We loved the location! It was close to everything we were interested in doing for the weekend but still far enough removed to be "quiet." Paid a little extra for the lake view and it was worth it. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great! The walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise as well! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety, no matter what your tastes are! We will definitely stay here again!

This whole place was nice! Greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in couldn’t have taken more than 2 minutes. Very clean, hall was clean, room was clean and smelled great. There were 2 outside gas fire pits on deck. It’s right next to a a body of water with a paved walking trail. Breakfast was great! All good was good, even had tortillas to make a breakfast burrito, even with salsa! Staff were standing by checking on food and replacing empty items with a smile. Plenty of tables. Oh yea I’m very particular with coffee but I had to even fill my mug before I left, exceptional coffee. Kids loved the pool even I got into the pool. I don’t normally leave such a long review but this is a hotel that other hotel should model after.

This property reflects management staff with high professional standards. The property is about 7 years old but is being nicely maintained. We were warmly greeted upon check-in and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable; nice quality linens and towels, also. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room and bathroom was good. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic due to many large families at the hotel but the breakfast service had a good variety of food and the kitchen staff worked diligently to keep the food and coffee refilled during the entire service time period. I would enjoy the opportunity to stay at this hotel again.

this was the best hotel to be at,very comfy, clean, modern and cozy. Love the living room area, and the beds were comfortable. Love the lake view is calming, it was the best. I cant wait to be there again when Im in siouxs falls. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful

Loved our stay here. It was clean, new, comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It’s in a safe area. The cookies were delicious and the breakfast was nice. We would definitely stay here again. We used the laundry area and it was very clean as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is located close to the Tesla superchargers at HyVee Foods so being close to convenient charging was one of the reasons we chose the Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean and quiet and the staff who greeted us was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and spacious and there was a good variety of foods from which to choose. The warm cinnamon rolls were wonderful!

Booked through Costco along with our rental car. What a great value! We needed space for 5 (Grandma, Mom and Dad & 2 teens) and they had a 2 queen bed with pullout sofa bed and it was perfect for us. Location was great, property was superb and clean, location near mall was great for us and a Dollar Store nearby for those last minute travel items we had forgotten! Pool and hot tub were quiet and clean and nice. Wanted to book again for our return trip back home through Sioux Falls but wasn't able to get the same room I think something was going on as it was booked. Great property and very happy with it. Oh yes - breakfast was hot with lots of options, french toast, pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices. We couldn't ask for anything else, great place!!

We've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and free! Parking is convenient. It's close to a LOT of shopping! We wont stay anywhere else when we are in Sioux Falls.

Safe, quiet, clean, and affordable. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and at minimum, a “hello”. Breakfast had a good variety, pool area was clean and well-maintained.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants (including an awesome Steakhouse I ate at for dinner). Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower and water pressure was great.

Perfect! The hotel was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, the rain shower in the walk in shower was refreshing! Was happy that the pool hours were 6 am to 12 am. Breakfast that was included was good. All employees that we spoke to, including housekeeping were so friendly. Wish all our hotel stays during our vacation were like this one!

Clean and comfortable room, free hot breakfast with a large assortment of grab and go breakfast items. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from Falls Park. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Convenient to I90. Not near location for taking a walk with a dog but still a good dog friendly hotel.

Hotel has a modern and artsy vibe. I loved the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was good and the coffee was strong. We will be back!

We had a great experience here. We stayed for just one night while on the road. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and very friendly. One of our better hotel experiences we've had in the last couple of years (we spend about 40 nights per year in hotels). I don't understand why anyone would feel unsafe in the area - it's mostly a large suburban-type shopping area. There were a few drawbacks - the coffee in the lobby wasn't refreshed, so it was lukewarm in the afternoon. The laundry didn't work, which was a bummer because we were counting on it. Finally, the breakfast was fairly limited, but most free hotel breakfasts are not that exciting. We would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a conference. The meeting rooms were almost all on the main floor and were well-equipped, neat and clean. Our hotel room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for walking to the many downtown restaurants.

Clean, comfortable beds, great view, balcony, delicious breakfast, great bathroom set up with shelves and the soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set up was fabulous. Dog friendly.

I stayed here with my sisters for an overnight. Great location when attending a performance at the Orpheum. My sisters and I are older and the fact that there is a restaurat and bar in the hotel made our stay more enjoyable. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only odd thing was that the back of the toilet was approximately 6 inches from the wall and made the shower access difficult. Anyone that I dealt with from booking all the way to check-out were pleasant and accommodating which seems to be a rare quality in customer service in this day and age. Congratulations to staff and management for that. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

check in was fast. The room has a lovely view of the city. The room was very clean. We had a cocktail at the bar, also very nice. The bartender put on the sports event we wanted to see. We were there to see a musical at the Pavilion. It was an easy walk from the hotel. Lots of good shops, restaurants and bars downtown. Plenty to do before our event.

Friendly and helpful staff. I could always find someone at the front desk or in the laundry room nearby. Lots of amenities with pool and jacuzzi, breakfast, soda machine, etc. Room seemed clean and renovated not long ago. Great access to interstate and shopping/restaurants.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. For breakfast they had the BEST scrambled eggs I’ve ever had at a hotel lobby breakfast. Staff was very friendly and it was awesome that we could have our dog with us for a small fee. Also the indoor pool/jacuzzi was nice.

When I got into town, it was late, I was tired as I was traveling for hours and when I checked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and courtesy as I was being assisted by Jen the overnight Night hotel receptionist. Jen made my my checking process, smooth and seamless she even offered assistance by gaveling me advice on some of the questions that I had pertaining to the things I needed accomplish in the city. As a veteran and a person of color I really appreciate courtesy and professionalism whenever I travel and stay at hotels and I was grateful that Jen was all of the above and she showed it in her care, concern and mannerisms when interacting with me she made it easy for me to choose to stay at this hotel the entire time until I had accomplished what I came to do! The daytime receptionist Milan is also very professional, very helpful, very courteous, and he also helped me by giving me much needed information which helped me in accomplishing my task, both Jen and Milan made my stay here very special and memorable. The facilities are safe and the rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It’s not a continental breakfast. It is a full hot breakfast with a lot to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Sioux Falls area as you will not be disappointed, as the staff is completely professional and friendly! Book your say, I give them 5 stars, thank me later!

The gentleman at the desk gave us an (unasked for) upgrade to a larger room w a sofa. The sink/vanity area was a much bigger size as well. The towels were clean and fresh. The king sized bed was comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. The room temp didn't require tweaking even though the outside temp got into the teens that night. We slept very well! Lots of hot water in the shower and the bathroom was spotless! Breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs, Oatmeal packets, fruit, pastries/donuts, yogurt, bread and bagels with water, coffee and juices available. There's an IHOP right across from the main entrance if one would prefer. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything! Amazing hotel. We have stayed here before and will not stay anywhere else in Sioux Falls at this point! The rooms and facilities are so clean and beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable. The rooms are just gorgeous and so cozy. Everything is so clean and the staff is amazing. Breakfast is hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. It's quiet and an absolutely perfect location.

Amazing staff! We were upgraded due to the pool being closed. They also paid for guests to go to Midco. The room was so clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious and it was quiet and peaceful.

The Best Western Empire Towers in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is a cut above what one might expect from a standard BW...in fact, from recent stays at BW Plus hotels in Mississippi, I would encourage the chain to speak with the Sioux Falls BW staff about how to run a hotel. The public areas and rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast room, while not overly roomy, was as nice as any we've used and the food selections were tasty and varied. Staff was attentive/helpful without being intrusive. We've often had to wait for desk staff to show up for check-in or -out or for questions during out stays...here, someone was available whenever we needed assistance. We were surprised to find such good value in this time of ever increasing costs. Finally, access to I-29 makes this hotel highly attractive for those traveling through.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The building is not new, but kept very well. The room was perfectly clean. Bedding and matrass were very good. The breakfast had a large variety of teas. Also some hot choices. It is a typical american buffet with disposable plates, cutlery and cups. The buffet was refilled very often. In total I would say that this hotel is totally worth the price and I would always go back.

First of all, Pet Friendly.. Should read Pet Friendly for a price, 20 bucks per dog (children are harder on rooms than my dogs), plus I am guessing that the extra money does not go to the housekeeper. The good, rooms were clean, we were allowed to checking a little early (planned stop earlier did not pan out), water pressure and plenty of hot water..perfect, breakfast was good. The bad, the first room we were placed in smelled of cigarette smoke (not just a little), the desk agent informed me that all of the rooms were non-smoking, twice. He did relent and give us another room. the hotels is in the Mall district? towards evening a few homeless guy showed up and were hanging around. There are some sketchy apartments adjacent to the parking lot (these things could make some uneasy). The driveway in to the hotel needs some work. Overall, a good place to stay. I felt safe, and I was not worried about my vehicle.

I read the reviews before staying and I was a little worried. I'm glad we ended up staying. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. We took my grandson and it was perfect for us! We stayed in rooms 275 and 276. They were clean, and perfect for a family with kids. We chose to stay away from the pool, and our rooms were very quiet. We didn't have any of the issues that others talked about. The only thing that I will say is that they need to replace the remote controls. The remote in room 276 did not work at all and the remote in room 275 was missing the back to cover the batteries, but it worked fine. Luckily for us, the remote worked on both TVs so it okay. Upon arrival we checked in quickly, and the lady at the desk was super sweet, the guy that brought our luggage up was also very nice. (The elevator by our room was broke so instead of making us drag our stuff upstairs, they had someone come and take it for us.)The restaurant had delicious food, we had a blast at the pool and overall our stay was great!

If you are traveling through or visiting family in Sioux Falls SD. Do not miss the Ramada by Wyndham; especially if you have children. The staff are friendly and attentive. The waterpark is beautiful, there are multiple pools; they are clean and packed with fun and play for kids of all ages. Accessible from the park area, there is dining/sports bar via Boston Pizza, the food is spot on and you can enjoy your favorite adult beverage. I can't possibly list all the amenities here so please check their website. We just enjoyed our second stay there, and plan on returning!

i really like the price, one of the cheaper places in town and is great for families that want to enjoy the water park. Boston's Restaurant is delicious and even though i was only staying for a hospital visit, they made me feel right at home. I've stayed here in the past, rooms have been renovated and it is a comfortable spot to stay.

We had my son’s 5th birthday party here. It was great! Kids had a blast and family enjoyed the food and drink from the restaurant. We had one of the suite rooms and it was very clean and comfortable. And enough space to host. Staff was kind and friendly.

The perfect spot in Sioux Falls with children! The waterpark was a huge hit with our 5 year old, the staff were welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back next time were stopping through Sioux Falls!

This hotel was beautiful! So clean!!! Everywhere!! And the staff??? Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful!! Walking out of the room the housekeeping staff that was down the hall said, "Good morning!" Tami, the manager working that day (26-28 Feb), it felt like I was chatting with a friend! The breakfast that was offered was phenomenal! So many options! I even told my husband that in the middle of winter they even had such fresh fruit!! Hahaha! Even the bananas were friendly with a "Thank you" or other message on them!! Haha! If we are in Sioux Falls again, I know exactly where we will be staying!! The Hampton Inn!! The whole town was friendly!!!

Nicest Hampton Inn I have seen since 2019 in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Breakfast was amazing. I tried the Lemon Waffles they have their, I didn't really like the Lemon Waffles. but everything else was absolutely amazing, Staff was pleasant, very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Pool was small but very fancy. Location was very nice, it has a Outback next to it and it has a Cracker Barrel a little away from the Hotel.

Great hotel in a safe areas with lots of food options in walking distance. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The lady checking us in was so kind and helpful when the first room we checked into had an issue. This is not normal for this hotel chain. The breakfast was good and there was more than enough and it was fresh.

Property has been updated recently. Cozy, pleasant breakfast room. Seamless checkin. Room smelled clean and fresh. Spotless. Slept well because there was no noise. Good breakfast but the omelettes were a bit tough. Ample parking. Thank you for the quality rest. We will be back.

A one night stay. Greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front desk. Check-in was quick. Room was nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and pillow was nice. Breakfast was good and the attendants kept up and were friendly. I needed a paper printed and the front desk staff stepped up and made sure I had what needed needed. Checkout was also quick. I will stay here again. Travel safe...

We have stayed here before and we love this motel. With that being said, will you PLEASE not have some foreigner from who knows where, that cannot understand or speak English take our reservations?!! I called several times to make reservations and it was a joke. Finally my husband called and in the end they still did not get the rooms right. We love the pool and hot tub, it’s not too huge and the kids have so much fun on the lily pad things. If it a busy night it does get a little too full. Breakfast is great, you get vouchers and can eat at the restaurant hooked onto the motel. Super good food and friendly service in there. Quiet and prompt. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are honestly the best motel beds I’ve ever slept on. I hope the motel continues to feel super clean, j know it’s a newer motel so that’s why I feel comfortable staying here. It unfortunately is a ways away from the mall and other shopping but It’s worth it. It is very close to the runway so all the arriving planes do fly in close by but it didn’t bother me. My kids loved watching them.

This is a great hotel, but no breakfast! It was clean and comfortable. Mark was extremely professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. My only hesitation in returning, is that for the price, breakfast should have been provided.

This is our first stop on a trip out west and it was perfect. This hotel was clean and quiet with a friendly staff. It had a golf course outback which looked quite enjoyable if We had a little more time. They had a restaurant connected that was very nice as well. This is a very fair price hotel with a great location and comfortable accommodations. I would recommend it and probably stop by next time I’m in the area for a visit.

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Sioux Falls - Airport is an excellent place to stay and I will absolutely return. The room was well laid out, comfortable, and extremely clean. Having a restaurant attached is convenient and the Crooked Pint has really good food. The restaurant overlooks one of the greens on the golf course and there is patio seating perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks outside when the weather is warm. Everything about the hotel was first rate. The only problem we encountered was our booking through hotels.com did not get entered into their reservation system. Thankfully, the manager (wish I could remember her name because she was great) was able to help us resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Sounds like we were one of the only times this has happened to them. All in all a great hotel experience. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is very new, clean, close to KFSD with a free shuttle to both Maverick Air Center for private aviation and the terminal. Excellent beds and bedding as well as really nice black out curtains ensure great night’s sleep. The Crooked Pint Ale House is the hotel’s restaurant which is really good. Fun menu, great drinks and wonderful staff. The locals frequent this place too which is always a sign of an excellent hotel restaurant. Two staff members from the front desk were probably the very best stand outs for us. Edgar picked us up in the shuttle from Maverick Air Center and he was so friendly, professional and personable. Then we met Din at the front desk and he was excellent also. This hotels gets too marks all round. We hope to come back soon.

The beds were comfortable, but no vending machines, one common microwave down the hallway by the elevator none in the room, no hottub.

Club level dining room was closed, but enjoyed atmosphere in restaurant. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Dee at checkout was super friendly. Club level was very quiet. Room was clean, and room amenities were nice. Personalized welcome on TV made me smile. Server at restaurant took care of my no voucher situation with no problem. Extra security for Club level access.

We stayed here for the music festival. The bed was very comfy, room was clean. Only thing that was we didn't really get a lot of information when we checked in. Other hotels I usually get wifi password, check out time, breakfast info. There was none of that. In the room there was nothing with local info either. Nothing that had any info about the hotel or local food places. It would have been nice to have that information. Otherwise it was a nice room and very convenient location to where the festival was so we will be staying again next year.

Great stay here while attending the ND/SD Realtor Convention. Quick check in and had requested an early check in for 230 pm and room was ready. Spacious room, we were on the 5th floor so very quiet. The food during the four day convention was excellent. Everyone commented on how good the food was. A special shout out to Noemi and Amanda who are bartenders in the lobby bar. Very personable and took care of the full bar and never waited to be served!

It's always an absolute pleasure staying here when in Sioux Falls. I like that the gym stays open 24/7 and the swimming facilities close late. Inside, facilities are absolutely immaculate, and more importantly, staff are friendly, hospitable and amicable. Rooms are both spacious and clean with copious supplies of fresh linen. Importantly for intrepid explorers, interstates and the airport are easily accessible within 5 minutes. This is the preferred choice when in Sioux Falls.

We went there for the pool. It was nice to be the only ones in the pool area. Hottub and pool looked liked they had not been cleaned in a while.

Hotel room shows a bit of age but this should not dissuade anyone. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was amazing. Somehow this room was priced below a king sized room. Large spacious area for dinner with the wife, as well as a jacuzzi bathtub. The room was very clean. We are on a road trip to Mount Rushmore and this was the perfect place for a pit stop. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Great location and good coffee bar. Lobby was modern with good fast breakfast (not included). Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, terrible beds……….. Expect better beds for a Marriott. We will return.

It's 2024, recently remodeled and not 1 USB port in room. I had 7 USB devices (2 phones, noise canceling headphones, earbuds, hearing aids, electric razor, bone conductive headset for swimming). Ridiculous. They said "there's a USB port by the lobby sofa. You can come sit down here and use it". Yah ... right. Luckily I found an AC-USB adapter in my razor case. Saved $5 on the room over where I often stay. What a joke. No complimentary breakfast here, coffee or anything. Medium cup of black coffee was $4. Basic breakfast was almost $15. What a ripoff. Hampton provides complimentary water in room, breakfast, coffee, etc. Went to lobby to buy a cold soda from their snack area. Everything was warm. When i told them they said "Oh its been that way for quite awhile. Guess it didn't get fixed". I walked over to the next hotel to get my soda. Found out they had lower rates, complimentary breakfast, USB ports in room, and their beverages were cold. I canceled my reservation for a later night at the Courtyard and switched. I won't be returning to the Courtyard by Marriott.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints were thin towels and ridiculously priced breakfast. I've stayed in less expensive hotels and had a more luxurious experience.

Chose this place without knowledge of the area. Found out after I left and saw: other nearby choices had no stores or restaurants nearby. This is huge if you’re not familiar with the area. Within a 5 minute walk I was at 20 stores and eateries. 15 minutes of walking even more and 25 minutes of walking: empire mall. This is a fine hotel and clean and upper class. Most importantly the staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast of blue Berry fresh pancakes is my favorite here and the food bar with a variety of items to grab and choose from is included with the “served main breakfast menu” at your table . The rooms were clean and modern. I picked the right place

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding. The hotel had everything you could want. The roon was clean, had a microwave and refrigerator, and WiFi. The hotel had a pool, business center, and almost anything else you could want, including a small marketplace and a bar. The restaurant was not separate, but consisted of tables in part of the large lobby area that extended around the corner to the bar area. We ate dinner here and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was not included and cost $10 for a nice buffet including hot items. The staff was great. The sink in our room didn't drain properly. We told the staff when we left for a short time and it was repaired when we returned an hour later. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked through Hilton Honors for two nights. Great location just off of I-229 and near Louise Avenue, full of restaurants and the Empire Mall. Our room was spacious and appreciated the Keurig coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator. We received $20 for breakfast...kudos to the cook! The staff at reception was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. The hotel was very clean and recently remodeled. We did not have any noise issues. We would stay here if we returned to Sioux Falls.

The Hilton was very nice and comfortable! After a full 12 hours of driving, we needed sleep and a shower. The room was nice. The bathroom was a bit small however the shower was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and the waitress was super nice. The woman who checked us in was quick and nice!

Our family's stay at the Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls, while a brief overnight stay, was pleasant and relaxing for all members. The room we had was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, french doors separating those from the bedroom and bath. This is ideal when traveling with family and is a rare find. The room was well cared for, immaculate, and had all provisions needed for us. Check in and check out at 3pm and 11am respectively, the staff are friendly and helpful, and their morning breakfast was deliciously presented and well maintained. One criticism is with the pool area. The wooden doors show signs of warpage, making them difficult to close. Otherwise, the pool and courtyard are fun and fabulous. An enjoyable experience and one I will consider when coming back through.

I was in South Dakota to visit my son and the hotel I usually stay in was booked (last minute trip) so I was scrambling to find a hotel. After reading reviews I settled on the Staybridge and I’m glad I did. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older but the rooms have all been painted and redecorated. I did not try the buffet, but it smelled great. I will now make the Staybridge my hotel of choice.

The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect! My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adult sons. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so convenient. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We have already made our next reservation!

This property was awesome! Easy access from Freeway, close to shops and dining. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The couch wasn't to comfortable but ok. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great.Will be staying here again.

Candlewood Suites, Sioux Falls, SD has a small staff, but they are efficient in maintaining the outstanding cleanliness and order of the hotel. They were cordial/friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and its workings. My room was spacious, very clean, and the kitchenette has everything needed for an extended stay. Free coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. Snacks and frozen meals are reasonably priced. There is free use of the guests' laundry room, which has plenty of washers and dryers. The hotel is located closely to all the national chain stores/restaurants and local merchants. The Interstate 29 is nearby. This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it. AAA+ facility!

Arrived late and my check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived to our room and felt like we were coming into a home for three nights. We enjoyed the spacious room and put the kitchenette to good use. TV’s are large and convenient. Bed and pillows were nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and do recommend this Candlewood Suites. Travel safe...

Very good location with plenty of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very large room with a complete kitchenette, full refrigerator, and twin countertop stove. Rooms very clean and the beds are very comfortable with a nice wall mounted flat screen TV. Even has a market place to buy things from snacks to rice cookers. Only down fall was very limited parking for amount of guests and the night guy wasn’t very friendly.

I had such a great stay at Candlewoods suites. The room was newly renovated and super clean. The staff were friendly and were always around if I needed them. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it was great and I will be back!

Excellent property. Clean, roomy, on a quiet street, safe to walk the dogs at night, centrally located, updated, very well put together. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed here on Sunday night for my daughter’s 7th birthday (school holiday Monday.) King suite came with 5 pool wristbands at a reasonable $119 Pros: Convenient and quiet location right off the interstate 15 mins from Sioux Falls Waterpark was a blast for the kids. Big water slide was pretty fun for the adults. Kids were too chicken to try 😆 Pet friendly with $20 fee Room was big, clean, nice - suite had a microwave, fridge, king bed, sofa bed, sitting area and it was on an end near a stairwell One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel - warm cinnamon rolls, breads/muffins, 1 minute pancake maker was cool, turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, egg white/veggie or egg/cheese omelettes, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee Friendly and accommodating staff Cons: I wish they’d enforce the no kids under 12 in the hot tub which is posted. Not because I don’t like kids but it was crowded with little ones who aren’t old enough yet to know not to pee in the pool. No thanks When the big slide is running (top half hour of each hour) the swimming pool part is closed and only the 1 ft splash pool is open. Not a big deal but if you have bigger kids who don’t want to go down the slide it could be boring for them The big bucket on top of the splash area seemed to be broken. Kids still had a lot of fun Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The location of this hotel just off I-90 makes it a perfect location if you are traveling through the area, and it’s also convenient for many Sioux Falls locations. The Sioux Falls Airport is a 15 minutes drive, and Falls Park and downtown Sioux Falls is also a short drive. This is a lovely hotel, with professional staff that are pleasant and engaging. The rooms are clean, quiet, roomy and conducive to getting a good night sleep. Our room was complete with a microwave and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. We enjoyed the happy hour upon our arrival complete with complementary appetizers, beer and wine. There are several restaurants nearby, so we were able to enjoy dinner without traveling very far. And the breakfast was fabulous. As a celiac I was able to enjoy many gluten-free options, and the kitchen staff were really nice. Thank you to everyone for a job well done! When we come back to this area we will stay here again.

My family of four stayed here for two nights recently. We chose this hotel due to its waterpark features and the fact we could escape socialist MN by hopping over the SD border a few miles. We certainly did not go wrong with this hotel. Check in was fast with my IHG Plat status recognized and welcome pts given. Room and facility was very clean, beds comfortable, with the quality pillows you come to expect at HIX properties. Mini waterpark was perfect for our kids, they really liked the tube slide while we adults used the hot tub (perhaps turn the temp down just a bit in there, plenty hot). The morning compl. breakfast is where this place really shined, given it is still covid times. EVERYTHING that would have been normally included with a non covid breakfast was included now! It was served by hotel staff, but nonetheless all items, including hot breakfast items were available. SO MUCH BETTER than other hotels that have only prepackaged junk out. I used the fitness facility which was small, but contained modern equipment. Covid wise, signs are posted to wear masks but the staff did not harp on people not wearing masks staying there which we truly appreciated. Overall great stay, we will try to return again some day.

This was an amazing hotel! We traveled with kids who had a blast in the pool and indoor playground! The rooms were clean & spacious. The staff friendly. And breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is within walking distance of a really good restaurant (Tailgators) and a gas station. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have younger kids!

We've stayed here at least 3 times before, but haven't been back in about 6 years. We were pleased that the hotel still seemed so new. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but a bit high for shorter people. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than what we've had in some restaurants. Omelets, sausage, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yogurt and a variety of beverages in a nice clean eating area. We'll most certainly stay here again.

We attended an 11 year old boy’s hockey tournament at The Scheel’s Ice Plex a few minutes down the road and this hotel was perfect. The boys and their siblings spent hours playing in the pool. Lots of tables and seating in the pool area. The large breakfast room had fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with cheese, fried potatoes, sausage, cold cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, toast etc. and some mornings waffles. In addition to regular and decaf coffee there was a coffee machine in the lobby providing specialty coffees and hot chocolate all included in the room rate. At lunch, the breakfast room turned into a lunch buffet restaurant that you paid for. The made from scratch pizza was very good. Our room had a Keurig coffee machine, microwave and small fridge. Each of the few queen beds had four pillows. Nice, large shower. Only thing missing was a container for recyclables but unfortunately I find this to often be the case in the USA. There is a lovely outdoor pool area that is open in the summer season. Across the road was a gas station that sold beer and snacks and the large Empire Shopping Mall was maybe a 10 to 15 minute drive. Great place to stay.

I was a bit nervous when we booked this room based on the reviews. I would take all of those reviews with a grain of salt. Yes, this hotel is an older hotel but I could only find 2 complaints. Our shower pressure was minimal and the water did not get very hot and our view was not great. We stayed in room 2108 and it was super spacious. The beds were super comfortable. This particular room did not have a desk. Just a table and 2 chairs. The indoor pool was great, especially for little kids. The outdoor pool is amazing! Both pool areas had plenty of seating. The continental breakfast was also great. The staff. Ramada, you should be proud. Everyone we encountered was great. There were 3 people working the counter on Friday when we arrived. Each one of them was happy and helpful. The staff walking around the premises were friendly. The staff working the continental breakfast was efficient and kept things full. One thing I really appreciated was the free bags of ice for the coolers. Would definitely stay here again!

We got a suite, and it was beautiful and so fun. Very happy with the room. The kids loved the pool and swam a lot. I wish the pool would open earlier than 9am. The breakfast was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, few kinds of cereal, bread for toast, 2 kinds of mini muffins. They were out of OJ and the coffee didn’t taste good. Need some fruit, maybe they were out at 9 when we were there. (Served from 7 to 10.) My kids were disappointed that there weren’t pancakes or waffles to make themselves. The front end staff was okay. They forgot to give me our pool wristbands when I checked in so I had to go and track those down. And forgot to tell me that pool towels were at the front desk. I asked for a late check out, but was told I needed to talk to the front desk people the next day. When we came for breakfast, I stopped and asked if we could check out late (meaning noon instead of 11 o’clock). The woman barely looked at her computer and told me, quote, “no, we need the room”. No “sorry about that” or “thanks for staying with us, but we can’t do a late check out today”, just “no” after looking down at her computer for less than 5 seconds. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had to deal with this woman before. She is not helpful or friendly. Other than her, we had a very pleasant time and good interactions with other staff members.

The pools were great! The indoor pools were perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had low expectations of the hotel brand grill, but my husband said it may have been the best club sandwich he has ever had. (Quesadillas were delicious too.) Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast and was the right price (complimentary). It was a great stay.

Stayed here for the waterpark and my kids loved it. They enjoyed all the different things they had to offer. The water temperature was perfect, the hot tub was nice too. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. There was enough offerings to cater to a wide variety of tastes.

I can’t speak highly enough about my stay. The location is great; you can walk to Texas Roadhouse in three minutes, you’ve got the mall on one side of you and 41st on the other, so you have easy access to the hubs of the city. The building is beautiful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was better than most; it had your staples like waffles, bagels, and cereal, but also egg white frittatas with spinach and feta, ham egg and cheese croissants, yogurt, chocolate milk, etc. They have a business center and a pool that, while on the small side, seemed perfectly nice. The staff absolutely shined. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable; from a helpful housekeeping guy whose name unfortunately I didn’t get, to Shun and Al at the front desk, who I cannot say enough about. From getting me a new remote when the batteries in mine were low to documenting minor cosmetic damage in the bathroom (likely caused recently, they offered me a different room but I was fine) to giving me advice on parking downtown, they were friendly, welcoming, competent, and helpful. The accommodations were very nice, but the staff is what set it apart from any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Sioux Falls.

Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby was lukewarm. The room is modern and top notch. Dual display (front and side) tabletop digital alarm clock with 2 USB Plugs is great. Water from the shower felt to be treated by water softener. Hot breakfast include sausage links and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, house keeping needs more attention. There was only 1 coat hanger in the closet and luckily I was able to find a house keeper in the hallway and she gave me 2 more hangers. The two shampoo bottles attached in the shower enclosure were both empty, only the conditioner is partially filled. There was only a facial soap bar provided with no body soap bar. When I mentioned the empty shampoo bottle to the front desk staff, she never even offered a pretentious apology. However, the check in staff was quite friendly and courteous.

One night stopover on our drive through the state. Room was well appointed with a sitting area separated from the bedroom. Desk area is the separation. Tv is between and can swing between the two sides. Can use your phone as the remote for the tv. A small bar area with microwave and fridge. Fridge didn’t have a freezer. Bathroom had a nice shower. Spacious with good towels and water pressure. Nice lighting throughout the room. Could be dim or bright as you wanted. Bed was comfortable and clean. Only one side had a bedside table. Room darkening shades on the windows. Even though it was close to the interstate it was quiet in the room. The usual breakfast type things in the lobby. Nothing special there. Has a pool and exercise area.

Our room was AMAZING! It was huge and very comfortable. View from window not up to much but that didn’t matter to us really. Ideal location near Empire Shopping Mall and a gas food Italian restaurant near by too. The man on reception was very friendly and gave us great customer service. Breakfast was good and fresh with nice verity of products.

Very clean, updated, modern, and comfortable beds! Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk girl (who was a manager) was so kind and accommodating — checked us in quickly and gave us a free bottle of water because we were all so thirsty but it was very late at night and we just needed to get to bed. Thank you!!!

My husband and I stayed at your Staybridge Suites on April 24th and April 25th. I was having a surgical procedure done on the 25th, so I was required to stay in town the night of the surgery on the 25th before our 100 mile drive home the next day. I could not have been in a more pleasant & clean & comfortable setting the night before the surgery and the night of the surgery. It was such a nice suite...I hated to leave there on the 26th. Liz & Jerzy at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating, and the evening meal and breakfast were wonderful. On the morning of the 26th, I was so impressed with Jodi and Tara in the Breakfast area....everything was really clean and so inviting, and all of the food was SO delicious. Due to the fact that I work part-time in a Hotel Breakfast Buffet Area, I notice those things. I give the whole Hotel Experience there an A+, and we would definitely stay there again! Kudos to your great staff!

I don’t write reviews usually, but I do read them and everything I read was spot on. This hotel is so clean and modern. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, the kitchenette was a great added bonus, large hallways, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was worth the extra money for a such a clean hotel. Staff was also very welcoming and helpful. The pool is small but my kids had a ball. The chlorine was pretty strong for me but that’s a minimal complaint. I will definitely look to stay at this chain again.

The exceptional customer service, me, my family and our service dog were given. For example, when we first arrived, our service dog was greeted with a doggy welcome bag with a treat inside - really nice touch. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We were there for the Nike XC race event that weekend and we knew the hotel was very busy due to a lot of other events going on at that same weekend too, but the staff were great, really professional. Breakfast choices were very good too and the hotel room we were given was well maintained and very clean.

Lovely breakfast, best I've seen for a free breakfast, super friendly employees. Rooms are modern, love the tile and kitchen/bath fixtures. Rooms very very clean. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Hallways are wide and bright. The gal working at the breakfast was very sweet as well as the front desk. Nice hot tub and pool. Pool a little too cold.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Had nice vending services, plus "happy hour" room and pool looked great although we didn't use it. A/C kept room comfortable and was quiet. Lots of extra towels and wash clothes provided.

Breakfast was delicious when it was there, rooms were clean, facilities were nice, bar inside was awesome, AND pet friendly!!! Very up to date and enjoyable. Price was better than in Sioux Falls!

Friendly staff bakes fresh cookies daily in the lobby. Hotel bar/restaurant is on the beautiful river walk. Free hot breakfast eggs and sausage. Pool and hot tub open late. 15 minute walk down the river pathway to Big Falls Park. Beautiful color changing pedestrian bridge next to hotel makes downtown only a 5 minute walk to the events park and shops/ restaurants, you don’t have to drive. Easy free parking with 2 lots. Clean rooms with beautiful river views from the 4th floor. Elevator not crowded.

First of all, location. This hotel is less than a block from downtown Sioux Falls' vibrant and fun Phillips Ave. Lots of bars, restaurants, unique shopping and Falls Park all within 15 minutes walking. Hotel itself was clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, most notably Sharon, the lovely gal who runs the breakfast. She keeps her area clean and well-stocked. She is always interacting with folks, especially kids, with cheer and kindness. She is a true customer service pro! Our room and bed were comfy, and the shower was excellent.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. Alan, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful in helping me find a nearby restaurant that served "chislic", a local specialty. The hotel was also easily walkable to the concert hall where I heard a performance by the South Dakota Symphony. My room was very clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. And the shower was quick to give a strong flow of nicely hot water. The free-breakfast was ample, with scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, oranges, bananas, cereals, muffins, biscuits, gravy, coffee, milk, OJ, etc.. And the attendant, whose name I didn't catch, was just charming in making sure that everything was in order. Definitely a great find in downtown Sioux Falls!

They seem to be renovating the rooms, and ours had a fresh, new bathroom and bright white towels. The linens were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the river from our room which was nice. There is an onsite restaurant so we didn't need to leave the hotel and we just relaxed and had dinner on the patio. Breakfast was good with all the usual offerings-hot and cold. Coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Right off the I90 on my way to Wyoming . Staff was excellent and sorry I don’t remember your name but the individual working at the front desk assisted me when I mentioned I had taken a fall and needed ointment and bandages until I can get to a drug store. They were left hanging on my door handle which I am truly grateful for. He also recommended a restaurant for dinner which I attended and enjoyed. The view was perfect , the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the lady working front desk when I checked out was also very friendly. Looking forward to staying there again in a few days when I drive back to Cedar Rapids and fly back to Canada 🇨🇦 Thank you to everyone at AmericInn , you guys rock !

Curb appeal was good. Front desk was cordial. Room was spacious and fairly clean. It was a handicap accessible room but on 2nd floor. They had an elevator so that’s nice. Shower had black mold at basin at the basin was pitched towards wall so it didn’t drain well. Only shower head was hand wand style. Several floor tiles were loose and grout was missing or loose. Window had view of roof. Room had second sing but no cabinet doors so you could see plumbing. Hot tub was a warm tub with shower water hotter. Coffee was okay but milk was spoiled and breakfast was near non existent.

The Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Tyler went the extra mile to assist us with an issue with Booking.com issue with my brothers room. Janet kept the breakfast bar full of food and clean. And Michelle was very helpful in getting the family rooms on the same floor

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel was also clean. We came in late at night the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked everything about the hotel except the breakfast wasn't that great, it wasn't bad not much of a selection. I would recommend staying there if you get a chance.

The pillow was as hard as a rock. House keeping was beating on doors at 845 . That being said front desk was friendly rooms were very clean. Didn't use the pool or hottub or breakfast as we were just here for one night and had breakfast plans already

We loved this hotel ! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. The lady taking care of the breakfast was really nice and very attentive. The evening snacks with a choice of wines, beer and cokes plus pretzel balls, chips and cookies was a nice bonus. Parking was great and even with road construction was very easy to get in and out of the hotel. We loved it and are planning to return next month. Also, a couple restaurants are located within walking distance. I have absolutely no complaints !

The only complaint I have and it wasn’t even a huge thing. Was the heater in the pool/hottub was out. And I really love the pool when it’s warm. Other than that this is my 3rd stay here and all 3 times have been wonderful!!

A clean and convenient hotel by the airport in Sioux Falls, about 7-10 minutes away from downtown Sioux Falls. Check-in was easy. The breakfast was nothing special but was nice to have. There is a pool and hottub which we didn't use. The gym is rather small, with only one treadmill that kicks you off after 10 minutes. Would recommend if passing through Sioux Falls.

Great location... just 7 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was amazing - the temperature was very comfortable. The hot tub was really, really hot... just like it should be. We left too early for their breakfast, but Robert was in early preparing the breakfast bar and happily helped us get a bite of breakfast before our early flight! Thanks, Robert. It was very nice and clean. The biggest drawback was the slippery shower. We are seniors and my husband isn't steady. Lucky I showered before him to tell him how the shower was like oiled glass. He held onto the shower grab bar the whole time. It would be wise to add non stick coating to the shower, in my opinion. The breakfast was delicious and everything else was very good.

This hotel is in a great location, easy across to I-29. Fairly close to restaurants and the falls. It is very well maintained, There is a lounge, snacks and drinks near front desk to purchase. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, very clean and maintained. The hot tub was definitely hot,I only put my legs in. The room was immaculate and the bathtub was pristine. I give them kudos for cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast "buffet" was not fully stocked at 8:15 although it lasted until 9 a.m. All in all, for the price, location, and absolutely cleanest room I had on my 8 day trip out of 4 trips I would definitely stay here any time I'm in the area.
