Good location. The reception staff were great. A unique experience having a winery in the hotel! Unlimited sampling of their wines with certain conditions . Updated rooms and very comfortable beds. The on site restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner.The breakfast was good. Outdoor pool was a hidden gem, about 4’ deep so perfect for aqua aerobics. The casino is next door. Didn’t go, so don’t know about it.

Modern hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and very helpful staff (the girl at the wine shop was remarkable). Complimentary self-service wine at the lobby is a great feature. Breakfast was quite good. The local restaurant (La Cabrera) is excellent. Great value for money.

Great modern hotel. We had a spacious, comfortable room with a huge bed. The only criticism is the toilet squeezed behind the door that should have been put somewhere easier to get to. Nice breakfast and dinner at La Cabrera restaurant was also very good. Would stay there again.

Nice small property, with a good restaurant in it. Found it weird it was literally attached to another hotel, with almost identical names. That can be confusing when booking. Everything was pretty good. Clean, spacious rooms, with nice big beds. There was a sewer smell from the bathroom. That would be my only complaint. Its kinda central, to entertainment and dinning options. The area looks sketchy but its not. Pretty safe, just be aware of surroundings. Lots of taxi options. Uber works well. Taxi drivers operate ubers. Dont be surprised when booking, your driver is a taxi.

Great new hotel located a short walk from the main squares of Mendoza. It has a distinct modern urban industrial design. All areas were clean and staff were friendly. There were a couple of issues which were overcome through intervention by the front office team. The restaurant is heavily meat-led which is a challenge for vegetarians. The staff in the restaurant didn't have the same attention to service as the main hotel. In time, this has the potential to be a good addition to the Curio Collection brand.

The appartment was large and had a small kitchen area which was useful. There was a sofa and seating area which was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful when our tour was late picking us up. They contacted the company for us. They also gave us an iron when we asked. There was an extensive breakfast buffet which had some healthier options than what I had experienced in Argentina, such as fruit salad and plain oats. There was delicious cake too and the coffee was lovely.

Great location by parks and excellent restaurants. Large comfortable suites. We had 308 with a kitchenette, dining table and couch. Good light, high ceilings, quiet room on rear of property. Pleasant breakfast and excellent staff. Did I mention the spacious secured garage?

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

Fantastic location, comfortable spacious rooms, great bar & breakfast buffet on site. The standout service were the concierges. We had transport to and from airport plus private drivers on 4 different days. The concierges assisted with every detail setting up all of our dinners & wine tours. It was a wonderful experience & we will definitely recommend the hotel to all of our friends.

Staff were friendly, approachable and looked to help with every question we asked. If there wasn't an answer they knew, they'd go away and find out. Beautiful building, food is delicious and well priced. The location couldn't be anymore central. I'd recommend to anyone going to Mendoza and if I was travelling back, I'd stay here in a heart beat. The gym is large and had a strong array of equipment. The spa is lovely and they had spaces for services. Sometimes you stay at places and they're booked all week but they were able to accommodate and provide robes, slippers and a relaxation room whilst you waited. Luxury with the friendliest people.

Ain´t no other place to stay in Mendoza, everything was amazing. Nice rooms, great restaurant and bar in the hotel, Casino, just perfect.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable and clean. Close to bus station and a cheap taxi ride from the center. Helpful check in staff, and the free breakfast is good to have (although fairly basic). There's free WiFi which is great, although the signal is weaker in the rooms than downstairs. There's also free computers in the lobby that you can use. Only complaint was the bed, a 'matrimonial bed' but it had a crack in the middle that was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the sheets were too small for the bed.

The staff are the best! Very friendly and helpful, they helped us book tours and also travel around Mendoza by ourselves. The breakfast included with the room was very good. At first I thought the location was a little bit remote, but it turned out to be right for us, not in the core of the city but close enough to get to downtown in just a few minutes.

Excellent booking service and problem-solving attitude. Very friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Had a great night sleep. Everything is clean and neat in the room. Would come back here any time I need it.

The Esplendor Mendoza has a a great central location for visiting the wineries of Mendoza. The pool and spa area are wonderful and made the end of each day relaxing although they close early when dinner service starts in the restaurants. The surrounding area lacks options for restaurants so we ate at the attached restaurants many nights. La Lucia was fantastic, the other restaurants were nothing special. Housekeeping was adequate but not perfect, our room was cleaned and bed made but glasses were not always washed or bath towels not always replaced. The shower was beautiful but lacked functionality, leaving the bathroom floor drenched most days. The hotel does not have a concierge so be prepared to make reservations on your own. The hotel can become loud if there is a concert at the attached arena or when the club is open on weekend nights, otherwise it was very quiet. Overall the few items that brought down our stay were able to be overlooked and I would stay at the Esplendor again.

The hotel is not central to either Mendoza or Maipu but it is on the bus route to both and the busses are really easy to use. The hotel is very modern the thing we loved is it had both an outdoor and fantastic indoor swimming pool with Sauna etc. I Had two spa treatments at the spa excellent and fantastic value. We were upgraded and given a fruit basket and a nice bottle of wine as we were silver members with Hotels.com who were running a special promo at this property (fantastic). The room we were upgraded to had views of the mountains the view was spectacular. The rooms were spacious but lacked good seating. The breakfast was fine. There were three dining options at the hotel we used two Moztasa and the pizza rest. great value and tasty.All in all a great stay.

Great hotel, nice decoration and clean and spacious rooms. very comfortable. Check-in staff super friendly. Delicious and varied breakfast. The parking is included in the lower floor, makes it very easy to access the hotel. The air conditioning in the room made noises, not loud but annoying. A little further from the city centre.

Modern hotel large room, very comfortable good bathroom, need a vehicle free parking, well positioned to visit vineyards, outside Mendoza city. Sited in a complex containing a sports arena, casino, cinema, a restaurant, pizza cafe and coffee bar, little local character but very convenient.

Great fun, very new hotel, and very comfortable. Not necessarily perfect for a romantic winelands experience, what with the attached casino and sports arena, but a nice hotel and very easy to get around the region by taxi / wine tour. Staff were very helpful.

The Huentala Hotel was excellent in many ways. Fist, it’s location is excellent and close to many sights in Mendoza. Second, the staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything related to your stay in Mendoza: print materials, suggest where to go, restaurants, etc. I want to single out Aracelli in the front desk, she helped all the way through, from the beginning of my stay until the end. My room was spacious, very clean and with a beautiful view. Breakfast is excellent with many options: eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereals, breads, coffee, tea, pastries, yogurt, and many other goodies. At the hotel there is always someone willing to help you out with suitcases and excursions. This hotel shares facilities with two connecting hotels and you can enjoy the gym, pool, and discount in the restaurants. Finally, if I visit Mendoza again, I would certainly stay at the Huentala.

The hotel is very chic. It has a beautiful lobby/waiting area that is very comfortable to relax in if you arrive early. Loved the fresh apples that are always available. Front desk staff is excellent, attentive and they speak a variety of languages. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As guests of this hotel, you can use the pool and gym and the Sheraton next door which was fabulous. The breakfast buffet at La Cabrera is delicious!There is also a casino next door if that is your thing. I stayed here before in 2017 and the hotel has improved greatly since then.

Was in a great location, one block away from Garbaldi which is a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. A 15-20 walk to Independence Plaza which had the higher end restaurant surrounding the park. There are two elevators on property and free wifi, but it's not stong. The hotel is connected to the Sheraton which has a casino and lounge, and the Hilton since they have same owners. Room was clean and plenty of space to store large suitcases and has an ample closet. Breakfast service was very good with robust options for a variety of dietary needs - scrambled eggs, various pastries, juices, yogurts, fruit salad, and musli. Gustavo and Franco from Mi Viaje a Mendoza were the highlight of the hotel. We communicated through whatsapp and they booked our ground transportation from/to the Mendoza airport (were able to pay via credit card). They also recommended and booked a dinner for us at Brutal where we had a delicious 5 course meal. They also helped us adjust a reservation we made online at Soberana by giving them a call. Gustavo also helped us translate an issue with the front desk staff who didn't speak english.

We had a lovely time staying in this hotel and it was a perfect base for the town of Chacras de Coria and the wineries. The room was lovely, spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful and suggested activities that were perfectly tailored to what we wanted to do. The breakfast was good and the jacuzzi was lovely on an abnormally cool Mendoza day!

The location is perfect, a few blocks away from the center plaza and many little cafes and restaurants, located on a quiet street, very safe area. The service was top notch, everyone at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners actually work at the Posada, all 3 are very friendly and have some good English. Delicious breakfast included from 8-10:30 am, they also helped us get a really great wine tour and a fantastic Alta Montaña tour which took us to the foothills of the very steep mountain of Aconcagua.

We enjoyed a week-long stay in this lovely family - run hotel. On a quiet residential street, with enclosed supervised parking and easy walking access to restaurants and shops of all kinds. The welcoming great room gives way to lush lawns surrounding a pool with umbrellas and an olive tree for shade. Comfy beds, good hot shower and delicious generous breakfast. But the best is the friendly, helpful assistance for any need from Deborah and her brothers. Great choice in a fabulous, vibrant town.

El Encuentro was a very good value with a wonderfully accommodating staff. The included breakfast buffet ranged from cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt to pastries and toast. For local charm, within easy walking distance of the cute town of Chacras, this inn is a great option. It felt very authentic, a little rustic and a lot friendly. There are a few grapevines growing by the pool, a place for massages (if booked ahead of time), an open sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine and several of the rooms have a patio that invite you to get off your feet and have a glass of wine. The family wine cellar is also available to see. Not more that 12-15 rooms, our two (adult children had one with twin beds and we had one with a king) rooms had cement floors, brick walls and bamboo-like ceilings. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean with a nice shower. We had plenty of hot water, but the bathroom and room are a little dark. Because of the natural materials I think it was somewhat musty (noticed by my husband who suffers from allergies - I couldn't detect a thing). It's a good 20-30 minute drive into downtown Mendoza. But for quiet, local charm at a very good price with friendly family service, this inn is a great option. We had a private driver for our time in Mendoza and I highly recommend this option.

The staff were wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was also good. The location is very central in Mendoza. The hotel itself is a little tired inside, but the rooms were spacious.

The hotel offers a honest breakfast included, a very nice parking area, good room with wide beds and excellent shower. The size o the room is perfect and also there are wide windows to see the landscapes. Towels were clean.

Incredible staff. Agustina is remarkably kind and helpful (and definitely deserves a raise!). We also greatly appreciated Alejandro's help and ingenuity! Location is unbeatable, steps away from Plaza Independencia, which is in the heart of the city, and walking distance to all the other nice plazas and main streets. Hotel was big, clean, and pool was great. Breakfast with gluten-free options upon request appreciated.

We were upgraded to Royal Princess, so review is of this. Staff professional and friendly, facilities, reception and pool area very tasteful.

This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and my Uber ride cost 9,000 pesos. The location is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, with the main tourist-focused eateries and bars located on Arístides Street. While there are some meal deals and drink specials available in this area, I personally didn’t find it appealing. On a more positive note, there are several charming parks nearby. The room we stayed in was okay but quite warm, and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning running continuously through the night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, though there is a water dispenser available for guests. The reception staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful with any queries.

Excellent experience! That was my third time at the hotel and I have no reasons at all to change places. Highlights: location - very close to dozens of bars and restaurants (try La Central); personal - our checkout would be too early and they anticipated breakfast. Room, bathroom, cleanliness, everything perfect, besides the fact that the hotel has a cozy layout.

The location couldn't be better. It is just a few blocks from the main plaza yet very quiet. I was able to walk all over the city. The room was small but very comfortable and since I was mostly out all day, I didn't need a big space. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well. I didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there were several patios where you could sit outside and relax. The breakfast was basic (bread, butter, preserves, fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea) but tasty and provided enough to start the morning. If I return to Mendoza in the future, I will definitely return here.

I LOVED this hotel. I was thrilled to find such a comfortable, clean, cute and safe hotel in Mendoza. The Posada is near many lovely shops and restaurants/cafes but it still has a quiet and secluded feel to it. Posada de Rosas offers you these fun vouchers to have your breakfast, so it gives you an opportunity to try cafes in the area. I adored having the pool to lounge in when the afternoons got hot. The room itself was well equipped with a very comfy bed, plush towels, and excellent air conditioning, along with a small kitchen. I loved all the welcoming details that were put into the room- we had snacks and fruit in our room ready for us . The host was so welcoming and helpful. Pablo was there to greet us with the keys, a tour of the facilities and even a bottle of wine upon our arrival! He helped me book a fantastic adventure through wine country that included a horseback ride through a vineyard. I loved my stay so much that I extended it by three nights, which Pablo was very kind and helpful in helping me to do. I would highly recommend the Posada de Rosas for your stay in Mendoza. I will certainly book again when I return.

Great and beautiful property well located and parking on the street no problem. The host were very welcoming and super helpful . Everyone was very friendly. The room was beautiful, very clean and just perfect for us . Smart TV was a plus for sure . We got breakfast vouchers and we try very nice little cafes very close to the place . We had a wine tasting with other guests all organized by the owner so pleasant . The garden is beautiful and they also put the flag of our country at the door very nice touch ! It was easy to walk everywhere from the place beautiful parks and nice street to just walk . Very safe place , easy to find easy to check in and out . It was just the perfect place in Mendoza for us . Thanks

We loved our stay here. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We were greater with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and toasts. There is coffee in the room and a small kitchenette. The pool is nice, perfect for a quick dip. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood about 8 blocks away from the restaurants and night life. There is free access to a gym near by plus vouchers for breakfast. All and all a lovely stay!

The staff was outstanding and couldn't be more pleasant or helpful. Excellent communication and help with everything from restaurant recommendations to setting up quality day tours. Perfect for someone new to Mendoza with a few days to spend there. The beautiful courtyard was relaxing and as our room faced it, we appreciated the quiet at night for sleeping. When our tours left too early for us to use the vouchers for a cafe breakfast, the hosts kindly brought breakfast to our room!

We liked lots of things: 1) the house--functional and chic, with beautifully kept grounds; 2) welcome amenities such as fruit and wine; 3) vouchers to try various breakfast places; 4) the staff--so helpful on everything; 5) the central location, close to restaurants and Parque San Martin; 6) staff recommendations for things to do. The Posada staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and facilitate our stay, helping us with a variety of things such as within-city transportation, excursions, and restaurant suggestions. They are clearly thoughtful and invested in their guests' satisfaction.

Staff on reception are all very friendly, especially Nadia who checked me in. She allowed me to check in early which was appreciated after a 17 hour bus journey. She also gave me a choice of rooms which was thoughtful and said she was available for any questions. Hotel is near a Plaza but only a couple of blocks away from the main Plaza Independencia. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff were amazing. Francisco (?) that received us late at night was super helpful and friendly and Nicholas on the morning after was equally great. They had a Whatsapp group for activities. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and clean with industrial design. The pool was a nice touch. The hotel should have more stars. The woman working in the reception (didn't get her name) was also really friendly and nice. Highly recommend! Great location and value for money.

Cozy little hotel, very nice staff, met the owner and was very eager to receive feedback about our stay, he seemed realy interested in constructive feedback. He also had the most wellbehaved German Shepherd I have ever met! The rooms where nice, a bit small, but clean and nice. Breakfast was really good. Location is great, close to everything. We just returned from an excellent stay at Lujan de Cuyo Bed and Breakfast! The location is prime- right in the heart of Malbec country and in between Mendoza and the Uco Valley. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very up-to-date. I loved the rain shower head in the shower! The breakfasts were fantastic- fresh cooked eggs were always available, as well as pastries, amazing homemade cherry and apricot jam, granola, yogurt, cereal, cheese, light meat, and fruit to name a few! Nacho and his staff were incredibly helpful in helping to plan and book our itineraries, even when asked last minute. They made exceptional winery and Gaucho Ranch recommendations- our visit to Mendoza was completely mind-blowing thanks to them! You can also request dinner outdoors at the b&b under the strung lights. The meals were delicious, and the night time ambience was comfortable, authentic, and magical. Nacho and his staff visited with us as we ate- it was so nice to get to know them, other b&b customers, and also Nacho's friendly dog, Poncho. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this amazing property! Don't pass up this one-of-a kind opportunity!

First and foremost, the entire staff is what makes this property a standout. From the moment we booked, we felt like we had friends in Mendoza. Nacho and staff went above and beyond to assist with our schedules and sight-seeing.... and then making quick changes/accommodations in light of closures due to the World Cup. They even arranged for an amazing lunch for our large family at a winery where we took in the World Cup final, the vineyards and the Andes! We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was a little oasis. There are plenty of areas for groups to mingle and also quiet spaces to relax. Every morning breakfast is provided which was a perfect way to start the day- an assortment of food and coffee and teas. Dinners are also offered every night. I highly recommend them- they are a must! Claudia is an amazing chef and host. Our dinners were delicious- several courses and dessert along with plenty of the area's nicest wines! It was a special way to end each day. We definitely hope to return and highly recommend staying here

Great communication, going above and beyond answering all my questions effectively and efficiently. Friendly and hospitable. Nice breakfast and delicious dinner with unlimited wine , should you decide to stay in a night.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Lujan de Cuyo B&B and would highly recommend it. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. The staff, Nacho and Mathew, were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and in planning our wine tasting activities in Mendoza. The dinners that we had here were delicious, especially a traditional Argentina BBQ, and the wine never stopped flowing. The cabana we had was large and comfortable, and quiet as it was farther from the road. We would highly recommend this B&B for travellers who want to be away from the main city of Mendoza but still be close to a lot of wineries in the area.

Staying here has easily been a highlight on our month long trip to this wonderful country. Nacho, the host, was so genuinely friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. He suggested all kinds of activities to do in and around Mendoza and booked a few things for us as well. One day he gave us a lift to a winery in his car because he was (sort of) heading that way. He even went as far as lending us some cash when I stupidly realized I left it all at the B&B - i'm by no means saying you should ask for that too but mention it as an example of how trusting and helpful he is. The place itself is super lovely. The rooms themselves are super clean and well looked after, as is the entire property. Despite being in an area that's renowned for all the outdoor activities we ended up spending a lot of time just hanging out at the property and enjoying the peaceful space. Breakfast was one of the best we've had yet as far as B&B breakfasts go and the dinners that they cook have been of the best meals we've had in the country. Another highlight for my fiance and I has been the lovely dogs that live there too. I know this may be a concern for some people but don't let it be. If you love dogs you'll love them - we really wanted to take them home. If you don't, Nacho and his staff will keep em under control. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Cons: It's close to the center of town so if you have a window that faces the street it can be loud. Not really a problem with the hotel, noisy streets are what you find in city centers, but if it's an issue for you you might want to request a room that doesn't overlook the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Next time I'm in Mendoza this is the first place I'll look.

I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We stayed for almost a month with my husband and son. The place is excellent, very clean, staff is professional and courteous. They were always available for any questions and recommendations. We rented a car for 2 weeks, and the parking lot was very convenient and super space. Everything is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was a great deal for our extended stay. Modern and safe building. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in future travels. The only recommendation to the management would be to add an extra dresser for more storage space for clothing, as in our case, we stayed for almost a month and had a lot of clothes.

We found these apartments an exceptional value. A strict modus operandi, centrally located, clean, quiet, safe with strict security measures, for anyone from a single person to a family, nice kitchen, very comfortable beds, very courteous csr, parking space. We no doubt will be staying here again. An excellent stay.

Couldn’t have asked for more, really. The desk staff (afternoon and evening) were very helpful in guiding us how to change our money at Western Union or on the blue dollar market. We had no trouble doing that. This is a small but friendly hotel and convenient to many things. I would stay here again

Hello, everyone looking for a stay in Mendoza. I've been to a few hotels here in Mendoza for my stays and to be brief, I enjoyed my stay here at the Agua De Corral. The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent. The location can't be beaten, it's perfectly situated near central Mendoza and the five gorgeous parks in a very walkable area. The San Martin Park is a little bit farther. There are always taxis nearby at the Sheraton ready to pick up passengers so traveling to Guaymallen, Godoy Cruz or other suburbs is easy. I stayed in their executive room for 9 nights, it was nice, spacious and had a desk where I could work without interruption. The facilities are well-maintained and refreshingly modern. I found myself wanting a gym. I hate to run in such hot weather as we often have during the summer in Mendoza. It is perfectly safe to walk around and run outside the hotel, I just would have preferred a climate controlled gym to run in. The staff was excellent. They helped me with everything and they were so accommodating, Agustin even helped me with my Spanish every time we chatted. I left my cousin's sweater in the room after a rushed departure and they gave it back, along with a few other things that I forgot. I didn't regret my stay, and I highly recommend the hotel. I think I'll return in the Spring.

Great location and staff!! Located near the main Independence Square. Great shopping/restaurants within a short walk. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful with booking excursions and had great English skills. Breakfast was not included in my stay so I paid for it all mornings and it was an excellent spread. Very nice four star hotel!!

Nice place to stay, very close to Peatonal Sarmiento area. Wide and comfortable room. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. Good quality restaurant. Standard breakfast, served by waiters (no buffet). Honestly, to be a 4stars hotel, I expected something more: for example there was not a "Don't disturb" message to be hanged on the door. No boiler for tea. No extra products in the bathroom (except dispensers for liquid soap). But the most disappointing aspect, is that every day the room was cleaned at about 4 pm, when you are resting or working after the morning visits at wineries.

Central location, just a block from the pedestrian area leading to the main square. Staff without exception were friendly, helpful, efficient. Food good. Everywhere was super clean. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

This is a great value hotel located right next to Plaza Italia and a short walk to Plaza Independencia and its nightly fountain lights music show. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the Andes from my room, 826. Nice breakfast served daily. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to clean my room after 1 p.m. when I'd slept in from exhaustion all morning with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. By the time I came to, the only person left on the floor was the housekeeping inspector, but she said she'd make sure my room got cleaned and it was. Check-in and check out couldn't have gone more smoothly.

The staff was always very helpful and nice. The hotel was super well located and my parents felt very comfortable during their stay, the food was good and the location was perfect.

The aparthotel is extremely clean, smelt clean and it is well maintained! The room are a nice size, air con worked well in the room, a nice bathroom with powerful shower! Hair dryer and a fridge in the room, which are great. Tasty breakfast. Would recommend it for it's location and the attentiveness of its staff,perfect for a relaxing holiday but close enough to all the action. A great value for money!

The hotel room was more like a small efficiency apartment and the furnishings are modern but "bare bones". Bed, two chairs, table, TV etc...The kitchen area (which is part of the room) is well equipped for someone who really wanted to cook anything during their stay. The bathroom was small, shower only, but was adequate and included a bidet and hairdryer. There virtually is no storage space or shelves to put any toiletries.(They could easily put up a couple of shelves in the bathroom). The complimentary continential breakast was very good and the service in the small dining room was sit down and not just a buffet. Breakfast consisted of just juice, coffee (which Argentine coffee is very good), medialunas (sugared croissants) and toast. The hotel was located in a more upscale area toward the outskirts of Mendoza, but very close to the large San Martin Parque, which is popular. The central downtown areas, which is close to several plazas is almost "walkable" but easily accessible and inexpensive by taxi. (Several times, we ended up walking during the day down Sarmiento or Villanueva to eat, but took a taxi back to the hotel if it was very late at night). I can easily recommend the hotel and discovered other pluses after having stayed there and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Basically I had to get out of Chile in order to renew my tourist visa. The route to Mendoza is a beautiful bus ride and Mendoza itself is a very nice place to visit. I didn't want to spend to much money and got this room through an online hotel website. The room was nice enough and gave me enough room to spread out, which is crucial. Hate those cramped little hotel rooms. The cooking facilities were weak but I didn't want to cook anyway. A dinning room table allowed me to eat from the hotel restaurant or leftovers from one of the great steakhouses. This place isn't high end but for the price I found it to be real nice. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, and the really nice walkable park. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I paid the extra for breakfast and found that pleasant as well, especially the black coffee.The neighborhood is quaint and quiet not like some where the nightlife never ends. Enjoy, I did.

From the moment of our arrival, being greeting with smiling faces, to the time we left, we could not fault this place. Easy to find, very clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed with good quality linens, fluffy white towels in the small bathroom, but as much hot water as you could wish for. Small kitchenette, electric hot plate, kettle, microwave and standard size fridge make it easy to cook your own meals, but eating out is so cheap, if you are on vacation, why would you want to cook? reception staff are very helpful with local advice, directions, etc., and will book excursions, though you may find them cheaper with tour operators in the town. Close enough to walk to most of the tourist attractions. Hotel restaurant serves a reasonable steak in the evening, usually on a promo, and serves breakfast from 07.30, either inside or out on the pavement. The only downside is the pool - not really large or deep enough to have a proper swim, but good enough for a cool down on a hot day. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone withy hesitation.

We recently stayed at the Soltigua and our stay at this perfectly-located hotel helped us make the most of our time. It is located on a peaceful residential area within walking distance of shops and restaurants in downtown. It is very quiet and we slept very well. The staff were very kind and professional in every way. Free and delicious breakfast was offered, too. The apartment was large, quiet and very clean. No doubt it is a great hotel for visiting Mendoza, highly recommended

It is not the true continental breakfast but the selection of food to choose is in any case very broad of high quality food. In addition, the breakfast-room has amazing views of the Andes. We loved it!! We had 2 dinners at the restaurant. Everything we eat was absolutely delicious, very high standard cooking experience The swimming pool is a plus after a warm day The small carpet museum The wine tastings at the end of the day before dinner was a very good way to know some of the wines produced at Club Tapiz in a friendly environment together with other guests. We also had a guided tour with wine tasting at the vineyard Zolo, which is also part of Club Tapiz.

Club Tapiz was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The building is historic and very comfortable. The grounds are attractive and very quiet. It’s beautiful being able to see all the stars at night. We took advantage of the pool, evening complementary wine tasting and the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was great, the presentation was all well done and the staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Eileen hosted the wine tastings and made them a fun time to meet other guests and chat/compare notes on our travels. Alajandro was very helpful with everything around the hotel, and with making plans and reservations. I would highly recommend Club Tapiz to anyone staying near Mendoza.

Beautiful property, very well maintained with authentic look & feel. Beautiful sights from the garden and pool area (you can see the Andes and lots of different birds - and of course the vineyards). Very relaxed atmosphere. The room smelled really nice and was perfectly clean (cleaned everyday). Comfortable bed and bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly and offered a lot of ‘invisible’ service (like daily fresh flowers, fresh water, snack etc. in your room) making you feel cared for.

Renovated governors house from 1890s situated about 16km from downtown Mendoza in the midst of wine country. Rustic but picturesque, quality feel on a working vineyard with grapes only yards from your room. Old winery can be used as meeting halls. They will set up actual tour of the working state of the art winery of Bodega Tapiz which is not too far away. Wine tastings of Tapiz wine every night as the sun goes down outside by the pool and spa with good local information provided by Alejandro. He along with Monica and Judith do an exceptional job arranging your journeys and wine tastings. Service is an area that they all completely excel at. Great chance to meet fellow travelers at evening wine tasting and morning breakfast...ours was an international group. They truly go above and beyond. Gourmet restaurant on premises that provides a wonderful hot morning breakfast along with exceptional lunch, dinner with a choice of 3 or 5 course dinner. Will definitely be back here again.

The service was awesome. We dinned in their restaurant and the food, wine, and service was awesome. Well prepared food locally grown on their own farm was fresh. The food presentation was excellent, and delicious. This is a very comfortable and friendly setting with mountain views and surrounded by vineyards. Not only do they make wine, but also their own olive oil.

The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette well-equipped. Extremely clean and comfortable. It’s just two blocks from great restaurants and shops. We’ll stay there on our next visit to Mendoza.

New building with great security. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Gave us tips on local restaurants for dinner and called us taxis. The room; clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, small sized fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes provided. Was fairly quiet at night for sleeping. Good value for area. Was $68 USD per night for the 3 of us. Provided tea, coffee (instant) and very sweet breakfast (cookies, pastries) each morning.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our studio apartment was sparkling clean, had a fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs, bed was super comfortable, and the entire place is in like-new, modern condition. They offered daily housekeeping and brought breakfast (tea/coffee, pastries, juice) each day for the next morning. They had netflix/youtube on a big tv if interested. Wifi was decent. Neighborhood within 10 minute walk to central. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The hotel is new and sparkling clean. It has a very good heating system in the bedroom and bathroom, so even the towels are warm after the shower. It’s located 2 blocks from San Martin and Las Heras (2 main streets), so you have tons of restaurants, shops and bars at walking distance. The only problem is breakfast. They offer you a tray with sweet biscuits, coffee, tea and juice, but for those who need their proteins in the morning, there’s nothing. The good thing is that you have a full equipped kitchen in the room, so, in our case, we bought some yogurts, eggs and sausages for cooking in the morning.

I stayed at Umbral del Aconcagua for 5 nights. The apartments are very new, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The property is set up like a motel, so is very suitable if you are traveling in a private vehicle. The Apartments are arranged around a very secure parking space. The only down side to this set up is that there can be some noise outside of the rooms if vehicles return late at night.The staff are very helpful and English is spoken. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the main street of Mendoza and about 10 minutes walk to the main plaza and pedestrian shopping and restaurant areas. I liked the Apartments central position to the airport, the bus station and the city.

They have a huge wine list as well that you can enjoy while lounging in the yard area or poolside. There is also a paved walking/bike trail right off of the property where we enjoyed morning & evening walks to walk past the surrounding vineyards. We're already trying to plan when we can go back during the summer months. Highly recommend this property!

Herman, at reception is god sent. He is very very helpful. I would suggest book your wine tasting at the vineyards (don’t have to go for the wine tour). Meals at Lagarde, Ruca Malen – are exceptional. The hotel is not close to any restaurant and so best to take a cab if you want to go out for a meal. The dinner at the restaurant is good with a very good selection of wines. The rooms are probably all similar, we were at Torrentes, large double bed, very comfortable. Shower over bathtub!! Some rooms have a Nespresso machine. If you are planning to go to Aconcagua and do the hike to the Confluensa – it’s a 5-6 hr hike (round trip) and 5 hrs by car (round trip to get there). So be prepared for a 11 hr day.

Our first visit to the lovely area of Mendoza and Lujan De Coyo. We would happily return to Villa Mansa as it was a great location , spacious and clean bedrooms and a relaxing garden / pool. Breakfast was really nice , a nice coffee machine and fresh juices and cheese / meat. Villa Mansa is a perfect retreat after the “cities” we also visited while in Brazil and Argentina. Being so close to many excellent vineyards is its advantage. We were able to walk to Kaiken which was awesome, and in our second day we got an Uber which took only 8 mins to DuriGutti which was also awesome, both wine tasting/ lunch experiences were our holiday highlight. If we had longer in Mendoza we would rent bikes and explore more of the vineyard area and if we rented a car would explore UCO Valley.

A very cost efficient IBIS hotel, just 10min outside the city of Mendoza. The staff is friendly and the rooms are adequate. You won't find a Gym, Pool or Spa, but for $50-60/night you get free WiFi and Breakfast. (Hotel is also pet-friendly)

We stayed at the Sheraton Mendoza after our Aconcagua climb, and it was the ideal place to relax and recover! The check-in process was smooth, and we were quickly shown to our spacious, comfortable room. The bed was heavenly – exactly what we needed after days on the mountain. The hotel's amenities were great. The pool was a delight, offering a perfect way to soothe our tired muscles. The fitness center was well-equipped, which was great for some light stretching and keeping up with our routines. We were also impressed with the food. The breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, providing a variety of options to refuel after our adventure. We enjoyed some amazing meals at the hotel restaurant. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mendoza, making it easy to explore the city's shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, Sheraton Mendoza provided the luxury, comfort, and relaxation we needed after our climb. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in style!

The location is good - we were able to walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is situated opposite the Plaza de Chile & our room had a balcony overlooking it, which was great. The room was spacious & comfortable & was a pleasant change from small hotel rooms. The staff were very helpful in pointing out things to do in town, and importantly, choose a wine tour to suit us. It was our honeymoon and they also organised a great bottle of wine for us, as well as some beautiful flowers, which impressed my wife. The hotel is very central to the main restaurants etc in Mendoza, and walking around was fine... cab rides seldom exceded 20 Arg Pesos (+-USD 4) for getting around town. The room service whipped up a superb fillet with malbec sauce when we arrived home after wine tasting all day and didn't have the energy to go out... so all in all it was a great stay on all levels. Cooking equipment is provided, but is very basic & you can't really do much with it. They don't provide any tea/ coffee/ milk & sugar, but this service does not seem to be normal in Argentina anyway, so can't take points away for that. I would definitely stay here again! We took the 45 minute city bus tour to scope out Mendoza. We realized Villaggio is within a one mile walk to most sights in all different directions. It is centrally located to parks and restaurants and quite safe. The staff was genuine and spoke English and helped us navigate the various tours to the wineries and the Andes. A buffet breakfast was included. The breakfast staff was always available and fabulous; a clean environment, tables, and quick to replenish the various treats. We enjoyed the fresh fruits, juices, breads and rolls, eggs and bacon, coffee, and breakfast deserts. Early traffic noise is a problem, but overall our experience was great.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were most helpful for many things. When we first arrived they gave us a small but nice room that later in the day had a loud guest in the next room. We asked at the desk if they could move us and they did so immediately to a better room. And they were so nice about it! The staff names I remember that were especially helpful are Tomas, Emilia, and Manuel. We needed help with translation for our driver twice and they were so helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the nicest of all our hotels in Argentina/Brazil. It was not huge, but the best food, fresh fruit, good coffee, etc. And on our last day, we had family over that had stayed in a different place for breakfast for $10 per person. Very pleasant stay!! Good location in Mendoza.

Lovely luxury hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean & crisp. Staff was helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast had a good variety of options. Location was right in the middle of festive activities and very walkable. AC kept the nights comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Our flights changed and we were set to arrive a day early... on Christmas! They were so accommodating and welcomed us with a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby. We had a corner room with an excellent view of the mountains & the city. In our 3 days, we used almost all of the amenities: restaurant - dinner & breakfast (excellent selection included), wine tasting happy hour, pool, concierge, and laundry services. Not to mention the location, set on the Main Street and within walking distance of Arístides with so many bars & restaurants. All exceed expectations.

The hotel was nicely appointed, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of street noise, but rooms on the back were pretty quiet. The breakfast was typical for Argentina. There are several restaurants and shops just around the corner, and it's close to the center of town.

Loved this hotel. We got an upgrade via Expedia to a corner Mountain View room which was huge. Excellent selection at the included breakfast buffet restaurant. A ton of restaurants, most with outside cafe seating in both directions from the hotel. A safe, happening neighborhood. Mendoza was our favorite city on the trip. Be prepared for lots of wine and beef!

I loved that the Diplomat was fairly luxurious and yet still felt cozy and homey . The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was so amazingly comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the shower was heaven. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental style with plenty of choices of pastries, breads, fruit, cereal, fresh juices, coffee, and tea. Very nice. I thought the location was awesome. So many things are within walking distance.

The Modern Hotel was great! We stayed for 3 nights and ending up adding an extra night after we missed our flight from Mendoza. The free breakfast was pretty good, the biscuits were excellent! The pool was very nice and warm (almost like bath water) and was always empty. The hot tub was not working while we were there, but the pool was so warm that it wasn't necessary. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious and up to date. Free wireless in the room was also nice. The hotel is a few blocks from the main square (Plaza Indepencia) but the walk will only take you a matter of minutes and we felt safe during the day and coming back at night. The workers at the front desk were very helpful. After we missed our flight, we decided that we'd like to go on a few more wine tours during our extra day. A gentleman at the front desk arranged a driver for us along with touring 3 vineyards for a very reasonable price. He did this all within an hour on Easter Sunday! The restaurant in the hotel is nice as well. We ate dinner there one night after a long day of wine tours. It's a little overpriced compared to some of the restaurants that are in the city, but worth it for the convenience of being able to walk up to your room afterward. Great hotel!

A Modern Contemporaty Hotel. Just a few blocks from the heart of Mendoza. The saff was very helpful. Quiet and comfortable rooms, very clean and well kept. My room had a great view of the city and of the snow capped Andes beyond. A great buffet breakfast was included. All at a very resonable price.

My husband and I were delayed in Mendoza an extra night due to the air traffic control strike in Buenos Aires, not a bad place to be stranded, and we needed a hotel for an additional that was fairly close to the city center and the airport. Many hotels were already reserved for the evening, however, we were lucky enough to find this jewel of a hotel for a very good price with only an hour's notice/reservation through Expedia. Staff was very helpful. Everything was perfect except for the dinner at the hotel. The Modern was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet with the exception of the thunder storm. The walk to Independence Plaza is about 30 minutes by foot or less than 10 minutes by taxi. I would recommend this hotel to my best friend.

The staff, especially Audrea, at the reception are very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice about restaurants, tour information and transport. The hotel room is not very big but clean. The breakfast is good. Hotel provides chilled drinking water on first floor which is very helpful when you have a hot day. We really like it. The location is excellent for visiting parks, gardens and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

All the guys at reception were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. The pool was bigger than expected and clean. The breakfast was ok. The room itself (a single) was small/narrow, but comfortable enough. AC and the shower worked well.

Fantastic is the best way to describe our visit to Mendoza & we were so lucky to find a great hotel. The staff are excellent! Fabian & Rodrigo who work the morning shift couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant! They assisted us with so many details, like finding the best room, as we needed a larger one than what we'd booked & they were able to move us easily into a better suited room. They assisted in assuring our excursions were scheduled appropriately & even the evening staff gave us a sense of calm the night of the earthquake. The reception area & dining area is really beautiful & large & leads to the outdoor pool which is well cared for each morning & cleaned. The rooms were adequate size, not necessarily new or trendy, but very comfortable and clean. Also, the location is perfect, being close to the Plaza Indepencia, shopping, restaurants, etc. Buses all know how to find the Nutibara so being picked up for day trips was easy. The front door is also a security door, and anyone must be buzzed in. We liked that feeling of security. The breakfast is standard Argentine fare: Breads, Ham, Cheese, & a variety of beverages. We did try their kitchen food one evening & found it to be very good! There is no other option for us, any future visits to Mendoza will be accompanied by a reservation at the Nutibara!!

The lobby is nice. The hotel staff are nice and speak good English. I was a little worried about the room (paid a low rate) on below level floor towards the back. Seemed dark and dingy at first. But once I opened the curtains and window for fresh air, it was perfectly fine. I also didn't appreciate that because of its location it was very quiet at night. I stayed only one night, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Endless coffee with warm milk, pastries, yogurt, fruit. Overall I enjoyed my stay more than expected! If you will not be spending much time in your room like me, it is a great choice.

The Argentino Hotel is centrally located (a plus), within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was very attentive on arrival as well as on check-out. During our stay, they were helpful in organizing tours, arranging taxis. Their recommendations for restaurants were good, except for one recommendation (skip the Don Mario restaurant). We could not be more pleased with having selected this hotel (the food in the restaurant was also good).

It was amazing!!! And we had the nice suprise that the excellent large dinner buffet and breakfast was included in the price!!! Beautiful, all new, confortable, very quiet, luxurious surrounding, with a very nice pool to relax!

Great location just off the city square. Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Fluent in english. Hotel is near some of the best restaurants in Mendoza. It is close to the airport but not close enough to be bothered by airport noise. Our standard room was small but clean and comfortable. It has a small restaurant but the food and service was excellent. We arrived late and did not fell like going out so we were very surprised by the quality of the food and service. It is also close to the office of Trout and Wine the best wine tour operator in Mendoza!!

Our favourite thing about this accommodation was that it is literally Mercedes’ (the hosts) home, full of her incredible art and her lovely self. Whilst we still had the privacy of a private bathroom and coming and going whenever we liked and at what time we liked, it was a wonderful opportunity to see a more local side to Mendoza life whilst still being located right behind the main plaza. Mercedes is a great, vibrant lady and gave us some great tips on restaurants and events that were happening in the city. We were satisfied with the breakfast which was toast, butter, jams and coffee.

I really felt at home. I was very well received by the hosts. They were kind enough to provide me with a very comfortable private suite. For breakfast I had toasts, grape jelly, butter, milk and coffee. The apartment is really in the heart of Mendoza, very next to the main squares!

Location is indeed excellent, just one corner from the city's main square, generally a comfortable stay for a super affordable price

Hotel Crillon in Mendoza left a positive impression with its friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore Mendoza and its surroundings.

This hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Mendoza, very convenient for restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The hotel has a nice reception area and a good pool and garden across the road. There is a private car park next to it ( extra cost). However the room we had was small,dark, and old fashioned, with a small bathroom. You have to ask to have the air conditioning turned on, and initially we could not get it to work well, but then adjusted it and it was definately better. The wifi worked well. No TV channels in English.The room looked onto a back area which meant it was quiet and ideal for sleeping. Breakfast was okay but quite basic. However for the price we paid and the ideal location it was good value.

The best location for great restaurants, bars and plaza de independencia! Breakfast was ok, the pool was really nice and the staff was great.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's in a good central location near to restaurants. The hotel itself is really good - we had a deluxe King which was a great size - plenty of space. The bathroom had decent facilities but there was a slight 'drain' smell. Apart from that the room provided well for our needs. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a decent range of food - scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, as well as cereals, fresh fruit selection, yogurts, fresh fruit juice, pastries and toast, cheese and ham. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English, suggesting a good place to eat on our first night - and it was ( we even indulged in a spot of wine tasting there). They also helped sort out a taxi for the airport on our check out day. One of my few criticisms would be that the pool and fitness centre are pretty small . The 'gym' has only about 3-4 pieces of equipment and to get a lounger by the pool ( only about 5-6 available anyway) was nigh on impossible. But if you're just looking to cool off or catch a few rays then it's probably okay. Yes I'd recommend this place!

We liked the coffee, it was good, and so was the included breakfast. We would have liked the pool if the weather had been good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were a little on the older side. The room was clean and maintained. One of the toilet bolts was loose. In summary we enjoyed the hotel and we would return.

The cost/benefit ratio at the Amerian was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet met expectations, and the rooftop pool (albeit very small) was a nice place to cool off and enjoy the view. Located directly and the Plaza d'italia, close to many good restaurant and nightlife options, nice walk or jog to the San Martin Park.

My room was giant and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful with any questions I had. The hotel does not have a restaurant at night in case you are tired from a day tour send wanted to eat at the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful suggesting places near by. The Ceibo restaurant a block away is amazing!

The hotel is an easy walk to lovely parks and shopping streets. A couple of minutes to loads of cafes and restaurants. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a reasonable view towards the Mountains. It was USD10 Remis ride from airport and slightly less by taxi to the bus station.

Condor Suites in Mendoza, Argentina is a 3 star hotel with large rooms... kitchenette, dining area and a king bed. It was clean enough, not sparking however. The breakfast was fine. The desk help was good. The best thing is that it is on a quiet street in a neighborhood, yet close to walking to the city and good restaurants. We would stay there again. It's in a very safe neighborhood.

I was there with my family and considering the price we paid for the rooms we were all impressed, the rooms were really clean and I think that they were recently renewed as well, definitely a great value. Just 5 blocks away from all the restaurants, no need to pay for a taxi to go dinner!

The hotel staff in excellent, very polite and always willing to help. I was in a third floor double room. Although the room was in excellent condition, I noticed the rug on the corridor needed to be either glued again or replaced. One day there was no water, there must have been a problem with the water pump. So we left in the morning without taking our usual shower, however, when we returned from our meetings at 18:00 hours, the problem was fixed. Other than that, there were no more problems. The restaurant are is clean and the breakfast buffet selection is good. There are always fruit, juices, nuts, etc. One of the stong points about staying in this hotel is the location, which is superb.

Exceptional front desk staff at this NH hotel. We stayed in a junior suite with a small balcony. It was nice. Nice breakfast buffet. There is small pool on the first floor - nice temperature. We needed to see a medical doctor at one point and the amazing staff arranged for one within an hour at no cost. We would recommend

Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator company for 3 wine tastings and gourmet lunch. Don't hesitate. This was a great tour ❤️

The NH Cordillera was the perfect location for our trip to Mendoza for an amazing wine region experience. It is in the heart of the little city and everything is walking distance. Staff were very professional and all spoke English. They even kept my bottle of champagne from wine tasting in their kitchen to ensure it stayed cold. Breakfast was also well done.

I had a very positive experience. I was visiting for a week and took a two bedroom room. My daughter was staying with a family for 4 months for a college program. She had the option of staying with me on any nights. She ended up staying every night, though she had been staying with a family she adored. Upon arrival, our room was a first floor double where outdoor drilling was going on. When I asked the front desk if we could have another room away from the drilling, we were given a triple on the 5th floor with no extra charge for the duration of the time there The proximity to the cafes, bus stops, shopping and tour guide companies was wonderful. the Front desk was always helpful and polite when we had questions and would call a "remise" for us when we need a taxi. Someone there always spoke some English. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to a friend. We did not use the gym.jacuzzi/spa. They looked to be functioning well. I was pleased for the price. The downstairs computers were helpful for getting tickets printed out though I had to ask a person from the front desk for some help on the website (blame my limited Spanish). The maids were friendly and I never had a problem with security of objects. The front desk was always willing to hold a suitcase or backpack behind the counter, if concern for security. (ie laptaop, though we did not have a problem). WiFi set up was consistent and easy to set up. .

The room had a comfortable bed and furniture. The concierge service was amazing. The front desk ordered taxis, directed us to tourist areas and quickly solved problems with the room. The concierge english was very good. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices and lots of pastries on the top floor with amazing views.

A beautiful hotel, in mid Mendoza, lovely area, had a large room, for three adults to share. Spacious, great views. A great hotel. Staff were very helpful, rooms very clean.lots of restaurants around the corner. Small gym, but fully equipped.

We were lucky to get a reservation during Vendimia, the annual Wine Festival, the first weekend of March. The hotel is very centrally located to Sarmiento pedestrian mall, Independencia Plaza, shopping, restaurants and is close to the route of the festival parades. The penthouse dining room is about a 270 degree all glass view of the Andes Mountains foothills, with some of the higher mountains in the distance. The wrap around balcony offers great views. Individual room views may not be as great. The food and service was quite good. Staff are not at all bilingual, so work on your Spanish lessons before staying here. Room linens were quite nice.

We spent four nights here and it was a wonderful location. So near to all the interesting things to see in Mendoza. The staff was extremely helpful any time we asked a question and helped us organize our time. They were always pleasant. The breakfast was great and the room very comfortable. It was quiet.
