Super friendly guesthouse with so many facilities, laundry, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and workout room. It felt like walking through a museum and had a taste of Italy. Our room was great, we liked the setting, the decoration, it was spotless and comfortable. It also had some local products like which was nice. The location is perfect as it is not too far from the airport and so close to the Timanyafa National Park. But the true highlight was the breakfast, absolutely incredible with so many options and good and local products! It's definitely a must place to stop on the island.

Wow! I stayed for a few nights on my own and had an amazing time! Couldn’t recommend it more!! The hosts are very helpful and kind, the food was exceptional (breakfast is included though they offer amazing lunch/dinner at affordable prices). The location is pretty rural, and the walking routes around the mountains nearby are excellent and the hosts offer a taxi service to different areas around the island too. They do offer a free airport travel service. The room was a great size and very clean. The amenities of the property include a pool, jacuzzi, gym equipment and more. And the animals are adorable!! Honestly, I was looking forward to some quiet time away and I found the perfect place!

We spent 3 nights at Ga7Colores and wished we could have stayed longer! This lovely place absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our room was large, with an area with sofa, table and TV. There was even a microwave and a fridge. It was super clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. We loved the outside area, we spent one afternoon playing games, relaxing by the pool and in the Jacuzzi, and it was lush! The atmosphere of the whole place was chilled and welcoming, the owners were always around if you needed anything and the dogs and the goat were just part of the deal! Finally, the breakfast was gorgeous, with lots of sweet and savoury options and nice coffee. Oh, and dinner was nice too!

They had good and clean facilities (e.g. pool and jacuzzi), our room was cleaned to perfection daily, and it is very close to the beach and amenities. I also like how no key is required and they are pretty advanced with their entry systems to the apartment.

Location and fact it was small. It was very clean and there were always sunbeds available. The pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was a bonus.

The accommodation is cozy and clean. The journey from the airport takes a maximum of 8 minutes. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic. A pool and jacuzzi provide additional relaxation. The breakfast is lovingly prepared. Steve and Debbie are very kind and helpful hosts. We 3 "ladies" felt very comfortable and will be back. @Steve, thanks for the campfire. It was a great stay with you!!!!

The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location, and equipped with fantastic facilities. The heated pool was amazing and so was the jacuzzi. Both of these were fantastically fresh and clean. The house facilities were exceptional. Bathrooms first class and the lounge and TV options perfect for the quiet night in. The kitchen has everything you would need and the fridge and freezer 1st class. The owner is fantastic offering suggestions and local stores and bars. The welcome box of nibbles and drinks is a lovely touch and very appreciated You will not be disappointed staying here.

We have just spent 2 weeks at the luxury Casa Conil villa and have loved every minute. The villa is very spacious and has every thing you need. 4 large bedrooms and an excellent mastet suite. The pool is huge and heated which meant we spent alot of time in it. Hotub also a great bonus for when the sun starts to drop. The location was ideal for us, only a short drive or taxi to a main area like puerto del carmen, but far enough away for peace and tranquility! Mark is a great and accommodating host, loved the welcome basket and he's only a message away if you need anything. We would love to return one day and would definitely recommend 👌

We messaged Mark when we left the airport and he was at the villa to meet us. There was the most amazing welcome pack of food and drink waiting for us. The whole villa was amazing and much bigger than expected. The pool and hot tub were warm on arrival, everything was perfect and ready to be used. There is nothing missing in the Vila, it had everything you can possibly think of. Not to far from anything, with amazing views.

Lovely comfortable villa. Amazing pool and hot tub. Really comfortable beds ! Great WiFi connection . Loads of storage space too both in the kitchen and bedrooms , hangers provided too. Loads of towels and beautifully finished bathrooms. We felt like we were at home , so relaxed. Fantastic host , we were amazed by the generosity of a stocked fridge and lovely weclome hamper !!

I recently stayed at Beach House Hostel Lanzarote Spain and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location of the hostel is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and close to markets, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need. Accessibility is not an issue from airport can easily reach by bus 23 , which makes it ideal for exploring Lanzarote with ease. The breakfast is amazing, with fresh and delicious options served daily. The owner and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The internet connection is reliable and fast, perfect if you're working remotely or just want to stay connected. Overall, I highly recommend Beach House Hostel Lanzarote to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and convenient place to stay. It’s an absolute gem!

It’s a great deal for how central the location is, the hostel is situated in a perfect part of town, everything was excellent, from the comfy beds to the cozy terrace, all-you-can-eat breakfast, including various fresh fruits, bread and toast, ham, salami and cheese, coffee, tea and orange juice, donuts and yogurts, chitchat with Fabrizio in the morning was also the highlight of my stay. After check-out they even let me use the locker and store my valuable stuff for a couple of days, that was very sweet of both of them. The 2 Italian owners are the best hosts I could ask for. Thanks for the legendary hospitality especially the willingness to help me when I had no place to stay in Arrecife.

Breakfast at 8.30am. Variety of sweet & savoury pastries, ham, cheese, bread, jam, yoghurt. Quiet during day. Busiest between 7-10pm. Quiet after 10pm. Fabrizio was very informative, appearing after breakfast every day. Flavio is an excellent tour guide & gave us a full day of fun, surprises, adventure and excellent sights. This is not a normal tour and is simply fun. The hostel staff cleaned thoroughly every day and were friendly. Extra blanket provided for cold January nights. Lots of maps to help you plan your visit to see the island highlights. Great location. Close to the beach, centre, bus stations, good food places. Relaxed centre and locals. Not a touristy place. Very easy to get around Lanzarote by bus tho bus doesnt go to all the coastal /volcano sites. Flavio was great for taking us there.

Fabiano and Fabrizio’s warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was an absolute treat—freshly prepared eggs, buttery croissants, donuts, hot cheese, ham or chorizo sandwiches, great fresh coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, and fruits, all served with care. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of Arrecife, with shops and amenities just a short walk away. And the terrace provided the perfect spot to relax and socialize, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a fantastic location!

I had an exceptional experience at this hostel – undoubtedly one of the best I've stayed in. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also included in the affordable price. The ideal location made exploring the area a breeze, and the host's kindness added a personal touch to my stay. As a solo traveler, finding a true home away from home is a rare joy—and that’s exactly what I found at Casa Natura. Nestled in the heart of Lanzarote, the location is perfect: quiet, central, and equidistant to all the island’s highlights. You can admire Famara from afar, enjoy incredible food, and rest up for your next adventure. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and hospitality. From day one, it felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. The shared dinners—especially paella night—created unforgettable memories around a close-knit table. Ana’s breakfasts, inspired by Canarian flavors, were the perfect start to each day, and José’s dinners could easily belong in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I got to try local dishes I would never have discovered in a typical hotel. Huge thanks to Ana, José, and Chiara for creating such a special space. Casa Natura isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience I’ll always remember! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Located in a quiet and beautiful hill off San Bartolomé, Casa Natura offers a beautiful and peaceful refuge. The hosts of the house, Ana and José Luís, were incredibly sweet and helpful, and they provided not only delicious meals, but most importantly, they provided precious company during our stay. Thank you Casa Natura for making our visit to Lanzarote a lot more special!

The villa was stunning it had everything we needed and much more. The kitchen was very well equipped . The pool and hottub were fabulous and spotlessly clean . The kids really enjoyed the pool table and access to Netflix and Disney plus . Our concierge Jean Luc couldn’t have been been more helpful he really did go above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience at villa canis . Will definitely return in the future .

The Villa was stunning, spotless and well maintained. The outside area had something for all the family with the fun pool , hot tub ,snooker and tennis tables , and BBQ area. The kitchen contained every appliance going so it was like being at home! It was all there from a popcorn maker to a rice cooker! Nights around the large surround TV transformed the living room into a cinema room which we enjoyed as a family. Bed Rooms were well kept and comfy with lots of storage. Thee was clean bedding and towels for use. The added bonus of balconies in the upstairs rooms was lovely. There was a lot of personal touches which gave it a homely feel. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes downhill so bear that it mind when you carrying water etc back uphill ! It has a good selection with fresh fish daily, Taxis were reasonable but you could hire a car if you want to explore more. Mountain walks were easy to spot with good pathways. Watch the wind though! Jean Luc was our concierge and went over and beyond for us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much for him and he was always smiling and happy to help ! Stunning views , quiet location and lovely surroundings.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and walkway. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment has a good size terrace and has 2 sunbeds as well as a table and chairs. The bathroom is a great space and the shower was excellent - very good pressure and always lots of hot water. The jacuzzi bath is also a good feature.

A fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Tv equipped with Netflix and YouTube. Balcony which is a gorgeous sun trap and you can hear the sea whilst sat on it! Literally 5 second walk to the beach. 20minute bus ride to Areecife and Puerto del carmen. Deiland shopping centre near by where you can get all groceries. A stunning a clean apartment with staff on hand to help through the booking.com app

Location, you're by the beach at Playa Honda, not surrounded by tourist tat, and close to the main road but not so close that you can hear the traffic on it. Great if you have a hire car. Clean, good shower unit.

Location was pretty much on the beach with a few restaurants to chose from, supermarket just 5 minutes walk so perfect place to stay

Location was perfect,less than 5 mins to the beach and local spar. Lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. Villa was very spacious. We had sun all day which was lovely 😍 loads of outside room around the pool area also. Antonio was great to deal with. Towels changed mid week and pool was cleaned also during our stay. Car space also inside an electric gate which was a great sense of security.

Really loved the outdoor space. Pool, jacuzzi, garden and eating areas were brilliant. Bedroom with door to pool👌👍 Two spacious bathrooms. The off road parking so handy. The pool caretaker was fantastic cleaned every other day and also cleaned tiles on surrounding areas. Antonio who manages the property gave 5* service from arrival to allowing our late checkout. We did not hear any noise from buses as some reviews had mentioned.

Fabulous villa, excellent outdoor space. The pool was lovely and gets the sun from morning until late in the evening and was always a very pleasant temperature. Both bedrooms were very spacious, the primary bedroom has a large bed and en suite bathroom, there is also a "family" bathroom off the hall. The villa was very clean, has excellent WiFi and good selection of English TV channels on a smart TV. The owners/caretakers were all very friendly and helpful. Villa is in a very tranquil location, yes it is across from the RIU Hotel but we weren't disturbed by any noise and it is a well run hotel, we didn't feel overlooked, everyone is on their holidays, enjoying themselves! Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach and closest supermarket and La Avenida Restaurant and about another 5 to the Los Pocillos end of Avenida de Las Playas to bars and restaurants or walk further in the other direction along Avenida de Las Playas to the busier parts of Puerto Del Carmen or further on to the old town. Space to park a car inside the villa if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Villa Pippa. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Yes there is traffic across the road at Hotel RIU but this never bothered us at all. The villa is spacious and even more space outside. All was absolutely spotless and we got a change of towels mid week. The villa rep Antonio was an absolute gentleman and couldn't do enough for us which was greatly appreciated as with some villas you pay and an email is sent with key details and that's it but not with Antonio. We walked to PDC strip every evening which was a lovely 30 minute step. There are some lovely shops and restaurants only a 5 /10 minute walk away. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We definitely would reccomend Villa Pippa for a family of 4.

And with plenty of parking available, I never had to worry about finding a place to park the rental car. But what really stood out to me was the beautiful garden on the property. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into maintaining it, and there were plenty of different spaces to enjoy depending on your mood. Whether we wanted to relax with a book, have a drink at sunset or simply take a stroll, the garden provided the perfect backdrop. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a charming, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Lanzarote, this is the perfect spot. The team at the hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, and I will definitely be back in the future.

We LOVED Finca Isolina. It's such a perfect location, everything is very close by, but it's such a peaceful and calming location. It beats every hotel on the island. The owner Marco, is the kindest, most genuine sweet person - he's been so great to us, so hospitable and caring, that we are still in awe of our time there. We honestly couldn't have had a better time in our dreams! The hotel itself is beautiful, sustainable and very authentic. The outside spaces are filled with life and amazing views all around. The breakfast is something else. All food is fresh, locally sourced and delicious, so gorgeously prepared, tasteful and vibrant. I could talk about the food all day long! Every breakfast we've had was filled with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, honey - our skin started glowing on the second day there. Every day we got something different and all our wishes came to life. We got engaged on this trip, and Marco has made all the effort to show us a good time! It was truly a dream come true. We've gotten great recommendations from him about hidden gems to see and experience and it's made all the difference to us. We had a personalised service with the best hospitality we've encountered in all of Europe. All of the staff is very accommodating, friendly and respectful and everyone really wants you to have the best time. I could not recommend this place more. We're looking forward to coming back!

I wish I would of stayed here the 7 days of my trip on the island 😍 The host is AMAZING breakfast is AMAZING and dinner as well! The comfort and attention to detail is what every traveller is looking for in a boutique hotel stay ! Private yoga 🧘‍♀️ area with and amazing view or the ocean 🌊 as well for breakfast and views of the Sunset setting behind the Volcano mountains! The finca is very nice and cozy and you immediately feel welcome. Marco as host was very accommodating, gave us great tips about the island and served a very good breakfast. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to have dinner in the evening. The food tastes great. The finca is very clean, has a great location and the sea view is very nice. The covered terrace for breakfast and dinner is very nice, as is the garden. Overall a very great place to stay, you can really enjoy your vacation.

I visited Finca Isolina with my parents for a short stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. From the time of arrival right through to checking out, Marco and his team were so welcoming, accommodating and generous. The team facilitated an early check in and we enjoyed local treats and coffees (all complimentary) while our rooms were being prepared. The bedrooms are spacious and spotless, with really comfortable beds and strong showers. There is a lovely outdoor lounge area with sun beds and a large hot tub, along with plenty of extra seating to relax at. The location is very tranquil, all that can be heard are the birds humming and background chatter of patron and guests. Breakfast the following day was really special, there was am extensive choice from the a la carte menu which Marco took the time and explain and make recommendations to us. We tried local fresh fruit salad and juices, followed by croissants, eggs, a board of local cheeses with toast and some excellent coffee. We really didn’t want to leave, my parents could happily have installed themselves for further nights but our home bound flight was upcoming. A great way to end our Lanzarote holiday and I would highly recommend to other travellers.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. We had ajunior suit which was lovely and spacious with a super large comfortable bed. It also had a fridge, coffee machine, very good hot shower and lots of storage. The hotel and grounds were spotless! Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, cakes, breads, cheeses and ham and full English on offer. Heated pool and jacuzzi pool with lots of space around them and plenty of shade.

The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk up a small hill away from the strip which meant it was quiet but close the action. It is a modern complex and the rooms are large, shower was brilliant. There was a pool and a large jacuzzi also.

Loved everything about the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean, comfy beds. Amazing pool area. Sunbeds everywhere and each room has two on balcony/ terrace so never a problem to get one. Adult jacuzzi area lovely. Breakfasts were fantastic- all freshly cooked to order. Literally can’t fault the place. We will be back.

Magma Rooms - what a find!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed and we just love it. Rooms are clean and very well furnished. Very comfortable stay. The kitchen area/seating inside and out are a great bonus. The entire place is spotlessly clean. Axl answers all your questions and then just leaves you to it which is great. Playa Honda is a lovely town. A little shopping centre, AMAZING beach and lots of little restaurants and cafes/coffee shops. So different to staying in a resort, in Playa Honda you really feel like part of the community. There are some tourists but you are mainly in the company of locals which is what we like. You can easily get at bus to Arrecife (visit Amelie and Friends for superb coffee in the harbour!) We love it....Magma Rooms and Playa Honda.

Cozy and modern guesthouse with plenty of services, friendly staff, comfortable room, spacious ensuite bathroom with amenities, near the airport, residential area with good restaurants by the sea (I highly recommed the Emmax and its fresh pasta). I had no issues to park on the street nearby (maybe due to Covid).

Booked last minute, really great price. Check in states from 14:30 however flight arrived at 11am, arrived to magma rooms at 12:00 owner greeted us and welcomed us in really lovely lady very helpful with keys and access codes an processes, showed us around. Honestly Magma rooms exceeded my expectations, it is beautiful spacious very well maintained. We used the pool - complimentary pool towels. Pictures do not do it justice. Really close to beaches and plenty of bike hire shops close by to make the most of bicycle routes to neighbouring towns. Beds super comfortable. Property in general is very quiet we only saw one other guest during our stay which made it feel like we had the entire place to ourselves. Quiet residential street but plenty of great restaurants a short walk away - highly recommend forestors. Would absolutely book Magma rooms again.

Underrated, should be 5 stars for the views alone. Lovely, clean apartments in an amazing location, everything is on your doorstep, although they are right on the strip, the apartments are very quiet when you are inside. If you’re expecting luxury then they are not, but everything you need is here, they are very comfortable apartments, we are sorry we couldn’t have stayed longer, and will miss waking up to the amazing views each morning. We will definitely return.

The location right on the strip and the amazing seaviews are what staying here is all about. The sound of the waves is so relaxing. The balcony is perfect for catching the sun and relaxing. Parakeets and black collared doves visit daily too which is cute. The apartment had everything I needed, kitchen well kitted out, flat screen TV, excellent WiFi and comfy beds, even a rocking chair.... perfect 👏

The location was perfect for all amenities. Everything is so close by! Having that beautiful view of the ocean & being only a few steps away from what felt like our own private beach, fantastic! The Apartment itself was lovely, spacious, comfortable beds with all mod cons. Cleaned every 2nd day with fresh towels provided. Staff were very friendly & so helpful. The first thing is the location, it could not be better, its located right on the water surrounded by beautiful little beaches that are hidden away, its like having your own private beach, you walk straight from your apartment into the sea, I swam twice a day because the water was lovely and warm. Antonio the host was very very helpful, he came to meet us there at 8:00pm to let us in, he carried our cases down the steps, he is friendly, helpful and professional. I was worried that it would be too noisy in these apartments because its located at the beginning of the strip in the new town but I had nothing to worry, lovely respectful clientele, and no noise from the strip because it's quiet end, so your're surrounded by everything you need on your doorstep without the downsides. there is sun all day from sun up to sun down and the sunsets are amazing, 2 things that are not criticisms because I don't have any, just observations, instead of air con the bedrooms have good remote controlled fans on the ceilings which are excellent and not noisy, also there are a few steps down to the apartments depending on what floor you stay on so its perfectly suited unless you have real mobility issues, thank you, fantastic week.

The apartments with their own private outside area were perfect. Everything was pristine clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Christof in Reception was excellent, explained everything so well. Each room had its own kettle microwave and mini fridge. Jacuzzi and pool were fab. we wanted for nothing. Will be back next year.

Excellent staff and facilities at the hotel .Was always something for breakfast although long wait for fresh eggs as only 1 person on the station . Drinks are very reasonable for a hotel and snack options were very good during the day .Lovely pool and jacuzzi which were heated . The rooms are very spacious and spotless and house keeping was great . Only a short walk to bars and restaurants/shops. The only small gripe I had was family members of 2 guests rocking up everyday drinking cans at the pool . They were not staying there but were there every day. I thought it was resident only and bit annoying to be paying extra to stay at a hotel that anyone can use . Anyway I’m sure il stay again in the future

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments were very clean and spacious. The pool area was immaculate. The jacuzzi on the rooftop with extra beds was an added bonus! The location of the apartments were ideal, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. I will be returning.

This is a lovely hotel cannot recommend it enough, staff everywhere reception, restaurant/bar, house-keeping are so friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and really work hard. We were half board (breakfast & dinner), great selection of fresh food, replenished very promptly. Stayed in 2 bedroom apt, comfortable beds, plenty of room for 4 of us. Complex is very accessible (wheelchair /child friendly) and safe. Met a lot of other Irish visitors at the complex who have been returning there every year.

We had booked the Breakfast it was amazing, good quality, excellent choice, freshly cooked. The rooms were beautiful, cool and our location was perfect The staff were amazing, reception were very helpful, nothing was a problem. The pools were lovely and clean and accessible to everyone. They had a lift for people with mobility needs. The sun beds were comfy and pool towels were provided free. The lovely girl in charge if the restaurant was so friendly a breath of fresh air.

Traveled as a family of four with our son and grandson age 8, when we arrived we were met by very friendly helpful staff at reception check in was perfect. We were on an early flight there was a room provided so we could store our bags and change.....until our acomadation was ready..... This was our first time visiting this hotel but won't be our last it's a beautiful complex very well looked after, our rooms cleaned every other day nothing was a problem when we asked for extra towels. They just left them in our Room.... There are two pools in the complex we stayed in a beautiful two bed bungalow on the bottom level with everything that you need for self catering... The beds were so comfortable the best sleep I have ever had abroad... The pool was right outside our door very safe for families and couples there was a great mix of both...our key card gave us access to the back gate so we could go to the beach and shops.. We were breakfast only beautiful something for everyone.... And gave us a takeaway box for my grandson.... Lovely staff There is a pool side bar at one of the pools that serve food and drinks very nice and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend a visit....

Costa Sal was the perfect place for our first family holiday with out 9m baby. We had in a bungalow room which to our surprise had a separate pool from the main apartments, mostly occupied with families with small children. The resort was incredibly clean and well kept, workers out sweeping and gardening every morning, painting and maintaining the pool. The apartments were well equipped for making basic meals and comfortable. High chair provided in room and also in restaurant. Buffet breakfast was perfect with large selection and lots to chose from for baby too (also GF section available). Short walk the beach or seafront with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants to choose from. Close proximity to airport on No161 bus which meant we didn't take car seat for baby. Ideal choice. Only one downside, AC in main living area and not in bedrooms which might be tricky in high summer months.

Clean apartment. Quiet location. Very good breakfast. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Good facilities. Supermarket on-site. Some bars and restaurants close by. 2nd line to the ocean. Close to airport. Friendly, helpful staff.

Central location - close by to restaurants, bars and shops. Travelled with a toddler and the suite was perfect for this - they made up a bed for her in the living room. We travelled to and from the hotel/airport using the local bus 161.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Such a beautiful beach, crystal clear water, absolutely amazing to swim in. The hotel pools were spotlessly clean and so divine to swim in. We had such a good sleep in a gorgeous quiet suite. The view from the restaurant is exceptional and I could literally sit there all day looking out at the sea. The reception staff were extremely helpful. We had an abundance of restaurants, shops , coffee shops etc on our doorstep, we were literally spoiled for choice. Overall its exceptional.

Plus Fariones was comfortable, clean and perfectly located in Puerto del Carmen. We booked the day of our arrival and got lucky with a room on the top floor with a sea view. The room was clean, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fine. We also tried out the pool bar for lunch, also fine. For a couple days list minute days at the beach, this did the trick.

Hotel rooms very comfortable and relaxing and very well equipped. Pool area and bar lovely and comfortable and nice entertainment every night. View from rooms was amazing. Location of hotel is the best , right on the beach and beside a square of bars and restaurants beside large new mercadona supermarket and beside bus stop, chemist and off licence. Most of the staff are lovely and so helpful except for dinning room staff ?

The hotel is located right on the beach which was so convenient and we didn't need to pay for the beach loungers as the hotel was right there. We booked the high floor suite which had an amazing view and was very spacious. The hotel put accomodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other which was great. Very clean and comfortable with great working Air-con. Live music every evening. The pool was well kept and clean and very aesthetic. It was the nicest smelling hotel I have stayed with nice floral scents everywhere including the bathrooms! We will be back ...

All modern decor, with a stunning bathroom, and the bedroom has wonderful wardrobes that I would replicate in my own house. I have never stayed in such a clean hotel - the cleaners are unbelievable, you could eat your dinner from the floor! The pool area is fabulous, also maintained to such a high level and really comfortable. Having a wonderful bar with incredible food and cocktails is great too! Everything could not have been more perfect!

Everything was spot on here . Great location .Lovely small group of apartments centered around a decent pool . Everyone and everything is just so relaxed there, the whole atmosphere sets the tone for a great chilled holiday. Apartment was perfect , well equipped and the beds very comfortable . stayed in a two bed and rooms have plenty of space. Cleaning is best we have ever had on holiday , the staff keep the rooms and area spotless with very regular towel change and bedding etc. Fab bar for drinks and excellent food ,the lads working there are great .My kids loved the pool table also. Reception also very friendly and helpful ,in fact every staff member we came in contact with were . Pool surrounded by comfortable padded beds , plenty of them no matter what time of day so no worrying about getting one Standard rooms are well shaded and so are kept cool with no aircon , we stayed in May with 27/23 degrees and did not need a/c , August may require it though so consider deluxe if they are available and you struggle with heat at night. We did have to close the windows at night due to noise from the nearby bars but that's what a central location will do. Happy to recommend to everyone and plan on returning again in the future

The complex is small, secure, clean and friendly. The pool area is spotless and the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment was very spacious, air conditioning included in price. Location amazing. Shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes away. Beach and sea literally 2 minutes away. Lovely pool bar with happy hour and lovely food, reasonably priced.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the lady at reception, our apartment was ready for us even though we arrived early, all areas around the pool and the apartment itself were absolutely spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. The apartment itself was one of the standard apartments but even so, it was a very good size and well equipped and everything was in good condition and the large TV has a selection of English channels, again I have to mention the cleanliness here, the apartment is cleaned thoroughly and new towels provided each other day. David who works in the poolside bar is such a good guy with perfect English and is a great asset for the business. The location of Fayna apartments is A1, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, but also it's secluded and private and quiet, with a relatively small number of apartments the poolside is not too busy and there are always sunbeds available. Fayna is very well run to a high standard, it's definitely my future choice when travelling to Lanzarote.

Comfortable hotel, good sized room with comfortable beds and good quality shower, air conditioning in the room worked well, the room had a fridge, a bottle of water was provided for our arrival, hair dryer and safe. There were plenty of spare pillows. The balcony over looked pool with views of the beach and sea across the road. Pool towels were provided and you could have your room cleaned everyday if you wished. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool which was a good size. Good selection of breakfast items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was kept clean and the grounds were well kept. Easy access to the beach across the road, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella were €10.50. A good selection of shops bars and restaurants were close by. The hotel is in a lovely area with a nice promenade for walking.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional sea views as it’s located right across the road from the beach. We had a stunning garden room and terrace with sea views, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful large walk in shower, no shortage of hot water either no matter what time of day. Wherever you go in this hotel you’ll find it’s kept so well and wonderfully clean, add in the staff who were so pleasant, cheerful and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is self service and there was no shortage of choice, I even had an omelette cooked for me while I waited. We decided to have all inclusive the last two days of our stay to really relax and enjoy the hotel, the pool side snack bar was great but the lunch and evening restaurant choices were not so good but we didn’t allow this to distract from our overall enjoyment in the hotel. Evening entertainment was not great there was better entertainment outside in the bars only a short stroll away. I will come back again to this hotel, loved it 🥰

Beautiful design of the hotel, clean, everything very well maintained, magnificent garden with pool, right by the sea, peaceful environment with parrots singing, nesting in the palm trees of the garden. Snack bar terrace near the pool, with nice laughing guests. The hotel's clientele is decent and unobtrusive. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was excellent, the quality and presentation comparable to the 5-star Hipotel Playa de Palma Palace in Mallorca. The restaurant staff is satisfactory, the welcome to the restaurant is always very friendly and attentive. Reception staff also very helpful, always with a smile, and interested in all our needs communicated over the phone from the room. We enjoyed billiards, chess, ping pong and pool. The SPA was under renovation, we also enjoyed the workers and gardeners :-) We really liked this hotel and we will come back here.

Was unexpectedly given a free upgrade to a junior suite. Room was fantastic with two balconies overlooking the sea and pool area. Huge, comfortable king-size bed and separate lounge area. Sun loungers and seating on balconies. Large, clean bathroom, amazing shower. Hotel was clean and modern. Gardens inside and outside were well cared for. Good buffet choices for breakfast and evening meal. Staff all very attentive and professional. Nice gym and lots of poolside activities. Would definitely stay again to make use of the Wellness area. The hotel had a really nice, relaxing vibe. Location was good, easy access to beach, restaurants and buses.

The experience from the min we arrived was just exceptional, a short drive in a taxi from the airport had us at the amazing entrance to the hotel,the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. We got our key to a ground floor room which was so spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was amazing,it had all the facilities of a 5* hotel. The ensuite was fabulous and the cleanliness through was 2nd to none.....we had breakfast the following morning and we were blown away with the size of the dining area and the variety of food available to suit all tastes. The pool and pool side bar facilities were great and staff were so friendly......all in all we there isn't one negative thing we could say about our stay and we will definitely be going back again. If returning to Lanzarote, we will definitely book this accommodation again. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed (shampoo/shower gel, equipped kitchen, balcony..). We felt very comfortable and welcomed there, there was a live music in the evening and in general we enjoyed the amazing atmosphere that this accommodation has. The pool and the entire are were spotless clean. Honestly, I dont understand why this accommodation has only 2*, it could easily declare 4*.

The Elena 2 apartment rooms were very spacious, they are clean and tidy. Bar staff are excellent with children, the reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area, bus routes, best times to visit places etc. Location is perfect for anyone who doesn't like walking far to get to amenities, you have less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, all the shops, supermarket and the main strip with restaurants and bars. We had a late night flight departing and whilst check out was 11am they provided us access to a family room where we could use shower facilities, safely and securely store bags and they had a taxi waiting for us which the chap on reception organised for us. Cannot fault the service of this place.

Everything was so clean and all staff very friendly they supply towels , WiFi and also laundry if needed. . It's so central to everything the beach the bars and a big thing is so close to the airport. Another big thing on checkout day if your flight is late they offer a courtesy room where you can relax with a shower also. No complaints perfect place for our stay

There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools, and it was great to have a choice of pools with some aimed at children, some relaxing (adult only), and another with music and entertainment. I was also nice to have the option of dining in an adult only restaurant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great - only a short ride from the airport but also close to the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel and definitely value for money. I would gladly return to this hotel and would be happy to recommend it to family and friends.

Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples.

Everything about Sentido Aequora Suites is perfect for our holiday, ground floor perfect for our mobility . Breakfast is perfect for me as I am a very simple breakfast person but my husband loved to try all the different food available for breakfast and dinner.. Room so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were exceptionaly helpful at all times.

The location of the property is perfect short walk to the beach and near restaurants and shops. The property was spotless clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are lovely and spotless clean. Different pool areas for whatever suits you I.e adults only, lively family pool or a quieter family pool and the splash pool for kids too. The food was lovely in the restaurants good quality, all inclusive can be repetitive but you will always find something to eat. All the staff in this hotel worked extremely hard and are always so friendly.

Everything. Started the day very early as flight landed 7:30 in the morning. Although checking is not until 15:00, since the apartment was left early we got the keys by 10am. Even before that we could already use all the facilities. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinners at the buffet where great, and huge variety, nothing less than 4* hotels . The show cooking meat and fish was always perfect and staff so friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices of all inclusive drinks. Usual stuff and even more. Size of the main pool, big enough for kids and adults to play with floats and not feel crammed. Plenty of sun lounges, got rid of the towels left for more than half an hour laying around before 10am, which made it fair for all users. Pool bar hot snacks made to order, so they were always fresh! Size of the apartment and cleanliness, towels changed every day. Excellent service. Night entertainment on site with plenty of spaces at the bar.

Location is perfect with a lot going on at walking distance: Spar, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We stayed for two weeks and never got bored of the food. The Pool bar is decent, but not many options to offer. Pool and pool are are great for a 3 star hotel. We stayed in a two bed apartment and it had everything we needed, including enough space and a handy balcony with sea view. Room service every day. It's great value for money.

This was our second stay in The Floresta and will not be our last. The rooms are so clean and airy. Edwardo on reception is very kind and patient. He greeted us on arrival and was so lovely. I became unwell while in the hotel and he acted fast helping my husband and getting a doctor to my room quickly. Joann is fantastic he is very inclusive with the children, and adults also! The bar staff are super friendly. To the blonde lady that made my Pinacolada, yum yum thank you. The breakfast staff, and staff behind the scenes work tirelessly to ensure guests are catered for. Marcos Bar across the road is really lovely and breakfast is gorgeous if you fancy a change from the hotel breakfast. Views from Marcos are stunning and the kids Purple princess mocktails were a big hit!!

The Floresta Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The one-bedroom apartment in the ground floor "C" building was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered a breathtaking garden view. It was very clean. We spent countless hours unwinding by the pool, which was definitely a highlight of our visit. All four pools were well-kept, and the water was crystal clear. The selection and quality of the food available with the all-inclusive package were exceptional. Every meal was a pleasure, with options to satisfy every craving, from fresh meats to delectable desserts. Being just a short walk or a quick taxi/bus ride away from popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas adds tremendous value. There’s a peaceful, long beach just around the corner 🌊. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the older part of the town and approx 10 min walk to the main strip. A little bit of a hill up to the hotel but nothing too steep. Staff were very friendly, polite, professional and helpful at all times. Breakfast was lovely as was the food at the pool bar (we didn't have dinner). Our apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our trip. The pool was lovely. Very safe for families. We have booked again for next year.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, nice pool and bar which sold all kinds of bar meals including breakfast, starting at 3.50 euros. Sue, one of the bar staff was really lovely and friendly, as were all the staff. Good location, up a short hill, but no problem for us. Very clean 1 twin bed room. 2 ceramic hobs, kettle,toaster,coffee maker and microwave. Cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room, fan in the bedroom, cool at night. Hairdryer in bathroom and excellent shower. 2 local spa supermarkets and lots of bars and eating establishments to suit all palates. Prices okay between 1.5 - 2.5 euros for a large local beer. good restaurants, we had 2 Chinese meals and 1 Indian, my 4 yr old grand-daughter loved the Chicken Tikka masala, plus steaks and breakfasts, all really good. Lovely beach 12 euros for 2 sun loungers and umbrella. Very hot weather, use high factor especially on the beach. Great holiday with my son and his family, definitely return.

We had a brilliant time in Jable Bermudas ! The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. she made us all feel very welcome when we arrived , she explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment, night security , the pool, the bar etc . Staff at the bar were very friendly too, the food and drinks available at the bar were very good and also very reasonably priced ! The apartments were spotless clean and had everything that we needed. Location is great, just a few mins walk to the main strip and beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. We have already booked to come back again !

Enjoyed a weeks stay here over Easter. The rooms were really big, cleaned every other day and had good cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and hob. Large spacious balcony, ours was overlooking the sea so nice to sit in the afternoon. Pool area wasn't over busy but imagine it might be at peak times. The bar area was nice serving really nice bar snacks at reasonable prices. The only downside to the bar was that it only remained open until around 7.30 pm. The hotel is very central, only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront and the many shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay hère again.

Location wise could not be better, a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped also with a safety deposit box.. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The pool area is ok and again clean and well kept, the bar has everything food and drink you will need all at a good prices. All TV sports available, pool table darts etc... also in the bar area. This was my second stay and will be going again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very spacious with the best balcony and view we have ever had! 4 sunbeds and comfortable furniture. On our floor there was a small gym, snack bar and up a few stairs a small swimming pool with sunbeds. The food was good and the half board was enough variety for us. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is quiet. No beds or parasols on the beach, just palm trees. Very Spanish area. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and we will return.

Great sea front view overlooking pedestrian/ cycle way - no motor traffic. Really nice walk along sea front to marina area. Close to airport and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Useful supermarkets next door. Sheltered balcony with beautiful sunset view. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Extra pillows provided on request. Good shower. Mini bar locked- not sure why. Pleasant, relaxed roof top pool area with good views and friendly bartender.

A modern hotel situated right on beachfront very clean with good sized bedrooms. Only downside for us was the lack of bar facilities. Although the very attractive rooftop pool and bar was well advertised it was not open and the 'piano bar' was only open during dinner. Plenty of bars in the vicinity however. Reasonable breakfast with good choice but buffet dinner a little disappointing.

Everyone was very helpful!. The place has an excellent location, close to the beach and the high street close to restaurants, shops and cocktails bar. The bus stop to the airport or other places is literally 8 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean and new. The area was calm and the swimming pool was amazing!.

The property was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and within 7 minutes to the main strip where all the restaurants and bars are! The owner is so lovely and helpful! She is very welcoming and assisted me with getting a taxi back to the airport. There’s also a shower room to freshen up if you have a later flight which was very ideal. Great value for money, decent sized pool to accommodate all guests and enough sunbeds. Very spacious apartments.

Overall, this hotel was very nice. The public areas were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of swimming pool provision and sun loungers available. There was a nice spa to relax in. We booked a sea view room view and we were on level 4 with a great view of the sea. The standard of cleanliness in the room and public areas was excellent. The decor of our room was very tasteful. The hotel was very conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the village of Puerto Calero. There was plenty of free parking in the roads outside. Having visited other areas of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero is a very clean harbour village with high quality restaurants and shops. There were some downsides to the hotel. Although the reception staff were generally really helpful there were a few exceptions. Our beds and pillows were not comfortable, and alternatives such as feather pillows were not available. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of high quality food, but smoking was allowed in much of the semi-covered breakfast area. In the good weather it was really nice to be able to have breakfast outside, rather than in the inside area which relied on artificial lighting, but it was difficult to avoid smokers (who were in the minority) without sitting at the rear of the semi-covered area, the only area where smoking was not allowed.

A great hotel, made excellent by the professionalism and commitment of the staff. Despite reduced staff numbers, the level of service was outstanding - from the cleaning ladies (rooms and communal areas always spotlessly clean) to the restaurant staff (food replenished continuously) and the manager, Stefan, who also worked in the restaurant. Yolande on Reception was especially helpful and efficient. Excellent variety of food for both buffet breakfast and dinner (both meals included in our special offer rate), with some dishes cooked to order. Evening entertainment in the bar (unexpected in the current Covid conditions) was also very good. Hygiene and safety standards maintained throughout the hotel and we felt very safe. Only 2 slight negatives: the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill so a difficult walk to the marina for anyone with mobility issues (though not a problem for us); the internet service was very unreliable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Costa Calero for 7 nights all inclusive in a sea view double room from 1st to 8th June 2015 with my wife. The hotel was perfect if you wanted a quiet relaxing holiday. All the facilities at the hotel were very good. The only gripe I had was that we never had sun on our balcony morning or evening. We hired a car, bicycles and went scuba diving and all organised directly at the hotel. would definitely recommend All Inclusive as there is not much to do in the area apart from a few bars and restaurants down by the marina. Porto del Carmen is only 10 minute drive or if your feeling fit a 50 minute walk along the coastal path. Nightly entertainment was really good but only went on for about 1 hour. Bar stays open til 1am but most people in bed by 12:30. would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. We would stay here again.

My partner and I are late 20s and wanted a week in the sun to simply relax and do very little! From getting off the plane we were through customs and at the hotel within an hour. The double room was very spacious and clean, the only negative being that it was two singles pushed together still using single bedding. The room was bright and had good air con which was needed! The pools were all clean and warm, and it was easy to get a good spot in the morning. We sat by the pool pretty much all day, using the very good pool bars to keep hydrated with beer and cola. The food was much better than I'd expected. A good variety each night and lunch time, and always something different to choose. The piano bar got fairly busy each night but it was still easy to get drinks, the majority of branded spirits were included in the all inclusive which was great! The marina is only a few minutes walk away with good restaurants and shops if you fancy a change as well. All in all it was an excellent holiday at a great hotel. Nice and quiet and great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff also

This really is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff, lovely guests, nice food, immaculate grounds. Booked an all inclusive here through Expedia and separate flights. Arrived around 11am & was able to check in right away. My only disappointment was that we were on the ground floor 3 doors from the end of the hotel & the view was not great I had sent an email request for a higher level room but was told on check in that all the standard rooms were on the ground floor. It would of been nice if the hotel had replied to the email telling us this and perhaps offered the option to pay for an upgrade. Other than this everything was perfect. The Piano bar is open at 6pm in a lovely setting overlooking the sea, the pool bar serve drinks up until then & the service in all bars was fast & friendly often with the same staff alternating between all the bars. The entertainment is fabulous, we had a singer in the Piano bar the 1st night who was great & a rock n roll tribute band in the club who really knew how to entertain & get everyone dancing! The other nights were good too with a very funny show from the hotels animation staff. The food was lovely with not a chicken nugget in sight, but a varied selection of salads, grilled meats potato dishes,breads & fresh fruit and although I'm not a great dessert eater the selection looked wonderful. There was always home made pizza too. Everything is constantly being replenished & the staff are quick to clear the plates.

The room was large and comfortable with a lounge/kitchen and separate bedroom. Twin beds (would have preferred a double) were comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped. Bath and shower. Hairdryer. The tv had BBC and ITV. All in all a great place by the beach for a few days away. Location wise, it had it all. Puerto Del Carmen was a nice place with plenty to do. Great for a good walk. Airport to Harbour and back is 12 miles. We did it with a couple of drink stops on the way! Great trip and we'll definitely go back!

The apartment complex was lovely with good amenities. The pool is a great size and was a good temperature. For children there is a smaller pool, a playground on site, there is also a tennis court. There was a pool bar/restaurant open daily. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly although reception was not 24 hours (09:00 - 22:00). There is security on site over night. The rooms were a very good size with a well equipped kitchen and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The additional bedding available was reasonably comfy - sofa or pull out bed under the sofa. The location of the apartments was very good, just set back from the main road (which you cannot hear) and in easy reach of the beach and all the bars and restaurants. I had a really lovely holiday and liked the complex and all it had to offer. There were a couple of things I would say need looking at, but I wouldn't let that stop me from returning.

Just a short walk to the strip with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Apartments are very clean and we were at the side with a side sea view. Good size balcony and lounge/kitchen area. Good size pool. Reception staff very helpful and they have showers for you to use on the last day if you are leaving later and will also look after your cases. Wifi is free of charge in the reception area. Downsides - The reserving of sunbeds is a big issue here , you are packed in like sardines with very little room to move. People were reserving beds in the morning and they were still not being used by 4.00pm. This is totally unfair. Plugs in the apartments- There is coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle in the kitchen but you can only use them one at a time as there only appears to be one plug, We do not use these things anyway but if you were there self catering you would have a problem. Fans - There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which is much needed , and there is a free standing fan in the lounge which we also moved to the bedroom to sleep as it was very hot. We could not get any air through the property so it was quite difficult sleeping at times. Air conditioning would be better but this does seem to be the norm out here. I would use them again but I would avoid school holidays as you would never get a sunbed

Lovely spacious apartment in small complex just off the main front road, (No traffic noise. ) with a large communal swimming pool and a pool bar for snacks and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaners kept the apartment spotless. It was a two minute walk to all the restaurants and bars nearby and of course the beach. No complaints at all re the complex, would recommend it to friends. Booked flights and accommodation ourselves, saved hundreds versus the package companies. Transfers by taxi 15euros each way and took 15 mins.

Very nice place! I've been coming to Lanzarote for the past 10 years, and I've been to many apartments before. I love this one for the fact that is is welcoming, quiet, "boutique" style with not too many apartments and "cute" size. The apartment I am in is very modern, clean, beautiful. I was impressed by the huge size of the bed. I am spending my time here solo, so happy about this ;) The location is perfect about 5 minutes to the avenida with all the bars and restaurants, and the beach. Many people talk about the hill going to the avenida. To be honest, when I do my things on the avenida, I've always taken a taxi back to the apartment, and it has always cost me a bit 3€. So for that price, I was willing to be kind to this hill 🤭 and thank it every time I went down. I also love the fact that there is a little super market at less than 2 minutes where I could buy some food and some necessities. And finally, you must try Nacor's delicious meals! I've been wowed by the impressive smoothie that he prepared for me, by the swimming pool bar 🙂🍸

We arrived at noon and our room was ready which was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more, bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent service at Nocor's Kiosko, the food was tasty and the cocktails were gorgeous!! The pool was perfect, temperature was spot on. It's a great location as you're at the top of cardiac hill, so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars but just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We usually stayed at Jable bermudas but couldn't on this occasion as they weren't available, I have to say I'm happy that they were full as we found this place and when we return to Puerto del Carmen, Apartamentos Isla de Lobos will be our first choice in future, we loved our stay.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Clean fridge clean bedroom clean bathroom. The room was modern and lovely and the bed was comfortable. Quiet apartments so our balcony felt private too. Location is good cardiac hill isn’t as bad as people think unless you were to have mobility issues. There is a shop just one minutes walk away that had lots of things we needed and the strip is just 2 minutes down the hill. The staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Offered a free late checkout if it was to be available (it wasn’t on this occasion) but nice that it was offered seeing as lots of places make you pay for this. Used the luggage room on our last day and this was convenient too.

This was our first stay at Isla de Lobos…. And would highly recommend. Late arrival but good communication about how to access the room. Our room was very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there were two coffee mugs .. not just the little cups. The staff were very helpful, Nacor who runs the pool bar was amazing, the pool area was spotless… the maintenance man worked hard everyday keeping it spotless. Location is good…. Near to the main strip and local supermarkets. We had a late check out and couldn’t keep the room, but shower facilities are available in reception until the pool bar closes at around 8pm. We will definitely return in the future.

The location of the las lilas apartments was perfect , a short walk and you are in the heart of it all , beach, shops, bars, restaurants. There is a spar supermarket across the road for all of your needs. The studio room with kitchen was prefect for self catering . The room was clean and kept clean by lovely maids. beds are comfy , there where extra blankets if needed , loads of loo roll supplied. Soap, toiletries, washing up liquid and tea towel supplied.

Short walk to the beach and bars/ restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area peaceful and well maintained.

Stayed here as a long time visitor to the island for 5 nights as part of a 2 location holiday. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos, it was peaceful (adults only), a perfect distance away from the strip and the shops with facilities all around. The reception staff were perfects, helpful and when a request was made, they responded very quickly and efficiently. I just wish I could employ staff that were so dedicated to their work back home. The rooms were cleaned well and when we wanted (which is so nice to experience for a change) and the accommodation itself was both comfortable and homely. The kitchen was more than fine for what we needed, the TV worked well with a nice selection of international and UK channels (a welcome bonus), my request for an iron was dealt with immediately and the owner had plenty of time to talk to us and help with any other requests we had. The pool was spotless, quiet and was never overcrowded, with plenty of sunbeds if required. Overall we had a lovely time and it was a real bargain at the price. I only hope we get to stay again when we visit the island next. Thank you for a lovely time.

The hotel is clean, modern and spacious, we were lucky and got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The views from the hotel were beautiful. The room was always cleaned and changed before 1pm which we couldn’t believe! Beds were extremely comfortable, the property was quiet at night despite being close to the main area of Puerto del Carmen and all amenities were superb from the pool to the tennis court. It’s located just a short walk into the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen which was convenient especially for my mum who has problems with her knees. The food was delicious, there was a variety of options available especially for plain/picky eaters like myself. The staff were very friendly and informative. We had a late check in and were shown to get our dinner at the restaurant late while the room was prepared, even though the restaurant shuts at 9:30pm we were told not to rush as the restaurant will stay open for us, this is a small touch but really started our stay on a great foot! Beds were extremely comfortable, the property was quiet at night despite being close to the main area of the town. We will definitely come back!! A wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful time at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers lovely sea views. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the buffet was delicious but not really varied, anyway, had options for all tastes. The drinks were great in the other hand, varied,generous and well-mixed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony sea view. Is a great hotel for family with with kids and elderly people!

Such a good stay!! It was clean, comfortable, modern and a good location for us in a slightly quieter area. Some bars close by and only about 15/20 mins walk or €2.50 taxi into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Balcony was lovely and big. Room was clean and fresh water left daily. Always sun beds available, no mad rush before breakfast to reserve! Breakfast was amazing! Lunch and dinner were less impressive but always something to eat. We would return!

All the staff exceptional, very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is in the best part of porto del carmen, very quite area, although with lots of shops, reataurants, bars, night clubs near by walking distance, highly recomended. Such a lovely peaceful and safe complex, with genuinely helpful and friendly staff. The complex is situated a little back from the coast near the top of a steep hill in a residential area meaning that you will have a peaceful and quiet location. I felt so safe. Beautiful, fresh studio appartment which had everything we needed and s Spar shop and a couple of bars and restaurants nearby. Don't miss Mario's for a pizza, delicious! I'll definitely book again. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I left. The room was clean and well positioned with the balcony overlooking the road and the pool- which doesn't sound great but actually proved fine because it got the sun for most of the. The pool was clean and well maintained with a good number of sunbeds and parasols available. The cafe/bar was open until 6pm and the person managing it was really accommodating. The complex offers real value for money and ticks almost every box you would want to be ticked for a relaxed vacation. It's also a good base for some lovely, relaxed walks along the coast- turn right, not left when you get to the old town :-) Final point for consideration- there's a Spar nearby which is well stocked and cheap. Perfect for stocking up for the occasional evening of self-catering.

My first impression? What a lovely little complex. Everything looked spotless and brand new. The receptionist was very welcoming and informative and brought me to my studio, even carried my suitcase. The studio looked basic but was well laid out with a nice little kitchenette hiding behind double doors and a great sized bathroom with large shower. The bed was really comfortable, just as good as my bed at home; good pillows too. The flat-screen TV was large and had an excellent range of channels including the four UK terrestrial channels. There was a safe in the room which I believe you pay extra for (not sure as I didn't use it). Kitchen comprised of two ring cooker, microwave and fridge and equipment included a kettle and coffee maker, saucepans, plates and cutlery. Towels were plentiful. Room cleaners were on site daily and external areas looked impeccable including the pool area. Although the apartments are a little walk into town, there are good facilities within 2 mins walk of the apartments: a very nice Spar and three or four restaurants, not to mention a lovely gift shop.

Kikere studios was a fantastic place to stay . Location: excellent. Cross the street walk down some steps, minutes along the street and ur in the old town . At the bottom of the steps is also the start of the costal walk to puerto calero . Which is a beautiful walk. Took us about 40 mins each way. One day we got the water taxi back. . Studios- kikere has been refurbished and only opened a few months ago. The studios are very spacious, beds are super comfortable. Cleaning daily is exceptional. Balcony was huge . We were in room 111 which got the sun all day and until the sun went down. Pool area- lots of sun loungers and always chairs free at any time of the day . All loungers are in a Great location for the sun all day with umbrellas too. Pool looked lovely even I didn’t go in . Staff : were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment complex, nice little swimming pool, very clean and quiet, at least during my stay. The studio was spacious, with a big shower room, comfy beds, aircon, and a small kitchen, not suitable if you plan on cooking, but enough for breakfast. Lovely big terrace next to the swimming pool.
