This is a sleek modern hotel with its own spa and wellness centre, located on a quiet street in the upper area of Ragusa. Staff are multi-lingual and very helpful and special thanks to Antonio (who had been to my town, Brighton!). The breakfast is excellent with selection of pastries, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, juices and cereals. Also very family-friendly. They even made a sandwich for me as I was leaving very early on my last day. The single room was well-furnished with a very comfy bed.. Single rooms are well-furnished with excellent new bathroom and a hot shower. You go down hill into the historic centre, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Ragusa is a beautiful hill town, so expect to get some exercise going up and down the different streets. Many of the shop and restaurant staff speak English. The food is great, and a good variety of cafes, snack bars and restaurants. Along with Noto and Monica, this is one of the most important towns for Baroque architecture and the church you see features in the Inspector Montalbano TV series.

I would say it is lives up to its name. Lovely facility, friendly and professional staff. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. They offer breakfast, which is great, but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, they offered to provide an excellent assortment of appetizers and wine for a casual “dinner” when we decided to not go out for dinner the first night.

There are 5 star hotels that could take some notes from this 4 star hotel. Everything to the minutest detail was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff wonderful and helpful in particular Alexis, who took her time to give me genuine recommendations based on what I asked and needed only. The restaurant she recommend was exactly what I wanted, rustic and delicious and not overpriced, she truly understood customer service, with a smile and organised everything from my taxi in the morning to an iron! I truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The room itself was exquisite and the continental breakfast at high level of quality. This was a truly 5 star Experience for a 4 star hotel. The location is fantastic, Ragusa Ibla is a lovely walk down the mountain with restaurants and beautiful locals to interact with along the way a quick 10 min bus ride back up the and less that 1 min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. I wouldn't need to stay anywhere else when I go back to Ragusa. Just fantastic.

What a beautiful building,perfectly located for exploring the old town. Like staying in a piece of history. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The wonderful Michelle found us a private terrace, brought us a delicious glass of Sicilian rose and some aperitvos and found us the most amazing restaurant for the evening. Would highly recommend the pool at their sister hotel which was a green oasis, much needed after our visit to the old town in sweltering heat.

Modern, clean, and amazing smelling hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Spa and indoor pool available at extra cost, not free as advertised on booking. Nearby parking is also available on the streets. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. It is a stunning villa that has been beautifully restored with lovely decor. A really nice swimming pool which was very quiet and peaceful. Whilst a little bit of a walk from the centre of town we chose to get a taxi in which was a very reasonable price and came very quickly after hotel ordered for us. Room was perfect size and very comfortable (we had a studio with our own private area to sit outside which was lovely). Breakfast was amazing, sitting in the stunning courtyard, and had plenty of healthy and very tasty options. Parking was easy - directly in front of the hotel. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Our room was spacious and luxurious with an incredible balcony. The staff were awesome (especially Guiseppe who went above and beyond to help us on a daily basis.. so helpful and so lovely!) and the breakfast was delicious! The lady who ran the breakfast service was so lovely too and remembered my favourite cup for coffee each day - how thoughtful! All of these elements made for an amazing stay. If you choose to stay in this part of Ragusa you MUST stay here!

We were looking for a base from which to take day trips to the various attractions around the Ragusa area, as far north as Enna, east to Syracuse and west towards Gela. Villa Boscarino fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel is small but well run with the best hotel staff you could wish for. Our every request was met and more. There was a willingness to make sure our stay was as good as possible - and all with smiles! The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, although shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The walk to Ragusa lower is a lengthy one and the steepness of the streets is tiring but there are plenty of things to see in Ragusa upper. Our room had a patio which was useful as the rooms are quite small (although very well equipped with everything including a very comfortable king size bed). There are no public rooms in the hotel, other than the breakfast area. We had a breakfast rate and were glad we did as it suited us very well and as normal in Italy nothing hot, except coffee! This is not a family hotel but for couples seeking a comfortable and friendly base to explore Ragusa and surrounds this is a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is amazing - very spacious and an oasis of calm and relaxation in a busy city. The staff are very friendly and gave some wonderful ideas of where we could eat out (you must try MAMA by the new town/city Cathedral - the food and welcome is special). The room was very big; high ceiling; massive balcony that ran the length of the hotel on the 1st floor. The bed is really comfortable and the whole hotel is very very relaxing The breakfast caters for all - so much choice.

A beautiful sanctuary. Our room was not only gorgeous with its decor but clean and comfortable with a private terrace perfect for apertivo. We loved the garden, pool and pool bar area. The breakfast was elegant and the staff very helpful.

Beautiful room, jacuzzi, lovely staff, good breakfast. They sent the instructions for the parking in advance, so it was easy and free (but it’s public and unguarded!). Great location, easy to reach everything in Ibla by foot. Would definitely come back

We loved the views from our bedroom. You can see the town and the mountains behind. Perfect location to explore the old town and good way of getting exercise up and down the stairs to the new town. The breakfast area is attractive and the opportunity to sit out on the terrace is great. The buffet breakfast is good. But the buffet area is far too small when there are just a few guests having breakfast at the same time. (Beware that the open stairs in the breakfast buffet area is a danger. We witnessed a man side step allowing another person to pass and fell down the stairs but luckily grabbed the handrail to save himself serious injury.)

The hotel is in a perfect location to visit Ragusa Ibla without having to navigate its narrow streets in a car. There is a large car park just below the hotel, and if you are lucky enough to find an available space outlined in white, parking is free. There is also an adjacent paid lot. It was easy to carry our bags up a flight of stars to the street above, then walk a very short didtance to the hotel. Our rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and quiet enough for a good sleep. They were on a busy corner, but with the windows closed, we could hardly hear any noise, and I am picky about that. Air conditioning worked very well, shower and bathroom were great. The main hotel building has a roof terrace with great views. Breakfast was varied, with high-quality fresh products. Staff were kind.

Great location for exploring Ragusa Ibla on foot, and also easy to reach the panoramic viewpoint in Ragusa Superiore. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view overlooking Chiesa delle Santissime Anime del Purgatorio, with a glimpse of Ragusa Ibla in the background. The personnel were very polite and helpful, offering parking information, as well as suggestions for activities and restaurants. We were lucky to find a spot in the nearby free parking lot, just a short 10 minutes from the Hotel. Although not remarkably varied, the breakfast featured typical Italian pastries that were very delicious, and the coffee was excellent.

The free public parking area is large and maybe a 7 minute walk to the hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and had a good view. Comfortable bed. Hot water shower very good. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent Service. The staff speak English - a plus. They were very kind, helpful with directions to the center of the city - a 15 minute walk - and they are very courteous.

The hotel is in a great and accessible location on the edge of the “old town” in walking distance of the Duomo and other major churches, as well as the city gardens and central cafes and restaurants. We had a large and well-furnished room with a large bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water, plus a balcony and double aspect windows. The room was in the annex that was only a few steps away across the road from the main hotel - both with lifts. We also enjoyed open views towards the old town and across to the treed hillside. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual sweet fare plus eggs and bacon and cheeses, etc - more than enough to choose from. You could take breakfast inside or outside. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful as were the breakfast room and service staff. Overall, a comfortable small hotel with character and charm.

The Itria Palace is a palace of the fourth century built on the ancient wall of the DiQuattro Palace. The upper floor houses the hotel with fine furniture, beautiful Murano glass lighting fixtures. It also boasts of Bohemian Crystal and artistic porcelain. The garden is well manicured and the plantings pop in front of the former palace wall. The room we stayed in had a rustic stone wall behind the headboard and a double shuttered window that opened onto a balcony overlooking the gardens where one could sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. The breakfast bar featured fresh cutup fruit yoghurt with granola and other toppings. Also featured were what I call Dolci or sweets. There were croissants filled with chocolate, almond paste, and fruits, varied muffins and bread from rye to pumpernickel and everything in between. The counter held terrines of various juices and a coffee machine that purveyed out lattes, cappuccino, Americano, and other coffees. There were also several types of cheeses that accompanied varied sliced ham and salamis. Olives, caponata, Scaccia (A tomato-cheese-layered loaf with a distinct al dente pasta-like inside and a crusty bread-like exterior) and Buffalo ricotta cheese were there for choosing. Hard-boiled eggs were available for the American palette. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this relaxing upscale hotel.

What a beautiful place to stay in Ragusa. The room was large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a gorgeous view out our terrace and the breakfast was amazing out on the lower level terrace. The parking was great for us as we were able to get a free spot in the parking lot so close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back.

Outstanding location and views of the town. Within walking distance of main sights in old town. Friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Good restaurant in hotel for dinners. Not many restaurants within a short walking distance. Room was good, comfortable bed, A/C worked.

We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms are bright, clean and nicely appointed. Our rooms had incredible views of the main hotel and the Ibla valley and old buildings hanging off the walls of the city. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was beautifully presented in the star-vaulted rooms on a lower floor. Delicious array of breakfast items. My only complaint is that we only stayed for one night, the hotel would make and excellent place to stay for several nights to explore the region. That being our problem, not the hotel! Very highly recommended.

Splendid historic building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely aspect. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee.

Beautiful old building, many original details like stone arches across the property. Staff was wonderful, very helpful, parked the car and carried our luggage in the room. Negatives: shower was in an arched area, impossible to shower without bending; tub didn't drain well and specs of dirt were floating in the standing water. Dust was falling from the stone arch to the point that the floor in front of the bed had sand all over in the morning. Street was noisy, we were awaken at 6-7am. At arrival we were told that breakfast was not included, and that breakfast was 30 Euro/person, more than a breakfast at a 5 stars hotel. Overall, was not as good as expected.

A fantastic, quirky hotel in the middle of Ragusa so therefore very noisy. The hotel is built into the hill so the stairs are indeed uneven and challenging for the less mobile but they were not an issue for us. We had booked a Junior Suite and initially were given room 11 where the bathroom (including the loo) was IN the bedroom with NO doors. This was not what we had booked so we spoke to the very helpful reception staff who moved us to another Junior Suite, with sofa area, bathroom with door, all exactly as we had initially booked! The breakfasts are a cold buffet style, functional and serve a purpose without being anything particularly exciting. The restaurant was fantastic and we had the set lunch menu which was fabulous and within in our budget. Overall it's a very unusual but lovely hotel with very helpful friendly staff. The only downside is the noise of the road and area and the unfortunate room issue that we had on arrival, but otherwise it is a great place to stay.

The hotel is a nice old home renovated for the purpose. It has few rooms, which are not large but comfortable. The staff is amazing, even more so in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great.

What a gem in the heart of Ragusa! B&B Giardino di Pietra truly impressed us with its charm, elegance, and warm hospitality. The classic interiors, beautiful local ceramics, and tasteful decor gave the place an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and full of character. The views from the terrace were simply breathtaking — a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet moment or your morning coffee. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and local options to choose from. A special thanks to our host Simone, who was absolutely spectacular — so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His care and kindness made our visit even more memorable. There's so much to like about this wonderful apartment starting with Simone who was the perfect host. His breakfast offers a great variety of delicious sweet and savoury options and to enjoy the food and the amazing view from the rooftop terrace was a special way to start the day. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, very spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Two balconies offer more wonderful views and it's located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla but very quiet. All Simone's restaurant recommendations were good and we just loved our 4 nights in beautiful Ragusa.

Simone was the perfect, kind, helpful, hardworking host. When we became lost on arrival in the narrow, steep, tangle of streets in Old Ragusa, he found us and picked us up. He provided a map of the area and referred us to an excellent restaurant. The varied breakfast, featuring home-grown fruit and jams and cakes made by his wife, was a joy. We also appreciated the pleasant, quiet terrace with a wonderful view, used for breakfast, and available at any time to guests. It was a perfect place to relax during the afternoon "siesta."

This was on par with my favourite stays in Italy! Everything was a 10/10 - the lovely host kindly found parking for me and picked me up with my luggage, the amazing home cooked breakfast spread with delicious cake, pastries, spreads, eggs, coffee and more, the bed was so comfortable, beautiful views of Ragusa from the balcony in my room plus the other larger balcony area to relax during the day/night, the building in general is absolutely stunning, everything was clean and the room was incredible. Already planning my next stay! Highly recommend :)

This place-and entire town actually-delights the senses in every way, especially if you're looking for an authentic town that isn't overrun with tourists. Our host Elena greeted us at a nearby piazza and got in the car with us to take us to a Parking spot her husband Simone was saving for us! She then drove us straight to the villa-it is indeed a villa- that in my opinion has had one of the most stunning renovations and refurbishing of an old property I think I've ever seen. The rooms are massive and boast cathedral ceilings, gorgeous furnishings, spotless bathroom with upgraded modern conveniences, and a stunning view of this entire mountain town of Ragusa Ibla. We happened to be there for the Busker's annual festival and Elena had a programme marked out and waiting for us making it much easier to navigate. The town is bustling with native, local happy families and couples and is simply gorgeous- cobblestoned and picturesque narrow streets, stunning vistas all around and wonderful shopping. Elena made us an amazing breakfast the next morning which we had on the terrace which boasts an outstanding view of the town. Her English is excellent so was simply the icing on the cake! I almost wanted to give this place a bad review so that we could help keep it a secret and the true hidden gem it is. But alas-we wouldn't want to stop others from experiencing this. You're a fool if you don't stay here if visiting this town- we cannot wait to come back!!!

Possibly one of the nicest spots in town! Amazing view, quiet and quaint. Deeply restful with the calming sounds of the natural waterways flowing near by and a terrace with the view and fragrance of an almost ancient fig tree! But the gem is the hostess; Ornella is very helpful and her breakfast is quite exquisite. Being a diabetic it's hard to find a savoury breakfast in Italy. An array of local cold cuts and cheeses, great coffee, Yoghurt, juices, jams.. The works! On top of that she has a creative streak as well offering for purchase handmade magnets and tote bags for your last minute gifts for loved ones. Kudos.

Everything was perfect, the location idyllic and so close to everything. On arrival I was offered coffee and biscuits. The room was beautiful, gorgeous balcony overlooking the valley. Everything spotless. Breakfast was so lovely. Fresh croissants and typical Italian snacks. The ladies even allowed me to stay after check out to take some meetings on my laptop from the breakfast area. This place has so much character I loved it.

Great location halfway between the two parts of town. Very scenic location looking out onto the river and mountain. The owner was really friendly and check-in was easy. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We had the room with the terrace which was lovely. Lots of free parking available.

Location is perfect 👌. Close to the old town of Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla, just 7 min walk and you are in old town. Free parking in front. Not ZTL zone. Around beautiful views of cliffs and mountains. Waterfall falling just behind the apartments. Greenery around…. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Reception lady very nice. Recomend. By my opinion best place to stay in Ragusa. 👍👍👍 By the way, restaurant La Note that was recomended by reception lady was really good choice…. Plus only 3 min to walk from appartments

I only stayed one night but Davide and his team made sure to make me feel home. I was running a bit late due to flight delays and they waited patiently. The BB was clean and stylish. The room was good and great value for money. Parking is not a problem, which was an important criteria for me. The location is amazing, beautiful view (and sunset) from the terrace. The center of Ragusa Ibla can be easily reached by foot (the center is mostly car free/limited). Also make sure to check out their BB in other Sicilian cities. I stayed in one of their apartments in Catania (and everything was great!). I would definitely stay again!

Great experience. Carlo was very helpful and we felt ourselves very welcome guests. Our luxe was designed with excellent taste. All new, clean and luxurious. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was a pleasure to sit in jacuzzi with such beautiful view.

This is top end hospitality, Just perfection . Marzio was the perfect host , just impeccable in every department. Luz kept our room spotless and gave us every day the perfect Sicilian Breakfast. This really is the jewel of Ragusa. The views from our balcony were breath-taking both night and day. The outside Jacuzzi on the balcony was the added bonus to our room. Parking was simple and no charge.

The entire staff particularly Andrea ,Luz and Maria Antoinetta could not have been nicer in the most genuine , accommodating way - they really made us feel taken care of - it felt like our own home in the most amazing place on earth - Ragusa - it’s a great place to stay particularly for families if you need three rooms or if you are a couple - to stay in the room with the jacuzzi is beyond magical - don’t look any further - this is a truly special experience- we can’t thank you enough and look forward to coming back !

Very beautifull design room at 5 minutes walking from the old center of Ragusa Ibla. The room is located in building from old church and had a balcony with a stunning view on the neighbour city of Ragusa. There is also a jacuzzi on the Balcony , what we did'nt use but what must be great with the view when is more sunny weather. The shower is great, it also had the same panoramic view as the balcony. The host Stefano was fantastic, he was waiting for us to find a parking place in the narrow streets from Ragusa Ibla. He als was always ready for all of our wishes. While i am givving here a 9 for the accomodation, Stefano get a 10 from me !!!.

Awesome apartment, thought of every detail. The jacuzzi however was really dirty, filled with sand, we also found small pieces of plastic and hair in it. Apparently since we first discovered this after the cleaning lady went home, they could not offer any help. The hotel was not responsive to my message after checkout, which unfortunately meant that we left the hotel with a rather bad impression, as I probably expected more, given the rate charged. What they also failed to mention was there is a chicken coop right outside your bedroom, which meant that we woke up everyday at 5.am, which was super annoying, as I wouldn’t expect this when living inside city center.

This B&B is perfectly postioned, just above Ibla. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Daniela and John are perfect hosts, very helpful. Breakfast ( there are more options of a breakfast ) was delicious. Everything was 10 of 10.

The hosts Daniela and John are just amazing people. Collected me at train station. I had a late connection. Breakfast was fabulous, v traditional and great choice delivered to one's apartment. Fantastic. Location of accommodation was perfect in middle of Ragusa Ilba and Ragusa new. Accommodation v clean, quiet and loads of hot water.

The location makes walking anywhere easy. The host is extremely helpful in organizing parking or helping with any requests. The breakfast is amazing - so generous and absolutely delicious. It is quiet and the facilities are high spec. This place is most highly recommended.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious! The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or help i required and the location was fantastic and very accessible. Excellent value for money especially as a solo traveller.

This is a lovely property in a charming area of Ragusa. It is not in old town, but we enjoyed the location. Easy street parking. Across from a beautiful cathedral and close to good restaurants, excellently recommended by the front desk. We booked a superior room with a balcony and a view. The room was not very large, but nicely appointed with the most comfortable bed ever in Italy. Nice linens and top quality toiletries. I would recommend an internal view, our “view” was negligible and the balcony too small to make practical use of. The street was noisy with the window open. Good soundproofing. We made use of the Turkish bath- which is not a bath but a steam room and not particularly hot. Complementary drink on the roof, you do need to go to the front desk to order it. The breakfast was stellar, set in a charming baroque reception room. The employees were all top.

The hotel is inside and historical building and it is beautifully decorated. we got upgraded upon arrival and our room had a view on the cathedral. room itself was stunning , elegantly furnished with a modern bathroom. the entire staff was beyond helpful and kind and helped with restaurant recommendations. breakfast is served in a stunning room with frescos and has sweet and savory options. even some breakfast items you can order a la carte. your favorite newspaper is delivered to your room daily. I cannot recommend this place enough. We really wanted to extend our stay because everything was perfect. look no further if you’re in Ragusa , just book here and you will no regret it.

We spent 4 nights at the Relais Antica Badia and used it as a base to explore Ragusa, Noto, Scicli, Marzamemi, Modica, and even managed to fit in a winery visit thanks to the wonderful staff at the front desk. (All day trips are highly recommended.) The room (Room 205) was amazing with a lovely balcony overlooking the Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista. The bed, bathroom, and finishings were terrific - the nicest hotel on our travels so far. Breakfast was BIG and excellent quality - too big so we wanted to save room for other meals and had coffee at Caffè Italia instead, a lovely place across the road. We had aperitivo and dinner at the adjoining restaurant, Ciano, which is not to be missed! It was the best meal we had in Sicily so far (we're serious foodies). Definitely Michelin quality inventive food where every dish Is gorgeous, packed with flavour and very inventive. Every dish is like opening a present. And how often do you leave the restaurant having made friends with the head chef, sommelier and wait staff! Awesome! Parking on site worked well for us, but there's also a lot around the corner. Honestly, this visit was a real treat and we highly recommend staying here.

The personal touch of the staff taking care of your requirements. My wife celebrated birthday during our stay and I asked to buy roses and to recommend good restaurants. Not only the roses were exceptional to look at, costs were reasonable and delivered on time at our room. During breakfast as an add on my wife got a birthday cake with a candle as a surprise. A perfect stay. Further the breakfast was arranged with a personal hotel staff bringing you to a table and are overlooking if you have any needs. Excellent lay out of the tables and silverware. Just a special feeling. The breakfast room was in a baroque style and a delight to start your day. The room lay out was elegant, spacious with an extra large bathroom and separate toilet facility.

Front desk staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Great restaurant reccommdations and tips for enjoying Ragusa. Provided responsive messaging support for any queries we had shile we were out and about. Location is great, with heaps of wonderful restaurant, cafe and bar options within a few minutes flat walk. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. It had a good bed with good pillows. The room looked like new, and the whole hotel appeared brand new. Also, it had an amazing view. The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Ragusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional; they explained to us step by step how to get to a bar we were looking for. The parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast offered infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, something key at this time of year. All the staff we met were fluent in English and Spanish.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything you want to see in Ragusa Ibla! The hotel is a combination of a palace and a convent that were seamlessly connected and renovated into a beautiful hotel. The room was modern and very clean, and the breakfast that was served in an upper floor had an amazing view and the ability to enjoy breakfast outdoors if you would like. There were so many Delicious choices, including eggs, meats, breads, yogurt, fruit, juices, and different types of coffees made when you ask, all of the staff was super helpful and super kind, including Sophia at the front desk and at breakfast!

Perfect location, comfortable and large modern room, very comfy bed, and great shower. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Staff was very kind and friendly and Eric in particular went out of his way to guide us online to the hotel. Great person!!Breakfast buffet was also of high quality with all you could possibly want. One cannot fault this hotel with easy parking outdoors and access via the private elevator to the main square and restaurants down the street. Loved it here❤️🇮🇹

I spent one night at this wonderful hotel near in Ragusa , and it was a fantastic experience! The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff was welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, with fresh croissants, homemade jam, and excellent coffee that started my day perfectly. The location was incredibly with a beautiful views, convenient and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area! Thanks!

Chiara welcomed us so warmly that it just felt like home. Chiara is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable about sites and restaurant, and is most helpful. Her assistant during breakfast was also friendly and helpful with our requests. The room on the 2nd floor had a view of the old town and was a very nice size, as was the bathroom and the shower. The amenities were of good quality and attractive. Breakfast was very tasty with croissants that feel like fresh bread a bit, and cannoli that were filled with Ricotta cheese feeling on demand. Wow! On the street parking was easy and convenient. An elevator was very helpful. 10 min. Walk to town’s center - not to the old town.

Modern hotel in a quiet square providing a respite from the tourist hubbub of Ragusa Ibla yet a lovely walk to there. Ragusa Superiore a few blocks from the hotel you find a lovely square and great restaurants. Now to the 20/10 part of the review. Chiara and staff we amazing- from booking a hair appointment for my wife, dinner reservations and tirelessly searching for a transport option. Breakfast was superb including freshly made cannoli. Our junior suite was simply luxurious with amazing views of Ibla.

The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The shower was great and the room temperature was perfect given it was cold outside. The hotel had very easy free parking opposite, and overlooks Ragusa Ibla which was beautiful at night. It is walking distance to the restaurants at Ragusa Ibla. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - deli meats and cheese, eggs, bread, and homemade cakes. muesli and yoghurt as well as cappuccino and teas. This was a wonderful surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

We loved this place! Its an unpretentious small hotel that managed to delight and surpass most of my expectations. Rooms are quite large and super comfortable with a really comfortable bed, nice crisp linens and great bathroom. Also totally spotless. We had a room on the first floor with a balocny overlooking a lovely square (but no view of Ibla) Location is great is you want to explore both Ibla nd Ragusa Superiore as it right between the two with a hidden path that leads you down to Ibla . Breakfast was also very good with a good selection including cannoli. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommended and will be back.

The location of this B&B can't be better. It's on a quiet side street in a very nice area close to the beautiful San Giovanni Battista cathedral and its surrounding restaurants. Florinda the owner is the perfect hostess, communicative, gregarious, informative, warm and welcoming. Yes, she actually meets her guests which seems more & more rare these days in Italy! Her B&B has been decorated with love, flair and attention to a lot of details. The room is huge with a balcony where one can have an aperitif on the cute chairs & table. The bathroom is roomy, also decorated with love & attention, the shower is great with shampoo & shower gel provided. The bed is comfortable and the mini fridge contains water & a variety of soft drinks. Breakfast is in the very cosy kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor around a big table laden with many savoury & sweet choices, yoghurt, fruits etc. Those driving can find a free space on the adjacent streets depending on the time & period. f you are reading this, don't hesitate to book this B&B! It really is fantastic!

Spacious room with comfortable bed and a place to work. Fast and stable wi-fi. Balcony with great view of Ragusa. The owner was welcoming and helpful - I don't speak Italian, but we easily communcated in Engslish. I had breakfasts everyday at 8am, with the variety of choices, from fruits, yoghurts, cheese and ham to sweets. And of course excellent coffee. Neighbourhood is perfect. Parking on Via Roma is paid on weekdays, but I always managed to find someting for free - if not in the close vicinity, then a few blocks away from B&B. Overall my stay was better than I expected. I felt well and comfortable.

The room is spacious and spotless clean, curated in extreme details with a feminine touch. The welcome gesture with drinks and snacks is a wonderful surprise and we got to chill out in our balcony for a lovely time. The breakfast is very rich and we were offered to try a selection of local pastries and salty snacks. What an experience! The host is very welcoming, helpful and informative. Obviously she works with great passion and 100% efforts. Thumb up for her dedication and determination of running a first class B&B in the historical center of Ragusa!

Friendly and helpful owner. Everything went flawlessly. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The balcony is nicely decorated for relaxed sitting. The location is good, you can walk down the stairs to the old town, about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. We enjoyed this accommodation.

The location is perfect, close to the city center and walking distance from Ragusa Ibla. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They are pet friendly with no additional charges and they treated our dog very nicely :)

The people were extremely accommodating and friendly. All of the staff, including the chambermaids, clearly enjoyed working there. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and available till late. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was firm and comfortable; we slept very well. The location is ideal - a couple of hundred metres from the Duomo and square and the main restaurants and shops, and a reasonable walk down to Ragusa Ibla.
