It's in a great part of town, right next to Provenza and not too far from a metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is terrific. Our balcony was at just the right height to do some bird spotting.

Good location and security. Breakfast was tasty and varied throughout our stay. Hotel was well designed and had nice decor. Has a rooftop jacuzzi. Wifi worked fine.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable suite with two bathrooms, large jacuzzi, sitting area, big screen TVs, walk-in closet, well-stocked minibar and great views. Bed was large and super comfy. Undoubtedly the best room I've ever had in Medellin. Outstanding value for the price I paid. Hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The room was clean, well appointed, but a little small. The shower needs a shower wand or something other than the rainhead faucet so us ladies can clean up properly. Also, the rainhead is not good if you don't want to get your hair wet. You only get one room key and it must be placed in a slot to turn on the electricity. This is a nice ecofriendly feature, but not preferred. I don't want to be gone and come back to a hot room. Also, only having one key is not ideal. This seems to be common in Columbia though. We had breakfast at hotel restaurant and it was terrible. Bacon was burnt and all stuck together in a ball. Fruit was not ripe and so firm that I couldn't cut with a knife. Waffle and eggs were cold and it all took a long time considering we were the only one's there. It all tasted like they grabbed it off a buffet from downstairs. Service was not great either. They never came to ask how it was. I ordered a coffee that was supposed to have Bailey's in it, but there was none. I would never eat there again. I read food reviews later and it seems the food quality is not liked by many. Front desk staff and bell hop were all very nice. I love the area and the room has pretty views.

Great place and sevice. Stayed at delixe toom either jacuzzi outside. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Had the best massage ever. The people are so attentive and always helping out. The breakfast is hood too. Check in was good too

Absolutely loved my time at this hotel! The rooftop bar with a live DJ and pool overlooking the city created an incredible atmosphere. The in-room jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, and the convenience of being in the heart of Provenza's nightlife was unbeatable. Add to that the delicious food, helpful staff, and comfortable room – it's the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable stay!

Fantastic experience! We booked a regular room then upgraded to the jacuzzi room once we arrived. I had no problem as an only English speaker communicating. The location is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and El Poblado hangout spots. I got a 30 minute massage and it was great! For breakfast we got the arepas and french toast, tasted amazing. Me and my husband both agreed we'll be staying here again.

we had 3 bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and tvs - so that part was amazing. I just thought the living room and balcony was really small for the price in COlumbia. Also - they should add a tv in the living room - that would have been nice. Staff was amazing. Heated pool nice but the pool and area up there was smaller than expected also. Location to Provenza was excellent - plenty of things in walking distance!

We loved this hotel, especially the staff. The people who worked at the bar, the restaurant, and the front desk were so helpful and made our stay amazing. On our first day, we asked the front desk where we could get a sim card and exchange money. A staff member went ABOVE and BEYOND and walked us to the money exchange and sim card place. He even spoke to the woman selling the sim cards and explained to her in spanish what we needed. At the restaurant and bar, the staff was so kind and attentive. I have a life-threatening allergy to tomato and plantain. The staff did a great job making sure my food was safe for me to eat even with a language barrier (I don't speak spanish). The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Thanks again to all the staff for making this such a memorable experience.

Place was very clean and all the staff was very friendly! Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The area is very walkable and felt safe at night. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall, friendly staff who are very accommodating. Only one elevator to service eleven floors and about 37 rooms so be prepared to wait a few minutes if you're trying to get the lift. Breakfast buffet was really good.Nice selection of breakfast items. There's a mini-bar in the room, and the staff will check the mini-bar Before & After check-in and check out. So that'll add some time onto your. departure.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. The only concern was the one elevator that was constantly used by non-hotel people accessing the very popular rooftop bar. There was always a long wait. We used the stairs to avoid this but we were on a lower floor.

The place has jacuzzi, it clean and it is next main attraction of provenza. The staffs are exceptional and always helpful. I would visit again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Soy Local and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities except an iron and ironing board. The staff did provide an iron at my request, but the iron is shared and there is none assigned to each room. The bed was not uncomfortable but could be improved. The WIFI was strong and reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious tacos which is sold in a taco restaurant downstairs of the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay at Soy Local was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, luxurious jacuzzi , and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Medllin.

Location is GREAT!! You have restaurants, coffee shops, bars and everything very close by. Be mindful that being in the heart of provenza you will hear a lot of noise. Ear plugs and sleep mask worked GREAT! The night auditor, Camilo and the guy that checked us out on 3/25 at 5am are very attentive and helpful.

The property was magnificent, clean, simple decor, everything you will need for a short stay, right in the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by restaurants, bars, stores. The staff went above and beyond to assist with our inquiries.

It's like one block from Provenza, so, you don't have to paid for taxi, and you can be out late at night, and return walking. Apart from the location and the price, it has a jacuzzi.

Super clean and welcoming. They have beefed up security, so if anyone thinks about doing anything, will second guess themselves. The staff are accommodating. I wished I remembered all their names. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were amazing. They had the best customer service skills ever. They deserve a bonus or raise. I hope to see them again because I am returning. I can’t forget the housekeepers. They were wonderful. This property also serves an amazing breakfast in the morning. Provenza lofts is the perfect stay in a hot spot of medellin, PROVENZA!! Prior to our stay we booked a patagliding experiance through a neighbor hotel haven, which is right around the corner! Haven also has a rooftop restaurant super cute and fun. Provenza lofts is in the perfect spot walking distance from provenza plaza where youll find fun nightlife, literally like 3 blocks away! We would def stay here when visiting Medellin again! 10 fpr 10 recommend.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the party district. It was a relatively quiet street, but only 5-10 minute walk from much nightlife. The room was nice and spacious. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Security was good. Tons of excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Its clean has ac kitchen although the beds aren't good and very noisy. But its in the heart of the park and action so if thats what your looking for yes a person from the United States could make due with it. But have to say at 100 a night you can get better bed no noise they party till 4 am here so be aware , the staff are friendly but never heard of a hotel charge you to clean the room so theres some downsides maybe its due to the number of rooms they have they have to pay some staff separately or something no idea. If your a light sleeper with your wife im not sure id recommend. But overall pleasant hotel has a few upgrades needed but very helpful and overall enjoyable for lone travelers. Other note you will get near western conditions for American price in Colombia so you get what you pay for here to get western like conditions with ac and everything its going to be at 100 a night along with security and safety box. Thats just how it is here

Everything was perfect, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip. Both restaurants serve nice, good food. The staff were lovely, beds comfy, pool and jacuzzi were clean.

Beautiful place with amazing vibe, we loved swimming pool and jacuzzi on the top, great restaurants on the premises, beautiful room with everything that we needed (especially distributor with drinkable water - great idea) and free laundry. We found this hotel to be a great location for our week in Medellin. There are many good restaurants within a short walk and the area is very safe at night. It is also close to the metro and Poblano Parque. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the city and mountains from our balcony. The bed and pillows were supportive and we slept well. We ate breakfast at both restaurants on site and really enjoyed our meals. Dinner was also good and everything was fresh and well presented. The rooftop restaurant was nice for an evening nightcap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Vivienne with her beautiful smile and encouragement of our Spanish.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and my terrible Spanish. The location was great for walking to plenty of restaurants and bars and easy to find with uber. A mini convenient store is located right next to entrance for snacks and drinks. The AC in the room was amazing and the food at the 2 restaurants downstairs was delicious. 10-15 min walk to the Provenza area

Very nice (business) hotel, in the middle of Poblado. Day staff/ reception is very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop bar and jacuzzi is great, friendly staff in the bar.

New hotel. Great rooftop and rooms. Showers superb as was jacuzzi. Very helpful staff. It’s very central behind Parque Lleas so it’s quite lively but also very safe and secure.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Medellin. Location was great because it was close enough to shops/restaurants (~10min walk) but not right in the centre of everything so it didn’t get too loud. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed (shampoo, conditioner, lotion was great!). Breakfast included was delicious and lovely to enjoy on the rooftop terrace. Beautiful views of the city from the terrace and a nice jacuzzi to enjoy. Couldn’t say better things about this place.

Stayed in Feb 2025, while exploring Medellin. A great location close to restaurants, bars and tour pickup locations (Poblado park). The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). Service was very helpful and friendly and front desk was great at booking my taxis and when i needed to stay an extra night due to cancelled flight. One issue I did have was that the room window did not mitigate any noise from outside both from nearby (hot tub) and neighbourhood nightlife noise...fortunately it did not persist that late at night.

A modern, modern, comfortable spacious room, with one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Medellin, with an incredible view included. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location with easy access to nearby restaurants.

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

The jacuzzi at the rooftop was amazing, nice views from the room, nice service and delicious breakfast. Luis made our stay even better with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back.

Hotel was modern,very clean Staff was great and accommodating Spa service was amazing. Large roof jacuzzi that looks like a small pool King room with balcony facing the street completes the Provenza vibe.

Best hotel in Medellín hands down! The suite with jacuzzi, location, cleaning, RoofTop, cocktail bar with great drinks and amazing omelette for breakfast! Reception desk is super polite and accommodating.
