The breakfast was wonderful every morning, the pool was clean and kept up with, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, it was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff at the check-in desk when we arrived on Friday around dinner time for our two-night stay. The room appeared updated and the layout was great (we had a king bed with sitting area, swivel TV area). The small fridge was a nice bonus. The only two suggestions I might make, and this in no way affected our stay, is to consider small microwave ovens in the room and to have better shower heads installed which would create a stronger water pressure in the shower. We are in this area each year for a holiday visit with family. I would definitely look into staying here again. Breakfast buffet was also really good including fresh fruit. The staff does a great job in keeping the rooms clean with daily service (not all hotels provide that these days).

Clean, beautiful room. Perfect stay for our small family of 3 in the king room, our 12 yo enjoyed the bit of privacy wall for his couch bed area. Lots of drawers, hooks, ottomans. Room was very clean and updated, modern art, clean bathroom. Hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge and shampoo/body wash in room. Bed and couch were very comfortable and great place to settle in at the end of a long day. This will be our go to! Breakfast in the morning was fabulous with a wide variety of foods and service was top notch.

My room was excellent, it was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. If I needed to be there more than one night it would have been fine. The hallways were quiet and clean and the staff were pleasant. There was a wide variety of options for the breakfast. The hot food was hot and there were staff around to clean and refill items as needed. I would stay there again if needed.

I frequently travel to New Jersey for work and this is my first choice hotel for many reasons. First, their customer service is unbeatable. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Second, I absolutely love their breakfast (the breakfast potatoes are the best I’ve ever had from a hotel)! Third, the recently renovated rooms are nice and cozy. A great place to start and the day. Fourth, I love Hyatt’s partnership with Peloton. I can keep up with my workouts while on travel and gain bonus points! Lastly, location. It’s only 30 min from Philly and it’s pretty close to lots of shops and restaurants. I love, love, love this place! If you’re a fan of Hyatt and looking for a place to stay in Moorestown, look no further.

I was looking for a hotel close to the Italian consulate and the Sofitel was highly recommended on Expedia. The Sofitel is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest workers! Everyone was so nice including the front desk concierge, valet workers, and restaurant/bar staff. I booked the hotel for a business trip but the stay was so wonderful it felt like vacation! The room was so clean and the bedding felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The provided toiletries smelled amazing! Our veggie breakfast omelette was huge and tasted so good. The buffet was plentiful!!! The organic lavazza coffee was the best tasting coffee. I loved the French experience too! The entire experience was wonderful. The bar stays opened late so we were able to grab an espresso and dessert in the evening. I think the best thing about the trip was how friendly everyone was. Thank you Sofiitel for such an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!!

The check-in process was quick and easy. Staff instantly helped with our luggage before we even got in the doors. The room was very nice. It was spacious and very clean. You could walk around and not bump into each other/furniture. They provided snacks and a stocked fridge (additional charges). The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We ordered room service and that's probably the one thing that could improve. We got the food quickly which was nice. The food itself was just okay. It was definitely great to have room service as an option though since many hotels don't offer it anymore. I tend not to even bother looking for hotels that offer room service bc its rare so we were pleasantly surprised to learn they had this service. Thr location was close to many stores, restaurants, bars and the city itself. We felt safe walking around. All staff was friendly. The bar / lounge area was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Great room, great location, great service. Best hotel i have stayed at in central Philly. Stayed for 4 nights in total. Rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable too. Breakfast options were ample at the breakfast buffet. On site restaurant and bar are also very good. I will be back!

Hotel Sofitel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was, spotless, spacious, comfortable and quiet with a great city view. The onsite restaurant breakfast was delicious. Checking in and out, fast and easy.

We have stayed at the Sofitel many times over the past, well since you opened in Philadelphia. The Bathrooms are showing age, and I preferred the first décor rather than the let's look like modern Paris look, pillows, art, lights, drapery color, and the color choices between bedroom and living room do not flow well. The art in the hallways is the same and we like it. The bed was very comfortable. As Americans who love Paris, we still hate duvets. Too hot, The Staff was friendly, social and I wish all hotels had this staff. My husband loved the breakfast. Our stay was to visit many relatives, not live in the suite all day. Yes ,we would stay there again. I, the she is very focused on the visual yet a comfortable bed, a quiet room and a perfect sized bathtub +shower are most important. Merci, et au revoir.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every question we asked was answered pleasantly. I want to specifically acknowledge Kirada and Catherine, who went out of their way to be helpful. The variety of choices at the breakfast buffet was delicious and numerous enough for all types of appetites. The fresh brewed coffee machine made delicious coffee and was available 24/7. The hotel is central to many restaurants and points of interest in this area.

Clean and comfy hotel. It was so peaceful, even though the hotel was full. We didn't hear hall way noise or room noise. Perfect for a god nights rest. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of room for a lot of guests. The coffee was so good. Our room was clean enough where we felt comfortable walking around in bare feet. The front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

They offered an excellent breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The hot breakfast options were very tasty and fresh. The rooms were very clean. The room had a decent-sized fridge and microwave, which I wasn’t expecting. It turned out useful for us—a family with kids. Amazing staff—they were so helpful. We arrived well before check-in time, at 9:00 a.m., and the lady at the desk offered us to go get some rest in the breakfast room and have breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely stay. I would totally go back and stay in this hotel.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with family and friends, and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially the ladies in the breakfast area, went above and beyond every single day. They worked nonstop to keep everything spotless and fully stocked you could truly see how much pride they take in their work. The breakfast area was always clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which made a big difference for our group each morning. Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the comfort and the incredible hospitality!

Great location. Awesome desk staff. They let me check in at 1PM and checked on us often. Pretty decent breakfast that was kept full and kept clean. Felt safe here in the middle of the city. Parking was super convenient. Tons of restaurants around. Walkable to City Hall Christmas market and bars and shopping.

The staff at the restaurant both for dinner Friday night and the breakfast Saturday morning was fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating! Food at the restaurant was well priced and good. The room was clean and comfortable and I am very picky. Great location if going to the arena. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is the perfect location if you are going to a game or a concert. It is in walking distance from the stadiums. Many people stay here for the same reason so when walking to and from the venue you are walking with many people. We feel very safe. They do charge for parking but there is plenty of free street parking that there is no need to park in the lot. There is a large lounge and bar area with lots of seating and TV's. They have a limited dining menu in the lounge area but the food is pretty good. When the weather is nice they open large doors that extend to the outdoor seating area. We stay here often and when we do we get here early to avoid traffic and hang in the lounge area with a cocktail or grab a bite to eat until we can check in. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and a nice size.

What a fantastic experience! We stayed here for a concert at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, and we will definitely be back. The walk was about 10-15 mins. Yes, you walk under the bridge but the path is fairly well marked and because of the concert, there were police officers and cruisers along the way making sure everyone was safe. Plus, it felt the entire hotel was walking to and from the concert together. Our room (King with a sleeper sofa) was very comfortable! Our teens thought the sleeper was actually extremely comfy compared to other hotels. The cafe on site had wonderful food and drinks. For breakfast, we had avocado toast, fruit, eggs and for dinner (pre concert) we had sandwiches, flatbread, etc. It was definitely delicious and easy! Parking is $25 onsite but you can also park on the street for free (street parking was full when we were there).

Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Stayed here to attend a 76ers game at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Our plan was to walk to the arena but my son wasn’t well so we caught an Uber. Getting there was fine but we should have walked back. We tried getting an Uber just before the game finished and 14 of them cancelled on us. By the time we got one it had doubled in price. The pick up area was so far away we could have walked back by then. Having said this, the hotel is excellent and perfect if you want to stay somewhere close by. The restaurant is handy too.

Nice quiet hotel. Not on a busy street. Blair was amazing checking us in. Got us a nice quiet room in the 4th floor and gave us some good tips for our stay. The hotel is well maintained and looks immaculate. Rooms are large and comfy. Rooms look like they were recently upgraded. Absolutely will stay here again. One of the best courtyards we’ve stayed at. Would like to have a luggage rack in the room is my only suggestion.

One of the nicer rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was a huge one bedroom suite and had a close view of Independence Hall. This hotel is only 1/4 block from the building itself. It was very clean and well appointed. It had a large bathroom and a nice huge bathtub and large shower. It was also quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. It is also only a few blocks from the Revolutionary War Museum. The first floor attached bar and restaurant is a very popular spot. The bar had an excellent selection of spirits.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kimpton Monaco. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully appointed, with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Mornings started right with complimentary coffee, and we appreciated the well-equipped gym for a quick workout. Evenings were equally enjoyable, thanks to the excellent cocktails at the hotel bar and the overall relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. From start to finish, the service, comfort, and attention to detail made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

The Monaco Kimpton is in Old Town, located right opposite Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell Museum and just along from the metro and bus stops. A walk up Chestnut Street will lead you right into the heart of Philly. It's a lovely city with great architecture spanning the centuries and is easy to get around. The Art Museum is a World's Best, it really is. Buses and Metro are contactless. The staff at the Monaco are a delight; friendly, obliging and extremely helpful. Free wine at 5.00pm in the lovely guest lounge. Our room decor was a little crazy (we woke to a bloody great peacock on the wallpaper) but that's OK, it was well appointed with good toiletries, plenty of hanging space, excellent bed, a very large bathroom, fridge, safe etc. Breakfasts are excellent but if you book "breakfast included" see my comment below... There are some nice restaurants and bars in Old Town, and don't be put off if they seem a bit shabby on the outside, it's an old district that's safe to walk around. An excellent stay in a smashing hotel. Thanks to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a classic elegance and charm that gave the place a timeless feel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining the space. The staff was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The breakfast in the morning was spot on with a great variety of fresh options and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend if you're looking for comfort with a touch of old-world class.

The property itself is great. The architecture and fun decor makes the hotel special and the staff was great. We arrived at 12pm on a sold out Saturday and were pleasantly surprised they had rooms available for us. I booked a room with breakfast included and they remembered those vouchers, but they did not remember to give my VIP Access free beverage voucher - but had no pushback when I pointed it out. Pay attention to all the food and beverage though. There is a value on the back. We tried to use our drink coupon but did not know there is a $15 maximum and the drink I ordered was $16. I asked to pay the difference and was met with a hard no. There was no solution finding...just a no. In fact the bartender started to avoid me b/c yes I found it difficult to understand why they wouldn't charge the difference. So instead I didn't' use the drink coupons, paid in full, and that was that - but really disappointing. Breakfast was better because they apply the value but if you go over, they just charge you the difference. Not sure why the breakfast worked that way but not the drinks at the bar. If all the cocktails on your menu are over the max limit and you can't be flexible, then just tell me only beer and wine is covered or something like that. Be clear with the VIP Access amenity Otherwise we had a great stay!

The two seat bathtub was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view from the bathroom, so a glass of wine in the jacuzzi tub was the relaxing birthday weekend I needed!

The food at the restaurant was really good. Even the coffee is good. I thought it was nice to have a gym and a wine get together every night is awesome. Had a jacuzzi tub and life doesn’t get much better with that.

Stayed here for the first time while celebrating my partner’s birthday and it won’t be the last! The hotel was spotless from entry to exit, the room had a beautiful view and my babe was floored by the jacuzzi in our room!

What I love about this hotel was the luxury Jacuzzi jet bath towel. Perfect self-care getaway birthday weekend.

I really enjoyed stayiong here. I debated for weeks between the Kimpton Palomar, Sofitel or Hyatt Centric. In the end I chose the Kimpton Palomar because I wanted something a little more unique, cute and classy and less corporate (also was the least exepensive of the 3). The Kimpton Palomar was all that and more. There is a warmth when you enter the hotel and immediate frendliness with great customer service. The lobby is very pretty and there is plenty of seating to just chill out after a long day. The team here does aim to please and are very accomodating and kind. I enjoyed chatting with the door men who are alway there to assist and greet you each day. The daily coffee in the lobby was great. Breakfast at the Square 1682 was wonderful. Order the Super Yogurt Power Bowl, absolutely delicious and filling. I parked a block away for $37 per night. The room is small but was perfect for a single traveler pretty typical size for metro areas. I did not have a view so be sure to make a aspecial request. The rooms are so quiet and no noise from the street, I slept like a baby. The location cannot be beat. You can walk everywhere, with many restaurants and shops near by. This is a safe bet when in Philly! Bonus points for this hotel - Amazing 70s and 80s tunes in the elevator each day... always made me smile.

This hotel is quiet, peaceful and a great place to recuperate after a surgery at Penn medicine ( HUP). We were happy we chose it. Jim Salvo was so kind and helpful, as was Kenyatta. Though I don’t know the different front desk people’s names, everyone was nice and professional. The restaurant on ground floor is a bonus as well. The beds are super comfortable and I am looking into buying one for at home!! I have always enjoyed staying here and this trip it was perfect for our family. We will 💯 return!!

The good: - Good clean spacious room - Great location - located just across UPenn and Wharton School, minutes away from the key sights of the University City, and ~10-15 minutes' walk to Philadelphia downtown city - Double-glazed window that kept out most of the road noise even when facing the main road of Walnut St - Helpful front desk (Valentine has one of the best service) The considerations: - Water-pressure for the shower may not be consistent (especially during heavy occupancy and usage) - Hilton Diamond members don't get much perk (no club lounge, the $15 dining credit can only be used for breakfast and not for meals at the other restaurants within the hotel which is operated by 3rd party, and no late check-out allowed beyond 12pm)

This is a nice hotel. the concierge are friendly, efficient, respectful. The valet parking is convenient and the valet parkers are professional. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was hot and delicious. We had a king room and it was spacious. The personnel greeted us in the morning before we could even speak ourselves. I appreciate every person that we encountered. We will stay here again.

We stayed at The Inn at Penn because we had to have surgery the next day at 5:30am at Penn Presby. The location was only a few minutes by car from the hospital. It was also attractive, clean, had restaurants and other services nearby. Hotel offers room service. Overall an excellent choice if you need to stay in town while using the UPenn medical services. Bathroom was accessible with a shower seat attached to wall of shower. Hand held shower available. Very roomy especially if someone needed a wheelchair.

Very comfortable. Accessible friendly! James our trip advisor was a great help. He is a great personality for hospitality and a great explainer! We hope to stay here on subsequent visits. Great hotel with the comforts of home. Also the restaurant Louie Louie has a very good berger! And everyone has been friendly and accommodating. We found housekeeping to be very helpful.

We recently stayed here while visiting Philly. Let me start off by saying I’m a Marriott Loyalist Platinum elite member who knows brand standards. Pros: hot water, central location, fast elevators, delicious breakfast, great bar and bar tender, comfortable bed, luxurious liens, friendly housekeeping on 12, unlimited bottled water, recently renovated (but they did cut corners like door corners still chewed up), fast and friendly valet, and excellent service from the moment you walk in. Cons: small room and bathroom (photos are deceiving), evening room service not tasty, views are looking at building (don’t upgrade to higher floor), wasn’t upgraded considering I’m a platinum elite member, and short ceilings. Service: The service at the hotel was PHENOMENAL. All the valet staff was friendly and fast, except the bald guy. All the front desk staff was exceptional as well. Special thanks to KEVIN at the front desk, he was so helpful anytime, friendly, attentive, and truly made the stay special. Also, SVEDA at breakfast made our mornings special, she went out of our way every time to make sure we had what we needed and she was very helpful and friendly. THANK YOU SVEDA and KEVIN for representing the GOLD STANDARD for Marriott standards. Overall, despite the corners cut during the renovation, I would return the next time I’m in town for the exceptional service and great breakfast.

A great hotel in a great location in Philly (near Rittenhouse Square). Our room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and quiet AC. The bathroom was also very clean with a great shower and nice products. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. We were very pleased with our stay at this Westin property.

I’m frequently in Philadelphia for business and this is my only hotel I will use. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, quick service, food, and Uber pick up and drop off. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the bar is surprisingly busyfor a late night cocktail or breakfast. Love everything about the hotel.

My stay at The Westin Philadelphia was excellent! The spacious rooms, attentive staff, and central location near City Hall and a subway station made it a perfect base for exploring the city. After three nights, I wished I could stay longer. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Philadelphia!

Amazing service!! Kudos to Anthony at check-in. We’d had a long day and he was so welcoming and cheerful. He upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, thanked us for our Marriott loyalty and gave us a free round of drinks and our breakfast benefit. The next day the breakfast manager brought a gift bag of granola to our room because we left the restaurant too quickly for him to give it to us there. Just a really nice stay, we felt very pampered.

I needed a night away just to break my routine so I slipped to this hotel. The hotel is clean. The pool was clean and well taken care of and easily accessible. Pool area is well maintained. With lots of comfortable seating. My room was clean. The bedding was nice. The mattress is very comfortable. The pillows were excellent. Breakfast was fully stocked. Nice and hot. With plenty of options that fit my diet. Breakfast area was clean and easily accessible. I made my reservation in advance, and it was waiting for me when I walked in with no issue. Dawn, Mike, Ryan, Annie and Dan and Linda. Made me feel welcome and it was appreciated. I always enjoy myself when I choose to stay here.

My husband and I traveled for a concert at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. The hotel was very close to the event, very easy to get to the event and then back to the hotel. The staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was also friendly and kept everything very well stocked and clean. The rooms very very clean and the beds very very comfortable. We had a view of the pool which looked very clean and really nice, it was too chilly for a swim but it really looked inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to this area 😊😊😊😊😊

2 night stay. Super friendly staff. Never had to wait more than a few seconds to talk to staff. Fast check-in. Room was clean. Towels were soft. Shower had good pressure but didn’t drain very well. Beds were decent. Pillows were awesome. Breakfast was great and the lady that works the breakfast is a joy and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Eggs were great both mornings. Chobani yogurt available. Fruit was fresh (Bananas apples oranges) and tasty. Maids brought extra towels in less than a minute when we asked. Elevator worked and place felt safe and parking lot was clean.

Our room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. The room temperature was perfect for sleeping. Shower has good water pressure and temperature. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Chase, who was new, had patience and was communicative while we waited to check in and check out. He thanked us for our wait (even though it was not long). We felt very comfortable staying there. Our son was having some tummy issues in the morning and the hostess for breakfast even gave us a banana before breakfast opened. Would definitely stay again!

Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great and well stocked by a very friendly attendant. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! My only regret is that I didn't pay more attention to the employees name tags so I could single them out and say "Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and relaxing"!

Wife and I were on a 8 day 10 state road trip to celebrate 30 years of marriage. The Logan was our last hotel of the trip. This place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff(including Claire, Jessica, the greeters outside, Heather in the bar.). All amazing. Rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, restaurant Urban Farmer was delicious. We walked everywhere we wanted to go right from the hotel. Do yourself a favor, book The Logan if you are staying in or near Philly.

The bed and the bedding were exceptional, our room had an incredible view. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. We stayed for our anniversary and it was the perfect choice. We were able to walk a short distance to other bars and restaurants and we felt safe. The valet service was extremely prompt and attentive.

Had an amazing stay here at the Logan. It is literally in the middle of everything. Valet is amazing and bring your vehicle in less than 10 mins. The urban farmer restaurant on the first floor was very delicious. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to experience the spa. Prior to arriving to the Logan I tried to book a couples massage and was told to inform the front desk when I arrive. Once I arrived front desk informed to speak with the underground spa directly and they were already booked up for weeks. Other than that the rooms were very clean and the staff were outstanding. We stayed on the 7th floor with the balcony and an amazing view of the Philadelphia art museum. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing. The Gym and Massage/Spa area was awesome. My wife and I stayed her for valentines weekend. She had a spa treatment, she just loved her experience. I spend my time in the gym, which the equipment was awesome. We ate the restaurant on-site. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. For brunch we had the eggs Benedict with lobster meat, and the lobster was breath taking. The bed was conformable, bathrooms was clean, hallways was also clean as well. There was a line checking in, but the staff was efficient at moving things along and I beli3ve the manager checked on everyone in line. She offered us water and even recommended places to visit and eat that was around the area. Bar was also very nice. I can't say enough about this place.

The front desk staff was really nice and the valet was so attentive! Best valet I've experienced at a hotel. Only downside was that our room wasn't available when we got there (we thought check in was 3pm but it was 4pm) and the only options were to wait the hour or pay $60 extra for an upgraded room. We couldn't wait the hour so we got the upgraded room, but it was a really great and spacious room with a living area that was wonderful. The king sized bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

It gets panned because it is under I95. Let me tell you. Big gated parking. Fast friendly check-in, nice rooms with big bathrooms. It is clean and the views of the river are gorgeous. Free breakfast included. Bars and restaurants are nearby. If you are going to the stadiums, this is a perfect spot to stay. Family friendly

Starting this review with a regret that we only stayed for a night. For a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel sits higher within its brand range on par with 4-star properties. The lobby gave positive welcome ambience, with welcome drink coffee / tea / chocolate machine available for 24 hours. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and enjoyed a good chat with guests. We enjoyed our room the most. Room was spacious, FF&E quality was simply top notch, but the best part was the river view we had from our room. The room faced east, so sunrise was just splendid. Breakfast was great as well. Typical American breakfast; loved the biscuit and gravy!

The location was very close to the historic sites we wanted to visit, and had nice view of the river as well. James checked us in and was very kind and helpful. The employee in charge of the parking was also helpful, kind, and gave us plenty of instructions which made the entire process run smooth. The breakfast has a good variety, it is fresh, tasty, and the restaurant site is very good. Overall a great stay, would return,

My stay here was great, less than 24 hours. The river view I had from my room was amazing!!! The bed was super comfortable and the room was quite clean with no serious issues (there was an eyelash? an hair? on the other queen bed in the room when I checked for bedbugs). Bathroom was neat and the mini fridge was clearly taken care of. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation in the upper floors so be aware that noise may be higher than normal. It took a little while for the hot water to get hot in my shower but I figured it was just due to the construction so no big deal. Noise from other guests was louder in the halls but once in my room, it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was pretty decent with a fancy pancake machine that made some good ones. And the staff was literally so kind (even to people who did not deserve kindness based on how they acted). As for parking, the way to get into the lot was confusing but the attendant (?) gave me very clear directions that made it less confusing. BE AWARE THE PRICE FOR PARKING IS ACTUALLY $37. When you check in and give them a card for the $50 incidentals fee, they let you know that the $37 will come out of the $50 and you’ll be refunded the remaining $13 (should you not party like a rock star lol). Overall, the place is great stay for a few nights and was great value for the price. It’s located on the edge of Old City. I highly recommend exploring the area as it’s so nice. And you should watch the sunrise on Race St Pier!!!

We liked the location. It was very easy to get to off of I-95. The lobby and breakfast area were attractive and spacious. The breakfast had many choices and was well stocked throughout the entire breakfast period. Check in and check out were easy. The staff was excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Parking was available in a parking lot immediately to the left and behind the hotel. We had no problem getting a parking space. Parking cost $32 from check-in till 4:00PM the next day. Your room key allowed in and out privileges. Your room key also provided access to the room floors, and you just touched the key to a plate above the floor buttons to go up to your floor. This was unnecessary to go down. We had a room with a king bed. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We did wish it had had a microwave. It did have a K Cup coffeemaker.

I hadn't stayed here in a while and wound up here for one night as I coudln't fly home to FL after the hurricane. The front desk staff was particularly helpful and friendly and even gave me a late check out, which was much appreciated. The front desk staff could not have been better. My room was fine, very comfortable and clean. The hotel gym is pretty nice too. It's spacious, with high-quality equipment. The restaurant prices are outrageous but I guess they take advantage of a captove audience and the service at the bar was surly to boot. My stay was much needed and relaxing other than the restaurant. I am thankful for the friendly desk service and late check out accomodation.

The front desk staff were exceptional: professional, welcoming, friendly. We hadn't planned to stay over, but flying standby and didn't make the last flight. Late night, needed to be back at the airport for a 6am. Having the convenience of a hotel with a direct walkway to a dedicated security entrance (no shuttles!) was well worth the extra $. There's even a kiosk in the lobby to check-in and print boarding passes. The room was quiet and the beds super comfortable. We didn't avail ourselves of the bar, but it looked quite inviting.

We stayed at this hotel because my son and I wanted to plane-spot. The Marriott hotel does have a package where you can book a runway view and get breakfast and we took advantage of that deal. The check-in person was really helpful and explained how to get in and out of the parking garage. She also allowed us to check-in early. The room was a good size and had a great view of airplanes taking-off and landing. We really enjoyed the stay and didn't want to leave. The breakfast was okay. There were muffins, cereal, pastries and fruit. The sausage patties we got seemed to be more upscale than other Marriott branded hotels, but I think I enjoyed those sausages more than what we had. The hotel price we paid was reasonable and we knew it would be pricey since we were staying at the airport, but I would say it was worth it. As we were leaving, we could see how the hotel was attached to the airport so the children wanted to walk to the airport.

I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly all around. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was was average but the staff was excellent. The hotel is close enough to the rental cars to walk if you don't have a lot of luggage, and it connects to Terminal B with a skybridge. (note - if you want to use TSA PreCheck, you have to then walk to Terminal C as C is the only security entrance with PreCheck, but it is only a few minutes walk.) The stay was not cheap but that is the price for convenience. At least the service made it worth it. Would stay here again if I have another early morning departure.

I found this hotel to extremely clean, comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly. I had the Philly cheese steak at the restaurant and it was delicious! Prices are fair and being able to walk right to the airport made getting to my flight so much easier.

This is definitely a gem of a hotel. We wanted to stay just outside Philly and we lucked out in booking this hotel. It was a great location everything is practically 10-15mins away. It’s very close to City Avenue which has restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and Target. It has two nice restaurants on site. Our room was perfect and had a pull out couch, comfortable king bed and a nice kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The hotel was very clean and had great breakfast buffet available each morning. There was a very cozy common area with a fireplace and views of the river. You could sit off and read, enjoy your breakfast or have a cup of coffee. There was also an heated pool and games room. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Tatiana and Ms. Paula on the front desk were on point! They were always friendly and helpful. I did not want to leave but I will definitely be back.

One of the best Residence Inn's I've stayed in. This gorgeous property is integrated into a former mill, along the Skulkyll river, maintaining the character of the area but the inside is grand new luxury, gorgeous. My room was sprawling and new, with great views, and the breakfast area felt like an upscale restaurant. Parking was fine, and you can walk across the river to an area with restaurants (it's a good 10-12 min walk but easier than driving). Staff were helpful and, if you can splurge, the restaurant at the top called Lark is really good. If the location works for you, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a real treat.

The staff was amazing - everyone was super kind, friendly and ready to help with anything, whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the breakfast staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and had an excellent kitchenette and comfy bed. The property overall was super cool, especially being integrated with the Iron Works revitalization work - we and our dog really appreciated the outdoor spaces and walkability. 10/10 would come here again! Thank you to the staff for making our visit to Philly so awesome! ❤️

Everything! Clean, spacious, yet cozy and inviting. Public spaces were amazing! Our suite was perfection, well thought out, every single thing considered. High end finishes, spotlessly clean. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, ESPECIALLY Tatyana and Helen!!! The location was like NO OTHER! So cool!

This stay was Awesome. We came in for a Family Funeral but left smiling. The staff (especially Dominque) was attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic and a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was tasty. I will say the containers used to keep the coffee and hot water needs to be replaced, (was not that hot). The bed was a little too soft for my taste. The room was amazing, the amenities were useful. I loved the visual atmosphere and to not actually hear the trains while I was resting. The courtyard was Beautiful. Will definitely stay again, We promise. The convenience of Free Parking and Free Continental Breakfast makes it worth the price. From the Cucumber ice water offered at the front Lobby or the celebratory glass of champagne, we felt WELCOMED and VALUED! Great Job!

Overall experience was very, very good. Front staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel was pretty clean and updated. Turn down service every day. (we stayed for a long weekend) We did not use gym so not sure of equipment offered. We had breakfast it was very good- eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Table service for coffee/tea. We also dined there for dinner. Was pricey when you order salmon or chicken at almost $40 a plate for either! but can order sandwich or burgers for about $20. There is a bar in the restaurant as well. Beds were ok for me, I prefer a firmer mattress, but husband and adult child had no issue. We had a Junior Suite, roomy for 3 of us, had 2 TV's; did not used sofa bed. They provide a live text feature on your phone for comments or questions. Used it for the TV's in our room. They're connected to a universal remote and they work simultaneously on both TVs unless you literally get up and turn your back to the other TV to change the channel on your TV. The location is very good, in Chinatown, close to Reading Market which has lots of variety of food to choose from. Restaurants though are slim if not a fan of Chinese food, in fact I found most of Philly food options for restaurants are slim for a city. Thankfully no obnoxious neighbors. Room was street facing, but not too noisy. There were shops around the area. Also hotel is close to one of the stops for Philly Phlash.

We stayed here for PAX Unplugged and it was great. The convention center was a short 5-minute walk away. The staff was great, and the breakfast (if you get it included) was spectacular. It's a host-seated breakfast with servers and a buffet. The same area has a decent bar. The room itself was great. Plenty of room for our stuff, the king bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and HVAC functional and unobtrusive. Housekeeping ladies were fun and friendly. Ultimately, having a nice hotel always within a short walking distance throughout the event was super convenient.

I went to this hotel to stay at for FANEXPO 2025 in Philadelphia, I have to say it is indeed a great hotel, my room was very spacious and clean and very safe. You have to use your hotel key card to use the elevator and to access via the parking garage from the outside. Not once did I feel unsafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is also very close to many restaurants, while I wish the hotel had a free breakfast for guests, there are other accomindations. Particularly a 3 minute walking distance to the Reading Terminal Market so lots of variety in choices, this hotel is also very close to the Philadelphia convention center so you wont have to drive at all. A very pleasant hotel to stay at, I will be staying here again when I go back to Philadelphia.

Our go-to hotel in Center City. We've tried a bunch and stick with Hilton Garden. Excellent with reliable service, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are on the upper floors, not much view. Very convenient location. Next to Reading Market, open early morning through late afternoon. Lots of options for food and other things at the market. Hilton rooms are comfortable, include two chairs. Lighting is an issue as the lamp over the easy chair must have a light bulb around 30 watts. Not useful for reading!! Restaurant is very good with excellent service. Meals arrive HOT, food is tasty. Hostess and server are terrific.

Amazing location to go to the convention center for the Flower Show! Could not have been easier for my elderly parents. Literally across the street, so not a lot of additional walking. The breakfast buffet was terrific and the breakfast room was clean and well staffed and loved the windows. Room was comfortable and clean.

Janelle was very helpful during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sonesta! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and they even provided a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the high-quality linens. The view from my room was stunning and made for a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities provided, like the complimentary coffee and snacks, really enhanced the experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch as well! I enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and quick to offer recommendations. I also took advantage of the fitness center and pool, which were clean and well-maintained.

The property was in a great location …close to great restaurants and places of interest . The staff was helpful. The pool was nice and refreshing and quiet. The decor of the hotel was art deco . Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable…although areas of the halls and the bathroom wallpaper was torn and dirty ….needs some updating . They have a lil art bar on the first floor , but they only served coffee and small breakfast items …yogurt and bagels. I wish there was a full day restaurant on site but all there was ..was Ruthchris steakhouse which is pricey and opened later in the afternoon. Overall stay was pleasant.

The people seems to be the thing that sets this property apart. From the bar or the coffee stand to the front desk or the cleaning lady you get the feel the place is run by some just generally good human beings. Don’t miss the manager of the garage who orchestrates a chaotic entrance and exit of commuter traffic. All with a smile and a wave to familiar drivers and seemingly effortless efficiency. The beds are comfy and the rooms quiet, The view likely depends. I had a base rate room and as you might expect did not have much of one. I might have rated the property one less had not the experience overall been so complete. To put it over the top despite my travel experience I sometimes do stupid things. In this case I left my shirts hanging in the closet. The hotel called me, And they are shipping me my shirts because someone took the trouble. Many properties would have had a much different response. Keep in mind it’s a heavily trafficked property and it’s downtown. I was there for a nearby meeting so it was perfect. Plan accordingly and you will be pleased here I think. I rarely provide such a strong endorsement but these guys deserved it. My only negative was the adjoining Ruth’s Chris feels a bit tired and jaded. Have a drink at the hotel bar instead perhaps but that’s a call I will let you make should you go.

The location was perfect. Just a couple blocks from Rittenhouse Square and centrally located to our daughter's apartment and all the places we visited. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent. The room was not overly spacious but more than adequate. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Quick and smooth check in and out process. The room was quiet at night.

Good location, walkable to the convention center and Reading Terminal. The room had a fun, modern Midcentury Modern vibe. Pleasant staff. Just a heads up if you plan on using the parking garage attached next door. It apparently is possible to have to wait up to 45 minutes for the valley to retrieve your car. This did not happen to me. I was able to get my car in 5 minutes. However I guess it is possible that they sometimes get backed up so I don't know if it would be helpful to request your car before you need it.

We travel a lot and stay at a wide variety of hotels from Holiday Inn Express up to 5 star luxury hotels. Delta is right in the middle and had a lot of really nice features not generally found at this price point. The hotel is huge and a little overwhelming. We were there for a weekend and it was totally booked. But the front desk was not only super efficient but literally everyone was friendly and very professional. We had an issue with the parking app and they were super helpful. There’s a large fitness center - clean with good equipment. This is a high rise and the elevators were a little slow but since the hotel was fully booked I wasn’t surprised that elevators were slow. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean with nice soap and shampoo. There was a big desk in the room and a couch. But one of the unexpected really nice surprises was the 24 hour Delta Pantry. For Bonvoy members it’s a “grab and go” open 24 hours stocked with breakfast food and sweets and Starbucks coffee. That was an unexpected and really nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

After a frustrating and exhausting airline experience filled with delays and poor service, arriving at the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Joseph, a member of the front desk staff, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive. He ensured my check-in was smooth, answered all my questions with patience, and even offered helpful suggestions for local dining and attractions, which made me feel immediately at ease. The next morning, I headed down to the café in hopes of starting the day right, and that’s when I met Missy. She greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful attitude that instantly lifted my mood. She prepared one of the best coffee lattes I’ve had in a long time—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. But what made the experience even more memorable was her vibrant and engaging personality. Missy took the time to chat, share a few laughs, and genuinely connect, which turned a simple coffee stop into a highlight of my day. Her energy and kindness truly stood out and added a special touch to my stay.

We chose this hotel to be near the airport for an early departure, and it was perfect. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. The women who checked us in were personable and helpful. It was connecting to have a bar/restaurant on site. We appreciated the prompt and friendly shuttle service. A winner!

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at the Marriott Philadelphia! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Marriott in Philadelphia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore historic landmarks, great restaurants, and local attractions. Plus, the on-site dining was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the atmosphere — it felt like true hospitality. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the fitness center, radiated quality and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. Location, as next to the main food market and the train connection to the airport. Also the main National Park museum and park are located in a walking distance, to cover the main sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed, an armchair, desk to work and TV. The bathroom was spacious and staffed with the basic needed. The in house restaurant, which offers buffet breakfast for about $20 - I was not able to try the custom made omelets as no staff was there, and the small store with basic food supplies (pizza, coffee, snacks, drinks).

We spent 4 days here for a conference with this Marriott that connects with the Philadelphia Convention center. The Marriott offers a hands free by touch pad entry door and movement activated touch free revolving doors. Check in is at standard checkin and Marriott premium checkin. The lobby hold a lounge with stair and ramp accesses. The lounge furniture is large and comfy within the full bar area. The lobby also holds Center city Market with an array of single size and sharing size snacks, most impressive to me popcorn. Bottled CicaCola® products, 3 versions of cold brews with photo guide on tap along with macarons and chocolate cake slices. The numerous meeting rooms are shown on a map in the lobby. The rooms are numbered or organized by name like the Franklin Rooms. Conference rooms are carpeted to fascilate acoustics. All meeting rooms on all 5 floors have easy accessibilty. Mens and women's restrooms have dedicated wheelchair access stall with 2 grab bars and adequate space with hands free hand wash Hotel rooms are clean, spacious and modern with amenities Large screen TV with in room coffee and tea service Excellent housekeeping here Accessible parking at $60 per day via valet. Great set up for meetings of our group of over 8,000

I was relatively pleased with my stay at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Pros 1. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and late check out was afforded to me. 2. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were comfortable. 3. The rooms were generally quiet. 4. The hotel fire alarm went off at 3 AM. Announcements were clear. We received a written apology by 430 AM and an extra 5000 points. The staff handled the potential emergency well. Cons 1. The valet parking is not cheap and there was no one there to greet you when you pulled up. They can be slow getting your car. 2. If you order coffee in the lobby bar mid afternoon, they just go to the little lobby store and buy it. There was no one around to pay - so you have to pay in the lobby store. The most significant issue was the projectors in the conference rooms. They appear to be old and my new laptop would not display. The tech staff did their best but it was alarming when one tech support person said "we've been having trouble with these all week." They switched cables and projectors with no luck. I finally had to borrow a laptop from someone in the audience but, since that laptop did not have the specialized software I needed on it, my presentation was essentially ruined. To note, if you follow the tech support directions in the conference room, no one comes. I had to go find someone. That said, all the staff went above and beyond.

Clean and spacious rooms, fully equipped with all the amenities you need. The location is convenient, right in the city center located within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was also friendly and helpful. It was also really safe as you need the keycards to enter the building and the elevators

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service provided by Jamal and Abe (or his name may have been Louie) was exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made me feel so welcomed. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The variety and quality exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—truly a five-star experience from start to finish

Perfect place for what we needed: easy access from airport, easy parking, clean, quiet and comfortable, restaurant walking distance across the street, average morning breakfast. We even used the excellent gym before heading out to Philadelphia. Don’t expect much character, but it was just what we needed for our arrival day before heading out for the rest of our trip. Thank you.

The stay was great until we got to breakfast. There were 2 associates helping serve breakfast and the one was awesome. She was friendly and even singing. The other one was rude and refused to refill the breakfast stations even though breakfast time wasn’t ending for enough 15 minutes. Mind you there was a line for the waffle station and people standing in line for other food items. Her response was “there’s only 15 mins left, there’s yogurt and cereal”.

I liked the large comfortable clean room. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The location was perfect. Close to 95 and close to many food options.

Personnel at front desk was very kind and helpful, the hotel room was clean, it was not too big but with enough space to have the luggage and walk easily around the room, and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good. Just perfect for a short stay.

So while I did my research I just under estimated the distance from Six Flags lol. When your already driving 3 hrs from upstate ny, you get a little tired of driving!. Nonetheless I loved the hotel, we had a 2 bedroom suite. Perfect for my two kids and their friends. It sucked that in this Covid-19 era we are living in the pool was closed. There was no hot breakfast served they did provide brown bag breakfast containing muffins, ok and I believe yogurt. There are restaurants all around the hotel and McDonald’s in walking distance. Since we were only there for a night I didn’t use the kitchenette for cooking. The staff was nice, the hotel room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The next time I plan on taking my kids to six flags I will purposely stay here again; despite the distance from Six Flags lol.

Upon entry, the staff was very welcoming as well as guests. The easy access to the elevator was very helpful for my work equipment. I appreciated the office desk for remote work and free WiFi. My family and I cooked a great breakfast in the kitchen that came fully equipped with pots, dishes and everything we needed! The beds are plush and the bathroom is contemporary style and relaxing. There are also free laundry facilities which was a great help for the extended stay! We didn’t get to swim in the luxurious pool but can’t wait to return this summer and that’s at the top of my list! There’s so much more I could say but Thanks so much for the relaxing, pleasant stay STAYBRIDGE it’s always like home! ML

We recently stayed at the Staybridge - Mt. Laurel with our family as we were attending a wedding in the area. We had booked 5 rooms and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed recently. The hotel was very clean and this was the most important criteria for us due to the ongoing pandemic. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is open and the offering was delicious with hot items as well. The suites are large and the two bedrooms worked perfectly for us as they have two bathrooms and everyone could get ready on time. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay, perfect set up for 2 adults traveling with a toddler. Comfortable beds, clean, the kitchen in the suite met all of our needs. The complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious! We also loved going home with clean laundry thanks to the on site laundry facilities. The staff was also so kind. We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of all of the places we were visiting (Philadelphia Zoo and Adventure Aquarium to name a few). The room was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was top notch! I mean...fresh waffles!? The indoor pool pulled it all together for the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights in July. The location is central and great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the room's AC was VERY LOUD and if you stood near it it blasted frigid air. On a previoius stay we had an issue with noise in an adjoining room, but this time all was quiet except for the AC. The lobby coffee shop is well stocked and reasonably priced for a center city hotel, and the breakfast restaurant was decent. The staff is all around great. The front desk staff is super-helpful and responsive. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive at breakfast. When I called with a question about my bill, the person who answered saw the problem before I even explained the issue, and she corrected it on the spot. The common areas are showing a bit of age. And the bathroom adjacent to the gym was downright disgusting. (I hope it's clean by now.) We will return for short stays because of the staff and the location. For an extended stay, we would look elsewhere.

Excellent hotel stay! Very clean, quiet. Had a large balcony area near the pool with tables and chairs that was nice. Room was clean, very big, great city views. Bathroom clean. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient. Parking in the garage was very simple. 4 elevators too, super speedy when needing to come and go. Very well insulated walls I guess because we didn't hear anything other than some of the city traffic. Several food options, entertainment, coffee within very short walking distance. Lobby, gym & pool were very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Everyone from management to housekeeping to the restaurant staff were exceptional. Cheerful, friendly, efficient and professional. The location was perfect. The parking was very convenient and the breakfast was amazing.

I liked the room. It was spacious, clean & the view was amazing (24th floor) loved the shape of the windows. The bed was really comfy & the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Always had a lovely smile on their faces. The kids loved the pool. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings whilst we were there. It was nice & reasonably priced.

Very comfy and would come back, due to the little things: thoughtful bathroom set up (but needed more towels!), coffee maker in room (but needed more supplies!), coffee shop downstairs so could purchase breakfast and coffee and consume in room, very helpful bellhop. Parking was also convenient, and location was perfect.

Aloft Downtown Philly is awesome. The staff is nice from the valet to the front desk to the bartender. The property is in a renovated turn of the century bank, so the lobby entrance is massive and impressive, but the side entrance allows you to enter (with your key) and leave with privacy. That's also where the valet is, which was very easy and convenient. The lobby is scattered with comfy chairs and small tables. The hotel is near everything. The Christmas market and City Hall was a short walk - all beautifully decorated and with winter activities, like ice skating. The view from the room was of City Hall, (the room choice was"urban" or "View", can't remember which.) The room was clean with all the standard amenities, including a small fridge. The decor is what I would call modern masculine, with dark walls/floors and white bedding. The gym facilities in "the Vault" were clean - it's an old bank, there is literally a vault. I didn't partake of the menu offerings at the bar but the wine was good. There was a nice, small crowd for a Thursday nite, with some patrons playing pool and others seated at the bar or just hanging out. It was an older professional vibe. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. I was in town for a show at The Met, which is just over a mile away. The convention center is literally next door, and the PA Fine Arts museum and school right across the street. Restaurants, stores nearby. A great experience. Will definitely go back.

Overall, loved the vibe of this hotel. Super cool lobby, as the hotel used to be a bank. Beautiful view out of our window. My kid loved the pool table in the lobby. And check out the fitness center in the old vault! We had two rooms and really did not have any concerns similar to the other recent reviews. The gentleman who checked us in (Darrien?) was so very helpful and spent time with us to give us recommendations and make us feel comfortable with the area. The elevators were fast! The location was really good and close to Reading Terminal Market which was on my list for lunch as soon as we arrived. We drove our car in, and were able to park it in a lot adjacent to the hotel for half the price of the hotel valet ($40). We also used their valet curb to unload our stuff and reload when we left. My one gripe is that my rate included breakfast but I didn't end up using the perk b/c they don't actually have a restaurant at the hotel. I could have ordered off the menu (via the front desk) which included Starbucks type items. We opted to go to a diner down the street instead. They do offer free coffee, but my point here is-- don't buy the rate that includes breakfast.

The staff at this hotel made this one of the best stays I’ve ever had. We had some car issues (needed it picked up and transported 6 hours back home) and front desk and valet were able to make all accommodations to make it as smooth as possible. Front desk was phenomenal, personable, kind, and professional. Their recommendations for activities and the ‘must haves’ at Reading Market were spot on. I can’t wait to come back here, it will be the only place I will want to stay in Philly. Very secure and safe, also you can’t even hear the sounds of traffic from the rooms. Very quiet, very peaceful, great atmosphere. King room was massive, clean, comfortable, with three giant windows to let in the light glistening off City Hall. Valet is TOP NOTCH! Insanely kind and professional as well.

Wonderful views. Unbeatable location right at the center of downtown with shopping, restaurants, history all around it at walkable distances. Easy access to bus service as well. Overall a warm space with a very welcoming and cozy hotel lobby. The staff are remarkably helpful and all interactions with them leave you with a smile. The gym and the bar are a great amenity too.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing! The location is perfect – right on the waterfront with stunning views of the river and the city skyline. It’s so easy to explore the city from here, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options and great quality. We loved starting our day with a delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful view from the dining area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. They made us feel truly welcome and valued. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the river and city lights at night. We also appreciated the modern amenities. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Philadelphia – whether for business or leisure. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is fine, well kept and clean. The staff is excellent; all personnel were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping services were virtually non-existent; we had to call every evening for fresh coffee supplies for in-room coffee the following morning. The only roll of toilet paper was down to "will be out very soon" but was not replaced until we requested it. On the other hand, the valet service was top notch! we received our car within minutes of calling for it to go out, and the staff were eager to help me with the carriage that holds hubby's wheelchair on the back of the car. This was most appreciated as it takes a few minutes to get the chair firmly in position. The location of the hotel is excellent; we had a river view room with an extremely pleasant view of the Delaware River (Penns Landing). There is a very delicious restaurant on a vintage ship within easy walking distance (quite expensive but is nice for a one-time treat) but unfortunately not many other dining choices within walking distance of the hotel. The onsite restaurant has a very limited menu and only offers buffet service for breakfast on weekends. "Old City" takes only a 15 minute walk to reach the historic district.

Located on the shores of the Delaware River, it is a very nice hotel that is within walking distance of historic Philadelphia. Independence Hall, visitor center and the Liberty Bell are about a 15 minute walk. There are also lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel features an indoor pool that is clean and well kept. The rooms are a very nice size. There is a fridge and coffee pot but no microwave. There is an onsite restaurant that we visited for the breakfast buffet but also serves food later in the day. There is also a bar off the lobby, but doesn't interfere with the comings and goings of the patrons. For breakfast, we stopped into Eli's, a little bistro area that had coffees, teas and pastries, along with a few hot food items. If purchasing a City sightseeing bus pass, there is a stop right across the street.

We selected a River view room was very pleased with it. We were able too enjoy the July 4th fireworks right from our room - the fireworks were shot from a barge in the river in front of the hotel! The view of the river and Camdem NJ was also very nice. We were just blocks from Independence Hall, other historic sites and many museums. There was also a great selection of restaurants in the same area that made our exploring complete. The river front was enjoyable - quiet in the morning and bustling in the evening. The hotel dining was very good also.

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate the Navy's 250th birthday, and the Hilton did not disappoint. I requested a room with a view of the river, and I got a corner room with fantastic views. I could see the U.S.S. New Jersey, as well as the Olympia & the submarine. I enjoyed watching the river traffic. My room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. As other reviewers have noted, the furniture is dated, and this is true. The carpet and a chair in my room were stained as well, but overall I felt my room was clean. I ate several meals at the Rope & Anchor restaurant, and found the food to be mediocre and the service extremely slow. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. In short, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who want to visit the Seaport Museum.
