A beautiful, quiet boutique hotel – exactly what we were looking for. The room with the private pool and jacuzzi was cozy, clean, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff were truly exceptional and welcoming, especially Petros, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.

My husband and I were on our romantic getaway and stayed at M Boutique Hotel only for Adults. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms, everything exceeded my expectation. A truly memorable stay! I highly recommend it because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Room upgrade given to large bedroom with loads of space. Really comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Central location easy to get to everywhere. Safe and quiet area. Nice clean pool with plenty of comfy beds. Breakfast made freshly to order - chef prepared to a high standard. The roof bar was great and the cocktails very good.

Amazing hotel, rooms are fully updated, super clean and modern! Hotel Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is amazing, very nice pool even id we couldn’t use it as it was winter. I would only say that for the price of the stay you should at least include breakfast. For such amount of money without breakfast, spa or anything, its way too much. Also theres not much sea view because of other buildings blocking the view, but in 1-2 minutes walking distance. Nevertheless, our experience was great!

Nice Boutique hotel in the middle of Pathos, two minutes walk from shore front and close to everything. Has a small gym and a very small sauna (free to use) with plenty of treatments to choose from plus smart looking outside pool area. Roof top bar is lovely but a little pricey however the food which is mainly Asian fusion is absolutely delicious and worth treating yourself to. Hotel restaurant again is pricey but food very good. Bedroom was good size with open style hanging space for clothes which is not to my liking but I can live with. King bed and large tv with lots of room lighting options provided a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Room safe, complimentary tea and coffee plus fridge with a variety of items not complimentary. Small balcony with a table and two chairs. All hotel staff were excellent, always smiling always helpful and never passed you without a greeting.Reception staff are the best I have seen especially on arrival at hotel. Made you feel so welcome while at the same time giving you a total run down on hotels facilities and room information. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the hotel and every amenities. Our room with jacuzzi was amazing. Big thank you to Elina manager on reception. She is very helpful and definitely meet’s customer needs to the best she can, also the guy who took our luggage was good too. Thanks again for the room decorations.

The service was excellent. Well trained staff. The room was beautiful and clean. They have an app through which we ordered drinks, extra pillows, wine glasses ... The jacuzzi on our porch was an added bonus. Everything and everyone was helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms were great, especially the one with the jacuzzi. The hotel’s location right in the city center was perfect, and the food was very tasty. Highly recommend!

We have been staying at Annabelle for over Twenty years and have just returned home from our 22nd stay. Annabelle has the best location in Paphos, just a short 15 minutes walk to the harbour and right on the seafront. There is a private beach area to the rear and beautiful tropical gardens with 2 outdoor pools and various other places to cool off including the swim-up bar. We stayed in a studio suite with sea view, and having stayed in most types of room this is our favourite. The room was really spacious with fantastic sea views. The furnishings were all of good quality and the bed was really comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean and had a good size balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. We ate in all of the restaurants as we were on half board basis and the food choice, quality and service were all excellent. Breakfast was in the Fontana which was also open on a few night during our stay for buffet dinner. The choice and quality of the food in the Fontana restaurant was also excellent. Everything was replenished quickly and the hot food selections were actually hot. We had a fantastic time again, totally relaxing, thanks to the amazing staff at Annabelle who couldn’t do enough for us. Already booked 23rd and 24th visits.

Beautiful and luxurious beachfront hotel in Paphos The hotel is very impressive and beautiful, and the location is wonderful on the promenade, close to everything We were given a spacious room with a wonderful view of the sea, meticulous design in light blue, white, and wood colors Large balcony Beautiful spacious bathroom Meticulous cleaning twice a day, and changing all towels Wonderful breakfast, varied and with a lot of offers, everything is fresh and delicious Beautiful and large pools, a rectangular central pool, additional pools in the design of a stream, a waterfall and a cave, with a drinking bar in the water, everything is very beautiful and designed. Disadvantage: All the pools are very low, and without shade. The staff is friendly and professional, took care of everything we wanted - my little daughter was injured and immediately the team made sure to disinfect and bandage the wound, my father who is not mobile had difficulty getting from place to place - the staff made sure to help him

Another fantastic stay at our all time favourite hotel in Paphos. This was our 12th stay over the last 16 years and it was superb. We emailed the hotel once we had booked our holiday to let them know we were visiting again and requested a high floor quiet room with double bed. We initially dealt with Megan who passed on our requests to the reservation manager who said they would do their best to accomodate our request. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a beautiful deluxe room with incredible pool and sea views. So quiet and peaceful and absolutely spotless. On the 2nd day Chrystalla in guest services had left us a note in the room with a lovely bottle of wine thanking us for returning again and wishing us a fabulous stay. Such a great touch and lovely gesture. Chrystalla even arranged for us to have a boat for the day in Latchi organising our transport to and from the resort which was also an incredible day spent at the blue lagoon and visiting other historic spots and places of interest along the coast. We stayed B&B on this occasion as wanted to try the many great restaurants in Paphos.. we have dined in all.of Annabelles restaurants in the past and they are always fabulous and the service is exceptional. We want to thank all of the staff including Megan, Chrystalla, Eleni, Bacchir and Saurav in the pool bar for making our stay so relaxing amd welcoming us back in such a special way. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

We would highly recommend staying at the Annabelle hotel based on our experience. Weather, staff, room and food were all great. Staff - were very welcoming and accommodating. Engaging with us all and genuinely wanting to make our stay a positive experience Food - breakfast buffet had a great selection and was open 7-10am daily. We were on half board and ate at the three onsite restaurants in the evening. If you wanted to switch evening for lunch meal this could be done. Great food and catered to different dietary requirements. You are walking distance to the harbor so could also go out to eat there if you wanted. Resort - was spacious, clean and well staffed. There is a spa, gym, hotel bar and lots of seating in the hotel lobby area Rooms - spacious, clean and modern. We had an ocean view overlooking the pool and harbor. We were on the third floor which gave us a great view of the sunsets Pool area - lots of beds around the pool and there are 4 areas to enjoy the sun! Towels not available until 8am in the morning and if you save beds/leave them unattended for a period of time they will remove your items Across from the hotel there are a number of shops including a pharmacy which were very hand to have close by. If you are thinking about staying here book the stay. You won't be disappointed!

Everything was great, from breakfast, jacuzzi, sea view, service, and even the beds and even the rennovated spa room. Also enjoyed the pool entertainment and night magic show .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to ensure every part of our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with stunning views and all the comforts one could need. One of the standout features was the exceptional dining experience. We have visited Basilico restaurant and every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, creative presentations, and flavors that left us craving more. I also can't help but note the amazing variety of healthy and tasty dishes for breakfast. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, combined with the dedicated and friendly team, truly made our short stay unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and a remarkable culinary experience. I look forward to returning!

The hotel is truly the best in Cyprus. It has a breathtaking view (from the bar patio), it is super clean, beautifully decorated,. The food was delicious especially the mushroom risotto at Helios, whiskey sour at Harmony Bar was top class, The staff were patient and polite and always happy to assist. The pianist at dinner at Helios was outstanding. My room was beautiful. The bathroom was spacious and the toiletries was superb. The bed was super comfortable. I will be visiting again :)

This really did feel like 5-star facilities and service.... Breakfast was sensational, so much to choose from, and willing staff in constant attendance. The outside spaces were great too, easy entrance pools, plenty of loungers, the sea and beach very close. The location itself is very beautiful, especially the upper terrace where we had drinks and a couple of meals. Staff were always friendly, polite and super-attentive to our needs. Our suite with private pool, nice temperature, was very comfortable. The spa is a magnificent space, so a great destination for bad weather days.

Everything was outstanding. The room, the view, the cleanliness, the flexibility of the personel, the restaurants, the beach side, the amazing professional staff, the food was very good.. it was for a weekend and it was very relaxing and exactly what we wanted...

Stayed here all inclusive in a group of 8 golfers although the majority of the guests were couples and families. We were (surprisingly) upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was a fantastic room with well stocked mini bar, nespresso machine etc. The room and hotel generally was very clean. The Hotel is superb - we spent a lot of time on the Carob bar terrace which was a lovely sun trap. The main buffet restaurant was excellent with a wide choice every evening. We dined at three of the a la carte restaurants and all three were top drawer. A down side was, although we didn’t use the main pool (there are 3) there were lots of towels on sun beds when we went to breakfast at 8am. Very tempted to throw the towels in a heap next to (or in) the pool!! The Aphrodite Hills golf course is a joy - our handicaps ranged from 6 to 22 and we all loved it. Great to have a few beers when you finish overlooking the 18th which has water for golfers to negotiate! We also played Secret Valley, Elea and Minthis Hills - all very different but all well worth playing. We all agreed that we will return to Aphrodite Hills - definitely 5 star!

I had an amazing time at Aphrodite Hills in Paphos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning views over the Mediterranean and peaceful surroundings that make it perfect for both couples and families. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Our accommodation was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home. The pool area was a real highlight – clean, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We also enjoyed the village square with its selection of restaurants and shops, which made everything so convenient. There’s a great range of activities as well – golf, spa treatments, walking trails, and more. It’s a place where you can either stay active or just completely unwind. Aphrodite Hills truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean, beautiful grounds, great food and exceptional staff. Would be a five out of five were it not for the restrictions on the a la carte restaurants. Of the 8 restaurants, 3 were included in the all inclusive package, 1 was the buffet and the other 4 were at additional cost. Could only visit the a la carte one each per week so left with buffet for the rest of the nights. The food at the buffet is really good but I just prefer being waited on and buffets always have a “canteen like” feel to them. That said we are already planning our return to this lovely little hotel. The staff really make it, they work so hard and are so friendly. Special mention to Kameliya at the adult bar. She works tirelessly in the heat ensuring we always have a drink poolside. Always remembers your room number and what drinks you like to drink and when. Always a smile on her face. An exceptional member of staff who stood out in a team of great staff. Would also like to mention Anna & Inna in the adult section of the buffet…..again super service with a smile always. Nothing too much trouble. Mentions to for Ionna at the poolside bar and the staff at lunchtime at El Sabo restaurant working hard in the heat ensuring Rooms clean and really comfy beds. If you like cats there are plenty around looking for some fuss so bring some licky licks for them! Well done to the management for the running of this resort. We will be back!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Aphrodite Hills. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained, creating a beautiful and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The staff were excellent from start to finish. A special thanks goes to George, who went above and beyond to help make my engagement plans truly unforgettable. We’d also like to highlight the fantastic team at the adults-only rooftop bar – always friendly and attentive – as well as the hardworking pool waiters and the lovely lady at the snack bar, who was always cheerful and helpful. A couple of small areas for improvement: • Not all food and drinks are included in the all-inclusive package, which wasn’t entirely clear at first and can be a bit frustrating. • It would enhance the breakfast experience if restaurant staff offered tea or coffee on arrival, rather than guests needing to get it themselves. • The gym could benefit from some renovation or updated equipment. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Aphrodite Hills – especially for special occasions like ours. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a memorable experience!

Wow, where to start? We stayed in a junior villa which was just lovely, the private pool was perfectly sized and the whole villa was spotless and perfect for the 3 of us, which was me, my husband and 18 year old daughter. The villa gives you privacy but you can book and pay for meals at the hotel and in the village square which for us is the perfect combo. Never had a bad meal or service and being vegetarian there were options in most of the restaurants. We also walked some amazing hikes in and around the resort and the views are breath taking. We went exploring and loved coral bay for its sandy if busy beach but pissouri bay offers a calm and less frantic beach experience but its pebbly which for us did not bother us, we preferred pissouri bay beach as it wasn’t busy nor filled with families with children. Not a criticism just an observation. Husband played the golf course which he thoroughly enjoyed. We had massages at the spa which were amazing and the infinity pool and spa area are blooming gorgeous! We highly recommend. You will not be disappointed if you book this resort. Do it!

Stylish designer hotel in fantastic central location. Breakfast is fabulous as is the food in the restaurant and drinks in rooftop bar. All staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff always on hand to assist with car hire, taxis & recommendations. Rooms clean and beds extremely comfortable. Super handy large supermarket just round the corner. It was cold during our stay so didn’t get to use pool sadly but I can imagine it can get very busy in high season as not much space for sunbeds. Only niggles are that we could hear everything from our noisy neighbours next door. Soundproofing is not great/non existent. Hotel is also on a main road and can understand noise from bars in summer might be an issue. Finally the complimentary toiletries (Molton Brown) didn’t seem that luxurious. Would recommend taking your own shampoo! Other than that can highly recommend 😎

We had the BEST stay at M Boutique Hotel. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional and the hotel itself is immaculate. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was very quiet. We absolutely loved the luxurious sun beds and bean bags on offer around the pool and we never struggled to find space, perhaps due to the time of year we visited (mid-October). The pool was very cold but I personally find this very refreshing and welcome after laying in the sun! All our needs were met and the food and drinks were superb. All I can say is that everything at M Boutique was to a very high standard and we were so happy we chose to stay there. My partner and I actually got engaged whilst we were in Paphos and we were thrilled to be staying in such a perfect hotel for it!

Good property very close to the beach / promenade. Really nice breakfast, expensive but a very large portion. The rooftop Japanese restaurant was delicious but very loud music, a strange combination of restaurant and club vibes. Nice quiet private pool area. Staff mostly very friendly. Room was fine, cleaned twice a day but the air con wasn’t great. Overall a good hotel and I would go back, it’s good value for money, and especially liked the area around the pool. It is right next to the road though and it was very loud traffic / engine revving on a night time although I appreciate this can’t be helped. Perhaps better sound proofing?

A great new hotel that oozes effortless cool, in a prime location. It feels secluded from the outside world like a mini resort, and the facilities are great. The rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style, but are also comfortable places to spend a few hours. There were three annoyances that let this property down: 1. The pool is freezing! The air was a nearly constant 30 degrees during our stay, yet the pool was uncomfortably cold so that no-one stayed in it for more than 5 mins. 2. The main door to our room (301) let in loads of noise. This was not helped by the fact that the cleaning closet was outside our door and the cleaners stood around talking loudly from around 8:30 in the morning. 3. The cleaners were a real mixed bag - the room was never unclean, but quite often our mini bar or tea/coffee supplies were not restocked and our glasses were not cleaned/replaced. Additionally, there was no price list for either the mini bar or room service, which really put us off using them. Finally, because we had the audacity to not leave our room at 09:00 each day (instead often leaving between 10:30-11:30) we were asked multiple times on separate days by a cleaner when we were planning to go or if we didn’t want cleaning that day. It really made us feel like we were misbehaving in some way… Overall, this is a great place that I would stay at again, but there are some things to fix. Shoutout to Sophia and Joanna for the pool service!

Very new boutique hotel with ideal location a few minutes walk to the beach where ample restaurants and shops await. The highlight is the breakfast! If there is fine dining for breakfast, this one qualifies. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay, and highly recommend it to everyone who wishes a perfectly relaxing vacation on the island in Mediterranean.

The staff were amazing! Stefan was fantastic, attentive and also great fun to talk to. Anna was super; conscientious and extremely prompt and punctual with her services. Also Boris was very friendly and helpful. When there was storm and rain - the taxi service you suggested and Yannis were great too. We were provided with extra fruit and complimentary drinks/sbacks which we appreciated greatly. We loved the apartment( super clean and spacious, good shower). Very comfy beds and furniture. Pool area and pool very nice. Location S park great - close to beach and restaurants etc. Also communication via email was great. Also we felt safe and the area was quiet .

This was the perfect location within a 5 minutes walk to the beach, and a short waking distance to top restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very nice with a new modern design, very clean and quiet, we were the first guest to occupy the apartment after its renovation. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful in everything from handling luggage and check-in to booking attractions and dinners for us. This was the best choice for us a family of three staying over week, much more comfortable than a single hotel room or suite. We had a nice living area with a big smart TV, a dining room and a spacious kitchen, perfect for breakfast and snacks. I was very touched by the kind hospitality of the people of Paphos and the hotel staff in particular. Would definitely pick the same place again next time we visit Cyprus.

Excellent appartment, very modern and comfortable. Very clean, cleaning service provided every second day. Comfortable furniture on the balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very nice welcome package on arrival, some drinks, snacks and fruits. Staff was very attentive, quick service via whatsup. We also enjoyed the pool. Very short walking distance to the sea promenade (3-4 min) and a nice sandy beach just when you arrive to the seaside. Lot of restaurants close by for lunch and dinner. We loved our stay!

The Best Place in Paphos! I have been visiting this area for many years, but I only discovered this hotel this year. From now on, I will stay only here. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and everything is brand new, designed with attention to the smallest details. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating: they allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard time and even offered a late checkout, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect — the sea, great restaurants, and a small shop are all just a short walk away. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Paphos!

Our apartment at Silver Park was exceptionally well kept and came stocked with a variety of refrigerated drinks and ambient snacks all included in the price. Cleaning was pre-arranged and communicated to us a day in advance so that we knew when to expect a knock on the door. The pool area is perfect to soak up some sun as it has direct sunlight for the entire day, making the pool just nice to jump into and cool off throughout. Our balcony faced the sun in the evenings which was perfect for a sit down before heading out to the nearby restaurants in the evenings. We were located very close to the town, 10mins stroll to the harbour or some lovely beach bars less than 5 minutes away in the other direction. This accommodation is exceptional and I would recommend to anyone for a holiday in the Paphos area.

Beautiful penthouse suite with harbour and sea views, loads of space, private verandah and jacuzzi. Very affordable, convenient location, tasty Cyprus breakfast and friendly staff.

Amazing Hotel, The manager was very accommodating, we arrived late. Manager was very helpful. We had an early start. He advised us early breakfast was no problem. Location perfect. Very central. Our room I wasn't expecting to be so nice. It had a huge balcony with heated Jacuzzi bathtub which was just amazing. All in all I highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again. 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a family run hotel located in one of the most scenic ports in Cyprus. My room had a view of the entire port and I could see the dawn and sunrise every morning and the fresh sea breeze was invigorating. The rooms were clean and spotless. Also attached to this gorgeous hotel is the iconic restaurant where we had the freshest fish l've ever tasted, beautifully and simply presented. Their breakfast was typical Cypriot food: healthy, tasty and delicious! The staff were friendly welcoming and efficient. What an amazing experience. We love it and can't wait to come back.

Y&P Latchi is a great family-run business, exceptionally clean and very convenient with an amazing fresh fish restaurant. It’s right in the heart of everything you need to do in Latchi! All the great restaurants, the beach, and activities are just a 3-minute walk away. Being directly on the harbor is a real luxury: the view for the room is breathtaking, you finish your Blue Lagoon trip and within just a few steps, you’re back in your room. This is exactly the kind of convenience and comfort one looks for. Best stay in Latchi! I will only stay here whenever I’m back.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. The room was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. Had a balcony over looking the harbour which was stunning. Newly refurbished and very well maintained. Super clean. The bed and pillows were fantastic and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too. Amazing hotel and will definitely be going back

the facilities was very nice and we relax a lot we use the jacuzzi and steam room it was perfect too!!

Firstly the location is in a prime area. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Four restaurants to choose from and a buffet you can go without booking everyday. Four or even more bars to grab drinks from. Two big pools with two Jacuzzis. Indoor pool and heated indoor jacuzzi. Spa center with steam room and sauna. The list goes on and on. From The welcome drink to the wine room area. We'll priced gift shop. I can't stop writing about this place but I will.

There are so many aspects of this hotel that made our stay exceptional. 1. Facilities- our room (family of three) was comfortable and extremely clean. We had a little balcony that was facing the pool-very practical. There restaurants and bars are spotless. There is a big variety of foods that cater for all (vegans included). The snack bars have many options, including healthy ones (salads and desserts). Another perks of the hotel are the little gym, steam room and sauna, as well as the tennis courts that are free of charge (get the equipment from reception) and a little shop. 2. The staff are extremely polite and very supportive. A special thanks to Maria (in the breakfast and dinner restaurant) who was so kind to provide me with oat milk for my evening tea☕️. It must be added that guests who opt for the ‘all inclusive’ option can use both ‘a’la carte’ restaurants (Japanese and Route 66- steak place). We absolutely loved the freshly made sushi! Another person who made our experience unique was Despina in the indoor bar/cafe. Thank you Despina for valuable insights into Pafos and a professional service (teas and coffees served in pots and cups of stylish steelite sets). 3. Location - direct access to the seaside, endless walking paths and amazing views. An absolute bliss. Having years of travelling, there are only two hotels I would love to return to and St George is one of them.

Good food variety and very fresh, catered well for English. For breakfast the fresh fruit and honey was a highlight for me. The choice of pools and a designated sun bed is a great idea. Had a spa treatment which lasted 3 hours, this was brilliant and not bad value. The beach leaves a bit to be desired it feels more like a construction site, the weird obelisk with scaffold poles detracts in my opinion. The drinks are all very good although some by the pool bar by certain staff are made in a rush and not quite to the standard of others around the place. The wine bar is a lovely asset to the place, very relaxing. Sunset bar great photo opportunity.

The welcoming staff at the front desk were great - especially the gentleman from Estonia. The variety and availability of food and drinks made it very easy to get something - best coffee at the Cafe below the main desk. Lots of shaded areas to enjoy outside relaxation. The variety of restaurants was very good and I enjoyed the ice cream bar - good selection. Do not miss eating at the sushi/Asian restaurant, even though in the main buffet area (strange). Make sure to book your a la carte restaurants shortly after arriving. The rooms were great with lots of space for storage. The air conditioning was amazing - freezing if set to that temp hahaha.

We had a very good time, enjoyed the sea view, the breakfast and lunch we had in the hotel were very good as well. Clean room, all the facilities were open like pool, jacuzzi and we highly recommend the massage. The bad part is saying goodbye, but for sure we will come back again ! We truly recommend this resort.

We booked our stay with breakfast included, and it was absolutely perfect. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! As for the hotel itself, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, with spacious and well-designed areas. The range of amenities was fantastic—whether you’re looking to relax in the spa, jacuzzi etc or stay active with tennis, table tennis, squash, archery, or maybe get creative with joining a pottery class and other creative activities, there’s truly something for everyone. They also offer plenty of events to keep guests entertained. What truly sets this hotel apart is its dedication to customer satisfaction. The service was outstanding, with friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The property was just great and we loved our stay in Paphos. We have special regards for Ms Elena at the omelettes station as she is just amazing and really made our every morning start with a smile! The scenery is simply stunning, very peaceful however convenient to get to Paphos town. - We got an upgrade to the Beach Executive Suite which is just gorgeous, with direct access to the beach lounge area. - You can enjoy entertainment at the pool or find peace and quiet at the sunbeds down next to the beach (or at the beach itself). There are multiple showers, towels are available for guests and sunbeds are comfy. - Breakfast is awesome, the pool bar and restaurant as well, the staff really offers an exceptional service and you really feel welcome. - There is a variety of restaurants for dinner at the property itself. - The gym is small, but you can find everything you need. - A supermarket and bus stop are just in front of the hotel.

I booked two beach suits for the family, they were very clean and close to the beach and the pool. The bar in the room was full, and we had two bottles of red wine and plates of fruits. The pools was also clean and nice, and we took all inclusive so we enjoyed the pool bar and lunches there. Speaking of food, every evening we had different dinner, there are multiple restaurants in the hotel that you can chose from. We had a traditional food night, Mexican food, Asian food, Indian food, Mediterranean food, BBQ night etc. all were actually superb. There is also a restaurant for couples only and kids are not allowed, it looked really good, but we did not try it. For couples it would be very romantic. Finally, the hotel is on the beach, and there is facility for renting jet ski, banana, and other fun things that we very much enjoyed with the kids. This is a big plus!

The Hotel The hotel is beautiful and serene, featuring a majestic main building with marble accents and well-maintained gardens. The main swimming pool is large and ideal for swimming. There is also a second, smaller pool that is warm but quite tiny. The beach has small pebbles; it would be nicer if it were sandy. There are both tennis and paddle courts available, which is a great feature. The spa offers excellent massages. The hotel is child-friendly; we have been staying there here with our 5-year-old son for 7 nights. The Room The room is spacious; however, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I experienced back pain throughout my stay. The Food The breakfast is extensive, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Among the restaurants, the poolside restaurant/bar offers the best service and good food. Helios serves excellent dishes—especially the foie gras pâté and chocolate tart—although the service can be inconsistent. Pelagos serves delicious grilled fresh fish, but the service is also mixed there. The Square Village is a fun way to explore local cuisine, and the live music and dancers make for a great experience. The Location The hotel is very well located, making it easy to take private tours of the Akamas Peninsula.

We’ve been coming to Anassa for the last five years . Best location for those seeking peace and quiet , privacy and class. Accommodation is spacious very comfortable with balconies overlooking magnificent sea view . Great staff and service . Private beach ( access to the water is not so friendly because of the pebbles and tiny stones ) but is worth the effort for the cleanliness and water’s transparency .) the most beautiful terrace out of the bar area for having great cocktails and a variety of bar food at all times - preferably around sun set . Great spa area with great indoor pool ( should be heated ) A place where one frequents regularly and meets same staff members who remember their guests from one year to the other . It always has a homecoming feel gim , and more .

The location, the hotel, the unique beach — it was an absolutely stunning, paradise-like place. The rooms, the service — I would honestly say not just 5 stars, but 7 stars! The pillows, the bedding, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the view, the privacy — everything was top-notch. The beach was incredible, with comfortable sunbeds, spotlessly clean and brand-new mattresses, and perfectly maintained walkways. And the food was absolutely delicious. Truly exceptional in every way.

Dear Anassa Team, We recently enjoyed a family getaway at your resort and wanted to extend our thanks for a truly wonderful experience. The setting was beautiful, and your staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive—thank you for making our stay so memorable. That said, we did want to share a couple of points that affected our comfort. On Sunday evening, between approximately 17:00 and 18:00, we had hoped to rest before dinner, but there was a very loud and persistent noise coming from below our window. It sounded like metallic objects being dropped repeatedly and was quite disruptive—especially during a time when peace and quiet would have been appreciated. Additionally, we found the breakfast offering a bit underwhelming. The bacon was very hard and the poached eggs were cold, which didn’t quite meet the expectations we had from Anassa. Aside from these points, everything else was truly excellent, and we’d gladly return. We simply wanted to share this feedback in the hope it’s helpful for your continuous improvement.

Polite personnel, clean, nice pool, nice indoor pool/ spa/ jacuzzi, nice location, spacious rooms. Have a mini market in the hotel - very convenient.

The rooms were great, we booked the next day the bigger suit which was very nice, also the pool was great, very big and there is also jacuzzi. Staff was good and breakfast had a good variety

We wanted a resort that would give us a spa experience. We were staying in Pissouri Bay and the local resort spa prices were way OTT. We visited Capital a few days earlier to check out the options. The reception ladies were very helpful. Our visit included a salt scrub then a top to toe massage. The therapists were fabulous and we were allowed to use the facilities: rest room, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Many thanks to Kaia, Plamena and Inga who made our experience so worthwhile.

It exceeded our expectation the people where so nice the room was very clean , we booked breakfast and dinner it was delicious full of options specially that we are muslims and the staff was super nice and friendly the pool was very safe for kids the beach is clean and perfect for families, i would book their every time I go

Great room (we were in room 6) with large TV with netflix, king bed, fridge and coffee machine. Very large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and large shower.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable and very clean and spacious. The air con worked well, the fridge worked well. The cleanliness was great and the staff cleaning were lovely and non- intrusive. A bag of clean towels and coffee pods was provided after the second night. We had a lovely quiet room near the courtyard at the back. It was very close to good quality restaurants etc. while still being quiet.

The room is perfect for solo travellers. I felt safe. Wifi was great. TV had Netflix available. Door of the bathroom and one of the shower head seemed slightly broken, but the shower was neat and modern. Location is perfect to go around town. Bus stops near. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Would recommend for short stay. Also, the air conditioning was a great addition.

we had a very nice stay in the apartment. the apartment is located in the center in a quiet street, 2-3 minutes from all restaurants and bars. we took a taxi from the airport for 45 e to the apartment. Tombs of kings is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The municipal bus station is a 10-minute walk from where we went to Ayia Napa by bus. check in (entering the apartment) is with the code you receive the day before arrival. the owner allowed us and offered to leave our luggage after check-out in his Second Cup cafe for safekeeping, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. that was great because we only had the bus to Aya napa in 4 hours, so we left our things there. we also had an excellent breakfast in the cafe, so I recommend breakfast there too! the apartment is very clean and comfortable :)

Madame Kiriaki is truly an exceptional person! She is not only incredibly kind but also always ready and willing to assist with anything you may need. Her warmth and generosity create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. As for the house, it exceeded all our expectations. It’s spacious, with large, comfortable rooms that are immaculately clean and well-maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it was stocked with more than we could have asked for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the hostess herself. A bottle of wine, fresh fruit, as well as milk, coffee, and morning pastries were a delightful surprise. The house has a romantic and cozy atmosphere, making our stay very pleasant. There are two shops nearby, which was very convenient. We cooked for ourselves, as the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A small reminder: the sockets are British, so you will need adapters for European plugs. I highly recommend this place! It’s absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful, big, spacious and clean house. There were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 friends) and it was very comfortable for everyone. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a very nice living room area downstairs. The lady who owns the house is super nice! She brought us mangos from her garden, cookies, cheese to try, made us coffee and one day she brought us breakfast from the bakery. We are so grateful for your hospitality! Thank you!

The host is very kind and helpful, the house was very clean and spacious. A lot of space outside, also, and a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. 10, 15 min walk to the sea side. A very nice restaurant just up the street, some supermarkets just feet away.

Our stay at Kiriaki house was great. We were staying with a big group. The host was easy to communicate with and the mother of the property lives in back. They went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a nice quite location but still very central. and I feel like the price was well below what they could have asked. The owners left us to ourselves but was pleasant and provided cat food and opened the adjoining gate to the playground to let the kids play safely.

This property is huge and stunning. It is isolated, so very quiet and has complete privacy - the outside area is huge, with an amazing infinity pool, beautiful views, hot tub, and lots of seating areas - the inside of the villa is also amazing (which the descriptions and pictures don't do justice), there are 4 huge bedrooms, all with on-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, a large spacious kitchen, large spacious lounge. The whole family loved the villa and were upset we couldn't stay longer.

Very spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a big family holiday- the views and the pool are perfect and sunset is gorgeous here. We managed to cook elaborate meals because the kitchen is very well provided for. Dani very kindly brought us lemons and oranges and we had fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Stayed 11 nights at the villa and absolutely enjoyed it,spacious and tidy rooms with all the kitchen & BBQ equipment, an amazing,clean swimming pool with a stunting view.Just 20 min driving from Paphos where all shops are located.Thanks Daniela for being an amazing host!

The villa has huge rooms with four en suite bedrooms and spare beds . Each room is private and away from others. Kitchen is huge and has everything you’d have at home and more. Our host left provisions which lasted us a couple of days rather than rushing to the supermarket for basics. Everything was clean and fresh. The villa is only twenty minutes from the airport and is a haven of peace and quiet. You need to drive for anything but we all enjoyed this and used the four hire cars to their maximum coming together for bbq and swimming in the evenings. It’s far from grand and quickly becomes home from home none of us wanted to leave.

Well maintained and cleaned with a lovely big pool, the villa itself is much bigger than it looks in pictures. Very spacious and well catered for, the kitchen has everything you need for any occasion me and my family really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back.
