Overall our stay was nice, the property was clean, in a safe area, and walkable to downtown. I purposely booked a room with a balcony and city view (it was extra to do this) and upon check in was given a ground floor room behind bushes. When I went back to the front desk and brought this up her reply was ‘Well you’re on the city view side and you have a patio’. I told her I booked a balcony on purpose and multiple times she told me I had a patio instead and there were no other rooms available. It wasn’t until I asked what the purpose of paying more for a balcony was if they just assign you as they want. Then she said she could switch me with someone who hadn’t checked in yet as long as we hadn’t touched anything in the room and had left it resellable and that she would have to check it. She did eventually move us to the 3rd floor with a balcony but I don’t understand why we weren’t assigned that in the beginning since the reservation clearly said balcony room. The front desk lady was not necessarily rude but was clearly annoyed I was asking for the room I paid for. It was a decent breakfast and we might stay there again but I’m hesitant after our check in issue. The kids were excited to finally stay on the ‘castle on the hill’ and LOVED the balcony. The city view was very nice at night as well.

This hotel was an easy Uber ride from airport and then no car needed. We walked to restaurants, church, dollar store, cookies and soccer stadium as well as beautiful river area. Gonzaga U is VERY close! The front desk person Paul was so friendly and welcoming! He was an excellent advisor to everything we wanted to see and do. The local restaurants are so good and the downtown charm is pleasant. The hotel looks like a Harry Potter painting at night! The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. Spent a lot of time in the spacious lobby and the accommodating outdoor seating. The breakfast is plentiful and very delicious! There are warm cookies and cold milk every evening!! You won’t be disappointed if staying here! Every staff member we encountered in our three days was pleasant and accommodating!

Staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and it felt like they were genuinely happy to see us. The small dinner (only offered MTW) was a welcome surprise. Joliet (I think that was her name) in the dinner & breakfast room was a joy to interact with and made us smile each time we saw her. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We walked to downtown over the river from the hotel. If we come back to Spokane, we will definitely stay here again.

Clean - constant cleaning. Well-staffed - wow...there are people to answer phones, help, greet, serve breakfast (and cookies at night!) and there are often a few cleaning or working in the lobby (which is fairly large and has lots of natural light - was a great place to work). Friendly staff. Nice views. This is an older hotel - not brand new, but the room was recently redone and it's clear that the building and interiors were built well and with quality in mind. It's not one of the newer "throw away" hotels of the usual Hampton/Fairfield/Express ilk where when it's new, it looks good for a few years and then looks like crap because the franchisee spent as little as possible to turn a buck. Nice lobby. Good breakfast (with a few options for gluten free and sugar free - something I find lacking at other hotels of this variety). We got a balcony room for about $10 extra per night and I thought it was worth it to open the door and enjoy the fresh air / look at the view. The noise from the main road is sometimes loud if a sportscar/Harley revving goes by, but did not hear normal traffic on the 3rd floor. We also used the fitness room which was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, and had a filtering water machine to fill bottles. It's clear that the owners are proud of their facility and keep it in good repair and take care of the customer. I wish more in this price range were like this one. We will stay here again if in the area.

Staff was friendly, answered questions and check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. City view was lovely. The late night cookies and access to 24/7 coffee in the lobby was nice. There is also a little store in the lobby for snacks. Lobby is inviting and has plenty of places inside and outside to hang out. Free parking was a must for me. No hidden fees beyond what I booked. The room has a small refrigerator, miceowave, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Full size shower head. Can ask for other toiletries if needed. The breaksfast (6:30am-9:30am) had variety (fresh pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, muffins, juices, cereal and milk, bagels, etc). Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I was happy with this! No complaints and very positive experience. Would consider staying again or referring friends if they visit the area.

The bed was comfortable in the shower, luxurious. Best part was the exceptional service I received from the moment. I got there until the moment I left. Jordan the valet was friendly and helpful. Alivia at the bar/restaurant delightful and knowledgeable. Forest at Table 13 provided the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. And I appreciated the extra care and assistance from Jacob and Amanda at the front desk. I can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you, Davenport Grand!

We had drinks at the whiskey bar our first night. We were kind of tired, but then we came across the most amazing bartender that we have ever had in any of our travels. Her name was Crystal and she took great care of us and made the best drinks we've ever had. Martinis, old fashions, other delicious cocktails, and her attentive nature And fantastic personality made the experience so good for us. We found out she was working the next night at the main bar in the lobby and we had to come despite having already had a full day we went and had more drinks that were just as amazing as the night before. She is a tremendous bartender and a very nice person, and I can't recommend her enough.

I made a late reservation just before NYE and asked if we could get a room with a view of Riverfront park to watch the fireworks display. They were so kind to acknowledge the request in a pre-check in email and said it would be addressed at check in. When we checked in, the young lady was so kind personable and polite the service was amazing. She said she did get us a room with a view of the park so we could watch the fireworks display. My wife was super excited with the floor we were on and our view. The fireworks were amazing. The room was amazing. She (we) were so pleased we likely will make it a tradition for us going forward to stay at the Davenport Grand on NYE to watch the fireworks display.

The hotel was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet room with beautiful views of the river, city and mountains beyond. The bed was very comfortable.

Restaurant experience after our evening show of Jo Koy. Your Hostess was gracious enough to not only continue to greet and seat partons .. she took our table and provided excellent service. There was a light level of personnel available, she took initiative. (I like that) Our room was spacious, like the walk in shower, overlooked Riverfront Park. I needed to construct a purchase offer for my Buyer ... not a huge fan of laptops or utilizing my phone for this task. Went down to the Business Center, made my ability to provide for my client while on the road, less worrisome. Big plus, we purchased coffee and breakfast items from your coffee shop ... the blueberry muffins had one of my family members turning over a new leaf. Not normally a fan of blueberry muffins, this one would change their mind!!!! *I may have to pry the secret recipe away from your bakers! lol* Unless you deliver??!!! On a whim of researching for amenities near First Interstate Center for the Arts, your hotel came to the top of my list. Without hesitation, reserved a room for our evening in Spokane. Our overall experience was delightful and beyond expectations!

I had a great stay - bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Pool and hot tub were also clean. I didn’t end up having the free breakfast but I did see that they have a waffle iron!! And other good breakfast options. Staff was nice and helpful! Quiet location too.

This hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, helpful staff and an okay breakfast. I liked that you could ask for room cleaning and supplies by putting a tag on your door rather than housekeeping knocking on your door early in the morning. Also loved that we got 4 large soft towels for our room of 2 people. Not much around within walking distance but we did find Swing Lounge next door which has golf simulators and was very fun.

Judged a dog show this past weekend, stayed at Tru by Hilton in Spokane Valley. Hotel is immaculately clean, Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. rooms have a more modern appeal, and are wifi friendly... to the point, the remote controls the TV, lighting and temp controls. small fridge, NO microwave (but one is down in the shop and go area... they have games & a pool table in the lobby area, cooler with soda, beer, wine, juices, some frozen entree's avail as well. Great selection from provided breakfast.... fresh cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and the typical cereals, toast/bagels... Shopping & restaurants are nearby. I borrowed one of the bikes they provide for customers, rode down the st for dinner. Gym, and Heated indoor pool. (don't forget your swimsuit!!) Staff ws great... in particular Kaylee! she's a wealth of knowing the best places to visit and eat... SHE SHOULD be the hotel ambassador and get a raise. Would stay here in a heart beat.

Needed a safe and clean place to stay for one night, on very short notice. This hotel was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and addressed my concerns about the situation. My husband was there helping out friends and our friends made reservations for the wrong night at a different hotel! I had to find him a place to sleep quickly. Tru staff helped us out and he was very happy with the hotel. He said that staff were really kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless and quiet. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in Spokane. It never disappoints. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious. This time, they had a nice hot chocolate bar in the lobby along with the teas and coffee station. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms and facilities are clean, staff friendly, and breakfast is excellent. Omelets are great and freshly made pancakes are hot off the "grill". Karen at the breakfast area was so friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel has the "modern" look which is different and I loved it! Even a pool table and game area just off the lobby. Wish I had time to enjoy the amenities. Oh, and the online check in, check out, and digital key is perfect. I'm over 65 and loved the option. Overall, I'd stay here again.

We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the young lady at the reception desk didn't hesitate to let us check-in early as a room was available. That was so nice, and no hesitation about it - meant a lot to us, as we had forgotten that we gained an hour, and the time coming through the border was less than we expected. Anyway, she also was very thorough in explaining the keying system, the wifi password, the breakfast arrangements, etc. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with good shower, good wifi, nice sheets and towels. I'm filling this survey out before having the breakfast, but the breakfast room looks very inviting, and I expect the breakfast will be very satisfactory too.

Convenient location and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice albeit quite small. The breakfast included several tasty options: waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, various breads including bagels and English muffins, coffee and juice. Definitely plenty to be fueled for a day of activities! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT! Staff, from front desk to cleaning crews were courteous, attentive, helpful and so friendly. Loved it. The room was ultra clean -- I'm a clean freak when it comes to bedding and bathrooms. I was impressed. Looked new. The breakfast was a hot one. Good choices between usual fare of waffles, two types of scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, etc. Breads/bagels of various types. DELICIOUS Coffee! We spent two days there, and I actually considered spending a third but I figure on our way home we may hit them up again. Both my spouse and I loved our King bed. The couch was comfy, the desk was great to work on. Not sure what else I can say except: Stay here!!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary parking was a huge plus—especially for a downtown location. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the River District, making it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and hardworking—truly made us feel welcome. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the downtown area!

Everything, starting with the lobby and the staff who greeted us. The room was a very good size, very clean, very fresh smelling, very well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there is coffee and lemon water in the lobby 24 hrs a day. It is a pet friendly hotel, and the grounds around the hotel are kept very clean and there is plenty of clean area inside the hotel property to walk your dog for potty breaks.

The hotel has excellent amenities, including a great server, a clean pool, and a jacuzzi. The rooms are well-maintained, and there are delicious breakfast options. The landscape is clean and provides a safe area for kids to play. However, there may be some noise due to the presence of many children. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with many parking spaces available.

Location: Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Gonzaga University and Downtown Spokane, just off Interstate 90. Quiet location, ideal for a peaceful overnight stay. Room: Clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was small with only a shower (no tub), which could be a challenge for families with toddlers. Breakfast: Excellent complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. Facilities: The lobby was clean and welcoming. Service: Quick and efficient check-in and check-out process. Overall: Great for a short stay, would definitely consider staying again despite the small bathroom.

The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had room 314 which was a double queen suite. Loved that there was a separate bedroom from the sitting area. The breakfast buffet was complimentary with a nice variety of fresh and tasty items to choose from. Also, the staff was helpful, friendly and professional.

This is a fairly new property, located in a very quiet part of the Spokane Valley area yet close to all the businesses. It is fairly small, with very friendly staff. Free onsite parking. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Very spacious with 2 TVs. Sitting area and bathroom counter/sink area outside of the toilet and shower. That is very convenient. The bedroom is very clean and sleep quality superb. The breakfast had all the expected items. We enjoyed oatmeal, yogurt, banana. Also has usual eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. If we are in the area again, will definitely stay here.

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. Rarely do I give a "5-star" rating. (I rate most Hiltons at 4-stars because they are clearly above average, but still room for improvement.) This DT gave me a spacious, corner room on the top floor. The view was incredible. The room itself (except for a very minor issue with the bathroom door) was excellent--nice desk, nice king bed, nice accent chairs. Room was also well lighted (if lamps are turned on--a wall switch for at least one lamp would have been helpful). The shower was INCREDIBLE--great water pressure! Morning breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also excellent--one of the few with a menu item which included a small portion of almost everything (i.e., eggs, bacon/sausage, AND french toast/pancakes). The adjacent hotel/conference center parking garage was very convenient (although the hotel parking fee was a "tad" pricey). Finally, the hotel is downtown near a lot of restaurants. Chili's is right across the street if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The Spokane indoor shopping mall is only a few blocks away. The hotel is also right next to the Spokane river where walk paths in and around downtown are very scenic. Finally, front desk hotel staff were very polite AND friendly. Stay here, especially if it's your first time to Spokane and you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here, nice clean modern place with a great location, on the river and in a nice park many restaurants in walking distance. Cookies still wonderful! Few things that kept it from being 5 stars: the really nice hot tub and small pool is outdoors but I think it is near a place where people smoke. I loved that it opened at 6 am so I could hang out while everyone slept in. No shower anywhere around the pool tho. The inroom coffee was inadequate and no guest coffee in the lobby.

The staff were incredible! They were friendly and accommodating. I have 3 girls and the staff were so kind to them. Especially with the cookies. The property was clean and comfortable. I felt safe parking my car in the garage it was worth paying the fee. We were in walking distance to Riverfront park the mall and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was incredible the buffet AND the menu items and to top it all off there’s a Starbucks inside the hotel! Highly recommend

What we liked best was the location. We could walk to our favourite restaurant and a nice walk along the river. We liked having a nice restaurant for breakfast just downstairs. We were upgraded to the top floor and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff makes you feel right at home with their welcoming smiles. The rooms offer a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle, so quiet you could hear a pin drop. And those warm cookies? Let's just say they're dangerously delicious. You'll want to grab a few extra for later, trust me. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Room was extremely homey. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub were an added bonus! Would definitely rent a room from here again.

A great hotel. All staff were helpful, professional and friendly, everything sparkling clean and well presented, spacious and comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds with great pillows of assorted sizes, nice breakfast. The young man who checked us in, Nick, was especially helpful and accommodating. All staff very service oriented. Convenient downtown location.

Our favorite place to stay in Spokane. The front desk staff, especially NICK, are all very helpful in getting us the room we want. We love the Main Market next door and always make their Salad Bar a take-out dinner at least once. And we walked two blocks to our favorite restaurant (The Italian Kitchen) for dinner. (Locked the dog in the car, of course and felt safe doing so). Nice having a frig and micro in the room. We prefer the rooms on the north side, with the balcony, so we can keep an eye on our car at night (it doesn’t fit in the garage). Did not get this this time, but hopefully again next trip.

Location close to the pet hospital where my dog needed to be. I liked that the best western plus was friendly and the staff all interacted with the guests and their fur babies. The facility was a very clean comfortable pet friendly place . Tania went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The housekeeper was very quick and helpful with our room swap. The young man in the kitchen allowed us to enjoy our breakfast even though the breakfast just ended. Our two day stay was very nice due to all the staff accommodating to our needs. Thank you all so much. We will be staying there again in the future.

This hotel was basically inside the airport, a little tricky to get to it the first time. It was nice, clean, excellent breakfast. They didn’t clean our room which was disappointing after we spent the whole day at a track meet. I kind of felt like there was pet hair in the room. I know a lot hotels welcome pets now but I need a room with no pet hair. Very friendly staff, very convenient for our 6am flight home.

Very nice for an airport hotel! Did not even hear any airplanes. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom trash had not been emptied and there was no body wash in the shower dispenser. The breakfast very good! The front desk people were so kind and welcoming!

Parking lot is controlled by a ticketed gate system. Keep your ticket with you for check in then use it to come and go, both enter and exit the lot. The place is new and right across the street from the airport baggage claim area. Typical hotel breakfast was convenient but no restaurant otherwise. A bar in the lobby is staffed, and a small store has travel items such as Dramamine, beverages, and snacks.

This is such a convenient location. Rooms are always perfectly clean, and I like that the thermostat allows the fan to stay on... it covers any slight noise from the hallway. The rooms themselves are very quiet. Beds are super comfortable, showers have great pressure. Always happy to stay here.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. We were only there for the night and she gave us options for around the area to eat. Our room was pretty clean. We had an early flight out and we were leaving before breakfast started at 7am. I asked the gentleman at desk at 540 if we could get some breakfast before we left for our flight and he went back and grabbed us some food so we could eat before we got to the airport. It was a pretty standard continental breakfast. You cannot beat the convenance factor here if you’re staying the night for the airport. The car rental return is probably 1500 ft. away from the hotel property.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and the property was very quiet. The Front Desk staff, John, was super friendly and welcoming. We got a river view room on the top floor. We found the hotel to be very clean and quiet, one of the most quiet rooms we've ever stayed in Spokane. The Bistro was open in the morning for coffee, Starbucks drinks and breakfast. This is a great hotel. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the location of this hotel. Walking path right outside the hotel takes you to the busier parts of downtown and quickly to the convention center. the staff were very friendly from the front desk to the convenient cafe in the lobby. John was exceptional, very courteous and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! My daughter left her expensive video game behind and the staff returned it and John worked with me to have it shipped to our home in California. Thank you!! We had two satisfying dinners there and it was perfect for grabbing a quick coffee on the way to the games in the morning. Ours was a second floor room facing the river. What a view! The lobby is cozy with lots of spaces to sit and relax. We did have an issue with the air conditioner on the first night but it was quickly resolved with a call to guest services. Room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return when we go back to Spokane.

The hotel is great. Location, quiet, clean rooms and friendly staff. We have stayed here twice in 2022 and one thing has been disappointing both times, breakfast. They have a Starbucks in the lobby. Coffee is typical but the food is horrible. First stay had one of their egg dishes. Way overcooked. Today tried to be smart and just had Croissants. They were white bread baked to look like a Croissant. No butter came near them. I wondered why I was offered butter (twice) and now I know. Don’t know if this is typical for Starbucks or a hotel issue. Next time I will walk to breakfast!

The shower needed handrails due to the tub was over 21” tall and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower. Staff was professional and friendly. Only problem was no parking so you had to valet or park a block away in a garage. Definitely would stay again

I recently stayed at The Louie, A Davenport Hotel, for two nights and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a comfortable, relaxing environment. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. I had the pleasure of interacting with Malachi and Noah at the front desk, both of whom were professional, courteous, and attentive to every request. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. It’s refreshing to find such outstanding service in a boutique-style hotel. Quaint, comfortable hotel in a good location. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars, coffee shops and the Comedy Club. Our room was lovely and clean. The hotel has a lot of character. The bathtub was great with ample hot water and water pressure. And Maddie at the front desk was wonderful. I love the 12 checkout time.

Drove there and could not find it as Google Maps has its address on the other street side so I raised that with the receptionist as a hint only in a very friendly tone. She did not notice so I mentioned it again. She then said that for that sort of feeback there is a feedback form. Factually correct but a bit strange given you are a customer making a remark that maybe they want to update their settings on those Maps. Checked in: the same clerk doing the check-in did not know when breakfast was .... we got an answer "should be" until ..... it then turned out that the "should be until ...." was a few hours off and that, upon walking to breakfast the next morning, we were told that no tables were available for 45 minutes. That was rather surprising as the place was not even half full. So we booked our table and went back to our room to wait. Upon getting there, the Elite member breakfast is - unless you want to pick something from their rather pricy menu - a coffe, a juice and one pastry. The pastry comes from Starbucks - so all good but again a bit strange. Room was good and clean. Valet Parking worked well. WLAN all up and running - which is not always easy in older buildings wit solid walls. Good location - anything one wants to visit is within walking distance. It was, as the title says, an interesting experience that we would not want to miss.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He was from New Mexico and ver friendly. The bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept on! Maybe it was just our room but it was awesome. The room was very clean and the toiletries were a step up from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast began early which was helpful to us. It was a great breakfast. Nice place.

Easy check in after a long travel day. I am a disabled traveler, and they were happy to accommodate that. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed: coffee maker, toiletries, hot shower, comfy bed. I was able to park my car right in front of my room, which was priceless to me since I was moving from another state. Staff was pleasant and nice. Thank you!

Later on someone was on reception in person and gave me a number to call,was sorted within a few minutes(seems its a problem with devices from outside the USA). Maybe you could inform the people who are on the other side of the webcam what to do. Apart from that it was a good stay, just watch out as its a wyndam property you cant check in till 3pm, even 1 minute before.

The continental breakfast didn't support a Tea option. And the breakfast selection had very little left available, as we noticed families lived there and were gorging on huge over stacked plates of mini muffins eggs and waffles. It was being utilized as a buffet for people living there fulltime. The staff was super friendly and helpfull.

The shuttle to and from the airport is excellent and timely but be sure to have a way to call for pickup. Breakfast is help yourself to the basics but choices are more than adequate no matter if sweet, nutritious or a combo is your choice.

I was visiting the prison and this hotel was a 5 mins drive away or about a 30min walk. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and the prison. The property was very comfortable, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay there again.

They have updated the room. beds, and decor. Its very clean and the staff are friendly and courtesy. When we needed a ride to the Casino they were happy to take us and pick us up. We like that if you have had a few drinks. its so convenient! Thank you for making us feel comfortable. I signed up to be a Wyndham rewards member because of this property.

Very friendly front desk ladies. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I like that the shower/tub and toilet were in a separate room from the sink area. The additional chair in the room was also comfortable. The pool area and pool itself were spacious, and the seating area was comfortable with lounge chairs and outdoor couches. The spa area was the biggest we have seen, and it was at the perfect temperature. I also like that there was a shower in the pool area. The breakfast was good. The pepper omelets were the best. The cheese omelets and crispy "chip" bacon were good. The regular scrambled eggs were not my favorite, I wish they would just do away with those. My son appreciated that the waffles included toppings like chocolate chips, whipped cream, and flavored syrups. The parking lot was spacious enough to accommodate the huge trailer we were pulling, which was appreciated. They also had a shuttle, but we didn’t use it. There was a Walmart about 4 miles away. Overall, we had a great stay!

The area is safe but about 3 miles in any direction is questionable. The staff was professional and friendly. Restaurant areas were clean. Great variety for breakfast.

We were especially delighted with Lesley H. who served us dinner. Her pleasant demeanor put us at ease and helped us relax and get situated for a truly enjoyable dinner experience. This was my second time staying at The Montvale. I chose it because I appreciate boutique hotels with some history attached. The hotel is very intimate and welcoming. A cozy lobby fireplace warms you. The front desk personnel are knowledgeable and helpful, if not quirky. The rooms on the second and third floors offer comfort and character and surround a colorful center atrium that invites you to take extra time to wander and admire the eclectic art and books that live harmoniously with Montvale’s persona. If you take the elevator to the basement, you’ll find yourself in the Gilded Unicorn, a restaurant and craft cocktail bar. If you’re alone, sit at the bar and watch the barkeeps deliver the bar’s artful creations. Although I have not eaten there, the menu looks incredible, and the place is packed on weekends. Located next door is First Avenue Coffee. They do everything right. The hotel gives you a discount card for the restaurant and the coffee house. This past trip included my wife and our 9-year-old. We opted for a loft suite in Montvale’s “modern wing.” There are two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. We could live there. There are rumors the hotel is haunted. If not, it should be. Other than a bang in our bedroom that awoke my wife and me in the middle of the night, we can’t guarantee ghostly visitors, but the specter of an encounter adds to the texture of this lovely place.

Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Awesome water pressure in the shower/tub combo.There is historic ambience with all of the modern conveniences. We were told The Montvale has existed the longest of the Spokane hotels. The 2nd floor atrium was a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. A variety of eateries are within a block or two of the hotel. Hotel guests receive a discount at several of them. We went to they unique, underground Gilded Unicorn for dinner and loved the breakfast burritos at Rosies…among the best I have had since leaving Texas about a decade ago.

Had never heard of the Montvale until my daughter booked the Event Center for her New Year’s Eve wedding. The staff for both hotel and event center were “beyond great” and went out of their way to make it the perfect event! The rooms were cozy, warm and comfortable. It was perfect for myself, friends, and family. Wonderful to have the bride and groom suites for pre-wedding preparations/celebrations. The hotel connects to the event center, allowing access without leaving the building.This historic hotel and event center far exceeded our expectations. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it! Charming, comfortable, and very convenient with private parking on the same block, restaurants in the same building as well as nearby, and plenty to do downtown. Spokane’s Riverfront Park is nearby. Highly recommend the Montvale Hotel and Event Center. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!

This Art Deco hotel is charming, well kept and very fun. Due to Covid, the restaurant and bar were not functioning, but there was a downstairs bar where you could get wine or cocktails. The location makes finding a restaurant easy, and the desk recommended an excellent restaurant for us.

The whole property was super clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We had a 5 a.m. airport departure and the location could not have been more convenient - just steps to the terminal.

Quiet, quiet, quiet and a very short walk to the terminal. It's across the street from the airport car rental. We dropped off the rental after we checked in and walked across the street to the hotel. In the early a.m. we walked across the street to check-in for our flight. Didn't hear anything from other rooms or airport noise. Very clean. Very friendly.

The hotel is right at the airport and is a very good value. It has free breakfast and free parking and is a clean Modern Hotel and part of the Marriott chain. The room was very nice. They used the term suite a little loosely. It's a two queen room with a desk and a couch but the desk in the couch are off to the side kind of. But it's a very nice Modern Hotel. Breakfast was decent everything was in great condition and worked well. Staff was very polite and kind. The hotel is not really on the way to anything unless you're using the airport. I didn't know that at and stayed overnight on a road trip, but it was such a nice hotel for the price that I would do it again.

This is a very beautiful hotel with an amazing lobby. The history and decor made it a fun place to hang out . The beds were not our favorites as far as comfort but they worked just fine. We had to ask for more pillows because they were not as fluffy as we would like but the service was very good and they provided us with a different type of pillow. When we asked. Valet service was also very friendly and quick. The peacock lounge bar was open and had very tasty drink options but we never managed to catch the main lobby bar when it was open unfortunately because it's a beautiful area. The cafe was a good option for a quick breakfast if you didn't have many allergen concerns. Definitely a good alternative to Starbucks.

Easy check in, Comfortable room, In room coffee was great-love Starbucks and Keurig. Bonus wine tasting and 20$ credit was wonderful after a long day. Found a great table with comfy wing back chairs and good lighting to do paperwork. The paperwork seemed less work while enjoying with wine and dinner. The Sinatra music in the background was just perfect. Keep up the good work. Loved the great shower products and robe. Perfect ending to a good day. :)

This hotel is beautiful! It was nice, clean, and quiet. Staff is very friendly and their service is great. Beds are comfy but out room was warm even though we had it at the coldest setting :( but overall it was a great experience! The area around the hotel is clean and there is a good amount of restaurants that are walking distance.

This beautiful historic hotel and spa, has all the amenities one would want in a luxury hotel. Wonderful decor and craft cocktails in the lobby bar. The rooms are well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. Great for a romantic getaway, a spa weekend with girlfriends or a significant other.

I LOVE The Davenport and have been staying here for years. My family used to gather here "back in the day", we weathered the years it was closed and in disrepair and I continue to celebrate it's renewal. Never disappointing. Love the beds, great night's sleep. The new lobby bar is delightful and comfortable. I appreciate the N/A cocktails. Wonderful spot to unwind after a long drive (no disrespect to the Peacock Lounge which is also wonderful). I do miss the sweet shop but it is still a fabulous stay in Spokane and easily holds its own vs. The Olympic in SEA and The Benson in PDX. Bravo! Wandering the halls enjoying the vintage photos and memorabilia is also fun and it's right downtown. Walking distance to Riverfront Park, shopping, other restaurants, etc.

This property is a great place to.enjoy the Spokane River! Nice deck spaces/ pool/ hotub and pet area. Thwy even have a childrens playground with a fence with a view of the rover too!

Ruby River Hotel in downtown Spokane is a large hotel on the Ruby River. Five 2 story buildings some with patios or river view. All buildings are connected. No free breakfast but a nice restaurant and bar on site with indoor/outdoor seating. Large, heated swimming pool and hot tub. Good size clean and quiet room with a small bathroom. Excellent breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant. There is a walking path along the river right next to the hotel. Comfortable beds. Wait staff in restaurant very pleasant and friendly.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary (July 15, 2025) with a delightful stay at the Ruby River Hotel in Spokane, Washington. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive.The check-in and check-out processes were remarkably easy and efficient. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A major highlight for us was the hotel’s dog - friendly policy, especially the convenient on - site dog park. The Osprey Restaurant located on - site offered great food. On our anniversary day, we enjoyed a delicious BBQ dinner and were treated to the sounds of a talented Blues and Jazz band. The restaurants setting right by the river created a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. Considering the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience, we found the price to be very reasonable. We’ll be back again.

Loved the outdoor heated pool and the jacuzzi being outdoors. Also enjoyed our private little patio. Having a real breakfast was also a bonus.

This our friend group's 4th time at the property-always friendly/helpful staff. Clean in all areas of the property and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The Breakfast buffet is always good and filling while my friend always goes for their Ham steaks for breakfast! Convenient location to the fair grounds (Toy Show 2x a year), many antique shops/ business districts full of stuff to see and do as well as a short drive into Idaho for exploration.

The room was very large and spacious. We had lots of space to relax. We went out to pick up a meal and brought it back to eat since the room had a table. Bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fluffy towels. Pillows were not overstuffed so quite comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options, and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed with the quality and price. Our room was spacious and had great amenities. I appreciated the balcony, the separate sink in the fridge/microwave area, coffee options, comfy bed, blackout curtains. The breakfast that was included was actually delicious! Onsite restaurant had very friendly staff and a good variety of quality options. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything went well. All of the staff was great but special thanks to Dea for taking such good care of us during our stay. She made sure our bikes were safely inside and Nicole was nice enough to store our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good Wifi. The breakfast was excellent. We really appreciated the freshly made breakfast each morning with lots of choices. The location was perfect for our bike rides and walks since the path is right outside the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. We liked it so much that we made sure we stayed at an Oxford Suites when we visited Redding on our way home.

The stay at Oxford exceeded our expectations: the staff was efficient and friendly; the room was spacious & clean; the breakfast area was spacious and well laid out, and there were full hot/cold breakfast menu offerings - the best we have had. Even homemade oat raspberry bars! In the challenges that have come with COVID - finding staff, managing a facility - we were very impressed at how well this Oxford Inn & Suites did everything! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised by this property. Came to Spokane to watch a college golf tournament and stayed here with the team. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful - was greeted at check in by the most charming of managers- see the photo! Made me feel such joy. This was our first trip in a long time due to Covid. The hotel was very clean and well serviced. The room was well stocked. The rooms are a bit old but the bedding was nice and there were flatscreen TVs and many cable channels. We splurged on the Evergreen Suite which was very spacious and had its own jacuzzi tub. Hotel is close to many food options. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, too. Especially loved the fresh cookies at the front desk every night. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen and lobby space was very comfortable and clean, exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and always cleaning areas. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the little store at the front desk for quick access to drinks, snacks and small gifts. :) Parking was easily accessible and well located.

I really love by stay at the Quality Inn Oakwood. It was conveniently located for my business in North Spokane. Comfortable rooms comfortable beds welcoming friendly staff, everything was clean, and neat, and you could really tell that property was well cared for. Wifi was strong and fast throughout the building. It was really everything I want for business travel. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was excellent. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, two types of waffles. Plus all the toast, muffins and bagels. They also had a variety of yogurt. Plus coffee, hot water for cocoa or tea and decaf coffee. The dining area was open and clean. We would stay here again. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Great location for downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and SPA are fine and adequate unless you are looking for Olympic style facilities. Restaurant and bar are fine but there are plenty of choices about. The room was large enough and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are absolutely fine for a solo traveller. Everything worked and I was able to just concentrate on the business that brought me to Spokane. Nothing to do with the hotel but the UBER service all over the city is first rate compared to Belgrade - my previous week's destination! Didn't have a car but the parking set up and access to the hotel, looked well thought through. Great hotel for business traveller. However, I was told that the other 2 Davenports are well worth a visit and a stay. Next time....

We had such a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Room service was hot, fresh, and delicious, which made it so easy to relax and unwind after a long day. But the best part? This hotel is beyond dog friendly. Our pup was welcomed with open arms, and it made traveling with her such a joy. From the cozy accommodations to the thoughtful service, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for both people and their four-legged friends!

The most comfortable hotel I've stayed with. The bed is clean and cozy, it's quiet, you hardly see anyone but staff are available when needed. I get the feeling I have the whole place to myself. Exceptional cleanliness, and the parking is safe and assured. Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful and they have a Starbucks stand from 6am-noon! Always my go too when I'm in Spokane Wa.

An amazing property for such a low price restaurants amazing staff is amazing. I just can’t get over it. It is our go to from now on the beds are super comfy, great pillows, clean, clean clean food is great. Amazing to watch the chef grill out on the patio.

Parking right outside our room. Spectacular room with a balcony overlooking the river and the pool. Immaculately clean pool I must say. The Oxford Spokane Valley was a fantastic experience! We stayed two nights for a weekend event. The location is super convenient. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and just seemed happy to be there. It was a really nice change from some other places e have stayed where people act like they hate their jobs. But not at the Oxford! They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their place of employment. The hotel was very clean (and trust me I’m picky about cleanliness!), the bed was super comfortable, and the pool/spa/sauna were in good shape and clean as well. The breakfast experience was great too. The food was delicious and Angel warmly greeted every guest as they walked in for breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, albeit a bit dated. And the television was not awesome but I wasn’t there to watch TV. Great experience and will definitely be back.

The breakfast area was clean and the offerings were good and varied. This is not a chain that I've had much experience with, but was pleasantly surprised with this stay in terms of value, cleanliness, and comfort. Would gladly stay here again. Didn't get to enjoy happy hour because it was a Monday night.

The food at the restaurant is absolutely wonderful and a really good selection to choose from without being overly complicated. The casino is fun, it’s worth setting a budget and go have some fun. It’s easy to walk around, feels very safe and lots and lots of machines to choose from. The beds are comfy, the shower is gorgeous and big. The sliding barn door for the bathroom/closet is a little cumbersome due the weight. I will use this as the stop over when arriving late or leaving at 4am. It’s the most straight forward drive to the airport, I made it in snow and ice in 15 mins. Without that it was about 10. Impressive staff. It’s worth staying here at least once for the experience.

I had an amazing experience at the Spokane Tribe Resort and Casino! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable — one of the best stays I’ve had in the Spokane area. The casino was clean and well-organized with a great variety of slot machines and table games. I had a blast and even walked away with a little win! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great gaming, food, and service. I’ll definitely be back!

Every staff member we came across on the night of our stay made sure to make us feel welcomed which is always appreciated. This was our first stay and we enjoyed it. The place we will ALWAYS return to stay at when we are in the area. I like how close the restaurant and little Deli is to the hotel. It’s not a huge hotel, but perfect. It’s very modern, the hallways are much larger than other properties we’ve stayed at, we love the casino there, and just little things like having the water and coffee station in the lobby area is a plus especially when staying out all night gambling, we’re able to have a cup of coffee before checking out which was much appreciated. Very clean sitting lobby area with a lovely fireplace view. Can’t wait to return.

We also had a couple recommendations. 1) Put in an outdoor pool in the grassy area outside the indoor pool. 2) Book amazing cover bands to draw crowds. Tell your Entertainment staff to book The Infinity Project and Non Jovi. They are amazing! Nice hotel. We were greeted by very friendly & helpful Valet Staff. The Hotel staff were all friendly. Hotel was very clean and glad it did not smell like smoke. Our room was so nice & quiet. We were next to a bank of elevators and we did not hear them at all. No hotel door slamming. The Sports Bar food was good. We will definitely stay here again on our travels. The bathroom towels were a little rough, maybe a "free of smell" dryer sheets could be used to help soften them.

Cordial and helpful staff, comfortable bedding and beds, quiet (0 traffic noise), convenient to both downtown and neighborhoods, good breakfast in a spacious, high- ceilinged light bright breakfast area, and everywhere spotlessly clean. I know you can do contactless check-in, but I wouldn't deprive myself of interaction with such pleasant and helpful staff members.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at the Hampton Inn in downtown Spokane, Washington. The hotel, built within the last five years, is truly a five-star facility with top-notch amenities and a prime location next to a hospital, making it ideal for those visiting loved ones or receiving care. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and we appreciated the secure key-accessed facilities and parking. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast each morning was plentiful and fresh—an excellent start to the day. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touches such as microwaves, utensils, and bottled water available for guests. The only minor hiccup was the pool heater being out of order, but the hotel addressed it promptly and even provided Hilton Honors points as a gesture of goodwill. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting Spokane—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The phone booking was great, as we received a medical rate which was very reasonable. The email confirmations were perfect. All of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The entire facility and rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The parking garage was easy to maneuver and very clean! The only negative is that, because this is right next to a major medical facility, there is helicopter noise during the night. I always wear ear plugs, so this didn't bother me at all. First class stay! We liked that the neighborhood was very walkable. It's right next to a major medical facility, but there are walkable residential and commercial areas right out the door. Walking is good exercise as the hotel is located on the south hills of Spokane. Lovely area!

I'm generally a fan of Hampton Inns. This is one of the nicest ones I've stayed in. I think it must be pretty new. I got lucky with a 5th floor room that faced the city; lower rooms that face the hospital might not be as pleasant. But I felt like I was staying in a pretty "fancy" hotel -- high quality products in the spacious bathroom, huge TV, nice bed, everything shiny clean. Everything in the room was well thought out -- ample plugs next to the bed, etc. Very quiet. Extremely friendly staff. A free breakfast with tons of choice -- again, the buffet area was spic and span and set up perfectly, everything where you would expect to find it and all the condiments you could imagine. Even the lobby area is lovely with soaring ceilings and views onto the city. I've also stayed at the Historic Davenport, which is, of course, lovely, but those rooms are smaller and not as well appointed -- for a lot more money. Two quibbles: the blackout curtains on the huge window were almost impossible to pull across the rod. I had to stand on the air conditioner to get sufficient leverage at the top of the curtains. The TV had issues and would not turn on unless I tried 5-6 times.

Perfect for families with someone in the hospital. I-90 Division Street on ramp is within a few blocks. The airport is less than 15 minutes away. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast room!

We were in town for a tournament and this was one of the hotel options we were given. It was perfect for us: 8 min uber ride to the convention center, downtown, fun restaurants and shopping. Property was charming, although rooms dated with soft-ish mattresses, shower water pressure could be stronger. Walls are thin so we could hear other volleyball players leaving early for their morning wave. They make up for it with a large and comfortable lobby/communal dining area with free breakfast including hot items. They also sell pantry foods (cup of noodles) which really comes in handy if you return late but want something hot to eat. This in addition to toiletries, snacks, etc makes this hotel welcoming. Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and there's laundry coin service on one of the floors... that comes in handy if you're in town for a longer stay.

This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and beautiful South Hill parks. I was worried about noise from traffic and helicopters (air ambulances), but the walls and windows kept the noise to a minimum. Our room was on the road and hospital (north) side. I’m a light sleeper and actually slept well enough. However, the main road isn’t super busy either. The heating/cooling unit was quieter than other places. My daughter and I felt safe the entire stay. The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly and chatted it up a bit with us. The breakfast was quite a spread and typical for hotels. It was a decent way to start our day. I would stay here again. The clientele seemed like us: everyday folks looking for a safe, comfortable stay at a place without all the bell and whistles for a decent price in a great spot.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The shower was awesome, had great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative - housekeeping doesn’t come unless you request it, which I must have missed at check in. So my coffee wasn’t refilled when I got back to my room in the evening. I got a message the next day asking if I needed anything, and I said I would like more coffee. They did come by and bring several pods of coffee, stirrers, and a bunch of sugar sticks. No creamer. To be fair, I only said “coffee”. However, if you are going to bring all those other things and only not bring the creamer, seems odd. I didn’t notice until the morning because the cup was full of all the stuff they brought, so I assumed there was creamer in there. So no coffee for me 2 days in a row. That said, everything else was fabulous and it did not ruin my stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was a clean, comfortable Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. I only had 2 things that I found objectionable: The room needs brighter lighting. It just was a bit too dark in the evening. The second thing was the hotel webpage says Spokane International Airport is only 1 mile away. The problem with that statement is that it is 1 mile away, but the reality is that it is a mile away from the BACK of the airport. The terminal and rental car drop off location is about 4 miles away in a long roundabout circle to get to. I told the front staff that I believed it was deceptive to say that it was only a mile away. The staff member shrugged and just said something like "I didn't write that description for the website." I told the staff member I understood it came from corporate, and it wasn't the fault of the staff member . I had no issue with the staff member about it.I had a VERY early flight out of the airport in the morning, and this is why I chose this particular hotel. My overall stay was good, accept for these two issues. I did want other potential guests to realize these things to consider before staying here.

I booked a room here in very last minutes online while visiting my child who goes to college near by. The staff was friendly but also very professional at check in. The room was clean, and spacious. I was on 3 weeks road trip, and stayed a dozen of different hotels. This hotel has the best bedding, and pillows! It's in very convenient location, we enjoyed the local restaurants for two nights while we stay. Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and a gas station cross the street. Hey what else you would need? I will definitely come back this hotel!

Staff--at check-in, in the restaurant, and at check-out--were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (yes, even though it's across the street from the airport). Also, we appreciated the 24-hour coffee (including decaf), to-go food available at 3 a.m., and breakfast available at 6 a.m.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in September before a flight out the next day. The location of this hotel was perfect. My husband returned our rental car and was able to easily walk back to the hotel. Check-in was pleasant as we were assisted by Kaelynn. She was amazing answering the phone, answering questions and checking us in all with a smile. I would have been totally stressed out but she managed it all with grace and ease. The room was clean and spacious and the front patio was so cute with a fire pit, tables and chairs, but the best part was the waterslide. We are in our 50's and had a blast! The lifeguard Gracie was delightful. She made sure everyone had a great time while staying safe. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of options and we easily got a ride to the airport in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and be sure to bring your swimsuit.

I spoke with Emily upon my arrival at the desk. She let me check in early, which I really appreciated, because I had a lot of administrative work to do. That was super helpful. We stayed here twice in the same week, when we flew in late, and the night before we flew out early. I called the hotel in advance to check on shuttle service and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and provided helpful information. Upon arriving at the airport at 11:30pm, we called for the shuttle and , again, had very polite service. The shuttle arrives quickly and the driver was very helpful and kind. We did mobile check in and the room was spacious and clean. We ate breakfast and it was nothin special but fine. Again, service was very good. The location seems quiet and only 5 minutes from the airport. All of the shuttle and Front Desk staff were efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need something near the airport.

We stayed in 3 rooms at the beginning of a trip across the border after landing at the airport late at night. The hotel is ideally located and our check in was easy and the front desk clerk pleasant. The rooms were simple and clean and the bathrooms well appointed. Most importantly the hotel was very quiet. We slept well and started our day with nice hot breakfast at the hotel. Although on the expensive side, it beat the usual tired hotel buffet fare. Great coffee and friendly staff. Nice place to stay.

We stayed in the Nest Suite, which is a lovely room overlooking a beautiful church which is lit up at night. The bedroom was spacious and the king bed very comfy. The closet was huge and the room even had a small fridge. The living area was also huge with new furniture and carpeting, and a big tv. A small kitchenette had another fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. It was nice to have actual wine glasses in the room. The bathroom toiletries were very good quality and towels were clean and fluffy. The entire suite was very clean. The location is perfect, so nice to walk all over downtown Spokane with its beautiful architecture and along the river with the view of the falls and the park. You can also easily walk over the bridge to the night market area of restaurants and shops. The front desk staff, several young men, were all so very polite and cheerful.

The Spokane Club is a health club with guest rooms in a beautiful building built around 1910. The building is situated near the Spokane river and the attached health club building has a very nice view of the river from the deli. There were excellent choices of healthy snacks, breakfast and lunch items and coffee in the deli. The rooms were classically decorated and had pictures from the 1900's of the hotel. Everything inside was clean, functional and up to high class hotel standards that exceeded my expectations due to the reasonable price. The Hotel is at one end of the main shopping disctrict of the town. It is a short walk to the Convention Center along a path with a view of the famous Spokane Falls. All of the staff were very freindly and helpful. I even got a haircut from the excellent barber within the building. There are many fitness classes, a pool and other Health Club amenities offered to guest and members.

We loved the Spokane Club! The building is beautiful and fun to walk around. As a hotel guest you get access to the fantastic athletic club across the sky bridge so we were able to enjoy swimming while we were there. The parking is offsite but it’s in a very secure gated parking structure and we were very comfortable leaving our vehicle there. The parking fee is extra, but that seems to be typical for the downtown hotels and the Spokane club rate was far better than the Hilton’s.Our room was clean and spacious and has L’Occitane products in the bathroom, which smell amazing! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel and I love supporting local institutions such as these. When we return to Spokane we will be staying at the Spokane club again.

Wow, what a charming old club with friendly staff, beautiful lobby, antique rooms and indoor pool. Walkable to just about everything in Spokane. Our room had fridge and there's a microwave down the hall in the business area/lounge. Wifi was good, I did some remote work. Safe, clean, quirky, highly recommended for a memorable stay in the friendly city of Spokane.

The hotel checked every box. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and the athletic facilities are amazing. The location to downtown and the Riverpark is perfect. Everything is within a short walk from the hotel, including great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Booked this 2 queen bed suite for 1 night with my kids to enjoy a short weekend in Spokane. The beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast was decent. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, it was open for use until 11 pm. The pool water could use a cleaning although it was very chlorinated so wasn’t too worried. Great location, I recommend taking the back road between Spokane Valley and Northtown mall, so pretty.

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It is located very conveniently near the freeway and close to both Spokane and Spokane Valley. There was an outstanding hot break buffet every morning. On Friday night, they provided fresh baked cookies and milk. There’s an indoor pool & spa & a gym. It was a very nice place to stay and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

Worked great for me and no real complaint’s. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but there were choices, it was well presented and at least one of the ladies that worked the breakfast was very eager to help and very pleasant. Some of the front desk staff was not very friendly, but I am not knocking this hotel for that as a few people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (differences in people I guess). Close to I-90 so easy for me to go west into Washington or East into Idaho to get my work done. I would have no issues with staying at this Holiday Inn Express again.

I haven’t found one thing to complain about. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly. It was a pleasurable experience staying here. The complimentary breakfast might be the same at Holiday Inn Express’ but this was definitely one of the best I have had. The staff that managed the breakfast area are friendly and kept everything meticulous. Plus they have a coffee station where your coffee is freshly ground.

Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. (We rented the smallest room.) The hotel is set back from the road which helps tremendously with reducing the traffic noise. The breakfast had several choices, including waffles. The hot water is actually hot and doesn't taste like coffee, which is much appreciated by this tea drinker. We ate at the restaurant next door, where hotel guests receive a discount. The food was very tasty and the servings were generous.

We were attending a concert at the Knitting Factory so we wanted somewhere close, Hotel Ruby fit the bill. This is an older, basic, but clean and convenient hotel. The desk staff was friendly and helpful at both checking and check out. We only spent one night, the beds were ok, not the best but definitely not the worst. The bathroom and shower were clean and has been sufficiently updated decent shower pressure and toilet flushing. They provided foam earplugs in case the outside noise was too much but we had no problems with that, our room was towards the back though, maybe others get more street noise. All in all it was a good stay, I’d book again if I needed a downtown stay.

Room were great, clean, comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast. Outside was a bit shabby/messy. Some sketchy people a few blocks from hotel dealing drugs. Close to shopping, good restaurants, the sports arena, and the park. Great location. Staff friendly, helpful, kind.

Darling super clean motel. We were so impressed with this lovely little place! The hotel is in the heart of downtown Spokane walking distance to everything; the River front, restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and shopping. The rooms are super tidy and comfortable and we loved the eclectic art decorating the room and grounds. The Ruby hotel is reasonably priced, has parking on the grounds and helpful courteous staff. Highly recommended!

We stayed here before, and that's the reason we booked here again. The staff is so accommodating and helpful! The downtown location is perfect for exploring the Riverfront area and convenient to everything! Great choice of restaurants, a nice brewery with inside/outside seating nearby. Last time we were here, we walked to the Japenese Gardens and enjoyed the Gardens! Safe and walkable.

We checked in late as we had late flight and found the receptionist RJ very friendly and helpful. My first impressions of the hotel was that it was a gorgeous little find. I loved the Decor it was decorated for Christmas a beautiful tree in the corner and lovely fresh plants dotted around the lobby. Everything was immaculate clean. I really enjoy the complimentary chocolates while I was checking in. The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator a microwave ,TV and coffee machine which was great. We found the bed very very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. The bathroom very clean. The shower had lots of power. We love that we were on the ground floor and could just go around the corner to the breakfast area. The breakfast was Continental style perfect for our needs ,lovely pancakes ,Bagels ,toast, orange juice, cereals, yogurt & little croissants to reheat in the microwave. All the staff were very helpful and efficient especially Yasir. Overall a very very pleasant and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

The 2nd floor room seemed recently renovated and was clean. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast now includes 2 waffle irons and a pancake machine which I did not see during my stay in October. The transient population was much more prevalent in the downtown area in June than it was in October. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Denny's was fine for breakfast and they have a small lounge with a bar which was ok for a quick bite. Otherwise, there are several restaurants within a ten minute's drive. Rusty Moose was very good for lunch and dinner. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall was a very nice place to stay for a business trip. That said, you will NEED a rental car to get to shopping and food.

I didn’t find anything particularly good or bad about the stay at the Peppermill. The location is wonderful. Our room was quiet and clean except I was unaware that they don’t pick up towels or provide more towels. There were four people in our room and of course, when you get back with the end of the day, you don’t have any clean towels to shower with so you have to go back down to the desk to get towels so you can shower because of us that the garbage would get dumped. But it comes in the form of a voucher for the Denny’s restaurant or they have a couple of items there but is not a traditional continental breakfast. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. There’s a lot of great places this average.

You receive a voucher for $7 off the Dennys menu or get a complementary breakfast with drink from about a dozen item choices. Dennys shares a parking lot with BW+. This is for a several hour window. Grab and go hotel options were available 3-11. As we had already eaten two hotel breakfasts this week we found this to be a quiet, comfortable offering. It may not work for all guests. All hotel emplo yees we encountered were personable and offered help. Indicates they are well trained. Elizabeth , our housekeeper, left us a washcloth folded in the manner (a cat) that towels are folded on cruises. Hallways do not indicate elevator of front desk locations clearly. Large quiet room with king size bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, refrig and microwave. Shower, no tub.

Clean rooms, easy check-in, voucher for breakfast at nearby Dennys not as convenient as onsite, but grab and go available at the front desk as an alternative. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms updated and clean.

First of all I want to give a huge shout out to Kimberly and I think Chloe (?) at the front desk who also help run the shuttles. I took a shuttle a few times and both of them were very helpful and had great conversation throughout the trips. The shuttle is one of my favorite perks of this hotel. Not only is it 24 hours but they will also take you to either nearby casino. The Dennys vouchers were nice, and they gave you plenty of options to choose from. I personally enjoyed it more then most breakfast buffets but my husband likes the buffets as he can go back for more so he missed that. The rooms were pretty clean. They also have an amazing espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby that was amazing. My only complaints about this place, was there was no hot tub (though several pictures still show one) and the pool was very cold and smelled of chlorine (more so then most other pools) so we really only enjoyed the pool once out of our week stay. Also once in the middle the the day, power had went out, and actually the locks in my room stopped working during that time (where anyone could come in). They said they were ran on batteries and that shouldnt have happened, but it did. I just stayed in the room the whole time and hoped it wasn't out for too long. I would definitely stay here again because the positive outweighed the negative and overall our stay was good.

My mom and I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. The entire hotel—from the lobby and hallways to the kitchen area and our room—was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. The bedding and towels were soft, high-quality, and exceeded our expectations. We also loved the large TV in our room—it was easy to use and made our night in even more enjoyable. Having 24-hour access to coffee and tea was a great touch, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is another plus—just a short walk from downtown Spokane and close to all our favorite restaurants and venues. Overall, our experience made us feel special and completely comfortable. One night stay. Friendly check in. King Suite. Awesome room: Very spacious with bedroom separate from sitting area. Large bathroom, 2 TV's, couch, everything very comfortable. Good wifi. A very nice touch was the guest reception Mon-Wed 5-7pm in the lobby, which included food and drink (alcohol also). Hot breakfast which included sausage & eggs among other items. We were in need of a good night's sleep and settled in for a comfortable night of restful slumber. This was not in the cards due to the people above us. I'm not going to ding the hotel for this, but the noise was awful. 1am they were walking (stomping?) around. So loudly that the items on our nightstand actually rattled. From 3am-5am they did the same. Took my wife's crutches and banged on the ceiling....to no avail. They finally left the hotel as they clomped down the stairway which was right next us. Didn't get much sleep after that either as anyone who came down the stairs would wake us. Would've been the perfect stay if not for this obnoxiousness. My suggestion: Do not get a room by the stairs. Otherwise, believe it or not, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel very welcome, which is nice when you are on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items to choose from and, again, the staff was really on top of things. Great downtown location. I would book this hotel again.

We really liked that the parking lot was clean and felt secure and safe even though it was downtown. The hotel was nicely renovated and all the staff were unbelievably friendly. We really enjoyed the gym. It was very beautiful and clean and felt very updated. The complimentary breakfast had many different options and I really appreciated that. And the breakfast staff were extremely sweet.

The property was nice and the breakfast was very nice. Waffles, bacon, eggs every thing for breakfast was great. even the coffee was good. I gave only 4 stars for clean because at first glance the room appeared clean except the random used cup in the shower. I gave 2 stars for staff and service because when I checked in the girl at the desk seemed frustrated that I didn't use the card reader fast enough. Sorry I was on the road for 6 hours, I was tired. When we and another group of people got back after 11pm we used our key card to get in and apparently that was the wrong thing to do cause we were berated and humiliated by the man at the front desk for not using the phone.

My room was modern. Staff was friendly and helpful, very smooth check in and check out. They provided a gift certificate for certain free breakfast items at a locally owned restaurant just one block away, I can't remember the name (maybe Rosie's?), which was an excellent restaurant with classic American fare in a diner style. I had no complaints during this stay at all and I think this place has probably fixed prior issues and has new construction and management. While I was not bothered by the trains, they do pass periodically, and I had great earplugs of my own which I travel with. Honestly I found the trains passing to not be bothersome and to be enjoyable. This might be an issue for some people, but the hotel does provide earplugs. People who are light sleepers might want to bring earplugs however if they are concerned. Classic motel layout with all rooms opening onto a parking lot but in a sleek modern way, well-light, and likely very safe because there are no unobstructed view of anything. My room was perfectly modern and clean. On picking me up, a local driver told me that this location had a very seedy past, which may explain some old reviews. However I assume things have changed much since then as the place I stayed at was modern, clean, enjoyable.

The hotel is recently updated. The room is spacious, the bed was firm and comfortable. The room has a coffee maker (Pods), mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a ton of restaurant and bar options within a few blocks. They offer a $6 credit towards breakfast at Rosie's which has great food, but there can be a little bit of a wait for your food if they are busy. There are railroad tracks nearby and you can hear the trains but they are no too loud. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming, room was clean and ready for check in. Parking was available - didn't need covered parking but it was available. wifi was available and easily accessed. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and bar just within easy walking distance. The theatre was within easy walking distance (just under a mile) with well-lighted streets at night. Kureg provided the in room coffee...love those little pods. Staff allowed me access to the kitchen to get tea at night. Really decent brewed and Kureg coffee in the breakfast room.

Location was perfect for walking to falls and downtown area. Easy and fast checkin with friendly service. All rooms were accessed from outside. Parking was $5. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy, but pillows were lumpy and not comfy. Free breakfast a block away at local diner was good, coffee was extra.

Spacious rooms that contained a large fridge, microwave and a decent coffee maker. The shower was so refreshing and luxurious with the oversized enclosure and a large rain like shower head. All the fixtures throughout the bathroom were a grade above the standard. The room had a nice floor plan allowing a dressing/clothing area, An office area, the sleeping area with the huge king sized bed. The grounds were kept super clean and everything worked from the vending machines to the weight room equipment. The staff were friendly, polite, knowledgable, helpful and bubbly. It was very evident that every staff member took pride in the fact that they belonged to this organization and that genuinely enjoyed being at work.

The only down parts are i left my good glasses in the room the first stay and they werrnt found and last time i stayec the first night i didnt rest well because the bathroom fan couldnt be shut off and ran constantlt;( they moved me rooms the next day but i got a hotel to get some rest and didnt because of the fan so i feel like i wasted money that i really couldnt afford to lose when i needed sleep.

As always, upon arrival the front desk greets me cheerfully and professionally As I wait for him to check me in, I am offered fresh chocolate cookie to pass the time. Im glad there wasn't much time or the cookies in the display case would have been devoured. The room was spacious and the bed was delightful. After a hot shower I ordered some food, watched some telly and relaxed. There were plenty of channels to keep me entertained. The ac/heater worked great as did the microwave and fridge. Those were nice to have in the room. I snuggled down between the sheets and the comfy pillows, the quiet wing I was in and the hot shower had me sawing logs in no time. The next morning, there was a nice little breakfast out and fresh coffee which I appreciated. This is me second time staying there and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Soon I will make it a third time.

Good location for access to the arena. The room was large, clean and as comfortable as a hotel can be. Nicely maintained, clean looking with decent continental breakfast bar. The day and night staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. More than anything, the staff made this a pleasant visit because of how they treated us and made us feel like valued customers.

Absolutely lovely stay, we didn't get to see much of Spokane because of the weather but the area where the hotel was, was lovely and easy to get in and out even in the snow. Lots of great eateries close by. Parking available. Very clean, great breakfast, tea and coffee always available, staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was huge, clean and comfortable.

I like that the suites are in like a duplex setting. The office ladies were super helpful and very understanding. I think I locked myself out twice and they were very understanding and did not have an attitude when I approached them. I love that it was a safe area bc I walked to my daughter’s house everyday which is over a mile away, and I felt very safe. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois so I’m very nervous about going places. But where we stayed to my daughter’s house was a perfect and safe walk! And a grocery store was just down the road so walking to get groceries was super easy. Overall awesome stay! I stayed at Stratford Suites a couple years ago, and when I come back to Washington I will be checking for availability at Stratford Suites first!

Best place for price and location. This is the nicest place I've ever stayed for the price. Every time I stayed at this location the staff have been more than accommodating and go above and beyond. I honestly can't sat anything negative about any of my 5 visits to this location. Sara was the last front desk worker and was amazing at her customer service and really made us feel welcomed. It goes along way when alot of places don't seem to be very friendly. So thank u to this amazing place and it's staff for ur hospitality and to the owners . Whoever owns this place has done a wonderful job at this place. It's like a clean clean apartment that is so cozy! Thank u again

Excellent stay! From our 1st interaction with the staff so friendly check in was a breeze and then making changes due to my medical issues with no hesitation was incredible. Suite was perfect and exactly as described with a full kitchen, pots & pans, dishes we could make real meals! The bed was super comfortable as were the sofa & chair. Cable TV & Wifi had no issues. Very clean inside and out. No complaints at all. We even extended our stay a couple days. We'll be staying here again next month. Perfect for extended stays!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, great prices and this is a one level hotel. No stairs and long hallways. Very clean and spacious , we were impressed with the inside and outside in a nice area with restaurants close by. Everything is very neat and tidy, this property is well cared for. The office (Shanna) is welcoming, we felt like we were home. Has the best espresso machine open 24/7. I will stay here whenever I am in Spokane. Highly recommend this hotel, we felt safe and at home.

Stratford Suites was a great stop for our group during our national park road trip. The location in Airway Heights was super convenient, especially after a long drive from Mount Rainier. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—plenty of room to spread out and relax. Having a full kitchen and comfy living area made it feel more like a home than a hotel. It was a great overnight recharge before heading to Glacier. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Spokane!

The staff, Sunny and Heather, were so friendly and efficient. The plants in the lobby really added to the ambiance as did the lovely landscaping around the parking lot. Pool area looked so welcoming tho didn’t have time to use it. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was better than most complimentary ones. The hotel is located in a safe convenient location.

This has been one of my best stays that I have ever had in a hotel.I will be booking to stay in My Place Hotel from now on!

I needed a cheap, safe, clean place to stay for a night and this place ticked most of those boxes. Booking and check-in/out were pretty easy and straight forward. I do feel like their prices are a little high considering the quality of my stay (like it was about 25-35 bucks cheaper I'd feel better about it). The staff at the front desk were pleasant. The room felt clean for the most part and you could tell it's a newer building. One of the smoke detectors in the hallway outside my room had a dying battery that chirped every 15 minutes or so. Even after mentioning it to staff it continued to do so, even after waking up the next morning. Thankfully, I was able to sleep through it, but that was enough to not make me want to stay again. When it came to cleanliness everything seemed clean-with two exceptions: the toilet had been cleaned, but whoever is cleaning it needs a new brush or to learn to scrub around the very bottom...it had a brown buildup that you get from just not getting to that part of the toilet, and the top/decorative brown blanket wasn't doing anyone any favors-it had a lot of fuzz knots and just didn't look clean/useable (like it not being there would have been better in my opinion). I saw it mentioned in a few other reviews, but yeah-their wifi is either non-existent or hard to access. The instructions on the corkboard in the room do not work and there is a password that is needed that is not communicated to guests upon check-in.

This hotel was great for my child and myself traveling for sports. It was conveniently located off I-90, close to restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and in decent condition. It was a quiet area of Spokane Valley. The little kitchenette was great, except there were not any pots, silverware, etc available. I'm glad we didn't plan on using the cooktop, or we would have had to make a run to Walmart to buy our own cookware. Tip for the hotel: spring for better toilet paper. This was quite possibly the worst toilet paper I've ever used. It was thinner than RV toilet paper. If you're looking for a hotel with a bunch of amenities, this isn't your spot. It's a clean, affordable room.

Other than the fact that car parking is so far away from the rooms, you can’t complain. I got the fountain view room and got such an excellent view of Bellagio, Paris, Caesar’s Palace and Cosmopolitan etc. Rooms are big, nice, clean and beds are comfy. It was just a very good stay.

I like this hotel because the rooms are spacious, have a kitchen, the breakfast is pretty good, the breakfast/lobby area is open all the time with comfortable seating, the river trail is nearby, it’s close to the freeway, and the staff are nice. And there’s a Panera across the street. It’s affordable because it’s shabby comfort. We are okay with shabby because the rooms are clean and large and we have two big dogs. In room 100, the desk chair had part of the arm rest chewed off, there were holes in the sofa fabric and one of the lamp lightbulbs was dead. The heater doesn’t work well. There is a pet fee and the desk clerk told me there are plans to double it. If you travel with pets, the rate for pets is a good question to ask before you book. If you like pristine and modern, this spot isn’t for you. If you like spacious comfort, it’s a good choice.

Stayed here from April 15-19, 2022. Nice grounds, and being so close to the river walk trail is a bonus. We didn't have a problem with some outdated furnishings, as this is not a brand new hotel. The staff was most accommodating and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to them when we had a chance. Special shout out to Sean (front desk at night), Richard (housekeeper), and Crystal (head of housekeeping). A major plus was long pool hours, and a pool you can actually do laps in. We were told 24 hours by one person at the front desk, but it says on this site they are from 8:00am to 11:pm. Regardless, I swam before 7:00 each morning and never had a problem. The hot tub being closed was a disappointment, but we take full blame for not asking if it was open or not when we booked the room. Now for that pathetic breakfast which pulls a whole point off the score. There were bananas, apples, some bottled juices, and really good coffee, but that's where it ends. The "food" had to be previously frozen pre-packaged items placed in what normally would be egg/bacon/sausage/etc warmers. At best, it was like eating cardboard. When I asked the morning clerk, the answer was that all the Marriott hotels were going to this type of breakfast. Yech, and no thanks. Fortunately, since all the rooms have kitchens we made our own breakfast after that first morning.

Property and room were very clean. We had a bigger room or suite with a kitchen and extra bedroom and the price was very reasonable. We wanted some place close to Silverwood and this was perfect. Only about 30 minutes from the park. Hotel employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not really happening. Mostly pre packaged granola bars and fruits. I get it, the worlds not operating normally but selection was sparse. Other than that, great place to stay.

Stayed at this location on September 17, 2023. Like nearly all the Marriott properties we have stayed at this location exceeded expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful and started us off with some welcome M&Ms. Hotel was clean with practical placement of furniture. The breakfast was hot and good and once again we saw the same staff member who welcomed the previous day. I was hoping we could kidnap her to take her on the rest of our travels. If you're looking for a great location to stay in Spokane, a city I don't really care for, this is it. Close to shopping and restaurants. Two thumbs up.

This place is amazing great place spent Christmas here and the staff brung in dinner from the front desk to maintenance everyone has been helpful kind and caring . Clean rooms and quiet as well.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and will absolutely return. You cannot beat the price, it is clean, staff are helpful and nice, and the location is great. Everything a person needs is within walking distance including tons of great restaurants (visit Nudo if you like authentic ramen, Mod for awesome pizza, to name only two within 1-3 blocks), drug stores, and a grocery store right across the street. There is also other services in the area including salons, spas, and Dutch Brothers (hands down THE BEST coffee) nearby. It’s super easy to get to get back and forth from other places in Spokane, North Division is packed with shopping and restaurants galore. There are lots of updates to the buildings and we felt totally safe and secure. Will be back again as soon as possible!!!

The best recommendation is that it is good value for the price. The room was clean and modern enough with a fridge, microwave, and sink. The TV was challenging to operate but the staff gladly gave us a demonstration. The bed was comfortable but I would have preferred a larger, or second, pillow. It seems that several residents might be weekly/monthly guests although we did not find that to be a problem. The greatest disappointment was the advertised breakfast. It amounted to a muffin and granola bar doled out in a paper sack. Coffee and hot chocolate were also readily available. To their credit, this was more than was offered at comparably priced facilities. The $100.00 deposit was inconvenient but I suppose understandable because of some clientele. I would have hoped to see it returned at checkout rather than waiting for an inspection after our departure. As a budget option, we will probably return in the future and caution others to be just a little wary.

It was very cozy I was offered a smoking room. Very clean very tidy and well staffed. And all amenities were in the room needed coffee pot towels shampoo soap and the bed was very very comfortable and clean.

We were thrilled to find a place with a suite like this. We each got our own room. Everything is super clean and the Wi-Fi works great Surprisingly, it was also very quiet! The staff are very kind and helpful My only complaint is that they advertise “ continental breakfast” which in every motel and in every country I have ever stayed ( including across the USA) there was tea!

Super clean and comfortable. Very friendly service and very prompt airport shuttle in a very clean van. The hotel let me book a last minute long term parking reservation and it was very affordable. Would recommend for the price and convenience to the Spokane Airport.

I have stayed here several times over the course of the last year and it has really gotten better in all aspects. Riz and Rosa are amazing and really helpful. the cleanliness of the room was great. both were nice and very professional. Now if the showers would stay the same temp through the whole shower and the occupants wouldn't pace and yell various times throughout the night it would have been a 5 star stay. but because of those things I had to give it a 4.

The hotel staff was dealing with hot water heater going out in part of the hotel from earlier in the day even though he just came on shift. He was also dealing with a guest who was unhappy with the lack of hot water and wanted her money. The hotel staff handle the situation with decorum and professionalism by giving the lady another room and letting the manager know of the complaint. In addition, he let me verify that there is hot water in the room assign to me before paying. With the lower cost of hotel price compared to other hotel and the lower review score, I was concerned that my stay won't be pleasant. Quite the opposite in fact. My stay was pleasant and quite. My family room was above the office. The noise outside in the parking lot and in hallway was normal level noise. The beds were comfortable and the shower clean.

Quick and easy check in friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and linens great staff who work the front desk and in housecleaning services, great parking and no problems or drama at this location.

The room was clean and had a nice coffee maker that made more than one cup at a time. Nothing was bad, but I had several things that bugged me. There were no extra towel hangers or hooks for a shaving bag. No counterspace in bathroom. The shower was very nice but water temp was only just past warm, not hot. There were no tissues in the room. The biggest drawback was lack of plug-ins by the bed for CPAP machine. I've stayed here before and I will go back. It's close to the casino and VIP's for a great breakfast.

It was a no frills room; no coffee pot, no fridge, no hair dryer, no breakfast in the lobby, just coffee. But the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was exceptional treated so well. The best pet friendly motel ever. Parking was never a issue. Rooms were clean. It was quiet. Did have a washer and dryer facility but unfortunately it was not in working order. highly recommend this location would stay there if the opportunity arose.Thank you so much for making our stay awesome!

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds are full of green grass and big beautiful trees that smell amazing, and the other guests have All been friendly too. It’s lovely to sit outside in the shade and enjoy the summer days.

The staff is amazing very helpful....nice people. The motel is old but is clean. The price is reasonable . They accept pets which is awesome. There are many choices for restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

First I am giving these guys a 4 based on the type of Hotel it is. So for a budget friendly low end hotel they do excel in a few ways. They are not a 4 star rated, you don't pay for a 4 star rated price. It is what it is, but in it's category it does sit at the top. Yes there are long term residents there. And yes some of you may not like the appearance of some of the guests. I was here for a week and talked with many of them on my way in and out each day. They are fine people, in most cases down on their luck and transitioning to something better. My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel very quiet. I am a female traveling alone and was not once concerned for my safety. The hotel is directly across from the Spokane Valley Police Department. Freeway access is good. Restaurant's and retail all close. The staff is very effective, well informed and friendly. Any issue is addressed immediately. If I had one complaint it would be that the kitchens are literally bare. At a bare minimum they should provide a coffee pot. So no amenities at all. No coffee pot, no blow dryer. Just those two items would make it a more pleasant experience and are a basic expectation. They should actually note on the website you need to bring everything and expect nothing. That said in the end I would recommend this property. Especially if you are in town working and just need a base. Or passing through for a night. If you understand what you are booking you will be very pleased.

The room was comfortable and roomy. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the kitchen facilities and big fridge. We were hesitant to stay here due to some bad reviews, but we found everything clean and comfortable.

It may not look it on the outside, but the rooms are well maintained and clean. The front desk is helpful and was able to help me with the questions I had. The cleaning crew is top-notch. Amazing deal for the price!

The property is generally quiet even if it's close to a main street in the city. The staff are great and friendly, they are always willing to help. The linens and the towels are clean, and the entire room as well. Just be careful of the some dog poop on the ground, as some guests probably let their dogs poop there. I will still give them an excellent review despite that.

Having stayed here a few times I got to say it is an amazing deal for the price. The rooms are very well maintained and they have a friendly cleaning staff. The front desk staff is also top notch. For a budget hotel they really do make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The reason we went to Spokane was to see Trevor Noah perform. The property is located right across the street from the venue. We were able to walk there and not worry about parking or traffic. There is so much to see and do that is within walking distance from the property. There are also scooters that you can rent and buzz around on, these were so much fun! We took a tram that took us over the waterfalls and rode the scooters around the river and college campus. There were fun bars where we played pool and sang karaoke. Had a delicious Italian dinner, visited an amazing bookstore, and found this little adorable coffee shop that had a great vibe. The apartment itself was adorable. Comfortable furniture in the living room and the bed was fantastic. It was nice to have the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner in between the times we ate out (see picture!!). Having the washer and dryer in the unit to use was helpful and allowed us to pack less. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had good water pressure. The space felt comfortable and the huge windows were bright and airy. I think at one point all of us had said "I could live here" - because the apartment is really cute! Overall the property was great and we would definitely stay here again.

This little apartment was like having a home away from home for the weekend 🥰 My husband & I needed a little staycation and this place was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen with appliances and dishes to cook meals, which saved time and money, although grocery shopping isn’t always the cheapest lol. It was very secure and we felt safe with the passcodes to enter and auto lock when leaving. Plenty of street lights at night and the hallways are lit up as well when walking throughout the property too. We felt very safe, secure and comfortable during our visit. The apartment was pretty quiet, aside from the occasional loud passerby or truck, it was normal noise in the city and it didn’t disturb us whatsoever. The bed!!!!! OMG so comfortable!!!! I actually took some pics of the mattress and tag so that I can look it up and maybe buy ourselves one like it! So comfy!!!! Lots of shops, stores, bars & grocery within walking distance Parking is across the street in the Grand Hotel parking garage just a block walk from the apartment and it was $35 per day. Garages are always creepy at night but it seemed pretty safe, although we didn’t see any security guards but they do have cameras. We liked our stay at the apartment and will likely stay again if we need a place downtown 👍🏽 Highly recommend!

Very close to the Amtrak station but in a very safe and well-lit area. The apartment was beautiful and completely stocked with everything one would need for a long term or short term stay. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and modern and fresh looking. We never heard any noise and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Very pleased!!

Check-in was a breeze as we were given the code for our room beforehand and didn't have to wait in line. My partner and I were excited to share this space that felt like our little temporary home. We felt safe around the property for the most part and were happy with how accessible everything was. There are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance as well as shops and the park. The facilities in our room are in great shape and we couldn't even hear our neighbors which was a surprise especially during the time before we were required to be quiet. It's really peaceful, and I'm definitely booking again the next time I visit.

After a long day on the road, our three week vacation was coming to an end. We simply wanted a hotel with a pool & jacuzzi, and included breakfast. We were overwhelmed.with this property's ambience and helpful front desk, multiple complimentary hot beverages in the lobby, and very sleek and clean appearance. We swam, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and were able to completely unwind. After arriving at our final stay (the next evening) we realized we had left my (extra) insulin in the Best Western room's refrigerator. We called in a panic but were assured they would find it and ship it to us. This was confirmed by hotel management the next morning; the package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Bravo, Best Western Plus of North Spokane!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western plus in North Spokane. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean, and I especially appreciated the grab bar and non- slip tub mat for the bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered a breakfast with a great variety of choices, and lots of seating . I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Spokane!

My family and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at BW Plus Spokane North hotel. The front desk worker Jazmine was very welcoming and accommodated us during our stay! Breakfast waiting staff was hospitable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool/hot tub areas were very clean! Location of hotel was perfect with a variety of restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby! My family and I would stay here again. I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a hotel that had all of the bases covered so well. The entire facility was clean and fresh and welcoming. It seemed like it’s pretty new. The staff is very friendly. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming. I have already shared with local and traveling family members. They are pleased to have a place closer to their destination visiting family and friends. The king sized bed we had was super comfortable.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The building has a rich history, and you can feel it in the thoughtful renovation—they did a great job incorporating vintage details with modern design. The rooms are spacious and beautifully styled, and the walk-in shower was fantastic. I especially appreciated the cozy living room area—it made a great workspace. The closet setup was a bit odd, as the hanging bar was in the wrong spot, so we weren’t able to hang clothes easily. But overall, everything else made up for it. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Spokane and the riverfront. There’s a super cool bar right across the street called Garden Party, where you can sip creative cocktails surrounded by plants. A few doors down is a gem of a resale shop called Echo, plus a great coffee shop and bakery nearby. Bonus: parking is free on the street after 7pm!

This is a great hotel, friendly staff, dog friendly establishment, and perfect for solo trips or families. It was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and nice pillows too, which are crucial for someone like me with a bad back or neck. They did a great job meeting our needs. Love the valet parking option to keep our car safe at night. Nice location within walking distance to a few different restaurants, and attractions like theaters and shops.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was awesome. Close to bakery, awesome coffee shop, organic açaí bowls, taqueria, I mean such good dining! The theater was walking distance and the river, so fun! The gym had what I needed to get a work out in, rooms were comfortable. Temperature control great. Could open some windows for some fresh air. Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, parking did end up costing us $60 for 2 nights, I felt like I would have wanted to know that ahead of time when I was shopping for rooms, but it was nice that you cold get the car as many times as you want and still only be charged the $30 a night. Otherwise meter parking. All in all, very happy with it and I would def stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this historic boutique hotel in Downtown Spokane. The staff and customer service were both excellent (frankly, I got warm, friendly service everywhere I went in Spokane), and the room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The hotel is well-situated for exploring the Downtown/Riverfront area in a very walkable neighborhood not far from the public library, Riverfront Park, retail shops, bars, excellent restaurants, and the entertainment district. As it was Inlander Restaurant Week, I had a lot of great dining options to choose from, so I wasn’t too disappointed that the hotel restaurant is currently not in operation. I come to Spokane at least once a year for conferences, and I will definitely return to Hotel Indigo in the future. Highly recommend!

The exterior and lobby are gorgeous and transport you back in time— definitely Instagram worthy. It’s very central, close to lots of activities and restaurants. Valet parking available for $30 was convenient and worth the extra charge. Our room on the 3rd floor had a modern-industrial aesthetic, was very clean and quiet, with no noise from other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel smelled really good. On the downside, there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave, and the blackout curtain had a big gap, allowing the street light to shine right in my face all night. That was a bummer. Despite that, we’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay before an early morning flight! We didn't realize until we checked in that they offer a park & fly option. It was (I think) $5 per day. We took advantage of that, and it worked out great. Efficient, free shuttle to the airport, and they picked us up when we returned. Lighted lot with cameras. Newer hotel. Clean and surprisingly quiet, as it's near the interstate. Super friendly staff, who even packed us a free brown bag grab & go breakfast on our way out (too early for their free on-site breakfast, so we didn't get to experience that). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa/hot tub. Very nice. Highly recommend!

The staff was so friendly, beyond professional made us feel at home. The room was standard size, so a little smaller than we like. My wife, myself and adult son staying near airport. The bed was wonderful, nice hot shower and really clean in every aspect, from the room to breakfast and the pool area! A good value! One last thing as breakfast was about to close someone asked for some more sausage, the host made some more and brought it to the man sitting next to us! Just above and beyond! Thanks for a great stay!

It was super quiet! We checked in late at night & the nice gentleman greeted us and was super friendly & helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which is open 24 for adults. My kids loved the bed & said it was super comfortable. I also enjoyed that I could control the thermostat in the room! I also enjoyed the free parking and WiFi. Breakfast had so many options and we all enjoyed it!

One of the best hotel overall, l’m giving 5 ⭐️ the breakfast is good, swimming pool is clean, the staff is welcoming, clean and well maintained room, interior/exterior, l recommend the travelers to stay here and explore, no traffic, convenient store is so close. Sleep inn is the best.

Most of the time when I am in Spokane I stay here. The only drawback is the neighborhood, but that is also the strength. It is centrally located, it is affordable, this is a budget hotel with security watching the parking lot from 10:00 p.m. until the morning. If you've ever been to downtown Spokane, you know what that's like, but I've always felt safe here. This is an excellent resource and having breakfast in the railroad car across the street is always fun. The hospitals and medical centers are down the street, the knitting factory is close, and you can get over to concerts in the stadium reasonably well.

The front office staff is incredibly nice and professional. The rooms are pretty spacious. The beds are really comfortable and the amenities are pretty sweet. I will say though, that it’s in a sketchier part of town and with that comes individuals who you might not necessarily want around. Also, the rooms do have a bit of residual smoke smell to them even though they are listed as non-smoking rooms. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay, just maybe keep a taser on you.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Older hotel but very clean and safe. Office staff was pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I was passing through for work. This was a great value. Door locked, bed and room was clean, staff was friendly. Yes, you will hear a train passing by in the night. Yes, you will see that all types of people stay here. Come on, it’s not the Ritz Carlton, so those who would criticize Tiki Lodge can relax. Don’t stay here if you cannot handle the humanity. I thought it was fine, and I would stay here again.
