Oh my goodness! We were so pleasantly surprised. We had reserved a king suite. We had no idea it was so large! A large living room and bar area and separate bedroom and large bathroom with two sink areas. So clean and fresh! The bed was very comfortable. The living room had a small refrigerator with a freezer area! Perfect to keep our cooler packs iced and refrigerated snacks ready for the road the next day. We had TVs in the living room as well as in the bedroom. The towels were fluffy and absorbent. Everything look newly remodeled. The layout was very well planned. Breakfast the next morning was also a delicious surprise. I had never seen an automatic pancake maker that made perfectly cooked pancakes. And, a yogurt dispenser with very good yogurt and toppings. My husband enjoyed the eggs and sausage and fresh bagels. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and suggested a really good restaurant for dinner the night before. A perfect stop! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a great overnight stay at this location. Jennifer, the receptionist, was great - highly professional and positive and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was great - clean and the showerhead had multiple settings, all of which worked perfectly. The mattress was comfortably firm - I slept very well. The exercise room was clean and functional. Breakfast the next morning was good - just what you would expect. My wife particularly liked that the oatmeal was packaged so she could make it just how she liked it. The fresh yoghurt machine was a nice option and very tasty. We were driving across country and needed a place to spend the night, have breakfast early the next morning, and then get back on the road. This location met all of our requirements for an overnight stay at this price point. No regrets at all staying here.

We booked a room based upon the recent reviews and were not disappointed. We typically prefer an upper floor room, but we were on the first floor. We were very surprised and pleased with how quiet the room was. The first time we heard any noise was when we left our room to head to the breakfast area. We had a great night sleep. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was good. There were several options including pancakes, sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly and helpful. If another road trip takes us through Kearny, we will stay at this hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

The hotel was bright and clean. The room was very roomy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. To top it all off, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Days Inn and Suites for a very restful, enjoyable, and comfortable stay.

The access from the Interstate was convenient except for signage. The parking lot was very appealing and secured with only the exits on the south side. Clean and well kept lawn, parking lot and the image of the building itself. Nice elevator and nice access door on the north side. Room key with the tap was very convenient! Rooms were very clean and nice looking and the microwave, refrigerator and TV were nice as well. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Breakfast nook was nicely laid out and had plenty of seating in the lobby to accommodate us. Staff were friendly and efficient as well.

The room was perfect - modern, beautiful, and most importantly, very clean! The water park was a lot of fun for the kids. It was maintained well and clean, too. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and polite!

My family is a frequent visitor to Kearney, I’m usually there for meetings at least twice a year and have stayed at all of the hotels in this area multiple times. This hotel easily outdoes the others, both in design, layout and especially the pool amenities! I took my two boys (8 & 6) specifically to enjoy the water park. The staff at the water park were diligent and made regular patrols. There is a wide array of elements appealing to all ages, crowned by the two water slides that go outside the building and are lit up at night. The views are great, overlooking I-80 and the Platte River or the Yanney park trail. While we were there, the snow geese were migrating and we got to see huge flocks flying over. I imagine the cranes will be just as visible. Rooms have a windowed mini fridge and a keurig coffee machine. There are several restaurants within walking distance including Cunningham’s Journal and Angus. The fitness center has a long line of ellipticals and treadmills and some free weights all with an amazing view. The conference center appears to be top of the line, similar to the one that is already there. Kearney was already on the map with the last installment, this place will ensure it remains so. Drivers going down the interstate at night will get a special treat! Traveling with kids, this is a must stop!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, they had only been open a couple days. I expected they would have glitches, but everything was perfect. I stayed there several times since and it still feels like a brand new hotel it’s spotlessly clean, smells clean and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. I’ve always been there on Busness so we’ve used their meeting rooms and catering a lot and been happy with everything. I already have my reservations for another stay in a couple months. The water park looks nice, I’ve never been in it but a friend’s kids really liked it and were in there everyday of our stay. My only wish is that the rooms were a little bigger. I also wish they had connecting rooms and suites.

Everything was very good . The room was very big and had very comfortable beds, the bedding was clean and white. Very good size bathroom with big clean tub. Specially the pool and the kids play area was amazing. But the breakfast time was unexpected. We waited 15 min for a table, because they had only one server. After that other family stepped in the waiting area and they get the table before us. That was unexpected favoritism. After that we got the table, and i was surprised how many tables was available. Restaurant workers was super slow for cleaning the tables,making the food for us. All of it ruin our day.

The lobby is bright open, roomy and front desk staff friendly. Spacious guest rooms, nicely appointed, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Lots of the typical room items, iron board, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and soaps. The room had a desk to work at, lots of outlets to charge tech and a nice chair to sit in. Nicely appointed, modern, a higher end hotel. The hotel is far enough away from I-80 to be quite. The conference room had an excellent sound system without the echo and reverberations of the speakers voice. Lunch the first day was a fun down home style burgers, hotdogs, salads and Mac & cheese. Plenty of room for vendors and registration so it was easy to navigate. I don’t have kids, but the hotel has a very cool kid magnet water park complete with life guards.

Clean, comfortable, modern rooms with space for eating or doing work. I ordered food from the restaurant and ate it in my room while watching a large flat screen tv. They have a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great location across the street from the Slowdown bar and concert venue.

Excellent breakfast made to order selections available daily plus buffet on weekend. Well stocked bar plus delicious Cambria wines. Lots of tv screens available with sports and other options in the bar and lobby areas. I also used the fitness center which was clean and well appointed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend because my partner was playing with his band at one of their local bars. It was a great central hotel only 10-15 minutes from the city center but even in walking distance there is plenty to see/do. The pool was a great size for my 5-year-old and adequately stocked with towels. the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I loved the blue tooth mirrors. it's fun to shower and get ready with music and it not just be from your phone.

This was a wonderful hotel and location! Restaurants & a coffee shop right across the street! Two things to note: I know understand the food in the hotel is a “restaurant” but for breakfast it is an open concept continental style. There was no host or waiter to check you in but that is NOT included. I had sat down with my food and within 5 seconds staff came over to hand me by bill. I didn’t mind the bill but I was put off that this was not communicated at check in AT ALL and I barely had gotten one bite into my mouth. The second thing is though our room was “clean” the bathroom lacked sweeping and mopping the floors. There were past dust and other debris on the floor.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for the Billie Eilish concert, and it was perfect in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is spotless, well-organized, and very conveniently located. Getting to the show was super easy, which made the whole experience even better. The shuttle service to and from the airport is such a fantastic perk—it saved me a lot of time and made my trip stress-free. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re visiting for a special event. Thank you for making my weekend unforgettable!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

This property actually had a working hotub. Many hotels in this area have filled in their hottubs and after a long day of driving this is something my husband and I enjoy along with a pool.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and quick to respond. Location was convenient as it is close to everything we wanted to do as well as the highway, but also calm and quiet.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of options— waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy. Oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and juice. Jacuzzi and pool nice. Pet friendly.

It was perfect: Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Spacious, quiet and clean space with plenty of countertop in bathroom for all our stuff. Big comfortable beds. Lots of outlets. Refrigerator. Microwave. Kuerig coffee maker! Comfortable temperature. Cable TV although we couldn’t get FOX or CNN News Channels, but were told that the 3rd floor had been recently renovated and that was an issue they were in the process of resolving. Parking near the entrance. Very close to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs and sausage, and waffle maker and a very friendly and helpful attendant. Thanks!

It was late at night and I was in need of a room, rather than continuing to drive. I had no idea there was an event in town that took up most of the available lodging in the area. La Quinta was easy to access from I-80, provided me with points on my Wyndham Rewards program, and a very safe, clean, and comfortable option. I stayed in a king room on the 1st floor. There was a fair amount of hallway noise in the morning, as the room was along the way to the morning dining area. Through the night however, it was very quiet, the HVAC worked well for temperature regulation, and it was one of the more comfortable beds that I have been in for quite some time. The bathroom was clean with readily available DOVE hygiene products in the shower. There were some minor cosmetic issues with chipped paint, and some pink/red discolorations in the tub sealant. These did not affect my stay, but should probably be addressed. Overall, would definitely recommend, and will likely consider for future stay if my travels take me through the area.

Welcoming and friendly staff greeted us when we arrived close to midnight. Hot breakfast or cereal and pastries were waiting for us in the morning. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Coffee was delishish! Loved that they had half n half as well as coffee mate. Room was clean and more than adequate. Bathroom was greeat size, tons of water pressure and hot water. Loved the Dove bath and body products, too.

Clean lobby and friendly staff. Located right off the interstate so easy to find. Quick check in. Room was clean. Sheets and towels looked new. This hotel looks like it underwent a recent renovation because lobby furniture still in good shape. Bathroom was clean but could use a morning of bleach just hanging out on the tiles and grout to get rid of stains. That doesn’t mean the floor wasn’t clean. Just needed a deep clean. Sink toilet and shower were spotless. Room was very well dusted. Again, looks like rooms recently revamped so not tired looking. Water was hot quickly for long shower. Breakfast goes until 9:30 and it was busy and was good for a typical free breakfast. Enough tables it accommodated quite a large group. We usually stayed at Fairfield in North Platte but this will be our new spot

My daughter and I did an epic road trip and stayed in several hotels. In all our travels, this was our favorite hotel by far. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond. Every area of this hotel is super clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the room is quiet. The hot breakfast is the best we have had anywhere - multiple egg selections, choice of sausages, patties and bacon (bacon!!!!), warm cinnamon rolls and more! The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the hot tub has awesome jets - perfect after a day of driving. Also perfect after a day of driving is the happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, and lots of "finger foods" - fresh fruit and veggies, cheese, salami, chips and salsa, sweet treats and more. We stayed here twice and it was the highlight of our road trip.

From the minute we stepped inside the building until the minute we left everything was PERFECT. The gentleman who helped us “move in”,as he called it, was fabulous. He had a sense of humor and was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was the BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST we have ever seen. We travel a LOT and this is the BEST breakfast ever. The ladies working the breakfast bar love what they do and truly care about the customers happiness. They walked around to each table several times making sure everything was wonderful. This was the biggest selection of breakfast food and the best tasting that we have ever had! WAY TO KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK!!

Rather than hit a deer, I chose to shut down for the night. Made my reservation via HIE app & followed up with a phone call to request a downstairs room. Kudos for excellent customer service !!! Bryce & Antionette were cheerful and helpful, the perfect combination of friendly & efficient so check-in was zippy. It wasn't raining but covered portico & automatic front doors made bringing in an overloaded luggage cart much easier. Room was clean & comfortable. Micro/fridge w/freezer (handy for refreezing blue ice packs) & in-room Keurig. Free wifi w/ample signal & easily accessible bedside outlets including functioning USB port. Slept well on super comfortable bed with nice linens & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. HUGE breakfast buffet was well tended & offered large assortment, selections well tended by smiling & cheerful Vonnie & Shaney. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated REAL oatmeal, fresh fruit & potatoes. Left out feeling refreshed. Highly recommend & will definitely stay here again :-)

The Hampton Inn has tremendous curb appeal. It looks great both outside and inside. The public spaces are spacious, as are the rooms. Everything is clean and in like-new condition. The decor is upbeat. Check-in and check-out went well. The staff is well-informed, professional and friendly. Wifi was a bit funky on initial log-in, but worked well thereafter. Our room was comfortable and quiet at night, with all the storage space we needed. Although this was a pleasure trip, I did bring some work to do. The desk area served my needs. This area of Kearney is just off of the I-80 and is not in the center of town. The neighborhood is totally car-dependent, but there is a nice hiking trail out the back end of the hotel that goes to a new nearby park. If you like to jog or just stroll it's a great place to do that. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. Although the photos show a spacious modern dining area, we found the food and beverage offerings to be relatively limited and tasteless - so much so that after our second night we went to a nearby restaurant, even though there was no charge for the hotel breakfast. Fortunately there are numerous restaurant and coffee shop options nearby, provided that you have a car. Notwithstanding the weak breakfast, we would stay here again if we return to Kearney. The nearby hiking trail more than makes up for the breakfast. The quick access to the interstate is an added bonus.

My priority is always cleanliness, they get top marks on that. The staff is very friendly, very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with excellent variety, the staff made sure it was well stocked and clean. Location is near main drag close to restaurants quick stops and has easy access to interstate.

My wife and I initially chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of the great location. The property is close to the CHI Center and many downtown local bars and restaurants. Our stay was pleasant, and we thought the staff was helpful, the property was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. The adjacent parking lot was convenient, although not free. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and affordable hotel in downtown Omaha.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern but the bed itself was not very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was insanely good!!

We stay here a few times a year and love it. Location easy to find and close to everything you need..Rooms are clean, comfy and large. Bathroom is big and have everything you need. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Clean common area and nice area to buy drinks, snacks etc. Parking garage clean and well lit and feels safe. Wonderful stay for the price. We wont stay any place else.

We stayed three nights. The hotel is located downtown Omaha within a short walk from the Old Market area with several restaurants. Good parking is available next to the hotel, alas at USD 25/night. It is not a new hotel but everything seemed to be well maintained and our room was spacious, reasonably quiet and clean. It was equipped with fridge, micro and a coffee maker. Housekeeping every other day worked fine with us. Breakfast made to order was included in our rate and was very good and with excellent service too.

Pleasant, clean, and above average hotel. Typical HI Express breakfast was kept supplied and tables kept clean. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Bed comfortable with good variety of pillows (good night's sleep). Quiet even though I-80 was visible from windows. Location on side street near interchange. Front desk staff was efficient though not particularly friendly or professional in appearance. We would consider staying here again. Room rates were average / reasonable. Well located, but not near Memorial Stadium or University in downtown.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln I-80 hits it out of the park on so many levels. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I find that I get frustrated by places that sacrifice function for something that management thinks looks stylish. The clean and fresh styling of this property is married with highly functional amenities. For example, there is a lower shelf in the night stand that helps to keep the top shelf clear. There is a small shelf just inside the door that is a perfect place for keys, wallet or purse. The bathroom sink is just the right size and placement so that my nearsighted eyes can clearly see the mirror when I shave. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker are all located together in a mini kitchen area that is between bedroom and bathroom. Places to hang stuff are plentiful. The desk area has an awesome task light and is highly functional. Plenty of electrical outlets. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast area did what they could durning COVID protocols. Staff and guests acted appropriately during pandemic. Everyone was masked and compliant with cleaning protocols. There are few places that I would recommend this highly. Just loved it. I could live here.

It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

My husband and I had a good one-night stay here while enroute home to northern Illinois after a vacation in Colorado. I had done considerable research on COVID-19 precautions hotels were taking. I was impressed with what I learned about this hotel, and it did not disappoint. They were able to honor our request for a room that had been vacant for at least 24 hours. The property looked fairly new. The room was very clean and comfortable. Masks were required in public spaces (although compliance was mixed), and there were social distancing reminders posted. Every staff we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unlike many other hotels I researched, this one offered an actual hot breakfast. It was served made-to-order from a station at one side of the dining area. Tables were spaced to allow for adequate distancing. Also, the hotel was a short drive away from several restaurants that offered carry-out service, so we were able to have supper in our room. I’d recommend this hotel.

Easy access and check-in. Lots of pillows to choose from, bed very comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. Good water pressure in shower. Lots of breakfast options: waffles, eggs, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, cereal, breads, breakfast pastries, fresh fruit. Towels and sheets were soft and white. Room was clean, staff friendly. Great value.

Everything! Awesome stay! Facility smelled great, no carpet! well lit with easy access to Walmart, gas, food. Specific clean potty area for pets. Room very clean smelled clean and very comfortable King bed, Clean Recliner and great shower. Good breakfast (mostly carbs) with boiled eggs

I was happily surprised by this hotel. Usually the pictures you find on the Internet are not correct and you show up to a dirty dingy place. (Known from prior horrible experiences) This hotel was clean, super comfy bed, fresh clean fluffy towels and great bed linens. Our TV wasn't working and the staff promptly fixed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The only little complaint I have is I wished they served breakfast a little later than 9am. Highly recommend.

Clean but not fancy. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very basic breakfast but the eggs and sausage were good. Coffee maker was out of coffee at the breakfast area. We will stay there again though, good for a quick overnight on our way to Estes Park.

Great price, super nice & clean room, wonderfully comfortable bed, large working refrigerator (most hotel mini fridge’s don’t work), quiet stay, convenient location, great staff! Loved this place! Found an amazing restaurant in town as well - the Driftwood. Don’t miss this place, it has EXCELLENT food and service - also live music, (though not when we were there on a Thurs evening.) The are open til 9pm, so good for late arrivals such as ourselves.

This Hilton is conveniently located off 72nd Street (mid-town) between the major thoroughfares of Pacific and Center streets. It's located in the Aksarben live/work development so there are several restaurants within a short walk as well as a movie theater. College of St Mary's is right there and Nebraska Furniture Mart a short drive to the north on 72nd Street. I found the hotel to be very clean with luxury modern touches and a small convenience store in the lobby. To the person, the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Off the lobby is a bar and comfortable patio seating. My king room was very large and clean with a nice fitted closet and clean, updated bath with walk-in shower and a back-lit vanity mirror. There was a lit bar area with the Keurig style coffee maker with supplies and fridge in the cabinet below. The bed was a tad firm for me, but I slept alright anyway. Good down pillows, comfortable bedding, and a generously sized built-in desk plus black-out roller shades. Ride-share services had no problem finding the hotel for my many pick-ups and drop offs. There is some traffic noise if the room is on the west side of the hotel, but not a deal breaker.

Great hotel in the Askarben Village area within walking distance to lots of great restaurants. There’s also a park and walking trail across the road which is super convenient if you’re traveling with dogs I appreciated the fast check in and professional customer service provided by Elvis. The hotel lobby are was bright, clean and airy and featured a business center, pantry to purchase sundries and a restaurant. The free garage parking was a huge plus as many downtown charge for valet. I was traveling with my two dogs and appreciate that Hilton allows pets. Thank you! I would have liked the pet fee to be a little lower as it’s higher than many. The room was clean, except for the red Kelly bean on the carpet by the bed, and included a mini fridge, tv and free WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the class enclosed shower was wonderful. I’m not a huge fan of the rain type showers as there never is enough pressure, but it was strong enough to wash and rinse my hair. The plastic glasses were disappointing and didn’t seem to reflect the Hilton brand. If I’m ever in town again I would definitely stay at this Hilton hotel and I’d highly recommend it.

Room, lobby and pool area were very clean. We did stop at the lobby bar for a drink before taking the kids swimming. The bar tender asked me if I was heading to the pool which we were so she poured my wine into a plastic glass. 10 minutes later the pool attendant told me I couldn’t have alcohol in the pool and threatened to kick me out. She was very rude. I explained that the bar tender offered me the glass for the pool. Very confusing. The right and left hands aren’t communicating. The evening front desk attendant wasn’t overly friendly and definitely put out I was purchasing some items from the little shopping area. However the morning front desk attendant was more than helpful and very friendly. Over all 8 out of 10

Fantastic location. Hotel seems new still, very clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with some noisy neighbors. The bartender, Heather was very hospitable and friendly and was accommodating. Overall great vibe at hotel!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The area seems very nice and safe. We were able to walk to restaurants from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

The free continental breakfast was not great, but they had good quality coffee. It was nice that they had chilled pitchers of skim milk, I think 2% milk and almond milk. Parking was easy, the location is great. It’s close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and a few neat, emporium like stores.its across the street from Hollywood Candy! What a cool store! It’s about a 10 minute drive to the Omaha Henley Doorly zoo and aquarium.

Since we were traveling with our 2 boys (5 & 7 y/o), we typically try to find a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House. We are not big city people, but the location of this Hyatt Place was perfect for us. We went to the zoo and my husband and I did a date night at TreeRush Adventures. Both places were within 15 min of this hotel. Staff greeted us upon arrival and were extremely friendly. Lobby, hallway, elevator, rooms were extremely clean (renovation in 2024?). It is downtown and next to a lot of restaurants, so expects some noise. However, it was not so noisy that we were awakened in the middle of the night. Beds were SO comfy. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was as expected and just what we needed prior to our drive back. Also, a nice breakfast place/coffee shop a block away.

I loved my room & stay at the Hyatt Place Old Town for a business seminar. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and plentiful- easy step in and out. I loved the mirror in the bathroom for applying make-up. The hair dryer worked great. I loved the mini-frig, it came in very handy for left-overs from the varied restaurants that were walking close. I love the 1 cup tea/coffee maker, and the fact this Hyatt had large bottles of Evian water available. I enjoyed the corner sectional sofa with good lighting - it was a great studying spot. It appeared that the Placery is only used by guests for breakfast, which does have a lot of selections. This location of the Hyatt is perfect to walk all over Old Town, and there are a lot of wonderful restaurants to choose from. A bonus is a small market across the street (Cubby's. This Hyatt is only a 10 minute Uber ride from Eppley AirField/ Omaha Airport.

The staff was amazing & helpful. The area is The Old Market. Very walkable with great shops & restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast offerings were really good & you could make fresh waffles. The pool was nice, clean and a great way to relax after a long day out exploring. It was easy for Uber drivers to pick us up & drop off. Very close to the train station. This is a "must visit" hotel.

The room was clean, beautiful view of downtown and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all issues. The food and bar was excellent. The location was very convenient to travel to hotspots downtown with family or your spouse.

We were recently traveling across Nebraska during a snowstorm when they closed Interstate 80. Since we didn't know how long it would be closed and were ready to be done driving in that kind of weather, we decided to book a room for the night. We arrived in person at this hotel without a reservation and were able to get rooms for the night. The staff was spectacular. They were professional and friendly when we were checking in. Later that afternoon, we were hanging out in the lobby and observed staff remaining professional and friendly during nonstop phone calls and several walk-ins seeking rooms (in a now-full hotel). It was quite impressive to see them remain calm, cool, and collected during a trying afternoon. The hotel itself is great. They had recently laid brand new carpet in several areas in the hotel. Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The lobby areas were well maintained and provided a great place to socialize with other stranded travelers. That evening, they had a manager's reception with drinks and appetizers, which as fantastic. The breakfast the next morning was delicious with plenty of selections. So in summary, while we did not intend to stay here, we had a fabulous stay. We definitely would stay here again when in Ogallala.

WOW! We have been members of Marriot Bonvoy's Gold Elite membership club for over 6 years. Not anymore. We had not stayed in a Holiday Inn Express for nearly 15 years. This location was Fantastic!! Located off of I-80 and surrounded by restaurants and commercial businesses, we got a very quiet sleep. No loud pounding feet or conversations. No noise from vehicles or people outside. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Full walk in shower big enough for 2. We stayed on a Monday night and had free happy hour beer/wine with snacks including meatballs and nachos! The free breakfast was a full breakfast. Cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, 2 types of breakfast sausage, hot fresh cinnamon rolls, waffles, everything you would expect from a breakfast buffet! Outstanding job. Our room cost was less than the Marriot properties we stayed at. We joined the Holiday Inn Express membership club on the spot. Truly a wonderful stay and experience. Kudos and Bravo to the staff. We will be staying at more Holiday Inn Express locations!!

Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was perfect. The front desk staff was very efficient and helpful with dinner suggestions after our long day of driving. The complimentary beer and wine in the evening was just what we needed. Our room was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was by far one of the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve had. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, modern, quality throughout the hotel. Air quality was good, no stale smells even in the hallways. I'm very sensitive to smells. Staff was friendly and comfortable. They seemed to be happy working there, and happy to see us. Breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold, including warm fresh cinnamon rolls that didn't taste pre-fab. The dining area was attractive and spacious.

Room was spacious, clean, and BIG. Breakfast (free) was better than most hotels that offer free breaks. Fresh, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs, good variety of yogurts, juices and fresh fruit. Name-brand everything -- Jiff p-nut butter, Oikos and Yoplait yogurt, etc. The orange juice out of the machine almost tasted fresh squeezed, as opposed to other chains who water-down their OJ. Overall, exceeded our expectations.

This was a great hotel. I didn't realize I had booked a suite; it was exceptional. They had Dove body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, etc. Such a relaxing shower. Also, the beds were fantastic. Very nice blankets and the pillows were amazing!!!!!!!

Good location for spring crane viewing trip. Close to restaurants and 15-20 min to Rowe sanctuary. This hotel seems new, clean and very well managed. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed on Sunday. We didn’t get our Omaha steak, But they did offer a limited menu at the bar. The hamburgers were very good with excellent beef and great salad. The bar tenders very friendly and helpful and there was a lively time watching the football game. The shuttle service was very good. They were friendly and accommodating and started at 4 AM making it easy to get to early morning flights. The coffee shop menu looked good and opens at 5.30 am. Unfortunately we did not have time to eat there. But the kind shuttle driver waited while I got a coffee since we were only passengers. We are elderly and everyone was very helpful.

Hilton Omaha is a great, comfortable facility. Parking was pretty easy and a short walk to the lobby. The room was large with big windows and great views. The bed and the big pillows were very comfortable. Climate control worked well and not too loud. The bathroom was bright with a walk-in shower, which I always appreciate. The counters seemed pretty high, which I liked, but could be an issue if you're a shorter person. I really liked the room. Had dinner at the bar with a colleague. The menu was very limited, but our burgers were excellent and the fries were outstanding. The restaurant had a unique menu when we went to breakfast and the food/service was very good. I had only one beef at the Hilton Omaha. The desk clerk was not very pleasant and never acknowledged my Honors status or explained the available benefits. Meanwhile, I'm staring at multiple prompts on the counter and on a freestanding sign to tip the desk clerk. I have NEVER seen any suggestion, anywhere, to tip the desk clerks before. Is this really where we're going now?? What's next, tipping the accounting department or maybe the General Manager?? Rant over - great place to stay!

Keka was a great bartender. She was fast and courteous. Explained drinks and the menu well. Great at conversation and attentive to needs. However, host wasn’t very pleasant. No one was at the station to greet for several minutes so I walked into the bar as I’ve done before, he quickly escorted me back out with a bit of attitude and said I could not do that. Insisted the bar was busy which it wasn’t. He sat me down back at the bar without saying thank you or welcome in. Made me feel like I wanted to leave and made my experience uneasy. I also noticed he gave bread to another guest left it there for a few minutes and returned to grab it back from the guest and gave the bread to me at the other end of the bar. I believe the manager noticed so he came and gave me a fresh bread and took the bread given to another guest.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was wonderful except the breakfast. Paid $15 for a breakfast to go that even a motel 6 would question. During my wait for my food i found the snack area i bought the most expensive short stack of pringles in my life for a late night snack had starbucks style coffee and breakfast items like burritos and sandwiches for a way better price. I will go that route next time. Still recommend the hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

Staff. First impression is how you are greeted and assisted. First contact was valet parking. Those guys RAN, not walked. Professional and they hustled! Next was desk staff. They could not find me at first, but the email confirmation did the trick. Super helpful, gave advice on our event and in-house amenities. The room. Spotless, Clean like a surgical room. Beds super comfy! The AC was turned on so the room was at proper temp upon entering. Checking out was easy. But the staff. They really made the stay just brilliant. We are now going to be booking more events there every year.

We had a suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. This gave us the flexibility for one of us to work while the other got to sleep in. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a full size refrigerator/freezer- that made ice. The room was very clean and welcoming. We love that we could open the windows for fresh air and that the thermostat worked very well at night. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the full size bath products in the shower and next to the sink. The towels were very absorbent and soft. The beds were comfortable and the 4 feather pillows on each bed were a treat. We only stayed one night and fud not have a chance to check out all the amenities the hotel had to offer. But we will next time. Yes- we definitely plan to come back.

Our family of five needed a place that would accommodate all of us on a road trip, and Candlewood Suites was an excellent choice. The suite was very spacious and very clean. The kitchenette included tea, coffee, popcorn, dishes, a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave. The large desk was great for computers. The bedding was all comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of wall-mounted soaps. I was grateful that the hotel had signage requiring masks and signs encouraging social distancing. It was not very crowded, so we didn’t come into contact with many others. We would stay here again if passing through. The location was very convenient off the highway and near restaurants and stores.

This hotel is really nice and clean! The beds were comfy and they have super nice kitchens in the room! There was a full fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, stove top, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher! The rooms are very spacious! We had 2 connecting queens and it was perfect for our family! The shower had great water pressure too! I didn't get to use the gym this time, but it looked really nice. The pool was a blast and perfect for little kids as it went from 3 feet to 4 1/2 ft. Smaller than some we have seen in hotels, but we didn't mind as it was good for keeping a closer eye on littles. Definitely recommend!!

I love the Candlewood Suites. The bedroom is separate from the living room/ kitchen which is perfect. My husband is an early riser so having a separate bedroom allows me to sleep. The beds are very comfortable and each queen size bed has 4 down pillows- luxury! The bathroom has full size toiletries and the towels are very soft and absorbent. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to make breakfast before we get back on the road. The only negative surprise was a HUGE fee for our cat. The ad stated pet friendly but no mention of the cost. $75 is VERY expensive! We travel with our cat and have NEVER paid half of the cost of the room for our cat. But it was 8:00pm and we were too tired to try to give another hotel. Positive- a great night’s sleep.

Wow....WOW!!! This was our first time staying at a Candlewood Suites hotel and we have found our new favorite hotel chain! The room was HUGE, and very clean. Beds were so comfortable with big, fluffy pillows. Fully stocked kitchenette, nice size bathrooom. Very quiet. As we had been on the road for several days, I was thrilled to find a big laundry room (no extra charge!) in which to do a load of laundry. I did not use the gym area but it looked very nice. Front desk staff very friendly. Located near lots of places to shop and eat. If we ever pass through Grand Island again we will most definitely be stopping here!

This is, hands down, the best place I’ve ever stayed on a road trip. My top priorities are always cleanliness, safety and a comfortable bed. This place exceeded my expectations on all 3 and more! The grounds were beautiful, the parking lot was perfectly clean and well-lit, the breakfast was hot and had lots of options - but the best part was how fresh and clean the rooms & bathrooms were. Our unit even had a washer and dryer! But the VERY best part was the extremely comfortable, king-sized bed (all of the beds were equally comfy). I often have a hard time sleeping in hotels, even when they’re clean and quiet. Not here - I slept like one of my teenagers when it’s summer ;) I HIGHLY recommend!

I feel lucky to have found this charming hotel! I was traveling across the Midwest and needed a room for one night that was pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find Annabell Gardens, and I rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It’s more like a little village of condo homes, offering exceptional privacy and quiet comfort. The pool area with outdoor seating was a fun spot to enjoy the evening. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but super clean, and there are plenty of tables and chairs to hang out and socialize. The hotel offers free soft serve ice cream and slushes, an amazing continental breakfast, and has a small store. There are washer and driers in the units, so I bought a tide pod from the front desk and washed my clothes to reduce traveling with dirty laundry. Also, they offer plenty of doggie waste stations and bags to those traveling with a pet, and there are nice sidewalks and grassy areas. The hotel is located near shopping and the main road. And most importantly, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. As a solo female traveler, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were great! I was there to recover from a major surgery for a few days, and really loved that it was quiet, the room was affordable and comfortable. They offered great breakfast, and had a few things like coffee, ice cream and slushies available in the lobby all the time. We plan to come again sometime for a staycation. I also really loved the location. There are several grocery options, a few restaurants, and even coffee shops just down the road. Perfect for what we needed!

We are traveling with 2 young children and this place was perfect. They had a full size fridge for all our leftovers and drinks. Perfect for late night snacks and post naps. They also had pots/pans and utensils to warm up food which comes in handy if you are trying to save money and make your own food. The room was spacious and the air condition worked amazing. The breakfast was included and we enjoyed all the options, especially the 24 hour free ice cream and slushies. We were located right next to the mall and plenty of restaurants, as well as only 3ish miles from downtown. Would recommend this place again for anyone visiting Lincoln.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had some debris in the bathroom sink and when my husband reported it they offered to come right away to clean it up. Otherwise our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definetly stay again when we are in town! Also, the breakfast and free ice cream were tops!!!

This definitely was one of, if not, the cleanest, places we have ever stayed… checking in was great… very nice polite employee with plenty of helpful information on where to go for dinner and supplied us with coupons…. Room looked and smelled clean & fresh… and that makes a huge difference in being able to drop your overnight bag and relax… no complaints at all . Breakfast bar was super…. Big, clean, food was good and great selection, something for everyone…. Would definitely recommend to stay..👍

I hadn't been to Grand Island in probably over 30 years. I did not expect the level of service or terrific condition that the property was in that I experienced during my stay. Donna was extremely helpful and quick at getting me checked in and giving me the info I needed about the hotel to have a good stay. I have a habit of checking in late and a lot of times I receive grief for not calling ahead, etc. It was after midnight and Donna showed no signs of being cross with me about being the last to checkin. The hotel is clean and modern feeling. I did not see stains on the carpet, water damage on the ceilings or any other signs of wear in this property. I was amazed honestly. Was so pleased that they offered a full breakfast in the morning without any restrictions or covid nonsense. The hotel had plenty of parking and ways to get to my room to make it convenient. If I couldn't park in the front I could park elsewhere and still get to my room easily. You could tell that the hotel employed people who cared about doing a good job. Very rare today. The folks at this hotel truly are Nebraska nice!

My husband and I stayed for one night on our way out to Montana. We reserved a guest room with a K/S bed. The room was very clean, bathroom had nice shower with plenty of counter space. Good size television with ample channels to watch. The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast had quite a few options to choose from. Restaurants aplenty in area. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was fair, front desk clerk wasn’t overly friendly. Asked a couple questions and received short one word answers so I stopped asking. Room was very nice, comfortable bed and quiet room. Pool was fun and hot tub was a bonus. Breakfast was ok. This was an overnight stay on a trip and definitely would stay again.

I loved how friendly the two desk ladies were when I walked in looking like a lost little puppy. They made checking in super easy and fast. They also have full conversations about everyday things, not just stuff involving the hotel. I also loved my room with the jacuzzi tub, the bed was super soft and comfortable and not a lot of noise to bother you during your stay.

Shelly was very welcoming at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom countertop was large. Decent water pressure in shower. Good equipment in workout room. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices plus fresh fruit. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast room was clean. Older motel but new carpet and paint. Just off interstate but could not hear traffic noise. So nice to have Applebees on the premises - good meal and friendly service. We would stay again.

Very clean hotel. Warm and inviting check-in area. Front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Applebees restaurant conveniently located in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and spotless, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ample with plenty of options. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Food area was well stocked and clean as well as the eating areas. We will be back for another stay.

Location great. Breakfast was great. Wide selection. I do not do fat and there were fat free options. I like that. I am allergic to pets and the staff made certain I was placed in a non pet friendly room. They paid attention and noted my request in advance. I like that too, because I get so allergic that my breathing is affected adversely by pet dander. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi good. No outside noise made for a good night sleep before we hit the road early the next morning.

Very easy check-in and check-out process. Staff were very helpful when we needed extra items for our room. The hotel was well maintained and clean as well as our room. Side note: Great options for breakfast. The staff kept the food stocked and the space clean. Side note: The restaurant staff at the Applebee’s in the hotel were great.

The breakfast was excellent. It was great having the restaurant in the hotel and getting free kids meals made the restaurant worth it. If we were dining alone it would have been rather expensive but the food was pretty good. The pool was great for the kids to play in after a long day in the car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains were a nice bonus! The ice cream on site was also a nice touch! And the staff was all very friendly and helpful! Being right off the highway and next to a gas station makes it a perfect stop on a road trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Kearny. The rooms are nice (though the bathroom door design should be rethought, as you have to straddle the toilet to close the door). The air conditioning was nice and cold, the shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. We utilized the pool area, which is a bit small, but worked for our needs traveling with small children. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were on top of refilling everything as needed. I was very impressed to see the fresh fruit selection offered. I would skip the in-house restaurant, Joy’s Table, next time. While the food might have been edible, it certainly not enjoyable. The server was inattentive until they brought the bill.

Very clean! Updated and modern. Excellent customer service. Comfortable rooms. Temp control was on point. The accommodations were nice. Kids loved the pool (staffed life guards) and overall the property is very kid-friendly (Arcade, vending machines, etc). Would book again and recommend if wanting a good price point and a relaxing, CLEAN, stay!

Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options ... perfect way to start our last leg of our road trip. Our room was next to the elevator and ice machine but barely heard any noise. If we're ever travelling through again, we'll stay in this sweet quiet town and great hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Sun-Wed) while visiting Omaha before heading to Lincoln for a college visit. The location was perfect. We were about 20 minutes from the zoo and the Old Market/Downtown area. There's a Wal-Mart, a gas station, and a few restaurants very close by. It's also relatively close to Ashland, NE where the Air Command and Space Museum is located. Rooms and facilities were clean. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Only drawbacks that we experienced were the hallway on 3rd level was very warm (outside temps were upper 80's), but the guest room A/C was great and the room temperatures were very comfortable. Finally---I would encourage the hotel to install a shelf of travel brochures in the lobby for travelers. We would stay here again.

This HIE is convenient to the interstate, and as cleans as it is quiet despite the presence of several restaurants and large gas station complexes in the immediate vicinity. Our room was modern, and well maintained. The breakfast fare is HIE standard, but the exercise room is well equipped, and there is a terrific indoor pool and hot tub. We appreciated the friendly welcome that we received at check-in, and equally the friendly send off that we received a couple of mornings later. From now on, this will be our "go to" in eastern Nebraska.

Great hotel right off the highway and only about 15 minutes from the Strategic Air Command museum. Nice, modern facility. The place was clean and quiet, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Several restaurants are nearby, and Walmart is right next door. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The employees were wonderful..friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and the front desk people gave our dog a biscuit which he loved. They also put us on the first floor so it would be easy taking him in and out without getting on the elevator. Very thoughtful. The lobby was decorated very festively for the holidays. The room was well appointed and modern. It was also extremely clean. It was a little crowded with all the furniture that was in it, though. The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low. We slept well. The breakfast was good. The only complaint we have is about the guy smoking his cigar outside the main entrance. He was standing right near the door and he kept blowing out his smoke right in our faces as we went in and out. I said something about it at the front desk but nothing was done. If you're a nonsmoking hotel, he should have been asked to move. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

This one was wonderful. The woman who worked the breakfast in the morning worked hard, and it was enjoyable. It was clean, felt modern and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful, clean spot after a long drive.

This is an excellent hotel. It was located conveniently off I80 with gas stations and restaurants close by. The man at the desk was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bright and clean. Breakfast was very good and a good way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was VERY comfortable, walls a little thin inside but no noise from nearby road outside. Restaurant options nearby. Typical Holiday Inn breakfast but we'll stocked and serviced.

This hotel is still new and in new condition. Our room and bathroom was large and very clean. Everything worked. There could stand to be a ceiling light or large floor lamp to make it brighter at night. The location of this hotel is nice and quiet. The indoor pool is very nice. They could use bigger pool towels. The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices between hot and cold food. The lobby is big and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Well kept, along with extremely nice staff. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and ac worked well. Nice hot breakfast. Pool & jacuzzi was nice. Washer and dryers $1.25 to wash & $1.50 to dry. Fitness center and business center as well.

Our stay was fantastic!! The hotel is beautiful and so clean!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is back and was delicious!! I have to give huge kudos to the woman who was making, stocking and cleaning up breakfast on Sunday… she was constantly moving and so nice!! Nothing was ever empty, everything was hot and fresh. She deserves a raise!!!

We had a great stay. We were upgraded to a suite with a bedroom, which was great. The bathroom and couch/hide-a-bed could have used a little more cleaning, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff all friendly. Easy and quick check in. Will stay again!

Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed room, excellent breakfast bar (as is typical of this chain), friendly/helpful staff. Used the guest laundry: one washer was broken but I was able to get by with the other. Did not use the gym but it looked inviting.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is petty, but breakfast buffet was weak. Coffee was flavorless (I drink it straight black) eggs were very watery and flavorless, cinnamon rolls (which are usually awesome) were hard/crusty and it you took the kids off the other ones they were wet/mushy. Staff however were awesome, rooms clean but bathroom could have been cleaned better, but they were quiet(maybe because we were at end of hall) but when we checked in, the gentleman asked if we were rewards members, told him no, he asked if he could sign us up, told him sure and he did it all for me! Checking out the next am, and staff was great as well. Probably would find a different place if we didn't need this based on price... 214 for 1 night was steep, maybe that's the new normal, don't know. I liked how there was a safe in the room, even though we didn't need it, and a Keurig, microwave, and fridge as well!

Yes, all the collegiate touches are kitschy, but The Graduate keeps it fun. The student employees handling check-in were friendly and helpful. The room had comfortable beds and smart uses of space. The cabinet-television-turned-nightstand was one of several creative flourishes. This is an older building, and it shows at times -- such as the pipe knocks that we could hear at night. The breakfast was underwhelming, and unless you have a breakfast pass, consider eating elsewhere. The restaurant did serve good cocktails. The arcade games in the lobby were a fun diversion. The location is an excellent starting place for walking to campus, downtown, Haymarket restaurants, and the sports facilities.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and restaurant were beautiful and the retro feel was fun and quirky like a step back in time. Beds were comfortable. Most hotels don’t meet my expectations cleanliness wise and this one was no exception, it wasn’t the worst but definitely could have been better. Hair in tub couple spots in shower walls light switches and mirrors smeared, layer of dust on upper fixtures like smoke detectors etc. maybe I’m just picky but definitely a three for room cleanliness other than that the hotel was great in every way.

Location is perfect, smack dab in the middle of dowtown Lincoln, could walk to dinner and everything! Loved the design of the hotel, modern and quirky (i've stayed at a couple Graduate properties before) and elegant - the room was spacious, had great A/C (it was literally one hundred degrees out in June) and was very clean The fun room keys were a nice touch too!

Loved the convenience of this property. The location was in the heart of the Haymarket making our event at the Pinnacle, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Also…. I cannot say enough good about the restaurant connected to this hotel - Singel Barrel. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for our party of 20.

We booked The Graduate Lincoln, NE for our fourth wedding anniversary and we just loved it. The location on the Hay Market can’t be beat. It was across the street from our favorite restaurant, Vicenzos. The decor is fabulous. We like mid-century-modern and the execution here is flawless—very clever, creative and of good quality. Anyone who doesn’t like MCM and thinks the decor is "dated" does not understand. It is meant to look like the glorious 1950s. The staff was well trained and they offered outstanding service. The bar is fully stocked and just top drawer. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious. The pet policy is awesome. This is going to be our hotel from now on any time we’re in Lincoln.
