very well located, quite central. The service from all the staff is very good. During the day, I went out to explore the city, and at night, I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Porch. I loved the combination of the burnt ends with the cornbread, I adored the fried chicken as the main dish, and the Old Fashioned was my favorite cocktail at the place. My compliments to the server Joshua for his attentiveness and kindness. But this comment is dedicated to the young man who served me food every night, with such kindness and attention. I watched him running from one side to the other dressed in black, bringing food to all the customers. Every time he came to the table I’d say, “You again, haha,” and he always responded with a smile. One night I asked him his name, and it’s a bit complex — I believe it’s spelled Nelson. Well, my respect to this young man for his work. All in all, I give 5 stars to all the staff at that restaurant.

Are room had an amazing view. Ontop the view the location was so great. Beings we had to use a parking garage. We were able to leave our car park the whole time, because everything was so close we could just walk. The other thing that was great was the Skywalk to the Louisville convention center. We came into town for unicorn world, which was at the convention center. We also went to the ballet, which we just got an Uber for that. So, I didn't halfa spend any extra money on parking beings. Louisville charges for parking for most places you park within the downtown area. The room was super clean. They give us access to the M club, which provided all the drinks we needed. as well as breakfast from 6-11 and 5-8 appetizers like chicken wings & other finger foods. Just amazing hotel all around. Literally, everything you need is within walking distance or inside the hotel itself. Yeah, it was close to 400 for two nights, but it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again! I loved the complimentary espresso machine instead of the M club.

The front desk supported by the on-site manager were all supper friendly, supportive and helpful. We needed some attention in our room and in no time Eddie and Travis were at our door to address our request. They left with all things spot on in the room and Travis gave me wonderful dinner recommendations. The team in the M lounge were working hard and very friendly. The housekeeping staff were attentive and working hard to make the stay very comfortable- they were outstanding. Lastly, Abigail, our bellhop was so helpful and kind. Ire Abigail

I enjoyed the location and I liked how in the lobby..there was free complimentary coffee. You guys should advertise that on your website. The pool was a decent size... and my daughter really enjoyed the yoga yoga studio with the ballet bar. We were there for a Dance convention so that particular room came in very handy for her to warm up in. The people behind the desk are friendly and helpful. I did enjoy the Starbucks in The Porch Restaurant being there on site. The hotel itself is very clean. I also enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers in the shower.

The interior has been upgraded to a much more modern feel! Extra amenities have been provided, and the overall atmosphere is clean. The staff is very friendly, and there's a bonus with the excellent restaurant and bar! So no need to leave the hotel!

The front-end staff, time we checked in ,until we checked out was available, were super friendly, and they answered your questions and were willing to help in any way possible. The room( staff that cleaned and stocked ,did a great job , and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.. The bathroom was spacious and was stocked with all bathroom needs. ( and super clean) ..The Breakfast! Was hot and fresh, with lots of options, meats, biscuits/gravy ., eggs( that had cheese, salsa, you coild add) ,waffles( with all the goodies for them., fruits ( fresh ,fruit cups,yogurt, cereals/hot and cold pastries Fresh juice ,milk,apple juice ( not from a machine),they were in juicer containers ,coffee all day and evening.Ice maker was clean . We travel ALOT, and this hotel is close to the airport, several event venues. ,lastly, the hotel is one of the top hotels,for the price and cleanliness, and location...

The location was good with being easy to find with GPS, but it wasn’t close to any tourist spots. Although they weren’t excessively far away. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean, and the decor was nice. There was ample parking for guests. The breakfast was delicious, with multiple tasty options available each morning. The eggs and waffles were the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. The pool was nice, especially after being out in the 80-something degree weather late into the night the night before. The fitness room was also nice, even though one of the treadmills wasn’t working. Beyond the yummy breakfast, another thing we were pleased to discover was that all the guest rooms, the pool, and the fitness center required a key card to get in, so non-guests couldn’t just walk in of the street and access such areas. The hotel also had a very attentive nighttime security guard.

My stay was very peaceful… I had a smooth check in and out. The receptionist was very nice and professional… The housekeeper’s were nice and polite… My room was very clean, Odor and carpet mark free, the bed very very comfortable I had a room with a view… All though many kids were there my weekend was still very quiet and peaceful… I will most definitely be stay again.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean, AC was cold and shower was hot. Beds were a little hard, but not terrible. We didnt have breakfast but the area looked nice and clean. We did use the pool, which was clean and not stuffy or too chlorinated like some indoor pools can be, and was open until 11. The pool was a winning point from my daughter. Easy access to down town and Bonnie and Clydes pizza just down the street was a fun stop for dinner. We were only there one night, but it was a good choice. Only real down side was some very noisy neighbors in the hall at 2am, but that's not the hotel's fault. So maybe could use some soundproofing on next update!

Check in was quick and the guy at the front desk was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms really are stunning, they’re like something from a far more upmarket branded hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and big. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable as well. We would stay here again, the room was really great for the price we paid. Couldn’t find any fault in the hotel itself. We didn’t use the gym / pool so cannot comment for those.

My husband and I travel to Louisville several times a year and typically stay in a different hotel each time. This hotel has super friendly, welcoming staff, clean rooms and even a couple of options for food. The restaurant manager was super friendly and welcoming, making our quick stop in for dessert a delightful experience. The garage parking is nice because there's easy access to the hotel from the garage. The only inconvenient thing is that you have to get your parking tocket validated at the front desk every time you come back to the garage. Other hotels in the area have hotel guests scan their room keys to get in and out. Would love to see Tempo eventually make that an option. This hotel was fairly quiet other than the sound of doors shutting in all the nearby rooms. The location is great! Just a street or two over from great dining options. For those guests that are gluten free, they had a blueberry muffin at the copy shop downstairs and freh fruit cups. Also, there were gluten free options at the roof top restaurant. I will definitely consider staying at Tempo again on our next trip to Louisville.

Tempo was a great choice for our first trip to Louisville. It is located in walking distance of several great restaurants and distilleries. The roof top bar and restaurant offer a nice experience as does the coffee and cocktail bar on the first floor. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I would certainly choose this hotel again.

As a frequent traveler it's easy to get "blah" about hotel chains, because their lack of personality blurs them into a morass of adequate "brand standard" offerings. Tempo by Hilton Louisville has tons of personality, and that makes for a memorable stay. Some highlights: FRONT DESK: Knowledgeable, efficient, and just the right degree of friendly professionalism. Actually, that goes for all staff I encountered. PUBLIC SPACES: Stunning decor and a layout that works if you want to be private or social. Also tons of plug points and super-fast free WiFi for guests. DINING: Downstairs Moonsong has great pastries, light meals and killer coffee, and I couldn't fault the service or food at the High Stakes Grill on the roof. The only gripe is limited options for vegetarians and vegans. ROOMS: Hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Huge TV, streaming, loads of charging points, efficient climate control, luxurious bathroom and mini fridge. The only things I missed at check-in were an in-room coffee maker and a cupboard rather than a rail (we're not all neat freaks). And although I wasn't traveling with mine, it was great to see that pets are welcome. I'll definitely stay at Tempo NuLu again. It's everything a hotel experience should be.

Excellent staff! Front desk made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar staff made some amazing drinks and were on top of everything. The restaurant management went above and beyond for us when they realized our order had not actually made it to the kitchen in quite some time, which was self addressed by the manager and we never even knew there was a problem. The rooms were clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed i believe I’ve ever been on. Cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. It’s a great place to stay if you are in Louisville.

I was here with a large group for a business meeting/training that the hotel hosted. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Our meals were amazing and the service was fantastic. The room was fresh and clean, the bed and pillows some of the most comfortable I've ever used! I loved that the elevator to the rooftop hotel required a room key to get to the floors with the rooms for our protection. Overall it was a great stay.

A few blocks from 4th Street, so the location is the perfect walking distance from all varieties of restaurants and the river. Absolutely no view at this hotel, but were facing the Louisville Slugger Museum, so he thought the large baseball bat coming out the top of the building was cool. The room and bathroom looked newly renovated. Very spacious and clean. Dove products in the shower at at the bathroom sink. The staff was so friendly. Management was nice, as well. Expedia sold us a king bed, but we got 2 queens instead. It wasn't mentioned to us at check-in however, but it didn't break our night there. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were so-so. The comforter rocked. I got up too late for breakfast, but he walked down for coffee. He said it looked like we would have skipped it anyway, as it looked sub-par (frozen/thawed eggs, sausage, etc). Their paid parking was in a separate garage right next to the property. Expedia charged $9, but I think Holiday Inn, had we booked direct, was $20/night. We'd stay again if we visited Louisville, as the price on Expedia was resonable.

Pleasant, well appointed, and spacious room and bathroom. Mattress and pillows were comfy and clean (king bed). The housekeeping is a bit iffy--the laminate floor was grimy, and there was a bobby pin on the carpeted portion of the room. Bathroom was very clean, but needs some work--there were rust-like deposits in two corners of the shower (not mold!) Front desk staff as efficient and pleasant. Hot breakfast was OK but somewhat mundane (egg dishes, sausage, cheese omelets, waffles, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.) Only basic black tea / decaf tea for tea lovers. Some fresh fruit but no bananas. Breakfast is over by 9 am even on weekends, which is somewhat unusual. Location near downtown on one-way street. Parking (for a fee) in the garage next door. Good but not great value. Good option for our two night leisure stay (two couples)

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and normal breakfast items. Area was well maintained. You do need your key card anytime you use the elevator, so gives a sense of safety. Laundry was $2 to wash $1 to dry. Staff were friendly and it was an easy check in and out. My discount was not credited so at checkout I did show them my receipt on hotels. Com and Stefan did correct total due. No issues .. was handled promptly. I did pre pay $7 per night with my booking for parking & garage is directly next door. Otherwise it’s $15 per night with easy in/out. It says free parking, but it’s not. We had a great quiet stay. Lots of restaurants and stores around.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable of the area. We went to the recommended bar in the evening and then the recommended diner for breakfast and both were fantastic recommendations from the 2 receptionists! The room was clean, modern and very spacious. The hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk from plenty of places to eat and from the main city attractions. The parking was super easy! We paid for parking with our room, it is a public parking garage right next door to the hotel and on the morning of our stay I received a QR code via text. We were able to scan as we arrived and we could leave the car there until 11:45pm on the day of our departure. This was really helpful as it meant our car was sorted for the day as we explored more of the city the next day!

Our hotel stay was awesome. This hotel has a great location in downtown Louisville if you have a car--a block from the Louisville Slugger Museum. But without a car, it was a trek to the other side of downtown. When we arrived the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable (but not perfect--there were a couple of outlets that did not seem to work and the iron did not heat). We got great nights of sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were good--Holiday Inn Express standard--pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc. The parking is great--the garage next door is clean and well maintained and I felt very safe even at night. The best part was that it was only $20/night. Would strongly recommend for anyone staying who has a car.

Cons first: our room had NO MICROWAVE???(you’ll need to plan snacks/meals accordingly) the hotel can be kinda inconvenient to leave when turning left onto the road (we had to wait quite a while once during our stay. We also had some dust webs in the corner (no biggie) and a bug in our room on the second night (not a big deal either). From shower to door, the bathroom felt a bit cramped (no biggie for us but possibly uncomfortable for larger bodied guests/wheelchairs). Pros: FULL BOTTLE SHOWER SUPPLIES (no need to ask for a new bottle each night if you’re washing long hair 😂). There were plenty of towels and the room was spacious. The TV swivels to face the bed or couch. There was a lot of popular company’s near by and pizza that would deliver to the room. The bed had NO signs of bed bugs! Plus it was super comfy. There were two sinks (bathroom then kitchenette area), a desk space, mini fridge, hairdryer, coffee thingy, iron/ironing board, extra bedding in the closet, and a fair amount of outlets. We got a thank you note and Andy’s mints when we entered. Hotel breakfast was good but seating has the chance to be limited if many people come down (we hadn’t ran into that issue). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place! I would stay again. The public restrooms were clean too and very friendly staff.

I loved the fact that the hostess, Caitlyn was amazing at her job and was so friendly!!! She was able to get us into our room hours before check in time! She was also super knowledgeable and super friendly! Based on her service alone, I will return. The breakfast was amazing as well! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make everything feel like you are having breakfast in your own home!!!

Cassey who works at the front desk was outstanding. She greeted us in her very friendly manor and was engaging and helpful. On our 2nd night, she even remembered our name. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice sitting area where we could watch TV or play games. I was able to work from the room one of the days and they even gave me a later checkout which was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. This is our 2nd time staying here and we'd definitely return.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very nice and made check in and out easy. Gave me a room on the 1st floor near the door because I had my dog and it was perfect. This hotel was a little over $100 for the stay and was a great value. We brought our dog and that was $100 more so having the room price fairly low was great. It was near so many restaurants and in a nice area. Breakfast was excellent! Really enjoyed my stay!

Evan and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. Had one issue and Evan took care of it right away. Pool was clean, Breakfast was hot with fresh fruit and hot coffee. Will stay again when in the area.

Would love to talk about my wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The bartender, Crittenden, was absolutely amazing I came down to order my food to go he was so welcoming caring and elevated he made me feel comfortable and he had refilled my sweet tea like three times before my food even came! He intentionally had outstanding customer service! The food was outstanding I had to call the front desk to talk about “who was back there cooking that fried chicken?” Because Franky and Sierra back there seasoned the batter and chicken to perfection my chicken was fresh well seasoned and the sides were absolutely delicious! When I called the front desk to talk about my outstanding experience Arti was ready to help, she was also kind and welcoming and listen to what I had to say and made sure everything was executed perfectly! This will stay in my mind as one of my favorites and I’m thankful to have had the chance to stay here on business! This is the definition of a great team and exceptional customer care please keep being amazing!!!!

Me and my girlfriend had Aniket (I believe was his name), and he was PHENOMONAL. Made us feel welcome, right at home, and made wonderful conversation while working on checking us in, and over all gave us such wonderful customer service The room was super comfortable, modern-looking, and the view from our room on the 17th floor would have no doubt had a beautiful sunset view, which we missed because we were busy exploring the multitude of things in the nearby vicinity; fourth street live and the other restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. There are charging ports near the bed, motion-activated lights underneath for the midnight bathroom trips, and a super comfy couch with a nice tray table. If we are in the Louisville area again, this will definitely be the hotel we stay at. Thank you, Aniket (I'm so sorry if that's not your name, I'm bad at reading handwriting, but you were so nice)

Hyatt Regency is a delightful place to stay, centrally located in the heart of downtown Louisville steps away from Fourth Street Live!, and within walking distance several top attractions. There is a visitor centre conveniently located next door, with many restaurants & bars within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Servicing was a little hit and miss but didn’t present an issue. The onsite restaurant and bar was pleasant, food tasty with an option to suit most people. All staff were especially friendly especially the staff in the drive through. Couldn’t ask for more lovely people. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Louisville

The hotel is in a great location - middle of downtown Louisville. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The atmosphere of the hotel was fun and lively. There were a lot of people milling about. My room was spacious, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the view. I attended a meeting, and the meeting space was large enough for our group. The food was very good and tasty. The staff in charge of our event was very helpful.

From the moment we entered the hotel it was like immediately being welcomed into a family, the valet greeted us with a smile, the front desk agent Monique was amazing she helped us combine our bookings and then Zachariah gave us a wonderful recommendation for a Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. But... the best part of our stay have been Terry (Head of Security). Terry has always had a smile and you can tell he loves his job and loves helping people. Terry greet everyone he come across and stay vigilant in making sure the hotel is secure. He opens the doors and stays on the move makes sure everyone feel welcomed and safe. He even does periodic checks on the Starbucks in the hotel. He helped us with our bags getting on the elevator and when we have gotten our coffee in the morning he has been there to open our doors as we left. He is just amazing and he deserves an award or with how well he is doing a raise.

The hotel was clean, nice huge rooms, we had the two room king suite with jacuzzi. Everything but the breakfast, was not anything special .... waffle maker, eggs cereal fruit. For the price of the room, and the over all love, we would stay again.

Overall, our 2 nights at this hotel were okay- the hotel was clean, our room was clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and parking. At check in, we were not recognized as Best Western Platinum Rewards members. The employee was not wearing a name tag, she seemed annoyed that we asked for her name. 'Candace' proceeded to tell us that Platinum Reward members no longer receive recognition. Our room was spacious with nice, cold air-conditioning and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. However, the shower did not drain and was very slippery even though there was a sticker in the shower stating that it was supposed to be safe (see pic). We loved the double sink vanity! There was not an alarm clock in the room and the bed linens were worn and our bed blanket had cigarette burn holes!! (see pic). The room decor was very bland- could have been decorated to show off the Louisville area. The couch was not covered in fabric, but a cheap plastic/vinyl- we're sure it is this way for easier cleaning, but it is tacky looking and not comfortable to sit on. There was a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The free breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food and drink options. There was plenty of parking- THANK YOU for not charging for parking!!!!! Trey at front desk check out (he was wearing a name tag) had a great personality:)

The property looked very nice and bright the moment we drove up, it was all so clean, the bed was so comfortable so was the pillows, you control the heat it was comfortable the room was clean and it all smelled so fresh. It had a nice kitchenette with microwave and fridgeI it also Had iron ironing board and a safe, I liked that the room didn’t have carpet. the breakfast was so great so much variety from hot eggs,sausages,waffles, yogurt muffins,cereal, bagels etc. I definitely will stay here again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was ok, could use some updates. A surprise was free dinner on Friday evening. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet style breakfast. Area was kept clean and fresh food kept coming out. Would recommend for a night or two.

The service was spectacular. Called this hotel for reservations and the young lady on the other end was so helpful and super sweet. Couldn’t wait to get there to meet her and she was definitely a big smile with an awesome welcome. Her name is Charnise Brown. She was like a breath of fresh air after the long drive in from Cleveland,Ohio. I personally would like to send a great big shout out to her for her dedication to her customers..The hotel was very nice and clean , the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was all good , the hot foods were hot and plentiful and the cold foods were nice and cold. The staff working that area kept it clean and full of a variety of foods. I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed those couple days and can’t wait to get back.

We had stayed at another property when passing through Louisville on previous visits but this time we decided to look for something away from the downtown area. Always a fan of Springhill Suites, we picked this in the airport area and were pleased we did. The staff, both evening and morning, was very welcoming and seemed happy we were there. When we asked for restaurant suggestions, we received a full sheet of options. Our room was spacious and clean. The morning breakfast fare was normal for a Springhill Suites, meaning there was plenty to eat and it was good. I woke up early and walked around the area on a pleasant morning, coming away with the feeling the location was a safe one. We will be back.

Nice.. the WiFi was a little spotty. But everything else was on point. Extremely clean & the front desk and staff were awesome. If you ever travel to Louisville I definitely recommend this hotel. My favorite was the 24 hour gym and the breakfast bar was amazing as well.

Went for Louder Than Life. Hotel was in the perfect location. Employees were so friendly. Especially Laverne (spelling) and Shannon, the manager. Room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good as well! Thank you for our little Kentucky Derby plate for our anniversary!!!

Such a lovely hotel! The beds weren’t completely comfortable, however that was the only downside. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impeccably maintained and stocked continuously. It was a welcomed respite in our travels!

This was a great hotel. I’d read reviews of other hotels in the area that complained about things like bugs, unclean rooms and public areas, etc, so we tried the Hampton Inn NE Louisville KY. It was wonderful! We were greeted by Jared at the front desk on arrival. Our room was CLEAN, as was the lobby and other public areas. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast area had a nice selection of hot and cold items, and it was constantly monitored by friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-71. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked sparkling clean in a nicely maintained area. The hotel itself appeared to be relatively new, and this was reflected in the room decor and sleek bathroom. Cleanliness is one of the most important things for us when we travel, and this place was CLEAN! We’d absolutely stay there again! PS: Don’t remember his name, but the check-out young man was very friendly and enthusiastic.

My nephew wanted to attend the farm implement show, so I booked him a 4-night stay at the Hampton Inn. He raved about it. Breakfast was excellent. Room exceptionally clean. Mattress quite comfortable. Location perfect in order to get to the show at the Convention Center. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one and only thing he did not care for was the turkey sausage at breakfast. Ha!! He said sausage should be pork. :D lol!!

Had a real good stay here for two nights during the PGA championships. No complaints. Front desk people were nice and friendly. Location is good and farily easy to access. Appears to be a newer hotel and it is clean. Rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Just a short drive from some good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought this was a grest property! I really liked the outdoor areas, tables, pool, swings, and fireplace were very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in process was quick and easy. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was very clean & nice!! The beds were so comfortable!! We slept great. I loved the big bathroom with a huge shower & that the shampoo/ body wash was attached to the walls & were provided! The breakfast was amazing! Delicious waffles, omelets, cereal & was taken care of by many staff members. We really enjoyed staying here & can’t wait to visit again.

The whole hotel experience from entry to exit. I loved the suite and how everything was included. Liked that there was a Jacuzzi beside the pool.

All the staff was kind and friendly and the late night clerk was especially efficient., I requested a room change and it was done immediately.The manager was present and helpful with that. Breakfast was 5 stars with a great variety of hot and cold dishes and the breakfast area atmosphere was cozy and open to stay and talk afterwards The pool was a bit chilly but the jacuzzi was hot and conducive to relaxing and the weight room looked well stocked.

Very friendly,helpful staff, varied breakfast and good coffee. Nice gym, pool and jacuzzi area. I left some earrings and they called me to go get them.😁 Room ventilation and freeway noise was the downside of this place so I didn't sleep well although they kindly changed my room. The downtown area in general is quite delapidated and there are lots of homeless men roaming around. The hyped Nulu area nearby was a letdown, not worth the visit there.

Very nice stay! Very clean, very comfy. 1 block from Louisville Slugger Field and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Kinda loud after a ballgame, but settled once traffic was gone. Room had a full kitchen, comfy bed but pillows were awful. Shower is big walk-in with good pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Off street parking for $21/day, but come and go as you please. We didn’t swim but pool had families in it all day/night. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend!! Will stay here every time in Louisville.

Hotel and room were quiet, clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Older property but still enough outlets and USB plugs in the room (no type-C connectors though). Good breakfast. We did drive to nearby NuLu for dinner and nighttime entertainment. If you're going to see a baseball game, this is very convenient to the baseball stadium. Also within walking distance to Angel's Envy distillery. Front desk was also responsive to minor maintenance problem we had created.

We arrived after traveling all day. Very tired. We were greeted by friendly front desk staff. They had our reservation and room ready. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was on the first floor close to the main lobby. Unfortunately at the time of our visit, the pool was being refurbished but other than that everything was great. All of the staff where always so friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The price was very reasonable too. We stayed two nights as we had tours to Claiborne farm and Keeneland race track. Both by the way where amazing. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was awesome, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious! The staff were super friendly and the lady helping with breakfast made sure to say good morning to everyone and made sure we were all fed and happy. The gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and also gave a recommendation for a great pizza place nearby. We didn't want to leave!!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t homemade of course, but better than other places, with eggs and pancakes. The building was far enough off the highway that we did not hear traffic. The clerk lady at night was very helpful and polite, even gave us cookies. We would definitely stay again.

The area was quiet. I appreciate the spacious and well kept rooms. We enjoyed having a separate area in our room with a couch and TV. The breakfast was pretty good. Everyone we came across at the property were all helpful, professional and just kind people. Thank you!

Great location convenient to many points if interested. We did Nulu, Galt House, and Old Forester. Upon arrival, property gave off a vibe we made a good choice. Greeted friendly and professionally. Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Shower good pressure and temp. Actually fairly quiet night we stayed. Breakfast area overlooks downtown and very open. Food above average for a Springhill or Fairfield. On-site parking definitely a huge perk. Will definitely look to stay at this property again.

Nice hotel good foyer entrance and staff - room were very spacious and well set out our room looked directly into the Hampton - so had to be careful to close curtains. breakfast was very generous and heap of variety staff in the dining area were helpful and friendly. It is within 2 blocks of the river and 2 blocks from all major restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was spotless, the a/c worked great and hot water was plentiful. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to Whiskey Row, Louisville Slugger Museum and plenty of great restaurants. Every person we encountered was so nice and helpful Phoenix was amazing as were the ladies at the front desk and the breakfast staff. Breakfast is included and had a nice variety of food to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient downtown location with easy in and out parking. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very very quiet. Decent free breakfast with a good sized dining area and lots of windows overlooking downtown. Staff was very professional.

Parking was easy, staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy! I felt very safe there traveling alone. Front desk went above and beyond. Parking garage was very close to the property and easy to navigate. It was also much cheaper to park there than other hotels that I looked into. Easy walk to Kentucky Conference Center. Gas station right next door if you need snacks or any supplies. I loved this place! Would highly recommend if you are traveling for a conference downtown at the KICC. Bed was super comfy. Great view from the 9th floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and all the dining options were great. The ease of getting to every sight seeing place was convenient, as the places were walkable distance from the hotel. The rooms had excellent view. The stay was very comfortable.

Our Galt House stay was wonderful! We had a room on the 18th floor overlooking the river and we enjoyed seeing the barges cross the river and also the train in the distance. It was awesome! The room was quiet and clean and convenient to the Mohammed Ali museum, coffee shop, etc.

My husband and I came to stay for a concert that evening. The access to everything was so convenient. We will stay again, we had a suite on the east tower. We had breakfast in the morning which was really good too. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shower head was in a weird spot along with wide open. The water afterwards was all over the bathroom floor. Kind of a weird setup there but nothing terrible that wasn’t easily fixed otherwise a great experience!

The Galt is a beautiful property in appearance as well as layout. The street at the properties entrance is quite unique. The skybridge with its glass cathedral, excellent views & lounge area are great to relax in with a beverage from the bar. With plenty of seating it also provides a great place for breakfast & lighter fare for lunch & dinner. The rooms are spacious and the suites are laid out with comfort in mind.

This hotel is in a great spot! It’s right off the interstate and close to a Cracker Barrel. I also drove straight across at the red light for about 10 minutes and found all kinds of places to eat along with a Walmart and Target. It’s a nice area. The hotel was so clean and everyone was friendly. There is a continental breakfast which was just okay for me but they have a nice seating area for breakfast and a nice area outside for relaxing. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I do wish there were better tv channels to watch. My only other complaint is the shower could have been a little better as far as water pressure goes. The fold out twin bed is a no go unless you have a little kid using it. My teen said it wasn’t comfortable at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Louisville - East! The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, and the amenities such as the fitness center and common areas made our stay even more enjoyable. The only surprise—or minor drawback—was that parking was not included and required an additional fee. Since the hotel is located a bit removed from the busy downtown area, this was a bit disappointing and not common in our experiences.

Noel was great at the front desk. She was friendly and welcoming. The property was well maintained and our room was spacious and clean. The outside pool was not yet open for the season, however, it looked clean. Breakfast was pretty good with a different hot variety each morning of our stay.

Staff is welcoming and friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was spic and span clean. We had a view of the airport from the fourth floor which amazed my son as he could watch planes come and go. As it is a small airport it slows down at night so it is quiet. Free breakfast buffet. Greeted in the morning by friendly staff who get you coffee, tea, or juice after seating you and our attentive to make sure you have things you need. The only wish is that had asked to move rooms as ours was an adjoining room so the door is not as quiet as it would be without. But the room the next night was empty so no big deal. Quick drive off of 65 from downtown or take the local way to see more of the city's cool neighborhoods.

My husband and I stayed here one night. We liked the convenient location near the airport. We heard no airport noise. This hotel is convenient for two people traveling together. There were 2 charging stations and 2 elevated areas to place suitcases. I liked the large tops on the two night stands. The room was comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig cups for coffee. The room provided a tea bag but no hot water kettle and no discernible way to make tea. Because we arrived in Louisville late, we were glad the hotel had a full service bar/ restaurant. We had dinner there. The Bar Grill was open until 11:00 pm. We had chicken quesadillas and drinks.

Room was very spacious! Had double queen. Lots of work space. Perfect for business or long term stay. Looked like newly renovated. Staff was awesome. Has dinner in the bar-grill. Very good salmon. Atmosphere was nice with three TV's over the spotless bar. Across highway from airport. Not a lot of noise.

We were driving for 12 hours and we did not have a reservation since we were just going to roll the dice on a place to stay and get some rest on our way to AL. Arrive at 12:00 midnight. The gentleman behind the desk was very helpful and pleasant. Really who is nice in the middle of the night? He was!! The room was nicely decorated and the hotel Smelled good! The beds were oh so comfy and you could tell the sheets, towels and pillows were really nice quality. In the morning we overslept a little and raced down for breakfast (ended at 9:30–we walked into the dining room at 9:25). The servers attitude was “no worries” and we proceeded to have a delicious hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, fresh fruit, etc. you get the idea! All for $114 (including taxes). Oh and the hotel is super close to the airport but NO airport noise! I would recommend this hotel every time!

The room is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The room is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The spacious layout provided us ample room for all the luggage (we have to many as we are staying in US for 5 weeks). The breakfast is ok. So many variations. We only stayed 1 night so we can't say if they vary each day. Nevertheless, we commend the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff when we had our breakfast. The surrounding area is like a semi-industrial area, which means limited walking options to nearby places. However, the environment is very quiet. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well.

Rented this room (2 queen beds) as we were attending a concert at the Yum Center Arena. This hotel was in a reasonable distance. Check in was at 4. We got there shoetly after and room was ready. We were on floor 8/10. Elevattors were clean and fast. No issues. Hallways were clean. Passed housekeeping and they smiled and were friendly. They were still cleaning rooms but were out of the path. Got tonour room and no issues. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Bathroom was clean. Shower had complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in an installed bottle dispenser in the shower. Water pressure was great. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of room in the shower and it was clean. Beds were clean and so very comfortable. Plenty of lights and outlets. TV was on with a welcome mesage identifying me by name. There was plenty of parking. There was a wedding there while we were there. (Only giving that info to say you could have a wedding there. Lol) My son went to check out the pool but said it was pretty crowded so he didn't stay. We did not utilize the restaurant or the fitness area. 10/10 would recommend. More than I would normally be able to afford to spend but was worth every penny. If i ever go back to Louisville for the night i will definitely try to stay at this location again.

Large hotel with ample parking. Short drive from plenty of shops and restaurants. Conveniently located near a main road for access to the city. The rooms were a really good size, very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and courteous and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Minus points: Breakfast buffet was really good value but I would recommend giving the hot selection a miss, as a lot of it was cold! The omelettes cooked to order though, were very nice. The restaurant food (evening) was OK but that area including the bar, was understaffed and a bit chaotic. All in all we enjoyed our 2 night stay and would go back.

Allowed me to check in early and with a high floor too. Clean, quiet room. Nice M Lounge in the evening, however closed for breakfast the next day was provided full breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Nice pool and work out area opens early. Really fun lobby bar serving many of the area bourbons. A big convention going on this place knows how to take care of guests. One thing that did not make sense was the $5.00 charge to park in their open lot...pure profit revenue stream sounds like to me.

Another great stay at the Marriott Louisville East. Check in was super easy, friendly welcome, the rooms were large enough for a family of four, and the beds were comfy! Workout room is clean and the machines are nice. The pool is always clean and the kids have plenty of space racing in the pool! Breakfast was spot in - waffles, omelet station, huge variety of fresh fruit, and friendly staff. We stay here anytime we are in Louisville!

I loved my stay! My room was so comfy and super clean! The bed was so comfortable…the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! I also received a complementary appetizer for dinner at Charred and complementary breakfast for both my daughter and I! Oh and snacks/water at the Elevator! I will be back in the future and suggest this hotel to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

Very clean and modern looking property. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Even our shuttle driver to the airport was super friendly and so helpful. Everyone knew their jobs well and everyone was kind and courteous.

We were stranded at the airport at 1 am due to storms and two other passengers recommended your hotel. The shuttle delivered us, your staff welcomed us warmly, and the beds were comfortable at 2:20 am. The shuttle took us to Cracker Barrel for lunch, we rested well throughout the day, dinner at the lobby bar was delicious, and the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 3:30 am the following morning was pleasant and helpful!

Great location 5 minutes from airport. Free hotel shuttle from airport plus any destination within two miles of airport, i.e. Churchill Downs, Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Great staff, friendly and very professional. Best hotel shower ever. Only negative is being so close to airport, UPS flights take off very early in the morning. However, hotel was very quiet. Nice stay.

Stayed here on our way back to Wisconsin from Florida. Plenty of parking and well kept outside. 2 members of the staff were on hand to check us in; both were outstanding and made the process quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. They had a coffee shop type set up for breakfast if you wanted it. Breakfast prices were overpriced but expected. Good experience; would stay here again.

First stay at an Aloft Hotel, definitely a modern industrial feel to the public areas , rooms are more traditional and larger than most other hotels. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and check in process went great. Room was large clean and comfortable. The electric blinds were a tat problematic as one jumped the tracks a few times, no issues just push the bottom and all good. Had a great nights sleep. The bar was excellent with an extensive bourbon selection, bartender was great. Breakfast also good, tried multiple options during my stay (breakfast burrito, egg sandwich with spinach and tomato, and oatmeal). Staff was friendly and professional. Property was clean and well kept. An excellent stay.

Stay was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the worker was awesome we talked for like 15 minutes and could’ve continued but I was already having a late check in (3am). They were amazing about that I just let them know ahead of time about it going to be late. The room was nice and clean and felt amazing. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on, we were missing it when we got back home to our bed. That’s saying a lot if you’ve ever slept on a hotel bed. The daily room cleaning was nice and left the room always feeling amazing like that first day arrival. The only issue we had was one day that didn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper, luckily we didn’t need it. The only couple downsides we had was our refrigerator didn’t seem to be working luckily for us we were only keeping waters in it or it would’ve been worse. The other thing was on checkout day, housekeeping knocked on our door first at 9ish waking us up and did so every 30 minutes after that. Checkout is at noon so it wasn’t close to checkout time. That for us was unacceptable and will be the thing I warn anyone about when thinking of staying there. Overall wonderful stay and it will be the hotel we check at first when looking at staying in or near that area!

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.

Really friendly service with very clean rooms and facilities. They celebrate their locale with artwork and fun touches. Plus, lots of fun extras. A nice pool, courtyard, pool table, lots of games round out a full wxperience. Breakfast was fast and tasty, too.

The property is clean and well maintained. There was a fun bar and lounge area on the first floor with friendly staff. Our family appreciated the pet friendly vibe and kids loved the pool (they said it was warm).
