Breakfast and dinner are exceptional, location is great, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, warm and cosy - comfortable mattresses, light and warm blankets, The hotel has a children play room and billiard for the bigger boys. Everywhere is very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Parking is not a problem.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is aesthetically built and decorated. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, quiet and sunny. The breakfast included broad variety of stuff. The food was delicious. We had dinner at the restaurant during the entire stay. The staff was affable and responsive.

The friendliness of all of the staff, on arrival the front of house receptionist was ready and waiting for us. The room was ready to access and this was very clean and stylish. The hotel bar was available and it was staffed and ready for whatever you required. The food options in the restaurant were excellent and the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and the restaurant was large but cosy.

They were extremely helpful and kind, the whole staff. There was an organised transport for ppl going to ski and we took advantage of it. It was very helpful as the hotel is a bit far away from the slopes. Then we got a discount for the equipment and recommendation for a snowboard teacher for some of our friends. The place was very warm and cozy. The breakfast and dinner were great as well! We had a massage with the masseuse lady and it was also amazing. The SPA is small and you can use it at the additional cost of 5 euro per day but it is great after a long day of skiing/snowboarding, as it has whirlpool, sauna and a salt room.

The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

We got to stay in a spacious two-storey maisonette at an excellent price. It was clean and well aired, had all the necessary facilities, comfy beds, an enormous bathroom, and of course all the quiet, cosiness and breath-taking views one could expect from a resort tucked away in the heart of the mountain. Special thanks to the kind receptionist, Aneliya Kisimova, who went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs!

Very clean room. Nice small kitchenet to cook your food, comfortable sofa & bed. We stay for the second time in apartment 13 - nice and sunny. Very comfortable for families even with 2x children. There is a restaurant close to the Villas; Delicious food. The Villas organized activities for children in the evening & yoga classes during the weekend.

The hotel is located fantastically for skiing. The personnel was amazing, they were so polite and helpful with everything. We received a rather big apartment which we really appreciated. It was comfortable, convenient, perfect for a skiing getaway.

The hotel is located right in the heart ofShiroka Luka with a wonderful authentic atmosphere. The vuilding is traditional,very charming ,and gives a real sense of the Rodope spirit. The rooms are clean,comfortable,and cozy. The stuffis welcoming,friendly,and always ready to help. The restaurant offers delicious traditiinal dishes,freshly prepared,and the breakfast was very generous and super tasty. Perfecy place for a peacful and authentic mountain experience.

The hotel is located on the main street but it is not loud at all. Public parking is available right in the front of the hotel on the street. The rooms are simple but cozy providing local touch and authentic atmosphere. Nice hot shower, warm blankets saved us during some cold nights that we were lucky to catch in this area. There is a restaurant on the first floor which is highly recommended as well! Very tasty, homie, local and fresh food. The breakfast is served there and is very tasty home-made breakfast too. The place is perfect to explore the village since it is right in the center. You don't need to climb a narrow road for your hotel so we were very happy with our choice and would stay again.

Our stay at Family Hotel Kalina was amazing. The room was clean, worm and comfortable. The location is excellent, we went there to go skiing at Pamporovo and the hotel is 10 mins away from Ski Center 4 Stoikite. The staff was super friendly and was kind enough to offer us to pack the breakfast to take away because we were leaving too early before the breakfast was served. The restaurant was cozy and organised a live performance of authentic folklore singer and bagpipe from the region. Shiroka Laka is famous with the musical school at the village and the Rhodope music. It definitely worth visiting.

Great location for hiking to the Smolyan lakes. Tasty food - rich breakfast and the service in the restaurant was perfect. Comfortable bed. Beautiful scenery. Fresh air. The spa services were also perfect. The masseuse, the receptionist, and the 2 waitresses at the restaurant were very friendly and polite. Overall, despite the small inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay.

We came for hiking, did not have a car, and this place was within walking distance (30 minutes or less) to a few trails. I stayed in the apartment because I wanted a kitchen, but the kitchen was not actually a kitchen. Room was spacious, super clean, super comfy beds, and lovely nature all around. It was quiet and peaceful, and the hotel breakfast that was included was great. Lots of fresh fruit and breads (but not much else for vegetarians) The restaurant staff were really kind and accommodating. There is a sauna and pool for use by all who stay there.

It’s gorgeous place in the nature. The surroundings are so beautiful. It’s serenity around, the birds are singing, mountains are giving strength, the air is curing. There are 3 lakes around, many eco paths. If you need to run from the city and restore your immune system and relax to the fullest - it’s the place. The room was super comfy, everything you need is there. Wonderful view from the terrace, comfortable bed. The room was very warm. There is no elevator - so, for elders better to choose down floors. SPA is good, wonderful music inside and it was very relaxing. Bathrobes are available in the room. But the straps to support the belt were torn - not comfortable though. In the evening you can order very tasty food in the evening

Couldn't fault it. The staff were polite and attentive. The room was very spacious and clean. The decor is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in each room. The living area had a smart TV. There were two balconies, one in each room. The breakfast was good. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The room had a beautiful view of the nearby forest.

Great location in the center in walking distance from the bus station, very friendly reception, rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer a gratis 24h coffee and tea service as well as some sweets for breakfast. I would definitively stay again.

The hotel was at a central location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was space outside and inside to get together . I loved the cappuccino I could drink whenever I wanted and the woman at the reception was very friendly. Parking space in front of the hotel was very helpful.

The hotel is very easy to find, good location in the center. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Big room, huge bathroom, good wifi signal. We parked the motorcycle in the hotel's underground private parking lot. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels.

The host was very friendly and nice! The place is very authentic, has its own spirit, very well maintained and in a perfect condition. Food at the restaurant downstairs is a must! We went for late dinner, and I don't rember I ate anything this tasty in a long time!

The hosts are very nice and friendly. It was very clean and the food was great. There is an option for delicious breakfast. Natural Bulgarian style in the house and rooms. No luxury, but comfortable suits.

Lovely spot with off street parking, very nice host and keen to please and help. Comfortable and large room in an incredible building. All facilities were there and an in house restaurant was handy, with great local food on offer. Room had spa bath as well as a shower. Building has been lovingly restored and is superb with all local Timbers. Very comfortable stay indeed.

Nice home cooked breakfast, we also enjoyed good traditional food both nights in the restaurant. simple but comfortable room, nice view of the church. Although our hosts did not speak much English they were lovely and both went out of their way to help us with our travel queries which was greatly appreciated.

Friendly staff, nice food, comfortable beds, nice extra facilities. It is located at the edge of the town, so it's easier to visit the ski center, although you need a car to get to a shop or bar.

Pretty amazing hotel, very modern, stylish and clean. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The pool and Spa area was excellent- clean and big. Breakfast buffet had everything for every taste and it was a fresh.Service is high level and the staff was friendly. It was nice place for relax. I highly recommend this place and I will visit shortly once again.☺️

Excellent hotel, the top one in Pamporovo. Clean rooms, picturesque view from the balcony, comfortable beds and sofa, very nice new bathroom, very polite staff, tasty breakfast and good choice in the restaurant for the lunch or dinner. The best spa in the area.

Staff at reception and spa very friendly and helpful. Good size of the room. Great bathroom, good size and equipment. Breakfast ok. Ski bus is comfortable and worked according the plan. Had a massage in the spa, very kind and super massage. Nice lobby bar. Overall I got what I expected. Around are different restaurants and bars. Good location. Tried the neptun restaurant as well, calm and good atmossphere there.

We booked the maisonette for 3 adults and 2 children, and it was a great choice. The upstairs separate bedroom was a huge hit with the kids. The rooms were very clean, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and spa center were super clean and a big bonus. The staff were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help us out with an issue with our vehicle, making sure our trip ended on a high note. 100% we will stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay. Junior suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and various, dinner too. The desserts were a lot, but not so high quality, more semi-finished. I would recommend to have fewer options, but more refined. Great facilities, warm pool, rich choice of saunas, steam baths, showers. Friendly and supportive staff. The property is 10 min walk from Malina skilift but there is a shuttle bus for the slopes which was very nice. The staff vas very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean, very comfortable and with daily cleaning. The breakfast and the dinner were various and delicious The spa and the pool is the best choice after a day at ski.

That is the second time we come to this hotel for a short winter vacation and we even extended our stay with a day. It is very close to one of the ski lifts, lots of parking places infront the building. The hotel rooms and restaurant was super warm (we were walking barefeet and had to switch off the radiators) and so was the swimming pool. The water was perfect for our 5 months old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful; our apartment was very clean. We had half board - the food was not massively varied, every evening there were 4-5 dishes and salad bar to choose from and they were all very tasty and fresh. A good small selection of fruits and desserts.

Staff was really friendly from receptionist, people in the restaurant, in the SPA and ski service but also the driver of the shuttle. Even they have some predefined timeslots for driving to the ski lifts and back, we called him to pick us up and he came at time which was good for us. It is 5 minutes drive only. Food was the great for 3 star hotel. There was always some nice surprise for dinner. Order the bottle of the water from the bar. In swimming pool temperature was more then 35 degrees. All facilities were operating. Cleaning ladies came after 2nd day and offer room cleaning. They were fast and did it really well. We were in the really huge apartment which was not renovated as some other rooms were renovated last year. Difference is mainly in sofa in the living room and other furniture but from functional perspective it is very similar. There were some dents around but overall it was very good. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities even coffee machine. Internet was really fast. I did some online meetings without issue. There is enough parking around the hotel. Massage is god and not expensive.

The suite was large, spotless and comfortable. Reception staff was very kind and helpful with all our needs. Fast internet connection in the room, good breakfast, overall great value for money. The pool is nice and open all day, even out of season.

We choose this location because it was near the slopes. The room was big (we had an apartment with a double bed bedroom, a single bed bedroom and a living-room extendable sofa), the beds were comfortable, they have an espresso machine in the room but we didn't know, the breakfast was ok, basic stuff but enough quantity, the spa area was nice if you got there before 16:30 (when the chairlifts closed and everybody came back to the hotel), the personnel was helpful but it would be good if they would learn a little bit of English. You can rent ski equipment from the hotel and also they have a small bus that takes people to the slopes and back (we didn't use it and took our car because there are o lot of parking places there and the cost was 10 leva/day).

A very cozy, clean, and warm apartment with a beautiful mountain atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized — comfortable bed, spotless room, peaceful surroundings, and a real sense of relaxation. The location is wonderful: surrounded by pine trees and fresh air, quiet and calm, yet close to the center and ski lifts. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was quick and easy.

The location is just perfect - in the middle of the forest! amazing atmosphere, air, view! The complex upgraded us and we received an apartment, (THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this gesture) which was big, clean and comfortable - equipped with all the needed stuff if you want to prepare your food locally. The internet connectivity was fine. The cable TV was in place. The furniture was very comfortable. We had a perfect time spent there and will recommend the complex to all my friends. Another positive criterion is the location - you have a lot of places around to visit, so take the longest vacation.

It was beyond spacious with a great view of Snezhanka tower. The kitchen had all facitilties for cooking, like an appartment reaally, not a hotel. However we paid for dinner (only 13 euross) so its a great deal considered Pamporovo restaurants are pretty expensive. Also you cn pay for one dinner/two or more, so you are free to go to other hotels for more. I likes the spaciousness, would go there again definitely Stuff was very friendly, especially the woman of the bar

The location of the hotel is pretty close to everything, especially when it comes to skiing - 5 min away. There is a very cozy restaurant across the street in case you are hungry since the hotel does not have a restaurant. However ,the breakfast included was tasty and there was a lot of variety.

Warm hospitality, clean rooms and public spaces. Cosy and comfortable stay. The surrounding nature is just stunning. Fresh air and birds singing makes you rested from the first fresh air breath.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel very clean. Superb view from the restaurant terrace especially at breakfast time. The food is also excellent. Good fitness centre and very nice spa. The location is very close to the centre and offers lovely views. Nothing to say apart that it was a perfect stay. Very peace and quiet. I will stay there again as soon as I can!

I loved everything about my visit at the Rodope Nook guest house. The room was super clean, cosy and had a beautiful view. The host was extremely polite and friendly. The first morning we had to leave a few hours before the breakfast and even though we did not ask for it, the hosts prepared breakfast for us before the scheduled time. I would definitely visit again.

The property is located high above town, far from the noise and main streets, so it is quiet and peaceful. Great value for the money.
