Awesome place in the city center, very clean, staff super kind, elegant and cozy, not expensive. Free drinking water and coffee. AC did not throw air directly on the bed, so perfect. Another fan working perfectly for cooling the room. Comfortable bed. Useful balcony for beach stuff. Warm water also on the sink and good water pressure in the shower. Shower soap and shampoo very good, very scented. Again, very clean.

Xinlor House is exactly as it's pictured in the photos: clean, charming, and comfortable! We stayed in a king suite with a balcony, which was very spacious with great air conditioning. The shower was excellent and the bed was so comfortable! The balcony faced the back of the building, and there was some sort of construction going on, so we didn't have a very nice view...but honestly, we didn't care. The hotel is lovely and is a quick walk to everything Old Town has to offer (the coffee shop across the street has EXCELLENT cold brew). The gentleman at the front desk directed us to a 24-hour laundromat that was a 10-minute walk away, and during the day they take drop-offs if you don't want to do your laundry yourself. I'm very happy that we chose to stay here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Xinlor House to others!

A very pleasant stay. A little boutique hotel, out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but still on the same road so easy walking distance from the town. The suite was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, it had good working air con and security safe for passports. The terrace and bathtub outside was very nice, with petals in the bathtub on arrival. They left drinking water for us on the fridge, plus tea and coffee. We felt comfortable there as it's an easy place to relax.

Xinlor House: amazing experience. Perfect location in the center of Phuket Old Town. 2 mintues walk to the night market and all shops and restaurants. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help. Unique and very good design. Loved everything. Great breakfast and restaurant literally across the street (Shelter Coffee, and Cloud Yard). Amazing prices. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s an amazing place! Great location, you can walk around Phuket town, there are many restaurants and cafes around. Room was clean and super cozy, with cute details and great vibe. The terrace with bathtub is super romantic, they prepare a bath with rose petals for you. The view is beautiful.

Great vibe hotel. Good pool. Free tea coffee and fruit. Breakfast lovely. Staff are very friendly helpful and happy. We had a room with a bath on the balcony which was great fun. Good walking distance to old town with great shops and restaurants. All round great stay.

Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, 24 hours free coffee, fruit juice, bottled water and crackers. Breakfast is quite good (food starts to repeat on day 3 or 4 of our stay), the banana bread is a must try! Location-wise, it is perfect if you are going to spend more time in Phuket Old Town. But if you are planning to go to Patong area a lot you should live there, since the cheapest ride we can get to Patong is 500 Baht, and it takes 30 minutes. Only complaint is that the water pressure and temperature of the shower and sink need to be fixed. All in all, would totally recommend!

I booked this hotel purely based on Expedia reviews, and could not have been more pleased. The room was very comfortable and clean. There are restaurants and bars nearby, but the hotel was fairly quiet. The complimentary breakfast was one of the nicer I've seen for a low priced hotel.

Great coffee bar in the lobby, good breakfast, laundry and pool open 24/hr. Great location for walking. Quiet safe area! Would stay here again!

Excellent hotel which felt like a hostel. Huge comfy bed with balcony and good service see room and bathroom. Cleaned daily and had all the amenities including a safe and daily water, coffee and tea. Free fruit and drinks throughout day. Breakfast was a little odd but was sufficient and served until 11am. However some of the staff need some training in customer service. We ended up an extra 8 nights but they would not give us the price that we had booked for the first four nights so we ended up paying a lot mitre per night! They we really unhelpful.

I have no clue why this hotel is not highly rated on Tripadvisor. May be very few ratings and will pick up soon. But this was one of the best hotel I choose in my entire Thailand trip specially at the price at which I got this. Swimming pool was crystal clear and super clean. One of the best I experienced in my entire budget trip. Hotel looks fairly new. Rooms were big and spacious. Check in process was smooth. All amenities were given. Balcony was beautiful as well with a pool view. Located in heart of Old Town. Everything is just a 5-10min walk away

Swimming pool a bit weird: close to reception and the street and very shallow. Never-the-less can swim 20 meters so if that important to you its great to have. Rooms large, very clean, nice bathrooms. Nice balconies and views over the town and distant view of the sea. 10 minutes walk from all the cafes and restaurants of Old Town Phuket. I like the off street covered parking also.

Stayed here 2 times when traveling to Rassada pier (phi phi trip). Everything is ok. There is parking for travelers by car , fast and reliable WiFi, clean rooms and breakfast. Room is spacious. No disadvantages

Cute little hotel in Phuket city. The food was really good too. Very clean rooms and the beds are super comfy. I like how it’s in the middle of town so if you bought a trip online like zip lining them they pick you up from the hotel.

The room, staff and pool were fabulous. The pool opening hour should extended. All the pool is 1.2m so no safety issues .

Quite possibly, the best hostel I’ve stayed in! The staff is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. From a pre-booking tour of the property to identifying the locations of various Sino-Portuguese buildings in the area - the staff was ready and willing to help. I stayed in a 4 bunk, female dorm. Our room had its own private bathroom with shower in addition to use of the other bathrooms. Bathroom was spotless and came with shampoo, soap, and adjustable water temperature. Huge bunk space (especially ceiling height) makes the space comfortable. Charging outlet & individual lighting within the bunk space as well. Black curtains provide privacy and block out light. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Loved the comforter & actual REAL pillow, not a clump of filler like in some other places. Clean towel provided each day - bonus! AC worked great in the room too. Large lockers within the room that are big enough to accommodate a large backpack. Light breakfast is available as well - toast, cookies, jam, bananas, coffee, juice, and water. Pool area is a nice space to relax around. Plenty of seating inside too. The location is perfect - minutes to the Old Town main streets (I stayed on Thalang St initially and then relocated to BAB.) Store/shops across the street as well as a night market on certain nights. I would stay again if I return to Phuket.

Such a beautiful building! Every place in this hostel is so lovely. I stayed for 2 nights in the dorms, and one night in the private gallery room. The dorms are very cute and comfortable, and the high ceilings make it feel quite spacious. The gallery room is gorgeous, with an amazing view and a bathtub to relax in! The mattresses weren’t the softest, but better than some rock-hard beds I’ve slept on in SE Asia. The staff are so nice and friendly. Location is great: next to a little mall with a good food court, and an 8 minute walk to the lively part of Old Town. So glad I stayed here.

We loved this place, in a great location for the old town and Sunday night market. We stayed in a double room, had a free mini bar and nespresso style coffee machine with pods. There was free coffee and snacks / fruit available all day in the lounge area and the pool area was great. It’s a great price and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from Phuket airport - take the orange bus, 100bht each and just over an hour, it’s a two minute walk from the old town stop or bus terminal 1.

The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the heart of the town and great restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and I appreciate that there is free coffee available in the mornings and that there were some complimentary snacks on check in and a new bottle of water provided al well as fresh towels every day. My only complaint would be that the top bunks in the dormitories are extremely high up and difficult to climb up and down the ladder, especially if carrying clothes or a bag. There is also no elevator to the upper floors so I wouldn’t recommend anyone with mobility issues to stay here, or if you do to request a room on the bottom floor.

Book A Bed Poshtel was a great hostel, in a great location! The staff were very friendly upon arrival, and anytime I needed anything! I was able to book a shuttle to the pier and ferry ticket all in one from the front desk at a great rate, making it super easy and painless for me! The room was exactly as the pictures showed it, the steps up to the tops bunks was a nice change from the usual awkward ladder! The lockers are pretty big, and they are all supplied with their own key! The pool is not super deep, but still works great to cool down after a long hot day! There is also a nice deck around the one end of the pool making it the perfect place to read and relax. The hostel is right across from a little mall, and beside a spa and restaurant. It is only a 5 min walk maximum to the main shopping streets in Phuket Town! The Sunday Night Market is well worth the 5 min walk as well if you happen to be there on a Sunday! Overall, it’s a nice, new and clean hostel with great staff! The pool is another great perk! You can’t go wrong staying here!

Had a jacuzzi. Was clean, easy to use and working. The room was very spacious and shower room was ideal. The room was very bright from natural light. All good. Very clean

Positives - the staff were exceptional, so helpful. Anything we needed they replied straight away. The room was big and had a balcony. The location is excellent, close to the bus terminal, 7/11 and all restaurants. Work ons - the breakfast was only okay, the milk was warm and the waffles had only honey, maybe some nutella would be great. The room could be cleaner, the bed sheets had marks and the floor wasn’t too clean. The design of the shower also means the floor gets very wet and slippy.

The location was very central, right next to the bus terminal. The facilities were new and fresh, and there were two well-maintained pools to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, and free water, tea, and coffee were provided in the room. Breakfast was enjoyable, and overall, it was great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, especially house keeping Great Halal breakfast if provide with brown bread, cereal and hot milk would help a foreigner with diet. Please note , bus station right Infront will take you anywhere as we are not a bike riders. Walking distance to old town or free shuttle enough for wandering around.. btw, Indian restaurant (india17) next to the hotel provide an excellent Tomyam, don't missed it. Spacious cozy room and wifi provide peace for my online meetings, bed is hard, but support my back pains.

I requested a quiet room on arrival and was put on the noisy corridor next to a lift with multiple ac units outside the window, on request the hotel moved me to a quiet floor, so this was very welcome after 24 hours of travel, room was large and spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day but I usually don’t need my room doing so just left the sign up. Location is just 5 minutes walk to the centre but this is the old town so it’s not as noisy as the other side of the island, it’s more chill and laid back. There is a pool and a gym on site but I never took advantage of either of those. Breakfast was plentiful buffet service with staff cooking some eggs to order otherwise there is plenty to choose from.

Everything about Shunli was wonderful. The quality of the experience and of the facilities is so high it is much more like a boutique hotel than a hostel, but it has friendly hostel energy. The entire place is impeccably clean and well kept, the owners are extremely sweet and welcoming hosts, making you feel at home and taken care of from the second you arrive, and throughout your entire stay. Rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Breakfast is phenomenal! It's buffet style with many different offerings to eat and drink, including a variety of fresh fruits and small sweet sticky rice bites. Main dishes are delicious homemade Thai dishes like green chicken curry, spicy crab curry, or pork and fish ball pineapple curry, to name a few that I tried - each one amazing. The location of the hostel is ideal for walking around Old Town and exploring the sights, eating at local cafes, bars, and restaurants, fresh markets, clothing and gift shops, a small shopping center, money exchange, etc. It also feels very safe for a solo female traveler, with the main road very well lit in the evenings. Wifi is fast and has a strong connection, with the router right outside the room I stayed (201). Showers have great hot water. A quiet and peaceful stay in Phuket Old Town - I absolutely cannot recommend it enough. Please remove your shoes on the porch outside and enjoy your stay :)

This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our time in Thailand. It's super clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, seriously, I took a day off to stay in bed all day, really needed it. We were at the main hall room, right next to the kitchen which had me worried for noise but it was so quiet! Breakfast is good enough, we are a couple of fatties, with high breakfast expectations and this one was good, fried rice, chicken and they offer mango sticky rice and instantly made eggs, there's tea, real coffee (not soluble), milk, toast with jam, butter and chocolate syrup, mini croissants and fresh fruit. Location is perfect, in Phuket Old Town, many restaurants available a few steps away, souvenir shops, etc. It's nice to go out and wal around. Mon at the reception is amazing, she is so authentic, warm and welcoming. My husband had a stomach flu and she gave him some medicine and recommendations, she was always worried if we were drinking enough water and kept us well provided. She arranged our transport to the pier and ferry to Koh Phi Phi and explained perfectly, even though her English is not the best. But she was a star communicating with us.

Really nice!!! Would come back to stay again. Great things about Shunli: - location was amazing, near all the shopping, so we could just pop back to hotel and drop things very easily - staff were so great and friendly! Lady boss is very friendly and helpful. She's so warm, made our stay very comfortable - room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious, even for 3 people. Bed was comfy, toilet was clean. - for breakfast, they even offered mango sticky rice :) Next time im back in Phuket, will definitely come back to Shunli

EVERYTHING about this little hotel is perfect! 1. First and foremost, the owner and the staff are very kind, informative, and helpful, making you feel welcome and appreciated. 2. The room is a traveller's dream! Tonnes of storage space, very good lighting, great air conditioning, super clean, quiet (though very central), with an excellent bathroom and a sweet inner court balcony. 3. The breakfast, which I'm still not sure is officially included in the booking, is nevertheless probably the best we've had anywhere in Thailand - very rich, varied, and with a personal touch, visible especially in the little desserts. 4. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central, in the main street, a perfect little walk to everything really. And yet, as I mentioned before, surprisingly quiet. 5. The common spaces and corridors in the hotel are simply BEAUTIFUL. The experience of staying in this establishment somehow enriches you both emotionally and esthetically... We were very sad to leave after only one night, but we will certainly come back. Thank you! 🙏

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything to see, easily to visit on foot and by just strolling through town. The Hotel itself was kept perfectly clean, and I mean absolutely SPOTLESS. The staff were the most helpful and friendly people you will ever encounter. The breakfast is something I really have to talk about here. If you want to try local Thai food or just want a standard western breakfast, you will find it here. Fresh eggs are prepared for you as soon as you sit down as well as mango sticky rice. Every Thai dish on the small buffet varies from day to day and every single one was delicious or absolutely sensational. A hotel you will be really happy to go back to after a long day and can cater to your every need.

I booked here by accident, initially intending to stay at Baan Suwantawe, but couldn't be bothered to change my booking! So, my first time at the Baan Sutra Guesthouse, and what a really pleasant surprise. The hotel is on Dibuk Road, a one way road, but pretty much in the heart of Phuket Town. Everybody super friendly and I was expected. Nice room on the 1st floor. Not huge, but fully tiled, clean, comfortable double bed, en-suite shower and with a decent air conditioner. The room had instant coffee, kettle, hair dryer, safe, TV and daily bottled water (x2) There are many restaurant, coffee shops and bars all within a 10 minute walk. The manager was very helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. (I went to RAYA, ONE CHUN & PROHIBITION BAR) From street to room - one minute! (street parking) Worth noting - there is no lift (so perhaps not for the elderly) and not all rooms have a view. I booked through AGODA and for $10 a night - very good value. Perhaps a classic guesthouse.

Very friendly staff, lovely coffee shop downstairs, within walking distance of plenty of shops/restaurants in old town. The room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower is a wet shower which is standard in many budget hotels in Thailand and the bathroom was very clean! I felt safe there as a woman travelling alone.

It’s a very cute and well-maintained old building. You can tell that they’ve put a lot of care and affection into keeping it in good shape. The room was very comfortable, despite not being very big, with a comfy bed, a small fridge, a clothes rack, and everything needed for a short stay. The whole building was very clean including the room, which I really appreciated. We didn’t have any view - the window faced the courtyard - just mentioning this in case a view is important to you; it might be worth checking with the staff before booking. Also, there’s no separate bath section in the bathroom, meaning the shower area is part of the main floor - mentioning this as I know some people might not like the idea of a wet bathroom floor (wasnt slippery tho). The location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were very polite! Overall, it’s a really good choice if your priority is having a clean room in a great location! P.S. They didn’t have any vegan options at the café (they said not yet — so this might change!), so we didn’t try it, but it looked really nice.

We originally had booked for 2 nights but found it a great place to stay and extended for an extra night. The rooms (our son stayed in another room) were bright, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located for all the bars and restaurants. Pai was a great host, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Impeccable design. Comfy beds in a spacious room. Very strong aircon, rooms full of light. Very clean bathroom and good hot shower. Daily cleaning. The staff is fantastic, very kind, attentive and ready to help. The cafe downstairs is also very good, a bit pricey but the coffee and the sandwiches are worth the extra bucks. The guesthouse is super central,you can walk anywhere from here. The public busses are also within 5-10 min walk.

We were very happy with the service of the staff, the buffet breakfast was wonderful. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the jacuzzi was an extension of the pool and not heated.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is excellent—just steps from Patong Beach, yet peaceful inside the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Special thanks to the team at the front desk and pool bar for making us feel so welcome! We loved the beautiful pools, especially the one with the swim-up bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of variety and fresh options daily. We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant—great Thai food and cocktails!

I have to say — this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, definitely above a 4-star level. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The design of the hotel is elegant and high-quality, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained — from the rooms to the common areas. Honestly, I have to say: this feels like a 5-star hotel. What really stood out for us was the Kids Club. The staff member working there (her Name is Film )was incredibly kind, polite, and amazing with children. My son had such a great time that he actually chose to spend two full days just in the Kids Club — which, as a parent, was both surprising and wonderful! The hotel is clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. It offers a perfect balance of relaxation, great service, and activities for kids. Conclusion: A fantastic choice for families — we’ll definitely be coming back!

10/10 The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and clean. There’s a wide variety of breakfast options. The dim sum is delicious. The French toast and banana caramel are very tasty, with a unique and flavorful sauce. Most importantly, the Thai tea is rich and delicious. The price is quite reasonable, making it easily accessible for many people. The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to travel to. Parking is also easy and convenient.

We arrived there earlier than the check in time and staff were super helpful giving us a room before our time. Facilities are incredible, super close to center, clean, comfortable and amazing breakfast with variety of food choices. Bed was super comfortable and spotless clean. Amazing views from our window. Honestly I would stay again there if I ever went back to Phuket.

We loved this hotel. The very friendly and welcoming girls on reception, nice area to sit. The room was lovely. The triple glazing very good. Netflix whilst sat in a very comfy bed with two huge comfortable pillows was so good on wet rainy mornings. Great shower. Tidy bathroom. A bedroom rug, nice touch. We got snacks and fruit and a knife, a real knife to chop the fruit. Kettle. Decent size mugs. And a minibar. Lots of nice touches like lamps, stand lamp. We didn't try the breakfast as too many nearby cafés. Turkish restaurant opposite is excellent and the music stops dead at midnight.

Perfect location to stay and explore Phuket Old Town! We stayed there for 3 nights and it was the perfect place to be. First of all: the old town is not at all „contaminated“ with sex tourism. A „clean cell“ of authenticity and peaceful life. Then: the Casa Blanca is a perfect hotel to visit the old town: central, stylish, clean and a wonderful staff - the perfect choice. And last but not least: Sara at the front desk is a great perl to help for everything - thank you „Super Sara“!

I was so happy with the Casablanca Hotel and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other guests. The room was immaculately clean with a good quality mattress and linen. The bathroom was modern, the shower provided good hot and cold water pressure. The staff are absolutely delightful and so generous with their recommendations for restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel itself is very well located. I paid to upgrade to a balcony room (well worth the money). Around the corner is 'The Buds Bar' (enter via the 'Eleven Two' café/shop) and a great place to visit, so too is 'Mad Cow Burgers' - highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is excellent. On arrival, the staff looked after us and ensured check-in was seamless so as to allow us into our room in a timely manner as we were tired from our travels. The room itself was perfect - very spacious, large bed, efficient aircon system, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was also a big plus - the ladies serving were efficient and friendly. Overall, we had a brilliant stay in this lovely hotel and would stay again if returning to Phuket.

Very spacious, lots of space to socialize or to chill out on your own. Cubicles are very private and quite spacious as well. Location was good for me personally, because it was less busy and noisy than it would be close to the beach, and the bus stop was just a 2 minute walk, as was the fresh fruit and vegetable market, decent yet inexpensive places to it (at that market), 7/11, etc. Also, the hostel is on the same street as the Sunday night market, if you are interested. The staff is great, very helpful, very friendly, and as I stayed on New Year, I got to have a barbecue with the staff and other guests, which members of the staff organized.

Hostel is at an awesome location. Female dorm was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom and common areas were clean. Also, it had two nice chill areas for socializing. Wifi was good, and the hostel offered free water, coffee and tea. I have to give a shout-out to the long-term turkish guest (sorry forgot her name) - she was amazing, she welcomed all new guest, and got everyone engaged in conversation (just wonderful).

I really enjoyed my stay! Stylish hostel with comfortable and spacious bunk beds, large lockers, nice and comfy communal areas, generous free breakfast/food and helpful staff. The lovely lady who single handedly cleans the place spotless every day deserves a special shout-out!

Staff were super helpful. The location is great, so close to all the shops and restaurants. Shoes off make it nice and clean. Bathrooms are downstairs and has beautiful vines growing through the walls so it feels earthy. A good amount of fans everywhere. Good WiFi. The private room is super comfortable and spacious.

The bed was clean; the toilet and bathing area was also clean. Loved the aesthetic of the hostel the cute little garden with a swing in it. Also the people running the place were quite helpful. I got quite late in returning during Songkran festival and wasn't able to figure out how to enter the main gate I called the reception and it was answered quickly and I was helped . A lady named M was also very helpful and kind.. all in all I loved my stay here... Security as a solo girl traveller also I felt was exceptional. Also the kitchen is available so you can cook some ready to eat meals if u have them on u .

Quiet location .easy 5 min walk to friendly local restaurants by bridge . 15 min walk to old town on busy roads . Quieter by the river. Staff friendly and helpful. Toast ,tea and coffee available for breakfast in open reception area with fan - pleasant place to sit.

Nice hotel, our rooms were not next to each other, but small hotel and on the same floor. Provided toast (and coffee) for breakfast. There was a small beverage and snack station with additional items for sale. Rooms clean, comfortable and bright; and all had balcony/patio. Quiet area. There is a fire station across the street, but heard the anthem once the last day of our stay. Only 15-20 min walk to Old Phuket, also Central Phuket Mall is a short drive. Ample parking available. Safe box in room, quite small (not for laptops). If you want to see elephants - please choose carefully. Many elephants are on leg chains and can not move around, just so people can take photos with them. Bukit Elephant Sanctuary is one place to consider where the animals seem to be treated humanely. Many boat trips to choose from - James Bond Island tour is an excellent choice (Khao Phing Kan/Ko Tapu island).

We loved almost everything from the beginning. The best thing is the great and normally deep pool where you can greatly relax. The hotel can cook food for you for a very reasonable prices, or you can order with Grab. For some people the location might be a bit far from the center, but honestly, its about 25 mins walk, which is not that bad if you like to walk. There are couple restaurants literally behind the corner with a great variety of local food. There is 7/11 about 5 min walking. You get to the main road and it will take you to the museum of Phuket Town, no need to to turn anywhere, just straight. The room was bright and very spacious, which is great. The balcony is huge as well, you can sit there and chill. There is a safe as well. AC is good and can chill the room very quickly. We were at the 1st floor which is good, cause the last floor is a bit hotter due the sun shining on the roof. The water pressure is great, toilet is fine and basically the whole bathroom is completely OK. They give you water and change the towels as many times as you need. Very friendly and helpful staff! I can truly recommend to go there. The hotel is new, you can see it on the outside and inside as well. By the pool is the toilet and small shower. By the reception you can find pool towels and coffee and tea during the all day basically. There are some fridges with beer and some crisps as well.

Located down an alleyway from the street which creates a quiet vibe at the Malika. The rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. We had a pool access room which was an added bonus to wake and have a swim. Who needs to be close to the beach when you have a pool like to this in such a quiet and relaxing area. Staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned very well each day. A thank you to the cleaning staff. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Phuket Town.

I loved it! pretty small, cozy and SO PEACEFUL, friendly and helpful staff. Such a lovely and quiet place not far from the city centre. We had a room with a garden view and our own small terrace so we can go straight to the pool from our room.

Perfect new hotel right beside all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very modern, good security, and friendly helpful reception. You can’t beat value for this price either. We had superior double room which was a very comfortable king size bed, with new clean soft linens.

Nice hotel near Old Town, but not in the middle of everything. It's quiet at night since it's away from the bars/restaurants, but still only a 5 minute walk from Old Town. The staff is super friendly and helped me extend my stay. The room/linens were clean, the AC works well, no creepy crawlies or bugs, and the door locks are secure. There's an area with a bar/hangers, a desk area with a chair, and a TV. No breakfast, but tea/coffee offered in the lobby. Limited parking spaces in front of the door, but it looks like street parking is available.

It was a pleasure to stay in this charming hotel. We booked a deluxe room, which was quiet and we had good sleep. Lights behind bed frame make nice ambient atmosphere, room was very clean. Place is very well located in neighbourhood of many local coffee shops, restaurants and in historical part of town with easy access to public transports and food markets. Hotel has roof terrace to sunbathe or just chill. Hotel is managed by owners and they put their heart into everything : rooms are super clean, bright and well decorated. Both of owners were super hosts and gave us lots of tips and helpful advice. Breakfasts were interesting and everyday different. Worth to recommend this place to stay 😊 thank you!

I had to stay there in emergency because my flight got cancelled. The staff was very reactive and even though I checked in late the staff was still very welcoming! The staff even gave me tips on where to go and what to do on the evening and the morning after. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom are clean and functional. They even have soap and shampoo dispenser and also give towels. The rooms have AC. The common areas are beautiful and also very comfy. Perfect if you need to work a bit or just relax before your next adventure.

It’s very central to all the markets and really good food and bars (especially the one right by the hostel) around. Anna (the host) is very very helpful and will give you amazing tips for your stay. You can also book the ferry with her to any of the islands and she will sort it out. The place is clean, big and spacious, and has a very homely vibe to it. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying with friends or family or as a couple! It’s very good value for money.

Exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - central old town with most local attractions in walking distance. There’s lots of wonderful food places and walking markets very close with one especially on Sunday which can’t be missed. The beds are comfy, rooms large and bathrooms/showers are probably the best you’ll find across any hostel. To top it off the overall building is a stunningly beautiful, old and well kept place which was a pleasure to stay in

Bed was comfy and hostel is in a prime location if you’re looking to explore the old town and enjoy the night markets. The lady who runs the place is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Decent sized lockers. Really nice clean bathrooms that were never too busy. Clean rooms and friendly people

My experience at the Ratri Hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful area, very close to all amenities. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and modern. Had a very comfortable time there.

I recommend Ratri if staying near Old Town. It's a few blocks detached from the busiest area, and it's very walkable. There are tons of dining options around and solid dining on-site. Breakfast buffet is just fine. Nightly live music by the pool is a great amenity. The staff here is very welcoming and attentive. They assist with booking rentals and activities as well. Room was smallish but clean with modern finishes. Big Buddha was visible from our balcony!

Ratri Hotel is cute, practical and clean. The shower is excellent, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast has good variety — including many protein options which you don’t see too often in buffet breakfasts. The staff is friendly. The location is top notch, quiet and within a short walking distance to Old Town. One touch I thought was very sweet is the complimentary soft serve ice cream in the afternoon.

Everything was simply perfect – from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive – they really went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best it could be. I felt truly welcomed and at home. As for the food – it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and diverse. I haven’t had such great cuisine in a long time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and am giving this hotel a solid 5 stars. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team for such an unforgettable experience!

This place is fit for royalty. A warm welcome in this glorious hotel decked out with finery and a spacious reception area. The rooms are big as well, with fantastic views over the city. Make sure you have a cocktail at Twist bar for a wonderful night view of Phuket Town. A piping hot shower is followed by a pleasant peaceful kip in a big fat comfy bed. But it doesn't end there. Have the delicious breakfast to start your next day. With a late check out of 12pm this is the King of all hotels in Phuket Town. I will definitely stay again.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Roof top bar at sunset is a must. Breakfast buffet is Asian centric and delicious. I used the swimming pool which was refreshing. My room on the 16th floor was comfortable and spacious with a great view. Good location near Phuket Old Town and a convenient 7/11 close by. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean spacious rooms, good&helpful staff, bakery was nice. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the rooms were amazing. Especially corner king room had beautiful sea view. Overall It was a very comfortable stay.

Ideal location, 5 minutes walk into old town with loads of restaurants & bars to choose from. Great view from the rooftop bar & restaurant on 19th floor. Large,clean rooms. Good choice at breakfast buffet.

the hotel was just beautiful. it was very, very clean.the reception staff were so friendly, always asked if we were enjoying our stay. the rooms were spotless, large and so comfortable. the housekeeper did an amazing job of cleaning our room everyday. the hotel smelled sweet and fresh. breakfast was good and cooked to your choice, by friendly staff. the hotel was right in the middle of the town but was set away from the road so was always very quiet. we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to come again. the bathrooms were very clean, large bottles of body wash, shampoo/conditioner and hand wash instead of tiny bottles that are usually found in hotels. the shower pressure was very good. thank you staff for a beautiful, comfortable stay. tea coffee and bottled water provided everyday thank you to all the lovely, friendly staff who made us welcome and make our stay a memorable one. we arrived early and they allowed us to check in because our room was ready. loved Hotel Midtown Ratsada. if we every come to Phuket again this is where we will stay,

The staff at the hotel were amazing, they always had a welcoming smile and were really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, I had a Superior Double room which was more than enough for a single traveller. The location of the hotel is very central in Phuket Old Town with many restaurants and bars close by, and was always available as a pick up spot for the tours I organsied, it was also really close to the Sunday Night markets that happen every week.. The breakfast wasn't too bad, a smaller selection of western and asian options but definitely enough to get your fill to start the day.

Excellent central position for tourists. Lots of very good bars, cafes, restaurants, places to visit are nearby. The pool is great for a cool-off. The cafe/restaurant good for convenience with very attentive staff. Reception is soo helpful in advice and ordering good vaue taxi/minibus transfers and trips. The building is very well designed, clean, modern renovation and decor. I would return to this hotel, no problem.

Super clean and spacious room. Aircon was very cold which was good because Phuket gets hot! Staff at reception were super nice always saying hello and helping us with anything. Restaurant looked nice as well however we didn’t try it out as there are lots of options in town. Great location, close to many restaurants and sightseeing places. It is also in the same building complex as a few restaurants and beauty salons so that is convenient as well. Pool was also lovely with lots of seating to relax. Security guard was so nice and said hello to us every time we walked past. We will definitely come back!
