Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Madison

I stayed in room 307 (Queen accessible) over the Thanksgiving holiday. The room was spacious and accessible. The shower includes a bathtub, so you do have to be able to step up and over the bathtub edge. But otherwise the room was very accessible with moveable shower heads. Some of the staff (Bia, Blake) were welcoming, friendly, and remembered requests we had made earlier to ask about how things worked out. The entire hotel was very clean and had regular daily housekeeping service every morning. You could hear everything in the corridor- we heard housekeeping knocking on other room's doors as they came down the hallway every morning even though they were clearly trying to be quiet about it, and we heard every person who walked from the elevator to their room. The beds were very very firm, which I really liked. I like an unusually firm mattress. As other reviews have mentioned, there are zero drawers and no closet in the rooms. There is also no suitcase rack. The minifridge had a shelf around it, so one of us was able to set one carryon there, rather than on the floor. There is a pole with hangers where I was able to hang 3 garments. This is a dog-friendly hotel and we met a nice dog at breakfast that another guest had brought, which I really enjoyed. The location is not close to downtown Madison- there really isn't anything notable nearby. But it was close to the family home I was visiting for this holiday so that worked well for me.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting a couple sights in the Madison area. The Hotel is bright and inviting. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is a great place to hang out with a few table games and televisions for entertainment. There are also several semi private noise cancelling booths for a more quiet experience. The breakfast area tables are open all day for sitting and visiting as well. There is also a patio area outside to eat a meal or get some fresh air. The room was clean and updated; although slightly small. Housekeeping was attentive and our room looked as great when we returned from sightseeing as it did when we checked in. The area around the hotel felt very safe. There were many restaurants to choose from within five to ten minutes, a Target, and Aldi. There was a small park about a block away with an exercise circuit and walking path.

Clean, nice staff. After a bad experience across town at HGI-MW, I was able to get this room affordably on the Hilton app Ten minutes before checking in. the check in staff here at Tru made sure i was happy with my room, replenished the decaf when I notified her it ran out, even getting me a cup before it was done brewing in the back room so I could get up to my room for the night. She warned me, "I assure you it is decaf, but the flavor is very strong as it's Latazza" and she was right, the coffee has been hot and great tasting the whole stay, they also have fruit and utensils available in the lobby and there's a free breakfast that looks awesome, but doesn't work with my allergies. There's a small fridge in the room and need to go to lobby to use microwave, but the rooms are clean and the soaps smell nice, though i usually prefer unscented products. Even though the belt line is in view, it's been really quiet in the room except when it was hailing outside. The rooms at the Tru reminds me of traveling in Europe, simple, clean, no carpet which is nice for cleanliness, but i should have brought slippers since I had the ac on and it was working well on the whole room. The lobby has a fun, dorm rec room feel with pool table, games and study nooks and plenty of tables.

It was a great experience! Everything was clean, lobby was well designed and inviting, the room decor had a fresh look. Bathroom and shower was modern and clean. Overall, I think the Tru is an awesome concept being fun, modern, relaxing with a colorful atmosphere. Very impressed for first time with Tru, will be back.

The property was clean, modern and had many convenient amenities. My room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable! I really appreciated the convenient mini fridge as well. Location was close to many restaurants options as well as grocery stores. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again!

Great location, fairly priced for the value compared to other hotels downtown. Pool is pretty old but it had a hotub, gym has a peloton which was cool. Rooms were decent but nothing special.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Our two kids loved the tub and we loved the spacious bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located near the Capital area (10-minute walk). We also enjoyed the adjoining restaurant Bassett Street Brunch Club for breakfast. The portions were huge! I highly recommend this hotel for an easy stay in Madison.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in connection with a business trip. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage space and a sizable desk for working. The bed was comfortable. Bed and bath linens were great. The HVAC worked well and was quiet. The free wifi connected easily and was fast and reliable. The large-screen TV in the room was easy to use. This hotel is a few walkable blocks from the State Capitol in one direction and the University of Wisconsin campus in the other. There is a transit line with a stop nearby. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel had a nice workout room with plenty of aerobic machines and weights. There is also an adjoining swimming pool that looked inviting, although I did not use it. The hotel offers a free breakfast, but the quality left much to be desired. There is an adjoining breakfast/brunch restaurant that offers a much higher quality of food, for a price. The only blemish on my stay was that the building’s alarm system was activated at 3:00 a.m. on the second night of my stay. It was on for about two minutes and then shut off. Hotel staff told me that a disgruntled visitor pulled the fire alarm. I’m sure such alarms are rare, so if I come back to Madison, the Hampton Inn will be the first place I check for availability.

We were in town for the Penn State-Wisconsin game so we didn't have high needs or expectations, but I was impressed and surprised by the overall experience. Starting at check-in and throughout our stay, the front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional. The hotel is attractive and the lobby is spacious. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. I even liked the bath products. Breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and plentiful. All in all, the staff seemed to care about the guests and their experience. I have been a loyal HiltonHonors member, but am thinking about switching to IHG based on this experience.

The parking is free. Check in was efficient. The staff we had contact were excellent making sure you were enjoying your stay. The breakfast was your standard fare. The breakfast area has plenty of seating. They have 2 coffee machines that make fresh ground coffee 24 hrs a day. The room was spacious as was the bathroom (suite). Beds were comfortable. There is a patio with fireplace at the back of the hotel. It is nice and had a comfortable feeling about it. They have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 3 mile radius until 10 pm. We used it to go to Badgers football game. The only complaint we had was pool was to cold for our liking. The pool is salt water. There are 15 outdoor plastic chairs, and 5 knee high plastic tables. There is no hot tub or game room.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison Central. We had a very nice stay. Every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and professional. The bed was super comfortable and even with the very hot temps outside, our room stayed nice and cool. The breakfast was good and was kept well stocked and clean. I wish i had gotten her name but I want to give a shout out to the woman at the front desk the morning of June 23rd. The ice machine on our floor had run out. At check out I asked if there was an ice machine on the first floor so that i could fill my water bottle before heading back out in the hot, hot weather. This woman kindly volunteered to get ice from the staff area. She returned with my bottle filled with ice water and wished me safe travels! Amazing.

We were thrilled it was pet friendly. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast plans so didn't eat there but it looked really good. The dog did have a little scrambled eggs and bacon and gave it two paws up! The bed was super comfy. Whole place was clean and very quiet despite the fact that it was pet friendly and our room was by the elevators.

This hotel was a perfect choice for our 2-week training session. The meeting room was large enough to fit 27 students and 10 instructors comfortably. (Interestingly, they do a lot of special events in the conference area over the weekend as well - we had to clear out the meeting room so they could set up a fancy dining room for a party.) The guest rooms were very comfortable, and quiet - I didn't even have to turn on my white noise most of the nights I was there. Breakfast is available for purchase. The hotel has a bar that turned out to be a perfect meeting place for folks to decide where to go to dinner. Location is across the busy highway from the mall. There are plenty of fast food and chain restaurants available nearby, as well as some interesting ethnic restaurants (we enjoyed Venezuelan and Indian). But most of the local eateries of note were closer to downtown; we found ourselves driving west most evenings for dinner.

Breakfast had great choices, marvelous quality, and good prices. Open from 6am on weekdays a bonus. Loved being able to do laundry on site. Gym was fresh, clean, well equipped. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. We'll stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were modern and spotless. The staff was very open and friendly. The bar/restaurant had unbelievable food and specials. The staff of both the bar restaurant and the morning restaurant were impeccable. Food delivery was extremely fast. Thank you!

Right from the lobby, this is a clean, modern fully equipped hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially cleaning staff. Great breakfast selections, good bar and dinner service, fresh well equipped gym. We loved it and will stay here again.

The location was perfect. Only steps away from the Capitol building. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and had an expansive space like a sitting room with a couch and an extra TV which our kids enjoyed a lot. We were offered complimentary drinks at the bar in the evenings which was quite nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options (the lemon poppy seed cake was delicious), and we all enjoyed our omelettes that were made to order. I also used the gym with brand new equipment and Peloton bikes.

We have stayed at many Hilton properties, but this was our best experience. Our room was spotless as was every other area of the hotel we encountered. We appreciate not having carpet in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were so fresh and crisp. Excellent shower. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded expectations. We were there on a busy Saturday morning and the young men handling the cooked-to-order offerings were efficient and courteous. Tables were immediately cleared by staff. The desk staff was very welcoming. We will definitely be back again. Great value for an exceptional stay. Love it that you welcome dog guests.

Room was very clean and spacious and had all facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The room had facilities to allow modern cables to directly plug in. The breakfast gave a lot of choice and used reusable cutlery and plates / dishes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location near the centre of downtown Madison was excellent. The happy hour scheme at the bar was brilliant - and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

Wonderful overnight stay, we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful hotel so convenient to the square and King Street where our dinner reservations were. The complementary drinks, Lindor welcome chocolates, complementary delicious breakfast were such a nice touch! We enjoyed visiting with Taylor(Lor) the bartender after dinner as he graduated with my nephew from Holmen High School. The front desk folks were so helpful and friendly and sitting in your lounge area having a drink and watching it snow outside provided for a most memorable Valentines night. Everything-the Embassy was very clean, staff were quick and friendly and helpful. This is such an elegant beautiful hotel! The rooms were perfect, very spacious, extremely clean. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was off the charts-chefs making omelets, lots of fruits and lots of options.

Wonderful staff, delightful interiors, amazing restaurant, handy coffee shop, shuttle service extraordinaire, and location location, location! Oh yes fab pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Ping pong/ arcade room. Really the only place I will ever stay in Madison WI! Try it you’ll love it too!!!!

While we paid plenty for the room with the jacuzzi we didn't realize it gave us access to the Governor's Club which was great - the room's furniture was a bit dated but the bed was great - view of the lake was lovely - the jacuzzi was fantastic - they sent lots of email notices and when I asked for extra towels they were abundantly there when we checked in. The staff was super helpful, even bringing us ice. Nice pool and hottub. All in all great and for a treat - worth the money.

My friends and I stay at the Madison Concourse Hotel every time we go to Madison. The Concourse has a great restaurant, their breakfast buffet is delicious, and a nice bar to relax in. We also love its convenient proximity to the Overture Theater and so many other good restaurants. We always get a beautiful view of the Capital too. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are so comfortable with plenty of room to move around. It’s a great place to stay while visiting Madison!!!

We stayed for two nights over spring break. We were offered a room on the floor with the pool which was perfect for our two kids. Room was lovely, pool was one of the warmer and more comfortable we've experienced and the hot tub was perfect. The parking garage was very convenient, safe, well lit, and clean. The location of the hotel was great. We walked around the state capitol building, to coffee, to dinner, to the Madison Children's Museum, etc. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

I don’t usually leave reviews however I felt like this hotel deserved recognition. It’s probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am a germiphobe bring my own blankets wipe down the room as soon as we get there kind of person. I felt like I didn’t even need to do that. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They constantly restocked throughout the morning and had good options. I don’t typically eat at things like that but I did because you could tell it was kept clean. The person who run the breakfast did a great job! I even liked the coffee and I’m a bit of a coffee snob. They had a nice gym and pool. The parking was free and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfy. Housekeeping was so kind always replenishing towels and supplies if needed. The rooms were spacious. There was 4 of us and we had plenty of space and plenty of space for all of our luggage. This stay was a 10/10 for sure. If you have a chance while you’re in town check out the adorable zoo that’s about 15-20min away. It’s worth the trip!

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. Well lit parking lot. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - knew about the area with good places to dine out. Room was very spacious with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage and cooler. Bathroom was very spacious too with shower gels, etc and a hair dryer. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows too. We made sure our room had a couch and it was great to have that sitting area too. Breakfast was awesome. You could get biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage patties, eggs, dry cereals, mini muffins, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and much more. If you left hungry it was not the hotels fault. The pool was great size and the whirlpool too. It was a very quiet hotel too. Could not hear other tvs or people thru the walls. Must be well insulated. : ) We liked our stay so much we extended it by a day.

Room was spacious, clean, and surprising comfortable for our family of six. Breakfast was amazing and fresh with everyone finding a favorite. The pool was clean and we had a great time.

A very nice motel. Staff was great. The location is close to 3 very good restaurants and Wisconsin Brewing Company. Costco basically right across the street. The room was spotless and probably the quietest motel I've ever stayed in. No noise from other doors or people down the hall. The breakfast offered consisted of sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as the regular continental breakfast offerings. There was a pool and bar and an outside area with a very nice long fire pit. Outside eating offered off the bar and breakfast area. Just a really nice place to stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the same each morning. Would have been nice to have a different selection of food each day. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The fire pits were nice, but it was a little cold and windy, so I didn't stay out long. The location is really nice with the restaurants nearby.

The beds were comfortable, the coffee and breakfast better than adequate and it was quiet and restful. We enjoyed our 6 night stay there very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were asked every day if we needed anything. Hot tea and coffee were available when we wanted it.

Clean and modern hotel with a cute little bar/dining and lobby area. I didn’t really go to the gym. Pool area was nice. We didn’t swim, but we did check it out. There was a nice outdoor seating area with a long fire table thing. It was too cold out for me, but i did see people enjoying the option. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. IF I had to nitpick, I would have liked a hot tub and more menu choices, otherwise it was a great stay.

We were very happy with this hotel stay for the July 4th weekend. There was plenty of good, well-lit parking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful the whole weekend. The entrance, lobby, and hallways were clean and fresh. In the front lobby, There was a small area with convenience items and snacks for sale. My husband bought a little container of ice cream one evening as a late night snack. The rooms were clean and comfy. The room had a fridge, microwave, and an extra sink in addition to the bathroom sink. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good shower head spray which I appreciate since my hair is thick and hard to rinse out. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning worked well. The only problem we had was that we had two room key cards and every day at least one of them wouldn’t work and had to be re-programmed at the front desk. We stayed four nights. The complimentary breakfasts included the usual “continental” breakfast items and a special order counter for a freshly cooked hot breakfast. I especially liked that because I prefer to have protein in the morning. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.

This is not a luxury hotel but it is convenient, comfortable and inexpensive. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable except the sofa bed we only used as a sofa wasn’t great. The cooked to order breakfast was good and breakfast room comfortable. We would probably stay here again.

This is a nice, clean and quiet facility with comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the dining area was spotless. Safe, quiet and convenient location. We didn't use the gym, but it was well appointed. Plentiful parking.

This hotel has friendly service and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I like that there is a clean pool and a good included breakfast. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always clean, friendly and comfortable. It’s a little pricey and I wish parking was included in the cost, but overall it’s where we choose when we’re on our way through Wisconsin.

We parked our car upon arrival and didn't need it till we checked out during our one night stay in Madison for a dinner reservation with friends. We arrived early and were allowed to park in the adjacent garage. The capitol is within walking distance and we had a nice day exploring the area. After checking into our clean and well appointed room, we walked to The Harvey House for dinner and found a sports bar afterwards to watch the Badgers in the NCAA March Madness tournament. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and had their hands full with many families in town for the high school state championships. Despite this, everything about stay was perfect, from the comfy bed and pillows, to their reminders to take our free bottles of water when we checked out. We would happily stay at this hotel anytime we find ourselves in Madison for the night!

The breakfast options were awesome and temp of the food was great. Bed and pullout couch was very comfortable. The shower was amazing, roomy and easy to get in and out of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was state wrestling and there were many different groups and it all went so smooth.

This hotel is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and roomy. The views from the room was amazing. Being located downtown, it was easily walkable to restaurants and museums. I will be returning for future travels.

Staff very friendly, hotel very clean. King suite room was good sized and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Free breakfast had a really nice selection of food. Close enough to walk to the capital, State Street and the Kohl Center.

Spotless hotel. Both in the lobby, breakfast area, elevators, hallways and room. Breakfast was standard but there were two staff available to constantly refill coffee and hot food. Front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. The decor was modern clean and comfortable in the lobby as well as in the room. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby had a small snack area for purchase that was well stocked. It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel who's attention to cleanliness, detail and customer satisfaction has been so good.

There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Nice location close to highway. A nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful! If I needed anything they were there for me. I'd like to mention Jackie for her patience and help. The pool was the perfect temperature! It would have been nice if there was a changing room so that I didn't have to walk through the lobby in my swimsuit and towel. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. It would have been nice to have a makeup light. The shower had nice hot water. One of the beds was lumpy but luckily there was a second bed to choose from. I didnt enquire about an extra blanket, but it would have been nice to have. Sometimes the heat would fluctuate and I would get chilly. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay. Not too far from shopping and restaurants. Helpful staff and adequate buffet.

Check in and out was fast. Friendly front desk staff. Hotel is very clean and modern. Room was clean and quiet with a mini refrigerator. Free breakfast was ok. Walking distance to shopping area and very close to downtown. Pet friendly $75 pet stay.

Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The walk-in shower was so big and clean, really clean. The room was on the ground floor which we prefer. The pool and spa looked very nice but we did not have time to use it. Breakfast was pretty good and as far as location it was close to the college, plenty of nicer restaurants. The coffee was so good.

Positives: Hotel was quiet, ample parking, well-lit at night, staff was friendly. Nobody was in the (very small) gym at all, which was nice. Gym included towels and headphones. Housekeeping (on request) did a fantastic job. Clean, comfy bed, HVAC works well. Snacks available to buy in lobby. Negatives: Free coffee downstairs is very weak. The breakfast is typical low-quality free breakfast stuff but you can't really complain if it's free, right? Only 2 kinds of fresh fruits - bananas and apples and once the bananas were gone, it was just apples. "Pool" is not much bigger than a hot tub. Hot tub was closed the entire week I was there. Snacks in lobby stop at 10pm. Snacks were not replenished during the week. Blinds in the room are a little difficult to pull if you lack hand strength. HVAC controls in gym did not work - way too hot in there. Also zero air flow in gym.

My room was very comfortable and had clearly been somewhat newly renovated. I was most impressed with three of the bathroom features that most hotels don't offer: liquid hand soap, a ventilation fan, and a locking door. Other little thoughtful details included a moveable TV tray, a comfortable fabric desk chair and desk lamp, wall hooks for coats and hats, and lots of storage options. The breakfast was well stocked and well attended, and the common areas were kept clean. My check-in experience was seamless and the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again for my next trip to Madison.

Stayed at this hotel many times during cross-country travel and never had a bad experience. On this occasion, David was excellent in welcoming me and checking me in. The room was clean, spacious, and with modern decor. Good in-room wi-fi. Good breakfast. Also used the fitness room, and it was very nice. Convenient location close to many restaurants and shopping - also a big selling point for this hotel.

Front desk staff, both day and evening, were very friendly, helpful, and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was fabulous and I love the “trackless” shower doors.. brilliant. An extra bonus was being able to order food for delivery from several restaurants!!

Welcoming and friendly greeting by Jake who was informative and greeted us with a great smile after a long drive. Parking was explained and he actually even helped us with charging information for our Tesla. Nice indoor parking which does cost $20 a day but I am sure worth it ona cold and snowy and wet Wisconsin day. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Especially for families. The bathrooms are great. Nice amenities. The coffee bar area with ice bucket and glasses a welcome amenity. Large walk in closets. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was great. Plentiful and fresh. Eating area was clean and well tended to. The eggs actually tasted like eggs. And the presentation of the breakfast foods was appealing. Variety of juices and drinks. There is a large Target across the street and very walkable and a nice upscale outdoor mall next door. Again within a short walk across a parking lot. As a travel advisor I would definitely recommend this hotel and location to my clients.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. The rooms were large with a very spacious bathroom. Amenities included fridge, microwave, writing desk, wifi, USB charging points, decent wardrobe, hair dryer etc. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were always friendly and personable. Breakfast was adequate. It is located near a large target and other shops in the area. The main mode of transport is taxi or your own private self drive car. Overall - a comfortable, spacious hotel in a nice locality.

Had a hiccup with our rooms at check in but after explaining we had booked through third party, front desk manager Allen fixed it for us right away/very friendly! Clean, CLEAN rooms! Breakfast was perfect. Good, warm, fresh food and the coffee was good too! I also liked all the open spaces to sit and read a book, visit with friends, lots of natural light/windows, spacious and clean fitness center, and safe neighborhood. Staff was professional and courteous. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is new, so everything in the room is fresh and in good shape. Like most hotels, they use the word "suite," but it's really one room with a desk that divides the room, with a bed on one side and a couch on the other. It's nice, but it's one room. The couch pulls out into a bed that wasn't especially comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator that worked great and a microwave. The bathroom is nice with new fixtures. One complaint is that the shower head is very high, so it's harder to get a strong stream of water or to direct the stream. Be aware they charge $20/night to park in the garage. The location is what I would call the near west side, right off Midvale. It's walking distance to a little outdoor mall with restaurants and stores. The location pretty central for all of Madison, but be aware this is not a downtown hotel. It is not walking distance to the capitol building, the football stadium, the basketball arena, or the main UW campus. The location was perfect for us, but it won't be right for everyone. We didn't get to use the pool or gym. We would stay here again.

We were there on a Saturday night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The place felt safe & well run even though it isn't an fancy place. We did not touch the kitchen or use the tv. Just the shower & slept. They do have coffee but did not have real cream, just the chemical Coffee Mate stuff. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

Wonderful find in Madison! Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Had delicious dinner at the nearby Thirsty Goat and breakfast had hot items along with a good variety of items. Would definitely stay here again! Staff friendly and helpful

Clean attractive kitchen with full size refrigerator, recliner chair, comfortable bed and pillow. Nice bathroom. Good water pressure. Room is cleaned every other day. Breakfast room is very clean. Like lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to variety of restaurants and stores. Pool and hot tub. Convenient free parking. Free wifi worked well.

Booking a room, finding parking, and checking in were all quick and easily done. The lobby was clean, our room was clean, the bed (comfortable and cozy) was made and clean, bathroom was restocked with nicely folded towels (even the toilet paper ends were folded nicely!), kitchen area was clean and stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, eat and reheat leftovers. The pool is a little small but there was enough room for 10 of us to be in the pool swimming together, bonus points for the hot tub! The little store downstairs was a bit expensive, but there are snacks, a small amount of microwavable foods options, medicine, and laundry detergent available. The only small issue we had were having to swipe our keys multiple times before our door would unlock for us. It still worked, so no biggy for us! Didn't wake up in time to try their breakfast. If we're ever in town again, we will definitely be booking here again!

I thought our room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I liked the breakfast options. An included breakfast that includes fresh fruit, good coffee and warm food options is always great!

The location of this hotel is perfect and hard to beat - it's very close to campus, State Street, and the Memorial Union. I've stayed in other Graduate hotels in Columbus and Minneapolis, and thought those hotels were nicer than the one in Madison. The room itself was very clean, but it didn't seem to have the funky touches and personality that I've come to expect and appreciate from Graduate. The bathroom was clean but very small - it was difficult to share with another person. The ceiling height in the bathroom was very low (a drop ceiling) which made it seem even smaller. The provided toiletries in the bathroom were very nice - no complaints there. The in-room coffee was instant and not great - I'm not sure if they were trying to lean into the "camping" theme, or were trying to encourage guests to use the in-hotel coffee shop, but it wasn't good. The rooftop restaurant/bar was fun and we had fun drinks and snacks - loved the vibes and the outdoor space. Overall, I recommend the hotel because of the great location, but calling this a 4-star hotel might be a bit of a stretch.

We got there late. Valet was very nice and helpful. Front desk was helpful and nice. Went to the rooftop restaurant for burgers and fries and the food and service was really good and friendly. In the morning there is a coffee and pastry shop. Also a Mini Target around the corner. Nice clean rooms, although bathrooms are really small, it is good for one night and very pet friendly.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bed in our first room was not comfortable and the hotel was accommodating and moved us to a new room. The bed in the new room was more comfortable. Easy walking distance to The terrace, restaurants, campus and the capital.

The Graduate was a perfect place for us to stay for 1 night due to the location, the aesthetic and the hotel staff. As an alumna, I took a quick trip to Madison to show my children where I went to university, and it was the perfect place to stay. We could easily get to key university points - Memorial Union, Library Mall, State Street, Bascom Hill, etc. In the morning we took a lovely walk on the Lakeshore Path, and enjoyed scenic views of Lake Mendota. The cafe and restaurant also provide a fun atmosphere. If you are pressed for time, and want to see many of the university spots, I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the property and on site coffee shop, bar and restaurant - great view of the lake! It was wonderful to be so close to the late and walking trail that went for miles. That was an unexpected treat! The Graduate is kinda in the heart of campus and just a few blocks away from the main action - but one wouldn’t know it! Would totally stay here again on my next trip to Madison. Location was perfect for my trip to the U of W Vet hospital. In the other direction was the Capitol and all of its splendor. A great mix of nature and everything from this hotel!

Lumps of brown substance on the bathtub floor while filling up bathtub, black pubic hair on white bath towel, some plastic wrapper on sink, dirt/debri in refrigerator, AC was barely cold. Other than that, super nice front desk man, nice pool and hottub, we only heard runinng once, comfy bed. Wouldnt let me upload photos!

This was a nice hotel in Verona, which is about 20 minutes from downtown Madison. We were in town for business and had two nights at this hotel. Fresh cookies awaited us at check in and the staff was super helpful. This hotel was spotless and everything looked new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was way above what I expected and there was a gym available as well. The hotel itself, although a little bit outside the city, is still walkable to a ton of bars, restaurants and breweries. The staff was very friendly and made us feel exceptionally welcome. We used this hotel as we were travelling for business and it was the ideal hotel for our needs. Would def stay here again.

Had a recent 1 night stay here while visiting family. The lobby was nice, and upon arrival we were upgraded to a King bedroom suite (with two separate King beds, and sitting area) which was a pleasant surprise. It's a Holiday Inn Express, so I was not expecting anything fancy, just a clean/comfortable room, which is what we got. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but still able to wash my hair. Mini fridge & microwave was a plus. The hotel was only a short drive to multiple restaurants, and the area felt safe. Breakfast was fine, nothing great just your typical hotel breakfast. We did not check out the pool. Overall I'm giving a 5 since it's exactly what I expected and is a solid option for a hotel in the area.

We stayed Saturday to Monday. After driving all day, during a snow storm, we checked into . The check inn was quick and easy. The clerks working were pleasant and even directed us that if we needed anything else during our stay, do not hesitate to let them know. Our room was a handicapped, king size, whirlpool suite . The room was huge and very clean. We decided to take a swim and enjoy the larger whirlpool. Not only does this hotel have seats to assist handicapped people get into the pool, but also the large whirlpool. The pool area was clean and much to my suprise they provided beach size towels at the pool! That was great to wrap up in after swimming. We came for an event in Madison. Monday morning I goofed and didn't check what hours the Breakfast provided with our stay were. They ended at 9:30. We walked in about 9:40. A sweet youngman was cleaning up the pancake area. He did notify us that breakfast ended at 9:30, but we were more than welcome to the hot food that was still out and bagels, juice, yogurt, coffee. He went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated, eventhough it was my fault we were late. Check out was easy. The beds were soft and comfortable. My husband wants me to now find a comforter just like the one we had in our room. I would highly recommend staying at this 5 Star Holiday Inn.

Friendly, efficient staff. Pleasant breakfast area with a nice selection of breakfast foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the area. Wonderful restaurants near by. Holiday Inn Express is a predictably good value for the price. We would stay here again.

Jacuzzi was broken and that was a bummer. Also had dinner at The Audrey was severely unimpressed. The rest of the property was wonderful. Great room. Clean. Helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location just a couple of blocks from the square with the Capitol and a number of great restaurants, etc. In addition to that, it also has a terrific view of the lake. I found the room to be very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room is pretty standard for a Hilton. Everything was fairly nice if a little bland. As a I Gold member, I was offered free breakfast in the Honors Lounge. Although the breakfast is fairly basic (eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, and yogurt), the views were of the lake were beautiful. Worth checking out if you're able to do so. The staff was also very helpful at check in. If I had to point to a con, the fitness center could have been bigger. For a hotel of this size, the fitness center was on the small side. That's minor, though. I'd happily stay here again.

We stayed here for a 3 day stay, and I was very impressed. Front desk was super friendly, great location, very modern and nice rooms, we had spectacular views from our corner room. The pool was clean and hot tub was big. The lounge on the floor was very quiet and peaceful and everyone was very attentive and friendly in there. Nice big tv, nice bed and bedding. Only hiccups we had was our room key never worked to leave the parking garage, so they had to buzz us out from the front desk. Not a big deal though. Overall, great Hilton, and we will be back!

This is a gem! Lovely property with great lake and capitol views, friendly staff and close to good restaurants. The lobby bar is welcoming and we enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant. 10/10 for a business stay or a fun Madison weekend.

We were initially drawn to this hotel for its picturesque lakefront location and the recommendation to park our boat at the adjacent conference center. However, upon arrival, this option was unavailable, causing inconvenience and wasted time. Despite this hiccup, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lake view room for our two-night stay, following a busy weekend due to the U of WI graduation. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by some issues. The air conditioning was faulty, requiring a call for maintenance, along with requests for additional amenities like coffee, pillows, and a humidifier. While the service technician was friendly, the antiquated and noisy AC was a disappointment, exacerbated by the lack of awareness from the housekeeping staff. Despite requesting housekeeping during our absence, it never occurred, and the room was inadequately stocked with towels. On the bright side, breakfast from the on-site restaurant was enjoyable, and the hotel's location provided easy access to a scenic walking and biking trail. Overall, while the hotel has its charms, there are areas where improvement is needed to ensure a more seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Madison as part of an extensive road trip. We were warmly greeted when we arrived to check-in, and our room was ready. We had a 2Q-with-living-space room on the 4th floor. Our room was clean and comfortable and the extra space was nice. This is a modern hotel and has a lot of nice touches to it. The coffee table will raise up to make a higher surface which was convenient for using. There was plenty of work space and the lighting was good. We were most impressed that this hotel has under-building parking garage! It was nice to not have our vehicle in the blazing sun nor to worry about it overnight should the storms come through with hail. Having a luggage cart stationed in the basement was good, too, which made unloading and loading the car much easier. The staff were pleasant from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. The location of the hotel is great for access to a variety of restaurants and shopping. It's easy on and off the highway to get to attractions around Madison, too. The only thing I would mention about the hotel is that the water pressure is low in the shower, but we've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels in the last few weeks and that's the case at each. They offer Dove body wash / shampoo, and a little more pressure would help with rinsing.

We stayed as a family of 4 for three nights (two teenagers). Overall, would stay here again. Pros: -Amazing fitness center compared to most hotels! Multiple ellipticals, treadmills, an actual stairmaster, bench press, cable machine, dumbbells up to 75#, and more. -Very clean! Entire hotel smelled great, no issues here. -Continental hot breakfast better than most. Hot options changed each day between pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc. Alwayas had cereal, yogurt, breakfast meats, toast/bagels, muffins, etc. -Spacious clean room with plenty of pillows. Microwave and fridge in the roo and a Keurig- which was a plus for our family. -Quiet. No issues with noise. -Nice outdoor area near the pool for gathering and also outdoor eating area near lobby. Cons: -Hot tub was down the entire stay. This seems to just happen to our family at hotels sadly. -Toilets were strange to flush, only flushed every 3rd time. It’s due to some “low flow” energy. saving style I think. -Thermostat makes loud clicking sound three times each time the air goes on or off. Loud enough to wake a few of us each time it went on/off throughout the night. And the thermostat was mounted on the wall right by one bed. Not something that can be fixed but light sleepers might struggle. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was reasonably priced for the amenities. (Distance to state street about 20min.)

Family of four stayed here on two separate overnight stays in July 2023. We loved this property and will return again when we return to Madison. It's very sleek and modern with great amenities. The pool is huge, water is clear and the pool deck is clean. Abundant towels and nice poolside furniture. The exercise room is huge and by far the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The property was clean and well cared for. Clean hotel, clean room. No funny smells. Excellent breakfast options served in a clean dining area.

Nice clean modern hotel. Close to restaurants. Great amenities: pool, hot tub, fitness room, patio, and washer/dryer. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue I saw was what appeared to be water damage near the window. There was also very weak/low water pressure making it difficult to rinse the shampoo/soap off. Be aware that there is no hot breakfast. There is what they call grab and go which consists of a granola bar, poptart, muffin, and fruit cup. Overall it was a great hotel.

I am way the heck impressed with this property. Besides being really new and modern, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. I arrived early, and they allowed me to check in early - no worries. Everyone is beyond polite and friendly. I LOVE that they have a Keurig coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. (While they provide as much coffee as they want, being the coffee snob that I am, I bring my favorite K-cups from home and am able to enjoy them). Pillows are super nice, everything is immaculate - and the price certainly reasonable. I'll be back!

Valet was amazing and super friendly and helpful for two girls who never have done that service before. The gentleman who check us in was so outgoing friendly and let’s not forget cute. Super helpful as well and told us all we needed to know. Room was super clean and very nice and cozy. Bathroom was my favorite lighting was good. The restaurant on 9th floor are with outside seating was amazing and enjoyed it so very much. Food was delicious as well.

Great stay with our pet. Easy check in and out. Clean, modern and quiet room with vinyl floor and excellent shower—minimal step up and non-slip floor. Amazing bar area upstairs with view of Capitol. Walkable … near multiple restaurants and Capitol.

We enjoyed such a nice weekend in Madison at the AC. It was my son's move-in weekend at the University of Wisconsin so we really needed it to be a special few days and this fabulous hotel delivered. Our rooms were very comfortable, especially Room 601 which was a corner room with a stunning view of the lake. The people were kind and helpful. The restaurant is delicious and has an extraordinary view of the Capitol buiilding. We loved our stay!!

All interactions with staff members were very professional and friendly. The morning breakfast buffet was both unique and affordable. We definitely enjoyed the 10th floor lounge later in the evening which had great cocktails and beer/wine selections as well as a nice view of the capitol building.

The shower in the room was amazing as was the lake view from our window. The bed and room temp felt perfect after a full afternoon of moving stuff. Location is easy walking distance to great restaurants around the capitol. If we have an occasion to return to Madison, we will definitely try to book a stay here!!

Our entire experience was phenomenal. We checked in after a long day of driving and Jake was kind, open and so helpful. Our room was awesome, clean and modern and the beds were really comfortable. The best part was the pool! My 5 and 2 YO sons LOVED the pool- it was perfect for them and us and is open from 7 am until 11 pm, which as a parent having the pool open early is so great ! It was so quiet and comfortable, I didn't hear another guest after our door was closed. Paula was so wonderful when she helped us with breakfast and kind even when my kids were making a mess. Another employee, a gentleman cleaning, even helped us out when our kids needed help. Ashok was wonderful when we checked out and there are a LOT of food options around. I hadn't decided where we would be staying on our return trip but now I know- we won't be staying anywhere else in Madison. I cannot recomment this hotel enough.

Facility is clean and quiet. Room was spacious with all the expected amenities. Very friendly & helpful front desk staff. Nice selection at breakfast with pre-packed breakfast to go if needed. Convenient drive to downtown Madison and Verona. My favorite home away from home when attending events on the Epic campus.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Clean, affordable, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and clean room, and an amazing breakfast! Great location.

I spent two nights in mid April for a family activity. Hampton Inn is clean, up-to-date, and efficient. I stayed on the top floor and was quiet. The breakfast was nice and fresh coffee was offered all day. I did not use the pool but it was like a mini water park. It is close to West Towne Mall and is close to restaurants and shopping and yet 15 mins from down town and UW campus. I would stay again.

Comfy and clean beds! Bath products were plentiful and nice. Shower heads were wonderful! The attentive, respectful, courteous and helpful staff were awesome! (Except for one cafeteria worker who rarely smiled.) The location was right off the highway, surrounded by restaurants and stores. We were here in 2023, we will definitely stay here again, when we're in the area!

The hotel breakfast was perfect. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The area was clean and well set-up. Checking in was a breeze, rooms were very clean. The bar was also set up well, drinks were cold. This hotel has an amazing staff. Shout out to the front desk personel, cleaning staff, shuttle driver, bartender, and everyone involved in the breakfast area.

I needed a place to stay on my way home and chose this one. It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. It was clean, the people were friendly, and the parking was safe. There is a small bar and grill that allowed me to have dinner conveniently. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and the PTAC was relatively quiet. Breakfast is not free, but the coffee was. I would stay there again.

We came to town for taste of Madison and stayed here. All the other hotels in town were $300 for a regular room, this one was $159 for a suite so we took a chance not expecting much and we were VERY pleasantly surprised! Both ladies at the check-in desk (night and morning) were extremely nice and helpful. The bartender was also very nice! The hotel, although older, was very well kept and clean! Our room was clean and spacious! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic! Probably the best hotel hot tub I’ve ever been in! And the free coffee in the morning was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly from housekeeping on down, everyone seemed to actually want to be there. Thought about filling out a job application b/c this seems like a great place to work! If we ever find ourselves in Madison again, this is were we’ll be staying.

Very nice hotel. Exterior and lobby look great, rooms are clean, and offers a great breakfast. The location is off the interstate and in the middle of a business park. The bed in our king room was very clean and felt a little on the soft side. They were so comfortable and we slept for at least 8 hours. It was very quiet on the 2nd floor. The breakfast buffet was $14 and offered scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, etc. We will definitely return at some point

I loved the personal attention to making my trip stressfree. My flight was delayed arriving after shuttle service ended. Hotel staff arranged for taxi to pick me up and transport me back to airport next day free of charge. Saved me having to wait for and pay for Uber late at night from airport. I’m very happy with all of the friendly staff, the hotel was beautiful, breakfast extra but worth it, delicious, hot and open 7-10. Very convenient times. Service staff friendly and efficient. Made my stay very restorative and I will certainly visit again. Very convenient to both airport and highways.

This hotel was super clean and quiet. We had two rooms on the fifth floor and the beds had mattresses that were exceptionally comfortable with no indentations from years of use, the sofa appeared new with no stains, the shower was clean and the glass doors were spotless. Kitchen was immaculate. We met often in the evenings since we were a large group of 9 people to chat and watch tv in the breakfast area and there was always fresh coffee and tea (both herbal and black). The breakfast area has plenty of seating and the selection of hot food varied all three mornings we were here. There is a Target and Hy-Vee within walking distance. The hotel is set back a bit from the main road so it is easy to pass up the first time but that also makes for a quiet night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff that make this hotel remarkable!

Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and beds/bedding made for a very comfortable sleep. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had many good options, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the property is modern and well-maintained.

Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, convenient, friendly staff, free parking. These things needed attention but was not a big deal since we only stayed 1 night: shower head and door handle to the bathroom needs to be fixed and dispenser for conditioner was broken

Only issue is not having coffee available 24 hours as in most places I have stayed. I was under the impression that coffee only came during breakfast so had to wait until then to get my morning cup of joe. Imagine my surprise at 0550 when I came down for baggage cart on check out day and see coffee available and met by Robin, what a breath of fresh air. Oh also, stayed a whole week and somehow couldn't seem to get the soda machine fixed in that time....might as well have taken it off the line.

It was our first visit to the area and Holiday West. Everyone was warm, friendly and always helpful. The rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The exterior was neat and clean. Breakfast was great with many tasty options. Holiday West is close to other eating and shopping establishments. Will definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend it to friends and family.

I was surprised by how nice this place was for the price I paid. The room had a very high ceiling, so I couldn't hear much of anything in the room above. The bed was king sized and very comfortable, the room was huge and cozy. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. The pool was more of a small water park, which was a nice bonus. It felt like it could've been a little more clean but was nice. We didn't have a room overlooking the pool, which was good for us, but I thought for families with small kids, that could be nice. The hotel was in a nice, quiet, safe area, lots of shopping and dining options near by. I would stay here again. Overall very happy.

The hotels pool was awesome except the light that was hanging out from the Hot Tub I didn’t feel safe going in there with it like that. The hotel room was clean and beds are comfy but there was some wear and tear in the room. Shower and bathtub were perfect. Didn’t get to eat the breakfast since I was obsessed with hitting the cafes in Madison. Check in and check out staff were very pleasant.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! I felt very safe. Extremely clean facilities. My 4th floor room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable.

My family of 4 stayed here 3 nights. The hotel was clean, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly. We liked the location. It was close to everything in Madison, but we didn't have trouble getting in and out of the area and we didn't notice a lot of road noise. The breakfast was $5 a person and was pretty good, better than a normal hotel breakfast. My 10 year old really enjoyed the pool. It is definitely for younger kids though. My 17 year old got in the hot tub a bit, but I think 10ish is about as old as would enjoy the pool area. It was clean and there were some employees keeping an eye on things. It is really hot in the pool room.
