Spacious room with the biggest jacuzzi tub! There are activities within the premise such as eletric bike, fitness and games (I played bingo during my stay) with prize. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially those who stanby near the pool. Cheesecake was amazing. Would definitely want to return!

Great breakfast! Big swimming pool, amazing design and room, loved the theme. I had a jacuzzi in my room! Great service as well to deliver breakfast to the room. Loved the bathrobes and golf cart service. And the onsen, sauna were absolutely amazing facilities!

If you want luxury at an affordable price this hotel is a must stay i stopped only one night in a jacuzzi room it's was so big and so clean all the staff and facilities where amazing keep up the good work I will return definitely hopefully very soon

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.

The staff greets us with welcome drinks while checking in. The bell boys are very friendly and introduce us the amenities of the resort. The room is specious and with jacuzzi or pool.

This hotel is in a perfect location opposite the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. My sea view room was spacious and clean with great extras such as robes, toiletries, fridge and bottled water replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Fabulous to eat breakfast overlooking the pool and beach. Special mention must go to Fim, he worked so hard every day and went above and beyond looking after us. Myself and my sister in law had a fabulous stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I can’t wait to return.

Deluxe Seaview room has a sensational view - highly recommend getting a top-floor room but ask for room without the hotel sign impeding the view. Nee, the lady on reception is lovely - very helpful and friendly. She really tried to accommodate me. I have to say however that if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you are in trouble. I had to move rooms to get one with a microwave as there is absolutely nothing to eat in the hotel, nor any neighboring restaurants. I did try on a couple of occasions to ask restaurant staff if I could order something from the menu, minus pork, chicken or seafood but there was a language problem. The pantry room was nice, but I had to sacrifice the view - which had been the reason for choosing the hotel in the first place. As I was there for 14 nights, this was quite a sacrifice. Why can't they put microwaves in all rooms? I never understand this. But at least I was able to go into Pattaya to a big supermarket and stock up with vegan burgers etc and cook in the room. Please note: no stovetop; only microwave. Also, no double bed - both rooms only had twin beds pushed together. Not a problem if you have a double duvet but having TWO SINGLE DUVETS? This was really uncomfortable when I had company. They said all the lower floors had doubles. Why not the top one??? The shuttle service to Central Festival is terrific and the 2 drivers I had were really good guys. The second one spoke great English and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!!

This was a Good choice of stay while in Pattaya. From the moment we entered the car park, we were greeted with a very helpful and pleasant staffer. Johnny was there to greet us and waited until we checked in, then escorted us to our room. He explained everything from meal and cocktails, to WiFi. He told us about the hotel amenities, and what floors each was located. This hotel has a pool located on the main floor, in the front, overlooking the beach. It has a fantastic breakfast buffet, but also has a restaurant. The pool has a bar and grill for some evening cocktails and eats. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Pattaya.

A very nice hotel facing the beach in Jomtien. Really comfortable spacious rooms and nice beds.The buffet breakfast was nice as was the poolside food when ordered. The service and staff were great and friendly. Very nice pool area which overlooks the beach and catches the sun all day. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat . We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra week.

We got a very nice and comfort room. It situated at the second row from the beach. That very nice and peaceful room included a lovely jacuzzi ! The breakfast was great , they also served dimsum that I liked very much. Thank you to all staff.

Spacious bathroom. Lovely open shower. Comfortable bed. Sufficient aircon. Room lighting way too dim though. And why not put a wall by the jacuzzi in villa to create more privacy and comfort for guests? Like the bench inside pool.

You will fall in Love with this place. Very romantic here. Children are welcome but not much for them to do except swim in very nice pool and jacuzzi. The rest is really for couples. Excellent and well kept grounds. Restaurant is superb. Beach is perfect. Don't know what else to say. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The resort is about a 15 minute drive south of Pattaya city so it is very quiet.

Very nice hotel, lovely location by the beach. Offered us an upgrade to a garden suite with a jacuzzi which was nice as it was our anniversary. Also gave us an anniversary gift of complimentary cake in our suite. Breakfast variety substantial and well presented. Dinner average but reasonably priced. Wine expensive and be aware that food and drink is highly taxed. Convenient shuttle returns to Pattaya at 1pm for a small cost per person.

Sun sand and sea This is a perfect place to get away from the hedonism of Pattaya. A 30 minute drive south will bring you to this paradise. Expansive grounds hold 62 well appointed private villas in a magnificent jungle like setting. Most villas have private plunge pools, outdoor showers and jacuzzi tubs. The check in was fast and personal with a complimentary beverage and a cold eucalyptus infused towel to refresh after a taxi ride through busy Pattaya. A quick tour of the scenic grounds in a shuttle brought us to a secluded villa set amongst a beautiful lush environment. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your time here. Air conditioning, refrigerator, bottled water, assorted beverages, 220 volt power, capsule coffee machine, plush towels and comfortable beds We opted for the inclusive breakfast and was that a great decision. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Otherwise the restaurant is pricey. If you need entertainment and a party every night this place is probably not for you, but if you want a relaxing few days in a tropical paradise this place fits the bill. The pool is clean and fresh towels are provided daily poolside. The beach is private, safe and continually monitored for litter. Massage, spa, gym, and other services are also available. There are a few more reasonably priced local restaurants off site to explore as well. What a comfortable resort with friendly staff.

Very unique style for Thailand, a great idea actually to attract not only foreign, but also Thai tourists. The little houses are pretty, kept in good condition and clean. Rooms are very spacious and beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful, they also had a little souvenir corner at the reception. The pool has a jacuzzi feature, which was also nice. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was tasty.

Breakfast was lovley with a choice of some western options as well as Thai options. Everything we sampled during our stay was very good. We ate dinner at the restaurant every evening and the food was delicious. Especially the Tom yum goong and all the seafood dishes were tremendous. Service was professional and friendly. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We were able to thoroughly relax during our stay and this was because Peggy’s Cove had thought of everything. Also loved coffee cove serving lovley coffees and smoothies.

The staff was very friendly and easy to dealt with. The hotel is just in front of the beach and the room is worth the amount that you'd paid for and was very clean. The breakfast was superb and the food was delicious.

The service here is incredible. They greet you at the front door and and shuttle you to your room via golf carts. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s themed from an area of Canada of a fishing village. The beach is right out front across a quiet street. Highly recommend

Great Stay at Beachfront Location – Relaxing and Worth the Value I spent 1 night at Samed Grand View and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location right on Sai Kaew Beach, with soft white sand and a beautiful ocean view — perfect for relaxing. I stayed in a Deluxe Classic Room which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short getaway. One highlight is the speed boat service and parking space is well organized and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great service mind, which made the experience even better. In the evening, I loved the live music at the beachfront area — a really peaceful atmosphere with the sound of the ocean in the background. Both the room and breakfast were good value for money, making it a solid choice for a beach vacation on Koh Samet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Samed Grand View Resort, and it was truly a magical experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking beauty of the resort's setting. Nestled among lush tropical gardens and overlooking a sparkling white sandy beach, it was the perfect place to escape from the stresses of everyday life and relax in complete luxury. The accommodations at the resort were absolutely top-notch. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities I could have needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The resort's restaurant served some of the most delicious and beautifully presented meals I've ever had the pleasure of eating, and I couldn't get enough of the fresh, flavorful food. But it wasn't just the luxurious accommodations and excellent food that made my stay at the Samed Grand View Resort so special. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was helping me to plan my daily activities or offering recommendations for local attractions, they were always there to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Amazing hotel right on the beach with bar & restaurant. Good choices for breakfast, something for everyone. Beanbags set up on beach for chilling in the daytime socking up the sun and watching the world go by with a sea view. Lovely clean beach and would definitely recommend staying here. Hotel rooms are quirky as the bathroom is downstairs with bedrooms upstairs. Extremely clean & tidy :-)

The hotel was very nice and clean,,, the room I was allocated was grand for me and my guest.. The breakfast buffet was very well catered,,, a large variety of dishes to choose from, NB you must remember you are in Thailand. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully designed and maintained the beach is beautiful,, the hotel has beachfront bar and restaurant and nightly entertainment on the beach

We had a jackuzi-suite room, which was large and well equiped. Hotel is literally on the beach and hotel provides bean-bag seating on the beach and a bar. Prices are a bit higher than local bars but then all hotel prices are generally a bit more. Less than a 5 minute walk to the town/village square with shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a good selection of Thai dishes. A quiet and relaxing place, rather than a party island.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing, an expansive spread covers Thai and western dishes, seafood, and pasta. Atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Room is spacious, clean, and well designed with an outdoor bathtub and sea view. Will definitely come back again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff was nice. I had to request a different room because they originally placed me in a room directly across from housekeeping and I could hear buckets clanging and details from their radio calls. The hotel provides a much needed free shuttle service to Pittaya Beach because their beach tides roll out around 10-11 am and don’t return until late evening. Also it will serve you best to have a movie streaming service as everything is in Thai language on their TV.

This was a two night stay, a surprise part of a three month stay in Thailand, our room was the super deluxe with sea view, this is a great room with the bed facing the balcony so you can watch the twinkling lights across the sea of the distant shoreline, the balcony itself is amazing relax in the circular bath tub whilst listening to the soothing waves gently lapping on the golden beach below

Excellent overall. Breakfast superb and restaurant food was great. Staff brilliant. What more can I say. Quiet and peaceful.

Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. I want to be able to enjoy an evening swim even more because there's no beach swimming available. No closet in room, just few shelves and a metal bar for hangers, in plane sight..room was clean but detail maintenance is needed as should be in a 5 star hotel.again, not a 5 star hotel feel. After a 5 nights stay and not in the cheapest room, wasn't allowed late check out, not even by an hour as my flight is late in the evening.that was really disappointing

- Location is nice, 1 min walk to the beach, just near Sol 6 and plenty of attractions. However, we are not affected by the noise from bars and the streets. Not too close to those "adult places" to disturb older parents, not too far when I want to enjoy the city and have a beer or two. - There are plenty of foods and coffee outside, there are 7-11 on both sides of the street - Staffs are super helpful and friendly, speak English well, the receiptionist lady even assist my parents (who don't speak English or Thai) to order breakfast (the in house breakfast are cooked on order and taste great btw) and keyroom keeping - Rooms are spacious, clean, great aircon - Beds are comfortable, towels and other utilities are plentiful

The hotel is located in a very nice spot - just near the beach and the famous Soi 6. The rooms were good enough for the price - clean, and spacious, but the beds were quite hard. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If I had to go back to Pattaya I'd choose this hotel again

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was big and comfy. Had everything you need. The access to the pool was amazing, right outside your door.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern decorated. It has everything you possibly need. Its located away from Pattaya city which was exactly what I wanted, but for someone with intention to party every night in town might find it a bit far to get back late at night. Breakfast and food is good, nice staff and service at the restaurant and they have a surprisingly nice SPA hidden on the backside. Pool and pool area is beautiful, clean and nice. Development areas would be: 1. to get decent prices for taxi service from and to the hotel 2. Bike and/or motorbike rental so you easily could get around in the area 3. More service minded and friendly staff (night shifts). Overall I recommend guests to stay here!

Villa Villa is a beautiful and quiet resort around 30 minutes outside of Pattaya City. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind during your trip to Thailand then Villa Villa is ideal. Staff are fantastic, attentive and always happy to help. We stayed in a deluxe garden room over New Year and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful bathroom area with all necessary facilities including an over bath rainfall shower. The food at the resort was fantastic. For a small resort there was lots of choice, and a lot of seafood but also had a western menu. Resort prices were very reasonable for food and drink. The pool area is beautiful and food and drink service, poolside is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Villa Villa Pattaya is a beautifully decorated micro-resort away from the touristy areas of Pattaya. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a relatively nice restaurant that serves breakfast (included) and meals at other times. The food is actually pretty good, too. I stayed at a room with a private pool. The room itself is beautiful and the room alone is worth all the $$. The Spa is not bad either (price is a lot higher than "local spas" but it's a legit spa rather than.... what one would find on a Thai street) The one huge issue with this place is its location. Going in, I knew that I wanted some place a bit farther from the main attractions for a nice, relaxing vacation. However, if you intend to even visit the main beach or Pattaya area even once, be warned! Taxi drivers WILL NOT know how to get you back to the hotel. Every night after dinner or an excursion, I worried about how to get back. Another issue with this place is that only 1 person on staff spoke ANY English at all. One would imagine that the front desk would speak at least a few words of English. But nope. My strategy was to call for room service. Then when the server arrived, then show and point to what I needed to the server... Despite some issues of location and language barrier, Villa Villa was still a very wonderful stay, especially if you are low-maintenance and are looking for a very private retreat.

Very nice resort to stay. Rooms are spacious with queen and single beds. The rom has attached balcony with cloth rack which is very useful. Washroom is quite big with loaded toiletries and a bath tub. Staffs are very very friendly and will make u so comfortable with their behaviour. Breakfast area is beautiful with outdoor seating. In the breakfast table staffs serves coffee/tea and take care of other necessities. Had a very pleasant stay at this property and will surely visit again!

Friendly reception, nice escort to the room. Arrived ahead of check-in time, but got assigned a room right away. Staff was at all times friendly and helpful. Location is about 800 meters from the beach, but still quiet and calm. On the weekend the road can be a bit noicy at night. Prices in the restaurant and at the swimming poll are very reasonable.

I have stayed here twice and will again. The condos are nice and clean and each one has a balcony. The pool is very large and they have a breakfast buffet every morning. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is walking distance to pretty much everything in town along the water. You can always jump into a cab if you get tired of walking.

- definitely it's a good service resort. - breakfast is fresh & different every day. - it's not in busy area, have 7-11, Family Mart, few restauants & cafe, that is just balanced as our expectation. - some reviews saying their services is bad or rude stuffs, that is not turth. I meet cheerful and smile young staffs everyday. - they can send u to the Big C gaint market :) if request it. walking distance is about 10 to 15 mins. - room space is plenty and well planed. - the family suite will be perfect if the shower is changed with the low pressure type that can keep the water temp consistent. I visited the std & other suite rooms that is perfect on this part. - crystal clear water in large swimming pool (surely larger than others 3/4-star), some squrrels jumping around the coconut trees. - good value! - I hope they can keep good maintence for my friends and my next stays.

The nature surrounding this place is still pretty much healthy. Birds singing in the morning, quiet, clean beach, clear water. I was looking for a peaceful place to unwind and relax and I'm happy to have found this place. I was in a Baan Thai Junior Suite and it was amazing. The room is so beautiful with nice touched of Thai decor and very clean. The restaurant is right at the beach. Serving local and western food. My favorite dishes are Kao Klook Kapi and Grilled Sea Bass with Mixed Mushroom spicy salad. Food is great. Service is even better. The hotel sends me a small plate of snack every late afternoon. Their staff are so polite and friendly. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again next time I visit Thailand. Thank you all the staff at this hotel. I'll see you again.

Amazing hotel with some 120 rooms, just 6 yrs old! Architectural design is spectacular, modern styling combined with lots of beautiful art & sculptures. - rooms are clean, big comfortable bed - staff is super, super friendly, both at reception as well as restaurant. - breakfast is exceptional good plus espresso taste OK - Beautiful big swimming pool

The place is uniquely designed in Thai contemporary style. The location is quite and peaceful. I love the vitality concept. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety and many of healthy choices. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. The only complaint is the air conditioning temperature is too warm for sleeping. The blanket is great but thick so it feels warm. Overall is an excellent place for vacation both family and couples.

I stayed here on a weekday and absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was - not crowded at all. The hotel has a gorgeous Thai - style design, and the room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with, with everything I needed. Breakfast was a great variety and lots of delicious options. Most beautiful and amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Dinner at the beach bar was fantastic, best fish I had on my whole trip. Pool is gorgeous. Some suites have private pools in room!!! White sand beach. The perfect stay, wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back for sure. I rate this place a 12!

This hotel is one of the older hotels in Pattaya and is showing its age. The Pros: If you book a room with a partial sea view it is about the best you will get in Pattaya. (5th or 6th floor). We particularly like the room layout, the bed faces towards the balcony and you wake up in the morning and get a good view of Jomtien beach. Breakfast in the morning at the hotels restaurant is good value with a good selection of food and a great view of the beach. The hotels location is good and close to many shopping centers and the beach. The Cons: The rooms are on the small size, but is function-able. The TV is in a bad location, not easy to watch. The shower and toilet area was a bit run down, the shower cubicle was badly affected with mold and the shower head would not stay in its holder. We had to get the hotel to repair the toilet during our stay and repair a light that exploded in the bathroom. The swimming pool was just OK, water was clean, however the pool itself was a bit dirty. Overall: would I stay there again. YES, for the price, breakfast, view and location.

This is the second times we stay in the hotel, as expected, the front desk staffs were friendly and nice. we traveled in group with kids and elderly, they arranged a room near to the lift for my parent and we were grateful for that. The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable with a bath tub in it. However, the superior sea view rooms were smaller and i would recommend and will book the deluxe rooms in future. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much and we had a great time spent there. The breakfast was great and we get to enjoy the serene of the sea while we having our breakfast! got a lot of varieties too, the egg omelet, fried rice was great! We had our dinner at the restaurant too on our last night, the tom yam gong is the best we have had in our 5 days trips in Thailand. However, the hygiene of the kitchen must be highlight and be well kept by the management, we saw a lot little cockroaches running wildly in the sources tray that the staff passed to us. we were surprised and disappointed that this could happened in a resort restaurant. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the resort and definitely will come back for the stay and hope the management can improve the hygiene in their kitchen.

Nice hotel on beach road, rooms were a good size, we had a family room with a king size bed and 2 singles with beach and pool views, very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options, restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner, food was great and reasonably priced, with live music of an evening. Easy access to the beach with a family mart next door. a short stroll up the soi to 2nd road and the Central Marina Shopping centre. The pool was a good size with 3 areas, bean bags and pool loungers to laze on.

Stayed in the grand delux seaview room located on the corner with great views across Pattaya.Comfortable four corner bed with amazing views. In room safe. Kettle and fridge.Two air con units.Strong free Wifi signal.Comfortable sunbeds around the swimming pool, could do to clean around the pool area a bit more. Hotel provide towel for pool and beach which is just across the road.Really good choice for breakfast. Would definity stay here again.

we stay here every year for the last 3 years, its an older hotel on beach road just across from the beach. the hotel is very dated but is undergoing renovations and from what i saw of a room they are doing should be very nice once completed. although its at the oppisite end of beach road to all the night life its a quick trip in a bath taxi (10b) that go passed every few minutes. we had a room in front of the hotel with great views of the beach and street, only problem is the noise from the restaurant infront with loud music all night, hard to listen to tv or get some sleep, no hot water in the showers or bathroom, theres a coffee machine in your room but only enough coffee for 2 cups, internet was a little slow but reliable and could do most things online. we will use this hotel again and looking forward to seeing it after they have finished the refurb the balconies are not kid safe with large gaps in the railings and climbable, parents will need to be careful
