I have stayed here several times. They have a minimalist vibe while still providing comfort. The rooms are not large, but not so small as you may find, say, in New York. I get a room with two beds so I have plenty of space. The bathroom is of a good size and has a large shower. Rooms include a small fridge and large TV. Programming is pretty much basic cable, without movie channels or TCM. Beds are comfortable and have both firm and soft pillows, two of each. There is a desk and chair in the rooms that have two queen beds. There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room, but these are available in the lobby where there are a 24 hr. grind and brew coffee bar and an ice machine. Breakfast is the "continental" sort with things in packages. I have found the staff to always be helpful with any question or problem I have had. Quail Springs Mall is next door, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. This is a good value hotel. I recommend it highly.

Very clean. Helpful staff when we needed a luggage cart brought out, super comfortable beds, and very quiet. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect, nothing to write home about but still appreciated. So many hooks and nooks and crannies to hang and put things too! And lots of lights and outlets, didn't feel like I was staying in a cave, nor did I have to unplug anything to plug in my phone charger/sound machine/projector for baby. Also between the queen beds was the perfect size for a Pack n Play! Plenty of soap and shampoo provided, even body lotion. All Dove too, which is a very nice brand to offer. Also the 24hr coffee was amazing. Very impressed and pleased with our stay.

Never heard of the hotel till i came to Oklahoma the hotel was nice clean and around everything from shopping restaurants and the interstate this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in in a long time and I like how they had breakfast set up must hotel doesn't have breakfast just grab and go like bananas apples muffins stuff like that but this hotel had a good selection of grab and go from breakfast bars fruit and even had the microwave sausage and eggs biscuits and the staff was nice and friendly i will stay again

I was hesitant to book this Avid hotel for a one night stay because it was so cheap, but I am a firm believer in Tripadvisor reviews (from people that have reviewed more than one hotel) and I agree with the other positive reviews 100%. This place was amazing for the price! The rooms are a little small, but how much room do you need at a hotel? There was a gigantic TV with a lot of channels and options in the room. The room was clean and modern and I really appreciated the large bottles of lotion and shampoo instead of tiny little sample size bottles. There was even a mini-fridge in the room. The best part was the amazing array of choices at breakfast. Unlike other hotels right now that are handing you a sack with a couple of items, they had fruit, hot and cold cereal, muffins, bagels, Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, and more. I felt very safe here, there was hand sanitizer everywhere, including inside and outside the elevator. Again, it was a bargain price for a great motel. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in OKC.

The room was very clean, spacious, beds and pillows comfortable with great mattress. We had a one bedroom suite on the backside of hotel. Room was quiet, no thin walls or creaky floors here. We were on 3rd floor during exceptionally hot June for 7 nights, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Kitchen comes with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, and dishwasher. The employees were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a very convenient location to Bricktown and downtown, but not sure I’d want to walk that far. It’s not really in Bricktown, but it’s very close, less than a 5 minute drive. The water pressure was good, towels are fluffy, and they use Dove toiletries. The only complaint we have is that they don’t have their own pool, they share it with a couple of other extended stay hotels and it’s nearer to a different property. It’s not far, across the parking lot, but not convenient when you’ve got bad knees. We would definitely stay here again because of the clean, comfortable, quiet room, but not for the pool!

We were greeted when we first came into the hotel by Tony, who was friendly, helpful, and even tried to find me some hot chocolate because I don't like to drink coffee. Now, that's customer service! The next day, before we checked out, my husband came down to get some coffee. Eric was there at the desk and Dick began to talk with him. He was so pleasant and outgoing. My husband usually goes to his coffee group first thing in the morning back home in Pryor to begin his day with conversation. But he didn't even miss them that morning because Eric was so delightful to talk with. And of course, the room was great, the bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed the large screen tv and all the amenities. But the greatest asset your hotel has is your employees. Hands down.

Location! Very close to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shout-outs to Martha, Ana, and especially Tony- he was a ray of sunshine! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pet friendly as well, with a nominal per-night fee.

This place was above what I expected especially for the price. This place is dog friendly with a reasonable $25 flat fee. All rooms are suites with a kitchenette. It was very clean, smelled good and the bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen has small stove, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher with freshly cleaned dishes. There is also a small shop in lobby with snacks and personal care items. I recommend this place if you’re passing through Oaklahoma City.

Loved the shuttle! Bricktown was nearby and it was great to get a ride and not need to be concerned about parking! Very clean! Staff was friendly and so helpful! No breakfast (coffee/tea in the rooms and lobby)but kitchen facilities as well as a small reasonably priced market in lobby. Would stay again if in the area!

He made our reservation and assured us that when we arrived our room was reserved and there would no issues. He was right. The night front desk pleasantly welcomed us. The entrance to the hotel was very clean and the parking lot of free of trash and well lighted. We felt safe. The lobby was bright and tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Our room was was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and well stocked with towels and complimentary items including a good hairdryer. We rested were very pleased and rested well. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The variety of food and beverages provided something for breakfast eaters taste and desire. The attendants made sure the buffet was well stocked and neat. The morning desk staff was friendly and helpful in providing some local attraction information to us. Thank you Holiday Inn for a trouble free stay. We will return for a future stay. The best aspect of my stay was the staff, especially the fellow, Chris, who greeted me when I arrived late after driving from the airport in thick fog and Megan, who bid me farewell when I left and gave me directions. I observed Megan who was very kind as she attended to an elderly gentleman at breakfast who was having trouble with his hearing appartus. Chris and Megan were warm, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The housekeeping staff were great, too! Also, the bed was so comfortable. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet so I was able to rest when I really needed it. Breakfast was delicious and I liked the variety of what was offered. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you so very much.

This hotel is easily located off of IH35. It is clean and decorated with an updated, modern vibe. Check-in was pleasant and staff was welcoming. The room was spick and span with no stains on any furniture. No weird smells in the room. No mildew in the shower. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice. The bed was extra comfortable. The room was spacious with high ceilings and it did not even sound like anyone else was in the hotel. We slept very well. Breakfast was stocked and had attentive staff. We added this hotel to our list of "would stay here again".

This motel was the best one we have stayed at in a VERY long time! The guy checking us in was super friendly & helpful! The room was clean and very spacious! We were presently surprised when we opened the door! Pool area was clean and looked nice (we didn’t use this area) and breakfast was tasty! Lots of variety and coffee was best I’ve had in 12 days! All around this was a very nice stay!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The toilet had some issue where it flushed very loudly… I’m sure neighbors loved being woken up with that in the middle of the night. We didn’t get in to the hotel until 1am, do we didn’t get to breakfast until 9am. It wasn't busy, but the breakfast was pretty much gone. 2 pieces of sausage left, the gravy was curdled and like warm, I don’t know if oatmeal/omelets has even been made or were just gone. I pick hotels based on their breakfast options because half my family has to have gluten free and can’t do those pastry breakfast options. This definitely did not meet expectations. We usually booked only Hilton hotels, we might have to just stick with them if IHG hotels are inconsistent with their breakfast options.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at La Quinta Inn. Let’s start with the good—customer service was excellent! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. My room was also very clean, and I appreciated the fresh towels and clean bed linens. The bed itself was comfortable, which made for a good night's rest. That said, the interior of the hotel is definitely showing its age. The furniture could use an upgrade, and the elevator is small, outdated, and there's only one—which can be a bit of a wait during busy times. While the pillows were clean, they were quite small for a king-size bed and could definitely be upgraded to match. The bathroom had some nice updates, but the tub still showed signs of hard water build-up around the drain. Also, the walls seem a bit thin—I could hear everything happening in the hallway. I didn’t make it down in time for breakfast, but from what I saw on other guests’ plates, there was a mix of both hot and cold options available. All in all, it was a decent stay thanks to the great service and cleanliness. A few updates would really take this place to the next level.

I needed a hotel close to Wylie Post. After reading hotel reviews, I chose this LaQuinta. I was very pleased with my choice. The room was comfortably appointed, the bed was really good, everything was very clean, and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast had the options I was hoping for and the breakfast attendant made sure guests were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable room.

This La Quinta Inn and Suites is beautiful! The King room is spacious wirh a large window. The bed is completely comfortable. The bathroom is large with a walkin shower. Fresh clean sheets and towels! A 50" flat screen TV. A larger refrigerator and clean microwave.

This Location is always clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. House keeping is top knotch. Room was very clean and bed was amazing. We have stayed at his location muliple times in last several years. The outdoor landscaping has been kept fresh and new.

Love the accessible bathtub with plenty of grab bars for my elderly mother. Generous delicious breakfast. Convenient, safe parking.

This hotel and staff were amazing. This was definitely the best and quickest service that I have gotten from a hotel. Check in: quick, easy, everything was ready when I approached the desk. I asked the worker checking in if I could get 2 extra pillows. By the time I went to the car to get my bags and returned to the lobby (maybe 5 minutes) I was informed the my extra pillows were waiting on my bed. Going to the room: the elevator was quick. There were no jerks when starting and stopping. The hall way smelled so good, clean, and quiet. The room: The queen suite that I had was so spacious, clean, and smelled great. I have a habit of wiping everything down when I enter a hotel room. After wiping everything the wipes were still white! The bed: I slept so peacefully on the bed. It was perfectly soft and firm. The blanket felt like a weighted blanket. It was nice and cozy. Breakfast: was the best that I have had from a hotel wit real bacon, eggs, sausage, and plenty more. I was able to make a delicious coffee with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle….so delicious. I will be staying at this hotel again.

Booked a king room, 1 night stay for myself and my spouse. We were surprised how well it was maintained inside and out as the vicinity is it in is a bit sketchy. The room, hallways, and main lobby/dining areas were clean and peaceful. The toiletries provided were of moderate quality which is more than you can expect from a hotel. The pool area, we noticed, was clean and looked well taken care of. But we didn't utilize this amenity during our say. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of options cold and hot foods. The staff constantly checked and restocked food during operating hours. Hours are clearly posted at the kitchen door. Afterhours, the hotel has a small convenience market shelf with drinks, OTC meds, laundry items and toiletries which you can pay for at the 24 hour service desk or charge to your room. my only complaint about this place was the pillows, they were too soft regardless of which pillow we used. They did not support well enough. We try to bring a pillow with us for this as it is a common theme with most hotels but we were moving my daughter and had no space for packing personal items like this. Nearby, there are restaurants both family friendly and adult eateries, a Wal-Mart, gas stations, and an urgent care. Needless to say, we felt very secure.

This place was fabulous! I have never had a better hotel stay, even at the fancier hotels I’ve been to. My first impression was I went in with our luggage and my mom was parking the car and the manager (I didn’t get her name but it might have been Kerry the manager) came out of the office and I have the loveliest conversation with her! She was a very lovely and pleasant person, very surprising as some of the reviews were about horrible customer service. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, normal hotel room but felt exquisite as I’ve been at two hotels in the same town and this was by far the best. Very clean, didn’t have soap in the bathroom but not really a problem. The breakfast was amazing! I’ve never been excited to eat a hotel breakfast and normally skip it but this one was fabulous! I actually ate breakfast for the first time in years and it was wonderful! The ladies did such a good job making it amazing, but putting out whipped cream, fruit, and chocolate along with syrup for the pancakes. The oatmeal had brown sugar, nuts and syrup. They even had a premade hot omelet if you wanted. So good! I will absolutely be coming back here if I’m back in OKC!

We visited for our son's OU graduation and the suite was perfect for three adults. Service was excellent: the check-in guy provided extra sheets when asked. So friendly! The room was very clean and the bathroom very modern and well-stocked with towels. Room service was excellent -- such friendly nice ladies (please be sure to leave a tip when you travel -- these ladies work so hard!) Breakfast was really good and included in the price -- hot cheese omlettes were yummy and the service again was excellent. And they didn't rush us out right at their closing. The room price was excellent. And the room was SO QUIET!! I was so grateful to be able to get a really good night's sleep after an exhausting drive and day. Now, folks, it is a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury stuff. But for excellent value, cleanliness and friendliness, this one can't be beat. Awesome heated pool, hottub, and clean room facing away from interstate, (Westside side, even numbers.) Pool hours 7am to 11pm, gave us time to swim late and early with not a lot of kids. Check out not too early, 11am. Hot breakfast was good also. Recommend.

My husband and I stayed in the king suite we liked the jacuzzi in the room. We did take in consideration the building was under remodel. But the staff was friendly and let yes check in early.

We had a wonderful stay! The jacuzzi suite is must!

This hotel is fantastic! The staff were fantastic, the room was fantastic, the breakfast was fantastic and the view is fantastic!! The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful at check in, we dealt with Micheal, he explained where breakfast would be and the situation with parking. Parking is next door to the hotel in the parking lot with lift access direct back into the hotel, super convenient. We were on the sixth floor and had a Ballpark view room and wow! What a bonus! If available I wholly recommend it. Our room was clean, in excellent condition, with a comfy bed and super quiet. Breakfast is served next to the lobby and is great, super selection and as much as you like. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻

We stayed at this hotel for a birthday weekend to see an exhibit at the art museum. The hotel was fine. I liked the free breakfast and I liked it even more the second day when the manager introduced herself and ask me how my stay was going. Nice touch and the first time I remember meeting the manager at a hotel. The hotel is in a great location, something for everyone. Close to fun restaurants, museums, stores, the river walk, the sportsball stadium. The hotel was clean and quiet with comfy beds. It is a really good value. Oklahoma City overall was nice, easy to drive in, friendly people.

The pool was perfect. The water was not too chlorine smelly pull did not have a heavy odor of chlorine and it was very clean area. A worker came in about 30 minutes before it was closing he's very friendly and check something. it was great. I got my reservation booking all mixed up somehow this time and Karina at the front desk took care of me wonderfully on the phone she was very friendly very patient. And that was before we got there she made sure when we got there everything would be set up and ready for us. And breakfast was great. All of the desk staff was very friendly the whole 3 days over all Karina was extra helpful truly appreciate it

Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. Throughout my stay, Derrion remained courteous, attentive, and efficient. Each time I requested my car, he brought it quickly and ensured everything was in perfect condition. Favorite hotel we have stayed in! Friendly valet and delicious breakfast. We chose to stay here because we have five young kids that need to stay busy. We went to dinner at The Wedge (walking distance!) and came back to swim and workout. Kids passed out after that. Woke up to a delicious complimentary breakfast and didn’t have to check out until 12! Valet (Jeremiah and Kenny) were friendly and eager to help us load and unload.

Great location. Restaurants, bars and other activities walkable. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Disliked not having microwave in the room. There was one by the elevator for everyone to use. Which is weird. Breakfast wasn't included with our stay. This type of breakfast is always included when I book a room elsewhere. Would stay again.

The management and staff are thoughtful, knowledgable, kind, and make the extra effort to assure hotel visitors are very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Although I didn't use the pool or work-out room this trip they are well equipped and clean and the hotel provides thick cotton towels! The neighborhood is walkable to museums, sports and conference center with lots of restaurants, and it's a short drive to a lot of great sites and restaurants.

Room was very spacious and beds were super comfortable. The sofa bed was an extra that we actually loved. Every employee we meet was very friendly and the price was very reasonable considering the location. The breakfast and outside dining area were amazing and we loved the accessibility to all the restaurants, shops and attractions around.

2nd time staying here because it's THAT good. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super clean hotel, smells amazing, squeaky clean rooms that are super spacious. I have stayed in both a king suite and 2 double bed suite and both were really nice. I'm an IHG member, so I got free late checkout and wifi. Free laundry facilities and free delicious breakfast buffet. I was impressed with how expansive the breakfast was--omelettes, sausage, waffles... Feels like a luxury studio apartment. Price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I did have to pay for parking, but knowing the parking is monitored is worth it. Ended up staying 2 nights on our last visit as we were exhausted driving cross country and it was SO comfortable and relaxing, that it called for a layover. Parking lot is really safe anytime of day, the area is nice. I initially stayed here solo and felt at ease. My last stay I was checked in by Zoee who is so sweet and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and was extremely welcoming. I love the staff here, they are very friendly. If you are staying in, or passing through OKC, stay here!!!

Upon entry, the hotel smelled amazing! It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Front desk was friendly, courteous, and efficient. We got there a little early and he was able to accommodate us. Our room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for all of us. The room, bedding, and towels were fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Loved that the TV is on a swivel! Breakfast was probably one of the better breakfasts at a hotel that we've had. The buffet area was clean, well maintained, and had an abundance of food choices. We loved that check out was 12:00. Easy to find and the parking lot was well lit at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel had a great room. Kitchenette was perfect. Had everything you needed to cook or reheat. Shower was good. Had a safe in the closet. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was big and comfortable. The free breakfast included many things each day. The gym was adequate and there is a free laundry area. You just need soap. The pool wasn’t opened. Too cold. There is a bit of a walk to brick town so we drove and parked in the free lot near the movie theater. There is one thing that woke me up at night which was the train blowing its whistle all night. So ask to be in a quiet room. The employees were happy and friendly. The breakfast crew and house keepers were the best. Hotel is clean and new. There is even a laundry basket in the closet!

Very nice hotel. Our spotlessly clean suite was very large with an efficiency kitchen area. Great location right off the highway. We noticed some noise of racing cars, and loud music which eventually ended and allowed for a quiet night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The shower/bath was supplied with Dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was very good. Waffle irons to make your own. Hot selections were fresh and tasty. The pantry staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was nice, clean, and safe. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with many different iotions as well as the staff who attended the breakfast bar.

Our only complaints was someone kept going outside through the stair way door and it was very loud. Also weekday mornings the freeway will wake you up if if you are a light sleeper. Not the hotels fault at all but if you can ask for something not on the first floor and not facing the highway. Breakfast was free and had lots of great options. Good price and we be back if we stay in the area , we'll just ask for a room on a higher floor.

I usually stay at Marriott properties. I was surprisingly satisfied with all aspects of this stay. I received several text communications throughout the entire process (check in, during the stay, and after) and was able to respond via text with questions and comments. The hotel was clean, inside and out. Good shower pressure, pleasant breakfast. The the registration desk staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. And lastly, you couldn't beat the price/value!

We arrived very late ( or very early in the morning) and check in was a breeze! Very speedy, and got us up to our clean, comfy room quickly. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was strong. Front desk staff was always friendly and willing to assist. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

This property delivered excellent customer service, exceptionally clean facilities, a quiet, comfortable room, a variety of on-site amenities and was the perfect place to stay for access to local attractions! Brickworks is THE place to spend some time in OKC. It offers a multitude of entertainment, shopping and dining venues within a five minute walk from this hotel. Major attractions like the OKC Bombing Memorial Museum and botanical gardens are less than a ten minute drive away. The zoo? Fifteen minutes away. There is a FREE continental breakfast, or you can pay $18 for a breakfast buffet in the bar area. There is an indoor pool, exercise area, lounge with bar, and plenty of spaces with comfortable tables and chairs for socializing. Parking is either valet ($37/night) or a garage half a block down for $24/day. We used the garage, and this is a pay with card system tied to the license plate for easy in and out access. Room was fantastic! Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and great A/C. Highly recommend!

I will now be visiting this city on a fairly consistent basis and this hotel exceeded expectations. My room was sparkling clean…I bring my own Clorox wipes and Lysol and although I still wiped everything down my wipes were pretty much clean…you can’t dust enough ..that’s not their fault but it was not thick dust it was simply regular residue. The staff was wonderful, check in/out was simple and quick! The restaurant on property had a wonderful cook to order breakfast that was excellent and very affordable. The servers and restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel at home. The amenities in the room were the chefs kiss!! I had a fridge, microwave and keurig I didn’t have to share. My sister hotel had a microwave per floor and she paid more..lol. The shower and water pressure were perfect and the gym and pool were clean and accessible . Everything is so close to this location and Uber-ing was practical and affordable. Lots of dining options within walking distance. I will be a regular at this property when I visit this city.

Convenient location, the bar tender was really friendly ... even helped us with our luggage cart when he was coming on shift ( we didn't know he was the bartender or worked there at the time). Checking in was friendly and made us feel Welcome. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable , and it was quiet.

What a gem! We booked the hotel pretty last minute because of the Championship Parade--I didn't expect to have as great a time as we did! Our kids LOVED the pool, and it was a such a delightful surprise to find yummy snacks and drinks in our room. The water pressure was great, the towels were fluffy and clean. We asked for extra blankets and got them within minutes! The lobby was decorated for the Thunder win, something totally not required but a big blessing to families and fans traveling in. They had fun Thunder apparel and merch available for purchase, as well. We ordered a few drinks from the main bar, and the area was so clean and comfortable! The bartender was friendly, as was the front desk staff. We had a 10/10 time, and would absolutely stay here again!

I would give this place 5 and a half stars if I could. We travel extensively and I would say from a cleanliness, friendliness, fabulous complimentary breakfast choices (omelette, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, protein bowls, yogurt, cereal, waffle bar, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, list goes on and on) room was comfy, large, and has a mini kitchenette. All of that for under $100? Come on. Great with our Goldendoodle and complimentary water and dog bones. Parking lot felt safe and well lit; some restaurants close if you need them. Pool and work out space excellent. Highly recommend!!!!!

New facility with streamlined, modern furnishings and bathroom. The room was spacious and had a good-sized kitchenette with a dishwasher. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast is served from 6 -10 a.m. and includes hot selections in addition to the usual choices.

I loved that there was a sofa bed in our room and extra blankets. I also appreciated the mini kitchen in our room as we brought our own food. It was easy to prepare dinner for my family with the fridge and microwave. The dishwasher was a great bonus! The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash rags. There was lots of great options for breakfast. My kids loved breakfast and they are very picky eaters! I also appreciated the coffee bar, especially the decaf coffee since I cannot have caffeinated! Check out was so easy!!!

I stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Yukon, Ok. On Saturday night. I've stayed at Home 2 on numerous occasions. This location maybe 5 or 6 times over the past few years. I have family in the area and this is my go-to hotel in Yukon. Home 2 Suites is set up for multiple days stays as there is basically everything you need for an extended stay. Dishes, Full refrigerator, etc. I've never had issues with the hotel and this was pretty much the case. The property is well maintained. Clean and the staff is efficient. The only problem I had on this visit was the bed. It was way too soft. I sunk way down the minute I sat down. Not sure what the issue was or is. The beds were always perfect before. Some of the most comfortable beds in any hotel chain. They have a pretty good looking breakfast set up. I don't eat breakfast but it looked pretty good.

Visiting family who just moved to OKC. Perfect hotel for five day stay. Had everything I needed while here. Shopping and restuarants are close by. Ample parking. Pros: Friendly check-in/out, all day good coffee (young girl at front desk made fresh for us mid-afternoon), breakfast in lobby until 0930, indoor pool open until 1030 pm, quiet hotel, linens were clean and everyone pretty friendly. Cons: trucks parked overnight in back parking lot engine noise -not terribly loud but audible.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. I appreciated that the staff were always willing to assist and answer questions patiently. Very comfortable and clean rooms. All positive.

Looks like they renovated this recently. I spoke to another person staying here had he said it had been going downhill. We booked last minute and had stayed in other hotels 6 days prior. Definitely would stay again. The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was meh, but i don't eat breakfast. That was my elderly parents review. They are also hard to please. They liked the food at the restaurant within walking distance but i didn't. So, we couldn't agree on anything. They have a pool inside and a mini golf area outside which I thought was super cool. Just different from other hotel's. It wasn't fancy, but it was fun to watch the little ones play as i sat outside to enjoy the heat.

Sonia, the front desk clerk, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional at check-in. The facilities were very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of accessible parking and the are seemed to be safe. Breakfast selection was decent. I did not use the swimming pool, but it and the area looked very clean.

Meghana, the front desk host was so friendly and helpful . When we go to OKC 2 or 3 times a year, we always stay at this Best Western, even if it is a bit out of the way. It is clean, quiet, reasonably prices has a friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and easy access to restaurants, doctors' offices, etc. It is the BEST!

The following things that i look for in a hotel stay: Hot Water - The water was warm but definitely not hot. Could have the hot water on full blast and no fear of being burned. Good AC - The AC worked great!! No AC had been on for a while when we entered the room so it was super stuffy but in no time we were having to turn the AC off. Safe Location - The property is right off the highway and right across the highway from lots of food and shopping Good bed/pillows - Nice firm bed with plenty of pillows. Cleanliness - This is a very clean and nice property. I was not able to find one thing that was not without being super picky. Price - Really for me the price was great. Breakfast - Was your standard free breakfast. Everything was fresh and good. Super pleased with this property. It meets all of my criteria for what I judge a property on. The room has lots of space and a super nice walk in shower. Definitely will be a return the next time I am in town.

I loved this place! From Check-In to Check-Out Everything was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and professional starting with Front Desk, Restaurant, Bar, Starbucks. The Wyndham Grand has great amenities. It has a Bar. It has its own Starbucks and also has a Spa. It has vending areas with hot and cold snacks and necessities. It has a great restaurant with Great Food and Amazing Service. I had breakfast there every day. Mr. KeyJaun was especially awesome and helpful with advice/info about OK City. Laundry Room on 4th floor does not need $- only Key Card. The OK City Streetcar stop is just a block away. Wyndham has Valet Parking. However, there is a Parking building right next door for $10 a night. Bricktown area is just a few blocks away… walking distance if mobility is not an issue. I will be back.

We really enjoyed the hotel and everything was easy to access, the pool and hot tub were fun and clean, and we checked in very quickly with very professional and friendly staff. The bartender at the bar was very nice and even when we asked for a late check out we were helped right away. I would say that if you could do anything better is to let your guests know ahead time about the breakfast in the morning. We assumed it was free but upon reading the reservation further we noticed it say breakfast for a fee but it wasn’t that big of a deal because IHOP was just a 10 minute walk away. Overall it was very clean and it was an excellent experience.

Everything was beautiful, from the moment I entered to my room, and the bed was SOOO comfortable. The surrounding area was clean and welcoming. But the standout of this hotel is really the staff. They were friendly, professional, welcoming and overall fantastic from the valet service, to check in, to the bar and restaurant staff. I can't find a single complaint, but I can find a lot to praise!

My husband and I loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Food and service was excellent. Breakfast was also great. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The valet parking was very convenient and had our car there very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a good 5-day stay for us. The place was clean and accessible. The breakfast-serving staff were very friendly. The reason our rating isn't even higher is because two of the hotel desk staff (both African Americans) seemed disinterested and were not helpful. (e.g. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, the answer was McDonald's! We discovered soon afterward that there are several good OKC restaurants that could have been mentioned.) Their demeanor was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff. We thought you should know.

Me and my children had a one night stay and everything was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was up to date. The complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of foods, like bacon eggs, potatoes, cereal, sausage, muffins, coffee, juice and soda. They also had an indoor pool. It was busy but it was spring break. The only thing I can complain about was the $20 parking fee. Other than that the stay was great. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Great experience! We were in Oklahoma City for the first time to visit family. We had searched for a hotel that would be convenient to the airport. When we saw Avid, we were immediately interested in its modern decor and European flair, but had never heard of Avid. We are happy that we took a chance! This hotel had an excellent staff; it was super clean and fresh, offered very comfortable bed and bedding; and we loved the modern shower. We will definitely look for Avid the next time we travel!

My husband was taking a class 3 weekends in a row and we were pleased with the hotel during all 3 stays. Friendly staff, clean facilities, full size fridge and nicely stocked kitchen with microwave. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Lots of dining options close by. They welcomed my service dog and accept pets as well. Housekeeping made it easy to get clean towels since the dog was in the room and it couldn’t be serviced. For what we needed the room for, it was perfect. There are several hotels in this area but this is the one you wanna pick!

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The stay was pretty much perfect. I will be staying at Home 2 Homes from now on when i travel. The room was extremely clean. Lots of room.

I had a great stay at the Aloft. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a shopping center, and a mall, all within walking distance. The pool area was clean and inviting, and I especially enjoyed the fire pit by the pool—it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to help us or anyone that asked questions. The gym was not very clean it needed a vacuuming and a wipe down. There were no disinfectant wipes so when we were done we couldn’t even wipe anything off. Pros: The lady that worked at the bar was nice and always greeted us she was way more friendly than the other two. The gym was nice and the equipment was in working order and there were many options. The room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap from Dry Bar so that was nice.

Amazing stay!!! The pool was closed due to storms the night before, but when staff found out my 10 year old son wanted to swim they went above and beyond to get the pool open!!! The bar staff was super friendly and attentive. And the options of things to do in the lobby area was impressive! Our room was super clean and well stocked.

Two ladies - quick overnight stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff, great beds, sweet shower. Enjoyed our quick stay.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff at the front desk was very friendly, very helpful,any and everything I needed was perfectly and quickly delivered to my room. If you get a chance to meet Max and Ron who work 3rd shift you will find it hard to break away. I think Max's job is to make sure you are happy. That's it. And Ron who has been there over 17!years has stories about the hotel and celebrities he has met. One of my favorites is The stories of Jerry Lewis. And the photo in the lobby. Ron and Max are both very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. We were there on vacation, but I would have been content just talking to them the 2 days we were there. Thank you so much guys for your patience and for the educational,yet entertaining time you allowed me to hang out in your lobby and making me feel like my time was your priority. Oh , and I have to mention the restaurant/ lounge. Whoever the nice man was in charge of our breakfast. You made sure it was to perfection and served in a timely manner. I felt like a celebrity myself by the time breakfast was over Even the valet guys acted as though we were their #1 priority. And didn't just do because it was their job. It seems as though doing your best with an authentic smile is the criteria you must pisses to work at The Skirvin Hotel. We are just ordinary people, nothing special. However during our stay we were made to feel like VIPs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.❤️

The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed having a cocktail and listening to the most excellent piano player in the bar. The hotel was beautiful. The bellhop Brandon was very nice and helpful.

The restoration is amazing! I seek out historical hotels and this one definitely made me happy. Great price, too. The lobby and room was much better than I had expected. The room was large and very well appointed in period furniture. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to my midnight arrival. The sandwich I bought at the front desk was remarkably fresh and delicious. checked in a midnight, out at 8am. Really sorry I couldn't stay longer and explore everything this hotel has to offer.

The Skirvin is beautiful and full of history. The staff was outstanding, and the room was spotless.The views of downtown OKC sealed the deal. The red piano bar was nice as well.The bartenders made great cocktails, and the live music was entertaining. We had a wonderful stay.

First the people at the front desk are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. I asked several questions about some of the local attractions and restaurants and they were very helpful. We spent 7 nights at this location, and it was the perfect location to all of the attractions on my list to do. We were about 20 minutes to Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum, Botanical Gardens, National Cowboy Museum, First Americans Museum, Brick Town, items on the Route 66 list we wanted to see and many , many restaurants, and theatres also. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet without noise of interstate traffic and away from big city. Didn't cost as much as staying in big city of downtown OK.

Plenty of room for the five of us. Lobby was clean and well-lit. Check-in was smooth and desk clerk was very friendly and engaging. Room was clean and cooled down quickly. We had plenty of towels and space to spread out. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the bacon was nice and crispy!! Pool was clean and not overly-chlorinated. For women/families who are traveling, the hotel and the immediate area around the hotel seemed well-lit and safe, but if you venture out very far, it does get a little rough. Lots of restaurants and fast food options within walking distance, but driving may be the safer option.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was easy to find with gps. The hotel has a nice looking exterior, with a large parking lot. This property appears to be fairly new. We were greeted right away, and in our 5th floor room in no time at all. The interior of the hotel looks great. Very clean. Our room looked good, and smelled good. Very spacious. Everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. We heard very little noise from outside the hotel, and we did not hear any hallway, or adjacent room noises. The air conditioner worked great. Room darkening shade worked great. Breakfast was fantastic, with very nice options. The breakfast attendant lady was very nice. And she did a great job with the breakfast area. We had a wonderful visit, and at a fair price. We would certainly visit again.

Got in late after a long day's drive, Bobby checked us in and was professional and responsive and helped us out very graciously with a lot of minor details! The facility is clean and modern, room was spacious and clean, all we could ask for in a good night's rest. As others have mentioned, breakfast is a great bonus!

This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in! The entire hotel was spotless. We had a suite with a king sized bed. Super comfortable. Room was close to the elevator but didn’t hear a thing. The breakfast bar was excellent and offered tons of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a nice check in experience, the front desk clerk was friendly. The room looked nice and was clean. However, not all was good. The pillows and pillow cases seemed old and a bit worn. The main problems were in the bathroom and they were safety related. The toilet seat was so loose that it could be wiggled side to side several inches. My wife almost fell off the toilet when she sat down. I centered the seat and tightened it myself. Housekeeping had to have ignored this for a while before it got this bad. The safety bar in the shower pulled off of the top connector when I tried to steady myself while washing my feet. The set screw was not tightened at all. The design and materials of the safety bar were sub-standard. Luckily my wife and I did not have any accidents but it could have gone very badly. Also in the shower, one of the mounting brackets for a soap dispenser came off and fell on the floor. What appeared to be a good hotel experience ended up leaving us quite unsettled. Room 412 needs a visit from the maintenance man.

Very affordable and very clean. My wife won’t stay at places that are not spotless when we walk in. This place was the first time in our 10 marriage that we didn’t have to change rooms the second we opened the door. Great location and breakfast was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend if stopping in okc

In May, I had a week long class in Midwest City, Oklahoma. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It's very nice. The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was great and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They knew all the best places to eat. The Inn has a nice pool and Jacuzzi, and a gym. The breakfast every morning was great with a good variety of choices. I've stayed at several different Holiday Inns, and this one is in the top 2! If you stay here you will be pleased.

We stayed for just one night while our grand daughter was in a dance competition - Our room was clean and comfy. Lots of pillows on the beds. Lil single cup coffee pot - microwave and nice size fridge. We love staying at IHGs - always friendly employees. Location is great - lots of choices for close by restaurants or just drive a few minutes down I40 for a bunch of choices. Home Depot across the street - Rose College around the corner. Lots of items on the free breakfast - juices, milk, coffee - yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, lil omelets, bagels, toast, waffles, cereals, pancake machine, Cinnabon rolls, biscuit n gravy - dont think you’ll be disappointed. Around 5pm there’s cookies set out - small exercise room - pool area (didn’t have time to see it) Little concessions area behind front desk.

My husband and I came for a mandatory church camp meeting. We stayed longer to see a couple of the Street Outlaws shops and Tip Slots Raceway. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The breakfast was exceptional! Better than some of the other Holiday Inns we've stayed at before. Also, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the OKC area in the future.

Everything was just perfect! We even needed to move to a more access friendly space for my husband, the person helping us offered a better accessible space, before I even asked. She was amazing! The room was very clean and customer friendly. The lit bathroom mirror and spacious counter was awesome!

Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing however front desk staff wasn’t to friendly but housekeeping and breakfast attendant was amazing. Great hotel

We are vegetarians so couldn’t always eat some of the breakfast sandwiches and she happily substituted for us. She was very helpful and friendly. Much appreciated!!! Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and got the room very cold as we like it. The loveseat, chair and carpet were a bit worn and had seen better days but did the job. Wifi worked well and the two TVs had many channels. All in all, a very comfortable stay and thankful to all of the courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and made checkin seamless. Our room was very clean, spacious and had a full kitchen. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a very large fruit selection that I don’t see at most hotels, and numerous other hot and delicious breakfast items. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and countless shops and restaurants.

Recently stayed a couple nights at the Staybridge Suites on W.Memorial Road and was happy with my experience. Room was reserved through booking.com, payment processed during booking, check-in was quick and I was up to my room. Location is near restaurants and Quail Springs Mall. There is a fair amount of free parking in front and outback behind the hotel. Outdoor pool was closed for season, expected gym and lounge with TV and breakfast serving area. Breakfast comes with room, was simple and standard - eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, yoghurt and waffle machine. Coffee and juices available as well. Room was spacious and generally comfortable. Bed comfy, sofa fine, expected amenities, work desk, wifi, A/C, cable, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, bathroom just good size and in working order. Room came with a kitchenette with basic cups, glasses, plates, spoons, forks & knives. There is a stovetop but no pots or pans for preparing food. There is a microwave. Overall, Staybridge is a pretty good roadside hotel option worth a look-see if needing a place along W. Memorial Road in OKC.

This hotel is amazing! It is clean and has Dove skin care products! It’s so fresh in here and near all of the fun in North OKC! The beds are comfy and the air works well!! The kitchen is spacious and clean as well. A comfy one night stay for my family of 6!

The hotel was overall better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. I used the gym and that was very nice too. My only complaint is that I wish they had more a La carte breakfast items. It would also be nice to see the food menus for the restaurant online in advance. Staff was friendly. My waiter who served me at breakfast was extremely friendly. I didn’t get a chance to catch his name but he was tall and has reddish/brunette hair. He offered excellent service and went above and beyond.

My husband and I came for a weekend of relaxation and fun in OKC, and the AC Hotel by Marriott helped make our weekend exceptional!! The check-in process was quick and easy, every part of the hotel was spotless and smelled so good, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The gym's accommodations made it so that we could have a workout that was just as good as our normal workouts. The breakfast bar was worth every penny - the food was amazing!! I would highly recommend the AC Hotel by Marriott to anyone traveling to OKC.

This beautiful hotel is in a great location and is a good value! The lobby is gorgeous and light-filled, and the breakfast area is large and generous.The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I don’t remember their names except for Mercy, who oversaw breakfast and was very nice and welcoming. The ample breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings from a frittata to artisanal bread. I liked the bathroom design.We’ll be back!

Newer Hotel and a great value. Located right off Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City, this hotel is very clean and comfortable. The decor is modern and fun. Sarah was very welcoming and friendly upon check in. Parking is free and is well lit. The bed is very comfortable- a huge plus in my book. The hotel is near many restaurants. Breakfast is complimentary and pretty good, with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt and pancakes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would ask for a South facing room due to freeway traffic noise. The Tru Brand is a favorite of mine because they are always newer properties. Comparable to Marriott's Moxy brand, Tru is much nicer IMO

A perfectly comfortable hotel for a lay over night. This was my first stay in the Hilton sub-brand Tru. Reception was excellent very helpful and pleasant. My room on the 4th floor was a good size, the decor I would best describe as hard edged IKEA, and lime green walls. There wasn't much soft about the room but the bed. But I was here to sleep so not that big an issue. I dropped a star because some marketing genius decided no tea or coffee in the room. No you got that in reception. Which I duly did and it was cold. Not machines, just thermos flasks. I think you might want to rethink that idea or at least get fresh dispensing machines in. Yes I know mostly bleating on about the coffee, after the bed , and the shower. What else do you need

The Tru is one of our preferred hotels to stay at. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always great, and there are plenty of choices for everyone.

Iì⁹So was the Hispanic morning staff. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast 😋. The room was clean, comfortable and noise friend. The night before we had stayed in a Texas hotel and in the morning our breakfast was a garonola bar and coffee. Nothing compared to Best Western. I highly recommend this OKC hotel!

Check-in was quick and quiet. Rooms were large and clean. Parking was good and breakfast was also good! Only reason I didn’t choose 5 stars was the lack of linens, there was only two bath towels per room which is fine, but the accommodations were for multiple adults (and a baby - always need an extra for messes lol) so we were short on towels. Didn’t dock them for this but one room didn’t have a shower curtain and the other the curtain was so cheap the floor became very wet and with no extra towels to clean up it was quite slippery.

At first when showing up, the parking lot is a little awkward but it is on a dead end street off Meridian and doesn't get much traffic which means its really quiet. Its a walking distance from many restaurants and a convenience store(Oncue Express). One Important takeaway; at night the parking lot is well lit and has cameras! In the lobby there is an area dedicated to their snack store. Once checked-in, an elevator that makes noise will take you up but nonetheless you will still get to your room. You make it to your room and its clean, has a full-size fridge, dishwasher , countertop stove with complimentary kitchen utensils and pots/pans, a dishwasher, a huge desk with drawers for your clothes, and a queen bed that's really comfortable to sleep on. I did notice a used plastic knife behind the nightstand but I can see how that could have been missed. It's a very clean facility with clean rooms. They also have a gym and an in-house laundromat. This is the place for you if you're looking for affordable, clean suites.

Very quiet clean and comfortable stay. This hotel is located on a popular strip near the airport. Lots of hotels and restaurants up and down Meridian. Chill's next door and a Mexican eatery. Full kitchen. Pots, plans and plates. Beds super comfortable with firm& soft pillows available.No pests or pet hair in room. Really great hot water for showering. This is a no frills extended stay place. No breakfast or body lotion toiletries. Older lady at checkin was very helpful but doesn't smile. Maybe she was having a bad day. She still gave good service. Plenty of parking out front. This hotel could actually be a little more expensive for everything you get. If you're looking for an fancy hotel, there's plenty of newer ones at $150 or more on the strip.

The single-queen room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette; stocked with the basic items for cooking in the room, as well as a full-size refrigerator. The property is not far off the interstate and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well as the river trail. The fitness was well-equipped and clean.

Due to a death in our family, we needed 3 rooms, in Midwest city area, add I'm glad we chose candlewood. The rooms are large, clean. Well appointed. Large work space. Full kitchen stocked with everything. It was quiet. I loved the canteen, it was like a mini grocery store. Even milk, which I loved. My pet peeve is checking in late, and wanting milk and cookies, and finding only pop. Skip lobby coffee, there is a great donut coffee shop in center in front of hotels. To the right. Great coffee. We will stay again when in okc.

Very quiet and very clean, exactly what we needed. Sometimes you just want a clean and quiet place to rest and this fit the bill. Its located on Meridian close to dozens of restaurants and several within walking distance. Nice little sundries area if you need a late night snack or forgot your toothpaste.

Our check in was smooth. The cookies were a bit over-baked but still a nice touch (except for no napkins!). We requested a room on the highest floor and away from elevators. We received a room on the 5th floor (highest) but right next to the elevator! Thankfully, it was pretty quiet so it was not an issue. The only noise was the typical doors slamming in the morning and the traffic on Meridian Ave. If you're sensitive to traffic noise, request a room facing west! Our room was spacious and comfortable. We did find a cricket in the bathroom in the morning! We're not sure how a cricket found its way to the 5th floor of a hotel, but at least he was quiet overnight! We used the digital check out option, but the lady working the front desk when we left was super nice and very helpful. We would give the hotel 4.5 stars, but since that's not an option, we chose 5 instead of 4! We would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with our quick check in and the super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean, hallways were clean as well. We were able to walk to eat and felt safe. Rooms had lots of places to charge up the electronics! I would definitely stay here again! I don’t have one thing that disappointed us.

Short overnight stay for early flight. Employees were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle drivers were exceptional. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable and I loved I had a separate living room space which made it even more comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. I also used the cardio equipment in their fitness area and was happy with the equipment. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

Each room has two doors, so it is like a motel where you park next to your room, but a hotel with a hallway directly to the heart of the hotel. Very convenient. Very dog friendly. A park is just behind the hotel next to a housing complex with a fenced dog run. Great Vietnamese food is a 10 minute walk away. Good breakfast.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in the lobby and found the container amenities available, laundry room, weight room and probably a pool. Our trip with Focus strictly on being with family during a very difficult time. I booked rooms while they're for my two adult children and their spouses. I was given the same rate that was available through TripAdvisor for those bookings. They put us all on the same floor. The rooms are very large with a great workstation desk, a full kitchen that was clean and well stocks, a nice size restroom. Beds were comfortable and clean. The staff I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Had my bill taking care of the night before we left. My favorite thing I do believe is that the container had milk! So many hotels that I visit have a nice variety of snacks and drinks but never milk. I love to have a glass of milk with a sweet before bed. This will definitely be my go-to place for trips to Oklahoma City another plus is the shopping center in front of it houses Ted's Mexican restaurant which is one of my favorites in the city, and we discovered a great coffee / donut shop to the right. Coffee was wonderful and they open at 5 a.m.

I stayed in an ADA room (accessible) for 2 nights at the Midwest City Candlewood. I highly recommend this property, especially for long term stays. Although I only stayed 2 nights, I loved the super clean room and the quietness of the area. Coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave in a small kitchenette. Dishes, flatware and pots/pans in room. No breakfast, but plenty of restaurants nearby. The motel is right behind my favorite restaurant- Ted’s Cafe Escondido. Best Tex Mex ever! Overall, the location was great. Easy on/off Interstate 40. You can’t go wrong by staying here!

Facility was great! Costumer service is very important to this establishment. They have a free movie and board game library to borrow from. Full size JW Watkins shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Oversized shower rod and excellent makeup lighting in the BR. Very spacious King suite and set up perfectly. Room was very clean and the whole place smelled clean. Free coffee and tea in the market plus had free fruit out for guests. Will definitely stay at a Candlewood again!

Big rooms, big bathrooms, very comfortable beds and I love that there was a kitchenette! Pool area is also good. Stairs are in a convenient location if you do not want to use the elevator. Hotel location seems very safe, was not worried about my car. Convenience to local restaurants or hopping on the highway was nice! Soaps provided were quality. Silverware provided in the kitchenette is great for when you order in! I highly recommend this hotel for the value, and the cons I list can mostly be looked over imo.

We have never had a bad experience, not with the staff (always super friendly, always smiling!) not with the room, (comfortable beds, separate area with sofa, mini fridge, microwave, even a mini kitchen sink!) our room has always been SUPER CLEAN, important when traveling with little ones who seem to be able to find every missed crumb or dropped chip!! Breakfast is always fresh, hot. This property is near several restaurants, Starbucks, a Walmart as well as the OKC Outlet Mall with even MORE RESTARAUNTS!!!! The hotel has a nice indoor pool (NEVER trust Oklahoma weather!!) as well as a nice gym. As the title says, this is our "go to" place to stay when visiting OKC!

This hotel was beautiful, clean and the room was perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices, not just coffee and muffins. I highly recommend this hotel for the cost, cleanliness, and comfort!

We had a very good stay. Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Bed's were a little on the harder side for a couple of our people. Breakfast was great, they had about anything you might want for breakfast. We do wish they had a microwave in the breakfast area, they have muffins and things like that and no way to heat them and they were cold.

It was convenient to reach - right off the highway. Check-in was smooth, as I'd called ahead to adjust our arrival time. Helpful front desk staff. Good, hot breakfast. Room was spacious - would be nice if SpringHill put a counter or something in their bathrooms as the only place to put a change of clothing is on the toilet. VERY comfy beds and pillows.

We got in late due to our flight and rental car issues at the airport. The counter agent at the hotel was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Quiet room and clean. The only negative was the fire alarm that went off at 8am.

We had to quickly find a place to stay in south OKC. This hotel was available. We were able to get a suite for a good price. Our room was big, clean, quiet and conveniently located to where we needed to be. We had a wet bar, sofa, tv and king bed which were all comfy. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, two kinds of waffles and breakfast breads. A little light on fruit but the heavier steam table items were fresh and tasty. This is an older Hampton but the only thing that really showed it's age was the desk chair in our room. It was the right price and location and worked out well in an unexpected circumstance.

Front Desk Associates Mercedes, Wendy, and Kelsey are gold-star employees. All three go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything that you need. Mercedes upgraded my room to make sure that I had a quiet stay. Forever grateful to these amazing people. Breakfast hostess keeps items replenished and fresh. Room was very clean and had everything that was needed. The new wall shampoo and soap dispensers are great . . . use as much as you need so you don't have to deal with the small, difficult to open, single-service bottles. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available in the lobby 24/7. You will enjoy your stay.

The hotel didn't have a continental breakfast. This was fine, just unexpected. The restaurant in the hotel was having a problem with the fryer and it severely limited breakfast options. Other than breakfast, the stay was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast and dinners were good. The restaurant being open until 10:00 PM was very convenient. Food was good and the bar/restaurant staff were very friendly.

The price with breakfast included was very good as compared to other nearby locations. Lots of parking. It's not near a busy highway so the room was quiet. Pay for the breakfast with the room rate as they charge $13 for a "buffet" breakfast which isn't worth it. The dining room is a bit ratty and showing it's age and service is, frankly, poor. They also need to vacuum more often as dirt was evident in all the hallways but the room seemed clean. If you can ignore the negatives it's a good place for a night's stay.

Very friendly staff , comfortable beds, quiet rooms and most of all great breakfast. I love biscuits and gravy and have a hard time finding a good gravy at hotel free breakfasts. Theirs was amazing .

I thought the waffle maker came with the hotel breakfasts everywhere! The staff were nice and helpful. One did not do as I asked which was to have my trash taken out and fresh towels! I had to get towels And a trash bag and do it myself. I am not sure why a fresh start does not include the beds being made! Other than that it was a good overall experience!

Wyndham always has the most comfortable beds. I can sleep very well there. The rooms are easy to control the temp so if I want it cold I can get it cold, if I'm cold I can get it warm. Melinda was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist me. We came in the wrong door, our key wouldn't work in the door we chose so the kids tried it in another door. It went to a closed section of the hotel. The boys took off and left me wandering around trying to find them. I didn't bring my walker and it was very hot in that section. I was nearly passing out and completely lost. I called the main number and she came and found me then helped me get back to the open room where the pool, game rooms, and other meeting rooms are. She took good care of me and made sure I sat for a bit to cool down. The breakfast was exceptional. I don't really like eggs but I really enjoyed the eggs for breakfast. That cook and her dining room helper really worked hard to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the suite. It was so much quieter than any other section we've stayed in. The last time we stayed at this hotel we stayed right by the pool. So easy!

For the amount of money for the room, it was worth every cent. Staff was courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as spacious. Parking was sufficient with every space being relatively close to entrance. Plenty of places around to eat, even at 10 pm. We didn’t use indoor pool, but looked clean and inviting, and we would have used had our stay not have been an impromptu emergency visit. Breakfast was decent, slightly better than run of the mill continental. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and some fresh fruit, as well as a few breads and pastries, and of course coffee!

The breakfast was nice, several options. The day manager was terrific, A very nice, helpful person, he kept the breakfast area stocked and clean, helped those that looked lost and made check out pleasant. He was the best part of the day. The room was clean and much larger than expected.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. Clean property, pool was good. Breakfast was okay.

We had a very nice stay. Britney checked us in. She was very polite and helpful. She even gave us the name of a great Chinese restaurant close by. The room was clean and spacious.

I called about an hour ahead of our arrival at Oklahoma City because we knew that was as far as we could go with our long day of travel. I spoke to Arnie, who was super helpful. We arrived and Arnie was just as friendly and helpful in person as he was on the phone --- such a pleasant way to be greeted! The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was clean and stocked with lots of fluffy towels. Good bed, too. The front desk person the next morning was just as well-trained, friendly and kind as Arnie had been the night before. We now know where to stay when we are in Oklahoma City! And there's a lovely, friendly Scooter's Coffee right across the street!!

We stayed overnight on our way from Houston to STL. The hotel staff was great, welcoming and friendly. The hotel and room was clean. The shower products needed to be refilled but that's a small thing. In the day and age of COVID, real breakfasts aren't happening which I totally understand. But the pre-packaged items for breakfast consisted of apple nutra-grain bars, tiny honey buns and oatmeal. Breakfast was my only real complaint but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Overall it was great for our one night stay.

Central reservation system was down so I called the hotel direct and Jeanie the front desk clerk said the had a room and would hold it. When we arrived we had a very clean comfortable room waiting for us. The man at the breakfast bar greeted us warmly and provided coffee the next morning. Its in a great location near I-44 and Penn Square Mall.

So my fiance and I stayed at this hotel for our 17th anniversary. We had a slight hiccup because we thought that our card had been charged when we went through the pre pay in full for Marriot members but it turns out that Marriot doesn't charge until you get there but the staff was extremely helpful in helping us understand. The pool was slightly chilly but great for a good swim and exercising. Our room was spacious and clean, and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with an amazing view. We were on the third floor. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and we are going to be back there again!

Check-in was very fast and efficient. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, and surprisingly being on the bottem floor it was quiet. The hotel was so close to shopping, entertainment and any restaurant you would want---Great location!! Will definitely stay here again!

Did not have breakfast, but breakfast and bar area were bright and clean. Room and hotel were comfortable. One staff member was unpleasant but Sheraton immediately worked to reach out and resolve. Management is sincerely guest-oriented toward each individual’s travel needs. Roomkeepers were always friendly and kind. Overall, a pleasant stay, bright clean place, and generally friendly.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel while attending a conference held in the adjacent conference center. Our room - a suite - was quite spacious, very clean, and conveniently located near the gym on the first floor. Every employee who served us in some way (front desk, maintenance, restaurant, etc.) was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The first two nights were during the week, and the hotel (and our room) were beautifully quiet. We slept well! The last night was on the weekend, and there were significantly more guests staying at the hotel. A relatively large group was on the outside, back patio until early in the morning enjoying their time together; unfortunately, that was close enough to our room that the noise woke us several times. Within very short walking distance (across the parking lot) was a wonderful diner - the Black Bear Diner - that we highly recommend for breakfast at any time of the day.

I just got back from a three day, two night stay at Baywatch Resort, Traverse City, Mi. It was my second stay this year and I loved it again. When I go to Traverse City, this will I will stay! The rooms have amazing beautiful lake view, large balcony, super clean rooms, good pricing, and the beautiful clean beach. The staff are kind, professional and accommodating. I want to give a special shout out to Roachell. She is the best, kindest person and you a very lucky yo have her at your resort! Thank you

We came to the hotel to get in the pool and jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was not working. We called and asked before booking and was not told it was broken. The pool did not look nice and looked dirty. Was not happy about that. It’s an old school building so not sure if I would stay here again. Was very disappointed with the pool and jacuzzi not working and looking dirty. The shower in our room needed to be fixed. Pictures below.

Some tips for your stay, be prepaired for valet parking its 35 per night, which is not bad considering everywhere charges for parking. Try to check in early and they will get you in, ask for robes, its free ...just tip. Check out the 10th floor you know why and the 14th floor has amazing views. The pool is in the basement and kinda just odd..and cold...thats why I gave 4 stars on amenities. The staff are amazing the ice cream down stairs delicious. Red piano bar is fun ..just know...no live performance on sunday. Location is convenient to walk to almost anything, there is local transit and uber if needed. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are medium squishy 😌 bring your own water they charge 2.50 each ...eeeek. drip coffee is provided. The brans they use for body soap is amazing snag some more if you can ..the bar soap! Enjoy

We drove up for a long weekend, and first off loved the aesthetic, clean, but with some history. The front desk was very friendly, and the valets would frequently offer water as we were heading out to explore a nice touch. We received an upgrade to a suite, so the room was spacious, with the living area highlighted by a curved wall of windows. Right in the heart of downtown OKC, which is amazingly quiet on the weekend we were there, there were plenty of places to dine, shop, and attractions, all within easy walking distance. As we arrived after a full work day, we simply ate in the bar and enjoyed a tasty pizza and live music. The only blip was breakfast in the Perle Mesta. The pace was very European, so if you're in a hurry, it would be frustrating, but as we were in no hurry, we waited. So, while the eggs and such were fine, although underwhelming for a restaurant that hosts a James Beard-winning Chef, one thing stood out as mildly shocking, the Biscuits & Gravy, a southern mainstay. It was served with a dark brown gravy, almost more of a sauce. While that was mildly off-putting, it tasted like it was better suited for a meat & noodle dish, not a breakfast staple. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, and if we find our way back in OKC, we'd defiently stay again.

Amazing restaurant on site with incredible food - I have eaten at many restaurants across the U.S., many Michelin stars and this restaurant was on par! Delicious food and cocktails. Also, just a cool space to explore, this hotel has so much history! It was a destination in itself and only a short drive to the airport, which was nice for our 6 a.m. flights. I will stay again if I am in the area once more. Room was clean, comfy, and quiet.

We stayed one night traveling through town. The hotel was clean, convenient to restaurants and just off of I-240. We had a handicap accessible room, which had plenty of safety bars in the bathroom and a bench inside the tub. The breakfast was very good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, a bagel and a boiled egg. The breakfast area was clean and well laid out with a good variety of choices. The raffle were all very friendly and helpful. We are staying here on our return trip.

We recently planned a family trip down to OKC to enjoy the tail end of summer at a couple of their awesome public swim pools. In my search for a hotel for the fam, during this COVID epidemic, I really wanted a location that could feed us in the morning. Location after location said they were restricted to only coffee & pastries, or nothing at all. FINALLY I called Susie at this Comfort Inn location, and she informed me that they’ve been serving a FULL AND HOT BREAKFAST this entire time. I booked with her right away and I was not disappointed. The rooms were so clean and nice. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked really well, and breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Her location is great, too! Susie does strive to help struggling veterans on a daily, so if you stay here, you’ll see the occasional “struggling person” getting a hot breakfast or such. I admire her for her boldness, with this and with her choice to stand up for keeping hot breakfast (from what I hear, it was a fight!). This place was all-around awesome. The only negative I did hear was that the heater in the pool has been out for a while so the water is colder. This didn’t affect us, but may affect others. The pool, however, was gorgeously clean. Immaculate. So clear. I was impressed!

Clean, quiet, and even some breakfast options for the dietary restricted. Although I drove my own vehicle to the hotel, I opted to used the shuttle to take my guest to the airport. This was mainly for safety reasons and allowed me to avoid being alone in a parking garage at 3am. Our driver, Brian, was wonderful. He loaded everything while we waited inside (it was unusually cold), help us in, and held engaging conversation. He dropped us where we needed to be to get my guest checked in, once again handling the bags. I accompanied my guest inside, through the line at the airline counter, and waited for her wheelchair escort to arrive. Brian went above and beyond by waiting for me to return and taking me back to the hotel. Shane was working at the front desk when I arrived back around 5am, and was kind enough to grant us a late check-out time. I failed to get the name of our housekeeper, but she was gracious as we ran 5-10 minutes late vacating the room. The bean-to-cup coffee in the lobby was wonderful and is available 24/7, along with hot water and tea options, and a water fountain with a fast-fill water bottle feature. The only suggestion I could make is to offer a dairy alternative milk option (soy, coconut, almond) either with the coffee bar or to purchase and store in the in-room mini fridge, and some gluten free breakfast options. Easily accessible ingredient lists are also appreciated when one's diet is restricted. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a 9 day Fall Trip, and the Breakfast at this Comfort Inn was the best that we had. Sausage Patties, Cheese Omelets, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Waffles Pastries, Breads, Cereals, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, and Coffee. We had a Large king room with couch, microwave and fridge, coffeemaker, comfortable bed, large TV, good shower, vanity inside the bathroom. Cons - Deadbolt would not work, Shower Curtain was dirty.

We stay a this property every time we visit Yukon. Usually every other year. I do feel safe and feel it is convenient. The property needs to be updated and trash picked up around the property. That being said the beds are comfortable and clean. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again

I had read on another review that the pool was green and in answer to that yes the pool had a green tinge to it but only because the pool was sealed with green sealer so it would look green at 1st. This hotel seems to be a recent acquisition but it is clean. They have continental breakfast with eggs and bacon, hot coffee, cereal, oatmeal and more. The room was comfortable and clean. The water was hot in the shower and we couldn’t hear any outside noises other than the storms rolling through. We’d stay here again.

The property was clean, beautiful, non-smoking (yay) and the owner and staff were professional. The only reason why I gave it a good rating is because my toilet flusher was broken otherwise everything else about the room was exceptional. it was quiet, peaceful and close to the mall and many restaurants. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

My sister and I recently stayed a week here. The staff were amazing -- from the GM to front desk team to housekeeping and facilities team, they were attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and housekeeping checked on us regularly for whatever we needed. Hot breakfast buffet was well stocked and coffee was fresh all day. Plenty of free parking, too!

My son (4yrs old) is staying at the long term rehabilitation center .5 miles from hotel. Bc I am a single mother with 2 other children and a dog I was in a bind. Luckily we found holiday Inn express. And it's so close the the hospital.! It's working out so far. My kids (teens)feel safe if they need to stay to do online school work. And I feel safe leaving them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. took the time to go on map quest and print out step by step directions bc my cell phone was dead . They welcomed our service dog. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only downfall- Wish the pool was in working order. But we will definitely go back to this hotel as long as we are staying here in bethany with my son.

Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable. I arrived late but the night person was very pleasant and assisted with last minute printing of documents. The breakfast was better than expected and the morning crew was just as friendly as the night person. Thanks for being nice and welcoming.

We were on a trip to celebrate the OSU Centennial Homecoming. The person at the front desk was pleasant. The hotel itself could use some updating. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however the bathroom door showed that someone had tried to patch what was obvious holes in the door. And the shower was not as clean as it could have been as there was hair left in the tub. But I always carry Lysol spray and cleaner and took care of it. My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said that it didn't and that it would cost $12 per person and after taking one look, it was clear that it was definitely not worth $12. We left and went and had breakfast at a near by restaurant, which was totally awesome. I guess in a way, I should thank the hotel for having a substandard breakfast, because we never would have found Black Bear Diner, which we highly recommend. All in all everything was ok.

Impressive lobby, extremely friendly and welcoming front staff. Pool area was clean, as was our room. Great location but also quiet. Only downside is breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Still, great value for the money. I’d stay here again.

We have stayed at this Hotel a couple of times now, while visiting our son and his family in Edmond. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the room has always been clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay here when visiting family.

I've never experienced that at a hotel before, so that's something I would say needs to be looked into. I would stay again mainly for the space and sleeping arrangements.

Located right next to an overpass, don’t turn onto Reno street! Google maps shows a turn onto Reno, but is only a couple hundred yards north of the intersection. The front desk was fast and friendly. The room was clean and in good shape, but for a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke and musty AC. The shampoo and bar soap was cheap, small, and odorless. You get what you pay for, so the price was perfect.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Internet service was good. The TV didn't work. Per Expedia breakfast was to be provided, but it wasn't. I had to search for a working ice maker. It was a convenient location and a reasonable price.

We actually cancelled a night at BestWestern and opted for this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. The room was clean and VERY quiet! The bed was comfy for a 1 night stay, the receptionist was very nice.

I recently stayed just down the street from this property for two weeks. I didn't even know that a place this nice could exist in this area. This property is very unfortunately located in an area that is one of the worst areas of OKC. It is literally an oasis in the middle of a dump. The staff is super friendly. My check in was complete in under 2 minutes. The lobby is clean and inviting. The elevator is shiny and clean, as are the hallways and common area floors and carpets. My room was immaculately clean. The bed is very nice, the sheets, blankets and towels were soft. The bathroom and shower were white glove clean and well stocked with brand name toiletries. They've thought ahead enough to provide a comfortable place to eat and watch TV without having to sit or lay in the bed. The room felt like a second home. The property is tucked away on its own behind another very scary and broken down hotel. This property really stands out at night because of its brightly lit and clean parking lot. I wish I had known it existed the last time I had to come to OKC and work in this area. I come here frequently for work for the last 5 years. My regular stay is two weeks. Next time, this property will be my home base. It's so strange to feel this comfor and safe fire a change. I highly recommend this property if you can get past the surrounding area.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable! And pet friendly! Right off the interstate, so super convenient and can't hear any traffic. I traveled with frozen food, so having the full size fridge/freezer was great. And good rates for how nice the rooms are. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was included with a variety of options- very salty, but good overall. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable spacious clean room and friendly helpful staff, especially when we arrived in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet was also very good. This is one of the few hotels that offers a free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport that really saved us since the car rentals are closed at night. We would book this hotel again.

Not small, clean room with a large bed, table and armchair. There is everything you need for a comfy stay, mini-kitchen for cooking, TV, closet with safe, plus board with an iron. Didn't get a chance to check out the bar in the evening. But did get breakfast in the morning which again; was great. Will definitely stay again when I'm passing through OKC on business.

The staff at the Ellison go above & beyond, their compassion, kindness and understanding completely saved a horrendous situation. I had a VRBO booked & when I had arrived the house was trashed, the host had said the location was double booked & I had lugged groceries all the way from Dallas to host a dinner party which was due to arrive in one hour. The Ellison was the only solution for a place for us to stay… when I checked in with Jasmyn I was literally shaking from stress & frustration, nearly on the verge of tears about the situation and she handled my drama like an absolute PRO. She was kind and listened and helped me check into my room with ten minutes to spare before my friends arrived. When I was bringing our bags up to the room the manager Aaron stepped in to say he could offer a mini fridge to help salvage some of my groceries & I could not be more thankful for his empathy. His quick thinking to solve a problem that was something he “needed” to do but felt compelled to help a guest stuck in a tricky situation & his thoughtfulness is such a rare trait to find these days… I cannot thank both Jasmyn & Aaron enough for all they did. As for the hotel itself! The only room they had available as a standard king, it was on the smaller side but they packed it full of all the amenities to make it comfortable. I loved the modern feel of the hotel, plenty of sitting areas for me and my friends to visit. The entire property was clean, well lit, modern, and safe.

Loved this property. It was warm, welcoming, and the decor was very unique. I actually felt a bit like I was in a modern NYC hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and we loved the overall vibe of the place. This was truly a unique experience and not one I expected to have, honestly, in Oklahoma City. The design of the hotel was fantastic, and you can tell a lot of thought went in to the look and feel of everything. In the rooms and especially in the common areas. I highly recommend the rooftop pool area as there are lots of comfortable couches, a bar, and sometimes, there is live music. The food everywhere in this property was top notch. The rooms are a bit small, so keep that in mind. Even being upgraded to a deluxe room, it was close quarters at under 300sq ft, given the size of the average hotel room being 325-350sq ft these days. That being said, you should book this place. You wont regret staying here!

The Ellison is a nice hotel. Our room included a wet bar, a living room, and a huge bathroom. The room was very clean. One annoyance that I want to mention is that the rooftop bar area was not open. I normally wouldn’t expect an outside bar to be opened in winter, but it said it was weather dependent. It was 65 degrees and beautiful so what they really mean is seasonally, not weather dependent. Also, even if the bar wasn’t open, I wish they would open that area up; it looks like a fun area to hangout. I think this is a missed opportunity. We did have a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our first experience with the Ellison, we tried this as an alternate to Brick Town. We were fed up with all of the noise and parking issues elsewhere. The Ellison was a great alternative. The facility was spotless. The room was quiet and well appointed. The restaurant and the bar were superb. The bartender(s) working late on Saturday, 10/21 couldn't have been more accommodating to four old folks playing cards. Likewise the food and the service on Sunday 10/22 were outstanding. The hostess and our waiter made sure that we were never out of coffee and we were extremely pleasant. The food was absolutely 3 steps above the usual Marriott fare. Thank you for being alternative! We will be back. Marriott Lifetime Platinum

The room was wide and spacious, lighting was bright enough, bathroom clean and big, loved the shower as the water pressure was great! The staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful! I was hurt during my last night of my stay and had to check out, I was hurt at work not at the hotel.The older gentleman on the overnight shift was absolutely wonderful and helpful so I could be more mobile during my check out! I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. I would also encourage everyone who needs a hotel stay to give this place a try! PS I never give a 10 but this hotel and staff certainly deserve it!

People that work there are super friendly. My kids and husband said the eggs at breakfast were wonderful. The price for the rooms are extremely reasonable. It was very quiet at night. The beds really comfortable. The showerhead in the bathroom was perfect for my husband because he's tall and he didn't have to bend over to actually wash his hair! He loved that. We would stay there again.

The location was great, the bedroom comfortable. The rooms were very spacious had lots of electrical outlets which was useful for my medical equipment. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was the best hotel stays my husband and I have had this year of 2023. The hotel was very clean throughout the entire property. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very good but needed a little more variety in available items such as more than one flavor of muffin or perhaps rotating between muffins and other types of breakfast breads like doughnuts or cinnamon rolls. Our room was very satisfactory. The only thing I would suggest is when patrons check in, advise them about using the thermostat on the wall instead of wondering why the in room mini-split unit under the window is not working. We had never seen a thermostat in a hotel room to operate the system instead of the controls on the unit itself. We will definitely return for future stays at this location.

If you want to stay at a place with friendly front desk staff, housekeeping staff who are very attentive, then this is the place. I was there for a week and they eveytime I entered the building they greeted us with a personal welcome. The hotel is across the freeway from Tinker but we heard more semi traffic thank planes. A trip to Tinker to view the airplanes and war memorials was very good. If you stay here & like planes you should get a birdseye view of AWAC planes.& other military planes taking off if you are outside. They have beautiful mangolia trees outside as well.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Our room was updated nicely and clean. The pool was on the cool side but clean. Pool towels could be better, thin and small. That was my only "complaint ". We would stay again.

Stay was really good. They were very friendly and helped my Grandpa get to hospital while he were dealing with my Sons surgery. Rooms were clean, area was quiet, pool was clean and towels were stocked. Will stay again.

Since we got a late start on our trip Oklahoma City was as far as we wanted to travel that day but our plan was to be west of Oklahoma City to start out the next day. Yukon is a few miles west and a prefect place to spend the night. The motel featured in room fully equipped kitchenette's with full size refrigerators. The room was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained and convenient to I-40.

The bed was very soft and so were the pillows. The air conditioner was quiet but not too quiet. I have to have some noise to go to sleep to. The staff were super nice. The shower was great and the towels and bath cloths did not feel like sand paper. It was quiet in the room and very comfortable.

We arrived at 2am and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was fine. Nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable. I loved that there were plenty of healthy option for breakfast. Not always easy to find in Oklahoma. I would stay again the next time I'm flying in to OKC late.

This hotel has fairly recently been renovated. The bathrooms are updated and have a shower rather than a tub, which is highly preferred when we travel. The window also has a blackout shade instead of the curtains that gap. Very dark in the room!🙂. The bed was. Wry comfortable and the linens were nice with very thick towels and soft sheets. It would have been nice to have a softer pillow, but that’s being a little nit picky. But I saved the best for last!! From the minute I walked in the door to the second I said goodbye at the front desk I felt like a valued member of the family! Mauz at the front desk gave me the best room and a big smile! He was so friendly and efficient! That evening we stopped in at the bar for a nightcap and had the pleasure of meeting Mike, the bartender! He’s the greatest guy! We stayed much longer visiting just because we enjoyed him so much! We were lucky enough to have Mike fix and serve our breakfast the next morning. He must wear many hats and he wears them well! There were two ladies at the front desk when I checked out and both were personable and friendly. I can’t end this review without giving a big shout out to the cleaning staff. Our room was immaculate!! I’ve added this hotel to my contacts. We will be back! Great location too for a good selection of restaurants close by.

Stayed for 4 nights while moving out of our house in OKC. Large comfortable bed with ample amount of plugs for our electronic devices. Rooms overall was very clean. Could hear the guests in adjoining room but it wasn't an issue since they were quiet for the most part. WiFi in our room was inconsistent. Sometimes it would connect and stay connected. But a majority of time we couldn't stay connected. Wasn't big enough of issue since we didn't stay much in the room but would have been an issue if I had been trying to telework. Service by the staff top notch. Everyone super friendly. Plus they even held a bag of drinks I had inadvertently left in the fridge when we checked out. Would recommend this place for an extended stay if you are needing a place and WiFi connectivity wasn't an issue.

When I checked in, i had mentioned to the guy at the front desk, that it was my daughters birthday, he upgraded us to the suite for 25 dollars more, the suite is 170 on weekends and i paid 85. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing, they swam at the pool and had lots of fun. The room was very clean and cold lol! The only complaints are that their card reader was down and that there wasn't any towers in the room. So I give it about a 8.5 out of 10. I will definitely be booking there more often!

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room looked great until I went to get into the Jacuzzi and the shower.

I like this property because they have the jacuzzi tub suite. In one area of the room it smelled of syrup and the floor was sticky. I would recommend sweeping and mopping those beautiful wood floor that have just been put in for the remodel.

Really nice place to stay. The bed was so comfy! Had no problems except they need to put a time when kids cant swim in the evening. After a long drive and wanting to relax in the jacuzzi, having a bunch of screaming, loud, and no parents watching makes it hard. Top that with pizza boxes and wet clothes everywhere, kinda ruined that for me.

This hotel is fabulous!! It has everything you need!! The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable and up to date! Amenities include a bar, restaurant, pool, 24 hr. shuttle to the airport and car rental and a small snack shop. And the free breakfast is amazing!!! Bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, French toast, all the fruit is individually plastic wrapped! There are ladies that wait on you and monitor the bars and the eating area. The clerical staff are equally as helpful and friendly!! Oh and this is very important….they are PET FRIENDLY!!!

If need just a place to just lay your head down nice! Great happiness and friendly ownership. The little hotels perfect close to Airport. And they have family triple bed and Jacuzzi suites with lights best place :)

I will admit, when we pulled up, we were a bit dubious but the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely double suite (family of 4) and one bed even had LED lights around it which was cool. HUGE tv and a jacuzzi bathtub!! We were tired and didn't feel like going back out for dinner so had pizza delivered which was handy. There was also a little kitchenette in the room. There was a laundry room which was very handy. Would happily recommend and stay again.

The room was nice and clean for an older building. Staff is friendly, both check in and out. One restaurant open across the street, cash only tax included but their tamales and tacos were great. Convenient stores dont have hot food, do have atms. More shopping for food drink and smoke nearby. Convenient stay for me. Their vending wasnt working tho, thats the only negative but sometimes we need the exercise. Police regularly monitor street.

They provided a bed to sleep in, a shower to get clean, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee and an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Management was available if needed. The room was quiet. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, spotless, and perfectly located, especially if you’re visiting Paycom Center or the Bricktown area. The hotel’s restaurants and bars offered delicious options with great service. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the staff’s commitment to making guests feel special. This property was pure PERFECTION!! From the service to the restaurants to the ambience, it was pure PERFECTION!! I can’t say enough about the service!! As soon as we drove up, we were greeted by staff that opened our car doors as well as the hotel doors. The lobby is classy, romantic, ginormous, and set the stage for the whole weekend. The rooms from the halls to the inside were EXCEPTIONAL. The upper scale decor as well as choice of furnishings and finishes were enhanced the romantic feel of this hotel. My husband and I were on a quick getaway for our anniversary. So, they gave us a special amenity of a nighttime snack with fruit, chocolate dip, and pretzels! We don’t drink. So, it was absolutely perfect. We ate early at a local restaurant. So, it was especially wonderful that OKC Tapehouse (in the hotel) was open until midnight. We shared nachos. It was a casual environment, and since it’s the weekend, there was live music. Breakfast was superb and the service was even better. The atmosphere (especially at night) of the rooftop was to die for! Security was nice. It was the perfect, quiet area and it required you to scan your keycard to go to any floor. I also loved the fact that there was a spa on sight and that it was LITERALLY almost on the same lot as the Paycom Arena.

Amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make this stay amazing. The rooftop bar was wonderful when we had downtime. The food at the bar was convenient and tasty! Drinks were very expensive so be aware. $20 for a margarita. Rooms were very modern and clean. Conference center was great. Again staff was constantly working hard! Within walking distance to Bricktown which was great for music and dining. And the trolley was right there for getting around the city. We also at at the sports bar in property and the service and food was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at the Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City! From the moment we checked in, everything was clean, comfortable, and top-notch. The location could not have been more convenient—we were there for a Jiu-Jitsu tournament at the Convention Center, and it was incredible to just walk right across without needing to drive or park. The restaurants inside the hotel were outstanding. The Tap House had a fun, lively atmosphere with great food and drinks, while Bob’s offered an excellent dining experience with fantastic service. Both made our stay even more enjoyable. Being steps away from Scissortail Park was another huge plus—it’s a beautiful place to relax and walk around between events. There was a bath with shower over and plenty of warm water. The toiletries were adequate, but not luxurious. The towels were fluffy and soft. Everything appeared clean. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet at night allowing a restful sleep. Plenty of electric sockets including some by the beds. No meals are served, but there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Good value for a comfortable room in this location.

This non-chain "no frills" motel was great! Based on the reviews here I decided to take a chance and was glad that I did. Motel is located in a decent area where we felt safe. Within walking distance (and I walked a few miles in the morning) there is a Chick-fil-a, Hobby Lobby and Burger King. A short drive away (5 min or less) is a Whataburger. Check-in was quick and efficient and the guy checking us in was very friendly. Our room was clean, large, comfortable and modern, though I did feel like the mattress wasn't very firm and I would end up kind of dipping down in the middle (if that makes sense). Shower and toilet had good water pressure. Breakfast dining area was quite small and was right off of the lobby. Everything was clean and there was a hand sanitizer by the serving counter. Not a lot of choices but enough for me as there were the DIY waffles. I also noticed there were 3 cereal choices plus instant oatmeal, pre-packaged blueberry muffins, OJ and apple juice, coffee/tea. Great overall experience, price is definitely a bonus! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Texas!

Clean, very comfortable bed, professional staff, clean breakfast area. The breakfast consists of Belgian Waffles, cereal, coffee and honey buns. Very nice and clean.

Check-in was easy; the room was clean, spacious and comfortable; parking was great; the staff were all superb -- courteous, professional and very friendly. The breakfast was tasty, and checking out was simple and quick. The nightly rate was incredibly low for the quality offered.

We booked this while we were on the road since we weren't sure how far we would get on our trip to TX. It was very clean and comfortable. It appeared that the room had recently been updated. We had a king room and the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. It was also very quiet. We had a little difficulty finding it after we came off the interstate, but we called and the person in the office gave us great directions. There was a refrigerator in the room which was nice since we were traveling with a little cooler. Breakfast was pretty standard fare. Great wifi and plenty of places to charge our devices while overnight. The price was very good.

I'm writing this review because this Courtyard by Marriott has some of the nicest staff members I have ever encountered! Front desk staff, especially April, were friendly, kind, and helpful. The ladies at the coffee shop were also friendly and helpful, and that's no feat at those early morning hours with a line for coffee. My room was clean and comfortable and it was perfect for my business trip.

Oh my goodness, we could not rave about this hotel and our stay more. We were in OKC to attend the NBA. The location of the hotel literally backs onto the arena, which was perfect for us. The staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful, engaging in conversations, offering late check outs, providing us with bottles of water and chocolate. The room was large and very clean, with a very large and comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered by the hotel has plenty to choose from and you can also purchase an espresso coffee separately. The hotel is also close to Bricktown if you're looking to explore.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved the patio balcony off of our room with amazing views of Bricktown! There was plenty of drawer and closet space for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was by far the best we've ever had anywhere. It was included in our package deal, but I saw that some had to pay extra for it. Well worth the price, though.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family while we were in town for a Thunder game! It’s right next to the arena, which made it super easy to get to the game and back. We utilized the self parking option which was also very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of Bricktown as well. Our room was clean and a good size for our family of four. The kids enjoyed our view of the train tracks. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the coffee shop in the morning who helped me get my muffin and coffee to the table while I wrangled my toddler. We will be back if we’re in the area again!

This trip couldn't have gone more smoothly. The property was clean. The room was immaculate and the bed was a dream. Very nice shower. Our balcony gave a great view of Bricktown, day and night. The breakfast buffet was included in our room and was delicious. They serve pretty much anything you could want. The location is steps from the Paycom Center.

You can walk this neighborhood easily and safely at all hours of the day and there is no shortage of food and beverages. Kudos especially to everyone working the front desk! This property more than exceeded my expectations, and in this price range it can’t be beat. Don’t miss the canal boats and try to spend an evening at the ballpark. Fantastic!

Love this Holiday Inn! It's so near fun restaurants and the Canal in Bricktown, which is very reminiscent of the Riverwalk in San Antonio! I love the walkability of the area and the fun of the restaurants and bars! Also, the staff at this location are very accommodating. Yolanda was extremely helpful when I was stuck in OKC because of plane cancellations and extended my stay easily!

We traveled to OKC for the WCWS and this was our 2nd year staying at this EMBASSY SUITES. We returned for the courteous, helpful staff & the great location (close to the airport). Our room was clean, comfortable and easily accessed. There is ample parking, even when the rodeo folks and all their trucks & trailers were here. There also seems to be an overlap of youth softball & baseball tournaments during the 11 days we stayed... FYI: Lots of kids! The front desk staff were always helpful (Nate) really eased our mind when a CC was mistakenly left at the bar. Clay (Bar Waiter) turned it in and made sure we got it back! We had a technical issue with the rooms safe ... Personnel took care of it promptly and with a friendly attitude. Bert & DJoKo are Amazing ... As are the rest of the morning/breakfast area staff. The Omelet Chefs make outstanding omelets and the buffet area is well maintained. Bert & DJoKo are friendly, professional and attentive... We were excited to see both of them with our return visit this year💜 Tina, at the front desk, was helpful in making next year's reservation. The level of Service we received, across the board, was exceptional. We are frequent travelers and could not be more emphatic about recommending this EMBASSY SUITES.

I spent three nights with my family, love that they're pet friendly. My Bentley who is a small dog was welcomed along with other guest dogs of different sizes. Our stay was exceptional, staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was neat and clean, I can't say enough about the beds.... They are so comfortable, slept in each morning. You have to try their breakfast buffet, so delicious, everything fresh, omelets cooked to order. I can go on and on about the hospitality, but you have to try it for yourself. My family plans to visit again soon.

The location was perfect for why we were in the area. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the rooms were perfect size for a family of 4. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the eating areas were clean and always had staff making sure it stayed that way. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate our family after a 1:45am delayed arrival. Breakfast was good (better than other Embassy suites we have stayed in) and the staff was helpful. Djoko and Shelby were both personable and professional and did a nice job in the breakfast bar area this morning. Please pass along our thanks.

Loved the jacuzzi area and the sauna (all in one spot) and the location of the hotel was right next to everything you'd need, lots of restaurants and even a couple grocery stores if needed.

This spot is a gem, an oasis with a great spa ( hot pool) and wet sauna. The breakfast had a waffle maker making it tops! The indooR courtyard is set up w tropical plants and tables are spaced for conversation. The king room was AMAZING! VERY LARGE, QUIET, COMFY AND SPOTLESS! The young man at front desk stayed a bit later so I cud enjoy the hot pool close to its closing time. The parking area is fenced and there is one elevator in the center so its very secure!

The hotel was beautifully renovated with elegant furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a corner king room which was quite large and quiet. I actually hadn't realized breakfast in the restaurant was included in my reservation, so I ate at a couple of nearby coffee shops until the last day when I asked about and got the voucher for the hotel breakfast, which was very ample and tasty. The location was pretty good, walkable to the Bricktown restaurant area and to the OKCMOA and the Botanic Garden and Scissortail Park, and very near a tram stop.

My wife and I stopped for a couple of days in OKC on our way to Texas and every part of our stay at the Colcord was five stars. From the time we walked in the hotel staff was friendly and we noticed how nice the hotel was. The front desk staff was helpful, especially Hailey. They were able to provide some recommendations on places to eat nearby. Once we got to our room we were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. We stayed in a corner king room and were surprised by the size of the room. The room was well equipped as well. We used our Nespresso machine both days the room was also equipped with a stocked mini refrigerator. We had drinks at the hotel bar and the bartender was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the drinks. There is a great selection of bourbon at the bar and a nice list of cocktails, but you can’t go wrong with their Old Fashioned. The gentleman working for the valet service were very friendly when we were coming and going, but we elected to self park. There is a nice parking garage across the street that only charges $10 nightly, but if you prefer to take advantage of the valet service I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Overall, this hotel was a great value for the cost and is easily a five out of five. If we travel through OKC again we will definitely be staying at the Colcord again.

Simply incredible experience. From the moment at check in to check out this was a 5 star experience. I was travelling solo to visit family about 20 minutes away and the staff happily helped me find my new favorite coffee shop, as well as great places to chill out for a meal and a cocktail that were friendly on my wallet with the vibes I needed. The car/shuttle service was on point and was offered before I even had to ask once I knew the direction I was headed. I got a king corner room and it was amazing in itself. Great views, comfy bed and after the cleaning staff made the bed they put my book back on the bed with the page opened to where I had left it. Nice touch!! My only regret here was that I didn't get the names of the guys working the counter and the drivers. You were all amazing - thank you. I will be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful!! This old style beautiful hotel was perfect for our trip to OKC! The bed was so comfortable and we dined in the restaurant for breakfast which was delicious! Within walking distance is a beautiful botanical garden as well as a museum!

The hotel was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location was perfect for us, and the Flint restaurant had a delicious brunch. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The only minor inconvenience was not being able to check-in early or even on time. We waited quite a while, even waiting past the 3pm check-in time. All-in-all, it was very nice, and we would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little weekend getaway from home! I chose it because it was one we haven’t stayed in before, it had a pool, and it’s walkable to so much. The pool is small, but it was just what we needed! You could order food and drinks via text and they brought it right out. We just wanted a quiet escape and it provided that. We also enjoyed walking to businesses nearby. We had breakfast at Waffle Champion and grabbed coffees from Not Your Average Joe. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Stella. We literally did not move our vehicle the entire time we were there! It was great. The room was nice! We didn’t have any complaints. The staff - they’re great! Every single person we encountered was so helpful, energetic, friendly, just wonderful! In particular, Caleb and Ian at O Bar went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. And Wyatt was friendly and chatty when we used the complimentary shuttle they provide. We had a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others!

I stayed both at an Autograph Collection in the downtown area and at this property. I found the downtown location to be better situated to the sightseeing I wanted to do. Good information provided by the front desk upon check in. Ambassador Elite Bonvoy benefits: no room upgrade. Breakfast was a $26 food credit for the restaurant which is on the lobby level and behind the front desk. Service at the restaurant is excellent. Two young ladies looked after me during my stay and they were delightful. Food selection was better than average with several tempting option and taste was good too. The Nationa hotel gave a lovely welcome amenity of a breakfast box in addition to the elite breakfast - no welcome amenity from the Ambassador. Housekeeping didn't replenish used amenities. Room was fairly spacious and comfortable. When the entrance doors were manned the gentlemen were very gracious and quick to assist. While this hotel is pretty good, it's in a market with a sister property that is exceptionally good and superior in almost every way. Unless a pool is your deal breaker (the Ambassador has one, the National doesn't) then I would wholly recommend you book at the National and not the Ambassador when in Oklahoma City.

I travel a lot for business and I rarely write hotel reviews. I am generally marginally satisfied or disappointed and rarely positively surprised. The Ambassador Hotel in Oklahoma City was an exception. It doesn’t look like much from the outside given that it is an old building. However, this is one of the best renovations that I have experienced. The rooms are spacious and upgraded, the bathrooms are redesigned, spacious and upgraded, the hotel is very clean and well appointed. You can feel the luxury and attention to detail from the moment you get off the elevator, through the corridors and into your rooms. Really really well done and quite a value for the price. Great location of course, but don’t let the outside fool you. This is a luxurious property with great attention to detail. Highly recommended on Oklahoma City!

Really nice hotel. It’s in a very good location with a lot of high-quality restaurants within a block or two. On-site restaurant is very good as well. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Bathroom and shower are large. Staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. You can take the trolley right down the street to get just about anywhere for sightseeing - my car pretty much stayed parked for most of the trip. Will definitely return.

The spacious, comfortable room and the very friendly and helpful receptionist. The free shuttle (from 3pm) to Bricktown and slightly beyond was an added bonus. The hot breakfast provided was tasty and filling.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, we needed bandaids and a few other first aide things the girl at the front desk was so nice gave us more than enough, the breakfast was good with a nice amount of options. The room was so clean and so spacious.

I stayed at the Sheraton Oklahoma City for a weekend trip to catch the OKC Thunder vs. LA Lakers game, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to Paycom Center and close to plenty of great local attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Whether you're in town for a game or just exploring downtown OKC, this is a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

I was upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. My room was first class If you get an older room they can be a little thread bare. The hotel shows its age a little. But the helpful staff and a great downtown location make up for it By the way the in hotel restaurant “Block 23” is great. I had breakfast there All three days. It is a buffet. But worth the money. Their bacon is wonderful.

Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy at all, just the staples.

It was clean and comfortable enough. I just wish that the rainfall shower head was placed a little bit higher as I'm 5'10 and i didn't have enough room between my head and the shower head. I like to relax in the shower, not have to bend and twist lol. Other than that, the good was enjoyable, it was quiet. I did notice rust spots on the door jam of the bathroom near the bottom. And the shower water leaked into the floor since there is not a lip to prevent it from spilling out.

This place was absolutely perfect for our one-night stay travelling from Georgia to Colorado. Rooms we clean and spacious, even had a full kitchen (which I did not expect). The bedding was absolutely perfect...so comfortable!!!! The free shuttle service to Bricktown was amazing. Breakfast was great! This place was absolutely worth every penny we spent and I highly recommend!!!

The hotel is clean and all the staff is very friendly. The elevators were quick, and the rooms having a kitchenette were perfect. The room is a very good size, and we really appreciate having two chairs in the room. The shower had great water pressure and is a good size. The breakfast offering was very nice with both hot and cold options. We went down during the later time, and it was still well stocked. This is our favorite room of any we have stayed at in OKC and will definitely stay here the next time we are in the city.

Breakfast is important to me but my expectations are reasonable for a FREE breakfast. We had eggs and link sausages the first day and biscuits and gravy the second. Everything was warm and tasted good, I especially thought the sausage gravy was homemade because it had a fair amount of sausage in it and tasted very good! Room was perfect except we had only a single person stand up shower and I was expecting a normal sized shower/tub combo but it was clean and comfortable to stay and the location was extremely convenient to main highways, shopping, and food.

My husband and I had been traveling for hours when we saw the Sleep Inn & Suites in Edmond, Oklahoma. I was pleasantly surprised, first by the gracious greeting of the hotel clerk, but then by the spotless condition of the room we were given. Everything we could ask for was at our fingertips. Breakfast the next morning was just perfect; the choices were fresh and delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and service oriented

This was our third stay. Though I requested a quiet room on the top floor, they put us on a lower floor next to the elevator and ice machine! When we complained, they apologized and said they've annotated our account so it won't happen again. The breakfast was good, but on this visit they were out of the eggs and sausage for a long time, and no employee was to be found in the breakfast area. So we asked at the front desk, hoping she would find or page the breakfast employee. Instead, the front-desk employee said "that's not my job". Well, we KNOW it's not your job--but it's also not our job to go exploring the hotel looking for your coworker! It seems Sleep Inn isn't paying their staff enough, because we witnessed not only family members of staff eating the free breakfast (which is perhaps a perq--I know that free breakfast for employees is definitely a legit perq), but also staff family members taking supplies such as TP home. Sure, it's easy to knee-jerk blame the employee, but c'mon, when that's happening, they can't be getting paid enough.

I would stay here again. The lady who checked us in was a breath a fresh air after traveling. She was fabulous. The location is great. It was easy to get to and had lots of places around for shopping and eating. The room was clean and quiet. I never felt unsafe. They could use some furniture replacement and carpet replacement as they are showing wear, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I was happy to find a nice place that was dog friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. Overall, 9 out of 10 for us.

Workout room was nice! The house cleaning and breakfast ladies were the best and friendly. They made our stay that much more comfortable. A lot nicer ladies than the front desk staff. So kudos to the cleaning staff. Great job ladies! Didn’t speak much English but we got through the communication barriers.

We discovered this hotel years ago, and have tried to stay here every time we are in the city. It's a great location, has tons of shopping and eating places nearby. It is also close by to wherever you want to go in the city. Staff is always friendly, it's always clean, no homeless people loitering around in parking lot. The value is great. Breakfast has a wide variety and keep it stocked constantly. Been to several hotels where if it's about 30 minutes til over, they don't bring anymore food out. Not here, they bring more out up to closing. They stay open longer on weekends (10:30, not 10 like most places) Checkout is noon, not 11:00. They just make you feel welcomed. King suite is what we try to get. Big and spacious, kitchen area, 2 tvs, and bedroom is separate from everything else, so parents can have privacy if they have kids with them. The value is great. Comfy beds, lots of pillows, and clean. There are plenty of outlets everywhere in the room.

Pool and patio was AWESOME. Pretty and clean everywhere. Staff was EXCELLENT. Very helpful and efficient. Especially the "helper" (maintenance?) person who was called to go and make sure my room had a shower and asked if I needed help with bags or anything. Waitress in restaurant was outstanding. The hotel has definitely been renovated. The pictures on the website are old. The facade looks fresh and new (different color than the pictures). The rooms are fully renovated with new furniture, and new amenities. My husband and I stayed in their king executive suite and had a great night. There's room to stretch with a separate couch area and comfortable seating. The bathroom is huge with plenty of mirrors and light. Breakfast is buffet style with a nice spread including eggs, sausage and biscuits & gravy, (nice sausage gravy which was more delicious than the best breakfast in Shawnee). The staff was friendly and they accept pets here. They even have a jar of dog treats on the front desk. The price is reasonable too, so overall I'm really impressed with this hotel. I will stay here again for sure.

Alison at the front desk was particularly fabulous and provided excellent assistance. Quiet Rooms: The rooms are quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Washing Machines: The availability of washing machines is a great convenience. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was good, adding to the overall positive experience.

This is a great all-suites hotel. Our “room” was two rooms—a combined living / dining room / kitchenette area and a separate bedroom with the vanity outside of the bathroom which is great for multiple people getting ready. The room Is spacious and clean and furnishings up to date. Hot breakfast is offered although they should have more fruit than just bananas. Other hires also offer apples, oranges and fruited yogurtsZ. Otherwise the hot breakfast and choices of eggs, potatoes, andouille sausage, oatmeal with granola or waffles. Two nitpicks: 1. The room needs more direct cable outlets. 2. Refresh housekeeping is every other day. The front desk took our request for daily housekeeping for our two nights and reconfirmed it next day. Yet the room was not refreshed. To their credit, when we complained, engineering immediately brought up our requested replacement towels and wash clothes. The hotel is very convenient to the Lower Bricktown canal and dining area and steps to the two OKC streetcar lines serving Bricktown and the rest of downtown. I am considering bringing a convention here. My complaints above are minor.

We stayed here for a couples weekend and hung out in bricktown. The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable, clean, and came with a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly. We got to breakfast late and they allowed us to get food before they put the leftovers away.

The Bricktown location turned out to be perfect: right on the Canal allowing walking access to some restaurants. And across the street from the street car that takes you to many places throughout the downtown. It was nice to have a suite so we could relax in a separate area from the bedroom area. The breakfast offered hot and cold options. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Loved the friendly and helpful staff the most! Locations as perfect for what I needed, and honestly the value was great. The room was clean but my bed was not the most comfortable. Luckily I had a queen room so I tried out the other bed on my second night and got a better night's sleep.

Later in the evening, I visited the hotel bar and was greeted by another lovely staff member. The lady at the bar was not only skilled in mixing drinks, but she also went above and beyond by offering personalized suggestions for things to do in the area. Her knowledge of local attractions and eateries really made my visit feel more like a local experience, and I appreciated how much effort she put into ensuring I had a great time. Exceptional value from a privately owned hotel where you can tell that employees and the ownership truly take a sense of pride in every aspect of the property and service offered to their guests. We don't often travel through OKC, but this will be our go-to stop when we do! The property was modern, excellently curated with exceptional taste. The staff were welcoming, professional, and seemed to truly take pride and enjoy their work - that is not something you often see in the hotel industry. Everything was great. Very nice front office staff. Very welcoming. Everything was clean and the rooms were very big. AC worked great. Comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They had everything from sausage to eggs to home fries to waffles, cereal, bagels, danishes, fruit, and amazing fresh orange juice. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Jerry was amazing at check in and my daughter and I, who were traveling alone for a sports tournament, felt very safe and secure at this hotel. Everything was very clean and lovely. We didn't get to utilize breakfast or any of the amenities since we had to be up very early to go play volleyball, but that breakfast area looked very nice. Lobby was nice and clean. Hotel smelled nice-not like that funk that most hotels have. We will stay again. Thank you!

This Hotel is wonderful!!!! The Staff and the facilities are worth staying here. Lindsay the manager is great, she will make sure your stay is most comfortable and accommodating. The gentleman at the Bar is friendly and will stay open when people are still coming after 11p.m. Thanks again for that. We stayed in a King Suite overlooking the city! The noise from the train and street was very minimum. Infact it was rather soothing. Made me feel I was traveling on Vacation. Get the suites it's amazing with 2 TV'S. The night shift Lady is so friendly and will make sure your stay is great!!! I have already made a reservation for New Years Eve! Its walking distance to The Pay Com Center as well as everything Downtown Oklahoma City and Bricktown areas. The parking is great and only $15.00 a night.

We had a great stay here for the concert we attended. The hotel is in a great location. It was very nice and clean. The fitness center was top notch for a hotel. Enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar before the concert. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. On site parking was extra but reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Bed was amazing not too hard and not too soft if you like a firm mattress it might be too soft for you. Breakfast was well maintained they kept if filled the best they could with the large number of guests due to convention.

Love historic and boutique hotels, and the Fordson fit the bill! We even decided to add a night to our stay. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and interesting architectural features. Great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is both a restaurant (which we didn't try) and a bodega/coffee bar. The pancakes and coffee are amazing! The pool is small, but it was not crowded at all. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful. We appreciate Debra giving us a tour and quick history of the building. All of the valets/doormen were so sweet and shuttled us to and from Midtown/Bricktown. There's also an art gallery on the first floor. This place truly has all the amenities. There is a laundry service, but I would have liked to have a facility in house where I could do my own laundry (because I'm super picky about some of my clothes :-)). Our air also went out on the second day, but they were quick to get it fixed for us. I really cannot complain about anything!

Everything about our stay was simply whimsical. The room was exceptional with neat, often overlooked, extra features to charm you. I’d disclose these subtle joys but I think the “ah-ha” is part of the experience. The tub was deep and roomy and pleasantly paired with a large shower head. The new bar/restaurant duo downstairs was excellent! With items such as pimento cheese fries on the menu its sure to not disappoint any pallet. The cocktails were fresh and packed full of flavor and reasonably priced. The current museum exhibit definitely fascinated and inspired interesting conversation. Every detail down to the friendly security guard made for an exceptional experience unlike any other.

My husband and I love unique hotels when we can find them on our travels. Luckily The Fordson showed up on our radar. You can do valet or park across the street in a ramp. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was conveniently located for our local adventures. We asked for a quiet room and that turned out great. Refillable water bottles with filtered water. Modern with a great bed, linens and toiletries. And great AC! Restaurants close by. We did have room service and cocktails in our room one night which were delicious. Can’t help but mention our wonderful trip to the Western and Cowboy Museum. Highlight of our trip.

This may be the "Grapes of Wrath" route that Henry Fonda and the Joad family took from Oklahoma to California during the Dust Bowl migration of the 1930s. Today, I'm on a 2,015-mile journey from Chicago to Los Angeles via St. Louis, Oklahoma City and Flagstaff, Arizona. The last time I was in Los Angeles was in 1971 when I was a 31-year-old sportswriter covering the Chicago Bulls, who lost a seven-game series to the Los Angeles Lakers in the semifinals of the NBA playoff. Fifty-four years ago. My first stop is the Fordson Hotel in Oklahoma City. Located at 900 West Main Street, in the Film Row neighborhood and West Village District, it is a historic boutique hotel with 135 loft-like rooms and suites and a century-old heritage. The hotel features valet parking, room service, free internet access, a fitness center, a business center, pool, laundry and three on-site restaurants--Mary Eddy's Italian Grill, the Pool Bar and Bodego. I booked a 400-square-foot King room with a King-sized bed, high ceiling, expansive windows, original artwork, tub/shower with grab bars, separate sitting room with sofa and table, a coffee/tea maker and 43-inch HDTV. A very pleasant environment and a welcome night's sleep after an exhausting 12-hour, 795-mile drive from Chicago.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bedding was of high quality. The amenities in the room were very nice. Parking ($10/day) is directly across the street. Check-in is a breeze. The Mary Eddys is a nice, upscale restaurant with good service. There is a bakery within the building and I enjoyed the coffee and patisserie. The halls are cavernous with a vinyl plank flooring used throughout. If I had some complaints it would be these: The cavernous halls echo voices well. There are inside rooms adjacent to 4-story chasms filled with decorative LED light fixtures. Unfortunately, it was impossible to fully darken the room from the LED lights. I didn't know to designate not to have an inside room, because I did not know in advance that inside rooms were a thing. That was my mistake. Also, the refresh-rate on the LED bathroom lights was too low (if you know you know). Otherwise, the room was very clean, the common areas were frequently being cleaned, the staff was friendly, and the location was very handy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool with the fun buckets, waterfall, and water cannon. Quiet room. I appreciated the nicer brand-name complimentary bath products. The coffee in the lobby was good and the kids enjoyed the hot chocolate I brought back to the room for them. We enjoyed the river walk behind the hotel. Which was also a nice view from the indoor pool.

This is an older hotel. The seats in the dining/lobby were thread bare. The hotel was very clean The staff was friendly and amazing We didnt have a view. Our view was the air condition building Lots of pillows and the sheets felt crisp Jean at the night desk was gracious and welcoming. She reminded me about my two free bottles of water as a silver member of hilton

Wow breakfast was quite a variety and lasted from 6 to 10, with a very helpful hostess. Rooms are clean and my whole surroundings felt very safe. They also provided 24 hour shuttle services that prided themselves to being on time and made sure all your needs were met. Then there was coffee, tea, iced water with a hint of fruit, and cookies always available. Was very pleasant.

The breakfast was fantastic, the property was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had lots of space. I will make this my regular hotel everytime I come to OKC

Staff was friendly and effecient, the rooms were nice (the privacy curtain between the bed and pull out couch was a nice touch), shower had better pressure than my own at home, and the amenities were well kept. Used the pool and grill area, they were spotless. And that breakfast?! BEST ive ever had - they even had breakfast sandwhiches on a tasty bun OR a bagel?! Delirious. Definitely worth a little extra but prices were better than the standard competition. Highly recommend!

The customer service was top-notch! Our family booked several rooms for our family reunion and the overall hotel experience was great. The meeting room was PERFECT for our family social and easily accommodated us having up to 60 people in the room at one time. The large breakfast and outdoor seating area was nice for gathering in the mornings and evenings once the sun went down. Hands down the BEST breakfast selection, the spinach and cheese pastry was a hit! This is a VERY clean and well maintained hotel that is located near a lot of store! A special THANK YOU to Dalana, Director of Sales who I worked with to get all the details straight for renting the meeting room and having a caterer. I highly recommend this hotel!

This Property was great! The Night Clerk was friendly, welcoming and had us in our room in no time! The bed was so comfortable and the room had all.the basics but added bonus a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a great size TV with good programming options.
