This is a nice hotel at the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite that overlooked the pool and the beach which was nice. The property and room was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Beautiful location and view of Ponta Negra beach - totally in front of the beach itself. Nice breakfast and very nice staff, attentive and agile at all times.

The hotel is in front of the beach, perfect location to enjoy Ponta Negra. The room is very large and confortable, the staff is very friendly. Especially Debora, Marcos, Mateus e Kawa, they made my time very enjoyable and relaxing! Defenetely, I want to come back!

Ideal location right on the beach ..we stayed in a deluxe room with added rooftop balcony and added hot tub .the views from there are beautiful. The main balcony also had a hammock which was a lovely touch The ice cream place just outside is great value for money.

Suites are excellent with beautiful scenery of beach from balcony and very polite staff always ready to help us.Nice breakfast lunch and dinner. Nice swimming pool with barserving light referecement. Around lots of options of shopping like sovinior and convinient stores. .

Minha 3ª vez no hotel. É um Ótimo lugar, longe da badalação de ponta negra. 10 reais o uber até a feira de artesanato. É um hotel antigo, que precisa fazer um upgrade nos “detalhes”. Café da manhã e ok, com Variedades mas os mesmos todos os dias. Piscinas limpas. Se você tiver jacuzzi no seu apartamento, precisa pedir que seja limpa. Funcionários atenciosos. Eu voltaria, sem dívidas.

Firstly i went to Brazil for the first time amd by myself i may add ..the staff bentbover backwards to help me try and navigate aroundvthe language barrier ..they were kind .polite and very helpful dispute me not knowing a single word of the language . The manager Maxmad e me feel welcome right from the beginning and issue I had no matter how big or small due to the language barrier was resolved instantly.. In my opinion I would have liked some of the staff to know a little more English but in all honest maybe it is me that needs to adapt aswell ..the hotel looks amazing and orientated towards the needs of the guests..air con bigbpatio doors in the bedroom and my own Jacuzzi...the hotel is situated a stone's throw away from the beach ...the tide can be a little rough but never the less it is and has beautiful sandy setting with the hot sun and the cool breeze it was a perfect combination .. I would highly recommend this deluxe and beautiful hotel to anyone .. I will be going again for sure ..

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício. Fiquei em um quarto luxo, de frente para o mar e com uma Jacuzzi que atendia a dois quartos. Gostei muito. Achei muito boa a opção do hotel de além de ter pratos a la carte ele tb tem a opção de self service tb de petiscos. Então se vc n quiser pedir um prato pode se servir no rodízio de petiscos e pesar. Adorei essa opção porque muitas vezes não estamos com fome para pedir um almoço completo. A noite teve música ao vivo. O hotel é muito bom, recomendo. Achei o preço ótimo para o que oferece. Viajei com marido e filha. Já tinha ido aos hotéis Wish, Serhs e Rifoles mas voltarei nesse com Ctz. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor mas tem de tudo. Acho q só faltou mais algumas coisas diferentes mas só básico tem tudoooooo. Recomendo demais.

By far, it was the most comfortable bed and room of my trip. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Great room with balcony, all staff members were professional. Very high standards in the kitchen and entire hotel.

The hotel has an amazing restaurant - the breakfast was excellent and they serve delicious and well crafted meals at lunch and dinner. Another lovely surprise was Sheila, a beautiful cat and permanent resident of the hotel. Above all the staff are professional and very friendly, especially Paulo and Fernanda at the breakfast service. They both are excellent and friendly and took good care of us. I would highly recommend Manary!

From the moment you arrived everything was welcoming, reception staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and has a balcony. Good shower and fast internet. Breakfast was delicious, natural juices, regional dishes, fresh fruits, great selection. We want to return and super recommend

We booked a sea room with four poster bed and sea view balcony. The room was old fashioned, like the Hotel but comfortable with great view. The staff at the Hotel are first class and can’t do enough for you. It’s a small Hotel so they know you quite quickly which is nice. The breakfast Buffet is good with a choice of extras freshly cooked in the kitchen. Dinner excellent with a good choice of Brazilian Hearty Fish and Meat dishes. The one disappointment was the lack of a pool menu as such. The Dinner menu doubled as the pool menu and Filet Mignon ( for example) with the trimmings in 33c is not what we were after. There are Croquettes etc, but no calamari , Frango / sliders / fish sliders etc. But don’t get me wrong , a small grumble. Lovely Hotel and when next in Punta Negra will stay there for sure. Well done all and thanks for an enjoyable break.

This hotel is awesome. If you're coming from the English speaking world, stay here. I had some of the best food at the hotel restrauant, especially the matuto metido a besta!! Top 3 dishes ive ever had in my life and i travel a lot. Bed was large and comfortable, shower and bathroom also great, plus perfect view of the beach +pool. My wife and I stayed there on our wedding night. This hotel is a hidden gem and is also very safe. They also contacted me after i left to inform me that i forgot my charger and would hold it for me until i returned to Natal in a few days. Great work to all hotel staff, restaurant, and hotel manager for creating a wonderful environment and comfortable stay.

The hotel is generally well taken care off, with pretty views, nice pool area, good breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, each with a jacuzzi. The location is great, in Ponta Negra Beach, but not in the busiest area.

No hotel that we have stayed at in this area greets you like the Vogal. Check in is a breeze, complimented with happy staff, attentive doormen and beverage service. Erica ensured we had a great check in experience! The Vogal exudes quiet luxury, with comfortable bedding, great views, and pools over looking a swimable beach. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, both in terms of the food offered and the service. Albert manages the dinner service and has always ensures we have a great time. A swim-up pool bar is a great pre-dinner choice. Umbrellas and loungers are provided for those that choose the relax on the beach. Rooms include a spa tub and a shower, full-length mirrors, mini-fridges, real closets and safes.

The Vogal is an elegant but comfortable hotel located just north of the busy beach area and south of the preserve. You can swim on the beach and there are not many vendors. Check in is usually a breeze with staff guiding you to your room. Rooms are comfortable and have spa tubs and separate showers, and comfortable beds. A minibar is included but no coffee making facilities. There is a coffee Cafe across the street. 2 bottles of free water are usually provided as part of the turndown service.

Café da manhã excelente e muito gostoso, com diversas opções tanto no Buffet quanto feitas na hora. Quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Gostaria ainda de destacar o atendimento do recepcionista Alysson por toda sua atenção, paciência e comprometimento ao cliente, ele faz parte também do sucesso do hotel e do motivo dos hóspedes voltarem. Enfim hotel sensacional, vale muito o custo.

Não fosse o serviço de quarto (alimentação e pedidas), a avaliação seria muito boa, pois não há abastecimento do frigobar gerando dificuldade para o hóspede. O bar não atende ao telefone e, por outro lado, o hóspede não pode entrar/ solicitar alimentação externa.

Quarto relativamente espaçoso, limpo, café da manhã bom. Espaço do hotel excelente, piscina aquecida, serviço de bar disponível. Próximo a praia, cerca de 200 metros, vários restaurantes, bares, farmácia, mercado.

O flat é completo fica bem localizado, muito próximo à praia, e a todos os bons lugares da praia de ponta negra. Minha diária só teria início as 13hs, cheguei as 6:30 da manha, já fui devidamente acomodado pela gerente Márcia, em um quarto vista mar, melhor que o quarto que eu reservei. Toda Equipe muito solicita e com certeza voltaria novamente.

One of our favourite Brazil hotels so far. The room was spacious and very clean. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Location is great close to the beach and seems safe. The stairs are at the back meaning that every room has an ocean view and the view from the balcony is amazing.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 6 days in August 2008. I booked the hotel by contacting them directly via e-mail (in Portuguese though, didn't attempt English). The room was pleasant, clean. We were able to use the safe free of charge. Breakfast was good, plenty of different bagels, tasty marmalade and fresh fruit. The hotel is in a good location, just minutes walk in one direction your reach the beach, and minutes walk in the opposite direction you get to the main road where buses and taxis pass. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance as well as night life. The staff was nice and friendly. Ready to help us when we had additional questions. Again can't say anything about their English because I spoke Portuguese with them. There is a small pool as well but we didn't use it. It seems that most of the guests didn't use it either other than for sun bathing and reading beside it.

Nice clean little Hotel with a good pool, 2 blocks from the beach. Breakfast was OK and lunch was basic , burgers etc. I would not recommend have dinner as they are not set up for it. Not many of the staff speak English and are not too interactive with the guests. Ponta Negra has an excellent beach and an abundance of bars, restaurants and clubs. Overall a good Hotel slightly away from the bustle and noise of the beach.

I really like this "pousada". Simple, clean and helpful staff. Great location, two roads from the beach, lots of choices for restaurants and bars near by, and relaxing swimming poll with a nice setting facing the sunset and the street. It is definitely one of the best deals in Ponta Negra, unless you prefer 5-star style hotel (hahaha, forget it! in Natal, it's a waist of money!). Easy-going, safe, trustworthy. Stayed there many times until I moved permanently to Natal. Recommend to all.

The hotel was very closed to the beach with extremely friendly and helpful staffs. The room was nice and comfortable. There were also many restaurants around just in a walking distance. Especially, we did enjoy the breakfast here very much. It is a lovely place to stay.

Bom custo benefício, porém o viajante a turismo precisa saber que fica numa área central e um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, exceto o estádio. Nada de muito interessante nas imediações. Como estava com carro pude me locomover com facilidade pela cidade e o conforto do quarto atendeu bem minhas expectativas. Excelente café da manhã.

Sempre que vamos em Natal, nos hospedamos no Ibis e sempre saímos satisfeitos. O café da manhã é muito bom. O atendimento é bom. O estacionamento tem um preço razoável (18 reais a diária) e tem vagas suficientes e grandes. O banho é maravilhoso. Cama confortável. A única ressalva que tenho é com relação a qualidade do papel higiênico. Não sei o que aconteceu, mas o papel higiênico era de péssima qualidade, não compatível com o padrão Ibis. A única ressav

Todas as minhas necessidades foram supridas no Hotel Ibis. Muito bem recepcionado pelos colaboradores do hotel e o quarto estava bem organizado e confortável. O único problema que aconteceu na minha estadia foi com a questão da TV Smart que não estava captando a internet do hotel, mas apesar disso o técnico compareceu e resolveu com praticidade.

Agradeço por terem me salvado do que poderia ter sido o pior Natal da minha vida! Muito obrigado a todos da equipe pelo excelente atendimento e carinho. Gostaria de deixar um parabéns especial para a Evelyn, atendente do jantar, que fez toda a diferença na minha experiência.

Excellent and modern condo in Las Terrenas! It was one of the nicest places we stayed in the Dominican Republic and exactly what we needed. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk from an amazing beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We were both working remotely, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for video calls. The host was also kind enough to arrange an extra table for us to work more comfortably. The kitchen was practical and well-equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed the pool and BBQ area—nice extras that made the stay even better. There's a secured parking area, too. We definitely recommend this place!

The location is OK if you have a car or use taxis. The staff was kind and professional. The room was rather large, with enough light to read in bed; it had a good bathroom, large and with a normal shower where it was possible to choose the temperature of the water easily. Both the room and the common areas were clean. Breakfast was good, with many options, also for vegetarians. I had many clothes washed and ironed, with satisfactory results.

A estadia foi boa, o hotel é muito tranquilo bem pertinho do mar. Quartos amplos, café da manhã bom! Tivemos um problema com o ar pois estava pingando e ao voltarmos do passeio o problema estava resolvido, muito prestativos. Ponto negativo: travesseiros finos e cama um pouco baixa em uma parte devido ao uso, por ser de molas fica um pouco desconfortável. Mas pode ter sido no meu quarto em específico, não foi nada que me impedisse de voltar.

Gostei do hotel Garbus foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no mesmo, o café da manhã é bem variado, quarto bem grande ou melhor quarto, banheiro, cozinha sem utensílios só pia e balcão vazio,varanda, bem legal, piscina externa, ar-condicionado no quarto, frigobar vazio.

Estadia tranquila. Quartos amplos e bem arejados. Café da manhã básico mas gostoso. Uma quadra da praia e próximo de vários restaurantes e feiras da cidade. Vale o custo benefício.

A experiência foi incrível, fiquei no "Apartamento Superior" que é bastante espaçoso bem como o quarto propriamente dito. Além disso, o café da manhã tinha muito variedade e era excelente!

Me hospedei no hotel do dia 12/03 ao dia 19/03 foram incríveis 7 dias. Ficamos no apartamento no sexto andar e a vista do mar e do morro do careca era linda. Os quartos são excelentes, possui secador e até ferro o que achei muito importante pois toda viagem é um transtorno para conseguir passar roupa. O café da manhã é variado tem coisas para todos gostos além do buffet, tem algumas coisas que pode ser pedido ao garçom que é feito na hora como tapiocas doces e salgadas, misto quente entre outros. Outra coisa que gostamos bastante foi o Beach club que os hóspedes tem acesso muito Gostoso fica de frente à praia de Ponta negra com fácil acesso à praia. Pegamos dias chuvosos e ter o beach club foi um diferencial para não perdermos o dia trancado no hotel. Nada a reclamar foi maravilhoso a hospedagem. Com certeza se voltar em Natal novamente irei hospedar no Praiamar express. O hotel fica próximo a vários restaurantes uma avenida bastante movimentada, na frente tem uma feira com foodtruck muito gostoso e preços excelentes.

Gostei muito do atendimento da portaria, sempre amáveis e gentis! O café era simples mas muito gostoso! Estranhei meu quarto (B) com banheiro sem box! Uma sugestão: trocar as cortinas, pois ao amanhecer o quarto ficava muito claro! As mesmas eram pequenas na largura, frestas atrapalharam a privacidade, mas adorei a pousada!

Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados as meninas da limpeza são muito caprichosas e atenciosas, fomos com bebê e colocaram um bercinho bem confortável no quarto. O café da manhã é bem servido e tem uma boa variedade. A piscina é muito limpa e tem um tamanho muito bom, ideal pra ficar quando voltamos da praia. Na rua de cima tem farmácia, mercado e tudo o que precisar. O hotel está bem localizado próximo dos melhores restaurantes. A única coisa que não gostamos muito é o ar condicionado que venta muito em cima da cama, não conseguimos regular a saída de ar pra outro lado e isso nos deixou um pouco resfriados, mas mesmo sendo no inverno Natal é bem quente e não dá pra ficar sem o ar. Mas isso é o de menos porquê o hotel é muito bom e Natal é maravilhoso. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza.

O hotel é bem localizado com quartos de tamanho adequado a quantidade de pessoas. O café da manhã é razoável mas com opção de tapioca feita na hora. Todos os funcionaruos do hotel muito gentis e simpáticos, principalmente a colaboradora do café. Dois pontos negativos: o box do banheiro do nosso quarto era visível da escada que levava ao 3o andar do hotel e se esquecêssemos de fechar a janela todo o banheiro ficava visível a quem descia a escada. Outro ponto ruim: não tínhamos sinal de internet no quarto. Reclamei na recepção e falaram que iam reiniciar o módem, mas nada resolveu!! Quando meu marido precisou trabalhar teve que rotear com o celular.

Hotel surpreendeu positivamente em todos os aspectos: café manhã com self service e opção de tapioca e omeletes feitos na hora, funcionários todos muito cordiais e educados, localização excelente de frente para um ótimo restaurante, loja de convencia com ótimos preços e de frente ao quiosque de compra de passeios. Para ir a praia basta atravessar a rua e descer as escadas coloridas e com lojinhas ( a foto do Google está desatualizada, o lugar é bacana). A limpeza do quarto ocorreu todos os dias de forma impecável. Nada como passar o dia na praia e voltar para um quarto limpinho, cheirosinho e cama arrumadinha.

Ótimo custo benefício! Boa localização, perto da praia e também perto de vários restaurantes. Café da manhã com frutas, pães, bolo e, omelete e tapioca feitos na hora. Todos os quartos com vista para o mar. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. Procedimentos devido ao COVID: Check-in realizado virtualmente com o envio das informações e preenchimento de questionário; dão aos hóspedes vidro de álcool em gel, podendo ser reabastecido quantas vezes necessário, sem nenhum custo, basta apenas devolver a embalagem no check out; aferição de temperatura no Check-in; utilizar máscara nas aéreas comuns; no café da manhã, utilizar luvas para servir.

Fiquei apenas 1 dia. Estadia relativamente boa, tranquila, mas em alguns pontos me deixou a desejar… como por exemplo, cobram o estacionamento (20$) e o wifi é horrível, em alguns pontos do hotel não pega direito. Devem melhorar enquanto a isso. De resto, hotel bom quanto ao custos cobrados.

Foi uma viagem rápida, de apenas um dia. Li bastantes comentários sobre o Hotel antes de reservar e confesso que me surpreendi positivamente. Excelente localização, muito próximo a praia e a avenida principal que possui vários restaurantes. A cama é enorme e muuuito confortável, consegui reservar de última hora pois o vôo adiantou e valeu muito a pena. Café da manhã farto e cheio de opções, piscina grande e o atendimento muito bom. Super recomendo. Na volta de Pipa tentamos reservar novamente mas infelizmente estava sem disponibilidade.

As recepcionistas muito educadas. O rapaz e a moça da piscina também, apenas a cascata não permaneceu ligada por muito tempo, o que achei ruim. Quanto ao quarto, apenas estava um pouco molhado quando cheguei mas atendeu minhas expectativas. Tudo muito bom!

I stayed at Hotel Safari for 4 nights during World Cup 2014. Even during this busy time in the city and at the hotel, I was extremely impressed by the hospitality of the staff. They made us feel like family and were always there to help with any questions that arose. The rooms are reasonably priced and are of a decent size, clean, have an electronic safe and even have a small balcony. The location of the hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the beautiful ponta negra beach and a 3 minute walk up the hill to a street full of bars and restaurants. I look forward to visiting Natal and Hotel Safari again in the future! P.S. Make sure to do a dune buggy tour while in Natal! It is an incredible way to explore the area

Hotel Safari offers good tourist class accommodation in Ponta Negra. The location on a quiet street just a short walk away from the beach is pretty good. Rooms are clean and basic, nothing really speacial, but totally ok and worth the price. Hotel has a rustic decoration, which gives it a nice charm, especially in the public areas. I stayd only 1 night (on transit) and if I should state a negative point it would be the lack of soundproof, as in the morning you can easily hear the other guests talking or walking in the corridor. The most positive experience of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which is tasty and has a large variety of option. Would I stay again...Yes, I would.

I would rate the hotel facilities themselves as just average, but it is the service and staff that pushes me to rate this hotel as very good. The rooms are air conditioned which is important in Natal. The bathroom and shower facilities are tight. You should bring your own shower products as all you get is a small bar of soap. The breakfast is not bad. In terms of advice and support, the staff were fantastic. The wifi is good considering that it is hit and miss in many hotels of this class. The location is superb, just a block away from the beach. Overall, this is a good option in Natal.

Ótimo hotel. Já fiquei em muitos hotéis em Natal e esse foi o melhor, sem dúvida. Confortável, moderno, uma estrutura de resort, espreguiçadeiras, piscina muito grande com bar e outras para crianças, apoio de praia com guarda sol e cadeiras, salão de jogos, tudo muito confortável. É possível caminhar até feira de artesanato de ponta negra e restaurantes tranquilamente 10min. Com certeza vamos voltar.

Fiquei impressionado com a organização do El Aram natal mar, para um hotel 4 estrelas, tive uma bela experiência em família. As condições do hotel ficou devendo, mas a piscina e a cordialidade dos funcionários conseguiu se opor. O buffet de café da manhã e jantar foram excelentes. Tudo muito gostoso.

E olha que estávamos até antecipados no horário!). A comida é razoável e as estações são longe de onde as pessoas ficam. O melhor é o local onde servem pizzas à noite. O quarto é confortável e o pessoal do bar bem gente boa! É um bom hotel (ainda não é como já foi um dia quando me hospedei) mas está abaixo dos outros hotéis All Inclusive do nordeste.

My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. Its convenient location, particularly for beach access, made it even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Jandir from the hotel staff, whose assistance with our luggage made a notable difference for both me and my colleague. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The Kids Club was great. This hotel has a lot to offer for children - playground, pool, activities. The Pool area is at the other side of the street and just above the beach. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast and Dinner very good, although a bit crowded at Times.

The hotel was decent and the rooms were alright. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jandir who helped with my luggage and answered my questions. The rooftop on the 4th floor was nice, with a scenic view of the town and the ocean.

Comfortable place, room had all the expected features. Had a great time in there with my wife. Valencia Hotel was pretty nice. Me and my wife had a great time while staying there. The room features were pretty good and the hotel's restaurant had good Italian dishes for us that we chose to have as dinner choices.

I actually lived here for about a year or so with my wife. It was relatively cheap and in a great location. I would recommend this place for anyone that is living in Natal temporarily and wants to be by the beach. It is also near a mall with a movie theater, etc., so when we wanted to go out and do something we could just walk right over. Very convenient!

Ah outra coisa bem estranha é que me senti em um filme de terror, a televisão ficava ligando sozinha de madrugada. A localização é sensacional, perto de tudo. Super recomendo. Poderiam varrer o quarto devido à areia dos nossos pés, não tem frigobar nem cozinha comunitária e isso atrapalha demais.

The customer service the staff gives is top! The food is delicious. Not just the regular things you get from other Brazilian hotels. The made to order omelets and a chicken pie was extraordinary. We like the food and location so much we turned one day into several.

Os salgados deixaram a desejar, eram muito massudos e pouco saborosos. E os pratos quentes também não variavam, sempre os mesmos. Variedade de sucos pouca tbm, só para traçar um comparativo, ano passado fomos a João Pessoa e a variedade de sucos era três vezes mais. Mas o pessoal muito atencioso do café também, sempre procurando não deixar faltar nada. O grande atrativo do café eram os queijos coalho na chapa para quem gosta. E só no último dia descobri que tbm faziam uma omelete que foi muito prazeroso come-lo. Enfim, falta muito pouco para o hotel entrar em uma nota 9m na minha opinião hoje ele ficaria entre um 7,5 a 8. Being at the north end of the Ponta Negra beach strip, it's in a very quiet neighborhood - meaning there are no other restaurants or bars right nearby or along the waterfront, though there are several good options a few blocks inland.

Great beach hotel option to stay at, not very safe area outside to walk around but you can easily get Uber to travel around. One of the expensive options at Natal worth paying since it still comes very cheap. Not many international chain hotels around so it’s worth staying there. Big rooms, ocean view, 7 small pools, beach area, great breakfast included. Very good value for money.

Os colaboradores do hotel são incríveis, simpáticos e atenciosos, desde a recepção, limpeza, bar da piscina (principalmente o Matias, pai da Gabi), restaurante, lojinha, recreação…enfim, ficamos muito satisfeitos! E tive muitas dúvidas na escolha de um hotel bom para crianças, e acertei em cheio! Única coisa foi que o telefone do quarto não funcionava, mas como estavamos do lado da recepção isso não foi um problema…recomendo muito!

The only bad thing is the every time I'm at this Hotel they a renovating something. Workers around and sometimes very nosy. This time even they were renovating the main pool, it was very quiet , as it should be. I recommend this hotel because of it's location, stuff and service. If you're alone, for business or with family.

Foi uma estadia muito boa no geral. Café da manhã gostoso e variado, um detalhe que deveriam rever é o cuidado com os alimentos que em sua maioria fica exposta a moscas, já que ele é servido em ambiente aberto. Só os alimentos quentes ficam protegidos, os outros estavam sem nenhuma proteção e moscas estavam pousando. Os quartos são espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Piscina muito boa no rooftop, bar com aperitivos muito bem servidos e ainda teve música ao vivo no fim de semana.

Esse foi um dos hotéis onde me senti mais acolhido de toda a minha vida. O atendimento de todos os funcionários, em especial da funcionária "flor" foi de muita atenção e cordialidade. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável. Uma característica que só vi aqui foi que dentro do quarto havia um roteador wifi, o que garantiu uma qualidade excelente de Internet e foi possível assistir meus streams favoritos na TV smart do quarto. Foi uma excelente experiência e voltarei com certeza.

A piscina é maravilhosa! Recepcionista Flor muito atenciosa. Quarto limpo, otima localização e ainda tem um restaurante e bar no local. Tudo perfeito!!!!

Minha primeira experiência no Ponta Negra Beach foi em março de 2018. Eu passei por volta de 10 dias lá e, apesar de ter percebido alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar, isso não estragou minha estadia. No fim das contas, acabei gostando tanto que voltei outra vez, agora em dezembro de 2019. Dessa vez passei 16 dias e a minha estadia foi ainda melhor. As falhas que encontrei na minha outra visita foram sanadas, e a experiência foi bastante confortável. Um dos pontos que mais me agradaram foi a piscina, que é maravilhosa e tem uma vista incrível do mar. O hotel tem duas entradas, e uma delas é uma porta na área da piscina que dá acesso direto ao calçadão da praia. Preciso ressaltar também o bar da piscina: ele é excelente, serve bebidas deliciosas e tem uma equipe maravilhosa, com pessoas super simpáticas e prestativas que tornam o hotel melhor só por estarem presentes. Gostei muito do quarto onde fiquei. Nas duas vezes em que me hospedei no hotel, escolhi a mesma categoria (casal luxo), e achei os quartos muito confortáveis. O que me incomodou foi só que os horários de limpeza do meu apartamento eram irregulares e várias vezes eram concentrados perto do fim da tarde, o que significa que era difícil me programar para voltar para o quarto só depois que ele já tivesse sido limpo. Enfim, mesmo considerando os poucos pontos negativos, eu gosto muito desse hotel. Eu definitivamente me hospedaria lá de novo, e fiquei com vontade de ter ficado por mais tempo!

Hotel muito bem localizado, pé na areia de Ponta Negra. O hotel peca um pouco nos serviços. Exemplo: muitas vezes não havia funcionários no bar da piscina. Os quartos do primeiro andar precisam de reformas. Fogem bastante do padrão da rede hplus. Os funcionários são educados e não parecem ser responsáveis pelos problemas. Parece mais uma questão de padrão e estrutura. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado são antigos, barulhentos e mal posicionados no quarto. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e não tem janelas. O banho foi um problema nos dias chuvosos: a água quente não era quente. Mesmo abrindo somente o registro de água quente, a água estava morna. Nos dias mais quentes não foi um problema. O pessoal da recepção foi muito solícito com todos os nossos pedidos, como indicações de passeio e táxi e substituição um dos quartos da nossa reserva. Apesar da informação constar no site, não havia cofre no quarto e não há serviço de praia (guarda sol, toalha de praia).

O hotel é muito bom arquitetonicamente, mas os apartamentos embora amplos tem tomadas antigas que necessitam de adaptadores, chuveiro bom, toalhas velhas. O bar da piscina é terceirizado e deixa muito a desejar. Todos os funcionários muito bem atenciosos, principalmente os do café da manhã.

A única ressalva para não dar nota 10 - 9,8 é justo - é a música na piscina incluir sertanejo, o que não combina com a sofisticação do lugar. Certa vez ouvi do dono de um resort de alta categoria no Sul da Bahia: "A música que toco aqui faz parte do tipo de hóspedes que procuro atrair, até para evitar choques culturais." Deixo uma segunda dica: embora os funcionários sejam muito simpáticos e atenciosos, parece faltar treinamento para que possam dar melhores informações para quem não conhece bem a cidade, até porque a maioria mora afastada de bares e restaurantes em volta do hotel. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel se retornar à cidade.

Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach. Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool.

Great hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Tasty food both for breakfast, room service and à la carte (and inexpensive, too). Try the sweet or salty fresh tapioca made on demand at the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a powerful in-room wifi router, first I have seen in Brazil that has this, and internet is fast and flawless (and free). Going to the beach takes about 2 minutes, just cross the pool area and go out the front gate. Only negative point was some black mold stains in the ceiling of the bathroom.

I was very surprise with this hotel, it was way better that expected. It looks like a new property, rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and even though it's low season there are plenty of employees and they are always taking care of the property. There is always someone cleaning the pool, floors, restrooms, etc. Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I found the area very safe. PROS: Price, location, pool, friendly staff. CONS: Manual check in, even thought I had done the check in online they made me fill out 4 pieces of paper (for all people in my family) and tried to give me a hard time due to name on the reservation being my married name and name on ID was maiden name.

Really well-located and well-appointed. Friendly staff and beautiful pool. The beautiful beach is just a step outside of the pool with safe key access for guests. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend!

I totally enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The room was clean with charming classical style. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I had great time in the restaurant also, with proper advice to choose the dishes. The location of the hotel is nice for business use, because it is located in the town with many restaurant and shops, but has good access to the beach to have a relaxed time. One thing that can be improved for the hotel is the internet connection, especially in the room.

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

We were here on business so it was a bit out of town for us, however for the beach crowd I,m sure it would be perfect. Rooms quite small but well equipped and clean. Pool small but we didn,t use it. I heard that the restaurant has good French food but we found the food at the restaurant across the street (Camaroes Potiguar) so incredibly amazing and efficient that we ate there all the time.

As a world traveler, this has been by far the Best Western I have ever stayed...bar none! The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were perfect, and you must dine in the restaurant, the Chef, the food, and the presentation at delivery was fabulous and very delicious! The staff from the Front Desk, to the dining, cleaning, and just simple helpfulness was stupendous. Though I generally do not stay at a Best, I will make the effort to view or stay at an available one when I am capable. Whenever I am in Natal or the neighboring cities, I will for sure stay here...

The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another thing we did not like was that the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. Even when locked there was a gap between the doors so if someone on the outside wanted to open the door they could easily slip something between the doors and unlatch the lock so every night we were tying the door latch with string so that it could not be slipped open. The hotel itself was very safe and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point, but you can never be too careful and we felt this was disappointing in terms of personal safety in the room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant to use, the buffet breakfast and dinner were SO delicious and we always found something new to try every morning and night. The buffet area was kept incredibly clean with consistent supervision from staff. We also utilized the spa and had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay despite the downsides I described.

Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only gripe for me was: the unavailability of quick sandwiches, salads, etc. Maybe being americans we are used to that... To pick up a quick lunch for the room to enjoy without the formality was almost impossible. You have to go through room service (which is great don't get me wrong, but for every day it's too formal), the buffet or the malta &/or pool service. Room service didn't work for us with the QR code so we had to keep going down to order. They have the room in this expansive resort, would be nice to just grab a drink, sandwich, coffee, or sandwich (for those traveling w/ kids) to go. The resort is about a 10 minute taxi ride at least from the main shopping, eating out area. So, although great that it's far away the convince of quick meals to go wasn't offered. And that is tough for families used to being able to grab a quick bit without room service. But a wonderful stay and lovely resort! We stayed for 8 days. From NY USA. Long flight to get here!!

The hotel is fantastic, pools a re amazing, crew is welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. They try their best to make you fell comfortable and enjoy your stay. The breakfast is amazing, so many options and everything was delicious.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, nice room, nice view, excellent pool, superb beach, calm, safe and with life guard on duty. However, there is room for improvements, such as: not all breakfast items available on the last 60 to 90 minutes. No replacements, such as types of breads, juices, etc. Some servers are too eager to grab and take away without asking, plates, silverware etc while we are still eating. All this is easily resolved with a comprehensive meeting with staff members. Also, at the inside bar, not all menu item are available after the last 60 min of the opening hours, such as simple things: sandwiches and juices or deserts! The only real serious disappointment is the concierge staff that is very kind (letters, nice msg, smiles, etc) JUST until they find out that the extra packages they try to sell you, are not of your best interest or it doesn’t fit your traveling needs and profiles. After that, no more messages and other kindness gestures.

I really enjoying staying there. The staff were extremely friendly, polite end helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of local cosine. The recreation for kids was great! My kids really enjoying tio Parafuso e a tia Alegria, they were so friendly and nice with my kids. We could see that they really enjoy what they do! I really recommend Wish Natal! It is worth it spending time there!

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Optamos pelo quarto com vista para o mar e com varanda e foi perfeito. Curtir o som das ondas de dentro do quarto é muito bom, além da vista. Cama confortável, mesa de trabalho com ponto de energia, ótimo wi-fi, tv smart, mesa de refeições e banheiro com ótima ducha. A área da piscina funciona das 09h00 às 21h00 e tem cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras e gazebos. O restaurante funciona para o café da manhã, almoço e jantar e o hotel tem serviço 24 horas de refeições. Olá, Gosto bastante desse hotel! Sempre me hospedo. Próximo a tudo em Ponta negra, 10 minutos de caminhada ao morro do careca. Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com variedades. Recepcionistas, Camareiras maravilhosas e gentis. Com exceção do garçon Lindemberg, vi uma reclamação ao chegar no hotel de um hospedi a respeito do mesmo. A recepcionista ruiva. Realmente em passei pela mesma situação. Já era mais de 10h. pedi um drink e um picolé para minha filha o mesmo falou que estava ocupado arrumando às bebidas. Passei mais de 2 horas na piscina vi várias reclamações e o mesmo em momento algum disposto em ajustar. Fora por várias vezes o mesmo não se encontrava no local. Deixando o bar sozinho. Totalmente rude e sem paciência. Nota 0 para o atendimento dele e para sua empatia ao próximo. Diferente do outro garçon moreno. Gentil, educado, prestativo.

Achei as acomodaçoes bem basicas, inclusive um item que achei bem abaixo foi o estacionamento que é minusculo e quase sem condições de manobra além de que não existir elevador para chegar no local. Os quartos são regulares.A wifi não chegava ao quarto em que estavamos, tinhamos que ir até a sala de jogos ao lado da piscina.

Tive uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel e só tenho elogios a fazer. Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebido com muita cordialidade pela equipe da recepção, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto era extremamente confortável e bem higienizado, proporcionando uma excelente noite de descanso. A infraestrutura do hotel também impressiona, com um ambiente bonito, bem cuidado e aconchegante, garantindo uma experiência ainda mais agradável. Os funcionários, sempre educados e solícitos, fizeram toda a diferença, proporcionando um atendimento de alto nível. O café da manhã foi um verdadeiro destaque, com uma grande variedade de opções saborosas e de qualidade, tornando as manhãs ainda mais especiais. Outro grande diferencial é a localização privilegiada do hotel, que fica próximo ao famoso Morro do Careca, um dos principais pontos turísticos da região. Além disso, há diversas lojinhas próximas, ideais para quem deseja comprar lembranças e souvenirs. Para completar, o hotel oferece um excelente custo-benefício, com tarifas bastante acessíveis diante da qualidade dos serviços prestados. Sem dúvida, foi uma experiência incrível e pretendo retornar em breve!

Me hospedei em janeiro de 2025, 5 diarias. Reservei com bastante antecendecia e encontrei otimas tarifas. Otimo custo/beneficio. Hotel bem localizado, próximo à praia, restaurante barato, farmacia e mercado. Fui bem recepcionada e pra minha supresa, me colocaram num quarto de frente à banheira de hidro! Amei. Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável. A limpeza foi feita a cada 2 dias , sem eu precisar pedir. Café da manhã normal. Destaque para opções pra quem é intolerante à lactose como eu, como tubérculos, cuzcuz e tapioca sem recheio. Também pedi ovos no azeite e fizeram todos os dias. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

As the name implies, this is a beach hotel with a view, as a matter of fact, with a marvelous view of Ponta Negra beach. The beach and the endless sea are just across the promenade. The hotel location is very convenient, with many good restaurants just a short drive away. When booking, make sure to ask for a room facing the sea, you will be delighted! The humming of the sea washing the beach is very relaxing; if you are an early bird, you can enjoy the spectacle of the rising sun separating the night sky from the sea, painting the former blue and the latter silvery gold! Apart from the breathtaking view, the hotel offers ample, comfortable rooms, a breakfast buffet with a good mix of breads, cakes, biscuits, fruits, cereals, and tapioca, the local pancake, with all sort of fillings, both savory and sweet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are only two snags about the hotel: first, the towels are worn out, rough and scratchy: it is past time the hotel changed them for new ones. Second, the hotel charges 2 reais plus ten percent for each beach towel; as it is a beach hotel, and not a cheap one, this is absolutely out of line. When settling the bill, be aware that the hotel includes a tourism fee per night, which you are not obliged to pay.

Very helpful staff, beach front location, good convenient restaurant and bar facilities, comfortable bed, helpful tours desk agent to book sand dunes buggy ride.

Room was simple but clean and comfortable. The view is just fantastic. Really good air conditioning, very friendly personnel. Quiet after 9pm.

This is a very good hotel, where the staff is very friendly and customer-oriented, and the rooms are large and clean. It offers a beautiful view on the beach of Ponta Negra where you will spend the most of your time in holiday.

Rooms are small by USA standards but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. The food here is a work of art and the staff-Awesome! The beach is clean and uncrowded with many ways to entertain you.

The resort is big, lots of pool, by a beautiful beach, good location, it’s clean, food was yummy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Cons, some parts of the building needs updating like the room the little kids play the carpet was old and smelly, and the toys way too old. Also, the gym needs some updating, old treadmills and the room was way too small. Stuff didn’t speak English but some of the front desk people did (I’m bilingual English/Portuguese, my hubby only speaks English so that wasn’t a big deal but I can see how that can be an issue if you only speak English). Overall we had a great time I would recommend this hotel.

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

Hotel is very spacious, some areas need updating some of the chairs need cleaning and new cushions. The gym is a good size however both bikes were unusable. I stayed with my elderly mother therefore used the sofa bed which despite having the mattress changed was a little bit uncomfortable due to the sofabed's frame. The staff in the VIP breakfast area were very friendly and professional. Overall a lovely experience

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area where you would only hear the sea. There is a combined cycle and walking path just outside. The area is somewhat windy and the sea is never calm, so you would need to go elsewhere to swim. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was alright. Tapiocas were the highlight with a lot of people queuing for them. There is a newly introduced electronic system for ordering services, which was functioning most of the time. The hotel could use some renovation though. Bathroom in particular needs a bit love.

Pontos Positivos: A localização é o diferencial do hotel na orla de ponta negra, perto de muitos restaurantes,bares e vários espaços com foods trucks. Staff atencioso. Cama confortável.Banheiro amplo. Pontos negativos: A estadia foi durante o reveillon,periodo critico para os hoteis com altas demandas e diarias com custo maior, diante de contexto considerei alto preço da hospedagem para o serviços oferecidos. Café da manhã repetitivo e com pouca variedade. Havia uma funcionária atendendo que apesar da presteza não conseguia dá conta de atender todos.Alguns lençois da cama estavam rasgados e o chuveiro não distribui bem a água. Acústica do quarto ruim, ouvíamos tudo no quarto ao lado. Piscina muito pequena.

O apartamento é grande e com uma vista linda para a praia. I wifi praticamente não funcionou nos meus 2 duas de hospedagem. Isso pra mim não impactou em nada, mas se vc depender dela pra trabalhar, é bom ver antes com o hotel se realmente vai funcionar. Localização muito boa tambem, alguns metros da praia apenas. Recomendo muito.

Hotel muito bom!! Funcionários educados e atenciosos! Nosso quarto era enorme com uma minicozinha, vista pro mar, cama super confortável! Banheiro limpo, com itens de higiene pessoal e uma ducha muito boa! Café da manhã maravilhoso e variado! Tem estacionamento no local (um pouco apertado e com muitas colunas, mas tem muitas vagas!) Minha única "crítica" é que pedimos pra extender até o por-do-sol nosso horario de check-out, devido ao horário do voo (seriam menos de 4 horas a mais), e foi cobrado quase o valor de uma diária. Achei que poderiam ter sido um pouco mais flexíveis e com uma taxa menor. Fica a dica pros hotéis terem a opção de flexibilidade no check-out!

O hotel é muito bom, localização, perto de tudo, praia, farmácia, bares, restaurantes, mercado, lavanderia. À vista do quarto pra o morro do careca é deslumbrante. Cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho limpinha, cheirosa, sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador, toca de banho, sabonetinhos, etc… O café da manhã muito variado, não teve salsicha foi carne os dois dias. Está de parabéns o café da manhã. Piscina bem limpinha, não escorrega. Realmente minha nota é 10, apesar que fiquei no décimo oitavo andar e faltou energia no décimo nono. Fora isso foi tranquilo, só esse ajuste pra melhorar.
