It was a very clean and comfortable place. I also had a great view. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs a slight adjustment is the shower water. You can tell when people are using the shower that the water runs hot rather than cold.

Went to Boise for my nieces wedding in another hotel downtown. We walked to and from the event across downtown and felt safe and had a great walk the hotel was clean our room was perfect with Mountain View gorgeous! The surrounding area was clean safe and family friendly lots to do will definitely come back

We loved our stay here! The lady checking us in was so so friendly (wish I caught her name) and Jay who was in the breakfast area was amazing. So friendly and helpful-she deserves a raise! You can tell she loved her job. The pool area was a big highlight for my 3 year old. We worked to 8th st area and found good places to eat. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will be back.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Had great suggestions for restaurants. Super friendly. You WANTED to chit chat with them. Breakfasts at the hotel were great and the dining area, including the background music, were very classy. Room and its bathroom were clean and comfortable. Hotel was a short walk to the Plaza on 8th St. where most of the restaurants were. Best restaurant, though, was the sushi place right around the corner from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and cozy. Nice that there’s coffee and tea in the lobby along with the afternoon cookies. Continental breakfast is a full breakfast. Noticed that a bowl of fruit, oranges and bananas are left out throughout the day for folks to have a healthy snack. Good idea and the fruit doesn’t go to waste.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel, each time is better than the last. We decided to get the king room with the jacuzzi tub, and when we checked in we were upgraded to one of the best rooms on the property! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay with a ticket for a free drink, $15 in room credits and the upgraded with a view room. Happy first anniversary to us with many many more to come.

Location was exceptional on the Boise River with easy access to the biking/ walking trail that runs for 25 miles along the river. Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are large decorated with beautiful photos of the area. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Clean. Yes, there are lots of conferences and activities going on along with live music at the on site outdoor restaurant but the music was wonderful and the business didn’t bother us . It felt very festive when walking around. Couldn’t hear anything when we were in our rooms. The outdoor heated pool is amazing and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes was one of the best we had after a month road tripping and after eating lots of hotel breakfasts!

The service is above and beyond! The front desk check in was very friendly and worked hard to get us a pet friendly room. The area the hotel is in is great! The room was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and wonderful shower. The breakfast is full restaurant service with a buffet and omelet station! Definitely not your typical free hotel breakfast!

The breakfast buffet is excellent. It is also kept open later than most, 11am and 12pm on weekends. The biscuits and gravy was extremely good. Lots of hot food and omelet bar. The staff was very friendly overall. The restaurant and bar by the pool was very fun and convenient. Parking was good. It's on the river which is fun.

very clean hotel, friendly staff large room (we had a suite), by far the best breakfast we had (we started 3 weeks ago in Vancouver via Yellowstone), wifi connection excellent, bathroom and amenities bery good, microwave cooking facilities, we arrived after long drive from Grand Teton NP, so long drive with 2 kids, felt like coming home. Kids enjoyed everything and especially the breakfast. Very nice coffee.

This is a great hotel, very well appointed in a very safe and upscale end of town. There are several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. As for breakfast it is the best I have had at this level of accommodation.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast menu and the coffee was excellent too. The front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a week at this location. We chose a first floor room since we have two young kids and were surprised to find 10” ceilings! Each suite has a large, comfortable West Elm couch and ottoman to lounge on, a great desk with plenty of electrical connections for charging your items, and lots of lighting. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. COVID cleaning protocols were observed. Housekeeping is automatically opted-out unless you request it. We were able to leave our garbage out in the hallway and have them pick it up without coming into the room. Drinks (including a bit of beer and wine) were available for purchase at the front desk. Mini fridge stayed really cold and worked nicely. Folks were sanitizing high touch areas and wearing their masks properly. Breakfast was unimpressive but I imagine it is heavily impacted by the pandemic. We will absolutely stay here again if visiting relatives in Boise/Meridian.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! I like everything about it. It was clean, well, maintain, beds in rooms. Well set up, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, the Jacuzzi and pool were amazing, the gym was adequate, and it’s got excellent access to the Boise River walkway. I plan on staying here when I come back next week!

Our front desk clerk at check in was amazing so friendly and welcoming, our room was nice very comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was warm not very big and no hot tub which was disappointing. Breakfast was amazing food was hot and soo many options but the breakfast staff was not friendly at all didnt smile nothing and the front desk check-out clerk was not friendly either. Very disappointing after such a welcoming staff at check in.

This property was clean and safe, but what really stood out what how much effort and energy were put into personal touches and making it an incredibly comfortable and welcoming space. The staff when above and beyond to make it a great stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool was heated and fun, there were personal touches like Broncos flags and painted murals, and there was a free and easy shuttle to and from the airport. It is not the most up to date hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here at the end of our Boise trip. It is in a good location and a short drive to many places we wanted to visit. We also walked to a nearby area with a river and trails. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. This is also the 2nd HIE I have stayed at this month with the coffee maker that makes fresh coffee on command in the lobby all hours. I really like it. The weather wasn’t good, so we didn’t swim in the outdoor heated pool. We did see a few people swimming. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from our 4th floor rooms.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay at this property while in town for work. I find this location very convenient for getting anywhere in the Treasure Valley. Restaurants nearby are easily walkable and I especially like its closeness to the Greenbelt for evening walks. The rooms/beds are comfortable and always very clean! I joined the free happy hour (beer, wine, snacks) they offer on Wednesday evening this visit and it was very enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back!

We went swimming in the outdoor pool, which was fun. The included breakfast was good and the front desk lady was very helpful when the hot water dispenser was empty in the breakfast area. The staff were all very friendly. I also loved that there were drinking fountains in the hotel with water bottle filling features--something I don't often see in hotels.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Service at the front desk was mixed - the guy who checked us in had an odd sense of humor and didn't seem to want to be there. The woman in the morning at checkout was amazing. Breakfast was convenient and nicely presented but I'd hoped for potatoes in Idaho and... no potatoes!! Location is great and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. This is now my go to hotel in Boise for business stays. it’s conveniently located to the airport and the central bench area. Clean and modern rooms with all the amenities you need. It’s quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a lively Applebee’s across the street that gives a discount to residents of Simple Suites.

The best part about my stay at Simple Suites was the staff. My house flooded and I had to quickly find accommodations for my roommates and me. We are pilots with different schedules, so scheduling individual times for a month duration was complicated. Kami and Ashlynn were super accommodating and empathetic about our situation. And then the insurance adjuster, Andrew Cunningham with Safeco texted me before he left for vacation that he doesn't think the insurance company with cover our accommodations, but would contact me a week later. So then, I cancelled all of our reservations and begin searching for places to sleep. Again, Kami and Ashlynn were amazingly professional and helpful. They clearly care about their guests. The room with kitchenette was clean and mostly quiet considering it's an extended stay hotel. I also felt safe.

Simple Suites doesn't appear to be a budget hotel so don't let the price fool you. It is very clean and appeared to be fairly new. Spacious and very comfortable. The towels were better than I had expected and of a good quality. I was surprised to find a shower dispenser so no tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles to fight with. My room was very quiet my entire stay. I stayed 2 nights, which meant there was no maid service.

Bathroom was immaculate, bedding of good quality. Coffee/tea available in lobby. Right near Boise airport but not noisy. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

I called the day before to request a "quiet room." Bill was extremely accommodating and get us a very quiet room at the end of a hallway. And, others on the staff were very helpful and friendly. The 2-queen bed room was spacious and nice looking. Breakfast (a very nice looking breakfast room) was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast = very good. A different meat every day (we were there for 5 nights) and lots of choices with everything else. Every day there was a rectangular, crispy, probably baked, potato cake (delicious). After all, "Famous Potatoes" is on the Idaho license plate. Two big pluses and two minuses, but it's still 5*****. Plus 1. Maybe the best lit hotel room I've ever been in. Overhead and floor lamps everywhere. Plus 2. Maybe the largest hotel fitness room I've ever been in. Huge. Lots of equipment. And, a good-sized indoor pool. Minus 1. Their address. You can be fooled by the West Overland address. VERY hard, I thought, to get into the mall (hotel is smack in the middle of a shopping center) from West Overland. EASIER: from West Spectrum Street, behind the Cracker Barrel. Minus 2. The light above the sink is terrible for shaving!

..........yes, there are several "buts" 1. The pressure in the shower was terrible. I did try all the "settings." 2. The light above the sink is terrible for shaving. Just terrible! 3. It would be really "nice" for the hotel to recycle....have some recycling containers around, at least one in the lobby. 4. This is pretty common to all hotels, but it seems that the trash cans in the room tend to be not very wide (they are "tiny"). And, once housekeeping stretches a plastic bag across the top, there is no "depth" for trash, which sits on top of a piece of plastic, rather than IN the can. 5. The "business center," which consists of a computer and printer is smack in the middle of the lobby. No chair. But, the printer worked! With that said, there are tons of pluses: Good-sized and comfortable 2-queen room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with excellent coffee. A laundry room with a really cheap-to-run washer and dryer. And, on this trip, I learned how convenient the hotel is to downtown and places east and west. After leaving the hotel, if you catch a couple of green lights, you can be on an interstate to downtown in 5 minutes or less and then it's just a few minutes to downtown.

This hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Pool and hot tub are clean and warm. The double queen room with kitchen was clean, spacious and well stocked. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Very pleasantly surprised with LA Quinta. It was very clean, friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, swimming pool nicely heated and the hot tub wasn't slimy and full of chemicals. If there's any advice to give would be to revamp the breakfast. It was probably one of the worst hotel breakfast we've had. Location was absolutely perfect! Would we stay here again. Absolutely. We have another baseball tournament and I will be booking here again.

The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The facility was well maintained and clean. They were able to accommodate my request for a walk in shower which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in Meridian 5 nights for baseball tournament. The hotel was a highlight. Close to the freeway, restaurants, stores, baseball fields, gas station, etc… the deluxe room was worth the extra spend. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Felt like a small apartment. The pool was busy but very nice and felt clean. The breakfast was great. Only gripes we had was the lack of water - water fountain elementary school style was not great, and the elevator was miserably slow. We ended up using the stairs and grabbing bottles of water from the gas station. Would strongly recommend this property for quick stays and long stays alike. I’m a frequent traveler and La Quinta is growing on me. Our team is planning on coming back to this tournament next week and we will most likely stay here again.

This hotel was a five star experience from top to bottom. I was here on business and it started with a shuttle arriving shortly after calling. The driver was friendly and quick. The front desk employee was nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the fluffy pillows and the blackout cover for the window. The shower was warm and had a nice pressure. And we capped it all off with biscuits and gravy for breakfast with orange juice that wasn’t watery. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I’d gladly stay here again! Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was standard for a complementary breakfast. I liked the kilbasa style sausage but missed cold cereal until I bought a box. Room was clean, large, and bed was comfortable. It is next to a travel center which was equivalent to a well stocked 7-11.

The hotel was a very nice surprise. They have updated the rooms with wonderful decor; new carpet, tile is bathroom was very tastefully done; the shower was very nice, lots of room to spread out and relax. I stayed in a suite which was a nice change to the normal King but got to view both and they were both excellent choices. Tracey was an absolute gem to work with; had a small issue with my fridge and she had it swapped out that morning- no problem. The hot tub was very comfortable and hot, the pool has a fence with a nice artificial barrier so the view of the parking lot is not there. The spa includes a dry and wet sauna and the little "store" in the front lobby was satisfactorily supplied for those quick drinks or dinners. There is a nice outside pergola with cusioned chairs and fire pit. The convenience of this locations can be an asset for those traveling as you are literally right next door to the truck stop for fuel, snacks, showers (truckers) and a full resturant which we ate at and it was good family style food. You are not near a residential area so walking to someplace is not recommended. And the noise from the highway is definately there but the hotel provided small earplugs for those that are light sleepers. Thank you Tracey for you wonderful hospitality and professionalism. Your staff that worked the desk day and night were wonderful as was the convenient and quick shuttle service to the AP- I would stay here again for the quick access.

My visit was actually March 2024 - however, dates to list on the menu stopped in October of 2024. I meant to write this review much sooner! My apologies. This was my first stop on a 3 week road trip to the MidWest. I had unexpected car trouble just 10 miles away from the ID/OR border. I called the hotel and was reassured that there was no issue with me being late! I did arrive approximately two hours later than planned and was exhausted. Front staff was very welcoming and helpful. I bought a TV dinner in the little shop by the desk. I thoroughly appreciated the welcome note in my room from the manager!! Bed was extremely comfortable and after a great night’s visit, I had a wonderfully complete breakfast and left on my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a fellow traveler.

Travelled to Boise for a sports event, used my Hyatt points to book a room. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel offering basic breakfast. Comfortable beds and hot shower, plenty of free parking on site. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was given an early check in as my room was ready. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The best thing I can say about this location is that it was quiet making for a good nights sleep. That was much appreciated. Really good staff. The breakfast was excellent with comfortable seating. The room was clean, the bath was large and clean. Very good WiFi experience. Other than the room the hotel was not especially clean.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and a lovely heated indoor pool! We travel every 6 months for our son's doctor appointments. The road trip is long and stressful. Arriving to the Hyatt is always welcoming. We enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping stores, and the freeway.

Property is very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. Nice jacuzzi and indoor pool. Plenty of grate eateries across the street and easy access to I84 freeway.

Bar and restaurant staff are awesome. Specialty Yexis and Dalton! Front ends staff are also great. The food from the restaurant Burger Theory is also very tasty and fresh. The folks running the front desk are very helpful. This place is clean! Never have seen a mess inside or out!

Great place to stay in Nampa ID. Clean quiet, friendly staff. Comfy Beds and pillows. They also have a restaurant called “Burger Theory” with sit down seating or at the Bar. Great place for food and cocktail's. They have some of the local beers on tap.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, front desk staff were very friendly. Pool area was nice. Easily accessible to many restaurants and a lot of shopping options. Only negative was the breakfast buffet is very overpriced for what is available and the woman working in there so unprofessional, talking on her cell phone and very unkept. The little market next door had a lot of fresh options.

The breakfast was just ok to be paying 10 in advance and onsite it was 12.50, little pricy when we have stayed at the Fairfield down the street and the breakfast is included and the buffet if so, much bigger (more available). The service was good but not like bend over to make sure your happy, the onsite restaurant in the evenings was exceptional, great food and there the service was excellent and friendly.

This hotel is an A+ in every way. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed by staff who genuinely care. We were offered cookies and ice water at the desk. Although the hotel is 2 years old it is kept up so well it looks brand new. The rooms are large and quiet. The pool and exercise areas are well maintained as well. The breakfast room staff were very attentive and the food selections were plentiful and the entire area was spotless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This NO hands down was an amazing hotel and one of the BEST we have ever stayed in. The front desk was always friendly, the food court area went above and beyond to keep things top notch and their friendly crew was exceptional. We came for not so great reason and they made our stay so comfortable. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy and they were so accommodating to our needs.

We stayed at this hotel with many family and friends for a wedding. I can not say enough great things about the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire weekend. Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and very updated. The beds as usual were so very comfortable. I have yet to stay at Holiday Inn Express that did not impress me.

There was a whole room just for guests to do their work on their computers. Everything was very modern by design. They had complimentary hot chocolate and coffee. Also a tiny little convenience store for any essentials. The breakfast was amazing. So many options and completely your choice on how much you wanted. The receptionist was very friendly. Sadly the pool was closed :( beds were clean and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants and other activities. Also easy access to parking garage.

The location was amazing- I was there for a concert at the Ford Idaho Center and it was walking distance. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. We did not have the continental breakfast. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a comfortable chair for relaxing in. The bathroom was spacious, clean and new.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the clean, oversized king room. It had a large walk in shower and adequate vanity space. We took advantage of the wet bar to prepare meals. The large desk served as a dining table. It lacked two chairs but another was devised with an ottoman. There was plenty of storage space for all of our luggage. The bed was well made and the mattress was very comfortable. The room was quiet after dark when traffic died down. The windows may be opened. There was no masking of staff or fellow guests. The breakfast offerings as expected at a Hampton Inn with bread slices individually wrapped and plastic gloves for food handling. There were hot items and grab and go bags. We would stay here again when in town for the convenient location, the cleanliness and the comfortable bed.

CHECK IN: The check-in was easy and the front desk staff were so nice and we were able to get to our room in no time. ROOM: We had a king room. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a side chair that you could use at the desk and a 2 person love seat. The room was very clean and looked well attended to. BATHROOM: The bathroom had everything that we needed to be able to get ready for our day. Towels were plentiful and there was room on the counter to be able to place all of your toiletries. There was a night light which was a nice touch to be able to see in the middle of the night without waking your partner. AMENITIES: Coffee pot in room and coffee tasted good. Small size refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast was standard fare; bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, juices, fruit, breads, bagels. LOCATION: Right near the Idaho Center and a Dutch Bros coffee close by was conveniently located

We found our room comfortable, clean and fresh. Very quiet. The handicap shower had a curtain that was 2 to 3 above the floor so the water flowed into the bathroom and required several towels to wipe up. Need lonnger shower curtains for handicap showers.

My wife and I stayed here during a business trip to Boise. First, its ideally situated near the airport and downtown Boise, restaurants, etc. There are also a couple restaurants you can walk too. The hotel staff was extremely nice—everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful—we really felt welcomed! The room was a nice size, the bathroom had a good walk-in shower and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a nice breakfast that included items such as pre-prepared omelets, sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and several other items—it was a good, solid breakfast. Overall, we really liked everything about our stay. We highly recommend you stay here. We’d definitely come back!

Came in at midnight for check-in and was immediately greeted and taken care of within minutes. Room was clean, bathroom was well stocked, shower had good temperature and pressure. No offputting smells at all. Air conditioner was working well. Even though the hotel was near an airport, I couldn't hear the planes and slept through the night without any issues. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet. Got there at 8, so I'm not too sure what it'll be like later in the morning, but at that time there were lots of options and everything seemed fresh. Cinnamon rolls, eggs, pork sausage, orange and POG juice, milk, and coffee were all tasty. Was able to check out, return the rental car and get through the security gate at the airport within 30 minutes!

I spent a few nights here over the busy Memorial Day weekend and for the most part found this to be a solid choice particularly if you are flying in or out of the nearby airport. I requested an upgrade via email based on my IHG elite status and received a prompt response saying that I would be upgraded based on availability which unfortunately didn't work out but they still put us in a top floor room with extra floor space. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and modern. I always appreciate the yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast at Holiday Inn Express hotels and this hotel was no exception. I particularly appreciated the fact that breakfast hours go until 10am everyday so you can actually feel like you're on vacation and sleep in a little. The only reason I didn't rate this property "excellent" was because they forgot to clean our room which was disappointing.

Very clean facilities from when you first walk into the building carrying on throughout, including our room. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and very nice pillows too. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly, professional and efficient. Very tasty breakfast as well!

High quality, professional, modern, comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 3am but someone was there and they had a to-go breakfast ready for me. Also close to downtown Boise. Highly recommended!!!

The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and catered to most tastes with a variety of offerings. The pool/hot tub were clean but show a little wear and tear on the surfaces. The only suggestion I would add regarding the pool area is to add more chairs and definitely some small tables. Our room was comfortable and clean but the tub surface was showing wear and the unit is in need of being replaced. Overall, a nice, comfortable place to stay with a friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My fiancé had never been to Nampa and were visiting some winerys while in town, but the hidden gem of the stay was the hotel bar and the bartender Richard. Rich was amazing charismatic and an amazing bartender. We had no need to go find somewhere to get a drink we simply went downstairs and sat at the bar talked with Rich and other guests and had an absolute blast. Overall the trip was great and Rich was for sure the cherry on top of it all. Will most definitely be staying at this hotel again

We really liked this location from its large parking lot to the unique public areas inside. Very easy to find with good amount of parking. Very friendly and quick check in. In the halls there are numerous sitting areas and alcoves, some with a TV or a fireplace. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was a typical IHG spread, which includes hot and cold food. I also took advantage of tg6e gym and laundry rooms, and both were clean and well maintained. We would stay again and do highly recommend.

The property is clean and safe. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Easy access to main roads (traffic lights). The staff members were friendly and very polite! Breakfast was really good and the staff did an excellent job keeping the food service area and dining tables clean. Plenty of seating. If back in the area, will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean, great breakfast bar. Will book here again on next visit to Nampa. Friendly, helpful service from everyone. Restaurants, stores & conveniences nearby. Rented a car, didn’t need the airport to shuttle service on this visit, but will look for it on the next one.

This hotel is amazing. The room had a small kitchenette with a full size refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a small peninsula with 2 stools. The living room had nice wood burning fireplace, couch, chair & TV. Double French doors led into the downstairs bedroom with its own private bath. The bed was super comfy with freshly laundered sheets & pillowcases. Around the corner from this downstairs bedroom were the stairs leading up to the 2nd bedroom (loft). You could look down into the living room from the loft area which was actually very private. This upstairs bedroom had its own private bathroom too. We were in Building 9 on the top floor. Each building has 4 "apartments", 2 on the bottom & 2 on top and the area was very quiet. Hot or cold breakfast is served from 7 am -10 am and included fresh oatmeal, pastries, sausage, eggs, bacon, toast, 2 waffle making machines, cold cereals, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea & water. It was fresh and good. The dining area was clean and cozy.

Comfortable stay, it felt like an apartment which was good. very quiet. breakfast was good the only thing i would change with breakfast is have the same food everyday, i enjoyed the breakfast sandwich on the first day but it was only for that day. staff was friendly and helpful, they had homemade cookies out everyday that were delicious.

Staff really nice and welcoming. The ambiance of this property is really nice. We had a king suite which had a full kitchen. The king bed was really comfortable (supportive but soft on top). Everything felt very spacious. The property was very quiet and felt very safe. The breakfast in the morning was better than most. Had bacon and boiled eggs. We bring our own coffee but it looked like they had a variety of strength options. Parking was right outside our door. The hotel location was right next to a park and the dog park was a 7-minute drive away on the other end of the park. That dog park is really nice.

We loved our stay at this Residence Inn! The rooms were spacious with everything we needed for the night. The bed and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with multiple healthy choices like fruit and steel-cut oats with various toppings. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We stayed near the back on the first floor and it was quiet there. Kudos to housekeeping as the room was immaculate! We'll be back.

I stayed here for Independence Day due to it's location to Ann Morrison park which had fireworks. Great location to walk over to the park. It's also a quick free shuttle ride to down town (which the hotel provided twice for us). Pick-up was also offered, but we walked back (which is about a mile). Bring or rent a bike and you can ride miles of trails next to the Boise river. I also believe the pick-up to "float the river" is close by. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and large. Free breakfast and dinner. My only request is that they upgrade to a King bed (I think it was a queen). Other than that, I will stay here again.

This place was seriously great. I have stayed at several hotels in both Meridian and Eagle and this was by far the nicest. The room was big, clean, and quiet! Not only did I never hear anyone talking through the walls, when someone in the hallway did close a door, I could hardly hear it, and if I did, it sounded muffled because the insulation is so good on the place. Without even asking, the worker at the desk upgraded me to a room with a balcony which I highly appreciated. Honestly, even the breakfast here was the best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. I will 100% stay here from now on when I visit the area.

There was no mention that there was a charge for having a dog anywhere. But when we got to hotel there was a $75 charge fir having our yorkie. Homewood Suites said they told Hotels,com. But i didnt see it anywhere, i just saw that it was pet friendly. Otherwise, the beds were super comfortable and soft comfy pillows! Clean and quiet. A great restaurant across the parking lot as well. More fine dining like.

We have high expectations, and we were very impressed with Homewood Suites Eagle Boise. It was super clean, there were nice upgrades (like fun added lights under kitchen cabinets, around the bed frames, and behind the vanity lights-- nice kitchen faucet, full size dishwasher and fridge, lamps, motion light switches, really comfy pillows, etc.). We LOVED the blackout blinds that actually get the room really dark (perfect for afternoon naps and with young children!). We loved the queen bedroom suite, the living room/kitchen area was roomy, and the bedroom was really big- fit a dog crate, pack n play, two queen beds, dresser, desk, luggage, and armchair with plenty of walking space! Loved the pet-friendliness. The breakfast was excellent. My favorite part was the oatmeal and the cheesy scrambled eggs. Our only complaint was that the pool area floor was SUPER slippery! 5 out of 10 people in our group slipped hard on the floors. When getting out of the pool and walking very slowly its still really hard to walk without slipping. I'm surprised nobody has gotten hurt badly enough for them to change it. It is made from a wood-look tile (I think?) and seems like it's not meant for around a pool.

We had an amazing time. Every little detail wowed us . From the continental breakfast to the room it was fantastic. The continental breakfast had everything you need. The lobby had games for our children to pay. A basketball court and outside patio games . The room was spacious and we all fit with a full kitchen. It was amazing . The outside looks gorgeous and it’s right next to a park that had it all. We went for a soccer tournament and it was only 5 mins away.

Hands down a wonderful hotel! Staff were assertive to your needs and extremely professional but personable! The King Suite with balcony was amazing room that’s makes your stay not feeling like your in a hotel room! Breakfast was amazing and the chefs were so nice! I spoke with several people from different states and we all agreed, one heck of a nice hotel and one we would return to!

Great location, easy to access off of I 84. Clean, well kept exterior, grass and dog areas. The room was spacious with a sitting chair and desk with the king bed. It was really quiet and peaceful. Lots of hot water in the shower. Breakfast area was very nice with lots of seating and breakfast choices. Great coffee and available 24 hours a day.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Normally we would be arriving late at night and leaving the next morning, so not a lot of time to enjoy it. We attended a tennis tournament this time so we had time to enjoy the neighborhood, nearby restaurants and the terrific breakfast. The staff was beyond helpful and so nice. The carpet cleaner worker was there every day and so friendly as we walked by . The other customers were very considerate at breakfast and not pushy. The breakfast room was open any time for coffee and reading near the lobby .Thanks so much!

Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy.

Place was quiet, even with our room by the elevator. Desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly but most importantly it was clean throughout. Breakfast choices good and great coffee. Would stay here again.

Honestly was one of the best hotel stays. I’m super picky on my choices in hotel and this on was very comfortable, clean, spacious and everyone who worked there that I encountered was super nice. The breakfast option is made to order or you can use their grab and go bar which were all clean and fresh fruit and pastries. Loved it. ALSO I was worried about parking because of the reviews but the parking garage is in the same parking lot, there’s always parking available (when I was there) and it only about 10 steps from the hotel building and your key card lets you in and out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boise ID.

Mark at the front desk made pleasant conversation while checking us in. He asked if we would prefer a 1st or 2nd floor room and explained amenities of hotel. He said to let him know if we needed any help. His demeanor was friendly, courteous and welcoming. This is our second time staying here. Rooms have older finishes and parking lot views but are very clean and comfortable. We appreciate that restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk across the parking lot. Property is in a well lit business area and feels safe. Morning breakfast had options and was good.

When I checked in she was very kind and helpful. I decided to stay an extra day and another woman was at front desk and added another day easily. The location has been perfect. Breakfast was great, location was good for us, our room was terrific and we enjoyed having the jacuzzi in our room. The pool and spa were a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel because it had airport in its name. It was very quiet and comfortable. I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and spent a long time soaking in it which was great after hours of driving. The tub would easily have held two people. Breakfast was pretty good, including lots of hot choices. I would stay again.

My wife and I are a month into an 8,500 mile road trip around the US, and we have stayed in a number of motels during our travels. We award 3 stars to a hotel that meets our needs; 4 stars to one that has something extra to recommend it such as extra friendly staff and or a recent remodel; 2 stars to one we wouldn’t want to stay in again. We almost never award 1 star or 5 stars. Something has to be exceptionally wrong or surprisingly wonderful to merit those. Comfort Suites Airport in Boise earned 5 stars, mostly based on the quality of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the impeccable cleanliness. We slept in too late to sample the breakfast, but we’re not big on breakfast anyway. The suite was beautiful. My one suggestion for improvement: There is a comfy couch, perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Unfortunately there is insufficient light near the couch to make reading possible.

This well-kept hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. It has a trendy vibe with a nice feeling of excellence. The bed was very firm- too firm for me. Otherwise the linen and pillows were what I expect from Marriott. There is in room coffee and fridge but no microwave. Coffee in the lobby is for purchase and the gal working there on Sunday morning could learn a thing or two about customer service. Ordered dark roast drip, she came back with light roast while she told us they were out of dark roast. I wasn’t happy about paying for drip coffee in the lobby to start with so of course it irked me. Walking distance (couple blocks) to some casual restaurants. Also just a couple blocks to the greenway bike path. We brought bikes and the front desk folks were gracious about storage off the lobby. There was ample parking around the facility- plenty of space for our large truck.

Staff greeted me as a valued guest, the room were clean, bathroom spotless and the location is within walking distance for any restaurants. My only complaint is that I did not have an extra pillow as requested, but all in all it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

The rooms were perfect. They were cozy and extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed the view out onto the courtyard. We were there only in passing, on our way to Seattle, but it was a restful and comfortable sleep.

The hotel, outside spaces and the room were clean and well maintained. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only thing missing is free continental breakfast, not a deal breaker. Downtown and the Capitol building are a 10 minute walk, easy to do.

The reception staff provided exceptional service and very friendly. The recently renovated room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was satisfactory and consistently replenished. Overall, the value for the price was excellent.

Nice place to spend a night. All the amenities are there including a refrigerator and microwave for warming up a late night snack. Can’t say enough about the staff- so friendly and accommodating. Got a great recommendation for a Mexican seafood restaurant just 5 minutes away! We always love the included breakfasts- more value for your money. As always, the room was clean, the bed was super comfy and there was plenty of hot water. What’s not to like? My only suggestion- our shower/tub could have used a non slip mat. Need to use care when rinsing off the soap or shampoo. Otherwise, another great stop on the trip itinerary!

Easiest check in process honestly, if you are looking for a hotel that has a pool..they do not and sites like booking.com will tell you that the hotel has a pool. The hotel can't help that part so I'm not going to complain about it. Front desk staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and it smelled clean once you walked into the building. It is really refreshing, especially when a hotel says that they serve breakfast and they actually do, not just granola bars. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good place to sleep but first hotel that I've been to that you are not allowed to sit in the foyer area without the receptionist coming to ask why you are and asking if you're a guest there. Night shift clerk was very concerned about anyone who was in the common areas after 10 pm. Breakfast was provided but not always stocked withthing the one morning there was no Biscuits for Biscuits and gravy. There was guests that used English muffins instead because they were avaliable. The next morning the bacon was out as well as the apple juice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows left more to be desired very soft and not supportive. Plenty of plugs and USB ports in the lamps to recharge electronics. Pool and Hottub were relaxing. Seems strange to enter the fitness room which is in the pool area with your room key which is necessary to use to access the pool area, very redundant. Plenty of Parking around the hotel. No elevator to access the second floor only stairs. If you're outside your room sitting in the foyer or on the patio the night receptionist will come ask you what you are doing and question you about being a guest ther even when you're staying multiple days. Never stayed anywhere else that guests were not allowed to be in the Lobby areas or patio before.

This older hotel has a beautifully remodeled atrium. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and well-cared for. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. We will definitely return as we visit Boise several times a year.

This is our first stay in a Tru by Hilton Hotel. It is very modern, well designed an d efficient in a minimalist way. They have designed the rooms to get the maximum use from minimal space. We had a King bed room. The photos in the description on the site are very accurate. If you are looking for a large motel room with lounging and relaxing space this is not the right choice, however if you want to save some money and are looking for efficiency with some in room amenities then this should suit you well. The bed was pretty comfortable, There is a chair in the room that is also efficient and not uncomfortable. The television is huge. The floors are all tile/laminate, so no carpet which I think is probably a plus. The bathroom is decent size with a nice large shower with no tub, which we never use anyway. We happened to be in a room which faced due east and when the sun came up in the morning and the shades were open it was obvious that the shelf that the TV sat on and the TV stand itself had a little dust build up, but it wasn't so bad that you would notice it any other time. The large windows had a good black out blind to keep the sun out when you didn't want it. The one issue that we did have was that we were on the east side of the hotel which is very close to Eagle Road in Meridian and the traffic is heavy and loud. If you are sensitive to the traffic sounds, ask for a room on the west side. 1 very small refrigerator, no microwave. Very friendly service.

Very modern hipster-styled hotel (love it or hate it!). Has lots of places to sit in the lobby, and lots of nice seating outside to enjoy a quiet evening. Has some limited alcoholic beverage options - nice. Great to have a pool table and various games in the lobby. The rooms are smallish yet nice and everything is setup for space-consciousness. Room flooring is vinyl, which can be good or bad. Water pressure at the Meridian ID location is bad with the shower at least, sink and toilet are fine. Breakfast is pretty decent with many offerings. Coffee is so hot the McDonald's lawsuit comes to mind. It's like they use 212F water in it...I know a few like that, but it's abnormal. Pool is nice but smaller, hot tub is excellent and large with long run times on the jets. Overall a good experience here and would recommend.

I had a quick check in the two gentlemen at the desk were very kind about the bug problem they were having and explaining it to me, and when I went to grab something to eat, I came back and asked them if it was a safe hotel, the gentleman behind the desk said yes, but if you feel more comfortable, please park in the front I thought that was very kind Considering I wasn’t a gold card member, the breakfast was very lacking. The coffee was awful, but thankfully there was a Starbucks about 10 minutes down the road so it made my morning very enjoyable overall it was a great day and I would stay there again!

The hotel was quiet and comfy. The staff was very helpful. I had no complaints and was surprised when i found the complimentary coffee. Plus being able to walk over to a place for Dinner was great to stretch the legs

Property was a bit older, however, well maintained. The most amazing part of this property was Aubrey at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful over the phone. Than, thoughtful, thorough, and very sweet upon check in ! We were incredibly exhausted from movers being at our home for 11 hours that day. Aubrey was wonderful!

It was amazing wish there was one everywhere I traveled. Rooms were mini apartments and didn’t rob the bank. The staff were amazing so helpful polite and professional. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Excellent hotel. Dominic at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as we made the reservation by phone and also when we arrived. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The suite included a complete kitchen - two burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, knives, pots, pans, mixing bowls, kitchen towels - everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay with the ability to eat in your own room. There was a very nice complimentary, hot, breakfast buffet every morning too. We used the self-serve laundry onsite and it was great. The gym and indoor pool were very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!

Very happy with our stay. Two-bedroom suite exceeded our expectations. Very roomy, clean, actual doors, great pressure from the shower/bath combo, multiple TV's, work desk away from the 'living room', plenty of pillows, kitchenette necessities all of the things that hit my list. No time for the pool but I did notice how nice and inviting it looked. I'm not a hotel breakfast 'buffet' patron. I've had rubber eggs, hotel pancake's/waffles, cold cereal before, as long as there is coffee, I'm ok. Our daughter went down both mornings came back with a 'meh' for the selection at breakfast. Teenager, take it from that point. Parking was no problem we came and went at all hours. Now my complaint and it has nothing bad concerning the hotel. It's the two main roads that intersect where the hotel is located. Eagle Rd. runs North/South the crossroad Overland runs East/West when it comes time to leave the hotel to return to Meridian or the Interstate the ONLY exit from the hotel is westbound on Overland. You have to get creative to return East or North in VERY heavy traffic. If you have appointments in Meridian or anywhere off the Interstate even if your GPS say's 2.2 miles away don't rely on that because IT WILL take some effort to navigate with u- turns to go north or east. Ask some of the staff if they have a solution for getting back into Meridian. There could be a less frustrating route that we didn't see.

We had a 1 bedroom kitchen suite because we are eating in during COVID times. The front desk person on Sep 12 gave us a top floor room away from noises. He was super sweet and also brought us a lightbulb when we realized on of the lamps needed one. The suite is huge! Lots of space to walk around in, and two closets to store your stuff. Kitchen was fully stocked and you can borrow mixers and blenders too. The king bed was super comfortable and we heard no road noise. There are two TVs and a dining table for 4. Everything looked new and clean. Rooms were better than Residence inns. The best part was they had breakfast. At a time when hotels are paring back services, they went out of their way to provide a clean breakfast. You can walk up to the front desk and get prepackaged omelettes, bagels, yoghurt, cereal and fruits. They are all individually packaged. Super impressed with the rooms and service. I will look for Townplace suites for my other stays too.

Rally nice hotel. The staff was great and helpful when asked. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Really liked the room. The outstanding thing was the breakfast. There were so many choices. The choices were great, and some were unusual. If we are ever in the Boise area we would stay here again.

The room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable. Front Desk staff was friendly and professional.

Reading a lot of the reviews I expected staff to be rude- I experienced the exact opposite! Everyone was so kind, helpful and easy to talk to. The room was very cozy and quiet and we got amazing sleep on our long journey back home.

Only complaint is that the pool is under construction and we didn't know that until after we checked in, maybe they could of stated that in their advertisement but other than that it was super clean quiet and it's right next to the freeway so it's an easy going way of getting to your choice of entertainment, I will definitely stay again but hopefully the indoor pool is complete and oh yeah the staff is super friendly.

Everything was a perv, and I say that because the price was 2/3 less than any other same style HOTEL. And I had a restaurant right on premises that was delicious Indian food. Very helpful and wonderful staff. Aiden was a pleasure to check us in late at night. I look forward to coming back.

This was the BEST place I have ever stayed while vacationing. The room was super clean and comfortable and fully stocked with so many amenities, it was better than home! 😃 Full kitchen with coffee maker with coffee supplied for my 3 day stay, bottles of drinking water in the full size fridge with ice maker, oven and microwave, kitchen cooking pans and kitchen tools, cups, dishes and silverwarkleenex, paper towels, a washer and dyer with laundry soap, dryer sheets and even a laundry basket. So many details are given to the needs of the guest. I requested a ground floor room because I am recovering from a broken hip and they gave me the first room in the hall, so very convenient. I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were very cordial and efficient.

The room is like a studio apartment, minus an oven, so it is very comfortable size, and has almost everything you need for an extended stay. However, it is also nice for an overnight. The hotel is brand new, in excellent shape, with modern design aesthetics. I dig it. I also like the free coffee machine in the lobby, offering many types of coffee drinks. Nice place, I would definitely consider staying again. It is not really a walkable area for getting out for dinner or coffee, at least it didn't seem like it last night, so I took my car. But otherwise, a very good experience.

I really like this property. My last stay 2 months ago was perfect. I appreciate the kitchen and all the things you need to make a basic meal. It’s convenient to grocery and other shopping as well. I like that there is someone at the desk for late check in. I arrived at 10:00 pm. This time my room wasn’t quite the same. It was little things like the clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, the disposable salt and pepper set wasn’t a new set, so nothing big but noticeable. Fortunately the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Things were rectified quickly. Overall the space was clean. I will definitely stay again when I visit the Boise area.

I was traveling to the area for business and waited until the last minute to make a hotel reservation. This hotel popped up when searching for a room and I am so glad it did. I have found my home away from home when traveling to Nampa. This hotel is new, and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious I felt like I was in my own studio apartment. I loved the area outside in the evenings by the fire pits in the most relaxing chairs ever. Socializing with some of the other guests was so much fun and the staff gave some fantastic suggestions for places to go for dinner while there. I travel every couple weeks to Nampa and will always stay at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and book a room there, you won't regret it.

The property we stayed at didn’t have a garden, but it had an awesome BBQ/Grill/Out Door area! Our stay wasn’t long enough to use it, however it was really nice! The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly! You couldn’t ask for better service. The room was clean, quiet, and I would feel safe if I were traveling alone. The area has several places to eat within walking distance. Most importantly it’s worth the price! The room is like a studio apartment.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of cross country trip and it was the most relaxing hotel. We visited thus far. It is very modern and clean. The room was unusually large with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We felt that parking was very safe and the employees were kind and welcoming. We did not use the outdoor grills fitness area or the multiple outdoor patios, but if we stayed longer, we certainly would have enjoyed them.

Room was like a large studio. The Everhome in Cheyenne, WY is like an apartment. I only stayed one night, so the layout and room size were fine. Bed was comfy, walk-in shower was fantastic. I never could get their TV and my phone to connect for casting, which the welcome screen suggests, but the cable/ satellite package was fine. The coffee pot in my room would send Luke warm water through the coffee pod. It worked after 3 tries. I had to leave early due to weather and travel time. I would stay here again.

After reading bad reviews of this place I was worried about staying and almost cancelled our stay. I am glad I didn't. Our room was very good, spacious and clean with a large bathroom with a bath and shower that worked well. The kitchen area had a very large fridge freezer, sink, microwave and hob, all spotlessly clean. It also had a large TV and plenty of storage. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the very small pillows. The hotel operates a cleaning by request service. You pay extra for the cleaning if you require it. If you need clean towels or bed linen etc you can change it at reception, or wash it yourself in the hotel guest laundry. There is a free to use gym. Also a vending machine in the lobby. The car parking is free and plentiful. There is food available close by. If you want a cheap hotel in Meridian this place is for you. I found it to be perfect for us. We stayed for 17 nights and it saved us at least £1000 compared to other hotels in the area. .

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Room was simple, modern and clean. There was a small but comfortable kitchenette in it. You can use own kitchen items or disposable ones or rent them in the reception (pots, cups, plates etc.). Good value for money - longer you stay, less you pay. Very good location - close to highway. Very big parking lot. I had everything what I expected (exactly what was written on the hotel website).

It is a basic hotel, on arrival it was spotlessly clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile. There is an on site Gym, and a laundry. There is a coffee machine in the reception area, and a vending machine in the foyer. There are many places to eat or drink close by and a huge free car park The room. Our bedding and towels were changed once during our stay but you could ask and pay if you needed it done more often. The kitchen area had a large fridge freezer, sink, hob, microwave oven and bin. If you wanted crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans etc you just asked at reception. Bathroom was spacious with a bath, great shower, sink and toilet. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well keeping us cool in 110 degree heat. Room also had a desk 2 chairs and an arm chair. Plus the usual storage and a TV. It was a nice touch to find a clock and telephone in the room too.

No thrills room. Clean, roomy and its like a small studio. Quiet and conveniently located. Easy to get to with only one round about. Night time it can get tricky, but it’s not bad. Staff may not be a desk, but wait wasn’t long. No coffee or extras in room, but theres a “pay for” coffee machine in lobby and some vending machines. Affordable price! Will be staying there again. Veteran friendly

A typical La Quinta hotel. The rooms are fine, the breakfast is OK, the gym was OK, but they did have a big pool and Jacuzzi! I did request a top floor room which I was not able to get, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem. The staff was generally friendly as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and had plenty of outlets and desk space. We were in room #335 and didn’t have any issues with noise. We felt it was a very quiet hotel. Our view was towards the entrance of the hotel, parking lot, and snow covered mountains. We liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Front desk staff was a mix of friendly and helpful and not-so-friendly; not rude just not friendly. That was a little disappointing. The lobby area is very pretty - has an upscale lodge feel to it. We were very happy with the cooked-to-order breakfast. Big shout out to Virgina, the gem of the Gem State! She waited on us each morning and was so friendly! She also gave us great recommendations while we were in the Boise/Eagle area. Becky, too, was a friendly waitress, which we appreciated. We would stay again at this hotel.

Grand looking hotel. Huge room comes with balcony facing the river. Very peaceful and quiet! Front desk service is great too! Breakfast - choice of buffet or cook to order. Spacious lounge with cosy sofas and fireplace. Restaurant next door is good to grab a meal but they don’t do well with room service. Suggest for hotel to improve especially for international guests. Also IT setup for meeting room to improve to make the devices connection more seamless and professional looking.

I was in Eagle for a week on business. This hotel was such a comfort while being away from home. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was super roomy and cozy. Loved the fresh coffee and breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and housekeeping was phenomenal. Excited to return!

The property and Hotel are some of the cleanest I have come across. The staff is all amazing friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient being in the lobby. The river out back is very nice so clean and clear great place to bring a chair and relax. My only suggestions would be a clock in the pool area and the timer for the spa there should be a sign letting you know how long it goes for, and they should have firmer pillows available (not everyone like to lay their head in a cloud). Those would be my only suggestions. Other than that great hotel would definitely stay here again

The themed room was surprising! The jacuzzi tub was great! Bought a lavender bath “cupcake” at the front desk that really enhanced the experience.

This is a great place to stay as a couple for recharging a relationship. Each room is unique. I emailed them in advance to find out what room I would get since you cannot pick through orbitz. We got the fire and Ice room, which was really neat. All staff were very polite. Room comes with cider, or you can pay an upgrade fee for Champagne. I recommend getting the $5 dessert sampler. Breakfast is includeded was really nice having it delivered to the room and was yummy. We stayed here during our last night of a 9 day road trip and it was perfect. There are dvds you can borrow. We relaxed in Jacuzzi tub, ordered door dash (lots of options for food in Boise) and watched movies. It made for a perfect relaxing romantic evening.

Great little getaway. Clean and fun rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. This was my second time staying at this location and it was just as good as the first. We decided to go for an emerald room this time and it was still great. Overall experience was wonderful and relaxing. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Will definitely be coming back in the future l.

There is occasionally questionable people hanging around the property which should be remedied by a security presence of some sort to make the guests feel safe and secure. The standard facilities like a pool and jacuzzi should be fixed to offer more of a positive experience. Over all the property just needs brought to date with its appearance.

The property had all the things my wife and I need when we travel -- clean room, reasonably safe neighborhood, walkable to downtown shopping and dining, pet friendly, friendly and helpful staff, safe onsite parking, quiet location, and affordable rates. Breakfast was free with the room (at least during our stay) and better than some more expensive hotels we've stayed in (many of which did not offer breakfast). The gym looked good although we did not have the opportunity to use it. There is some noticeable deferred maintenance, but none that adversely affected our stay. If you need amenities such as the pool, call in advance to see whether it will be available. For our non-luxurious needs, we would stay again without hesitation.

Went for New Years. We were hoping to see the fireworks from the balcony. Our daughter was with us and we wanted to stay safe and warm. The guy that checked us in, took his time and put us in the best room possible up on the 7th floor facing the city! It was perfect! It's such a historic building and the rooms are nice, room was clean and bed was so comfortable.

The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff wasn’t too friendly. I paid for breakfast. It was limited food two of the days it wasn’t even meat served two of the days. It wasn’t no white milk for the cereal. They could be much cleaner in the bedrooms. It needs upgrade. the ceiling in the dining room was leaking where you sit and eat.

All of the hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had the most comfortable stay! Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was wonderful!

I rate this room on what it Is. I was not looking for a 4 star room. This room was clean. It was quiet. Everything worked and I was comfortable. It was $30... you just don't see that anymore. This property exceeded my expectation

It is what you should expect for the price. Staff was quite friendly, room was clean enough, bed was pretty comfy too. Great place for an overnight, probably a good place if you're working a construction job in the area.

Front desk was great service, room was clean and comfortable bed. Has a pool and hot tub that were clean and very relaxing. But the best part was the free breakfast was amazing. Had an omelet with the works had ham etc , juice for breakfast it was delicious. Thank you for being a great host . Definitely will stay again.

Literally this was the best hotel stay I’ve had in years! I drove from Salt Lake City to Bend, Oregon with my two small children and back and we stayed here both on the way out and back. Staff = amazing Rooms = very nice, very clean Pool = stellar! They said it wasn’t heated but I thought it was very a comfortable temperature. Also they had a 1 ft kiddie pool with warm water, this was great for my 1- and 4-year old! Breakfast = delicious omelet bar and great variety of yummy breakfast foods They also had a steam room and sauna at the gym which I didn’t get to enjoy since I was with my kids but that’s a lovely amenity that most places don’t offer anymore. We will 1000% stay here again and if we are traveling anywhere in the Pacific Northwest; honestly I would probably alter my travel route a bit in order to stay here over any other similarity rated/priced hotel in the future. It is a family-owned business and you can tell the difference compared to the other corporate chains that cost the same or more and give you a lot less. Very satisfied with our stays here and would definitely recommend :)

We arrived close to midnight and the staff was great to accommodate our late arrival. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen type sink, microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Beds were large (king size for our room) and very nice. Not too soft and a little firm. For me it was perfect. The site was about 15-20 minutes from everywhere we went in Boise. They clean the rooms every Monday and Thursday, and it is a very thorough clean. The breakfast was nice and the egg station cook was very friendly and quick making omelets, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs. I will definitely be going there again.

From the very beginning the staff was very courteous and helpful. Kudos to Jennifer!The lobby was very clean and inviting as well as peaceful and relaxing. I was parked on the same level as my room so unpacking the car was a breeze. Easy access to the room. The room was spacious, bright, and airy. I did not see a dust bunny or dust anywhere. Very clean and fresh!. The furnishings were modern/contemporary. The breakfast was fantastic as there were several options to choose from. The attendant kept everything restocked and clean. I was very impressed. The checkout was very smooth and efficient. This was a great stay! When I am in this city, I will make this hotel my first choice.

Home2 Suites by Hilton was the perfect location. The onsite parking, although chargeable was a bonus. Its proximity to the downtown area only one block away for lots of great bars and restaurants and the area felt very safe. We arrived quite early after a long drive and my husband was feeling slightly unwell, so Madi on reception gave us some water and as soon as a room was available she checked us in. The rooms are so big and clean and comfortable and although well equipped we didn't use the kitchette facilities but we did take advantage of the complimentary laundry. Great breakfast too with a choice of hot or cold and the breakfast area was well supplied and very clean. Overall the best stay of our trip

When arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly young man at the front desk. He made sure my needs were met and assigned me keys. When I went to my room, I found a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The kitchenette was an added bonus. After enjoying the pool for the evening, I went to bed on a comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. The breakfast was wonderful. There were many choices offered, with some hot food and the usual continental breakfast fare. Checkout was quick and easy. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

This place is great. Very clean, conveniently located amongst a super fun downtown restaurant and bar scene with outdoor seating everywhere. The breakfast is decent, free laundry facilities and the staff is helpful and friendly, specifically Chelsie :) We didn’t have any little kids with us but the pool area looks so fun!

Driving back to WA from WY, we decided to stop in Boise for the night. We booked this room from the road and were so very happy this is the place we chose. First impression of the lobby was good - we could see the breakfast dining area and it was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a great size. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was really quiet, considering how close to the airport it is. Breakfast choices in the morning were awesome - hot service of bacon, eggs, gravy, and biscuits. Cereal choices. Toast, bagels, muffins. They typical hotel waffle maker. Yogurt. Milk. Juice. Everything fresh. The whole area clean. Check out was quick. We'd definitely stay here again when taking a road trip.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Parking is good. The property is well kept and you feel safe. The breakfast was cold and not kept up. They were out of juices at the machine. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience. Staff. It was very disappointing to come to such a nice, clean hotel to have UNFRIENDLY staff. On Sunday when checking out we asked if we could have a late check out by 35 minutes, SHE was very rude about it. When we asked for the shuttle to go over to the airport SHE grabbed the keys pointed to the van. She opened the back of the van as we put our luggage in then shut the door. We all got into the van. SHE did not say a single word to us. We got to the airport, SHE got out of the van, we got our luggage out, and she just walked away. NO communication, No smile, NO safe travels. It wasn’t a nice experience. It was uncomfortable. People like that set someone’s mood for the day. I would definitely refer the hotel because it is clean, quiet and it felt safe. I will be sure to give a warning that staff may not be so friendly.

Hotel is located Downtown in close walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment areas. Easy to access valet parking. No waiting when we parked or retrieved our vehicle. The bar atmosphere was busy when we checked in at 1030 pm on a Thursday night, even busier Friday night. The bartender was attentive and quick to acknowledge and serve me. The rooms were clean quiet and very comfy beds. Not once did I hear any other guest while we were in the room. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We used the hot tub and pool, the gym and pool areas were clean and not too busy. Breakfast in restaurant was delicious and quick. We pre ordered room service breakfast the 2nd morning and it was on time and very good. Check out was quick and easy. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Boise.

Easy friendly check-in after efficient valet service. Nice decor. Treated to a nice corner suite on a high floor. The pool and workout area is huge and opens early. Fun lobby bar for a night cap. Good on-site restaurant for breakfast, although on the expensive side. Daily room cleaning is appreciated. Lots of good restaurants for dinner are just a short walk around the corner from the hotel. This property is a member of the Stash frequent guest program.

Everything was top notch, staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our weekend away. My daughter was in love with the room too, bouncing from room to room with excitement. The views were amazing of the city and the Boise foothills and would most definitely book a stay there again soon.

This hotel is so fun! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations for where to grab a cocktail before dinner. There was construction going on across the street. The hotel offered complimentary ear plugs, and we needed to check out pretty early so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Super fun architecture and decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. The eco friendliness was nice overall. They have a wonderful outdoor space with several seating and gathering areas, and the location is fun. Being downtown and near the university, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the general vibe is fun and laid back.

The room was super clean and everything looked fairly new. Really liked having a Fellow water boiler in the room so we could make coffee or tea (coffee makers always look a little gross) with the provided coffee, tea bags, and mugs. The room is minimalist, but I still felt like there was good storage - we were able to hang our rain jackets on the little coat rack, there were little side tables on both sides of the bed for phones/earplugs/whatever, and outlets were plentiful. Really comfy just lounging in bed or the couch watching TV. Staff were attentive and checked in via text to see if we needed anything. Location is great - we walked everywhere around downtown. I will note that the doors will not close *all* the way on their own, so you'll need to give it a little push or pull to hear the lock autoengage. Would stay here again if I were ever in Boise again.

Brand new, sparkling clean, good simple amenities. Rooms resemble EURO/dorm rooms with very comfy bed with polyester sheets. Large walkin shower and spacious bathroom. Windows have screens and can be opened. Refrig in room, no microwave. Metal cups not plastic. Hairdryer supplied. Convenient plugs for your electronics at head height so you can keep in touch or turn off your phone alarm. Coffee shop in lobby open til late afternoon; food truck on premesis (we did not eat there). Walking distance to other great food eateries, some of which are closed Sun/Mon). Parking is good. We’ll be back. Everything you need and nothing you don’t!

Great spot, fun stay! Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom with big with a new rain shower. My room opened up into the courtyard with firepits and fun seating. Breakfast, dinner and cocktails in the hotel restaurant were all delicious. Wonderful, walkable location for fun spots downtown. Would 100% recommend!

The room was super clean and comfortable. Every.single.person whom I met working at the Modern Hotel was considerate, helpful, friendly. The location is good - just an easy 5 block walk to city centre. Firmness of bed was just-right, being neither a board nor a marshmallow. Bath towel was six feet long, thick and luxurious. Great hotel. Totally renovated and upgraded. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and huge showers. We had a great dinner at the restaurant on site and the included breakfast was beyond the typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Sometimes a single member of staff can make a great stay exceptional. Here Theodora on the front desk did that - a true star, who really went the extra mile for us. If only customer service was always as good. This boutique hotel is perfectly located in the buzzy Linen District near downtown Boise. The hotel has a carefully curated cool, vintage vibe; built around a communal patio area used for dining. Apparently it used to be a Travelodge - hard to believe of an establishment so stylish. The rooms are minimalist, comfortable and well-equipped. The included breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The restaurant also offers evening dining, with a short but adventurous menu, prepared to a very high standard. The cocktails were also imaginative and very welcome. Room, food and cocktails were all very good value. We visited Boise on a cross country trip, heading to the coast. The city itself turned out to be an unexpected delight, and the Modern Hotel & Bar a real gem. I have no hesitation in recommending.

This hotel is in a great location on the Boise Greenbelt trail system for walking and cycling. The hotel rents bikes. The complimentary breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel as a solid choice. Second time I have stayed at location. It is pretty convenient to restaurants and the airport. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was dark and quiet at night. Those are all the elements of a good stay. There is plenty of seating for breakfast and the breakfast food was typical hotel fare. A nice thing is that the lobby is big, so it makes a nice place where you can sit and meet before you head off a meeting at one of the bigger companies in the Boise area.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at 500 Capitol in Boise, ID in Sept 2025 on personal travel. We wanted to stay in the downtown area, so with lots of time reviewing hotel options in downtown Boise, we choose the Inn at 500 Capitol. The location is really good, the valet experience was efficient, the hotel reception staff were super helpful getting checked in, and our room was fantastic with a high quality feel (luxurious) at a reasonable price. We had a view of the Capitol building from our 5th floor balcony room which as cool. The bed comfort was luxurious and likely the best hotel bed we've ever slept on. The Hemlock restaurant in the facility is expensive (high-end restaurant), but we received great service from multiple servers/support staff during the dinner. Actually, the high cost of the food was worth it! The Potato Bar experience at our table was fantastic and I highly recommend it. My wife and I enjoyed this place! The only knock on our stay was some unfortunate road construction next to this hotel (with no fault of the hotel).

This hotel was recommended to me by locals. I am so glad I took their advice - it was an exceptionally comfortable and very well-located hotel - lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Boise State where I was headed, and a relatively quiet and nice neighborhood despite the roadwork. Great view of mountains and the city around me. I was particularly impressed with the staff, who were uniformly friendly, efficient and attentive. Lots of snacks on hand and I loved the fact that the hotel had cruiser bikes to lend out - took advantage of that and was able to ride along the greenway beside the river a couple of times. Also had a shuttle service to the airport. Spacious rooms and very clean as well. All in all a great stay.

We traveled to Boise to spend a long weekend with our friends to celebrate a birthday. The hotel was in a perfect location to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. We were offered an upgrade at a reasonable price so we took advantage of it for the stay. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue with the room was the air conditioning was not working the last two nights, making the room a bit warm, although not completely unbearable. The insight restaurant, Hemlock, was incredible. The wait staff was exceptional and the food (including at the bar) was outstanding. The hotel was within walking distance of to every hotspot in downtown. We will certainly be back on our next visit to Boise.

This hotel has thought of everything. From the welcoming glass of wine to a fully stocked snack bar and wine and soda fridge, all complimentary for guests! They shuttle you around to the closer attractions and their brand new restaurant had the best black cod I’ve tasted in ages. Our drive to the airport was in a Mercedes sedan! They even have a no contact butler’s pantry for room service. The room had complete bar setup and even had a corkscrew, something we usually forget to pack. We also had our own balcony with table and chairs and enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the world go by. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and gave me a some great suggestions for breweries and places to go. If we ever go back to Boise this is our first choice to stay!!!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth, which made the experience feel relaxed but still top-notch. Location-wise, you’re close to everything: downtown restaurants, shops, and the Greenbelt. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants something a little more memorable than a cookie-cutter hotel.

The Renegade is the perfect hotel to use as a base for a tourist weekend in Boise. It is beautiful - industrial meets chic rustic. The staff were welcoming, valet parking was efficient and convenient, the room was comfortable (although we couldn’t turn the heat down at night) and spacious. We ate dinner Baraboo three times, bringing locals to enjoy a dinner with us, and cocktails in The Highlander was as described - a stunning view of Boise and the snow capped mountains.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooftop was super fun with amazing views. The brunch at the supper club was fantastic and the surface was great. We did cancel a dinner reservation though and went somewhere else because we assumed a supper club was more like live music with your dinner and it wasn’t that. But it’s beautiful inside. I would’ve given it five stars because they upgraded our room for our 20th anniversary. The problem was there was some sort of delivery happening at 5 AM to 6 AM in the alleyway below us and it was horrendous! I sleep with earplugs and I could not sleep. We had just moved across the state and we really needed some sleep. That was a bummer. I would however definitely stay there again.

Upscale hotel with great amenities! All staff was professional and courteous. The room was a blend of rustic modern.The bed was very comfortable, the room. We truly enjoyed the rooftop deck, The Highlander, as well as the restaurant, The Baraboo and the coffee shop, Blue Collar Coffee. While it was just an overnight stay, we felt as if we'd relaxed and enjoyed our overnight getaway.

This hotel checks all the boxes and..more. The staff was courteous and professional. The suite we stayed in was well appointed and decorated and, most importantly, it was clean and quiet. The restaurant was good and the rooftop bar was a nice place to relax and sip your favorite libation al fresco. If you are tired of the same ol' hotel rooms and are ready to up your game then look no further.

This hotel was a wonderful stay! While there were minor items that needed repair (small maintenance issues), there was nothing major wrong. 1. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband had back surgery during our stay and they gave us the closest possible room to the exit, which was also a handicap room. We were so grateful for the extra space. When it came time to get him comfortable afterwards, they provided us with 2 extra large pillows that were just perfect for the job. 2. Speaking of comfort, the bed - UGH! It was most definitely one of the more comfortable beds I've slept in, in a very long time. The pillows were marvelously soft and the room was inviting, smelled clean, and looked sparkling fresh! 3. Upon walking into the lobby, again there were some spots in the carpet and small things like that that needed attention - BUT is was SO CLEAN. Shiny, and smelled so fresh! This was refreshing after our last stay in boise at another hotel where felt like maybe it just wasn't the standard in the area. But this place topped it! 4. The pool was huge. The pool itself was clean, I'll get to the negative in a moment. 5. Huge breakfast room, lots of options. Maybe not the biggest variety, but most of the favs! Lots of setting. Decor is nice. Also clean!! The breakfast lady was in there nearly the entire time cleaning up and checking on things.

This is an amazing place to stay! The most friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, and located by so many attractions. We stayed two nights for a softball tournament and were so thrilled when we came back after our long day and our room was spotless and refreshed for us. The pool was perfect temperature and very clean. The breakfast was really good too.

It was nice to have extra space for a family traveling by car. It’s a little dated, but extremely clean. Nice sized pool, and hot tub. Good breakfast options, the lady who runs the breakfast area stays on top of it, keeping it clean, and well stocked. 24 hour coffee/tea/water station at the front was a nice touch. Big hallways, made us feel comfortable getting to our rooms. The spaciousness, and cleanliness were definitely perks. Driving by car, shopping and dining options are plentiful a short drive up the street.

My family (2 adults, 1 teen) stayed 3 nights while visiting Nampa. It was somewhat frustrating to find the room set up for our number of guests, with no needing for the pull-out sofa and only 2 towels. Requests for both were quickly handled. Unfortunately, beds were a major issue. The main bed was uncomfortably hard. The sofa bed was small with a very thin mattress, and pillows were small/flat. Everyone woke up sore and stiff daily. The pool area was disappointing. Both the pool and hot tub are much smaller than photos suggest and it was incredibly loud. The hot tub was excessively hot and seemed over-chlorinated, causing eye irritation and a rash. For us, access to a pool is very important when traveling as part of care for mobility challenges and the volume in the pool and chlorine issues greatly impacted our ability to use. Breakfast offered good variety; the pancake machine was a nice change from the standard waffle machine most places have. Staff kept food stocked and clean. However, tables were consistently left dirty/unwiped. The hotel seems well-maintained. The lobby is spacious, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Aside from the pool, the hotel was quiet and room was clean. While the location and excellent staff service were highlights, the discomfort from the beds and the pool issues significantly reduce our likelihood of returning. We might consider it if no other options are available, but bed comfort is a primary reason we likely won't return.

We really liked the breakfast! Everything was fresh, hot, tasty, and plentiful. The dining room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The area where the food was served was very clean & neat-no spills, no trash, no dirty dishes. We stayed 2 days, so it's probably the rule, not the exception everything was so nice. Thank you

We recently had a 2 night stay here at the Best Western Peppertree February 7-8th. We really enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel, it was very pleasant. The little restaurant & bar in the hotel was pretty cool and cozy, it was nice having access to food and drink without leaving, Especially upon arriving in snowy weather like we did. The food menu was limited, but it was good. For what it is, the included breakfast that comes with the stay wasn’t bad either, not the best I’ve had, but better than a number of others I’ve had. The room was nice and very clean, shout out to “Benny” for that! That layout was good too. Next time we visit our family, we plan on staying here again.

We loved our time at The Avery. The hotel was clean, well decorated, and close to everything in Boise. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. We like staying in hotel that have character. This one fits that bill. It was charming. The pictures of the type of room however was somewhat deceiving. Our room was very compact. There wasn’t a lot of room to walk around. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. The coffee maker used Lilly coffee which was good to wake up to in the morning. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay her again. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The Avery Hotel is a beautiful, historic boutique hotel right in the center of downtown Boise. Our room was gorgeous with gold fixtures and marble, and a plushy bed and robes for lounging. The valet team were professional and the hospitality staff at the desk and restaurant were friendly and attentive. By the way the rillette in the restaurant is an amazing appetizer and the drinks were perfect. We will stay here again. Enjoy!

there are truly not enough good things to say when it comes MyPlace in meridian // boise. the staff are all so friendly and helpful. it is clean, quiet, and oh my god is it comfortable. i've never slept so good. i even waited around for the GM to show up on the day i checked out just so he could tell me the mattress brand. the water pressure.... is insane (positive). each shower felt like the perfect combo of massage and clean. the shampoo and conditioner provided is amazing as well. i don't remember the brand but would love to find out. my hair felt SO clean and soft. they even provide you with a laundry basket?! for the laundry facility on site. big fan of the location as well. there are PLENTY of things to do within walking distance. the wifi is free and high speed. parking is free too. if i had to give a downside, i would say it's the TV. there are very few channels and they didn't always work when i clicked on it. something about the signal. idc svu always worked for me and i could watch tv on my ipad if i really wanted to. anyway, it's been about 5 days since i stayed here and i miss it every day. if i lived in the area, i wouldn't even bother with a lease. id just stay at MyPlace. tbh i almost wanna travel back here just to stay another night at this hotel. for the cost, you really truly cannot find ANYTHING better. i have been traveling for the last 15 years and i have never ever everrr stayed at a hotel like this. i wish there were more locations.

This was my first experience staying at a My Place hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. Since it was less than a mile from friends and very reasonably priced, I made reservations in advance and requested a quiet top floor room away from pets (due to allergies). When I arrived for my 3 day stay, my request was honored. The room was very clean and freshly scented and had all the modern conveniences of a typical hotel. I especially liked having a kitchenette where I could make my own coffee and breakfast (the front desk will give you paper plates/plastic ware if you ask) There were no cooking utensils or cookware, but I didn’t need them. I was spending most of my time with friends. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant. There was a small dining area where fresh coffee was available every day. A small convenience store also had miscellaneous items for travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time staying at MyPlace. This hotel exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, modern, safe hotel room without all the frills that you usually don't use for a short stay, try this chain. I stayed at the Meridian/Boise location and there were breakfast and dinner options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and hellpful and checkin was a breeze. Highly recommend.

We've stayed multiple times, and it is always a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the full-size fridge is great especially with kids. There are multiple stores and restaurants close by (including donuts and coffee in walking distance) We already booked it again for September!

Vary nice room and quiet and felt safe. The only thing thst could have been better is the coffee. It would have been nice to have some better creamer for coffee and it would be nice to have breakfast. Even just coffee and muffins would be great.

We were traveling with our daughters service dog and they gave us no problem at all. We saw other dogs there too but Im not sure if they were at additional cost. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place to crash in Boise.

The people that checked us in and out were amazingly friendly and wanted to be helpful. They acted like they liked their jobs. In the morning when we were having breakfast my husband and I were talking with the employee who was setting up the breakfast and she also was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and up to date and the price for all this was reasonable. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a lovely comfortable clean hotel. It was busy but the rooms were very quiet. There is coffee/tea on tap 24/7 and if anything ran out the staff were quick to replace. The breakfast was very good with both hot food and a mix of fruit, yoghurt and muffins and the usual fruit juice and coffee. Plenty of free parking onsite and the staff were very happy and helpful.

We had low expectations but were very pleased. A modern well-maintained hotel close to the interstate and airport with clean and comfortable rooms. This was the best breakfast on our two-week tour with biscuits and gravy, hot potatoes, bacon and scrambled eggs. Coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. Just to note that the nearby Denny’s despite being lit up as “always open” closed down several weeks before our early November visit.

Each room is unique, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed stay, as well as a quiet back garden for morning coffee. Easy walk to Boise's downtown restaurant/bar district and the river, museum, etc. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Boise.

We received check in instructions by email, and when we arrived, were able to immediately go into our room. The check in was extremely easy, and we loved the on-site parking. Once we got into our room, the first thing we saw was the TV with a fire crackling to welcome us. As we were coming in out of the cold, it was a welcome sight!! The room was perfectly clean and felt like home. The bed was soft and the pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen (reheating leftovers! french press coffee!), having the option of the Roku for entertainment, and the clawfoot tub. It felt like a home-away-from-home! It was also within a 10 minute walk of downtown with lots of restaurants and bars to check out. The capitol, only a 5 minute walk away, was fun to see at night as we walked by.

perfect location in downtown Boise, easy access to courthouse, restaurants, etc. but still pleasant setting w/ a beautiful porch and enclosed peaceful yard. Room was super clean and comfortable, not like a chain hotel but a cozy home.

The Boise Guest House is our favorite place to stay when we are in town. The location is fantastic with such close proximity to great restaurants and cafes downtown. Each suite has its own magical theme with impeccable design. On top of that, some suites are dog-friendly which is so convenient when traveling with Fido. Classy, cozy, convenient...I hate it when it's time to check out.

The guesthouse is in a great location; close enough to walk to downtown and bike to the Greenbelt. From the Treetop Suite I could see the Capitol dome, and even with the proximity to downtown the neighborhood was quiet. The suite was clean and comfortable with the right combination of old-fashioned charm and modern style. Staff was very friendly. It was a great stay.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was so welcoming we would definitely go back there again. They really made us feel like special customers. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very convenient to rental car facility maybe 2 minutes away at most. After a long day of traveling, I was greeted by Mary Ann who was so friendly, and gave me ideas for things to do, so professional and courteous yet so personable. She was a very welcoming relief from being around so many people traveling for the holiday. Check in was fast and I was off to my room. The room was very clean, comfortable and I was ready to rest immediately. The ac worked like it was brand new! The breakfast was good with great variety, the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She even arranged my shuttle pickup for departure! It was an early am departure but the gentleman working the front was kind enough to give me a cup of coffee and a banana so I didn't start off on an empty stomach, very nice of him! Though very close to the freeway the stay was very quiet! Area seemed very safe also. Was a great stay, and will definitely stay with them my travels ever take me to Boise again! Great job to the entire staff, thanks to all of you!!

This hotel is staffed by very nice people who are willing to go the extra mile, such as deliver your suitcase that was lost by your airline when it arrives after midnight! Of course, they called up to my room and asked if I wanted it or wanted to just wait until morning but I wanted it right away. The hotel was clean and quiet in the hallways. The breakfast was especially good and included a number of items. The breakfast area was attractive and roomy. My bed was very comfortable and other than the TV remote that was not very responsive without several hard pushes to the button every time, everything about the room was more than adequate. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s location is very convenient to the university and close enough to downtown.

We only stayed one night, but we had a pretty good experience. Staff was helpful with check-in and checkout. We arrived around 6pm, and there were still cookies available at the desk. I thought that was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked great, and breakfast was what you expect in a hotel of this tier—plenty of options for everyone. Staff did a great job replenishing food and wiping tables quickly so that people had places to sit. We did make use of the airport shuttle, and found it arrived in a timely manner, and the driver was helpful with bags.

Just spent 5 days in Boise, Idaho and stayed at the Hampton Inn Boise Airport Hotel. The stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping is definitely on their "A" game here! All of the staff is warm and helpful and especially the General Manager who was an absolute joy to talk with! The shower was big and had great water pressure. Breakfast was consistently good. Room amenities and toiletries were plentiful. Loved the stay and loved the staff especially the General Manager. This place spoiled me! We need more hotels to be just like the Hampton Inn Boise Airport Hotel!

The hotel was quiet, clean and the parts we could use were well maintained. The room was clean and tastefully decored. The bed was comfortable and the rooms quiet so you do not hear your neighbors nor their comings and goings. However, we were not informed before arriving that the hotel was in the midst of a remodel and facilities would not be available on site. (The breakfast was offered on the ground level hallway and tables were on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There was no access to vending or ice machines. There was no access to the pool/jacuzzi or gym.) We were told we could use a hotel's pool next door, but had to get a pass each time we went to the other hotel.

The property is about to begin renovations. Tho all the materials and equipment were already staged, None of it was blocking access to where I wanted to be. The bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Quiet, nice shower, bed, pillows, breakfast, however we chose this hotel because it had a spa and we were so looking forward to relaxing in the hot water. We went to our room and changed into our suits. We were then informed that the spa was closed for repair but would be ready in 30 min. We patiently waited in our suits only to be told it was still not fixed. We couldn’t use our computers because no WiFi password anywhere.

Very nice hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the 4th floor was very quiet even after an even at the Idaho Center. The beds were comfortable and came with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk back to our room after the concert at the Idaho Center. We didn’t get to try breakfast this time.

We checked in and went to a room with King sized bed and jetted tub. The room was clean and sheets were clean. We were able to adjust room temperature to where we were comfortable and had a good sleep overnight . Breakfast was great and so was the coffee. I would recommend to all to use them.

My family and I had a fantastic experience at the hotel!! The check in and check out processes were seamless, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional, and the property was well maintained, reflecting a commitment to quality. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wonderful variety of options. to start the day right. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing excellent value for the price. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future visits.

We always stay at the Nampa Home 2 Suites when we attend a nearby concert. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and makes you feel at home. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast is an added bonus and always delicious.

I came in for 1-night to see a concert at the neighboring Ford Idaho Event Center and was thrilled to find how close the properties were. Easy peasey walk. The Home 2 Suites property was literally immaculate, from the lobby to the elevators to my room, everything was so clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had every amenity possible and the staff were so kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend the property and will stay here again if I'm lucky enough to visit Nampa a second time. The only down side for traveler's without a car is there aren't many restaurant choices in walking distance (only 1-sub sandwich shop) but food delivery is an option and the rooms have what you need to prep and eat (mini kitchens).

Loved having the king bed suite. Having a frig, microwave, utensils, etc was very useful for the 3 days we stayed. The pullout couch came in handy for family. The breakfast was varied and tasty. My only complaint would be that while we used the clean, heated pool daily, the hot tub was broken which would have made the stay perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

we loved our stay here. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and it was wonderful having a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove top, etc. The pool was older but nice and we enjoyed it. The first night the hot tub was lukewarm and we asked the front desk about it. They had it fixed by the next day! The staff was amazing. Breakfast had many good options with eggs, potatoes, breakfast burritos and much more. At one point another guest got sick in the lobby and the staff was so helpful and gracious with the family and helped them. Our suite came with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great surprise! The billiard room was fun as well. This hotel is close to pretty much everything in Boise.

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel corridors were clean and nicely decorated. The immediate lobby and eating area could use a little more pizazz to make it feel more luxurious - the double sided fireplace is really nice though. The breakfast is not bad and the staff were nice. Oh- and the pillows! FINALLY a hotel where they have LOW FLAT pillows that are reasonably comfortable!!! (the pillowcases could be a bit softer though) Bed was comfortable and all in all, a nice stay.

Overall this was a good experience, besides a few small things that could be improved. Let's start with the negatives: The check in left me a little unhappy and not a good start. An older man and super young girl checked me in. He didn't smile once and She seemed very new and following his lead. A hilton property should come with a friendly welcome. Don't be in customer service if you can't even fake a smile for customers. The breakfast was one of the worst. Very fake eggs, soggy potatoes, stale bread. I would skip eating here. The tub could use some more cleaning around the water spout and the conditioner dispenser was broken and set on the edge. The pool being 24 hours is cool, but also not in the sense that there is constantly children in the hot tub and adults cannot relax. There should be a time for children to leave and adults only or no kids in the hot tub. The positive: the rooms are extremely spacious. The property feels safe and secure. A full kitchinette with pans and dishes and a full fridge. The AC stays on and makes noise which was nice to drown out the footsteps above me. One of the light bulbs was flickering in the kitchen when I arrived and maintenance was quick to fix it. The room are dark, which I loved and was great for sleeping in. The area feels safe. The boise spectrum area with food and movies very close by. This location is central to most things in Boise including downtown and the airport and under 15 mins from the village in meridian.

Location is perfect for a quiet relaxing evening. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The onsite restaurant did not open until 4:00pm so you are forced to find food elsewhere for lunch/breakfast. They did offer a coffee cart downstairs as well as a Keurig in your room but if you want a specialty coffee drink you’ll be walking. The restaurant onsite, Chandler’s, offered a really fun bar with nightly live jazz. The free shuttle from and to the airport was really convenient. No need to pay for an uber. The staff was super nice and pleasant. The rooms were modern and clean. My dad, who was in his own room, called the front desk at 10:00pm to ask for a clock. I guess he’s old school and wanted a clock other than his phone. 10 minutes later housekeeping brought him up a new clock still in the box. That’s great service!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Very clean. Location is in downtown. You can walk to everything but it’s about a block or two off of the most central streets so there isn’t major traffic right out the front door. Our room was amazing. Windows pop open in hotel room so you can get some fresh air. Chandlers restaurant is downstairs.

Hotel 43 made me feel comfortable and relaxed almost immediately with their friendly and professional staff, the clean room and easy access to the downtown Boise area. It was quiet and comfortable. So impressive for someone who travels.

Very nice hotel. We had a great view, the room was quite comfortable, and the staff were ultra-friendly and helpful. There's no on-site dining, but there's plenty of places easily walkable.

Friendly staff, nice modern contemporary hotel. Very comfortable bed. And a terrific bar/restaurant Chandlers is attached. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, easy access with elevator, VERY comfortable beds and amazing luxurious quality bedding! Friendly staff who kindly helped up resolve a date issue(we couldn’t get there until the following night) nice included breakfast. We stay here on our way home from west coast Every trip!

I was there for 3 nights and it was clean quiet and comfortable. The morning breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to not have to go out so early to get my morning coffee.

The hotel is very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast was really good for the standard free breakfast. We’ve been traveling for almost 10 days and it was a welcome rest! The desk clerk was helpful and as titanium members, we were upgraded to a suite. It was nice to spread out. Best part-the shower pressure is amazing! That is most important to my husband!

We stopped on our way from Seattle to Sun Valley.....great decision! Super convenient, super comfortable, helpful staff and an amazing breakfast! The restaurant has delious food or there are options within walking distance!The highlight was our breakfast server, Trinity!

We always get a suite because the regular rooms are pretty small. Great location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of items. They even had fresh fruit which is really hard to find with a hotel breakfast. One thing I did find strange was there is no coffee available other than breakfast

Overall a pleasant stay. I was here for a conference that was at the same hotel. A bit older, but clean. I usually don’t complain about hotel stays but I learned something the hard way at this hotel…. They offer a “buffet” breakfast, but it isn’t. You still have to order what you want from the “buffet” and then your “buffet” breakfast is made to order. The make-your-own-toast and pour your own juice stations were the only buffet-ish things about this breakfast. I went to the “buffet” breakfast and after 25 minutes I had to leave to go to the conference, with nothing to eat but the $10 toast that I made. Beware the buffet if you are on a timeline!

Great hotel in a great location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and freeway. Nice and quiet, well maintained grounds. Excellent customer service and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Only downfall was the shower gel and shampoo were empty and there was a dirty stain on the bathroom floor that I cleaned. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! I will be staying at this hotel again. Customer service was great! Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly. Their breakfast is ‘made to order’, it was included the rate I paid but I don’t think it always is so be sure to check.

Hilton Garden in Boise Spectrum is a wonderful place to stay. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the staff was friendly and inviting. I will always choose Hilton Garden when planning vacations!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's a 2 minute drive to Downtown and an easy walk to the beautiful river walkway system, Ann Morrison park and tons of breweries and restaurants. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful from the front desk person to the young woman at breakfast who found my daughter gluten free bread. Honestly if it were just the staff and location I'd give it five stars but unfortunately our room and the breakfast were sub-par...We stay at Marriotts a lot (gold elite members) and usually love the layout of Townplace suites rooms. Unfortunately this one wasn't as nice as most. The bathroom was tiny and the light switch turned on the light inside the bathroom as well as outside by the sink area. I wanted to shower without waking my family do had to use a flashlight! Also, the furnishings weren't as nice as they usually are. This was probably the worse Marriott breakfast I'd ever had with barely warm omelettes, bacon shaped like hockey pucks, ham so tough my plastic knife couldn't cut it and mediocre coffee. They did have great bread and gf bread which was nice though.

TownPlace Suites is a nice property. I was there for 5 nights. its very clean and comfortable. House keeping did a good job straightening up every day. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, standard, same-old options but adequate. Rooms are fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishes. The only reason for not giving the hotel a "5" is that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything next door (the neighbors were not even shouting). You can hear muffled conversation, sneezing and the bathroom fan! Without neighbors, the hotel overall is very quiet in terms of street noise. There is plenty of drawer space, the gym is pretty basic with only a few machines. The room needs a full-length mirror. The hotel is about 1 mile from the downtown area, and pretty convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Loved having a kitchen (full-size coffee pot!) and big closet here. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. Good hot breakfast with real oatmeal. Nice exercise room with cardio and weights. 10 minute drive to the airport, short walk to BSU and downtown. Papa Joe's restaurant, Dawson Taylor Coffee, Lost Grove Brewing are all gems a short walk away.

Grab and go breakfast sandwiches need to be microwaved but filling. Coffee is good. Kids were full from breakfast. Big nice room. Big table to eat at. Space for kids to spread out and play in the evening. Always had a hot shower with plenty of water. Clean room. Friendly staff. Hotel had maps and all the local info you could want. Good food nearby. Lovely view from our room. One of the nicest places we have stayed at in a long time.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient for college move-in for west campus dorms and apartments. Easy access, lots of parking. Convenient restaurant across the parking lot. Rooms have kitchenettes! I did not partake of the included breakfast, but I did take advantage of the coffee and iced lemon water in the lobby! Only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order.

There’s no telling anymore how many times we’ve stayed here over the past 10 years since we began celebrating our retirements by traveling across the country twice a year and stopping everywhere in between. But we love it here every single time — and of course thank you, GM Cheri for always taking such good Bonvoy care of us. Also going above and beyond was Vicky on the front desk, who helped us get into our room when we hit town earlier than expected. We were fortunate enough to have a great, big 2-bedroom (Queens)/2-bath suite that was really roomy at 714’ and yes, the windows are screened and open for a breeze. They are double-paned for those that want no noise coming in. The fitness room is snug but has it all: free weights, machines, scale and water dispenser. Adjacent is a giant indoor pool/jacuzzi with loads of towels. Ice machine just off the lobby. Business center all up and running, super-fast and 2-sided printing. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, ham patties (our day), bagels/toasts, little milk bottles (2%), bananas/oranges and coffee well before the 6:30 a.m. start of breakfast. If you get the feeling you will really enjoy this fabulous hotel, trust us — you will. Thanks again, Vicky. And a very good show, GM Cheri. See you next time.

My father was involved in an accident and was air lifted to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Residence Inn Boise West offered a rate for those visiting SARMC patients that made the decision where to stay an easy one. A very tiring, unexpected stay in Boise was made far better than expected by being able to return to Residence Inn at night. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, everything was in working order. I appreciated the fact that the laundry room was spotless. Everywhere I went in the hotel smelled clean as well as looked clean. All the staff that I met was very kind, helpful, and pleasant. Two in particular stood out: Doris who answered my first call to the hotel, took my reservation, then helped me settle in by answering, and anticipating my questions; and Darrell, the gentleman who made my day by being EARLY to open the breakfast bar every morning. They both demonstrated kindness to a stranger who was stressed and tired and I greatly appreciate it. Plus, breakfast was awesome. I appreciated my stay enough that I recommended my extended family stay there when they come to visit.

Spacious rooms with full size fridge and kitchenette. Great location, fresh breakfast, free Wifi, clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. This is a dog friendly hotel too.

Nice older hotel in nice convenient area. Rooms are nice size. Rooms are very quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Internet works good. Air conditioning works very good. Lots of parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Only complaint is the bathrooms could use a upgrade. Hard to get in bathtub to take shower with out falling. Needs walk in shower to be safe for everyone.

Our third visit here as we twice a year drive across country and this is a must stop. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff is helpful, the Grab ‘n Go Breakfast is way better than most (little 2% milk bottles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich muffins that you microwave, protein bars, oranges, bananas, lots of cereal choices and best of all, coffee you serve yourself). The fitness room, since so many are closed, looks like an A+++ Club because it’s open with free weights, a scale (that might register for you as it did me, 10 pounds lighter – yeahhhhh!), bike, treadmill, water dispenser and towels. The pool is massive and by appointment. Thank you again, Cheri -- for the much appreciated Titanium upgraded 2-Bedroom (Queens)/2-Bath Suite with 2 bath tubs. BTW, the windows at least on the odd-numbered side are double-paned if you are sensitive to the freeway noise. It’s non-existent during the night so you can then open the second screened window for a delightful breeze. See you next time, Cheri!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was impressed from the start. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. In fact everyone we met was hospitable in every way. Service gets a 5…. The rooms are huge, and have a separate living area with an extra tv and sofa. Bathroom had all the essentials, and was clean and spacious. In fact, the entire hotel was very clean for that matter. The staff here does a thorough job in my opinion. The bar and restaurant is nice. We had appetizers and tasty drinks at night, and a nice breakfast the following morning. The selection was huge, and the quality seemed better than most. There’s an indoor pool n spa(pool was cold, but refreshing), as well as a gym. The gym even has some “free” weights for folks who want the weight lifting as well as the cardio. All n all this is a very nice stay, especially if you’re flying in or out of Boise. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, this is an excellent choice….

Richard at the front desk was so helpful to make our stay comfortable. We were staying because of a cancelled flight, and he was just so welcoming. Room was spacious and very comfortable! Clean and updated rooms. Nice lobby with a restaurant.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The front desk was fast and friendly.The room was spacious and clean, Mrs. Karen and Mr. Paul provided a great breakfast buffet for $12.95 and the in house bar was very good to.

Extremely professional and nice service at the restaurant and bar. Pam is very personal and professional the way she handles her guests. I also met John the chef and he is also very friendly. The food was fantastic. I would also like to acknowledge Janet at the front desk. She goes above and beyond to make sure I was good during my check-in in my room was clean.

This property is very well-maintained and clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only gripe is this hotel as well as others always have such small bath towels and pool towels. I wish they were a little bigger. Would definitely come here again and definitely recommend it to anybody. The area is also a safe and clean neighborhood.

We found the room clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful with all the questions and places to go see around Boise. Wanted some different places to go and they had a few. What we go for is a clean feeling and smelling room with a comfortable bed 🛌. We got all of the above.

Room clean and fresh. Didn't use breakfast because they offered NO hot breakfast as advertised, coffee and 1/4 of a muffin. NOT TOO GOOD!!!

We loved how convenient the hotel was to the airport. It was pretty much a bare bones hotel, but our room was clean, the AC works great and it was relatively quiet. We could faintly hear air traffic noise, but it was not bad. We could hear the shower running in the hotel room next to us, but again it was not a problem. The minimal interaction we had with the front desk was acceptable. We were disappointed there was no breakfast, but for the reasonable price, it was not a problem. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we are ever back in Boise.

The front desk staff was very friendly. My husband and I arrived at 1 am. The staff checked us in quickly, making everything so much faster, so we could get some rest. Our room was nicely clean and smelled fresh. The next morning, the hotel provided a variety of choices for breakfast. I would definitely re book with them again.

This hotel supplied me with a safe and comfortable place by the airport and friendly staff. Easy acces by car to Boise. ADA room for my prosthetic leg. It was an enjoyable experience. Thanks

The room was very clean and I was surprised at how big it was. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was ready at 5:30am, even before breakfast officially started at 6am. Breakfast was meager, but for the price and location, wasn't expecting a huge assortment. I got coffee and it was perfect for someone who just wanted a safe, clean place to sleep while traveling on I-84.

Extended Stay on S. Vista is an excellent choice for a long-term stay hotel. The price was reasonable and the room was clean and functional. Hotel facilities such as laundry were in good working condition and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. No issues experienced here. I did request a room in the middle of the one of the two wings so that I was not by the elevator or an exit door. I slept well. Hotel was largely quiet. If there was one or two things that could have been improved, it would have been to have more staff follow covid safety protocols, set an example, and wear masks. Some guests were not wearing masks in the common areas indoors. But this is not something that would deter me from staying here again.

The price of the rooms was low enough we could afford to have breakfast at a restaurant down the street. Many hotels are offering much better HOT breakfast selections such as omelets and waffles, but they can't match the rate on the rooms. The rooms were very nice, and we had a lovely breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

Large room with great food prep area that had its own bar sink. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast set up and all day access to coffee, apples.

The room was clean and comfortable, with tv, little fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good, with waffles and many other cold food breakfast choices. Juices, tea, and coffee were also good.

The whole stat was amazing. The staff strive to make your stay great. The breakfast was a great start to every day of our trip. The room was comfortable and clean. We felt very welcome from when we arrived to when we departed. For the money a great motel.

I'm a union ironworker and I've stayed in many hotels/motels during my career. I've stayed in many quality inn and suites for years across this country. I won't be an ironworker for much longer because I'm getting too old but whenever I'm on the road in my retirement years and I need a place to stay I will continue to find a quality inn and suites when I need a room. I have never taken the time to fill out one of these surveys before but this one is important to me. From the beautiful young lady at the front desk to the maintenance guy Mike with whom I had a few conversations with during my week stay I was impressed with the way these hard working people treated me. The breakfast was good as was the coffee. I hope these folks get the positive feedback they so richly deserve because these are the people who keep this business in business. I will call Mike in a few weeks to check and see if he and his co-workers have been contacted by the upper management regarding the compliments I have shared in this survey

My husband, Kent, recently had knee replacement surgery in Meridian and we have had to stay overnight in Meridian several times. I originally booked a room at the Quality Inn because it was reasonably priced. We have stayed at Quality Inn six times this spring and will be returning when he has his next surgery. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The rooms are clean. The beds comfortable. I had to stay overnight unexpectedly and the staff helped me with a late reservation and made sure that we had a ground level room. I highly recommend the Quality Inn.

My husband and I had to stay overnight in Napa and the Shilo Inn was recommended to us. From the check in to the check out, it was efficient. The front desk was welcoming and answered all our questions. The room was roomy with a small couch and a table with 2 chairs. The floor was a wood floor, not carpet which we liked. The bed was so comfortable. It might be a little soft for some, but we slept very well. The in room coffee mugs and water cups were ceramic and glass, so they are environment friendly. They do offer shuttle service, but I'm not sure of the distance they serve. The only drawback to the experience was that they do not offer breakfast. They give you a coupon for 20% off at the restaurant across the parking lot. We opted not to try it, because we had heard bad reviews prior to our arrival. They do have a small coffee station in the lobby, for those who would like more than 1 cup in their room. We will mark this a place to return to. For Truckers, there are 2 trucks stops near the hotel, where the shuttle could pick you up.

The rooms were very clean, beds are so comfortable . Front desk people were the nicest. Very polite and friendly. Dog friendly. No smoking inside the hotel. Swimming pool , hot tub. The restaurant next door had great food.

Enjoyed staying at the shiloh to attend an event at the idaho center. Room was clean and comfortable and we were happy with the large size. Two queen beds, small table and chairs, kitchen counter with microwave, coffeemaker and fridge underneath. Towels were very large and fluffy. Stayed on 2nd floor and appreciated the elevator. Ftiendly staff gave us tips on a better route to idaho center for event and we were back to our room in no time. Only dislike was the restaurant next door. Instead of free breakfast we received 20% off. It was 30 minutes before we received our food. Eggs were cold and undercooked (egg white jelly inside). Hashbrowns overcooked and dark brown crunchy. Small serving of syrup for pancakes. Save your money and go somewhere else for food. Next day we ate at a perkins instead. Price was better and breakfast was hot and on time.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and was newly remodeled. We spent time in the hot tub and pool which was very nice for relaxing away the day. The staff was friendly and very helpful with a few questions we had about Nampa.

The Cabana is not a fancy place, but it did well on the three C's: clean, comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective, It was also was quiet. My room had been recently updated. This is not the place to book for your CEO, visiting dignitaries, or for a romantic anniversary weekend away. For an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay in Boise, I'll go back to Cabana. Thanks to the staff!

The hotel is a very nice, clean, and inexpensive hotel. The staff is vary friendly and helpful. The shower pressure is AMAZING, starts your day off right with a good shower.

The Cabana Inn was just what I needed. An inexpensive, no frills, clean and comfortable place for a quick overnight stay in Boise. Is it the nicest hotel on Earth? Nope. But it really wasn't too bad. And it was quiet when I was there and the room was clean and comfortable enough.

Spacious and clean rooms. Wifi speed was great. Walking distance to the 8th street where all the downtown restaurants and pubs are located.

There was a good and clean working fridge, a microwave, and a make-up remover towelette with the amenities. Public areas were a bit worn and hallways could use a thorough vacuuming. Our room, noted to accommodate 4, had 4 sets of towels, yet only 1 chair. The desk lamp was not plugged in because all the outlets near it were full. The pool was good, although the towels were a bit thin. The hot tub water was not clear but it was comfortable. The fitness center - well, the TV worked. The treadmill did not, the large multi-piece could not be adjusted, and the bicycle could only be adjusted to accommodate short-legged people. Despite proximity to the airport and the freeway, it was not noisy. I would return.

We arrived late and had an effortless check-in. The room was clean and the was bed super comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

They do have a good selection. when you asked to have your room cleaned it is done quite soon. They have coffee all day long. Swimming pool is very nice although the hot tub is not in working order while I’m here. For the price I would recommend it it is so close and local to most things wherever you’re going downtown or on the bench. Has a microwave and refrigerator in rooms so you can save on meals by buying microwavable meals and your own water and stuff for your refrigerator. T

Tiana was helpful. Service very nice. Bed was actually very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was clean. I have no complaints at all.

Our stay was great. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Friendly. Only problem i had was when we arrived and was told it was 100 cash deposit. Did not see anything on the booking about this. After working in the heat all day was a bit upset to have to go drive somewhere to withdraw rhe cash to check in. Great otherwise.

Recently had some business at Nampa Inn and Suites. Luke, the new manager was very helpful and informative. Convenient location and reasonable rates. Very friendly staff and great freeway access. Recommend this place.
