If you are looking for a relaxing and fun weekend getaway Hilton Naples is the perfect choice. The hotel is exceptionally clean and offers a touch of luxury throughout. Dining at Shula steakhouse was another standout, the food was absolutely delicious! Jenna delivered exceptional service with genuine kindness. She pays very good attention to detail making us feel like true VIP guest. Thanks to Jenna and the amazing team, I’m already planning my return.

We spent the first night of our honeymoon at this property and would definitely go back. Staff was wonderful and attentive. I don’t know if Jackson took a break as he seemed to be there the entire 24 hours we were there - but he was helpful and kind the whole time! They made us feel welcome and celebrated. The gym was large and clean with a lot of options. Breakfast options reasonably priced and delicious. The pool area seems small in photos but had plenty of space for the families that were there. Hotel great location to beach and restaurants. Overall, we had a lovely time and were very impressed.

Amazing customer service. The text feature was excellent for getting in touch with the hotel regarding shuttle times, etc. I left my Apple Watch in my room, lost in between the sheets - I texted the front desk from the airport and (amazing!) Bithia promptly responded, hunted down my watch and had it shipped to my home before I had even boarded the plane. Location was incredible!! We enjoyed a lovely walk to Clam Pass beach. Restaurants near by were SO good. Amazing shopping, pool, etc. The room was super quiet and clean. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Hilton Naples was wonderful. Having Shula's steakhouse serving Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner on the premises is wonderful. The service and workers were exceptional and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but some minor maintenance issues could be improved; however, they did not affect our comfort level in any way. We will probably stay there again on our next trip to Florida's West Coast. The Beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and it's a fantastic spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. Liz at the front desk was awesome! Our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I like staying at the Residence Inn because you have a kitchen and living room. Their courtyard with the pool and tennis court was very nice. They had Large size couches to relax on with lots of pillows. There is also a firepit area. Their breakfast had a lot of choices and was very fresh. They have coffee out all day which is a plus. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Liz for making our stay extra special! We highly recommend staying here, it is close to everything in Naples. Lynne Price and friends

We love staying at the Residence Inn Naples. This is the third year we stay for a month. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The management make rounds daily at breakfast to make sure any problems are resolved quickly. My one maintenance issue was resolved quickly. The rooms are cleaned/refreshed every other day. I like the one bedroom.

We had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn. The room was clean and very spacious. Quiet and relaxed pool and the breakfast was great. Also, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. If you don't have a car, there is a busstop close to the hotel that brings you within 10 minutes to the city centre.

Are second stay in two years both for 11 nights the hotel is great staff are friendly, rooms clean and tidy, breakfast is fine pool area nice, gym great . Home from home. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance if you fancy a drink we will book again without hesitation Thanks to all the staff who made are stay peaceful and carefree

I like the free breakfast outdoor the landscaping is beautiful room nice and clean but I dislike the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi dint work for five day that was annoying also the housekeeping not speaking one word of English very frustrating

Had a top floor suite with kitchen and living area. it' a bit dated BUT it was very comfortable. Only issue was my bed was never changed in 8 days of staying there and the microwave was dirty. I also found a used paper cup with a tea bag and a bottle of water in the kitchen when I arrived. But it's a perfect location, lovely pool and jacuzzi, bikes and a putting golf area.

A lovely, small, resort well worth a stay. This resort has two pools and two hot tubs. Family and children friendly environment. The gardens are landscaped with a tropical themed replete with Koi. They’ve made lovely little lagoon-like features, with bridges and tropical plants. It’s a very nice place and the pool is great for kids and adults (shallow end 5ft, deep end 8ft). The divider is a bit annoying. Hot tub doesn’t have any jacuzzi jets (that are worth turning on) but provide a hot soak. The rooms are spacious. The suites have large twin beds and a pull out sofa bed. Rooms have fridge, microwave, 2 TVs and a whopping 3 sinks!! Very nice suites and excellent WiFi throughout. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

The absolute best Hotel in Naples. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and the renovated rooms are top notch. The property is beautiful, with two pools, and coy ponds all over the place. The room was immaculate upon arrival, and every time I got service they made sure it was truly clean and refreshed. A true shout out to the staff for making the stay so memorable. You can tell they care about their jobs and the guests who stay with them. I highly recommend this Hotel!

This hotel is very clean! Large rooms, bathrooms are too. Plenty of room for your belongings. Has a full size fridge, and a kitchenette. Only minutes away from the coast. The staff are very welcoming, especially Jim, the GM. He made our stay that much more enjoyable. The rooms are insulated well, it’s very quiet. Pets are welcome too! Overall this was a very enjoyable stay!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

WoodSpring is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Good Value. No frills. No breakfast. But clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for over two weeks and really enjoyed myself. Love that all the rooms have kitchenettes so I could make simple meals. Front desk staff was always available to give me clean linens and accommodate my requests and questions.. The manager, Dan, goes out of his way to help everyone and front desk employee Ty is very professional , accommodating and very understanding. All the employees here are pleasant and kind. The laundry room has 8 new washers and dryers which is very convenient Rooms have new TVs with some Free HBO channels! Less than a mile from downtown Naples and for all you pickleballerz only a 7 minute drive to East Naples Community Park! I highly recommend this hotel.

I have been staying at this place for two months now. My experience here has been a very positive one. The staff are excellent and so are the suites. Would highly recommend to anyone.The rooms are clean, the place is quiet and the service staff are excellent close to downtown Naples.Good place to stay especially if you are relocating and need to stay for awhile. Very safe.

Recently built property in great condition. Excellent staff and service. Blazing fast free internet. Kitchenette!!! A step above similarly priced hotels in the area. Kitchen and full size fridge makes stays of more than the weekend more convenient. As does the location less than two miles from downtown and the beach. Will stay again.

A basic hotel with what you need for your affordable stay in Naples. The rooms were as expected, clean with all necessary amenities (fridge, microwave, clean bathroom etc). The patio doors of the rooms do not open, and we only saw 4 rooms with balconies which were booked, so that was a downside to have no outdoor access from the room. The room was carpeted which holds some Humidity but room was otherwise good. Beds comfy and clean. Lots of clean towels and shower was nice. We had a pool view room which was nice as the pool area is well decorated and clean. Staff cleaned and put fresh towels on the pool chairs daily which was a nice touch. There is a bar that serves food by the pool in the evening and on the days that they could staff it and have it open, it was very good with good ambiance. The front desk staff were very lovely and helpful. They have bikes to rent ($18USD for 2 hours) with helmet/ locks which was great to go to the beach. Beach 10-15min bike and 35ish minute walk. 15 min walk to 5th avenue shops and the walk felt safe (at night/ day) but it is on a busy highway (but there is a side walk). Closer restaurants on the water exist (5min walk). Free breakfast is always nice, it’s as expected for an American hotel- bread/ eggs/ sausage/ cereal/ coffee as the options. Hotel felt to be in a safe area, it’s near the outer limits of what felt like “safe” Naples but we were fine to walk to town at night without much worry. We would go back.

The rooms at the Holiday Inn were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with a variety of fruit and yogurt with eggs and pancakes. The location is great for getting to all of the downtown Naples restaurants and shops, but the beach access is hindering due to the $5 per hour parking and it being a little too far to walk with beach chairs. The staff was very friendly on every occasion that we needed anything, however, we weren’t given any concierge information that would have helped us to find out more about the area. There is a Naples passport book that is given out free in town that answered some of our questions about things to do and beach access with parking information that would be a great handout to receive when we checked in. We were there for a week and discovered that when going on the trolley half way through our visit. We have visited many hotel properties that have given us free shuttle services to a nearby downtown or beach area which makes for a 5 star visit. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip and the pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature for swimming and it was always kept clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. This was our first visit to this hotel, after visiting Naples over the last 25 years. We were very impressed! The king room was very comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping ensured the room was kept very clean and fresh. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, and kept well stocked for all guests. The pool area was a delight with plenty of pool towels and sunbeds, umbrellas and cabanas. The pool temperature was perfect. The whole pool area was kept very clean and tidy by the staff. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella, although the chairs were difficult to get out of on the beach, being far too low. It would be a plus if the hotel had beach chairs with legs. The only other minus was the provide hairdryer which has an electric cord of no more than 12 inches, making drying of hair rather difficult. Location is good, although a car is essential. We will definitely stay at this hotel again

We like everything about the Holiday Inn Express in Naples. It surpassed my expectations on everything. It has a nice and modern decoration. Since you enter, it gives you a pleasant feeling and ambience. It’s clean and well maintained. It has coin laundry available. This was fantastic since we were traveling light and gave us the opportunity to wash and re-use much needed clothes. With the hot and the humid weather, you really want to use fresh clothes. Plus the beach clothes seem to never dry, so the laundry was a great help to pack back dry clothes. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs, and with a smile in their face. One night I wanted a red tea that they had the night before, and even though was very late, they went to get that particular flavor and made sure I had the hot water. The cleaning staff was very attentive to replace my towels for fresh ones when I requested it. They even offered umbrellas and beach chairs for the beach! I’d definitely came back and recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express in Naples.

During check-in we were immediately greeted by hotel check-in and the very friendly concierge Frederick who helped us with a few questions we had. The hotel is impeccably clean with great attention to the little details making sure you have everything needed for your stay. The rooms are inviting, updated, clean, and spacious. The pool/Tiki bar area was an added treat during our evening relaxation where the bartender mixed perfect cocktails and the dinner staff made outstanding "to go" meals that we enjoyed by the firepits overlooking the pool. The morning breakfast also surpassed our expectations! If you meet Frederick, you'll see why we think he would make a great standup comedian in addition to being an excellent concierge!

Resort was a really nice. We stayed in king suite and it had two separate bathrooms, separate tub and walk in shower, living room, dining room, laundry area (washer and dryer), full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, regular 5 cup coffee maker, large fridge with ice maker, dishes) and balcony overlooking Marina. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came around daily. The only issue with the room is bugs-we had to call a hotel worker to come spray the floors. The people are friendly and helpful. The Cafe at the Bay is a nice place for breakfast and lunch. The property is well maintained. There are many areas to walk around-it’s a very short walk to Tin City shopping and restaurants. The pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts are on the other side of the resort (near the cottages). You will either have to take a long walk or grab a ride on a golf cart. The facilities are very nice over there. The gym has lots of different types of exercise equipment. There are many pools-an adult only, a lazy river and a family pool. There are tons of chairs and umbrellas. No swim up bars but they do walk around to take orders or you can walk to the bar area. They offer valet or self parking which is nice and convenient. There is a very small gift shop at the check in area and that’s it other than yacht sales. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay and very close to everything in center Naples. Just make sure they spray your room and you don’t leave food on your counters.

This was our first time in Naples and we were not disappointed by Naples bay resort and marina at all. From check in to check out everything was perfect for us. The reception staff and valet were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the boats in the marina. We made use of the on site pool which is 5 min walk across to the furthest part of the property however reception stated they offer complimentary golf buggy shuttles to the pool. We also used the tennis courts and on site spa facilities which were incredible and we had great fun with the tennis facilities being free for resort guests. We often used Cafe on the bay for our morning coffee or fruit smoothies. We had a reservation at Blackbird which is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine and up market dining experience. Any questions I had during our stay I visited reception and often spoke to Tas who was extremely helpful and assisted us with spa bookings, recommendations, complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for use anywhere in Naples and reservations. Highly recommend

The hotel is really nice and we had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the pools, restaurants, and had a beautiful view from our room of the marina. Pros: The property itself is very unusual with a marina right there. It was fun to look at the boats out our window and on our walk to the pool. The pool area is very nice and we had no problems getting chairs every day, especially in the adults-only quiet area. The pina coladas were delicious as was the food! We enjoyed all of the pools, including the lazy river which was a nice touch. Things to know: The pools are a bit of a walk from the resort side of the property. It's not terribly far but neither of us wore our flip flops for the walk. They also offer golf cart rides to the pools. Additionally, we parked in the garage under the lobby building. We always found parking but sometimes it felt like we got the last spot. Overall, we would stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the staff was really friendly, and the location is pretty convenient.

We had a two day event at Naples Bay Resort. A grateful “THANK YOU” to the amazing Nicole Rosario, Director of Guest Services and her Front Desk team! Nicole worked diligently, cohesively, effectively with us to ensure our 40 guests had a memorable and relaxing stay. She helped us organize a great retreat and made our stay 100% fabulous. We loved the rooms! Clean, comfortable (best night’s sleep), beautiful with balconies overlooking the marina. EVERYONE in our group is still raving about the rooms and the hospitality. We felt welcomed and appreciated by Nicole and team. We LOVED Cafe on the Bay so much we had breakfast there every day of our three day stay. Thank you to Kristina and her team for the great and friendly service. We dined Al fresco in the courtyard with a marina view and a lovely fountain. Anthony and his Banquet team deserve a shout-out! The Pointe (their banquet room) was set up beautifully and exactly how we wanted. The service was timely and everyone enjoyed the food. We enjoyed everything so much we’re already discussing our next reunion at Naples Bay Resort!

Naples Bay Resort is a gorgeous property, truly an amazing room with a spectacular view! Every team member exceeded our expectations. So much so, we did not want to depart. From the clean, spacious, beautiful rooms with a view, to the restaurants, the pools, the marina overlooking the Bay, the professional and courteous staff - Great place to call home away from home. Maybe better!

The Trianon has a light, airy European ambiance that is cozy, comfortable and well maintained close to old town 5th Avenue. Comfortable, pleasant lobby, breakfast/sitting area. Very comfortable king room with refrigerator. Nice bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Staff is outstanding - welcoming, helpful and courteous. From our first call with Debra to confirm our room had a refrigerator, to checkin with Numa, to problem with safe and easy room change with Michael, to breakfast area with Nancie and finally checkout with Devine and Jessica, we experienced excellent customer service. We enjoyed a lovely weekend get-away! Highly recommend.

We had a king room on the second floor overlooking the parking lot. That view did not bother us as we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was spacious. It had everything you might need during a short stay: small fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. The hotel is a boutique-style with only three floors and maybe 50-60 rooms total. It's perfect for couples. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for a quick dip. The hotel offers a shuttle service to take you to the beach and around town. The location is perfect, with a short 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. staff at the hotel was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good amenities like bikes and shuttle to the beach. The only I would say the hotel should improve on is their breakfast. Since they are charging a resort fee I think a few healthier options should be available. The only options were sugary pastries and brown bananas. Coffee was good though. Overall, we really enjoyed our staff and would definetly come back’

This inn was lovely and in an ideal location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and parks of Old Naples. There was a shuttle to the beach and around Old Naples. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and featured a good variety of bagels, muffins, scones, danish, croissants, cinnamon rolls, pastries from a local bakery. Parking was easy and safe.

Such a lovely retreat not far from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed this boutique hotel and the (mostly) friendly staff. Transportation to and from the beach was a real plus. The rooms were clean and had a safe for items you don't wish to take to the beach. The hotel will rent chairs ($15 per person/per day) but no umbrellas! So we made a trip to Alvin's Island next door to purchase what we needed and for less than the $30/day. A lovely champagne toast greeted us upon check-in but asking for a second glass gave us a very cold and frankly, unneccessary response. It's cool and understandable to say no, but perhaps in a less embarrassing manner? That being the only negative and due to just one staff member, we thought the breakfast manager and the driver of the shuttle were courteous and kind. We tipped them well. We will return. The beaches nearby were not crowded and very beautiful.

We had an awesome stay at Bellasera that really exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent: free shuttle bus to and from the beach; free beach chairs and umbrellas; free bikes; complimentary cinnamon buns and coffee for breakfast. Everything was included in the resort fee and we were never told to pay anything extra. The room was very clean, kitchenware was new and pleasant to use. Kids loved the heated pool and jacuzzi a lot. Thank you so much for our stay!

For the second time we are staying at the Bellasera Resort, good location, professional friendly staff at the reception desk, we've gotten bonus early check-in, for dinner a hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at the Syren Oyster & Cocktail Bar. The lobby is beautiful, nice smelling, with coffee and pastries for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet.

Best location in Naples. You can walk downtown / 5 min. Parking just facing the buildings under the trees. There’s a lot of bike you can borrow to go to the beach. They also can provide you chairs and umbrellas and bring them to the beach for you. The hotel is not new but it’s extremely well maintained!! BRAVO!! Everything is very clean. From the elevator to the little things. The swimming pool is beautiful, the chairs are very confortable. There’s a nice gym and a nice restaurant « The Claw Bar » around the pool. Our hotel suite was great : amazing kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nothing to say. Nothing missing. The balcony has a table and mosquito net. WE WILL COME BACK.

This place is exceptional! large apartment with comfortable beds, walk in closet, all the things you could possibly need in the kitchen, including lots of creamer & coffee. washer, dryer in unit with detergent. The premises are elegant with a wonderful restaurant and pool area, everything is spotless, the staff are all polite and eager to help. It is walking distance to 5th st Restaurants & shops. The shuttle will take you to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas and even funnoodles, just call for return pick up. the shuttle will take you anywhere with in 3 miles. I definitely plan to always return here!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations - the room was huge, with loads of space for our family. There were 2 bathrooms, which were great and a separate dressing space for the master bedroom. Having a washing machine and dryer was great, giving us chance to do some laundry mid trip. The kitchen was huge and extremely well equipped, with full oven, hob, microwave, huge fridge/freezer and dishwasher - plus other items like blender too. This made our stay like home from home. There were additional lovely touches like we were offered champagne on arrival. There was also fresh coffee, pastries and fruit on offer in the reception area each morning. We used the pool and gym which were nice clean spaces, which were well looked after. There is a popular restaurant and bar area, which serve a good variety of items. Staff were kind, responsive and accommodating. A really nice touch is having free shuttle bus within a 3 mile radius, plus free use of bikes and free use of beach equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful room, balcony view was lovely, restaurants on site were excellent. We loved that it was so quiet and seemed to be mostly adults. The property was well-maintained and sparkling clean. The staff at the Cove Inn were friendly and helpful (thank you, Phil). Breakfast in the Café every morning was fun and convenient, and, oh those pancakes!

The Cove Inn is wonderful! We had a beautifully updated, spacious unit with a sweet balcony facing the harbor. Kitchenette had dishes, glasses, cutlery and a full size Keurig. I appreciated all the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom because I really dislike having to leave my toiletries, makeup, etc scattered on the counter (so messy!). The coffee shop in the lobby offers a full breakfast (we did not eat there but judging from the people waiting it must be good). Two fantastic restaurants adjacent to the Inn - The Boat House and The Dock. The area is also very walkable through beautiful neighborhoods and views of the bay! I would definitely stay at The Cove Inn again. Side note, I fell in love with Naples…beautiful city and friendly people!

Beautiful property on the bay with balcony rooms, pool, bar, breakfast restaurant and two other restaurants nearby. The room was cute coastal decor with a comfortable bed and amazing storage. We had a king efficiency bay view room and it was perfect!

I just loved it here. The rooms are each individually designed by the owner. My accommodations were perfect. I prefer the 2nd floor and that is where they put me. Beds were comfy, and housekeeping was so good. Most rooms have a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Towels changed out daily. Rooms made up if you want. Beach towels at the front desk to use. My balcony looked at the City Dock, and I loved the activity of all the boats and people. The chickee bar and staff there were great. Best Magarita I have had in a long time. Members only, so staying there, gets you in. So nice. Coffee shop is the best in town. Be sure to order the pancake well done. It is cash only!! Otherwise, many restaurants and shopping are all close by. I highly recommend the Cove Inn for a relaxing Naples stay. A little bit of Old Naples here, which I loved.

Everything! We wish we had more than 2 nights booked! Hoped the photos were a true likeness and oh my it exceeded expectations. Location was perfect. Walkable to Downtown Naples and the beach and pier. Apartment was amazing with balcony overlooking the marina. Pool area great with bar. Facilities and staff absolutely great. The coffee shop for breakfast was great also

It was Fabulous!!!! Hotel is modern, neat & clean and welcoming. Every staff member we came in contact with was super friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, very clean & wonderful view of streets, lovely patio & pool. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown shops & restaurants. Rode our scooters to the spectacular scenic beach (10-15 mins) Nice pickup & go breakfast…muffins, cereal, Poptarts, oatmeal, coffee, tea, coco, granola bars etc. Fantastic experience for our 2nd time. Would highly recommend.

Friendly little budget hotel with a clean room hot shower and comfortable bed! Breakfast was continental and had a nice selection of snacks (muffins, granola bars, cereal/milk, juice, coffee) to start your day…if you’re looking for something warm grab a coffee and a head to the many restaurants in the area.

check-in was smooth, pleasant and efficient and informative. Staff most friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable, no carpets, but tiled floors which we love for cleanliness. Ample room, a microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster and coffee pot in room. Quiet. The morning coffee was good, muffins, cereal, some fruit, protein bars available. it was what I expected. For the price $132, we thought it was a very fair stay. We ate at Brooklyn dough (bagel place) and the italian deli (can't remember name), nearby. parking was ample.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and I loved the mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. There was a desk/table and 2 chairs. Plenty of onsite parking was available. The location was fairly central and although I did not walk to the beach, it is walkable. There is a fantastic restaurant and Italian bakery next door as well.

Beautifully located - super close to downtown and the beach, amazing customer service - super helpful and forthcoming, great variety in breakfast and very tasty! Rooms were very clean and the pool and jacuzzi were super fun! We had a beautiful view, our balcony was overseeing the water - see pics below. Only downside: It is right next to the airport so many planes pass by, but we didn’t mind since we also live by an airport and are used to the noise.

The location was convenient, and the family-friendly atmosphere felt welcoming. We stayed in a spacious suite, which was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff was friendly, and the housekeeping team was courteous. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options, though no high chairs were available; thankfully, we had our stroller. However, there were significant issues. The hallways, particularly on the third floor near the elevator, had an unpleasant smell like vomit that lingered for two days, leaving a poor impression. Our suite faced the street rather than the rear water area. While it was quiet, it would have been nice if we had been asked about our view preference at booking or check-in. The parking fee was disappointing. At $25 per day plus tax, it totaled nearly $54 for our two-night stay. This felt like a hidden charge, especially for a hotel of this caliber, and it should have been included or clearly communicated upfront. The biggest frustration was our crib request. We contacted the hotel a day before arrival, and while they confirmed our request, their reply oddly mentioned that pets weren’t allowed, which was confusing since we were asking for a crib for our baby. Despite their assurance, no crib was provided. While there were positives, the lack of attention to detail and communication, along with hidden fees, made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

The customer service was excellent!! The ladies at the reception were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They let us store our luggage while we went to the beach until our room was ready. I didn’t sleep well the first night due to the street (cars) noise. I discovered the next day the balcony door was broken inviting in street noise. I notified the front desk receptionist who kindly switched our room. I requested a room away from the street which she was able to offer us. Glad to say I slept so well the following nights! Our room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was a nice touch for snack prep (even had silverware and pans etc). The pool area is relaxing (despite the noise from the airplanes flying over). Great location- 5 minutes from downtown and the beach!

Excellent comfortable hotel within half hour walk to the beach and right on 5th avenue which is always a great place. Staff very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Rooms were outstanding and very modern. Breakfast was very good with good choices for all. Pool very clean and a fantastic view over the bay. Excellent hotel.

The service was amazing from the friendly, helpful front desk , to the room attendants to the catering group that took care of our delicious and well presented lunch buffets. The view from my room was beautiful. The space in my bedroom and then the living room and kitchen were an added bonus. The location was perfect for walking across to Tin City, a few blocks to 5th St and for taking an exercising walk to the beach. The parking was well lit and easy to access. Hope to be back next year.

Our room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, offering every comfort we could ask for. Our first time in Club Level at Inn on 5th - which definitely exceeded our ecxpectations and now Club will become our new standard. We thought it was a great experience and a good value too! We admit, we are now spoiled. Our suite was beautiful, clean, spacious and well appointed. Our extremely large and comfortable patio, overlooking the action on 5th, would be perfect if the weather was cooler. It was hot so we’ll have to come back to enjoy this once the Florida weather changes. The Club experience includes exceptional, friendly and professional concierges, who act as “hosts” within the club. Michael and Armand are truly two gems of Naples! The offerings in The Club include a full, delicious breakfast, top shelf bar, hot and cold bites, as well as continuous snacks throughout the day. We love staying here, dining at Ocean Prime, shopping and exploring. The Inn on 5th is indeed a great place for a perfect luxury-ish type getaway in the heart and soul of beautiful Naples!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The pool and bar/lounge were pristine and enjoyable, and the valet service (especially down to the beach with chairs, towels, and umbrella) were a huge hit for us. The Blu Poolside Grill food and drinks were excellent though pricey. Coffee outside the room each morning was so nice! The 2nd-floor plaza-view room was very comfortable and perfectly located, and room service was great. The hotel location is very convenient in downtown old Naples! Beautiful neighborhood for walks and runs. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

Overall staff very attentive. Hotel clean and great location. Valet to beach with umbrella and chairs great. Room clean and comfortable. Needs improvement - A-C unit in bedroom too loud; shower pressure not strong enough, valet good but on Saturday night they parked “high end” cars in front and took a long time to bring around. I parked in free parking garage after about 500 feet away. No breakfast! Though accross the street in the “suites” they had breakfast. For the price with taxes over $300 a night this was not cool. Holiday inn $89 a night has free breakfast! Geez

Inn On Fifth was the perfect FL getaway for us, Lisa and her team know how to deliver exception client service and do all they can to make your stay at their property perfection. Lisa recommended wonderful dining options and advised where to find a beach bag (thanks to Louis as well). One major perk for us with the use of the car service, Juan drove us to the beach and provided beach chairs and umbrella, once ready to call it a day at the beach we called for car service pick up and waited less than 5 minutes the same time frame applied when using the car service for evening dinning. Our Club Level experience was enhanced by Armand and the ladies assisting with breakfast set up. Our room was perfection overlooking 5th Ave and we appreciated the cleaning services (two times a day). Pool at the main property was beautiful and enjoyed 2 free complimentary drinks upon our arrival. There was plenty of lounge chairs and a beautiful seating area as well. Also, we took at advantage of Spa services, facial from Karla was phenomenal and all spa associates were so kind and welcoming. Thank you Inn On Fifth for a memorable FL Summer vacation, we will be back.

Naples, Florida , known for its sugar white beaches and elaborate boardwalk is home to the AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue. The place is packed with perks like an inviting lobby, ground floor cafe, outdoor rooftop pool with an accompanying signature restaurant & bar with eating indoors and out, well equipped fitness center, 2500 sq. ft. of event space, and commissioned artwork (my favorite was a steel lemon). The hotel has a prime Naples location surrounded by a bevy of upscale shopping, dining, arts & entertainment outposts. The lobby is a hive of action with an array of communally designed spaces. My city view suite was spacious and with a sleek modern aura and encompassed a separate living room with sofa and writing desk, The full blown bath was exceptional. The highlight of the hotel was it's rooftop pool where a dip can be follow by an enjoyable cocktail from the rooftop restaurant and bar, Limon. Limon s the pinnacle asset of the AC with an Amalfi Mediterranean menu that sports Meatballs, Fresh Catch of the Day, Olive Oil Cake amongst others. I opted for the Red Snapper, Limon Salad and Limoncello Cheese Cake and Limon Cadere drink (Vodka, Lemon, Elderflower, Honey and Limoncello)............lots of lemon. So, if you are looking for a fresh, perky, near the beach accommodations, ..................then try the....,,,,,AC Hotel Naples..............a sophisticated chic hotel.

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at the AC Marriot in Naples, Florida. The hotel is located conveniently at the end of 5th Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service in the AM and PM until 8:45 PM. I would like to specifically recognize, John from the Shuttle Team, who was outstanding from the start. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of downtown Naples. He is a true asset to the hotel and the overall experience of guests. Thank you John for making our experience so wonderful! The hotel had a state of the art gym, equipped with several treadmills, a peloton and weight machines and free weights. Located upstairs from the gym is a beautiful bar, restaurant and intimate pool area. We had the octopus and cocktails for happy hour which were delicious. There is also a small cafe in the lobby that was open daily until early afternoon. The baristas were very professional and worked quickly to make coffee. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you AC Hotel and Team!

My recent stay at the AC Hotel Naples was truly a pleasure from start to finish. The service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with a smile and offering helpful recommendations. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a huge difference. The amenities are a major highlight of this hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are an absolute oasis—the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The gym is well-equipped and spacious, which is a big plus. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Location-wise, you can't beat it. The hotel is situated in a vibrant area, making it easy to walk to many of Naples' best dining spots and boutiques. It's a great base for exploring all that the city has to offer. Beautiful new hotel. Easy walk to 5th Ave. for shops and restaurants. Although new, the housekeeping was poorHousekeeping is every other day service. The sofa in our room had food bits under it from previous guests. Also had to ask for towels and to have toilet cleaned out. Don't pack many clothes if you stay at this hotel. Instead of dressers, rooms have a long bench and only two small drawers for clothes.Very limited hanging space. I double hung all my outfits. We stayed for a week and while living out of our suitcases is not terrible, is not preferred. Restaurant on site only has one breakfast selection -a buffet, which was quite good but would have preferred to order off a menu. Selections at the restaurant were limited for dinner. What we did eat for dinner was quite good. Hostess at the restaurant needed training. She told us there was no room for us but a second hostess found us a spot right away. Our impression was she was too tired to look for a seat for us. Front office staff very friendly. This has the potential to be a great hotel. Staff need training.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time on the hotel and proximity. Staff was very friendly and helpful specially the host that help us with check in, Tenya from breakfast buffet and the lady bartender next to the pool. Property is really close to 5th avenue were there is a great variety of restaurants and shops. Beach is also 20 minutes walking from hotel and we got a nice gelato half way there. Already planning on coming back.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn Naples - Central and will definitely stay here again. Our room was clean and quiet. The property is very centrally located and made it easy for us to visit area beaches, shopping and restaurants without traveling too far. The complimentary breakfast was good and had eggs, biscuits, bagels, toast and make-your-own waffles and yogurt. One day we had a bagel topper with pieces of bacon and sausage, but it would have been a nice addition if they included some breakfast meats on the side. Other than that, I felt it was a great stay. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly located, with convenient parking right by the rooms. The heated pool is large and very enjoyable. Our room was extremely comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even with the road nearby. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Hampton Inn Naples Central is a relatively small hotel with a good location - close to just about everything there is to see and do in Naples, Florida, which is no small thing. However, up to here it is nothing extraordinary, there are many like that in the area. Hampton Inn Naples Central has breakfast included, and a very quiet environment; neither is this exceptional in the area. What makes this hotel one of the best that I have visited is that they know how to put the concept of hospitality into practice: from the quality and variety of the breakfast, the consistency in the supply of towels at the pool, the permanent cleaning of the entire facility, to the smile, friendliness and efficiency with which each of the employees attend to the guests. On more than one occasion, an employee stopped the work he was doing to help me with a task that might seem unrelated to his job content, and they always did it with a smile. In all cases, the employees asked if his action satisfied my request. I will mention only those who most often helped me directly: Cindy, Jessica, Alina, and Jason. On the doors, the carpets have a sign: “Making you happy makes us happy”. That phrase seems to be in the hearts and minds of the employees as well.

Excellent facility !!! Great location. Exceptional courteous staff. Wonderfully spacious and VERY clean room. Comfortable bed with extra pillows that weren't flat. Quiet air-conditioning. Enough towels. Wonderful warm breakfast with large selection. And a complimentary sack lunch on top of it . All for a great competitive pice. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!!! I wished all Hampton Inn hotels were like this one !!!! I prefer to stay at Hampton Inn because of the quality. Great facility. !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE

Had a lovely stay here at the Edgewater Beach. You should know upfront that they charge an additional resort fee ($40/day per room) that is not included in the price. They do advertise it upfront so you can calculate in. Please also note that although the fee included beach chairs and towels, it does not include a beach umbrella (?) and you have to pay $30/ day if you want one. (and, you want one). Again… a note to all hotels and resorts: please simply include all expenses to stay at your resort in your published price. It feels slimy and wrong to do so after weve already agreed and paid to stay in your establishment. Thank you. Those issues aside, the staff couldnt be nicer. There is i fused water in the lobby, cookies every day in the afternoon, and coffee every morning. Very civilized! The hotel is clean and well maintained. The gym is clean and has enough equipment to have a good workout and they offer yoga mats and instructions if you want to do a self guided class on the beach with your own group or by yourself. The beach ia lovely and there is sandbar right in front of the hotel so you can walk out for quite a distance. They do rent kayaks and paddleboards; bring your ID to the beach if you want to rent one. The rooms are very nice and updated, beds are comfy, I didnt notice undue noise from adjacent rooms. Water pressure in the shower is amazing!

Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Beach had fun views of dolphins and jumping fish. Food at pool bar and morning breakfast was good. Beach service for cocktails and lunch was a nice luxury. As this was a lazy vacation that was very welcome. Only issue was wedding which shut down pool and pool bar early on a Saturday with no notice, just kind of had to figure it out as we saw set up occurring.

We chose Edgewater Beach at the last minute as our favourite Opal resort at Lido Beach was much closer to the damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton, closing many local restaurants. We were delighted with our choice as the staff had cleared up any hurricane damage and got all facilities operating as normal. The suites were excellent, spacious with a separate lounge and Opal’s usual great beds, pillows and bathroom facilities. The hotel operates a shuttle service to downtown Naples, where the great driver, Kevin, has good tips on the many excellent restaurants, specialising in very fresh local seafood. All staff, from reception to housekeeping were very warm and helpful, but a special shout out to the Tiki bar staff, Greg and Cory, and the Coast restaurant and bar staff. We liked Edgewater Beach Resort so much we planned a 2025 vacation.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! First time here. The rooms (we had 4th floor) were immaculate, bed was super comfy, bathroom was fantastic and even had a full fledge kitchen with everything you need. Having on site restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was a huge plus if you just wanted to lay around the beach and pool all day, shower and have a nice meal. The food was reasonably priced and excellent portions (Shout out to Ivan who worked his tail off to help patrons and was very nice!) Beach is super clean and beautiful. Shelling is even amazing right behind the hotel. Parking is free and convenient and everything is close by including 4 minutes away, Fifth Avenue. We absolutely loved our stay, this hotel and will definitely be back again. Just a great place to chillax for a few days!

The Edgewater Resort is WONDERFUL in every way - location, comfortable rooms, guest service, and spotless cleanliness. We loved the food, whether it was breakfast room service on our balcony, or at the pool, on their beach, or in Coast Restaurant. The guest care and service from every person, day or evening is unmatched. But the most amazing was the first person who greeted us: Jeremy at Valet. We felt like we were VIP's !!! He is so welcoming...happy to assist in every way...he is the perfect "first" person to set stage for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward already to our next trip from snowy Boston to vibrant Naples.

What a GEM!!!! We’d never been to Naples, so I had no idea of where to stay, but Old Naples was appealing since it seemed to be convenient to beach and pier, bars and restaurants. Reviews of property were very good, and I loved the “charm” factor. Let me tell you, we were SO happy with our stay here. The location is perfect. A quick 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach - beach chairs, towels and umbrella in the closet in your room. Even a golf cart to take you if you so desire. The neighborhood is AMAZING - we loved just walking around and admiring all of the stunning homes in the area. Laundry facilities on site - a frig stocked with water, a grill if you so desired. Sitting outside our door was like being in a little garden having our coffee in the AM and a cocktail in the PM. Very clean and super comfy bed. Only downside I can think of was that we did hear our neighbors, but that is not that unusual for being in a hotel. Would I recommend? YES! We will most definitely be back!

We stayed for two nights and truly, it was a lovely experience! The rooms are very clean. What I liked the most about the rooms in general is that they have an open layout that makes them feel larger than they really are. It felt like I had a little studio apartment rather than a motel room! The atmosphere was homey as well. The bathrooms are in good shape and there’s excellent water pressure. We had no problems with the hot water either — something I’ve run into at other locations. The staff at this facility go above and beyond to make the Gondolier feel like a home away from home: they provided dishes, beach equipment, free laundry, a little “back yard” area with a grill. The location is also WONDERFUL. It’s located in a high end neighborhood that is safe and absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is well-taken care of and private, so we got the pleasure of taking a vacation without feeling surrounded by partying tourists. It was quiet, cozy, and safe. It’s also like two or three blocks from the gulf coast — absolutely fantastic! The beach access gives you an idyllic view of the gulf and I loved walking it in the mornings to search for whatever little treasures washed up. I loved it so much that I’m coming back later this year for an entire week, a week which will be spent entirely at this inn. Thank you for a beautiful stay! I couldn’t recommend this place for anyone wanting a quieter, calmer, and more peaceful vacation.

Pink, mid-century, clean and retro charm! As you drive up to this charming motel in the heart of Olde Naples, you feel like you are stepping back in time to when vacations were about the beach, sun and sand between your toes. Our Queen-suite was nicely remodeled, comfortable and allowed us to really have a relaxing long weekend. We could walk to the beach (beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided) and restaurants. The owner was attentive, friendly, and yet we felt like we had a lot of privacy. This is a great boutique motel for anyone who loves independent travel. We'll be back! @anotefromthecoast

Spectacular, quiet and peaceful small motel in Naples, just 5 minutes walk, both to the beach and downtown. Room of acceptable size, very nice looking, very well equipped with all necessary modern appliances, comfortable and clean. The professional and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great spot in Old Naples! An older complex but with modern updates. The kitchenette had Keurig, toaster oven with adequate utensils for overnight or all week stays and the cabinets were new soft self close. The decor was very chic and cozy comfortable. I was astounded, yes astounded at how clean the room was. The old terrazzo floors and retro bathroom was immaculately maintained. Keble the owner and staff were very welcoming and hospitable. It was such a nice surprise I wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were completely booked.

f you are looking for a REAL FIND in Naples Florida, stay at the PARK CENTRAL HOTEL. This is a well priced centrally situated hotel is just a 5 minute drive to the pier and beach and similar drive to the 5 th Avenue, shopping and restaurant area. The rooms are large and nicely furnished and included is a limited continental breakfast and free on site parking. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and there are cloth washing facilities on site. Just adjacent to the hotel is a delicious Italian bakery offering wonderful food and also has a very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is a winner in such an exclusive town.

Lovely and clean, the suites are lovely and modern with a comfortable bed and very spacious. A bit further from the beach and restaurants than we would have liked, but it’s a pleasant stroll. Staff are friendly, the roof terrace is nice and the pool is clean but quite confined. Would stay again.

My third year staying here and it still was a great place to stay! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the hotel is very quiet! ( I don't think I have ever heard noise from other rooms or in the hall.) They have a very simple yet nice breakfast that can be eaten on the outside deck. A nice start to the day. This year I finally went in the pool. It was clean, good temperature and not crowded. The location is perfect, especially if you are good with walking. Beach, downtown, places to eat, shop etc. can be reached with out a car. I will be back next year - I hope!

Nice place with friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, quiet and with quick access to the pier/public beach to watch the iconic sunset beach towels are provided. Covered parking. Breakfast options are limited. Overall, great location and accommodations. We'll get back there for sure.

Love staying here! this is our go to place whenever we visit Naples. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional, room/bathroom are very clean, bed is super comfy and firm - just what the Dr ordered for our midlife backs. Outside area is safe-quiet and clean with plenty of lighting and security cameras too including pool area. Also, a shout out to Addis (mgr) - for doing a wonderful job!- attentive and helpful. We are very satisfied staying here and look forward to our visit every time☺

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. A mile walk to the beach in the morning was so nice. The breakfast was very basic, but hot coffee outside by the pool. We only slept there because we spent our days at the beach and visiting family. Very basic and simple motel but clean and near all. Quick drive to 5th Ave, Naples Zoo, beautiful beaches, mall and restaurants not far. It is not a resort on the water. I would stay there again, especially if you plan on being busy and out and about all day.

Naples Garden in is a nice little gem that’s convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. Breakfast at their Tiki Bar, poolside, nestled in the center of beautifully landscaped grounds is a great way to start one’s day. Clean snd comfortable with a friendly staff and guests to chat with from all over the globe.

We had a pool side room, which I would recommend. The view from your window is just relaxing with the tropical trees and seeing the Tiki Hut and pool just beyond it. Our room was spacious and updated with a walk-in shower and room was clean. I like the continental breakfast under the tiki hut poolside. Not too much to choose from but it did fill our bellies to start our day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very welcoming at the front desk. Our room, #115 was a king room poolside. Looking out the window was greenery that gave the feeling you were in the islands. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge and coffee maker. Nothing fancy but clean. Quiet thru the wall ac, where most places are very noisy. Breakfast was minimal but ok under the Tiki Bar. Very pleasant. Excellent pool.

I was looking for a hotel with a great view that was also conveniently located near the office I needed to be at the next day—and Bayfront exceeded my expectations. The bayfront setting offered a stunning view, especially from the outdoor dining area, which was a beautiful place to relax. I stayed in a bayview room, and waking up to the sunrise over the water was truly a highlight. While the building is older, it has been thoughtfully updated with modern decor and a fresh, inviting feel. The AC worked perfectly and doubled as a soothing source of white noise. The bed was very comfortable and spotless, and the room itself smelled clean and fresh. Though the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it was well-maintained, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to unwind. The staff stood out with their exceptional friendliness and hospitality, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant—the food was excellent. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance, which was a great bonus. All in all, Bayfront checked all the boxes for me. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

I liked the hotel, staff was friendly, they have a convenient little store inside the hotel and a restaurant (bit pricey for an inn restaurant) but i guess the view is worth it. The overall hotel waz clean but the shower silicone around the doors were covered in mold and looked very nasty. Thats my only complaint. The hotel is a bit old but they have it in good confitions and beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from tin city, 10 minutes to 5th Avenue and short drive to beach. There is also a trolley stop at the back of the hotel. Plenty bars and restaurants within a stones throw. Wonderful view across bay from bar but pointless paying extra for bay view room as there are no balconies. A little noisy, it’s an old building and no need for insulation or double glazing also ac is noisy. Great cocktails, good service

We had a very nice stay at the Bayfront Inn. The rooms were clean as a whistle and the location was perfect. You could walk to many restaurants and shops and there is also a free shuttle that will take you around town. Parking at the beach on the weekend was impossible so the shuttle is a great option. The restaurant at the Inn was a nice spot to hang too, right on the water and live music the nights we were there. I would stay there again, it was perfect!

I would like to start saving that I was able to use my room before the checking hour that it’s at 3:00pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel has a very a very good location, near TinCity and 5th Ave. The hotel has a restaurant-bar located in a terrace with a beautiful view. I was extremely happy and satisfied. I’m coming back to Naples in August and I book the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you.

Clean and convenient hotel, easily accesible to major travel routes, downtown, shopping and restaurants. Included breakfast and wifi always a plus. We just like a clean safe place to sleep in between day trips, this very much fit the bill. Extremely pleasant staff.

We spent only one night in room 116. Room extremely clean, quiet, spacious. We took our 13 year old dog with us and he was also really happy. Staff is super nice from the front desk to the cleaning people. They also have hot breakfast with plenty of tables and chairs to seat. Pool was incredible clean. We are definitely going back.

Location was perfect. Very close to downtown and beach. It was clean, good breakfast selection and staff very friendly.

My family & i enjoyed our stay. The inn is in a location that is convenient for so many things. A little upgrading to the bathroom would be a nice improvement, but the rooms functioned well for our family of three on a long soccer weekend. I will also note that they are located right by the airport, so it can get noisy. We live near an airport, so it didn't affect us - we're used to it. The staff really puts this location over the top. EVERY person I encountered (front desk, buffet, or cleaning) was friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping to make our stay a memorable event!

We had a bad experience upon our late night arrival, there was a very sketchy man standing at the front door trying to talk to us and being VERY wierd asking us questions. We decided to check in and go to our room. We were thinking about switching hotels for the safety because of guy. But shortly the police arrived and took him away. Thankfull for the young lady at the front who called the authorities. After that everything was fine. Breakfast was good and lots of food available. Typical hotel food waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, fruit, and different breads, ect. Pool looked clean we didnt have a chance to swim but would have. They share a parking lot with Olive Garden, that was very convenient and delicious!
