The hotel was very nice and clean! Everyone was so helpful and very welcoming! The shower water pressure was amazing! We had the "studio" hotel room, which was very spacious and came with a desk, fridge, closet, storage, couch, large movable tv, and microwave. The TV showed us local restaurants nearby and had a lot of good resources of information. Our bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, and it was very large for two people to sleep in comfortably. The garage was an extra 20 a night, but it was worth it due to the location and accessibility. The hotel location was really nice because you are close to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, yet you are a 10-15 minute drive to anywhere in the city! Really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is very nice. Its modern, clean and spacious. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Lots of seating in the lobby and bar area. Pool is spacious and clean. Rooms are big and well kept. Lots of storage. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Within walking distance to Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum of MN, Childrens Museum, lots of restaurants, public parking. We would definitely stay here again.

I have repeatedly stayed at the Springhill Suites, St. Paul, for business trips. I love this hotel. Everything about it was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service. The breakfast was good, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The best part is the staff: always smiling, polite, and ready to help. Heartfelt thanks to Vish (bright early morning smile which sets you right away to a beautiful day), Kristy (who always came out to make sure that if I arrive late at night, I am safe while walking from the car to the lobby to check in), Kimberly and Timmy (who are so kind, helpful and accommodating). And a very important bonus to me: very safe/secured parking. Highly recommended!

The Springhill Suites Saint Paul Downtown Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the country and I look forward to each stay. Hotel associates are all extremely personable and helpful. On this trip I was fortunate to be assisted by Chandra. Chandra is an excellent first impression, as I was greeted immediately with a welcome hello and smile as I entered the hotel. Chandra placed me in an excellent room. Hotel is very well built and very quiet, as room floors are carpeted. Hotel always looks and feels new, as I believe it is a recently built property. Hotel is in a great location. I am a runner and enjoy my morning run across the Mississippi Bridges and along the river trail system. Hotel also has a first-class hotel gym, which I also utilize. There are several nice restaurants that are within walking distance. I have tried a few, and they were good choices. The hotel also has a very nice morning breakfast and a very spacious breakfast area. I met the GM Jim on this trip and also on my previous visit. Jim runs a first-class hotel. Thanks to everyone who made my stay enjoyable. And once again, thank you Chandra.

So clean! Everything was beautiful! Very safe -had to use room key to get to any floor on elevator. Staff great! Best beds and pillows! Quiet room even though in middle of downtown but we were there on Monday night. Breakfast had fresh food and fresh fruit! Strong coffee! No stains on carpet in hallways like all other hotels we stayed in the last week on our cross country and back road trip ! I will be staying in Springhill Suites from now on! Thanks Marriott Bonvoy! I totally did not mind paying $25 for parking bc it kept our giant lifted truck in a safe parking garage that actually fit!

Staff was friendly, jacuzzi was hot, common spaces were pleasant. The free drinks and 'snacks' from 5:30-7pm was a really nice touch, though I think just doing some tastier appetizers (crackers and cheese, fruit, other nibbles) would be nicer than the not particularly flavorful dinner items, like steamed vegetables and bland pasta, that were actually served. Still, I appreciated the effort!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the custodian to the buffet workers. everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and organized. The room was perfect. Comfy bed, spacious, refrigerator and microwave, 2 tvs, beautiful bathroom and awesome shower! The view from our room was nice too! The hotel also supplied a play pen which was perfect for our baby! We requested late checkout and they accommodated it with no issue. It was just a perfect experience all around.

I absolutely loved my stay at Drury Plaza Hotel St. Paul Downtown! The location is perfect—close to everything downtown. My room was excellent: clean, spacious, and had everything I needed: microwave, minifridge, work desk (they even had extra pillows and blankets waiting for me in the closet—I didn't even have to ask!). The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast and the evening happy hour. Both were incredible and really set this hotel apart. Breakfast had delicious options every morning, and the happy hour was such an awesome way to chill after a long conference day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This is now my go-to hotel in Saint Paul—I can't wait to come back!

Location was great. Easy to find and convenient. Staff were amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Pool and spa area was very clean, not too chlorine-y, well stocked with towels. Free hot breakfast was delicious and filling. Was surprised with their happy hour. That was a wonderful treat before dinner Room was very clean, spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Will come back.

I selected this hotel mostly for its proximity to Regions Hospital, where I was visiting a friend. But were I to return to St. Paul, no matter the mission I likely would stay there again. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it gives a 5-star experience. I'm told the building used to be an Embassy Suites, and it offers the same all-suite accommodation. What sets it apart, I think, is the friendly and helpful staff, and some nice perks such as the daily 5:30 Kickback, offering free food and drink. There's an adequate gym, a nice pool, and a bar as part of a restaurant with a limited menu. The hotel also has good (and not intrusive) security, which is great. In my four nights there, I never saw an employee who was grouchy, and most walked around with smiles on. All were helpful and informative. The free breakfast was not elegant, but a cut above the usual hotel lobby buffets. It offered juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, bagels and such, and a pancake bar. The food pans were frequently refreshed and always hot. Housekeeping is a bit of an issue -- I suspect from "challenges" in hiring, not from the work ethic of the housekeepers. My room could have been vacuumed better, and the hotel encourages guests - with reward points, or something - to opt for no housekeeping during their stay. Nah. Overall, I'd still give it a solid 10-outta-10. They consistently made me glad I was there. I'd go back in the proverbial heartbeat.

Simple perks like hand lotion in the room or newspaper not provided. B'fast buffet was nice enough 👍but they take away the coffee afterwards ☹️ Small pool; no jacuzzi 😩 Convenient location--next to amtrak station, metro bus terminal, and blue line lightrail.

This hotel is a gem! It is built in an old customs house and uses some of the old architecture (i.e. doors) as decorative elements or to divide spaces. It adds historical interest to the place. But don't think it's an OLD hotel... anything but. Everything is clean and in good repair... bright and cheery. The rooms are far more spacious than other area hotels we have stayed in. There are many living room type areas throughout the hotel to congregate in a group, a cute little bar area for a late night glass of wine. The breakfast includes hot and cold options with ample comfortable seating. The hotel is pet friendly as well. Our room was large enough to entertain in, the beds/bedding were so comfortable (awesome pillows!), and the bathroom large. Little details... a soft close shower door, read ceramic coffee mugs in the room, a full ironing board in the room... made this place feel like a stay at a higher price point. This Hyatt is located on the Mississippi River in the heart of downtown St. Paul. You can walk to many area attractions and restaurants. Union Depot is right next door. We plan to make this our go to St Paul hotel.

Over all was a great experience. However, I booked a "high floor room" expecting a great view with those large windows, and my view was blocked by a wall around the entire 5th floor, but, when I asked for a different room on 4th floor, the guy at front desk met my request and I switched rooms that night. (Had I not been able to switch rooms my stay still would have been nice) Still just a view of buildings, (no river view) but able to see the street and goings on of the city. The water pressure in shower was fantastic!!! Lighting in the bathroom was not that great though. 4th floor room was a lot bigger than 5th floor room as well. The free breakfast was ok. Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, location was great and within walking distance to Excel Energy Center, about a mile walk along Kellogg St along the river front and thru a nice park. I will stay here again when I visit St. Paul for an other Wild Hockey Game! Again, overall a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Location was good close to the river. Rooms and bathrooms very big and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful. We had problems with our connecting tour and they went out of their way to assist us with making arrangements for our tour changes. We would not have been able to make the change and join the tour on time without them. Very grateful to them. The day we arrived was July 4th and again the staff on duty were extremely helpful in guiding us around and making sure we got some food when all the restaurants in the area were closed. Really amazing to experience such great people!

I stay at Hyatt Place St. Paul Downtown every Christmas. My sister and I average about 14 total nights per year and have never had a serious complaint. The rooms are nice if a bit 'Beige and Taupe'. The breakfast is mid to up scale with just enough variety. The location next to Union Station is fun with great Uber service. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. This is not a big place with a fancy restaurant...just breakfast. The bar is 4 seats and often closed. But they have a decent hotel store including beer and wine. This works for us.

Our stay at the AC Hotel just across from the Mall of America was exceptional! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. We loved the open bar available until midnight, the happy hour, and the live music on Thursdays, I believe —it can really add to the experience. The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing, and having a restaurant and pizza place next door was incredibly convenient. The restaurant has a great brunch! The 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus, and the snack room with purchasable items was very handy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and a special shoutout to Mike, who was a tremendous help from start to finish. We’re truly grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! It’s amazing and affordable.

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful and provided us with amazing history on the AC Marriott Brand. Great location, the Mall of America and IKEA are less than a block away. Nice and quiet location. Did not use the bar, breakfast, or workout room as we were there for a weekend getaway and was out and about other than to sleep and prepare for the next day. Amazing restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking in parking garage that was adjacent to the property and as well as parking on the property.. You will have to pay for parking and breakfast. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is nothing short of perfection. It’s within comfortable walking distance of the Mall of America, and it is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are incredible and comfortable, everything is clean, organized, modern and welcoming. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff that helped us throughout our stay. Natasha at the front desk was so wonderful and helpful for our checking in. This is truly the best hotel experience that my wife and i have ever had and we will definitely stay here when we visit again!

Seems like the best option near Mall of America. It’s a 5-minute walk from multiple entrances so you can shop until you literally drop 😂 My first stay at an AC Hotel, and it felt very new and modern. Cleanliness was on point. I loved the rainfall shower. They don’t do housekeeping for short stays but of course you can request anything you may need. Price was very affordable for how nice it felt. Full service bar with snacks was in the lobby, but I didn’t utilize it. Gym was huge and nice for a workout. Breakfast is available for a fee. All staff were so genuine, friendly and happy to chat. Checkout is noon and that extra hour is so nice since most hotels are 11. My only thoughts on improving: not much they can do about this, but I could hear some noise from the room above me. They did mention that they were sold out the weekend I was there, but that they aren’t usually that busy, so you may not notice this. And it’d be great if they’d keep the coffee out until noon or after for we late risers 😆 Also: use the train! The station is a few minutes walk and it’s cheap, clean and easy to use. $2 to get to downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul or airport etc. — way cheaper than ride share!

This property was emaculate! It was convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen with free breakfast, and sometimes free dinner. The bathroom was gigantic. The jacuzzi/fireplace area was top notch. Also a 24 hr gym, how can you beat it?

Staybridge Suites was our home base while family received medical care from Mayo Clinics. Centrally located to Mayo Clinic Campuses; walkable, or via free hotel shuttle. Underground, secure parking available at additional cost. SQUEEKY CLEAN! Spacious king suite with full kitchen, for meal prep, cooking and serving. Small dining area, large bathroom. Large windows for daylight warmth. Dark at night, even with many lighting options. Huge lobby with massive fireplace, very welcoming for complimentary breakfast and complimentary evening happy hour with generous eats. Also, an on site restaurant and Starbucks. Staff welcoming and helpful, especially the kitchen tzar, Sharon. A GEM! Helpful, friendly and a true advocate for Rochester, Mayo as well as Staybridge Suites. A comfortable home away from home during what can be uncomfortable situations. I highly recommend and would book again.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating to a large group of youth dancers and their families! Breakfast was clean and well run. Sharon at breakfast, the front desk staff and the gentleman running the bar/restaurant were all very helpful and it was obvious they took pride in their work and representing the hotel well!

The room was so clean and new. A really nice lay out with king-size bed yet still comfortable room for a desk, couch, and table. Clean, stocked kitchenette. Spacious shower. Restaurant downstairs. Nice sitting are with fireplaces. Everything was awesome!

Our room was clean, we had all the dishes, towels, everything we needed. The safe was very handy. The food from the bar was good and reasonable. The convenience items for sale were handy and a nice assortment. We didn't share in the breakfast but it looked good and everyone seemed pleased. A special thank you to Machele-desk. She was so welcoming and provided restaurant suggestions, directions and always smiling and offering assistance. Thank you for a stay that exceeded our expectations.

The hotel had a friendly, positive vibe. Inviting lobby with comfortable furniture and game area. Modern and clean rooms with nice decor and clever use of space. Fresh fruit and oatmeal along with a variety of other options at the breakfast buffet.

What a charming and welcomed place. Right away you feel like you are in a modern Euro hotel. Everything is new and clean. No clutter - no broken lamps - clean floor plans - pet friendly for real not just to make an additional $$$! The room we had had cool hard material floor — perfect for a doggy room. Breakfast was good as well. All in all a perfect place to stay before visiting the stunning Lake Superior sights.

I now know why this place gets such a high rating. It was clean and open. We happened to have a wheelchair friendly room even though we did not need it. The thoughtful design and touches to make it handicapped accessible (also for blind and hard of hearing) was really impressive. The breakfast buffet was impressive as was the hard working people busting their behinds keeping up with all the hungry visitors. It was also dog friendly because of the lack of carpet. Reasonable pet rates. The mini market it the lobby (available 24/7) including wine and beer was so convenient. A great find when visiting the Duluth area and campus.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Such a welcoming vibe, we got water and snack upon checkin, there is water fountain by elevator, coffee and snack pantry to buy. The reception was the peak!! Swings, pool tables and collection of games for friends and families to connect over. So colorful and many tables to just sit and enjoy! We carried out dinner and ate in the lobby area! Felt like a restaurant, plates, utensils, napkins, microwave all available there. The staff were attentive and helpful! So pleased!!

The room was clean and awesome. The beds comfy , the shower and all the soaps and lotion is wonderful!! Peaceful rest and exceptional breakfast with the all star employees & the pancake machine!!

The room was very clean and spacious. Everything looked upgraded. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Cosy bed, nice crib for my baby. Sheets and towels were very clean too. The staff was great, except Ben who checked us in need help with costumer service. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day. Overall, a nice place to stay. They have done a lot of work on this property. Loved it. The breakfast options were great.

A ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel!!! Friendly staff, super clean, great breakfast, indoor pool (you can enjoy during winter) shuttle service available upon request, the drivers are amazing too! You can visit the Mall of America (shuttle) and spend the day having fun, plenty of things to do there. I love everything about this hotel!! Special thanks to all the cleaning employees that do an amazing job!! I wish I could name them all! Only disappointment I had was that my daughter left a very special bracelet that she had just received as a gift but was never found. I called to speak to a manager but didn’t get the problem resolved.

The hotel very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and they offer to supply missing personal care items that may have been forgotten. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a large variety of breakfast options that were well stocked. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff is so professional and friendly! Shittle service is so convenient. Great location. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable. Outback restaurant right next door within walking distance. Walmart, Walgreens, etc.. close by if needed. Indoor pool. A nice hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

In general the hotel is clean and the reception staff is welcoming and helpful. What is missing in the room is welcoming water bottles, and paper tissue. I was in room 530 there is some mold in the shower in the edges of shower basin which should be cleaned.

My husband and I travelled here from out of state for a concert. Not ever exploring Minnesota before, we were worried about our stay in the downtown area. Parking was a little confusing, but we received an email letting us know where to park and this was so helpful. When we checked in there was a little mishap, but we got an upgrade to a different room and appreciated this. The room was spacious, very clean. For being downtown, it was very quiet. I enjoyed the bathroom tub and shower, it felt like a spa getaway. We appreciated the walking distance to the options of dining. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind so this was welcoming. We'd love to come back again and stay here if we ever do travel here. Such a lovely hotel.

We’ve never stayed in a Hyatt Centric so didn’t quite know what to expect. It had a very nice decor in the lobby and in our room. Our room (a double queen) was much more spacious than most hotels we ever stay in regardless of price or how many stars and it was nice and quiet (that said we did face the inside where the view is another set of rooms across the way). The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. And when I requested an extra blanket, I got it right away. It’s in an excellent location downtown right by the hen Gouse Eatery (great for breakfast ) and just a seven minute walk from Target flagship store, Target Center and a bunch of other restaurants. The only thing to know is that valet parking is extra for $52 a night which is higher than I’ve seen at hotels in other cities but there’s a separate garage across the way at $32 per night (which we used). And considering how incredibly affordable the room rate was, the overall hotel stay was still a terrific value even with the garage costs. There’s also something I’ve never seen before… the room had almost too many nightlights. Under either side of the bed (motion detection in the dark), and the clock was very bright. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to find out how to control for this. I wound up putting a small hand towel over the clock.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were very helpful, polite and always welcoming. They recognized us and greeted us every day. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions around the city. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space. We loved the luxurious bathrobes, very nice addition. The room service was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel on our first airplane trip with our baby. We picked the hotel for its location and because they offer a free crib on request. The room was spacious, even with the crib set up in the middle of the room (many thanks for setting the crib up before our arrival!). We loved how big the bathroom was, and the bed was very comfortable. Had we stayed longer than 3 nights, I would have spent more time checking out the amenities. The location is great if you're mainly staying downtown. We did a lot of driving to St. Paul and other areas around the Twin Cities, so we liked how easy it was to access the highways from the hotel. The hotel bar/restaurant is very chill, and there are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Every single thing was great! From the second we checked to the time we had to leave was amazing. The front desk staff was THE BEST we have ever experienced in the cities. They were helpful with everything and super, fun, friendly and nice. Room was clean, access to parking and getting to our room was safe and clean. The location is perfect for walking to go out, dinner, lunch, site seeing etc

I was in town for a concert at First Ave so the location doesn’t get any better. Shawn provided an exceptional check in experience, he was genuinely friendly and helpful, doing everything in his power to make sure my stay was pleasant. Everyone I interacted with during my stay was friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay here again.

The Royal Sonesta was perfect for a quick Minneapolis weekend. The location was perfect for eating downtown and a concert at the Target Center. The hotel and room was amazing for the price. Shawn was great at check in. Over night parking was cheap at $12 on a Friday night. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was perfect.

This was an amazing, relaxing, comfortable hotel. Parking was easy and convenient. Bed was extremely comfortable. Mohamed was amazing at the front desk!

5/7 staff were exceptional, and I wish we had taken names (Reception desk day/night and maid service) The restaurant was fantastic (food and Jacob, our server). The manager was very helpful (he is a huge Prince fan and gave us some ideas for things to do). It was great being just about a mile from the Mighty Mississippi River, and the parks along the river were so pretty. Downtown is pretty, and fun to walk. Our event was just 1 block away. *We were only 2 blocks from 'First Avenue & 7th St Entry' venue* where Prince filmed Purple Rain. And we were around the corner from the Mary Tyler Moore statue.

We booked a week at Holiday Inn Downtown St. Paul because of our experience with Holiday Inn and the proximity to sites of interest. This is not a luxury hotel, but was very clean, helpful staff, indoor pool/hottub, restaurant and a local shuttle. Ww were very pleased with the friendly staff in the hotel and sports bar restaurant. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and many restaurant options within walking distance. The 54 bus route took us to the airport and the Mall of America. A few blocks away was a light rail station to downtown Minneapolis. We were very pleased with our week's stay at Holidsy Inn downtown and the helpful staff.

We were there for concert at Excel Energy Center and it's right across the street from hotel, so very convenient. But nice they had a restaurant bar that where we had dinner and drinks before concert and also breakfast in the morning. It was not a complimentary breakfast, but nice it's available. Try the parmesan hash browns. Delicious! All personnel we encountered were friendly and accommodating and that is important to me. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had a very lovely stay for one night. We came into town early to beat a snow storm and booked this hotel last minute. I've stayed here before about 10 years ago and it was just as great as before! The rooms were clean and the hotel was fairly quiet. Parking is convenient - ramp is quite close. Friendly front desk staff. The on site restaurant has changed to Wild Bills and was delicious. However, be sure to call down and make sure they are open. Sometimes if it's a quiet day they are closed, even on a Saturday lunch.

Checkin was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great, and we had a nice night’s sleep. While having a drink at the adjacent bar, we even watched the staff remove a non-guest (polite word for vagrant) from the hotel as he tried to access the upper floors of the hotel. Parking was a bit expensive, but convenient, although it was not owned by the hotel making for a little hassle. We went to the hockey game at the Excel, across the street, which makes the hotel a great place to stay for events there. All in all, highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and efficient in both the check in and check out processes. They explained what was included in my booming, which ended up being both my parking and our breakfasts. The restaurant staff was amazing as well, super nice and very attentive to the guests. Room was 78 degrees when we entered, so I adjusted to our desired temp. Room was clean and organized well. The location could not have been any better in regard to the distance to the xcel energy center. Parking ramp seemed to fill up quickly, however they had a sign saying ramp full, reserved for hotel guests and reservations only. Easy access to restaurants, which there are many choices within walking distance.

Staff was so nice and understanding! Clean room and double pools with jacuzzi! 10/10 great breakfast!

We had a large family reunion over a weekend at this hotel. The location was perfect - easy free shuttle or light rail trip from the airport. Across the street from MOA for fun activities for all, pool for the kids, fire pit, a good included breakfast, comfortable large rooms and beds - and at a very reasonable rate. But, what really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to provide truly exceptional customer service. Latanya was completely amazing in helping us plan - she was very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and thorough. During our stay, Pierre and the rest of the front desk staff handled our requests graciously and with a smile. The maintenance, cleaning and shuttle staff were also super friendly and helpful. All-in-all, just great! Thanks to everyone for making our weekend a success!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. We were able to check in early with no problems or additional charges. Loved the pool and hot tub , temps. Were perfect in my opinion. Was pleased they had " grab n go " breakfast options starting at 4 a.m! ( most of the time ,you get screwed out of breakfast when you have an extremely early flight) The free airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. I also loved that IHOP and TGI Fridays are attached. Great food and prices at both. ( just an FYI great happy hour at TGI fridays!!) This will be my go to hotel from now on, moving forward , anytime I travel!! Oh, another FYI I stayed 1 night before flying out Oct. 29th to the 30th 2025

Awesome little hotel 1 block from convention center, quiet, comfortable, good standard breakfast, hot water, gym, jacuzzi, pool. No skyway to convention center, but shortest walk to left side of convention center

Clean fresh room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, pillows were not feathered (as I requested because I'm allergic), complimentary tea and coffee in room, microwave and fridge in room. Loved the amenities. Especially since COVID, other more bougie hotels that I have stayed at do not have all these amenities. It was refreshing to enjoy these things and especially the breakfast.

The location was convenient to the convention center. The hotel was very clean and quiet (no noise through the walls) the staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was so good and hot and the attendant treated everyone well. I will wish every hotel was this one.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, modern and had a good bed. Bathroom facilities including soap and shampoo were helpful for light travel. Simple but fine breakfast with all the expected 'basic' options for an American hotel breakfast.

Shower pressure was amazing, dove products in shower, comfortable bed, nice pool, great hot tub, breakfast was a great warm meal, convenient snacks & drinks in front. Great experience. I would stay here again & recommend!

I stayed at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing for a friend’s wedding weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is full of historic charm with all the modern comforts you could want — every detail feels so thoughtfully preserved. My room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Red Wing, with great shops, restaurants, and river views just steps away. It truly made the weekend feel extra special. I can’t wait to come back again — whether it’s for another event or just a relaxing getaway!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was much larger than I had anticipated - it felt like a large suite, rather than a normal room with two double beds. The bathroom was very small, though. There was limited counter space so I had to store a lot of my toiletries in other parts of the room, which is not ideal. Although that is my one and only complaint. Everything else was lovely. The property was built in the 1800s, and the lobby felt old and stuffy when we first checked in at nighttime. However, when we woke up in the morning to go to breakfast we were able to explore the rest of the hotel and really enjoyed the more modern decorated spaces, the sitting room with a lit fire (which was a very cool touch on a chilly, early morning), and enjoyed viewing some of the history of the hotel. It was a bit like a museum and hotel in one...very cool. Scarlett Restaurant was very impressive. The decor is very cool - we loved sitting by the window with a view of the river. The food was DELICIOUS. We were so impressed both mornings we dined there. The short rib benedict with the green chili jam and poached eggs was to DIE for. Our waitress was so kind and professional, too. I highly recommend eating there even if you are not staying at the hotel! Overall it was a great stay. We hope to return one day when we can enjoy the basement bar (it was closed the only free night we had, a Sunday). This is a very memorable hotel.

Beautifully kept and restored historic building built as a hotel overlooking the Mississippi. Fresh flowers at the entrance, in the lobby and dining room. Clean, classy, pleasant and helpful staff. Good restaurant with view of the river. Nicely kept park and walk/ bike path behind the hotel. We went to go biking on the Cannon Valley trail. Staff offered to lick up our bike. Ample, easy access parking garage. Would like to have towel racks or shelf for towels outside the shower space. Would like to have cups in the bathroom. Love the pressed tin ceiling, tasteful wall and window coverings, historic reproduction carpets and all of the historic artifacts documented in the hallways. Like staying in a well kept museum. Memorable and distinctive. Beats the typical hotel experience.

The hotel is impeccably maintained, clean, and beautiful. Even the free parking ramp is clean, well lit, and attached. Lots of parking. The roof top bar and restaurant was SO good. The most comfortable bed ever. Located in the heart of historic downtown Red Wing. Our room overlooked the Mississippi River. Viking Cruise riverboat docked nearby. Easy walk to everything. A+ The city has large, beautiful, flower pots throughout the city on the sidewalks and hanging from light posts everywhere. Absolutely amazing.

Excellent!! This is an amazing hotel! The front staff was super helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast staff was very personable and kind. They had an amazing expresso machine in the breakfast area! Free expressos, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate! Also, The pool area was huge! And very commodious! Couches, lots of recliner chairs etc. And they even had a wading pool for little kids. I was very impressed. Will definitely be back.

Our team puts us at the embassy every year, This year there was a shooting of some sort, Hotel had no security whatsoever. I called over here. And Rachael was so helpful and understanding of our situation. Luckily our team manager got us last minute rooms here. When we got to the hotel to check in, she was so patient and accommodating, We were all frazzled due to our experience at the embassy. Upon arrival at this hotel we saw they had security! I did not catch his name but he was so helpful as well it made us feel so much better knowing you have security. Plus Rachael assured us she locks the door at 10 pm and security is a big thing here at this hotel and it shows! Great staff, great breakfast, great experience. She recommended the bar next door and we had a blast! Kids went to the fun lab adult went to the bar! We were informed about group blocks for next season and we will be bringing our team here 2025! She even provided us with a phone number and email, And told us to make the reservation for the group as soon as possible because you do fill up quickly with teams. Very lovely staff all night, Cody took over at 11 we were still in the breakfast area hanging out he was very polite as well. Just a great overall experience, it was lovely. You guys had security will be back next year.! You guys just gained another regular team customer!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. We don't travel or stay in hotels very often but if we are ever in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here again! This was our first time traveling with our 2 year old. The requirements I had when looking for a hotel was a room with a 2-bedroom suite, breakfast and close vicinity to Broadway Pizza. It was also a big plus that Culver's was in the same parking lot so we could grab a quick lunch when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the property was clean and safe and the breakfast was excellent. I brought my own shampoo and body wash, as I always do, but I was pleasantly surprised to see shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower.

The breakfast at this hotel will blow you away and it is free with the room charge! Equivalent to a breakfast buffet at a restaurant that would charge nearly $20 hot food, an abundance of selection fruits oatmeal biscuits gravy. Actually has servers that are busy restocking non-stop throughout the 3-hour window of breakfast. Offers coffee tea hot water 24/7 has a super super game room unbelievable for kids beautiful pool hot tub this is a very well cared for hotel.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful, kind, and curtious. The rooms are big and comfortable. The shower curtain is a bit small for the shower but doable. The rate for the room is good on the weekdays buy on the very high side for the weekends, I thought. Over all it was a good stay for us. Thank you 😊

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Room was clean and updated! The whole place was clean and comfortable. This is my 2nd time staying here when I travel for work. My husband came with this time for some R&R while I worked during the day. He thoroughly enjoyed himself as well. Oh the pool and jacuzzi were great also!

The room was spacious and we had so many pillows! It was great! Definitely plenty of room for our family of 6. There's a nearby mall and various places to eat. The hotel is tucked away and quiet. The pool was warm and the spa with amazing jets! The breakfast has many delightful options and we loved having different options for drinks. The high chair had the option for a tray, which was great for our baby. The breakfast area is separated from the dining area, which leads to less crowding. The staff on our stay was upbeat and just a pleasure to be around. We loved listening to them sing and have fun in the back. Everyone really seemed to like being there. Our room was clean and made up nicely. We even had a nice note from our housekeeper welcoming us to our room. If we are ever in the area again, this hotel will be our first choice.

Hotel was nicely decorated, the room was attractive. Everything was clean. I liked that the closet had a door on it. Beds were very comfortable, soft, lots of pillows. Big screen TV, nice size desk. Bathroom was bright with lots of counter space, shower had pump shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Room had a coffee maker. Ice was just down the hall, and there was a filtered water dispenser on first floor. Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausages, potatoes, excellent biscuits, gravy, toast,, waffles, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, etc. The tall gentleman managing the breakfast was very polite, helpful, and professional.

Have stayed here multiple times, friendly & helpful staff, consistently clean, safe, quiet, comfortable bed, love all the pillows, and great continental breakfast. Great location to restaurants & shopping.

Bed, linens, and pillow options were excellent. Decor is modern. Room was spacious (1 queen). Shower did not have a tub, but the water pressure and HOT water was *excellent* and needed during a Duluth lake-effect snowstorm. The breakfast included eggs, potatoes and sausage/bacon, so was adequate for a "first breakfast." Gym looked great, pool and hot tub looked inviting but were full of children during my visit. Very convenient to the airport and Caribou coffee is only 3-5 minutes away by car.

I really loved this property. There were a few flaws but through out the flaws I would still give this place 5+ stars. The ac was broken but they accommodated with a fan and the shuttle was late but they ordered a Lyft for us to get to the airport. They accommodated for the inconveniences which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was so good and they have an omelette station. They serve hot breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, toast, and bagels. they have a restaurant on site and an indoor pool and jacuzzi that is open till 11pm. The staff is friendly and respectful. I have so much more positive things to say about this place, I would definitely recommend the embassy suites to all!

Very convenient location, closer to the airport. Big spacious suites. Clean and well maintained. They gave us coupons for snacks and a drink during happy hour that we unfortunately couldn’t use as we were out during the time frame. Restaurant was so nice. I called and asked for some plates and cutlery as we had food in our room that we had bought. They accommodated my request very graciously. Possibly the best free breakfast we’ve had to-date offered by a hotel (and we travel quite a bit and have stayed at many hotels). Outside of the regular breakfast items like scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc, they had an omelette station that made you what you asked for. And the food was fresh (not stale or dry like most hotels) and tasted great. The dining area was well maintained and clean. Shoutout to Riley the busboy who was extremely sweet, polite, and did a wonderful job during breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time (every half an hour) and the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. It’s across the street from the metro station near Mall of the Americas. You can hop on metro at airport or take shuttle to hotel. We took the metro all the way to downtown. The property is lovely with a light filled atrium where the breakfast buffet is served, adjoined by a nice pool and fitness center as well. The staff are excellent, with a shout out to Phillip at front of house, who is charming, professional, helpful and hilarious. Phillip rocks! We had a late snack at Wooley’s Restaurant off the atrium. Try the mini cheeseburgers - perfect for two people. Rooms were quiet for an airport location, beds and bathroom were comfy. This is a wonderful Hilton property. Thank you!

The staff are truly great, from the chefs in the morning to front staff and everyone who has to clean that giant hotel are amazing. The room was super comfortable for a family with small kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a HUGE perk/ savings. Also the restaurant attached to this specific location is DELICIOUS, we thought we’d only want to eat at the mall but honestly came back to this restaurant twice. Definitely will be staying at embassy suites from now on.

I stayed here for one night to send my nephew off to college in Minneapolis. The place is close to the airport but it was quiet. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. You can even get it made fresh. I had some free time so I explored the Minnesota valley wild life Refugee, which is only a few minutes away. I enjoyed my hike. Definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable hotel. I had a room away from the main street (7th) so there wasn’t much outside noise. I’ve stayed in the street-side rooms. It’s a busy street and can get noisy. No noise from the adjoining rooms, so walls must be well insulated. Blackout curtains. I believe there’s a fridge in every room but you’ll have to get a suite to get a microwave (come on Hilton. Step up your game!). Otherwise you’ll have to hike down to the lobby to heat your leftovers or make popcorn. Breakfast is standard Hampton fake eggs, razor thin bacon, waffles and cereal. Staff is super nice and helpful when needed. Cielo (sp?) was exceptionally nice and very professional. Valet parking only, and it’s pricey. So, park in the public ramp and walk to the hotel if you’re on a budget. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Cossetta’s is my fave. Awesome Italian deli (cafeteria style food line), and a great sit-down restaurant upstairs. There’s an amazing bakery/gelato/candy shop and a small Italian grocery in there as well. Small, clean workout room. Small indoor pool. No hot tub. Decent TV channel selection and 2 HBO channels. Overall, it’s a solid Hampton. I’ve stayed here for business a dozen times, and would recommend it.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn! The front desk attendant Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in and even checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed in my room and didn't have questions. The bed was unquestionably comfortable, now over-used sections. Pillows fantastic. Overall very very very clean. The front desk at check out I didn't catch their name but they were also very friendly and attentive. The valet service was also outstanding - friendly, respectful and helpful. Rico especially went over and above to deliver excellent valet service. I would unquestioningly stay here again!

The Hawley Nugget Volleyball team stayed at this hotel during the MN State Volleyball tournament that was held at the Excel Energy Center. The staff was so accommodating, finding ways to make our stay especially comfortable. Silas was amazing when it came to finding a solution to our parking situation, as our coaches had to drive a short minibus to the hotel. The front desk was exceptionally helpful, finding a meeting room for us to eat, gather and go over film. Housekeeping adapted schedules and were so good about making our stay comfortable. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the overall experience we had was memorable.

The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a refrigerator. We stayed for 4 nights. If you plan to go to events at the Xcel Energy Center, this location is wonderful! It was a 20-minute ride from MSP airport (about $35 by cab) and a short walk across the road to the X (we went to 2 hockey games during our stay). The hotel has on-site valet parking (for a fee) but we didn't need a car. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to tourist attractions: the science museum (5 minute walk), the Cathedral and MN History Center (about a 15 minute walk). Breakfast was included with our room and offered hot and cold options: eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit and muffins.

It’s a great choice if attending an event at the Excel Center which is right across the street. The front desk and valet staff were all very friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Our first floor room was exceptionally clean and updated. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the breakfast/lounge area was well designed and inviting. Would absolutely stay here again!

everything was perfect, we were able to find street parking across the street from the hotel. I believe around 2 bucks an hour that you pay via phone app, then parking is free 10pm-8am. the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! I felt like I was living in the great Gatsby. check in only took about five minutes and the receptionist was extremely friendly. valet was friendly as well! they held the door open for me every time i left and returned. the rooms, AMAZING. they are absolutely luxurious and the beds are the most comfortable, fluffy, cooling and elegant ever. my husband is obsessed with the pillows he's never had one so perfectly plush. the atmosphere was nice and quiet and the bar area was quiet as well which was nice since we were all about relaxing.we were in town for the Kendrick Lamar concert and we were able to walk to the US bank stadium on 15 minutes one way.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for my birthday and I have to say this hotel has been added to one of my favorite hotels and I will be back very soon. The atmosphere of this hotel is very quiet. It feels safe yet. It’s a luxurious and elegant and very grand The views on the 13th floor from my room were amazing. The silhouette gives at night is extremely peaceful. Let me start on my sleeping experience. Everything was clean and the mattress was so comfortable. I looked on the website to see if they had it available. I wasn’t too keen on the food, but that’s just because my taste buds are still growing. It is very sophisticated. I recommend this hotel to anyone just wanting to get away.

I stayed at this hotel two months ago and was genuinely impressed. While I considered trying the Hilton, I find it hard to resist returning here. The reception staff is professional, proactive, and attentive, making everything run smoothly. However, housekeeping could improve by replenishing the coffee machine with water. Overall, the room was clean, and I enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the Aromatherapy Associates products. When I checked in, I requested room 710 instead of 1610, and the front desk staff took the time to accommodate my request. I also had a wonderful brunch at La Blondette—the omelette was delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and service.

Kind staff, very helpful. Fast elevators, rooms were amazing. Shower was great, very clean and water was nice and hot. Parking ramp offers early bird special in the morning time and that was very nice. Work out room very clean and modern. Ice machines were easy to locate.

We liked the cozy area where the hot breakfast is served and the nice jacuzzi and pool to swim and relax. Having 24 hour access to a nearby fitness center was great. Carly, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel in Park Rapids, MN

This was very nice hotel. We had the jacuzzi suite. It was very large, clean, the bed was fine. Nice breakfast and big area in the middle for gatherings or bday parties.

Loved pool, hot tub and in room jacuzzi. Bed super comfy and so we’re sheets/pillows!

-The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Upon check in she asked if we’d like to move to a ground floor room at have better access to the pool and ease to breakfast in the morning. -The beds were very soft and comfortable. They had a down mattress topper as well that felt wonderful after a long day of travel. No back pain the following morning at all! -Even though it was a Tuesday morning, the continental breakfast was quite impressive: pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, various breads and pastries, hot and cold cereal, fruit and yogurt, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. It was delicious! -The pool and hot tub were clean and kid friendly. They even had a variety of towel sizes in the pool so you weren’t just stick with the blue strip postage stamp that is usually your only option at a hotel pool.

We thought there was a lot of little extras everywhere!! From the cookies and beverages when we arrived to the convenient soaps and hair products in the room to the incredibly comfortable beds and very friendly staff .. we were impressed...it was very tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out in the court and talk or play games...the breakfast was everything u could want to start your day off nutritionally...if u only want toast and coffee, or if you want a 4 course hot brkfst, they had it all. The pool n hot tub were very well maintained and clean and good temps!Thank u for a pleasant stay!! C'mon Inn is a very Welcoming motel!!!

The food was absolutely delicious. Basic bistro menu but done very very well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt truly like they'd do anything for me. Bed was so comfy, rooms were quiet, shower hot, pool area clean and open for ages. Everywhere was really clean and tidy. Metro line was really close. Rooms were a comfortable temperature.

A very safe environment--everyone masked, elevator use restricted to one party, clean. We stayed overnight while visiting some colleges in the area. Close to the U and to Augsburg. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice view, no matter which direction you face. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking ramp convenient and easy to use.

Folks at this location were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Use caution when turning the shower on - the shower head was pointed right at me when I reached in to turn it on and the jets were turned to hard pulsate so my face got pummeled. Other than that super clean and comfortable.

Bit of a confusing location to get to. Parking garage was convenient and easy to use. Close to alot of bars and restaurants and a pretty quick walk to US bank stadium. Hotel and room with both clean and fairly modern. The beds were comfy and spacious. Staff were pleasent!

I unfortunately had my vehicle towed from downtown during a show, and the Hyatt was the closest hotel to the impound lot that I could walk from. So it was the obvious choice, not to mention for the price point within the city limits. The wonderful women at the front desk who assisted me upon my arrival and departure were absolutely lovely, personable, friendly, relatable, empathetic, etc. Shout out to Hayat and Akayli! The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, all of the above for what I needed for one night, shout out to the house keeping staff! Thank you for everything! And the surrounding neighborhood was absolutely beautiful, a gayborhood from the looks of it, of which are always quite nicer, friendly and up kept parts of town. Definitely a wonderful walking or biking area for a lovely morning, with some coffee, your pup, family, friends, etc. 10/10 would definitely stay again. And so should you

The Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis is just lovely. It has a great coffee shop and great restaurant. But Anita is the best part- she just made our day. So friendly and helpful! We just flew in from Italy and she was so welcoming and even chatted in Italian. Hyatt- you have a true gem there!

I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. I love that this hotel had a restaurant, bar and store/cafe. The amenities were awesome! The pool was relaxing and fun. There were no long waits for elevators. The staff were friendly and hospitable. It was a great stay!

Stayed her in October to attend a conference at the convention center. Hotel is attached via a skywalk that made it convenient to access the convention. Room was comfy with standard amenities. Housekeeping sucked!!! If you tell them to come back later , they don’t return at all 🙄 The Bell staff in the lobby were friendly & very helpful with local transportation, restaurants & places to visit . The serving staff in the lobby restaurant were equally friendly, helpful & accommodating !

Having travelled from another US city where our hotel (part of a different large chain) was a bit of a disappointment, the Hilton Minneapolis was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is big and busy, and obviously hosts events and conventions, however the level of service is excellent and we felt very much at home during our 3-night stay. Our room was great; very clean and well-presented. Each member of staff we dealt with was friendly and efficient, and whenever we asked a question it was answered straight away. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was very good. The buffet has a wide range of hot and cold foods, and the a la carte menu is also good. There is a Starbucks on-site if you want breakfast, a sandwich or a snack to-go. There are plenty of places dotted around the hotel to sit and chat / chill out. We enjoyed finishing off our evening with a drink from the bar.

This was my first time in Minneapolis, and since I had never been to a big city before, I was very over-whelmed with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after arriving, I was able to calm down and actually enjoy my surroundings. Everything was so clean, and I really liked the decor. The food was really good, and the restaurant staff was very welcoming and fun to talk to. Everyone here made us feel right at home.

We went to watch a concert, and hotel is walkable to US Bank stadium. Our room was quiet, clean and the view from our room was awesome. Hotel's breakfast buffet was great and Nima our server was so nice and made sure that we are well taken care of.

We've stayed here every year for MMEA conference for the last 20 years. There are reasons we keep coming back. Easy distance to convention center and restaurants. Comfortable bed, nice city view, quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Good hotel, right on interstate. There’s a plaza with Hyvee, Applebee’s, Aldi’s, and McDonald that is walkable. Further away, there’s also Jersey Mike’s and Qdoba. As for gasoline station, there’s Kwikstop and Hyvee Gas. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfy. Bathtub in our room takes a little bit time to drain, after you shower so you might be standing on water for a bit. Spacious parking lot, has business center, guest laundry, fitness and a pool i believe. Breakfast was good too. The breakfast counter was filled with hot and cold items. There was sausage and sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy. There was waffle station as well, coffee and juice station. Pastries were also available.

What a great experience. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is very clean and the staff had an attention to detail that didn’t go unnoticed. They were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the dining area was kept meticulously clean. We really enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the gym. The gym was basic, 2 treadmills and a stair climber but that is fairly typical at most hotels. Would definitely recommend them.

This property is conveniently located just off I-90. My room was on the front of the building so I did not hear any highway noise. My ‘King bed’ room was clean, comfortable, & and spacious. The room had a Keurig machine with a selection of pods. Teas, coffee, hot chocolate were available in the lobby at all times. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy. Cereals, yogurt, fruit cups were also available.

Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was great; I slept very well. A very cordial and friendly greeting at the front desk when I arrived, and at breakfast. Plenty of outlets in the room, also plenty of lights if you want a bright ambiance. Breakfast was well stocked with standard fare for this level of hotel.

Very clean hotel. The room was clean along with the rest of facility. Great breakfast in the am. My only concern would be the standing water in the tub while taking a shower. It was above my ankles by the time I finished my shower.

Nice location, modern sparse furnishings. Not as cozy feeling as the Residence Inn, which is right next door. However, Avid had some nice features: Clean hotel, had everything we needed. Comfy bed, wonderful shower pressure. The heat/cool was a bit temperamental, but we managed and slept well. We appreciated having a room near the elevator. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast featured a breakfast sandwich, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread/muffins. I liked the freshly ground coffee. Plenty of seating in breakfast area. Friendly staff. Be aware of the $50 deposit initially charged. This was credited to our stay upon our departure.

I recently stayed at Avid Hotel Roseville - Minneapolis North, an IHG Hotel, from Friday, Dec 27 to Saturday, Dec 28, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had during my stay. The room was absolutely spotless—cleanliness seemed to be a top priority, and I really appreciated that. The modern design of both the room and the hotel itself gave the entire experience a fresh, contemporary feel. It was clear that attention had been paid to every detail, making the space not only comfortable but also stylish. If you're looking for a comfortable, modern hotel with excellent service, I highly recommend Avid Hotel Roseville - Minneapolis North. I’ll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

This hotel along I35W north had been opened only 1 year when I stayed for 3 days. My 4th floor room was clean, the kingsize bed had a firm mattress, there were plenty of USB ports and electrical outlets on the desk and bed stands, a 65" LG TV, walk-in shower, and no carpets on the floor, which lent to the overall cleanliness of the the room. A heavy black-out curtain blocked out both outside light and noise very effectively. The free in-house wi-fi was adequate for text and email, but not for media. There was no micro or coffee-maker in the room, but there was a small fridge, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby-lounge area 24hrs. Breakfast was included and consisted of cold cereal and instant oatmeal, fruit juices, yoghurt, muffins, and some breakfast sandwiches for microwaving, and, of course, coffee and a selection of teas. The hotel was just what I was looking for in terms of ambiance, location, price, and comfort. Excellent!

Check in was great. Joseph was friendly talkative and attentive. Got to the room. Toilet didn’t work so had to go back downstairs for a room change. New room was clean but no body wash in bottle. No big deal but inconvenient when you are already in the shower. Overall quiet atmosphere free parking, free coffee, hot chocolate yea downstairs lobby.

Comfortable stay in this new establishment. Staff is great and much appreciated fresh grind coffee barista and packed breakfast options. Quiet at night and away from traffic noise. Rooms and dining was clean and kept organized. Thank you!!
