We are amazed by the staff. They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

Por lo general el sitio es acogedor. Al tomar el baño el shower no tiene full door y toda el agua se sale corriendo el peligro de resbalar por esta situación de mojado. Tan bien por dos veces no me dejaron suficientes toallas. Dentro del shower debería haber un tapete plástico pues se corre el riesgo de resbalas. Deberían colocar al menos 2 vasos en el cuarto para nuestra comodidad si se necesitan en general

Very relaxing stay. Loved the pergola for romantic dinners overlooking the pool and valley. Interesting hike up to two lookouts. Would recommend the coffee tour and trip to Marsella. Staff very friendly and their driver Jorge. Enjoyable massage with hot stones and relaxing jacuzzi.

Everything is nice, rooms are spacious, pool and Jacuzzi are great, prenty spaces to eat, relax, enjoy the view. Staff was friendly and very helpful, specially our driver, Jorge, and Jaime in the pool bar.

Santa Rosa is a great little city. The hotel was centrally located with parking. The staff was friendly and helped us book our tours with ease. The rooms were nice, quiet and came with a fan which is a huge bonus for me. The breakfast was typical but you could pay extra for the chorizo and it was delicious. The showers had hot water.

The staff were AMAZING! They were very keen to give you a great service, kind and very helpful. The hotel location is very close to the central park so you have access to mamy things.

Their hospitality was unmatched—warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. One of the standout aspects of our stay was breakfast. My husband can be quite particular about his morning meal, making special requests regarding how his toast was prepared and asking for specific fruits. Without hesitation, Kimberly and her sister graciously accommodated every request with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Beyond the service, Petra Santa itself is a charming and beautiful boutique hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the hospitality of these two sisters made our experience truly unforgettable. Service was amazing on behalf of all the staff, especially the waiter Orlando, he was very pending of every need that we had. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing, delicious and good size. Definitely will recommend this place!!!

The property is immaculately clean, rooms spacious, the pool and spa wonderful, the grounds are kept beautifully. The staff were amazing (especially Kym :) ) no request was too hard . The food and drinks great, cant really fault this place and if Im ever back to Pereira, will be sure to stay here again.

A convenient location for downtown area close to the park, the room was very clean, had a very confortable bed and a decent shower. Balcony is just a French door and there is no actual balcony but it is good for fresh air. Both a/c and wifi worked well. There is a minibar with snacks, beers and even wine, but I didn't use it, so I can not comment on the prices. My room was upstairs and there is no elevator but the receptionist offered to help with my suitcase which was kind but unnecessary for me at least as I travel with carry on only. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions, but I am not sure if any English is spoken as I got by with my poor Spanish. Breakfast in the downstairs Cafe is basic but adequate and there's a good panaderia across the street that's open until 10pm where you can get a beer.

We chose Olaya Plaza because of its close location to the bus terminal. Staff was friendly, but didn't speak any english. The breakfast that was included was awesome. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious and offered all we needed. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night from the streets. However, it didn't really bother us and we were there on a friday night, so it might be different during the week. All in all enjoyable.

it's just a $2 cab ride from the bus station. Just a couple of mini marts and bakery for food in the area. We arrived 5PM in Pereira and didn't want to go up to Salento at night so we stayed here. Very pleasant comfortable room, nicely decorated, modern updated bath, great bed, flat screen TV (even a few English channels), reasonable internet that worked in the room with a reasonable breakfast served by a very friendly and nice front desk staff. Major issue is traffic noise for the rooms on the main road. IT'S LOUD! We were very tired from the day long bus ride so with the fan in the room on high and ear plugs we somehow managed to have a fair nights sleep (much to our surprise). My guess is the rooms off the road are much more quiet. If so, then my rating would have moved to excellent. And, if this is true we would be back.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the city center, the room was very comfortable and clean. Free parking is a big plus, breakfast is simple but very tasty.

This is a new hotel located in downtown Pereira. The neighborhood may not be the best but the hotel itself it's really nice, very cozy and all rooms are really comfortable. It has wifi and they can always call you a secure cab. If you're seeking for a very good deal, then this is the place to come. Not expensive and it has the basics. I would stay here again.

Eduardo is an amazing host. He is always ready to give information about the area and help out if needed. The vegetarian pizza was amazing. The jacuzzi and spa are welcome after a days hike.

My husband and I loved our stay at Cotinga Hotel Spa. Eduardo took care of everything for us. The spa treatments are delightful and the grounds are beautiful! I love the high end shower products from my favorite local brand.The jacuzzi and saunas are an added bonus. We will be back!!

Espectacular, comodo, con buenas instalaciones, pocas habitaciones, excelente atención persolalizada. Tienen convenio con múltiples restaurantes cercanos muy buenos. Muchos juegos de mesa, jacuzzi grande, sauna, turco piscina. En fin muybuen sitio para descansar.

Don Julio made our stay comfortable and memorable also Aidee was very attentive and helpful. The hotel looks as a Charming rustic farm style home, nice and clean with an Exceptional Mountain View. Our room had a jacuzzi, hot water. It’s About 15 minutes drive to Santa Rosa del Cabal Hot Springs attraction.

The location was really beautiful. Decoration was stunning, and our host was wonderful. she was so helpful and allowed us to re-enter our room after the check out time so we could take a shower after being at the hot springs. the restaurant is great, beautiful, peaceful lunch amongst the trees and it was very yummy. our host also made us breakfast that was yummy
