We had a lovely bright and spacious room - extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were super helpful and friendly!! The hotel is very close to the beach - we walked it every day and it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful - you could tell they took pride in their offering. Parking plentiful in the street. I will definitely stay here next time in Pärnu!!!

My only issue was no AC but that was MY fault for not noticing before I booked. This location is great!! We walked to the beach and the park. Even my 3yr old was able to do the walk. This beach area is VERY geared for kids. So many kid friendly activities. Breakfast was...not American but enough choices to get full. The coffee/espresso machine at breakfast was definitely a highlight. Parking is an issue. No one was at reception when we arrived, parking is free after 7pm. But I had to wake before 8am to try to figure it out. No one is at reception until 11am. So I drove around looking for the parking lots I saw in the map. I googled and scanned QR codes eventually I found an app it's 25€ for 24hrs so once we parked we didn't move the car again. There are other places near where we parked that came up as 10€ for 24hrs so it was confusing but I had been told it was 25€ so that was the zone I selected. The front desk was really helpful going above and beyond to help us. Right before we arrived my son ended up getting prescribed antibiotics. Our room didn't have a fridge. The front desk stores his medicine in their kitchen and froze water bottle for us so we could keep his medicine cold at night when the kitchen was locked. They also warmed food for him. And just all around went above and beyond to be helpful.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Service was excellent. The internet was a bit slow, but likely due to the fact that our room was at the end of the building and the signal was weak. The breakfast had an adequate selection (cold cuts, cheeses, egg, cereals, juices) The in house restaurant was reasonably priced and the meals were tasty and generous.

Nice clean small hotel in good location close to the beach and reachable distance from the city center. Had all the basics (Wifi, breakfast) needed for a very affordable one night stay.

The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was also good and hotel admin was very friendly and did an excellent job! I did not like however, that Hotel.com took a 20% cut. In my opinion, that’s too much! I paid a total of 42€, but the hotel received only 34€.

I have stayed twice before during the summer months in this very exceptional hotel and enjoyed very much. This time it was low season just after Christmas our visit planned only a couple of days before thanks to their special offer. The experience was equally enjoyable. Lovely christmassy feeling still there, very good breakfast, excellent dinner, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.The town seemed quite empty, still lots of small shops and really nice cafes and restaurants were open. We had some long walks by the river and at the beach front, very relaxing and refreshing, also highly recommended.

Overall it was nice but there is room for improvement. The rooms are spacious, very clean, beautiful furniture and a huge TV. The beautiful villa is getting already outdated, specially visible in the bathrooms. Stayed in March and it was quite chilly - the staff had put an extra electrical heater in our room (thanks for that) but the bathroom was too cold (cold floor) to take a bath but - loved the huge mirrors on the bathroom wall. Also missed the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner was tasty, breakfast too - loved the a la carte menu and fresh OJ. But - the service was constant waiting. It is a small hotel and max 20 people at breakfast but the cold buffet was constantly missing something- may it be glasses, juice, food or something else.. Empty plates cleared not too often either. It general it is a great hotel - still way better than most - but i guess the expectations are high. It used to be a 5-star, guess it is 4-star now.

The bed was big and comfortable with a single and very comfortable duvet (usually two on a double bed in Scandie countries which I hate). The staff (Karl & Lilian) were exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, and functional. The building is a unique hotel and a former family villa. The villa is located in Ranna Park surrounded by parkland yet an easy walk to the town centre and the beach. The house is beautifully renovated with lovely decor.

Friendly staff. Room was very big an quiet. The breakfast was excellent with the a'la carte choices and Cava. Luxurious facilities. Very clean and cosy. Nice main hall with actually working fireplace and cocktails.

Great choice of saunas (salt, hot, mild, infrared, salt, steam). Various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. Insanely good breakfast with prosecco as well🥰

Very good location- the sandy beach is just a few minutes away and the hotel is next to a lovely city park. The Old Town and city center is within walking distance. The hotel reception is very professional and helpful.The spa has a wide selection of saunas, relaxing pools and high-quality massages. The rooms are comfortable and includes bottled water, a selection of tea and coffee, toiletries, bathrobes, towels and a hairdryer. The hotel breakfast has a good selection and sparkling wine. There is a top- quality à la carte restaurant in the hotel. The dishes are tasty- the ingredients complement each other perfectly and the food is visually appealing. Restaurant has a good wine selection and the service is excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the SPA hotel. The spa area was relaxing and well-maintained, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

The SPA zone was superb! The dead sea pool was a very interesting and relaxing experience. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods, restaurant & breakfast hall had a nice interior. The room was clean and quiet, AC worked perfectly. The bed was cosy and comfortable, the sleeping pillows were just the right size. The duvets were perfect, not too thin, not too thick. Would definety recommend this hotel for anyone who values SPA possibilities.

Loved that there was a parking space for a good price - only 5€ for 24H, the beach is nearby approximately 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Really good spa with 3 saunas, pool and a jacuzzi, also had a bar with nice cocktails. Very clean and spacious room.

We had a great time at the spa! It was very clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We all felt refreshed and would love to come back!

The resort was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the variety and quality of breakfast was amazing. The SPA is nice, and it has all the amenities (three saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool), and it was very cozy and enjoyable. Bathrobes and towels for accessing the SPA were available in the room. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff was very nice. As I travelled for work and I had a lot of shirts and suits with me, I highly appreciated the availability of iron and ironing board in the room.

I don’t know how many times we’ve been to Wasa, but it never disappoints. Every stay has been exceptional. The rooms are always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every detail is thought through, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Nice spa & sauna area! And don’t even get me started on the breakfast – it’s simply unbeatable! A perfect way to start the day. Every visit feels like a treat, and we can’t wait to come back again!

The place is new, very nice and modern. The rooms are big, clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. And most importantly, despite the presence of families with children, it is very quiet! The spa is very good, included in the room price. The spa bar has beer and smoothies and various free flavored waters. But the most important thing is the incredible breakfast! I travel a lot and very rarely experience such delight from food. The coffee is awesome, red fish and lots of cheese, amazing pastries. It's very good!

Old building but on ok condition. I had a jacuzzi in my big room which was nice. Breakfast was ok.

The position is very convenient for the city centre and the bus station. The beach is a little bit farer but still within walking distance. The hotel is in an old structure but cosy. The room was tiny but clean. The staff was super helpful and kind and they really made the difference ❤️

Just a lovely jewel hidden in the centre of Parnu. Our room was immaculate, clean and lovely. Bed was so, so comfy and the breakfast was amazing. Hot breakfast is always the way it should be!!! Well done folks, we will be coming back!!!

Hotel placed in the City centre. The building outside looks not such nice, but.... inside it is so nice and comfortable! We came a bit earlier than check-in time and we need to stay in hotel a bit longer than the check-out time, and it was not a problem for us after agreement with the administrator (I think this nice lady is also the owner), and she didn't ask any additional payment from us! Also we were alone these dates in a hotel, but nevertheless everything was clean, it was warm in the room (have to remark the winter time and enough cold outside) we had perfect breakfast and just felt like home!

Wide selection of breakfast. SPA included in the price. Full fledge experience: 3 types of saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi, swimming pool had video lessons for water exercise. Plenty of parking at a low 5 EUR/ night price. Helpful staff.

We stayed on this hotel second time but this time we had a room on the 4th floor with the fantastic view on the sea. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Kids loved the lotemaa playroom( it’s for extra charge) Spa facilities are very good and child friendly. We had early dinner and breakfast. Food was very good. Portion sizes were generous. Breakfast was very good, you had choice of porridge, pancakes, English breakfast. There was even ice cream for kids.

Good value for money! There is a little spa area which was enough for our family and included in the price. Hotel has parking around the hotel for a little price. We requested baby bed which was also provided and they were very friendly to change it because size was too small. There were two types - smaller cot out of wood and travel cot. Hotel has its own restaurant on the premises. Nice walking paths at the coastline and the walk to the main beach was not too long neither. If you can’t walk much, then is better to drive with car or take a bus. Room was comfy and for us enough - we had family room which had a balcony. Breakfast was good and also enough.

Nice huge (probably Soviet time or something close to it, but properly renovated) hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, smiling staff. Our room with a balcony was big and cosy.

Really liked the snow sauna, it is so different, better seating would be great in there and maybe jacuzzi on the rooftop so it would be used more

We had a wonderful family vacation at this spa hotel! Everything was perfect. The hotel and the spa area are very clean, there are many different saunas and a great variety of medical and wellness treatments. The food at the bar is absolutely delicious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, and it’s perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are top-notch—there’s a sauna and jacuzzi that were fantastic for unwinding in the evenings, and the gas grill in the outdoor area made for some great family barbecues. Our kids loved the play area in the yard and the separate kids’ room, which gave them their own space to enjoy.

Very clean, spacious and private property in the quiet neighbourhood of Pärnu, but still close enough to city centre. Very good amenities, including very good sauna - Me and my family really enjoyed our stay there, and in the future it will be definitely my first choice if we are visiting Pärnu.

I recently stayed at Hedon Spa & Hotel, and overall, my experience was positive, though there were a few bumps along the way. The check-in process was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was surprisingly rude and didn’t seem very welcoming. I felt frustrated, as this was my first impression of the hotel. However, things quickly turned around when I checked out. The staff at check-out was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, which really helped redeem my experience. Aside from the rocky check-in, the rest of my stay was very enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s facilities were great too. I had the chance to enjoy the spa and bar, and everything was well-maintained and convenient. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, and I was pleased with the quality of the food. What really made a difference, aside from the great check-out experience, was the overall service. The staff in the restaurant and around the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect—close to the central city and of course Sea Bay, which made it easy to explore the area. All in all, while my check-in experience wasn’t ideal, the rest of the stay made up for it. I would still recommend Hedon Spa & Hotel for its great amenities,

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hedon spa! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Balcony is very nice even during the winter to enjoy coffee and embrace the view to the Pärnu beach. The spa was fantastic – a perfect place to unwind and recharge. As a local I truly believe that it’s the best spa in Pärnu. The highlight of our experience was the restaurant, which exceeded all expectations with its excellent food and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of the dishes crafted by Marko Lumera. The attention to detail, the balance of flavors, and the presentation were truly exceptional. Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast and friendly staff. The standard room was very good — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, bathrobes, and slippers. The lobby area is very cozy, with a fireplace and a piano — it was a real pleasure to sit by the fire with a book or simply enjoy the autumn view outside. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach and surrounded by greenery.

We loved this hotel and if you’re looking for a calm and luxurious stay in Parnu, this is it. The location is perfect and the breakfast and all round service wonderful but it was the consistency that really won me. Everything is clean. It smells amazing. There are inviting and comfortable chairs to relax in available everywhere. The rooms are comfortable, balcony provided, and the little things like soap and hand cream are good quality and not cheap rubbish. The SPA is a delight. I’d return to Hedon any day. We travelled as a family with three teens - I would probably not have chosen this place with young kids but for us, it was perfect.

Kids were very happy with this place and for me this is most important. Water attractions are not so big, but it is enough for 2 hours visit. 6 year old daughter were able to use all water slides and 1.5 year old son was also satisfied with warm swimming pool, waterfalls and jacuzzi. Rooms had a wonderful view on the sea. We liked a Restaurant on 2-nd floor. Very tasty and not so expensive. Again, kids menu makes a deal.

Location is superb, just near the beach. The view to the sea is great. The room was clean, beds comfortable, but the best part was the spacious balcony from which to see the sunset. There was a huge selection of food at breakfast. The hotel guests may visit the aqua centre every day, it was very convenient it being in the same building.

Cozy rooms and a fantastic view if you have a seaview room with a balcony. Great location right next to the beach. The Purpur restaurant was excellent. Delicious porridge at breakfast (the breakfast was otherwise pretty basic but the kids loved it.) The water park is great fun for all ages.

Everything was perfect, clean, nice room with balcony next to Baltic Sea. Aquapark of course was the main reason we came here, but we really enjoyed time in this hotel, pools, sauna, aquapark, bowling.. Definitely coming back in summer, so could also enjoy the beach. And beautiful breakfast, choice for everyone, and of course everyone loved that there was also ice-cream option (white, chocolate) on breakfast table 😃

The Tervise Spa Hotel is very qualitative! Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The Aqua park is quite fun as well. However there was some confusion regarding the Spa access. Booking a room 'with spa access' doesn't mean necessarily that you end up having a free spa access but solely an access to the aqua park... You have to pay attention to the time of the year and days of the week of your stay... If you happen to stay in the hotel on a day that does not allow a free spa access, then the entrance fee is 9€. Other than that, our experience remained very positive!

Our stay at Rannahotell in Pärnu was simply outstanding – a perfect blend of seaside relaxation, architectural beauty, and discreet, professional hospitality. Everything is tastefully designed, reflecting the charm of the building’s history without ever feeling old-fashioned. What impressed us most was the level of service: always professional, friendly, and attentive – yet never intrusive. Small but thoughtful touches made a big difference. A particular highlight: the complimentary beach towels and the private lawn area with sun loungers directly by the beach. The best feature of the Ranna hotel is its location, right on the beach in Parnu. If you're lucky enough to get a room with a sea view, then you will enjoy an experience that is hard to beat anywhere else. It is a very impressive hotel, from the moment you enter through the doors to reception, up the stairway, through to the bar and restaurant. The hotel sets themselves very high standards and they repeatedly meet those standards. We booked a room with a balcony and a sea view, and it was really the view that made us return to Ranna hotel, having visited previously in 2023. Being mid-January what we witnessed was a snow-covered beach, and a semi-frozen sea. It was truly spectacular. Obviously we could not use the balcony, but the view made up for everythings. Breakfast was very good. There was a wide selection of food and definitely enough to satisfy the needs of the vast majority of people. Staff were very courteous and the check-in process was seamless. They even allowed us check in a little early as the room was ready. Lastly, parking is free in the off-season, which is a small but very nice thing.

We had a Junior Suite with windows and terrace to the sea, what a relaxing and convenient experience. Location is perfect, short walk to restaurant area or Bolt to the center, beach area is nicely set up for walks or beach life. Note - AC works only when terrace door is closed and shall be manually restarted after closing the door again. This is clever, you don't want to cool whole beach area. We have been coming back to Rannahotell for >20 years and will come back again.

I love the architecture and decor of the hotel. Best possible location, next to the beach, nice views. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast, big variety of food. Friendly staff.

Family room is big, beds are huge and comfortable. However the sofa bed is also big so not much room when folded out so better use it as a sofa and make it into a bed at sleep time. Nice big balcony on the park view side. The city view rooms cost more but they are on the noisy road. Breakfast was ok, no complaints despite eating at the end of service, there was still enough of everything and warm. Staff are nice. Great location and has onsite parking. Safe didn't work but didn't need it and didn't tell reception. Seemed to be no shower gel or soap but had our own and didn't tell reception.

Location in the center of Parnu, close to bus station, central street, shops, and 15 minutes walk to the sea. Spotless cleanness, comfortable bed and very good Scandinavian style buffet breakfast included in price. All rooms are with balconies, there is a perfect view of the town from higher floors

The room was very well equipped, even had an iron, capsule coffee machine,spacious balcony, all that is needed for a quick enjoyable gateway. Central location with all the nice cafes near the property. There was a children’s corner with toys at the main restaurant as well.

Good old-town location, all the restaurants etc. are very close. Panoramic view of Parnu from the balcony. Nice breakfast. Polite staff, even spoke my language that was unexpected.

The staff were generally very helpful and welcoming and the rooms were clean and well equipped and the location was central with easy access to places of interest.

Hotel "Emmi" is a decent hotel in a quite good location in Pärnu. The room had everything that you might need for staying overnight. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast covered basic needs.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was interesting - I had stairs to my bathroom. WiFi was not good and only available in the small lobby. Breakfast was typical European. There are two nice outdoor patio areas, one in front and one in back.

The location is great! the room we stayed was a bit small but it was ok for us. The breakfast was very tasty. One small disadvantage - there was a smell in the room.

After reading the earlier reviews we were positively surprised, it was much better than expected. The room had a balcony with very nice view. The room was clean and had nice decorations. We slept well in the beds. The hotel was at the beach. The location was peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was friendly and service was fast. The breakfast was good. Lots of activities available nearby.
