- apartments are very spacious and clean - having apartments with own sauna is pretty neat - did not try the jacuzzi but it looked allright - breakfast had a lot of both sweet and savory options - central location is both plus and a minus, as it is complicated with parking and you have walk 15 min from a parking house

Staff were lovely, facilitating an easy checkin. Apartment was perfect - large, two storey with the most perfect view of the old town square, perfect for our family with teenagers or all adults. Full kitchen, dining space and lounge area in such a charming apartment. Close to cafe's for breakfast and lots of restaurant options in the vicinity. We enjoyed a beautiful meal at the restaurant downstairs on one of our nights.

The apartment is really spacious, which we enjoyed. In theory you can fit 5 guests there. Literally on the main square, a lot of attractions a few minutes walking distance away and a view of the Cathedral of St. Bartholomew from a 4 windows. A restaurant and a club/bar without even leaving the building. A sauna, which is somewhat inconveniently located a floor above the shower, is still a very pleasant addition. Parking is offered in a parking house, which is considerably cheaper than A and B zones near the square.

Spacious room. Whirpool and sauna working and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice selection for breakfast given that it is a small hotel. Central location. We would like to return.

Hotel Rango is perfectly situated in the heart of Plzeň, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The décor was simple and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Hotel Rango were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were always happy to answer our questions and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The hotel offers convenient parking for guests, located just a short walk from the back door.

A gorgeous hotel just off the main square. Parking directly behind on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and overlooked the street. The rooms are above a restaurant and the food looked amazing although we didn't eat there. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and was delicious, with a.cokd buffet and freshly cooked to order option. Overall it was excellent value for money and we would stay again.

The instructions to reach the hotel and parking area (because the usual access had been closed) were clear and a member of staff met us as promised. Our room was nicely furnished and had a welcome fan as the weather was very warm. The hotel is located just off the central square and places of interest are within easy walking distance. There is an excellent Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel. We were really impressed by the choice of dishes, the quality of service and the deliciousness of the food and wine. The breakfast selection is good with the option of freshly cooked scrambled or fried eggs. The chairs in the restaurant are really comfortable and deserve a mention. The duty manager was particularly helpful but all the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.

I spent two nights at Hotel Rango. The location is perfect right off the main square. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and the wifi was great. They also have a superb Italian restaurant downstairs. I usually do not like hotel restaurants, but this one is worth a visit even if you don't stay at the hotel. Everything in the hotel is done with a touch of refinement. Excellent.

Central location, convenient for cathedral. Comfortable bedroom. Amazing Italian restaurant where the food is first class. What stood out, however, were the staff in both the hotel and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble, they are so helpful and totally attuned to delivering excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Rango if you stay in Plzen.

Very friendly staff, helpful with finding the place, even though it was late. The restaurant below had great food and beer for a fair price and the breakfast was also fresh and varied. The rooms were very clean, the kitchenette was stocked with necessary dishes, and the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, modern and well located. Very nice breakfast (vegan friendly). We had a room with a small terrasse and a cute view on the city. There was enough space in the room to do some yoga and this was very much appreciated - usually rooms are very small.

Great pension/hotel very near the city center (10 minutes walking), all important sites, and also within walking distance of the train station. The room was very clean, the shower was hot and the breakfast was great! The dinner was absolutely amazing, I think it was the largest steak I've ever seen! What we couldn't eat the owners used to pack us sandwiches for our train journey! :-)

We found what we expected from the description. The room is neat, clean, the beds are comfortable. The city center is about 10 minutes away, so it is a great way to walk and get to know the old town. The breakfast selection was not large, but definitely sufficient and tasty. Parking is paid. You need an app, but it is easy to install and pay. The price is not high.

An abundant breakfast consisting of various breads, cheese, ham, coffee, juice, and sweets. It is well located in relation to the centre of Plzen. Although it is some distance from the train station, there is public transport to the cathedral, and from there the Pension is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is quiet, and there are several places to eat and drink nearby

The owner is kind and answered all our requests, gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was comfortable and new, breakfast was delicious.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Rous! This charming hotel exceeded all my expectations. It's located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore the historic center, yet the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of the beds. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a warm smile. The breakfast was another highlight – fresh, varied, and delicious, served in a beautiful setting. Hotel Rous combines central convenience with quiet charm, excellent service, and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely return on my next trip to the Czech Republic.

The owner Jan is friendly and very, very helpful. Think of a cross between genuine helpfulness and Basil Fawlty helpfulness. A very interesting entry system as the reception desk is not always manned. Our room was a great size, comfortable on the whole. The bed was large enough and was very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. A well stocked mini-bar if you wish a bedroom tipple or to store your own bits and bobs. There is a lift. It's a lovely building and the wall on the terrace is part of the old city walls. Breakfast is fine, especially the ripe watermelon. Eggs can be cooked to order too. The five-minute eggs on the buffet are excellent. You can fill your boots.

Great location, lovely owner and amazing breakfast. We really enjoied this hotel as a base for discovering Plzen city centre and its many attractions during Blik Blik Light Festival. The choice for accommodation was spot on, as hotel is perfectly located. Room was big and well ventilated, clean and had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was really good in value. On the opposite side of the street there is a new coffee place serving really amazing coffee and cakes. Try it.

The hotel is located in the very city centre, very comfortable and in a safe location, and the room was looking over a nice and quiet garden. unfortunately there were works in the street, so it was not very easy to walk and reach the entrance. The room was clean and bright, the breakfast was amazing and rich and the staff was really helpful and kind. above all a really good choice, I would recommend it

I had a great stay at Hotel Rous in Plzen! The staff was amazing, accommodating our late evening check-in without any issues. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, which was a nice start to the day. Plus, the location is perfect — right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. This is in a pleasant leafy suburb of Plzen but easily accessible by car, and also apparently by bus and walking from the town centre. We enjoyed the view of grass, trees and birds flying from our room and shared terrace. There is a lift, and free parking on site. Staff were pleasant and had some English. Our en suite room was attractive and modern looking with access to a terrace running round 3 sides of the property ie shared and thus not private nor secure. The wide double bed was comfortable. Good storage space, The bathroom was a reasonable size, the shower good, if small and a bit slippery - but had a good grab rail. The a/c did not work at well the first and hot night but worked well the next night after the handyman had attended to it.

Really nice and quiet hotel within a walking distance from the Pilsen city centre. Our room was really spacious and cozy. Beds were comfortable and it was super silent in the night. Breakfast was nice as well.

Hotel is a few minutes from highway (from Prague). It has parking and the restaurant with great food, especially traditional Czech meals. Rooms are spacious, with fridge, flapt screen and little office. Everything is exceptionaly clean. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from centre.

The girl on reception when we arrived was absolutely excellent. She sorted out our booking and explained how things went along. She was then our waitress from the evening and the level of attention was second to none. She was still there in the morning at breakfast doing an excellent job. We had an evening meal there and it was beautiful, well presented and delicious. The room was large and we had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly well. The location was great for our needs. Everything was clean and tidy, I would certainly return.

I was given an amazing room with a balcony that was more like an apartment then a hotel room. Plenty of storage space, good-sized bathroom with a window, huge bed, TV and desk-area with a fully stocked but not overpriced minibar plus a balcony that would fit 6 people. Loved my stay there, especially since it was fairly hot outside and the hotel is online a five minutes walk from the historic old town. I kept going back to take breaks from sightseeing, which was truly comforting. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is your average continental, served on the 6th floor, plus there is a bar in the lobby where you can get coffee/drinks/snacks 24/7.

On arrival greeted by a very pleasant & helpful young guy on reception. Hotel is situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of main square. We had a room on the 3rd floor and when you entered the main door of room there was a 'hallway' area off which one door led to the bedroom and another door led to the bathroom. The bedroom was very spacious & clean as was bathroom. There was underground parking available at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had an early flight so could not sample breakfast in the hotel however breakfast bags were given to us containing 2 filled rolls, tomatoes, cake & an iced coffee drink. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Hotel was 20 min walk from Plzen railway station. receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. WiFi worked well. Breakfast is from 7am but as there was a few of use with an early start they kindly organised a 6.30am breakfast. which was nice. baked beans and quality sausages. I would use again.

Location: 5 minutes walk from old town Pilsen. Very nicely located with a beautiful park just behind the building. Staff: we were greeted at reception by two very friendly ladies who made our stay a delight. Room: as a platinum member we were upgraded to a junior suite and the room was spacious and with all the expected amenities. The room was spotlessly clean. F&B: we had breakfast both days and the choice was very generous with a buffet style option. Again, very nice staff helping you in whatever you needed. Car park: underground car park with wide spaces and very well illuminated. Clean and a direct access with the lifts. I definitely would recommend this hotel for whatever purpose is your trip.

Very inexpensive, but clean large and not too dated rooms, nice receptionist, ok breakfast. Perfect for travellers on a budget. Comfortable beds and blinds for the windows. Decent shower. Expect no luxury, but I found for ~60€/night, this is hard to beat.

Hotel have own parking space for small fee - superb solution if you are by car. Breakfast was rich - above usual hotel standard, even coffee was better than in standard hotel! (+ pancakes!) At the Fri/Sat evening it is even possible to use hotel bar until early morning! (much appreciated) Room was nice, big enough, beds comfy, clean. Nice outside seating.

Dog friendly. Dog stay costs 15 euro. Dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room, but you can take him without any problem to the breakfast and to the fitness. Garage is very easy to park. Breakfast was rich with good quality of food. Staff is friendly, especially, the lady behind bar. Homemade lemonade is made upon order, very fresh and tasty.

Hotel on a great location. It looks amazing and they made these nice seating areas with a view on every level. The rooms were comfortable and had everything i needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could leave my bicycle in a luggage room. The breakfast was tasty.

Great location: you cannot really beat the location, right in the middle of town, there was a music festival right next to our hotel on the market space, ideal location! Great breakfast: the breakfast was really good, the scrambled egg was perfect and the fruit was very fresh and delicious. Great breakfast hall: the location where we ate our breakfast was very inspiring, it looked like out of a novel! Great hotel atmosphere: same goes for the Entrance hall and the staircase of the hotel, looked like out of a movie. Good room: the room was good enough for the price, it had a fridge a big bathroom and two comfortable beds, however it could have been better if the sound insulation had been more refined and the room was a bit warm.

The hotel is in the heart of Plzen, top location. Its unique feature is its own parking next to the building. It resembles the Monarchy style, but soon it will require some refit or renovation. It is visible that the staff is trying to keep up with cleaning and so on, but time has left its marks on the interior and furniture. The receptionist was kind, effective and helpful but a bit moderate. The highlight of the hotel is the cafe and restaurant where the breakfast is also served. It is a travel back in time and in a very good sense. It has a very unique atmosphere and the staffs are very kind. The breakfast is rich and all the food, eggs, vegetable etc. had a very special "organic taste", meaning they felt like coming straight from a farm. Overall a very nice experience.

Great location for this hotel. It is only a short walk to the square and cathedral. While slightly chaotic, the available parking was worth it because it was right next to the hotel. It was also secured at night. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with the helpful staff. The rooms was fine and comfortable. There was a minibar in ours that had some reasonably priced stuff. I did not take advantage of the minibar as the reception had a display and featured what I wanted. The breakfast was in a in a really nice room and had a pretty good variety of stuff to get us going.

The hotel is in a great and quiet location, close to the center and the old part of the city. There is a park in front of the hotel, which was great because we were with a dog. The room on the ground floor of the hotel was spacious and clean, the bed was huge. Also the bathroom in the room. The hotel has private parking for an additional fee. The breakfast was self-service and standard. I recommend.

This must be the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Czech Republic. Located centrally in Plzeň, yet in a very quiet location. The room was very comfortable, looks a bit old perhaps, but great sleep comfort! The staff was super friendly, provided me with an electric kettle for making tea, gave all the information I needed. Breakfast was OK.

Nice rustic style pension. Milos is a super welcoming host in spite of linguistic barriers (my broken German being what we had in common) he was super helpful and wanting to make me comfortable. There was a large local wedding party going on when I stayed which added a lot of fun and colour to the visit. The room I had was basic, but charming and was adequate lay equipped. The dinner was good and freshly cooked with plenty of barbecued vegetables and the breakfast was not extensive in the continental style but the coffee was hot and fresh. The location was great for me for an overnight pit stop on the way back from the Czech mountains, just off the motorway but quiet and rural, with a good bike track nearby which was convenient for an afternoon run.

The two of us stayed in a room with plenty of space. No complaints about the room, although if you're used to them providing shampoo, etc., only packets of shower gel are provided. From the street, you walk down an interesting plant-filled corridor with a few small businesses, including a money exchange desk. The staff is very friendly and quick. We did not use the café in the hotel, but it looked nice. Breakfast was a bit pricey at 8 Euros, so we just went to one of many local cafes for breakfast. The location is about 35m from the main square and the riverfront walk is maybe 75m the other direction. The Pilsner Urquell Museum is a few blocks away. The only complaint is, while it's great to be able to park right outside the hotel door on the street, and it's free from 7pm to 7am, getting up early to put money in the machine for a parking pass is not too fun. Great place to stay overall though.

The check in was very easy. Judy, the hotel clerk was friendly and provided us with information about getting around, area attractions, etc. She gave us a useful map to help us find our way around. Our room was up a short flight of stairs,. It reminded me of a chalet with the slanted ceiling. The bed, pillows, and duvet was comfortable. We had a huge bathroom, with warm, fluffy towels, toiletries, and a deep tub. It felt luxurious to take a bath after a long day of walking around. There was a breakfast plan, but we opted out. There was also a little coffee shop in the lobby. The desserts looked scrumptious.

I think it is a great choice where to stay in Pilsen, it is just few meters away from the central square with cathedral :) The room was a little bit tiny, but enough space for just staying over night. Bed comfy, TV with Czech/international channels, Wifi working. I had a room with emergency exit door which couldn't be opened as a window, but air condition was there to get fresh air. The only one exception was bathroom with toilet, larger shower where two can fit well, but water outlets stink :(((( Anyway - my #1 choice when I go to Pilsen again :)

hotel is 20 meter from the main square. close by is a night shop, restaurants and parking spaces. Staff is friendly and helpful. rooms are spacious and clean

My wife and I stayed at the Enjoy Inn and found it comfortable and charming. Our room was huge and the bathroom facilities excellent. The small hotel is very well placed for access to the old part of town. The square is just a stroll away. Our wifi was good, the room was clean and the service was fine. This was an exceptionally affordable hotel with a small but friendly staff and perhaps other reviewers are confusing it with those 200-euro a night places with large lifts, flash restaurants and bellboys galore. We would be happy to stay here again.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable, the bathtub was a bit awkward to use with a shower head and the pillows could have been a bit nicer, but the complimentary breakfasts were very pleasant and the hotel in general is quite nice. The view from my room was quite nice, with the skyline and some pretty buildings being visible. The hotel is located right across the road from a train station, which was very convenient for travelling to other cities during my stay. It is also within walking distance of the city centre and many of the tourist attractions, appealing areas and shopping locations in the city. The staff were helpful and polite; and did their best to converse in English. I appreciated the fridge in the room, as well as the block out curtains and variety of lighting options available in the room. The hotel’s restaurant was enjoyable to eat at, both for breakfast and dinner, and their prices are approachable. They are also open quite late which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Plzeň.

Whilst the room we had was a little dated, it was clean, comfortable and cosy. Exactly what was advertised when we booked it, with nearby secure parking free and a delicious buffet breakfast to start the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area as the location is also good and within easy walking distance to the city centre!

Hotel near centre with free car parking! Rooms were spacious, comfortable, modernised bathroom and very clean! Wifi good, hotel has lift if needed! Good variety of breakfast. Friendly reception staff and could check in early!

It's perfect solution for short stay: central location, clean room, nice staff, free parking, possibility to stay with a dog, great breakfast and not expensive.
