The hotel is good value for a short stay over, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free parking is a great bonus. It wasn't difficult to find and easily accessible from the highway. Our room was at the front of the hotel and very close to the road with a lot of traffic so we asked to change rooms and the staff were very considerate and gave us a new room at the back of the hotel.

My stay at Hotel La Joya was absolutely perfect. It was my first time to Pachuca and only for one night to attend a concert. The room was quite spacious and clean, the adjacent store and restaurant are fantastic and open late. But it was the staff at the hotel that made my stay memorable. Try as I might I still cannot converse very well in Spanish. Their kind effort and attention to my inquiries about transportation to/from the concert and help they granted me made my trip there a success. Having a Starbucks right across the street is surely an added bonus.

The hotel was so nice and location was perfect that we actually added two more days to our stay. .The two extra days that we added included breakfast. Their breakfast was delicious. The personnel in general was super attentive and courteous. I highly recommend La Jolla.

Everyone was very professional and friendly, the hotel look very clean. Smelled good and is well kept. I was so happy with my experiencia that when i came back to Pachuca I stayed here again. It has a store ma bar, and a restaurant.

The room was great, clean, and spacious with fast WIFI. Amazing view of the huge murals of Pachuca! Great location at a 20-minute walk from the historical center.

We visited Pachuca for a couple of days and this was the perfect place to stay. Modern, clean, within walking distance from a shopping mall. But the best part of this hotel was the staff. Everybody was incredibly helpful, very polite, attentive, friendly and everybody wanted to make sure my husband and I were very happy. The people at the reception were very friendly. The bartenders were amazing, housekeeping on top of things, etc. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a great location. It was right in a shopping center that had a couple of restaurants so we didn't need to drive anywhere for dinner. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was top-notch. My boyfriend said it was the best breakfast buffet he has ever experienced. The variety was vast and the food was delicious. We didn't see any other hotel in Pachuca that came close to looking as nice as this one. We were able to spend some time by the pool one afternoon. It was a very nice pool and we were the only people out there. They also had a nice gym.

The Fiesta Inn has beautiful- large rooms. It is very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is beyond satisfying. The workout room is well equipped with aerobic and strength equipment. This place has it all. I'd gladly stay here again.

I stayed at the Hotel Sofia Pachuca for one night in January 2009 because I wanted a good hotel close to the town square, rather than out on the highway. The whole hotel has the feel of an excellent little European hotel, with small but well-designed reception and breakfast areas, small elevator, and a floor plan which winds a bit. But my room (with kingsize bed) was unbelievable: enormous, very stylish, and with two big windows which looked out on a beautiful view of downtown Pachuca and mountains. It is just a 2 1/2 block walk to the Plaza del Reloj (the town center), and is located just up the hill from this plaza between the plaza and the university. The attendants at reception area are warm, personal, and friendly. Breakfast is not included in room price, but as usual for Mexico has great fresh fruit and hot dishes. Another comment: the state of Hidalgo is not very well known among U.S. tourists, but has some beautiful spots close to Pachuca: the towns of Real del Monte in the hills above Pachuca and the town of Huasca just beyond. Taxis are cheap in Pachuca and a cab driver offered to take me up to Real del Monte for about $8.00.....it might be worth hiring a taxi for a whole day to make a full excursion of the area

I needed to stay close to a property I'm preparing for sale in Pachuca de Soto, Mexico. I selected the Hotel Mision Express based on the reviews from previous guests. The location was optimal, close to transportation,downtown, and most important, to the property of my interest. My stay was very pleasant, I was able to complete my intended tasks, and in general I was very comfortable in my room. One of the best features in this hotel is the excellent breakfast buffet: well prepared Mexican-style selection, from basic-healthy, to full breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, and it varied daily.

It was in a great location with a good view! The rooms were clean and the service was awesome! The breakfast was delicious and everything was comfortable

I was initially disappointed that those arranging my itinerary booked me here instead of the Hotel Emily - which I'd heard was the best in town - but in the end I couldn't have been more pleased. All the staff were friendly and efficient, the room and bathroom were large, very clean and well designed. Breakfast was simple, well prepared and tasty. All I could ask for. I'd happily stay again.

The hotel was very good, they can improve some things. The room was very comfy, bed, and the minisplit was amazing, keep the room warm during the night. the shower was very good because water had a lot of pressure and the temperature was perfect.

The staff was amazing and super accommodating. The breakfast was super good. Everyone was super polite and our rooms were always clean perfectly. I have 0 complaints. Would definitely stay here again. The music and decorations in their lobby is also perfect.

An imposing exterior design masks a boring and pale interior. No plants, decorations or Paintings anywhere. Otherwise extremely well placed next to multiple open air sport facilities. The Rooms need an upgrade, my hot water did not work one day, the shower unit is old. On the positive, the Manager, Yuridia Cruz, has been extremely helpful. The Restaurant crew is friendly and the food is better than expected. This is not a 5 star hotel, but rather a 3 minus star one. A shame for the staff makes a great effort but the hotel needs upgrade investment.

They are very friendly, the room is very clean and the food is super tasty.

The Ciros Hotel is well worth consideration. Free, secure underground parking right in the heart of Pachuca. You can walk out the front door and go from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless, new TV's. Fast elevator. Breakfast, included, is a short walk across the central square. Easy to negotiate your way out of town to explore the mountain attractions and towns.

Ciros is the sister hotel of Hotel Emily. When I stayed, there was some construction going on and the restaurant was not open. As of December 2010, it was remodeled and reopened. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a large, sparkling bathroom, large beds, and a little dining space. The staff was very kind and offered coupons for a free breakfast at Emily since they could not offer their own restaurant. The internet worked without fail, which is very important to me. They also validated our parking the underground facility outside the hotel. Free cleaning and bottled water daily. The only downside for me was the elevator. It was tiny and made me feel uncomfortable. Possibly with good reason as it broke down on one of my last days there. I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed for one night. Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is small but the rooms were comfortable, clean with a pleasant decor. This is an old hotel that has been upgraded so don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. I enjoyed the view of the "El Reloj" monument, the mariachis in the monument square adds to the ambience of the square. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a good value in Pachuca.

Bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and hot water, there was a small heater and a fan if needed. Location was great! Everything was clean. Some drinking water and coffee were supplied to start the day.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I previously stayed about 3 years ago. The room I stayed in this time was on the ground floor (as opposed to first floor last time) and it had a nice little outside patio with table and chairs that you could sit at, which was a nice surprise! The room has a comfortable bed, space to leave your bags, the shower had hot water and good pressure. Good location, walkable from the bus station and close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now over the past years. The rooms are simple, clean, and quiet. The wifi works well and the location of the hotel is very central for my stay in Pachuca.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. The service is very good, they are very friendly and it is very clean. I highly recommend it. The only problem we had was that it is very cold and there are no heaters in the rooms, but apart from that everything was perfect. The showers are very spacious, the water is hot and comes out with very good pressure. Thank you very much. We had a lovely stay.

El hotel está a 5 min caminando del centro, el carro puede quedarse en el estacionamiento para recorrer el pueblo a pie y eso es conveniente pues las calles son reducidas y algunas estaban cerradas por obras o por turismo. La entrada y salida al estacionamiento es un poco complicada pero nada que no pueda hacerse con cuidado. La habitación es sencilla pero cómoda y el personal muy amable. Las cortinas no eran totalmente oscuras, para nosotros no fue problema pero pudiera serlo para alguien sensible al sol por la mañana. En general la experiencia fue muy buena. Volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Fue muy buena opcion de hospedaje, su ubicacion es extraordinaria, cuentan con servicio de estacionamiento aunque no esta en las instalaciones cuentan con personal el cual se encarga de llevar a guardar el auto y no tardan mas de 15 minutos, tiene un costo extra pero es bastante accesible. Los servicios que ofrece son excelentes, cuenta con restaurante la comida es bastante buena, el costo del hospedaje es adecuado para todo lo aue ofrece. El personal encargado de recepción es muy amable y atento. Sin duda alguna regresare pronto.

El hotel fue uno de los muchos sitios en los que nos alojamos en nuestra aventura a Hidalgo. Es todo lo que los demas usuarios han dicho y aparte de excelente alojamiento el personal quiere que disfrutes del lugar y nos ayudaron con todo, todos los implicados en el negocio merecen que se les felicite por proporcionar un servicio de primera, sin duda nos volveremos a alojar en nuestras futuras visitas.

El hotel es increible cumple con todos los servicios para pasar una buena noche, dentro del Hotel hay servicio de estacionamiento el cual es seguro, desde que llegas te reciben de una excelente manera el personal se preocupa por que pases una agradable estancia, las habitaciones son muy comodas y acogedoras excelente Hotel si vas de visita a Real del Monte.

El lugar muy bien todo limpio y en buenas condiciones, solo que muy temprano unas personas estaban platicando en el pasillo y hasta pusieron hasta música con una bocina justo frente a nuestra puerta y habíamos llegado muy tarde la noche anterior pretendiendo descansar

El cuarto muy limpio, la atención muy buena y cuenta con estacionamiento. La ubicación se ve un poco a la afueras pero todo está muy cerca, el centro está a 10 min en coche. Muy cómoda la cama.

Lo único que sugiero mejoren es el baño, poniendo alguna trampa de agua en la coladera para evitar el mal olor del drenaje, pero cerrando la puerta del baño no invade la habitación...

It is conveniently located in the center of the town, so you can walk anywhere from there in short time. Also a nice view, depending on the room.

Está muy bien ubicado en el mero centro de Real del Monte. Tanto la plaza como la zona de restaurantes están a unos pasos. Desde la habitación se escuchan las campanadas de la iglesia y eso me gustó mucho. La habitación está bien, de buen tamaño; es un poco fría, pero la colcha y las cobijas están muy calientitas, entonces pudimos dormir bien, sin frío. Las personas en recepción son muy amables y atentas. Nos sentimos bienvenidos, nos trataron muy bien.

Excelente lugar para descansar, desde el momento en que llegas al Hotel el personal que se encuentra en recepción te da un trato unico, se preocupan por que tu estancia sea increíble, las habitaciones son bastante comodas, limpias y acogedoras, cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento tiene un costo muy accesible y el Sr del Valet parking es muy amable, muy recomendado. Por ultimo cuentan con Restaurante el cual esta dentro del Hotel y los alimentos son muy buenos. Volvere pronto

El hotel sin duda es magnifico, las recepcionistas son muy amables al igual como el señor del valet parking, la ubicacion es increible ya que se encuentra a unos cuantos pasos del centro, dentro del Hotel cuentan con restaurante el cual eso hace tu estancia aun mejor, los costos son bastante accesibles y el servicio que te ofrecen los meseros es bueno. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo.

Overall the Hotel Emily is a reasonably priced hotel: excellent location, right on the town square in front of the famous clock tower in Pachuca, about an hour from Mexico City. Pictures below. Rooms are relatively small but very clean, shower is excellent, internet in the room good (a bit slow) and there is a wall flat screen TV. Our room did not have a view and was a bit noisy as it overlooked the lobby but there are rooms with a view of the central plaza. There is parking. Prices are very, very reasonable, and include a good buffet breakfast for two (with any type of eggs or quesadillas, fruit, juices, pancakes, etc). Some reviewers mentioned the smell from the drains -the hotel has fixed the problem with rubber covers over the drains in the bathroom and showers. There is a coffee maker but coffee only provided for one night but there is coffee in the restaurant.

Arrived at the hotel from the Central bus station (15 minute ride, $40 Pesos) without a reservation. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke good English and was really helpful in getting us started on our first visit to Pachuca, including dinner reservations and advice on how to journey on to Santa Maria Regla. Asked for a higher room overlooking the Plaza. Shown one on the 3rd floor and accepted it. Two comfortably firm double beds, nice view of the plaza (still under construction and closed from street level view by corrugated metal hoarding) and the hillside residential, renovated shower and bathroom (small), flat screen TV, desk plus round table with two chairs, closet with a large safe, ironing board and iron, no face cloth, bedside table, no alarm clock, no air conditioning but an in-room portable heater. Good choice for visiting Centro Pachuca.

Pachuca was the surprise city so far on our cross-country trek from Los Mochis to Cancun and back! We had no expectations other than to find a descent place to sleep on the way through the country side and it was FABULOUS! The Hotel Emily is located directly on Monument Clock Plaza which is under construction during the day but the city is so nice I was willing to give it a pass on the construction headaches just because it was worth it! The Emily has very well appointed rooms and comfortable beds and great views out to the Clock Plaza. We parked our car in the basement of the hotel which worked perfectly for us. The front desk folks were very kind and patient in getting us all that we needed including a short tutorial on their version of in-room wif-fi which worked perfectly after I used Google Chrome as the connection interface as opposed to anything else. We had a breakfast buffet included in our room price and the buffet was excellent with smiling dining room and cooking professionals. Very nice! The thing you have to understand is that the city is built on the floor of the valley and the homes are built in layers going up the mountainside on two sides of the city. It was a magnificent view from the room and made me think that this city is an unknown gem! Once again, Mexico rocks with great people and great cities! Like every country is has it's warts but this is definitely not one of them!

The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. We highly enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also nice to have the restaurant in the hotel.

This hotel is located in the main plaza at the city centre. Just in front of the famous clock. So location is great for downtown Pachuca. A non-chain hotel pretending to be one. Friendly service and good food at the restaurant buffet considering that in mexico you can't get good foot at a buffet almost never. Beds are ok and towels clean. Nice gore shower with good pressure and bathroom amenities are better than usual. Also free drinkingi water bottles is a good thing. Elevator only goes to 3rd floor and gym needs to be fixed urgently. But there is a gym! Good place for a couple of nights

No evening restaurant on site but we used local taxis into Mineral del Monte. There is also a little shop selling crafts and groceries opposite the hotel - you have to ring the bell and wait for the owner to arrive. Nice views from our balcony. Clean rooms.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is fairly new but built in an OK style. Makes a good place to stay outside the village of Mineral del Monte at just 5 mins by car. Rooms are OK with all you need: hot water, chimney, balcony with some chairs, cable TV. Friendly service and a very good breakfast buffet. Didnt visit the spa because service is just until 4PM! Recommended: take a 15 mins walk up the road to visit the Acosta mine

The cabin was great! Plenty of room, very fun to have fires in the cabin at night, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel.

Huasca Sierra Verde has a little something for everyone. It's a very big property near Huasca Pueblo Magico. If you want to enjoy a romantic weekend escape you can choose a suite with jacuzzi or a novelty glamping (apaprently from glamorous camping) or even a big cabin for 8+ people if you want to bring a whole lot of kids or a friends' gather. There are a ton of activities you can take here, bicycle riding, enjoy the pools, lots of little garden houses for kids to play, a sanbox, "tirolesa". You can also play pool, ping pong and even enjoy a night tour at night where you wil hear about the legends of fairies and elves while walking through the woods that surround the property. The rooms might seem a bit pricey but for all the activities included you can definitely make the most our of your money.

The hotel is very clean, staff attentive and lots of activities to do. I stayed at the glamping room which was a very unique experience, only part I wished they wouldve done is tell us before booking that at nights it gets very cold for a baby to stay (my daughter). Otherwise it was a very nice experience. We switched rooms to the regular ones which were also nice and very cozy. The restaurant was a highlight, beautiful restaurant and a good variety for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This mountain resort is in a beautiful area conveniently located near Los Pueblos Mágicos of Hidalgo. We stayed in the basic room as the others were quite expensive and the room was very basic. No AC and the only ventilation is the windows. The area houses ducks and chickens as well as other forest animals and can get quite noisy early in the AM. They have several pools with one being exceptionally warm and comfortable. They have an amazing Tobogán or super long enclosed pool slide which was awesome and a Tirolsea (zip line) which we did not use. The restaurant was good and reasonable. When we arrived there was almost nobody there and the next afternoon a few bus loads of kids arrived and the place turned into a zoo for the afternoon. Good thing we got our swim in early. No washcloths were available and the maid took my extra floormats that I requested. Super friendly staff. Be aware, the town nearby closed down early on weekdays including restaurants. We were forced to eat at the resort's restaurant and it turned out to be pretty darn good.

We stayed here for the weekend and we were quiet surprise to find out the beauty of the place, both the Hotel and the small town close to it Huasca, highly recommendable. Great spot to scape for couple of days nice an quiet, lots of green areas and very clean. People are friendly, our room was cozy just like the pictures we saw. Also make sure to take enough jackets to walk at night, cold weather. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed at Huasca Sierra Verde we would definitely come back.

The hotel is huge. It is very clean. The rooms are just right size and the price seems very high. Several pools, a slide, a zip line, a pass in the 'forest of the duets'. The glass floor of the restaurant allows you to see a small pond full of fish right under your feet. It has igloo rooms, which can be very fun for children, although they are somewhat cold and not very comfortable for adults.

The hotel is very conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to Estadio Hidalgo, making it easy to attend night games without worry. It's also only about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Also, the Angelina's Mixology Bar located downstairs is open until 1 a.m. and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there.

Great comfortable hotel very close to the Central Bus Station (about a 5 min walk). Must try the Sundays Breakfast Buffet. Also relatively close to the Estadio Hidalgo for those looking to catch a Pachuca FC game.

Third time here and as always very nice, super clean, incredibly nice and helpful staff. Close to the Central de Autobuses, good dining options nearby, this hotel is our favorite in Pachuca!

A nice place overall, clean and decent. Be careful not to stain towels. I got charged the equivalent to 14 US dollars because I accidentally stained one bath towel. Apparently the cleaning lady makes notes while going in to your room to clean of wherever they see as a possible charge $ The day I checked like 2 minutes after I left the room the cleaning lady arrived to the desk holding a stained towel that I left in the room, is just suspicious to me how fast she got to the desk with a towel pretending to be the stained one.. I felt unsafe for a minute thinking they spy on you.. so NO I will not stay there again for that specific reason.

We loved the friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming staff. It's an old historic building with charm and character. The beds and bathrooms are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. The coffee in the lobby is ready at 7:30 am. It's a little tricky to drive to it. Very hilly and narrow roads. Be prepared for steps on inclines. There are roosters very near that start to crow at about 4 am.

Probably one of my favorite ever traditional hotels up there with the Stanley in Colorado. A total step back in time. Located right in the heart of el Real and appointed with all the accoutrements you would want out of a deeply retro hotel. Steps to the square and food and everything. Staff were friendly and the balcony looking over the town was amazing. When i bring people back to el Real we will be staying here. Hands down the best property of my two weeks in Mexico.

The property has beautiful classic architecture and a nice courtyard to enjoy the sun. The King room was large and had closets and amenities that made us very comfortable. They even had a heater in the room! The staff was friendly and spoke English. We were told we could pay when we arrived instead of having to find a bank to pre-pay. The hotel is located in the center of town so it is an easy walk to everything. We loved the view of the city from our room. I have no reservations recommending this hotel in every aspect!

The couple were wonderful, helpful in every way. The hostess gave us hot water for tea in the evenings which we enjoyed in the bar area, the host escorted us into town to a restaurant for dinner on the first night, showed us Lovers Alley and took lots of photos. Parking was secure. Also, we asked for eggs on the last day for breakfast which she kindly prepared.

Super friend staff that were very patient with our broken Spanish. We were there during slow season, so it was quiet in the large complex — but might be loud during peak times with the echoing spaces? Short 5-min walk (once you’re acclimated to altitude) to reach center of town and restaurant strip. Very conveniently located without being in the middle of the rush (especially weekends). Large, lovely garden with view that we enjoyed for dinner al fresco. Lovers’ alley was silly and fun for this old couple, but it was great to see all the named hearts. Must be a popular wedding venue. Protected free parking was nice to have.

Simple but lovely, well designed and well maintained. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us — a quick 5 minute walk into town with parking included. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

We had 2 queen beds. I thought noise might carry thru the halls from the eating area, but it never did. Enough extra blankets if cold in the room if needed. 2 waters each in our room upon arrival. I'd definitely stay there again. She makes breakfast in the mornings for guest for an additional fee. She makes you feel very comfortable. Hot water pretty fast in the shower. Big Garden area. You do need to ring the bell if the parking gate is closed to be let inside. A very pleasant stay for 2 nights. When leaving, we took pictures in the backyard area & signed our names on a wall. I think this is something guest do. Also, the casa is located on a hill. We walked a mile from where the taxi let us off. Be aware there are hills to town and to get to the casa. Walking may not be suitable if disabled or problems walking up hills & many steps in town too. It's about a 5 mins walk to town. Lovely town.

The glamping text where we stayed was very roomy. Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds. We stayed 1 night because I had to check it out. This is a nice place for family. A big water slide, pools, play areas for little kids and a field for playing volley ball, or soccer, 2 bar areas that were closed & the pools were closed off too. There was a restaurant area to eat at which was good & benches & table areas to sit outside in a few areas. Hotels to stay at too available. I would recommend for a family to stay one night. Nice hot water for showers. Nice walking paths & a duck pond. 2 vending machines.

I enjoyed my stay at the Privada casas. The location was good and the home was very cozy. Beds were clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the private community with security. Very safe. I also enjoyed my interactions with the front staff Alejandra as she was very helpful and responsive.

This cozy hide away in the middle of a city was absolutely wonderful, quiet, clean and the staff was awesome. I definitely recommend this place. It had an equipped kitchen. Wifi, towels, hygiene products. Will return here.

This was my second stay. Secure gated location with 24 hour security. Close to the historic centre but easy access to main roads. Very clean (daily cleaning). Helpful and friendly staff. Facilities improved a bit since last visit as there is now a chopping board and frying pan. Great for self catering.

Great house in a gated complex of residences. House was spotless but cooking items limited (only 2 saucepans and 4 sets of plates and bowls, limited cutlery, coffee maker). We had to buy a frying pan and sharp knife during our stay. Cleaned every day except Sunday and towels and bedding changed frequently during our 10 day stay. Very secure with 24 hour manned gate to the complex

I absolutely loved this property. We travel often in the U.S. and Mexico and this property is high on the list of places we’ll definitely stay at again! The property is located a half a mile from center of town. We were able to walk safely to the restaurant and shops via the sidewalks from the hotel into town. We came for the trails and they did not disappoint. The trailheads where also within a short walking distance of the property. That was a huge plus! The room was comfy and had the most breathtaking view of the mountains from the window, that you can view from your bed or out from the balcony. The staff was very welcoming and wonderful! We booked the hotel as it was close to the church we were attending for a wedding. Location is not far from the central bus station and mall (Palacio Pachuca). We walked it in 30 minutes but you can take a taxi. Room and bathroom was spotless, room was spacious and the bed and bedding was comfortable. There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room to make coffee or tea. Did not watch TV but it is available. Breakfast had varied options and was more than a continental breakfast. Staff are on site to clear away plates and provide coffee/tea. There are several restaurants/cafes nearby should you wish for something else. Staff were nice enough to grant us an extended check out time as we weren't feeling well. No issues with wif

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the ONLY negative I could find was that the kitchen staff were standing around joking and checking their phones and the food out for the breakfast looked terrible. I got there about 8 AM and the eggs that were left looked like they'd been there since they opened at 6AM. Just no real pride or professionalism in the kitchen. The coffee was great, the fruit was fresh and tasty, the juices were fresh squeezed and excellent. Great location, incredible views of Pachuca and once again the front desk staff were friendly and more than willing to help. They also all speak excellent English. I will be back in Pachuca next week and I will absolutely be staying at the Holiday Inn Express despite the somewhat ridiculous kitchen staff.. Who by the way were on it and did an excellent job over the weekend. Maybe when the hotel has low occupancy they sort of slack off but still, someone needs to line that kitchen up.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfy. Very impressive modern on/off switches. Pool very nice and warm. Breakfast buffet was fresh and good variety.

The hotel is only a few months old and is the most modern Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at. The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable with choice of pillows. We also stayed at the Camino Real prior to staying here and for the money, the Holiday Inn Express is more value for your money. Wifi and breakfast are free and included in the rate, which is not the case at the Camino Real.

It is clean and it is located in a very nice place near restaurants the staff is really nice and helpful anthe breakfast is delicious

Very peaceful and pretty! It was cold in the morning, but the bed was very comfy with heavy warm blankets and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. Within walking distance of El Cedral park, which is mostly great fun for families with kids but there is a hike up to a mirador that is absolutely not to be missed no matter how tired you get.

Great place for resting and relaxing. There is a forest behind the chalets. The main bedroom is quite spacious, as is the loft. There is a well equipped kitchen.

Quiet and comfortable. The fire pit was particularly nice on a cool evening.

It's quite cozy, excellent to spend a cold weekend only resting.

Bien en general, les hace falta un poco de atención en los detalles como lugares para toallas en el baño y toalla de manos. Solo se paga en efectivo y se tiene que hacer al llegar. No hay wifi en las habitaciones ni servicio de internet en la zona
