Staff was welcoming and informative upon arrival. Throughout the entire stay, they were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and "happy hour" food/drinks included. Each member over 21 gets 3 free drinks, also included. There is fresh coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks available 24/7, which I took advantage of. Pool was clean and welcoming, along with the room. Only complaints are that the microwave doesnt work too well (heats food unevenly, which was an easy fix by rotating it every few seconds), and the fridge was about half the size of a mini fridge (like a mini-mini fridge).

It’s location is great and in a safe part of Albuquerque. There are bunch of restaurants and cafes around in the same plaza especially this Iranian restaurant which is called Pars Cuisine. It has great security. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The complementary food which is served for breakfast and dinner is great too. The shower and hot water is so relaxing. They have good channels on TV and good internet quality.

Very clean and quiet. We stayed 2 different nights and had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was available when we were having breakfast. Breakfast area was very clean as well.

Convenient location to restaurants, college and freeway. Felt safe. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, helpful, and a lot of parking. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is bright and the towels and sheets are clean, always a plus. Even though there are a ton of pillows, they were marked with the firmness on the pillow case! Thanks for that, I didn’t have to keep trying them to find the right one. There was no coffee maker in the room, that was the only thing missing, but I would stay here again and would recommend this for anyone traveling

The staff was outstanding! The lady at the check in desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was VERY good. The breakfast area was extremely clean and well stocked. How many times I have tried the pancake machine, only to experience an empty bag. Not in Albuquerque! The lady was busy restocking food and supplies, and busy cleaning counters and tables! I was very impressed!!!

The staff at the Holiday Inn were very helpful and very friendly! Definitely plan on staying here again. I had to spend an extra day in the area and I re-booked on a third party app, the manager made it so I could just stay in the room I was already in, she was on it and I really appreciated all the effort the entire staff did for me. Great group of people. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and both towels and sheets were clean, always a big plus. Breakfast was good, love the cinnamon rolls!! I highly recommend this Holiday Inn if you are hang around Santa Fe!!

Santa Fe Holiday Inn Express was a comfortable, affordable experience. Beds were something a person can melt into. The room and hotel, in general, were clean. Our room had a funky dirty.sock smell, except the bathroom which smelled like cleaner…not at all unpleasant. We were in a handicap-equipped room. The shower head pressure was uncomfortably strong until I adjusted the spray. A delicious breakfast buffet was offered. Nothing out of the ordinary, but sustaining and enough choice to find something good.

The room was soooo clean! Everyone was so incredibly kind and the property was very well maintained. The room had awesome beds, pillows and black out shades that were amazingly dark! The location was convenient on the strip outside downtown, while feeling safe, and only a 15 min drive to historic downtown. We do have 2 complaints. 1: our card was charged before we arrived, and our reservation stated we don’t pay until check in. This was a problem because the card we held our room with was different than the card we planned to use, so this caused some financial frustration for us. 2: The included breakfast was one of the best we found on our trip, however, all the plates, bowls and cups were styrofoam! Who still uses styrofoam?! It is irresponsible for this hotel chain to still utilize this ecological disaster of a material. Charge the guests a dollar more and give us paper or something compostable! It’s 2024, get with it!

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, rooms were cozy, breakfast was very good. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The only thing that needed attention was the hot tub/pool. The hot tub was dirty, you could see dirt floating in it and a grimy film on the top. The pool was very cold.

Check in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Location was easy to get to. Room was clean and spacious.

Wonderful clean rooms. Very comfy. I love staying here. Because of the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff and the clean rooms. Breakfast was perfect. They keep it stocked and clean throughout the breakfast hours. I Will be back.

The staff that checked us in were very friendly. We happened to stay during a heat wave with temperatures reaching 100* F. It was such a relief to walk into a room that was not only clean and comfortable, but nice and cool with the air-conditioning already turned on. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. It was set up efficiently with multiple stations that had a variety of food options, both hot and cold. There was a separate area with a coffee bar which featured a variety of freshly ground, brewed coffee's and frappachinos. There were "to go" bags placed near the fresh fruit if you wanted to take a snack with you. We stayed two nights. I noticed each morning that the manager Irene would walk through the dining area, checking on both the food and the guests, asking if everything was okay and were they enjoying their stay. I've never seen a manager do that in any hotel I've ever stayed at. She was very friendly. Between her and her staff, everything was smooth and efficient.

Employees were wonderful, friendly and helpful. My room was extremely clean and the bed very comfy. The sheets were sooo comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good and the coffee delicious. 👍👍

When I stay in the jacuzzi is out service

This is will the 2nd Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at for extended work jobs. The staff at the Roswell hotel where very hospitable. There were a few large groups there at the same time and all of us were looked well after. The room I was in #428 was nice and clean. Bed was very cozy - loved it because we had LONG days in the extreme heat! Daily Breakfast was always hot and pretty decent! I don't usually do eggs but they had a decent selection that changed daily. They also had a decent sized gym and indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn't have time to enjoy either of them! The ONE downside I've noticed on both of the Holiday Inn Express' I've stayed in is that the shower in in this case (it was a bathtub/shower combo in the other) is that the shower floor is EXTREMELY slick. I slipped in it the first day, but did not fall (the HIE in Palmdale CA I DID slip and fall and injure myself). In my opinion they need to provide and anti-slip mat or make the shower bottom safe. Roswell is a VERY cute little city. In walking distance to the hotel there are several restaurants. The ALIEN theme is strong and I'm here for it! One of the locations for the TV show I was working on was the Alien Museum and International Research Center. Highly recommend if you're into aliens!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Roswell, NM, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to explore local attractions and dining options. Spent one night here, everything looked clean and neat, and smelled clean as well. Check in and out was pleasant, was able to receive a late check out until 12:30 even though we were able to finish business and checked out at 11:30. Exercise facility was nice, and clean. We didn’t use the pool area. Breakfast was great with an awesome variety. The attendant for the breakfast area was constantly busy cleaning and refilling food items. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would prefer more lighting in the bathroom, but used the window lighting for applying makeup. Will definitely stay here if in the area again.

This hotel was conveniently located and clean. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. She suggested places to eat and fun places to take the kids. The room was clean and updated. The hotel area was safe. There are restaurants and a Target nearby. This hotel was definitely the cleanest place in Roswell. The restaurants are clearly understaffed and dirty. It's fun to keep a lookout for all of the aliens around town.

Best of all, it was affordable.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay on a road trip. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The little courtyard was perfect for our evening dinner and morning coffee! Overall, great value, comfortable stay, I would stay again.

When we first arrived I could tell this hotel has been around for a while. The guy at the desk was very pleasant and kind. Theres no elevator soni asked fir a room downstairs and he accommodated me. When we got in our room, I was surprised how big it was.. the bed was very comfortable. I wascso hapoy to find an extra blanket becauae im always vold. It's extremly quiet but the heater was a little loud, but it was ok. Husband had breakfast and said it was good. Typical hotel breakfast. We'd stay there again. If youre looking for luxury, this isnt it. But it was clean, comfortable and located in a convenient place for us.

Albuquerque's Embassy Suites has fantastic rooms and a dedicated, friendly staff. Since I booked using their app, I was able to use my phone as my door key. I stayed for several days during an event and appreciated a number of details. The lobby features the free hot breakfast area, plus the Cypress Grill and Bar for lunch, dinner, and grown-up beverages. Caffeina's is open late with snacks, sundries, and Starbucks drinks for sale. All this is in the 9-story-high atrium, giving an open and airy feel. Crushed ice machines are on each level. I ate one dinner at Cyprus Grill and enjoyed excellent service and tasty chicken enchiladas. Multiple meeting rooms and ball rooms are modern and attractive, and event catering adds a southwest twist to meals: chorizo for breakfast burritos, and spicy salsa for the afternoon "happy hour" snacks. Guest rooms are furnished comfortably and with modern touches. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine are appreciated. The sofa could fold out for an additional bed in my single king room. Conveniently located just off I-25, the Embassy Suites provides a comfortable, welcoming stay.

The overall quality of this establishment was very exceptional. The staff was friendly and very welcoming and checked us in within minutes of our arrival. The atmosphere was pleasant as everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and hospitality of the restaurant. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The breakfast selection was great and the omelets made perfectly delicious. Thank you.

Rooms were updated, spacious, neat, iced cold air, nice sized fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel. Hotel check in was extremely curteous as was the entire staff. Breakfast was absolutely fresh and delicious, the huge buffet style with additional "made to order omlets and pancakes" were a huge hit. Everything was always topped off and cleaned up promply, with many selections of teas and coffee and many cold selection beverages as well. 2 large carafes of ice water is available in the lobby which we frequented often. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I loved the bedroom separate from the living/dining/kitchen area, so you're not always sitting on you bed. I would absolutely stay here again!!! We did not utilize the gym or pool but others did. The hotel is tucked away from the road, so even when outside you dont hear any traffic and i felt totally safe there. Its very conveniently located about 11 min or less to the car rental depot. Or the airport if you didnt rent a car.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable—after mentioning that the pull-out couch in our original room wasn’t ideal, they kindly upgraded us to a top-floor suite with two queen beds and a private patio. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference in our stay. We loved having two separate rooms and a balcony overlooking downtown. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our beds was a real highlight! The included breakfast was amazing—fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. Room service was surprisingly excellent, don’t listen to the restaurant reviews, that’s just tourists being tourists. The location is super central and made it easy to get around ABQ. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was prefect for why we were traveling to ABQ. Walking into the lobby area was cute and welcoming, very easy to figure out where we needed to go. The open area was comfortable for breakfast and the evening cocktails. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly. This goes for the staff at the bar, breakfast area and the normal hotel staff.

Our check-in was smooth, the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We requested a room on a high floor, and ended up with a corner room on the sixth floor. The room was quiet and comfortable, with just enough space for 2 people (I can't imagine fitting 4 in there). A couple of small concerns: because the couch converted to a bed, the cushions slipped off really easily. Not good when you're trying to get comfortable and watch TV. Second, it was difficult to get in and out of the shower because of its proximity to the toilet and the fact that only one of the shower doors opened. Not a good design. Overall, our stay was fine. The hotel is across the street from ABQ Uptown, which was convenient for some shopping and dinner. We would stay again, thought I felt like the price was a little high for what you get.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt Place. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I stayed in a suite, and it was a nice, clean room, although the shower/toilet area could use a little updating or a deep cleaning. The breakfast was decent enough. My only complaint was that the water temperature was barely above lukewarm in the shower, and the water pressure wasn't great. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking in the back.

2nd time at this Hyatt Place. Great place to stay. Clean room, easy check in. Free breakfast is great- variety of items to eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful when I have questions. I would come back and stay here again in the future. Location is safe. Lots of different restaurants to walk to.

The rooms each have a sitting area, desk, and bar, which is great for relaxing at night. The rooms are nicely appointed, beds comfortable and the a/c worked. I have stayed here several times and the experience is consistently good.

I would highly recommend. This staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. And they had a display honoring veterans that was wonderful. It was very heart warming to see. There was both a pool and a Jacuzzi which was nice and clean.

Everything was great but the jacuzzi and pool were either not working or still have covid restrictions. This is true for all hotels in New Mexico so please don't hold that against this establishment.

Location was excellent for us because it was closer to what we needed to accomplish. It is on the edge of the eastern side of town but downtown is still less than 10 mins away. Breakfast was very nice. Eggs, sausages, various breads, a waffle maker & I really enjoyed the green chile stew. I didn’t get to use the indoor pool or jacuzzi but I will next time.

Gallup is full of hotel chains. We’ve previously stayed at the El Rancho, an older property that was big in the movies heyday. This trip we are less interested in an experience than in an easy stay. Deciding is difficult. It came down to perceived comfort and price. We chose the Comfort Suites on the eastern outskirts of town. This is a newish, smaller property with the usual amenities. The room is fine, clean and well maintained with a king bed, two bed tables, a nice seating area (askew), a writing desk/chair, a small credenza. Works just fine. They advertize their 'Grab 'n Go' breakfast. We expected a Continental breakfast. This was a bit more. We even thought we would need to go elsewhere for breakfast. Well, it was better than anticipated. It was a bit more than the Continental breakfast we expected. Having said that, it was a typical chain hotel breakfast – eggs, sausage patties, posole (that was one of the surprises), coffee, small cartons of OJ. Nice breakfast area with tables scattered around. Not many people. Started us off well.

Loved the military themed lobby and Code Talker conference room….so nice to see as we’re both retired Air Force. Checkin was wonderful and everyone at front desk was so friendly and welcoming; I have a small Service Dog and requested to change to top floor because of PTSD issues; no problem. Room and pool were super clean and spot on with that comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, breakfast attendant wasn’t friendly at all…said hello and no response; therefore didn’t tip her. Sadly outside had lots of dog feces….too bad people aren’t responsible. Will stay again!!

Also a safe inside that closet. The area is safe and gated. There is a Walmart near by. The beds were comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for my kids. The morning breakfast was great! Room 315 had a view!

Best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at in years. Staff was exceptionally helpful (eg, honoring booking.com room w view w/o hassle, providing change for $20 bill to use laundry, positive attitude). Decor was bright, attractive, and colorful - not dreary grey on grey). Clean, fresh, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Traffic noise could be heard but AC unit provided low key, pleasant white noise. Window coverings provided complete darkness (just pull down both sets of shades - easy to do). No annoying lights from weird sources as can be the case (eg no white or blue lights from AC, smoke detectors, clocks). I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express for 20+ years & the chain had started to deteriorate and be inconsistent. But this hotel revived my confidence in the chain and was one of best places after 2 weeks in Italy and 10 days on cross country road trip.

This property was easy to access off of I-40E. The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the room cost was a delicious hot breakfast, with lots of choices. It was close to a Walmart and Sam’s Club in case you needed anything, including gas for your vehicle. The room was very quiet and we didn’t even hear our neighbors at all. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent across the board. The hotel was extremely clean and bright. Michael was very helpful checking in and answering questions. The pool and hot tub were well kept, clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was hot with full pressure. Breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of options. Would highly recommend!

First of all from the check-in whether it be front desk manager Austin Shawna Oliver or Kevin in the morning there's always a friendly face and a greeting of hello. Ivy in the evenings for the bar restaurant area an angel in the morning for breakfast there's always something wonderful coming out of the kitchen. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable. Probably getting close to refurb time for carpeting but that's the only complaint. Is always clean and hot tub is always clean. Really just five star a+ here at HGI Las Cruces

Our room had everything that makes a stay comfortable. Great bed, clean bathroom, lots of towels, wonderful shower, and it was spacious. The only drawback was that there was no view. We did not eat at the hotel, but they do have a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oh, and we love the gym. All the equipment works, there are dumbbells, and a Pelaton. We enjoyed our quick stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Best Western Plus in Farmington. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The manager stood out in particular—super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area, giving us great tips on places to explore nearby. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable—probably the cleanest we've stayed in for a long time. Our kids had an absolute blast in the swimming pool, and my wife and I really enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. It was the perfect setup for a family trip. This was my second time staying at this Best Western, and once again, it has been an excellent experience! Large room with comfortable bed. Fridge had a freezer with its own door, much appreciated as I travel with ice packs. Outdoor jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I am so happy to have found a great roadtrip stop.

Good location and overall good stay. The room carpet needs cleaning. Gum on the floor? The jacuzzi worked for about 10 minutes before stopping. Wouldn't come back on. This sauna didn't work at all. The manager said it does that at times. Give it some time and it might work later. Didn't work for another 15-20 minutes and we left.

breakfast was fantastic and Adolpho who managed it was super friendly and concerned for every nicety. The beds and pillows were comfy and perfect. The shower and water pressure was the best of all the hotels on our trip! Plenty of thick towels and lots of counter space and mirrors. The pool area was clean and spacious and the hot tub was appreciated. There was an outside patio area with sun umbrellas and tables that we enjoyed in the evening. All was great. Lots of conveniences nearby with restaurants and stores.

Great place to stay close to both the airport and the university. Front desk staff professional and efficient though maybe not as friendly as other Spring Hill properties where I have stayed. Garage parking very close by but think there was an extra charge. Room is large with large bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure. Working ice machine close by and a 24 hour fitness center is convenient and well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in room.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean, easy, friendly and safe this place was. We were apprehensive of location being semi attached to hospital and near university but it was great. Good check in. The Springhill Suites were beautiful and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. Obviously security is a big problem there but the parking lot was well lighted but not enclosed with fencing. The breakfast had the potential of being very good but 2 of the 3 food warmers were empty and 3 of the 4 coffee pots were missing and the other 1 was empty. I went to the receptionist to report the problem and she said they would be out soon but 20 minutes later, we still had no coffee. The Suites are very convenient to UNM and Presbyterian Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House is located in the Suites.

Simple location to find, next to a dollar general and small restaurants. Clean entrance and breakfast area. Our room was clean except the real deep clean most hotels miss, the edges of the bathroom could have been cleaned better. I disliked that there was only one outlet in the room. Well 2, if you count the bathroom. There was outlets on the lamps for phones. But if you have a ton of devices to charge then you’ll have to pick and chose. The beds were comfortable and clean and the mini fridge got real cold. It was pricey but I was happy with my 2 night stay.

We booked here as it was near the Caverns, approx 30 mins along the straight road . Staff were friendly and helpful .We had an issue with the room and it was dealt with straight away .Needed a corkscrew and shower cap which the guy with beard on front desk kindly provided .Rooms do lack a bit of style but if you're looking for a comfortable clean bed then it'll do the job .Lots of construction workers and huge trucks in car park but they must be up n away early in the morning. Room on 2nd floor was quiet .Have stayed in quite a few of this type of hotel now in U.S and am mystified why the main decor colour is always brown ! Also sheets in these hotels are never cotton and always creased not what I'm used to (UK) .Would have been nice if the pictures on the walls were of local area .Didn't use pool or gym but breakfast was okay .Cooked egg ,sausage ,hash browns ,not sure why so many hotels in US have single use plastics ,very bad for the environment,usual stuff but staff had smiles on their faces so that was nice to see

The staff was WONDERFUL - front desk help went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. Kaz turned a potential bad experience (needed the handicapped room but elevator didn't work - my husband can't do stairs) into a very positive experience by arranging for a comparable room on the ground floor for us. The breakfast food was excellent - breakfast burritos were wonderful, and my husband was especially impressed by the biscuits and gravy served on Sunday and Monday. Jennifer (breakfast staff) was efficient, restocking needed food and supplies quickly and making sure things were clean immediately after a spill. All were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying again.

The hotel is absolutely perfect. Even the breakfast area is kept perfectly clean and organized. They even provide breakfast burritos before hand for all the Oil workers and super traveling guess that must leave early. 😀😃 The hotel is perfectly clean, immaculate and I believe it is brand new Inside and out is just perfect no worries of crime in the swimming pool is just wonderful

Fairly new hotel which is why I chose it. We are Hilton Diamond members so we try to choose Hilton when we can. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We arrived and were given sleds to use for our White Sands visit. The location is quiet and not too far from everything. It is a drive though. Staff was mediocre, not rude but not too friendly We were not too pleased with the breakfast, it was slightly warmed over prefab breakfast sandwiches. We also visited a Homewood Suites in Albq and the breakfast was about the same. Hilton has gone downhill on their free breakfast, used to be so much better. It was a very chilly and rainy day, so after White Sands visit, it was nice to come back to hot coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby! Breakfast was my only complaint.

This was the perfect hotel experience. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but the blonde lady who checked us in around 10:40 pm on July 7th - right before the end of her shift - was so very good to us. She gave us detailed answers on how to navigate White Sands National park, including insider tips, and was very friendly and helpful. We have three kids and the room was spacious enough so that we all felt comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious. And, wow, I forgot how great a 12 pm checkout is. Perfect final night of our road trip vacation. We didn't use them, but the room has a dishwasher and dishes and a full-sized refrigerator, all in excellent condition. They have coffee and tea available all the time. You can borrow little sleds from the hotel to use at White Sands, too.

Positives: Nice, responsive staff; well designed, clean and comfortable room; couch and pull-out table; convenient kitchenette with real dinnerware and dishwasher; Lots of shelves and hooks; extra linens; bulk personal goods; onsite laundry. Negatives: Location. Little effort to make space around hotel welcoming or pet friendly. Our dog did not want to potty on hot rocks. The interior of the hotel is new, clean and extremely convenient, welcoming a longer stay (for which it seems to be designed). But outside, there is little place to walk, potty the dog, or even walk to conveniences. We are outdoorsy people with a dog so we would prefer more outside conveniences. Since we just stayed one night, it worked well for us.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious, modern /updated, comfy beds, close enough to the sand dunes, great hot breakfast! I did however book a king bed, and I ended up getting a queen . I don’t know if whether the hotel overbooks themselves or if it’s Expedia , but they were sold out of kings and so they had to give me a wheelchair access room with a queen bed. Which was nice for extra space but the bed was just smaller unfortunately. I did however bring it up to the front desk and they were kind enough and helpful to give me a credit to make up for it— I really appreciated it. Overall, I would def recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very new. It was clean and the rooms appointed with very functional furniture. We had a double queen bed room. There was a kitchenette with microwave, glasses, cutlery, tableware, along with a rolling table, large couch, office desk, office chair, ottoman, coffee table. Spacious room with a desk that spanned the full length of the room and plenty of space for bags and suitcases, even though we traveled light. It was so convenient my kids wanted to move in. The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and courteous. At breakfast the staff even got out specific cereal for my children when they had run out up front. They even allowed us to borrow sleds to use at White Sands National Park as opposed to having to purchase or rent them at a nearby store. If you're visiting the national park or Alamogordo, there's really only place you should stay. I just wish I could get this experience at other cities/places I visit from now on.

The grounds outside the hotel were clean, no debris or homeless hanging around the area. We felt safe coming and going especially late in the evenings. Various restaurants to choose from in the area and the shuttle will take you and pick you up in a timely manner if you did not want to drink and drive:). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Overall, the experience was outstanding!

Stayed at Hyatt Place one night before our flight. Only 5 minutes to car rental drop off. Room was spacious except for shower/toilet room. Walk in shower did include a rubber bath mat and grab bar for added safety. Room was quiet and equipped with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Elevator broke but was repaired quickly. Breakfast was only basic items (eg. bread but no pastries) and kitchen staff was not friendly. Overall great spot for convenience to airport.

Friendly staff. Clean and pretty comfortable. I say this as it was my 2nd stay and the room was ok, but a little worn on the walls in some spots and the carpet. The 1st stay the room was great. Not as work friendly as it could be with outlets but enough you can work with. Bar/restaurant has limited food but something everyone could find the basics. Breakfast is pretty standard whether hot or cold. This has been my go to for both my trips and probably always will be.

The location area felt congested, but it was easy to find the Sonesta. Breakfast was hot and complete, except the pancake machine wasn't working today. For my taste (light to medium roast), the coffee was really strong and dark. I enjoyed the fitness room. Yes, I would stay here again.

The room was spacious, very clean. the amenities within the room were more than adequate, They also gave us good suggestions for us to eat dinner as we got in late. This was our first time staying at this hotel, we enjoyed our stay, and will stay again, however there a few things we didn’t like. In the bathroom, the bathtub was slippery, the water temperature gauge in the bathtub/shower was awkward to use, and the bed frame was a squeaky. What we did like, the hotel lobby is clean and inviting, our room was clean without any weird smells, the location is desirable for what we need, and is in close proximity to various stores and restaurants in the area. Also, the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Shower was very good - good pressure, water nice and hot. Bed comfy - however, pillows were either too flat or too lofty. But that’s typical with all hotels. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. They charged $15 for the same type of buffet that’s included at other hotels for free. Instant scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, etc. Menu items were basically the same as a buffet station for the same price, so no apparent advantage to going that route.

Sydney at front desk was such a pleasant person for the whole 4 days we were there. Tried to help me figure out the app on my phone, asked about our day when we came back from exploring the area. Hallway maintenance for 4 days but crewrespectful of us. Didnt meet an employee that wasn’t friendly and pleasant. Lobby huge and pleasant to sit and read or whatever. In the evenings, they set up games on a huge table (Kenya, scrabble, etc) and offer beers and happy hour type food available. Blueberry or lemon water available 24/7. Indoor pool clean and pretty but small- max capacity 12 people and only 4-5 ft deep. Room clean, nice decor, beds ok (kinda firm) pillows too squishy/flat. Didn’t like amenities- in dispensers in wall and shower. Hotel is on main highway so there is some traffic but not bad. Across from huge intel industrial complex. We walked one evening several blocks to a convenience store and felt safe.. Not much walking distance. Breakfast is $11-15 per person and only 6am-9am so we ate elsewhere. Most eateries close up around 8pm l, even drive thrus. The whole area is clean- no trash on the road or graffiti anywhere. Would stay here again.

We were in Rio Rancho, NM visiting family. We love staying at Hilton Hotels. This one was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t say how breakfast is. We would definitely stay here again.

We both loved this place. It feels like a home away from home. You don’t have to check in with anyone. They send you a text message with the code and instructions shortly before you check in which is convenient and the room is so nice and cozy. The room has microwave, fridge, tv and everything else you could think of. Very clean and comfortable as well. The shower is wonderful and has a rainfall shower head. I loved it so much that I bought a rainfall shower head for my own house. The bathroom and sink is very nice.

We loved our stay here in the Westphalia romantic room. Comfy, cozy, clean, quiet, cute, delightful. The breakfast was amazing too. So happy and will recommend this place.

Pleasant surprise because when booking I did not realize this was a B&B. The area was historic & seemed safe. The room was off a courtyard in it's own building. There was a furnished small kitchenette & welcome cookies. The room(s) were clean and warm once the wall heater was set. An electric heater was available to warm the floor. We were given a breakfast voucher for a lovely Coffee/Pastries/Breakfast shop within walking distance. Very pleasant stay!

Cute B&B in Carlsbad, 2 min walk to grocery store which was convenient. Also a block away from very cute cafe for breakfast with good options and fresh pastries, which the Fiddler's Inn gives you a breakfast credit for that covers enough for a breakfast for 2 people. Comfortable beds, all the amenities travelers might need with the charm of staying at someone's home. Easy parking and responsive staff. We had a nice one night stay.

We were in a corner double room on the third floor (302) so nice and quiet. Bathroom area was spacious with plenty of amenities.Refrigerator in room had a freezer section. Excellent breakfast of omelets, sausage, a yogurt machine, fresh made oatmeal with toppings and good coffee with a fancy cream machine. Orange juice was very good too. My husband said it was the best breakfast he had on our two week trip. This was a good choice of a hotel while in the area.

We had a very nice room, comfortable, clean, very large with an attached living room area. The breakfast left something to be desired. The waffle maker didn't cook the waffles enough so they were raw inside. The eggs in at the buffet were fried - scrambled are more suited to a buffet. Rose was very helpful and suggested K-Bobs for dinner. It was packed with a long wait but we could eat at the bar with NO wait. I did not realize this was a resort town and it was just an overnight for us. It appears there is a lot to see and do here.

This BW is located slightly on the outer edge of town, high up on a hill with a nearby castle like structure which was nice. Staff is supremely good and friendly, the inside feels very spacious and decorated, very nice. Room was very clean, spacious, a great bathtub to soak in, AC unit was good. Felt very quiet here, I got great sleep. Breakfast was the usual breads, sausage, eggs, etc, but I noticed many days of the week they have more homemade style Mexican offerings which sounds great. A great BW stay, would gladly return.

This hotel is centrally located in Ruidoso. It’s close enough to any type of entertainment in town. This Best Western Plus is located higher up than other hotels around it so the views of the mountains are spectacular. It also has a small playground and gazebo perfect for family events. Rooms were clean and employees were kind and helpful.

However, service is very good and restaurant prices are reasonable. We had a good family stay in a Jr. Suite. Very roomy. It was a convenient base for exploring Santa Fe and some of the national parks/monuments in the area. We came back and enjoyed the indoor pool (it's smaller than pics look) and hottub every evening.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were clean, casino had a lot of different slots, pool was great, staff was friendly. My only complaint is none of the bars or restaurants were open on Friday night and the drive into town to the closest food establishment was not close. We ate our travel snacks for dinner. Saturday night there was one restaurant in the casino open but we were told it would be a 2 hour wait. We ended up driving into town to have dinner. Other than that the hotel is great!

The facility overall is just beautiful. The room was very spacious & comfortable. We ate 2 meals at the Iguana Cafe; it was delicious. The green chile was amazing! Every staff person we came in contact with was exceptional nice and very helpful.

Nice campus, clean and easy to park and get in and out. Elevators are far from lobby, which was odd in my view. You can’t drink on the casino floor, which is weird. Security Officer very friendly. Room was clean but needs some TLC. Casino was fun, but don’t use the ATM on the floor, go to the one in the lobby so you don’t have to get a cash advance. I thought it was bad that the ATM in the Casino only offers a cash advance but the one in the lobby you can do a regular withdrawal. Bar was understaffed during our stay.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay! It was clean! I felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool was kind of small but it me and my family had fun. The breakfast was good, there was a lot of options. Even my daughter who is usually picky was able to eat good. The ONLY thing I didnt like was there was sketchy people who walk around the shopping mall area that was across the street. But we had no problems and I did not see any people walking around the hotel property. Next time I plan on staying in Gallup I will definitely be back!

The furniture is in very good condition. The linens are ok, we would have like heavier blanket a it did turn cold during our stay. The people at the desk are exceptionally polite and efficient. We took a first floor drive up and that was super convenient. I made my own coffee this time though there is a coffee maker in room and coffee available in breakfast room. Breakfast was modest but well displayed. Again kudos for cleanliness. Eggs, cereals. Sausage, breads, waffles, green chili, toppings for oatmeal and a yogurt machine. The yogurt is unfortunately sugared as I would have liked to try it. Thank you to the management. Excellent stay.

From the moment I stepped in the front door I was at ease, front office was tidy and smelled clean. Breakfast area was put together well and Breakfast options where amazing! They had tortillas and beans! Very New Mexico. The whole Property was very CLEAN! My room was updated and very comfortable. Nothing scary here, from the clean floors and towels to the awesome smelling lotion and soaps. I truly enjoyed my stay and just wanted to chill in my room. 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay there again

This was a great stop on a two day road trip. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. This was our second time to stay at this hotel and we will definitely return. A nice bonus is that there’s a delicious Mexican restaurant next door and after a long driving day it was very relaxing to just walk to dinner.

Hyatt House Carlsbad is a very new hotel that offers a pleasant stay with several commendable features. The ample free parking is a great convenience for guests. The modern lobby is welcoming and includes a shop for any essentials you might need. The rooms are large, spacious, and modern, with a comfy bed ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is also modern, featuring a shower cubicle instead of the traditional bath and shower curtain, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work in our room, which was a bit of a letdown – we didn’t have time to get this fixed, but this was the only negative to the room. The room also had a small kitchenette section which included a fridge and tea/coffee station, basic but useful. The hotel has a nice pool with basic sunbeds, although sadly no hot tub! The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast offered a basic but good selection, which was a nice start to the day. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would return or recommend.

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room coffee/wine bar was a nice treat with glass mugs and glasses, especially after 8 days of paper cups, Having a bar with sandwiches was a benefit as there was no need to look elsewhere for dinner. The breakfast was well presented , varied, and tasty. The staff was friendly and informative.

Shay at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. His dinner recommendations were spot on! The room was comfy with a nice couch and we slept soundly on comfortable mattresses. Rooms well equipped with coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The breakfast buffet was definitely above what I expected.

About 20 miles from the Carlsbad Caverns, so very convenient to go back and watch the bats at sunset. The hotel room provides the basics very well. Staff in the bar and restaurant (food choice limited but good quality) are very friendly, know what they are doing, and interact brilliantly. The room we had had a small kitchen which we wanted. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. Overall very pleased with our choice.. and the Caverns are truly amazing.. you need to visit.

A gorgeous surprise in the middle of the desert! The breakfast was included and had good quality options. The kitchenette with a large kitchen island was perfect for group dining as well as working. The living room space was stylish and spacious. The bed was huge. All linens and bathroom were impeccable.

This was one of our best hotels for this year! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered ham, biscuits, gravy, eggs, fruit, waffles, plain and chocolate milk, juices and many more options. The attendant kept everything stocked and clean. Our room was Exceptionally clean! I don’t believe I’ve ever had a room cleaner! The shower had a rounded rod, which is so much nicer and cleaner. We had a king bed and the room was very large. If we’re ever in this area needing a room we would definitely stay again! I highly recommend this hotel!

Quiet, clean and convenient hotel near I-40. Town is small, safe, and easy to get in/out. Nice beds, quiet rooms, etc. Staff nice, Breakfast unusually good, and well attended. Food was great, and well stocked. Got some help with the Belgian waffle maker, which was also great.

Nice clean hotel passed thru New Mexico. Very pleasant staff and helpful on where to eat after check in. We ordered pizza from Buttercrust Pizza and they delivered promptly amazing pizza and wings! Safe area and glad we passed thru Albuquerque where we had a hard time finding a safe place since we have a truck and trailer to park. Very good breakfast that was a step above the others we have stayed.

While traveling we had a great stay at Best Western Heritage Inn. We stayed twice while visiting family for the holiday. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The Best Western sits a little away from highway, so area is quiet. Check In was quick and easy. Also very friendly staff. They also serve a breakfast in the morning before departure. We didn’t take advantage of because we left early. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My room was in great condition and very clean. The restroom was full of towels and various soaps and shampoos. The heater was set for the best temperature and I never needed to fiddle with it. Their breakfast selection is excellent and offers great variety of stuff along with great coffee. The staff is helpful and friendly. A great place to stay.

This little gem of a motel was exactly what I needed for a good, warm nights sleep. The continental breakfast was simple and adequate. The bed and room were very comfortable. The floor was a bit cold but the heater by the window really kept the room toasty. The desk and table were a nice touch. I would stay here again for sure and perhaps get a jacuzzi next time! And of course, the staff were so warm and friendly. I felt safe and welcome and I’m happy to support a family-run place. Thank you!

Sandia Peak Inn was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean, spacious with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The road outside is very busy with drivers engaging in some sort of street racing at all hours. This was not a problem for me as I always pack earplugs and kept the air conditioner fan cranked to drown out the sound. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the ideal location. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining everything I would need to know about my stay. Parking was easy and free, and the location was convenient—right on Route 66, close to Old Town and other key spots in the city. There was a simple breakfast available in the morning. Overall, it’s a great value if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay with a little local character.

When searching for a decent place to stay using Wyndham Hotels, I was delighted to find this place available. It had the best reviews of all the places in the Albuquerque area, so I booked a room there. The staff who checked me in were both extremely friendly and helpful and recommended a restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Good recommendation, as the restaurant was excellent! My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was very quiet; so I had the best night’s sleep of my trip. Breakfast was more than sufficient, and the young lady kept all items replenished as needed. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I visited Albuquerque for the first time this weekend and stayed one night here. Prior to our trip, we researched hotels and read reviews. The one thing we noticed with this one in particular was the owner responded to most concerns or negative feedback. We knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel room much, but wanted a clean room in a safe location and fair price. The hotel is not far from Old Town which was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Our first floor room was clean, the bed was comfortable, toilet flushed, water pressure in the shower was good and the bathroom sink/counter looked new. Really only a couple of minor negatives- one being the room did smell of a strong cleaning chemical and it bothered my throat some. The tub was a bit dingy, but just from age not because it wasn’t clean. We did notice some reviews complaining about road noise. Keep in mind the hotel sits on Route 66, and yes some folks like to rev their engines and you will hear traffic; however, we both slept great. We didn’t hear noise from any of the rooms around us. The exterior of the hotel was cute and clean. No issues with parking. The breakfast was pretty standard, but great that it was included. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Staff were all nice and welcoming especially the front desk worker who checked me in she was so nice and calm while the check in process. The room I stayed in was clean and very neat. The breakfast upgraded from the last time I stayed there was breakfast meat available that wasn’t there last time so I enjoyed breakfast.

the Hotel is decent but is showing its age location is nice. area is clean and other than the large adult bookstore (which was pretty empty mostly) was quiet and nice. just a few near do wells walking about but otherwise it was quiet hotel is clean inside and rooms are comfy. the breakfast is decent and nice. ice machine works front staff was nice. overall not a bad room

We come through Las Vegas, New Mexico, twice a year on our way down to and back from South Padre Island, Texas. It's a very convenient stop for our first day on the road and the last day before arriving back home. It's located just off I-25 on the south end of Las Vegas. The best reason we stay at the Holiday Inn Express, however, is the staff - they are the most friendly group of people that we have found at many the hotels we have stayed at as we travel. Sangita is the General Manager and she is a role model example of "Leadership On Duty". She is always working to keep the hotel "clean and tidy"!!! Her friendliness with the other staff members and the traveling clients gives one the feeling that you want to come back - and so we have!!! She has also led the process through a remodeling project that has really turned the hotel into a very clean and comfortable place to spend the night. We have also met Gabriel who works the front desk. He is also very friendly and courteous and has a wealth of knowledge of the local area. The last time we stayed at the hotel we met Alma who is the hostess at the morning hospitality breakfast. Again, very friendly and courteous and constantly ensures that your breakfast needs are satisfied. Give this hotel a try as you travel through Las Vegas, New Mexico. The friendly staff and remodeled accommodations make the Holiday Inn Express a very enjoyable experience.

The person working the desk was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. In the morning we were surprised by the options for breakfast. The had a pancake machine, soft biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, premade omelets with peppers and cheese, sausage links and turkey sausage patties as well as the usual cereals, etc. The eggs were cooked perfectly and all was delicious. This hotel was well worth the money!

The room was perfect. It's big, it's very clean, it's tastefully decorated, it has all the amenities, including a refrigerator & microwave. There were plenty of lamps for light and a big desk to work at. Fairly quiet, good temperature, and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again in a minute. I did not try the morning coffee and breakfast buffet, but I can't imagine it's much different than all the other hotels. Not why I stay there, anyway

We’ve stayed here a few times when we visit Las Vegas. Every time we come it’s clean, quiet, and the staff are always friendly. The beds are comfortable, they have pillows that are labeled firm and soft (Big plus for a person who loves fluffy pillows). The showers have full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel (not the usual tiny bottles). If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay, this hotel is AMAZING!

Beautiful, super clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and gym, and very good breakfast with good options. The lobby area is spacious and has fresh coffee available all the time. The manager, Sangita, is very kind, always smiling and very attentive and accommodating to our needs.

Great location, minutes away from White Sands Monument National Park, but close enough to Carlsbad Caverns to do them both in a weekend and stay here. Loved the breakfast options which were better than any other hotel breakfast we had had over the prior three weeks. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that they loan sleds and wax for sliding at White Sands, allowing all three in our family to participate at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the late pool-jacuzzi hours for our arrival after visiting and traveling from the caverns.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its close location to White Sands National Park. I was nervous because we were staying over Easter weekend, and we weren't sure what places would be open to eat. Knowing there was a fridge and microwave, it was a relief to know we could at least heat something up. Fast forward to our trip, and we arrived 12 hours later than we were supposed to. We were scheduled to arrive at 10 am, not ended up not getting in until 10pm. What a relief when we arrived to check in, and the front desk manager was so kind and offered us water upon arrival and quickly got us checked into our room! It was so clean and spacious! I usually just stay at the cheapest hotel I can find, but with it being Easter, I wanted to have something nicer, and this completely exceeded my expectations! The beds were clean and soft. The shower pressure was amazing! The next morning breakfast was served and it was delicious!! Everything was cooked fresh with so many options to choose from! White Sands National Park was a quick 15 minute drive, so we spent the morning and day exploring, came back to freshen up and eat dinner at a nearby restaurant that was a quick walk to, and we went back to White Sands NP for the sunset. We also used the pool, which my kids, husband, and I had to ourselves and we had a blast! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here with its prime location, and clean, comfortable amenities!

Perfect location for access to White Sands NP. Close to eateries and a large supermarket. The staff (2 ladies, I missed your names sorry) were extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you The facilities we used were gym and laundry and they were clean and great! Breakfast was complimentary and a fair choice. Everything was nicely presented. There was complimentary bean to cup coffee 24/7 which was really nice!

Breakfast bar was well-stocked, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and fairly new.

I enjoyed my stay here while on vacation to the White Sands and Lincoln National Park Mountain scenic drives. My room was 218, it was clean, quiet, comfy beds, and a nice shower. We went to the winery and bistro a block away and had a delicious meal. I recommend this hotel.

Stopped here on the way home from Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. What a wonderful hotel! Newly remodeled; fabulous pool at one end of the lobby; water warm, accessible from indoor doors into rooms, but quiet at night. Nice restaurant and separate bar/lounge areas, lovely gift shop, breakfast buffet included has full menu and Southwestern items, also good coffee. Rooms are large, luxurious, clean, good in room coffee. Door from room to parking lot made it easy to bring in luggage but could enter the hotel facilities from the inside door; great in the winter. Wonderful decor and rock sculptures in the lobby; a lovely hotel with gracious service.

This is the premiere hotel for a stay in Raton. We stay here for five days each year, and always come back for the friendly staff, good service, and good value. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant serves a great breakfast each morning and has a good menu for lunch and dinner too. The beds are comfortable and there's lots of parking (all uncovered). The wall mount A/C unit can be a little noisy, but does a good job of keeping the temp. Even though the hotel is close to the freeway, it's a quiet property--you won't be bothered by any traffic noise.We appreciated the laundry and the gym. The indoor pool is usually quite busy with kids and families, but quiets down by 10 PM and wasn't a bother to us--if you're an early to bed person, make sure to get a room at the other end of the hotel so the voices won't keep you up.

We had a great stay! Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, good pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Our room was in the Courtyard by the pool. I would suggest requesting this area if possible. The other rooms are outside. The pool was much larger than I expected and fairly warm. The restaurant was really good for dinner and breakfast. All the hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

A excellent find. The staff was incredibly helpful, quick and kind. The room was clean and comfy. The converted indoor pool was so fun for the kiddos. And the best continental breakfast experience with a restaurant style setup and tons of buffet options. Book it!

It was nice clean comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating The clerk (Will) was his name was very helpful. I stayed twice on my trip. February 12th and February 24. He helped me with my luggage going and coming. He was nice courteous helpful. I can’t say enough about him.

We arrived and were allowed to check into our king suite early which is always a wonderful thing after a long trip. The room was well appointed with kitchenette, living area with small balcony, two big dressers so we didn’t have to share, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Despite arriving in the middle of an unexpectedly early snowstorm in November and being without power most of the first day (not the hotel’s fault), we stayed safe and toasty if a bit bored in our room. But when we were able to leave, we were very pleasantly surprised that nearly all of Santa Fe was within easy walking distance. Obviously downtown, but also Canyon Road, the Capitol Bldg, and the Railyard Arts district. There’s ample staples shopping at a large complex down the very busy road in front of the hotel. I was worried about this busy and possibly noisy road when booking as it has to be crossed to get to downtown, but it wasn’t an issue, just be aware there are not many places to cross with the exception of directly across from the hotel lodge. We used the excellent hot tub of our building (#2) the last night and it was just a great respite from the week of cold. The place felt secure and the room was quiet. Our hosts Denisha, Tracy, and Steve checked on us and quickly responded to any requests. It was an excellent price, significantly less than stay downtown proper, with. Virtually nothing sacrificed - we couldn’t have been happier than we were there!

Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Parking was easy especially for disability. Clubhouse and amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent a great weekend at the Hilton Villas de Santa Fe. Our family had a 2 bedroom suite. The beds and room were comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub area. The location is excellent - an easy walk to the plaza and close to DeVargas Mall for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Great value and will definitely look to stay the next time we are in town.

My wife and I visited Santa Fe for the first time and stayed at this property. It was perfect. It is an easy walk to the Plaza area and the Railyard district. The room and property were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchenette; it made us feel like we were in an AirBB. When we left, we said we couldn't wait to stay there again!

This motel was convenient for the workshop we had as we walked to the Forest Service Center. However, that's the only convenience as there are very few restaurants in the area. The place is clean and staff friendly. Looks like they remodeled recently and my room facing I25 was quiet. The two queens were comfy and the room has a small fridge and bathtub in the bathroom. It's comfortable and clean.

Absolutely beautiful facility. The courtyard was gorgeous, peaceful, shady with spots to sit or layout in the sun or work/read in the shade. The pool and gym were amazing - decent sized warm indoor pool. Restaurant and bar on site was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the loveseat and big tv. The only odd thing was no usb charging ports anywhere in the room. But there was in room coffee and a fridge which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

The room and the bed were super nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue wthe the roll in shower though. After showering we noticed a LOT of water on the bathroom floor that we had to clean up to make it safe for us. I think there should be better shower curtains or doors as well as different drainage to keep the rest of the bathroom dry and safe. The shampoo and the bodywash was also empty, so I dont think that it was looked at properly when it was serviced befor we arrived. The food was also VERY expensive and you didn't get a portion to match the pricing, bit to be fair the turkey avocado blt was delicious. Just not worth the price with a sprinkling of 12 fries. It was really nice to have a little snack and food section near the front though, also overpriced but if you're in a pinch like I was with my wife, very nice. Overall 3.5 to 4 stars.

Our plane arrived in ABQ after the rental car agencies closed (11 p.m.), so we needed a place to stay until we could pick up a car the next morning. We chose the Courtyard because it is next to the airport and has a 24 hour van service between the hotel and the airport. The van arrived within 8 minutes of our calling for it and the gentleman who drove it and helped with our luggage could not have been nicer or more friendly. The Courtyard is maybe five minutes from the airport and there are several chain restaurants nearby if you need dining. Check-in was friendly and efficient. They gave us water bottles, which was nice. There is a grab and go for snacks too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two rooms and one had a slightly noisy AC, which I mentioned at check-out and the person I spoke to said it would be taken care of. Breakfast was included and the ladies in the cafe outdid themselves. The meal was excellent. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit. The public spaces at this hotel are very comfortable and attractive. I would recommend the Courtyard without hesitation.

I had to set an alarm to catch an early flight but didn't want to get off the oh-so-comfortable mattress! The hotel provided quick shuttle service to and from the airport. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot during our trip, which was very much appreciated.

This hotel was sooo nice! Very clean and quiet. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was too! Room was large with a huge sliding glass door which made it easy to get to the court yard and indoor pool. Theres full bar and complementary breakfast! All in all this was the nicest hotel and I woill definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I want to start with with the breakfast area and the breakfast in general. it has a full breakfast and the guy JESSIE is awesome, friendly and really cares about the guests to eat a good filling breakfast before taking off for the day! The eggs were so good as well as the sausage biscuits and gravy and all the muffins…we were extremely hungry from traveling a lot. He’s a hard worker from what i can tell as after he cooks it all he keeps the area really clean. The hotel was very clean upon entering and the room was clean as well except for the bathroom floor, it had some sort of black dirt streaks from a mop (from what it looked like). it wasn’t a big deal however, I just put a towel down so it didn’t matter much to us. The room was very nice and cozy & the bed was really comfortable as well as the choices in the pillows. The bathroom door does stick a bit but it’s not a big deal, it just needs some WD-40 on the handle or something. All in all it was great!

This is a nice property that is well-maintained and offers lots of ammenities: sundry shop, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry and FREE breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker and safe in the room. The shower pressure was a little low, but the water was hot. The A/C worked well. The bed was VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating of special requests. I would stay here again.

This hotel is easy to get to off the interstate. Conveniently located for easy travel. The parking is well lighted and we felt safe staying here. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and the eating area is clean with plenty of tables. We actually tried to book this hotel again on our way back through Albuquerque but it was already sold out.

Beds were comfortable and we loved the lighting behind the headboards of the beds. It made the rooms feel more modern and upscale. Restroom was great, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Strong wifi and well-lit parking lot. I loved that the washer and dryer machines took payment through an app. We didn't have change, so it was convenient to do laundry without actual change.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this fairly new Fairfield Inn. Very friendly, welcoming staff at check-in. Spotless room with comfortable bed and pillows. A nice breakfast the next morning with many choices available: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal bar, cold cereals, muffins and bagels, juices and yogurts, and coffee/tea bar. Tables were cleaned quickly after guests left. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance for dinner the evening we checked in. We will definitely stay here the next time we're traveling through Albuquerque.

Our family stayed at this hotel, because we needed to be near the airport. The room and common places were very clean and comfortable. Nothing looked worn or dated. The staff was friendly and smiled at people. They even had cookies at the front desk. However, the breakfast was unusually good for this tier of hotel. Some of this is due to an employee named Isabel. She doesn’t know I am writing this review. She is one of those people who does her job with pride. No one really notices her, yet, without her your breakfast would not be very good. And complimentary breakfast is one of the highlights for most travelers. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was constantly being replenished. She was constantly checking to make sure all was going smoothly. I want management to know how lucky they are to have an employee like this. Most complimentary breakfasts are not nearly this nice.

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Albuquerque. Located off the Jefferson St exit on I25 northbound to Santa Fe. It was in a decent area with lots of restaurants and a theater complex next door. Convenient for the things we wanted to do. We had a NS, King suite with fridge, microwave, wet bar and coffee maker. There was a sofa bed, desk and chair. Large walk in shower and good countertop area in Bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. There are no wheels on the desk chair and it is difficult to maneuver on carpet. Thin walls and ceilings. But to be fair the first night we were there nothing could have dampened the noise from next door. Kids running and stomping and squealing late into the evening. The second night we could here our neighbors but no issues with quiet hours. You could also here our neighbors above walking but also no issues when it mattered. We used their guest laundry and it was good. $1.75 for a wash or dry. The price was high. A good property for our purposes but sometimes luck isn't with you.

Bathroom sink and bathtub drains were partially plugged up. Bathtub in particular filled up with water while taking a shower. Cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. Lighting is poor in the room and so-so in the bathroom. Another chair (only 1 in the room) would have been nice. Hot breakfast was good. Front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient.

We only stayed the one night, as we’re on a time constrained cross country trip, but this hotel was a great choice! Staff was friendly, prompt, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and didn’t at all feel dingy or dated. The parking lot was also very well lit, which is always a huge plus! The room itself was clean, smelled fresh (not at all musty or stale like some hotel rooms can smell), and the linens were all spotless. One of my favorite features? The provided full-size bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner pump bottles mounted to a shower wall. Brilliant! It meant one less toiletry I had to open and repack. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

We've stayed here a few times in our travels across I-40. Each time is a comfortable stay, easy check-in, reliable internet and good parking. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The TV only has 1 public television channel but you can login to your Netflicks. Breakfast is pretty decent with standard American fare. As a vegetarian, I stick to oatmeal which is actually perfectly-made and tasty, sprinkled with walnuts and raisins and a touch of cinnamon. The coffee is strong but good. The location is a quick easy-on, easy-off area with grocery store and restaurants close by. Occasionally we stay more than one night, to sight-see, but normally it's a welcome stop on our 2 or 3 day road trips.

I've stayed here twice and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through Gallup. Excellent value for money, with a convenient location right off the Gallup East exit from I-40. Property is very well kept and has nice architecture. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Comfortable room well stocked with name-brand toiletries. Wifi is good. A ridiculous number of outlets are available in the room—I could probably charge every electronic device I own at once and still have room to plug more in!

Easy access from I-40 and close to Red Rock Park. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. Dogs are allowed. It was very quiet considering we noticed at least 3 other rooms that had dogs on our floor. Alert: I was looking out the window and thought I saw an unleashed dog in the parking lot, but it was a coyote. All staff were kind and professional. Everything worked in our room. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel! Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, quiet and modern. It appears that it may have been newly renovated with like-new furniture. The room was well equipped with a frig, microwave and keurig coffee maker. The restaurant opened at 5 pm and had a dinner and drinks menu. My steak was well cooked and my wife liked her salad. Restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly. Easy to access off the highway. Stayed here on an overnight from Phoenix on our way to Telluride for skiiing. It was a perfect spot to stop. There is a Walmart within walking distance as well as an Applebees (and other restaurants). There is even an Electrify America charging station within walking distance. They are in the process of repainting the some of the public spaces.

I like the location; it is away from I-10 , the trains, and the seedy side of Las Cruces. The front desk clerk, Hayden, was very friendly and helpful . My room was exceptionally clean. I seldom see that at a hotel. The bedding was very comfortable, with a clean fresh smell. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all in dispensers on the wall inside the shower, which is so much more convenient that tiny bottles. They were all Dove products, which leave my hair and skin clean and healthy. I like the full size refrigerator and freezer.

This was a quiet comfortable stay until the ac ran. Rather loud. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was the usual and coffee was OK. It's a good location. Easy access to 70w or 25 ns. Pretty views, pet friendly and a walkable IHop next door.

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers free parking, which is always a plus. The check-in process was smooth and the check in staff was friendly. Our room was nice and large, featuring a king-size bed, sofa, and kitchenette. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. Although the bathroom was small, the shower was good, which made up for it. The room was nice, but certainly could do with being modernised. The hotel was quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which included free fountain drinks—a unique and great addition! Overall, we had a very positive stay and would definitely consider returning.

Other hotel chains should follow Staybridge's example on how to offer a fantastic lodging experience. My husband and I stayed at Staybridge for three nights while we were on a hiking vacation. Our suite was spacious, had a full kitchen, sitting room and separate bedroom/bathroom. The king size bed was new and all the bed/bath linens were high quality. The suite was VERY clean and quiet. No sound from other rooms/hallway. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and generous-size portions. We enjoyed the complementary dinners, after a day of hiking. The daily rate was affordable and competitive with other properties in the area. I highly recommend the Staybridge in Las Cruces.

The Front Desk team was wonderful, they upgraded us to a suite with 2 bedrooms as there were two of us traveling. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We were traveling with my dog and they hotel was very accommodating with him. The entire hotel was very clean. The front desk agent, can't recall his name as we stayed at 4 hotels in 4 nights. He is a young man, about 19 years old or so. He was very hospitable. The breakfast spread was very well maintained and had a great assortment of breakfast options and was very well stocked. The kitchennette in the room, along with the refrigerator/freezer came in quite handy as we made our way from CA to IL. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My room was clean comfortable and spacious; it was a king suite. The hotel and grounds were clean, staff friendly but the breakfast was lacking compared to other Express’s I have stayed. Parking is okay but tight with a trailer or big truck. Location is quiet but not within walking distance to much besides one restaurant.

I thought for a place in Las Cruces, and the type of hotel this is, that it was overpriced. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly. It’s close to lots of restaurants. The breakfast is average. There was a variety of things to eat, but none of it was very tasty.

Nice place with attractive common area. Room size is very comfortable. Clean bath area and totally functional. TV is fine but lacks online hide. Beds are comfortable with a number of pillows. Breakfast is typical HIE. Good location feels safe. Friendly checkin staff.

What a great hotel! We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and took local hikes, shopped and dined. This hotel is a great location and close to Dripping Springs (beautiful hike), White Sands, Las Cruces farmer's market, Mesilla and great restaurants. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The AC in the room worked great and cooled off the room quickly and nicely. The room was also very dark for sleeping. The staff, especially Hector at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. Hector went above and beyond. If we are ever in the Las Cruces area again we will definitely be staying here again!

The pool and hot tub are great features, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Although the weather was a bit cool during my stay, I can imagine how refreshing it would be to take a dip in the pool during the warmer months. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Check in went smoothly. The room was a nice size and appeared clean. The room did have a microwave and mini-fridge. The hotel was quiet, but highway noise outside was not, but running the fan covered it. The shower was not strong, but this is the desert; water is more precious here. Breakfast was typical, but a shade better than usual. Very good. It is very convenient to the airport, and I have no complaints about the shuttle. Yes, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff especially Chauntelle were helpful and friendly. The rooms, general areas and outdoor area were clean & tidy. It’s convenient in terms of getting to and from the airport and included breakfast. An added benefit was the proximity of the Applebees as a dining option.

Serena - is fantastic! What a genuinely nice person, she assisted with finding a pizza place, check in went perfect, cant say enough good about her! The Airport shuttle worked out perfect for early morning flight, hotel room was perfect, large room, very clean, bed comfortable!

The rooms are all ground level an easy to access. The rooms are clean comfortable and all fixtures worked well. It is a quiet comfortable and nice place to relax. The staff is freindly well make you feel welcome. A fresh hot breakfast is provided. Check out can be in person or on line. I will stay at this property again when I am in this area.

The location was super convenient for us! We had problems with our TV, but they moved us into another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was very good with a nice variety of both hot and cold foods. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the convenience that we could park right in front of our room, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone seemed to like their job here. All food was fresh and this had the best breakfast of all the Hampton inns: pulled pork in green chili sauce, eggs, crispy bacon, regular homemade salsa, cheese, grits and all their normal items served. They had fresh brewed coffees along with a variety of hot teas and hot cocoa that’s always available. They sell drinks, meds, foods, snacks, sweets, and ice cream. Parking is abundant, well lit, and safe. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable although there was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the entry way door which let a lot of light in at night and could potentially cause a lot of noise from the hallway. The bathroom had 4 towel hangers/hooks and shelves in the shower for our bottles. I did not have a WiFi or cable issue as others experienced. My bed was the same pillow too that is expected at a Hampton Inn. There’s a Walmart, Starbucks, gas station, and plenty of food establishments nearby. It is close to great sand dunes National park.

We stayed twice at this hotel on our way out to the Grand Canyon and back in August and September 2024. The first night we stayed here we visited Bandolier National Park the following day. It was very convenient to the park. We got up early so we could drive our own vehicle to the park. If you go during the busy season between the hours of 9am and 3pm you must use Bandolier's shuttle service. Staying so close we were able to arrive about 7:30am. Besides the good location, this hotel is fairly new, the rooms were nice. The first night we had a regular room, the second night on the way back we got a suite. There was a grocery store, Smith's, approximately a block away. Diamond Member parking is not out in front of the door and in view of the registration desk as I prefer, but the town appears to be safe and clean and catering to tourists, so it was not something I was overly concerned about here. The front desk staff were nice, the breakfast was your typical Hampton Inn breakfast and looked good. The coffee was hot upon arrival and during breakfast. The suite we stayed in had a wet bar area that was convenient for cooking microwave food. We will definitely come back here sometime as we would like to spend some more time at Bandolier someday.

Nice, well maintained hotel on a very lonely road near Los Alamos. There's a 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby sometimes embroidered with fresh hot cookies. You'll also find convenience food items for sale, but there is a Smith's grocery just down the street. My room design and furnishings were nice; the bed comfortable. I did have to ask for a new microwave. The one there was pretty much abused. But housekeeping is by request. And the attitudes of the front desk clerks vary, from jubilant to pretty sour. I stayed two nights and enjoyed the morning breakfast bar, though I don't necessarily eat eggs or greasy meats. But there were oatmeal, cold cereals and muffins to choose from. This hotel is very handy if you're heading into Bandelier. The shuttle leaves from The Visitor Complex just across the road. So close, you can walk to it.

We stayed here on 7/30/24 in room 129. The hotel is easy to find, very close to the Bandelier White Rock VC and shuttle bus. It is next to a hardware store. There is plenty of free parking. The hotel and lobby both look very new and clean. Check in (normally 4 pm) was very good and we were able to get in around 3 pm. Room 129 is good sized, had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was large and had plenty of counter space. The water pressure was good. The room was clean, beds were comfortable (small pillows) and quiet. The internet worked well. The hotel is about 30 to 40 min. from Bandelier (shuttle bus required up to 3pm leaves the VC every 1/2 hour). The hotel is about 20 min. from Los Alamos via Jemez road (a much better way to go than NM 502). The traffic from the lab is crazy try to avoid going to Los Alamos between 8 to 9 am and 4 to 6 pm . Breakfast was very good, even through the woman in charge of it, also had to cover the front desk. She did a great job juggling the two areas. We would stay here again

I would say I mostly liked everything about this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the laundry facility was good. The continental breakfast was also good and offered a decent variety of things. The hotel is not exactly in Los Alamos but is in White Rock, which is nearby. It is located near the White Rock Visitors Center and is fairly close to Bandelier National Monument.

The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast we have experienced plenty of options and also had bags to grab something on the go. Don't really know why this hotel had some bad reviews, I will definitely stay again. The only thing I could suggest the hotel needs to do is have front doors that automatically open and close to make it easier coming in and out with luggage.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great, lots of choices. We booked 2 rooms. They were clean and well stocked down to the Keri’s coffee machine. clean rooms. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Raton. It will be a repeat for us when we need a hotel in the area. Highlight the kitchen and desk staff, they were great, very friendly and helpful.

This hotel lives up to it's good reviews. Friendly staff, clean room. We had an accessible room as I have trouble with my hip and need handicap bars. It had a built in chaise/couch which was nice. Washer and dryer at hotel, only one set, but reasonable...worked well. Breakfast was GREAT! The pastries were under a warming light....3 brands of yogurt to choose from....4 warmers with scrambled eggs and omelettes in one, sausage patties in another, fried potatoes in another and biscuits/gravy in a 4th. All had self closing lids, so you didn't have to figure out where to set the cover and glass inserts so you could see what was inside...also crocks next to each to hold the serving utensils, so the handles didn't end up in the food. We are both gluten sensitive, so appreciate the choices we had. The rest was typical hotel food. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Just a really great experience!

Dishes, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, pots and pans, glasswear, 2 TV's and even had a fireplace for composit logs! The lounge was comfy and the breakfast was hot and delicious thanks to Dean! My thanks to Rohan, General Manager, Priscilla (day Service Rep) and Arian (night Service Rep), for listening to my needs, answering all my many questions and going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property had mixed reviews. I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. It was really good for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient for what I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. I stayed here for two weeks. Full size refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stovetop, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker made it very convenient.

We were very impressed with how immaculate and beautiful our room was! The products in the bathroom were high end and smelled amazing. The service was awesome, even when we called the front desk to notify them of a scorpion making it's way down the hallway towards our room. They come up immediately to sweep it up and dispose of it. The breakfast was awesome and varied every day of our stay. And it was convenient enough to drive to Carlsbad within an hour, which was the purpose of our stay to begin with. They even had an amazing well stocked gym, which we were able to make use of and a nice refreshing indoor pool. Our only complaint would be that they didn't have a hot tub which would have made the hotel a perfect 10 for us. And at one point in the evening I went to shower and it took the water ages to heat up, but it did eventually so that was a relief lol. Also the water pressure was a little on the low side. But other than that we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again if we head back this way!

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had a large variety to choose from. It was in the center of everything we wanted to see. (Roswell and Carlsbad Caverns) Price was good

Clean comfortable room. Shower which was in the bath tub, had warm water and good pressure. Why do hotels still have tubs? Walkable location to a Walmart, other stores and restaurants. Parking lot provided ample spaces in well lit lot.

It was an amazing stay, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room and hotel common areas were so clean! The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Would definitely stay here again

Loved the stay here, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with really comfortable beds and pillows. Cooked our own dinner and anything that we needed was provided immediately by the friendly staff. Free hot breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices to please anyone staying here. We were concerned about our decision to stay near the airport as it was more affordable, but it is so soundproofed that we never heard a plane.

We really liked this hotel. Close to the freeway and restaurants. Clean and very spacious room. Nice sitting area with full kitchen. Comfortable bed and good linens. Front desk was super nice and very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast but it’s included in the price. Would stay again and would recommend.

Went down stairs for the breakfast and a nice lady working there made a plate for me with the items I requested. I took the plate along with a bagel and cream cheese back to my room. Keurig coffee maker in my room along with a nice sized refrigerator. All in all, a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again anytime I am passing through.

This was the third time I’ve stayed here and this stay was as nice as the others. Really nice staff at check in and check out. My room was clean and spacious. Both WiFi and AC worked great. Really appreciated the large refrigerator and separate freezer. I’m traveling 2000 miles and have several coolers with me. Nice breakfast was available in the morning: omelets, biscuits, pancakes, fruit, bagels, etc. The dining area was very clean. The only drawback to the hotel is the $50 charge they place on my credit card to hold for incidentals. Not really a problem as the charge goes away within several days, but I don’t really like having a “pending” charge on my card. But the hotel and staff are both so great, I’ll spend a night here whenever passing through Deming.

Front desk persons Philip and Chloe were wonderful, very responsive, helpful and friendly. The room was great very clean large well appointed. The breakfast lady was extremely efficient, very nice, and very responsive. It was the best breakfast we've had at a hotel on our 5 week trip and we're headed home to Tucson Arizona today. Thanks for everything.

Stayed one night, booked reservation for total ~$60 on the econolodge website. Check in staff friendly. Room was clean and quiet, ac was on and room cool when I arrived, which was a nice touch for a late afternoon weat facing room in 95°F NM. Floor was not carpet, no hard water gunk in shower or bath. Bathroom clean, but the room had the small cadet round bowl toilet (take away a star for that and the nose level shower head). The mattress was a firm one, which I preferred. Mini fridge (worked!) and microwave in room. Breakfast was OK, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, cereal milk juice coffee. Added plus was the commercial meat locker grade AC unit in the room... Recommended.

I was very pleased withe the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only complaint would be that the shower head was installed too low. I'm 6'3" and the shower head was installed at about 5'7". Breakfast was good. My bed was comfortable enough that I didn't want to get up and leave. I would definitely recommend. It's a very good value.

Inside you will be pleasantly surprised by a clean, well maintained room, with a wardrobe and plenty of places to put your stuff, and spotless bathroom, with comfortable beds and substantial sheets and bedding and towels, and enough pillows to satisfy anyone. Two separate sinks, one outside the bathroom in the dressing area, make getting ready to go in the morning easier. Breakfast had hot and cold items available in a very clean, well maintained dining area. There is a reason why this hotel has a Tripadvisor Seal of Excellence. The management and housekeeping staff are doing a great job.

This is a motel-style facility with the rooms arranged in a horseshoe configuration around parking, with the pool, office, and other facilities at the center. After eight straight days in hotels with hallways and elevators, this setup really put a grin on my face. The front desk staff were universally cheerful and helpful. When I checked in, they paid attention to the note I had shared about towing a trailer, and not only guided me to a great spot to park, but offered me a room right across from that spot. Nice! The room was clean and large, and reasonably up-to-date. Breakfast was simple, and in a pretty small space, but fresh and well-maintained. I was only passing through but can see why the ratings are high, and would definitely stay here again.

As a couple in their 70’s, the room was perfect for us since we were able to back up to the room’s door and unload our luggage. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I especially appreciated the divided bathroom spaces, and the extremely bright vanity lights made it easy to see to apply my makeup. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Totally recommend this hotel!!!

Small Indoor pool was closed much of the time, jacuzzi closed entire five days.

This is a very nice Marriott property. Great location in the northeastern part of town with an Outback and a Chili's right across the parking lot. Very clean rooms and modern amenities and comfortable Linens. The staff is super friendly. Free parking and free breakfast. Spacious rooms. Clean property throughout

This was a wonderful 2 room suite. It had a kitchen and living room space. Lots of privacy in a compact space. It was quiet and away from road noise. The location is convenient, just a walk from grocery store and restaurants, a short drive to other restaurants. A recycling bin is provided in the room. Breakfast was good. Hallways were very clean. Friendly staff and lots of shared space in lobby.

Positives: Fast check in. Organized and clean lobby, hallway, and room. The check in staff, Aliyah, was professional, courteous, and efficient. Negatives: Two big spots in the bathroom wall that needs touch-up or repaint. Let the hotel staff know and they promised to fix it. The cap/lid of the central air system is broken. Limited parking in the front of the hotel, but with plenty of back parking spaces, all within reasonable walking distance. Many items at the breakfast was out and with less variety/limited choices, 2 out 4 juice choices were not available. Given it’s Marriott, I would expect better variety and wider selection compared to other Marriott. The restaurant and pantry area were clean. Comfortable of recommending this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay, from start to finish. Such a clean, comfortable property, with friendly helping staff. Room exceptional, with full size frig, cooktop, counter, microwave. Good breakfast. Clean area. All at a very reasonable rate.

FYI, pool is indoor and size is best for kids, jacuzzi if fine. I was the only one on the elliptical in gym, don't think that gym will ever be crowded in T or C, lol.

The breakfast every morning is good. And the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi where nice. Our grandkids loved it!!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. About 20 min after we checked in, the desk clerk called our room to see if we needed anything. The room was clean, Both beds had protective covers on them, The mini fridge could easily hold two gallons of milk, A 6-pack of soda and had room to spare, There was extra coffee and cups, Blackout curtains, The room was quiet, despite being on the side next to the highway, There were clean towels for guests in the pool area, Both pool and hottub were working and clean! Our room had a full size ironing board & iron, I loved that all the linens were clean & that the washcloths were folded into fans (the extra little touches are nice) The A/C worked well, There was parking on both sides of the building, So no matter where your room was, you could see your car from your room. I also really appreciated that the room had a Gideons Bible in it, It's a comfort thing for me, so I really felt like I was at home. I would totally stay here again if the opportunity arose!

I stayed one night while traveling, and chose SureStay hotel based on price and pet friendliness. I reserved a room through Hotels.com about 30 minutes before checking in. The check in manager was friendly and recommended a good pizza place. The lobby was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet room. Hot shower and good water pressure. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and desk. The breakfast was satisfying, and had hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. There was a nice outside area for pets. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but nice to have had the option. I would stay here again

My husband and I rented a 2 br. room at TownePlace Suites in Albuquerque for ourselves and our son and daughter-in-law this weekend (April 2018). This room is beautiful! It looks like an apartment; it's modern, spacious but no spae is wasted, there is a kitchenette, 2 full bedrooms, each with TV's, big closets and dressers (1 has a work desk) and a large living room. The staff was courteous upon check-in, and location is very convenient (close to the airport and highway), and continental breakfast is served in the lobby. We were bummed that the pool was not open yet, but everything else was wonderful! Amazing value for the price!

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was good size and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. The staff seemed friendly. On the downside, our air conditioner did not work, and I have to believe that they knew it. After reporting the problem very early in the morning, I had to call a second time later in the day, before we were able to get a maintenance worker to confirm that the unit needed to be replaced. The air worked fine afterwards. The hotel towels were fairly worn out. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. We expected a little nicer, since our hotel rate was quite high during this time of the year.

Our Family was staying here for two weeks, while our apartment was finished,(we were moving to Albuquerque from out of state.) Our girls had their first day of high school while we were staying here. The staff was all wonderful and accommodating for our entire stay. They were very friendly and helpful also. It was well worth the money we paid, AND we had free breakfast every morning with coffee or juice. If/when Family comes to visit, we’ll be sending them this way.

We traveled to Albq with our twin toddlers for dr appointment. We stayed in the suite and the hotel staff provided play pin for our girls. The check in was easy and quick, the staff was friendly, breakfast was limited to go due to covid, but hotel was clean and perfect for our family. It is near a busy street so if your a light sleeper just be advised you might need some back ground noise.

Very nice stay at Towneplace Suites Albuquerque Airport. Very comfortable beds, pillows and comfortable furniture in the living area. Clean, comfortable surroundings. Love the two separate bedrooms for two women traveling together. Expected two bathrooms tho. One large bathroom to share. At least the bathroom is not in one of the bedrooms. It is available to both bedrooms.

We booked a balcony room. Pictures on website showed a full size balcony. Very deceiving and disappointing when we checked in. When checking in was told it was a Romeo and Juliet balcony. Had to pay an extra $60 for a full size balcony. This was false advertising.

the adult pool was relaxing and peaceful in the late morning. I enjoyed also having a balcony and view from room on 3rd floor. Additionally I walked down by the Bosque. Very nice!

The staff was over the top! Absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful! The food was so so good, didn't have a bad meal.

Breakfast was amazing! It was perfectly cooked. Substitutions were readily accepted. Staff was exceptional.

Definitely stay here. BEST motel in town. Best place to stay with pets. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the AC worked good, the jetted tub with the tall showerhead was awesome. The breakfast was delicious and I'm pretty sure it was homemade, not a bunch of microwaved food. They had great stuff to make breakfast tacos (homemade tortillas, real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cheese and delicious green and red chili sauces) plus yogurt, cereal, cinnamon rolls, juice, coffee, etc. They even gave me treats for my two dogs when I checked in. The dog park is awesome!!! They keep it very clean, there are tons of trees making it very shady, there are picnic tables, and multiple dog poop bag and trash can stations. The bathroom was spacious, but the room with the toilet was a little tight and the toilet seemed small, but it could have been the layout with the door to the toilet room making it seem small.

Clean, comfortable, easy to find, easy to check-in, friendly helpful staff available (even at midnight), and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Despite it being well below freezing outside, the room was very warm and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained. Great value.

The gentleman at the front desk was attentive and helpful, the lady in the breakfast buffet was vey sweet and helpful. Was a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean and hospitable.

We stopped here for a late dinner ( Pizza Hut ) and a quick shower and sleep. No complaints from us. It is a very clean place and fairly good updates for the age of it. Room was well appointed and had all needed aminities. And it was very clean. Free parking, WiFi, breakfast. There’s a Loves right across from the motel. Convenient. We will definitely be back next time driving from Texas to Colorado.

We are so thankful this hotel is here. It is, by far, the best place to stay within 100 miles in any direction. It is always so clean, and the staff so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. We had never tried a Residence Inn by Marriott before but following our stay here we would definitely look to book another one in the future. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Both the young lady on reception and the Manager who happened to there too were super friendly, willing to help us make the most of our stay and so helpful. Our room was so spacious with the added bonus of a sofa to chill on and a kitchen if we needed it . It was spotlessly clean, we could park directly outside and had easy access to the breakfast room, pool, bbq area and guest laundry. Breakfast was super both mornings with a great selection of hot and cold items to chose from with an added touch of New Mexico flavour. Cannot fault this hotel!

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Our rooms were very nice. Appliances are all clean, looked new and full size. They have a full free breakfast which saves us a good deal of money. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent. Close to major highways. We found it perfect for our day trips and exploring Old Town Santa Fe.

Our stay was great!! About a 8 minute drive to the plaza. The staff was super friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was unexpectedly different every day and delicious! The room was a bit dated but clean and spacious which allowed for a nice stay with family. We would definitely stay here again!

Though we were only in Santa Fe for one night, our stay at Residence Inn was nothing short of spectacular. As this was our first time to Santa Fe, upon checking in, the front desk staff was more than welcoming giving us dining recommendations. Our room was clean, quiet, and homelike. Shortly after settling into the room, the front desk rang in to make sure our accomodations met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the room was well renovated. We are looking forward to booking the Residence Inn for future accomodations as the room, customer service, and overall environment were outstanding.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights and loved it! The full kitchen and roomy sitting area were so comfortable. We enjoyed eating our breakfast at the beautudul pool area each morning. The breakfast options were impressive and the ladies bagging it up (Covid safety) were so patient and sweet. Hotel was clean and staff delightful. The kids loved the pool that was clean and had pool floaties. Location was great for close driving distance for visits at Meow Wolf and the Plaza. Things are starting to open up in Santa Fe. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

We were so pleased with our stay at this hotel for ten days! We got an awesome suite with a full kitchen, and I was thrilled and surprised to see it came with a stovetop! I thought I'd be working with a microwave all week! The hotel feels very new and was always super clean. Breakfast was good complete with chobani yogurt (fancy!), coffee, and tea every morning. My hubby was glad to see it opened on his way out to work at the lab in the morning. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating any time we needed anything! My hubs already booked the same hotel and suite for our next stay since he's a contractor out here monthly- we loved every part of it and nice and close to Anytime Fitness and the lab! Even has a nice little gym and pool/ jacuzzi downstairs! Five stars!!

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Los Alamos Entrada Park is a mid-range hotel located in Los Alamos, New Mexico about 2 miles from the Los Alamos National Labs. It is just as you come up the hill but before you pass the airport on the right-hand side of the main road leading into the city. It is easy to access even without a light at the entrance to the main highway. The hotel has a free breakfast buffet, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. There is a fair size parking lot in front of the hotel and I never had difficulty finding a space. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Check-in was easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel is located on a busy road, but the rooms are soundproofed so it was not too noisy. There is a Starbucks coffee shop next door and a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Los Alamos Entrada Park is a good choice for travelers to Los Alamos. It is clean, comfortable, and has a variety of amenities.

This spot is a Jewel in the rough, we received prompt service upon check-in with Kevin and they were very attentive and helpful with my requests. The room was super comfy and almost too cold for the lady. The mini fridge had adequate room for food and drinks, microwave and coffee maker as well. I didn't use the coffee maker because they had fresh coffee available in the lobby when ever I went. Beautiful property and the view we had on the north side was amazing. Breakfast was nice as well, sausage and eggs with cheese, biscuits, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice,milk, soy milk and a cool pancake making machine.Pook and hot tub were refreshing, I think it was salt water because we didn't get any hint of chlorine and the pool was more than 5 feet deep on the deep end.Thank you folks for the awesome hospitality and care on our visit, we will definitely be staying when we come through again.

This place was absolutely great. It was quiet, pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. The view from the window was amazing. We could see Santa Fe at night! Close to central Los Alamos, White Rock and Bandelier National Monument . The only complaint I have is the house keeping. Because we stayed 3 days we had to request housekeeping. Which we did but failed to get. So, everyday I had to go downstairs and pickup clean towels. Toilet paper and in room coffee supplies. Also, the floor in the elevator needed to be mopped! Breakfast is actually very good! Lots to choose from and the lady that takes care of it does an excellent job!! Everything was stocked and if empty it wasn’t long she had stuff stocked! It didn’t disappoint. The parking is easy and well lit at night! I will for sure stay here again.

This is a great place for a quick stay! We basically needed a bed and shower between national park visit days. This is perfect location! The lobby is welcoming with a fireplace and oversized couches and chairs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We asked for dinner ideas, and were not disappointed! Plus, there is a breakfast that includes waffles, various breads with toppings, yogurts, cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices. The place looked recently updated and is kept very clean. We highly recommend it. A bonus is the medical center across the street, with a helicopter that we were able to watch land! Bonus when your son attends aviation high school!

On a trip to the National Parks, we needed an overnight in Carlsbad. This fit us nicely! The rate was fare and included breakfast of coffee, tea, juices, waffles, bread choices plus toaster and many toppings (peanut butter, cream cheese, jellies). Dry cereals and oatmeal. Refrigerator offered yogurts, cheese sticks, and hard boiled eggs. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. With a teen, we appreciated the sink area separate from the shower and toilet. The proper looks recently updated, but will need some additional maintenance things in the future. The mes center is across the street and we were treated to watching the helicopter land from our room!! What sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. And very friendly! We highly recommend.

We visited for Carlsbad Caverns and needed an affordable place to stay for the night. We felt this was a room that was fully worth the money we paid. Spacious and clean. Breakfast bar was fairly minimal variety but had enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Overall great, and very convenient for my trip to Santa Fe. The room was ready when we arrived, check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. The safe in our room was locked when we arrived and maintenance didn't have the proper tool to open it for us, but brought us a different safe right away. Some of the front desk personnel seemed very new and weren't super helpful when we had questions. Most of the personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The property is a beautiful historic building that is very up to date. Our king room was spacious, with a seating area, desk/table and great walk in shower. Excellent service from check in to departure. We had an excellent dinner and drinks in the Ortiz bar. The breakfast buffet wasn’t anything special. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. The location is a short walk to the plaza and lots of places to shop or dine.

We loved this hotel for many reasons. First, we loved the location. It was very walkable to downtown Santa Fe attractions, shops, galleries & restaurants. Second, the hotel & staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. The hotel and our room were decorated beautifully & clean. Finally, we are Hilton Honors members and we were able to enjoy our member benefits.

What a great location! Central to the best of Santa Fe. We walked everywhere. The Hotel is beautiful. Our room was lovely, well appointed and relaxing, wish we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was perfect; excellent service, delicious meals and great cocktails. I can't wait to stay here again.

This is a nice little Hampton Inn just off the highway. It’s our best stay in New Mexico. Bright and clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming! The hotel is pet friendly. They even have a game room if you don’t feel Ike sitting around in your room. Next time we drive through, we’ll skip Amarillo and stay in Santa Rosa!

My parents always stayed at Best Westerns since I was a child - always their preference, so I knew it was a safe bet. But I was VERY surprised that this location was really exceptional. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - and my room was very warm and welcoming. I was so impressed by the cleanliness - I am a flight attendant and travel for a living - have stayed in hundreds of hotels - so the bath is always what I check first. And the first impression of the bed is important. Everything was extremely clean and the bed was perfectly made - smooth and no wrinkles. Small things to some, but when you travel a lot, these become important. There was a breakfast in the morning and again it was so tidy, clean, and well supplied - very good breakfast. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to acknowledge this staff and location. I will definitely make a point to stop here again on my next trip. Thank you.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was the best we’ve had at a Best Western and actually the best compared to other hotels. My kids even ate well and they are usually picky. Robert checked us in and checked us out. He was very friendly and professional. This place is well managed. We just needed a one night stay for a very long road trip. I would definitely stay here again. Also conveniently located right next to a gas station and DQ with a convenient store.

So we saw the reviews on this place and gave it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable plus shower was hot. We utilized hot tub after our long trip and enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning. It was quiet and convenient location right of the highway.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean. The service was great. The only thing to complain about would be the shower door track was loose and hard to open and the Internet wiFi was very slow or nonexistent. We got up too early for breakfast, but they already had fresh coffee on and we were able to grab a muffin and a hard boiled egg before we hit the road.

I had a good experience at this hotel. I was early for check in, but that wasn't a problem to the front desk. The staff here was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had made reservations for a King Suite with Jacuzzi. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi didn't work properly. The lady at the front desk came to check it out and apologized for any inconvenience and told me she would make arrangements to compensate me. I felt she really reached out and tried to make things better for me and I appreciated her help. The hotel is a little outdated, not really what I have seen from other modern HI hotels on my trip. But still everything was clean and the room was spacious. But the staff here is amazing!

The hotel is clean. It is an older hotel that they've attempted to update, its not in bad condition though. We were in room 223, the beds were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked good. The closet door is a flimsy mirror that uses a magnet to stay shut, but the metal piece to secure the door to the magnet was broken, you have to move the metal piece to match the magnet as you close it so it stays shut. The horizontal light above the bathroom sink didnt work, and it had old dirty dried on drips of condensation all over it which was an unpleasant sight. The shower head is clogged with calcium build up, only 1 setting was able to be used and it was like an open garden hose on full blast lol! You can tell it's just old, the tub was clean. The breakfast was hot, but their sausage links and patties were more like rubber, chewy and tasteless and the oatmeal was thin and very watery... not a fan. The pool water was cloudy, but there were people swimming in it, there is only one table in the patio area with zero shade. On our second night, there was no parking availability, all spots were taken and we had to park in the dive thru entrance area with other cars. Coffee was good! They utilize Dove lotions/soap. The staff was very friendly and able to problem solve the parking predicament since the back parking and front parking lots were full.

We tried this hotel on our way out west to Phoenix. It has easy access on and off I-10. Our first visit was very pleasurable so we stayed here on the way back home as well. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Staff on both visits was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was closed due to Covid restrictions so instead breakfast was prepared and packaged so you can take it back to your room. I recommend the authentic Mexican restaurant next door for dinner.

Bathroom wall was falling apart. Found a small roach crawling out of the walls, but good, clean comfortable beds, good wifi. Friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned and made each day without any issues. Limited breakfast items but still fresh.

The work space and the bed were very comfortable.The swimming pool and jacuzzi were right outside my room and great for breaks. Angela, the general manager, went the extra mile to see that I was comfortable. She was personable and kind.

The rooms were clean and fairly recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. The rooms include a refrigerator and microwave which is nice if you want to eat in. We also enjoyed eating at the Little Toad Creek Brewery which was excellent, the ice cream shop downtown was delicious and old downtown is fun to explore. Would definitely come back.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the window was very nice. There was a great trail off of the parking lot that went up the mountainside which was good for walking the dog and great for watching the sunset. All of the staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were lots of choices.

I spent three nights at this hotel over Labor Day weekend. What a great location & wonderful views! They even have a 2nd Floor patio with benches where you can watch the sunset & enjoy your dinner. The breakfast To Go bag was appreciated with a muffin & granola bar & water. The bed was very comfortable & room was very clean with high touch objects wrapped in plastic. The turn-off to the Gila Cliff Dwellings is just a block away too & it's a very short drive downtown. The exterior of the windows need cleaning, but those types of expenses are understandably delayed due to the pandemic.

The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall, I found it clean and comfortable. It met my needs. The water pressure from the shower was very bad, unfortunately. But the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It had a good location within Silver City.

We were traveling from San Antonio to Tucson and made a stop over in Deming. This hotel fit the bill. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Everything was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, even let us keep our bicycles in their office (rather than having them in our room). Breakfast was rather typical free hotel fare but served with a smile.

Property and room were very clean and well kept. Night staff was very cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected these days - not bad, not fantastic - the coffee was perfect! Food staff was very bright and bubbly in the morning. My only real (small) complaint was the bathroom supplies - one small bar of soap, a small bottle of conditioner and a lotion. A body soap and shampoo were missing. Small issues but due to lateness, not worth worrying about as I carry backups. Definitely would stay here again!

Oernight stary and passing thorugh. Staff was very nice both front desk and dining. There is some remodelling going on especially in the lobby. Our room was a quiet King Suite and the bed was comfortable. Like that there was a restaurant on site because we were exhausted. Thought that breakfast should be free at the price point of the hotel and the remodelling.

Hotel was nice, clean and had a modern look. The area it was located in was perfect; it was next to great stores and restaurants and in a nice quite area.

* Trouble with wifi because i wasn't a 'member', that was very unusual * shower leaked all over floor. Property was beautiful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. I loved that it was not a cookie-cutter hotel and was designed with the location in mind. The pool was extremely relaxing, and not overcrowded. The property location was a plus, where we could walk onto Main street and eat, drink, shop, etc.. After the long drive to get there it was nice to not have to drive to do things.

This was an excellent hotel. It is clean, quiet, and accommodating. I stayed a week for business. I ate breakfast which was well done. Fresh fruit, proteins, yogurts, hot oatmeal bar. The bar at night is lovely. Nancy at the bar is very personable and you can also order dinner. The fitness room is not bad. Treadmills, free weights, cables, and balls. The WiFi is fast and reliable. I would stay here and recommend it to others.

This is a really nice little hotel in Santa Fe out on Cerrillos Road. It's an older property, but they really do a fantastic job of keeping it up and it's very clean and beds are comfortable. There is a really nice indoor pool with a hot tub and they serve a very nice breakfast in the morning with waffles, eggs, toast, etc. You can tell they try their best to keep this property maintained, I know it's a ton of work, but it's a really nice place and we will definitely stay here again. I think their staff is wonderful and very hard-working, the maids were super friendly and all working really hard. Convenient location, too, with ample parking and easy access to downtown as well as I-25. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, too.

It was very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The wall thermostat kept a constant temperature. Staff was very pleasant. Coffee was always available in the lobby.

In general, very good, clean, nice. 1. The door to the room: takes too much effort to open. 2. The bathroom/shower: Needs a safety bar. 3. Soap: I brought my own bar soap. Liquid soap not good. 4. Breakfast: pretty boring. Did not always include bananas or oranges. Coffee too weak.

Marriott Titanium member: After Thanksgiving dinner downtown, I was looking for a nice Marriott property in Santa Fe. This Fairfield Inn may be my new "must-stay " hotel! The hotel was clean and had a pool and hot tub. My room was well-furnished with a mini-fridge and microwave. Coffee maker - of course. I slept well in this very quiet hotel. Excellent free breakfast this morning. I appreciate the packet of shave cream, few hotels offer that. My only complaint is minor: I didn't care for the old, fixed-pattern showerhead.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Fe DoubleTree. It's an older property with a lot of quirks and dated decor but it is well-kept and clean, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Tammy went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and Alina was very kind. They offer a shuttle to the historic plaza downtown, and there's a pretty cool little indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The mattress was comfortable and I slept very well. If I'm in Santa Fe again, I know where I'm staying!

My girlfriend from high school and I met up in Albuquerque, then drove to Santa Fe for one night on our way to Taos. We spent the night at the DoubleTree in two rooms paid for by points. The hotel is very clean, attractive, comfortable and a short drive to the historic plaza. We slept very well, and then ordered breakfast in their restaurant. We ordered the buffet and the food was very fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful!

I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Double Tree hotel in Santa Fe. I parked in their lot, and when leaving found that my car wouldn’t start. Fortunately, the Honda dealer was just a half-mile down the road. In a very few days they had installed a new starter. But what a wonderful place to be stranded! The Double Tree is a real hotel. You enter a fifty-foot high atrium with a huge fireplace on one side. A large reception area furnished with over-stuffed chairs invites society; you are not even tempted to look for the waffle machine. At the registration desk Oscar provides cordial and competent service. There is a bright and sun llt breakfast room; menu or buffet, your choice. In the evening Milton and Patty preside at the bar and lounge; a somewhat limited menu but well prepared. The bar is full service. Imagine, you can have that “one for the road” (That was then!) after you get to your hotel. Of course you don’t have to wait for your car to break down to visit the Santa Fe Double Tree.

It as in a pretty convenient area. Everything I wanted to check out during my first visit to Santa Fe was within 20 minutes or less of the hotel. The room are a little dated and the carpets aren't as clean as i would've liked, but i just orw slippers in the room. All the staff members were friendly ad helpful. I think the walls were too thin because I could hear so much yapping from the people in the next room. They were kind of loud. This wasn't the worst place but not the best either. I'd stay there again.

The pet area has nicely maintained grass and is located in the rear of hotel so away from traffic/ main street, parking lot, noise and any distractions that may interfere with traveling pet anxieties.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Property is dated and shows signs of wear but staff strive to keep clean and maintained. Lots of dining choices nearby. We would stay again if in area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful for all of our questions. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Being a hotel in the business district it was a peaceful, quiet stay. Walking distance to the downtown area and other restaurants. Would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel when doing route 66. The location was perfect. Would highly recommend for comfort, location, value & friendliness of the staff ! Rooms were extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had cocktails at the bar which were delicious ! Would definitely return.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Albuquerque for a weekend while visiting family, and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near Central Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions within easy reach. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains that added something special to the stay. The pool area was adequate for a quick dip or some relaxation, and the on-site coffee shop was a convenient touch for morning refreshments. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Albuquerque. We would gladly stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms, floor, and everything were clean. AC/heat worked well. Breakfast was good. Shower head water pressure was kind of low but it did the job.

Easy walk to convention center. All Staff was amazing. Just the noise from the elevator (which there's nothing you can do about) and the yappy dogs til 3am as it is a pet friendly hotel and a gambling city are the only complaints. Oh and when volleyball tournaments are in town over the weekend please keep the restaurant open late. These tournaments sometimes go to 10:30 pm and we just want to eat shower and go to sleep until we're back on court at 7am. There is money to be made.

I stayed here with 40 others for about a month attending a program. The best part of my stay was the extremely helpful and friendly staff. My favorite though was Chris. The hotel is located a few miles from downtown Roswell and it is surrounded by many other hotels. The hotel does not offer any meals including breakfast but there was always free coffee. Plus there are tons of restaurants around the hotel; ihop, applebees, Burger King et al. My room had double bed with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator and cooking utensils. The rooms are dated but big. My room barely got vacuumed and cleaning was always in a hurry because things that needed to be replaced were sometimes not replaced. The hotel has a small gym, free laundry, and an outside swimming pool. It was indeed an experience✌️

The hotel was a good value, all I needed was a place to shower and change for the next day. I didn't realize when I booked it that they don't do breakfast but that's on me. Friendly staff, clean room and convenient to shops, dining and attractions.

Great hotel with a very friendly staff and alot of perks. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the complete collection of miniature NFL football helmets. The staff had organized them with each team that was playing each other for week as well as put the teams that were on the bye week by themselves. The lobby was clean and had a bar that served adult beverages. My room was clean, bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. I will stay here again my next time through Farmington. Thank you for making me feel at home!!!

Exciting stay and conveniently located in center of city location. Great walking path along outside of hotel with basic amenities: gym, pool, coffee shop, food inside. Room is spacious with several modern storage options. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Shampoo and soap is provided and hot water is not issue. This location has just renovated their rooms and while they are still working on the property, it is coming along very well. The new rooms are clean and spacious and everything in new. The desk staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was even comfortable.

While traveling on business, I found myself at the Courtyard Farmington in Farmington, NM. Before arriving, it had taken several hours to get there and I was a typical weary traveler. The warm welcoming lobby was quite a relief. Across from the front desk was a lounge/ bistro that offered beer, wine and cocktails in the evening. Always appreciate this in a hotel. Especially in fall and winter when you don't feel like roaming far for a drink at the end of the day. The first floor also has a variety of pluses for any traveler including meeting rooms, guest laundry and a pretty well stocked fitness center. The one drag was that there was some remodeling going on so there indoor pool was closed. I can't wait to see it the next time I'm back at the Courtyard Farmington. The room was clean and spacious. It looked as they were also part of the recent remodeling because the room looked fantastic. The rooms had very nice hardwood floors that, for some reason, I prefer to carpeted hotel rooms. The room was clean and ideal. Thank you Courtyard Farmington for the great place to stay. Not sure when I'll find myself back in Farmington, NM. But I know where I'll be staying, when I do.

We stayed in a room with one queen bed and the largest walk-in shower we have ever seen. It slopes to the center so if you're not using the shower chair you will need to watch your step.Breakfast is excellent and varies each day. Includes a delicious yogurt made locally (a bit on the sweet side). Coffee, decaf and tea are available 24/7. Fitness center is small but includes three excellent machines all all in working order: treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bicycle. Indoor pool and hot tub are very clean and in great repair. The pool will be too hot for some people but just right for others... probably at least 86 or 87 degrees. The building has two stories, no elevator, and you can park your car right in front of your room. There are no interior rooms. We were unsure about staying in Socorro but felt very safe here.

The inside of the hotel was well. Area for and clean. Linens looked new, bed and bath. The small fridge worked well and had small freezer. Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice coffee, tea set up. Soap, shampoo, and makeup remover. Suit case stands and the lighting was great. Heater a bit load but worked well. Breakfast was more than adequate. The eggs tasted like real eggs, hash browns and Canadian Bacon, waffle station,cereal, Quaker Oats, bagels, English muffins, other muffins. Lots of coffee fruit. I was actually amazed at how clean the tables and room were and everything you needed was there. Obviously, the person who put out breakfast did a great job. I will stay there again.

Friday, 20.Oct.23 Rm: 204. $175.00 with taxes for one night. The hotel is perpendicular to the main street in front and Interstate-25 in back. The lower-numbered rooms are farther from the freeway. Was quiet Friday night. King bed is soft. There're lamps on both sides with plugs for electronics. Round dining table with two chairs; rectangular table with office chair and nearby plugs for electronics. Relatively quiet combo air-conditioner/heater Sink is outside of komode and shower. Everything clean and working. Larger refridgerator did not, thank goodness, freeze our food as did one in another motel. Two mirrors, one full-length. Potless coffee-maker with cups & coffee. 4 stars for high price and shower...weak spray and head too high for 5'2" to adjust.

The rooms are very well laid out. They are quite comfortable. The room was super clean. The Socorro Best Western Hotel & Suites is nicely located near I-25, restaurants, retail stores, and gasoline. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. I had amazing scrambled eggs, green chili, ham, biscuit, and gravy. All of the hotel staff are very well trained and very personable. This is a great place to stay. I plan to stay there often. I visit family in the Village of Magdalena, New Mexico. New Mexico tech is located in Socorro. The VLA (Very Large Array) is close by. The Bosque Del Apache Wildlife Preserve is a wonderful experience to take in.

The Best Western Socorro far exceeded our expectations. The room and bed were comfortable, the staff was gracious and so friendly, the breakfast was filling and tasty, and, importantly, the hotel was quiet. We did get to use the spa and pool and those were added bonuses to our three-night stay. This provided a central location for visiting the local wildlife refuges and for making a trip south to visit White Sands NM.

This hotel (motel) has been recently renovated and looks great. It is super close to the airport, and reasonably priced at around $80. Other nearby hotels that are rundown and sketchy are $100-$120. The parking lot is well lit, the room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. On the negative side, during travel I communicated my delays and late check in time with the front desk via text after they contacted me, but I realized later it was AI, it was awkward, overly gratuitous, it misinformed me about the pool status, and on arrival the staff was unaware of my messages. I chose this hotel because of the pool/hot tub, but on arrival it said “closed for the season”, in June, very disappointing. Also, on close inspection, some of the room renovations are superficial and poor, the bathroom tile is painted over and is already peeling, switch plates and outlets were not changed and are old and dirty, the new flooring is uneven and loose in areas and has a cracked and loosened depression, the trim around the flooring is the old dirty motel carpeting and separated from the wall in several places, and the front door was painted but old and dented, heavy, and slammed closed loudly. Despite the negatives, overall, this motel is good quality, quiet, clean, and very reasonably priced for the area. I would likely stay at this one again, although I would call ahead and check on pool/hot tub status.

I enjoyed my stay there. Stayed one night for a concert at the isleta Amphitheatre. Room was very close and easy to get to from the venue. Dutch bros just down the street for coffee. The breakfast buffet was good too. The lady working the waffles was kinda mean. The room was clean for the most party except for some red sauce on the wall across from the bed closest to the bathroom??? Very strange, looked like some Taco Bell sauce. The bed was very comfy I loved the pillow. I need to call and see what brand/kind it is. I slept so good there. The bathroom fan was so loud! I was there was an option to just have the light on without the fan but there wasn’t. I just used my phone flashlight lol.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast hit the spot. Room was nice bed comfy, and very clean, AC filter was clean. Just a minor issue tub needs to be replaced looked like they painted it and it is pealing. Also drain needs is slow. I would stay there again.

The property is convenient for the airport And the VA hospital. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is professional and nice, and breakfast was great.

I enjoyed my stay exactly what I needed, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I do this road trip occasionally and it’s nice to have a clean bed and hot shower!

It was quiet, convenient to what I was there for, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific both mornings. The check in and check out staff were friendly and very efficient. The sun rises at the back of the motel and I took my coffee back there to watch the sunrise. But, there was no bench or anything to sit on to watch it so I just had to stand the whole time.

Your hotel was very nice clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. All amenities were excellent except for hotel exercise room. The exercise equipment (treadmill, elliptical machines) were broken did not work. I notified front desk staff.

Check in was a breeze, friendly staff everywhere we went, breakfast was good, and hot. Room could use an update, but was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were conformable, great night sleep. Will be staying here again.

The Red Roof in has been remodeling and upgrading their rooms consistently for a while. I stayed in a newly done room a couple doors from the office this past weekend and had a really comfortable bed in a very clean and well done room with nice flooring, bathroom, fridge and lot's of space. I have dealt with one of the owners in the past and he and his family really seem to care about their hotel and are in the process of upgrading all of the rooms. Prices are extremely reasonable and I will stay there again. Obviously this is not the Ritz, but if you are looking for a nice clean room and a comfy bed to recharge your batteries for the night, I highly recommend giving the hotel a look and check out their nice rooms! I left early in the morning and returned late afternoon, so I am not sure if they are serving breakfast, due to covid. There is a nice restaurant a few doors away for breakfast or some fast food chains just a few blocks the other way. Microwave and Fridges in rooms are convenient as well. I suspect the reviews here are based on stays prior to the remodeling.

Spacious location. Also the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was bit outdated. Car could be parked in front of the room. Location is under recontruction, but we didn't notice any of it. Pool was not available. Less then 10% of the rooms were occupied. We didn't mind. It was quiet. So of you are searching for socializing wit other customers, come back after renovation. My wife and I felt very safe and comfortable. No noise from traffic. We had a very good night. And in the evening I even went for a walk in the neighborhood. Breakfast was basic ( as in mist hotels) but good enough. Staff was friendly and we would book a room in this hotel again.

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly, quiet location. Dog friendly, nice area for dog use. Spacious parking area and well lit up. I was in a hurry, I wish I would have had more time to visit area, nice location.

I have read some of the reviews and wonder if we stayed at the same place. We had a room with two beds. A little cozy; however, clean with an updated appearance. Love the fact they have laminated floors versus carpeting. Wish more hotels did this. As a healthcare provider, I cringe at the thought of carpet in rooms. The room was clean and obviously updated. Got ice from the laundry and ice room. Clean and updated also. We love the ability to drive up to our room, unload in less than 15-mins without a luggage cart. Not sure we will be back through the area again; however, would stay here again. Never had stayed at a Red Roof Inn. Need to reconsider that.

Traveling through the area, we spent one night at Red Roof Inn, Socorro - check-in was easy & pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked just fine, and it was quiet overnight. I would stay again if ever traveling through, I recommend the place.

I chose Pyramid North because I needed a hotel near the location of my in-laws. I knew from the website that the hotel was being refurbished. When we arrived, evidence of the construction was obvious, the reason for negative reviews I had seen. It was clear that the hotel needs updating. We did not mind, as other aspects mattered more. What really shined during our visit was the employees. They were consistently friendly and helpful, whether at the front desk, or at the bar, or in the restaurant. On our second night, some type of machinery outside our lower-floor room was whining nonstop. Early the next morning, I spoke with Kaylee at the front desk, who immediately offered to give us a different room. The room was large, a suite, larger than our original room. We slept very well on our final night. I was extremely impressed with her desire to make us comfortable. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, a tribute to the housekeeping staff. For any hotel chain, it's not the executives at headquarters who guarantee a good experience. It's the employees on the ground. I thank the Pyramid North employees for being true professionals.

I had a brief stay at the hotel for a meeting in town. The hotel is currently under construction. The hotel bar was clean, the drinks were delicious and Brandy was amazing. The bar menu was great and the food and drinks were delivered quickly..

Marriott has done it again! This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the friendly staff go above and beyond. The room was roomy but please note if u're tall, u have to close the bathroom door to be able to move around comfortably. Also, your bottles of water are in the fridge;) I stopped at the bar and had a mocktail, our group ordered martinis (they seemed to really like them Lol!) the wings were hot and delicious! The quesadilla was very average. Staff members I'd like to recognize: a young man in the restaurant, Dylan and Charlie the bartender, both provided WONDERFUL service. Recommendation: please let customers know where the gym is located, the M lounge etc especially for Titanium members upon arrival. It's evident the mgr. Trujillo runs a great crew!

Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to watch the program buffered.

Staff was welcoming and efficient. Clean. Quite. Perfect location for our hot air ballooning experience and weekend in ABQ. Plenty of parking.
