A very nice hotel with wonderful service. Excellent breakfast. Room (suite with rooftop terrace and jacuzzi) was a little disappointing for the price. Room was a bit small and bathroom facilities aging. Jacuzzi was excellent and rooftop view quite nice.

One of the best location in Ortigia and Syracusa. We had the best room of the hotel with a huge terrace with working Jacuzzi with ocean view. Breakfast was delicious and everyone at the hotel was very attentive and kind. Hard to complain. Only difficulty is to get there by a car. However, there is a public parking near by (~200m) and turned out to be no issue.

The hotel is very central for all site seeing & bars & restaurants. We were there for week. We had a sea view room on the second floor which was comfortable but lacked storage & you could not sit on the balcony! However after mentioning this to staff on the front desk for our last day they were able to move us to a room with a terrace sea view & jacuzzi which was just lovely for us to relax & enjoy our final day in beautiful Ortigia. Thank you to all the wonderful staff both on the front desk & restaurant areas who were all lovely & so helpful & the breakfast was very plentiful with a good choice for everyone!

Hôtel génial. Personnel agréable. Service de jacuzzi sur le rooftop très sympa. Proposition d’un restaurant plus abordable qu’à l’hôtel. Je recommande pour une escale dans la vallée des temples qui à proximité immédiate en voiture.

Mooi hotel in het.centrum van het dorpje. We hadden een schone mooie kamer met 2 douches. De airconditioning was matig. Het duurde echt een halve dag volcontinu draaien totdat de temperatuur aangenaam was. Nu was het buiten wel ruim 25 graden. We hebben dit gemeld en we mochten, indien nodig, een andere kamer krijgen. Uiteindelijk hebben we hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. We hebben 1 dag voor 1 uur de jacuzzi op het dak gebruikt (dit moet dus gereserveerd worden). Het bad was echter niet heel erg fris. Het stadje is klein en er zijn niet veel restaurants. Op het centrale plein kan je heerlijk zitten en een drankje en een hapje doen. Verwacht er alleen niet te veel van.

We were very comfortable in superior double room 201. Very clean and quiet. Window view of decrepit neighboring buildings common to Favara was a weird “shabby chic,” given how handsome the hotel is. Shower pressure was strong and hot but water spilled into the bathroom. WiFi strong. Parking was provided at no extra cost by the hotel with valet service - a nice extra. Front desk staff (Rosonno) was very helpful. All other staff were friendly. Situated off the piazza in this sleepy, uninteresting town, the Alba has very good modern design and construction with excellent lighting everywhere. It’s 10 years old and in good shape. Only problems: s We were very comfortable in superior double room 201. Very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and just so well thought out. We were lucky enough to have a close up view of the cathedral from our balcony, magnificent. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. . Breakfast did not disappoint, such a good selection of food and drinks. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant, delicious!!

Superb hotel The receptionist welcomed us warmly with a smile. They gave us a free upgrade. Our 2 nd time staying here and they always manage to amaze us and wish to go back. Rooms are very large and spacious. Bathroom was very large with shower and jacuzzi bath in it. Outside parking was ok. Breakfast was good, bread, ham cheese, cakes, they also offered us scrambled eggs. Begg ffg ore we left we were given a delicious famous chocolate from modica.

This is a new modern hotel like those one finds in the US. It is not particularly Italian. Everything was clean; everything was provided (facial tissues, shampoo, etc). It is near the edge of the new part of town and very quiet. It is not near the tourist area. The hotel does have lovely grounds with a big pool, a jacuzzi, lots of deck chairs and lots of covered patio areas with tables and chairs. The pool area has grass and flowering plants. It looks like a nice place for a wedding reception or for just relaxing in the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage after we had checked out and while we visited the town of Modica. Later, when GPS failed us due to roads that were closed for repairs, the staff helped guide us on the way to our next destination.

We recently spent 10 days at Modica Palace Hotel. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant staff were wonderful. All were friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. We booked a superior room which was quiet and comfortable. We'd definitely consider staying here again should we find ourselves in Modica. Notes: The shuttle is no longer available. You definitely need a car or you'll be booking taxis. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant didn't appear to be open for dinner or was only open for groups so we never tried to eat there. Some of the pool furniture was in need of repair or replacement. It is the end of the season.. All in all it was a very good experience.

Great hotel, super clean & well maintained. Very pet friendly - room was clean & spacious with a mini fridge. Area is quiet, supermarket & some bars/pizzerias within walking distance but you need a car to visit Modica etc, super close to Scicli which is a beautiful town. Breakfast & pool were amazing, big secure car park and overall reasonable price!

We were upgraded to a bigger room with a jacuzzi which was lovely. The garden, pool area and bar were excellent with great views. Staff lovely and the cleaning staff especially were very good. Location is perfect, one minute walk into the village and 1km to the car park for the Zingaro reserve. Car parking was also close by and worked well. Very good breakfast and excellent cocktails in the bar.

We stayed at Hotel La Tavernetta on our honeymoon, and had a great experience. The views by the pool were beautiful , and we enjoyed relaxing in our private jacuzzi at the end of the day. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and the restaurant staff were fantastic too. It's also a great location for exploring nearby beaches which were all stunning.

Amazing location! We were in a Villa, it was large, it had everything you needed. It was clean, beds we’re comfortable and it was tastefully decorated. The villa was located on beautiful grounds with a private jacuzzi.

Every single thing....amazing, for us, worthy of a 5*! We stayed for one night on Thursday 8th August as a party of 7 (rooms 144, 145, 146). On arrival, the reception staff were professional friendly and gave us a warm welcome-nothing was too much effort. We were so grateful for the earlier check-in, the ease of the valet parking and the welcome fruit....we really could not have felt more spoilt. Our rooms were superb-so clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The light show in the shower was a wonderful and extravagant touch! The view.....well, nothing could prepare us for how lucky we were to not only have a garden view, but also that of Etna! The location of the hotel is the best we could have hoped, everything was within walking distance, just the best experience in a perfect hotel, a gorgeous little garden too. We arranged drinks at the Sky Bar for 7pm prior to our arrival...it was magical! The view, the drinks themselves, the cicetti, all with the best rooftop bar view in Taormina! The beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning was perfectly set....we all slept very well. Finally, the breakfast-again one of the best we have ever had at a hotel....and the price was excellent value. Checkout was so easy, our car brought back to us from the valet too. We can not thank the staff at Hotel Continental enough, and we will be back at some point for sure! Grazie mille

As soon as we arrived at this hotel we felt at home. The young lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. We were a group of six ladies and we were given 3 superior rooms all right next to each other. All the rooms had a lovely sized balcony which accommodated all 6 of us. The rooms were a good size and very clean. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel which at 12 euros was excellent value. The staff at breakfast were lovely and very attentive to our needs. We had lunch on the terrace when we arrived and it has a lovely view of Mount Etna. Due to bad weather we ended up staying in one evening and had food and cocktails in the sky bar. It was lovely and again the staff were really nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is brilliant, you walked through the garden and straight on to the Main Street with its many shops and restaurants. We were also able to get the bus to Castelmola just outside the hotel. I’m really glad we chose this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

We had the best stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely courteous and Sabina at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here based on her service alone! The room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The hotel is a quick 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops in Taormina. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Enjoying it on the roof top that had amazing ambiance and views to include Mt. Etna in the distance made for an amazing experience!

My room was simply furnished but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wifi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was small but had a great shower. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff extremely helpful. Great location above the town. View of a rainbow from the deck off the restaurant. Had one dinner at the hotel -- also very tasty. Would happily return.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The staff are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Daniella and Ketty in the restaurant always went above and beyond to provide food and drinks…whatever you would like within reason and such lovely people. The breakfast choices were excellent with the best cappuccino😀 our room was large with a view down to the coast, the gardens are beautiful and the hotel use their own grown produce. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner on a few occasions. The cost is higher than the local restaurants in the village but it was very good. We hired a car and so we ate in various locations other than the hotel and it was less expensive. They organised trips for us, the best being the helicopter ride over Etna. We visited Syarcuse and Ortigia 1.5 hours away) Taormina (35 mins away) Zafferina (10 mins). There are local beaches around 15 mins away which are pebbly but nice. Beach clubs cost around 18 euro for 2 sunbeds and umbrella for the day and the drinks and food were very reasonable. The parking on the road was also free. The hotel is located on the edge of a quiet village giving peace and quiet away from normal life. All in all a great holiday in a lovely relaxing environment. The view from the pool is amazing!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband, and I can't recommend it enough! The property itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed with modern touches and impeccable attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The garden was so gorgeous with yasmine flowers everywhere, a beautiful infinity-pool and the seaview! But what truly stood out was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely incredible! The selection was vast, with everything from fresh pastries to locally sourced fruits. The best part? Almost everything was from the hotel’s own garden, so it felt not only delicious but also super fresh and organic. It’s rare to find such a high-quality breakfast, and it really set the tone for a perfect day. We would definitely stay again in this amazing hotel during our next stay in Sicily! Congratulations, Salvatore - we have absolutly no recommendation for improvement!😉

We spent 2 nights at Kepos Relais & SPA. We are satisfied with our stay. A cozy hotel with 15 rooms. The room has a high ceiling, which makes the room seem much larger. The lighting in the room was a little lacking. Clean, tidy, pleasant staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is really tasty. Continental breakfast, everything was enough. The coffee is delicious. Great pool with comfortable sunbeds and lounge areas around the pool. A shower under a lemon tree with hanging lemons is incredibly amazing for a traveler from a country where lemon trees don't grow :) I recommend it!

We had a last minute change of hotel as the previous one (Vila Neri) contacted us the week before travel to say they could no longer accommodate us, therefore, we were a bit apprehensive. Have to say though it was really lovely, stunning location with distant sea views one side and Mt Etna the other. Beautifully designed hotel, our pool suite was spotlessly clean and modern. We were in 301 which was nearest to restaurant which slightly obscured wonderful view so think other rooms would have been slightly better, plus outdoor room space is very open so rooms 302-305 would perhaps be bit more private, however, only 15 rooms in total so it is very small, peaceful, relaxing hotel. Breakfast and evening restaurant food was lovely, though unfortunately restaurant wasn’t open for lunch the day we were there. Overall a tranquil paradise - you must try the amazing clementine jam!

The view from the room is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, the rolling waves and the view of the city are just spectacular! The shower had excellent water pressure and good temperature. It was too cold to try the jacuzzi, but it seemed to work well enough. The reception staff were very helpful for our requests even when there was limited supply (we asked for tea cups since there was a kettle in the room, and while they didn’t have anything ready they gave us the biggest cups they could find).

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. We travelled all around the island of Sicily for 1x week, staying in 6x different hotels. Sunset Hotel was my favorite. We had a beautiful room with our own private jacuzzi on balcony overlooking the beach strip and beautiful old town of Cefalu. This hotel had a beautiful rooftop Infiniti pool with fabulous 360 view of Cefalu. Beautiful breakfast in the morning. About 10-15 min walk to old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately rebook again and stay longer next time. Thank you for a very memorable experience. Regina

We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel. The roof top infinity pool had an amazing view of Cefalu and the beach and was very relaxing. Our rooms were very clean and modern and bathrooms well equipped with a powerful shower. All the staff were friendly. The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk 5 mins along the promenade to the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Breakfast included scrambled egg and bacon with hash browns and a selection of fresh rolls and pastries, fruit, juices and tea/coffee, cereals and ham and cheese.

We loved every moment of our stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the ultra modern layout and decor. The position opposite the beach, a short walk to the old town, restaurants and within walking distance from the station, makes it the perfect location. The breakfast area on the stunning terrace was the perfect way to start the day with plenty of options to choose from. The roof top terrace with its amazing infinity pool was perfect for those not wanting to use the beach. Thank you Alfredo and staff for making us feel so welcome, we hope to come back again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Hotel in Cefalù. The location couldn’t be better - right by the sea, just a short walk from the old town, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The rooftop pool and terrace were a highlight - perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. The staff is outstanding !!! We stayed on the 5th floor. Amazing large balcony with an amazing view and a fun swinging love-seat. We had booked excursions on our own and the staff gave us a map and told us how to get there. They called taxis for us when needed and at times told us not to waste our money and advised us to walk or take the bus when it was quick. Location is so convenient. 10 Minute bus ride to Taormina and a 20 minute walk to the harbour where you can book dolphin watching boat tours and boat tours of Taormina. Booked last minute when a previous hotel cancelled our reservation. They were the happiest staff that gave us the warmest welcome. My kids loved the indoor pool that had a cute little water fall. The owner showed us how to make water come out of the lions mouth that was hanging on the wall. I loved the sauna too. Beach is right across the street. So close. To a of restaurants near by with awesome food. Arcadia restaurant next door was soooo good !

The apartment was comfortable, clean and warm at night. The personal was very friendly and always ready to help.They cleaned and changed the towels every day and as well refilled the basket with all needed for breakfast incl. tasty coffee, which you can't find anywhere there to buy. From a small balcony you have a side view on Taormina, a famous touristic town, Isola Bella is 3 km away. The beach is in front of the hotel and is good for kids as well. You have everything you need around. We could also always find the place to park the car for free, but in summer it may be different.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, the kitchen was well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking sea view — waking up to the sunrise over the water was truly unforgettable. The location is excellent, on the beach, 10 min to Taormina by bus, just a short walk to a supermarket, several great restaurants and cafes with delicious food in proximity. Highly recommend for a relaxing seaside getaway!

The communication before arrival was very good with all questions answered quickly and clearly. The reception team were welcoming, helpful and informative. All staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. We had clean towels every day and bed was changed during our week long stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with great views.The location was perfect especially as we didn’t have a car. Bus stop was just 100 metres away and train three stops away. Good restaurants nearby, beach across the road and free to use. Hotel provided chairs for beach if needed.

Amazing new hotel with large comfortable rooms, a private jacuzzi on the terrace and processing on arrival. excellent breakfast and restaurant in general. The best ravioli we’ve had were in the hotel restaurant! The hotel operates a free shuttle to the nearby sandy beach and Siracusa- very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade to our room and they allowed us to stay free in our room a few hours late vs the check-out time. Lovely gem of a hotel if a little off a beaten path.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. the staff were really friendly. we decided to stay here for a night for or honeymoon. we were received with welcome drinks and got a room upgrade with jacuzzi and complimentary Prosecco! The SPA is really relaxing and clean. The indoors pool is just marvelous and dinner and breakfast will exceed your expectations! we liked it so much that we decided to stay for another night. The hotel is kid friendly as well. if you want a relaxing stay with your partner or family then stay here.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Very nice treat to start our holiday, found a bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy in the jacuzzi! Room was beautiful, breakfast options were unlimited and food at dinner was very tasty! Outdoor and indoor pools were really clean and nice and the spa was just wow! They offered shuttles to the beach and Ortigia which was an added benefit! Thank you to all the staff that made it just amazing!

I wish I could give the hotel a higher score than 10! Everything was exceptional and we had a wonderful stay. The photos do not do justice to how great the location, pool and rooms are. Staff were friendly and attentive, making you feel very much at home. We had a suite with jacuzzi which was a lovely addition. Hotel is located on the beautiful hill with amazing views from all sides. Gorgeus mountainous landscape on the north and mesmerizing city/sea view on the south. It is a very small building with only 12 rooms. You will not encounter many people in the corridors or near the pool. The area where hotel is located is big and spacious, there are no other buildings in the vicinity. There is a free parking available for every guest. Interior of the room is not modern but everything looks very stylish and it fits to the whole architecture of the building which most probably is some old 18-19th century villa. In the room you have everything you need, well equipped bathroom, minibar, TV, spacious wardrobe, big desk, air conditioning unit and coffee set. Very nice view from the balcony which is equipped with set of chairs, sunbeds and small table. Breakfast is not very fancy, but it is enough to fill you up and all products were fresh and tasty. You can choose if you want to eat outside on the terrace or inside. Hotel staff is very friendly, smiling and willing to help.

Villa Guiliana was a life-saver. We had booked a different lodging by The Valley of Temples and ended up with a room that picked up so much street noise and exhaust fumes that we could not get comfortable. After one night, we decided we had to go somewhere else even without a refund. We were lucky to end up with the last room available at Villa Guiliana which was a roomy triple that gave us a lovely view of the town in the Valley - Licata. The staff was professional and friendly, the grounds were lovely - a fresh breeze kept the days from being too hot - and the restaurant had such a delicious menu that we ate there both nights! We walked to the castle, swam at the beach, and luxuriated in the quiet moments before heading onto Ortigia.

I highly recommend this hotel, because it’s very well maintained and the owner is always there to manage and help the guests. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurante for lunch or dinner is amazing! This hotel is on the top and you can drive around 15 minutes to get to nice beach clubs.

This gem of a hotel is atop a small hill in the seaside town of Licata. We were pleasantly surprised by our comfortable, modern two room suite with a great view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern. Parking was free. There is an outdoor pool but we did not use it. A good breakfast is served in their downstairs dining room. There is a castle at the very top of the hill and Michelin star restaurants down the hill.

Staff are multi-lingual and very helpful and special thanks to Antonio (who had been to my town, Brighton!). The breakfast is excellent with selection of pastries, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, juices and cereals. Also very family-friendly. They even made a sandwich for me as I was leaving very early on my last day. The single room was well-furnished with a very comfy bed.. Single rooms are well-furnished with excellent new bathroom and a hot shower. You go down hill into the historic centre, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Ragusa is a beautiful hill town, so expect to get some exercise going up and down the different streets. Many of the shop and restaurant staff speak English. The food is great, and a good variety of cafes, snack bars and restaurants. Along with Noto and Monica, this is one of the most important towns for Baroque architecture and the church you see features in the Inspector Montalbano TV series.

I would say it is lives up to its name. Lovely facility, friendly and professional staff. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. They offer breakfast, which is great, but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, they offered to provide an excellent assortment of appetizers and wine for a casual “dinner” when we decided to not go out for dinner the first night.

There are 5 star hotels that could take some notes from this 4 star hotel. Everything to the minutest detail was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff wonderful and helpful in particular Alexis, who took her time to give me genuine recommendations based on what I asked and needed only. The restaurant she recommend was exactly what I wanted, rustic and delicious and not overpriced, she truly understood customer service, with a smile and organised everything from my taxi in the morning to an iron! I truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The room itself was exquisite and the continental breakfast at high level of quality. This was a truly 5 star Experience for a 4 star hotel. The location is fantastic, Ragusa Ibla is a lovely walk down the mountain with restaurants and beautiful locals to interact with along the way a quick 10 min bus ride back up the and less that 1 min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. I wouldn't need to stay anywhere else when I go back to Ragusa. Just fantastic.

What a beautiful building,perfectly located for exploring the old town. Like staying in a piece of history. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The wonderful Michelle found us a private terrace, brought us a delicious glass of Sicilian rose and some aperitvos and found us the most amazing restaurant for the evening. Would highly recommend the pool at their sister hotel which was a green oasis, much needed after our visit to the old town in sweltering heat.

Modern, clean, and amazing smelling hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Spa and indoor pool available at extra cost, not free as advertised on booking. Nearby parking is also available on the streets. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting.

We stayed there with another couple our friends for four fabulous nights and we all enjoyed every minute’s of it. The property, location, service, facilities and food is outstanding. Staff are supper friendly and helpful, especially one of the staff who we really appreciated during our stay with friends at the property is Miss Denise Perna with her exceptional service…Denise thank u for making our stay joyful. Also the manager on duty the day we checked in was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was Devine we lots of variety and a great service. All restaurants were great. Hotel location is fantastic close and walkable to attractions, restaurants and a wonderful shopping area. 10 minutes drive from the beach but u can easily take a taxi to one of the beach clubs since the hotel doesn’t have its own beach club so u have to actually pay to go to the one hotel recommended which was nice but pricey. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again soon.

Amazing and huge facility . Super breakfast buffet. Quiet. Helpful staff. Very pleasant internal courtyard for relaxing or having a drink or tea. Amazing views . Staff will take your car and park it for you but driving up to Taormina is not for the faint of heart!! Free shuttle to a nice beach but reserve a space early because shuttle is small. Need to pay for chair and towel at beach. If you also need to take a taxi - it gets quite expensive

This is a beautiful hotel, retaining much of its original features, with very extensive public rooms and beautiful gardens overlooking the bay. It is very well situated in the heart of Taormina and surrounded by excellent restaurants. We had a superior double room with balcony with an excellent seat views. We only ate breakfast in the hotel because we thought the restaurants were extremely expensive. My only criticism would be that there was very little choice of fresh fruit at breakfast and we would not expensive to be offered tinned peaches, pears and prunes in such a costly 5 star hotel. Apart from that, the staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to return to this hotel, especially to relax in the tranquil gardens.

This was a great hotel with rates that were reasonable for Taormina. It was removed from the main drag, but close enough to make for easy access to all the important sites and good restaurants. The service was generally excellent and the hotel very beautiful, particularly the garden room off the lobby, where you can have a drink or just sit to relax. Staff was very helpful; no problem getting juice and coffee to bring to our room before we actually went for the very elegant breakfast on a beautiful terrace. The one service problem we had was getting a bucket of ice in the late afternoon. The terrace restaurant was closed and the person serving in the garden room claimed that she couldn't give me some ice but would call room service to have ice delivered to our room. It never came and I doubt she made the call. This is a very large hotel which used to be a convent, so there is a lot of walking to get to your room (we were in the "new" hotel section, added in 1896). Room was very comfortable.

Excellent stay, definitely in the top 3 hotels we ever stayed in. We got a couple’s villa with private jacuzzi, and it was amazing. Extremely modern, very private, and well cared for. Great food as well, free parking with valet, loved the sandy beach. Super easy to order anything wherever you are in the hotel through a simple WhatsApp message.

The rooms and views were amazing! However for a 5 star property, the included amenities were subpar. The water for the outdoor jacuzzis was not warm. There was an 45 euro per hour fee for the indoor jacuzzi. Also, the outdoor pools were not heated. There was also no free bottles of water for the first night of stay, which is pretty customary for 5 star hotels. The staff was accomadting and extremely helpful.

We stayed at this hotel on the last night of our honeymoon as a little treat. It was lovely and very swanky! If you're looking for character and charm it's probably not the place for you as it's all very new and lavish. However if you want to sit in a jacuzzi watching the sunset, choose between a rocky beach, sandy beach or the pool and have massages and nice food then it's the place for you - it doesn't come cheap though!

We only stayed one night here so I splurged and booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it was well worth the expense. I wish we could've stayed longer. The room and bathroom were luxurious, generously sized, comfortable, well-furnished and stylish. Loved the big rain shower. There was a separate room for the Jacuzzi and a very large sunny terrace with chaise lounges, a swinging chair, and a table and chair set. The villa and property are beautifully kept and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast was available and offered plenty of options. It was a relaxing stay.

Me and my daughter have just been there for 4 nights - and it was so fantastic. This place is so beautiful, the structure of the hotel is amazing, and the rooms are really nice and very clean. We upgraded our last day to a room with jacuzzi on the terrace - so amazing 🤩👍🏼 The pool area is also really nice. We would love to come back to this fantastic place. The breakfast was also very good.

The property is beautiful with lush gardens. The room upgraded room had a luxury rain shower. A second room with jacuzzi was attached to our suite.The staff was very helpful, calling taxis for us and reserving excursions. Unfortunately, we booked Monday thru Thursday. The dining room was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. We did dine Monday and the food was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in 5 different hotels over our 3 weeks in Italy and this was by far our favorite. The location in Taormina is excellent- walkable to everything and right next to the beautiful park. The staff was so lovely and helpful. They gave us great dinner recs and were there to answer questions whenever needed and responded to any needs quickly. If you have a car, definitely take advantage of the valet parking. Our room had an incredible view! The bed was super comfy and our daughter had a little nook with a twin bed that was perfect for her. The room was extra clean, linens and pillows super comfy and the AC was very strong. Breakfast in the mornings was great but the real standout was the Appirtivo time in the evening. Delicious drinks and great small snacks, overlooking the gorgeous view.

We stayed in one of the sea/Etna view suites for 4 nights. The view is the best you can get in Taormina - you can go higher, but it's a similar view so it was a shame to leave the room sometimes! The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Anything we needed i.e. an iron, beach towels etc. they were happy to provide. They also explained where everything was when we got there. The breakfast was ok - the view is of course great, as mentioned above, but the food was very basic. Still, there is a selection of cereals, bread, fruit, pastries etc. and egg, bacon etc. It just seemed a little basic for the amount we paid for our stay, and breakfast was an extra cost. Our suite was on the floor below breakfast and the bar, but we didn't have any noise problems (sound proofing must be good). That said, we did struggle with noise from the street particularly in the early mornings (really loud bottle recycling at 4am for example) so definitely bring earplugs. Location wise, this hotel is probably in the best location in Taormina. It's just before the main street, but not in the thick of it so easy to get in and out, call taxis etc. It really was the perfect location.

Hotel Villa Paradiso provided us with the perfect place to stay and explore Taormina. The room was spotlessly clean and bright with incredible views of the Ancient Theater of Taormina, the coastline, Mt. Etna, and the Taormina Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. We loved the luxurious breakfast on the rooftop every morning with great city views and impeccable service. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Many of the staff members have been there for decades and it shows -- the entire operation ran smoothly and we received excellent service at every point. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina!

Quite a few mixed feelings here - the building itself is beautiful, wonderfully positioned to have a stunning view of Taormina and Giardini Naxos, and close to the main street, the ancient theatre and the public park (worth checking out!). However, the hotel needs more investment to really take advantage of those strengths. Not all rooms are refurbished, so you may end up with one with malfunctioning aircon and noisy pipework; we asked to swap from one of these because it was just too noisy for us to sleep and the staff were helpful in making that happen. The new room was more modern with a lovely balcony, refurbished bathroom and digital aircon display (allowing you to set the temperature, unlike the old room) but you can see the speedy work they did. The shower was leaking, part of the door frame was held together with staples (yes!) and there was an overall need to love this hotel more. The rooftop breakfast was excellent and offered amazing views, but as a bar it felt lacking. It could be fabulous with just a bit more investment. The arrangement they have with Nuova Spiaggia Paradiso is nice and provides quite a peaceful environment, but you are made aware you’re not as valuable clients as others who pay at the venue - you don’t have access to the pool, and you receive the cheaper and smaller sunbeds. The food is outrageously priced even for Taormina though.

An excellent hotel, steeped in history. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Our room (we had one of the rooms with a bathtub and a view) was beautiful, modern but still had plenty of character, and the view breathtaking. Our children shared a three person room and it too had beautiful views. Breakfast is served in a lovely roof top restaurant/bar. Everything was within walking distance and we have a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

We were surprised. From the outside it looks like an ordinary residence. Inside is a beautiful hotel, organized and renovated. Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff, pool, large clean and beautiful room, free arranged parking, excellent breakfast. Elevator, very comfortable bed.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and provided for all our requests. The housekeepers keep the hotel very clean, and towels are changed daily. The maintenance persons are very efficient. We booked b&b. They serve international breakfast, which is so delicious 😋

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage mit Blick auf alle anderen Liparischen Inseln (nur Salina ist weitgehend von Lipari verdeckt) ist atemberaubend. Man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Eine bessere Lage auf den Liparischen Inseln gibt es nicht. Das Hotel entspricht weitgehend dem 5-Sterne-Standart. Der Service ist in allen Bereichen des Hotels sehr gut und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind aus diesem schon sehr hohen Niveau die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant „Il Cappero“. Auch der Sommelier ist eine besondere Erwähnung wert. Wir haben dort von unseren 8 Abenden viermal – und das mit Freude – gegessen. Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall den Michelinstern wert, es erinnert stark an die Küche von Nino Di Costanzo im Restaurant „dani maison“ (früher „Il Mosaico“) auf Ischia. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist angenehm und der Blick auf Meer und Inseln hervorragend. Die beiden weiteren Restaurants des Hotels sind von der Essenqualität und der Speiseauswahl deutlich schlechter und eignen sich allenfalls zum Lunch. Im Restaurant „I Grusoni“ sitzt man allerdings auch sehr gut und hat den schon beschriebenen Blick. Es ist aber kein Abendrestaurant, so dass wir zweimal zum Dinner nach Lipari ins Restaurant „Filippino“ gefahren sind. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlende Fischküche mit hervorragenden persönlichen Service. Mit dem Taxiboot auch eine schöne Heimfahrt (10 Minuten) über das nächtliche Meer. Das Hotelfrühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Bei zufriedenstellenden Service

absolutely 5 star resort-there are more hotel staff than guests, very attentive service at meal times, great cocktails at the bar. The breakfast selection is enormous, and includes anything you can possibly wish for. Location of the hotel is very good. The swimming pool is facing sunset, there are beautiful cacti gardens, and there is an access to the sea to swim in. Unfortunately the weather was windy and cool when we visited in May, otherwise it would have been a perfect holiday. We had a room with balcony facing the sea, which didn`t have any sunshine through the day, but it did have a fab view of all Lipari islands.

Healthy, delicious, plentiful breakfast I’m lined with your room, exceeds expectations. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, gorgeous rooms with the most comfortable beds. The location is walkable to many nice spots and plenty of restaurants. The restaurants at the resort are very good. Splurge for the Michelin Stared places, because the other restaurant, is good but still expensive, pay the extra and have something great. Service is good, especially the housekeeping staff. The spa is fabulous! Definitely recommend this hotel!

We spent the first week of July in this wonderful resort, the location is absolutely fantastic as well as the kindness of the staff. They really take care of you looking at each single detail in order to let you have a great stay. Room was at ground floor - garden view - very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, such a variety of drinks and delicious food! Very good also the Arcipelago restaurant where you can have unforgettable dinners in front of great sunsets. The location is very quiet, we suggest it for couples. Very efficient also the shuttle bus from the resort to the centre of the village (5 minutes). We will come back for sure in the future.

This was a beautiful resort to stay in. The rooms all had an amazing view, they were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming and could not do enough to assist you. We found no fault whatsoever with this resort and would with highly recommended to all.

We have stayed at Hotel Sofia before and the stay was excellent. On this booking we were put in Hotel Catanza which is next door. Hotel Sofia is right in the heart of town in a pedestrian area, so traffic was light and noise free. Bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast at Pam Pam cafe was served with a welcoming smile and a wonderful family. I recommend their lunch menu, pastries and coffee.

The hotel room (Hotel Costanza) seemed to be newly renovated, very clean and it was very spacious. Very close to the centre and just in the middle of the shopping area of Catania on Via Etnea. For us it was very convenient.

Hotel Sofia is very central and close to everywhere.The staff was really helpful and gentle.The room was fairly big and very clean.The bathroom was spacious as well.Highly recommended.Very good value for money.

The room was very modern and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept extremely well. We liked the digital access to the room. The jacuzzi on the roof was very nice. A very good breakfast with a good variety and selection.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Parking was easier than we expected so trust the instructions they give you and get the parking app. Breakfast was really good with local specialties and good coffee. The location is really good and everything is walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Palazzo Gato gives you a true spa like experience, from the moment you walk in the place is filled with fragrance drifting in the air that wakes up your senses. Then you are greeted with professional Staff, who are willing to help you in any way possible. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, and most of all really clean. Breakfast is really substantial, with fresh squeezed orange juice, and sweet and savory options. The plates and silverware are absolutely an art form. The servers are really kind and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel. Prime location in the old town, literally one minute away, yet very quiet.

We got upgraded to an amazing room. The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced whilst travelling. There was a lot of mirrors which emphasised the size of the room. The breakfast was really good for Italy standards (few options but good options). The spa was relaxing (but requires an additional payment). And the location was perfect! overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

This is a luxury, upscale property very close to the city center and many historical areas. The hotel hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations for how to tour Palermo and also their favorite restaurants in the area. There are so many beautiful pieces of art displayed in the hotel. You feel you are part of something historical when you enter. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The furniture has seen better days...it's been there a while. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is located very close to the market which is great during the day, but a little scary at night. We asked about this, and we were told walk the opposite way toward the touristy area at night. Super helpful to know! The hotel has a secured entrance where a staff member has to allow in. I liked this added measure of security. The breakfast buffet provided was fresh and filled us up for the day. We also tried the restaurant at night and we were delighted with the freshness and flavor. Having access to a top quality restaurant at the hotel was a bonus after long days of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

The hotel is beautifully renovated with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were attentive and polite. We enjoyed the fresh, delicious breakfasts in the pretty courtyard and ate twice at the restaurant which was top quality. Our room - at the top floor of the building was quiet, clean and spacious and the aircon was excellent in the hot weather we experienced! The position of the hotel within the city was a big plus as it is so close to many of the beautiful sites we wanted to see as well as near to many restaurants and excellent shopping! We were a bit anxious about the area surrounding the hotel but had no negative experiences at all during our stay - This is more a reflection of the social and political challenges facing the city at the moment. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Palermo!

This hotel is located in a courtyard that is connected to a vibrant area in the city . The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was low-key but very receptive. I was dumb enough to lock the safe while the door was open and they sent someone immediately to reset it. Breakfast was a nice variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. They have a nice back patio for breakfast and dinner, and there was live music one night and a soccer game another night. Cleaning staff were very polite and friendly. I’d recommend that you hit the streets for lunch and dinner, as the opportunities are endless. Highly recommended!

Great location. Quiet outside but can walk to the Ballarò Market and Quattro Canti. About a 12 minute walk from the central train station as well. The room was beautiful and the hotel is tasteful. There is an attached restaurant for dinner if you don’t feel like going out. The staff was helpful and professional. I would stay again. Just note that the hot water in the shower does not last long.

We stayed the night before a flight and the hotel was perfect, an oasis of cool and calm in a busy and very hot August day. Beautiful and spacious room, extremely helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel was a very short walk to the ferry. We spent one night at Petit Hotel on our way to the island of Panarea. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is almost directly across from the ferry terminal, it is also close to many good restarurants. The room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view of the street and the port.

The recepcionist was the kindest most helpful hotel staff member I have ever encountered. The breakfast was great and adapted personally for us. The location is perfect, right next to the port and close to the city centre. The room is perfectly comfortable, with a cozy welcoming decoration.

Perfect location visiting Aeolian Islands just a walking distance to the port. Besides from that the hotel got major renovation! The current pics here needs updating as it a modern now! The restaurant is perfect when eating breakfast. Also it is next to a cafe and othe food establishments. Im glad i booked here. 5 star across the board!

This is a very modern hotel in a kind of rural area. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely! They couldn’t have been any more helpful. We checked in and found the plug for the hot tub on our balcony wasn’t working properly. Reception got maintenance who couldn’t instantly fix the problem so we were moved to the room next door. This room was exactly the same but the hot tub was fully functioning. The breakfast at the hotel was good. A large variety of options. We had lunch and cocktails from the bar area at the front of the hotel which was again lovely. We were treated to complimentary local delicacies whilst having our drinks. We stayed end of May and the whole area was very quiet. The beaches were empty but were beginning to get set up for the summer season. We were the only people sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. Which is a very rare opportunity! We walked to a local supermarket approximately 5mins away. We walked along the beach front for dinner locally and found a variety of local seafood based restaurants. Overall the stay could not have been any nicer. We will be back.

The beach is just across the street which made for beautiful views from the balcony. Also enjoyed the bar next to lobby to get drinks & food. Service there was the best as were the options from breakfast to late night. It was also nice to have table and chairs just outside to enjoy the views. The restaurant was also very good. Only ate dinner there once and wished we would have had time to try the breakfast there.

The hot tub in the room was very good fun, The hotel is very modern but a little far out of Taormina, the sea views are amazing but the pebble beach is not so fun.. The property had very little information about the room and area, we had a couple of issues with the toilet and a loud noise coming from ventilation system which the reception didn’t seem too interested in. Bar staff have a great service and very friendly as were the restaurant staff and food was very nice, maybe a little more choice is needed. The rooms were cleaned very well daily!

Stranded at the Catania airport, my wife and I decided to stay couple of days somewhere along the region's shore. Going through TripAdvisor, we noticed Main Palace Hotel, with high ratings, low price and great photos. Thinking even if some of the positives are accurate, we will be content. We arrived, for a minimal extra charge, they gave us a room facing the ocean. Still, our expectations were not too high. The room: Large, well appointed, modern, clean The view: Just a few meters away from the ocean (across a narrow street) The service: Daily cleaning with fresh high end Italian linens. In 35 years of travelling around the world, this was perhaps one of the TOP two or three places I have ever stayed. Everything was just right. There was a minor issue with air conditioning and it was fixed within one hour. The breakfast was simple and great. Of course great espresso drinks were available. Any "tourist" information we needed was provided with a smile and complete. The area, a bit on the quiet side is PERFECT. You do not have to deal with the tourist crowd, however there is a bus station right outside the hotel that takes you up to the famous town of Taormina (dream of a place and expensive for overnight stay), as well as many other small town and villages along the shore. We will be back there shortly. WE LOVED IT .....

Excellent Italian cuisine, kind and helpful staff, hotel and room clean, pool with a view of the sea, clean and well-maintained hotel beach with good access to the sea with the possibility of refreshments, the location is not full of people. We came for an anniversary night away and we loved it. The couples massage by Giusy and Stella was beautiful (I loved the heated bed and sheet - though my boyfriend found it a bit too hot), and the atmosphere and decor of both the spa and the massage room was very serene. There was prepared fruit and biscuits, and a selection of drinks in the spa as well. The size of the room was great, with a little balcony, a kitchenette, a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The sofa was comfortable, there was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom - and they had YouTube, netflix etc on them. However there was only one hook in the whole place, in the bathroom. Not the most convenient. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom smelled horrible. Really musty and no matter what we did, we couldn't clear it. Also, there was no free water, tea, or coffee. Breakfast was nice, but nothing exciting. It's the standard offering of a few biscuits, toast, yoghurt, croissants and fruit. As the hotel has no restaurant, there was no hot breakfast. All-in-all, we would definitely come back again, we had a lovely time, and the staff were all nice and welcoming.

This hotel was a real surprise to us. It had the nicest mattress and pillow set we've slept on in all of Sicily or Italy for that matter. It was clean and the the rooms were a nice size as was the bathroom and shower. The Shower had nice water pressure. Very, very comfortable. The spa was also an excellent experience . We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the magic hands of Stella!

Property was clean, staff was friendly, and beds were comfortable.

The hotel itself is surrounded by extensive land filled with lush fruit trees—lemons, pomegranates, apples—and even boasts a charming mini vineyard. The property is alive with the natural sounds of chickens and ducks, creating an atmosphere of pure tranquility. What truly set this experience apart was the owner, who was always on hand, offering warm hospitality and making sure our stay was perfect. We even bought a bottle of his homemade wine from the vineyard for just €10, and it was absolutely exquisite. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh eggs and sweet croissants, along with a continental spread. The fresh blood orange juice was a real treat, and the cappuccinos and espressos were of barista quality. The swimming pool, though not Olympic-sized, was more than big enough for a relaxing dip, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms were spotless, with fresh bed sheets provided daily, adding to the comfort of our stay. This place offers a slice of paradise with a personal touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The best part? It’s at a fraction of the hotels. Highly recommended!

Our room was amazing with a view to Ionian Sea. In the area there is a great pool. As you are near the pool and look towards the east you can see the Ionian Sea and as you turn around you can see Etna. About the view to Etna I have to say it's the best viewpoint to Etna that we experienced during our stay in Sicily (perfect distance to see the form, but not too far). The area of the Villa is amazing and walking along the beautiful path in garden is what relaxation is about. Hosts were hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was superb, with fresh blood orange juice, warm bread and much more. In our room we had great bathroom and good amount of space, plus we would like to highlight comfortable mattress and pillows. One thing that we regret is that we booked it only for one night!

we have stayed a week in this beautiful B&B, the location is exceptional and the rooms are big and cozy, everything is clean and well-maintained, you have a beautiful view to Etna and nice view to the sea, breakfast is great and Giovanni himself is very helpful and kind, hope he develops B&B further and add lunch and dinner too cause that will be very popular for sure!

This wonderful B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. We were in the separate apartment called Aranciu and it was very spacious with a kitchenette and two outdoor seating areas. The expansive property could not be more beautiful or peaceful- with vineyards, olive groves and multiple fruit trees. We could see Mt Etna. Breakfast was plentiful with a slight change in the offerings every day. Key to the greatness of the stay was the energetic and friendly host Giovanni who helped us with info on sightseeing, cooking classes and day trips. His english was perfect. The pool was also beautiful if a little cold in October. This felt like a very authentic experience where we could relax comfortably and sit in the many outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the view to the sea- which was maybe 5 miles away. The views were incredible- at sunrise and sunset. Easy day trip to Mt Etna and Taormina. Highly recommend!!!

Its a real family business - Giovanni is the perfect host, looking after us wonderfully during our 10 night stay, nothing is too much trouble. Carmen his wife works hard behind the scenes and little Marina provides the entertainment. We were put in the "Topazio" room, which was large, modern and very comfortable. The large walk-in shower was great. The site is spotless and the area very quiet and relaxing. The pool area is lovely and it is clear that Giovanni is constantly making improvements. The breakfast was first class and topped off with home made pastries and home grown fruit. An excellent stay.

Breakfast is very good. We had several times dinner in the restaurant. Regional good, high quality, fair pricing. Service is exceptional. All the staff and the owners are very friendly and cordial. This is a wonderful place as a hideaway in the beautiful nature of the Nebrodi Park for relaxing and hiking. We stayed there with 3 kids and a dog and we are looking forward to visit it again. we took the "Standard Double or Twin Room with Mountain View". 2 person stay for 3 days & 2 nights, space was just right to move around, safe free car parking, lovely check in & check out, the entire team (from concierge lounge bar kitchen etc) was accommodative & friendly, highly recommended that you dine at their restaurant (reasonably priced), their Nebrodi black pork pasta is to die for!!!, very simple breakfast but it's enough, the surrounding nature is serene, great hiking location, good wifi connection inside & outside, very comfy hotel bed, we slept with the window tilted cause the air was nice & refreshing. We thank you for the cosy stay! Ps. we enjoyed the bottle of red wine from Etna very much. Grazie millie!

Peaceful location in the nature in Nebrodi National Park. Tiny but beautiful room and bathroom with a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent with sweet and salty foods and fruits. The waiter remembered our caffee preferences :) Our dog was welcome too, and the place was perfect for him on hot summer days - in the mountain under the trees the weather was much cooler than anywhere else. Dinner in the local restaurant was excellent every evening! The villa is in a perfect location for walking in the nature or discover the small towns nearby. Everyone from the staff was very nice, kind and helpful! Thank you!

The location is a bit out of the city, which makes it a very relaxing environment with a great view. It is nearby the Valley of the Temples. The owner Gerlando helped us with ordering pizza delivery. The ladies (Rita and Juliet) from breakfast and cleaning where always cheerful and helpful. The room (suite) was comfortable and has an interesting design.

It is a true oasis between the city centre and the Valley of the Temples. The room was beautiful, with a big screen tv, a bathtub facing the wonderful landscape and cannot forget the amazing pool area… such a very relaxing and beautiful villa. Everything about The View was amazing. Our apartment was really well designed and the view is honestly amazing-- I highly recommend waking up early to see the sunrise over the ocean. We had a room with a private jacuzzi, which was perfect in the evening. Roberto was super helpful and relaxed, which was perfect for our Taormina stay. They really offer an incredible value for the price and I couldn't recommend The View enough.

This place couldn't have been better for what we were looking for. The host was so kind and helpful and communicative. Quiet. Amazing views. We have a completely private jacuzzi. Robes and slippers, a stellar towel warmer, support comfy beds and linens.... We just loved everything about this place and the area we were in. We hiked to the local town Castelmola. Spent one night with my family in this boutique hotel and we cant recommend it enough. Perfectly situated near both the cathedral, piazza della Vittoria on the one side and the Ballaro-market on the other side. Its in a residential area looking a bit rough (as pretty much everything in Palermo). But dont worry, inside this small hotel you find historical architecture and fun/quirky things. We had like a two-room-apt with one double bed and jacuzzi and two separate beds in another room with two mopeds (just for show). Supernice bathroom with beautiful tiles etc. A warning though, you access this room on a transparent glass-floor. There is also a small pool outside of the hotel, going on the other side of the street and through a small hidden path between buildnings. Its like a small oasis when hot outside. The breakfast is something we have never experienced before. Instead of a buffet or a continental we were served a whole buffet ourselves. With lots and lots of different things and I finally therefore had the chance to taste some of the sicilian specialities I have never done before. Amazing! And the staff was supernice and helpful. This is a hotel that I would love to come back to and truly recommend to anyone wanting to experience something else, surprising, intimate, cosy and yet with all the comforts in a fine hotel.

I think it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. I recieved an incredibly warm and accommodating welcome from the professional but friendly staff, very helpful personalised advice and orientation on nearby attractions, restaurants and transport (all in perfect English - I'm working on my Italian but need to do much better!). My room (and ensuite) was very comfortable and cool from the A/C and I loved that there was interesting art in the room and the amazing breakfast FEAST (truly the only accurate description) was incredible! The most delicious array of fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, eggs, pastries plus delicious coffee exactly (how I ordered). AND on top all of that, the location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot (you can go all day without stoping when fuelled by the amazing breakfast) to soak up all of the vitalness of this beautiful city in the historic quarter as well as shopping and museums. Cannot recommend highly enough. Already looking forward to a return trip.

The owner, Alessandro, was present on-site every day of our stay and was always walking around and checking in with guests. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had really memorable touches. It feels homey while still indulgent, and is exceptional value for money. The decor is so complementary to the region, and is unique rather than the one-size-fits-all approach - there is clearly passion for creativity, and the character of the spaces really shines. The architecture of the 15th-century church is preserved, and we loved seeing the original features in our room and common areas. The pool is perfect for a dip and relaxing in, and is big enough for exercise. The breakfast provided was beyond our expectations! Fresh fruit, local pastries, and an assortment of cheeses and cured meats. The staff made us special coffees and were attentive to all of our needs. Extremely convenient location that is close walking proximity to the main strip while feeling a little off the beaten path.

Staff was so friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant advice. Amazon food at check in and breakfast. So much good food could not possibly finish it all. So interesting art and collections. Very good location to sights and restaurants. Staff so helpful with car parking assistance. Very clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed this stay very much. Nice touch with little gift at checkout. Highly recommend. Oh, and great coffee!

The host met us at the door to explain everything about how to use the code and key and even a little history about this historic building! when we entered the lobby area we were taken aback at how modern and clean it was! Our room was exquisite and the bed was incredibly comfortable, it was the best sleep we had had in weeks! They had complimentary cold water for us which was amazing after a long travel day. The room was very chic and had everything we needed. We were so happy that there was sound proofing for the noise outside as it was a big evening out for people. We didn’t hear a thing once we closed the balcony doors. Our host was always available when we had any questions and was super nice! If you find yourself going to Catania, stay here. It is clean, quiet and safe while still being close to everything! Thank you again, Fabrizio for a wonderful stay!

The location is very central. The room was spacious and clean, came with private bathroom and study, like an apartment really. The owner was so helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every day and they gave 2 bottles of water for drinking. There are lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby also. The room i had was very quiet with courtyard view.

My wife and I ended our honeymoon at Wine Relais Feudi Del Pisciotto and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we checked in and were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff members, which was a continuous theme throughout our entire stay - the pool bar staff, the wine tasting host, and especially the restaurant manager and his team. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings, not to mention breakfast was wonderful too. Our room was amazing - rustic and well decorated, with comfortable beds and a great shower. We were also very impressed by the grounds of the hotel and in particular the pool, which was a great size and the sun beds were very comfortable. We both had massages which were amazing and highly recommended if you want a break from sitting by the pool. Last but not least, THE WINE! My wife and I must have tried every single bottle that Feudi Del Pisciotto had to offer and they were all delicious (highlighted especially during the fantastic wine tasting/tour). Amazing from start to finish.

The perfect place to unwind and enjoy wonderful Sicilian food and wine in countryside. All the staff were absolutely brilliant, kind, friendly and honestly the nicest staff I've ever come across. We didn't have a car with us and its a bit out of town so hiring a car is recommended if you want visit the town. However we happily ate in the restaurant for the 3 nights. The food was out of this world. The breakfast is amazing. even the lunch options at the pool were delicious. And I can't forget to mention the wine :) There is plenty to do here so you won't be bored. You can rent bikes (although the track could be better sign posted), Wine tour, Spa and in general relax and take in the beautiful views. The aesthetic and design of this vineyard is beautiful but not pretentious, the balance is perfect. Maria in the restaurant and Margarita and Giusy at reception were exceptional. Anyone running a business that deals with the public could only hope to have staff like them. Thank you so much!

The Relais is absolutely beautiful - sympathetically restored, retaining the original features. We had a standard room and were grateful that it was quite dark and cool given how hot it was during our stay. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the outside bistro the other - both were excellent, particularity the risotto in the bistro! Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and variety. The pool area is very comfortable, and there is good shade. We had a walk around the vineyard one morning and a very enjoyable and informative wine tasting and tour. All the staff were very engaged, helpful and professional whilst being friendly.

This hotel was beautifully rustic — we had very high expectations, and they were fully met. The grounds are peaceful and perfectly maintained. The pool area is wonderful, though it was a bit too cold and raining for us to swim during our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was large and luxurious. Breakfast was the best we had during our time in Sicily, and the on-site restaurant was exceptional. Every dish was amazingly tasty — kudos to the chefs! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a truly charming Sicilian experience.

I have been to many magnificent hotels all over the world, but never in my life did I experience anything such as Feudi. Every single detail was perfect! It had both the warmth, the friendliness, the charm and the character of an authentic local place —- together with the luxury and comfort of an excellent, perfectly designed, well-thought hospitality. Extraordinary combination. The staff were amazing, attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had an incredible experience. You just couldn’t help but feel relaxed. The facilities are top notch, the pool has a breathtaking view, the entire place has a historical charm with a modern, up-to-date renovation & design. And the breakfast ! A vast table with fresh fruit, cheeses, beautiful pastries - all set as beautiful as a nature morte renaissance painting. In general, the entire space is decorated with beautiful local artists ceramics, and the feeling is of being inside an enchanted castle.

The location was amazing. The Jacuzzi was nice as well. And the bed really comfy. Luigi was the best .. always attentive to our needs.

Large room with kitchette and balcony. Overlooks at busy street but not noisy in room. Neighborhood does not appear great at first but was actually nice. Very welcoming staff! Grocery store across the street and plenty of coffee / pastry / restaurants within a block. Easy walk to Ortygia, about 10 minutes, and the archeologic site is walkable within about 20 minutes. WiFi worked great. Would stay here again, great spot for the price!

Everything is super good. Spacious and clean room, comfy bed and big balcony. The host Veronica is very nice and helpful. And it's 2mins walk to bus station, very convenient. This is one of the best stays in this Sicily trip. Highly recommended!

The apartment block was incredibly conveniently situated near the bus and train stations. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern, well furnished with all the mod cons and it even had a washing machine! It was also a very easy and quick walk to the local shops, the ancient neopolis and into Ortigia. If you arrive outside of office hours make sure you let the staff know in advance, unlike us who had to rely on the kindness of a neighbouring mechanic who took pity on us and let us drop our bags off.

Chose Archinue Suites due to Close location to railway, but midway between Ortigia and the Necropolis (20 minute walk to both). Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. Small kitchenette was handy, and the nearby pizza restaurant was excellent. Leana (our receptionist), allowed us early access (Thank You again!), and this gave us more time to see the sites of Syracuse. We really enjoyed our time at the Archinue Suites, and I’m happy to recommend it to anyone!

We had a great experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana in Palermo. First of all, the room is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room even had a small kitchenette with dishes. We had two different amazing views: one was of Massimo Theatre which is right in front of the hotel and the other one was the via Bara and Via Maqueda streets views which are very vibrant and alive all night long. Secondly, the staff is very friendly, communicative, and helpful. Paola and Philip used to answers our texts very quickly and always had great suggestions for restaurants, places to vist, and the best gelateria. Paola took us to our room and showed us everything. Thirdly, it's located in a great location and is walkable and safe during the day and night. We can not wait to come back to Palermo and Palazzo Sovrana.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Sovrana! Our room, 201, was beautifully designed modern and new. Fantastic shower and very comfortable bed. It is perfectly located across from the Teatro Massimo and right in front is a pedestrian street ! So no busy traffic or cars to worry. Having a mini kitchen was very helpful for making coffee in the morning and having a place to store food for snacks. On the roof top floor, there is a wonderful viewpoint affiliated with an amazing restaurant, DoBa ! We enjoyed meeting Chef Dominico and his wife (co-owner of bldg), Paola. They are very dear and the dinner was spectacular. Truly a gem within Palermo.

After reading the many excellent reviews it was a no brainer, but was still a bit skeptical with the no reception but gave it a try regardless and so glad we did! We were welcomed by Filippo and Laura who also scheduled the car service to pick us up at the airport. They welcomed us as if we’re family❤️❤️. The place is spot clean, crisp linen, marble floors, updated everything and with the front view of Teatro Massimo. The doors to the balconies are sound proof, we loved opening them so we can hear the people passing by, the music etc but once closed there was no sound at all…amazing. AC works like a charm and daily housekeeping service was a plus. Palazzo Sovrana is in the middle of the action. We walked everywhere even to CitySea, the wharf (Molo in Italian). Doba, the restaurant up in the roof is also a must and chef Bacile is superb! If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, look no further, this is the place. They also give you vouchers for breakfast in the cafe right in front. This was our first time in Palermo and can wait to come back and stay at Palazzo Sovrana. Palazzo Sovrana in Palermo was our favourite place to stay in all of Sicily. We were given a beautiful, spacious and well appointed apartment with a stunning view of Teatro Massimo. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Great bed, great bathroom and great kitchen. Lots of nice art everywhere. Top quality, luxurious furnishings. Surprisingly quiet with the double glazed glass doors shut at night, despite the extremely busy and popular area. Parking lot not too far away (25 euro per night). Excellent restaurant Doba on the top floor with a brilliant five course degustation menu of modern Sicilian cuisine (the chef was an absolute delight to meet). While this is a serviced apartment rather than a traditional hotel, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough and would love to come back one day to hang out in Palermo.

Ah, Palermo! If only I could give 11 to rate Marmur Suite - I would do it In a heartbeat! 11!!! Giuseppe - and everyone we interacted with - were amazing! Very smooth check-in, ytansger from the airport, great communication even though we arrived very late. The room deserves a special mention - it was huge, full of mystery and romance. Giant jacuzzi revived us to the night of passion and the next day full of wonders. And a bottle of proseco played a special role that special evening. Special touch - is the View from the jacuzzi of the bell tower right outside the windows. Main Street of Palermo - is the best place to stay, especially when sunny windows face away from the street noise. Would love to stay again!

The location is just perfect, it is 5-10 minutes walking from the most beautiful places in Palermo and also from nice restaurants. People who work there are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We definitely would recommend this place to stay in. We will definitely come back 👍

The train and bus station are a five minute walk. An excellent market is around the corner and restaurants and bars are in the main street.

The Room was great. Very close to the old town which was a Very lively place. Parking less than 1 minute walk . We had a small problem with the jacuzzi which we reported. It was sorted out immediately. Very happy and would highly recommend 👌

No balcony for this room. Help yourself coffee and rolls 8-10am inclusive in the entrance hall. 4 nights in room 4. A more soberly decorated room with a smaller jacuzzi and sauna but as with room 1 a separate shower room as well. This room has a balcony which saved on trips down to the street outside as a smoker for the rest of the stay.

The stay was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our trip! Never had such amazing time, everything was clean, amenities were refilled each day, breakfast was amazing and the rooms themselves outstanding. Stayed in many places over the years and this one absolutely is the best.

There was a shared area for cooking tea/coffee including a microwave. Breakfast was okay, it was packed and left in the room at the check-in day. So it was not fresh but as it was included in the - already very cheap price - we didn't consider it a flaw at all, but rather a nice-to-have extra.

We stayed for one night only since we had to extend our stay in Palermo, arrived late in the evening and departed early morning, the accommodation has everything needed for a short stay (or if you plan to stay most of the time outside). The amenities were fresh and clean, nicely and modernly designed. The location is central but luckily outside the ZTL, there is much parking space (paid). The check in and contact with the owner was smooth (however we had no issues that required action). Breakfast is Italian and it was quite nice, the lady who assisted us with breakfast and check out IS DEFINITELY A SUNSHINE!! ☀️. Cons: Breakfast in the corridor is a bit uncomfortable, if you don’t buy breakfast or leave before it (it’s at 08.00) there is not even a coffee available for you. Check in after certain hours is without the personal assistance of the staff.

Very convenient location, everything is 15 minutes walkable. The bath was really nice, a bit on the small side for 2 people but still a really nice way to end a long day of walking. Our host, Vincenza, was very nice and gave us several local tips. She was patient enough to talk to us using google translate. Grazie Vincenza! The breakfast was okay considering Italian breakfast usually leave a lot to be desired. There was a decent croissant with marmalade, and some cake. For our stay (3 day trip) this place was perfect. Also, they where kind enough to let us store our backpacks for the last day between check out and the time we had our plane.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. She let us have breakfast a bit earlier and we could leave our luggage on our last day. The place is located close to Parco Archeologico and catacombs. The room was very spacious and comfortable. A place to enjoy!

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beautiful Piazza Santa Lucia. We were greeted with open arms and felt right at home. The room was cozy and the open courtyard was welcoming as a place to sit and enjoy local company. Everyone we met here was so kind and welcoming. Truly a home away from home.

Beautiful hotel, great pool area. You can buy breakfast for 8€ a day, which I highly recommend. You can select delicious pastries, fresh bread, ham & cheese whatever you like. Staff is amazing and friendly, they helped us organize transportation because hotel is a bit far from the city and the trains don't run very often. Beach is 10 min by feet and is beautiful. You can rent bicycles at the hotel for free. Great restaurant next to the hotel with reasonable prices.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The garden is lovely and the pool area very inviting with launch chairs. The rooms have super comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathroom and lovely patio where we enjoyed an over the top breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was a real treat. All in all this place is a gem and we will definitely come back if we return to Sicily. Thank you Nicolai.

Our only disappointment was that we could only stay one night because they were sold out. But Nicola was kind enough to arrange accommodations at a nearby agritourismo. The restaurant attached to the hotel was equally good. Staff are kind and caring, food was great. We took advantage of the buffet dinner which was inexpensive and contained local delicacies. I'm not sure if this available all the time. Loved the place!

The property was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. I arrived earlier than the check in time and the owners went out of their way to allow me on the property and wait in their gorgeous garden until my room was ready. They provided airport shuttle which was on time, friendly and very helpful. Incredible views of the mountain on one side and on the other. Relaxing on the private balconies to watch the sunrise and enjoying a delicious dinner while watching the sunset was the best way to wrap up my trip to Palermo.

This is the perfect bed and breadast for pre and post days before you travel to Palermo. Free airport pickups, they even reachbout before arrival to coordinate it. We stayed in one of their beautiful pool suites, that have bean beautifully renovated. Dinner is limited but cooked by the owner, and delicious. Plenty of drink options. They also have a huge pool, perfect for unwinding. Cousins Alessio and Gabriel were amazing and provided exceptional service!!!

This place is wonderful! It’s a quick shuttle bus ride from the airport and is perfect for people looking for a place to spend the night before heading off by rental car the next morning. Room and bathroom are large and comfortable. One of the best hotel bed mattresses I have ever slept on! Staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and includes cappuccinos etc. They even serve a selection of pasta dishes for a light dinner. Rooms are sound proofed and A/C works well. Great value for the price. Family owned and run.

View was of Isolla Bella from balconies and of Mt Etna from other side! Convenient free parking. The only downside is it is located between the upper old town and lower waterside town and is not really easily or safely walkable to either one. When trying to drive to either there was generally no parking available. Taxi rides were 20 euros each way. This is a wonderful getaway to relax, and you have a full deluxe kitchen to prepare your own food, but to experience Taormina or go out to eat it is inconvenient and expensive.

Amazing views, superb service, well equipped plus nice and stylish atmosphere. Very spacious. Free parking is definitively an asset. Unfortunately insufficient/unreliable supply of hot water in the shower. The location is only practicable if you prefer the great view over proximity to the town centre respectively restaurant, bars etc.

My children had the joy of staying in the luxury apartment for five unforgettable days, and I can honestly say it was the highlight of our vacation. The breathtaking views were nothing short of incredible, providing a stunning backdrop for our stay. The spacious apartment allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our time together in comfort. The cleanliness was impeccable, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. The apartment with heated infinity pool was wonderful. Very comfy beds and fabulous ensuite showers. Very efficient air conditioning. We had a lovely friendly welcome from Valeria with welcome treats including a bottle of wine! The only down sides were that there was no sun on our veranda after late morning and it was quite a hike up to Taormina centre which wasn't for the faint hearted due to the steepness of the roads and lack of pavements. You could always get taxis if you wanted though. The corso umberta is wonderful with endless amounts of bars, shops and restaurants. The locals were very friendly and helpful.

The breathtaking views were simply incredible, creating a stunning backdrop for our stay. The apartment itself offered generous space, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together comfortably. The bathroom was great, especially the jacuzzi. The location is also perfect. Everything within reach.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was situated in the middle of the city with easy access to all areas and the railway station a 15 min walk away. The jacuzzi was amazing and the little balcony a delight. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower sleek and modern.

Matteotti was absolutely stunning! The apartment was immaculately clean. So spacious. It was right in the heart of Siracusa, in the main shopping strip! Close to the markets and great restaurants and gelato. The swimming area was a short walk. Best cafe with the best coffee right across the street! The apartment was modern and brand new and the jacuzzi was a great addition! Amazing for the price!

Location was great. Nice spacious room with good air con and a comfy bed. The jacuzzi bath was a bonus although the water ran slightly yellow. Really smooth self check in and checkout process. Air con was great and modern system with no issues unlike other places. Amazing location on the Main Street of ortigia with everything within a 10 minute walk of the property.

The rooms where all clean, the property is in a very central location and availability of the host for any queries was fantastic and very quick! Availability of a cleaner every day made it feel like we were in a hotel! The Jacuzzi was nice and warm and clean and the little garden area was great for relaxing afternoons!

The location of the property is quite central and close to the Parking Garage incase one arrives with a car. There is no pssibilty to find parking on the street as the town is small and the street parking is mostly for the resident's of the town. Overall the stay was nice. The property is on the back street and is relatively quite than the main one. The garden is quite nice to enjoy the sun. The living area is spacious and nice. We visited in March so was not so hot to be there. The bedroom had heating radiators so was quite cozy when it got cold during the nighttime. The Hottub is a nice feature for sure but we didnt use it in the end. The hosts were very kind and the response time was quick with them, all the conversation was mainly through whatsapp. They gave us quite good tips on what to see or eat during our stay. We had no issues with checkin or checkout. All the instructions were very easy and simple to follow,

Host was perfect and very helpful. Excellent location. And very comfortable apartment.

Excellent accommodation, we were in the separate 3 bedroom complex with its own gardens, private pool and Jacuzzi, Luigi the owner was a great host, he even rescued us from Giarre after we couldn't get a taxi and took us to a local place where we were able to hire a car at a good price. Lungi speaks Excellent English. Facilities were superb, great views down to local towns and the sea. Would definitely stay again. Train ride around ETNA was nice. Ask Luigi about this. Taormina is a beautiful town up the coast and reachable easily by car.

The room was big and spacious, very clean. The pool is cleaned every morning. The view is amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helped us with every question we had as tourists. Very quiet and relaxed stay perfect for us. Water and coffee was also provided, clean towels and blankets.

We had a great stay at the apartment with the pool- everything was amazing! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The pool was a big plus, and the view was beautiful. Luigi welcomed us and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great- it was close to the nearest shop and other attractions. We truly recommend this place- we had a wonderful time!

The area is amazing like tropical garden. The apartment is spacious and you get everything you need. It is a great spot to go to Taormina or to Etna but peaceful and calm. The views from the terrace are great, you can watch the sea and coast while having morning coffee. There are other apartments but it gives you a feeling of privacy. There is a small round tub for you but water was quite cold.

The property was very quiet and relaxing with lovely scenery. The room was quiet for sleeping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and warm and seemed to want to take care of our every needs. Breakfast was delicious and ample. We really enjoyed their outdoor pool. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The BnB seemed very new. We used this BnB as a jumping off place to sightsee as well as for rest and relaxation.

Beautiful spacious and immaculate rooms, quiet location, refreshing pool to cool off, terrace for privacy. Clean clean clean - breakfast spread generous with omelettes one day, pancakes the next. V well placed for driving local area and coastal towns. Agrigento storico is SO beautiful; Temples also - both are 10-15 min drive.

The place is on a mountain away from it all. It is beautifully kept. The grounds are clean the rooms are cleaned every morning. There is a swimming pool and the place is immaculately clean. It seems to be operated by a father and son, Giuseppe. They both were very very kind. This place costs more than other B&Bs but you do get what you pay for. The breakfast is free and they serve coffee,juice and everything nice. All arranged for self service.

Carmelina and her husband Antonio welcomed us, like we were part of their family. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The grounds are stunning surrounded by olive tress, beautiful pool and a view of city of Agrigento. The olive oil they produce is fantastic!!! We spent a day at sea with Carmelina & Antonio on their rubber boat, they took us to some beautiful beaches and showed us the Scala dei Turchi, grazie!!!

The only downside were the small fridge and noise through thin walls. One night, someone even came in the building and was knocking all the doors at 8am. We didnt answer of course. But someone did. I could hear all that from my bed half asleep. すごく綺麗な宿泊先でした。スタッフの方もとても親切で、ベッドもとても寝やすかったです。ジュクージは毎日洗浄してもらい、とても清潔でした。スーパーがすぐそばで毎日開いていて便利でした。心配していたよりも安全な場所で、毎日歩いて夕食を楽しみました。ただ２つ残念だったのは、冷蔵庫が小さすぎて困ったのと、部屋の壁が薄く、周りの他の人の声が筒抜けなこと。イタリア語は全く分からないので何が起こってるのかさっぱりわかりませんでしたが、２日目の朝８時ごろ、大きな音で誰かが建物の中に入って来る音に目が覚めました。耳をすまして聞いていると一つ一つドアをノックして回っているようでした。誰かがドアを開けたようで、何か話している声が聞こえました。でもしばらくして静かになりました。あれは何だったのでしょう。今でも気になります。

Un havre de paix en plein cœur de Palerme ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Palerme. Le quartier est vivant, animé, rempli de restaurants, de boutiques et d’une belle énergie portée par la jeunesse locale. Et pourtant, une fois dans l’hôtel, c’est le calme absolu. L’endroit est parfaitement isolé de l’agitation extérieure, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avions une superbe chambre avec jacuzzi, sauna et une terrasse très confortable — un vrai cocon pour un séjour en couple. L’hôte était très disponible via WhatsApp, réactive et toujours prête à nous aider. L’accès est simple, via un code pour récupérer les clés, ce qui facilite beaucoup l’arrivée. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible au cœur de l’effervescence palermitaine, ne cherchez pas plus loin : c’est ici qu’il faut poser vos valises

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast in a nearby cafe was also nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the staff being really loud at 8am in the morning and slamming doors. It would be nice if they considered the guests sleeping.

The location was perfect for a city stay and to explore by foot. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and covered private terrace was superb. Excellent communication prior, during, and post stay.

The views were fantastic and Zagara was very helpful with anything we needed. We had the suite with the outdoor jacuzzi which was a nice touch. Was close to town so could walk for food/drinks without needing to book a taxi.

stunning views in a great location overlooking the bay. We stayed in the Garden Apartment with jacuzzi - nice to have the privacy, garden was pretty and the host set up the jacuzzi when we wanted to use it. Inside the apartment was basic, but clean and comfortable with most items you would need for a stay. Worth noting for anyone looking to stay, there are a lot of steps around the property as well as the walk up to the centre of Taormina (we counted 280 steep steps!) - so might not be appropriate for those with restricted mobility.

My stay at Villa Zagara Garden exceeded expectations. The communication before arrival was excellent, and we were greeted with warmth by Emmanuel and Zagara. They went above and beyond helping me with a birthday surprise for my husband. The room with a private jacuzzi was bigger than we imagined, with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything was beautiful and clean. The view is stunning and we could hear the birds singing in the morning! Villa Zagara is within walking distance from Isola Bela and Taormina Center. I highly recommend it!

Location and hospitality were up to expectation. Scenery, location, hospitality and room were exceptional!! This is a location and Villa that must be on the list of places to visit and stay. Comfort and safety for me are a must and am already booking for Easter break. Room has garden overlooking the bay of Taormina - Jacuzzi and a swimming pool that are truly amazing and the location from the centre of everything is within walking distance! Thank you so much! I like the location the most because everything was near including duomo, catedrals, markets, restourants and the bus station which was far from the apartment about 10 minutes by walk. Also the manager was very friendly and polite always had something to recommend where to eat, which beach to visit and etc.

Comfortable place, with very kind stuff, and it has nice terrace. The location is excelent, its very close to the center, but not on a busy, touristy street. I can recommend for anyone, who seeks a nice, authentic and non-luxory place to stay in Catania.

Everything was good, the owner was friendly and helpful. The location is next to the city Center and bus station.

Located just on the very outskirts of the town, about 5 minute walk from the arch leading onto Corso Umberto (the main pedestrian area), Villa Fiorita is a well designed and tranquil boutique hotel. It's tastefully decorated throughout, has many areas to relax inside and out...the bar terrace being one, and great for an evenings aperitif before heading into town. The pool is a good size with a great sun deck surrounding it with stunning views of the immense coastline. The breakfast room/terrace is also so nicely presented and the offerings all delicious every single day. The room itself was amazing. Incredibly comfortable in every way, immaculately clean and plenty of storage space. The bed was cost and offered a great nights sleep, the bathroom spacious with a huge rainfall shower...we even had a terrace with the view mentioned above (others on this side had a balcony too). The staff are also an incredible credit to the hotel. The reception staff of Iryna, Karina, Annamaria were all very welcoming on arrival (especially after a tricky transfer), but always friendly and helpful with any needs we had. Karina especially helped us out when we decided to extend our stay by two nights. Salvatore at the bar and pool, was always super efficient and friendly...nothing was too much for him, also much the same for Eduardo too. Marija in the Breakfast Room each morning, was also an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating.

This beautifully designed, fully renovated hotel in Taormina strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the bustling center, but somehow feels tucked away in a serene, picturesque setting with amazing views. The interiors and exteriors are gorgeous, from the lobby to the bar and lounge areas, and the outdoor decks and pool offer stunning views. Our room was spacious, super clean, with a large, comfy bed, linens, and pillows. The staff was incredible throughout our stay—Annalisa at check-in was especially welcoming, and everyone from the valet and luggage team to the pool bar and breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. It was great to see the same familiar faces every day. Breakfast was incredible, with a huge buffet, made-to-order items, fresh juices, and the BEST savory Sicilian dishes, including an unforgettable eggplant parm from the chef (the best i had in sicily). For Taormina, where prices are often sky-high, this place is a fantastic value. We checked out many of the other hotels in the area and were so glad we ended up at Villa Fiorita.

We stayed in Taormina for 5 nights, early November, and were lucky enough to have perfect weather! Twin share, sea view. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the bus station, cable car, and main street shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Not only did they help organise a taxi pick up to the train station (25 euro), they also packed a little box of their in-house made lemon biscuits for our travels because I mentioned I loved them and was hoping to purchase some. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious - which included fresh to order off their menu (recommend nutella crepes and ham and cheese omelette) - scrumptious! The view from our balcony was beautiful - good for the soul! As was the view from the pool and deck areas. All drinks in the room were included and replaced daily. The hotel also thoughtfully left a beach bag and towels for trips to the beach. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Taormina!

I cannot rave enough about our amazing time at Villa Fiorita. The moment we checked in, I knew everything would be perfect. The entire place is well maintained and very clean. The infinity pool (a recent addition), was absolutely breathtaking. There are only a few rooms that have this view. If it's within your budget, get them! The rooms are spacious enough but the bathrooms are definitely huge! So much space and storage. The fridge was also fully stocked, with everything inside complementary. The in-room Bialetti coffee pods were so much better than Nespresso pods. I'm surprised I've only discovered this now. On to food, the breakfast buffet had new dishes everyday. The lunch menu was also amazing, definitely because of Marija's great leadership with F&B. We've seen her return breakfast bacons back to the kitchen because only 3 pieces passed her standards. I don't know where you see that much attention to detail, especially for a buffet. We came as a couple so this adults only hotel was perfect for us. Of course, because of that, I would not suggest this for families with young kids Overall, everything was absolutely great. I had days where I decided to return early so I can chill by the pool rather than the beach -- it was that much better.

Villa Fiorita is a fantastic boutique hotel with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and the oversized double sun loungers add a touch of pure luxury. The location is perfect – just a short stroll to the heart of Taormina, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s also ideally situated close to the bus station, train, and cable car, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The ambience is exceptional, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect in every detail. Rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast is outstanding, and the bar food is equally impressive. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return!
