Amazing location right next to the best beach for kids in the area. Room was nice, had a great view and the kids loved the pool too. The pool bartender was fun and made good cocktails. If you don't have very high expectations the hotel is good for you 😉 we are those kinds of people and would come back.

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

We liked the atmosphere, friendly staff, very good, varied, plentiful and tasty food.

The position and huge balcony also the jacuzzi bath

We spend there 3 nights with 2 kids and it was perfect! The studio was clean, with all the facilities and it is a quiet area. The location is 1 minute walking to the beach and 5 minutes to the center, restaurants etc. If you come by car, you can park near the location, on the street. For us, it was good, without incidents. Also, the breakfast was very good, with sweet and non-sweet things, fruits, coffee etc. Thank you, Daniel and Kathia, for the good treat and your friendly and polite attitude. We highly recommend.

Our one-bedroom apartment was on the third floor, room 33. We had two balconies - one for the bedroom and the other for the kitchen/living area. We were able to see part of the sea only from the bedroom balcony. The problem is the new hotel that has been built in front of the Villa Livia. I think you'll get a better sea view if you have room 32. We liked everything in the apartment - the kitchen, the sofa-bed, the mattresses, the two A/Cs in both rooms. The breakfast was nice but the coffee machine wasn't an espresso machine. It was with instant coffee. If you would like real espresso you had to order from the bar. Parking is a bit difficult. You have to look for a space on the street. We easily found one close to the hotel because we arrived early afternoon on Friday.

I am for the 7th time at this hotel and I am equally satisfied. Positioning close to the beach, increased comfort, very good facilities. Impeccable cleanliness, very clean linen and towels, bathroom with everything, relaxing beds and pillows, modern equipped kitchenette. Friendly, involved and helpful staff. Street parking at the hotel entrance. I'll be back. I strongly recommend.

A brand new hotel (opened in July 2022) so you can notice the difference quite easily. Large rooms with an industrial modern style (furniture and lights). The cleaning services and the entire personnel was way above expectations. The food was diversified and you had different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers a snack bar opened outside of the regular hours of the main restaurants. While you had many available options, the food could use some extra focus on the test of the end product. A large pool, clean with plenty of sun beds that was always clean. The lobby (on two floors) is quite amazing and always a nice place to chill. The food on Noble restaurant (a la carte) was quite amazing and an overall perfect experience. You get one dinner (upfront reservation) for every 4 nights that you stay.

The resort has an amazing view of the pool and the beach. The interior and exterior design is very modern, luxurious. There are restaurants and bars all around the resort where you can eat anytime and for free if you've initially paid for a bracelet. The rooms are spacious, all with a balcony. Except the main pool, there are several water slides that people and kids of all ages can enjoy. The main restaurant, especially for dinner, has extremely wide range of foods - vegan, meats, whole piglets, sushi, salads, desserts, anything you can think of. The hotel also has a large underground parking lot.

It is a new complex, very clean and well-kept. The food is delicious, large space (even with a large number of guests, you will find a place in the restaurant, or to rest and relax). The hotel offers many attractions. and activities Close to the beach, about 10 minutes to Sunny Beach and half an hour from the airport. The bar is open 24 hours a day, all drinks are included in the price, even the top ones. Good Wi-Fi range, 24/7 service, currency exchange office, well-equipped hotel shop, swimming pool and slides, several restaurants and bars. Beautiful view of the sea and Nesebar.

Coming back to Voya I found the same things we are used to: friendly and helpful staff, very well tended propriety and surroundings, squeaky clean environment, good and varied food buffet, great for families with children. There are some nice improvements compared with last year: * during dinner there is now an additional restaurant opened. * the terrace on the lobby bar is now closing at 24:00 * parking is included in the room rate * new stores, new kids pool, improved beach amenities and so on

Perfect place to spend a vacation. Rooms are very cozy and have enough space. Everything is new and the stuff is very helpful and kind. I loved that they speak very well English their attitude is client oriented and the room is very delicious and varied. Lots of things to do and the cocktails are amazing! Simply a perfect vacation in a perfect place! I am recommending it to anyone one who wants a vacation in place that is new and provides g Very good services at a good price!

The room we stayed in was massive, easily fits 4, with a very nice bathroom and ample tea/coffee and water etc. The room was clean and fresh, and there was no noise from other residents. Breakfast was served Tony Gigi's next door, which was a little limited, but enough to set you up for the day. Tony Gigi's - by the way - is an amazing restaurant and it has to be on your bucket list. In terms of location, it's fantastic as you are no more than 5 mins walk away from the main high street full of bars and restaurants and cafés, plus shops and little boutiques. We had an amazing time walking around the Sea Garden and hopping from one restaurant to the next and would definitely stay here again - especially if there is a group of us. Staff are friendly and helpful, and you get a really nice luxurious and peaceful vibe at this hotel - unlike some of the others in the main town area.

The hotel was exceptional! Perfectly located near the beach and Sea Garden, it offers elegant rooms with a luxurious French Art Nouveau design. The complimentary minibar and Italian coffee were delightful touches. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and on-site restaurant were outstanding. Highly recommend for a memorable and relaxing stay—I can’t wait to return!

The staff at the reception was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, clean, and carefully prepared The room was very big, clean and there was absolutely no dust even under the sofa bed. The room smelled lovely clean spacious. This was a beautiful hotel!! We were here for one night on our way from Plovdiv to Varna. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also close to the pedestrian streets for tons of dining options. Parking was easy as the hotel staff would come out to guide you to a spot. Breakfast was served at the beautiful hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. I will return in the summer!

We arrived late in the evening and had a hired vehicle, parking on the side of the street was not a problem. We received a really warm welcome. The entire hotel was fabulous. The decor was gorgeous, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was a great size with really comfortable beds with branded sheets and towels. I'm not sure whether it had been newly decorated as it looked that way. Our bathroom was spacious with a great sized shower, plenty of power and hot water. We had breakfast the following morning, which was lovely. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our stay was short but very enjoyable.

This is an extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated hotel with nice views of the sea from the upper floors. We had a very nice balcony with our room. The shower was amazing and indeed we loved the bathroom in general. The staff were very helpful and kind, and everything we could possibly need in our room was provided. Excellent value for money! We had some very nice meals in the onsite restaurant, and at reasonable prices. The location was good for us because we were driving, and free indoor parking is provided less than 100m.away.

New hotel, excellent value for money, room spotless clean and spacious enough (we had a triple), kettle for tea/coffee. There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor were we had breakfast which was not included in the room price. Location is close to the beach that can be useful for the summer months.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Aphrodite Hotel in Nessebar. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating—nothing was too much trouble. A short, scenic walk takes you to the UNESCO-listed Old Town, bursting with culture, history, and charm. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Breakfast was varied and generous, catering to all tastes—from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. We opted for half board, and the three-course dinners were full of variety and flavour. The à la carte restaurant was also excellent, offering beautifully presented dishes in a relaxed setting. The beach bar was a highlight—cosy, welcoming, and right on the sand. Whether it was morning coffee or sunset cocktails, it added a lovely touch to our beach days. Overall, the Aphrodite Hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, culture, and coastal charm. We left feeling refreshed and already planning the next visit.

Our stay at this stunning beachfront hotel exceeded all expectations! Perfect location for both tranquility and 5 min walk to local attractions. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel and on the beach, wonderful view and very nice atmosphere. Very pleasant beach bar with delicious food and soft music. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant offered fantastic variety of dishes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - friendly, attentive and always smiling! The hotel is located on the beachfront and has its own beach bar and loungers which guests can use for free. The sand is golden / white and the sea crystal clear. The hotel restaurant faces east, across the beach and it's beautiful in the morning to see the sun spakling on the water. Breakfast is a buffet and has great choice. Evening meal was waiter service, selected from a menu with good choice that changed each day. A glass of wine or pint of beer was included. The hotel is not massive which allows it to maintain a personal almost homely feel although it is also immaculate and highly professional in every respect. Staff were just wonderful, helpful, gracious and very proud of "their" hotel - rightly. Our room was spacious and faultlessly maintained in every respect. The hotel has a small spa which we enjoyed. Nesebar, the world Heratage site was within easy walking and was a facinating, beautiful old town. We wished we had stayed longer than our 5 days. PS We travelled down from Varna - a 2 hr bus journey which was easy to book on line - and cheap.

A very beautiful hotel in front of the beach. Everything was nice and clean. The room was spacious, super clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was perfect with choices for everyone, special buffet for kids and gluten free products. Dinner ala kart delicious and cheap. The staff was very friendly, helpful with great knowledge of the English language!! We will definitely go back ☺️

Staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome throughout our whole stay. Special mention to Analia, Vanya, Mihail, Orhan, Sevgi, Lyuba who were wonderful. The food was very tasty and fresh. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and got cleaned every second day. Great sea view on the balcony. Entertainment provided several nights of the week which was enjoyable and at a reasonable hour so you could sleep well. The location was just ideal! We will definitely return!

If there is not a lot of people, they will serve it in the room: This way less food is wasted as the breakfast is personalized, good choice! I also had dinner in the restaurant and i can recommend it (also have vegetarian options). I reserved a parking space (you need to give plate number), the lots are not many but easely accessible, so if needed book in advance. The entrance of the underground parking is just after the T market on the left, dont miss it! The centre is an easy walk from the hotel and nearby you will find shops and restaurants.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at MM Hotel in Burgas and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was — perfect for a restful stay. The location is also excellent, within easy reach of the city center, the sea garden, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Everything, from cleanliness to service, exceeded expectations. I would definitely choose MM Hotel again when visiting Burgas.

The hotel is very pleasant. The location is good. It is not exactly in the middle of the central zone but it is on its border. You can get to the attractions relatively quickly (on foot). It has underground parking that is closed over night (must be reserved in advance and it is paid separately, not included). Our room was a studio, so a little bigger than regular rooms. It was clean and comfortable: excellent bed, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (the cups and coffee/tea bags were replenished daily if used), comfortable sofa, desk and table, enough storage room, modern aspect, towels changed daily, sheets every 3 days, bathrobes, safe etc. The room has windows but also a small balcony on the corner, for smokers. I have nothing negative to say about the room.

We had a Queen room which was large with a comfortable bed and which was slightly set back from the main boulevard so traffic noise was probably a bit lower than in some other rooms. The bathroom and air conditioning were great and I liked that there were smoke detectors in the room.as well as tea and coffee. We had a drink in the very nice restaurant in the evening which was enjoyable and there was a very good buffet breakfast of cheese, ham , eggs,cereals fruits etc ( at extra cost but worth it..) All staff were helpful and friendly . We would use this hotel again !

We had a wonderful holiday at Antea By the Sea and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is ideally located, right by the sea in a scenic part of New Sozopol, just a short walk from the Old Town. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Our rooms were bright, clean, and modern, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. A nice bonus was the daily cleaning and the attentive, friendly staff who were always ready to help. The hotel's overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a sea view became a favorite ritual. The food was both authentic and diverse, giving us a real taste of the region. We also loved how close the beach was, just a couple of minutes' walk away, and you're right by the water. The beach itself is clean, and the sea is crystal clear! Sozopol is a charming town with a rich history, and Antea by the Sea was a perfect base for exploring and relaxing. This was our 4th stay at the Antea By the Sea. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beautiful nature, and the sea just a step away!

The hotel is recently renovated and very nicely decorated. The terrace at the hotel reception has a wonderful view. In the room there is a free minibar, the ventilation system works very well and the balcony is a great advantage. We had a parking space in front of the hotel, but we were lucky to find a free one. The hotel is located very close to the beach and the old town. At breakfast and dinner I always found fresh fruit and enough tasty food.

An excellent hotel at European standards. Clean, well-maintained, friendly service, and unobtrusive staff in the bars and restaurant. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but that may be an advantage for some. Rooms 5.0 Service 5.0 Location 4.0 Key hotel advantages: Luxurious · Child-friendly Rooms: Spacious, with a minibar included. Comfortable mattresses. Very thoroughly cleaned. Nearby attractions: Children's attractions within the hotel grounds. For more adventures, you'll have to visit nearby towns. Safety: Safe, I didn't notice any issues with safety. No tipsy or disruptive guests. Food and beverages: Very good food. Huge selection, both in the main restaurant and other restaurants. Food and beverages are available 24/7. Drinks are served from authentic spirits. Important information: I don't recommend rooms located near the elevators. Street noise can be bothersome. The further towards the sea, the better. The beach, with its dark sand, isn't conducive to lounging or playing. Water shoes are not necessary.

An amazing all-inclusive experience for families and couples! Wave Resort exceeded all expectations! The variety of pools is incredible – some are heated, some indoor, some for kids, others for adults, and there’s even an adults-only quiet zone. The hotel has its own private beach with easy access, which adds a great touch of luxury. The food selection is outstanding – available 24/7 as part of the all-inclusive package. There’s a huge buffet with endless options, and we never had to wait in line, even though the hotel was fully booked. It never felt crowded – there were always free sunbeds by the pool, space at the restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel offers so many activities for kids – from playgrounds to evening shows, and even a fully-equipped gaming room (note: games are charged separately at €2.50 per play, which we felt was a bit expensive). There’s also a billiards room, a kids club, and live entertainment every night. The facilities are top-notch – luxurious spa, high-end gym, sauna, and an overall clean, modern design throughout the property. The rooms themselves were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Alcoholic drinks, cocktails, slushies, and ice cream are available all day as part of the all-inclusive deal – and the service was fantastic throughout.

Please do not believe the review E.H. posted as it's COMPLETELY untrue. Firstly the staff and the service they provide is exceptional,so friendly professional and very helpful, even remembering my drink each night and having a laugh with you. We've stayed in over thirty hotels abroad and not one of them has the standard of food that the wave serves,we got home last night and for the last nine days we've had not only something different to eat but the quality is outstanding,NEVER bland and the staff in the restaurant never stop, from the chefs to the waitresses always cleaning the tables very quickly. The comments on the ice pools are ridiculous,yes the largest pool is fresh but I don't want to swim in bath water when it's 30° in the sunshine, also there are a few more pools which are heated so no complaints from me. Please do not believe the comments on limiting the food at the snack bars 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 again hilarious, BEST SNACK BARS you will EVER find. Special mention to Nikolay for the amazing and very affective massage,top bloke. The room was also the best we've stayed in,so much space and a walk-in wardrobe for the missus. We had some great nights at the beach bar in the evening chilling with a drink and listening to some great music, probably one of the only hotels that we would stay in again.

Beach, Pool, Gym and Sauna. Everything that I was hoping for in a relaxing holiday. Friendly Staff and Ample good food. Situated far enough away from Pomorie for peace and quiet. I would definitely return for a mid September holiday. I am an early riser, an hours walk on the beach to watch the sun rise, back for 0730 breakfast, Laps in the Pool from 0900 til 1000. Steam room and Sauna for an hour or so. The Gym was well equipped for a treadmill session around 1600. Chilled water and Dr witt drinks. The room I had was 6321 with a side view of the sea, the balcony great for the afternoon sun, for relaxing and/or the clothes that where on the clothes horse drying. Be aware that there are no Bluetooth speakers allowed in the complex. Though the main thing to bring if you are English...... A FIRESTICK, 2m extension cable and eu adapter for English tele. Though the tele did have screen mirroring. I had one day of doing nothing in the 14 nights I was there, English tv was good. Would be good for children as well. I had the holiday that I wanted. I really hope that you find the same with The Wave Resort and it's Staff.

I booked 2 rooms, one with church view, for my parents, and one with sea view for me and my husband. Both had stunning views and were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurant. We also enjoyed the food. The parking right in front of the hotel was a big advantage. All in all, we loved our stay and this will definitely be our go to hotel when in Nessebar

This is a three star hotel, in context of luxurious rooms. Rooms were clean, small and functional and I had a balcony with a view. 5 stars for the fabulous staff who were very friendly and helpful. Included in the price was breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed my stay as it was close to all the sites and you could walk around the old town as well as the new town. As a solo traveller the hotel staff were warm and welcoming.

Location was perfect. Situated in the centre of Nessebar Old Town and also very close to the port. There are a few car parking spaces available by the hotel. Although very busy, the staff were all very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Both the evening meal and breakfast are ordered from a menu with lots of choices and served by a waiter. The portions are plentiful and delicious. We cannot fault the restaurant and the setting is wonderful. Our room was clean, spacious and we certainly appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. Both pools had plenty of sun beds and although it was august, we actually had the adult orientated pool to ourselves a couple of times. We had a room overlooking the pool, spacious and modern with kettle and fridge. Another thing I really liked was on each floor in the corridor was an iron and ironing board for anyone to use. What a nice touch. The beach was less than 2 minutes away and the main strip of bars and restaurants about 15 minute walk and the old town ( which was really lovely) another 15 minutes. All in all a great holiday . I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day. A big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is situated right next to Bamboo beach and has direct access to it. It is a 10-minute walk to the town of Sozopol and Harmani beach. The place is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a room with a sea view, which was great. The breakfast was really nice, there are also options for lunch (set menu or buffet). There are two swimming pools, we didn’t try them. The free private parking lot was very convenient.

The staff was really friendly and attentive! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I loved the seaview and balcony and that there was a mosquito screen, so I could sleep the balcony door open and not use the AC. I loved that the beach was just a few steps away! Great breakfast!

Exceptionally good service - very friendly staff!!! The rooms were clean and well equipped with good furniture and nice terrace with view of the sea. Clean swimming pools! We got breakfast included, which was delicious and got a variety of dishes to choose from.

Very nice architecture, spotless clean, pretty luxurious location, not overcrowded, outside little bit from the noisy nightlife but with easy access there, nice gardens, nice swimming pool area,very close to the beach, amazing friendly and attentive staff, delicious food and nice restaurants setup. Highly recommended.

The food is still varied enough so it's hard to imagine being able to check all the dinner variants even if staying for 2 weeks. The cooking is consistently good and for the second year in a row we had no bad surprises in regard to the quality / freshness of the products, something I pay attention to, as I have a pretty sensitive uhm... digestive system. Particular to the accommodation I picked, for the second year in a row, the Maisonette, the size is very satisfying, as it's the view, and, this time arround, the second balcony. The area the hotel is placed is towards the northern edge of Sunny Beach, close to Sveti Vlas. The road to the hotel it's actually a dead end. So I would imagine it's the best located hotel for a family friendly holiday, if you choose this for the beach and the sea (which is also perfect for kids - clean sandy beach and the water is very shallow even at 20 m from the shore, no issues with algae or excess shells and so on).

The location is great. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. So many different options and everything tasted amazing. They have free sun beds at the beach as well as at the pool. The restaurant by the poolside also serve delicious food at a fair price. We also enjoyed that we could walk to the center of sunny beach. Also the surroundings are beautiful. Truly recommend.

I think the following were amazing: - clean rooms with nice view - pool was big enough for the hotel guest capacity and the same can be said for the number of sun beds - car was protected in hotel parking outside - food was excellent - hotel is right next to beach, there are 30-50 meteres distance to the water - drink selection was decent - breakfast, lunch and dinner intervals were long enough to acommodate everyones need - we missed the lunch at checkin because of traffic and the receptionist offered to give us lunch back at checkout BUT I will continue this at what I didnt like

My wife and I returned to Hotel Lotus for the second year in a row, and this time, we brought along our in-laws. Our experience at this lovely establishment has been nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, we'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the owner, George, who generously upgraded our in-laws' room for free without us even having to ask. The hotel's restaurant staff, especially Tania, deserve a special mention. Tania's constant cheerfulness and radiant smile made our dining experience delightful every time. The overall atmosphere at the restaurant was welcoming, and we particularly appreciated the discount offered on our bill, making our dining experiences even more enjoyable. While the breakfast options may not have been the most extensive, we aren't particularly demanding when it comes to morning meals. Plus, George's personally prepared coffee more than made up for any minor shortcomings in the breakfast selection. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Lotus in Sunny Beach was truly exceptional. The warmth and generosity of the staff, the comfortable accommodations, and the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant far outweighed any minor inconveniences we encountered. We are eagerly looking forward to returning for a third year in a row and highly recommend Hotel Lotus to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming stay in Sunny Beach.

What a fabulous hotel! Forget about the big tourist hotels that are more common in Sunny Beach, this place is a hidden gem. Although there are bars etc around the hotel it is in the quieter end of Sunny Beach. The location is excellent and just across the road from the beach. Our check-in was very welcoming and our room perfect. Our very large room overlooked the front of the hotel and had a good sized balcony. Lots of things had been thought about eg. Kettle, fridge, coffee, tea, extra pillows etc. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night. The staff were all lovely and obviously care about customer service. The breakfast (included in our booking) was very good, plenty of choice and served in their restaurant. The restaurant is also great and a discount was available for guests. Totally recommend The Lotus and would visit again.

This was our third time staying at Hotel Lotus and once again, everything was just perfect. The rooms are big and spotless, breakfast has plenty of good options, and the location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach. A big thank you to Mr. George, always friendly and welcoming — and he made us great coffee every morning at breakfast! We also got a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is excellent — tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere. Tanya and Nikki were always kind and attentive. We appreciated the 10% discount for hotel guests. Also, there's a small supermarket right downstairs — very convenient. Looking forward to coming back again!

The restaurant and the food was great. The variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner was broad enough and the taste of everything we tried was delicious. They even offered gluten free bread and oat flakes to one of our kids that has a gluten allergy. It is really appreciated! The location is perfect - close to everything important. It is very close to the beach and considering that the hotel has 1 floor, you can get very fast from the room to the nearby beach and back. The busy walkingh street view from the terrace was adding to the spirit of the place. The personnel attitude was very warm and we felt very welcome. The owner was there every day to make sure that things were perfect. The free parking is very convenient and has enough space to find a place. The hotel certainly delivers what is promised and over delivers in terms of food and attitude. We had a great time and certainly will recommend this hotel.

On the overwhelmingly positive side, the staff were absolutely wonderful – incredibly nice, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean, easy to navigate, and very convenient. The shower was excellent, with great pressure and plenty of hot water. We also greatly appreciated the free parking, which made everything hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with everything we needed close by and easily accessible. The breakfast was truly amazing! There was a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the hostess in the dining area was exceptional. She was so attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to provide everything we asked for, making our mornings a real pleasure.

The food at the breakfast buffet is excellent with great quality and variety. The pool is wonderful, the kids play area, and the restaurant top notch. We only briefly discovered the spa area, it has all different kinds of saunas and an indoor pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment, it had two single beds in one room, with a bathroom and shower separately and one master room with attached bathroom and shower, and a balcony with a magical view of the black sea. There was a path leading down to the beach which was serviced but you could just leave your stuff on the sand and go in, felt completely safe. The staff is very nice, we ordered a few taxis with them and always came after a few minutes max 15. Almost everyone speaks Russian so we had no trouble at all. Highly recommend this place!

The place out of a storybook. We booked the room with a sea view and it was the best. The room had panoramic windows all around and a direct way to the balcony. The room had a lot of space. Just 5 mins walk to the beach where you can relax and enjoy the sea or if you want to use the hotel facility they have everything jacuzzi, 2 pools, sauna and massage. About the food the restaurant did a great job, very delicious food. They accommodated all our requests from preparing flowers and a cake for my gf to accepting our last minute request for a late checkout. The staff was so very warm and welcoming. Special shout to Daniel from the restaurant and our cleaning lady from the floor, sorry we didn't ask the name. Overall the experience was amazing, we wanted to relax and WE DID!

Spa facilities very good. Great pool and jacuzzi. Nice to see, also, the outside pool fully functioning even though it was out of season. We were very lucky with the weather it was like a lovely spring day at the end of January, so we saw everything in a good light, but have to say that this is probably the best hotel we've stayed in in Bulgaria. Thanks to all the staff from the young security guy to Milena to the restaurant/bar staff for making our visit specail. We will be back.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view which was absolutely worth it. A bigger than usual room equipped with everything you can imagine that can make your experience worthwhile. Our room featured an amazing large terrace offering breathtaking panoramic view of Black sea. We were welcomed with a complementary wine and a bowl of fruits. There was a dolce gusto coffee machine and new capsules were refilled each day. Parking is available at the front of the hotel and underground parking as well which has an elevator taking you up to the floors above. Besides that, hotel is very new and modern, has an excellent beachfront location and has a swimming pool suitable for most age groups. Spotless clean rooms, hallways, pool and restaurant/ dining areas. Breakfast was alright with an abundance of options to make you smile in them slow mornings. Last but not least, friendly and professional staff.

Well-maintained, like new, clean, and upscale facility. The resort area is very pleasant and located in a forested environment. There were always spaces in the hotel's guarded parking lot. The beach area around the pool is also pleasant, clean, with an ample amount of sunbeds, bars, and consistently cleaned restroom facilities. The staff, for the most part, was reserved, but their attitude was not a problem. The room (suite) was spacious, equipped, and clean, with normal furniture. The balcony was also spacious, clean, and well-separated from the others. The minibar was refilled daily. The food was varied, the flavors were good, and the seafood selection was a particular delight. Reservations at the seafood restaurant were easy, and the food was fine. There was a dress code for the à la carte restaurant, which had a more elegant setting, a refreshing change from the buffet. There were no cleanliness issues overall, but the mold spots at the junction of the shower wall and the floor could certainly be removed.

Room: amazing view, cleaned everyday, very comfy bed, the chairs and table on the terrace are very useful, fridge refilled with drinks every 2-3 days Food: plenty of variety but not extraordinary taste-wise, a lot of fruits. We also made reservations for the two a la carte restaurants (the experience is worth it but the food could be better - we ended up eating at the buffet after). Cocktails are made with foreign alchool which is a big plus. Service (reception, servers, bartenders, divertisement team): probably the best I experienced so far. Everyone is very nice and attentive. They really make you feel welcomed. Location: very convenient, far from crowds, there is a train nearby that takes you to the center of Sandy beach for 6 leva. Facilities: top notch. The pools are cleaned everyday and the water is pretty warm. There were plenty of sun loungers, so we didn’t have a problem finding one at any time. However, you have to wake up early to find a spot on the beach (usually 8-8:30). The parking lot is very large and safe (there is a barrier at the entrance with security).

The hotel is very clean, big and modern looking. The rooms are also spacious, well maintained and all have sea view, a big plus. All basics are prepared and ready to use: disposable bags, hygiene products, towels, minibar and more. The cleaning was done regularly, thoroughly and we had the towels replaced daily, without asking. The main restaurants can accommodate a big number of people and you have the option to eat outside. Unfortunately the food isn't the best in terms of taste (maybe it is more of a personal opinion) but a big plus is the variety and options and the freshness, nothing to complain here. Speaking of food, here is were you get in contact the most with the staff which, although young, are very polite, quick and attentive. Very satisfied with the service. Pool and beach area with lots of sun beds, well maintained and easy access to the pool bar but would've loved the whole outdoor pool to be accessible after 18 o'clock. Also people from other hotels who come with children are politely asked to find another place to stay as it's an adult only resort. Didn't try the indoor pool or the gym but I can recommend the spa and massage.

Although it was renovated 4 years ago, the hotel is very well maintained, both the rooms and the common spaces. The hotel reception is very large. It has a restaurant plus two very cozy lobbies. There are two restaurants in the hotel, on the ground floor and the 1st floor, both with spaces for smokers and non-smokers. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

The hotel is amazing. It is renovated and offers a range of activities inside - spa, multiple cafes and bars, a store, hairdresser, as well as conference rooms for business purposes and a casino. The spa has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna area and is free for guests, you also get pool and sauna towels there. We went there one time in the morning and two times in the evening and I must say that evening was way less crowded and quieter. The water has a nice temperature (I'm usually a person who freezes fast in water). The spa area is open until 10 pm, which is amazing. Breakfast had a large selection of different foods, the usual stuff, but also some bulgarian items. The view from our room on the 9th floor was breathtaking. They store your luggage in a locked luggage room after the check out. All in all, you can see that the hotel was renovated to high standards and I would definitely return, if I go back to Burgas.

I'm traveling a lot across Europe and I never saw such brilliant hotel for such a good price. Everything was fantastic. Comfort of the room top! You can control everything thru TV: your bill, orders from restaurant, info about SPA, TV channels etc Good that in TV there were great music chanels (City Radio TV). Airco was great, it was nice cool in the room. Minibar fully equipped. Many good lights in the room with nice climate. Comfortable, big bed, big room overall. View on the Black Sea was excellent. Bathroom: modern and fully equipped, even shower near the toilet, I saw it for the first time. Breafkast was great, many options to choose, enough tables, no queues for juices/coffee. Lift were very speed, reception nice and friendly, helped with ordering a taxi to an airport. Hotel Bulgaria was the best hotel ever!

Wow! This hotel was exceptional I would rate it an 11 out of 10. My room had a wonderful view over the city, of the sunset with lovely soft music drifting up from the street. Yet it was very quiet and extremely comfortable. The decor is just stunning. The breakfast is amazing. There is so many varieties of hot and cold food, drinks, cereals and fruit, you could eat here all day I could anyway! The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station. Step out the front door and you are on the main pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, cafes and churches. A short walk to museums and the beach. I loved staying here!

Non alcoholic cocktails also very good. 3 or 4 live acts in the week and quiz,& cash bingo broke up the very relaxed evenings. Very nice indoor heated pool and rather cold outdoor pool.I expect this would warm up later in the season. I would advise booking your holiday no earlier than the last week in May as the rest of of the resort was technically closed. We took the opportunity to just relax and this Hotel allows you to do this. Table- tennis , darts, pool etc. and other games and competitions were run around the outdoor pool if you needed 'activities' and a snack bar served food all day until 6pm. Meals in the Restaurant were wide and varied with grilled meat choices, heated serving pans held a reasonable selection of casserole, vegetable and themed dishes which changed throughout the week. Lovely breads and salads served each day. A big plus was the availability of tea/coffee after lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as the lounge. Felt really relaxed and comfortable in this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely clean modern hotel, with polite, friendly hardworking staff. Rooms were spacious, beds so comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Food was fresh with lots of vegetables, salad and fruit. As well as pizza chips and ice cream! They have a lower buffet area so children can help themselves. The all inclusive food by the pool was also tasty. The hotel is great for families with the entertainment team working really hard throughout the day. There were plenty of sun beds and lots with shade under the trees. The area the hotel is in is very busy and very central right near the beach, lots of shops and bars and water sports. Great for people wanting lively full on vibe. We did find it a bit full on being an older couple but we were able to find quieter beaches in the day a short walk along the seafront.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the themed dinners, and the drinks as part of the all-inclusive were really nice. Everything was very clean, and the pool and garden were lovely places to relax. There were also fun activities like karaoke and shows in the evenings. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the main promenade. Overall, we had an amazing time here. Big thanks to the staff for making the stay so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our family stay at iHotel. Our room and the beds were super comfy and we got an extra pillows to make our sleep even more comfortable! The cleanliness is exceptional, cleaning staff working really hard around the clock to make the entire hotel spotless. We had small issues at the start of our stay, but as soon as we went to the reception, everything was resolved! The main Chef of the restaurant is a massive bonus to the hotel, a big shout out to him for the loveliest meals everyday! Also plenty of food and snacks at the pool bar daily, so no-one was ever hungry! Restaurant staff are very organised, I was fascinated watching them all working so smoothly! Animation team are amazing! Our child enjoyed the games at the pool and a foam party a lot! Sea was only a couple hundred metres away! Ballinese masage was 10/10! Overall it was very relaxing stay which we enjoyed so much!

The hotel is a specimen of tidiness and cleanliness. The management, the staff are very professional and many hotels in Bulgaria and abroad should learn a lesson from them. It is suitable for families with kids of different ages: there are 5 well-thought swimming pools of different height (only one for adults plus spa and indoor pool), 3 slides (one for toddlers and one for adults), very good animation team ( mini-disco, competitions, tournaments, kids club) and fun program for grown-ups (dancing and singing performances, karaoke, water polo, archery competition, etc.) Once there was a musician playing blues and jazz program for those dining on a terrace. Food is delicious, in abundance and a splendid variety, there is a snack bar with the junk food, ice-cream and drinks. the personnel is trying hard to comfort you. Sometimes even too hard)) All your problems are solved immediately. The hotel is in a close proximity to the beach. ( 5-7min on foot). Internet is not perfect but good enough and available in all amenities. There is either a good app to assist you in every way during your stay. For example you can use your mobile phone as a room key or provide a feedback about each daily activity. You don't have to fight over the lounge chairs next to the pool, they are in abundance daily and beach towels are free of any charges.

We had a great time at Utopia Forest Hotel! The rooms were very quiet, clean and stylish with great high-pressure hot showers. The restaurant staff were very helpful and kind, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and the Crema Utopia dessert! Reception staff went above and beyond to help us book taxis, as there was a language barrier for us. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and friendly. The ambient is wonderful, the accommodation is located in a forest. Everything is nice, cozy, clean and pleasant, from the decorations inside and outside, the restaurant, the big terrace, the facilities. The food is very tasty. All the personnel is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and you can really relax. Free parking is available. Highly recommended!

We only got a double room for the 2 of us and a baby, nevertheless the size of the room was quite adequate and we managed to enjoy the experience without any issues. The whole complex is well maintained and has a tranquil vibe. The beach bar is nice and the beach itself is surprisingly clean. As this is a remote spot, the restaurant was very important and I'm glad to say that the food and service are great. Overall highly recommended, though I would be cautious of the weekends as the restaurant is open for outside clients as well and it might become a bit noisier than usual.

The villa was clean and well-maintained. The surrounding area was also clean, quiet, full of greenery and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Chris was very helpful and approachable.

On an extremely crowded coastline, this hotel is an oasis. The attentive and kind staff, carefully furnished rooms, cleanliness, a very good breakfast. I had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty. Thank you for the present on my birthday and we wish you an extraordinary season.

Just back from a week staying at this hotel. It is amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are super friendly. Couldn’t fault the food lots of variety. The Terrace bar is great the staff there so polite and can’t do enough for you. The pool area is also great including the pool bar and the best thing it’s not possible to reserve sunbeds. There are signs all around the hotel including inside and outside of the lift telling you you cannot reserve sunbeds by placing towels on them yet people still do and the staff go round every morning removing them, which is very entertaining to watch. Perfect location, right on the beach where you can hire cabanas and umbrellas. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we went out most days onto the beach and at night after having our evening meal. The only downside with this hotel is that they only have one type of diet drink which is Coke zero, so not really suitable when you have a diabetic child with you, as drinking only water on your holiday is not fun for a 15-year-old. But other than that this hotel is perfect. We would not stay again for this is simply due to the diet drink situation and if if you have no dietary requirements, then this hotel could not be beaten.

This hotel is one of the best ive stayed in, in sunny beach, i will start with reception which was very quick booking us in, they very very helpful in everyway, now the rooms which were like new, large with huge twin beds fridge, kettle, wardrobe, safe, bathroom had shower with two shower heads one which was detachable, rooms were cleaned daily i was in room 16 and our cleaners were very good and trustworthy. Now the restaurant the food was ok plenty of choice but not the best restaurant staff Ivan the manager, The executive chef, Waitress Joana and ina And barman Dimo were great the rest were not very friendly and hardly spoke snacks most of the day, all inclusive drinks were good and plentiful the pool area could have been cleaned more often due to seagull poop, this hotel is right on the beach, The hotel has security on the front but nothing on the beach entrance like most good hotels. tobacco and spirits is cheaper in the resort than the airport golden virginia £4.62 for 40g vodka, i bought 1lt flirt which is good vodka £5.60 from Janet city market (cheapest store i found) buy your beer here its very cheap 2.3 litres for just over a £1 its across the road at the end of flower street,Bars the beer as little as £0.92p but mostly £1.40ish hope this helps someone have a nice holiday

This hotel was pure luxury for me. I requested a sea view room and i got one on the upper floor with a view to die for, I read reviews that hotel catered for mainly Germans and Russians but when i got there over half the guests were from the UK, evening entertainment was a German singer who sang a combination of Europop and English/American classics so it was very good. Staff are polite and friendly and drinks taste good. I stayed all inclusive and i recommend this. It is very close to the beach and the food was amazing, there is something for everyone. I also had an a la carte meal included and it was a nice change. Thank you to the staff of Neptun beach who were mostly very polite and accomodating. I loved the facilities and decor of the hotel as it was very modern and luxurious for me compared to other hotels. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The first impression in the foyer is grand!The place is spotlessly clean and I do mean spotless!The housekeeping staff never stop.They even brush a good bit outside the hotel street and beach side!My room was see view.The room itself was a genorous size ,the stuff in the fridge needs to be paid for.Any other A.I. I have been in its included.It is to be fair,made clear in room info.The beds are so comfy and housekeeping are there every day if you wish.Any member of staff if they see something not ,just so,they sort it,incredible.The two members of staff,who stand out particularly for me,is a young woman in the lobby bar,Maria,who even when busy,will go out of her way to help with doors, a family.with a pushnchair,the smile never leaves her face!The receptionist ,Eli.Her English is great, her sense of humour and devotion to making your holiday all it can be is truly wonderful.Personally,the food left me wanting but I never went hungry.The waiting staff are so efficent and helpful.The weather wasn't too kind to us but the sauna and steam room eased it a bit though!The beach is beautiful.All in all a great hotel.The crowning glory is their staff.They make everyone feel welcome.Thanks to all,you made my holiday just the little bit extra special!

PERSONNEL: Front Desk Manager very customer orientated, helped in everything we asked beyond standard options; other receptionists and bellboys very nice and helpful, following the procedures. ENTERTAINMENT: dance shows every day, staff tried to involve guests in different types of activities every day. Everywhere spotless clean. STRONG 4 STARS because this Hotels deserves 5 STARS!!! P.S. I saw no children which I liked:)

At this hotel i relaxed at my best! 1. The location is near the beach, has a lot of restaurants, markets and parking spots (safe but for cost) 2. The stuff is attentive, receptive and nice. 3. All the food was delicious, the beakefast starts at 7:30 - 10:00, at they have late breakefast from 10:30, the kitchen is open till 21:00 4. The bed was another level of comfort, i slept like a baby 5. The wi-fi was good 6. The room was realy clean and spacious 7. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room 8. You can let to know the stuf that you want your room to be cleaned, by turning the paper on the door handle 9. They accept credt card payments 10. The faucet and air conditioner work realy good, i tent to mention that because it'a a rare thing in hotels)) 11. 16+ hotel, so it was quiet and realxing 12. The sea was clean and the beachclubs are good As a conclusion - i strongly recomand this place!

The hotel is freshly renovated, it's nice and spacious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The pools aren't deep, and all people can enjoy them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.

Renovated hotel with new furniture. The apartment (with a bedroom) in which we were accommodated was solidly spacious, but in the afternoon (after 6 pm) it was very hot because we were west oriented. Also our apartment was faced on the main street and was very noisy. The food was quite good and versatile, except for the cookies of which although you have several types, they still all tasted the same. We especially liked the afternoon buffet with nice sandwiches and crispy chicken. There was pizza during all meals (except breakfast). The drinks were very nice (draft coca cola/fanta/sprite, juices, nice draft beer, wines, cocktails).There were no crowds and waiting lines at the meals.The pool was relatively small, and sunbeds could be provided until 9:30 at the latest. There was animation by the pool and the animators were very friendly. The staff was solidly helpful, but there is always place for improvement.The hotel is located about 10 min. from the beach. Parking in front of the hotel is charged 10 eur per day.

We had a wonderful time — the hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. When the main parking was full, they immediately offered us a nearby spot and even gave us a ride back — such a thoughtful touch. Our room was clean, freshly renovated, and had an amazing sea view. Waking up to that view every morning was just unforgettable! The food was another big highlight — everything was tasty, fresh, and varied. We especially loved the desserts, fruits, and ice cream — absolutely great! The hotel grounds are spacious, green, and beautifully maintained. You can really see the care that goes into keeping everything in perfect shape. The pools were always clean, there were enough sunbeds, and the bars had fast, friendly service. Evenings were fun too — there was a different entertainment program every night, and we really enjoyed all of it. We were never bored. The only small downside was the limited number of sunbeds on the beach. But we always managed to find one, so it wasn’t a real issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

A good large hotel with its own beach. A magnificent view from the window to the sea through two large pools. Especially beautiful in the evening, when everything is illuminated. Between the sea and the hotel territory, there is an embankment where you can walk, shop, have fun and eat deliciously. In general, there is everything you need for both a family vacation and a fun vacation with a company on an all-inclusive basis. For children, there are slot machines downstairs, pools of different depths, and a playground. The beach does not have its own bar, but you can walk about 100 meters to the central bar by the pools. There can be long queues in the main restaurant if you come at an inopportune time, so dinner is divided into 2 periods. The food is normal, not super and not bad, everyone can find something for themselves.

We had an amazing experience with the full package. The room was immaculate, well-equipped, and featured comfortable beds, with daily cleaning service. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, with plates served warm and plenty of seating for everyone. Fresh juices were available, the coffee was decent, and the beer selection included local Slavena (I believe) and Beck's. There was also a great selection of drinks and cocktails. The pools were some of the best I've ever seen—always sparkling clean. The hotel’s park is expansive and beautifully maintained, giving off a Mediterranean vibe. The gentle slope of the beach made it perfect for kids, and during our stay, the sea was clear and inviting. Free parking was an added bonus we really appreciated.

Everything was great. The view, the pool, the beach, the food was alright, you could basically eat at any hour, lots of bars. Even though I reserved the cheapest room, lower floor, no sea view we somehow got one of the best rooms (in my opinion): 12th floor, right in front of the sea.😍 It was the best relaxing trip! The first morning we refused the room cleaning because we wanted to stay a bit more in bed and there wasn't anything to clean yet. To my surprise, we got a call in the afternoon from the reception and were asked if there was anything we needed since we refused the cleaning, like shower gel or anything. Truly appreciated!! It never happened at another stay. All staff, mostly the animation staff were very very polite and fun. The dinner at the asian reusrsirant was very good, just a small selection of food, but everything was delightful! We will come back for sure!

The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything smelled fresh, and it felt as though we had stepped into our own little paradise. The food – I’m truly at a loss for words. Every day offered such a wide variety that I didn’t know where to begin. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented with great care. I was particularly impressed by Mrs. Beleva in the restaurant – exceptionally attentive, kind, and always in a cheerful mood. Thanks to her, we felt like special guests. The pools are not only large – they are beautifully arranged, surrounded by palm trees and greenery, creating an almost Caribbean, exotic vibe. As I lay on the sunbed, I thought to myself: “This is exactly the kind of holiday I’ve been dreaming of.” The staff is truly outstanding – polite, considerate, and always ready to assist. Their smiles were the best part of every morning. If you are looking for a place to escape the stress, to feel the warmth of the sun, the beauty of the sea, and genuine hospitality – this is the place.

Also, the snack bar availability throughout the middle of the day is also nice because this way you are not conditioned to stick to the lunch time interval if you don't feel like it. The location is close to the beach and the staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The animation team is very fun and keeps you engaged with different activities like (water gymnastics, water pollo, beach volleyball, table tennis, etc.) Great overall experience !

Helena Park is not located in the centre of noisy central part of Sunny Beach, which was rather convenient for us. Spotlessly clean hotel building, outdoor pools as well as rooms. Cleaned daily by the group of hard and well working ladies. Food? More than excellent. Tasty, fresh everyday, healthy if you skip a lot of sweet small things. Daily two kinds of fish with a lot vegetables. Pooll bar an lobby bar well stocked with drinks of local as well as international origin. Surprisingly Bulgarian whisky Black Ram was better for me than Scotch ones.

The hotel is advertised as offering an Ultra All-Inclusive Worldwide experience — but unfortunately, this promise does not match the reality. While the food is very good and the restaurant staff are kind and attentive (we truly appreciated that), there are serious problems regarding the beach and spa facilities: • There are far too few free beige sunbeds available compared to the number of guests, making it nearly impossible to find one unless you wake up at dawn. This leads to situations where guests are either forced to pay 27 leva per day for a red sunbed, or compete in the early morning for the few free ones — which completely defeats the idea of “ultra all-inclusive.” • The beach policy is poorly communicated and inconsistently enforced. • As for the spa, only 2 out of 5 saunas was working during our stay, and the smell inside was unpleasant for one of them. The other facilities seemed to be either non-functional or not properly maintained. We expected a worry-free, comfortable vacation based on the “Ultra All-Inclusive” label, but some of the basic promised services were simply not delivered.

The hotel was really nice and clean, room at ground floor near the pool was spacious and it had everything needed, bed was awesome! The staff here is outstanding, from the front desk to the waiters. Always ready to greet you with a smile, polite and lively. Food was very tasty and its variety was wonderful, location is perfect as well and it’s a great advantage to have a dedicated beach zone for the guests! We will gladly return for another holiday to Helena Park.

Review of Meliá Sunny Beach We arrived around midnight and were quickly shown to a spacious room with a large walk-in shower and a huge balcony – really impressive. The room didn’t have a kettle, but I brought my own, and I didn’t need to hire towels either. Each floor had a water and coffee machine, which was very handy. I hired an iron and ironing board, but the board had pins stuck in it and wasn’t stable, so be careful. Breakfast had a decent selection but felt crowded and canteen-like, especially after one of the restaurants closed towards the end of our stay. Bars opened at 10 a.m., with wine, beer, water, coffee, and soft drinks available. Lunch was simple at the snack bar with burgers, chicken wings, ribs, fries, and hot dogs. During the day, there was also an outlet by the stage offering ice creams and smoothies. We never had trouble finding sunbeds, though only one of the pools was heated; the other two were freezing. The hotel isn’t directly on the beachfront – the nearest Meliá beach bar is about 200 metres away across a bridge. We didn’t attend evening entertainment, preferring to go into town. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. On our day of departure, I managed a late checkout, but my brother and his wife had to leave six hours earlier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I wouldn’t return as there are many other places in the world I’d like to visit.

Rooms We stayed in room 1242 which had a pool view, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable with house keeping done every day. Unfortunately the bathroom constantly smelt of damp and the back of the bathroom door was in a very poor condition due to water damage which looks like it’s been like that for a while. Pool area Plenty of comfy sunbeds available anytime of the day so no need to be up early, and the area seemed to be clean and well kept Restaurants Not always easy to get a table, all areas looked clean and well kept the food was a bit repetitive so a weeks stay was enough. If you’re a non smoker it can be unpleasant with smoking stations right by the doors so smoke is often blown in. Beach and beach cafe Lovely beach area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The little cafe does a good choice of drinks but unfortunately only does panini either cheese or cheese and salami but don’t offer any salad. Staff We found all the staff polite and helpful Overall a nice holiday with friends if I could change anything it would be ban all the smoking around the pools and restaurants areas

Great hotel for families. Side sea view rooms but more than expected. Rooms great clean and tidy. All inclusive, pool snacks ham and cheese toasties and fries served am, hot dogs, burgers, pork ribs in the afternoon beautiful tasty and plentiful. Great range of food in the main dining rooms, better than previous hols. Grandson loved the pools and the arranged pool polo games. Variety of kids entertainment/ games etc. the entertainment team put on some great shows. Som e noise from other guest late at night but husband sorted that. Entertainment stopped at 11pm and we didn’t experience any noise from outside the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and courteous. We always make a point of smiling and saying hello/ thank you etc no matter who they are and as I always say you get back what you give most of the time. If you want a relaxing, chilled holiday don’t come here but if you want a family fun packed holiday then I fully recommend. Just a point all the restaurants and Bars in Sunny Beach serve the most amazing food so if you fancy a change don’t hesitate in supporting the economy. All in all myself, my husband, son and his girlfriend and mostly my grandson had an amazing holiday. Thank you to all the staff at the Melia.

We stayed here from 6th Sept for 7 nights. There are 3 blocks. A, B and C. We were in block C. And each block has a restaurant. PROS:- The location is very near the beach, just walking distance. As you come out of the hotel there are a lot of shops along the road and the beach is just across. Melia Hotel has a separate private beach area, with its own deck chairs, also a place with hot drinks, beer, ice cream and hot toasties. It's a very nice beach. There is also a funfair which opens in the evening. There are 3 restaurants plus an Indian and Chinese. Also a pizza van serving fresh pizza. There is a lot of variety and you can eat in any restaurant. You also have a full English breakfast. The room is a good size, with comfortable bed and good pillows. Cons:- The bathroom was not good at all. The water does not drain properly and kept flooding, so you had to stop and start the shower so often. Now the disaster . one night it starting raining. The whole room got flooded with all things on the floor got soaking wet. It was like 3.00am. I went down to reception and told them to send someone to clear it. The lady at the reception said they have nobody till morning, and we can move to another room and they will sort it in the morning. So in the middle of the night we moved with all our luggage to another room. All the clothes in my trolley were soaked. All shoes, trainers and Slippers were soaking too. That was not a good experience

We loved the spa especially the pool & jacuzzi, the water was a beautiful temperature. We also loved the breakfast buffet style, and the cleanliness of the hotel, and the maid service was so good.

The hotel has the perfect location. It’s in the city centre, right on the beach, next to the beautiful Sea Garden, short walk away from multitude of restaurants, caffès and bars. Beautiful pool, beach area exclusively for the hotel’s guest, very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, regularly cleaned. Staff at the reception desk were always very friendly and helpful.

Overall hotel impression is very good: location is perfect, common premises look beautiful, breakfast is fine, swimming pool is well maintained and very warm. Beach is in 2 minutes walk, with hotel's free sunbeds and umbrellas. The most comfortable room I have ever stayed: big, clean, noise isolated, comfortable bed, perfect quality air-conditioning. And definitely the beautiful view from the window! Gym is very well equipped, but it is for extra money. SPA is the best I have visited (treatment for extra pay)!!!

Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool.

The impressions are incredible!! Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace, comfortable room, clean pool. The area is quiet and comfortable, 5-7 minutes to a sandy beach, the same time to a fish restaurant. The hotel has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is a private access to the sea on a picturesque rocky beach. The owners are wonderful people, always ready to help, sincere and hospitable. We will be happy to come back here again!

Lovely, locally owned boutique hotel with a stunning view over Kavastite beach. It is a very tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing by the pool. 10 minute walk down to the beach where there are many bars. The room was large, perfectly clean, and comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the owner. 100% recommended!

The receptionist was very kind, the view from the place is nice, cute path to the cliffs, clean pool, parking options were good, generally quiet, view from the rooms is nice and the terrace in front is convenient. We asked and got help woth the luggage. The bed and pillows were comfortable, strong AC. Long, but walking distance to Kavatsi beach. Shop nearby. Good water pressure in the bathroom and good sound isolation from outside and other rooms. OK coffee. We got very nice intro on the phone camera before arrival. Most staff are nice.

The hotel is great, clean & comfortable, flexible to needs and a great value for money. The hosts were amazing, we spend some time talking to them & figured out they are amazing people who have put a lot of effort and love to create this place. The hotel is new, with an amazing sea view and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely visit again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The place is really well maintained and everything feels fresh and clean. My room was super spacious, but honestly, the bathroom was even bigger. One of my favorite spots was the large terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing. The Fish & Grill restaurant totally exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the vibe was just right. Plus, the staff were all friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. What I really liked is that the whole complex has everything you might need, so you don’t have to go far for anything. They don’t have any pictures of the gym, but it’s good enough for a hotel gym if you want to keep in shape. Overall, a really comfy and convenient spot, would happily stay again!

Gorgeous views, everything was beautiful and the attention to details throughout the entire holiday village is exceptional! Breakfast is varied, the rooms - and the hotel in general - is clean and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with whatever needs one might have. The parking for hotel guests is free of charge, a bit far from the main building but that is not a problem, since you can find almost anything you’d need in the holiday village. Nevertheless, you can still take your car out and drive around Sozopol at any time, without fear of not finding a parking spot when you get back, which is reassuring for people who like to visit and explore more. The nearby beach is beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge for hotel guests and even though we visited during full season, we always found sunbeds by the sea which was perfect given that we traveled with our 4 year old. We wholeheartedly recommend Apolonia Restaurant in the holiday village, for the most amazing sunsets and incredible mussels! Oh, and the San Sebastian cake is to die for!! Daniel there was very helpful and always found the best tables for us to enjoy the best dinner with the best view! We had an overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

What I liked the most about the hotel is that it’s very clean, everything was clean at it’s best. the room was amazing had everything we needed, Iron, clothes hanger on the balcony, big balcony, all the toiletries, hairdryer, the bed was comfortable they have pillow menu as well keep in mind the bathroom wall is see through glass, which is not very convenient. the pool is also very nice and calm very close to the restaurant, the food at viva la mare restaurant was great!! a little bit expensive for Bulgaria but mostly was worth it and the waiter Ivan is a great guy!! but keep in mind after 18 which is kinda early for summer you can’t use the pool you can also use the other facilities of Santa marina village.

The hotel and the territory are beautiful. It's a little quite paradise in bustling Sozopol. The bed was amazing, loved the beautiful terrace we had in our room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The first room we were given had a very little sea view and more of a parking lot view, but the staff was very accommodating and we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a panorama terrace. Would definitely come back!

The food was amazing - the staff at every meal were friendly and efficient and very patient as our way if eating a meal is slightly different but they managed to understand us with humour. The facilties were clean and well maintained - wonderful choice of pools, outside gym and tennis. We went to celebrate a family wedding at the hotel and on the beach - highly recommend functions there! Danced till 2am absolute magic!

The location is maybe the only downside to the hotel as its a 10/15 minute walk into the main bits,but there is supermarket and a few smaller shops a couple of minutes from the hotel, 5/6 restaurants/takeaways close by. The reception is manned from early morning until midnight and the staff were very friendly and were always happy to chat and to say hi.

The entire place was spotlessly clean and a high standard of renovation inside, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The pool area was lovely and never crowded and again very clean. The location was perfect with a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket but on a quiet road so a peaceful space away from the noise of the strip and busier areas. Mario was really friendly and helpful in planning day trips away from sunny beach with recommendations of places to visit

we spent 5 nights there and its very very nice hotel. entire hotel is exceptional and very clean. Poll was crystal clear no rush and calm , beach ,shop and restaurant by walking distance. Room very nice and clean with kitchen ,big balcony. quiet place. wifi is working well and fast. Manager Mario , receptionist Myriam ( Mimi ) were nice and helpfull. Would recommend this hotel if you want nice and quiet, clean place to stay. they all speak English.

This is the best hotel in sunny beach as far as I'm concerned, we went to stay for a week and wound up extended for three because we enjoyed it so much. Mimi and Mario are wonderful people and excellent hosts, the facility is quiet and relaxing and the pool area has nice greenery and we never had an issue with getting a pool chair no matter what time of the day. The hotel is in close proximity to grocery stores and local restaurants as well to local bars that are the best in sunny beach (like our favorite Iglika bar). It feels like a second home at versis and I can't wait to come back again! I would recommend staying here to anyone if you are going to be staying in sunny beach. .

A wonderful hotel managed by friendly people. The rooms are spacious and with modern furniture, bathroom was also very nice and clean. Staff cleans up every day and keeps everything fresh. You can tell that the owners care about keeping the high quality. It is basically a premium place but at a great price. Location is also great and the bus station is just a 4-5 minutes walk away from the hotel, so you can easily explore the other resorts around Sunny Beach thanks to the buses running daily.

I recently stayed at MARVEL hotel during my vacation, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The location was ideal—close to beach, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, cozy., with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I especially appreciated balcony view, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were impressive. I enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, luxury, budget-friendly options, . It truly added to the enjoyment of my vacation

The hotel was beautifully renovated and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks available. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location right on Sunny Beach with free beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The towels were changed daily, the double bed was made out of 2 beds next to each other but they were comfortable and the room was maintained. The food was very delicious and diverse each day, plus a good variety of drinks, ice cream and snacks. The restaurant area is big and it has 2 parts(check the snack area). The staff were friendly, the hotel and outside swimming pool were clean and modern. I really appreciate that there was a private beach with free sun beds (few hundred meters away). Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and relax. I do recomand it

I think this is the best hotel in Sunny Beach in Bulgaria. Everything was really perfect. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, both in the reception, the restaurant and bars also. Everybody was happy and helpful and it helped us a lot to feel happy and peaceful ourselves during vacation. The beach was close to the hotel( cca.50 meters), they had a lot of sunbed and parasols that we could use free of charge. I can only suggest this hotel for everybody who planned to visit the Sunny Beach

The hotel is renovated, and it is very clean and modern. The staff is always around, cleaning and clearing the tables. The front desk manager, Nasko, is an example of how personnel should behave in tourism. He was amazing. No problem he couldn’t solve, all while talking so nicely and friendly. The food is excellent, lots of different varieties, not the same every day, very well cooked. We loved it! Really nice lobby bar and terrace to have a drink in the evening and relax. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed daily, but we kept ours on the hanger and didn’t leave them on the floor to be changed, since we were there only for 3 days. It is close to the beach, and the area is not noisy, and if you are lucky to have friendly tourists in the hotel it is even better. It’s hard for me to accept that people don’t behave properly when in hotels and public environments. They are loud, rude, they let their kids do whatever they want.. in my mind, you should have a certain conduct when you go to a hotel, especially a 4 star hotel, but I guess that the facility should also impose some rules and inforce them.
