This hotel is absolutely stunning, a beautiful art deco building with tasteful furnishings. Our room was so spacious with a stunning sea view and two balconies, exceptionally clean with a lovely turn down service each evening. The hotel is very close to a beautiful safe beach where swimming in the clear sea is an absolute must, the hotel has vouchers for sun beds but to be honest if you don’t need the changing room it’s cheaper to pay directly, you get a small discount if you say you are a guest at the Royal. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful especially the people that look after the pool area where clean towels are provided daily. The salt water pool is a beauty with stunning views and extremely comfortable sun beds. The free use of the tennis courts was fun albeit we got bitten a lot in that area so spray before you play! The only downside are the prices of the drinks, they are ridiculously expensive, €10 for a small coke and €15 for a glass of wine. Much better off leaving the hotel for food and drink, we found some amazing restaurants in the area, our favourite was La Canonica which we visited twice. We also caught the train to Monaco for the day, really reliable and reasonably priced rail network throughout Italy. Overall a beautiful holiday in a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful luxury hotel, super attentive staff and a amazing views of the sea. Perfect traditional Italian luxury. Beautiful pool complex and an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a long converted railway track that runs for 30km passing in front of the hotel, a perfect running or cycling track - bike hire place opposite the hotel. Sanremo is a lovely town perfect for a weekend.

Nice historical hotel with modern renovation. Friendly service, great pool (seems with sea water), pet friendly (we traveling with Labrador). Breakfast is good, coffee very testy; you can prepare any type of fresh juices. Gym is not for someone who want get heavy training session, but for the holiday it's not critical. You can get covered parking for 17 Euro or uncovered for free. Nice garden around the hotel with the sea view.

Everything! This is our 2nd stay and we love staying at Royal Hotel Sanremo. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The hotels location to restaurants, the casino and town are a quick 5 min walk. The pool is amazing and staff is friendly. The breakfast has many options. We also enjoyed the spa each day which is a great relaxing ending to the day.

Excellent location, breakfast was amazing. The rooms huge and a real step back in time with marble bathrooms and original decor. Great secure valet parking. Exceptional staff discreet but attentive, we had dinner on the terrace food and wine was amazing.

It’s become our tradition to stay in this hotel during our summer vacation. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast area on the hotel’s roof overlooking Sanremo is setting your day. The location is perfect. Close to the sea and very central to everything in the city. Staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Christian who always trying to make his customers happy. We also highly recommend dining at the hotel's restaurant. It is, without a doubt, the best restaurant in Sanremo. Also suggest making a reservation as it is usually full for dinner. We are looking forward to coming again next year.

Situated at the end of the long pedestrian street and close to the famous casino, this is a great place to stay in Sanremo. The royal suite is spacious, luxurious and has lots of windows with views of the casino an$ the pedestrian street in front. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was spotless and a great place to escape for a rest after wandering the city. This was a perfect choice for our first time in this wonderful city. We walked from the train station and that took about a half hour and the walk introduced us to the layout of the place. I highly recommend this delightful hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect. Within close walking distance to all major sightseeing points. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a nice bar below the hotel.

This is a great hotel in San Remo, access to lots of restaurants and bars, a short walk to the beach front. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but there are a few things that let it down. The soundproofing inside the hotel is lacking - you can literally hear people shuffling around in their room and the shower going in other rooms. Also the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was disappointing - not putting toilet paper into a room when there's hardly any left is pretty basic.

Our room was large, and we used the couch as a second pull out bed, which was comfortable. The location is fantastic -- right at the heart of things (and close to the casino). The best part was the amazing buffet breakfast on the upper floor, with stunning views of the city. And you can walk up to the roof deck where there are loungers and a hot tub. We rented bikes (not from the hotel) and road along the boardwalk, to several other little towns - very fun!!

The location is great, right across the road from the beach. Everything is walking distance; restaurants, shops, supermarket and other services. The staff are amazing; really helpful, friendly, welcoming. The room has everything you need it’s a good size and the soundproofing was pretty good. It’s not a new fit out but we’re not there to stay in the room, I prefer function, cleanliness and comfort over aesthetics. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had what we needed and the balcony was perfect. Parking available for a fee. We would stay there again.

We had stayed here before and will always book back here again when in Sanremo. The room is perfect with a lovely view, great location and all the facilities you need for a week's stay. We quite enjoy cooking and we're able to make a variety of dishes using the kitchen facilities available. I also really liked the large balcony that has a partial sea view and feels private. The property itself is a perfect place to stay in Sanremo, however for me, the best thing about Residence Dei Due Porti is their staff. What an exceptional team! The first time we stayed we thought the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. But this time ( our second stay) I unfortunately, had an accident and broke my ankle and collar bone whilst away. This meant that for the last few days of my holiday I was unable to move much. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me around and in and out of taxis. The care and kindness I was shown by all the staff was overwhelming. What an amazing group of people. I will always be grateful to all the team for the help they gave me. .

Very clean property, nicely organised and well equipped (you had absolutely everything that you needed), very nice and friendly staff. We had initially booked a courtyard view apartment, and the staff offered us a sea view apartment (no additional costs). The view was absolutely amazing. Quiet area (out of season). A supermarket in the area (5 minutes walk). A short walk to the main area of Sanremo with lots of restaurants. We had a great experience and we would like to return soon.

What a great hotel right near the beach! Very clean, spacious, great condition of everything in the room. Super welcoming and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Bonus - fantastic terrace on the rooftop overlooking the bay where one can view the sunset. Now we want to come back for more nights.

Spacious modern 1 bedroom suite. Very well located just outside the shopping and restaurant center, but quiet. They have free bikes to lend and we cycled 15 minutes to the beach Tre Ponti. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We had a fabulous time. Check before arrival if you want parking (moderate charge per night)

We chose this hotel since we were mainly interested in having dinner the Michelin star restaurant Paolo e Barbara. The hotel has made an agreement with this restaurant and it is actually a very good idea. I experienced excellent service starting with reservation: they were kind, flexible and found a good solution for my budget. My room was really beautiful (I got a free upgrade with a room with sea front view and double balcony), just refurbished, very large with incredible view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious with everything you need. The breakfast room is amazing with a lot of light and great view. Food was great with fresh fruit, homemade cake and all the rest you may want for breakfast

What a nice experience. Got a great deal at almost half price, and that was real bargain. The location was great at the end of the main pedestrian street. Ample, public parking just a cross the hotel. The hotel is small, neet and very well kept. Room was equally neat, nicely decorated and comfortable. My room faced the church at the back, but at that price it was still a bargain. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The breakfast room was so nice, bright, with a view of the ocean and white linen on the tables. Offerings very of the highest quality, fresh orange juice and coffee to your choice. Reception and breakfast room staff were very service minded and friendly throughout. For a one night stay I did not miss anything. For a longer stay there is no public area or lounge, and the bar is open during the morning only. I find that strange, but as you are at the city center it´s not really a problem. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with unbelievable views over the Med. Our junior suite had a small balcony that you can sit out on and enjoy the views. It did look out over a very busy road, but the shutters that electronically worked from inside the room cut out a lot of the noise at night. Our room was spotless and the housekeepers did a fabulous job. It’s also nice seeing a return to full service hotels, beds made every day and toiletries replenished. Breakfast was a buffet however, the waitress picks up all the food and brings it to your table. You are simply choosing your breakfast. Very safe indeed. Quick mention to the lady who did breakfast when we were there, dark hair tied back in a short pony tail. She was fabulous and a real asset to the hotel!

We enjoyed our couple of nights in this rather grand hotel. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. A wonderful dining room with amazing views. Excellent breakfast with a fantastic choice. Spacious room with great bed. One minor complaint was regarding the water from the shower seeping out to the shower room floor which was a concern re slipping.

We loved this hotel - the location could not be better. The room was well appointed clean spacious and very comfortable- the staff super helpful and friendly we paid for valet parking which was so easy and worth it - the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room lovely

During a year I spend time in dozens of hotels, but hardly have I ever been so thoroughly satisfied with a stay as here. Check-in by a young man at reception was friendly and easy, he also helped us carry the suitcases to our room in the third, the top floor. We had a room, as requested, with a seaview and we were very happy with that choice and to be able to watch from the bed and through the window the sun rise over the sea. The small hotel - with 14 rooms - is located at the western end of Via Roma, one of the busiest streets in Sanremo. The room was not very big, but everything was so well arranged, that one felt very comfortable in here. It had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a writing desk, light on both sides of the bed, enough sockets for plugs, good WiFi. We particulary liked the fact that the furniture was in the same traditional style as the whole hotel. The bath room was fine too with enough storage space by the marble washbasin and toiletries by 'Fattoria di Belcanto' from Milano. The place is run by a charming lady of French origin, who makes one feel very welcome here. She is also present at breakfast on the ground floor, where there is an enjoyable buffet with fresh fruit, orange spremuta and other juices, all kind of sweets, jams, honey, yoghurt, cheese, cold cuts, but also bacon and scrambled eggs. The high quailty coffee (cappuccino, espresso or americano) was made separately and brought to the table.

We stayed for four nights on the third floor in a room with sea view. The room was very clean and had nice looking furniture, fitting with the overall style of the hotel. The breakfast had many different kinds of fresh pasty and the coffee was served to the table. The location of the hotel is very good, on the south side you have the beach and on the north the city center and old town. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the hotel guests’ comfort. All and all the stay at Belle Epoque was very pleasant and we would come again.

The staff was fantastic--- check-in, during the stay, breakfast, check-out, bag storage, and more. The hotel was wonderful---great view of the water from our 3rd-floor window. We didn't mind the stairs. Breakfast was something to look forward to each day. Location was very convenient--short walk to the beach, casino, and the main restaurant/shopping area. The beds were a little stiff (as noted in some reviews) but it was not a problem for us. Just different not bad. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay. Location very central. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Sea view room very quiet and comfortable but lot of stairs to climb to 3rd floor - only book this floor if you are ok climbing stairs, however staff took bags up for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel so much! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was more spacious that I was anticipating. Beautiful view of the beach, each walk to everything. Excellent breakfast. They let me borrow a towel to bring to the beach :) Would definitely come back!

We stayed at the Miramare for a few nights in June 24. It was a last minute trip and we were very pleased by our hotel choice. The building looks very impressive and the garden / pool area are very clean and nicely decorated. Everything matches the vibe and feels very stylish. We loved the breakfast, especially the possibility to sit outside and enjoy the view with your coffee. Valbona and her breakfast team are true gems and manage even the most stressful situations with grace, patience and stay very friendly. The valet parking is very convenient and we never had issues to get the barrier to open. Just klick on the button and they open it. What we especially liked was the location, you have direct access to the beach promenade but are also very close to restaurants and shops, as well as the Casino. We loved to go for a walk and just enjoy the city or beach. All the staff we‘re always very friendly and helpful for all of our inquiries. Overall I can absolutely recommend this Hotel. The only critique i would have is the cocktail prices of the bar, but we just went outside to get some drinks, so no issue for us.

Miramare staff made us feel very welcomed, were attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The hotel is clean, the garden a space of tranquility within the agitated San Remo city. It is located in front of beaches, which are not the nicest but very convenient from a location point of view. The breakfast is fantastic, although I do suggest serving another coffee. In the land of good coffee I am sure management can find a better Italian brand. The restaurant is pricey but worth eating there at least once. The pool is a refreshing option during the hot summer days.

The Miramare is a beautifully restored hotel set in attractive grounds next to the sea. We had a sea view bedroom, which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Lovely big windows and a balcony to sit out on. And, I really liked the staff who were very upbeat, friendly and professional. Not so good? The bathroom is definitely not 5*. More 3* Plus, it has the cheap soaps and shampoos like you find in a budget hotel. Take your own. And, the price of drinks is astronomical. For example, €20 for a glass of very average white wine. I liked the hotel, so I may stay again. If I do, I will bring my own shower gel. And, I’ll sit on my balcony looking across the Riviera sipping the white wine I smuggled in.

The hotel is perfectly well situated, incredible architecture and interior décor. The hotel personnel were absolutely the best. Always polite, with a genuine smile, and they would do their best to ensure our comfort. The lawns are immaculately cured and maintained, gives real feeling of being on palace grounds. Toilets well maintained. This hotel is squeaky clean!! Also the hotel is well located. I got a side view of the sea from my room, amazing in the mornings and sunsets. Oumaima, Vanessa, Aly, Marigiena, Laila, Ibrahim, Maria, Abdoul, Yahya, Jalil, Mustafa, thank you and the entire hotel personnel team very much. You made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and piano piano. Your hospitality made the entire stay appreciated and worth it. Our stay was great, staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel/grounds/pool area is beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, wide variety of sweet and savory with both local Italian and more international options available. The included champagne, juices and coffee specialities are great as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although could use a few touch ups here and there for a luxury property - nothing material though. Included valet parking and charging service is nice to have, again staff is great and always there to help.

Back home after spending another 10 days in this lovely hotel . We were here in May -June this year and loved it so much we had to return. Once again it lived up to our expectations. Lovely room with all amenities and a great nights sleep due to quiet location. Breakfast was excellent and serviced outside under the canopy by lovely friendly staff. Always had a chat and a laugh with the lovely Vincenzo and the lovely Tatiana. The pool area is gorgeous plenty of loungers and again very peaceful and relaxing. Coffees drinks and lunch served during the day and an excellent dinner in the evening if you so desired. There is a short hill from the hotel to the beach but this was not an issue for us. The beautiful beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas 25 euros for two for the full day and a very good bar. San Remo is a busy town lovely architecture and great pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants everywhere. Our favourite is La Vita e Bella beside the casino. Great fish and steaks with excellent staff. The little old town is magical and really brings you back to days gone by. The port is worth a visit and Rue Gaudio is in full swing in the evenings a visit to the wine bar and the gin bar are a must. Great market on Wednesday and Saturdays and lots to see and do in this great town. Only downside is the busy road with lots of Vespas so caution is needed at the Crossings. We would certainly recommend a visit and especially a stay at hotel Paradiso.

Just home from a week in this wonderful family run hotel. I cannot praise it enough. The location was amazing just up a small hill off the main road surrounded by beautiful gardens and so peaceful. You will certainly have a good nights sleep. We booked a room over looking the swimming pool and our balcony table had a tablecloth first time ever!!! Our was lovely very comfy bed great shower and I cannot praise Nanda our housekeeping lady who looked after us so well. Breakfast was excellent great selection served under the canopy on the terrace with very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was served every evening and we availed of it twice. Again it was excellent served under the watch full eye of Vincenzo who we enjoyed a chat with everyday. Pool area was gorgeous plenty of loungers and drinks served all day, The hotel is spotless a very short walk to beach and town. We will definitely be back.

In Sanremo, we stayed at Hotel Paradiso. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool, which was very relaxing. My son stayed in a room without a balcony but with a lovely bathtub, which he enjoyed. The beach was just a 400-meter walk away, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. There was parking available, although you had to pay for it. However, there was a steep walking path to the hotel, which was tiring when coming back from dinner. The breakfast experience was a bit awkward because it felt empty, and the coffee was only warm. We ended up getting coffee from the machine instead of having filtered coffee. The overall stay was pleasant, but it would have been great if the staff had been more welcoming. Perhaps they could get some insights from the lovely elderly gentleman, who is probably the owner of the hotel, to improve their hospitality.

Very cosy, italian style, clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast with plenty of offers. Beautiful swimming pool. Close to downtown, Casino and main shopping street with a lot of restaurants and bars. The garage for cars is under the hotel, it is convenient, safe and not so expensive.

A very nice, quiet hotel which is well situated to enjoy the town of Sanremo. Very friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent onsite restaurant. We booked direct to ensure the best rate, and also to secure a top floor room which is optimal to enjoy the sea view. Breakfast was perfect for us with a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit and cakes. People who want to pile their plate with a massive cooked breakfast might be disappointed. The pool was a real bonus, although too deep for my wife - there's no shallow end !

The hotel owner was incredibly welcoming and we had a good conversation about the most notable places in Sanremo to visit, as well as some good restaurants for dinner. He recommended A Cuvea, a short five minute walk from the hotel which was a fine place for dinner. Breakfast is included and was typical Italian breakfast, so very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, Sanremo is not a particularly big place but everywhere is walkable from the hotel, especially the train station which is around five minutes walk away. Overall a fantastic stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Liberty for one night. We needed a comfy bed and breakfast. The bedroom was basic, but comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and brand new. It was a great value for the money. It is run by a family and it shows. Rocco and his son were friendly and helpful at the breakfast which was included and also with places to visit and restaurant suggestions. They held our luggage for us, and we ate lunch in the garden before catching our train. Spare - but comfortable, great value.

This is our second time at Hotel Liberty after 8 years and it's still such a lovely place to stay at. Lorenzo was so accommodating and attentive to all our needs. The room that we booked was impeccably clean and we love that the bathroom looked newly renovated (we stayed in the same room in our last stay and this was a huge improvement). The location is really close to the Sanremo train station and there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby. The property, although very old, is very well maintained and feels very secure. The breakfast which is buffet style is also great, very simple but generous. We will always keep coming back to Hotel Liberty every time we visit Sanremo.

I personally find this hotel very charming. In Italian "Liberty" style (what is called Art Nouveau/Jugendstil/Modernismo in the rest of Europe) the hotel has indeed kept its architectural features and although some people might think it would need some renovation I think it's perfect the way it is. So nice to spot old heaters with incorporated bread oven or the small food elevator in the breakfast room :). Both the lady and the guy who run the hotel are extremely kind and welcoming. Room was spot-clean and although weather had started to be quite warm outside I could enjoy a cool room. I booked a single room with a single bed and the bidet was incorporated in the wc, which was very practical. I usually have sweet breakfast and was able to find everything I like, especially whole grain baguette. Very fresh, bought every morning from a bakery for sure :). Location is perfect. You can reach everything on foot from there.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eletto. The hotel is located in the very centre of San Remo, but offers a convenient private parking at the back entrance, when arriving by the main road crossing the town. Main entrance is on the main shopping street, 5 mins from the old town, 5 mins from the casino and 10-15 mins from the food market. Plenty of restaurants around, especially Mare Blu (traditional and delicious!) just 2 mins away or Osteria dei Confusi. Oh, and the beach is just 5 mins walk away. So, is the 24-km cycling track along the coast. Our room was simple, but comfortable and very clean. It offered a nice balcony on the main shopping street and the bathroom was functional and clean too. Staff was friendly, helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was simple, but varied. Only a matter of time until we go back there!

I recently stayed at Hotel Etello and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. They offer convenient parking, which was a huge plus for us. The room was cozy, with excellent air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch, ensuring everything was always spotless. We also enjoyed the small breakfast included in the price, which was a great way to start the day. The staff at Hotel Etello were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We stopped in San Remo on our way to Florence, IT on our recent vacation. Getting to the hotel was challenging as some of the roads leading into San Remo are very windy & narrow. We found the Eletto to be a great value. The parking area was tight but free. Internet was also free. They had a variety of food for their free breakfast buffet and prepared some great cappuccino for us. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable; although the shower was a bit small. There are some stairs from the parking area to the lobby but we liked the fact that it did have an elevator. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to the casino and close to just about everything downtown, especially shopping.

The staff were professional and polite. Advised with parking and the choose of beach. Hotel was cosy, on the fourth floor. Hotel and breakfast was worth the price. Family room was spaceous and AC'd. Complimentary gifts were nice suprise. It was all clean and tidy. Loved the terrace and view.

Excellent location and the Reception Desk was staffed 24/7 by very friendly helpful people. The room, with a balcony, had a fantastic view of the waterfront. The breakfast was exceptional and again very friendly staff on hand. Would absolutely return here.

All the staff were very helpful but Vincent deserves a special mention as he was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.and even managed to sorted out our car parking issue. Rooms were comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and were always welcoming. We asked for extra pillows, which were already in the room when we arrived. Lovely hotel. We had one of the best rooms on a corner of the hotel with a large terrace and large windows with a magical view of the sea and headland of Sanremo. Would happily stay there again.

An incredible hotel! We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the very first moments, we felt a warm and sincere welcome — everything was organized with great care for the guests. The room was wonderful: stylish, comfortable, with impeccable bedding and cozy beds. Breakfast was a true delight — tasty, varied, and served with love. A particularly pleasant surprise was the welcome cocktails. The staff deserve the highest praise: attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you sincerely for the warm hospitality and a wonderful stay!

The location was great & an easy walk from the train station. We liked the local neighbourhood with several cafes, shops & restaurants but it was easy to get everywhere else in this compact city. We used the free bikes to travel part of the coastal cycle path and also enjoyed relaxing in the hotel garden. The staff were so friendly and helpful & it was a nice touch to be given a welcome drink. As other reviewers have said our room was dated but spotlessly clean and it was obvious how much pride the staff took in their work. After reading some negative comments about breakfast we were pleasantly surprised by the selection & quality of food. The washer & dryer on site were an added bonus.

We chose this hotel with care, as we wanted a good quiet location and a comfortable and clean room. What we found exceeded our overall expectations. The staff we came across were very helpful and obliging, nothing was too difficult for them at all. The breakfast was very Italian, but was perfectly adequate and tasty. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the old town, the promenade and shopping areas. Would we stay there again - yes is the easy answer.

The hotel was good overall, spacious room with a clean bathroom. Great staff, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable, nothing special, fresh bread would make a difference. The garten where you will be eating breakfast is great tho.

Very comfortable. Great and helpful personal staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast. Location is near to the city center and the beach. Also has bicycle service and you can book one for free from the hotel. Hotel has parking place and offers small discounts to some restaurante around the city.

Villa Maria is located adjacent to the main street, within walking distance of the center and beach. A great advantage compared to most properties in San Remo is the private parking right at the villa. The entire ensemble of buildings is old and cozy, with vintage furniture in the lobbies. The house has an elevator. The room was big, with a modern bathroom, working AC, flat TV and fridge (a bit noisy at night). Enough power outlets (as almost everywhere in Italy, consider having at hand an adapter for large plugs! However, the receptionist was so kind to offer me one). The breakfast was included, with nice Italian coffee (Espresso, Cappuccino etc), beverages, eggs, ham, cheese, nice pastry, and fruits, served in the garden. A big thumbs up for the service and staff, very helpful and friendly. Overall, excellent value for the money. We stayed for two nights and were very pleased.

Great location, very close to the city center but in the same time, the street is very quiet, it wasn't noisy at all during the night which was great.The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of options and can be served in the garden . Our room was very clean and it had everything we needed .

The hotel is a standard three star hotel with a great location. The staff are nice and the food is good. Sometimes, they get extremely busy at breakfast when everyone wants to eat at the same time. The pool is plus and is a nice bar there to have a drink after a day sightseeing. The room was plain and clean, and there was a safe, which was good. The only thing was the walls were a bit thin. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

They pay attention on the details, very clean, the breakfast was a very good buffet with the staff serving you the food, that is nice because guests do not disorganize the food. Location was very good too.

Great hotel with very friendly people. The furniture might need some upgrade, wifi could be quicker however all these weaker points are beated by the very friendly italian atmoshpere and lovely people working at the hotel!

Charming hotel with a classic italian style and atmosphere. The location is just perfect by the beach and with a direct access to the famous cycling and walking path. Tennis and padel courts are just around the corner too. I would choose this hotel again. The garden is a very pleasant bonus and the staff is professional. The breakfast was perfect and the setting was most beautiful.

Staff was great ,helpful and tried to meet all my needs. Rich Breakfast - lovely local focaccia , nice cakes and scrumbled eggs- location cozy close to the beach and not far from the old town,very easy to reach and there’s free parking which is ( TRUST ME) just treasure gold in Sanremo . The Lady at the reception was just awesome to me!

Excellent location, very clean accommodation, good parking. The staff is nice, especially the person serving breakfast. We had to wait a little bit upon arrival to provide our IDs

At first I had a big room room, it would have been perfect if my dog was not part of the trip. The staff at the recpetion is amazing, very understanding, friendly and speaks so well in english and french. :) I loved the gym, it had everything we need for a couple of days workout. The spa for 20euro, was really great too, the fact that we have to book ensures there are not too many of us, it was perfect. The location was also great for us who loves walking, with dogs. The bed was very confortable, and they properly clean trhe room. I have a special mention about the breakfast staff, soooooo friendly, welcoming, and the fresh Pancake ^_^ what?!! my favorite! Thank you again for accomodate for the terrace for my doggy, thank you for yoour friendly service! You are my favorite place in Sanremo now. Keep the good work

Wonderful location - about 20-25min walk to the center of SanRemo, along the waterfront. Small beach nearby. Parking onsite. Great view from the room; AC working well; quiet good size bedroom and bathroom (updated). Good breakfast with delicious cappuccino! Great service with a smile. Old charming villa in a park with a roof terrace.

Excellent breakfast with everthing included italian coffee served at the table, fresh fruit, bread, croisants, eggs, and new fresh honney! Safe parking outside the hotel. Our room had a small nice terrasse which was anice surprise. Staff was very flexible from already at booking as during the stay. Nice and clean.

We really liked this property. Friendly welcome. Nice room, fridge with water was welcome. We chose a room with a balcony and partial sea view - good view with sea in the distance. Free chilled bottle of Prosecco was a great start to the stay! 10 minutes walk to the train station made it very convenient for us. I would definitely book again.

Charing old :art deco" style hotel, recently and very beautifully renovated. The rooms were well appointed, very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was actually very good and reasonably priced. The hotel was close to restaurants, local attractions (including the famous casino) and the beaches. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Location was great! Walkable distance to most things in Sanremo. Hotel rooms had great views and place was super safe. Staff was very friendly. We stored our luggage after checking out and was surprised to find out they had a shower and restroom for us to use if needed upon picking up our luggage. I would very highly recommend and would love to return myself. Parking was plenty across the street from the hotel and economical.

Amazing place, pure art, Liberty style, wonderful details everywhere startung with the walls, lobby, rooms and finishing with the rooftop and restaurant. Extra comfortable bed and pillow, spacious bathroom, great sea view, just fantastic

What a lovely place. Had an amazing view and a sweet little balcony to enjoy the sea air. The staff was so cheerful and helpful. I was jet lagged and they graciously helped facilitate some things I needed to get done. Would highly recommend.
