It's renovated, but still you can feel the spirit of traditional village life. There is a river, where you can swim, fish, row a boat or a paddle board. Donkeys near by are awesome and friendly. There is also a stable and you can see some horses. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Very tasty and plentiful breakfast.

A very nice breakfast with tasty buns on a terrace with a beautiful view on the river and donkeys. Good sleep in an "aitta" which is a Finnish summer house and where we were not bothered by sounds, sunlight, or heat. Of course, traditional sauna and bbq accessible most of the time. The owners are hospitable people making the stay super nice. And we could watch life on a real farm, which was by itself experience

The bedroom was in the lower half of a barn, no windows. The bathroom facilities were a short walk in a neighbouring barn. We shared the bathroom with other guests. The host was friendly and interesting to talk with. Breakfast on the terrace was very good. The donkeys on the farm made for a memorable stay. If we had wanted to borrow the farm's boat / canoe they were available.

The place is a perfect combination of modern in the spa hotel and tradition in the old manor. Amazing view to the sea and spa with a lot of facilities! During our trip to Helsinki we decided to have an overnight stay at the hotel, use the spa and have a massage as well. The hotel is located in park land and a beautiful setting. The staff on arrival were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. We were able to checkin earlier than expected and the room was perfect. We used the Spa which had everything you could want and was not too crowded and helped us relax before having our dinner. Food was excellent and the service very good. Breakfast was a buffet and had everything that you could want with efficient service and friendly staff. Our massage was very good with experienced and expert people. Overall, we would recommend this hotel as it provides a peaceful, tranquil and very enjoyable experience.

Gorgeous location over the lake. Hotel is friendly and welcoming. Our room had an amazing view of the lake. The hotel spa is lovely and included in the price. We are in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. There is only one vegan option for dinner but it was very nice. Breakfast had plenty of choice with vegan items well labelled.

Overall staff is very helpful and hotel is really clean. Location was amazing and you have lake view from your room. Breakfast was really satisfying. Overall facilities and staff was amazing.

Well-located close to the center of Porvoo, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of options: juice and coffee, oatmeal and yogurt, eggs, karjalanpiirakka (Karelian pies), cheese, sausages, and more. Clean and spacious room, parking available underneath the hotel. Everything is automated (check-in instructions are sent via email) and we didn't see any staff members while there.

Great location. Spacious rooms & full buffet breakfast.

I got in and out just by using the code, no need to queue in the reception or anything. Room was clean and the location of the hotel just perfect.

The location is excellent - right in the town centre, a few minutes from a bus stop. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning. I'd say the absolute highlight of this place is the employees of the restaurant - the kindest people ever. Very eager to help, and let us leave our luggage with them. Thank you!

If you want to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Porvoo fully stay here one night, great nice differ at the restaurant or one of the many super nice restaurants in Porvoo old town. After that or in the morning relax at Runos attic lounge with cold water shower, fireplace, relaxing sound bath and sauna. They also offer spa treats but did not have any at this stay. We spent one night in autumn with my teenage daughter and it was so relaxing. Also the breakfast was super fresh and tastul. The special credit goes to chef since they offered gluten-free bread after I asked one.

From the very first moment to the very last one the hotel staff was absolutely superb: welcoming, friendly, professional, informative. The hotel is located in a carefully and artistically restored historical building with lots of art objects tastefully placed both in common spaces and in the rooms: graphics, sculptures, paintings, textiles, ceramic tiles. The room was small but comfortable, quiet, with beautifully restored old windows, nice linens. Great sauna in the attic. Small seating area in the backyard. Superb breakfast: homemade butter, pickles, jams, exquisite fish. Fantastic! I would love to return!!! And highly recommend to anyone travelling to Porvoo!

We are from Australia and have traveled extensively and it is very rare to receive such friendly happy and professional employees such as these two. From our understanding, Minna was a new employee. If that is the case, she is certainly an excellent acquisition. She greeted us with absolute friendliness and even took us to our room. Maija had an infectious smile and laughter and seemed to have the place running so smoothly. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the young lady who served us was very sweet and super nice. Overall this place is wonderful and the staff certainly played a big part in making our anniversary stay a memorable one.

Our suite was impeccably furnished with unique antique pieces, the rooms were perfectly clean, and the separate toilet and bathroom&sauna were spacious and fresh. We especially appreciated the suite’s sauna which we happily used, our restful sleep (the hotel was fantastically quiet), the views to the streets of Porvoo old town. And I always like having the Molton Browns in the bathroom... The breakfast was very nice, with local delicacies, and a peaceful ambiance. This is a well-kept boutique hotel perfect for romantic getaways in one of the most fantastic towns in Finland. Warmly recommended!

We planned a quick getaway to Old Porvoo and decided to book Hotel Pariisin Ville in the centre of this historical part of city. Convenient location, parking was available and hotel represented total of ten rooms and customized stay. Room was a wonderful experience with licingroom followed by spacious bathroom with own sauna and comfortable bedroom overlooking the "main" street which particurlarly was quiet giving a chance for a good night sleep. Hotel also runs a restaurant next door serving delicious meat dishes for those travellers keen on enjoying specialities. City was preparing for normally busy summer season when tourist come for a day visit particurlaly from the capital Helsinki. We do wish more people consider overnight stay to get best of this picturesque town on their visit. Hotel staff was amazing, service is clearly in their heart and small business owners like the owners of Pariisin Ville deserve their chance to showcase their hospitality in the wide landscape of accommodation options. We had an enjoyable stay and if our travel takes us back to Old Porvoo, this accommodation certainly is on our mind. Thank you for your care and service and we wish Summer 2020 to be success.

Old town of Porvoo is amazing place to stay. We had pleasant stay in this cosy small hotel. Perfect for couples to have time for each other 😍 without any hassle around. The personnel was extremely friendly and attentive. Our breakfast was just perfect.

This is a lovely and characterful hotel slap bang in the nicest part of Porvoo. My wife and I stayed here for a night while on a cycling trip and had a very comfortable time - the air conditioned rooms were a huge benefit during the June heatwave! Breakfast was a very cute and cosy affair - tables were allocated upon check-in to make sure social distancing was observed and to accommodate all the guests in the small breakfast room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we even had a glass of champagne on the small wine terrace.

Not only was the hotel excellently located and beautifully decorated, the customer service at this hotel was superb. I was in contact and met with different members of the staff and they were always very friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was great. The room was absolutely beautiful and quiet, even though it was on the ground floor (and I am a light sleeper). The breakfast was one of the best ones I've encountered in different hotels. The buffet was extensive and everything was very fresh - I especially appreciated that we got our own French press at the table with freshly brewed coffee! Good selection of vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options and nice Finnish pastries as well. Would stay here again without a doubt.

We stayed for a few days in a Duplex Apartment, which was extremely spacious and well-equipped. Wifi was great, check-in and check-out were extremely uncomplicated. Also, they reacted promptly via WhatsApp to us providing some dietary restrictions for breakfast. Which, by the way, consisted of a sandwich, fruit, porridge or a cookie, yogurt, juice and milk. It's a beautiful area, very quiet, and there are tons of activities on the premises (football goals, darts board, discgolf putting baskets, and a playground). Nice place to be at, and about 15min from Porvoo by car.

Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly, and... given a free update to a duplex!! The apartment was huge, neatly decorated, functonal and very quiet. The cleanliness was perfect. The hotel provides food for breakfast the night before, so you can enjoy it whenever you like in the morning,in the privacy of your apartment: that was awesome!! The hotel is located in a very well kept building, set in a quiet country environment. It seems like in the middle of nowhere, but it only takes a few minutes drive from the main road, in very well kept unpaved streets. Prices are fair. Absolutely recommended!!

Convenient free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. The room had everything I needed: a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. I asked the receptionist for dishes and tableware, she brought them to me in a couple of minutes. A tasty breakfast was delivered to the room. Highly recommend!

Travelling with a friend, we found the twin room spacious and very comfortable. We had a nice one-night stay at this hotel over the weekend. The hotel also had a sauna, which was a nice addition to our stay and made for a relaxing experience. The location was very convenient, making getting around and exploring the area easy. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, it is a pleasant option for a quick weekend trip.

Overall, just a great hotel - clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, nice/clean sauna - checks all the boxes!

The hotel has an underground parking that can make your life much easier in winter: it has a reasonable temperature and no ice and snow! When I visited the hotel was even almost empty. The parking spots have to be reserved and are labeled: 15euro per day well spent! The breakfast is not bad at all, but for 4 euro it is amazing! Good hygiene and neat public areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even if they are not always on site they answer very fast.

Pia was a great host, so very helpful and friendly and lots of fun. The property was quirky and quiet with lots of outdoor space to use and the rooms were very well kept.

We stayed in the granary (dated 1802) it's an amazing experience. Toilet and shower are in the main cottage few steps from the granary. Ceiling is a bit low, about 1,80 mt but it's part of its appeal. Sorrounded by the countryside, peace and silence. Pia is a perfect host 💛

The landlord is very friendly and enthusiastic. Gave us a lot of information about the accommodation and the surroundings. We bring dogs with us. Dogs are welcome. We also ordered breakfast, the host prepared a very rich food, and made great coffee for us in the old fireplace. It was a very good experience.

Willa Mustijoki is in the lovely area, in the country side. In the morning I could hear neighbours rooster calling and in the evening the starts were shining. That was lovely. I liked the relaxed, country atmosphere and that there is plenty of space. I also liked that you can reserve sauna if you like - and there is breakfast available. Everything was working and in order, good value for the money. Safe for solo traveller. Enough space to park.

The place is very cozy and suits for those who loves nature and nice views. The stuff was very friendly and attentive to us and our dog. We loved the breakfast, it was really good, tasty and we sat in the terrace and looked at the lake, really enjoyed this time.

This was my first time visiting Porvoo, and she recommended christmas market and great restaurants in the city. She really reminds me of my grandmother.🥰 The hostel has all the basic facilities, including a toilet, bathroom, and kitchen (I didn’t even expect there to be a kitchen). P.S. If you’re looking for a modern, luxurious place to stay, this might not be the right fit. However, if you want the feeling of returning to your childhood days in the countryside with your grandparents so this is absolutely the best choice. I’ll definitely come back here if I get the chance. 😍

I liked everything. From the moment I steped into the building and was greeted by lovely Tuija, I felt like home. The place is so very clean, and has such a lovely atmosphere. There are all the fascilities to have a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with loads of pegs and shelves, fridge in the room and lovely communal spaces. The building looks fabulous and is about 10-15 mins walk from the town centre with all the amenities. There is a community pool right next to the hostel, with a lovely local cafe that serves buffet breakfast, reasonably priced. Superb place to be.

The breakfast was absolutely perfect in a calm environment. I love the Karelian pies.

The rooms are nice and clean, fairly large. WiFi connection worked quite well, with no issues. The room also had a free instant coffee + tea packets and a kettle ! Friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful breakfast ! There is also a sauna and public room with microwave, kettle and fridge, free to use !

This is one of the coziest apartments I have ever lived in. Sanna personally met and demonstrated the apartment. Refreshing drinks were waiting for us in the fridge, and on the table were extraordinarily delicious chocolates, which are produced in the city of Porvoo. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. Very clean, nice and cozy. Lots of little things that please the eye. There is everything you need for cooking. Pans, pots, plates, glasses, etc. - everything is new and beautiful. Clean linen and soft bed. You rest for all 100 percent! The apartments are located on a very quiet street. Thank you Sanna for the hospitality and wish you more good guests!

Nice and comfortable bedroom with good bathroom and shower. Good internet and plenty parking space. It´s a sel check in and we received all informations to do so. We just almost got in trouble because we closed the door by mystake after we gave the first knock to open it and we took a while to open it again, so was a little bit awkward. But location is good as well, a bit away from the city and quite place. Honoured the description and the cost benefit. It´s a place for a quit stop and rest.

Getting keys was difficult. Needed internet connection to login to a site to submit a code and then knock on the door to get the keys. Well, most people from other countries may not have internet service. HOWEVER, the staff person we called for help was terrific! Patient, helpful, and friendly! And we accidenfly left something there, they collected it and made it available to be returned.

The apartment was about 35 minutes from Helsinki after we went ahead there from the airport. The apartment was spacious and clean. The sound effects of Bose system was powerful when watching TV. The cooking facilities were sufficient. The property host could make quick response to offer help when the suspected fine for our car parking issue on the street was puzzled.

Good location walkable to supermarket old town area. Spacious unit provides all your basic needs.

Good facilities, but for the kitchen. Otherwise a really nice and peaceful place.
