Cozy and clean hotel, well equipped apartment, even the bathroom had a magnifying makeup mirror ,which women appreciated. Staffs were friendly and helpful.Their breakfast buffet was perfect. We had a pleasant stay there and highly recommend this hotel apartment.

Looking beyond the novelty of the motel style lift from parking straight into your room this is an excellent hotel with large comfortable rooms which are spotless and excellent facilities The bed was the most comfortable on our trip and the hotel is very well situated for the motorway The decor is quirky but fun and the whole experience was excellent including the excellent friendly staff on arrival and helpful when an item was forgotten Great experience

The place was excellent. The room was large with a nice large, comfy bed. Everything was very clean and spacious. There was a gym with machines and the breakfast in the morning was great (both savoury and sweet). The staff were very accommodating and they made it an amazing stay for me. THis hotel would probably also be good for people travelling in groups or with their own vehicles. I would definitely return.

Gréât location if your passing through Turin . We were heading onwards. Just off motorway but very quiet. Loved the private parking space and lift to your room. Room was very tasteful and comfortable. Ate in the restaurant. Lovely food and great breakfast. Staff were all very kind and friendly

The restaurant was quite good, I didn’t get where all bad reviews came from, they are slow in service, yes, but I think it’s because of the lack of the personnel.

We spent 2 nights in a monastery suite at the Relais Santo Stefano and it's truly an amazing place. Stunning location and views, an enormous suite in perfect condition with every amenity possible, incredible staff/service. We only wish the weather had been a little better so that we could have spent a few hours in the comfortable chairs on our private patio. Perhaps the only thing for others to consider is that it's truly in the middle of nowhere. The location worked for us as we had a driver/guide taking us to wineries during the day. I'm sure many guests spent a day on-site using the spa or pool, but we're not spa people and it was far too cold to swim. But for however long you decide to stay, it's a truly luxurious experience.

Comfortable friendly hotel, nice clean rooms with good food. Would have been better to have natural fibre pillows rather than hard polyester filling for pillows. Breakfast was a bit unimaginative but overall a comfortable stay in Biella

This is a sort of Olive Oil factory turned into a spa relais and bike rental place. The pool is just lovely and so is the outdoor areas. The place has a small indoor gym, a lovely spa which has a maximum occupancy of six. Bedroom was relatively are big and so was the bath. The interior has a very tasteful choice of modern furniture mixed with old looks. Break fast was very varied and very fresh. Parking was ample and the restaurant was decently priced with good food. The place is ideal for the spa stay with an added view as a bonus.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room clean and the jaccusi, although quite small, was REALLY good ! We stayed there the whole evening after the pool closed. The little balcony was nice and the pool was quite enjoyable too. The food was great and the price for everything was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

The staff, breakfast, parking, and walkability to Old Saluzzo were all amazing. This is a great property and it not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Marco and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite enjoyable. And being able to walk to Old Saluzzo was great.

Really excellent dinners accompanied by very good wines. Marco’s wine advice was exceptional and wines were very good value. Breakfast although not a buffet was also good. Staff were attentive and very friendly. All in all a first rate hotel.

Stayed here for a one night with my daughter and partner. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, very accomodating of my daughter. Food was delicious and room was comfortable. We would love to return!

The place is soo close to Alba, so we can enjoy the Faire with the silence of the village. The restaurant was very good, we would love to use the Spa, but did not work out this time. We were upgraded to a bigger room that was a great bonus.

One has to be aware to stay in a building that is not less than 1000 years old(!). However, none of the things that make a stay incredibly beautiful is missing. We enjoyed every second, from dawn ‘til dusk and from dusk ‘til dawn. It starts with a nice breakfast where …(her name follows – I can’t find the piece of paper, where it is written… ;-) …) serves an excellent Italian coffee. During the day, the Piemonte region invites for activities and the nearby city of Torino wants to be explored. The hotel’s restaurant is formidable, and the spa area is state-of-the-art (one of the highlights: outdoor sauna with a window, overseeing the landscape and furnished with a real wood oven) – with excellent treatments (specifically to mention: massages by Michela and Enzo). If something shall be corrected or if there is a question, the reception desk is always there with extremely nice staff.

Amazing experience near the city; honestly could not be better. The castle is superb We spent two nights and it was the perfect amount of time to disconnect during the weekend. The only thing I would improve is the organization of the "bar" that was "open" but completely empty and no one was there to give information about

Junior suite was amazing, large room with a huge bathtub! Separate toilet and shower too. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was clean in all areas too.

Super easy to find and super fast check in. The rooms seem brand new and are spotless. Breakfast could be a bit more fancy.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The pasta meal on the Saturday night was excellent. Thank you. I found the location ideal for my needs.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is exceptional👌🏻right in the heart of Torino and within walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and transport. Silvia🥰the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and assisted us with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved everything about this apartment, it's in a great location. It's just a few minutes walk from the station but it's in a quiet street with lots of fashionable boutiques and some decent restaurants nearby. It is also walkable to some of the museums and landmarks such as the Musei Reali and La Mole Antoneliana. The apartment was really comfortable and stylish, with lovely artworks and furniture. It was a nice touch to have complimentary coffee and breakfast brioches in the communal kitchen which you are able to access.

The apartment was a dream! Very spacious, elegant and fully renovated while keeping the charme of Turin's buildings. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the historic center of the city and facing a quiet square with cafes and restaurants. Elisabeth was a perfect host and it was extremely easy to coordinate the check in and check out. The perfect place to stay in beautiful Torino!

Excellent location really helpful and attentive host very surprising considering we never met in person everything was contacted via WhatsApp but very easy to contact and the host always wanted to check if we were ok. It’s nice having a kitchen because Turin isn’t super cheap so having breakfast in the morning was nice. We stayed in the double room for 5 nights and the suite for 1 night. The double is far more spacious than expected I will say the suite had a much nicer bed and bathroom with a great hot tub and lovely view.

The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

After a disappointing stay, we were asked by the Director to give the hotel a second chance. We were once again welcomed by the friendly door staff. The receptionist was efficient and courtious, the check-in went swiftly. We received an upgrade, always a welcome attention. The accommodation was amazing. Comfortable and spotless. So far so good, but then we went for dinner to the terrace restaurant were we were we had a wonderful meal, excellent service from a Spanish speeking waiter. But best of all there was life music and the atmosphere and ambience was truly amazing and we spent a glorious evening. We were sorry it ended . . . . Next morning breakfast was served in our room and was flawless. The softboiled eggs were perfect something that doesn't happen very often in hotels. All in all this stay was spectacular and quoting Arnold schwarzenegger 'well be back'!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon our arrival. The staff was able to book our Turin tourist pass and offered great recommendations. We were given a late check-out that fit in with our plans nicely. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was delicious and had so many offerings, including wonderful local cheese and meats, pastries, and fruits, along with American offerings of eggs and bacon. It even offered a Sicilian granita and brioche bar. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was perfect - close enough to the train station and in walking distance to museums. It rained for most of our stay, but it did not hamper our visit to Torino!

Look no further for your stay in Turin. This perfectly located hotel was only a short walk from train station. Our junior suite was large & very quiet with good airconditioning,great bed & pillows & blockout curtains. Large bathroom & shower & everything in perfect condition. The spa pool was excellent & perfect temperature. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice, & the chocolate bowl at reception was a nice touch. Overall could not fault this wonderful hotel.

Chef is using local products, we had great dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is only 15€ per person and you get chosen hot food as well as variety of cheeses, meats, vegetables, pastries and etc. Our room had a lake view, the original tiles on the floors and in the bathroom. Everything decorated in vitange luxury Italian style. Even sheets are Italian made, comfortable bed. I will definately come back and recommend to everyone. Stunning location in the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore. Wonderful friendly hosts. We stayed in two rooms, both with a view over the lake and both of which we loved. The breakfast was exceptional, with lovely fresh eggs, delicious meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries and jams. The pool area was superb and super relaxing - so nice to sip away an Aperol in the sun while reading a book or simply watching the clouds float past. The general ambiance was top notch and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The dinner at the lovely restaurant was 5 star and overall we couldn't have wished for a better or more idillic stay. Highly, highly recommended.

Where to start? The online photos don’t do the property justice! The grounds are spectacularly beautiful and perfectly maintained. We traveled with three small children, two of whom explored the various nooks (possibly to the chagrin of the staff?) and they loved it. The pool is gorgeous and refreshing. The food was otherworldly good. We were reluctant to eat dinner at the hotel because we wanted to explore, but we were thrilled that we had our last meal here. In addition to the dinner being delicious, they have a kids menu too, which is pretty unique in Italy and very thoughtful. The staff also made sure that the kids’ food came out first. We loved having a pre dinner aperitivo after a long day of exploring Lake Maggiore. I expected the room itself to be smaller, but it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. And the views!OMG. Seriously, this place is a gem and might be one of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed in!

Wow, stunning location. Views from our room were some of the best I've seen, great sunrise too over the lake. Friendly staff, felt like staying at a friends house with staff who'd care. Had a nice little lunch, amazing dinner in their restaurant and an enjoyable breakfast. There's little around in the town from what we saw, we had a stroll in the evening and the hotel is very secure (locked gates with a card you can use), but the hotel has everything you need including a lovely (but cold) pool! We arrived a little early, which was handy since the car park only holds about 6 cars but there's lots of public parking close by. Will stay again.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the lake! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is a great addition for a nice relaxing morning and evening chill. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We stayed with our doggo and he was also very happy! He even got a surprise present for his last day :)

A real reminder of how a luxury hotel can operate. Wonderful facilities in a well maintained and opulent facility, in a superb lake-front location. The staff were obviously well-trained and were thoroughly professional. Breakfast and dinner were served in the main dining room. Dinner was especially memorable, with excellent meals and a surfeit of attentive staff, impeccably turned out. Our stay was the highlight of a very memorable European holiday. I can’t endorse this beautiful hotel and it’s staff any more highly.

The hotel, spa and staff are excellent. Breakfast is spectacular and delicious with many choices. I personally loved the smoked fish, Italian meats and local cheeses. All was perfection. The Hemmingway Bar is excellent and Dinner is 5 Star as well. I enjoyed the Spa pool along with the specialized showers offered. Very Clean facilities. I also had a hair Wash/Blow Dry in the Saloon that was fantastic. I arrived hours before check in and my luggage was taken care of until the room was ready. I was surprised with a Room Upgrade to a Lake View room on the 6th Floor. The room was beautiful with an awesome bathroom and shower. So fantastic to wake up watching the sunrise over the lake. The gardens are stunning. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to down town or the train station. I loved my stay and thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Although our room was a bit small for 2 people, I loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again. The hotel was spotless. It is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the bistro and at dinner in the hotel was excellent. The servers was very good, and the concierge was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't change the battery in my air tag and I think it was Felice that helped me with that. The setting is one of the most beautiful in all my travels right across from the lake with the most awesome entrance and the grounds are exquisite with the foliage. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Swam every day in it. Ate lunch at bistro everyday. Had breakfast outside on the terrace of the restaurant daily. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the town and also the dock to get the boat to the islands. Just sitting and looking out at the Lake is an experience in itself. When (not if) I come to Stresa again, I will definitely be staying here.

My stay was truly wonderful, starting each day with an outstanding breakfast on the terrace with view of Lago Maggiore, relaxing in a beautifully designed and comfortable bedroom, and unwinding in the fantastic leisure facilities. All this made the experience unforgettable; the hotel’s attention to detail, friendly staff, and luxurious atmosphere exceeded all expectations.

Everything!!! It was absolutely amazing. The place is beautiful, relaxing- they have sauna (the outdoor one was spectacular), jacuzzi, hamam- every thing that you to enjoy and relax. The room was amazing, well organised and comfortable. They have a great restaurant, to finish the evening on the best way. And on top it all- the staff is incredible, all of them!they did everything to make us feel welcome and make sure that we are having the most wonderful stay there. Everything is amazing! It is the perfect place to forget about the world and relax in the pool and the spa! The staff is so welcoming and nice, genuine good people, huge thanks to Marina and also to Antonio who gave us a ride since we did not bring the car. Alessandro was amazing explaining the sun position to make sure we had the best sunbathing, he was so friendly! We got a free room upgrade and it was so lovely! I asked for a birthday surprise for my partner and they definitely deliver it, thank you so much! The jacuzzis have different temperatures which is nice and the pool is big to swim in! Breakfast is very good too!

This hotel was charming and loaded with history. My room had original frescos on the wall, and was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was a huge value - fresh coffee to order, fresh fruit and pastries, and plenty of fresh Italian meats and cheeses. It couldn't be beat for 10 euros. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to answer any questions.

This hotel was once a convent and is situated on a hilltop in Saluzzo next to an historic church containing rare medieval artwork and a Palace. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and hospitable. After arrival, walk down the cobbled streets to the old town and find many good restaurants near the Cathedral.

Everything was perfect! The location, the building so curated and clean felt like traveling back to the antique Saluzzo (with a modern bathroom, extra points!). The breakfast was fantastic, the view from the room in the sunny morning and the access to the terrace was dreamy. Finally the staff also very nice, I'm definitely recommending and hoping to return!

Exceptional staff. Very helpful and willing to advise and make you reservations for restaurants, etcetera, without being solicitous. You can really feel the historic vibe and the view from the terrace is amazing and really pulled us back in time.

We stayed in a triple room with balcony on the top floor which had a view overlooking the town and mountains in the distance. The room was a good size for a triple with a nice bathroom and shower. A little care was needed with beams protruding into the room as we were in the roof space. Nice alpine decor. The buffet style breakfast was excellent value for money with a wide choice bread, pastries, meats and cheeses. The coffee was freshly made at the bar and brought to your table. The bar area was popular with locals enjoying a morning coffee which added to the atmosphere. The hotel is well located just down from the centre of Sauze. If you are skiing it is a bit of a walk to the nearest chairlift although I suspect the ski bus would stop nearby. We used the hotel's private car park costing 10 euros although there are public car parks nearby. I would certainly stay here again

The room was always nice and warm, spacious and had a balcony. Daily cleaning services was a bonus, thank you! The hotel was very helpful with arranging a shuttle to the lifts, information on bus stops etc and most of all the family owned business allowed us a private ski instructor Matteo. Thanks Matteo for all the help as this was our first ski trip and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it! You helped us immensely and we were able to do a blue run or two, which I personally thought would only happen on our next trip. See you soon! The hotel is right next to the main shopping area and market. Wonderful location.

Excellent hôtel, perfect location, comfortable and recently refurbished. The service is perfect - with fresh omelette and local yoghurt for breakfast - and the staff were kind enough to open the roof terrace for early morning yoga. The only negative point: the hotel is air conditioned throughout and the lobby is welcomingly cool and yet on the Sunday we were there the reception staff had the a/c running and the back door to the car park open bringing in the hot breeze from outside. Unless you want your guests to leave their windows open and the a/c on, this might be something to rethink.

An excellent hotel in a wonderful city. We stayed in room 110 over the street and the covered market. The suite is very quiet. The staff is very accommodating housekeeping services were excellent. The breakfast hours at 6:30 am accommodate early travelers. Breakfast selection is good, service is great. There is a wide array of coffee. The hotel is convenient to the main piazza. Train station is about a 12 minute walk away so it makes it easy to use as a base for day trips.

After our stay, we asked if they found a charger and they did. We started our communication on Sunday and on Tuesday, we received our charger. That's a wonderful post-stay service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.

Had a fantastic long weekend at Du Park Hotel, we stayed in one of the Junior Suites with a jacuzzi bath in the room. We also had 2 balconies with great views. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre and the ski lifts. The staff are fantastic and nothing is any trouble. Would recommend and will be in the list to return too.

It's my forth time in that hotel. The reviews about dirthiness of that place are absurd. The room is impecable clean. The shower is great with good preassure and a lot of amenities. Bathrobes are provided. The breakfast is of great variaty. The location is in unbeatable: 5-7 minute walk from Egipt museum, 3 minute- to Porta Nuova station. Last but not least. The personell is extreemely helpful and kind. The kept the parcel for us and upgraded the room. Such things are never forgotten. Can't recomment enough!

Fir those who want to stay within walking distance from attractions like Piazza San Carlo, Porta Nuova (around 200m away) and Piazza Castello, this hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good.

We stayed in a good-size family suite consisting of 2 rooms. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated. There is a charger for electric cars, and a self-service wine bar that I've never seen before. Kristina from the reception was amazing! She was very welcoming and happy to share a lot of tips on the places to visit nearby.

Breakfast was excellent - all homemade and the staff really helpful. It is in the town square and depending on other guests it is not the most quiet place to stay but they were super nice and the rooms were super clean. We went to the cantina in Gavi if you want an amazing meal. WE really loved being in Gavi and this was a good place to stay.

Although on arrival staff had failed to arrange the requested (booked) family room, they made every effort to accommodate us appropriately although only after we had indicated our intention to move to a hotel with more comfortably sized rooms. Thereafter, the service, food, professionalism and all provisions by Plazzo Aminta were exemplary. Unfortunately the spa was a disappointment with malfunctioning jacuzzi and steam room. This did not spoil our holiday and we would like to make special mention of the staff friendliness and attentiveness in the restaurants and reception. The complimentary car was most welcome. This is a very good, pleasantly sized hotel which we recommend and would love to stay in again. Thank you to all.

Pristine view from every room in the hotel, walk out door to beach to swim or catch the boat to Borreamo island, or have a cocktail and play bocci ball or just sit and enjoy the beautiful flower gardens. 15 min walk into quaint town of Stresa or be more adventurous and hike in mountains. Teen age kids enjoyed Mottorone, alpland, and swimming in lake. Some options for water sports. Beauty of the lake is the setting in the mountains, sail boats, etc. not overrun with jet skis and party boats. Aminta staff all around was welcoming and helpful, breakfast was healthy and delicious with many options, hotel has beautiful Venetian glass chandeliers and furniture. We had two rooms which were very comfortable, clean, Etro amenities were exceptional and balconies with stunning partial lake views. Minimal counter space to layout your things but you really don't need much here. My family loved Aminta and Stresa, just wish we planned for a few more days. Spa looked beautiful but we did not have enough time to visit but a morning at the spa would have been perfect. Definitely recommend for a couple, family with kids of all ages if you are looking for some spectacular views, enjoy outdoor mountain and water sports, and some time to sit back, have a cocktail, and just relax and enjoy some perfect weather.

Possibly the best hotel for a stay at Lake Maggiore! Hotel Villa e Palazzo Aminta is a gorgeous hotel in Stresa, perched with stunning views over Lake Maggiore and especially of the Isole Bella, Isole Madre and Isole Pescatore. The hotel itself is sumptuously furnished and there is plush comfort and beauty at every turn. Our room had full views of Lake Maggiore with a beautiful balcony, and the room could not be faulted for cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful. The food at both restaurants (the bistrot and the formal dining) was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. We also enjoyed the live pianist who performs in the evenings for dinner, this added a lovely ambience. The hotel facilities were absolutely wonderful, especially the spa. And they even had a dedicated shuttle service to take you into the village centre at various times of the day. We spent 3 fantastic, relaxing days at Villa Aminta and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who visits Stresa.

The hotel is in the most glorious location - breakfast sat on the terrace with amazing lake views is something that will live long in the memory. The service was fantastic - from the waiters in the restaurant to the lovely helpful lady round the pool to the minibus driver - they were all so helpful and polite. All the food we had was great - breakfast a particular highlight with a fantastic selection ton of hams, cheeses, smoked trout (delicious), pastries, cakes, fruits, breads, eggs……so much choice and such high quality. Also, and very unusually for us brits, great breakfast tea! Also a huge Italian wine list and high quality cocktails. Mark down to four is just because for us the decor is too chintzy. I know that’s a matter of taste, and it’s all very high quality and well kept, but the flounces and ornaments were just too much for us! Others have commented on the walk on the road. For us it was OK. Yes there’s a bit along without much path but the traffic was all considerate and we enjoyed our daily strolls into Stresa. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

You can choose between a motel style room with your car parked right outside or in the hotel building. We had a very spacious and well designed room on the second floor of the hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom sparkling...lots of good, well placed lighting. The bed and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was great with yogurt in small glass jars and tiny servings of various jams also in jars - very elegant. The reception was warm and friendly and very helpful in getting us organized. The location is good for touring the region and it's a twenty minute drive (depending on traffic) into Torino. But do be careful about the drivers - red lights apparently are just a suggestion in this part of the country. Definitely stay here if you are looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place.

The hotel-motel is outside Turin in an industrial area. Good hotel for passingby travelers / travelling salespeople or in generally for business people. It is easy and quick to check-out. The rooms are very clean, large and good hygiene sanitair. Each room with his own parking space, with a sun blind voor more privacy. There is free WLAN. We eat in the restaurant, diner was standard but ok, we arrived late in eve but staff was ready to serve us, employers/staff are very kind, friendly and gentle. Simple but good breakfast buffet is available in the morning. For visitors without car it is good to stay in a nice quiet surrounding. The hotel prestige is outside the city area of torino. Centre of Torino is easely to reach with the taxi be aware of the taxi and their prices.. to torino centre it is about 25 euro. To the airport it is about 50 euro.. not all taxi drivers are fair.. specially those whom take en get you to and from the airport.. Be aware they know finding the hotel.. else you see (and pay) much more from Torino than needed...

We had a great stay! Highlights: 1. The room was recently renovated and everything felt fresh and new. 2. There was a small minibar with complimentary drinks — a nice touch. 3. Free parking on site, which was very convenient. 4. Perfect place for an overnight stay or a short rest during a long trip. 5. We had to leave very early and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, but the staff kindly prepared a takeaway with fruits, different kinds of waffles and cookies, juices, and even made us coffee at 4 a.m. — really thoughtful service!

Hotel Motel Prestige is located in an industrial area of Turin, though is feels like being in the countryside. Check in is done from your car window and the ground floor rooms all have exterior doors connected to individual parking spots. There is also a large parking area for rooms on the upper floor. Parking areas are protected by barriers at the entrance and exit. Our room was relatively large, very clean, and with comfortable beds and a very good bathroom and shower. The breakfast was generous with lots of choices, including eggs, meats and cheeses as well as the usual breads and pastries. Good coffee. Because ours was a one night stay, we opted to eat in for our evening meal and the meal was quite satisfactory.

The hotel is near the train station but the area is quiet.Everything was spotlessly clean, very comfy, clean white towels and bedsheets amazing staff, good and tasty breakfast with lots of choices, good coffee, tasty cakes. I highly recommend it!

Welcoming, friendly staff, helped us with suggestions of places to eat. Had a lovely dinner at a Piedmontese restaurant La Conca. Comfortable beds in quad room. The couch beds were very comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast had so much choice, from eggs and meats and fruit to cakes and local fruit flans and croissants.

We had a pleasant stay. The property has a more traditional charm, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent , directly across the road from the station which made things so easy with our luggage . It was also a straight forward walk into the city centre. Breakfast was fine , nothing fancy but plenty of choice to start the day . The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been better but overall a convenient and comfortable choice for a short stay with helpful staff and good location

The Hotel is Genova is far grander than the price point suggests! Our room, for four, was a suite! Very spacious, with a enormous double shower bathroom! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free parking is available on the side road outside the hotel, although the staff suggested we park at the station, as there had been some break-ins, which we did (at €50!! 😢😢). The spa area looked nice, €30 for two hours access. The gym was mostly cardio, but empty. The big let down was breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement - so no daylight. We went at 9am and it was VERY busy, with little space to jostle to the food. It was all a bit lack lustre for such a lovely hotel. But ultimately, it did the job. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city, and has a decent selection of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic position in the centre of Acqui Terme. The room was large and spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast has a great range of food, including hot cooked options. The staff are all friendly, kind and wonderfully helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Another fantastic stay at our regular hotel. Staff are as welcoming as ever, the rooms are impeccably clean and it is such a central hotel that all of central Acqui is just outside the door. Also excellent price and we've always had the best night sleep in the beds.

The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean and modern, but sound proofing could be better , I had a particularly loud snorer in he room next to me and at times it felt like he was in the room with me ! Not the hotels fault I know. The outdoor car park at the back of the building was a good size and parking was easy. breakfast was simple but reflective of the price . Overall I was happy. Again a particular mention to the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant who really were lovely

We ate there every day for lunch and dinner. Excellent staff, extremely attentive, kid friendly, serviceable and accomodating! Rooms were very clean. Convenient underground parking. On edge of a small town, not too far from the autostrada. Situated on the Viverone Lake front with views of the Alps. Lovely area to sit outside and admire the view. The waiter chose a bottle for us and it was very good. The breakfast menu was included in our room rate was exceptionally good with an extensive choice. One we would book again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful with us. The rooms were clean and worked perfect for what we needed. I traveled with children and the couch in the room made into bunk beds that the kids loved. The hotel is about a 600 meter walk to the metro that takes you straight downtown. They have a little buffet breakfast for you in the morning as well. If I ever go back again I will definitely stay at this hotel. By the way check out the Egyptian museum while you are there. That is the whole reason we went to Torino and it was worth it.

I loved the location – it was absolutely beautiful. We had a balcony with a stunning view, and everything was just perfect. Our room was unique and beautifully designed, and it was cleaned multiple times a day – at least three – so it was always spotless. I’m not sure about other rooms, but ours didn’t have a TV. The hotel offers private parking for guests only, which costs €20 per night. It’s about a 5-minute drive and then a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

It was a little unprepossessing from the outside but internally it was very well appointed. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. The restaurant served a very nice Chateaubriand steak with an excellent red wine. Breakfast was fresh and there was an excellent choice. Coffee was very good.

We stayed at the relais for three nights over a long weekend of wine exploration in the region. The grounds are absolutely stunning with the landscape gardens and the park, and the views over the surrounding hills are breathtaking. The facilities are amazing: fantastic spa with outdoors relaxation areas and the salt cave, outdoor heated swimming pool, generally everything is very pretty and well kept. However the big let down is the service which is not 5 stars by any stretch, except at the Guido restaurant where the staff were great. Upon arrival reception wasn’t particularly welcoming or helpful, but the worst is the staff at the bistro / breakfast who seemed stretch, not particularly helpful and relatively dismissive. The coordination between staff is also poor as we were offered a table at the restaurant in the morning to find out at the reception that the restaurant was fully booked for days. After some complaints a table was found, however when we got there in the evening they didn’t know about our reservation which was quite embarrassing. The pool area was beautiful but you had to remove towels from loungers from previous occupiers before settling down. At this price level you’d expect someone to constantly make sure areas are cleaned when people leave. Staff should help you and be nice and welcoming whereas it felt like we were disturbing them (except the spa!). Overall, we might come back because of the beauty of the place but hoping staff quality increased!

Love this place – wonderful location, great staff, wonderful rooms, great property, Michelin Star restaurant which is great and terrific bistro. Concierge staff really did a great job setting up rides and some last minute trips to wineries. Service on all levels is impeccable. Wonderful views. Really nice to be right there among the vineyards. BUT, what's the story with everyone clad in bathrobes and flip flops sitting in public serving and bar areas having evening drinks and nibbles in their bathrobes? And these public serving areas are not part of the pool or the spa! Since when is this considered the norm at a top hotel? I mean really, why not wear your bathrobe and flip-flops to the 1 Star Michelin restaurant here - or better yet, just throw a towel around your bathing suit and come on in for drinks and dinner. Would be good if the management provided for a bit of decorum in the pre-dinner hour(s) in their public serving areas. Current norm gives the place the Coney Island beach on July 4th ambiance in the public serving spaces and bar area in the pre-dinner hour(s).

Excellent service, awesome view, friendly staff and exceptional facilities. Also great restaurant and not only, the buffet, the bar was amazing.

An amazing discovery - spacious and immaculately restored buildings set in beautiful grounds with breathtaking views. We were welcomed by staff who are clearly proud to be a part of such a high quality establishment, and work hard to make the experience restful and relaxing for guests. From the service to the delicious food to the supremely comfortable bed - this was an experience we'll never forget. We'll be back.

I cannot fault the Relais San Maurizio, and it far surpassed my expectations. The suite was tastefully and impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, with all the little extras that make a weekend away all the more special. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to put up with my broken Italian. There are so many places to sit and relax, and the emphasis is very much on ensuring a guest’s stay is as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was magnificent, and we also ate in the bistrot twice, both times enjoying a delicious, well prepared meal, served with discretion and friendliness. This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, and having come here for a family celebration, I cannot wait to return.

We have stayed here before and so knew what to expect, although and we anticipated that the pool would not be available until later in the year - even though it was hot! Breakfast was good and we appreciated the filter coffee and wide choice of food. The room and parking were also appreciated - we were on a motorcycle and having this under cover and outside the room meant that we could unpack easily. The staff were helpful and accommodating in providing us with extra cold water as the weather was unexpectedly hot during our stay.

What a fantastic place. We loved everything, especially the view, our terrace, the pool, the very luxury bathroom and products provided, the friendliness of all staff members, the location, the garden, etc. Their gourmet restaurant completed our experience. We were delighted by the wonderful dinner. The atmosphere in the garden was fantastic and the surprise menu was outstanding in quality and presentation. We had a wonderful evening and great time there.

There is a shuttle that is always available and an extra special thanks must go to the gentleman who drops and collects us. He is always available and helpful - thank you! Breakfast is superb, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The lobby is warm and cozy with a large welcoming fire and live music in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend! Also super close to the town (walkable 5 - 10 mins).

Beautiful location, quiet and stunning views! The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. They had a shuttle bus to the ski lifts which was amazing and there when ever we needed it. This was not advertised so a real bonus.

A lovely smart hotel in an excellent location of Biella. The room was perfect, especially the deep bathtub. We especially enjoyed the firm bed and the quality bedlinen. The available drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. Breakfast was really good and the hotel staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Comprehensive breakfast buffet with plenty of "free from" options for those with dietary restrictions. Well-maintained facilities overall. Very friendly front desk staff. Location is pretty central.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to many local restaurants, markets, and the best gelato at Biella Gelato & Cafe. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the cathedral and other area sites. The continental breakfast offered a great selection of Italian foods including meats, yogurt, pastries, and breads. Of course there was someone on hand to make espresso and cappuccinos each morning. This is a wonderful place to stay with an inviting lobby that we enjoyed after long days strolling the area.

Very big room for a family of 4 and the possibility to close the door between the bedroom and the sofa bed was really convenient. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful stay!

A nice small hotel right next to the ski lifts. You only need five minutes on foot to reach the lifts. The hotel is beautiful with vintage decoration. It has a nice coffee and restaurant on the ground floor, which is also a plus. The receptionist, Mariano, is so nice and welcoming and also the girl in the bar is very kind. Overall a good stay

Very nice staff, speaking English. Beautiful and cosy sitting area with electric kettle and coffee maker. Breakfast was good as well. Close to hiking trails and not that far to Montgenevre. In general - if by any chance I am in Claviere again (on my way from France to Turin Airport) I would stay there again.

The hotel is amazing for Italian standards. There are 3 jacuzzi available during the afternoon, and a sauna. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, the sheets were nice and warm in the right measure, the bathroom was a distance from the bed and more private, and also spacious and clean. There was a handy storage room for ski gear next to the entrance and a nice social area with a bar and comfy chairs and all. A lovely place, well-located, just a stone's throw away from Campo Smith, next to a bus stop and some shops.

We stayed in this hotel for a week as a group of 14. And we all had a fantastic time. I cannot fault this hotel. Its close to the slopes, and easy to access the bus, right outside. The hotel was insanely clean, I dont think I saw anyone without a cloth or a mop in their hand. Rooms were great. Food was plentiful, we had a couple of vegetarians in our group, and the hotel accommodated so no one went hungry! Special shout out to Ramy, he was amazing. The most polite and attentive staff member we could have asked for, we also had a great laugh with him throughout the week. And also a special shoutout to Gaia, she was brilliant. Nothing was too much, and she went above and beyond. All the staff where fantastic, polite, and just willing to do anything to help. The jacuzzi and saunas where well needed after a day in the snow! Thanks all, would definitely return.

We stayed here as a family of 5 and found it to be a very pleasent experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the slopes and ski school meeting points, where there is also a couple of restaurants/bars for lunch and apres. There is a mountain rollercoaster that all the kids enjoyed. The main town is a 15/20 min walk and we ate out one night and found a fun bar to go to, all at very reasonable prices. The hotel itself is somewhere we quickly felt at home. We had Spacious family room and a double, which were both clean and comfy. Maybe a little dated in places. Both opened out to a shared very large sunny balcony. the hot tub and sauna area was great and well used by all. The boot room was warm a what you would expect. Lockers are avaible by the slopes also. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the general feel amongst others staying, was it had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt etc. there was also hot options of eggs and bacon and tea/coffee/juices. Dinner was chosen at breakfast, start/main/dessert. Generally the food was very nice and nobody is left hungry.

We returned after a lovely stay in March 23. Memories of that week were the incredibly friendly staff, the wonderful food, comfortable rooms, hot tubs and sauna and the short walk to the free ski bus or Campo Smith lifts and slopes. This year very much the same although it did feel like there was some energy saving going on with the heating and hot water coming on a little later in the afternoon, hot tubs only appeared to be heated up every other day though this could easily have just been a mistake as the hotel was sorting out some electrical work in the spa. Food was generally excellent, we though the first couple of days the salad bar was not quite as good but then that changed very much for the better so perhaps an availability issue. You will eat your own bodyweight at dinner but I can recommend taking the soup option for your first course if you tire of pasta. Desserts are not my thing so can't really comment. It's a quiet hotel, chat and games with a few drinks in the bar after dinner is as lively as it gets or you can pop over the road to Harald's bar for more apres DJing. Loved our stay here again, won't hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The hotel staff are what make this place. Roxanna the clearer did such a great job and made my stay much more enjoyable. My 3 yr old son loved the 2 waiters Andras & Johana who went out of their way to make him laugh they were so warm to all the guests. The place it self is a short walk to campo smith chair lift & ski schools. Our room was amazing the pictures doesnt do this hotel any justice an I wasn’t expecting much. When we got to our room it was amazing corner large balcony, king size bed, high ceilings, fridge, sky tv with Netflix YouTube perfect for my son at night. The food was good, I wouldn’t say amazing as the children’s menu was just 3 things every night maybe some veg sticks adding on the buffet & porridge in the mornings would help. I was happy enough with the food choices of one meat, veg or fish dish for mains and all the starters were fantastic. I liked that dinner was at 7pm and all guests more or less dined at the same time and the full team did this amazingly. Thank you for a great stay we will be staying again.

This is the kind of james bond -for your eyes only- hotel; the atmosphere, personell bar and restaurants are absolutely fantastic, not to forget the spa (which you need -understandebly- need to book in advance). The rooms however need to be looked after better, in my opinion; they are dated, and for example the curtains do not hang properly and the lamps in the rooms and the hallways do not hang straight, which is very clumsy and easily to be fixed. But inspite of this my wife and I will certainly come back, because of the great experience!

The hotel is in a great location , its an old style hotel but nice tho. The lady at the reception she was extremely nice. I have booked 2 rooms but by mistake I put only 2 persons instead of 4 and she didn't charge us anything extra. I would like to say thanks a lot for that. Drinks at the bar were great tho . We got there and were starving and the guys at the bar made their best to get us some nice food from the kitchen. ❤️

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di regalarci un capodanno in montagna e abbiamo scelto di alloggiare presso il Grand Hotel Sestriere. La struttura è molto grande e all’interno davvero bella. La nostra stanza, piccola ma molto accogliente e sempre pulitissima, era dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno ben riscaldato (cosa molto importante nei periodi invernali), dotata di doccia e vasca idromassaggio (con nostra grande piacevole sorpresa). La struttura offre tutti i servizi dedicati a sciatori, bus navetta e locale riscaldato con armadietti per deposito attrezzature. All’interno si trova una piccola SPA, che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato, prezzi un po’ alti. Pecca per una struttura 4 stelle era la colazione. In una struttura del genere, io mi aspetto un bar dedicato dove mi vengano fornite le bevande per la colazione, non due macchinette automatiche con un caffè cattivissimo. Sempre in merito la colazione, il buffet comprendeva ogni cosa, nulla da dire, ma la qualità era bassa. La struttura ha tre punti ristoro, tra cui una pizzeria/griglieria, qui il giudizio è positivo, pizza molto buona e la grigliata della mia compagna fatta bene. Nel complesso io ci tornerei volentieri e la consiglierei anche ad amici, noi siamo stati molto bene. Da migliorare la colazione, per il resto tutto ok. Alessandro

Comfortable and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Direct communication. Location 10 min drive from airport. But still a quiet place. Clean. Great bathroom facilities. Safe closed-in parking. No issues leaving for a very early flight. Pre-made breakfast available even if leaving early. Perfect for a stay before or after a night flight. A good restaurant in the same building.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was big. There was everything we need ie toiletries and a hairdryer. As there’s a separate room in which to dry your hair I could do that while my niece had a shower. There’s tea and coffee in the room & the temperature was perfect for sleeping. It was also very quiet. We had dinner in the restaurant which was tasty. And we were offered a free taxi to the airport in the morning. The communication was excellent and the free breakfast included yogurt, croissant, cake and biscuits as well as fruit, coffee and tea. The staff couldn’t do enough!

Excellent hotel located near Turin airport. The host offers shuttle service from the hotel to the airport which is real bonus as the area is difficult to reach, no public transport, no taxi around. The host Elisabetta is amazing, she makes everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The area is quiet and very relaxing. The room was very comfortable, well equipped with TV, fridge and kettle, spacious bathroom, all immaculately clean, good choice of teas to make in the room. The breakfast was perfect, our option was basic but we enjoyed freshly baked bread and croissants and home made jams. Great service!

Breakfast was delicious and abundant (our family of four shared two savory and two sweet breakfasts). The location was nice, given that we chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, rather than to the city. The rooms had everything we needed, including working wifi, little desks, good power sources, and places to hang clothes. They were comfortable (including the beds), clean, and invitingly sunny. The staff people were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed a truly excellent dinner at a nearby restaurant that was recommended by the staff (the hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed the day we stayed there).

Free parking on site. A huge, beautiful area, which includes many places for walking, as well as paddocks for horses. Friendly horses and other animals (there is even a zebra)) Several very cute and sociable cats and dogs. Beautiful view from the hill to the lake and mountains. Blooming plants everywhere (we were there in spring). The apartment itself has an interesting interior. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Clean and fresh bed linen and towels. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Amazing building for breakfast, and the breakfast itself is very rich, varied and delicious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The beds were very comfy The apartment was spacious The state of the room was perfect except for one sink that was not working but that’s it The view of the room was soooo beautiful, we had a small terrace with the lake view, field with horses. The isolation was also good, we didn’t hear anything except birds and cats haha The breakfast was very nice, located in a renovated barn, we could make our own juice, it was full of local product, local cheese, local yoghurt… The location was incredible, in a middle of a stud farm, lake view, lots of cats, dogs, zebra, sheep, and horses everywhere. Bonus point because we broke a glass by mistake and they didn’t make us pay. Plus we felt so at home, even the design of the apartment was a bit old but still very cosy.

We arrived at this beautiful estate for our very last night in Italy. We had no idea what to expect as we drove through the large gates. What a lovely surprise.... the views were amazing and the accomodation beautiful. The gardens had been immaculately attended to and my boys loved the horses, resident friendly cats and the zebra. Yes a zebra. It was so close to Lake Magiorre and also to Malpensa airport. A perfect base to explore the region. Pity we discovered it so late in our trip. Breakfast was AMAZING and held in an old renovated stable... so fresh, abundant and delicious. My only regret was that we Australians could not stay longer... we will be back again some time and we will definitely stay at this beautiful property. Thank you all at La Cucchetta

I recently stayed at La Cucchetta in Dormelletto for business. I was taken away buy its beauty when I arrived. From the beautiful horses in the paddocks to the friendly band of chuahas and felines that greet you. Bruno, Alessandra and the staff were wonderful, making my stay as effortless as possible. I felt more like a family member than a hotel guest. Breakfast was delicious, served in a beautiful room adorned in horseracing history. I stayed in the Nearco apartment which was clean and spacious with the walls covered in beautiful paintings. I enjoy having the terrace balcony enjoying the breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. La Cucchiatta is hidden away up in the beautiful national park, but still very close to Arona and the dormelletto shopping district. I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful property. Thank you for my wonderful stay at La Cucchetta.

Just beautiful, a cosy place on the countryside, with a great view on the Lago Maggiore. Arona and the Lago Maggiore are nearby, about 5 minutes by car. The hosting was very nice, so we felt very welcome. The breakfast is served in an impressive room with a nice fireplace, we enjoyed it very much and you won't miss anything. Fresh fruits an vegetables to prepare a fresh juice, Yoghurt, toast, croissants, hearty or sweet breakfast, whatever you like. There is no wish left open. The apartment is comfortable furnished and the rooms are quiet. Oh and our daughter loves the horses. Sure, we come back ❤️.

Place was lovely, nice room with cute cosy balcony, amazing breakfast with so many gluten free/dairy free options (the home made almond cake was to die for!)! The spa was such a nice treat, with sauna, jacuzzi, fire pit and relax room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, we bought the mead and it was delicious! We really hope we'll be back soon!

Great place to completely disconnect and relax. The room was clean and with all the necessary amenities to make for a memorable stay. The agriturismo has a relax area with sauna, jacuzzi, hay, firepit, lots of chaise longues to enjoy the sun. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, homemade products with vegan or gluten free options. The ladies of the staff were all very friendly and accomodating, ready to answer any questions and give indications of good restaurants and places to visit. The property is a little farther from the city center, but using the walking paths you can get down in the city within 20min. Or driving within 5-10 min. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only downsize is, if you have a very light sleep, you might get bothered a couple of times during the night by the trains passing behind. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Really enjoyed our long weekend at Il Cucchiaio di Legno. It was a pretty easy drive up from Milan Malpensa. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly receptionist who couldn't have been more helpful and was able to converse with visitors from all over Europe in their own languages. The hotel was modern and bright and the room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the garden. Included was a simple but delicious breakfast each morning. The attached restaurant served an excellent tasting menu and huge selection of wines for a very reasonable price. The location was a short distance from Orta San Giulio, easy if you have a car but a little far out if on foot, especially as the roads have no pavements so feel a little dangerous to walk on.

It is difficult to know where to start this review. This hotel is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in Italy. It is not easy to find so always ask the hotel to confirm the exact location as SATNAV does not help but so worth the effort. The hotel family are just amazing, friendly, welcoming, warm and so engaged in all they do, the homemade products like honey and jam plus wine, cheese, meats and bread make each meal a delight. Free mini bar with prosecco, biscuits, snacks, soft drinks is so unusual. Our room as fantastic with a lovely balcony which we enjoyed very much. The highlights for us included the wellness area which is just incredible (and free) and the dinner we enjoyed at the onsite restaurant (book to avoid disappointment) specializing in local dishes with modern and inspirational presentations matched by the wonderful Piedmonte wines. One night was not enough! We did not manage to leave the hotel as we enjoyed so much the facilities and happiness generated by the hotel family but the local area around Orta is so beautiful we must return. On leaving we received a large jar of honey (from their bees at the farm) and our Italian friends are enjoying this so much!

This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.

Everything was excellent!! Maurizio is a very friendly host. Breakfast is excellent and all very fresh with many options. The room is super comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is excellent as you are in a peaceful street and can reach the historical centre in 5 min by car with a great private parking right at the entrance to the historical centre. I will definately stay there again when in Alba next time

We had the pleasure to be the guest of Maurizio. We staid in total 7 nights because we wanted to discover the region and relax. The villa Fulvia was the perfect place to do this. Host: Maurizio is a great and pleasant host. He gave us recommendations for the region, was very available and friendly. Just great. Breakfast: the breakfast was great as well. It offered anything you need. The highlight were the homemade cakes every day. Rooms and pool: the room is spacious, the entire infrastructure is clean and the pool is great to relax and swim a bit. Location: the Villa is perfectly located close to Alba and many other great spots such as Barolo, La Morra or Montforte. I can definitely recommend this place.

Mauricio is the perfect host. He was extremely helpful in helping us set our plans for visiting Alba. He showed us a very convenient place to park one block away from the heart of the old city. The B&B was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Well appointed and comfortable. Modern very large bathroom with all of the amenities. We’ll definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Spacious, very clean, freshly painted and updated rooms. The bathroom is huge with a jet tub. Great breakfast. The property provides private parking. Maurizio, the host, is charming and friendly, always ready to help. He helped us make a restaurant reservation at the last minute on a busy Saturday night.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time here. Riccardo and his father are so nice and helpful. They made a list of restaurants and winetastings they recommend and even drove us to the winetasting and picked us up. They are very lovely hosts. The villa is even more beautiful than on the photos and we had a nice time chilling at the pool. The breakfast is also very tasty.

Beautifully renovated house with lots of charm and all comforts. It was cosy and extremely comfortable with a fantastic view over Domodossola below.

The place looks way nicer in real life as on photos presented. Very authentic and was super clean! We only stayed on night, it was a great experience. Check in was smooth and the view was amazing. It’s also walkable from the city - took us about 40 minutes to climb.

The property was spacious for two people. They even made sure we had breakfast and the fridge was filled with milk and juices to our surprise! The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is in excellent state. We were very surprised by how nice it was. It’s about 30 minute walk from the trainstation. So close enough to get everything from the city you need and just far enough to have peace and quiet, just what we wanted. Would 10/10 recommend!

The location is AMAZING and the accommodation was beyond any expectation. If you look for a cosy, comfortable location to relax, with partner or friends or even alone, that is the place to be. Also, various hiking paths are easily reachable from "Il borgo di Monica", which adds further value to the property.

We had a wine tour and tasting that was very good. A very passionate young man guided us through the wine tasting. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the vineyard. A restaurant with excellent food and helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast with gluten-free options. Homemade cakes.

Great spot and yummy dinner! We only stayed a short night as we had booked another hotel in the area for the rest of our stay, but we liked our room with balcony, decent breakfast, and great dinner!

Location was perfect, views to die for! The food at dinner was exceptional and the wine wonderful.

Picures do not do this location justice. Pleasantly surprised. Immaculate. Staff were all super. Restaurant served delicious meals. Spa massages did not disappoint. Of couse the wine was exceptional. We stayed 2 nights. Wish we would have been there longer.

All the places are very clean, the nice place to relaxing.

We had a lovely and relaxing experience at Vicolungo Glamour and Spa. The place is very tidy and well-maintained, with a special mention to how extremely clean everything was—from the common areas to the saunas. The jacuzzi had perfectly warm water, making it ideal for unwinding. The saunas were also spotless and in great condition, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. One small downside was that there was no prior mention of the €20 extra fee to use the BBQ grill. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it did cause a bit of friction simply because it wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. It would be great if this could be mentioned in advance to avoid surprises. Overall, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

Wonderfully designed place with separate cottages that are absolutely brand new – spotlessly clean, featuring modern technology and stylish design. Comfortable bathroom, fridge, coffee machine, and clothes dryer. Cozy beds and pillows. Generous breakfast, nicely presented, with tasty latte and cappuccino, plus complimentary bottled water. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, and convenient stay, especially when traveling by car.

Great welcome from Luigi, who made it easy for me to check in at my chosen time. The apartment is very central and in a very quiet location. The studio apartment is perfect with a great bed, fantastic jacuzzi bath and mini kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and is spacious. Quiet air conditioning and no noise from other apartments. Altogether, a great place to stay and excellent value for money.

The host was great, friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect and the apartment is spacious and well appointed. On first impression, the courtyard looks a little dilapidated, but it doesn't effect the apartment which is really great. It is helpful to have a lift, and the parking (at an extra cost) is secure, although a bit of a walk from the apartment. We had a couple of issues with things which didn't work or broke, but the host sorted things very quickly.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Luna e i Falò! The place is exceptional, cosy and it was obvious that the people in charge of this In do their job with love and care! The staff was very polite and helpful, they provided me with all the possible information I might need about Torino. The room was beautiful, very comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was rich and delicious! I will definitely come back to stay at Luna e i Falò again! I sincerely recommend this fine establishment!

A beautiful B&B situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Crocetta full of baroque charm. Extremely comfortable room, spotlessly clean as was my bathroom. Delicious breakfast served in the elegant dining room. Staff so kind and welcoming. Loved the connection to the famous Italian writer, Cesare Pavese. Will happily stay here again. Thank you!

the street is quiet but the noise of the entry door on the downstairs for the car is loud, doesn’t matter midnight or early morning if some car gets inside or goes outside. it sounds like someone is doing the construction inside of the building. it’s a very annoying mechanical noise. And the heater doesn’t work. We stayed there in spring so sometimes it is cold even we turn on the air conditioner. Especially the midnight, we can’t turn it on all night. the air is too dry. Room is very clean but the water of shower shower is easy to go outside of shower room from the space between the wall and ground.

This property deserves a rating greater than 5 Stars!! Everything about this accommodation is truly amazing. The Lake and city views are spectacular!! Luca is an exceptional gracious host. He greeted us and provided us with clear explanations about the property; gave us great restaurant recommendations, ferry schedules and site seeing activities. The welcome package of ‘bubbly’ & sweets was a nice gesture. The loft is modern, spotless with well appointed furnishings. It has a well stocked kitchen; bathroom is spacious with a large shower. The on-site parking and washer were a bonus. It’s a short walk into beautiful Stresa (along a pathway and stairs). Once you reach the centre, within minutes of each other are an abundance of cafe/restaurants, the ferry terminal and the lakeside promenade. We will definitely book Luca’s Panorama Loft again. Staying there made our first visit to Stresa most enjoyable and memorable.
