We loved everything about the hotel location with a few 24hr convenient stores, laundry bar and restaurants nearby within walking distance tho we had to cross the road but it wasn't as busy, the room was very clean, the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely come back for sure. Worth every penny!

Last minute accommodation options were scarce (and expensive) in JB on Good Friday. We decided to try a hotel a little ways out of the centre and Hotel Prestigo looked like a pretty good choice under the circumstances. As it turned out, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and (thankfully) quiet. There were a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a large shopping mall just a few kilometres up the road. The staff at check-in & check-out were courteous and friendly and the Grab car to CIQ was only 15 RM. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Very convenient as it's close to eateries and ample of parking space at no charge. Value for money.

I have just left Expressionz Professional Suite by MyKey. My stay went perfectly: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the pool on the 48th floor is absolutely breathtaking! (The pool on the 48th floor is not included in the price.) The hotel is well located (just 10-15 minutes by Grab from the city center), so we enjoyed peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Farah at the reception—she was incredibly kind and helpful, always professional and smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

We were quite surprised by the reviews of this hotel, as there were many not so good reviews so we didn’t know what to expect. However, we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean & spacious. Hot water, good WiFi and even washing machine. The staff was friendly & the pool was amazing! Obviously there was an extra price to pay but it’s worth it - 20RM per person. Overall, we highly recommend !

The view and the pool was so amazing 😍😍 and the room was soon spacious. The bed was comfortable didn't expect the microwave or the fridge but all in all the room was fully equipped and made my stay very comfortable.

Amazing hotel and location for the price! Only a few minutes walk to Jonker Street and another few more minutes to the old town (Dutch Square, St Paul's Hill). Plenty of eating places around (albeit at slightly more expensive prices than non-touristic eateries). Room is spacious, clean, quiet and with air-conditioning and TV. Bathroom is clean and comes with toiletries and hair-dryer. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This included moving a small refrigerator into the room on request and early and late check in/check out. There was a good buffet breakfast available at modest cost . The room itself was clean and spacious with comfortable bed.. A/C worked well without excessive noise. Location in close proximity to Old Town is good.

The room was clean. Bedsheets, pillows and toilet especially, was super clean. The hotel interiors were a great place to take pictures. Very old school vibe yet charming. The WiFi was good. Staffs were friendly. Provided me with info & recommendations about the nearby places. Jonker Walk was just right behind the building. Managed to soak in the night market atmosphere. Walking distances to places like The Clock Tower, Hard Rock Cafe, the famous Chendol stall just beside the river and also the ticket booth for the river cruise ride. And if you able to still walk more, you can also visit the replica ship and the marinetime museums. And just around the corner, you can ride the Taming Sari Tower. And maybe take the rickshaw ride back to the hotel.

My 2nd stay with Swiss Heritage. Everything was great, staffs, room and location. It is the Perfect place for a holiday esp the location....back of Hotel alley leads to Jonker Street! There are eateries nearby available from breakfast to a 24hrs Family Mart. Shopping at Jonker and walking distance to many touristic places, shopping, massages, wet market & more. We had the family room with a swivel staircase leading to the other bedroom with shower too - beds were very comfortable and Hotel was clean with friendly staffs....Excellent!

Swiss Heritage provides exceptional stay in Melaka. The hotel is very kept and maintained. Location is excellent, barely 100m from Jonker Street and the surrounding old narrow streets, within walking distance to the popular historical church and red building, and the popular walks along the river. Plenty of eateries around the hotels. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Will definitely come for another stay.

Restaurants, cafes and eateries are just opposite the hotel and shopping is few steps away. Public transport is 200m away. it is within walking distance to Central market, Merdeka Sq, Jamek Mosque and River of Life. Daily breakfast comes with 2 types of cereals, milk, a fruit item, a noodle dish, a soup, chicken sausages, pototoes wedges (not so suitable for breakfast), fried eggs, both white and whole meal breads, butter, peanut butter and jam with tea and coffee.

Third time staying at this gem in Chinatown. The hotel is ideal if you wish to be outside the busy Bukit Bintang or KLCC areas. Plus, with the new MRT stop at Pasar Seni (5-10mins away) the area is a lot more connected than before. There are a bunch of new hipster cafes in the area and plenty of old school restaurants too. The area itself seems like it is on its way to gentrification. The hotel has some splendid views from the upper floors of the KL skyline too. I've come back for the location and the rooms - the latter are really spacious, comfortable, clean, and functional. Breakfast is still the usual spread - nothing too fancy but the good basics. The breakfast area itself might need to an update ;) but that's hardly a complaint. The staff at brekkie, at the front desk and the cleaning staff are all friendly and easy to speak with.

Room is quite clean. Location is good. Simple spread of breakfast but good enough. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi working most of the time. View was good as it was facing the city area, saw fireworks on one night. Minor issues: no full shower screen so some water is out to the toilet area; water host was laying on the floor without a hook near the toilet bowl. No hand towel. Can hear probably sound of the hangers hitting to the wardrobe from the next room.

The hotel location was excellent for our plans. Hawker stalls, restaurants and small shops right in front of the hotel. Easy access for Grab rideshare pick up and drop off. Centrally located from all tourist sites. The wrap around balcony was an added bonus as we had a view of the Petronas towers and the Merdeka 118 tower. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite which sleeps 6 comfortably. It had two large double beds in the main room and two single beds in the secondary sleeping area. They refreshed our coffee, tea and single serve bottled water daily.

Friendly staff , very close to Chinatown , 7 mins from train station , like the food and shopping . Breakfast limited choice but the taste make up for it , recommended to taste it , however coffee was not my likings . Everything were almost perfect until the night time when I took the shower , the water was not very hot and it took quite sometime before a little warm water came out though , pressure if water not that good , it would had been perfect stay if this issue was not there

The building itself is stunning, radiating timeless charm with its colonial-style architecture and cozy atmosphere. We genuinely wished we had booked more than just one night—it’s the kind of place you want to linger in. Our evening ended on a high note with drinks at the bar, where the bartender’s craftsmanship and warm demeanor made it a memorable experience. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fans kept the room comfortable, and the cool, fresh air through the balcony doors made for a restful night. Breakfast was another highlight, with the option to order hot dishes from the menu as well as a spread of fresh breads, croissants, muffins, and toast—a delicious way to start the day. All in all, a serene, elegant escape that blends classic charm with top-notch service. Already looking forward to the next visit.

CH Resort is the best hotel in CH by far!! Everything in this hotel is amazing...from right of the entrance to your room. The Staff is absolutely brilliant... taking care of your luggage, reception, cleaning service, bar, restaurant ... and in particular Spa therapists: Anika and Najiya. We (my wife and I) enjoyed a massage there, which is one of the best we have had in Asia... Really Fantastic! The rooms are very luxurious, colonial style, with all the comforts you may need. The WiFi is high speed everywhere, and saloons are very well maintained in its original colonial condition! I would like to mention, again, the high professional skills of the all staff: very well trained, discreet, friendly and helpful. My congratulations to the management of this hotel... and my deepest appreciation to all the staff for your kindness and professionalism.

We are happy with the short holiday at Cameron Highlands Resort. All the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Arrived to check in, we are greeted with hot tea and towel. The staffs at the Dining Room are very attentive and polite throughout our breakfast here.The breakfast was great start for the morning, you can order whatever you want from their menu and the foods are nice. Beside there are pastry, fruit and salad bar to perfect your breakfast. Tea time at Jim Thompson tea room is a must to try when you stay here. They serve good highland's tea along with great pastries, scones, sandwiches and of course fresh strawberry. We are truly happy during our stay here and will definitely coming back to stay at this resort in the future.

We stayed at this charming hotel for 2 nights during our visit in the Cameron Highlands and we totally enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good with different menus. We also stayed here for dinner once and we were welcomed by the friendly staff and excellent cuisine The afternoon tea in the main lobby/bar is an event that cannot be missed and is absolutely relaxing. As already mentioned in several review the hotel can be a bit noisy, but nothing really terrible

Stayed one night at YTL’s Cameron Highlands Resort which sits across the road from a golf course. The weather can get cool up there. The property definitely has an English charm about it. Service was mostly good. We were well taken care at check-in by the friendly and efficient Miss Pei Chi. We stayed in one of the rooms on the second level facing the road. Noise was not an issue for us but nevertheless ear plugs are provided in the room. Our room had a very nice and large four poster bed. Very comfortable room with shower area. It had a coffee machine and also kettle along with iron and ironing board. Other than the fact that the room is slightly dusty resulting in a few sneezes, the other issue was connection to WiFi throughout the property. We didn’t see any lifts in the property which means anyone with mobility issue should pick the lower level? Instead of western food at the main dining hall, we opted for hot pot at Gonbei on level 2. It was nice and cool evening for hot pot with the freshest vegetables Cameron Highlands has to offer. Breakfast was at the main dining hall and we were free to offer as much as wanted. We didn’t have time to sign up for any of the walks to explore the amazing area. All in all, a charming property well worth the visit.

An oasis of quiet in the heart of the city. Off-street parking and very private and quiet grounds, with running water that blocks the hum of the city traffic. Our Luxe Crib room was great - very clean, quality bedding, spacious bathrooms and an outdoor patio with private jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent - fruit, yoghurt and muesli on the buffet, and then they also have a full all-day breakfast menu with both Western and local options.

A calm oasis in the centre of KL. It’s an amazing place where you wake up to birdsong. Feels like staying at a retreat. Superb pool swim able from the back of ground floor rooms. Our room had a very large plunge pool/jacuzzi which was amazing. Unusual herbal teas complimentary in the room which was incredibly spacious. Staff in restaurant were knowledgeable (special mention to waiter M N Amin) who told us about local dishes. Breakfast was a wide array of continental/Asian options. Walkable-30 mins to Petronas towers in a quiet embassy area.

Very comfortable room so big. View only a street but fine for me.. Breakfast no nasi lemak,only light food but still affordable with the price. I like the room so much will repeat again soon.. Just to mention. Make sure once you enter kids room please check in the tent and under the carpet.. Sometimes housekeeping forgt to vacuum and got some cereal. Can ask housekeeping for clean it.

The room is spacious and comfortable and the food is very delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooftop swimming pool a little bit oudated and small but the view from the swimming pool is amazing.

This hotel was fine for the price. There are two breakfast options: the buffet in the hotel (2nd floor) or the Hardwick House next door. Hardwick was a big disappointment. The service was slow and quite bad. They had no juice and the breakfast was skimpy and tasteless. While the hotel buffet is just average, there are many more options to choose from and you won't leave hungry. The hotel is not close to anything walkable; you will need to use Grab to get to Gurney Plaza or the historical district. But Grab is pretty cheap. There is also a big hawkers center across the street you can go to for dinner. Acoustics in the hotel aren't great; you will hear the people in the next room coughing and talking, as well as all the activities in the hallway outside your room. Price was good for families.

Hi, I would like to share the hotel room was cleaned, well maintained, nice view very quiet at night can get good sleep. Highly recommended for staying with family. Safety 👍, staff Ms Tanggam nice very friendly talk to us. Actually we extend a day with good price though. Restaurant Chinese a lot at here...easy for get food, or grab food, Foodpanda easy and get to go anywhere mall also near to the hotel.

The premium triple room is just perfect for us. For work purpose stayed nearby restaurant easy, our choice of hotel Sunjoy9 Klang very convenient. The staff also friendly and easy to booking room. The lobby, lift, room service very good. Staff was really very care and easy to booking room.

The bed is comfy. The shower is strong. The receptionist is helpful n friendly.

I love the location. Indeed it was in close proximitry to all the great places. The famous penang laksa, chendol and fort cornwellis fort (which was a time and money wasted as some areas were under renovation). Hotel Chennai overall stay was pretty decent. The staff were average helpful. The rooftop space was a real refresher with the outdoor jacuzzi (which we did not have time to use). Overall a happy and satisfied experience. Ps: watch out for the uneven flooring when ur going in or out of the lift.

Room is spacious, well-equipped and cozy bedding. Bathrooms are really clean and shower gel, shampoo are generously provided, in large bottles. Friendly and helpful staff.

All attractions in Georgetown all within walking distance. Place has a lift too which is very helpful after travel and u dont need to carry your belongings up and down stairs. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable for my little family of 4 (1 baby) and my mother. The separate rooms gave my mother her privacy for rest, especially from the kids eventhough the ensuite bathroom is shared between our room. The living space had a smart TV, hence, netflix and youtube access for the kids. The kids hung out mainly at the living space hence our bed was kept clean and tidy all the time. Aircond worked well and hot water was available. The breakfast was good overall. Taste is pretty standard taste for a hotel breakfast. Variety wise, plenty of options: western (cereal, scramble egg, toast, sausages and beans), salad, asian (fried rice, kuey teow and mee/mihun rebus), cordial drinks. fruits and coffee and tea. The pool size is decent, not too big not too small. My daughter definitely enjoyed her time playing there with other kids in the hotel. The beach area right in front of the hotel is decent. Quite clean but if you want a bigger space with more beach activity stuff, can just walk along the beach to get to the Tanjung Tokong Beach area. Parking is a little limited and first come first serve, underground parking but thankfully we never had trouble getting parking , even when we returned late at night. Right in front of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant/food court-ish place to eat so for non-muslims. Location wise, in between Batu Feringghi and city centre, just nice.

Great location, breakfast in the morning (7-10.30am) inside or on the terrace by the pool (7am-8pm) with a fancy view on the sea. You walk out of the hotel and you get right away on the beach. The AC is not that noisy. You can hear the waves from your terrace, nice. The room is big enough, clean, one non-type-G socket, big curtains, big table, little fridge, etc.

Spacious room and a clean bathroom with a bathtub, but the highlight was the amazing sea view. We could hear the sound of the waves from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Simply amazing.

The hotel is a bit old but comfortable. The view is beautiful and quiet, clean rooms, reasonable prices and the staff/manager are also very helpful and friendly.

The staff is friendly and kind. The only thing that is not so nice during my stay is the Jacuzzi in my room was not that clean. That’s all.

This hotel has the most simplest concept. Cosy lobby (although it is quite cramped if there are many guests waiting at the lobby area. It is only 3 storey-high (including ground level). No lift access so it is not really advisable for someone who is on wheelchair or for elders. I booked 2 family suite rooms which has two queen size beds. I did not manage to book the one with bathtub as we were only staying for 1 night and we were out almost the entire day. The price is reasonable per night (S$60 per room per night). It is all white. Yes, all. The mattress and pillows are super comfy. Toilet is very clean. The hotel provided towels but not toiletries, which is not a problem for me at all. The family suite that I took has no windows at all; It may get a bit claustrophobic. The other guests staying there could have been a little bit more considerate after 12 midnight as my infant son was disturbed by the noise as other guests returned to their rooms. Location wise, it is about 25 mins drive to Melaka Sentral. And another 5 to 10 mins drive up to Dataran Pahlawan area (excluding the congestion). Just outside the hotel, there are (public) parking lots. Do not worry, it is quite safe to park there as the area is not in very close proximity to the city area. If you are looking for an affordable stay just for the night in Malacca, this hotel is economical and best choice!

Place is nice and quiet.. Room was clean and attachment with a beautiful bathtub 🛁. My son very loved it... Staff where friendly and nice. Overall nice comfortable stay. Planning to return back soon.

Family room of 4 with bathtub: Very nice And clean room. Hipster type of budget hotel and very decent rooms toilet. Water dispenser and towels are available. Bicycle cafe downstairs is very cool as well, Sushi mentai is 3minute walking distance , cheap and good jap eating place for dinner. Breakfast head to Full house dim sum for some nice dim sum.

We booked two queen size bed without the bathtub. Its not spacious but yet its still ok for my toddler to run around the room. Its near the city centre and free parking nearby. Lots of convenient store such as speedmart 99 and walking distance from the coffee shop. Highly recommended.

Is a decent and clean hotel. Totally worth the price. Friendly staff. Have parking space in front of the hotel. Nearby area has local restaurant. Away from bandaraya so is a quiet place. Drawback : not providing kettle and refridge.

What i don't like is a smelly pillow but once i asked the staff to get a change it was smoothly done by the staff in team and also the quick and promptly help by the team staff to give me affordable room when i've missighted my checkout for my departure. Im very grateful toward them. Its my pleasure to have my vacation to stay at Expressionz proferssional suite (Exsim) and will do the same in my next visit to kuala lumpur.

The stay was great! I have stayed at the same premises with several vendors before. Wodages' response time was prompt and instructions were crystal clear. Check-in process was super easy and they allowed me to do early check-in which helped a great deal! One small comment - if they have daily housekeeping, that'd be perfect!

Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website.

The unit had floor to ceiling windows offering sweeping views of the Straits of Malacca, modern furnishings, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning and clean bathrooms with good water flow, which made mornings easy. The building facilities are excellent. There’s an infinity pool, gymnasium, sauna, BBQ pits, business centre, theatre room, squash court, open deck sky club and 24 hours security, all of which gave us plenty of options for relaxing or staying active. One of the biggest perks is that Silverscape sits directly above Elements Mall, so shops, restaurants, cafés and even groceries are just downstairs, very handy for meals or last minute items.

The staff were amazing all the security were so nice. Felt very safe and secure. The room was spotless and had great amenities. With access to the pool and even had a washing machine in the room. Also connected to an amazing sky bar and 2 beautiful restaurants. Was just outside the main town only around a 15 minute walk to la famosa and St pauls Church.

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Loved the large windows and the seaview from the living room. The location is super convenient, with direct access to restaurants, FamilyMart downstairs, and short rides to Mahkota Parade and other attractions. The pool was amazing and the building feels secure with 24/7 security.

There are a variety of entertainments provided in the tv too. Washing machine & drying rack with hangers are also provided. Very clean bedsheets & pillows. The toilets are also very clean. Hot & cold water works too. There were no moulds growing which shows how well the apartment is maintained. The house is very spacious too! Amazing views from every room. This apartment is perfect for family max of 8! Staffs there are very nice & helpful to us. Prior to the stay, the owner is very responsive & gives us very detailed informations about the apartment to us which makes it more convienient for us. Adding on, instead of giving us 2 different units from different levels, they offer us free upgrade to a 4 room apartment which we are very thankful for. Overall we love our stay throughout without any hiccups.

Spacious and well-equipped: The 3-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations, offering space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Stunning Location: The location of the apartment was fantastic, near Immigration to Singapore. Friendly Staff: The staff at R&F Princess Cove were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Perfect for Families: The apartment was perfect for my family, providing ample space and a comfortable environment for everyone.

Central, clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. Nice environment, away from the hustle bustle but walkable to City Square and many great JB eateries. Communication was easy with owner. Very detailed directions were provided for the pick-up and drop-off of keys during checkin and checkout.

The place was done up very well! It felt like I was staying in a hotel! From the seamless check in to accessing the apartment, it was very easy and direct. The host is highly responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Full toiletries are provided and there's even a smart TV. The location was great with R&F mall just below and both Central Square Mall and Komtar Mall just a 10 mins walk away with sheltered walkways. There are restaurants and provision shops nearby too. The showers and aircon work well. Definitely worth our stay in Johor.

The apartments I booked 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are so cosy, clean I should say very well maintained. Halal cafe at ground floor available 24hrs. Supermarket is available too. Walking distance to CIQ. GREAT VIEW!! Apartment is exactly as clean as shiwn on pictures. Providing clear check in/check out. Excellent services from Angie. Two Thumbs up. Will definitely book again.

I booked this property because the location as is was close to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Center and I did not read anything else about this Resort. When I arrived I could not believe what I was seeing . The place was like a Paradise in the middle of the Rainforest. So green and so beautiful!! You can spend at least an hour walking around some paths and trails with amazing landscaping, natural ponds and swimming pools. The cabins are away from each and surrounded by trees and plants so one can not have more privacy. The rooms well furnished, comfortable bed, good air conditioner, coffee maker, complimentary water and a nice large balcony with a coffee table with chairs. The room was cleaned meticulously every day to the last detail. The bathroom with all the amenities, clean towels that looked like new, hot water and two showers ( one also outdoor) The Breakfast Buffet (included in the rate) was excellent. Fresh juice and fruit, coffee, tea, toast, cakes, and eggs with other items cooked to order. The Restaurant open from early in the morning until 10:30 pm, it is very large, with indoor and outdoor tables, amazing view and the menu with good selections and very reasonably priced. I dined everyday and I was never disappointed. The staff was more than polite and friendly. Always smiling, they went out of their way trying to help me with my many questions. Thank you to the managers and owners for having so a nice place. They made my stay one hard to forget.

Great location, as the name says, it's on the edge of the forest. There is a forest trail out the back, I did walk it one morning, wear proper footwear as it was a steep at points, takes about 30 minutes to walk the loop through the forest. We saw a wild Orangutan in the grounds one morning, which was amazing, definitely the highlight of our stay. Beds are comfortable, the AC is good, its clean, good food, (vegetarian options were a little limited so I kept eating the same dishes but the food was delicious, I highly recomend the tofu dish and the eggplant dish). Breakfast buffet was comprehensive with lots of options. Good location for nearby attractions, you can easily walk to the orangutan sanctuary (about 500m), and if you're feeling up to it, the rainforest discovery centre is 1.4 miles away, so we walked it in about a half hour. Didn't spend much time in the grounds but they are well maintained and a nice setting. The balcony to our room had good views across the grounds (hence my partner spotted the orangutan in the grounds). Staff were attentive and helpful, including helping us book transport options. The whole place felt very safe and secure.

We were quite skeptical when booking this hotel due to other reviews but man, we’re glad we did. From the beginning, the reception staff was so warm and kind. When checking in they showed us that there is a bat residing at our cottage and kindly asked us not to bother it which was great as in the middle of the jungle you are the guest. Then we headed to the restaurant where you are asked to leave your shoes outside which is giving the area a cozy and familiar vibe. Once in the restaurant, you are on a wooden deck surrounded by jungle, trees with birds & squirrels, frangipani trees and a scenic view and an even better feeling to be in such an amazing place. The food was the best I had in 2 weeks - a base of asian with touches of european, just perfect. The room was what I feared most as accomodations in the jungle is usually filled with bugs. But we had absolutely no problem - maybe a few ants in the bath but that’s it. We had mosquito spray in the room - sprayed the room before dinner just as a prevention and it was perfect. Bedsheets, bathroom, all clean. And the view from the balcony - priceless. Our cottage was not the newest but they are actively working on the construction so the place is just going to get better and better. Also, 800 m from the urangutan and sun bears centers - a lovely 10 minutes walk. We highly reccommend.

We stayed at Forest Edge for 3 nights in their two bedroomed glamping pod with private plunge pool. We had a great experience. The pod was spotlessly clean and had two air conditioned bedrooms either side of a lounge space, an outdoor bathroom and toilet building, a kitchen area, a huge deck and a stunning plunge pool. We had blissful isolation in amongst the noises of the rainforest with the luxury of our own pool. The food in the restaurant was exceptional with a variety of local and international choices on an extensive al a carte menu. You must try the Sepilok Lamb Curry. A call out to all the staff who made our experience exceptional, especially to Rheyana and Zizane in the restaurant for their friendly service. Great location within walking distance to the Sun Bear and Orangutang conservation sites and about 30 minutes from Labuk Bay for the Proboscis monkey sanctuary. A couple of things to elevate the experience, having the tea and coffee making facilities directly in the pod, have an al a carte menu for breakfast to compliment the simple but tasty buffet.

Delightful. We had booked a standard chalet but were upgraded to a deluxe and very nice it was too, situated up on the hill with a wow-factor view of the trees from the balcony. All very comfortable. Decent air con, too. We enjoyed the plunge pool very much, and relaxing with a drink while watching the birds from the beautiful (covered, but outdoor) restaurant deck was wonderful - even when the heavens opened as they do in Borneo (each room is supplied with an umbrella which is a lovely touch). Dinner and lunch were much better than breakfast - the latter was very mixed in quality, but our meals the previous day were very enjoyable. The staff are absolutely terrific - friendly and very helpful, going way out of their way for us. Useful information: I’d read various reviews mentioning that although it’s easy to get a Grab *to* the area, it’s a different matter when it comes to getting one *from*. Our departure was time-sensitive as we were catching a flight so I took the precaution of booking a taxi via the hotel. Although obviously more expensive than a Grab, it was very fairly priced and was utterly reliable - the taxi was ready and waiting for us when we turned up, even though we were actually a little early. Unfortunately the hotel jungle trail was closed for repairs while we were there, but the rest of the grounds that we could wander through were gorgeous, and it really is walking distance to the orangutan and sun bear centres.

I had a pleasant stay at Royce Residence—definitely one of the best staycation spots! The check-in process was smooth and quick. The facilities are excellent, offering a pool for kids and adults, a jacuzzi area, BBQ space, and a lounge. The pool, open until 10 PM, comes with a stunning KLCC view and is well-maintained with guard supervision. It was clean and not crowded, making it a highlight of the stay. The house comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 kids, but for our trip, it was just three of us. We fully utilized the amenities, including the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and even the oven for cooking and baking. These features made our stay feel like a home away from home. A couple of minor drawbacks: only 2 towels were provided, with no floor towel for the bathroom, and there were no toothbrushes available. Parking is at Level 10, which requires circling up quite a bit to get there. Overall, it was a great experience with fantastic facilities. A special thanks to the host, Abil, for the excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in KL!

I had the pleasure of staying at Residence KLCC by Cobnb for five days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the welcoming atmosphere and the stylish, modern design of the residence. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the iconic Petronas Towers and surrounded by incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The high-end finishes and contemporary decor made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing me to prepare meals when I wanted, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing rooftop pool and gym, which offered stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to unwind, whether I was enjoying a swim or just taking in the breathtaking scenery. The staff at Cobnb were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Overall, my time at Residence KLCC by Cobnb exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. If you want a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay right in the heart of the city, this is the place to be!

We stayed 3 nights in Royce Residence and had a great stay.We were within a short walking distance of the Petronas Towers and there are lots of lovely restaurants,,near by there is also a Starbucks It was quite close to the KlCC park, so we could walk around the park and watch the fountain light show light show at night The communication was excellent, from booking it (Booking.com)to the message updates and arrival at the reception desk.The person who showed us into the apartment and the receptionist were both friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable and had a lovely rainfall shower and even a bath.It also had a filtered water tap which is an added bonus, along side a washer dryer which was great to be able to dry clothes too.They even provided washing powder.It was easily accessible The roof top pool was lovely and the views were amazing.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Awesome condo. So comfortable and very clean. We travelled for 3 months all over SEA and this was our favorite accommodation. Really has that homey apartment feeling. Full kitchen, smart TV, awesome view from balcony. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Shower and king size tub were great. The rooftop pool is the show stealer. Amazing views of the Petronas towers, which is just a 5-10 min walk down the street. Elevators in the property worked fast

My room the balcony view was really bad. The balcony is not that clean, and besides that, the room is quite clean. Walkable distance to Twin tower. We can find a nearby restaurant and Minimarket to get some cooking items and drinks as well. The roof's top swimming pool is quite clean and tidy. Pool viewing is the plus on this location. Staff are very polite and respectful. Car park is really bad. I stayed at floor 15, even there is a space in Level.1 or 1A or 2 or 2A I should have to drive all the way to 10A floor which takes a out min 15mintz..That makes me damn disappointment. I had travelled with my two kids and when I raised a request for a lower level car park but they didn't agree.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Kuala Lumpur City Center, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Our stay being Situated on the 48th floor, the views of the city's skyline from the property were simply breathtaking, especially with the iconic Twin Towers in sight. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. The convenience of being just a short walk away from the nearest train station and marts made it all easy. The Dormeo Destinations staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The kitchen in the property was fully equipped with everything we needed, from utensils, refrigerator, stove to an oven, making it easy to cook our own meals. The space itself was immaculately maintained and truly extraordinary, with amenities including a bathtub and a rooftop pool offering stunning panoramic views - rooftop view was out of the ordinary!! Although there was a slight delay with the lift access at times, it was never more than 3-5 minutes. In conclusion, this property is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

A great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur! Had to book it last second because my initial booking was cancelled. We got a room on the 18th floor, not much of a good view because of the big building opposite, but the apartment was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything one may need - a nice living room to chill in, a modern kitchen and a perfect bathroom with a bathtub. The highlight was for sure the rooftop pool on the last 51st floor of the building. A stunning view over Kuala Lumpur and the famous Petronas Towers, very beautiful both at day and night. Not too crowded, either. We are very happy with our booking - unmatched value for money.

The one-bedroom, two-full-bath unit was very clean and spacious, with a balcony offering a view of Kuala Lumpur's iconic buildings. Housekeeping staffs were very professional, accommodating and friendly.

Very spacious room the air con was good and quiet, WI-FI good, swimming pool on roof ( closes 10pm) Proximately to bars and restaurants (walking distance). Very clean and very very large bathroom.

The emplacement is great, near the Twin Towers and the malls. The view is crazy, especially if you get a high-floor room. The room is clean and comfy, and the kitchen was well prepared even if you won’t use it. Also, the rooftop and the gym have an amazing view.

The building was quite and secure, with a free parking, a huge pool for the kids and a grocery store working 24/7. The apartment was clean with a nice view. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Our group stayed in both rooms with balcony and Mongolian yurts. Interesting experience. The yurts have outdoor areas for relaxing with tea and chat. Bathrooms are okay. Quiet location near the river.

Staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. Good location, 10 mins from airport. Clean and comfortable rooms, ample parking. Great for a night or two for a stopover before heading to the Thai islands or elsewhere that you don’t need to be located on the beach or in an all-inclusive resort. Beach is 5 min drive away.

Great budget friendly accommodation. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed, which we liked. We had a garden view room which was a lovely relaxing space. The pool was nice and the staff were very welcoming. A couple of restaurants nearby but other than that a taxi into the main area.

It was located in a good area, around a 25 minute walk to Cenang beach, most of the time we just got a grab anyway, because we’re lazy. Room was clean, had everything you needed and was nice and spacious for all our belongings. Also the staff are really nice, and helpful if you do need any help or have questions. Couldn’t particularly fault the place for what we paid, and how close it was to the beach.

We spent 5 nights in the premium apartment. It was home away from home. A huge beautiful spacious fully air-conditioned apartment with the best location and views. Petronas Towers is walking distance and other malls and markets are within a two to three kilometre radius. Check in was within 2 minutes. I had the pleasure of dealing with Aliya who was friendly and professional . Housekeeping was so efficient that your request was fulfilled within minutes. The rooftop pool was amazing. The lifts are quick considering the number of units in the building. The reception area is welcoming with lots of sofas to relax. Easy to get Ubers and lots of private taxis around. A choice of restaurants nearby which we intensively utilised, no need to use the apartments kitchen. The price I paid for 5 nights was incredibly cheap. Will definitely choose Luma again when visiting KL.

We stayed at Platinum Suites Kuala Lumpur for a week in two apartments as a family and had a wonderful time. The apartments were modern, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed for comfort. The location was perfect — close to attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful. The infinity pool with city views was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special.

I loved the spacious, clean room and the beautiful view. The swimming pool was amazing, with a direct view of the Twin Towers, it made the experience even more special. A very relaxing and memorable stay!

They went out of their way to help me, even assisting in getting my food to the room, which made things so much easier. Gem finds thrill me. This is one good one. A long drive and speed boat away, the emerald blue greets you with open waves. Japamala's tag line is Rustic-Luxe. And it truly epitomises that. Rustic tree house huts with the smallest beautiful details. A personal jacuzzi and sun deck all make you feel like a Sultan. The heart of the show is the bar and restaurant built out into the sea with cabanas looking out into the azure sea. Cocktails are complimentary from 6-7 pm as the sun departs leaving wisps of orange, amber and pink. Monitor lizards slither away and monkeys watch you from afar in your shower that opens into the forest. You think you're here to watch but you're being watched. By the forest.

The location is beautiful, with its own beach and jetty. From the moment you arrive to when you leave, the Staff went above expectations. The room turn around in the mornings was fast, invisible, and thorough. The staff remembered preferences for coffee and where we liked to sit in the restaurant. The extra add-on package we purchased was completely worth it - the afternoon tea was a lovely break after relaxing or swimming, the sundowner cocktails where tasty and different each day, the turn-down service each evening was such a lovely touch with the bedtime cookies and small drink. Tea selection in the rooms was great, and the plunge pool / verandah area was cleaned and tidy each day. We also went diving and the dive leader was knowledgeable and safe - we received a safety brief prior to each dive and assistance with equipment. Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer at this resort. Super relaxing and also private with cabins scattered about the jungle property without line of sight to each other.

Blue water ferry from mersing to genting was an awful experience and I didn’t feel safe ..all resorts on tioman depend on the ferry for guests so in their interest to put pressure on ferry company to up their game .. everything from getting ticket to chaotic boarding to the boat itself being tatty and well below par ...and I didn’t feel safe I would gladly come back to japamala but not until the transfer from mersing is better The japamala resort used to have their own speedboat and so I was expecting that when I booked ... the website should make it clearer that you have to arrange your own transfer from mersing to genting on tioman. There is a new boat for japamala coming soon apparently .. the sooner the better

We loved absolutely everything about this EcoResort. The room had a very nice and neat decoration, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The entire team, without exception, has been super friendly and we feel that they have cared for us throughout our stay with love. The food at all 3 restaurants was delicious, especially the fresh grilled fish and seafood. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for snorkeling (you can see lots of colourful fish). Definitely one of the best hotels I have been to and I will surely return.

This resort is in a lovely spot and with such a small number of guests feels very private. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own beach cabana or the pool to themselves. Snorkelling from the jetty is terrific, but is also nice from the beach at high tide. Not much to do other than relax by the beach and snorkel. (we also arranged a dive trip, but be aware that this can be tricky due to the resort isolation, and the fact it does not currently have its own dive gear). The resort boat transfer (to and from the ferry) was ridiculously expensive. Our two storey cabin was spacious and in a pretty location high in the rainforest. It was just missing a couple of obvious items that we would have expected for the price. The small tea and coffee making area had no bin, no teaspoons and only powdered creamer, despite there being a fridge. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. No flyscreens on any doors or windows, meaning you have to leave your cabin completely closed up - it got hot and stuffy on the ground floor. The up side was the excellent service - very friendly and personal.

Absolutely amazing location, the view mesmerised us and that was only the beginning. Once we got to the rooftop pool and gym we realised we were in the right location. The owner was very communicative and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. We stayed in KL for 3 nights and we're very pleased. Very clean room, shower super hot, very spacious room. If you wish to experience a "high rise apartment" lifestyle then this is a must location.

The whole environment was unexpected; feel good especially back to mother nature. The swimming pool is very clean and very cozy with a nice view of the entire mountain. The little thing that needs to improve is the Air Con was hot during day time but was cold of night time and not enough plug for charge hp hope can improve on that.

Staff members here are busy, but they are friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. Special requests are catered for well, especially for longer stays. The villa we booked was nice, however it needs more maintenance given that it’s only 13-14 years old. Apart from this, the hotspring pools were awesome , villa jacuzzi too.

The facilities , environment, ambience and service all top notch. Loved the meditation n esp crystal cave . Had a wonderful breathing class in the crystal cave. Bfast spread so tasty. N we had a most wonderful experience in jeffs cellar ..260 mil years of evolution surrounded by stalactites, stalacmites n columns, ambience, music , service was perfect.. Marvelous n relaxing holiday indeed. PLUS was the private hot jacuzzi we had in our water villa wt geothermal water pumped in....anything less than 3 days 2 nites wont do justice to the place

Well we have just been lucky enough to spend 4 nights/5days at the most amazing Banjaran HotSprings Retreat in a Water Villa (203). My first impressions WOW. Luxury at its best. Sitting on our verandah overlooking pink water lilies popping their heads out of the sparkling water. Rising early in the morning for a soak in the sunken geothermal water-filled hot jacuzzi, before a morning coffee on the verandah to catch the "Sturgeon Full Moon" as it reflected in the Lilly- ponds, then disappearing behind the lush greenery and limestone cliffs. We have travelled extensively and I would have to say this is indeed the most amazing place we have ever stayed. Thankyou to all of the staff, we were treated like royalty. We hope to return again next year.

My wife and I had a wonderful 24 hour stay at the Banjaran Hotspring Retreat. The location was fabulous in the jungle, with epic sights and sounds throughout the day, especially the imposing limestone rock-faces overlooking the resort. The grounds themselves were well maintained, teeming with wildlife and natural wonders. We loved the rooms, with the enchanting decor and added bonus of the outdoor jacuzzi, and the staff were always very smiley and helpful. The different areas for relaxation, meditation, working out, and wandering, were all visually impressive, and we could have quite happily spent another few days with all that was on offer. The morning jungle walk was a fun activity, which led to the nearby Amusement Park/Zoo, which was pleasant to look around, and an added bonus of staying at the resort. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and will no doubt return at some point in the future.

This was our 2nd stay and it didn’t disappoint. Both times we have stayed 1 night as a stop over between flights. The service is excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. You get the feeling nothing would be too much trouble. We were also given a surprise upgrade this trip, which was very welcome for our family of 3. The room so cosy and lux. The bed is super soft and comfortable which is just what you need after a long day of travelling, and the bathroom is generous and modern with a large shower and separate bath. Location is excellent right above lots of places to eat and all the shops. If you value comfort and convenience then this is the perfect place to stay!

This place is fabulous! The room was not big but well decorated, and very inviting and cosy. Luxurious touches like the chandelier, sparkly handles and lights, and the quality coffee making area, made us feel like we were in a posh hotel. The room offered every amenity we needed plus more. After a long day travelling the big bed was so soft and comfortable the street noise we could hear was easily forgiven. The bathroom, so large, modern and fabulous, I can’t fault it! Location is excellent with shops and places to eat right downstairs. Service was amazing, super helpful, communicative and very kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in KK.

Really great value- the feel of a high end hotel for a fraction of the price. The room was small but that did not make it any less luxurious feeling. Really high quality finishes, amazing comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer etc all available. Staff were very communicative before and during the stay, nothing was too much trouble. Apart from the occasional noise from planes (which can't be helped) the rooms were super quiet. Location was good and you have the convenience of being above a massive shopping centre- if we were staying longer we might have preferred to be closer to the waterfront area but as we only had less than 36 hours in KK being close to the airport actually suited us well and it was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Tea and coffee and kettle provided- coffee was just 3 in 1, a pod machine or other option to make a 'proper' coffee would be the only suggestion for improvement- but not a problem.

My stay at The Danna Langkawi was nothing short of fabulous! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered with thoughtful touches like a neck massage and tea upon check-in, which truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was fantastic—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a sleek, modern aesthetic and fresh flowers that created a soothing atmosphere. I stayed in a corner sea view room, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the ocean from my room was a highlight of the trip! They even went out of their way to make my birthday special, which made my stay all the more memorable. The property itself is stunning, with pristine grounds and a private beach that was clean and well-maintained. Every part of the hotel exudes elegance and tranquility, making it the perfect escape. The food was exceptional. We enjoyed Indian dishes, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate our requests. Bhoomi, who was working at the restaurant, was especially friendly and attentive, ensuring we had one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Stayed 5 nights in a princess beach villa and on the whole excellent service, with one or two things that let it down - we asked for a table to be reserved at the Terrace but it wasn’t made and upon appearing for dinner, no table for us, hastily thrown together which was very disappointing, and a bit embarrassing having to ask for condiments, cutlery etc. Beach villa was lovely esp the pool, not cheap but worth it for the peace and privacy. In room dining was good and arrived quickly, not an extensive choice but good enough. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The buffet dinner was also varied and hot, with an excellent range of cuisines. Mini bar topped up daily, but fresh milk needs requesting if you enjoy tea/coffee. Our arrived in a tiny jug, but that was solved by requesting a whole carton instead. Two sun beds reserved in the beach for each villa which was lovely at the end of the afternoon. We didn’t use the main pool but it was always busy. The hotel has a range of trips and experiences on offer but we sourced our own. Staff very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, although we did need to chase up some items of laundry, not a big deal. Taxis/Grab easily available, the SkyCab is close and very enjoyable. On the whole, it was very enjoyable and relaxing with one or two things that let it down for us. Not the cheapest hotel on the island but for a treat, it met our needs despite one or two issues. We would return without a doubt.

A stunning setting, The Danna really is a place of luxury. You wake up in the most comfortable bed, walk onto your balcony to look across the harbour for a morning view. The shower is powerful with Jo Malone products for use. A plentiful breakfast which is varied, fresh and delicious. So many options, the head chef also present to check guests are happy and catered for. The pool and beach are both clean and maintained to a high standard. Each day the pool is brushed clean. It was great to see various birds flying overhead or in the distance, and be uninterrupted on the private beach. The staff are pleasant, responsive and accommodating, without at all being intrusive. During storms or rain-showers, staff came to each person with an umbrella, whilst others were cleaning up water at entrances and ensuring everyone was safe. All in all, a refreshing and relaxed experience. I’d love to be able to stay again ❤️

SERVICE: Excellent throughout, especially the bellmen. DINING: Afternoon tea included - basic but handy. Breakfast buffet - good variety and quality. Ala carte breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - despite the ambience and great service, food was good, but nothing special, abit of an anticlimax - preferred the buffet. Lots of great options in close proximity. ACTIVITIES/FACILITIES/ATTRACTIONS: Plenty at the hotel and surrounding Sunway attractions. BOOKING AGENT: Hotel website. Rather overpriced I thought, considering isolated location. Will I rcommend/stay there again? Yes, if not your main base to tour KL.

We had the most amazing stay at Sunway Resort Hotel, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best family-friendly places we’ve visited! The highlight of our trip was the Waterventure Terrace Room, which provided us with direct access to the waterpark. Our kids absolutely loved it. They couldn’t get enough of the slides and splash zones! It made the whole experience so much more convenient and fun. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the luxurious vibes throughout the hotel really made it feel like a special getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and we felt pampered the entire time. The best part? We also had easy access to Sunway Pyramid Mall, which was just a short walk away. It was so convenient to have shopping, dining, and entertainment right at our doorstep! A special shoutout to Miss Caitlyn, who made our stay even more memorable with her warm and friendly service. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Had a fantastic family stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! We stayed in the 3X Grand Deluxe Room, which offered a more space than a stander room for 4 nights , perfect for a fun and relaxing family getaway. The room was spacious and kid-friendly, and the whole experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. The day started with an elegant open buffet breakfast at Sunset Restaurant, followed by a delicious afternoon snack at the pool area after a fun and refreshing swim and then dinner from one of the many commercial restaurants from the mall adjacent to the resort via an air-conditioned bridge - fresh, delicious and truly enjoyable.! In the awesome swimming pool area, I met a wonderful and expert stuff who helped me put a smile on my children’s faces with their kindness and good treatment of the children in that area. Please ask for Anisan he will help you in many ways. Definitely a staycation to remember!

We recently enjoyed a 3D2N stay at Sunway Resort Hotel, and overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the thoughtful birthday cake and treats arranged by the hotel. A lovely and personal touch that made the celebration extra special. We truly appreciated the gesture and warm hospitality from the staff. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the lower floor (6th floor) facing the pool. While it was a pleasant view of the surroundings, it did get quite noisy during the day, especially with children playing at the Waterventure area. If you prefer a quieter stay, you might want to request a room away from the pool. A major highlight of our stay was the dining experience. We had breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill. The ambience was fantastic: quiet, calm, and elegant. The à la carte breakfast menu was nutritious and delicious, with attentive service in a relaxed setting. For lunch and dinner, we dined at the Sunset Terrace Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes, many options not commonly seen at other hotel buffets. The spacious layout made it easy and comfortable to explore the food stations without feeling crowded. There is a dining area (Kids Dining) where the children can choose their food. Despite the slight noise issue from the room location, we had a wonderful time overall. Great service, memorable dining, and a special birthday surprise. We would consider returning!

We arrived late in the evening to a warm welcome, check-in was efficient. Our room was on the 7th floor overlooking the pools. Room was spacious with good amenities. Bed was very comfortable, linen was good quality. Bathroom was very big with rain shower, tub and excellent pressure and hot water. Housekeeping was responsive to requests via the hotel app. Breakfast was excellent in the sunset terrace, can highly recommend it. The selection of food and drinks was extensive with food prep and baking done on site. There was also a children’s breakfast bar, great idea. Food included fresh baked goods, live looking for soups and curries as well as egg stations. Even in busy times there was no lines as there were more than one egg station to choose from. Big shout out to Casey on concierge desk. He was helpful, cheerful and ready to assist. Great recommendations for sight seeing and organising transport. Navin in the Executive Lounge level 20 was delightful, great service with a smile. He was very welcoming. The pools were clean and inviting no worries about getting a pool lounge and good service from the bar for food and drinks. The Resort is part of a huge complex with something for everyone even an ice skating rink. Resort is about 30 mins from KL Central and the twin towers about RM30 - RM40 in a Grab taxi.

Easily reached from KLIA (never any traffic) it takes 15 mins in a Grab / taxi. Check-in was smooth and easy. The place feels brand new – the room certainly felt this way. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was large and quiet with all the amenities needed. The breakfast was great (although surprisingly I think the western-style options were stronger than the Asian options), so much choice, the fresh-out-of-the-oven pastries were a delight. The service at breakfast was also superb, esp. the woman who greeted me and the man that brought me my tea (and with fresh semi-skimmed milk – perfect!) The pool area was nice – large and peaceful. The area around the hotel felt a bit like an out-of-town retail park, but since I was there just one short night (1a.m.–10a.m), I didn’t leave the hotel to explore. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location near the airport & used a Grab (taxi) to get there and the free shuttle to the airport & to go to the outlet shopping mall near it. Excellent pool, very clean, modern, quiet & nice views. Near a local market/shops & cafes/restaurants near it. Easy to check in & out. Would recommend for anyone needing to have a short layover who isn't going into KLCC. Nice tea/coffee and toiletries provided. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

The moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the bellboy. no need to carry our own bags at all. While waiting to check in, we were served a welcome drink and a cool towel to freshen up. Such a nice touch! Then came the surprise a birthday cake and a fully decorated room! The view? Absolutely superb. Breakfast was amazing, with so many choices I didn’t even know what to eat first. Haha! There are two swimming pools. One’s on Level 1, perfect for families with kids. There’s a children’s pool and even a little indoor playground for them if they don’t feel like swimming. You don’t need to bring towels because they’re provided, and there are also three types of complimentary drinks by the pool. The other pool is on Level 3, right next to the breakfast cafe, perfect spot for a swim while watching the sunset. There’s also a super chill spot called the Jamboree Room. you can play snooker, ping pong, carrom, arcade games, and more. So much fun! The beach is clean and private, with plenty of things to do such as jet ski, banana boat, volleyball, even archery. Or if you just want to relax, there are lots of comfy spots to sit back and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The staff were all super friendly, especially Daniel William.. such a kind guy! Overall, you won’t regret staying here. Can’t wait to come back again someday! 🌴✨

The room also had a slightly forgotten vibe, like I was the first guest in ten years. The other, smaller room on the opposite side was spotless, well-maintained, and generally gave off the “someone cares” feeling. Breakfast: I didn’t have time to try the main breakfast, but the club buffet was fresh, well-organized, and inviting. Everything was clean and fully stocked. There were other options I didn’t get to explore, so I’ll reserve judgment, but first impressions were solid. Pool: (Didn’t get to try it-my schedule was tighter than that bent nail in the wooden panel.) What I did like: The late checkout option is a game-changer. We have stayed at this property several times previously and keep coming back because it is that good. Generous room size with super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with rain forest shower. The fitness centre and pool are functional, clean and well maintained. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. As platinum members we enjoyed Club Millesime for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The food and drinks were of a high standard and the service was excellent. During our stay we had the pleasure of being served by most of the team including Lala, Chanelle, Vino, Naveen, Lachana, and Ekbar. Each of them are brilliant and are all wonderfull representatives of the hotel. We will be back again soon.

The hotel is magnificently beautiful and strategically located. The hotel staff were very hospitable, responsive to our needs, and provided us with impeccable service throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The facilities and amenities provided by the hotel are up-to-date and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from, the quantity provided was always sufficient and timely replenished, and more importantly, it was super delicious. It definitely made our staycation very memorable and my wife's birthday extra special. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and it was fantastic.The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff all seemed happy and friendly. We had access to the Club Melliseme breakfast, which was very nice. They cooked to order. They also offered an afternoon tea we had a look but didn't eat at that time but it looked very nice. The evening cocktails and canapas were very nice. The staff were all very professional and polite.We really like Lala, she was great. We had the seafood dinner at the Kwinzeen, that was very nice. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and they also had meat, etc. so if you don't eat seafood, there are plenty of other options. The 1 thing that was a disappointment was the pool it was so cold that no one was swimming in it. Even our child found it too cold, i think they need to put solar heating in it as there are a lot of tall buildings around it, so it doesn't get any sun .

The resort was well spread out and it was nice to be able to stay at the spa village where kids below 16 were not allowed. Also the Emerald Beach was really nice but there should have been more sunbeds. Would have been possible without plastering the beach. The staff were all amazing: Nadim was such a happy guy who did everything to make our stay memorable. Also Ram at the beach bar Chapman's Bar was really sweet and Razim (?) who was at the Jamu Bar every day was a gem and he also served our table for New Year and was very attentive. Uncle Lim's Kitchen was our favorite restaurant and the staff were all really sweet and helpful. We had two beach villas and they were very comfortable and spacious and the cleaning was perfect. Had a great massage - 80 min Balinese that started with 45 min entering different pools and a 10 min foot massage in addition to the massage itself. Breakfast was very good and varied - something for every taste I would say. Only thing is it felt very crowded as that restaurant is quite big. But we did not have to wait a very long time for food or anything. It was more the ambience we found a bit spoilt with so many people. Other that than the resort didn't feel overcrowded. We were recommended to book tables at the restaurants but we only did the first couple of days and never had a problem getting a table last days even though we didn't book.

I recently stayed at Pangkor Laut resort and had an outstanding experience. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation and luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay created memories of a lifetime. From waking up overlooking the water, to relaxing on Emerald Bay at sunset with a cocktail in my hand, this holiday has been one of my all-time favourites. A hidden paradise, simply an amazing experience. Our room was beautiful with fresh linen every day and beautiful modern bathrooms. The amenities were fantastic and the new spa extension to the hotel was world class and created a relaxing luxurious feel to the holiday. The onsite dinning was excellent, the food incredible and the buffet breakfast every morning included fresh juices, local and international cuisine. We were treated to a private chief dining experience, feasting on fresh seafood and many delicious courses. I highly recommend Pangkor Laut resort for anyone looking for a magical island getaway.

The location on the private island was excellent, it really felt like we were on holiday, even though we had only driven 3 hours from home. We stayed in one of the properties on the hill, and it had a lovely feel to the room, with plenty of room for 2 people, along with a wonderful shower, and fairly modern decor. The view over the bay from the balcony was lovely, especially at sunrise, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed using the 2 swimming pools, which were ample size and ideal for both relaxing and swimming purposes. The gym was adequate, and it was great having a decent sized beach to be able to relax and enjoy the warm waters on the other side of the island. The view at sunset was also exceptional from Emerald Bay, and perfect timing with the happy hour drinks prices. The food options were mostly great, with breakfast offering enough to keep you going, and we had a wonderful meal at Fisherman's Cove. The spa facilities were a lovely touch, with very attentive staff, a super-relaxing spa area, and some delectable treatment options that were extremely versatile to the needs of the customer. We also enjoyed the jungle walk, although we wouldn't rush back to repeat it again. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, as we had a very relaxing 4-night stay. There were a few minor issues that just detracted slightly from a truly exceptional experience!

I would like to say that this is the most pleasant trip I have ever had. From the amazing location to the beautiful scenery this place is definitely is what you desire in a luxury retreat. This place has the most amazing set up with the most amazing staff members. Hence this is why I chose this place as my place to propose to my soon-to-be wife. I would like to extend my huge gratitude to Mrs. Dian who is at the front desk who is an absolute gem and a lifesaver as she had planned my proposal from A-Z from the location, to the dinner and was nice enough to be our designated camera person. She helped us with our best moments and not forgetting what helped us with our room was just an added bonus. Mrs Dian also delegated her duty with Mr. Ben and he was the nicest and most helpful person and he ushered us to our room and helped us with moving around. Breakfast was amazing as Mr. Mages is such an amazing F&B manager. I love his hospitality and he is such a helpful person. Especially with someone of his age and experience, he comes off as a really humble person I would like to thank the front desk members Mrs.Vignes and Mr.Segar as well. Even at the Jetty in Marina Island, Mr. Raman is such a warm and welcoming man. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, they have made my already amazing stay in the island even better. Will definitely look forward to come again.

Very nice room, well cleaned and with a nice view of the see and the jungle, nice atmosphere all around. The staff was exceptional, in every location, from the feast village to the spa pool and so on, everybody really friendly and helpful, they made our stay just perfect, specially Ong, and Devi who brightened up with her smile the breakfast and dinners at the Feast village. We were really enjoying the streetfood experience on saturday and the silvester dinner at the feats village and the Uncle Lim's Kitchen, we sadly didn't have the chance to try the Fisherman's cove. Spa pool amazing, quite, clean, perfect temperature of the pool water. Also the Spa treatments were really good, i highly recommend the nearly 4h Malay experience. The beach side is also very nice and well-kept, we saw the staff every day cleaning up rubbish from the sea. A lot of animals around, during the breakfast we could always enjoy the hornbills on the trees close to the tables, we were also lucky to have no problems with the monkeys. It was a very great experience, next time in Malaysia we will for sure come back.

Hotel was very good. Staff particularly friendly and helpful. The lobby area just as pictured, very relaxing area. Good WiFi throughout. Pool area was excellent for views and great place to relax. Breakfast had a good selection and really tasty. We really liked our room and the view. Bathroom very clean. Only prevented from getting an “excellent rating” because there was small debris under bed and side of fridge. Would stay here again when we visit 👍🏻

The location is excellent—quite central and easy to walk to major attractions like the Petronas Towers and KLCC, among others. Service felt genuinely caring; not quite luxury, but everything was clean, modern, and elegant. The rooftop infinity pool is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, with plenty of seating and tables around, and there’s a nice bar offering reasonably priced drinks and food. Breakfast was very good and definitely worth including, with plenty of variety to choose from. Our room was fairly standard but great overall—no complaints. It could have been a bit roomier, but the value for money was strong. The clientele skewed more toward couples and families; it’s probably not the spot for a youthful party scene, but it didn’t feel dated either. Overall, the environment was respectful and relaxed, making for a comfortable city stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly pleasant. Check-in was quick and seamless , no waiting time at all. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle, Santa Grand Signature is the perfect choice. Despite its quiet location, it’s still very accessible. A Grab ride to Bukit Bintang costs only around RM6–7. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay.

We loved everything about our stay cation. The room was modern and comfortable with magnificent views across the countryside. The location next to the mall was perfect and parking was convenient. We treated ourselves to a private onsen and each day visited the pool for a refreshing swim. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many dishes to choose. We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival and everyone we interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you KSL for an unforgettable experience.

Nice, clean and spacious apartman with a spectacular view from the living room. Really cool pool on level 6, nice gym, the restaurant next to the pool serve delicious dishes on decent price. The rooftop pool gives you also a breathtaking view of central KL.

The residence was perfect!! The view from all the windows of this apartament was amazing - i even couldn’t breath when i saw it 🥰 Petronas twin towers were in front of this apartament 🤩 The swimming pools areas are well located and with unbreatable views! They have in 6th and 88th floors - and both are with a perfect view 🙏🏻 I highly reccomend this place to have an unforgettable experience in Kuala Lumpur.

I've just returned from a 3-day, 2-night trip to Kuala Lumpur. I would usually stay in the City Centre or Bukit Bintang area but for a change, I decided to stay at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. Flown into Subang Airport from Singapore. From the Airport to the Hotel, took about 15 mins, depending on traffic. Check-in was swift and the front desk staff was professional. I got a room on the 10th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The rain shower and the shower jet were strong with hot and cold water. Though there was a smart TV in the room, I was only able to access the prefixed channels. Breakfast was on the 8th floor and though the spread was ok, I did find many items pretty delicious. The chef manning the egg station was very experienced and did a good job with the guests' requests. The Hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby and is connected to the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall - a huge and rather confusing mall with plenty of eateries and shops. No need to step out to endure the hot sun or rainy weather! Though the stay was short, I enjoyed resting in the room, eating the delicious breakfast, and going through the numerous shops and eateries in the mall! It was a Good Trip! Will be back again!

First of all the Location of the hotel is very convenient for us and Grab services are at the door step. Comfortable rooms and Reception and room services personnel are friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel ambience is good and clean. Next door to Pyramid Shopping Centre is very convenient with many nice shops and restaurants. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we have no negative comments. Will definitely recommend friends and relatives to stay here.

The reception is very fast and helpful. The room is very spacious, offers a large bathroom with rainforest shower and many amenities. A large breakfast buffet is served daily with a choice of Chinese, Indian, Arabic and Western dishes. Drinks include water, juices, tea and coffee. Right next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall with various restaurants, cafes and shopping stores.

Everything (and more) you want from a hotel, you can find it at B Hotel. Clean, soundproof, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fully functioning toilets and nice shower. Available safe, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries and towels, kettle, water and tea cups. In addition, they serve food coffee and some food on the premises, staff is kind and helpful. Definitely worth the price, also considering the location, very close to Petaling Street Chinatown, central market, and public transport (MRT and monorail). Will consider coming here again when I am back in KL!

I love this hotel, amazing value for money, loved the decor, the huge comfy bed and pillows, clean and different with a projector on the wall instead of tv but you must log in with own password for Netflix etc. service was incredible, they came to my room with a torch, a battery operated fan and a power charger for my phone as they thought the electricity would go out at 11pm but it actually didn’t! I was well impressed. Met the lovely owner and her son, she was very nice and staff are clearly happy and looked after, great bar/restaurant on the roof with a great view of the second highest building in the world. Right in the middle of China town but down a lane (with the best Chinese food stall 1 minute walk) so it’s quiet. Worth coming back to KL just to stay there. Thank you guys!!!!

The location is fantastic. It's quite literally in the middle of the Chinatown markets so our arrival was a bit hectic but once inside the hotel there is no outside noise at all, which is incredible given the busy location. There is plenty of delicious, cheap food nearby and the hotel is also walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor and popular shopping centres. We are two young women visiting KL for the first time and felt very safe walking around at all hours of the day. The room was clean, modern and comfortable; it is small but fine for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious and we also had a massage in the hotel spa which was excellent and really affordable. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff were super helpful and I'm very grateful to the guy who helped me with my taxi at 4am. Very cool rooftop restaurant and views. Nice decor, clean, modern. In the midst of the market and restaurants.

Nice hotel with excellent services. My suite was super clean and comfy. It was very spacious and worth the money. The bathroom was very clean and yes spacious too with good toiletries. The breakfast was just superb with good choices of foods. The staff were very helpful and professional. Parking was available. The location was very strategic within walking distance of local attractions.

- Talk about Location, this gem is at the foot of Petronas towers. Its walkable to most places you would want to see when in KL - The serviced tooms are spacious for a couple with two kids - The new rooms are amazing, the old ones still are a 8/10 - The rooms are super equipped with all things needed to cook - The hotel has friendly staff who go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Early check in or late check out, they help you to the greatest extent they can - The hotel has a 24 hour store at the basement along with two amazing restaurants too

Great location. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is really nice with great food and drinks. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Good little 24hr convenience store down stairs. Short walk to Petronas Towers.

Parking is free for guests with multiple re-entry allowed throughout my stay period. Room was spacious and clean, big bed, spacious bathroom with a tub. Location was decent, connected to a great food place just in front, and its surrounded by a few other food places including McDonald's and one Arabian open air restaurant (recommended).

It was a new apartment which seemed to have been just renovated. Very nice with fully furnished lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Built in closets and two TV units in the living room and bedroom. There was also a view of the next apartment block and the city traffic / roads below. Everything was clean and pristine with daily cleaning if required.

The well-maintained buildings are clean and conveniently located for a small family. It’s a safe haven for city kids to explore nature. Additionally, there’s a private garden in front of the rooms where we relish sunrise views over the sea. The swimming pools are clean and pool towels are readily available at the reception. The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite limited parking, the arrangement is well thought out. Our family enjoyed dinner at the floating restaurant Biru Biru, where the food menu, though limited, offers tasty options at reasonable prices. Although the resort provides beautiful views and plenty of photo opportunities for pleasant memories, I do wish the resort would offer a signature souvenir as a memories for the hotel guests. Our trip was memorable, even though high tide prevented us from walking down to the beach. I’m already planning to return.

Balinese-style resort with Merah-Merah Restaurant and Biru Biru Café offering nice food and drinks. The room at Amanpuri is spacious with a sea-view balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, plus there’s a soft sofa. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Staffs are friendly & helpful.

And I have to say Mr. Ihwan who was in charge, has done a remarkable job and duty to his utmost efforts in assisting me with all my needs so that I didn't have a lot of hassle throughout my stay. I want to thank you for providing the services during my two-night stay in the hotel.

Nice cool hotel on top of the hill. I managed to get a view (through some trees) of the Putrajaya skyline and Putra Mosque, if I'm not mistaken. Smooth checking-in and courteous staff from concierge. They gave me room at level 3 i.e. same level as the lobby/reception, no need to take a lift. All in working conditions i.e. lights, air-conditioning, TV etc. The room was not new and modern but well maintained with some refurbishment. The bathroom had bath tub and also a separate shower closet. Quite convenient as some hotels you have to shower in the bath tub. It was Ramadhan and I didn't take the sahur/breakfast option but I did ordered through room service. I'm quite impressed with the ordering through an apps, they responded through the chat box to confirm on my order and even by phone call to double confirm certain things. And the food was wonderful with reasonable portion even though a bit pricey. And they said the room service is 24 hours even in other months than Ramadhan, as most of the hotels I had been limit to 9pm for last order.

The location on the hill gives beautiful view. Also the lights of i-City Putrajaya just down the hill the room is superbly comfy and romantic. I just love the bedhead...so nice traditional design. the bathroom is a star!!. So spacious and luxurious. Romantically designed - there is a window between the bath and the bed...oh that's romantic Robe and slippers for two. Love it. Glass door to the balcony. Staff at reception and housekeeping all very fast and good mannered

Highly recommend - location was superb and the room was spacious! I loved the tranquility of its ambiance and surroundings and even with standard room, it spacious and so comfortable with a bathtub. Of course it’s not advisable due to privacy but you can relax in the bathtub while looking to the balcony area. I just loved it! Yes, the near parking is limited and you have to walk a bit from the other parking but I personally find it not a problem at all. I love walking and with the surroundings, everyone should walk too. It is accessible to the ‘Tangga Putrajaya’ - wasn’t it nice?!..

The buffet worth of value - mixed of traditional Malaysian food and western, the bed super duper comfy, bathtub were spacious, love the old vintage wardrobe in the room, love their bathrobe and totally loveee the architecture of the building and the garden! Panji Panji is a gorgeous, small collection of houses set in a lovely gardens with a great coffee cafe. It is situated alongside the river which leads out to the beach and the sea. We were met there to be given our keys and a tour by Wan who was so helpful. He was great through our whole stay, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Our house was lovely - it had plenty of space, a big comfortable bed, and a terrace outside. The pool is set in its own private garden: during our stay it was hardly used by anyone but us and the hummingbirds which come into the garden to feed from the flowers. Breakfast is taken in The Smiling Buffalo coffee house: the food was delicious, plenty of choice, the coffee is excellent, the staff all lovely. Ayisha was super helpful letting us know places of interest and arranging hire car and scooter when needed, these were dropped off outside for our convenience. We loved the location, it is so quiet. We had dusky leaf monkeys visit us during the stay and saw kingfishers and hornbill birds along the river whilst walking to the beach.

Amazing tree top apart (definitely get the top floor one if you can). Lovely veranda with a chill out area to read and chat. The rooms are really spacious with high ceilings and was very quiet at night with the sounds of nature around. The pool was nice and usually really quiet. We hired a car which made exploring the island really easy (highly recommended and not expensive if you go through a local company) The cafe is very popular and busy and the staff were very friendly and the food tasty and of good quality. Special shout out to Wan who was our host for the room. He was very friendly, helpful, kind and chatty. The place is a little bit away from the main beach but we liked the walk into town and there were so good restaurants near by especially the Thai restaurant called Pai Kin CFood - we went twice and was vey tasty and good value.

When it is possible, I always try to find a small nice guesthouse instead of big international chains. The location is very close to the beach and the market and still very quiet. Airport is 10 mins by car. It will cost you 10 RM to get there. Approx 3.5 AUD Room was spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay. I would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The staff are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. The breakfast was included, and I picked Maryam's crep with mango and vanilla sauce. It was incredibly delicious. The coffee was on them, too. So I was sorted for until afternoon. I would like to express my gratitude for your gracious hospitality and the complimentary provision of a room for me to rest and freshen up prior to my flight. Beautiful pool villa on the hilltop amongst the forest. Stayed at the Kemarong Villa which faces the sunrise which were stunning each morning. The villa was spacious and clean, while the pool was amazing with a view of the nearby islands. A number of dusky langurs, long tailed macaques and various birds also frequented the villa which was amazing to see. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended

Aside from its spaciousness and comfort, the villa is fully equipped with irons, hair dryers, ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, and fridges. We receive our meals at the right time every day. The food is excellent.. The view of the beach and sunset from our villa Temoyong is truly breathtaking .. It is an experience that will never be forgotten .. This was the best resort I have ever been to. The only bummer was the 3.00 pm check in time. The breakfast was exceptional, the view is to die for. The rooms were cottage style and super spacious well maintained and clean. The swimming pools, the jacuzzi all were amazing it would have been a 10/10 kinda review but the WiFi was like it was from the stone ages.

The room was large and clean, located right on the beach, with a great and peaceful view. The hotel restaurant, also beachside, had an excellent view, and a rather generous buffet breakfast. The lunch we ordered was average, though. The hotel's location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far for shopping. The hotel staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful. Worth mentioning is that we had to catch an 8 a.m. flight on the day of our departure, and needed our breakfast packed by 6:30 a.m. Upon reaching the airport, we found the packed breakfast to be surprisingly plentiful.

The location was the best you could wish for in our point of view. It is in walking distance of some restaurants and 10-15 minutes by car to Cenang Mall where there are shops, restaurants & duty free shops. The resort is right on the beach front and the beach is so beautiful and private that you have it almost to yourself. It is the perfect place to relax under one of the tiny roofs at the beachfront for hours and hours and then head to dinner. There is so much of greenery and gardens to walk. The chalet was nice and clean & very spacious. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. We loved it here and would definitely return again to this place.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for my visit to Langkawi Island. The location was perfect. A quiet setting on an uncrowded beach with beautiful views. The food was delicious 😋. Their staff very friendly and professional. My room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a sitting area and dressing table off the bathroom. I also like the massage at their spa. I booked for 3 days initially, but ended up extending my stay for two days longer. I could have stayed even longer.

We stayed for one night for a meeting with PETRONAS. I used to stay at this resort often when it was still called Awana Kijal Resort, and I’m glad to see it’s still as lovely as before, although a little bit run down in some areas. The beach remains clean and beautiful, just as we remembered. We paid RM40 nett per person for breakfast, and thankfully, it was worth it delicious and satisfying. The room was nice with a comfy bed, good pillows, and clean towels. Most importantly, the staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. We truly appreciated their hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kerteh.

Check-in process was smooth. Staff very friendly. Upon check-in my suites was nicely done. Clean. No hair found in the toilet, carpet, floor or bed. Welcome fruit set on the table. We stayed as a family of four for two nights, and this was our first time at Sunway. We had booked the Executive City View King, but we were pleasantly upgraded to the Family Suite, which was a nice surprise and made the stay feel extra comfortable. The best part about this hotel is the location. Being directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall made everything so convenient. Getting to Sunway Lagoon was also very easy, which turned out to be a highlight. Check-in was smooth from the start. The staff recognised my GHA Titanium membership, and the whole process felt quick and pleasant. The bellboy was genuinely friendly and helpful, and another staff member personally brought us up to the suite and walked us through the amenities. That small gesture made us feel really welcomed and set the tone for the stay. Breakfast was at Sunway Resort, which is just a short walk away. It did get really busy on Sunday morning, but by Monday it was much more relaxed and enjoyable. The pool and gym are also at the Resort, so there aren’t facilities inside Sunway Pyramid Hotel itself. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to keep in mind. All in all, it was a very good stay. Between the upgrade, the friendly service, and the convenience of being right next to the mall and theme park, it felt like solid value for money. We’d be happy to come back again.

They upgraded our rooms free of charge, we booked with Sunway Pyramid but they gave us connecting rooms in Sunway Resort. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Aqua Park view was great, staff and reception team were friendly, the mall is in the same complex, and the breakfast was very good, they provide different varieties. We enjoyed our stay in Sunway Resort and had a lunch at Gordon Ramsay Restaurant which is in the lobby area.

Everything is great once you are checked in until the smooth check out they even have an express check out box jut drop the room keys and you are good to go no queue or waiting for someone. The room facilities, AC, view clean and comfortable. About the breakfast it is another story even though it was crowded but you can easily take whatever you want, and they have verity of choices all of them ate delicious and yummy. They make a delicious pancakes by the way. The last thing the location is perfect everything is beneath you. Sunway Lagoon theme park and the mall.

The room was clean every day. The bathroom was also very clean. Our room overlooked the water park, and it was very nice to wake up to this lovely view. very peaceful and quiet. Only went for breakfast once, and we paid a promo fee. In my opinion, the normal breakfast fee is a bit expensive, as we are not heavy eaters. One omelette and a cup of tea, hence, we skipped it.

Took the family of 8 adults and 1 baby for a 3 days 2 nights stay. It was a busy weekend but the check in process was straightforward. Although we had prepaid for our 4 rooms, we were given an option to upgrade at a good price. We could also use the pool and gym facilities at the main hotel. Everything we needed like the Lagoon theme park were within 5 to 10 mins walk. The rooms were spacious and more importantly clean. Breakfast at the Sunset Terrace was great, service was tip top even though it was pretty full. Special thanks to Prasanth who took care of our needs and requests. He helped to make our stay a memorable one!

Great dinner options in either direction. Staff generously offered free laundry - fantastic after weeks of traveling. Comfortable, convenient and lovely to sit overlooking the ocean in the mornings.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Palm Suite. Everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable big bed. The hotel’s location was perfect, conveniently situated near to the city centre. The hotel is relatively new and I would like to suggest to add some sheer to the curtain so that we dont have to block the natural light for using black out curtain in the day. The window can see through pretty clear though I believe it was tinted. Just to heads up on the low internet connection. Netflix seems difficult to connect and lack of clothes hanging rack (only 2 provided). Maybe can add few rod because no wardrobe was installed. Other than that, I would like to suggest to install wall socket for EV car user to charge, I believe you’re using solar panel too. It will be great selling point and will attract more to stay at yours since we can park the car in front of the room which convenient enough. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend

Amazing location, spacious and nice interiors! Refurbished building and interiors - comfortable and decently maintained. Two bedroom suite comes in two separate rooms with large beds- perfect for family getaways. Parking validation was easy but would recommend to have designated parking spots for hotel guests as public going to the nearby cafe/restaurants might take up the spots.
