I was checked in by Meshari late at night and he gave me a great upgrade. The executive suite was creat and it had a welcome fruit basket and some sweets but the sweets were not wrapped of covered with clingfilm so i didn’t feel comfortable eating it. The suite was massive, very comfortable bed and a double jacuzzi. It also includes 2 TVs and a coffee machine. The TV was a bit glitchy, sometimes it wont function properly but its not a big deal. The internet connection was stable and fast , had my calls and meetings without any issues. Yubraj delivered my room service food almost everyday and he was always very neat, helpful and professional. I realized at check in that i will need to leave at 6 while the breakfast start at 6:30 so i asked for a breakfast box to be sent to my room. The reception confirmed but at 5:40 nothing came and i called the room service who said they have no records of it and I had to leave. The breakfast arrangement was fixed on other days. Abdallah checked me out and he offered to print my receipt which i was about yo forget. Food was excellent and the staff generally were very professional.

I also had the chance to use the gym and spa facilities, which were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout my stay. it’s an amazing place to enjoy with Kids. There are lot of fun activities for kids and family. it’s an family oriented resort where all the facilities, Pools, Kids Aqua Park, Kids Fun Zone, restaurants , Beach and are in walking distance and are well maintained. Reservation - on bookings.com. Got a great deal. Chechi-in : smooth as butter. The Executive on the front desk, Mr.Ramy Abdou, was extremely helpful. The fact that they wear a smile when speaking with customers makes such a deep impression. Thank you Ramy. Room : Got a standard double room. Was super clean. Room was pretty decent sized and well appointed. There was no hot water in the taps. Had to call room service a couple of times to have it fixed. Only one Bath towel and room slippers was provided. Had to request for an extra pair. Breakfast: we were offered a complimentary breakfast, despite the reservation said we need to pay for the breakfast. Came as a pleasant surprise. The spread was really good, with a live counter. Excellent food. Summary : overall an excellent stay. Highly recommended. Will surely come back.

The property was beautiful and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Everything was clean. After a problem with Booking.com, the staff solved it gave us a discount and gave us a beautiful room that we needed as well as breakfast.

We spent Eid at this hotel, and it was a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, right in front of the Kingdom Tower, which made for some amazing views. While it may not have the same grandeur as some high-end hotels, it is still a very nice place to stay. The staff were attentive, cleaning our room regularly and ensuring fresh towels and amenities were always available. We also appreciated that they honored our request for a connecting room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom water tended to spread onto the floor. If this could be improved, it would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back!

Really superb hotel from which to enjoy Riyadh. Room had everything you need. Pool, sauna and gym excellent, clean and modern. Everyone speaks very good english. Nice breakfast beffet. Great local area to explore. Go right out of hotel to Olaya mall a short distance away. Go left and there's a multitude of coffee shops. Had 2 nice dinners at Allo Beirut in same direction on hotel side of road. Don't be intimidated by culture if from West. Embrace Saudi Arabia and it will embrace you. From Canada and loved the vibrant and welcoming city and this lovely hotel.

Hotel is in a great central location. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are fairly spacious for a single traveller, comfortable and clean.

Which was very spacious and comfortable, The location of the hotel is excellent and is walking distance of Kingdom Tower and mall. Some staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend property.

I stayed at this hotel for just one day to be close to the airport, and it was a great experience. The hotel is very new, with clean rooms and nice facilities. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The staff were all young, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and a pleasant stay near the airport!

Very good hotel with clean well equipped gym on highest level overlooking the city with a pool and an impressive selection of cuisine for breakfast that would satisfy any visitor. The hotel is very accessible, close to the airport as well as the city and different malls and great for commuters. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable to work from. Staff is very kind, courteous and helpful making our visit a delightful one.

Hotel offered us a free upgrade to an apartment room with Jacuzzi. Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were nice and clean.

The jacuzzi in the VIP suite was my favorite part of the stay. The facilities were top notch. Would love to visit this hotel again

My second stay in this hotel and I would return again and recommend it to everyone! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, it smells like Buhur at the reception - so amazing, the rooms are clean - spacious - and offer everything one could need even a washing machine. The bathroom offers all products and dental kits, amazing as well. Thank you for everything :)

In general a good hotel. Clean, comfortable, practical location, and good room service. The only comment is for the management, they don't allow check-in unless the entire due amount is paid in advance.

Staff were lovely but the bathrooms need a deep clean or re grouting. Floors need replacing in the room and they were dusty.

I stayed here for the night en route to AlUla from Jubbah. This is a fantastic property—especially for the price-point. I had a very large one-bedroom unit with a dedicated living room and bedroom (and kitchen that I did not use). This arrangement was particularly helpful, as I was able to work and take a bunch of conference calls. The staff went over and beyond to make me comfortable—e.g., serving me complimentary Arabic coffee and dates and helping a food delivery driver bring my dinner when they got lost and I could not describe my whereabouts in Arabic. The location is great, right next to a massive supermarket and within walking/short driving distance of many restaurants. All in all, highly recommended for a short (in my case) or long stay in Ha'il!

suite was very big and spacious, clean and tidy. bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. we got arabic coffee, tea and dates. we stayed just one night but would definitely repeat it. thanks to the receptionist who wrote our postcards.

A good sized 2 bed and living space, with comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. Whilst it is on a road, the rooms are absolutely sound proofed too, we slept so well. The check-in was smooth and the reception sent up coffee and dates, which was a really nice touch. The location is good, with coffee shops and eateries nearby and it is also easy access to the town.

Brand new hotel — exceptional in every aspect! The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. We booked a family room, which turned out to be two large interconnecting rooms — one double and one twin — both with huge, comfortable beds. Everything is modern and automated with digital controls, and the rainfall showers are fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. The location is excellent — in South Jeddah, just a one-minute walk from TGI Fridays and other restaurants, with a large 24-hour pharmacy and supermarket nearby. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight — our kids absolutely loved it. We were served coffee by the pool by Avigail, who was exceptionally polite and professional. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — and I travel a lot! Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, and nothing to complain about. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and modern. Food was very tasty- from the Arabic coffee at the entrance of the hotel, to the breakfast and the casual dining restaurant. Hotel has a good gym and pool however I did not get to use it as I did not come prepared with appropriate clothing. Location was very convenient. Overall I would recommend it and would stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! The rooms are luxurious and super comfortable. Everything is of high quality, the mattress and pillows and the bath robes oh my goodness! Luxury at its finest. To be honest it's priced so affordable for what you get. Love the high tech across the hotel. Even they welcome you so respectfully and genuinely care for their guests. The service provided is exceptional-from the front desk, to the waitors in the food court, to the house keeping staff. I can't wait to book my next stay! They also refused any compensation for the damage done and apologized to me instead! room exceeded my expectations as well, and it's definitely bigger than it looks in the pictures. they offer all the amenities needed and are available around the clock. bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was just perfect, having so many different kinds of light, making it perfect for all different situations. The hotel also offers free access to the gym on the 8th floor, which is also convenient if one wants to keep their gym routine. the location of the hotel is quite covenient as well, given its proximity to touristic areas and malls, one mall is a 2-3mins walk from the hotel, and all other attractions are a short drive (depends on traffic). I would definitely stay here again next time, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good place to stay here.

Location is nice, room is cleaned, everything is good. Just please change the lighting buttons, turning on 1 light button shouldn't turn all lights in the room. Lobby or cupboard area should have separate button for lights which shouldn't effect other ppl sleeping in the room. Comfortable bed. Excellent services provided by Mr Zakir Bangali brother house keeping supervisor. He is very attentive and listen to your requests Al Baik is next to hotel so you can enjoy Egg breakfast sandwich in breakfast from there. The staff is top-level, very responsive, all requests were fulfilled immediately. The room are very clean, it has everything I need for a comfortable stay, from bath salts to yoga blocks and a mat… A large TV with multiple channels. The bed was soft, even too soft. Lobby was too busy, they are a lot of people in the lobby all the time, as there are several coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. The gym is something else, nice and big, with lots of machines, the staff is constantly cleaning around. It’s mix there is a separate room for the ladies but it is very small with few machines only. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Fancy property and grand. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed there for almost one month and was very comfortable. I love that there is a menu for pillows to choose what is comfortable for you. The amenities in the room were quite modern. Staff is very friendly and buffet options are massive and very delicious buffet food. Location is quite central in Riyadh and easy to get to, and bas so many restaurants, malls, shops around.

This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Everything was amazing, cafes and restaurants around were amazing, the place was clean and the staff are all amazing specially Miss “Raneem” she was the superstar, even after me returning back to my country she reached out to ask if there was anything that disturbed me or if i has any concerns about anything within my stay. The hotel is very impressive and truly feels like a 5-star property, especially with its grand and luxurious lobby that leaves a strong first impression. Special thanks to Ahmad, the chief concierge, who deserves the highest praise, he was born for this profession. Extremely friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented, he managed to arrange a new room for us within 15 minutes after we had to leave the previous one due to late-night noise and unbearable cigarette smell. Chapeau to Ahmed! The concierge team overall was very helpful and kind. The location is also excellent, with a metro station right in front of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped.

A highly recommended hotel! The location is quiet, an important aspect for me. The room was very neat and clean, especially the bed was very good! Rooftop was also nice. Especially worth mentioning is the very nice and helpful staff, thanks again to all the staff there! To get into the city I recommend Uber or Careem (don't forget to bring a mobile Wifi). There is also a very good grill nearby. Nearby you will see a large mosque with 2 minarets, always follow the street, on a corner on the right there is a grill. You find also a supermarket and a pharmacy there.

Hotel reception was welcoming and assisted in setting up WiFi. One of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in for a long time. Had bottled water , fridge and a kettle in the room. Used the treadmill in the small gym a few days. Exceptionally clean and was able to park in the basement. A real Gem close to Sharby Village were my daughter is staying

I absolutely loved my stay at The Proud Hotel! The rooms were very clean, featuring new furniture and modern designs that made for a comfortable atmosphere. I had a truly exceptional stay at Alma Hotel — it was beyond the ordinary in every way! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and furnished with a modern, stylish touch. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr. Osama Al Malki and Mr. Mansour, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Lovely room with all amenities, coffee machine, snacks, free water,fridge, ironing board, slippers, robe. Very comfortable bed, spacious modern bathroom with all amenities in it such as toothbrush, conditioner, lotion, etc. Breakfast buffet had a big variety of warm and cold options you can also order eggs, if you didn’t want the already prepared omelettes or boiled ones. Big variety of fruits too. Only negative is the view it was a construction site.

We visited the Fairmont yesterday for their Friday 365 restaurant brunch. We had a really great afternoon, everything was perfect! From our first contact to book through Gordana, everything was seamless, everyone was friendly and could not do enough for us! We were guided on arrival around the food stations, sparkling fizz and soft drinks were included and refilled without us asking. The food was of a very high quality, beautifully presented and all of the chefs were obviously proud of their offerings which is so nice to see! We especially enjoyed the BarBQ station with Chef Robin who is an amazing personality and an asset to the house of grill restaurant, the steaks and lamb chops were cooked perfectly by him. The atmosphere was great, there is separate children’s entertainment with face painting, disco etc so the large parties present did not impact on our enjoyment at all. The whole event was overseen by supervisor Issawy and assistant manager Rashad, who were both friendly and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone to try the brunch or House of Grill, both are excellent! Thankyou all

Great hotel, really pleasant and clean rooms, delicious food and excellent location, but the thing that makes this such a amazing place to stay is the Butler services provided by the Butler Manager Mr. Hany Ismail, he is incredibly helpful and very professional, he is extremely efficient and always available day and night goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, I’ve recommended Fairmont to all my family and friends who are frequently visiting Riyadh, and they will definitely surprise by the Royal services provided by Mr. Hany and his team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

Even the manager and 2nd in charge were very generous with their time, checking in to see if we are enjoying our stay. Great business facilities as well. Fair disclaimer: I am not used to luxury of this level (business conference, very generously not paid for by me) so I’m very easily impressed, even so everything was perfect about my stay and I enjoyed my brief experience of the high life.

The chef who was making the pancakes and eggs, he was very friendly and warm at breakfast. The salad choices and some of the fresh desserts were quite delicious. A private compound located in the Jubail city which is worth staying if you are looking for a comfortable and private stay. We got the room booked through Booking.com. They have their own private parking with lot of space available. The lobby is beautiful and spacious and it gives you proper feeling of a 4 star location. The room was not very spacious but still comfortable with all basic facilities available. There is gym and Pool available which you can enjoy at their designated times. Breakfast buffet was available in our package and it was worth it. There was lot of variety of dishes in the breakfast. The service of the restaurant and the staff available were very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Our visit to this amazing resort was a big surprise. We received a grand tour and the manager showed us one of the villas. The 3 storie Appartment has 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, 3 kitchen and 3 spacious living room. First floor has a balcony that has a nice view on the Center park, playgarden and outside terrace. Ground floor has a indoor heated swimming pool and a outside courtyard. A lovely place to stay

First of all, this place is a bit far from Taif & Al Hada mountains. It's actually in the plains and is exactly 24 kms away from the Al Hada mountain peak (Taif Teleferic). Now that I have set your expectations right, the resort is very well maintained and beautiful. There are over 30 Villas and every individual villa has a private (indoor) heated swimming pool and a personal Sauna. The rooms are tastefully done and well maintained. The resort doesn't serve any meals but they have a very nice Kitchen (with all the equipments in place) so you must carry basic food items including oil, butter, eggs, breads etc to make your own breakfast, meals etc. In case you dont feel that adventurous and want to eat outside, there are decent number of options in the city like Little Caesars etc (Italian), Bukhari etc. Even though the resort takes credit card, there was a slight resistance to it so to be on the safe side carry some decent amount of cash. The resort has a huge playing area in the mid and is perfectly apt & safe for the kids. Would definitely go back here, again & again.

Room & Environment: Very peaceful and well-maintained, ideal for a relaxing stay. A small mosque is just around the corner, which is convenient for guests who wish to pray. Breakfast: The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

Came here for work, so I was out most of the day, but nevertheless I’ve enjoyed my stay here, found it super comfy, reception are SUPER nice (and I think they might’ve upgraded my room without bragging to me), staff are helpful. Booked an economic room, and got a spacious room with excellent view of the city. Actually I think it was a great deal for that price, to sum it up: it exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very nice, first morning the breakfast was coming to our room and was delicious. We have used the underground parking lot, with the room key card the parking lot can be accessed. We had a room with a nice view on the city/motorway. Location was fine, a bit away, bit with car it was easy to reach everything quickly, even some fast food restaurants were nearby.

Easy from the train station and Uber's not far for any travel.

One night business stay. Great Hotel. Fast Check-in and amaxing team at reception, specially Ms.Tasneem is an amaxing person with polished etiquette and showed great hospitality, accommodating requests. Prompt & efficient room service. The Club Sandwich was gud. Grand, Upscale, clean, comfortable and quiet room with amazing amenities & perfect for a business trip. The bathroom was grand as well with a separate bath tub and separate glass closure shower and all amenities. Great breakfast to start ur day with fulfilling varieties with attentive service, and Ronnie & Shakel were amaxing. Big pristine outdoor swimming pool with dining options and the on duty Filipino lady was very courteous and accommodating. They also have an indoor separate pool for ladies/ kidz. Free parking. It's close to the Hail University and near to Airport and Train Station.

We had a wonderful stay at Hail Millennium Hotel! The location is ideal for exploring Hail, and the amenities were excellent. Efren, our waiter, provided exceptional service, making every meal a memorable experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to help, which truly enhanced our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering comfort after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend staying at Hail Millennium Hotel for its fantastic service, great atmosphere, and ideal location. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Hail!

Exceptional Stay at Gardino Hotel & Residence! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gardino Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, from the moment I arrived. Mr. Hykal, the receptionist, kindly upgraded my room, and his colleague Mr. Hamza was incredibly accommodating by extending my checkout time to 14:00. Beyond the warm welcome, the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and visually appealing. The lobby was inviting, and the breakfast was delicious

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast and an amazing location. However, the street noise was a real issue. We stayed in a city-view room, but the noise from the busy street, day and night, made it hard to relax. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend choosing a courtyard-view room instead. The hotel would really benefit from upgrading the windows to block out the noise better. Also, the smart lighting system in the room was a bit tricky to figure out. That said, everything else about our stay was excellent, and I’d happily come back again!

Had an excellent stay at the Rio Hotel Olaya! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was strong. Staffs were helpful. We loved the breakfast. They played a relaxing jazz music in the background so we felt relaxed while having our breakfast. Variety of options were provided. They had a coffee machine for the coffee which was great. About 2 mins walk from the hotel, there are some fast food restaurants available and opposite that road, is a stretch of cafes and teahouse. Around 5 mins walk from the hotel, you can take the public bus to the old town and Souk. There are some shopping centers near the hotel but it's quite high end. We requested for cab to airport and the bellboy helped to get a cab from the main road to the hotel for us. Enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food and plenty of hot drinks available. Great location for business & plenty of coffee shops etc in the immediate area. Nice indoor swimming pool. The hotel is essentially a boutique business hotel which fuses a number of attractive features of traditional Arabian hospitality (e.g., dates, Arabic coffee, dominoes sets on reception coffee shop tables) with a more generic business style. It's location is fantastic - within metres of Tadawul stock exchange, all the central business district, biggest shopping malls and sights. Food is excellent, spotlessly clean. There is even a swimming pool, spa, Finnish sauna and Hammam (steam room)! Staff are courteous, genuinely kind, open minded and extremely generous, proactive and friendly in a professional manner. _The fishing trip was amazing for us especially for my son.. The two fishermen were so helpful, kind and friendly..much thanks for them.. The studf from the reception to the time of leaving were very helpful, give you a great hospitality with a big smile. The beach was very good, restaurant was perfect with skilful chef and professional waiters and they have a good activities that you can do to give your holiday much more fun. The property is new and very well maintained! Reception staffs were very welcoming! Breakfast was really good and filling! All the other staffs were really helpful and caring. Even though I arrived before the official check-in time, Marwa went out of her way to arrange a room for us promptly. I’m also deeply grateful to Mr. Mohamed Ghozlan for his dedication to providing excellent housekeeping services and for his consistent follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, healthy, and offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The location was amazing, 5 min walk to the Haram. The staff were amazing too, Everyone in reception were very helpful and friendly. Hifsan (forgive me if got the name wrong) the girl in reception and Mizan the cleaner on our floor were exceptional and professional.

I recently stayed at the Sofitel Al Khobar Corniche for a leisure trip with my wife, and overall we had a pleasant experience that highlighted both the strengths and some areas for improvement at this property. Based on my experience, I’d rate my stay 3.8 out of 5. Pros: 1. Excellent sea view from the room — beautiful and relaxing. 2. I was upgraded thanks to my Accor Gold status, which was a nice touch. 3. The pool was great, deep enough for a proper swim, not just wading. 4. Welcome drinks were offered upon arrival — appreciated. 5. The room had a bathtub, which added to the comfort. 6. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and welcoming — made a good first impression. Cons: 1. The room needs maintenance — especially the bathroom door, and the toilet flush button required pressing twice. 2. The welcome treat was just basic fruit — at other Accor hotels (like Novotel) I’ve received better treats like chocolates, which feels more premium. 3. On the first morning, there was confusion about my breakfast inclusion — staff said my room wasn’t listed, even though I had booked with breakfast and club access. 4. No towels provided at the pool, which is inconvenient. 5. The club lounge offered very limited snacks, and what little was available wasn’t refilled — didn’t feel like proper club access benefits.

As a first time in Riyadh The Hotel experience was very nice. It is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade on our stay which was a great start for our stay. The food is variable and fresh. The staff happily accommodated our requests. There is a big hyper market right across the street which was super helpful and a metro station as well. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the Hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Riyadh.

Our stay at the Mercure Hotel was a very positive experience. The property is new, elegant and well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. The room was exceptionally functional, equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made the stay truly comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. For those travelling by car, there is a convenient guest car park. Another advantage is the nearby shopping centre, which is perfect for quick shopping trips. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and well worth recommending. We will definitely return on our next visit to Riyadh.

It gives me great pleasure to mention the names and give special thanks to some of the concierge team who made our stay very special, my personal concierge Shahadat Hussein who made sure our stay was as comfortable at it was and thanks to Mohamed Hussein and Hassan who were the politest door men I have met at any hotel, they were very welcoming, friendly and happy to offer any kind of help. And many thanks to the receptionists and the whole team who made our stay memorable. This was actually the first part of our honeymoon and I am so proud to have chosen this hotel.

Amazing decor like a real palace.quite peaceful place to relax. even if the breakfast is not including, one order of Arabic breakfast should be enough for two or maybe three as well with lots of varieties and amazing taste. you can order the breakfast in your room with no extra charges. but the american black coffee has no good taste.

Lets start with the pros. The room was huge and extremly luxurious. The bed was one of the best you would ever try. On the other side, they had troubles checking me in without a "printed proof" of my booking which make the check in one of the worst i have ever had. In addition, they refused to include the breakfast to my room although it was included. They said Expedia customers always don't book with breakfast!! Am I the only one having breakfast here? Any way i needed to talk to the manager and to go to the receiption to show them the itenrary on my expedia account to make them beleive my "lies", which is something you don't like to experience at all.

The 2 of us hid away from kids and day to day stress for a romantic outing, so I had to pick for the surprise a meaningfully property with exclusive amenities ... Don't get us wrong, the hotel and the room as well as staff were great. BUT, for this price and this name, I do expect to be able to connect my Apple TV box to the TV, but since there was no HDMI available I wasn't able, and the DVD player that should be standard with the room was only available via the butler. When we in for coffee we had to order it because there was no standard coffe and tea set as any regular hotel would offer. To round these goofs up, the smart-home device was not functioning unless on the dock station (curtains and light remote control), so when wanting to dim the entrance lobby light I had to walk to it and there was actually a formal sticker telling me the device was not functioning !!

You will need to take a car to reach the more central part of Jeddah, but the surrounding area is gorgeous with art work on every corner.

The customer service by Mr. Mahmoud the receptionist was exceptional. I arrived very late in the middle of the night to the hotel a couple of hours after the time I confirmed with the hotel which resulted in losing my reservation. However, Mr Mahmoud at the reception worked with me to get a replacement as soon as a bigger suite became available. His kindness, understanding and professionalism was quite impressive. The hotel itself may not be as new or as luxurious as others but having outstanding customer service as was provided by Mahmoud is a reason for me to stay there again next time I visit Jeddah. I also liked its ideal location which is walking distance from a big shopping area with souks and malls that are reasonable in pricing. Also the hotel is only 15-20 minutes away from the airport

Let's be honest, folks. The Melissa Hotel isn't exactly the Ritz-Carlton. It's tucked away in a part of Riyadh that makes even tumbleweeds do U-turns. You'll half expect a sandstorm to roll through your room and leave a complimentary camel for company. The decor? Think Aladdin's bargain bin. We're talking flying carpet patterns on the floor (not magic, just suspiciously stained) and enough gold trim to make Liberace blush. I swear, I saw a lamp that looked suspiciously like it could grant wishes, but all it did was flicker menacingly. Think plush beds, strong air conditioning (a lifesaver in that heat!), and even a balcony – perfect for people-watching the occasional stray goat (seriously). And the gym? Now that was a revelation. We're talking hardcore iron heaven. This place could have hosted a Rocky training montage. So, if you're on a shoestring budget and looking for an "adventure" stay, the Melissa might just be your oasis in the desert of luxury hotels. Just pack some hand sanitizer and maybe a blindfold for the decor. But hey, at least you'll leave with sculpted arms and a story to tell!

Spacious room. Bathroom had a bath and separate shower cubicle. Secure, covered and well-lit parking, with disabled parking bay. Staff at reception, cafe and breakfast were friendly and helpful.

We went in to try their dinner buffet and we were delighted with the selection of food, salad and desserts. The fish and beef dishes were amazing! My daughter loved their creme brulee! We had a wonderful dinner at al Bustan Restaurant. Mr Saddam and Mr Christian assisted us and their service was very good

Excellent service and delicious food in Alston restaurant during my breakfast really we enjoy our mail we sit in Altan restaurant Mr Saddam Hussein his serve food service and his serve coffee really we like everything sure we will come back Inshallah soon

Saddam was so lovely at breakfast making perfect cappuccinos 🙂 and the breakfast options were delicious too.. great egg bar

This is an amazing hotel indeed. Extremely friendly and professional staff, amazing pool & gym, and nice restaurant. However, something should be done about the rooms. Room sizes are big, but carpets and bathroom is very outdated.
