The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly and kind. The location was great! The design and layout of the room was well thought out. Loved the shower split bathroom design! Very nice shower and separate powder room was delightful. Comfortable beds and very clean. Hotel bar was a bonus too!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. The location is convenient and right off of the highway. We got in pretty late in the evening, however check in was easy and the bar was open. I had no idea they even had a bar?! Jackie was wonderful and very hospital to us. She also made some great recocomendations for food in the area and the DRINKS oh my gosh, BEST mixed drinks I have had in awhile. I cant recall the name, I just told her I needed something fruity and that I can wind down after a long trip. I am craving it right now, Jackie where is the recipe?! haha! just kidding. All in all we will be back, the rooms were so clean and beds were comfortable. Thank. you for hosting us SpringHill.

I stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed each one. Great service, great breakfast, awesome shower head and great water pressure (underrated quality), and I was able to fill up on breakfast everyday. Also it was very quiet. Just comfortable in almost every way. May not be back to this particular SpringHill in my future travels but I will be looking for them in other places.

My parents and I stay at this hotel every year when we go to visit my brother. The service is excellent and the rooms are always very clean. They seem to have upgraded the rooms and now only have a shower and no bathtub. That’s not a problem for me. They provide complimentary breakfast as well.

I like that they offered breakfast. The location was great, a safe nice area. The property was clean and neat, the rooms were clean. The hallways were clean, it is obvious they take cleanliness into consideration. The pool was nice, they also had a splash pad for the kids.

The Crowne Plaza was a wonderful place to stay for one night wish it was more the pool and jacuzzi was wonderful the steak restaurant was very unique the bedroom was very comfortable the bed was warm cold and we could have slept all night long in the bed the room the hotel itself was unique I will be staying again thank you for everything the price was magnificent

From the moment I walked into the Crowne Plaza, I knew I was in for a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel was impeccably clean, and every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. But what truly set my stay apart was the incredible service at the bar. The bar staff at the Crowne Plaza were nothing short of phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, they made each evening at the bar feel like a VIP experience. They remembered our names, offered great drink recommendations, and kept the mood upbeat and enjoyable. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation after a long day, they truly went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. But the warmth and energy of the bar staff really made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending the Crowne Plaza to friends and colleagues. Five stars all the way!

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel bar and restaurant were small but nice. Drinks and the dessert were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not get to use the pool, but it was very nice and looked relaxing. The location was in the middle of everything.

Very comfortable quiet clean beautiful rooms and a very nice free breakfast. Except they need juice in the morning currently they do not offer. But what a nice place to stay. Fitness center, jacuzzi and pool. Awesome

Had a great stay here. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Room had ample space, we especially liked the seperate lounge/office space. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small and we had to ask for another towel (which were quite small) but that’s a minor complaint. Breakfast was very good, had plenty of options including some delicious biscuits and the staff were quick to keep things filled with for the breakfast rush. The hotel is centrally located and is only a few minutes away from the central shops, mall, grocery stores, and lots of dining options. All in all, will be staying here again and would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in The Woodlands.

We stayed just one night during a recent road trip vacation. The Heritage Inn is a very reasonably priced hotel for this part of Houston (near The Woodlands). The lobby is cheerfully decorated, but the sleeping rooms are strictly functional and plain-looking. We chose a room with queen beds. The beds had only a sheet and very very light duvet. But the sheets were a soft and comfortable fabric. Luckily the AC system in the room was excellent and could be easily adjusted for heat or cooling. Tub and shower were spotlessly clean with good water pressure and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner on the wall. Blackout curtains were available and even though we were just off I-45, the room was very quiet... no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was included and offered from 7-9 AM. Again, not a high end offering, but still... scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage patties were hot. Otherwise, little yoghurts, bananas, slices of bread or sliced bagels (but no toaster) and cereals. Coffee was good. There is an inside pool and hot tub and a small workout room though we didn't use them. Lots of attentive communication from the hotel via text to make sure we had all we needed. All in all, considering the Heritage Inn was really a bargain for that area, I'd say it's a very good deal and comfortable.

Disappointed with the lack of the complimentary manager’s reception, which is what the old Drury Inn used to have (dinner and 2 free drinks) and Expedia still advertising this. However, since they changed to Heritage Inn they no longer offer this so I had to find an alternative way to get dinner before my concert. The property needs some updating the room smelled musty and the heater was on 79 in the summertime when I got to my room. The water from the shower smelled like eggs. A breakfast is ok, I’m glad that they still offer that. The property is quiet and close to Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion. The manager is really nice and helpful.

The pros: Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. The room was well appointed. The shower was huge and the water pressure was amazing! The fitness center had new equipment and was open 24 hours. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The parking lot was well lit and I saw the constable/sheriff several times driving through the parking lot. It was also close to shopping and restaurants (Chuys and Chick Houz) with easy access to the freeway. There is also a wonderful nature trail/park hopefully a quarter of a mile away that my family enjoyed. Eat breakfast offerings we’re good but in short supply. The cons: The walls between rooms were pretty thin. We had some obnoxious neighbors that we could hear throughout our stay. The gym wasn’t swept the two days that we were there. There was dried mud, likely from the cleats of the baseball team in the building, that was in the same place each time I went to the gym to exercise. The beds are not as comfortable as Marriott beds. The breakfast bar was slow to be stocked. We ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for fresh food.

I was in Houston on business for a few days. I'd read prior reviews but I was booked at the hotel so I made up my own mind. I did request a room away from the highway so it was quiet. The hotel is impeccably clean (rooms also). The bed is the MOST comfortable (and I own a Sleep Number bed). Breakfast bar food included yogurt and fruit (my favorite!) plus other good things. The front desk staff were so friendly and since I didn't have a car, suggested close restaurants where I walked to grab dinner. If I came back to Houston I would definitely stay here. I think it's the people who made my stay so great. (I was traveling alone).

The staff is always friendly and helpful and the check in and out process is very easy. The rooms are always spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in. They serve a good breakfast with a variety of fruits and hot foods. The location of the hotel is right by one of our favorite grocery stores HEB as well as restaurants, fast food and pizza places. It is located within 30 minutes of most places we visit as well as shopping when we come to the Houston area every 6 months. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times now this past year and had a good experience staying a week both times. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Hyatt Place Houston NW Vintage in Tomball Parkway to friends and family.

Clean, quiet, decent breakfast, decent gym, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, had a safety bar and rubber mat; price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean hotel experience with a yummy hot breakfast. I appreciate the big food selection for breakfast as there were 5 of us, all with different diet preferences. The workout center was basic but helpful. We used the floor mats, weight lifting bench, and the treadmills... perfect start to our day!

Great service, Room was clean and in perfect condition, the breakfast was amazing and the coffee and breakfast service was great! the location is perfect and it has two restaurants at walking distance, a quiet and relaxing place to stay for the night.

This is a great choice for a stay at The Woodlands. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only negative comment I would have is that the breakfast hot food wasn't very hot. Otherwise, overall, a very good stay and comfortable experience.

The location is serene, yet near so many things to see, do, and eat. The staff were very lovely and the hotel was really nice, clean, and overall perfect. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We weren't disturbed by road noise or other occupants as we have been in the past at other hotels. The breakfast was very nice and fresh with lots of options. This hotel is top notch for the price and we will certainly book our stay here the next time we are in the area.

The best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. The best one out of 4 we stayed at during the drive from TX to MA. Super friendly staff and no weird looks or eye rolls as I have to wear a mask due to being immunocompromised. Very accommodating to choice of room and remembered that I had mentioned we were in middle of moving when I called and made reservation. Room was very clean, AC worked great w/no weird smell, shower & bathroom very nice and clean, and super comfortable beds. Clean pillows too. Haven't slept that well since then! If we ever take a trip back, will definitely stay here! Close to restaurants/shopping, highway etc. Despite that, it was very quiet. Highly recommend! Thanks to the staff at this Marriott!

My family enjoyed our first stay at a Courtyard hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Guest services were prompt and friendly. The bistro/bar area was literally inside the entrance and across from the check in desk. That was a little strange, as I would not necessarily want to be checking in with my young child while there was a crowd at the bar. Also, the breakfast prices were insane. Overall, would stay again simply for the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Our hotel room had a very modern design which we liked. The small sofa and ottoman made it easy to comfortably watch tv - the bed was comfy. There was a small microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The only downside was no breakfast included - you had to go to a small Starbucks like counter to order and pay for breakfast and it was only open till 9:30am weekdays/10:00am weekends and was pricey. Not even free coffee in the lobby. We did some laundry and would have used the pool, but lots of kids were enjoying it (and it was a bit noisy for us).

This hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. Due to Covid, the breakfast, bar area, and pool was closed. There were measures in place to take care of the customers as well as the employees (i.e., bins in the hallway to place towels, trash bins to place your trash). Extra towels were available upon request at the front desk. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will stay in the same location when I return.

We wound up at this hotel unexpectedly, after our flight from Houston to SC was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene in SC. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It beat the heck out of staying at the airport for 24 hours to catch the next available flight! Would definitely stay here again - even by choice next time around.

Outstanding Hilton Garden Inn property that is well maintained and superbly managed! I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member and this is my "go to" hotel in the North Houston/Spring area. Have been staying here several times every year for the past five plus years. Excellent Texas friendly staff at all levels and service areas. Hats off to Otis who keeps this place running sharp and providing Excellent customer service for all. Clean comfortable rooms and beds with a pleasant welcoming modern decor. All the in room Hilton Garden Inn amenities you have come to expect. Fitness and business center. Lovely outdoor pool area and patio for fun filled times and conversation with friends and family. Very good restaurant and cocktail lounge/bar. Their chefs in the kitchen know how to prepare everything from delicious salmon and steaks, to the best juicy hamburger in any hotel restaurant. The kitchen puts out a nice continental breakfast buffet in addition to tasty popular gill favorites like eggs, pancakes, french toast, and all the usual morning side dishes. The bartenders and all the wait staff provide outstanding service with a smile. Lots of convenient off street parking, with easy access to Interstate 45, and the toll roads in the area. Also, an easy drive to Houston Intercontinental Airport. Very Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant experience at this Hilton Hotel. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and everything was very delicious. Servers were very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, also I want to share that I forgot my bag at the room and Kandy was beyond helpful in getting my bag returned, I would definitely stay at this location again!

Very friendly staff. We were there for breakfast, some drinks, and have encountered a lot of people from frontdesk, to restaurant/bar to cleaning. They are just friendly good people. The hotel is also good, clean, well maintained, room was clean (we have high standards) and no issues with noise or anything.

The hotel rooms are very nice, clean, so cozy. The hotel itself has a nice family-friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room included a fridge, which is essential for us, and although there was no microwave, one was promptly provided upon our request. The multifunctional lobby was a highlight, allowing us to grab a bite from a nearby restaurant and enjoy it in a designated eating area. Afterward, we were able to relax on lobby sofas, choosing a comfortable spot to unwind and chat. We THOUROUGHLY enjoyed the lovely lake views, with benches and tables around the lake for relaxation while taking in the sights of the WATERFALL and the beautiful Greenery around us. There are cute restaurants within walking distance. Common bond and Island grill did not disappoint! Island Grill served the absolute best omelet I've ever had! It wasn't too cheesy or too fluffy. It was perfect! Anywho, the area seems to be a newly developing community. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing getaway that exceeded our expectations, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful property with great outdoor spaces! Relaxing was our goal for this stay, which is why we chose this hotel over others in The Woodlands area. Shortly after arrival, we had an issue with noisy neighbors and contacted the front desk. Breanna was very helpful and quick to assist us, upgrading us to a room on the 10th floor with M Club access. The remainder of our stay was perfect. The outdoor areas on the property and in the large greenspace, as well as the nearby walking paths, allowed us to spend the majority of our time outdoors. The fitness room is great too, with cold towels infused with lavender and mint - amazing after being in the heat or working up a sweat! Rene at SwitcHouse took great care of us the second evening and even stopped by our table to visit the following night. He and Hector, the restaurant manager, were friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. Our favorites of the two meals eaten at SwitcHouse were the queso, burger, and the bread pudding! This hotel is definitely one we will return to because of the beautiful, clean property and its staff - exceptional employees and assets to the CityPlace Marriott team!

Celebrated a wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived everything was exceptional. The hotel was pleasant and clean and fresh. Every room, every hallway throughout the whole building smelled great. The staff was welcoming. Every staff member we crossed paths with greeted us with a smile and friendly welcome. The hotel restaurant, The SwitchHouse was perfect for celebrating an anniversary. Finally, my room was beautiful and clean. Wish I stayed more than one night.

Was supposed to go out of town to San Antonio, but weather was too bad. So we live not to far from this area and still wanted to get away for the weekend. I saw this hotel and I booked it! As we drove up to the hotel, valet employee immediately greeted me! For check-in at front desk staff was very professional and friendly. It was our 23rd year anniversary so they made sure we had a nice view of the property! Breakfast was excellent, staff was also professional and friendly. The location is great, its near other restaurants and movie theatre. We had a wonderful time, they truly made our anniversary very special! Will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

This is one of the nicest Marriott properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in a very long time. They deserve every 5 star review they’ve received here and should be proud of their stellar ratings. This property is very well designed with an inviting lobby and extremely friendly staff. Rooms are very nice with a simplistic aesthetic that is very appealing. The room was impeccable, clean and very comfortable including the cleanest bathroom I’ve encountered in a hotel in quite some time. I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the staff was so kind and accommodating, and I’d like to call out the gentleman serving as host. He was so kind and professional and made sure all the guests were well taken care of. If you’re ever needing a hotel in Spring this should be your one and only choice!

I chose to stay at this location during my second visit to Houston due to it's proximity to the airport, continental breakfast, and airport shuttle. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe at this location. When I checked in, the front desk handed me my room key with the room number facing down and didn’t tell me aloud what my room number was. Even though the lobby was empty, I still appreciated that extra step in making sure that I was safe as a solo traveller. The breakfast was very good and hot. I also observed the hotel workers continuously checking and replenishing the food for guests during breakfast and cleaning the tables after each guest departed for the day. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. I was only there for a few days but I appreciated not feeling like I was in a shoebox. I also liked that my room had a shower room and a toilet room (both equipped with sinks!). Hotel shuttle was extremely easy to use! I wish I took advantage of it on my way to the hotel but that's user error on my part. If you call the hotel, I believe you can get picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle (noted for my next visit!). I stayed during May 2025 and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. It was super quick and convenient. Just let the driver know which terminal you’re going to and you’ll be there in no time!

We arrived at IAH airport and used the hotel's shuttle service, which worked very well - a large van came to collect us, we also used this service to return to the airport. This property is well located several fast food restaurants are located with in about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was very quiet and dark for a good sleep. The only negative thing I will say about the hotel is that breakfast starts at 07:00 in the weekends meaning if you have an earlyish flight you won't be able to have breakfast prior to leaving the hotel (nor is there an option to take something from the buffet with you to snack on later. The hotels good sized outdoor pool gave us a brief respite from the Houston heat.

Arrived early after our cruise and they checked us right in. Hotel is very clean and smells clean. Staff are friendly and shuttle service was quick. Taco Bell, Jack in the box and gas station with churches chicken. Breakfast provide had nice options . Only heard few planes over head for being so close to the airport. I would recommend and stay here again.

The property was really clean and well taken care of. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I appreciate the free parking, free breakfast, and accessibility to airport shuttle. While this hotel is so close to the airport, the noise of the planes flying over was truly not noticeable. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing Hotel and excellent staff! We held an event at this hotel and our expectations were by far exceeded! My daughter and I came a day early to finalize the details of our event. We were literally treated like royalty from the start. Heather, the manager on duty, made sure we had everything we needed to make our event go off with out a hitch. She was attentive and made it all happen! Keith, the bartender, was beyond incredible! He worked with my daughter to create 3 “mocktails” for our event and give them special names related to our school. My daughter, 15, felt so special and enjoyed their conversation. His excitement to create the special drinks with her was very endearing. The hotel over all has a very relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and well stocked. Amber at guest services was very friendly and made check in/out a breeze! The beds at this hotel are so luxurious, clean and crisp. Plan to have the best sleep you’ve ever had! I really can’t say enough positive things about this hotel it’s a must stay if you’re in the area.

This is a great property for the price. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the location is off the interstate and very quiet. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything is very tasty and the staff is very helpful Since it is a small property, getting in and out is very easy, no lines at the elevator and the pool area is like your own private oasis most evenings!

Room was spacious and I loved the size of the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean amd comfortable. If i had to give any feedback it would be that the wayer presdure was ok in the shower. The real bruht spot was the food. Ordered from the in house restaurant amd the food was delicious.

This was a truly outstanding experience!! I have travelled for work for about 34 years and have grown very tired of the same old hotels. Your hotel was a great surprise from the minute I pulled up. It was very well kept, private and quiet. The decor in the hotel were great. All of the front desk clerks I dealt with were truly professional. The pool and porch area were beautiful and a great place to relax both in the morning and at night after work. The bartender (white gentlemen with longer hair) ran all over the place serving the bar and the dining area and did an OUTSTANDING job!! He was the icing on the cake that made the visit a truly great one!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the chair by the bed was actually comfortable for me to get my work done with the portable table. Most hotels have mediocre furniture at best that comes across as more decoration and for actual use. This was a great stay and I really appreciate it!!

Hotel was Awesome! Room and hotel were very clean ( loved the clean scent they use after they clean the rooms), conveniently located, breakfast was great. Breakfast Staff was very friendly and efficient in restocking when anything got low. Registration staff was great. Especially, Lupe, she was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All the staff made us feel welcome and at home, I would definitely recommend and stay again at this wonderful hotel!

Long story short - it was a chaotic night at the Bush Intercontinental due to severe thunderstorm. My flight was cancelled and I was unable to re-book a new one until the next day. Stumbled upon Staybridge in quiet Humble around midnight after getting turned away by 6 other hotels; and when all hope seems lost, sweet Kathy let me stay in one of the "out-of-order" rooms. Room was spacious and clean despite being under renovation, although the switch system was a little confusing, and bed was not the most comfortable - but at this point I had nothing to complain about, especially when I was given a discount and having a free shuttle ride to the airport. Breakfast options were decent, but can be improved considering the price. Staff was very lovely, attentive and helpful. Look forward to another stay if I have the chance to return to Houston.

Big room and very comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great. Breakfast was tasty with good choices. It is very close to the airport but room are very quiet so perfect for a good night of sleep before flying. Staff was very friendly You also get a shuttle bus taking you to the airport.

Our stay at Staybridge Hotel was truly exceptional! After a long trip from Michigan, we arrived earlier than expected and were so grateful they allowed us to check in early. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the lobby to our room, which was spotless and welcoming. It was such a relief to relax in such a well-kept and accommodating space. Thank you, Staybridge, for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Modern, comfortable hotel near the airport was really nice bedrooms. There is no restaurant (although a limited range of evening meal choices are offered) and no real bar (a small selection of alcoholic beverages are served though). No lunch is served. Essentially there is a counter that serves Starbucks breakfast options in the morning and it doubles up in the evening to serve a small range of food and beverages. If you are travelling on business and want a restaurant with its own restaurant and bar then you should look elsewhere. If you are happy to have a limited choice of food (all walk 5 minutes to Double Tree Hilton) and a quick beer before bedtime then it will do just fine. The hotel is right underneath the flight path so you will have aircraft noise in the bedrooms until late in the evening. I had no hot water in the sink making it hard to shave but thankfully there was hot water in the shower.

Good stay overall. Convenient for IAH, especially with a free shuttle. Although I didn't know I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. My expectation was they were running constantly and just needed to find them outside (as in some other airports). And there were no messages to let us know. I booked through Booking.com and most of other hotels have messages to notify about parking/shuttle and other arrangements. I also had an issue with breakfast. I've booked breakfast inclusive room rate and stayed with entire family (2 adults + 2 children), which was stated on the booking. For some reason at the breakfast I was told I only had one breakfast included. When speaking to receptionist, she just sent me back to the breakfast counter, "as they are separate companies and they don't deal with breakfasts". Basically they left me to sort it out, offering no assistance. This was a bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyable stay with good room and beds. Perfect for airport layover.

Wonderful staff-very friendly and helpful at check-in. Nothing was too much trouble! Spacious clean rooms and comfy beds. Proximity to George Bush Airport. Comfy chairs in the lounge when we arrived very early. Quiet,civilized and calm hotel-which suited us really well.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited, and initially they said not included but when I showed my booking they said to put it on my room. My first receipt was correct, but after I had left another was sent to me that included charges for my breakfast. I have had to call and deal with that. Irritating. Otherwise, the hotel was convenient and staff friendly and helpful

This hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised as hotel airports aren't always the best. This is definitely one of the better hotel airports that I have stayed in. Good bed. Softer pillows (which I like). Bathroom was nicely appointed and clean. I was on the top floor and it was quiet. The primary upside and hence downside to the hotel is the proximity to the airport. One airplane flew over after I arrived (and I arrived quite late) and two (that I can recall) flew over around 5am. There isn't much the hotel can do about that, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Shuttle to airport worked great and the driver was helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was cool, clean and comfortable. We experienced a problem with our flight and we were able to get checked in early with no problem which was awesome. The pool was closed due to routine inspections being scheduled so that was disappointing. The breakfast was wonderful! Nice options, hot, fresh and beautifully presented. We scheduled a shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Shuttle was on time and the driver was nice. Would definitely stay at this location again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very pleasant stay! Everything was very clean, front office was very welcoming an de the room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good compared to other hotels, because there were also healthy options to choose from like yoghurt and fresh fruits, as we are not used to eggs, bacon, pancakes or hamburgers for breakfast. If you arrive in Houston for a road trip, the hotel is very near the George Bush airport and it has some good stores nearby to do your shopping before going on your trip. I also enjoyed the free parking and the fast WIFI and the food and service at the restaurant were good as well. Thank you, I would recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was truly pleasant, and my family greatly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. The property is clearly well-maintained, which immediately made for a welcoming atmosphere. I found the bed in Room 222 exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect – wonderfully hot and relaxing. A particular highlight, especially for a Houston visit, was the air conditioning system. When the fan was set to "On," the room became incredibly cool, reaching 52 degrees Fahrenheit even with the thermostat at 75. While this is a fantastic feature for combating the Houston heat, I did find myself quite cold at night due to its powerful cooling. The breakfast was also a definite plus; the eggs with rosemary seasoning were particularly tasty. While the omelet on the following day needed a little adjusting, it didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable meal. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the condition of the walls, as there were some black markings that could use attention. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed any minor issues, and I would gladly choose Holiday Inn again.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. Our server and the restaurant was excellent as well and our shuttle driver was amazing too. The only negative is when we went to the restaurant in the morning for the continental breakfast I didn’t like how the fella yelled to us from across the restaurant to have a seat instead of greeting us at the door as well. There was two staff rolling silverware up at the bar, leaving all of the tables with dirty dishes on them when people were coming in and trying to find a place to sit, but all the tables were dirty.

Such a lovely ,Clean, comfortable hotel. The reception staff were excellent and the young lady on duty Friday 20th June was very helpful, allowing me to have a midday checkout. Also organised a uber to get to to the mall. The room was very good . The Hotel is well run by super efficient staff, the breakfast and dinner very very nice also reasonably priced. The free shuttle was clean and tidy and on time for both pick up and drop off.

Hotel was fairly new and very clean rooms. Staff was helpful, lobby was spacious. Outdoor patio seating was a lovely welcome surprise and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had and the menu in the dining room grill was more than typical bar food. Wish all the Holiday Inns were this nice. And the price for a Saturday night was very reasonable. We stayed here, which was close to the airport (which there was a free shuttle offered) prior to taking an Uber the following morning to Galveston port for our cruise

Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of hot options and cold. Plenty of drinks and fruit. The lady cooking the breakfast was super friendly and made sure everyone was well fed and happy. The dining room. It was close to where I needed to be. It was clean. Heather was very helpful and joy at the front desk. Mary who worked in the kitchen for breakfast was helpful. She put out coffee even at the end of breakfast. Great staff and the my room was clean.

This is a newer hotel so it might have an edge on some of the older "models." The staff was kind and helpful; the hotel clean and modern. The parking was free and it's near a few great places to eat. The rooms and bathrooms especially are spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed my time there as a business traveler and only wished I could have stayed an extra day to check out the pool and relax. The continental breakfast included meat and eggs. Apparently they switch back and forth from sausage to bacon; I missed bacon day, but I can't complain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property. The location is great and not too close to the city center. Made for an easy getaway back towards Dallas.

Stayed here for 1 night for business. It has a new hotel feel and the place was clean and comfortable. Hot foods served for breakfast. Snack bar located at the lobby. Free, spacious parking lot. TV in room is old and could use an upgrade, especially in size. Staff was friendly and there were no issues with my stay. Would stay here again if I am in the area.

This was a very convenient hotel to stay in for a layover prior to an international flight our of Houston. As it is easily accessible via the (free) subway at the airport there's no having to worry about getting a car, no traffic worries or no concerns about having to walk miles with your luggage so that was the main attraction for us. Torin (I think that was her name), gave us exceptional service on check in with options for the M Club and wifi and checkout which was much appreciated. She was friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough for making us feel welcome. This is an old hotel but the amenities have been updated and the room was modern and functional. The restaurant has great food options and we enjoyed a meal there.

A beautiful hotel and right IN the airport. You just go down the escalator and get on the subway ( loops every 3 min) to all the terminals. We stayed here the night before our 6 am flight. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The Bed was VERY comfortable. We also ate in the hotel restaurant. The food and drink were great. There’s also a beautiful outdoor pool. We didn’t swim but sat outside a while. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress in the restaurant because she was amazing with her recommendations, efficiency, and friendliness. If we return to Houston I would not hesitate to stay here again

We loved our stay! Was a two night stop over between flights (NZ to UK); the beds were very comfy and large, the room a good size and clean, with a great shower! The restaurant served delicious food, the pool was refreshing, and staff helpful and friendly. Oh and the absolute ease getting from the airport - hop on a little train at the bottom of the terminal and takes you straight to the hotel, total highlight for our toddler, plus staff organised helping get our bags to our rooms and the airport. Everything you what you want for in between long flights!

Stayed 1 night (this time) at IAH Hotel. We were warmly and professionally greeted by Madison when we arrived. She instantly made us feel like a valued Marriott member (I am Gold, so not super high status). She was prompt checking us in making sure we knew where our room was and how to get to it. She even topped things off by leaving a handwritten note on our door as she overheard our conversation about recently celebrating our anniversary. Really made us feel special. In this world courtesy and kindness seem to be disappearing. This young lady really is the embodiment of what everyone who deals in customer service should be! I’ll also mention the serving staff in the restaurant for the morning buffet. Carlos (chef) was also very welcoming, kind and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our food was fresh, hot and tasty. The rest of the staff was smiling and welcoming as well. We have frequented this hotel for years. Service has never been better. This speaks loudly for whomever is managing this property. Great team!

Our stay was great. Convenient parking. Easy check in. Very comfortable, quiet room, with perfect room temp. Bed and pillows excellent. Property is spotless. Parking lot well lit. There is a small area that serves food, drinks. Bartender was very congenial guy. The location is very close to shopping, restaurants but is in a quiet, peaceful area. (OFF 1-45) Check out no problem. Price is very reasonable. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I spent several days here and throughly enjoyed the stay. I was really looking for peace and quiet during my stay yet I wanted to be close to The Woodlands area. I absolutely love the location as it checked all boxes. I stayed in a King Suite and enjoyed the exercise concept of the room. The room was properly sanitized and very clean. I actually chose this hotel as I've allergies and the main room had vinyl flooring vice carpeting. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were equally accommodating. The staff was excellent and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. The chef was particularly nice, very professional and a great conversationalist. They also have a good Happy Hour. Again, the big win for me is that the location was perfect for my needs and there was not a lot of local foot traffic so I was able to get out during the day, enjoy the area, and come back to a very nice, quiet, safe hotel. Note: the rooms are not cleaned daily unless you stay for a week (towels and garbage are picked up / exchanged daily upon request. Also, there are also Pappadeaux / Pappacitos restaurants across the street and several others within a 3-5 min drive. The Woodlands area is about a 8-10 min drive. Hope this helps!

This was a quick stop over for us and we didn't get to really enjoy the convivence of having exercise equipment right in your room. The location is convenient right in the Woodlands. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They take care of their Diamond members and upgraded us into a very awesome suite that had an exercise bike. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and spacious.

Amazing property. Front desk and bartender were both great to deal with. The whole hotel and the room were very clean and well put together. Room was perfect.... spacious, very comfortable bed and nice walk-in shower. There was even some work out equipment inside the room. Next time I visit the area I'll be sure to stay here.

This was an excellent hotel offering a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed for a quick weekend away. It's very close to Woodlands attractions and close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and made to order. Nice comfortable beds. Workout equipment in room. Bar open at night. Very nice experience and we will be back!

The breakfast is hearty and wholesome. Plenty to choose from and the layout and presentation of breakfast is lovely. The restaurant is good too! The main waiter there is fantastic. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and in general everyone is pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for an overnight airport stay coming into San Jose Costa Rica and/or leaving CR. It's super convenient and close to the airport. Just beware of traffic and plan ahead to get to the airport. It is close but traffic can be brutal depending on the time of day and it can get blocked up around the airport at times, especially after 3PM and until about 7 or 8PM at night. Weekends there is less traffic but there is still some traffic so just a word of caution about the traffic in San Jose.

The property was newer and very clean and they have an airport shuttle service. Its nice that they have a restaurant and a bar but neither was very good. The restaurant served cold coffee in the morning and the margaritas were terrible. The restaurant menu is limited and the soup tasted like canned minestrone soup. Stay away from the restaurant and you should be ok.

Clean / comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and shower. It was nice to find a safe in the room. The restaurant / bar had reasonable food. A limited choice, but was good quality. It was close / convenient for the airport.

The folks at the Sheraton 4 Points are awesome! The managers have done a marvelous job in training their people. I enjoy staying where they treat me like royalty! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast (not complimentary) was delicious. The bar was awesome!! So, over all , stay here it ROCKS!!!

Excellent experience! Location was in great vicinity of the things we wanted to do in the surrounding cities/Woodlands and Houston area. The staff Justin and Casey the Mgr were very friendly and welcoming upon check in and made our celebratory stay memorable. We encountered an incident after check in, but Casey remedied the situation in an exceptional way that we did not anticipate. Throughout our stay she was friendly and made the experience a truly pleasant one. Every staff member from housekeeping, to dining staff, to final check out were very kind and professional. The hotel is modern, the suite is very spacious, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This location is convenient to all the area hospitals and rehab centers. It is off the highway so there is no road noise. It is very peaceful. The rooms are nicely appointed with a modern touch. I have stayed here several times over the past two years while visiting family members in one of the area hospitals. Travelling alone I feel safe and secure at this Hyatt. It is also near multiple restaurants so there is a variety of food options. Staff is always pleasant even were I arrive late at night. Nice bar in lobby. Free breakfast makes it easy to grab and go with a bagel and coffee.

Very comfortable beds. Room and common areas of hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good and it’s always nice when it’s included. Pool area was clean and quiet and relaxing. There is lots of shopping and dining nearby and it’s right off of I-45. Getting around that area can be confusing though with needing to take U turns, etc. but that is not the hotel’s fault. Everyone was so friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer and got another awesome night of sleep in that amazing bed!

Staff has been pleasant. Guy at front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Bar and restaurant is nice and convenient. Honestly my only complaint would be the hallways were very hot and the carpet looks dirty. I totally understand it's a busy hotel in proximity to the airport so it gets alot of business. My room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small with an old style tub shower but overall it's still a nice hotel and worth the money. I will stay here again if the circumstances come up.

We were stranded at IAH due to weather conditions. The whole airport closed so EVERYONE was scrambling for overnight accommodations. We were fortunate to find this hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient despite dozens of incoming, cranky, frustrated travelers. An older property, it was remodeled very nicely. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was adequate, a/c worked. Breakfast buffet was fine, though they didn’t have any gluten friendly bread options. We had a terrific lunch in the Blue Dixie restaurant on property. Transportation to the airport was on time and comfortable.

Overall the hotel is nice, but the AC didn’t work in the fitness room and the trash was overflowing. The breakfast area was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Wish they didn’t fill in the pool and jacuzzi.

Very convenient location for 1 night airport layover. Free shuttle easy—driver helped me to find the right shuttle at the busy pickup location. Morning shuttle on time. Hotel is basic, but very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being so close to airport. Keurig coffee machine in room is nice touch. Breakfast also basic, but ok.

I love the breakfast the most. They had eggs in different ways served on different days. Which I loved. They offered sausage links or turkey patties, waffle making, different juices or different milk options, hot tea and coffee making. When I go to a hotel that's says breakfast included I look for this type of breakfast not a grab and go type. The 3 staffs I got to assist ne were smiles, energetic and helpful. Even got a room upgrade when my key was not working for me 3 times of going into my room for the first entrance. I had more space got a solo stay. Water was hot and the room stayed cool try to warm it but it was a challenge there but over all looks older on the inside but it is still good stay otherwise. The women who did breakfast knew I got the times mixed up from weekend to weekday for breakfast she made extra sausage when they were closed and brought it to me. That going over and beyond was the sweetest gesture. I left roses 🌹 😌 in my room to thank each staff with a bite of appreciation. Thank you so for a good first stay. I plan to come back at a reasonable rate.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, whether in-person or by phone. I remember Cassandra because she did her best to assist me with an issue regarding my medication that I accidentally left in my room. Cassandra confirmed that the medicine had been refrigerated and went to retrieve it for me when I returned. However, someone had either taken or tossed the medication. Cassandra left a message for the manager and gave me his business card to follow-up. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was surprisingly large and very comfortable.

It was quiet and relaxing the pool was great! It was in a good location it didn’t take us long to drive to where we wanted to go eat and shop. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. Room was clean and cool.

I visit the Woodlands at least once year for business, and this is my preferred place to stay. Admittedly there are smarter hotels nearby which I have also used but the Holiday Inn just seems to work for me for week long trips to the area. Car parking is fee and plentiful, the rooms are always clan and comfortable and the staff are always helpful and me friendly. Breakfast is small buffet but always seems fresh and tasty. You need a car to get anywhere as there aren't any decent eatery's within walking distance, but most people will have a car anyway. Great place, home from home when I visit.

My wife and I stayed here for six nights during a recent house-hunting trip in The Woodlands. It was a very positive experience, particularly given the extremely reasonable rate we were able to obtain. The staff was universally pleasant, helpful and efficient; the room was clean, comfortable and quiet (despite the proximity to I-45); the amenities were nice (we didn't use the pool, but I made extended use of the fitness center on four occasions and used the two printer-accessible computers in the lobby more than once); the breakfast offerings were plentiful, varied and good-quality; the location was convenient. I don't know that I will have the need to find lodging in this area again as we'll be living there in a month or so, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay here again.

Cammy it the front desk was welcoming and friendly. I was greeted by the entire staff daily and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!! The location is right off the highway, but it was quiet. So it was even pretty convenient.

The hotel is older but well taken care of and very clean. Check in was quick and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but there were plenty of options for us to choose from and everything was stocked, fresh and clean. They also offer tea, water and coffee 24/7 which was nice. This hotel was great for the price.

Location can't be beat. I travelled into mid to south Houston daily. This location was good to access the 610 Loop or continue via 59/69. Housekeeping was clean, orderly and fast. The hot breakfast is always good and appreciated. The staff makes the difference for me. Experienced, friendly, efficient, the front desk personnel have been with this hotel for a long time. I have two experiences where the manager and front desk saved the day for me. I actually left my billfold in my room, checked out and didn't discover my error until I stopped for gas in the next state. They arranged to send the billfold to me promptly. Such a relief. Let me add that the hotel is very convenient to stores.

It’s close to everything in new caney and safety is a must! I am sure I’ll highly recommend it! It’s pet friendly since I am a mother of 9 dogs! Although they didn’t came with me but I’ll make sure my friends are aware! Also it’s extremely clean and everyone is so polite. We decided to take a last minute vacation to the beach for my birthday and to visit family. Since it was last minute we did not make a reservation ahead of time. The front desk personnel was more than accommodating and SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE! We had not been back since they finished the remodel and we were very pleased with all of the improvements! Breakfast was great as well! Overall another amazing stay here and we will definitely continue to stay here again!!!

This pasta bar paradise is where it’s at every Thursday at the Hilton. Yolanda Perez, the pasta bar chef prepared me the most delicious bowtie pasta with shrimp and vegetables (spinach and broccoli) this Thursday for lunch and it hit the spot. Anthony was my server and he checked on me to make sure I was doing well and had gotten my delicious lemon ginger tea they provide. I also enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie and love their salad that’s also included with the pasta bar lunch. This is the best place in Houston for pasta because it’s fresh, Yolanda makes it on the spot in front of you, you can chose any pasta you want, and all the veggies of your choice. I wish this pasta bar was open more than just once a week. Hilton, please give us more pasta days. Yolanda and Anthony are the best! Pasta Thursday at the Hilton in Greenspoint is where it’s at for a fun and tasty lunch. Let’s all have a lunch rendez-vous there every Thursday and enjoy Yolanda’s pasta creation.

This hotel is extremely comfortable, clean, and the staff is very welcoming and professional. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times so I just wanted to highlight how consistent they are. Today I decided to do lunch at the Harth, and Mr Anthony was so amazing to me. He treated me like family. Found out we’re both Jamaican and that made my day. He greeted me with a smile and showed me the upmost kindness. The food was fresh and healthy. Thank you for the hospitality.

I am Hilton gold and IHG platinum. I know what great service. Jazmyn, has been providing me with texts for my requests. How convenient to get some extra towels, coffee, toothpaste. She is so polite! The rooms are awesome, the main floor is the size of a mall and decorated beautifully. Stay here you won't be disappointed. Cuddos to the GM.
