They meet the world's standards - very clean, always in a proper shape, nice ambiance, good air and water quality. There is also an outdoor space and jacuzzi under the sun in the summer. Thereception staff and the Manager are incredibly friendly, smiling, hospitable and meeting the needs of the clients where requested. A highly recommended place for relaxation and swimming!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and unexpectedly perfect. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this is a modern hotel, with a brand-new appearance, designed with high-tech features and smart practicality throughout. Even the standard room was surprisingly large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room also included a sofa, work desk, fridge, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. The room offered a paid minibar, but also included complimentary coffee capsules and a bottle of water, which was a great touch. Every detail was well considered — power outlets and USB ports were placed conveniently for all kinds of devices. The lighting was perfectly configured, and the bathroom was spacious, functional, and practical, with everything needed: hairdryer, gels, tissues, and impeccable cleanliness. I also appreciated the carpet around the bed area, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — extensive, varied, and of excellent quality. The hotel also features a wonderful spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a large gym — perfect for any workout or fitness routine you want to follow. The overall look of the hotel is majestic, luxurious, and ultra-modern. The staff were highly professional, helpful, and attentive. I truly have nothing to complain about — it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. 💯 I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the last weekend of September 2024. The hotel has recently re-opened following a major refurbishment and they have done an excellent job. There are many large open spaces but there is a feeling of privacy and exclusivity. Without fail every member of staff greets you as you move through the hotel and exchanges pleasantries creating an impression that you are incredibly welcome. There is a large indoor pool and outside sun terrace with large newly built sauna and steam room. the jets on the jacuzzi are nice and strong too! The hotel is located in a business area so there is not a large amount in the near vicinity although we found both an Italian cafe and a wonderful ice cream parlour by the lake where we watched the turtles (yes turtles) swimming and basking in the sun. There is also a supermarket in the business area where we bought the things we forgot to take with us. Taxi ride from/ to the airport was £7 each way and there is a metro station a 10 minute walk from the hotel which costs 70p each way in and out of the city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel for the quality and tranquility it offers within easy access of the city.

It was the best night I've spent in a hotel in a long time! The room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable and best of all it was very quiet and I woke up wonderfully rested the next morning! The food was delicious, the breakfast buffet excellent! The staff was very friendly and professional. The property offered secure parking and the neighborhood seemed clean and quiet. For our purposes the property was conveniently close to the highway so we could continue our trip the next day without passing through inner city traffic. We arrived on time to make use of the swimming pool, which is surprisingly big compared to most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use it for future trips.

The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I highly recommend the Metropolitan Hotel Sofia for its outstanding service, elegant atmosphere, and excellent facilities.

A wonderful city hotel! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere feels warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the airport transfer was quick and convenient. The breakfast was fresh and delicious – a perfect start to the day!

We initially only considered this hotel because we tend to stay at Radisson when travelling, but we were very impressed by it and would happily return again. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel seems to have been recently renovated. We were upgraded to a higher-floor room with a view, which was fantastic, but I was especially touched by a handwritten welcome card, it really did make me smile. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and surprisingly good hazelnut coffee. I loved the idea of providing glass water bottles in the room that can be refilled. We were disappointed not to be able to use the sauna as it was closed on the days we enquired about. But overall, this was an excellent stay which we thoroughly enjoyed, and we would happily recommend this hotel.

Fully renovated hotel rooms with wonderful beds and duvets, large TV with Netflix, nice view and super fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was amazing - they made me omelette and fresh juice, they serve fresh fruits and vegetables and great coffee! Staff is so nice, thanks so much for everything to the whole team!

-Stylish and beautifully arranged and spacious room -Plenty of storage-many shelves, a big wardrobe, few smaller cupboards.. -Loved the flexibility of three single beds in the room; -Customer service was excellent on all levels; -Good value for money; -Generous check-out time; -Great central, but quiet location.

The communication with host over the phone was very efficient and the check in went flawlessly, as a result. The rest of the parameters were good, but not perfect. For example, the property is located on a quite street, but the noise from the neighbors was disturbing almost the entire night. The location is very good, if you have a car, but is somewhat problematic, when using a public transportation. The room and the bathroom are rather clean, but not perfect. In general, the hotel adequately represents it's prise.

Apartment is big and comfortable. Includes everything you need. There is a lot of space. It is very clean, and hosts are great. We will come back again .

We liked bathtube that was in apartment. Room was big and comfy with everything that's needed. Bed was comfy and well arranged 😊. City center is a bit far, but there are bus and metro lines nearly 😊👍🏼

Comfortable matress, clean jacuzzi, cleaning every day. The location is perfect, also the parking is small but usefull due to being in the center of the city that is blue parking zone.

The room was stunning. The views from the massive windows onto the mountains surrounding Sofia were breathtaking. The hotel is a whole complex in itself. There are 29 floors, with a chic sky bar on the top floor and an array of restaurants and a spa area on the other floors. For the price I paid, this is the best value luxury hotel within Europe. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and efficient. Not only the excellent reception staff, but those working in the Vienna restaurant and the Sky Bar were very friendly and exceptionally skilled in their work. The hotel was very clean and the room I stayed in was more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Lots of space to work and a massive TV and sizeable bathroom. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Great restaurants on site and a traditional Bulgarian taverna around the corner. Well connected to the airport and other parts of Central Sofia. For business and leisure 10/10. Outstanding!

Being right under the best casino in Bulgaria, a rooftop bar at the very top of Sofia with amazing cocktails, and a wonderful breakfast… This hotel has it all. We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and an amazing view from the 18th floor. The staff were very polite and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and Spa access—a very sweet touch! The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended as one of the best hotels in Sofia.

Great location, high end luxury and clean hotel!. Large room (we had the corner room on the 9th floor with nice view). Loved the choice of restaurants onsite , especially the Asian restaurant, which was great! Michael ftom the Asian restaurant was super helpful and accomodating (unlike other hotel employees). Grand cafe was also a nice place to grab something in a chill vibe. Overall we enjoed our stay and it is a nice and upscale hotel (though quite a bit more expensive). Some family members enjoyed the onsite casino (less my thing to do 😊)

Wonderful hotel. It is for 5 stars hotel. Nice and helpful personnel they are 24 h on request of the guest. 24 h working lobby bar which was very comfortable for us to have drinks at late. Nice outdoor swimming pool with big beautiful green space with some amenities for children. Food in the restaurant is very delicious service is the best. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. We very liked that the breakfast is prepared at the moment especially for us! Enough parking space Big and comfortable beds. Clean and very stylish rooms. We will come back for shure😊

Friendly and helpful staff (suitcase was brought to room). We got a room upgrade! We were welcomed with fresh lemonade and slices of cake. We ate delicious food in the evening in the outdoor poolside restaurant. Drinks in the bar not expensive by European standards. Breakfast is not a buffet, but sufficiently extensive and delicious (and you get a phenomenal view of Sofia with it). Ideal location for when you have to take the rental car to the airport the day after.

I can sincerely recommend this accommodation. The kindness of the staff was outstanding. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The surroundings are charming, and the pool is clean. In the restaurant, the staff was also very kind, and the food was delicious. Parking is available right in front of the hotel building. From the restaurant on the top floor, where we had breakfast, the view is breathtaking!

I booked the hotel for my wife's birthday. Believe me when I say I'm a very demanding customer when it comes to making my wife happy and surprised, so I did ask a lot from the Abrazo team, they went above and beyond what I ask for, any issues as little it was, was fixed professionally and rapidly, the breakfast buffet offers a very good selection the restaurant was very clean, and the coffee excellent, the reception staff was fantastic always a smile and very helpful when you need to go somewhere or needed informations. The room we had was a studio with a jacuzzi and balcony, very specious, comfortable bed, very clean, a lot of complementary toiletries and a very well priced mini bar. I also take the time to say thank you to the chambers maid for the folding towels on my wife's birthday. From the management to the staff, every one goes above and beyond to make your stay really exceptional, everyone cares about your wellness during your stay, professional and committed that the way I qualified the Abrazo team. The Abrazo is not a massive 4 Stars it's more intimate, more like a boutique hotel, ok it's not central 20 minutes to town center, but there is a fantastic public transport system and very cheap. If I ever go back to Sofia I know where to stay. Once again again thanks to all at the Abrazo for making our stay fantastic.

Stayed 3 nights and must say it's a true 4-star hotel in all aspects. The rooms are big, have everything in regards to a 4-star, wide range of breakfast options, in-room water, coffee, bar awesome TV with flight info, youtube, and what now. The bathroom is spacious and has everything needed. The staff is super polite and friendly and always goes out of their way you approach them for anything. Instances - I needed iron - they had it and also helped with iron boards There was some foul smell in the bathroom and they not only tried to fix it but also did extremely sensitive cleaning and provided a bottle of freshener. They packed breakfast for my early train and, when needed gave me free coffee and anything they could provide. Their coffee machine is so awesome rich in taste and milky texture. The location is a bit out of center but easily reachable with trams and buses which are in front of the hotel. I was lucky to get a small balcony. Wifi and aircon were fantastic

Great location, walking distance to everywhere. The bed was really comfortable and the room was big and also comfortable. The bathroom and bathtub was really clean. The staff was always helpful and with smiling faces. Tje breakfast was good. When I come to Sofia again, I definitely will stay again in this hotel.

Enjoyed our breakfast everyday, especially the fruits I love Pineapple and very good choices of fruits and others like fried eggs.Also we had nice dinner at the restaurant.Location was great would be helpful it they give you an idea however being explorer we found the little town local shops and at the very end we found places to eat like Happy and Grill, some Ancient Ruins under the Metro and Vitosha Boulevard.Room was very spacious and clean and Tidy.We had good experience in checking in at the time of our arrival was Sunday around 1400PM one of the staff Mr.Iva help us with our stuff and assisted us to find our Room like a maze.

Staff were exceptionally friendly upon arrival and throughout the whole stay. Rooms are large, clean and have everything you need. the pool was free to use (bring your own swimming cap) and was perfect for a morning swim. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and great service with plenty of space. only a short 5 min walk to the main street and most attractions so ideally located. tram from airport stops very close by (yellow line to Opalchensha)

Hotel Anel is an excellent choice in Sofia: spacious rooms, elegantly furnished with great attention to detail, modern facilities, and a top spa center. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, offering outstanding hospitality. Its central location and very good restaurant complete a truly delightful experience.

The spa was very nice, with jacuzzi, multiple saunas and large indoor pool.

It is located outside the city centre but surrounded with mountains, nature and fresh air. The facilities, spa and massage, gym are amazing. The spa has several types of saunas, such as aroma, infra and traditional, Turkish bath, a jacuzzi and a large pool. The gym is huge for a hotel gym, with many many machines. The restaurant is also very good, serving tasty foods, breakfast is OK, with a large selection of doughnuts. Rooms are big and comfortable. Each room is located in a separate villa.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times already and I absolutely love it. The spa area is fantastic — the sauna and the pool are spotless and really relaxing. The whole place has a calm, cozy vibe, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

We wanted to enjoy the weekend by the pool and just relax- quick escape. We really liked the fact you can choose in between of the outdoor and indoor swimming pool with the spa. The whole resort was nice and quiet. Water in the indoor pool had really nice temperature and a size of the pool was great too. The outdoor pool was quite cold but I can imagine during hot summer days can be the temperature of the water more pleasant. The restaurant and the menu were alright. Difficult to say for us if it’s pricey or not(we have been visiting Bulgaria for the first time). Breakfast wasn’t bad, we have been missing more vegetables and fruits options. I would say we are used to bigger breakfast for 4* hotels. Just the waitresses have been giving us the feeling they are not super happy to see customers sometimes. But they always helped. Spa was great. We really liked the room! Very clean, we had everything we needed- junior suite..

The triple bad room is very big conformable, cleanest its good the beds are extra large and confort ,the view from bedroom are deferent and great one badroom give a perfect panoramic view of Sofia another bedroom give a perfect view on vitosha Mountain, so i definitely recommended this room its family frendly with someone who have two or more kids. Restaurant in the hotel is good clean and breakfast was on Satisfactory level.

The location was fantastic, near a beautiful mountain, church and lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The mountain air was fresh and the temperature was much cooler than the city centre. The hotel was very comfortable and our room was great. Staff members were welcoming and friendly.

The room was amazing. Really good size, beautiful decor. And they had TV's that played Netflix and YouTube etc, which as an English person was great as I could log into my own accounts and watch what I wanted. The food in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was also very good. The lady on reception when we arrived was absolutely lovely.

I am usually very critical but this was easily the best hotel ever. Everything was perfect! Great breakfast, nice staff, amazing room, great gadgets (TV in the mirror), clean, everything in good condition, silent, nice chill temperatures from the nature in the back. Very friendly reception, spacious and clean rooms, Super wellness area and 25-meter sports pool. Sauna, steam bath, Turkish sauna, salt room, Jacuzzi, as well as sufficient comfortable sun loungers and beautiful outdoor area. Extensive and varied breakfast, the service is also very friendly and courteous. The house also has a casino, great show program. The hotel offers very good value for money; I can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Sofia for three nights during a business trip, and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is in a great spot which made getting around super convenient. It’s also within easy reach of downtown Sofia and key attractions like the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Vitosha Boulevard. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfy bed, decent workspace, and good Wi-Fi. The decor is slightly dated, but everything was functional and well-maintained. The standout for me was the indoor pool and wellness area. It’s rare to find such good leisure facilities in a mid-range city hotel. Staff were polite and efficient, especially at check-in and in the restaurant. Not overly warm, but professional and helpful when I had questions. Breakfast was included and had a good variety—continental options, eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, and decent coffee. I didn’t try the dinner service, but the bar had a decent selection and relaxed atmosphere. For the price, I thought the value was excellent, especially with the amenities included. Ramada by Wyndham Sofia is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great access to the city and transport. It’s not luxury, but it ticks all the boxes for a city break or business trip. I’d definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little hard. Breakfast was excellent with lots of both hot and cold options. The proximity to the central railway and bus station, and to a metro station made it a good location for movement into the city centre (only 2 stops on the metro) and for inter-city travel by train or bus. The staff at reception were very friendly and fun, and very helpful in providing information.

1. Very convenient location for entering and exiting Sofia. 2. Luxurious underground parking. 3. Attentive and responsive staff. Our windows looked into the wall of the neighboring building. Without further ado, we were replaced with a room with a view of the city and mountains. 4. Cozy bedroom with a wide bed. There is air conditioning. There is a balcony for two rooms. 5. The living room also has air conditioning and a pull-out sofa for a child. Extra bed linen was brought without much discussion. Everyone was given robes and slippers. Little things, but nice. 6. The restaurant on the top floor has a luxurious buffet for breakfast. There is a cafe in the lobby. Downstairs there is a sauna, a massage table, SPA treatments, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a room with exercise equipment. Everything is great!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to the highways, easy to find and not far away from Sofia Airport about 15 drive. As well it is not far away from supermarket and other shops like restaurants. It's about 5 mins walk. It has a good basement parking spare for free. The room was very big, comfortable and clean for us 3 adults. It had full windows and I could see the view outside. The shower was very big, comfortable and clean. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. The morning breakfast was buffet and it had all types of food with an amazing view in the restaurant.

Good location just off the ring road so easy to find, just a short drive to the city centre. Although there is a lot of traffic it is not very noisy as you keep your windows shut. Secured free underground parking with direct acess to rooms and elevators. Very pretty, warm and clean swimming pool, several different saunas (it was included in the price of our room). The staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, some different choices every day. The room was big with a spacious new shower and good hot water pressure

A great Hotel situated at the heart of the city right next to the Metro stations and within walking distance to all major sites of the city. Very large room with all kinds of amenities, big bathroom that includes a shower, as well as a bathtub with jacuzzi jets.

We already stay many times at the "Sveta Sofia Hotel" and we love it so much. Location is great, near subway station and central street "Vitosha". Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, it has everything you need: eggs, fruit and vegetables, cheese yogurt, juice and coffee .. Great value hotel. Everything was perfect. 1.The location of the hotel was great. Situated in the centre, in a quiet surroundings and a 10-minute-walk from most of the prominent landmarks and Serdika metro station. The bus station is a 20-minute-walk from the hotel. 2.The breakfast was basic but really tasty. The kids enjoyed the scrambled eggs and blueberry jam 😊 and the coffee was strong ☕ 4. We could sleep well, the beds were comfortable and it was not noisy. You could hear the neighbours from time to time but nothing serious. 5. There was a water cooker and some coffee and tea. 6. The stay was overall fine - we only spent the evenings/nights in the hotel as we were sightseeing during the day and found our stay pretty much enjoyable.

Staff at front desk and cleaner were lovely and helpful. Arrived early and they assisted with luggage and room while we went and explored area. Property is dated, but does have charm and comfort. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional. Only issue is that walls are thin and can hear movement and outside noise but is a minor problem for us. We found limited dining options for the night.

The nice lady on the phone told me that i got an whole apartment instead for the 2 nights. The apartment was nice, modern and cosy and I got something like my own little flat which was a nice surprise.

The location. We got an apartment because of healthy requirements. No smoking environments. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning stuff is extremely helpful and connects with the management immediately when asked for help.

Having only arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight, the reception was already closed. The number to call was clearly posted at the entrance and the lady was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to enter the building and my room. Full 24/7 support! Furthermore, I had a wonderful large room with comfortable bed.

When travelling sold this was like home from home. The staff could not do enough for you, there was no drama, everyone was very friendly. The cleanliness was superb and service exceptional.i
