Nice, clean rooms. Quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Views were nice. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. Breakfast variety was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The vibe you get from the staff is amazing. Everyone truly felt happy to be at work. 24hr complimentary coffee and soda, great breakfast, and cocktail hour (3 drinks and small snacks) YES PLEASE. Pool and hottub were nice also. Will be my go to for Phoenix from now on!

Just a layover overnight stay, but it was perfect for what we needed. Super kind staff, amenities were great, nice pool/jacuzzi, bar served nice snacks and drinks, very clean rooms and comfy beds

Great accomodation close to Phoenix Airport. Confortable room for a family (2 adults, 2 kids): large room, clean room, confortable beds, perfect bathroom, air conditioning perfect, wifi ok, jacuzzi and swimming pool very nice, nice people. Perfect breakfast, free dinner and free popcorn. A perfect stay.

Drury Inn Phoenix Airport hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was a little small. Plenty of towels though. The pool was great. Fitness room was small. The in-room coffee was not so great. There was a large selection of foods at the complimentary breakfast. The complimentary dinner and drinks went above any other hotel. Again, there was a large selection of foods, and it was kid friendly. During the complimentary dinner, you can order one of their scrumptious desserts for only $5. The molten lava cake with ice cream was amazing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed here for one night after a later flight in. The proximity from the airport is ideal after a long day of travel.Check in was easy and we were even upgraded from our booked room when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel could use an update, however everything was clean and the room was spacious. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and we truly appreciated the that the bar area was open and had a decent menu of food items from salads, pizza, sandwiches, etc that we could order from and were quite tasty. Breakfast was good the following morning as well. We enjoyed the eggs, biscuits and gravy and, of course, the hot coffee. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel stands out from all the rest, is architecturally beautiful from the inside and outside, has six story atrium, represents well the colors and architecture of the desert area, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with the furniture and things you need while on vacation. This hotel offers free breakfast with eggs and sausage, juice, and every breakfast food you can possible imagine, free good coffee throughout the day. It also has a rotating dinner menu which the hotel calls snacks, but are really three or four course meals, with salad bar and chips/salsa bar every evening. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Phoenix.

Customer service was excellent. LaDonna at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Cindy ( at the kick back bar) was friendly as well. All employees were courteous. The shuttle was efficient and drivers friendly. The "kick back" food and drinks were excellent as well as the breakfast. We came back to the hotel late ( after a concert) and the gentleman was cleaning up at the kitchen + bar area. We wanted to try a couple of the deserts. He graciously prepared them with a smile. They were delicious. We lobby and eating area were very comfortable and cozy. We joined Drury Rewards while there and will be a future customer.

The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was very welcoming. The lobby was super clean and organized. The included breakfast was perfect. Plenty of coffee and from my favorite, Lavazza. The market inside was stocked, clean and displayed perfectly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

My husband and I had to go to Phoenix for a doctor appointment. I had never stayed at this hotel before. I am so glad we made our reservation there. I was skeptical because making the reservation was not easy. I guess they out source reservations out of the country. We could hardly understand the agent. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was a pleasure. We are older and not techies. This hotel is made for younger folk. Oh my, I had to ask for help with how to close the blinds, and how to use the remote for the television. Each request was fulfilled quickly and pleasantly. Raven at the front desk even helped connect my tablet to the WiFi. The room was clean and had everything we required. I loved the double shower heads. And, we had all the towels we needed. The hotel is close to many restaurants. And, if we had wanted we could have shopped at the Tanger Outlets next door. What could have made the visit better? They need somewhere in the room that you can put your luggage on beside the bed. A tutorial for some of the tech would have saved needing someone to come and show us how to use things. The breakfast could be improved. We have had much better. All things considered, we had a good stay and any staff we interacted with were helpful, pleasant and professional.

House keeping was very attentive, friendly. Guest service was friendly. Clean hallways and smells clean. Loved that there was free breakfast l, coffee, and game area. Lounge and gym area.

We came for the Fiesta Bowl. Tru Hotel is walking distance to the State Farm Stadium, Water Dance Plaza, Tanger Outlets and Gila Arena. Arrival and check-in was smooth and Nadia checked on us a couple times though txt. My son forgot his toothbrush and we were given a complimentary one at the front desk. The rooms were clean and very well laid out with outlets and USB to charge devices. Our room was professionally cleaned by Sharri. Sharri was very happy and comfortable to talk to. I asked for extra towels she supplied us with extra ones. Breakfast was great. The fresh pancakes were fabulous, but took a while for the machine to make them. It would be nice if the was an option to get them out of a warmer that were pre-made. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were so just right to get a perfect night sleep. We would definitely stay here if we would ever returned. The hotel also has a mini store to purchase food and drinks. There is an outdoor pool and gas fire pit too.

We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.

This review is for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 800 N. 44th St. in Phoenix. Be aware, there are several other Holiday Inns nearby, but you’ll probably want this one. This is the best appointed hotel room my husband and I have ever stayed in. Even though it was near the airport and a busy highway it was quiet and no outside or indoor hotel noise disturbed our sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious, with plenty of closet and storage areas. The T.V screen was large and the Wi-Fi worked well. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was strong. We were close to many fine restaurants and the complimentary hotel breakfast was very good. We had no trouble finding parking near our room and parking was free, unlike some other hotels in the area. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the staff were helpful. All in all, this felt like a five star hotel. Wonderful place to stay!

Quiet, spacious, modern, comfortable, peaceful feel. Nice pool (though disconcertingly cloudy). Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The only thing that would have improved it would be a bathtub instead of the large shower. We had no problem parking right outside. I wish we had opted to stay here for several days instead of just one, but we dared not risk it because of the reviews complaining img about the lack of parking. Looking around the hotel it seems HIGHLY UNLIKELY that there would be zero places to park. The hotel is not only right next to another hotel, whose car park backs directly onto this hotel’s parking, there seem to be loads of parking spaces around - surely there really shouldn’t be any problem parking! We feel completely comfortable arriving at the hotel later next time and will not panic about parking a few steps away from this hotel’s parking if necessary.

Property is what you might come to expect for a Holiday Inn express, including free breakfast. I like that I can count on Holiday Inn express to be consistent regardless of location. They did not have dining on the property but did provide suggestions within a walkable distance(a couple of blocks) which was safe. Property offered a little sundry store with drinks and snacks, however you definitely pay for convenience as some items were outrageously priced (chocolate covered Hagen Das Ice cream bar-$7) They provided friendly complimentary shuttle service from the airport after I returned my car early since I decided to do the night before checking out instead of the day of Also provided on time shuttle service to the airport, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. If you are an hiker, it’s About 20 minutes to camelback and about 15 to Papago, and about 15 minutes from Roosevelt Row. It was a quiet stay despite being near the highway. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice, modern hotel with free parking and nice breakfast included. Beds were extra comfortable with good linens and pillows. Bathroom was large and well lit with nice towels and toiletries. Breakfast was complete and tasty. Staff were friendly and parking was easy. Very clean, seemingly new hotel.

We loved our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phx Downtown North. The Building is beautiful and very close to the Parking Garage in a very clean and safe Plaza. The Front Desk Attendant was very pleasant and professional. He suggested we leave the car parked out front in order to unload the car before parking in the garage since the garage isnt connected to the hotel. He also gave us a room on the 10th floor with amazing city views. The Suite, #1021, was well appointed with a seperate livingroom and bedroom. The furniture was a bit dated but clean. The beds were perfect with a medium firmness and both rooms had large screen tvs for viewing. The Suite also had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink upon entry. The only complaint would be the short toilet. It seemed smaller than most. As a 6'2" man I noticed the seat came up halfway between my ankles and knees. LoL. Finally, loved standing on the Balcony in the evening and taking in the sights and sounds of the city. Thanks for providing us with an Amazing stay in your Beautiful Hotel!

Very comfortable beds, and nice clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Nice seating area to talk and catch up with my friend. And a balcony! Liked having a fridge and microwave. Great breakfast every morning, and dinner every evening in the restaurant was outstanding. Very surprised and pleased with the quality of the food. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. It was very nice to not have to drive anywhere for dinner after a long day at the convention center. Enjoyed the cocktail hour too.

This was a peaceful and very clean hotel. We had 5 people and fit easily in a suite. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite. The parking was clean and convenient. The neighborhood was very nice and fun to walk around. There is coffee and restaurants in walking distance.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton was a nice stay overall - the only thing missing was a decent restaurant. The only restaurant they offer is located right past the check in area in the middle of the first floor. You would never know it is a restaurant as we went up to the bar and asked, 'where is the restaurant'...they replied you're standing in it. Limited menu but ok. No standard dinner tables. This space was doubled as the no charge breakfast area where everything was buffet style. The pay parking garage appeared to be off site in a building next door to the Embassy Suites.

Once again a remarkable and awesome place when away from home. Unfortunately I cant remember all the names of the staff but Luis , Mayra and Gabriel in hospitality that includes the bar and restaurant were remarkable. As we know when traveling at times it may feel lonely and far away . The entire staff from the wonderful breakfast till the end of day night cap treated visitors like family. Looking at the reviews I noticed lots of what I would call insignificant complaints of things that don’t matter to the person who is looking for a clean and ideal location for events. As far as anything negative I have nothing to write. Room, bed and pillows were comfortable. Indoor pool was clean and available. Self parking easy. Safe travels and all the best.

Great place to stay with walking distance to various restaurants. Rooms are clean and breakfast was great. Pool and hotub were there but weather did not permit swimming. Also has walmart and Starbucks close for you everyday necessities. Famous Dave's is great BBQ!

Unexpected excellent hotel experience. Staff was attentive, easy check-in/check-out, clean rooms, very comfortable bed, nice TV, great pool/jacuzzi, very nice buffet breakfast. Good location; quiet, nearby food/shopping, not far from downtown Phoenix. Better than fair hotel price considering the great amenities! I will definitely return!

As soon as I walked in the front entrance, I felt welcome and valued. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient on both my check in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower water was hot and the pressure delightful. Towels were plentiful, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the additional room furnishings, as well as the roomy desk on which I could do my work. The parking lot was well lit and safe. Key cards provide room access, as well as pool, fitness center, and auxiliary entrance access. Morning coffee was hot and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was filling and full of variety. The property is conveniently located near major thoroughfares and is within walking and driving distance of dining and shopping options. When I return to the Phoenix and Mesa area, I will definitely be a return guest.

I accompanied my husband for a business trip. We stayed at this hotel. It’s walking distance to many retail stores and restaurant chains. While a car isn’t necessary, it was nice to have because the blocks are quite long. It was also convenient to have a car to go to Sedona, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. The whole neighborhood where this hotel is located at feels newly developed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I worked from the hotel room while my husband went to work at his company’s office. The hotel had free continental breakfast, which was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the hot bar (sausages, bacon, eggs) as well as the cold bar (oatmeal, yogurt, cereal). They also had coffee. The gym amenities looked new and nice but I didn’t use it. I frequented the gym though, since there is a free water dispenser inside. The pool looked nice but was always busy, so I never went inside. We stayed during MLB practice season, so it was quite busy. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable option.

The staff was kind and the location was easy to get to the expressways. 1. The couch had a tear and stains. The round chairs also had stains just not ideal fabric color selection for a hotel. The rooms were sold out so couldn't move to another room 2. The tv stations weren't all coming in and when traveling with kids that was tough to try and entertain when it was getting later in the night 3. I did appreciate the free laundry service was very helpful 4. The pool and jacuzzi although good water temperatures needed to be cleaned they were murky and stained.

I was impressed with this hotel. I had deliberately chosen a hotel that was close to Sky Harbour Airport. I was coming in after 24+ hours of travelling and just needed somewhere easy and close to get to. The hotel was very close to the ‘51’ motorway but I heard no noise during my stay. The room was a suite - kingsize bed, bathroom, lounge seating area, kitchenette, desk and chair. Everything was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The lounge seating was spacious and very comfortable. I could see the pool from my room and, although it was 9pm, was very tempted to nip down but the bed was even more temping 🤣 A very nice, clean, welcoming hotel in a very, very convenient location.

Newer hotel with a beautifully designed interior, guest storage, gym, comfortable beds, free breakfast (standard), free parking, free WiFi, and free laundry. Plus, some (maybe all?) rooms have a kitchen or kitchenette. Like anything, some inconsiderate or immoral guests can almost ruin it. We had an expensive top stolen from the laundry room. Some guests are pigs at breakfast - make a mess throwing out trash, etc. (can only imagine what kind of mess they leave for housekeeping). Some people stomp around early in the morning with no concern whatsoever who might be sleeping on the floor below. Sounds like many guests stay at this hotel due to proximity to the children’s hospital though. So, of course, they deserve the best possible experience during some of their most difficult days. Located beside a busy freeway: The pool only gets some morning sun, but it’s not a nice pool anyhow. A fire pit and comfy chairs add a little to the ambience near the pool. Staff were fine… not very happy and friendly, but still helpful and accommodating. We’ll probably stay here again if we could be guaranteed the room that we want.

It’s my first time staying in Staybridge Suites. I used to stay in Homewood Suites of Hilton. It happened that I need to visit nearby in this area. The room is very clean. Room setup is great. It is a suite type hotel with full size fridge and small stove. The AC unit is very good that I can control it for my room, unlike most of the hotels, being central AC but you can adjust the room temp a little bit by the room thermostat which will all of a sudden blowing loud in the middle of the night. The breakfast is great, the hotel staff is working hard to refill the breakfast items and wiping the counters clean. Staff are all very friendly. Love everything and for sure coming back.

Everything was perfect about our visit! Two adults and teenager spent four nights here and we loved everything about the hotel. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The suite we had was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We chose a room that looks out over the pool, the golf driving range, and the mountains in the distance. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and the employees making the omelettes were so friendly. You can get omelets, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs, etc. Then there is a separate buffet line with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and meats. They also had yogurt, fruit, milk, cereal, bagels, English muffins, coffee, and juice. Seriously the entire stay was perfect. The pool was clean and heated. Never overly crowded when we were there. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Seems like a great option for both business travelers and family/leisure travel.

Enjoyed my 4-night stay at the Embassy Suites immensely. Rooms are nicely appointed and spacious, mine had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the morning and evening views of the golf course and distant mountains. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Daily breakfasts were delicious, with many choices and the cooked-to-order eggs and waffles were a real bonus. Definitely added to a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only negative downside of my stay was being deliberately ignored by the server, Amory (sp?) at the hotel restaurant on not only one, but TWO evenings (perhaps because she didn't think it was worth her while to serve a sole female customer?) Gave lots of attention to other tables, but not mine. Quite upsetting to not be served both nights, putting a damper on my stay. I ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner both nights. That being said, fortunately there are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area to enjoy a pleasant meal, even some which are walkable. Location is also very convenient for shopping, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay and a wonderful hotel. Just skip the hotel restaurant (Tatum's) if you wish to have a meal as a lone female traveller.

Honestly we had a great time! The room was nice and clean and cozy, It had an amazing view, the staff was super friendly at the front, and all around, even the restaurant, the reception for free drinks and snacks was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast had actual delicious breakfast! 10/10 recommend.

First off we had fire at our apartment complex we booked suites at the paradise valley location. The staff was wonderful they were very accommodating and friendly. The cleaning ladies r great they work hard and do great job on the rooms they made sure we had coffee towels toilet paper and kleenex ext. They deserve a plus 10 review they have a great breakfast spread they have eggs and potatoes daily with sausage patties sometimes they have bacon too. They have omelets and waffles and fresh fruit daily. It's definitely worth waking up early for. The room was comfortable the ac worked good especially since it's triple digits it's great to have a working ac. I can't say enough great things bout this place. The staff r great pple I've gotten to kno them and they really give 100 percent to their jobs. I recommend this hotel to anyone in paradise valley that needs a place to stay. The area is good and it's peaceful for the most part. They have big pool and a nice dining room with a fully equipped bar with happy hour daily from 5 to 7pm. I thank these guys for making my stay welcoming. 🙏 I swear these guys are wonderful. To conclude this review I would like to say thank you to all the staff and cleaning staff as well yall r so sweet and thank you for being so welcoming I definitely would stay here again 😊 God bless yall

Stayed for 2nights in November.Property and surroundings were kept clean and in good order and overlooked the golf course.Room was very clean and comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the car park with the mountains in the background. We had a few problems while we were there though.Breakfast area was not big enough and found it difficult to get seated on both the mornings ( normally in an atrium in other Embassy Suites). It was a typical Embassy breakfast which was very good and with exceptional service. Beds were doubles, again as normal for Embassy Suites. Can't understand with the space you have why they can't be queens. The biggest problem was we had to run the hot water for about 15 minutes to get it to become hot. Surely not good in a water conservation area. We called maintenance and they came straight away but they had to wait the same time (with all hot taps open in the suite). We were the last room on the end of the corridor on the 4th floor so put it down to that. We would stay again as it's in a nice and safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Would have been 5stars apart from the small problem.

Perfect location to downtown! Clean, great customer service and free parking. Hottub was closed was the only bummer but swimming pool was clean and perfect.

This place was perfect for me! Based on the great price I got, and some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical coming in but I’m so glad I came! The room was very clean and comfortable. Really liked having a refrigerator and microwave in a little kitchen area in my room. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and the staff kept it filled all morning. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. I was able to walk to some fun restaurants. Walked to a large movie theater one day. Chase Field and the footprint, center or within walking distance. As a single woman, I felt very comfortable walking by myself during the day. I did not walk by myself at night, but there are very few places that I would do that. I had a car and appreciated the free parking. I didn’t take it vantage of it, but the hotel does operate a shuttle to and from the airport and within the downtown area. The hotel has a heated pool with lots of seating, and I enjoyed it every day. If you are looking for a luxurious, five star hotel experience, don’t stay here, but if you want a clean, comfortable room in a great location, this is your place!

Super friendly staff made this a great 5 day stay for me. The rooms and common areas were clean and well kept. The decor in the rooms is a bit plain, but in line with mid priced hotel chain. The bed was comfortable and having a suite with a sink and fridge plus a sitting area and desk was helpful. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the convention center and the area of town with restaurants and shops. Heritage Square is about a 5 min walk. Although I walked to most places, the hotel offers a shuttle for the airport and for downtown locations nearby. There is a small swimming pool behind the hotel, and a seating area in the lobby for breakfast. The breakfast options are limited, but enough to start the day. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a meat option, breads, fruit, yogurt, and cereal were available each morning as well as a waffle maker and juice. While not a luxury hotel, it was comfortable, and I would gladly stay there again.

The room and breakfast area was very clean. They had good breakfast options. The pool area was very dated. We wished the property had a restaurant and bar, which would have been convenient. Walking distance to Chase and downtown restaurants. Overall; nice, quiet, clean place to stay.

Excellent complimentary breakfast with several gluten free options, including an Udi's Muffin and two different cereals. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower temperature was not the easiest to manage but once we got the hang of it it was fine. Staff were really friendly and helpful, would happily stay here again.

Pros: location to good restaurants and CVS. Nice pool area and jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Con: we were there early and asked if our room was ready. He said yes and proceeded to check us in. Then he told me I was charged $15 for early checkin. We could have left our luggage and come back later.

1) Staff top down and bottom up was excellent 2) Room was very clean, quiet and spacious 3) they met all of our requests and expectations before check in, during and after 4) despite pets, we never saw any or had any issues 5) breakfast buffet was elaborate compared to most hotels 6) all public spaces were clean and well maintained 7) pool area was enjoyable, guests were considerate of noise etc. 8) great location for Scottsdale and close to Phoenix

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived at Sonesta ES Suites in Paradise Valley, I felt genuinely welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk last night was incredibly warm and hospitable, even offering me two small bottles of water—such a thoughtful touch. The $20 incident fee was beyond reasonable compared to other hotels charging $100–$200, and he even waived my $5 parking fee for my first stay. My room was spotless, super spacious, and I loved the variety of lighting options instead of just one harsh overhead light. I requested a late checkout at the last minute, and the morning front desk staff was happy to accommodate. Breakfast was fantastic! A great selection from cereal to eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, plus a fun little pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes with just a wave of your hand. So many topping options for both pancakes and breakfast tacos—it was clear they put effort into making the experience enjoyable. Sonesta ES Suites has officially earned my loyalty. I’ll be booking with them from now on!

I’ve been staying in the Paradise Valley complex since late September 2021. Safe clean and quiet! The three most important things I look for when I stay anywhere. The moment I checked in at the front desk, I was welcomed by friendly staff, bottled water, and a map showing my unit and the amenities. I have cleaning service every three days and I haven’t change the sheets nor cleaned bathrooms in six months!! These women are wonderful! It’s almost like having my own private pool,which by the way, is heated. Barbeques are cleaned daily as is the laundry room. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the past and they have never been this clean, and the staff so friendly. Should anything break in this unit/complex, George is around wherever you turn. He’s a miracle worker. From the fitness centre to the daily breakfast, everybody’s needs are met! I would recommend this place to anyone. Ps. Did I mention location location location?? Passing through for one night on a super hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, there were restaurants across the road, the shower had amazing pressure, and the bed & pillows were comfy. Breakfast included was great too. One of the best places we've stayed in on this trip. Definitely keep them in mind if coming back to this city again.

10 out of 10 I recommend. All the reasons why: 1) Conveniently 10 steps across the street from foot print stadium I think thats the name of it. So if you’re in town for a concert or show you’re in for a treat literally being across the sidewalk staying here 2) Staff is top tier- very respectful, attentive, friendly, welcoming, helpful & efficient. Amanda @ front desk, Marcus @ Valet & Antonio at breakfast are all amazing employees they truly made my stay so comfortable here and very welcoming they took care of me especially Marcus in concierge when I would get back late midnight and later he would be there to greet me with a slight smile and say hello making sure I got inside safe, thank you Marcus and everyone in valet for taking care of me. 3) Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and beautiful bathroom with a full kitchen minus stove you’re literally right at home here. Last but certainly not least- the breakfast is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. Its not your boring typical hotel hospital food its yummy creative pancake sausage sandwich and their yogurt is so soft and smooth. Only downfall: If you drive you have to valet which is $45 a night 🥴… other than that I felt safe, hotel is cozy and super clean and well upkeep throughout. I will always book here for my Arizona vacations in the near future!

The space was clean and was very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect for seeing a game or concert at footprint or chase and walkable to many restaurants and businesses.

Location is wonderful when planning events and activities downtown. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean. Lobby staff is quite friendly and quick to answer questions. The suite was very spacious, modern, and mostly clean. I loved having a kitchenette and dishes to use during my stay. Easy elevator access and valet parking is a plus.

Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the PHX Arena. Nice eateries within walking distance. Hotel isn’t outdated and the lounge area is nice with a snack shop and complimentary breakfast (we didn’t get to eat though because our flight left out before they were serving). Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and it was quiet even though it was completely booked due to a concert that night across the street (main reason we stayed here).

This hotel was in the perfect location for seeing a baseball game at the nearby stadium! The room was big. There was a full-size refrigerator and sink area with dishes and a microwave. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were really helpful. Near reception, there were snacks that could be purchased and added to your bill. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay!

Perfect Stay for a Concert Weekend! We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Glendale for a concert weekend and had a great experience. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for cooling off and hanging out before the show. The hotel has a fun, concert-friendly vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being walking distance to both the stadium and great restaurants—it made the whole weekend so easy and stress-free. The only downside was the view from our room wasn’t the best, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. We’d definitely stay here again for any event in the area!

We had a great stay in one of the King Suites. I was here for a bodybuilding competition that was at Desert Diamond Arena and the location from the hotel could not have been better. It was literally across the parking lot so it was very convenient! The room was very spacious. It was a suite so it was more like an apartment/condo. There was a fridge, sink and microwave, a separate living area, a HUGE bathroom with a walk in shower, nice soaking tub and double vanity with amazing lighting (my ladies who wear makeup know the importance of good hotel mirror lighting) The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, it's pet friendly with a little turfed area to take your dogs potty and the restaurant/cafe served good food! They also do a fun little party with a mimosa bar, DJ , etc for game day since it is right next to State Farm Stadium. It's also surrounded by tons of dining and shopping at Westgate and Tanger Outlets. 10/10 stay!

Even though the location is not in downtown Phoenix, I found the place very pleasant next to Westgate Station, with many restaurants and entertainment options. It's a super nice and fun place to walk around. The room is very clean, with newer infrastructure, spacious, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The hotel has pleasant lounges for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, with outdoor fireplaces and a bar with meal and drink options. The hotel is spacious, with reasonably priced parking and polite staff.

I've stayed at this property several times and it's consistently impressed. The location is perfect for events at the convention center or stadium. This trip I was there with friends for the NCAA Final Four. We stayed in one of the suites that had 2 huge bathrooms and a sitting area. Floor to ceiling windows made for lots of beautiful natural light and a view. Super close to a fun outdoor area with plenty of restaurants, bars and energy (I'm sure it has a name, I just can't remember it). I was especially impressed with how prepared the team was to handle a sold out crowd and overflow traffic after the game. The bar was hopping with grab & go food and drink options as well as their standard menu. We stayed an extra day and enjoyed the pool area and local hiking. The only bummer was the poolside bar wasn't open (the hotel was at low capacity) so we had to go to the lobby anytime we needed something to eat or drink.

Every staff member we encountered on our brief stay was so helpful, nice and professional! As a first timer they all made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Thank you Marc Anthony for guiding us even while on your break, we know you didn’t have to but really appreciate you so much! Our room was 918, great view, very clean room! My only small complaint is the coffee maker and the fridge, we aren’t huge coffee drinkers, the time called for it but the appliance was dirty. The mini-fridge ability to finally chill my single bottle of water was mediocre and the entire space around it was very warm.

The Palomar Hotel shares the building with rental apartments, so you enter on the right doors. There is a very short drive on E Jefferson, close to the corner so don't miss it, else you will circle as the streets are 1 way. Parking is valet at $45 a night and you only pay once a day. Self parking next door is $30, each time you leave! So only use that option if you are not using your car. The lobby is nice and check in was quick. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful, from front desk, to valet, to house keeping, etc... We had a 2 queen room that was a nice size. Bathroom, tub/shower, chest of drawers with fridge, TV, large desk and a sofa under the window. The view looked west down at the plaza. The bed was OK, I had better. Friday and Saturday night the music from the plaza was quite noticeable from the band and later a DJ or canned music. This didn't quiet down til midnight. We were on the 5th floor. We did not visit the on-site restaurant. There are too many choices in an immediate walking distance. It is in a nice area, we went to a SUNS B-Ball game at the PHX Center across the street. There is a Fry's supermarket just a few steps down the block with a Starbucks. Did I mention restaurants and bars all around this area? You could stay a week and not try all the ones in walking distance. We felt safe walking around, as there are a ton of people in the area and PD presence. The street running tram/trolley runs right in front.

After having a difficult trip in from Ohio we were met with a very friendly desk crew who sent champagne up to our room to help us relax. The friendly atmosphere of this hotel was above and beyond. From the folks who clean the rooms to the waiters, to the bartenders, to the general staff everyone smiled, said hi, asked if we needed anything. Our room was large and comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool was a beautiful area with comfortable pool lounges, towels, good lunch menu, and great drinks. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. I wanted peanut butter with my English muffin instead of butter or jam. Our waiter went back and looked all over the kitchen and found a jar and brought it out to me in a fancy small container. If you want agreat place to stay in downtown Phoenix that is directly across the street from the Phoenix Suns arena and the Diamondbacks field this is the place to stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel—truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The room was spotless and super comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is amazing—huge credit to the designer! The view from my room was stunning and made every morning feel refreshing and energizing. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with stylish common areas and a calm, upscale atmosphere. The on-site dining was a highlight—don’t miss either spot! The Blue Hound served up fantastic food, and the Eden rooftop bar was a total vibe. I honestly could’ve spent all day up there—it’s that good. Whether you’re in town for work or fun, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Phoenix!

Even in the Arizona heat (we stayed in August!), the pool is cool and refreshing—such a great way to relax. Shoutout to Raul, our valet at checkout—he was speedy, professional, and made our departure seamless. Nice hotel. My room was quiet and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The night light on the bed base was a nice extra. The hotel restaurant, bar, and quick serve area were all nice and convenient with lots of menu choices. Plenty of other restaurants nearby, too. I highly recommend.

Hotel is a bit older, but is in good shape and extraordinarily convenient to the convention center. Rooms were comfortable with adequate space, hardwood floors, and a reasonably up-to-date bathroom. During my stay elevators were a bit slow but improved towards the end of the visit. Food is excellent in the restaurants and lobby area, but it would’ve been nice to have more seating available on Sunday mornings for breakfast rather than just lobby seating. The restaurant was closed on Sunday morning, which was a bit odd but a self-service area, omelette bar, and coffee shop was open on the first floor.

The amenities were excellent. The pool, hot tub, breakfast,bar. Just great. Saw a basketball game Suns/Bucks 3-4 minute walk. Bars n restaurants all within a short walk. Had issue wit room getting too warm, called desk, adjusted it from there. Went to bar came came around 1 1/2 later room temperature perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

I've stayed here twice and will probably continue to pick this hotel whenever I come. There are 2 bar/restaurants, the food is a little expensive for what it is, but it's convenient - minimal offerings and for a light dinner and 1 beer it was $25. Many restaurants around but I found that they get pretty crowded. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great! Beautiful view from the roof. Very easy, quick train ride to the airport. Great access to the river trail and many amenities within easy walking distance. Because it is, weirdly, right on the ASU campus most of what's around is targeted to a young crowd but it's still a calm, quiet hotel. My only beef is that they don't have coffee in the lobby, only during breakfast.

This was a 2 day stay to see a musical at Gammage. The hotel is conveniently located to most of the ASU activity centers and a walkable distance to Mill Ave ( shops and restaurants) Parking Garage right next door ($16 per night extra), easy room key access. Staff was professional and friendly and the room comfortable, roomy and very clean! Buffet breakfast is included and about what you would expect - scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, muffins, fruit, oatmeal and cereals. Really quite satisfying. No real restaurant and the bar closes at 10:00 p.m. Not an issue for us,, since there were lots of places to go within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very well located, in the heart of ASU activities. A short walk to Mill Ave (Restaurants, bars, shops). Room was comfortable, modern and clean, staff was professional and friendly. Complimentary buffet breakfast was as expected, satisfying but not spectacular. We had a billing miscommunication, but it was handled fairly quickly through their billing dept. Happy with the end result

This is our go-to place to stay when we are in Tempe. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and ASU. The hotel is very clean, always organized and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have stayed here multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. The breakfast is always the right temperature and replenished throughout the time it's open. The coffee is hot and fresh. The rooftop has fantastic views and is a great place to hang out and relax. The gym is small, but has everything you would need to get a complete workout in. All in all, you can't go wrong staying here if you're in the Tempe area.

Stayed for 2 nights en route from London to northern Mexico; needed a handy hotel not too far from Phoenix airport to rest up before heading south of the border. Ticked all the boxes. Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Well placed for ASU (including stadium), not that we were there for local tourism. Plenty of bars and basic restaurants (catering to ASU) a short (15 mins) walk away; not that we were out on the town. Pretty good breakfast and a nice bar, which does reasonable bar food (pizzas + salads). No airport shuttle, alas, so got taxi from airport to hotel (close to $20) and a Uber ($25) for the return - we were warned Uber was more reliable than yellow cab or similar. Rooftop pool a bit small for serious swiming, but ok for sitting around (weather permitting).

Very nice stay. I was greeted warmly by the female agent on duty whom did acknowledge me as a IHG reward member. I had requested a downstairs room which was not available at check in. No problem since theres an elevator. The room was relaxing and comfortable.It had a very roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower, very comfortable king bed, good A/C, and modern furnishings. There is no in room coffee at the hotel, it’s available 24/7 in the breakfast room downstairs. The was no ice machine on our floor. All rooms are interior entry. There is an airport shuttle too.

Brandon, Katherine and Natalie provide wonderful front desk service. Didn't get upgraded to suite but king bed room is clean, has couch, work area and another seating/suitcase area, full size closet, microwave and waist high fridge. Love that the window can open slightly for fresh air and there is a walk in shower. Gym has filtered water which is a bonus! They got rid of coffee makers in rooms for better coffee machines in lobby. Each room has ac unit at window which are always loud and so being able to turn off and open window makes the whole stay better.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. I asked for a quiet room and got it. Comfortable beds and mostly clean room. Breakfast was better than average for a chain hotel. Common areas were clean. Great place to stay close to airport. Thank you!

This place was heaven sent. We had an overnight layover in Phoenix. All hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driver made recommendations on where to eat. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. No complaints.

Me and my husband went to the Valentine concert in Phoenix, AZ at the Footprint Center we decided to stay overnight in Phoenix. After reviewing so many hotels online we chose the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on University. It was the best decision we made our experience from the moment we booked til the time we checked out. Speaking with Nathalie on the phone with her very pleasant voice and willing to help us book our room made my decision even easier to stay. Our room was very nice and enjoyed our breakfast ( a real breakfast) was delicious. Staff was very helpful and the hospitality women’s was very helpful when I needed extra towels. Thank you all for making our experience with you all for the first time great. We will be back to stay again. We definitely would recommend anyone to stay you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was so great! The beds were so comfy, the room was clean, they provided lots of towels, I loved the shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles in the shower/bathroom, so convenient and there was no need to unpack my toiletries. The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces and was well lighted. They have a little store by the front desk in case you need a snack or beverage. The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices like potatoes, omelets, sausages, waffles, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, juice, water, coffee, bagels, and danishes. Great selection and delicious! I also loved the little goodie bags they have available at the front desk upon check out which came with an orange, water, a bagel and spread for the go. So nice of them to offer this, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

we stopped one night here before heading home. it is close to the airport if you needed a place to stay before flying out. It had everything we needed, clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great!! Friendly, helpful staff. near to lots of places to eat. we took a long walk down by the river which was relaxing and fun.

A decent price for a wonderful hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area and had short commutes to restaurants, shopping, and the freeway. The room was comfortable and clean. Nothing "fancy" but it had all the needed and modern amenities. I will book again.

Ideally located right off of I-10 Fwy and Ray Rd. This place is walkable to numerous shops snd restaurants. The ceiling is kind of low, but the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We had dinner at nearby Smoking Fin on the first night, and at Z’Tejas the following night. Walked to AJ Fine Foods (a local market across the street) for coffee and breakfast. The location is good and convenient.

Clean, comfortable, and staff helpful. The lobby is big and great for working. Loved the they have a little cafe to get drinks and a quick breakfast and an place to grab snacks after hours. Room was spacious, has nice big easy to access closet and a little sofa (with a foot rest) that could fold out into full size bed. Mini fridge and microwave were under a counter cabinet for a clean look and Lee space to spread out. A tasteful way to make an upgrade on your tradition luggage rack was the little rolling drawer unit to pulled out from under the desk. Two drawers for your belongings underneath, and a safe place for your suitcase to unfold off the bed and the floor OR a bench to sit on. Overall they offer great amenities for the price in a tastefully appointed comfortable room with nice mattresses. And they are pet friendly.

Everything was great! The room was spacious. The shower had great hot water. Room was very clean. Hotel was located in a great area. Everything you could want or need was within the area, stores, restraunts, coffee, freeways. The pool was clean, and at a great temperature. The hot tub was clean, and very relaxing. All of the staff were very nice and friendly.

The Hyatt House in Scottsdale was an amazing value for the location and price. I loved having a separate bedroom with plenty of extra space in the other area. It has 2 tvs so my husband could remain awake while I slept. Great kitchen area too. The outdoor pool and hottub was a great bonus too.

great hotel/location - 10 min walk to lovely mall/old town converted into craft shops - 20 min drive to papago park/airport - lovely spacious quiet rooms (we had 2 bed 2 bath on an end away from the main road), good kitchen/dining area (although microwave didnt seem to work and the seating area could be bigger for me), living area was large with a huge couch - it is a bit dark and depressing as it only has 1 small window though, air con was just tolerable in terms of noise but inconsistent throughout rooms - when lounge area was about the right temp, then one bedroom was icy and the other a tad too warm, bathrooms were a tad small and shower heads seemed to either pound you or produce a fine mist! NO elevators so you might want to choose a low floor if you have alot of luggage or dont like to trek up/down stairs, loved the pool/jacuzzi, great size plenty of towels, breakfast was included and i would say it was OK - not much choice but what was there was reasonably tasty (could have had more fruit and gluten free bread products for me), free coffee/tea in lobby daily, service was generally positive 8/10. overall a great choice if you can get it for the right price i.e. <$120 per night

My friends and I flew in late from Ohio only to stay one night. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile. Nancy was the sweetest most friendly person you could meet. We had been traveling all day and exhausted. She was a breathe of fresh air. She quickly got us checked in with a upgraded room. We dropped our bags and did a little fresh up only to go back to the Lobby Bar to chat with Nancy and have a ice cold beer. She gave us some tips on places to eat since it was so late. She was very helpful, friendly and funny. If the lobby had food we would of just stayed with Nancy to eat. It was unfortunate we only stayed one night. The next morning we had some time to enjoy the pool early with records highs in the valley, before we packed up to head to Sedona for the rest of our trip. Oh and the breakfast was amazing as well. I will be booking this place again next year. Location, Cleanliness, Friendly Staff all 10 stars.

We used this hotel for a two week visit for golf and travelling around the area. Big advantage is the location - the Old Town, Fashion Centre area, one of the baseball training stadiums and numerous and varied bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean with a separate kitchen and sitting area. Staff friendly. Breakfast slightly above the standard you normally get for this type of accommodation - plenty of fresh fruit and properly hot tea and coffee. Pool area nice. Gym has decent equipment but would be a bit small if more than two wanted to use the floor. Handy to have a staffed bar also. Only drawback - not enough insulation between rooms - who wants to hear someone else snoring - but I guess that’s not exclusive to this hotel. This hotel is not at the top end of the Hyatt brand but is absolutely fine otherwise.

The bus was clean and the large windows let you take in the wonderful scenery. - The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient with getting all visitors checked in and out. - My room was clean, with a great view, and housekeeping was wonderful as well. - Breakfast was not continental however it was competitively priced. - The restaurant had a great team of bartenders and servers. My food was delicious.

We stayed one night at the Hilton PHX Airport & wish we could’ve stayed longer at this property. It was clean, friendly staff, nice quiet breakfast, lovely pool. It felt like a 90’s theme, what I mean is it didn’t feel too modern, it felt nostalgic in its style but not in an outdated way at all. Would love to come back here again. The airport shuttle is so quick & convenient too.

Was in town for spring training. Hotel is in a great location and convenient to get where we needed to go. Poolside rooms are a plus. The front desk was amazing Carrie was friendly and make check in a breeze. Very professional and full of helpful information. Ryan the front desk was also very helpful. Ryan went above and beyond to help during our stay. We will be back!!!

The Hilton Garden Inn on Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale is a friendly, adequate hotel located near to all the attractions of Old Scottsdale. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet, in spite of being directly adjacent to an elevator shaft. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet for $24.95 which is more than adequate. Or you can choose to walk 10 minutes to one of several excellent breakfast restaurants. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We chose to park our rental car in the underground garage for $25 a day. This would especially attractive in the hot weather months in Arizona. The only gripe we had was the wifi which flickered on and off repeatedly every few seconds at times for the entire stay. We will strongly consider this hotel for future visits to the Phoenix area.

Me and my daughter said for a 2 night stay, We were attending a conference. The Hotel was very clean and the room was clean. The things i felt could have been done better is 1 the bed was a little hard and the pillows were awful. 2 the bar/restaurant was meh-- nothing special and the menu was different online verses the one they provided. 3 breakfast was good but a little pricey. it was 9 dollars for a continental breakfast and 22 for the premium breakfast.

My husband and I booked this property for a short 2-night stay in Scottsdale before catching a flight home in Phoenix and I am very glad we did! The hotel itself was super nice, with ample parking below (that did cost extra), and a bar/restaurant. We did not eat the breakfast as we had other plans, so no comments on that. We did enjoy the pool area for a bit, which was quiet and even had some lawn games (dart board, connect 4, etc). Tim, the front desk manager I believe, was super nice and very helpful with suggestions as it was our first time in Scottsdale. He even let us know about the golf cart shuttle the hotel has that you can use to get around the area. We didn’t end up using it, but it sounded very convenient! The area is of course awesome, as it is literally in Old Town Scottsdale (a short walk across the street). We enjoyed walking around and grabbing a bite to eat. The shops were cute and plentiful and there were a lot of good food and drink options. We didn’t stay out too late but there seemed to be good night life as well. I will say that the area around the hotel can be a bit loud, especially since our room was on the main road. We could hear some of the louder cars and groups out walking at night, but we were so tired that we slept through most of it. All in all, our stay here was great and we really wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the area and amenities! Highly recommend for a stay in Old Town Scottsdale.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore all of Old Town Scottsdale on foot, the staff was extremely professional and helpful with any questions and one small repair in the room was immediately addressed. The room was clean, comfortable with no issues of street or guest noises. The outdoor patio is beautiful with several fire pits and comfortable seating.

We had a suite, so it was a large and spacious room. The on-site amenities included a significant amount of outdoor space from private patios, to lounging areas, firepits and a pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale shops, bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel, very close to ASU facilities. It's on the higher end of nightly cost, there are certainly other less expensive options. Not really walking distance to much outside of ASU's Arena. It's very clean, the staff is friendly. The pool is really small, like an oversized jacuzzi small. Breakfast is included but it's not anything that will wow you. Parking is $16 a day so be prepared for that. There are some EV chargers in the parking structure so that's handy if you need that type of thing. All in all it's a nice place to stay if you want to be as close as possible to ASU's arena.

Hyatt House was the ideal place for our ASU visit. My daughter and I arrived early, and the staff made check-in a breeze—such a relief after traveling. Parking was easy, and the front desk team was genuinely welcoming. After our campus tour, they offered fantastic suggestions for things my daughter would enjoy. We visited Old Town Scottsdale, just five miles away, and loved exploring the charming shops and restaurants. Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere, all just minutes from ASU. The rooftop bar, pool, and fitness center were excellent amenities. The complimentary WiFi was reliable, and our king suite, complete with a mini kitchen, made it easy to reheat leftovers and enjoy a relaxing lunch before heading to the airport. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, featuring fresh eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, and more. I highly recommend staying at Hyatt House—everything you need for a comfortable and convenient visit.

Pro's: Rooftop bar/lounging area Friendly staff Within walking distance to Transportation Center Comfortable bed Quiet room Coin-operated laundry facilities Fitness center with a view from the 8th floor Breakfast options were extensive Rooftop bar and main floor bar offered enjoyable appetizers. Con's: Shower water temperature was scalding hot and cold water was non-existent, especially in the early morning hours or late at night. The water burned my legs the first time I used the shower. Unfortunately, I had to obtain a prescription strength ointment and take anti-inflammatories to aid in the healing of my skin. A week after the fact my skin continues to have a noticeable burn. Please be careful when using the shower!!

My daughter and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hyatt House in Tempe. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was convenient. The location was great for us to visit ASU. We would happily stay there again.

Property is fairly new and in great shape. Mostly quite clean except for the air vents which seemed like they’ve never been cleaned. They gave me a room far from the train and I didn’t experience any noise, even with a hotel full of high schoolers housed there for a wrestling camp. Hotel staff is efficient and helpful but not really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied and adequate but they ran out of meat or only provided paper plates/plastic utensils a few days when the hotel was at full capacity. Seating was surprisingly plentiful. I’d be happy to stay again because it was good value and I liked the large room layout, especially with a proper work chair. Great walkable location to lots of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s.
