The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, although there was a spot on the wall where the paint had chipped, resulting in some pieces on the floor. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the main street filled with bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was excellent, providing a great relaxing place after a long day in the sun.

I loved everything. I can’t wait to return. My bedroom, pool, view, breakfast, nature, employees etc. Everything was amazing.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O quarto muito aconchegante e atendimento super atencioso. Apesar de não ser no centro, fica bem próximo, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé.

Embora a pousada tenha boa estrutura achei o valor um pouco alto e nao adicionando o cafê da manhã que me trouxe desconforto

It is such a lovely place with topnotch interior design. Private Pool and Jacuzzi served as perfect retreat. Also the staff provided service at its best. Definitely recommend this place!!!

O Recanto de Sophie é simplesmente um paraíso. Chalés espaçosos, com espaços incríveis e exclusivos como a piscina privativa e jacuzzi, sem falar da boa comunicação entre cliente e empresa e boa comida. Excepcional! Já queremos voltar na próxima oportunidade :)

Quarto: O quarto triplo luxo é aconchegante, o espelho do banheiro tem um tamanho ótimo. A porta do banheiro não estava trancando, mas como é de correr conseguimos fechar sem problemas. Não tivemos problema com barulho. Ambiente das áreas comuns é bonito, pra quem gosta dá pra tirar várias fotinhas. Café: gostamos do café, ele é feito no estabelecimento ao lado, há poucos passos da recepção. Tudo que comemos estava ótimo, tem uma boa variedade de comidas e bebidas. Atendimento pelo pessoal do café foi muito agradável. Trabalho: para quem estiver trabalhando, o quarto não tem mesinha e não vimos área comum coberta e com mesa para trabalhar, mas não verificamos a fundo com a recepção, vale verificar. Tomadas dos dois lados da cama, wifi ok, sem problemas. Limpeza: estava tudo limpinho, a limpeza feita durante a estadia foi bem feita também. Não usamos a piscina, só a jacuzzi. Ela não esquenta, tem alguns jatinhos, estava limpa. Localização: na mesma rua tem locais para comer, mercaria. Descendo a rua se chega na rua principal que tem viários restaurantes. Fomos de pé para para a praia do centro e do amor, caminhada tranquila.

The decor really makes you feel Greek for a bit. They are on brand. It’s photo worthy. No space was left unattended. The room is spacious and the bed so comfy. The terrace has 2 jacuzzis with a stunning view of the village. I could totally go back here.

Outstanding place! Beautiful, and full of nature. A perfect place if you want to relax and disconnect. The rooms are large and confortable, with big and soft beds and an extreme care for cleanliness. Each of them surrounded by an impressive garden full of vegetation, a big and gorgeous swimming pool with full bar. You can notice how much attention to details is in place. The place is run by its owners, always present and attentive to any guest need. The staff was kind and also really attentive, always on top of everything needed to make my stay perfect. The breakfast is impressive. Complete and delicious with countless options, an incredible way to start your day. Everything has the special treat of Dona Neuza, making the whole place to feel just like home. The same kitchen serves the hotel restaurant, where really good and elaborated plates are offered at any time. I was solo traveling needing good internet connection to attend some meetings, I was impressed by the speed and quality of the property Wifi, something not easy to find around Pipa. Special thanks to the whole staff, the best attention around Pipa. I will definitely be back soon!!

We loved our stay at the pousada xama! The pousada was beautiful, loads of plants and greenery. Really nice facilities, lovely pool with gorgeous big sunbeds right beside the bar (which does great mojitos!) Our room was gorgeous with a stunning balcony and bubble bath 😍 Location was really good as it was a 10 minute walk from the beach and very close to the main street but a bit further away from the super busy area which was nice as it was really quiet. Finally, the staff were just amazing. The owners of the pousada were there on a daily basis greeting you and checking that you are enjoying your stay. The staff is also super helpful and really friendly. We will definitely be recommending pousada xama to our friends and would love to come back some other day! Thanks so much for having us! Xama is an amazing place!!! We had a great time, the room is amazing and the view of the pool from the balcony is great. The location is 10 min walk to.the main avenida.

We stayed two nights here. Everything is perfect here. We really liked the location. It is located in a quiet street, but still not too far away from where everything is happening. The staff are wonderful and some of them speak English. The breakfast is good. The rooms, garden area and pool are also very good. Here you have everything you need! Will stay here again.

Breakfast was great. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. Location was great, a short walk to the center or beach, but far enough away it wasn't too noisy.

Perfect location! Right in front of Praia do centro. I could go to surf with just my board! Additionally, it was super convenient to have parking right there. I also loved being able to leave my keys at the front desk with the staff so I never had to worry about them. The pousada itself is really stylish and relaxing, the pool is great and there’s plenty of space to lounge in the sun or in the shade. I loved how they leave out little snacks and coffee in the afternoon. Finally, the staff was super helpful. I got really burnt one day and they gave me a cold wet towel to put over my legs, when my car battery died they helped me fix it no problem and I was off on my way. Loved this place and would definitely stay again when I come back to pipa! PS - the wifi was reliable and fast enough to work on Google meet!

Everything! Angelo and Stephane were wonderful hosts, the pousada was perfect - a ten second walk to the beach and right in the town, but still quiet at night. The breakfasts there were the best we had in Brazil with a buffet selection and lovely eggs and pancakes made to order, and the rooms were super cosy and comfortable. It was great to have the pool there as well in case we wanted a dip. Cannot recommend more! We would love to come back some day!

The pousada has immediate access to the main beach and from there you can walk to all of the other great beaches in Pipa. The staff is very helpful if you need anything. The rooms are ver comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. The wifi is great

This is a nice small hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities appear to be newer and they were well maintained. There was secure parking and a secure entrance. The breakfast was great. They also had a small bar with a very friendly bartender who spoke English.

Beautiful Poussada in an excellent location, close to beach and the many varied bars and restaurants in the town. Booked a deluxe room for three nights which was lovely, spotlessly clean and a varied breakfast. Thoroughly recommend to anybody wanting to visit Pipa for a short break. Parking also available.

Nice hotel in Pipa beach, close to restaurants in the center of village. Good swimming pool and just steps to the beach. Nice room with beach view, well decorated, recommend to others.

Very friendly staff and great location! Amazing ocean view and direct access to the beautiful beach. The infinity pool is also incredible!

It was narrow and same people park their bikes on both sides on the road. It would help have sign at least for new people to the area +parking was free and they parked the car for us and made it ready when leaving

I liked every aspect of the property, the lush green landscaping and flowers , all the different seating areas, it’s so beautiful and peaceful and definitely very Zen influence. And above all, the room is absolutely gorgeous with a bathtub and spectacular ocean view, Wow! Staff are ALL so nice, especially Brenner, who went out of his way to help me.

Encantado com este lugar mágico e estadia memorável! A pousada é fenomenal, desde a recepção até o check-out. A decoração remete ao ambiente rústico e único da pousada com 539 corujas itens/decorativas contabilizadas a dedo por mim. As piscinas e saunas maravilhosas, não tem como deixar passar uma noite sem um banho de piscina aquecido. Toalhas são oferecidas tanto para piscina quanto praias, isto é muito legal. A acomodação é ampla, rústica e autêntica, confortável (possui uma cama e jogo de cama excepcional - que ajuda e muito a relaxar e re-energizar o sono), relaxante (chuveiro e banheira), a banheira é mais confortável e funcional do que aparenta e possui modo jacuzzi. O quarto também tem pequenos detalhes que são grandes diferenciais, como um banheiro separado por ambientes com chuveiro e banheira privativos em um lado, sanitário privativo no lado oposto e ao meio duas pias. Dois armários de cortinas idênticos para não ter briga de espaço dos casais, cômodas ao lado das camas e tomadas, lugar para colocar e abrir malas. Uma bancada frutas, abajur e banquetas junto ao frigobar. Na varanda uma rede e uma mesinha que são muito agradáveis. O restaurante é maravilhoso, com pratos diferentes, típicos e saborosíssimos! O staff é super simpático, solícito e bem treinado. A pousada facilita o contato com passeios por meio da Toca Experience. Infelizmente, não deu para experimentar o spa, mas acredito ser excelente por tudo que vimos e vivenciamos na Toca da Coruja

The property is amazing and the location is fantastic! Everything was beatiful, very well kept and clean. It is like you are in the jungle and then you walk out the front gate and you are right in the heart of Pipa. We saw monkies, and a huge iguana right from our breakfast table. Also saw lots of lizards and birds. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff are very professional and very helpful!

Everything was perfect! The bedroom was huge! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing. You really have a great nature experience. The location was also amazing, the hotel is in Downtown Pipa, so you have everything close by. But honestly, I spent most of the time in the hotel. Don't miss the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. They cook incredible dishes! I'll book this hotel again for sure.

This was my first time at Pipa Beach. Certainly Toca da Coruja is the best place to stay. The staff is amazing, the restaurant and specifically the breakfast are outstanding. WiFi is not the best you can have, you may experience some instabilities but they can fix it from time to time as it depends on the weather mostly. Congratulations.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The hotel is very well located, near the main beaches and restaurants. despite a very central location, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. The room was large and so well decorated. Very professional and friendly staff

Great breakfast & far enough away from the crowds at Pipa for a nice relaxing getaway. There's really nothing I could've wanted more from our stay at Sun Bay.

Pros: Location. Beautiful landscape. Prices are OK for a hotel. Close to Madeiro Beach. Cons: No internet on the rooms. Internet at the restaurant or pool was horrible. Bed is to hard and hurt my back. There is only two channels woking on the tv (they say they have cable. If they had, wasn't working) If you don't have a night activity on the city to go and have to stay in the hotel(if is raining), you won't find anything to do. No TV and Internet working.

Tive uma estadia ótima no Sun Bays. Os funcionários foram muito solícitos, ambiente limpo e quarto bom e novo. O restaurante oferece boa comida a preços condizentes com Pipa que é uma cidade cara, e o café da manhã, embora bom, varia conforme a lotação do local. Área kids com piscina infantil, playground e espaço verde que dá pra brincar bastante. Destaco também a conveniência da copa equipada, incluindo microondas, água potável, Cooktop e liquidificador. Recomendo. O hotel fica a aproximadamente 600 metros em linha reta ao centrinho de pipa que tem centenas de restaurante.

Hotel com ótima localização, na rua principal de Pipa e com uma caminhada de 5 a 8 minutos para chegar na área central. Ir de carro para o centro de Pipa é se aborrecer, pois não há como estacionar com facilidade, as ruas são tomadas por pedestres e logo após o hotel a rua é fechada no início da noite para trafego de carros. Ótima piscina, café da manhã muito bom, quarto pequeno (na foto parece ser maior), chuveiro com pouca vazão de água. Dispenser de shampoo do box quebrado, box de banho com cortina, tornando o box um ambiente escuro. Hotel entrega frigobar vazio e permite que você adquira produtos fora e utilize no quarto, o que é muito louvável que se faça, pois os preços praticados no restaurante do hotel são absurdos, como por exemplo R$7,00 por água mineral e R$ 9,50 por uma lata de refrigerante. Preços de refeições também são altos para refeições simples. Há restaurantes de alto padrão que cobram preços parecidos. No dia em que chegamos pedimos uma feijoada, que era o prato mais barato (90 reais) e não é lá essas coisas, não tinham carnes indispensáveis a uma feijoada e é servida em uma cumbuca que mal cabem as carnes. Não recomendo o consumo de nada no restaurante, pelo preço cobrado. Embora o hotel permita que você traga bebidas de fora para o frigobar, não permitem cooler nas áreas do hotel. Há mercados em Pipa com preços muito bons. Comprei coca-cola zero por R$ 2,40 a lata normal. Então, por 4 latas paguei pouco mais do que pagaria por apenas 1 no hotel.

A estrutura de piscinas do hotel é muito boa, mas com algumas regras sem sentido, como desligar a jacuzzi e o brinquedo aquático infantil das crianças às 17:00, horário que a maioria das pessoas está voltando da praia. Parece que a ideia é que usem pouco, achei bem estranho. Falta equipe de recreação para crianças. O restaurante do hotel é muuuuito caro e vem pouquíssima comida nos pratos. O prato kids que vendem deveria ser prato baby, de tão pouca comida que vem, meu filho de 8 anos comeu tudo e ficou com fome. Os quartos são muito bons, apesar de estarem precisando de reforma nos banheiros. Café da manhã bom.

I am absolutely impressed by this resort. It's located about an hour away from a big city (Natal) in a beach town. Everyone is so friendly and nice and you can sightsee different beach towns nearby without too many tourists. You're mostly among locals. I fell in love with the area and the hassle free sightseeing I got. The resort itself is stunning beautiful with full amenities. We stayed 3 days in a one bedroom two story apartment that had a huge balcony a sofa bed, kitchenette and two full bathrooms. (Which came in handy since we were traveling with my dad) he pretty much had his own personal space and we had ours. We left for 1 night to go to another city and when we came back (i made two separate reservations for the same price) I was upgraded to a house in the same style located in the back of the resort. It was huge! And super elegant! With 2bedrooms and a huge dining room, living room and kitchen. My dad his own room ;) The resort was well kept and beautiful with lots of vegetation and high walls. I felt very safe. Breakfast was yummy. Bar and pool very fancy. And area for kids to play. Only downfall is wifi is only in common areas.

Great view to the lagoon, nice pool and gardens. Is a must to have a car because is 6 km. From pipa beach. Rooms are spacious but additional beds aren't comfortable.

Amazing Stay, Very clean and attentive staff

I stayed for 10 days during the world cup. The Hotel is Far, Far away from everything, if you are planning to travel to Brasil and want to stayed in this hotel, I suggest to rent a car otherwise you will be lock in your Hotel or will end up paying high for taxis. Most people that I met was complaining about the distance with Natal, the roads are narrow, and lots of bumps, confusing if you do not know the area. The place is nice, people friendly, breakfast lovely, pool wonderful, I do not recommend it for kids, it is more for couples. 15 minutes from Pipa Beach. TERRIBLE TRAFFIC IN NATAL. Remember if you rent a car they are shift cars no automatics. After all the place is nice, can be improved on the services but after all you can't have everything the way you want in another country. JUST ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF TIBAU!
