Front desk staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even loaned us an HDMI cable so we could watch Netflix in our room. I also liked that hot breakfast was included. The location is close to campus and very convenient.

I believe this is my second time staying at this property and I had a wonderful experience both times. The property must have been recently renovated because the rooms are outstanding! There’s king size beds which are extremely comfortable. There is so much space in the rooms. They are very clean. The bathroom was a little small for the room and the door kind of made it hard walk in there. But the water pressure was amazing and the showerhead provided almost a waterfall. The staff is A ! We had such a easy and welcoming check in. They were very very assistive and friendly. They went above and beyond. The breakfast did leave something to be desired. It’s your typical continental breakfast. Waffles, eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy and other such items. The biscuits were actually pretty good. The sausage gravy was salty and everything else was OK. But it was clean and the eggs were fresh. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staying at the Days Inn Medical in Lubbock was truly a refreshing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. My Room is clean, breakfast is amazing and staffs are friendly and helping us giving all valuable info which made our stay more comfortable. I personally highly recommend. our room which had a nice view and a big window therefore we can sit down on the soft king bed to soak in the sunrise , also sunset amazingly.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and comfy. We had our daughter with us and felt very safe and comfortable and all had a great nights sleep for our long day of traveling ahead of us. The breakfast wasn’t super great, but it was free!

Breakfast was warm and satisfying. The jacuzzi was wonderful. The hotel was recently renovated and is very fresh.

Friday night we arrived at La Quinta and we were very pleased with the outside experience We noticed there was a pool that looked very clean the parking lot was clean everything outside the building was clean as soon as we walked in everything inside smelled clean everything looked clean professional customer service the front desk of a person that checked me out was very helpful and try to get me a reasonable price for the two nights that I stayed The breakfast was amazing the experience overall was just amazing The room was clean the bedding everything It's just amazing the shower was amazing as well

We stayed for one night (Saturday). Check in was fast and personnel were friendly and professional. Our king room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Room was decent size and bathroom had a walk in shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. The hotel was very busy, but it was relatively quiet. The doors do slam shut hard. Elevators were the largest I have seen in a while at a chain hotel. Breakfast was typical fare - good enough to get you on the road and the room is rather large. The gentleman that was the breakfast room attendant kept everything stocked and tables cleaned. Check out was quick and easy, too. Seems to be in a safe area and restaurants are close by. Will stay here again when I am next in Lubbock.

We had a wonderful stay. The room that was given to us was perfect for a good night's sleep. It was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly and was so peaceful and quiet. Quick check in and out no hassle. Location is close and in a good safe area. Well lit parking lot. One sided walk-in so its simple and very beautiful onsite. Large bar and breakfast area. Had everything ready in our room and not once did we need to ask for any help. Well organized.

This place is well maintained, its kept clean, and I think this is one of the few left in lubbock that still has a Hot Tub Jacuzzi. And i know this is one of the first that has an indoor pool ande Jacuzzi. Will definitly recommend, the staff were all very very professional and nice.

The front desk lady was so inviting and cordial. From the door, I felt welcome. I became excited about the stay. The reason for the visit was leisure. The facility is nice and clean and well situated. The breakfast was one that would get you ready for the day. Jacuzzi and swimming pool added extra fun.I definitely have already recommended the place to friends and family. I'm looking forward to another stay.

First off... Staff is best part of staying here. Rebecca is fantastic. As, so are the staff in breakfast area. Genuinely very pleasant people. I have a keen sense for the differences between real hearing people and pretend. These people are real. Breakfast area is immaculately kept clean even during busy times. The breakfast is also hot and most importantly fresh! I asked for a room on the second floor because I have insomnia. Rebecca had put me on the second floor, but my concern was that I was very close to the elevator. Actually, the closest room to the elevator. But, the hotel is quite quiet, and I never heard anything during the night. My room was a single King, and it was absolutely huge! I mean actually kind of crazy huge. I have been a traveling salesman since the 1980s, and I've never stayed in a hotel that had a room this size. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a flat screen TV, very adequate lighting, a good air conditioning system that's quiet, dressers, in-room coffee maker and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable with plenty of quality pillows. My room was very clean. The weekday rates are quite reasonable. It appears that the rates go up quite a bit on the weekend. Would I stay here again? I absolutely will. This will be my my new regular base while working West Texas. I wish all hotels were this good.

The hotel was clean and kept up. Location was in a nicer area of Lubbock right near a Costco store. The room was actually on the larger side considering the cost. Everything in the room worked. The king size bed was comfortable. The staff was fairly helpful. The breakfast room was nice sized and clean, and the breakfast itself was decent. Parking lot was well lit and safe. It is right off loop 289 making it convenient. This is not an upscale hotel but it is well worth the money.

Room was comfortable and overall clean. Some repairs were needed for the building (holes, cracks, windows, elevator, etc. It's not a new facility so normal wear and tear.) Breakfast was fantastic, good food and variety offered, breakfast staff was amazing!!! Pool was nice and clean. Location was good, nearby to most everything. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and very nice. Parking was decent and well lit.

I was struggling to give 3 or 4 stars. I will give the benefit of the doubt. Overall this hotel is great when visiting my student in Lubbock. The hotel overall is very nice and the room was immaculate. No issues whatsoever other than a couple minor negatives: 1. Hampton Inn breakfast is mediocre. They really need to step up the hot breakfast. Best Western and Hyatt Place are much better breakfasts. The eggs here seem packaged and set out (especially the cheese omelet things). This is common at all Hampton Inn's so it's not just this location. I would say that this was one of the better ones but it still is the manufactured breakfast. 2. During breakfast on our second day the breakfast area was super dirty. We were at the end of the breakfast time and every table was dirty. No one was there cleaning up tables and there were no other guests in the breakfast area. It was like this for at least 30 minutes and no one showed up to clean. Finally I want to say that the staff here was overly friendly. We had a great time and even played games in the lounge with our daughter who goes to Tech. Overall that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 just because it is a super nice place and close to the university so we'll stay again. The slight negatives above wouldn't prevent that but those are what keeps this from being our favorite place in Lubbock to stay.

The property was very clean, modern, and quiet. The elevator and room were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Our room temperature and lighting was perfect, the amenities and toiletries were good, and the tv worked. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was spacious. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was our second visit. Once again, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The only minor issue was that the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers in the shower were nearly empty. Thankfully we had enough to cover our stay. Other than that, we love and enjoy our stays at this property. It’s always been clean, the staff have been friendly and helpful, the breakfast great, and the rooms clean and comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel, we didn't have reservation and Tasha at the reception was excellent, she gave us a wonderful room was extremely helpful and friendly, explained all the amenities that they offer. Thank you Tasha. The room was great, nice comfortable bed, they have a bar in the lobby, breakfast was good and is very close to restaurants and the university

Very clean hotel. Perfect for traveling with dogs - lots of nice grass and the hotel does a nice job of keeping the dog area clean. The breakfast was a typical continental hotel breakfast. The bar and library area is nice, and the hotel gym is better than the average hotel gym. Will stay here again the next time we're in Lubbock.

GREAT place to stay as the staff is friendly and available at all times. The price is exceptional! We stay here this season on TTU game weekends. This hotel does not raise their rates, through the roof, like ALL of the other hotels in Lubbock during home football weekends. For this we will always stay here. Super clean and beds are comfortable. ONE ISSUE........ every time we have gone down for breakfast they are ALWAYS out of food and we have to ask the front desk to replenish EVERYTHING! Whether you are down there @ 6:30, 8:00, 9:00.......ALWAYS out! There needs to be a separate person working breakfast on the weekends, NOT the person at the desk! Otherwise, definitely worth staying. We just go out for breakfast! :)

Loved this property. Very clean and the location was perfect. I have never stayed at a Microtel and was incredibly happy I did. Rooms were so clean and large. Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Nice variety to pick from. I definitely will come back to this hotel.

This was my first time traveling to the Lubbock area and I was clueless about where to stay. As a Hilton member, I chose this hotel due to good reviews. I can confirm that reviews are accurate. Although It’s in an industrial area, the hotel is 5 minutes to many restaurants and shopping. Is also about a 10 minute drive to Texas Tech campus. Hotel appears to be pretty new and in good condition. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet overnight. Staff was friendly and responsive. There is a small bar and restaurant in the lobby. I had dinner there as I arrived late on my first evening and didn’t want to go look for another place to eat. They have a small but adequate menu. Food was good and worked just fine for a late dinner. They have a nice patio and fire pit in front of the hotel where I saw many families hanging out in the evening. Was a nice and unexpected touch for a Hilton Garden Inn. I was a female solo traveler and felt completely safe staying at this hotel alone. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice business travel type hotel. Rooms are nice, beds and linens comfy. Did not bring shower shoes and floor grout in shower looked mildewy in areas, so did not shower. Nice restaurant and bar area for a charge. Very friendly helpful bartender/server. Made coffee in room as there was a charge for breakfast. Lovely pool area with fountain. Would stay again.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock. When we arrived our room wasn't ready despite it being check in time, which was disappointing. However the front desk person (Matt) was very friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, it was ok. They have a nice little restaurant and bar where we sat and had a snack while we waited. Service there was quick and friendly. The room was nice, the lobby area comfortable and clean, and customer service very good overall. I also appreciated the location, where it is right off the highway, close to restaurants and The Main Event. Will stay there again!

Check in was a breeze and friendly, garden inn was tastefully decorated and also for Halloween! Every area was spotless including the bar and restaurant who was being a human so energizer and super friendly! Room was near as requested, quite and comfy bed and clean!

This hotel was very comfortable, lovely, and clean for our trip for our son’s college graduation. The employees were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very clean and bright. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful bathroom and living area. The location was perfect for us and that's why we chose it. There's a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance, and a nice park too if you want to walk around. Coffee pot and coffee/tea. It was one of those serve-yourself breakfast places with better than average options, but if you're vegan, forget it and not the healthiest of options. The room felt very home-like; well-decorated, warm, quiet and clean.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! It was an easy check in and check out process. The pool was crowded, but it was well maintained and clean. The housekeeping service had turned our AC on before arrival, so the room was not stuffy when we walked it. It was very clean and welcoming. The veds were comfortable and the hallways were quiet and it was easy to unwind without outside noise.

We called for a reservation while on the road and we had a very helpful and polite reservation assistant. We got a handicap accessible room with a king size bed. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of safety bars around the bathtub and toilet. There was a kitchenette that had a sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and s table with 2 chairs. The living area had a sofa and a computer desk and chair. The lamps all had usb ports and electrical outlets. The room was comfortable and nicely laid out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Came for a softball tournament, our room was very spacious. Breakfast was served early, even though it said 7am for breakfast on weekends, the staff had it open by 6am. Simple breakfast but the flavors were perfect. It was great to have a nice breakfast before a long day at the fields. The pool was clean and warm.

Bed was comfy spacious room, was stocked with plenty of towels & cups for drinks/coffee, fridge worked really well only complaint was the pool area was way too hot with the water being more on the hot side the little ones thought the water was a bit warm, after being in 100+ degree weather a cool pool is needed the water was hot that there is a fountain in the area with cool water that almost every kid went & walked in it or sat in it to cool off Pool was clean bed was comfy as were pillows we were in town over night to attend a birthday party & just chill, we didnt get up for breakfast so don't have nothing to share on that! There was also softballs tournaments so it was a full house looked like was my 2nd time staying at this location & will stay again

The overall look of the building was great. Very professional, clean, modern. The room was perfect for our family and everything was in great working order. The pool is designed for kids which was perfect for us! We loved it and enjoyed it for hours, which is exactly what we needed after a long road trip. Check in and check out were easy, and the breakfast was superb. The staff were not overly friendly, but they were professional and helpful overall. I highly recommend this location, especially for families!

The hotel appears clean and well-maintained. The rooms are good size and well-kept. The wifi was spotty and somewhat slow. I was confused because I found 3 different free La Quinta wifi at times - sometimes only 1. I wasn't sure which was the legit one to use. The woman in charge of the breakfast was friendly, helpful, and the star employee during our stay. She was really committed to excellent customer service. The parking lot is well-lit and had enough spots to make parking convenient. My main complaint is the long check-in time. There were maybe 2-3 couples in front of us yet we waited 30 minutes before it was our turn to check in.

We did not eat breakfast. We went down for coffee and juice but the breakfast looked great. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that the pillows were not so big and bulky. I actually didnt wake with a sore neck like i usually do at Hotels. This was a quiet area as well when we stayed.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff where helpful, attentive, and friendly! The beds, pillows and clean room was nice. The a/c worked very well and the room was so comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. We definetly got very good and very needed rest.

Getting to the location is very easy and convenient. It is right off of the highway and easy to find. It is on the outskirts of Lubbock so it was very quiet and the area is not super busy. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The staff was great! Front desk was quick at explaining everything, checking in and it was a breeze. Hot breakfast, included egg, biscuits and sausage along with Continental style offerings. Breakfast is good and saves a trip and money on fast food. Overall a great experience

Quiet, clean and peaceful. I got lucky and got placed in a fantastic room where it was quiet after a horrid mishap. It was the most peace I have gotten in awhile. The bed was clean, shower water hot, AC great... can't complain! A good place to get some rest for a great price.

We used the room as a rest place for the night. In part of a long journey home from Colorado. It felt like a safe area. The room was Clean. the front desk and lobby looked clean. I loved the restroom! The shower was spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. The ac worked great, when we arrived it was off and stuffy in the room but given 5 mins or less it was fresh and cool in the room. We didn't try the TV, Or use any of the amenities. We Didn't even stop for breakfast in the morning, But it smelled great. The coffee maker in the room worked.

Walking inside the lobby I was greeted immediately, was able to check-in with ease! The lobby was clean. Upon inspection of our hotel room I saw nothing but a clean room. The bathroom was super clean, carpet, windows, mirrors and nightstand were clean and free of dust. The hotel was quiet! Housekeeping team was AWESOME! They always greeted us when we saw them, they came into our room each day to remove the trash! The breakfast area was large and accommodating, decent selection of food! The pool was awesome! The only complaint was the bubbles on the hot tub wouldn't turn on, it could have been because the pool was closing soon. Either way, my experience at the pool was awesome! I would recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and centrally located hotel!

The facility was clean and they had a hot breakfast. The shower had a grab bar, which I appreciated, as I am in my 60's. The design of the breakfast area was nice, quite stylish. It was close to so many places, yet quiet. It is close to UMC, where I had an appointment to see my doctor.

Everything! The Hotel was really clean I love how it smelled so fresh! The room was spacious the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and kind. The check out process was fast and simple they were waiting for me. Dove products in the restroom, I love those.

Excellent stay. If you’re coming to visit TT this location was super convenient. About 14 min from airport, about 6 minutes from campus. Ample parking. Breakfast in morning was plentiful w a lot of variety; hot and cold, etc., and stocked the entire time. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful from the front desk to cleaning crew. Pool area was cleaned & stocked w towels. Plenty of seating and tables. Room was clean. Water temp and pressures in bathroom perfect. Had plenty of the soap and shampoos etc if you want to leave that behind (Dove brand). It was quiet. There are areas you’ll see if you never been here if little houses that have been left behind as the area upgraded and modernized but don’t let that fool you. I didn’t see any people causing troubles, etc. everything is like 5 minutes from this location: stores, restaurants, TT, gas, etc. highly recommend. Praise for the whole team esp the young lady keeping the breakfast line stocked and clean. There was a young male golf tournament going on when I was there and the place was stocked and cleaned despite the crowd. Would definitely stay here when I visit my student in the future.

Everything - EXCELLENT! Very comfortable room, amenities top notch. Love the Dove shower products! Staff was friendly and wonderful! Mason, who was at the front desk, gave us perfect directions to get to Texas Roadhouse - and was very personable and friendly. The breakfast - absolutely extraordinaire. Like eating at a restaurant. Stayed for Texas Tech graduation. Super friendly and helpful front desk. They had made 2 great photo-op stations; the lobby was all decked out for graduation. So fun. Rooms clean, quiet. Best mattress I’ve slept on in same price-range hotels…super comfortable. Would return again and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Lubbock. The hotel was beautiful, and the suite was incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with various options to start the day. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. A special highlight was that they happily accommodated my small Chihuahua, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

They put us in a handicap room outside of the hotel it was perfect. Had a shower bench n shower and detachable shower head. I was there for surgery at 4 got there at 850 pm the night before. The staff was a man at front he was kind. He checked us in quickly so we could get settled and for bed. Beds are firm but good and it was very clean.

Older place, but you can tell it was renovated with care. Beautiful lobby! Staff was very professional and helpful when I couldn't get the room door to open. I was so tired and she was so caring and patient. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and bedding. Everything smelled so fresh! My mother said the bed was super comfortable and was asleep in less than 5 minutes. :) Breakfast had a nice variety and was really tasty. Would absolutely stay again.

Very safe area. At the risk of sounding sexist, I'd feel very comfortable for my daughter to stay there traveling alone. Well maintained inside and outside. Newly renovated. Comfortable and clean room. One of the best Super 8s I had ever stayed in.

The best Super 8 we've ever stayed at! The staff was super great, the hot breakfast was awesome! Hubby liked the strawberry waffles! Rooms were super spacious and everything was super clean! Our room had a coffee bar area, a fridge and microwave, which was cool!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only issue I had was that there was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Also the full kitchen had no dishes or silverware.

Great location. Felt safe and was very close to the University and other restaurants & fast food. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice & very clean. I wasn't a fan of the frosted glass bathroom door; privacy felt compromised and if you turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the room, which was annoying if someone was sleeping. Bring a night light with a switch. Buffet Breakfast included the standard Bacon or ham or sausage, eggs, french toast strips, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit. [Late] dinner was limited to burgers and pizza. Small bar in lobby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered several choices. Everything was fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet, surrounded by lovely townhouses and apartments. The area offers several restaurants. We will stay here on our next visit to Lubbock!

Great place to stay in Lubbock. Close to Texas Tech with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if my daughters decide to go to Texas Tech.

Friendly staff. Very Clean. Breakfast was good. Since our evening plans were messed up by tornado warnings and severe thunderstorms, we purchased salads from the bar for a late dinner. They were unexpectedly tasty and filling. Will likely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Good location near Texas Tech, with lots of bars & restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was okay, but not great. My only complaint is that they charge $7 for parking, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com website.

We had a delayed flight that caused a late check in. The staff was friendly- but there was a small hiccup with the room we asked for. They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub at no additional cost. Room was clean and it was quiet.

I stayed two nights in May, 2018. I really liked the room setup with the corner counter w/fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Also it has a nice big counter in the BR. Clean and modern. Good but limited breakfast. Nice pool. Very tiny workout room. There is a convenience store/gas station close to it that has a good variety of healthy and unhealthy foods, depending on what you want. It's just about 5 min. outside of Lubbock, so a good choice if you are able to drive a little distance. Bed was comfy, bedding was nice. Room was very clean. Only negative was having to wait for the hotel clerk in the morning because she was doing double duty on the breakfast bar. There was a heavy walker above me, but otherwise the place was pretty quiet. I will stay there again when in Lubbock area.

I like to examine the room when I enter. My room was very comfortable. I ended up with a very spacious room. The front desk was very nice. My bed was very clean. It was a great location for what I needed. All my questions were answered and they were very respectful. This was my first time visiting Lubbock / Wolfforth. The friendliness of the staff made a difference for me. Pros: location Friendly staff Breakfast options oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc. Clean bed Cons: Hair on bathroom floor Breakfast is open for people to prepare their own plates. (Not everyone is clean and people in the area were coughing no mask. Albeit, they were eating. I will return to this location next month for my next business appointment.

This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Lubbock proper, Texas Tech University and the medical district: TTU HSC, UMC and Covenant Hospital. It is clean and unless you sleep on the side that backs up to the LISD bus barn, exceptionally quiet. The rooms are spacious and offer a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large and offered the strongest water pressure of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. Hot water was fantastic!! Hotel offers meeting rooms, a business center, small gym, indoor pool and hot tub. There are sundries on site, although there is a Sonic and two gas station convenience stores across the street. FREE hot breakfast daily: eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy and homemade cinnamon rolls. I enjoyed this hotel so much, I extended my stay. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect, stayed here 3 weeks while dropping my daughter off at Tech. My room was separate from the Living area and we had a full kitchen. Room was spacious, clean, and perfect for all our belongings. Breakfast was also a nice addition and the free washer/dryer were essential for our long stay. Perfect home away from home. Many restaurants are located just a stones throw from the hotel. Staff were all helpful and incredibly friendly, Good Job to all the staff--customer service was excellent, will be staying here again when I am in the area.

Very comfortable hotel for our working extended stay. Rooms were kept very clean but some of our group of 8 didn’t want anyone in their rooms because of the Covid. We had a Great housekeeper on our 4 th floor! Grill and nice patio out back where we took turns grilling at nite to stay out of the bars and restaurants. Night shift desk very welcoming and helpful. On a road trip back from Colorado we decided to stay overnight in Lubbock. As a IHG member I found a Staybridge Downtown but it liked like an older property with so/so reviews. We thought we would try this place. Great location walking distance to 4 or 5 fast casual restaurants (BJs, Chuys, Red Robin etc). Great friendly welcome with helpful staff. The room looked brand new with everything you could possibly need. Toaster, large fridge, cooker etc etc. COVID protocols were well observed and rooms spotlessly clean. I loved the brekkie scrambled eggs, sausage Pattie, breakfast potato etc . My wife felt uncomfortable with the serve yourself set up from a communal bowl. Hampton Inn Amarillo handled better with each brekkie made to order by staff. We'll definitely stay here again if in the area . You should too. Tip 1. Get a high floor room away from freeway (its more quiet) .Tip 2. Have breekie early to beat the crowds

This hotel is so nice and comfortable! Our suite was extremely spacious, check in was great, location was good, and we were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was fine, nothing special. The waffle maker was broken as were two of the juice dispensers. It was disappointing to see styrofoam plates and bowls, but everything else was good. Surfaces were clean, tables were clean, and we didn't leave hungry.

Hotel was easy to find a s walking distance from restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were in for follow up after hip surgery. Room had plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

Breakfast items were on the cold side, but tasted good after warming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Fridge was good size, but there was no carafe for the coffee pot.

Comfortable, friendly staff, clean, easy to get to, good cameras in parking lot, good variety at breakfast. The only 2 issues were we never got the hang of the TV and there were bugs in the Orange Juice. (minor issue, we don't drink it anyway) The staff put up with a bit of noise, our comings and goings at various hours of the night and day as we were there for a wedding and several parties. The bar upstairs - the younger people had a ball!

This hotel is an excellent place to stay at if you are wanting to stay close to the Texas Tech University. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room was a nice size and looked very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to stay at for a very good price. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious! The beds were very comfortable. There was a large desk area with plenty of room to set our things on and the tv worked great. The bathroom was a nice size, great counter space. Plenty of hot water in the shower and all Dove products with pumps in the bottles! That was a really nice touch. The little bottles and tiny bar of soap most hotels provide is so annoying. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent breakfast in restaurant with voucher to order from menu, not usual mediocre buffet. Plenty of luggage carts. Clean room, good bed, everything worked well. Friendly staff. Great parking and convenient location. Liked the overhead music. Best roadside Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

We recently held a large meeting here, attended by over 200 people. The facility was clean, new, & comfortable. Brenda and Carol were such a pleasure to work with. We made several trips to the venue before the event, and each time, we were greeted the moment we walked through the doors. Good customer service is somewhat difficult to find these days, but it is easy to find here! Carol worked very hard and went above and beyond, assisting us with extra chairs, and even cleaning windows to make sure everything looked beautiful! She even came to the meeting to make sure everything went smoothly and we were comfortable the entire time. We had some special requests and she was able to accommodate us! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Ebony, at the front desk always had a big smile on her face. Thank you to the entire staff for helping us to host a very successful event!

Great location for our trip. Glad to arrive late in the day and be greeted with a comfortable, cool, clean, spacious and well-appointed room. Fully-stocked snack area in lobby area and reasonably priced. Eateries close by (restaurant / fast food). Well-lit parking, easy access and what felt like (and proved to be) a safe setting. Surprisingly good hot breakfast available for us "early birds" the next morning (i.e., scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and links, etc along with fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc)! Great stay!

Great stay. We only stayed 1 night coming back from CO to TX but still very impressed. Beds were comfortable, appreciate a hot shower & then a good breakfast. Speaking of, their breakfast selection is on point. Pancakes, oatmeal, omelette, sausage, cinnamon rolls. Variety of juices & coffee. Amazing!! Would definitely recommend.

We pulled into Lubbock after a very long day on the road, and pulled into this hotel in hopes of a room, any room. What luck! We got a king room. Then we headed for the swimming pool and spa to work out the day's kinks. The pool was perfect for my water aerobics, while Spouse used the spa jets. With the brightly lit parking lot, the hotel provides blackout shades to darken the room -- they did a fine job. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were entirely too soft, which seems to be a common thing in hotels these days. No matter how many I stacked, my head still landed on the mattress -- most uncomfortable for us side sleepers. Still managed enough sleep to wake up ready to take on the next day's driving. Breakfast was, frankly, amazing. Cheese omelets of surpassing deliciousness, crispy bacon, hot tea -- all the makings of a good keto breakfast. Yes, I overate and it was so worth it. There were many other selections, but since they weren't keto, I can't describe them in any detail -- except the cinnamon rolls I desperately wanted to eat, but didn't. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Parking is adequate and they provided a complimentary breakfast. This facility is of newer construction or recently renovated. The personnel were accommodating and friendly.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff kept everything very well stocked even we arrived to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over on our first morning. The property was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of linens in bathroom which was nice. Full size pillows would be nice but there were plenty of the smaller sized pillows for us.

We came from a very bad hotel experience just 30 minutes prior. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and cozy! The breakfast was very good, and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel itself was kept up very well, and even the grounds were kept clean!

The two office staff were pleasant and conversational. The beds were comfortable; there was a couch in the room as well. Breakfast started at 6 AM, even though some hotels don't begin breakfast on a Saturday until 7 AM. Breakfast offered sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, muffins, apple and orange juice, and yogurt, to name most of the items offered. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Was an absolute wonderful hotel to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved that there was a sitting area in the lobby with tables and chairs we used to eat our dinner. The room was very clean and comforting. We had fresh towels everyday without having to call and ask,most hotels do not do daily housekeeping if staying for multiple nights. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter at Texas Tech!!

We loved our stay at the Fairfield Inn. Lesa at the front desk was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The others we encountered at the hotel were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-apportioned with comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, and like brand new. All restaurants in the area are new, and convenient to major roadways. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lubbock.

The positive attitude and willingness to address any needs of the staff stood out. The property was clean well maintained. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

It was perfectly adequate. I did feel safe enough while I was visiting. Overall, it wasn't great, and it wasn't bad. It was a safe and quiet place I slept and showered while being with my dad while he is in a physical rehab after a stroke. Considering it sits next to a major highway loop around Lubbock, it was pleasantly quiet and restful when I was there. Breakfast was the typical bland continental breakfast, no worse than mass produced eggs and day-old breads of any other hotel breakfast. It was perfectly adequate for what I was needing to sleep and shower.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff is amazing this is our go to place. Housekeeping was very helpful front desk was as well. Breakfast was delicious the pool was fun for our family over all experience was great can’t wait to be back!

The people and facilities here are EXTRAORDINARILY fine. June 25, '24 I left Denver hours later than intended, without a box-full of camera, cell phone, etc. I needed! Plan was to get breakfast and fuel on the road. Las Vegas NMx water system system was shut down by flood -- no restaurants were open! With a couple of granola bars and bottled water I got into Lubbock late, tired, hungry and grumpy. My reservation was immediately available, and good advice given for nearest restaurants. After moving in, I found Lubbock restaurants all closed some minutes before I got there! Chandu at the desk arranged my getting a good nutritious meal in spite of everything(!) I had a great night's sleep, and excellent Continental breakfast in the morning. ALL the staff have a gracious, can-do attitude that make La Quinta a first choice for me in the future!!! Allan

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast offered, which was a perfect start to each day. It was also reassuring to see managers present and actively overseeing things, ensuring everything ran smoothly and guests were well taken care of. The entire place was exceptionally clean, and it truly felt like a peaceful place to relax. Every interaction was a pleasure, and their helpfulness truly made a difference. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely say it was an awesome stay from start to finish! I'll certainly be staying here again and will happily refer this hotel to others.

This was an extremely nice hotel. Very quiet, clean, very comfortable beds and convenient to several big restaurant's from Outback Steakouse to Jaaon's Deli right in their own parking lot! It has a Starbucks inside with a full bar and deli type restaurant. This will always be our go to when in Lubbock.

I was so disappointed that they don’t have complimentary coffee in lobby. How difficult would that be to offer coffee - everyone has complimentary coffee to grab and go as you leave! We didn’t have time to stand in line at their breakfast bar to buy coffee and had already used the tiny single serve coffee maker in the room.

We got to the hotel fairly late but the desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My son especially liked that they had cold beers in the little market in the lobby. (Very nice after a long drive!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We left early the next morning so we didn't try the breakfast but if you need a place to sleep, this fits the bill nicely.

This was an overnight stay going to and then returning from. Room was clean, well appointed, and close to the ice maker. Mattress was very comfortable. Staff was helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Yes, I would stay there again. Breakfast was tasty.

The breakfast was better than I thought it would be! Usually it's a buffet at many hotels, my husband and I liked how it was freshly made and you had plenty of choices. The one suggestion is have fruit like apples and bananas for people to take in addition to the hot meal. The seating area was comfortable as well. The room and bathroom was clean and there wasn't an odor either in the room or the hotel. It's really close (walking distance) to a lot of different restaurants and I saw a pretty decent indoor pool. We would definitely stay there again next time we head to Lubbock.

Overall “alright” experience. Friendly welcome, no soap in the shower, broken chair, weird bedskirt stains. Nice full kitchenette in room if you need one. Closed swimming pool. Really nice complimentary breakfast! We stayed because of nice looking rooms online, pool, and close proximity to Tech (did not need or use our kitchenette). Would have rather found a cheaper, nicer option without the kitchenette.

Exactly what you want from a business lodging: clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Bedding and pillows were comfortable; Staff were non-intrusive but friendly.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Tiffany, we noticed a high level of friendliness and courteousness. The staff was absolutely wonderful for the entire week that we stayed. Each morning we were greeted with a warm and delicious breakfast. My compliments to the chef. Later in the week I ask a young man how the staff could be so happy, friendly and perfectly courteous. Did they have some sort of corporate training program for such niceties? Connor had only been there a couple of weeks and admitted that he did not know of any such training programs. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay pleasant and comfortable. Next time I'm in Lubbock, i hope to stay with you even longer.

The staff was fantastic. Professional and personable. They were happy to make recommendations for things when we asked. Great location if you’re wanting to try out the university community. We stayed for several days, and the breakfast was consistently good. Plenty of options. The room was spacious and clean. Outlets were a bit loose, but that’s the only real issue we had.

If you’re in town for a TTU game, this location is perfect. Right on the southeast corner of campus. Walking distance to the stadium and to bars/restaurants on Broadway. Plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

What a Gem! Everything seems new. I have allergies to pets. The room I stayed in was extremely clean. The staff knew about my allergies and they double cleaned my room before arriving! Wow! Does it get better than that! Even the hallways were clean. Staff was washing hallway walls when I arrived. The towels were fresh. The bed was comfortable. The lamps are modern. The desk and chair and sofa was all just right. Parking was free and I could see my car from my room. Staff was not only friendly but very knowledgeable. This is an A plus Hotel.

Hotel was easy to find and relatively close to restaurants and shopping. Dr. Tim, the front desk guy was very friendly and suggested a great steak restaurant. Hotel was clean. Very nice breakfast and tended to frequently. Sink and shower handles were dated and hard to operate (grinding and difficult to stop dripping). Would not hesitate to stay again.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was so nice and friendly. And the location was convenient.

I could not be happier with the kind gentleman Timothy that works behind the counter. I felt immediately to be in the place I needed to be for this trip when I noticed the toy soldiers they had for customers to take as a reminder to pray for our soldiers fighting for our freedom. Being a military Mom this really was touching to me. Holiday Inn Express & Suites were clean. The rooms had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator.The breakfast is much better than your average breakfast express you often see. This visit to Lubbock came with a broken heart, as we came to say goodbye to a long time friend who was losing her battle with cancer. Decon Tim saw the strain on our faces and offered to pray with us! He was so kind and comforting and filled with natural compassion. I can’t say enough about the helpfulness and I hope management appreciates this gem of an employee they have. Thank you Decon Timothy! The young lady behind the counter was also helpful.
