Well what can I say ..1st time in Djerba and had a extremely relaxing time.. Only 25 mins from airport to hotel..Quick check in and usher to restaurant for dinner as we arrived at 8.15..Nice touch! Room was a good size wit a fridge with drinks.. Beds comfy...Our room over looked the pool and beautiful view at night. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner were way above what I was expecting..The food is gorgeous and endless..It's layed out perfectly and the choice is staggering..You won't be disappointed.. There are drinks despensers which inc Fanta Coke and Lemonade plus a beer one(actually quite nice and it's 5%...The pool and bar area are perfect..But huge thank you to the Animation team who work there socks of morning to night..Loved the Archery and darts ..Plus crazy golf course etc ..Lots to do ..There is a beach bar at opposite end with a stunning white sandy beach..I would definitely recommend this hotel...Enjoy

The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning and relaxing amenities like a pool or spa. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great service. The hotel also offers fast Wi-Fi, room service, and beautiful views depending on where your room is.

I loved my experience at Iberostar Méhari Djerba. Delicious tasty food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful beach on the Mediterranean. Free beach umbrellas and chairs. Terrific animation team. Creative and interesting dance shows. Room was very clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Hajer did a fantastic job cleaning our room. She created different animals out of towels and our bed linens. We loved that! Crocodiles, swans and birds!! Thank you for your dedication and for making our room super clean and comfortable to stay in. My family and I would definitely come to your hotel again for our summer holidays.

We were looking for a family friendly hotel to relax, enjoy pool and beach time, spacious and comfortable rooms, and discover a new destination. That’s exactly what we found with Djerba and Iberostar hotel. Hotel Staff was really friendly, kids pool fun and big, large main pool, and perfect indoor pool for colder days, beautiful setting and beach, lots of sport and kids animations like mini disco every night which our 5 and 8 yo boys loved. Food was very good and varied every day with local and international dishes. I recommend this hotel. We also took the time to explore Djerba in Taxi on our own (Djerba explore and crocodile farm 5min drive away, countryside Gedalla and Djerba hood, and Thursday market at Houmt souk). The taxis drivers are all friendly and honest.

We had a brilliant stay! The premium terrace was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The beachfront restaurant quickly became our favorite spot — great food with an even better view, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Large and has a good indoor pool and hot tub jacuzzi

This is a beautiful hotel! It's immaculate, excellent breakfast, in a wonderful location on the beach, the bed is very comfortable, rooms are updated with nice decor, fast wifi, very quiet, peaceful and safe. It's easy and cheap to get a taxi and go to other places on the island - don't miss Djerbahood! Running on the beach and working out in the gym, swimming in the ocean or the pool, or just relaxing on the beach - it's the perfect spot! But what exceeded my expectations was the staff. Each person was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I'm especially grateful for Sabrine - she helped me change my flight (after my own failed attempts) with Tunis Air Express in a matter of minutes! I was beyond impressed and thankful. I can't wait to come back!

We were staying at the hotel the 2nd week of December. It was well attended but not overly busy. The temperature was around 23-26 °C. Just perfect. The hotel is nice and clean; the staff was really helpful and polite. The food was delicious and plenty. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee and tea. Every morning, the bottled water has been stocked up. There is a general shop on site with touristy stuff and basic toiletries, clothing's; postcards and stamps; The bar is open all day. There is room service available too. The pool water was clean and tidy all around. The hotel is right on the beach, with someone checking that only hotel guests use the deck chairs, as the beach is accessible by all. (Not through the hotel, though) There are cute cats everywhere. We've had a small pool outside of our room. There are many small pools, which neighbouring rooms can share and there is a big main pool too.

The people working here give you the warmest welcome ever and are very friendly and helpful all the time. The food was a lot, but very nice. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options, but they offer more than most places in Tunesia, were they offer none ;-). We got a free room update, the room was huge and we were next to a semi-private swimmingpool, we had some good morning swims. The bed was huge and very nice. The beach was very clean and nice, with a security guard there the whole time so we felt very safe swimming together and leaving our stuff at the daybeds. They do offer a lot of activities which are really fun, we did the aqua gyming. Also the night performances are very cosy. I think we were lucky to be here off season so we had a lot of space and still enough sun. Next to the swimming pools there is almost no wind which makes it very comfortable even in late November. The wifi is superb.

We absolutely loved our stay. Staff were all amazing - so welcoming and friendly. In particular the two guys encouraging us to dance at the white party. Facilities great and room spacious and quiet. Beach is awesome and the place very relaxing.The gym had excellent equipment for weight training and cardio. The gym was clean and well stocked with water and towels

The hotel was amazing beautiful and extremely relaxing. Food was fabulous. It’s the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in it was so clean very very comfortable. The view was amazing and so was the beach. The bed was brilliant. I loved the bathroom

The rooms were huge, clean and surprisingly quiet The facilities were great (the sea front was amazing as were the indoor and outdoor pool) The food buffet was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner (had one of the best NYE dinners ever!)

Amazing breakfast and pool area. The room was spacious, comfortable and the shower was great. . We also enjoyed the restaurant Flamingo. Very friendly staff too.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were so helpful. The building was beautiful and by the beach. I got a late price with my room upgraded so wonderful. The breakfast was amazing I wish I had the ability to eat more. IThere was a meal for all day.

the entrance and the lobby, fantastic ! the room, the bathroom, the view, plants and palmtrees inside and outside, beautiful deco, stylish. Breakfast, Turquoise and Italian restaurants. Helpful housekeeping staff, waiting staff at the beachclub, and bith italiand and Turquoise restaurants were great! Poolboys very friendly too.

Myself and my friend spent a week here and it completely exceeded our expectations/hopes. The pool is really big and perfect for a good swim around the palm tree garden, with lovely areas to lay on your sunbed - we found a lovely nook where we felt a good amount of privacy. The room was great - nothing extra special, but it had a nice balcony with a good view of the pool and it was lovely and peaceful. Not sure how it will be in full season, but it was very chilled out at the end of March! The other guests were largely slightly older - between 45-75 ish - and it’s not really suitable for young kids due to the pool layout, so it’ll this added to the relaxed feel. The staff were all great - very polite and diligent and some were particularly warm and friendly. The food was pretty spectacular - so much choice of both mains and puddings - quite dangerous really, as you just want to try everything!! Pretty much all the cakes are as good as they look, which is amazing! We didn’t have a hamam, but we had a peek and the steam room looks really gorgeous and traditional, with lots of additional treatments to choose from. The beach was lovely - I had been worried about other reviews mentioning the seaweed - it wasn’t a problem for us, but at other times of year maybe there is more.. Anyway, the sea is not the cleanest I’ve swam in, but it is great for swimming, with a lovely, gradual, sandy floor. Thanks Sentido Djerba Beach - we will be back!

A truly excellent hotel. We came for a night and stayed for a week. Fantastic indoor pool, large rooms with wifi and satellite TV (BBC World service and mainland French channels), wide variety of buffet foods at breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in in Turisia

Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. The drink prices are pretty good though (like 2 TND for water, 4 TND for spirits). There isn't easily accessible information about things like activities and hotel services. If you speak french, you can ask the staff, but most of the staff only have very very basic English. The pool area is lovely, beautiful location directly on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall it was a good stay!

Top notch hotel in Jerba. Sentido never disappoints in Tunisia. My thoughts. The good: 1. Location is very good. Hotel is right at the beach. 1 minute walk to pool and 2 minutes to the beach from the furthest room. Very hard to beat. 2. Hotel shoes some signs of age, but is very well kept and maintained. Room service was good but unpredictable. 3. Food is generally good 4. Entertainment was excellent and packed, with the team constantly busy working very hard to go above and beyond customer expectations. Special thanks to Foufa (safa), Sousou, Chouchou and the boys of course. 5. Checkin was a breeze, despite our late arrival. Special thanks to Douraid at the reception and his supervisor who were very accommodating in getting us great rooms with extra space. They even accommodated our special request for late checkout. Mariem provided tips on the neighborhood and background on the hotel. Areas of improvements: 1. As jelly fish are sprawling all over the Mediterranean basin (not just Tunisia) due to man caused environmental imbalance, i recommend to the hotel to install nets around the swimming areas so people don't get hurt. The type of medusa that i explored personally are extrememtly dangerous. For my stay, jelly fish were far out, and did not venture too close to the swimming area so no issues, but watch out.

An excellent hotel at a fantastic price for demi pension. Certainly the best hotel we have stayed at in Tunisia. Great indoor pool and excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner. We cannot rate it too highly.

- Buffet: Very good. I don’t understand the comments complaining. Must be picky foodies. On top of that, if you don’t like it, there are several restaurants on the hotel site as well - Sports facilities: The gym is decent for people training with dumbbells. Football pitch is very nice and the basketball court is good for streetball (it’s half a court). Tennis courts seemed good as well (didn’t test) - Swimming pools areas: 4 different ones, so you may pick the which matches your vibe: to the quiet one, kids water park or one of the 2 near the buffet restaurant - Activities: more than enough for everyone - Tea/chicha lounge: very authentic and chill - Room quietness: make sure to ask for a room in the building of the 2000s, facing the backyards as no noise reaches there - The beach - The themed parties in the evening

Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a fantastic location, with direct access to a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters. The facilities are modern, clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and stunning views. The food is another highlight — every day there was a wide variety of dishes, both local and international, always fresh and well presented. The spa also deserves a mention, with relaxing treatments that perfectly completed the relaxing experience. But what really made the difference in this stay was the incredible entertainment team. Always with a smile on their faces, full of energy and friendliness, they managed to create a lively, welcoming and positive atmosphere. Solo age 29 canadian for 4 days, was looking to relax after a long trip around Tunisia. My all inclusive experience is one time in Riviera May and another in Punta Cana. Crowd: 90% old retired French people.. not a party or family hotel.. i was down for it as during the day it was peaceful around the pool to read. Oh and they play old french music all the time to satisfy the crowd, that sucked hard Pool/beach: Pool was fantastic very big and clean..lots of chairs available and in good condition. Beach is nice sand is soft but big oops tons of algae on the shore made it look bad (early october)..some other hotels nearby did not have any Amenities: Basic all inclusive activities but enjoyed the tennis as there were many courts.. but cant believe i had to pay 25 TND for a hour in an all inclusive.. cmon.. The big upside is the spa it is obviously the heart of the resort..much higher quality than anything else the hammam experience was amazing and there are so many options. Gym was too tiny/minimal Food/drinks: No free "à la carte" restaurant for an all inclusive is a big downside.. but the buffet was good always found something nice.. it is mostly tunisian influenced food which is good but not the biggest variety. Dont expect pork in a muslim country. Also drinks is a disaster i suspect the bartenders never drank in their life.. they were clueless on proportions and juices arent in the fridge..oh and they dont work with a bracelet you need to sign an invoice each time..?!

We visited the hotel in September 2025. The hotel is clean, has a wide range of activities. Beach is a very short walking distance from the hotel, very clean, perfect blue water and golden sand. The animation team has a wide range of activities prepared which are always a lot of fun - especially Yaya, rio, wajdi ,steve , gayeth. The staff of the hotel is also super helpful. O recommend this place!

Our stay was simply fantastic! The building of the hotel is well-designed and the rooms are very modern, spacious and comfortable. The food is incredible – such a huge variety and everything is fresh and tasty. We were spoiled for choice at every meal! The pools are clean, beautiful and perfect for both relaxing and having fun, not to mention the fact that beach activities were also available whenever we wanted. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

Staff, from the very start at reception then Kids club animators, restaurant staff were fantastic, food was just perfect, five stars! Pool was huge and clean, beach and beach bar were perfect too, at the end the reception on check out were amazingly welcoming and friendly. We travelled in many many countries, and we were almost never met with such a warm welcome and careful hospitality, it feels something especially when you are in your country, thank you.

Best structure I have been in my life for quality of the service, food has been amazing, especially private dinners in restaurants you can basically do every night. We tried a typical Tunisian dinner, an Italian one and my favourite was the fish dinner, all the time they gave us for free wine even though it was not included in our half pension. With half pension you can basically have free food almost the whole day anyway because already at 3pm a snack bar full of things is available, and after a large breakfast you do not really need to eat till that time. Pool is amazing, the beach in front really nice and the organizer every day at 11 and 4pm organize volleyball matches, we really enjoyed that part as well. The gym is not huge but well equipped, if you want to visit the islands taxies ate always out of the structure and really cheap. The best of the best is the prices in the low season, we paid around 100€ per night for 3 people, close to nothing considering food was all included and at 7 we could take advantage of the free drinks as well

Check in was smooth and got an upgrade to a more premium room because hotel just opened. I would recommend to pay the sea view supplement as the views are gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and the design was great. We liked the food a lot although I can be a fussy eater . A lot of variety with fresh fruits, juices, delicious fish and amazing tunisian pastries. The level of service in the bar & restaurants was excellent. Entertainment was OK but they did their best and it looks like the other guests loved it. Would I go back? YES and we already booked with 3 other couples for the beginning of September

This spa resort is a hidden gem. Spacious property with the biggest outdoor pool I have ever seen. Rooms are huge, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property is right on the beach and the hotel arranged for us to ride camels and horses from the convenience of the hotel. The restaurants offer a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. The staff are welcoming and so willing to help and make you feel comfortable. This resort is very safe, peaceful and appeals to all travelers. We travel as a family but there were couples, single females and other families. The grounds are so big that you really don’t feel other guests. The spa is lovely and with indoor pool for adults (another separate indoor pool available for ages in another part of the resort). This resort is incredible value. We will be back!

The hotel was beyond our best expectations, it was nestled on a perfect stretch of beach to view and enjoy the Mediterranean. The service was wonderful as the staff and concierge were extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. The food at the multiple restaurants located on the premises was convenient and delicious! If we were to go back to visit Djerba, this hotel would be our first choice to stay at hands down!

It is five-star hotel but strangely there were very few guests. There was a group of french jews celebrating some special date and because of them there was no hot food or even hot coffee for breakfast on Saturday and reception gave me no straight answer. It was so quiet in the pool & beach areas that it felt like a ghost place. The staff was unprepared and somewhat unfriendly, lazy? It took them ages to prepare our table at breakfast or even clean the ones used and there were abundant flies. The accommodation is superb and our dinner which was included, very tasty.

I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a calm and great stay. The suite is spacious clean and wonderful. The balcony is spacious and intime as well. I was there with my wife and my 3 months kid. The salted pool is very nice!

It is a traditional Tunisian hotel and is gorgeous with beautiful artworks scattered on white walls. We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist who was lovely, kind and helpful. The rest of the staff were also amazing and I cannot fault them. Our lovely bright and airy room which was spotlessly clean (Rzougou did an amazing job every day for us for which huge thank yous! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻) was situated on the ground floor and overlooked the pool. The hotel play music around the pool all day, have different types of live music in the evening which was great as well as sometimes playing music which people would sit around the pool and listen too. The dining room, again, was very clean and welcoming and at breakfast they served everything from fresh fruit, cereal, different types of bread and cakes, yogurts, pancakes and omelettes to order which was perfect for us both. They also had different types of fruit juices as well as tea, coffee and filtered water. We were here on a bed and breakfast basis and you can pay an extra fee to have dinner in the evening if you wish. There is an outside dining area where you can buy snacks, pizzas, pasta, chicken as well as hot and cold drinks if you wish too. I loved the large swimming pool and swam in it every day. I recommend staying at this lovely hotel which is calm, relaxing and welcoming. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hotel Bougainvillier is a gem hidden in the middle of the all-inclusive giants. This cozy and calm hotel is perfect for everybody who wants to get away from the big crowd. We just loved it! The hotel is very nicely decorated with lots of beautiful art. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool is a delight. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers nice meals for lunch and dinner es well. It’s very nice to have a drink in the patio by the pool in the evening. There is a mini-market just around the corner and Djerba Explore is a short walk away. The beach is also just 8 minutes walk away. It’s very easy to catch a cab just outside of the hotel if you want to go anywhere.

Everything! We stayed there for three nights, with daily cleaning service and even had our clothes washed,no charge!Amazing service and staff, great location, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with our choice of eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, fruits and more. The room was really nice and the pool area amazing!

Beautiful, clean, pleasant decor and facilities. Calm area. I enjoyed super comfy bed and balcony, spend all my days by the beautiful pool. My stays purpose was relaxation. Food was delicious. No direct access to the sea, but i personally didnt want it, i only went to the beach for sport and sunsets (10-15 min walk).

Le buffet est d une grande qualité et très varié l établissement est propre, le personnel très agréable. Nous y retournerons. Seul petit bémol la température de la piscine intérieure et des jacuzzi était un peu basse pour un séjour au mois d'avril où malheureusement les températures extérieures étaient trop fraîches pour profiter des très belles infrastructures extérieures. Excellent séjour !

overall it was a great stay, HOWEVER, I booked a suite through hotels.com with pictures showing the red suite, instead, I was given a blue one which is totally different with the one on hotels.com after I checked in late at night, I informed the reception that it's not the room I booked, the next day I went to the reception and asked for the suite I booked, however, the rude reception lady working on the same shift with Mr. Nouredin claimed that it's not the suite we booked and she was yelling at me and my wife that it's my mistake not their's while I provided the pictures of the suite while I booked but Mr. Noureddine her colleague knew it's their fault but he couldn't do anything, anyway, I paid for the extra to get the suite I wanted with the private jacuzzi as it was a surprise for my wife. the reception lady didn't even say hello or asked about our stay or how is everything going as if she was mad that we paid the extra and got the suite we wanted. it was our honeymoon stay and I did inform the hotel about it but they didn't prepare any kind of floral decoration or surprise for us (they had our booking 2 weeks before), the food, however, was great and most of the staff are great especially the suite maid. the hotel also had enough space to park a car while I was in a rush and it was very cold outside, but the hotel security asked me to park the car far from the reception while I was staying on off-season and absolutely no buses to enter or leave the hotel.

We recently stayed at TUI Blue Palm Beach, and it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully located right by the beach. The rooms were comfortable, with good air conditioning, daily cleaning, and nice views depending on your location. The food at the buffet was varied and fresh — plenty of choices for all tastes, including vegetarian and Tunisian specialties. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area was large with lots of sunbeds, and the beach was just a short walk away with clear water. The lifeguards and beach staff were always present and kept everything safe and tidy. Reception and hotel service were also top quality — check-in was smooth, and any small issues were handled quickly. This is a great place for families, couples, and even solo travelers looking for a mix of relaxation and activities. The Animation Team went above and beyond to keep the vibe fun, energetic, and full of life throughout our stay. Especially Nassim and Mohammed kept up the good vibes and invited us to dance. We would highly reccomend this accomidation and will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at TUI Blue Palm Beach Hotel! The food was varied and delicious every day, with plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were refreshing, and the bar staff always served them with a smile. The animation team kept the days and evenings full of energy, with fun activities, shows, and games that made the holiday even more memorable. A very special shoutout goes to Nassim, one of the best animators we’ve ever met—he brought so much joy, laughter, and positivity to our trip. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony that offered beautiful views. had a fantastic stay at TUI Blue Palm Beach Hotel! The food was varied and delicious every day, with plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were refreshing, and the bar staff always served them with a smile. The animation team kept the days and evenings full of energy, with fun activities, shows, and games that made the holiday even more memorable. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony that offered beautiful views. This hotel is ABSOLUTELY perfect place to stay for holiday - wonderful relaxing and rest here 😃 Rooms with a nice balcony are very clean and quite big so enough space for everything and bathroom is a good size too ! In the room is a fridge , safe deposit box , air condition , TV , telephone and sometimes free WiFi so you don't need to go to reception or lobby bar to use your internet 🙂 All staff is so friendly and very helpful - especially lovely lady Ines from reception and the boss Ilies . Food is very good - always fresh and very tasty hot breakfast ( eggs, omelette , pancakes) and cold breakfast as well ( meat , cheese , vegetables , jam) Lunch and dinner - very delicious too 😋 2 swimming pools and pool outside the hotel is together with such a lovely beach 🏖 with free sunbeds and umbrella and security every day ! We enjoyed VERY MUCH and DEFINITELY come back to this lovely hotel !!!

We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel! The beach is clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The food is tasty and varied – there’s something for everyone. The hotel is orderly, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the animation team: Tito, Momo, Midou, Totti, Simo, Hiba, Yassmin, and Oscar. They are amazing! Thanks to them, there was always something fun happening – games, activities, dancing, and evening shows. We never felt bored! It’s because of them that we plan to return to this hotel. As a beach hotel this was lovely. We had a sea view twin, all inclusive. The whole hotel was spotless and well maintained, the staff were lovely, it was very good having an indoor pool to use in winter which is also adjacent to the sun terrace overlooking the pool and the beach. We were there for 3 days and while we were there the food was varied and tasty including a number of Tunisian specialities. The staff were helpful and personable. it's bang on the beach. there's a nice paddling pool for smaller kids.

The food was very good, and the chefs were friendly. The hotel has a private beach and offers both an indoor and an outdoor pool, which we really enjoyed. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. A ping pong table was available, and the staff even kept it open for us at night, which we really appreciated. The bartender on the main bar with the day shift was very friendly. Reception staff was also friendly.

I am just in the middle of my solo stay at TMK Marine Beach resort. Unfortunately I was not given a sea-view room, so I can't enjoy a splendid panorama of Mediterranean Sea. The place is not really glamorous as many huge hotels around Turkey or Spain, but it really has a very special positive atmosphere and vibes. The resort is spreading around wide area with nice gardens, 2 floors white buildings are connected as bungalows, so there is no feeling of crowd, anyone can find a private space here. There are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, just next to the white sandy beach. The service staff is kind and helpful, especially for French speaking travelers. As for the food, it is simply delicious, nobody should complain about it. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Two minor remarks: air conditioning works since mid-June and bottled water should be available in more easy way ( not only in the bars). I would gladly come back here some day again. Thanks to the whole hard working staff 😊

The hotel is very clean & rooms spacious with a fridge & balcony. Hotel was situated on a beautiful clean beach and had a lovely pool area. The cafe bar was nice and the breakfast was good with a fresh omelette everyday. The hotel staff are super friendly and very polite and helpful. We used the spa twice really lovely and very good price. We went out of season but still found some ok bars and restaurants. We got a taxi easily outside the hotel only £8 to airport and even less to Djerbahood and Souk. My partner got sick and they allowed us to have the room the whole day rather than early checkout which were very grateful for. Mostly French speaking google translate was helpful. Just a reminder don’t expect western standard restaurants but do expect cheap meals. I did look at the suite room during the stay wow massive sea view balcony that would be gorgeous when the weather is hot.

This hotel was amazing!! It’s right on the beach with cozy beach chairs, a bar and restaurant connected with good food/drinks, and a gorgeous pool. You can bring your breakfast outside to one of the bar’s patio tables to feel the breeze and watch men walk by leading horses and camels. The staff were so lovely - Fatma at reception was incredibly helpful especially considering my language barrier (I don’t speak French/Arabic), and even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and always said good morning to me and gave me the biggest smiles. I loved everything about this place. At first I thought I’d need to suck it up and pay for wifi in my room, since it only works in the lobby and courtyard, but I’m glad I didn’t - it was nice to be disconnected from social media for a while!

Our room was immaculate, clean swimming pool, pool/beach towels provided with a deposit. Good breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Water in the bathroom was always red hot, fresh towels daily and there was a kettle in the room with sugar and tea bags provided. Hotel is well situated to explore the island, definitely recommend going to see the crocodiles and the small castle. Houmpt Souk has a big Sunday market which is great for some bargains. Food wise, the restaurants aren't awesome, there are no bars for evening drinks, so if that's what you're looking for, good luck. Djerba is a lovely island we had an awesome time ❤

The staff were incredibly warm with a genuine desire to help and ensure we had a good stay. It felt like being in a large family. The room was always cleaned and with nice touches, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The interior is authentically decorated and the outside has a pool and walkway to the beach - only metres away with white sand and blue sea. It’s easy to get a taxi to the local town where authentic Djerban culture can be experienced. There is live music/a disco in the bar every night but also the option to eat quietly in the restaurant. I can’t recommend it enough!

the staff is absolutely adorable and really care about details. the room were super well decorated and really well maintained and clean. The receptionist were always super helful with great recommendations for tailor, restaurants or taxi. On the day there were no taxi , the staff was so kind to drop me. The breakfast was also really delicious, with fresh fruits and omelett or crepes. Could also enjoy the spa with a wonderful massages.

Relaxing Stay with an Exceptional Spa Experience I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel, with the standout highlight being the incredible spa. If you're visiting, don’t miss out on booking a massage — it was one of the best I’ve had. The indoor pool is heated, which made for an amazing, relaxing experience, and the steam room was hands-down the highlight of my stay. The entire spa area felt like a true escape and added immense value to the trip. The hotel grounds are lush and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful walkway lined with green trees leading to the rooms. The rooms themselves were impressively spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of comfort. The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic — clean, inviting, and perfect for lounging. On the downside, the property feels somewhat dated, especially in comparison to more modern 4-star options like the Iberostar, which offered a fresher, higher-quality breakfast with better variety. Breakfast here could definitely use improvement. Additionally, people smoking in the main lobby was off-putting and took away from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. All in all, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially the spa, and with a few updates, it could be truly outstanding.

I had a nice holiday at Radisson Blu palace - I liked the premium room - very spacious, clean and quiet with partial view to the sea. The staff was very and friendly and the whole place has a really relaxed vibe. No loud animation or activities. The food in the main restaurant was Ok for me - great variety, lots of fruits and vegetables, local food was great (especially the freshly baked bread for breakfast), the rest was a bit bland. I tried the Tunisian restaurant (OK) and the Italian one (not worth it). As to the SPA - I had a complimentary massage and it was good, but the pedicure I paid for was not worth the money. The beach was disappointing - split in two parts and there was not enough beach chairs for such a big hotel. Some days the garbage from the previous day was still in the bins in the morning. My package was all inclusive, but the cafe/restaurant near the beach was not included.

Very nice hotel, if u want to relax its perfect place to stay. Hotel is beautiful. Swimming pool and around it's always clean. Atmosphere is so nice, everyone is always smiling and happy to help. Food is amazing. Everyone can choose what they want. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Guys at the bar especially Sami, Chabenne, Ahmed, Meher and Rihad are super cool, we had fantastic time with them, great chat and lots of laughs. Reception staff are nice. Especially young man Yamine, what a brilliant person. He is so clever, very polite, helpful and so nice, very well raised 👏🏼. Our room was very clean everyday and everything was organised perfectly by our brilliant Nassren, she is amazing. She was always making sure we are happy. All ppl who works at the hotel are amazing. We are so so happy to be here.

Had absolutely amazing time here. My girls loved it. This property is enormous. The staff is helpful and friendly. Its a great value to the money to paid. The best part is the VIC club for kids. They keep the kids entertained in so many ways from board games to cinema and video games and what not. It was lovely to leave our daughter there while we can enjoy something else. The instructor in VIC club is Assia and she is such a nice lady. We will definitely plan again to visit Djerba and Radisson Blu will be our first choice to stay because of Assia. The only thing we found a bit off was the check in process was way too slow. We waited at reception desk to check in for 20 mind until someone showed up. We were tired from long flight and kids were sleepy and then we had to wait for 20mins to check in. The breakfast buffet had huge variety. From Tunis food to continental, everything was there. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We ones went to lunch buffet in Mediterranean restaurant. It was 70 dinar per person but was just okay. The variety of salads were amazing. Location is good. Soul Houmt is about 10-12 mins drive and the food is very cheap outside the resort. In 50 dinar a family of 4 can have a good meal outside.

Most hotel reviews seem to mention dated rooms but ours was fine for the price paid, comfy bed, great shower, sofa smart TV. Breakfast is decent, this hotel is mainly french so caters accordingly fried,boiled and omelette eggs, cold meats and cheese, fresh juice and enough Danish pastries to kill you! No bacon! I'm not sure if fully inclusive is value tho, buffet dinner is 27 euro and is themed by countries, the french night was brilliant the Tunisian night was indifferent. Beer 9 dinar. Staff are very good, pool is really nice, I'm here in November and all the beach sunbeds are full even with the current low occupancy rate, but the pool area is virtually empty for some strange reason, I'm a pool lizard so that's good for me . Main drawback here is that you are a taxi ride away from everything, say 5 dinar to a restaurant 9 to the croc park. People are allowed to smoke in the bar area rendering it unusable to us. 8 out of 10, good value.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is extremely luxurious and well-maintained. The staff—both Tunisian and German—were incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality were exceptional.

We love everything at the Club. The Staff is realy friendly, the Rooms a modern and very clean, our room had an beautiful view. The Food is great, the Shows and all over Program is fantastic. The Sport offer is exzellent. We realy recomand the Club to everybody!!!

We loved our stay, best all inclusive in Tunisia Food was excellent / not like ordinary buffet. staff was like family High level of professionalism. Very safe. Un accueil parfait. Des prestations de hautes qualités. Le staff de l'hôtel est aux petits soins, très attentifs aux clients. La nourriture est excellente. L'hôtel est d'une grande propreté. Le seul petit bémol c'est que toutes les communications et et les activités sont allemand (chaîne d'hôtels allemand) une communication en parallèle au moins en anglais serait bien. Un énorme merci à Anis du restaurant!! À Majid, a Kaouter, a Mohamed Ali du bar!!! Tout le monde a été génial!! Bravo ils sont les dignes représentants de la Tunisie!
