Spacious room with the biggest jacuzzi tub! There are activities within the premise such as eletric bike, fitness and games (I played bingo during my stay) with prize. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially those who stanby near the pool. Cheesecake was amazing. Would definitely want to return!

Great breakfast! Big swimming pool, amazing design and room, loved the theme. I had a jacuzzi in my room! Great service as well to deliver breakfast to the room. Loved the bathrobes and golf cart service. And the onsen, sauna were absolutely amazing facilities!

If you want luxury at an affordable price this hotel is a must stay i stopped only one night in a jacuzzi room it's was so big and so clean all the staff and facilities where amazing keep up the good work I will return definitely hopefully very soon

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.

The staff greets us with welcome drinks while checking in. The bell boys are very friendly and introduce us the amenities of the resort. The room is specious and with jacuzzi or pool.

Overall a great stay. The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us every time. The hotel is very clean and always smelling fresh. They have a barista in the lobby with great coffee and cake. The check in was very fast and efficient. The room was clean, modern, well appointed. The size of the room is great, big with plenty of room for two people and luggage. We had three large suitcases. Plenty of power points and USB charging points. The bed was large, very comfortable as to the pillows. The shower was also large, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is also great. About 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded the hotel. A 7 Eleven was just around the corner for quick grabs and a supermarket about a 2 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying at the Amethyst, you won’t regret it.

Definitely a must stay hotel in Pattaya.Staff are brilliant extremely helpful the door staff especially.The hotel itself is just fantastic,very modern.The rooftop pool and sun deck is amazing.Would definitely stay here again (and will be hopefully in December).Location is perfect for everything you want. Only thing a could say negative is the room balcony had no view (just rite into another building) which was unfortunate but everything else was just perfect.Definitely a 10 out 10 hotel.

Excellent location for a new hotel (2022). Stayed in large grand executive room for 4 days. First hotel room that actually looked like the pictures. Well worth the price break at 40% off. Hotel strangely not full and great, inexpensive supper menu with few other guests. By contrast the free breakfast was limited, small and overcooked. The on demand items (eggs, etc) were better. The bar cannot mix a drink to save their lives (curdled milk in unblended pina colada, tom collins tasted like a sour pickle). Pool and gym (with a great top floor view of the city) were fantastic and well served with staff, food items and a bar. Laundry was exhorbitant compared to nearby local places but fast. Concierge good, arranged far cheaper travel than elsewhere. 24 hour reception friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned at 3 to 4 pm without exception. Know this if you plan on room time before supper. Free toiletries were well stocked and of good quality. All minibar items free with room. Well worth the price, location. Will definitely book again.

My second stay here and I will come back for a third because Amethyst is reliable. I can walk in any direction and find something to eat or drink! Quality foot massage everywhere and can walk to the beach. Pool is great for swimming laps, exercise room is clean and has everything I needed for a workout before going out. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and the chef’s can make any style eggs for breakfast. Housekeeping makes up room everyday and always earlier than later.

Good location. Clean. Nice pool. Good buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious. Checkin was quick. Had coffee machine and coffee capsules provided.

We loved how spacious the room was - it was more of a studio-apartment than an ordinary hotel room, because it came with a sitting area and a kitchenette. We also loved the balcony overlooking the pools. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom came with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Staff were kind and let us check in a bit earlier than the official time. Breakfast was a good choice of Western and Asian and the pools were nice. But we liked the beach, which is less than 5min walking down the street, even more. The hotel is located very central - equally close to the beach and the busy Jomtien Second Road and only a short walk to the Night Market.

Room was very spacious and quiet . Breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful. Pool was very nice . Staff were excellent - polite, friendly and helpful. Location too was good for us with shops, restaurants and bars nearby . Also just a couple of minutes walk to nearest beach and for songthaews into Pattaya.

I booked here because we needed a secure car park in a location that was convenient the beach and the restaurants and bars of Jomtien. We stayed in the newer wing. The room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. Good air-con. All staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were welcoming and assisted in and providing information for travel to local restaurants. The pools were clean and plenty of pool furniture to access. Plenty of food choice from the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is in a perfect location opposite the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. My sea view room was spacious and clean with great extras such as robes, toiletries, fridge and bottled water replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Fabulous to eat breakfast overlooking the pool and beach. Special mention must go to Fim, he worked so hard every day and went above and beyond looking after us. Myself and my sister in law had a fabulous stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I can’t wait to return.

Deluxe Seaview room has a sensational view - highly recommend getting a top-floor room but ask for room without the hotel sign impeding the view. Nee, the lady on reception is lovely - very helpful and friendly. She really tried to accommodate me. I have to say however that if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you are in trouble. I had to move rooms to get one with a microwave as there is absolutely nothing to eat in the hotel, nor any neighboring restaurants. I did try on a couple of occasions to ask restaurant staff if I could order something from the menu, minus pork, chicken or seafood but there was a language problem. The pantry room was nice, but I had to sacrifice the view - which had been the reason for choosing the hotel in the first place. As I was there for 14 nights, this was quite a sacrifice. Why can't they put microwaves in all rooms? I never understand this. But at least I was able to go into Pattaya to a big supermarket and stock up with vegan burgers etc and cook in the room. Please note: no stovetop; only microwave. Also, no double bed - both rooms only had twin beds pushed together. Not a problem if you have a double duvet but having TWO SINGLE DUVETS? This was really uncomfortable when I had company. They said all the lower floors had doubles. Why not the top one??? The shuttle service to Central Festival is terrific and the 2 drivers I had were really good guys. The second one spoke great English and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!!

This was a Good choice of stay while in Pattaya. From the moment we entered the car park, we were greeted with a very helpful and pleasant staffer. Johnny was there to greet us and waited until we checked in, then escorted us to our room. He explained everything from meal and cocktails, to WiFi. He told us about the hotel amenities, and what floors each was located. This hotel has a pool located on the main floor, in the front, overlooking the beach. It has a fantastic breakfast buffet, but also has a restaurant. The pool has a bar and grill for some evening cocktails and eats. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Pattaya.

A very nice hotel facing the beach in Jomtien. Really comfortable spacious rooms and nice beds.The buffet breakfast was nice as was the poolside food when ordered. The service and staff were great and friendly. Very nice pool area which overlooks the beach and catches the sun all day. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat . We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra week.

From walking into this hotel nothing was to much trouble its a beautiful place the fish tank with the sharks was amazing and we had our evening meal in front of it,the breakfast wow buffet but what a buffet amazing quality and presentation.the rooftop bar and pool are exceptional and so clean the rooms perfect we got upgraded to sea view which was so kind at no extra cost,I advise anyone wanting a romantic time with thier other half to impress book the sanctuary its hilton at a massive reduced cost if not better I really can't fault this hotel it was our 1 Yr anniversary and we or I will be back again 😀

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything pristine. The bathroom was also superb, equipped with everything you could need. Everything about this hotel is top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Amazing hotel. Very pretty. 2 minutes from the quiet beach of pattaya but a 15 minute drive from the loud area of pattaya/ walking Street area. Has a street 5 minutes away with some bars on but otherwise quiet area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice. Spoke English too. I liked the rooftop pool.

The hotel felt luxurious and was in a perfect location. The bed was so comfortable, and staff were so friendly and helpful, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. The rooftop bar and pool were fabulous. We just didn't want to leave. We will definitely return.

We got a very nice and comfort room. It situated at the second row from the beach. That very nice and peaceful room included a lovely jacuzzi ! The breakfast was great , they also served dimsum that I liked very much. Thank you to all staff.

Spacious bathroom. Lovely open shower. Comfortable bed. Sufficient aircon. Room lighting way too dim though. And why not put a wall by the jacuzzi in villa to create more privacy and comfort for guests? Like the bench inside pool.

You will fall in Love with this place. Very romantic here. Children are welcome but not much for them to do except swim in very nice pool and jacuzzi. The rest is really for couples. Excellent and well kept grounds. Restaurant is superb. Beach is perfect. Don't know what else to say. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The resort is about a 15 minute drive south of Pattaya city so it is very quiet.

Very nice hotel, lovely location by the beach. Offered us an upgrade to a garden suite with a jacuzzi which was nice as it was our anniversary. Also gave us an anniversary gift of complimentary cake in our suite. Breakfast variety substantial and well presented. Dinner average but reasonably priced. Wine expensive and be aware that food and drink is highly taxed. Convenient shuttle returns to Pattaya at 1pm for a small cost per person.

Sun sand and sea This is a perfect place to get away from the hedonism of Pattaya. A 30 minute drive south will bring you to this paradise. Expansive grounds hold 62 well appointed private villas in a magnificent jungle like setting. Most villas have private plunge pools, outdoor showers and jacuzzi tubs. The check in was fast and personal with a complimentary beverage and a cold eucalyptus infused towel to refresh after a taxi ride through busy Pattaya. A quick tour of the scenic grounds in a shuttle brought us to a secluded villa set amongst a beautiful lush environment. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your time here. Air conditioning, refrigerator, bottled water, assorted beverages, 220 volt power, capsule coffee machine, plush towels and comfortable beds We opted for the inclusive breakfast and was that a great decision. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Otherwise the restaurant is pricey. If you need entertainment and a party every night this place is probably not for you, but if you want a relaxing few days in a tropical paradise this place fits the bill. The pool is clean and fresh towels are provided daily poolside. The beach is private, safe and continually monitored for litter. Massage, spa, gym, and other services are also available. There are a few more reasonably priced local restaurants off site to explore as well. What a comfortable resort with friendly staff.

- Room is spacious - Good bath amenities (L'Occitane) - Breakfast was tasty and had good quality even though it is not a buffet - Afternoon bites and ice-cream buffet is terrific and unique - The resort is full of evergreen trees, giving a highly chill and good vibes - Swimming pool is very iconic and has an opened view to the sea - Sunset view is stunning - The seaside bar is also delightful and has precious and relaxing atmosphere - Staff is hospitable - As a beach resort, it is very easy to access to the beach, which is calm and relaxing - Located near a city center which is easy to find a place for dining Points to notice - Same as many local resorts, general maintenance both in room or public areas still needs improvement to remain a good condition of the resort (the rain shower in my room did not work) - Overall cleanliness is good, but can be leveled up, too - It would be nicer if breakfast can be more various - As the resort is very close to the nature, insects or venomous are unavoidable (I found a green snake in the bush when walking to a car park) - Parking lots are quite limited (not sure if there is another place nearby to park)

The infinity pool was amazing to the photographs upon the hotel’s website, large clean and warm too, it was the great way to start the morning. Excellent hospitality, great staff! Most comfortable bed ever. Amazing location with private beach. Bars make wonderful drinks and the restaurant makes the lovely food . Would highly recommend for the family and couples. I will certainly be staying here again!!

The staff are very friendly and polite. The services in the facility are excellent and the ambiance is clean and organized. There is beach access but no chairs or umbrellas available so we only stayed for a while. The infinity pool has a great view. The resort is perfect for those that want an aesthetic and more quiet vacation place. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Excellent hidden resort, small but so relaxing, the sand is great for playing with kids no outsider walking pass by, the room is so spacious good for our family! Staffs were all friendly especially Kong and Nanny.just the breakfast wasn’t interesting! But lovely girl there she made it so perfect for us thank you!

The location was amazing — just 500 meters from Yim Yom Beach, with plenty of spas, massage centers, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of central Pattaya.

After researching what felt like a thousand places in Pattaya we finally settled on Page 10. And we were so glad we did, it's the perfect location just a minute walk from the beach, close to everything and the staff here are really amazing, every single one of them looked after us like family. Our first night we met Ying Ying at the Rooftop Bar and she was so friendly and helpful she really made us feel like we were at home. Everytime we saw her during our stay she would greet us with a huge smile and ask us if we needed anything, she was the epitome of a hotel employee and exactly the type of person you need to be employing in the hospitality industry, we just hope she is still here next time we come back. In terms of amenities the room was fantastic, the view wasn't great from our room (I think they have rooms with nicer ones) but we just used it for sleeping which was perfect because the bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed. Balcony was decent enough to sit out and chill on. The pool was gorgeous and we spent most of our time there ordering snacks and drinks. 10/10 hotel and we can't wait to come back again!!

Stayed here for a night. Smooth check in and check out. They demand 1000 Bt as a deposit for 1 room which they return at the time of check out. Rooms are well furnished, with all necessary amenities. Deluxe rooms are equipped with bathtub. Very spacious with a small balcony. Very comfortable beds, neat and tidy linens. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Hotel is very close to main beach and walking street. Easily accessible and best location. Hotel staff is very friendly and supports flawless. Recommendable for all kinds of travellers.

I stayed here for 7 nights in July 2025 in their spacious grand deluxe room king bed with breakfast. The property is at prime location near to the beach and walking street. Staff was kind and helpful. They take care of each customer very well and to my surprise they also offered me an early check-in on my arrival. The breakfast is awesome with multiple dishes to try out. They also have an inhouse bar and their is a bar club just across the street with lively atmosphere.

The Location of the hotel was fantastic, 3 min walk to the beach, 1 min walk to bars and restaurants. The Room was a very good size, with a small balcony. Bed was large and very comfortable, Maid service was fantastic too. All the staff were wonderful always smiling and very friendly. Food was good too. Rooftop pool was nice and clean, only thing i would recommend would be some sun umbrella as it got very hot. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back again

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe King Bed room for a week. 4 guys & 4 rooms. Location is great, it's right between the baht bus route and walking distance to many things. Room was comfy and spacious. Comes with safe, umbrella & TV with many channels. Bathroom was ok, water is lukewarm at best, never hot, also had a few minor leaks. There's a small balcony, some had furniture, some don't. One of my friends rooms flooded due to a leak from AC. Took them several days to fix. Breakfast is basic but tasty, not sure I'd pay the price for it as there are many other options nearby. I had mine bundled in with room reservation, so slight discount there. Staff were very friendly. Always willing to help or have a chat. Doormen were great with helping with luggage & golf bags. Overall, It was a decent hotel to stay in, though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to others available in the area.

I liked the hotel very much! Good wifi, decent size. Wonderful air conditioning! This is the deluxe beach jacuzzi room, good size bathroom and everything you need with big fridge and microwave with some utensils, staff is awesome! Best location on the beach, tons of bars ,restaurants taxi it’s all here, the balcony hangs over beach road, and surprisingly I had good sleep here , free car parking or motorbikes, easy to find, The only bad thing it’s outdated, beside that I loved it!

Stunning hotel for the price. Had sea view from our balcony. Jacuzzi bath which was great, bed which was so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it. Staff brilliant and very helpful. Location couldn't really be any better. Only downside, the food from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor was disappointing. However can't fault anything else.

I did a lot of research before booking LK the Empress and we were not disappointed.I dont like Pattaya at all and wont return but the hotel was a lovely sanctuary from the heat and bussling streets of Pattaya.Its not exactly beach front but has views to the beach.Walking distance to everything in town,Breakfasts were amazing and something for everyone to eat.Buffet style. On arrival we were told they had upgraded us to a better room but it looked exactly as the one I had booked.Comfortable,all mod cons and very clean.My one pet peeve at this place and it loses a star for it is that they have the air conditioning units on the very small verandah where to sit to take in the view.It blows hot air all over you and there is only one chair on that balacony.We had to turn the air conditioning off to sit out there and one of us had to sit on the table. Pool was nice and clean and never crowded.A bit cold for my liking but did like watching everyone down there having a dip Reception and the other parts of the hotel are luxurious and really well maintained.Tour and taxi operator inside the hotel which we used to book a taxi back to Bangkok to catch a bus.Worked out just as cheap as anything we could find. English speaking TV channels which was a bonus,bath robes,toiletries,tea and coffee and a good working fridge and kettle I recommend this place for your stay in Pattaya.Both beach views and location location to the surrounding attraction

Very nice hotel. From a selfish perspective, especially nice at the moment given that there is no mass tourism, so it's very quiet. One hopes their business model can survive. Everywhere is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and elegant in an "apocalyptic Baroque" sort of way that I happen, in Thailand, to find rather charming. The room was a bit overfurnished for its size, but the furniture was very comfortable. Sea view is very pleasant and the balcony, if you turn off the air-conditioning (and hope that next door has theirs turned off as well), would be a nice place to sit out and watch the goings-on. Breakfast was a little odd - there seemed to be hot water but no tea, only coffee, and the buffet was understandably reduced to a minimum given the shortage of guests. However, the rice soup with pork was absolutely delicious. Staff were uniformly pleasant and efficient, and there were no awkward moments when dealing with minor bureaucratic procedures late at night.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at LK Empress. The location was what I wanted, central, easy walking distance to most of the action. Bed was comfortable, linen and pillows where above average. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was above standard. But my message to the hotel management would be, "You can do better!" First - Staff greeting and friendliness. While staff were undoubtedly polite and helpful, they were not up to the exceptional standard I experienced at two other hotel/resorts I stayed at earlier in this trip. Other hotels are working harder for the return of tourist dollars. Give your staff a pep-talk. Second - Cleanliness. No complaints about the room, but your lobby area has a large glass front with a revolving door. Almost everyday I could easily see hand prints on the glass. That should be a priority to keep clean eveyday. There are other examples that are simply paying attention to details, and don't require any additional staffing or costs to improve. The next two criticisms do involve additional costs. One - The balcony furniture is stricly decorative, and basically useless in function. Not remotely confortable to sit on those wrought iron chairs. Two - Bathroom towels. Now this is more of a personal preference. I know industrial strength towels are the norm for most hotels, but every now and then I find a hotel that actually uses quality, soft towels. They automatically go up a star. The LK simply "feels" a little old and a little tired

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing, an expansive spread covers Thai and western dishes, seafood, and pasta. Atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Room is spacious, clean, and well designed with an outdoor bathtub and sea view. Will definitely come back again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff was nice. I had to request a different room because they originally placed me in a room directly across from housekeeping and I could hear buckets clanging and details from their radio calls. The hotel provides a much needed free shuttle service to Pittaya Beach because their beach tides roll out around 10-11 am and don’t return until late evening. Also it will serve you best to have a movie streaming service as everything is in Thai language on their TV.

This was a two night stay, a surprise part of a three month stay in Thailand, our room was the super deluxe with sea view, this is a great room with the bed facing the balcony so you can watch the twinkling lights across the sea of the distant shoreline, the balcony itself is amazing relax in the circular bath tub whilst listening to the soothing waves gently lapping on the golden beach below

Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. I want to be able to enjoy an evening swim even more because there's no beach swimming available. No closet in room, just few shelves and a metal bar for hangers, in plane sight..room was clean but detail maintenance is needed as should be in a 5 star hotel.again, not a 5 star hotel feel. After a 5 nights stay and not in the cheapest room, wasn't allowed late check out, not even by an hour as my flight is late in the evening.that was really disappointing

9)Intimate hotel is close to second road in Pattaya, Thailand, i liked the atmosphere and the staff attitude, very kind and attentive. Rooms are comfy and i suggest the higer floor rooms with jacuzzi , a small balcony could be useful for smokers. Despite the central location the area is quiet and is possible to rest just in case ,,,(.:), a nice roof pool is useful and pretty ,a cocktail bar available on site. I definitely recomend the hotel

Stayed here a couple of times before well before Covid. It’s been a while so thought I would pop down to Pattaya for a couple of days to see what’s changed. Not much to be honest hotel is tucked down a small soi just off 2nd Beach Road. Reception lady hardly said a word no real welcome. Hotel has a grand lobby but the rooms in my opinion are very basic, tired and dated. You get free water but they charge for any tea or coffee that is used. Everything is a bit 1980’s . You can also upgrade to their deluxe rooms should you wish to party as you then get a dated and oversized jacuzzi! Pricewise very reasonable so no complaints there. Swimming pool is a nice size but when I walked around a lot of the tables had empty bottles overfilled ashtrays and the remnants of lunch left on the tables. Perhaps the pool staff just tidy up once a day I don’t know but it looked pretty unkept. Overall good value, ok location and clearly has a loyal clientele but for me I don’t think I will be looking to return anytime soon.

Hotel is close to beach, can walk to beach in 5 minutes, easily accessible tuktuk or taxi. Many food places nearby, and very safe. Rooms are spacious and big . Extremely clean, fresh towels every day , no insects or bugs . Super clean place. Reception and concierge, and security guys very helpful. This should be 5 star hotel.

The staff were amazing very friendly and caring, the cleaning facilities were amazing so clean always approached with a smile every corner you turn.. everything was local didn’t use much transport, had the night market 5min walk, a factory outlet across the rd, Hilton buffet 10min walk and the central big shopping centre 5min walk also.. beach 3min walk… loved everything about the area… The only downfall if they had the pool area extended coz it closed at 7pm😩

This was my second stay at the hotel within the last 12 months albeit two nights on this occasion . The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As it was low season the restaurant in the evening was very quiet and we had the live duo band to ourselves and one other guest on the first evening.. The garden and sea view are the best attributes which are spacious and well manicured. The hotel is in a prime location looking over its own beach with great views overlooking the ocean. The decor in the room was somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. Car parking was easy with a number of spaces. We will certainly consider staying again in the near future.

Large property, Large grass area with chairs and umbrellas, good pool area, very nice private beach. Being so large the place didn't feel crowded. Everything clean and well maintained. The room we used was large with seaview, a bit dated but still very adequate. They are upgrading things within the hotel, which to me means they care about the property. Excellent buffet breakfast with many choices. The 9 hole par 3 golf course looks very well maintained, did not play it this time, but will make use of it next time through. Very relaxing atmosphere

Despite age of hotel, comfortable and clean. Breakfast mainly Thai plus cereals toast fried egg. Friendly staff. For those into nightlife a bit far to go, but nice if you want that but not be in the middle of it all. Just use Bolt Taxi app. Very reasonable. Hotel right on beach with cosy beach on right.

The beach and the hotel surroundings are very captivating, and the hotel's breakfast buffet is also delicious. The beach view is truly beautiful.

Location is great as not in the centre of Pattaya (i.e. Beach Road) but only a 5 minute drive. Located atop a hill set in beautiful gardens, very spacious and well attended. Private beach which is well served by cafe bars, and sellers with a variety of goods. Rooms clean but could do with a refurbishment - bathroom had cracked tiles and a bit shabby but any maintenance needed was done really quickly. Majority of staff have very limited English and any slightly complex conversation just causes confusion. Stick to Yes, No and OK! Overall very enjoyable and happy tro return.

Hotel is located just at the start of jomtein beach and is only 10 min in tuk tuk which takes 10 baht to go to walking street or beach road. Hotel is very neat and tidy and 2 mins walk to the sea beach. Its Location suits well as it is not in the busy area like beach road or walk street and also not at the far end of jomtein beach else it would take more time and cost to travel to city centre. Still lots of bars and clubs near by. one can take a mini bus just from the main road to Bangkok which takes 140 baht (much cheaper then taking a taxi). We hired a motor bike for 4 days and the hotel has a secure parking for motor bikes and it made travelling to different sites very comfortable and cheaper. I would recommend everyone this hotel.

Came in very late - after ferry delays - i.e. 10.45pm - but staff very welcoming and helpful even at that time! Large, spotless, comfortable room - well located near beach in what we felt was a "safe at night" neighborhood. Good parking, breakfast good enough!! Pool a little less private than we would have liked - but that is nitpicking - Would stay again, and recommend to all!!!

Large comfortable room with all amenities. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym facilities. Can recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

All around a great Hotel Experience, Room was really Comfortable and clean, Bedding was very Good, Breakfast and Hotel Kitchen put out Good Food, The 2 Things that were below par was the WiFi was Super slow to the point it was useless to try and use most the time, to use my laptop I used my phone for a Hot Spot, And then the water Temperature in the shower was impossible to dial in, it Constantly went from Way to hot to Cold,
