Hotel is lovely with helpful staff. Great pool and jacuzzi on the roof and location was great, close to downtown and also had valet parking.

Will return: good location, comfortable bed, patios on the ground floor. A roof top bar, next to the small swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and the Kitchen + Bar on the ground level. The second floor is a big eating hall: from breakfast in the morning to drinks in the afternoon. One odd offer: three drinks from 5:30 to 7pm, that comes with dogs, popcorn, pasta, all are average but are free, so is the breakfast. The patios on the ground floor are great. Washer and dryer are on 4th floor, $2 each, if you don't want to pay per piece.

Lovely property with great amenities! We took advantage of the gym and jacuzzi which had beautiful views of the surrounding area! Within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe and only a 2-minute walk to The Cathedral Basilica and La Fonda where we attended a wedding and reception. Jesus was very kind, personable, and attentive during breakfast and always went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed! He is a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like! He is very genuine and caring and even made suggestions for places and hikes to visit during our short stay! Would highly recommend this property and will stay here if we are in the area again!

If you are doing your research, trying to find a place to stay in Santa Fe I’m telling you right now. THIS IS IT!!!! I have stayed at surrounding hotels this by far has set the new standard expectations were exceeded when I arrived, rooms are beautiful the rooftop pool and hot tub with a bar. If interested in that is very convenient. Also, the breakfast included is Buffett style and great options (for kids) also the stay was amazing. We walked everywhere in the plaza to dinner and coffee shop. Parking is very convenient. The staff is so friendly attentive and just a gorgeous and clean property. Book here I promise it won’t disappoint

Staff upgraded! Great boost for this trip to have a medical procedure done in Santa Fe. And, staff is consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Room was quiet, well appointed, very comfortable. The patio was a delightful gift for that day . . . night! There was a full moon! The "happy hour" is quiet a bargain and the buffet breakfast is exceptional.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were very helpful and very friendly! Definitely plan on staying here again. I had to spend an extra day in the area and I re-booked on a third party app, the manager made it so I could just stay in the room I was already in, she was on it and I really appreciated all the effort the entire staff did for me. Great group of people. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and both towels and sheets were clean, always a big plus. Breakfast was good, love the cinnamon rolls!! I highly recommend this Holiday Inn if you are hang around Santa Fe!!

Santa Fe Holiday Inn Express was a comfortable, affordable experience. Beds were something a person can melt into. The room and hotel, in general, were clean. Our room had a funky dirty.sock smell, except the bathroom which smelled like cleaner…not at all unpleasant. We were in a handicap-equipped room. The shower head pressure was uncomfortably strong until I adjusted the spray. A delicious breakfast buffet was offered. Nothing out of the ordinary, but sustaining and enough choice to find something good.

The room was soooo clean! Everyone was so incredibly kind and the property was very well maintained. The room had awesome beds, pillows and black out shades that were amazingly dark! The location was convenient on the strip outside downtown, while feeling safe, and only a 15 min drive to historic downtown. We do have 2 complaints. 1: our card was charged before we arrived, and our reservation stated we don’t pay until check in. This was a problem because the card we held our room with was different than the card we planned to use, so this caused some financial frustration for us. 2: The included breakfast was one of the best we found on our trip, however, all the plates, bowls and cups were styrofoam! Who still uses styrofoam?! It is irresponsible for this hotel chain to still utilize this ecological disaster of a material. Charge the guests a dollar more and give us paper or something compostable! It’s 2024, get with it!

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, rooms were cozy, breakfast was very good. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The only thing that needed attention was the hot tub/pool. The hot tub was dirty, you could see dirt floating in it and a grimy film on the top. The pool was very cold.

Check in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Location was easy to get to. Room was clean and spacious.

Wish the jacuzzi was warmer or... that pool and jacuzzi were enclosed so guests could enjoy them after a long drive, in the winter.

Large room with comfortable bed. Fridge had a freezer with its own door, much appreciated as I travel with ice packs. Outdoor jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I am so happy to have found a great roadtrip stop.

We always enjoy staying at the Inn at Santa Fe. The artwork and seating area are always inviting when guests arrive. Love the breakfast. Just wish there was another meat option (ham or bacon). Love that there's a pool. Jacuzzi. And sauna.

Good location and overall good stay. The room carpet needs cleaning. Gum on the floor? The jacuzzi worked for about 10 minutes before stopping. Wouldn't come back on. This sauna didn't work at all. The manager said it does that at times. Give it some time and it might work later. Didn't work for another 15-20 minutes and we left.

Stayed for 5 nights while exploring Santa Fe and day trips nearby. Very clean and well maintained upper floor room and breakfast / lobby area. Breakfast bar was always replenished with a nice variety changing daily. The green chile was wonderful. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location in Santa Fe for driving to dinner, grocery store, etc.

breakfast was fantastic and Adolpho who managed it was super friendly and concerned for every nicety. The beds and pillows were comfy and perfect. The shower and water pressure was the best of all the hotels on our trip! Plenty of thick towels and lots of counter space and mirrors. The pool area was clean and spacious and the hot tub was appreciated. There was an outside patio area with sun umbrellas and tables that we enjoyed in the evening. All was great. Lots of conveniences nearby with restaurants and stores.

Liked the walkin and walkout shower. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage links/bacon, fresh salsa, hot oatmeal with all the fixings, hot coffee, juice, teas amazing stay. Thank you for a great stay!❤️

Very clean & comfortable place to stay. Friendly & accommodating staff. We chose because of the little bar & restaurant. It’s light fare but very tasty. Very convenient location as well. So easy to get to all the wonderful places in Santa Fe.

We arrived and were allowed to check into our king suite early which is always a wonderful thing after a long trip. The room was well appointed with kitchenette, living area with small balcony, two big dressers so we didn’t have to share, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Despite arriving in the middle of an unexpectedly early snowstorm in November and being without power most of the first day (not the hotel’s fault), we stayed safe and toasty if a bit bored in our room. But when we were able to leave, we were very pleasantly surprised that nearly all of Santa Fe was within easy walking distance. Obviously downtown, but also Canyon Road, the Capitol Bldg, and the Railyard Arts district. There’s ample staples shopping at a large complex down the very busy road in front of the hotel. I was worried about this busy and possibly noisy road when booking as it has to be crossed to get to downtown, but it wasn’t an issue, just be aware there are not many places to cross with the exception of directly across from the hotel lodge. We used the excellent hot tub of our building (#2) the last night and it was just a great respite from the week of cold. The place felt secure and the room was quiet. Our hosts Denisha, Tracy, and Steve checked on us and quickly responded to any requests. It was an excellent price, significantly less than stay downtown proper, with. Virtually nothing sacrificed - we couldn’t have been happier than we were there!

Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Parking was easy especially for disability. Clubhouse and amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent a great weekend at the Hilton Villas de Santa Fe. Our family had a 2 bedroom suite. The beds and room were comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub area. The location is excellent - an easy walk to the plaza and close to DeVargas Mall for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Great value and will definitely look to stay the next time we are in town.

My wife and I visited Santa Fe for the first time and stayed at this property. It was perfect. It is an easy walk to the Plaza area and the Railyard district. The room and property were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchenette; it made us feel like we were in an AirBB. When we left, we said we couldn't wait to stay there again!

We had never tried a Residence Inn by Marriott before but following our stay here we would definitely look to book another one in the future. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Both the young lady on reception and the Manager who happened to there too were super friendly, willing to help us make the most of our stay and so helpful. Our room was so spacious with the added bonus of a sofa to chill on and a kitchen if we needed it . It was spotlessly clean, we could park directly outside and had easy access to the breakfast room, pool, bbq area and guest laundry. Breakfast was super both mornings with a great selection of hot and cold items to chose from with an added touch of New Mexico flavour. Cannot fault this hotel!

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Our rooms were very nice. Appliances are all clean, looked new and full size. They have a full free breakfast which saves us a good deal of money. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent. Close to major highways. We found it perfect for our day trips and exploring Old Town Santa Fe.

Our stay was great!! About a 8 minute drive to the plaza. The staff was super friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was unexpectedly different every day and delicious! The room was a bit dated but clean and spacious which allowed for a nice stay with family. We would definitely stay here again!

Though we were only in Santa Fe for one night, our stay at Residence Inn was nothing short of spectacular. As this was our first time to Santa Fe, upon checking in, the front desk staff was more than welcoming giving us dining recommendations. Our room was clean, quiet, and homelike. Shortly after settling into the room, the front desk rang in to make sure our accomodations met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the room was well renovated. We are looking forward to booking the Residence Inn for future accomodations as the room, customer service, and overall environment were outstanding.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights and loved it! The full kitchen and roomy sitting area were so comfortable. We enjoyed eating our breakfast at the beautudul pool area each morning. The breakfast options were impressive and the ladies bagging it up (Covid safety) were so patient and sweet. Hotel was clean and staff delightful. The kids loved the pool that was clean and had pool floaties. Location was great for close driving distance for visits at Meow Wolf and the Plaza. Things are starting to open up in Santa Fe. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Overall great, and very convenient for my trip to Santa Fe. The room was ready when we arrived, check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. The safe in our room was locked when we arrived and maintenance didn't have the proper tool to open it for us, but brought us a different safe right away. Some of the front desk personnel seemed very new and weren't super helpful when we had questions. Most of the personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The property is a beautiful historic building that is very up to date. Our king room was spacious, with a seating area, desk/table and great walk in shower. Excellent service from check in to departure. We had an excellent dinner and drinks in the Ortiz bar. The breakfast buffet wasn’t anything special. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. The location is a short walk to the plaza and lots of places to shop or dine.

We loved this hotel for many reasons. First, we loved the location. It was very walkable to downtown Santa Fe attractions, shops, galleries & restaurants. Second, the hotel & staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. The hotel and our room were decorated beautifully & clean. Finally, we are Hilton Honors members and we were able to enjoy our member benefits.

What a great location! Central to the best of Santa Fe. We walked everywhere. The Hotel is beautiful. Our room was lovely, well appointed and relaxing, wish we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was perfect; excellent service, delicious meals and great cocktails. I can't wait to stay here again.

This hotel has excellent restaurant and bar. Great breakfast assortment. Paid parking lot and only two blocks to Santa Fr plaza. Several great eating establishments within three blocks of hotel. Rooms clean, quiet and friendly staff.

The beds were comfortable and I liked the design of the fridge/microwave/coffeemaker cabinet. The breakfast buffet was great and the people working it were very nice and friendly. On the downside the Jacuzzi was a bit dirty. I was dissapointed the windows were nailed shut. It would have been nice to open them and let in some fresh air. It would have been nice if they had some quarters for the laundry machines. The app for the laundry machine was a pain and it ended up costing $10 to do one load of laundry.

This is a really nice little hotel in Santa Fe out on Cerrillos Road. It's an older property, but they really do a fantastic job of keeping it up and it's very clean and beds are comfortable. There is a really nice indoor pool with a hot tub and they serve a very nice breakfast in the morning with waffles, eggs, toast, etc. You can tell they try their best to keep this property maintained, I know it's a ton of work, but it's a really nice place and we will definitely stay here again. I think their staff is wonderful and very hard-working, the maids were super friendly and all working really hard. Convenient location, too, with ample parking and easy access to downtown as well as I-25. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, too.

It was very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The wall thermostat kept a constant temperature. Staff was very pleasant. Coffee was always available in the lobby.

In general, very good, clean, nice. 1. The door to the room: takes too much effort to open. 2. The bathroom/shower: Needs a safety bar. 3. Soap: I brought my own bar soap. Liquid soap not good. 4. Breakfast: pretty boring. Did not always include bananas or oranges. Coffee too weak.

Marriott Titanium member: After Thanksgiving dinner downtown, I was looking for a nice Marriott property in Santa Fe. This Fairfield Inn may be my new "must-stay " hotel! The hotel was clean and had a pool and hot tub. My room was well-furnished with a mini-fridge and microwave. Coffee maker - of course. I slept well in this very quiet hotel. Excellent free breakfast this morning. I appreciate the packet of shave cream, few hotels offer that. My only complaint is minor: I didn't care for the old, fixed-pattern showerhead.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Fe DoubleTree. It's an older property with a lot of quirks and dated decor but it is well-kept and clean, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Tammy went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and Alina was very kind. They offer a shuttle to the historic plaza downtown, and there's a pretty cool little indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The mattress was comfortable and I slept very well. If I'm in Santa Fe again, I know where I'm staying!

My girlfriend from high school and I met up in Albuquerque, then drove to Santa Fe for one night on our way to Taos. We spent the night at the DoubleTree in two rooms paid for by points. The hotel is very clean, attractive, comfortable and a short drive to the historic plaza. We slept very well, and then ordered breakfast in their restaurant. We ordered the buffet and the food was very fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful!

I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Double Tree hotel in Santa Fe. I parked in their lot, and when leaving found that my car wouldn’t start. Fortunately, the Honda dealer was just a half-mile down the road. In a very few days they had installed a new starter. But what a wonderful place to be stranded! The Double Tree is a real hotel. You enter a fifty-foot high atrium with a huge fireplace on one side. A large reception area furnished with over-stuffed chairs invites society; you are not even tempted to look for the waffle machine. At the registration desk Oscar provides cordial and competent service. There is a bright and sun llt breakfast room; menu or buffet, your choice. In the evening Milton and Patty preside at the bar and lounge; a somewhat limited menu but well prepared. The bar is full service. Imagine, you can have that “one for the road” (That was then!) after you get to your hotel. Of course you don’t have to wait for your car to break down to visit the Santa Fe Double Tree.

It as in a pretty convenient area. Everything I wanted to check out during my first visit to Santa Fe was within 20 minutes or less of the hotel. The room are a little dated and the carpets aren't as clean as i would've liked, but i just orw slippers in the room. All the staff members were friendly ad helpful. I think the walls were too thin because I could hear so much yapping from the people in the next room. They were kind of loud. This wasn't the worst place but not the best either. I'd stay there again.

Newer hotel. Clean and quiet. Downside- the jacuzzi spa was drained with an Out of Order sign.

I've enjoyed the pool. But the hottub wasn't working. The front desk wasn't helpful in finding us a king size bed because we made reservation from a third party.

A great safe place to rest for the night having driven from San Antonio enroute to Portland Oregon. Our Uhaul was safe and the place was across the street from a police station adding to our sense of security of the place. The hotel itself has been somewhat updated but still has some details that would definitely would have made it nicer. Pool and hottub were also closed for maintenance.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel, its smells Clean, looks clean and IS VERY CLEAN. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and a variety to chose from. Indoor pool. Big spacious room. A MUST STAY AGAIN FOR US.

It was so good we extended our stay by three days. The room was very clean and comfortable, spacious. The hot tub was great, but the man cleans it at inconvenient hours in the morning so that there is no last dip before check out. The desk clerk is very helpful and personable and the whole staff is great. The breakfast is typical motel food but nothing to brag about. Convenient location and roses on the grounds are beautiful, a real highlight on the property.

We enjoyed our time at The Lodge. The staff was always pleasant; they had iced lemon water and great coffee in the lobby all the time. We had a vehicle so we could easily get to The Plaza, to restaurants, etc. Beautiful building with nice views. Currently, there is no restaurant, but that worked fine for my adult son and me. It was quiet and perfect for us.

We were very pleased with the overall comfort and feel of The Lodge. Our room was quiet, nicely-sized and equipped, quality amenities were provided, daily housekeeping was thorough, all staff interactions were polite, helpful and effective. WiFi was strong and the flat-screen TV was a reasonable size. The location was also very convenient, both for central Santa Fe and for connection with our family members with whom we spent our days. We enjoyed our view overlooking the pool although the weather didn't really line up for actual use of the pool.

Comfortable, quiet at night. Clean room and bathroom. Large room. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't visit the room in between to switch towels or restock coffee. Hotel does not provide any breakfast, but has coffee in lobby in morning. Good price for the room. Would stay again.

It took forever to get hot water for a shower the first day, then none the second day. Restaurant & lounge were closed for renovation. No one at the pool bar either. It would’ve been nice if they would tell you that when booking the reservation. I was taking my husband their for his birthday and planned to just relax there & not have to go out for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

It was great for the price. The location is perfect with a great view. It's located away from the action but close enough to be an easy drive. The room was clean and beds were comfy. It's also pet friendly!

Loved the Santa Fe decor. Spotless property. Friendly, helpful staff. Well stocked room with everything you need and want. Comfy bed and linens. Breakfast was warm, healthy, and delicious. Anisette cookies so good. Coffee was hot and plentiful plus a coffee maker in the room with pods. Walk to restaurants, bars, farmers market. Good value! Will stay again!

My friend and I stayed here Sept. 4-7 and I highly recommend this motel. One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced out west. Not sure how I even found it but it is a true gem. Beautiful and quaint hotel and extremely clean. The staff is incredible and so helpful when I asked about points of interest. Breakfast was amazing and the sitting area was so enjoyable and relaxing. Comfortable beds provided great rest. Close to downtown and we felt very safe walking at night. Book here, you will not be disappointed. A++++++

Charming, spacious, and beautifully furnished room. Extra comfy bed linens and towerpls. Property is full of lush and pretty flowering areas including the wisteria vine that adorns the railings outside both stories. Thoughtful touches like the miniature tile souvenir and the dried chili peppers on the hand towels. Friendly and helpful staff, and meeting the property owners was a bonus during breakfast. Delicious and fresh items for morning breakfasts where we enjoyed meeting other guests—delicious oatmeal! The Santa Fe Motel was our favorite destination during our 2-week trip.

The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great shower. I very much appreciated the free breakfast, fruit, oatmeal, tea etc. they paid attention to organic and high quality food. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the water dispenser in the office. I was on foot and was able to walk everywhere due to the central location of the motel, including the train station.

We visited during Christmas and all of the staff were very welcoming. Plenty of space, quiet, and a comfortable bed made the king bedroom perfect for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Plaza and restaurants. Their breakfast items were a treat compared to most hotels and the breakfast area was a peaceful start to our days. Only drawback we encountered was the small, tight parking area.

The location was perfect! Felt very safe and an easy, quick walk to the plaza. Central driving distance to anything/everything else. Our room was spacious and clean. Incredibly comfy bed with luxurious linens. Adorably and thoughtfully decorated with a classic, yet modern, Santa Fe vibe. The property is lovely and inviting. FREE PARKING!! -- secure and right outside our door. Coffee and snacks in the (beautiful, funky) lobby were a huge plus.

I had an excellent stay at the Pueblo Bonito Inn. Sam greeted me on arrival and gave me a brief orientation to the area. The Inn is in a quiet part of town,, only a 10-minute walk from the main plaza. My room was immaculate, comfortably furnished, and quiet. The bed linens and towels were high quality. I appreciated the in-room refrigerator. There is no street noise, and the area is safe and residential. A lovely touch was that the office provided bottled water, fresh coffee, and light snacks. I visited for the Opera and will stay with them when I return. I cannot think of anything negative. One thing that the staff pointed out is that it is no longer a "bed and breakfast," but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a coffee roaster a block away.

I stayed here for one week. My stay was so amazing that it made me want to move out to Santa Fe. The hotel rooms are equivalent to cottages. Mine included my room, a kitchenette, as well as a living room. There is also a nice outdoor area where you can sit and relax, as well as a nice bench that was outside of my doorway. It was very quiet and peaceful here, I loved watching the sunset. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would note that this is not a bed and breakfast despite the name that is in the title. No breakfast is served, other than tea/coffee and small snacks.

Pueblo Bonito Inn is a true gem. It’s so cozy and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, and quiet. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The lobby is a fun place to relax or to work. The location is wonderful as it’s close to the historic town and on walking distance to museums, restaurants, and cafes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is where I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Santa Fe. Highly recommended!

Location was within walking distance to the Plaza and other sites of Santa Fe. The lit luminaries at night. The friendly and sweet manager. The complementary water bottles, coffee, tea and snacks. Comfortable bed and pillows! Modern shower with rainfall water head. Corner fireplace in room. Accessible parking and parking lot. Seating and tables on the outside of the grounds. Cozy sitting room next to the office. Refrigerator, coffee and coffee maker in the room. Everything!

We recently celebrated our anniversary with a visit to Santa Fe, spending three nights at the delightful Inn of the Governors. We couldn’t have made a better choice! It's perfectly located in the center of everything. We walked everywhere--never even moved our car! The Inn has a cozy but lively, distinctive vibe. Its daily afternoon sherry-and-cookies reception (kinda quirky, but fun) in the lobby had guests chatting more like old friends than new acquaintances. All the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. We chose a king room with Kiva fireplace and balcony. It was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a small but perfectly adequate bathroom. It was amazingly quiet--we were right next to the elevator and never heard it, nor any sounds from the room next door or the hallway. A complimentary al a carte breakfast was provided in the hotel's restaurant and bar--nothing fancy, but hot and tasty. Table service was provided, but coffee was self-serve, meaning one never had to wait on a busy waitress to come by and refill one's cup. Brilliant! In sum, the value for the money here could not be beat! We'll definitely be back!

I could not be happier with my 3-day stay at the Inn of the Governors! Consider getting a room with a fireplace if you can. I had a lovely real wood fire every night and it was so cozy! The hospitality could not have been friendlier here. Everybody was so nice! The sherry social hour every day at 4:00 was very well attended and it was fun to meet new people. The $15 daily credit in their on-site restaurant and bar was a nice touch for booking with them directly. And the restaurant and bar had amazing food, music and a super fun atmosphere. The complimentary morning breakfast was sensational- cooked to order. I had no problem whatsoever with having all the hot water I wanted for showers. My room was spacious and nicely decorated. Wifi had all the snap I needed to get some work done. Lots of on-site parking. Very centrally located. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santa Fe, no question. Well done everyone!!

I stayed at Inn of the Governors with my girlfriends for a long-awaited girls trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the warmth and hospitality were unmatched. The staff made us feel welcome, relaxed, and right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of Southwestern charm—think cozy robes, kiva-style fireplaces, and beautiful local touches throughout. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe! We walked everywhere: the plaza, shops, art galleries, and restaurants were all just steps away. We especially loved the daily Sherry & Biscochitos happy hour (such a sweet touch!) and the delicious breakfast each morning. Bonus points for the outdoor heated pool—it was perfect for a relaxing dip after a full day of exploring. Inn of the Governors was the perfect home base for our Santa Fe adventure. If you're planning a girls trip, romantic getaway, or solo escape, do yourself a favor and stay here. We’ll absolutely be back!

A friend and I met in New Mexico for a girls' trip and stayed at the Inn of the Governors. I had expected it to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and seemed to have authentic New Mexico character. The lobby area was very cozy and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We only spent a small amount of time at the pool, but it was clean and well maintained - very welcoming. The Del Charro restaurant, was a great bonus. The breakfasts were great, (and free!) and the dinner and cocktails were great quality and reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We booked here based on a friends recommendation and we’re so happy we did! Check in and check out was super fast and easy, the food for breakfast was just delicious, as was food in your restaurant for dinner. The sherry in the lobby was a nice bonus, along with the filtered water available all the time. The staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable, and rooms were just immaculately clean. The hotel location was perfect for our first visit to Santa Fe and we can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at La Fonda in August 2025 for three days. We loved the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the sunset from our small yet cozy balcony. We also enjoyed sunset drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel staff are super friendly and polite, and location of La Fonda is unbeatable. We were steps away from all the fun places and museums on the Plaza. The La Plazuela restaurant inside La Fonda is beautiful, with it's stunning one-of-a-kind stained glass windows. The food at La Plazuela was good, but not the best dining option on the Plaza. In my opinion, the restaurant did not carry enough options for vegetarians and vegans, and the price point was higher than some of the more well-regarded restaurants like The Shed and Tia Sophia, which also carry more delicious and authentic options. However, other than that, La Fonda is a great hotel to set as a base to explore Santa Fe, and I highly recommend it.

This was not my first stay at La Fonda, it was certainly a nice one. The property was clean and very convenient - you can walk anywhere downtown for dinner or coffee in the morning. Employees who are customer service-oriented are available and ready to help. The property is dog friendly, and I had my dog with me along with several others that I noticed. I dined at the restaurant which was good and the staff was kind enough to accept my special requests. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the hotel was very busy - it almost seemed full. One reason I chose this hotel was for the covered parking with a security guard. When I pulled up the lot said full, but then I realized it was not full for guests, just for non-guests. I really appreciated the ease of parking. I had no issues. I liked that I could wake up and walk in the town to get fresh air and coffee. I would stay at La Fonda again!

Spent a weekend at La Fonda en route to Denver. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and management were welcoming and so helpful to new visitors to Santa Fe. The location is within walking distance to almost everything you would want or need here - Restaurants, boutique shoppes and galleries all around. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite), and the restaurant was always busy (we only had breakfast here, but delish!).

The real draw of this place is its location right by the plaza, the restaurants/bars on site, the historic architecture, and the art. The room was mostly clean and in good condition (some hair in the shower and a burnt out light bulb). I do wish they would do away with those throw pillows- we all know they don't get cleaned, and that guests toss them on the floor... then housekeeping puts them right against the pillows you put your face on. I did have a loud couple fighting in the room next to me the first night. I did call down and they said they'd send someone up to talk to them. However, I didn't hear that. I did hear the couple continue to argue loudly. The walls are thin. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is small but good for a quick dip. Didn't try the hot tub or the gym. The rooftop bar is nice/convenient but be prepared for a wait- you'll be given a little buzzer device. Get there early if you want to see the sunset. It's not a normal bar where you can just grab a stool. I'd stay here again but might upgrade to a suite.

La Fonda is unique - it has a feel about it that is almost alive. It is the opposite of the sterility of a modern hotel. The atmosphere befits an Inn which is literally "at the end of the (Santa Fe) trail". Accordingly, the location cannot be beat. The rooms can be short of closet, luggage, and bathroom shelf space, as room is taken up by modern convenience (coffee service, refrigerator, microwave, safe, etc) which weren't invented when the hotel was built. The guest has to decide if the atmosphere is worth this drawback. For me, it definitely is. The main restaurant, La Plazuela, is magnificent, although the menu seems to have been altered somewhat in recent years. There are less Northern New Mexican items (distinctively different from Tex-Mex) on the menu, and more generic "modern" dishes, with imported ingredients, which though well-prepared, could be found anywhere. Happily the tableside guacamole and the rellenos are as good as ever. Hotel personnel from all departments were cheerful and helpful.

Very helpful and friendly inn keepers. Provided many insights on what to see in Santa Fe and. the surrounding area, as well as excellent dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable and very large for my needs, and the jacuzzi was enjoyable after long days.

The host was fantastic, room was good with private deck, shower and jacuzzi tub, good location, delicious breakfast, quiet, good bed A jewel of a place!

The room was a very good size and loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! The breakfast was just what we needed. The location is a short walk from the plaza and is in a walking distance to the train station. Loved the location!

Conveniently located within .5 - 1 miles within the Railyard area, the Georgia O’Keeffe museum, the Santa Fe Plaza, the Stare Capitol, numerous restaurants, and much more. The Guadalupe Inn is charming and reflects the spirit of New Mexico. Alan and LeAnn, the night managers, are delightful! They are personal and friendly as well as knowledgeable about where to eat and visit around town. I loved my spacious room as well as the delicious breakfast. The jacuzzi tub as well as fireplace were also delightful bonuses! The balcony was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks on.

I stayed at Guadalupe Inn last October; I love everything about this place! The location is excellent, the staff (particularly Alan and Lee Ann) are wonderful! ..My room which had a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and colorful modern southwest inspired paintings was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. Next time I'm in Santa Fe I will definitely stay at Guadalupe Inn! Thank you again Alan and Lee Ann for your friendliness, kindness and help.

This is a fantastic hotel with a lot to offer. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area filled with interesting shops and great restaurants, all within walking distance. Whether you're looking to shop, dine, or simply take in the local atmosphere, this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. I can’t say enough about how attentive and accommodating they were. One morning, we woke up to find our car covered in a stubborn mix of ice and snow. Just as I started trying to clear it with my hands, a security officer called out, letting me know he had a scraper in the office I could use. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just one example of the outstanding service we experienced throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight. The options were plentiful, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything was fresh and satisfying—perfect for starting the day on a good note. As for the room, it had a warm and inviting feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Everything was clean and well-maintained, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. From the prime location to the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Fabulous place to stay with a great location - 5 minute walk into the center of Santa Fe without it being in the actual busy parts. We walked nearly everywhere from here, and appreciated how easy it was to come and go with the car when needed. Our room was on the first floor, so there was nobody above us and it was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent shower, cozy bed, and although the room wasn’t huge, it was perfect for a few days. Loved the tea/coffee/cookies at reception in the afternoon (and tea/coffee in the evening). Breakfast was decent - eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, breakfast sausages (meat only, not veggie), and I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting. Staff were all very friendly. Regardless of the ‘negatives’ below, we would for sure stay here again if ever in Santa Fe, and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Our room was a king with fireplace and large walk-in shower. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet at night (despite being on a well-traveled road). It was also very "Santa Fe" with kiva fireplace and decor and Mexican tiled bathroom. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Breakfast was good, with various options, and the breakfast room was spacious (with attached outdoor patio). Housekeeping was attentive, and we appreciated that you do not have to "ask" for housekeeping each day. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. I took away one star for "value" because I believe all of Santa Fe's hotels near the Plaza are overpriced (just my opinion). Overall, an excellent hotel choice and we will definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around! I had an amazing stay at Pinon Court at La Fonda which feels like a boutique property. My room was just perfect-- beautifully decorated and appointed. The property was quiet and beautifully maintained. The outdoor patio was peaceful and comfortable with bar service at Happy Hour. The location is perfect--just a few blocks from the touristy Plaza-- and less than a 10 min walk to museums, sites, etc. The free parking was an added bonus. Staff were attentive and responsive. If I return to Santa Fe I won't hesitate to stay at Pinon Court again!

Beautiful, special location! Great food and Happy Hour, local live music offerings, lovely art and architecture. Quiet and peaceful rooms. Free shuttle was a bonus. So was the jacuzzi! Top tier hotel.

The shuttle was fabulous. The location was great for our needs. Loved the coffee service near the elevators on our floor. Enjoyed the free yoga and jacuzzi.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Santa Fe! The location was perfect—so close to the Railyard and the Farmers Market that it felt like they were practically across the street. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and such a cozy place to unwind. The pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed, and the live music in the evenings made it feel extra special. One of our favorite perks was the free shuttle around town—it made getting everywhere so easy and stress-free. We felt completely taken care of here and can’t wait to book again!

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was a double queen suite and was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated that the shower had a hand held shower head. The service staff was warm and friendly, and the restaurant inside was very good. The food was excellent. We ate breakfast there every morning. I have celiac disease and appreciated that the menu offered gluten free options, and the staff was knowledgeable as well. We enjoyed listening to live music in the lobby / sitting / dining area Friday night. The location is convenient, right on the edge of downtown. And there is a free shuttle service available (we didn’t use it because we had a rental) within a certain radius. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities were excellent - the pool and hottub as well as the bar area with the fireplace. Location couldn't have been any better - close to everything but surprisingly quiet for such a large hotel and good location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Finally, our room was very quiet - we didn't hear a thing and I'm a light sleeper (stayed in #440). Our daughter got married that weekend outside Sante Fe but we had several events at the hotel and they were perfect.

It is beautiful and walkable to the art district as well as several nice restaurants and lots of shops. We had our car parked for 2 of our 3 day stay because walking was so nice. Everything pretty much closes up at 5 pm except the pool. I do feel a place like this should have a nice place for breakfast or a breakfast bar. There was just a pastry place that was not baked on sight and they had coffee. We did enjoy the fruit infused water offered at a couple places! I am sure they would serve room service for a price but we did not look into that. Our room was immaculate and every day when we left we came back to a fully serviced room clean towels, soaps,waters, tightly made bed . The valets are friendly and helpful and always happy to be of service!

This was our second visit after ten years we were drawn to hotel due to its terrific location and our memories of the last trip. The hotel is classic Santa Fe with historical roots. Luminaria is the restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel is very clean, but worn and needs updating. The rooms can be dark. Though everything did not go well on this visit, the management and staff made it amazing. Thus the 5 Stars. Our dinner at Luminaria did not begin well — short staffed, our food lost its way. That was quickly remedied and the dishes we ordered were wonderful. Leadership from the kitchen visited our table and adjustments were kindly made. Our room was not what we had hoped for and when a frequent car alarm disrupted our sleep, the management next day had been fully briefed on our issue, visited us at our breakfast table and offered to move us to an upgraded location. “Pack up and I’ll move you myself,” Isaiah offered. We were called before noon to say the suite was ready and our belongings were in the room. The room was beautiful with outdoor seating and a lovely view. Sadly, we had to leave the next day. We thanked everyone for their teamwork and superb service. At our next stop, we noticed we were missing a bag. Called the hotel, Genelle found it for us. FedEx will be bringing it home. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. It was the people who worked there that made it memorable by their kindness. Thank you!

Great location with friendly and thoughtful staff. Breakfast was tasty and made to order. Food was always fresh and well-presented. The Living Room is a great spot for an after dinner drink and Ben and Colton both worked hard to take care of us. Natasha and Colleen in the Spa were amazing masseuses. Friendly and professional and talented.

Very nice property that is a nice size (mot too big), well maintained, attractively decorated with an outstanding location just blocks from the heart of historic Santa Fe. We enjoyed the space called “The Living Room,” for drinks and snacks- it’s aperfect spot to unwind. Their main restaurant Luminaria was great for breakfast and surprisingly not expensive. But it’s not the hotel’s location, rooms or gathering spaces that make me give it a five star recommendation; it’s the incredibly welcoming staff. Every person we interacted with, from valets and housekeepers to wait staff and front desk personnel, were genuinely friendly — every person, everyday of our 4 night stay! My friend who was with me said “everyone is so nice” with the emphasis on “so”! It started when we arrived and were greeted and checked in by Hunter ( who is the Front of House Manager, I believe.) He could not have been more fun. It set the tone for a fantastic stay. Also, I loved the little touches like the table that is put out in the lobby each evening with lavender sachets to take to your room. A shout out also to their Housekeeping staff - the room had cleaned each day upon return from breakfast! If you are coming to Santa Fe, this is a great base from which to enjoy and explore the area. I have stayed in many top rated properties and have high standards for every aspect of the guest experience. This met them all!

This is a small hotel, in an excellent location for exploring a “City Different” aka Santa Fe, New Mexico. It’s less than a 10-minute stroll to the plaza but for those seeking proximity with serenity this fits the bill. The rooms are spread out over several unconnected building serviced by a central reception and dining area for breakfast. Plenty of off-street parking which is a major plus given the challenge of finding a place during high tourist season. The venue is clean, but for those who care, a bit dated. My room had a fireplace and some nice Southwestern artwork, however overall was a bit on the dark side.. This is not a place to stay however, if you a seeking a room ”with a view”…but why would you need it when you visit the Land of Enchantment, which is best appreciated in the great out of doors. My room had a King bed that was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Staff is welcoming, informative and helpful. Breakfast, not fancy, but tasty and classic New Mexican (Breakfast burritos with green chili) with coffee made to order as well as the basics…Bagels & lox also included with your room if desired. Finally, given there are many much more expensive venues in SF, Los Palmas scores a 10 on the value for the money scale.

Las Palomas is terrific. It encompasses several old adobe homes, all within a block of the main building--where hot, cooked-to-order breakfast is served, fresh barista drinks are available all day, opera recordings play in the background, and a weaver demonstrates and sells her beautiful work. Each of the buildings has its own parking and its own courtyards. We had a junior suite. It had a comfy sitting area, an ultra-modern kitchen that was compact but beautifully equipped, one of the world's most comfortable queen beds, a big clothes closet and a dresser, and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. It's full of interesting art, and it oozes atmosphere. The decor is a charming mix of old-school New Mexican colonial with modern and practical touches. It feels authentic and livable. The staff members at Las Palomas are uniformly kind and attentive. They made us feel like welcomed long-lost cousins. Every minute was perfect.

Our stay at Las Palomas was fantastic! We arrived after 8, but the front desk was able to recommend us a restaurant that would still be open for dinner. The breakfast was exceptional! Made to order and absolutely delicious. The area to eat breakfast was also very cozy. Our room had a fireplace, and although we didn't use it, it created a lovely setting for our stay. The little touches and bright colors felt very Santa Fe. There was a little kitchenette too, and the walls were thick so we couldn't hear our neighbors. Just walking from our car to our room was lovely, well maintained and beautiful. And the shower water pressure was great! The hotel's location was excellent, we were also able to walk to the historical town quickly and easily. Don't miss the homemade marshmallows at the front desk! Best marshmallows I've ever had.

We have been staying at Los Paloma’s for over 20 years now, and our recent stay really exceeded our expectations. We’ve always appreciated the clean quaint cosy rooms and studios which are located right off the plaza and offers dog friendly lodging. Often though we would skip the free breakfast as it was fairly simple and even bland as compared to the local food options around town. However this recent stay and during our 3 night stay we chose from each several of the newer breakfast options and all were fantastic and delicious! The breakfast and community guest area was vibrant and lively and beautiful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the various house made treats and snacks and fresh lemonade slushy! Fantastic job Los Paloma’s for making your lodging with your new free breakfast options along with the warm community feel and location now our absolute favorite place to stay in Santa Fe!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Las Palomas! This boutique Airbnb is the perfect blend of artsy charm and cozy comfort. The made-to-order FREE breakfast served in the artsy lobby was next-level—fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best parts of our trip. All of the fellow travelers were fun to chat with over breakfast, and the vibes were perfect. Free firewood for the in-room fireplace was such a thoughtful touch, especially after a chilly evening stroll through town. The lobby? Oh, just your average magical space with a full-grown tree growing through the middle! Every corner of Las Palomas radiates personality and care. It’s warm, welcoming, and full of surprises—in the best way. If you're heading to Santa Fe and want something beyond the standard hotel vibe, this is it. Total hidden gem!

the breakfast was exceptional - we were in Santa Fe for a conference and breakfast was provided at the conference location (a much more expensive hotel) and we opted to have "first breakfast" with you the first day and were so glad we did. There was absolutely no comparison with the quality and everything was delicious. We continued to have breakfast daily and ignored the hotel provided breakfast at the conference. One of my colleagues actually said to me that the food at the parador breakfast was her favourite for the entire stay in Santa Fe! The room was perfect for our needs - the beds were comfortable and having the 3 of us stay together made the whole experience so much more fun - it felt like a camp sleepover :) (none of us knew each other "in person" prior to this event). The location is ideal, free parking was a bonus, and the staff were totally accommodating and lovely. I would happily stay again. ps the hibiscus ginger aqua fresca was phenomenal! and the coffee was also great. We liked being able to make coffee in the room and having a fridge was also an unexpected asset. Thank you!

Such a great surprise. We had a really nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay there. Both were very different but comfortable. The moon suite was very charming and cozy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean .Very pet friendly, even though other guests didn't pick up after their dogs, shame. The breakfasts are amazing. Definitely not your average hotel breakfasts. It is so delicious, and the chef is so kind and talented. Really enjoyed their coffee/tea set up in the rooms. Real coffee and wonderful selection of teas. I have already recommended this little hotel to two people. Very convenient location also.

Great location, close to plaza and restaurants. Really within walking distance of both. The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast. I don’t know how you can take greek yogurt and make it into a 5 star dish but it was done. The pancakes with berry syrup also. I would stay there again just for the breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The price you pay for a night’s stay is a great value for the amenities and breakfast you get.

Beautiful converted farmhouse with lots of character very short walk to the historic plaza and all the shops and restaurants. We had the huge family room with a REALLY comfy king bed with wonderful bedding (massive king pillows). On booking.com it says king plus 2 twin but it was actually a day bed with a trundle bed. We had to take the mattresses off the day bed frame and put it on the floor as it was too short and a little flimsy for my teen. This wasn’t a problem for us as the mattresses were thick and bedding very comfortable. We informed the staff and they were ok with it too. One of the reasons I booked was the comments about breakfast… it really didn’t disappoint! Absolutely delicious cooked fresh once you ordered… a delightful, healthy start to the day! The 3 staff we met were courteous and very welcoming! Thank you

Room was immaculate; street was quiet and peaceful; location was perfect within walking distance of Marketplace and wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was perfect. Chef came out to personalize menu. I am no gluten and no eggs which I had written on application. He was aware and confirming his choices with me. Food was perfect for both me and my husband. Food was flavorful without spicy heat.
