Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in São Paulo

This was the perfect stay for us in Sao Paulo, close to Paulista, the metro, and good eats/nightlife. Also a very safe area where we felt comfortable walking around. Staff were quite friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. There is a decently equipped gym as well as a pool and sauna. Breakfast buffet was also great and had a good variety. Only feedback would be in the morning, there was hammering/banging noises coming from elsewhere in the hotel that made it difficult to sleep. Not sure if this is a common occurrence, but would suggest that work take place later in the day.

I didn't like that I could not access my family floor with my key. You must use your key to utilize the elevator but you can only go to your room floor. The toliet seat are horrible. The seat is thin and it hurts your thighs when sitting. Complimentary breakfast was Okay for the most part, but it offered the same hot options every day no variety Wifi worked well. King bed was comfortable. My housekeeper was really nice. Location was busy burger spot, bars, sports bars and shopping all around and a straight walkable shot to Paulista Ave.

Great location in the city. The hotel has some fantastic amenities available, including a fantastic breakfast. Our room had a balcony with a view looking out directly over the city. Great restaurants and other attractions nearby!

Wonderful hotel, good facilities, friendly staff and excellent location just off Rua Augusta and close to Avenida Paulista, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops.

The hotel is close to a trendy area, with shops and the metro close by. The staff were great! The rooms are large and you don't have to worry about luggage storage. The beds are large and comfortable, and my room had a walk-in shower. The hotel is next to the elevated road, which turns into a pedestrian area on the weekends..... really nice! There is room service and the portions are huge!

The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable layout that makes for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The SPA facilities were excellent — well-maintained, relaxing, and a real highlight of the stay. Overall, everything was quite good, and the experience met expectations in every way. A solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff are courteous and friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide range of food and service is quick. They remembered my coffee order and brought it without asking, so they pay attention. The club lounge is fun and I enjoyed the cocktails and canapés. Not really any serious negatives, and nothing I felt the need to report while I was there. A couple of times the temperature in the shower would fluctuate and on the last night they left no shampoo. Booking a car to collect from the airport involved more bureaucracy than booking the hotel! In the future I will choose this over the Grand Hyatt, which is the only real competitor in the area and the hotel I have used for the last 5 years. This hotel is a lot less impersonal and the rooms, whilst smaller, are a lot more comfortable.

Few JW Marriott properties like this. New facilities, modern decor, excellent service, loyalty program benefits. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, soft towels, and quality amenities. After a long way from the airport the staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and offers local dishes. Live jazz in the lobby on certain days. There's a shopping center next door with stores to buy travel essentials. Safe area to walk around. Would you recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Would we return? Definitely, yes; it would be our first choice in Sao Paulo.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The property is nice and well maintained. Our room was spacious and bright, and everything worked well. Wifi connection was strong and stable throughout the property. It has the usual room and bath amenities. Staff were excellent. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. Bell staff were attentive pleasant and always ready to help. The lobby has a bar and spacious seating areas. This hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is safe to walk and explore. Morumbi Shopping Center is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is a little over an hour drive from GRU airport, depending on time of day/traffic. This is a great place to stay in Sao Paulo.

The service was superior from the moment we arrived on the site. The valets were amazing. The reception was amazing as well. Because it was our wedding night, our room had been upgraded and we were treated to Champaign and a delicious cake. We arrived later than we expected. The Champaign was no longer cold. The valet had that exchanged immediately. The room was beautiful in every regard, furniture, appointments, lighting, every little detail. Breakfast from room service was o credibly prompt and delicious! I can not thank and appreciate you enough for the experience. The lobby was so incredibly beautiful as well. The hotel was quiet and the bar tender was kind enough to take some pictures for us in there lobby too.

Amazing star, absolutely clean, spacious apartment

A localização é ótima e o aspecto geral na recepção também. Os quartos precisam de uma pintura clara e de ar condicionado silencioso, o prédio enfrente tem sempre festa, portanto é necessário ligar o ar para diminuir o barulho do vizinho. Quem trabalha na área de turismo tem como primeira aula que é nos feriados e fins de semana que mais se trabalha. A moça que atende ao café da manhã não foi bem treinada e começava a desmontar o buffet às 9h45. A higiene do buffet na área das frutas e frios estava inadequada, muitas moscas pousadas nesses produtos. Pena, o café da manhã era um ponto alto do hotel e não é grátis.

Everything, (but three lights did not work in the room). The restaurant was good - but they need to replace the dirty, frayed edged placements, to give the best impression. Great service, both front desk and in the restaurant!

Very good place, good food and services. Nice place to stay. If you´re a clean freak, than it´s not for you, it had a little bit of dust in the tables and on the floor, but nothing disgunting, it was ok for a regular person :-)

The desk clerk, I believe his name is Santos was extremely helpful - give that man a raise! He went above and beyond any expectations I could have had traveling with a challenging individual as I am.

After staying for 2 weeks in Brazilian hotels, it was nice to stay a couple of nights in an American owned hotel brand. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant with a lot of options. The one thing missing from all other American owned hotels was a coffee maker. As I am sure a lot of people need to do, we had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast being available. Ubless you make breakfast, you will not have coffee. Starting your day at 5am without a coffee maker in the room was not fun. I would have assumed that they would anticipate this, and offer coffee in the lobby. But no, there is no complimentary coffee as an option to breakfast.

Great hotel in Itaim Bibi. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern and offer amazing views of São Paulo. I had a couple of issues during my 4-night stay but the guest service team solved all of them immediately. Downsides: my bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast room gets pretty busy as it isn’t large enough to accommodate all guests when the hotel is busy. I would still recommend this hotel over others in the area.

+ Chose the top level 2bdrm 2 full bath (with “bonus amenities” which equals high floor, favorable check in / check out times, no cost to use gym, etc.). This is a pretty good deal and nice apartment. It’s big—over 800 Sqr feet. Clean, plenty of room, a family room, and bathrooms and closets for both bedrooms, and a full kitchen. The views are great, high up and lots of windows. The beds are average. Each room has separate climate control. The breakfast is average or perhaps slightly better. Great gym but depending on room type there may be a charge. Location is close to most of what you’d want to visit (short uber). Generally safe area vs. others we visited. Open-air foodcourt behind property. - The pillows could be upgraded. Gym closed Sundays. No ventilation whatsoever in the bathrooms. Pool is kind of a joke; I didn’t see anyone use it in 4 days. The couch in the two bedroom should be a 3-person (not a 2 person) so you can lay down. It’s not a comfortable couch. Note, the family room pic is half the family room, and after I rearranged the furniture (I do what I want). It’s a decent place. Not ultra luxurious but felt better than a 3 star, and having a kitchen, family room and table provides space and sanity

Overall my stay here was pleasant. Checking in and out was quick. The personnel is friendly and speaks English. There are plenty of elevators to get around if you happen to be on a high floor like I was. The room I stayed in was good, it had a comfortable bed and loved that it had a kitchenette. Also loved my view and the balcony to get some fresh air. The Bathroom is a little small and smelly. I am not sure what it was but seemed to have a sewage smell. This hotel offers free breakfast and really think this has to be improved as there are not many options. The only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausage, the good thing is that it is conveniently located so going around to local shops can be done.

We used the Deluxe Room which had an amazing view. Super convenient location. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Everything was very clean and modern. Loved it. Leo from front desk was very helpful and professional . Location is very good, conveniant, buses, taxis outside, very walkable, so many restaurants and everything else you need and felt safe.

This is a high class lovers' motel which charges for short time periods as well as overnight. That said, it's clean, comfortable and has lovely staff, and good soundproofing. According to reception it's not unusual for them to get travellers who stop over for a normal hotel stay. As long as you aren't fazed by the extra items on the room service menu and the mirrored walls, this is a welcoming, fun and comfortable place to spend a night.

Great location, near to lots of bars and restaurants - hotel has 24/7 security. The place itself has day rates where you can book for a period of 3-6 hours, so you get many couples coming for some 'alone time'. However, it doesn't make the place seedy or off-putting - nice big showers with warm water and comfy beds. Can order food and room service 24/7 without being disturbed would recommend.

Even if it's clearly a sex hotel, the room is big, modern and clean with a great value for money. Oversized and comfortable bed, plenty of toiletries and big TV.

Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable big bed and an armchair. Room service did an excellent service. Thank you Tivoli.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in São Paulo, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the staff. I stayed in the garden suite, which offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located near a variety of excellent restaurants, making dining out convenient and enjoyable. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing me with a list of fantastic local lunch spots. I look forward to returning on my next visit to São Paulo!

Everything was extremely clean and organized. The room was spacious with a balcony. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful. The decor and atmosphere was elegant and wonderful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the hotel was amazing and had a very large variety of protein and fresh fruit.

Staff is great, very polite and attentive. The breakfast is a bit repetitive but there are lots of options so you can vary it yourself along the days. But the breakfast ambience with the live piano makes it 10 stars! The room was spacious and comfortable, despite some details showing signs of age (for example the wooden wardrobe or balcony door slightly crocked) still gives a premium comfortable feeling.

Its was my second time there. The breakfast and staff are great, and I love the special touch of piano sound during breakfast. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Gym well equipped, spa massage is wonderful, and the only minus is the lack of a outdoor swimming pool

We stayed here twice last month, at the start and at the end of a trip for a couple days. We selected this place due to its central location near many restaurants we wanted to try. It was very quiet, super comfortable, with lots of attention to small details. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with tons of choices and lots of fresh food. Reliable and speedy wifi. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and found the pricing reasonable.

Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price.

i am a returning customer at this hotel. Staff is friendly, accommodations are comfortable and clean, lap pool, sauna and gym are a plus! Breakfast and lunch are very tasty! The location is top!

Staff cannot speak english but they are nice. The check in process was simple and easy. My room was spacious and clean but could need some renovation. The breakfast was good.

It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff.

Not the best area of the city, but a visible police presence, so I never felt at risk. Good Brazilian breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, and of course lots of carbs. I expect the hotel is frequented primarily by Brazilians as English and Spanish are not widely spoken or understood.

The location is great - just a short walk to the beautiful Theatro Municipal. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was very comfortable with a lovely small outside balcony. All the staff I met were courteous, friendly and helpful. The bathroom was great with a very spacious shower. The selection of food at breakfast was lovely too and nicely laid out.

This is a solid hotel in the center of São Paulo. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. However, there were two things that didn’t quite meet our expectations: the Wi-Fi was weak, and the beds were uncomfortable. Since this was our last stop on a 3-week trip, we were hoping for a bit more comfort. That said, the hotel overall is still very good. If you like softer mattresses, you’ll probably enjoy it more than we did. It wasn’t our favorite, but I still wouldn’t rate it lower than an 8. With better Wi-Fi and more comfortable beds, it could easily be a 10.

Location of hotel was right across from the train station which was very convenient. Hotel was clean and a very good value. There was a full breakfast (egg, bacon, fruit, cheese, pastries, etc.) included in our hotel stay. WIFI was very reliable.

In general a good hotel. Spacey room and comfortable bed. Good Brazilian breakfast. Three elevators are great, no queue or waiting time. On the negative side I couldn't get the temperature down on hot days. Also the toilet had issues with flushing. Can't open the windows but I assume it's a safety issue.

Comfortable, not too hard, wide single beds. Spacious room. Excellent location for nightlife, Paulista and metro. Possibility of (rather expensive) late checkout till 6pm.
