My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Resort & Casino for 6 nights. We have amazing memories from our time there! The room was fairly spacious, view was good of the bay. Room was quiet at night. Pillows were not comfortable but that could just be a preference thing. Pool area was wonderful!!! Christian and Marbin were our bartenders and they were fabulous! By day two they knew who we were and would have our drinks waiting for us by the time we got up to the bar area! Plenty of shade and sun areas on the pool level. Concierge was very helpful when we needed them. We loved the free shuttle to Old San Juan and used that service occasionally. We used the Coffee shop a few times and the options were good. We didn’t like Choices restaurant. The food was over priced for the breakfast we got. My eggs were rubber, I asked for over medium eggs. I couldn’t even cut them! Our event was held on the second floor and we used many of the rooms there, it was beautiful and the food was amazing every day for our event. Staff at the entire resort was the best we have seen while traveling! If we ever get back to PR we will stay here again.

Amazing Stay at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino! Our family spent three wonderful days at the Sheraton Convention Center, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning city views. The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We loved dining at Metropol, enjoying authentic Puerto Rican flavors, and the casino added extra fun to our stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from Old San Juan and top attractions. If you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch service, this is the place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

First off, this is now a Marriott property. Second, I’m glad I ignored the reviews. I was really expecting a terrible experience. We booked this at the last minute because we just wanted to go some place warm. Being the day before New Year’s Eve, it was hard to find flights and/or hotels to any Caribbean island, so we booked the first available and this was it. The hotel is very large with a small/medium size casino. For gamblers, there are live dealers as well as lots. It’s in a busy area with lots of hotels nearby, but you don’t get a resort feel at all since there’s no beach nearby. They have a nice size infinity pool and lounge area with bar. There was some construction going on in what looked like a hot tub or swim up pool area. No baby pool but there was a shallower end. The pool overlooks a T-Mobile complex with restaurants and a cinema. They had it set up for NYE and we had a fabulous view of the festivities below and the fireworks display. There’s a coffee shop and a few restaurants/bar. They offer a shuttle to beach and Old Sa Juan but it want running on schedule so we just uses Uber or taxis. Service was fine. All in all, a nice hotel if you’re looking for cleanliness, safety. Nothing fancy.

I had a great time at this hotel. I went with a group of friends and Yaniris and Eddie at the Front Desk were amazing with us! They kindly accommodate us to be on the same floor, and gave us a late check out since we had a late flight that day. The rooms are very comfortable, and the AC was so silent that I though it wasn't working (but it was!), what a pleasure to sleep without the noise of the AC. The pool is great, it has an amazing view and live music on Sunday. The food at the Pool bar was great. I would only say that they need more bellman staff. I think I only saw one per shift. The Front Desk team was very helpful with the luggage but that delays their own tasks. Happy to come back!

This hotel is centrally located in the T-Mobile Center near Condado Area. You can go walking to restaurants and areas of entertainment of the center. The room was beautiful and comfortable with beautiful sight of the Center's Fountain. The restaurant offer only a buffet breakfast, $38/person plus tax, and a menu; the service as a whole was excellent. They have excellent WiFi signal. You have to pay for the parking.

Hyatt House was a great place to stay, and the shuttle service was incredibly helpful - we likely wouldn’t have stopped at the beach that the shuttle takes you to otherwise (and it was one of the best beaches we went to during our stay), and the transport to Old San Juan was perfect for us. We found it to be very timely unlike other reviews here (take cash out for tips)! The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Room service attendant Martha gave amazing recommendations too! Breakfast was included and had good offerings, the pool area was nice (serene and clean), and the staff was very helpful; they were willing to hold our luggage and even mail out our postcards! Additionally, this was a very quick and affordable uber away from the airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House Puerto Rico, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the fantastic staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay made all the difference. One particular highlight of my visit was the help I received from Gustave. Not only was he exceptionally accommodating, but he also went out of his way to assist me in finding a Spain song that I had been searching for. His dedication and enthusiasm made my stay at the Hyatt House even more enjoyable. The Hyatt House Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The amenities were top-notch, and the surroundings were so beautiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Super clean! Location is awesome. Shuttle bus too! Room was comfortable. Bed & sofabed were comfortable. Workout room and business center were great. Pool was beautiful and clean and landscaping around was beautifully done. There is an outside room off dining area with a rainfall that is gorgeous. The lobby is simple yet beautifully decorated and the bar and service is wonderful. Wifi never failed us! ALL staff is helpful, ready to give suggestions and so polite & friendly!

Excellent location, excellent food and clean rooms and common area. Spacious room. Beautiful views and you have free shuttle for the all city , t mobile district and escambron beach. And in the escambron beach you have the option for take a trip in scooter for the old city and catch the amazing views from de Atlantic Ocean.

Amazing room, comfortable, clean, quiet. It was on a second floor, so it didn't have a lot of view but it did have nice natural light. Good breakfast in the morning with an omelet station to get them fresh in the moment :D

We stayed at this hotel while our daughter was at a convention across the street. We could walk to the convention center in about 5 minutes. The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the beach & to Old Town Puerto Rico. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked like a fun area, especially for kids. The buffet breakfast was included, but not that great (scrambled eggs, ham, cereal, toast, some fruit, juice & coffee). The room was very clean & comfortable. The convention center area had lots of restaurants & was really alive with live music, etc on Friday & Saturday nights.

The property is beautiful, modern, and very well kept. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall vibe is relaxed yet professional. I loved how convenient the location is everything is close by, making it easy to get around San Juan. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was solid. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have their own shuttle service that takes you to the nearby beach, the mobile district which has the Urban Toro Verde (great for kids), and to old San Juan. Breakfast was good and their Lunch/Dinner menu was decent. The pool was nice for the kids, especially with the pirate slide and bucket dump. That was a huge plus for my kids. You need card access to get to the pool, laundry, gym, and to use the elevator to get to rooms. Always a good security feature. As soon as we opened our room curtains we had a beautiful view of the Bay area. That made our mornings even better! Would stay again at this location.

This place is amazing. I loved everything about it. Good variety of Breakfast. The staff very helpful, professional and fast. The pool is beautiful, gym is great. Olive Garden right around the corner. T mobile District has everything food games etc, perfect for the family. The location is perfect.

The property was great very clean room is very comfortable and clean staff. They were amazing very nice people. The bar on site bar food was good also shuttle, which was a real plus.

Beautiful view and spacious room. Nice amenities. Loved the pools, jacuzzi and beach access. Food and service was great. Restaurant options were good: enjoyed drinks at the Lobby Bar and Serafina, breakfast at The Loft, coffee at Aroma, and lunch and late night snacks at Solera.

Location: this is a prime location, central to a lot of things happening in the area. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown area or a $5-$10 Uber ride. The bars and restaurants are all reasonably walkable. The resort is right on the beach and it’s gorgeous. Food: food on the resort felt pretty average and was very experience especially for what you were getting. Service with the food was also somewhat rude so wasn’t the greatest experience. Amenities: they have so many amazing pools. We really enjoyed their 4 ft infinity pool overlooking the beach. It was great to lounge around in and bar service was fast and friendly. They have beautiful spa services with a gorgeous view of the ocean and it was a great experience. They also have a nightclub on site and it looked to be a really fun scene. We also really enjoyed the onsite casino. They had some reasonable priced tables and they also gave us a voucher so we were able to play one hand on the casino. They don’t around often to take your orders though so that was a bit frustrating. Room: We had a beautiful room. Very spacious with a balcony. The balcony was overlooking the ocean so we could sleep to the sounds of the waves. We had 2 queen beds and they were nice and comfortable. The room was also spacious. Had plenty of space for all 3 of us. They gave us a nice sized closet that easily stored all 3 guests clothes. The bathroom was spacious and had nice hot water. The shower pressure wasn’t the best.

The resort location is ideal, right in the middle of the Condado district of San Juan, which offers lots of shopping and restaurant options. The resort also has a significant amount of beachfront, which provides the best of both worlds (beach and city). The resort is also a short 10-minute car ride to Old San Juan. The staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful, and addressed our questions and requests quickly and efficiently. We requested extra pillows and blankets, which were brought to our room within 5 minutes of the request. The food at the resort was quite good compared to other resorts we have stayed with, and as a result, we ate lunch beachside or poolside each day we were there. We stayed in an ocean-view suite, which was clean and spacious. The bed and bedding provided were very comfortable. We also paid in advance for the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, providing lots of choices, and the food delicious and well presented.

The views of the beach, the pools were immaculate, the staff was very helpful and professional. The food at all restaurants and coffee shop was delicious. Yoga on the beach was fun and very relaxing. This resort is amazing 😊

I loved the room I was in . White clean beautiful design . Wall closet , safe , fridge, espresso machine. Open window doors for a full ocean view. Clean sand beach and pool area . No smell of vapes or cigarettes, mold or urine. No biting bugs or insects. Casino was a good activity on rainy nights. Liked the key wrist band to open doors. Live bands on Sunday had the house dancing. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was referred to me. Great location and amenities. Wish there were more at hotel games and pool activities to get first to mingle. We had an early check in from an early flight arrival. We ended up falling asleep on the deck chairs lounges. Wish they could’ve put us in a temp room to nap and shower until the room was ready. basically spent the day waiting around tired and then they forgot to call us when the room was ready over an hour until I went back to the desk to nag them. Traveling with a teenager so it made it uncomfortable. Thank you to the valet and front desk for locating my bags that were left behind in the taxi. Amazingly the taxi man returned it all the way back to the airport. Great job guys. Very honest and professional. My daughter thanks you tremendously so her vacation didn’t end on a bad note. Thank you to the concierge man for finding me tours and activities after being told they were all booked up. Of course only the most expensive ones were available. Traveled from California and spent 4 nights at the San Juan Aloft. My husband and I booked two rooms and stayed with our 4 young teenagers. Such an incredible experience! Cannot say enough good things about the staff and the hospitality provided. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the bartenders, and especially the housekeeping crew… they were SO professional, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Special shout out to the housekeeper JILL … She was so sweet and friendly, and always made me smile. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and thankfully super convenient to the convention center. The district was a blast and we felt perfectly safe letting the kids cruise around and check out all the fun things to do there, while hubby and I gambled at the fun casino next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

I stayed during the week and had a great experience Good service, convenient location close to many restaurants and very walkable area. They have a shuttle to the beach and Old San Juan Complimentary laundromat and food and snacks for a fee Don’t know how loud it could be on weekends as it seems like it be a place to safely hang out Concert hall, live stage, restaurants, IMAX, and pubs. The Sheraton has a great spa where you can make a booking even if you are not a guest. Rental car near if you want to go outside the San Juan area. My view was great at night. The outside of the Convention Center is undergoing maintenance and it was not a pretty sight (noise was not a problem) during the day Overall clean, comfortable and safe.

It is the perfect place to stay for an affordable price when you plan to visit the Coca-Cola Music Hall for a concert. The rooms are nice, especially the corner and suite ones, with a nice view of San Juan or the inside of the complex. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is close to various restaurants and events and has free parking. The Hotel Bar and restaurant offer great meals and drinks; breakfast is very tasty and good. Perfect for a weekend concert escape.

Five of us stayed at this hotel, some for two night,s some for three. Got quiet rooms, they were spotlessly clean, really comfortable beds and spacious rooms . Front of house were first class and very helpful. We used the hotel shuttle to the old city and it was very convenient. Food at hotel was very tasty.

Amazing stay. The Hotel is well maintained and beautiful. Rooms were clean and neat. The pool is on the small side but it very nice on the roof top and the sunset was just perfect. We walked next door to Distrito T- Mobile had a nice dinner. We had no noise issues and our room overlooked Distrito T- Mobile. The Staff were all amazing. Shout out to Kenneth and Julie who checked me in and checked me out, so sweet and informative. Will definitely sty here again.

It was clean, close to shops, pharmacies, good food and bars, steps away from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi water were clean and warm. The staff was very attentive, i ordered extra towels and they immediately came to my room and also brought coffee pods. I would definitely stay here again.

The holiday inn was perfect! It was a walk away from the beach , they have a great beach club area for the hotel right by condado beach . Free continental breakfast each day and an amazing cloud of a bed to jump into after an eventful day! I would honestly come back again, the staff was so helpful and nice! The cleaning ladies were so nice and always super friendly when we needed something. Pricing was great for all they offered along with pool area and a small convenient store inside for basics and snacks. Had an amazing time and we shall be back !

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Condado. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it was fresh, tasty, and the area was kept very clean and organized. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to the beach club and nearby restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Juan.

The hotel was incredibly well maintained. It was recently renovated, so it looked nice. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets—something I don’t say a lot about hotel beds and bedding. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast offered many options and was tasty. Location was close to everything in Condado. The hotel offered free beach chairs and umbrellas within a short walk. I would absolutely stay again.

Let me start off by saying the reviews are false or some people must have been really having a bad day but I’ll make it quick and truthful for you !! Book asap we booked this hotel through Expedia with a package deal then we went and was reading the reviews and got worried then went to TikTok and saw some good reviews so we just took the chance and I’m glad we did . The hotel is beautiful they basically have half of the land in the area they are located in very big hotel wonderful room with balcony and wonderful ocean view !! Clean room AC was perfect the walls are sound proof . They have 3 big pools one with a bar In it also w/ food && Jacuzzi ! && let’s not forget they also have a private beach with chairs and umbrellas included with the stay . They have a lot of lounge areas inside and outside very family and kid friendly . We checked in after 4 the check in took no more then 10 mins . They have a parking garage self parking $23 a day I don’t know how much was the valet . The hotel is located in a good area you can walk to San Juan and all the popular restaurants . PSA there is a resort fee of $35 a day when you check out and a deposit of $350 in case of damage to room but will be refunded soon as you check out . This is our second time visiting San Juan and we will book this hotel again . && the reviews about the elevator they have 3 other ones that work one by the pool one in the middle and a service one in the back and also a escalator .

From start to finish, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Condado Plaza in San Juan. It’s honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we didn’t mind at all—we were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and beach while we waited. The atmosphere was relaxing and gave us the perfect start to our vacation. A special shoutout to the charming doorman, Israel, who greeted me and my friends every single day with such warmth and kindness. He truly made us feel welcome. Raul at the front desk also made check-in a breeze—he was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely. Our room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony view was to die for! The pool and beach area were definitely the highlight, especially the bar right inside the pool—such a fun touch that made our stay feel extra luxurious. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Puerto Rico. Thank you, Hilton Condado Plaza, for such a memorable experience!

Love this hotel — location, rooms, and staff are first rate!!!! Beach and Pool need attention! Location — This Hilton is so walkable! If you are going to dinner in Condado, doesn’t get any better. If you are heading to Old San Juan, you are a short Uber ride away and we even walked it TWICE! The views from the room are exquisite! Do yourself a favor and get the ocean front! Rooms — if you like a room that is large and bright, with an amazing view of the ocean and all the amenities, this is it!!! Large TV, blackout curtains, refrigerator and coffee maker! The shower was hot and strong! The bed was so comfy! The balcony was so relaxing. I loved the room! And it was cleaned daily by the best housekeeping staff!!! Staff — from check in to checkout the staff exceeds all expectations. I had a little problem, they fixed it immediately! Kind and respectful and everyone says Buenas Dias! Also they know Condado and their recommendations can be trusted! The thing I didn’t love was the pool and beach. Pool needs a major upgrade and that little beach isn’t clean. But Condado is lovely overall and San Juan is fabulous!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Perfect location to visit Old Town San Juan and then transition to or from a cruise. One cruise terminal is literally directly across the street. The Pan Am terminal is only 2 miles away. The hotel is a nice size with only 9 floors and has been newly renovated. I was upgraded to a mini suite which had a separate seating area. Room was newly appointed…TVs, lighting, furniture, bathroom, etc. US TV channels. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Did not have dinner onsite. Service was on point. The work out area had all new equipment… weight machines, free weights, treadmills, etc. All VERY clean. Water station in workout room. Small pool and hot tub on 9th floor was nice with a great view. Area was safe and clean. The hotel has a Walgreens attached on the 1st floor….very convenient with all cruise necessities to include beer, wine and liquor. I used Bonvoy points to book…reasonable point rate. All in all, an excellent value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything, from great restaurants and shops to the beach and tourist spots. It was so convenient to get around, and the area felt safe and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. They also had great restaurants with a variety of food options. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From great local tips to excellent service, they truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico!

I stayed at Hotel Rumbao Tribute recently, and it was amazing. The rooms are fancy, the pool is great, and everything is made to make your stay comfortable and fun. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. Joel, the bartender, is fantastic at making cocktails and always has a smile for everyone. Christian, the waiter at Kueros restaurant, gave excellent service with a warm attitude. The hotel was also very clean thanks to the housekeeping team. The food at the hotel was delicious with many options to choose from. It was a great experience for my taste buds!

The location near the old town San Juan and the cruise port docks is excellent. The room (King Room with Bay View) was spacious and had nice views. The bathroom was excellent, with a large counter and nice shower (with showerhead and handheld). The rooftop pool was nice with great views over the bay. Breakfast was excellent, with hot foods, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurt, juice, breads, and strong coffee. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This place was outstanding!! From the moment we checked in , Joshua was fantastic!! He n Hector were so accommodating throughout our stay and had great suggestions on places to eat….definitely ask them. Athena at Pure made my daughters’ experience so great; she was exceptional!! The rooftop pool/ hot tub was great; warm, not ever crowded. The beach is a 3 minute walk- go past the corner pina bar n go down 100 yards to the steps n see the Hibird banner. Those guys at the beach were great too. The beach is beautiful and has fun waves, super clean. Go buy a bottle of rum n order virgin pinas, add your own rum n save the $$. The gym is nice here… free weight bench , cable system and dumbbells to 50’s. Awesome workouts. There are so many restaurants- Pannes across the street was just ok. Pizzaella was really good as was Tijuana. Starbucks 200 yards right; Barista Squared 100 yards left. Tayzan was killer!! Best sushi n crab Rangoon ever !! Cookie Plug was interesting and good. Everyone goes to this expensive Italian Gelato place …. Above average but $$$$. The room is so nice and bougie…. Like the whole hotel. Very clean n updated- I would 100% stay here again- 2 bedrooms 2 baths accommodated the 6 of us so well!! Great people here and perfect location. My teens walked around til midnight safely.

Very clean and comfortable place. Great central location to shops, restaurants and beach. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was super quiet and sparkling clean. Fully stocked kitchen even though we ate out every night. The pool area was really relaxing. The entire stay was great.

As part of a girls trip away, we stayed here for 5 nights and had 3 suites which joined together to sleep 14. The apartments were spacious with a good size kitchenette for basic cooking. The rooms were large and bathrooms of ample size. Due to the humidity, the rooms were a bit musty at times, but that is to be expected. The hotel is located in the Condado area and the beach was a couple of mins walk. There were beach towels and the use of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, a Walgreens and a supermarket (and obligatory Starbucks). The pool, whilst small, was clean and good for cooling off. There is a cafe and shop in the hotel. What stands out for me was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were polite and joined in with our exuberance (yes we were the group of Ladies going to the Louis Tomlinson concert). I would certainly return. Well done Hibird team.

The location was great as we could walk to many restaurants and the beach. The property and rooms were clean, it was quiet to sleep, and the onsite grab and go and coffee bar were very convenient. Other amenities - pool and gym - were enjoyed. The staff was very helpful during the day and early evening. The only problem we experienced was with a toilet that broke at night - it could not be serviced until the next day. However, it was looked at quickly as soon as maintenance staff arrived and, when it could not be fixed, they upgraded us to another room. We would recommend this place to others.

Fantastic to find a modern, affordable, apartment style accommodation with all the conveniences and on-site service of a hotel. We had the two bedroom apartment, with a bathroom and shower in each room, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Large living room area with nice kitchen and large dining room table. Fantastic, super friendly customer service by Hector, Lara, Joshua, Jean and Rafael, always reachable by text message if not downstairs. Fresh towels always available for the pool and beach with a hamper in the lobby, so not dragging them back into the apartment. Easy walk or short uber drive to many popular areas around town. I recommend an uber drive to Pine Grove beach for beginner to intermediate surfing, or the beach just to the left of Pine Grove for a calmer water, ocean experience, as Candado tides can be rough. Be sure to spend time exploring Old San Juan too. Very good cafe/restaurant in lobby of Hybrid with seating inside or outside. Wonderful stay!

We have stayed in Puerto Rico multiple times, but this was one of our favorite places so far. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Old San Juan, eating, and parking our rental car. The parking garage is a couple hundred feet down the hill and my favorite pizza restaurant is a couple hundred feet up the hill. The apartment is very spacious and having a washer and dryer is so helpful since we swim so often. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen much, it’s so nice to have. This apartment even had a small outdoor space attached. The furniture is not in perfect condition (one chair had a bent leg, the couch had a couple holes, amd some chairs had wear) but everything else was so perfect that it didn’t matter. We would absolutely stay in this apartment again and we would one hundred perfect recommend it.

Very nice property. Easily walkable to restaurants and coffee shops and sightseeing. The property is located a block from the governor’s mansion. There are police guards literally right outside your door around the clock, so it is extremely safe. The parking lot is located about a 10 minute walk away. It was surprisingly very reasonably priced. The property is right downtown, so the noise from the street can be loud if your bedroom is right at the balcony. Was not much of an issue. Slept very well. Very clean property. Located right above a delicious gelato shop. Definitely try it. :) The owners always responded quickly. Would rent again for sure.

The staff was so friendly and amazing. Our washer broke and they did our laundry for us the communication was perfect and staying in old San Juan was absolutely perfect. Everything was so walkable and accessible I can’t imagine staying somewhere else it was right in the middle of everything and the street of the rentals doesn’t have cars on it so it was so peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommend.

If you enjoy the nostalgia of being in Old San Juan, surrounded by rich culture and landmarks, then Calle La Fortaleza is an ideal choice. It is conveniently located near all the restaurants, bars and landmarks. If you don’t plan to spend much time in your room, it serves well as a place to rest after a day of touring—perfect for showering, enjoying a drink, watching TV, and getting some sleep. However, if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors, be aware that this isn’t a traditional hotel; you won't find many amenities here, and the accommodations are somewhat rustic. While the towels and washcloths are clean, they are old and have bleach stains. The furniture isn’t comfortable—though the room claims to accommodate three people, the pull-out couch is very old and hard. You’ll likely get a good night’s sleep only if you’re under the influence. Additionally, the couch is faded and has some stains. The dining room chairs have unattached seats, making it necessary to position them correctly before sitting down; I learned this the hard way when I sat down and the seat detached, causing me to land on the floor. On the positive side, the place was very clean. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and toiletries. The owner mentioned that you can provide a list of additional items you may need, but we didn’t do that, so I’m unsure if there are costs involved with those items. My cousin and I did enjoy our stay; the house is charming and centrally located to all.

Property was in a very central location of shops, restaurants and bars, which made it excellent for enjoying the city. Property was very comfortable and well maintained and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay during their stay in Old Town, San Juan.

First of all the view from the balcony was amazing. I know the hotel didnt come with a pool but didnt care if it. The beach was nearby and walkable. The breakfast was reasonable. We was hoping for eggs/ pancake. The elite suite was great however the carpet wasnt clean couldn't walk barefoot in the room. But other then that everything was great. Every quiet and peaceful. I would definitely go back again. I would recommend other people to come here.

I liked our stay at this hotel. The room was big and the view from the 10th floor breathtaking. The room was clean, beds comfortable and it had a kitchen. The side of the building was smelly and it needs more cleaning. If you rent a car parking is an additional fee. Local restaurants are around and the Escambron beach is near. Walking is enjoyable and easy around. Staff was friendly. Sometimes no staff on the second floor to check out. I was told to leave the key in the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, as it was clean. Every room has a balcony. Our room had a great view of the water/beach as well as other places in the area. We were able to park in a parking facility for a small fee, which was not bad at all. Breakfast wasn't much, but it was good. We were also able to take it up to our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would staff here again, if I visited PR again.

Loved this hotel. It’s older, rooms r slightly dated but also rooms r massive. Our 2 queen bedroom was great, size was massive, kitchenette was great, AC was ice cold, water pressure we good, beds were on the firmer side but comfy and view was great. Location was 5 min walk to the beach and Dive park. Nearby bars and restaurants. Would def stay again. Staff was friendly, check in was 2 mins flat, not sure what else I could ask for.

Stayed here solo and felt very safe! I had a very late check-in/out and there was someone at the front desk to assist. The views from the balcony are beautiful. A security guard was present most times, but there were times I walked in and no one was there, but SJ is fairly safe. Although breakfast was included, there weren't many options, but that's expected considering its affordable to stay here. Having food delivered was not an issue. The room was very spacious, though dated. It is in a convenient location, ubers had no issue finding the hotel and it wasn't unreasonably long drives to explore the island. I'd recommend if you don't mind not having a pool onsite and you won't spend much time onsite, otherwise go for a more appealing hotel with more to do.
