I liked that the hotel is fresh, stylish and clean. The location is quite good, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the provision of a pillow selection right in the room is a luxurious touch. The bathroom and other room faciilities; WIFI, lighting, curtains, are all excellent. The staff I met, including the room service staff were lovely and friendly. In particular, Aayushi, who assisted me on arrival are friendly, engaging and professional.

From our initial booking to checkout, we couldn't fault this hotel. I stayed overnight with my teenage daughter and requested in advance onsite parking, for the $25 fee as stated on their site (seen previous reviewd stating issues with parking so requested this early). Within the hour I had an email from reception to say our parking was confirmed. Couldn't fault their efficient customer service! Our room was small but perfect for what we needed and absolutely spotless. Hotel is walking distance to local restaurants, Ezy Mart and Westfield and is very quiet considering it is on the main road, couldn't hear road noise at all! Staff were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our short stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was the perfect size, with a beautiful bathroom and a spacious shower. The room also had air conditioning that worked very well and cooled the room down quickly. Comfortable bed and a nice modern TV with a large range of free movies to watch. It’s also a short walk to the nearby shopping/food centre and trains/buses. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Parramatta 😊

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The whole hotel seems to be recently renovated. Our room was clean and modern, we were upgraded to a bigger room to accomodate the cot which was provided for free. Great location, only a few hundred metres from Westfield and a short walk to parramatta square. The car park was small and tight (we have a wagon) but manageable also much cheaper than other accomodation charge in parramatta. Gym facilities were very clean and new. No road noise at all despite being on a busy road.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were very comfortable. We had interconnecting rooms which was bonus! The location was good too, close to the shops and restaurants. A big shout out to the staff, everyone of them were friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The street is safe and our room was very quiet. We had a king bed with a sheet change on the third day. The fittings, though old and un-trendy, were well maintained and functional. The bathroom was clean and relatively new. This place is within easy walking distance of Central Station and other transport. We want to return!

The room was spacious, a rarity in the city for that price, quiet in the middle of peak season and close to Chinatown, theatre and public transport. We combined flights to get a further discount, and discounts are available on several websites, so we paid under $200 a night. The decore was classy. Aircon, tv, free toiletries and coffee making facilities were available. The housekeeping service was daily, efficient and generous generous with biscuit and milk refills and towels. The staff were friendly, always saying hello. The cleaning and desk staff were the same people, so we got to know each other, which was added security on the door, when strangers tried to follow us inside without a keycard. We had to tap the keycard at the door, elevator and room door, which gave extra security. The view of the city and church was pleasant and we could hear the church bells at 10am on a Sunday. Incredibly short walk to light rail, bus and train. We caught a taxi by hailing on George St, We attended Capitol Theatre, a short distance away. Thai and Vietnamese food outlets were downstairs. Thai massage was available until 2am! The king-sized bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We were looking for New Years weekend accommodation in Sydney and came across Valentine at $400/night with no limitied stay. We snapped it up, butt approached with trepidation. The entry lobby is small, but lined with honey-timber. The hotel is also small but does not suffer for it. Our room was long, narrow, spacious ad spotlessly clean with smart angular lines. A King-sized bed overlooked Valentine St, Then a sitting area with TV backed up by a narrow desk and chair next to a coffee-making area where the ridge was stored. On the other side of the entrance is the spacious bathroom. Storage space is quite adequate. Within minutes of Central Railway, Haymarket and Chinatown and on George St it is certainly centrally located

I was greeted with a friendly smile and the receptionist had walked to my room to turn the lights and air con on by the time I parked my car A VERY CLEAN QUIET ROOM WITH A MODERN LARGE BATHROOM was welcoming after a long trip VERY LITTLE HIGHWAY NOISE MADE MY STAY PERFECT

We had an amazing stay here. Staff members were so kind to us. we stayed in a loft room and when you walk in it has a cozy feeling. The beds were amazing, the bathrooms had all guest amenities and thy provided tea, milk, coffee and cutleries. at the back there is a nice grass area with a table on the deck which you cans it on in the early morning and coffee. They provide extra blankets for the cold nights. The location was good, it was close to everything, across the road from the motel is a gas station and there are many food places to grab food. This was the best stay with my family and I would definitely come back again. 5 stars

This is a nice motor inn to stay, would highly recommend. It is a bit hard to negotiate whilst driving depending on what side of the road you are on because it is on a main highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed due to Covid but I have used it before and it is a nice indoor pool. Our bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze but we had no problem. The shower rose is fixed and we prefer to be able to adjust it but shower was hot and manageable.Could do with a hair dryer, I didn't bring one because most motels have one. Overall I would recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

The room was nice and quiet. Clean and very comfortable. The town centre is at a walking distance and has everything one might need during a stay. The lady in the reception office was very helpful and kind. Although it is a bit far from Sydney, getting a cab was no hassle at all.

The overall size of the room was good. Clean. The bathroom was long and narrow, and although the size of the shower itself was decent, the rose was very high with no ability to change water flow direction. There was only a shower curtain which didn't reach the floor and so the floor got very wet in front of the very tight vanity space. Space around toilet also too tight - someone with very long legs would find their knees touching the wall. Air-conditioning efficient and comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Great for our overnight stay.

Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice. Breakfast was good however basic breads available. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Onsite underground parking was easily accessible and clean. We would stay there again as it was convenient to Olympic park for concert with a short cab ride.

Great hotel, amazing views and delicious breakfast. The rooms are very large and the location is great, we went to the Easter show which was just 10 minutes drive from the hotel. We dined in the cafe and the food was delicious and breakfast was a combination of fresh cooked hot food and buffet, without a doubt the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had

Had a good stay here. Booked as I was going to a concert at Homebush so location was good. A little disappointed that I couldn’t experience the rooftop bar as there was a private function, guests staying there should be able to experience all aspects of the hotel. Booked a room with a balcony facing the park but the view was obstructed due to a large area of rooftop extending from the balcony areas. It would be awesome if this area had some greenery, potted plants and such so if guests can’t see the park, at least they can have a nice green outlook from the windows rather than just a grey, bland rooftop. Other than this, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were welcoming and helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall, great stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Burwood, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the experience was. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in, our breakfast at this Onyx, to the attentive service throughout our visit, every team member was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that they take great pride in ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly hope they are well recognised for their efforts. You have a wonderful team! The hotel itself is clean, beautiful and well-maintained, but it's the wonderful staff that really made our stay special. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is brand new with excellent in-room products as part of IHG. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had a wonderful time at the rooftop pool, which has a nice view of Burwood. The hotel is conveniently located near a Burwood train station, shopping mall, and various restaurants. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were exceptional and well-trained. However, there was a toilet issue that the staff could not fix immediately. Nevertheless, I really appreciated their efforts to find a solution for room move. Overall, experience at the hotel was excellent. They also serve delicious coffee on the ground floor, and the front desk staff were welcoming. Well done!

Loved the daily Nespresso and the little packets of milk. And amazing pillows - second hotel on this trip to have good pillows! The hotel is in a great location as well, right in Darling Harbour, near the harbour hustle and bustle as well as all public transport. We basically walked everywhere. Just cross the Pyrmont bridge and you’re close to most sites. The harbour is also a great place to have drinks around sunset. There are three hotels at the lot, one of which is the Darling. Breakfast is at a buffet restaurant called Harvest Cafe, which is next door (in a building that’s called the Star, which offers a hotel, casino, shops etc.) and offers a really nice spread. There’s a fairly large Coles supermarket in the building next door, as well as a great Thai place and a lovely Balinese restaurant.

Customer service was fabulous. Checked in with my partner. Mentioned it was her birthday and they upgraded our room and said happy birthday multiple times, which was very sweet. They also sent up free snacks to our room and bath salts for the amazing spa bath. Even upon check-out, they said happy birthday to her again and it felt genuine. The room was very clean. The views were great. The pool area is small but wasn't crowded, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was not the best I've ever had, but it was good. The deal we got through booking.com was great. We were able to get extras like; free parking for 24 hours, $50 food and drink voucher, breakfast buffet included, and late check-out (12pm). Pretty great and affordable deal! Customer service was exceptional, so will definitely return here.

Had two nights as part of a luxury escape and loved the experience. From check in to check out, the service was first-class. Shout out to Cedar who made us feel welcome upon arrival, ensuring our room was ready and organising for our bags to be delivered to our rooms despite arriving early. He then took the time to explain the lay-out and offer some useful tips about where to eat. The room was lovely and spacious with a great bed and a large bathroom with a double sink. I love that they actually give you soap that is not in a bottle!!!!! They even make up the room twice a day. Positioned as part of the Star complex, it is easy to get around. Directly underneath is a stop for the light rail so heading into the city is a 10-minute journey or you can head in to Darling Harbour, with lots of restaurants and bars, with a twenty-minute walk. Across the road was a great little restaurant (Chefs Gallery) with lovely food and cheap drinks, including cocktails that I would recommend. Breakfast at Harvest is always a great experience however, for some reason only one coffee machine was working on BOTH days (why hadn't it been fixed when they knew it was broken????) so the line up was annoying. Let's face it, for what they charge most decent five-star places will include specialty coffees anyways. Would highly recommend The Darling.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location in the heart of iconic Sydney Harbour. Customer Service Agent Cedar was extremely helpful, professional and polite throughout the check-in process. It was cool to be able to access to different pools and jacuzzis in and around the facility. Had a lovely stay and slept amazing in the comfortable beds with my best friend.

The rooms were very comfortable and the location is excellent. As a family we were staying in 2 rooms and asked to be near each other and were put side by side which was great. The children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi although the pool is long and quite narrow so we had the most fund when we had it to ourselves! The rooms are well equipped with dressing gowns, toiletries etc. You have to pay quite a bit for a rollaway bed for a child. All in all, it was a pretty good stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Sydney. The location was excellent—central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of hot and cold options. However, we would have preferred more fresh, handmade-style pastries rather than the packaged or mass-produced ones. The pool was also a little underwhelming compared to what we expected from the photos. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience and we would happily return.

We just spent a comfortable week at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. We arrived six hours before check-in time, and our room was already ready for us. Our Standard Atrium room had a clean design with a large bathroom with separate bathtub from the shower area. The bed was comfortable. Drinking water was replaced daily and the room had complimentary cookies and TimTams. The staff was very polite professional. The concierge services were also outstanding. While the buffet breakfast had a decent spread, it was extremely repetitive with only 1 main "special of the day" providing a bit of variety. Best thing about the hotel is its central location in the CBD. Virtually every major tourist attraction is within walking distance, and there is also easy access to public transportation. I would stay here again.

Paradox Sydney is well located in central Sydney CBD. Easy taxi drop with taxi stand outside. Welcoming front entrance and 24 hour check in and concierge. Spacious room and I had a complimentary upgrade. Comfortable bed and large bathroom including bath. Good range of toiletries provided. Choice of two restaurants - one for breakfast and one for dinner. Food was excellent and very good range. Only feedback would be provision of a breakfast option in room service for travellers who need to leave before breakfast opens as there is limited options around the hotel that are also open early. Overall great stay! Will definitely stay again.

I was greeted by Susan who is made for working in hospitality. She was so welcoming, smiling and very helpful with directions and a run down of the room and facilities. To my surprise, Susan upgraded my room which I had never experienced before and am very grateful. When I checked out, I thanked Susan and an assistant and said I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back with friends to stay in summer so we can make use of the beautiful pool. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient and lovely night, weekend or week away, I fully recommend this place and be sure to be nice to Susan as she is a gem.

Very helpful staff at reception. Lovely large room with a kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. 500mt to the train station that takes you straight into the city. The motel is across the road from the Hawkesbury Race Course. A continental breakfast is available for $15 with plenty of choices, a very adequate breakfast.

The room was amazing. Very spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. With only a six minute drive to the nearest town and around fifty minutes to our destination, it was an ideal location. The hotel was very peaceful at night. My only complaint is that the beds were a bit soft. Otherwise, it's a perfect place to stay.

What a hidden gem in the Hawkesbury. Fabulous Location, Friendly Staff and affordable price. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the staff could not have been more friendly. Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean....and central to everything in the Hawkesbury. Highly recommended.

We loved our room, it was spacious, clean and super comfy. The day wasn’t very sunny so having the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area covered was super convenient! Finally the buffet was good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a gorgeous hotel. The Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park did not disappoint. The grand foyer left a great first impression. Was fortunate enough to be able to check in 2 hours early and were pleasantly upgraded on arrival which was a great start to a special weekend getaway. Min from reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was amazing. Great view over Hyde Park with St Mary's cathedral peeking above the trees. The room was large, spacious and very clean with an equally impressive bathroom equipped with a bathtub and larger than expected shower. Breakfast was amazing and everything you would expect from a 5 star buffet breakfast. Spoilt for choice with the multitude of food stations full of amazing fresh and very tasty produce. The wait staff were friendly and extremely attentive leaving us wanting for nothing. Special mentions to Beau from the dining room, Paul at the egg station, Eunji from the coffee station and Andy at the Level 1 Bar. The fitness centre is well appointed and the pool, spa and sauna area were fantastic with the pool area having fantastic views of the city. Chris from Day Spa reception was very kind and welcoming. Overall this was probably the best stay had in all the time coming to Sydney and staying at an array of different hotels. Will definitely be back.

This city hotel offers a prime location and an extremely positive experience. We stayed for three nights leading up to the Saturday before Australia Day and were impressed by the warm welcome upon arrival, with our luggage promptly taken care of. Pre-booking parking and breakfast proved to be convenient and hassle-free. However, our city-side room on the 8th floor offered a rather uninspiring view. We recommend paying a premium for a room with park views for a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet, while enjoyable, can become quite crowded during peak hours. Service can be slow, and we occasionally needed to remind staff about our tea & coffee orders. The bar menu lacked variety, although the room service menu offered a more extensive selection. Unfortunately, the wine list for room service was somewhat limited. Despite these very minor drawbacks, we would certainly consider staying at this hotel again, but we would prioritize booking a room with park views.

Felt very clean and comfortable! Free fruit water and ice creams on arrival before check in! Great rooms, spacious and comfortable. Room Service was amazing and the pool was fun for the kids with a beautiful view! Breakfast was great also

The customer service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was lovely and had many options (e.g., juicer with veggies and fruits provided, yoghurt bar, various bread options with conventional toaster oven, various options for juice, and they even had a barista on hand, etc). The King Suite with balcony was absolutely lovely, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were even better, and the shower was very nice and big, it had a double showerhead with a (third shower head) rainfall showerhead in the middle. Everything was spotless.

The room was spacious and clean, passageway was not. Outdoor parking, especially on very hot February days was not comfortable. Breakfast was great but dinner was average. Could hear the aircons buzzing and some exterior noises but was relatively quiet. Bed and pillows were great. Staff were exceptional. Well dressed, friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious foods, clean room, comfy beds, balcony view over a swimming pool - was nice especially at night, friendly staff, lots of car parking space.

One of my favourite things about this accommodation is the staff. I have stayed there a couple of times for work; the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The attached Hotel serves great evening meals, and the breakfast restaurant food is always fresh with nice barista-made coffee.

We are travelling with two preschoolers and very much enjoyed our stay, room was clean and spacious, there is a gentleman who help us with our check in was very friendly and offered couple of tips on dinner options, location and opening hours for the gym etc. Buffet breakfast spread was generous and I really like the fact that I get to juice some healthy fruit juices on my own. Many different pastries to choose from. Superb! I'd love to come back.

We loved every minute! My best friend and I travel often, but always with our husbands, so we decided to visit Sydney for a relaxing girls-only few days. Booked the Horizon Club room and it was exactly what we wanted. We were warmly greeted by Saskia and Annie for our check-in and since our room wasn’t quite ready, spent a little while in the lounge with complimentary drinks. Loved the relaxing banter, and it was lovely that we were recognised when we came down for canapés a few hours later. Mayuko and Saskia were delightful hosts. Our room was spacious, clean and inviting and the view exceptional! We especially loved the bay window type alcoves where we could lounge and appreciate the view. Beds were comfy with a selection of pillows and the bathroom clean and well-stocked. Breakfasts had a nice variety - not large, but plentiful, fresh and well-presented. Breakfast hosts Jerry and Ellie was the cherry on the top! One morning after breakfast, we emerged from the lift giggling about the 2 empty glass yogurt jars we took, only to see what looked like the exec in front of us 🤣😲. It was Robert and Catherine who were waiting for other staff to join them, so we started chatting and they made us feel so welcome. So nice to see exec/admin staff interacting with guests. We talked it up so much that our husbands are coming with us for our stay next month!

The Horizon Club package for Level 30 access was well worth the modest additional cost. It included: * Afternoon tea (2pm–4pm): tea, coffee, and freshly baked goods. * Evening drinks and canapés (6pm–8pm): a full buffet of hot and cold treats, self-serve beer and wine, and poured spirits. * Breakfast (7am–10:30am): a comprehensive buffet with tea and coffee included. We were so well-fed that we didn’t even need to go out for dinner — or pay for a takeaway coffee — during our entire stay. The only time we took our wallets out was to enjoy a couple of drinks at the Hero of Waterloo in Millers Point, during the short gap between the free afternoon tea and evening canapés! Horizon Club rooms are located on the top floors of the hotel (ours was on level 31), offering stunning views. We chose a Barangaroo view room to take advantage of the sunset. We also opted for early check-in for a small additional fee. Although we paid for a 1pm check-in, our room was ready at 10am when I dropped off my bags before a meeting. All of these thoughtful touches contributed to an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

One of the best hotels in the entire world in my opinion based on customer service, great rooms and facilities and every staff member you come across that's perfectly attentive without being over the top that can't do enough to help make sure everything is perfect. From driving into the driveway to checking in the process is seamless and straightforward and there are ever helpful staff at every step. The Horizon Club is a must do, the view is the best in Sydney, the staff can't do enough to cater for all your needs be it food, drink or just answering any questions you have. They cater for so many dietary requirements, just ask, and the food is delicious. I ordered in room nasi goreng and was astounded at how good and fresh and better it was than what I'd eaten at many restaurants. Breakfast is scrumptious with lots of options and evening canapes and drinks in the Horizon Club are luxurious and the team spoil you at every occasion. Wonderful hotel and stayed there many times and the service is always the best I've ever experienced

Bed was large and had super comfortable firm mattresses. The room had a choice of pillows (different materials/levels of firmness/fillings). Room with character - renovated old style motel with rustic flair - cosy and comfortable. The owner has integrated a small kitchen corner in the wardrobe - fridge, microwave, coffee and tea selection, kettle, etc. Bathroom was clean with a spa bathtub and creatively folded towels. TV had a decent range of programmes and there were a range of DVDs to choose from as well. WiFi was strong enough to stream Netflix. The room also had a table for two to make yourself comfortable.

This little Brooklyn motel was delightful. Owners /staff extremely helpful and friendly. Private and quiet - a home away from home. Well situated, good country pub opposite with an excellent menu. Easy walk to the river and surrounds. Room was nicely decorated; comfy bed with a good sleep, waking up to the call of birds; bathroom very clean with easy hot water; room spacious and also very clean with a little table and chairs for eating plus a walk out patio. I’d stay there again. Thank you.

Tom is a gracious host- honest, friendly, and thoughtful. Nice touches like fresh milk and cookies for coffee service. He also had extra toothbrushes for travelers. Room was spacious and clean. Great restaurant across the street. Safe and quiet fishing town with walking paths and beaches. Tom went above and beyond to return an item I left behind. Highly recommended this hotel if in the Sydney area.

This was an extremely convenient stop on the Great North Walk. The rooms were spacious and our room had a lovely balcony. There was fresh coffee and milk provided. The bed was very comfortable. And importantly the location was spot on for restaurants in the evening, cafes in the morning and was in easy walking distance to the train. In all, it fitted our needs perfectly.

Brooklyn Hotel is very clean with large rooms, I stayed in room number 1. On check in I was really impressed with how helpful and kind the staff were, I had had a long drive and arrived after 9pm. Can't fault the place; facilities were excellent and included basics for a hotel room but they went the extra mile by having a microwave, coffee plunger and fresh coffee grounds as well as fresh milk in the fridge. Spa bath looked amazing but I was too tired to use it and just went to bed.

Complementary liquor was a nice surprise, jacuzzi with bubbles was amazing! Every little detail was perfect. Nice, warm and beautiful guest house. Breakfast was also rich and tasty. Definitely recommend !

A really quaint place to stay. The hotel is like a time warp, it's like you've gone back in time. The owners were so friendly and extremely helpful and informative. Very comfortable 4 poster beds. A lovely breakfast was included with Tea and Coffee available anytime of day. The only negative was guests using the jacuzzi until 01:45 hrs, then again at 07:00hrs, very selfish. Maybe a usage time could be instigated.

The Kurarra Guest House is a little off Katoomba's beaten track for shopping and restaurants, but close to the natural wonders Australia's Blue Mountains has to offer. We arrived by train and walked (with bags) to the B&B. With hindsight, I would recommend taking the bus, which we did on the way out. Buses, btw, accept Sidney's mass transit OPAL card. Once there, the friendly owner introduced us to the common areas, the breakfast schedule and our room. Our deluxe suite was spacious, with a sitting room providing a beautiful view of the garden/yards. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was just what we needed after a loooong day of travel. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. We were able to sit in a dining area with a similar, luminous garden view. The Kurarra is just two blocks away from access to the Prince Henry Cliff Walk, which connects all the natural sites in the area. The trail itself is well-maintained but not crowded - at least when we were there in the Fall. Walk all the way to the Three Sisters Viewing area and then on to Katoomba Falls for some spectacular views. Restaurants and shopping are in the other direction just five short blocks away. Close, but not too close. Highly recommend this property for your stay!

Kurrara is a charming, family-run guest house. Set in one of the original historic estate homes with small, cosy rooms and full of antiques, it has an old world, traditional Blue Mountains feel about it. I’d recommend arriving in time for afternoon tea, a complimentary selection of sweet treats, tea and coffee which was laid out in a pretty dining/lounge area. Breakfast was included. We sat out in the sun room area, overlooking the English cottage-style garden. There was a good selection of hot and cold food - cereals, fruits and eggs done to order. In the evenings there is a cosy sitting/reading room, with complimentary port (although disappointingly this had already been polished off by the time we got back from our restaurant). Location is very convenient. It’s close to the very popular Echo Point Lookout and the start of the Three Sisters walking trail. The Katoomba town centre is only a couple of minutes by car (but a long-ish walk). The owner/host was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, walks and things to do. Overall, if you are looking for something with character and a personal touch, then this is perfect.

Cozy historic cottage . The whole place is quaint warm and most of all clean. This old house is well kept but of course made of wood so that is to be expected you will hear it when you walk on the second floor , Duh?! We stayed in the smallest room but it was enough space to be comfortable and to move around . The bed was super comfy it was hard to get out of it and there was adequate heating in the room. I guess the reason for the very good rating instead of excellent was just that the water mixer needs fixing. We didnt complain but will advise on our way out. Things get broken so unfortunately it was on our time here. The hosts were lovely Ian and evelyn in welcoming us and making sure we are happy and attended to. The light breakfast was nice , good amounts of breads selection theres berries and stone fruits yoghurt , a selection cereal muesli , many teas (which i love) and all sorts of milk selection. Lovely tea cups and saucerz . They also offer little sweet snacks for afternoon tea and the fireplace lit up in the afternoon which I think is amazing. We also used their entertainment room which got up to date movies which we also enjoyed . This area is about 12 mins walk to the restaurants and shops and about 20 mins to echo point which is great to burn off the breakfast hehe. There is also a bus stop which is about 5mins walk if you want to dont want to walk that much. A lovely experience we will consider coming back.

Found front desk staff friendly and very helpful. They were inundated due to Vivid. Our rooms were not ready, but made our wait comfortable. The room was clean, comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious, however some wait staff were not very helpful. They were very busy, however some requests were deliberately ignored.

Perfect location especially for those heading off on a cruise ship from Circular Quay. Walking distance to shops, beautiful restaurants, landmarks and the light rail/train station. The beds were so comfortable as well! We booked a standard double queen room and were upgraded to an Opera House view. Our children who were visiting Sydney for the first time were so excited! It was a wonderful start to our trip! The staff in reception were so warm and welcoming. It was a little expensive but well worth every cent we paid for the exceptional service and beautiful room! We are very much looking forward to our next trip to Sydney and to stay again.

When we arrived our rooms weren’t ready, so reception gave us drink vouchers to enjoy while we waited. After 30 mins one room became ready but another 30 mins later the other room still was t. We explained we needed to get ready for the symphony that evening. They apologized for the delay, explained it was in fact ready, and then comp’d breakfast for all 5 of us for both mornings to make up for the inconvenience. Let me tell you, the breakfast was exceptional! Buffet, all varieties of foods, and all delicious! The rooms were lovely and the staff was highly professional and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views of the Sydney harbour bridge during the day and the night. The location is so great right downtown close to the Circular Quay harbour. Rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Loved their coffee making. Catching the train to the airport was only a 5 minute walk. Had beautiful weather.

Location and views of the mountains were spectacular. Views in the restaurant and bar made dining and relaxing in the lounge very special. We sat in the California Bar which was extensively stocked with wines, beers and cocktails, (delicious Espresso Martini) The fireplace was burning while we were entertained for 4 hours by Alan, the most talented piano player. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend along with the breakfast in the morning. It's awesome that if you choose to stay in for night, you have everything you need. Definitely returning 😁

We were attending the Mountain Heritage Yulefest on Saturday 12/07 with friends staying in their Heritage Rooms. The whole weekend stay was a wonderful experience beginning with the reception team lead who has us checked in in record time and assisted us with our luggage up to our rooms. Reception even called later to check whether we were comfortable and in need of anything which was a nice touch. The Yulefest Evening began with pre-dinner drinks in the bar and lounge with panoramic views of the Jamison Valley back by classic federation decor and open fires to warm the lounge. The lounge service was impeccable from friendly efficient services and an excellent selection of Cocktails, Beers and Spirits served up by the friendliest young bar tender. Yulefest Dinner consisted of six courses of the most delicious options served to us by the dining services team who look after everyone in timely and efficient manner, both engaging and professional. Throughout the night the dinner guest were entertained by the loveliest group of female carol singers and of course there was Santa and his lovely elf. To finish of the weekend the Mountain Heritage breakfast lived up to its reputation and had us ready for the day. Checkout procedure was even smoother than the check in thanks the reception team. A great weekend all round, if you get the change do the Mountain Heritage Yulefest this month, or in 2026.

​A Perfect Anniversary Weekend at the Mountain Heritage Hotel We recently spent a weekend at the Mountain Heritage Hotel in the Blue Mountains to celebrate our anniversary, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. We booked through Booking.com, which was super easy, and everything just fell into place from there. Our room had a spa bath and a gas fireplace, which made it feel really cosy and romantic. The bed was super comfy, the room was nice and warm, and the spa bath was even better than we expected, just what we needed to relax. We arrived a bit early and decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to secure a table by the window with an amazing view over the valley. It was a truly peaceful spot to enjoy our meal. The staff were all lovely and easy to talk to, from reception to the waitstaff. Even the chef’s meals were spot on​, delicious and clearly made with care. ​The whole hotel was decked out for Christmas in July, which really added to the atmosphere. It was absolutely​ chilly around ​-3°C​, so the festive decorations and warm vibe made it feel really special. We were just hoping for a bit of snow to top it off, but even without it, it was still magical. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We’d absolutely recommend the Mountain Heritage Hotel to anyone looking for a romantic escape—and we’ll definitely be back.

Booked this as a last minute option for two adults and one late teen and found it very good and reasonably priced (SUN night). The key things are good: location / facilities / service. Didn't get to see the other rooms but would stay there again. We had a super spacious tower suite with large, comfy bed and two sofa beds so plenty of beds for 3 and plenty of floor space. Bathroom with spa, gas fire and good tv were appreciated. Weather was pretty rainy and foggy so didn't get the best of the views but they must be spectacular given the location perched on the hill and the different glimpses at times were still lovely esp with autumn leaves on show. Location is very good and quiet - just 1 min to main road in Katoomba by car or you could walk in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful and genuine. There is a large downstairs lounge/bar area facing the view, with open fires and a supply of games, as well as a restaurant, it's an asset a lot of other places don't have. We ate out for dinner but had predinner and post dinner drinks (plus a game of scrabble) and really appreciated not being stuck in our room the entire time.

Checked in with Erinn at reception….helpful and informative. Took my suitcase up to a spacious and clean room. Went to grab something to eat at the bar. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had prawns and focaccia…very tasty. Not a big selection for their Sunday menu but what I had was enough since I checked in late. The bed is one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in. I came last year and I chose to stay here again. Breakfast included with the room rate. Peace of mind….I like that their front desk is manned 24 Hours.

We stay here when we visit family every year and have stayed here three times now. We stay here for 3-4 nights then we go stay at the city for the remainder of our stay in Sydney. It's not value for money but the rooms are comfortable. There isn't much choice in the Campbelltown area but this is well located close to the mall (supermarket too) and next door to a Catholic Club that has a few restaurants for dinners. There is also an Arts centre across the road with a cafe. Reception staff not very friendly or particularly helpful but the restaurant staff were always friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast is good!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights after coming off a cruise. I must say we enjoyed staying here very much! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a king size bed facing the Opera house and bridge. The room was spotless, and very nice. The hotel is located in a good area in Sydney. It is in the King Cross area, and outside of the hotel is the entrance for the subway(metro train) that can take you anywhere in Sydney. Also, outside of the hotel is a very lively area full of restaurants, supermarket and various other stores all within a short walking distance. We had breakfast included in our room rate and the breakfast was excellent! So much choice and something to suit anyone's liking. I was impressed on how good the choice and selection was for breakfast. Next to the breakfast restaurant is a water station where you can fill up your bottles with cold water at anytime. I did this very often as it eliminated the need to buy bottled water. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants easy access to many areas of Sydney and a nice clean place to stay. A special shoutout goes the front desk staff who were always very friendly and helpful, and to a young tall gentleman who worked behind the front counter who helped bring our luggage to our room for us and was very nice. His name tag said Trainee, so I don't know his real name.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 16 years on a very regular basis. The hotel is in a very convenient place as it sits on the Kings Cross station and therefore it is very close to and easily accessible to everything Sydney has to offer. I am always made to feel very welcome by all staff and as a Diamond elite member I am always upgraded to a lovely room. The manager Bruce Edwards is very friendly, always says hello. One of the managers, Steven, is often there to greet me and is also very friendly and helpful. Justin, one of the other managers always makes sure I am well looked after. There are too many staff members to mention, but this morning I did have the pleasure of dealing with Farhaan, who upgraded me to a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet is very substantial and the restaurant, Sirocco also serves great food for lunch and dinner. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with beautiful views of Sydney Harbour on the Harbour side. Highly recommended!

Family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The hotel location is perfect for easy walking to explore the botanical gardens. Also leisurely walking into the cbd. Less than 30mins drive from the airport. The hotel has 2 'wings ' one 3 storey block is twin bed bedrooms, other 8 story is standard queen /king bedrooms. Hotel amenities are excellent and Woolworths/metro is across the road. The Sirocco Restaurant and bar has a well priced varied menu and great facilities for a dinner 🍽 or relaxing bar drinks, alternatively loads of fast food outlets are in close vicinity. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was scrumptious 6.30 to 10am . The hotel supports reducing single use plastic waste by having BRITA filtered water at the bar on ground floor , for refilling your water bottles. Overall friendly and welcoming staff , make for a super relaxing stay.

Having stayed here back in 2017 I was curious to see if the hotel was still as good and glad to report it was. The location is second to none , you are right beside Kings Cross and you can get to anywhere in the city on public transport from here. The rooms are still a tad dated but very spacious and clean. If you book a harbour view room you can see the bridge - what a view when you open your drapes in the morning. The bed was very comfortable , there was a fridge to store water and soda ( Coles is still across the street) and a coffee machine. The bathroom was a good size and it still had a tub which was great after a long day walking the city. Towels were soft and shower gel and shampoo in the wall dispensers and plenty of counter space by the sink for your own toiletries. Breakfast was included in my rate and very good. Great choice of hot items and eggs cooked to order . Plenty of fruit, cheese and cold meats too as well as cereals , pastries and bread. Everything you could want to start your day. The staff were all charming, friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again when I visit Sydney.

I love staying at this hotel. I’m here at least once a month, sometimes more, and the Holiday Inn Potts Point is a favourite. I like the rooms especially if you get a harbour or city view. It’s close enough to the CBD where my Sydney office is, yet it’s not in the CBD. I love the location, right in Potts Point and above the Kings Cross train station so it’s one stop for me into Martin Place. I love that it’s in Potts Point which has a real village vibe with great cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques. I like the ease of car parking, easy in and easy out and I love the ground floor restaurant and bar Sirocco for ease of a drink and a meal and buffet breakfast. And I particularly like the friendly and courteous staff especially Front Office Manager, Steven Chapple, who always makes me feel welcome. A highly recommended hotel.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Pullman Hotel while celebrating my birthday, and the experience couldn’t have been better! From the moment I arrived I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and great service. Room service was great and the food was delicious! Loved my birthday message, bubbles and sweet treat on arrival! The cherry on top thou was hearing Kylie Minogue’s music playing throughout the hotel—it was such a fun and thoughtful touch!!! It really set the perfect mood for the entire weekend!!! ❤️ and added to the excitement of seeing Kylie in concert! The room was cozy and super comfy, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff made sure everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out. After an awesome night at the concert, it was the perfect retreat to unwind, recharge for the 2nd night seeing Kylie and enjoy my birthday festivities! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you for your part in making my Kylie birthday weekend one I'll never forget!

Absolutely fantastic. We were upgraded which was greatly appreciated. Fast check in, clean. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff - especially at the bar, the staff remember your drinks order. Just a little thing that makes you feel valued. Breakfast was a bit of a muddle, if you want al a carte you have to specify otherwise they automatically just bill you for the buffet. Not a big deal, but just felt it was a bit disorganised. That’s me probably being critical after a fantastic stay otherwise. Also cashless, and card is the only option (with surcharges…) find that frustrating. Fresh bottled water supplied in room daily, no charge. 100% would stay again, very highly rated for me. This is 5 star and what it should be like! Thanks team

It was perfect! I was working nearby at the Accor Stadium, and it was a very short walk—super convenient. The front desk staff was exceptional, and I had an amazing view from the top floor corner room. The business lounge was very nice. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was open late, unlike most the nearby restaurants.

Perfect location for any sporting or other events in Olympic Park. We stayed for three nights while going to the United Cup tennis, which was a 10minute walk away or a 5 minute complimentary bus ride from the train station away. The staff were welcoming and friendly and liked the pre-arrival email from Kristina. Our room was spacious and had everything we required on a high level floor, courtesy of our Accor loyalty. We enjoyed the evening canapes and drinks which are self-service. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant on the ground floor. We did experience a couple of minor glitches with food orders at the bar - firstly being delivered the wrong order, meant for the table 2 along from us and secondly at breakfast receiving the wrong poached egg order - this was all rectified. All in all highly recommend this hotel for its facilities, staff and location.

The room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view. The staff were warm and friendly throughout my stay. The pillows were perfectly comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying and good value. It was an easy walk to Qudos Bank Arena and Accor Stadium. The entrance felt secure, even when returning late after a concert, and there was a lovely variety of dinner options just around the corner.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Hermitage Motel over the weekend. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The motel's restaurant offered gourmet meals, and we loved the flexibility of dining in the restaurant or ordering room service. I also took advantage of the gym and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool, which was a highlight of my stay. For added convenience, there’s an ice machine, filtered water, and a vending machine, perfect for when you get hungry at any time. Overall, our stay was delightful, and I would definitely stay here again!

It is a nice quiet place to stay. Safe and very comfortable. My room was spacious and it was great to have armchairs to relax in and a table and chiars inside ir on the balcony to have my breakfast. I love the coffee plunger bags, what a grat idea. Thank you.

I liked that the room had plenty of room and that it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was also very, very clean and well stocked. I had a really good nights sleep as the bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable I told the girl on reception the next morning that I wanted to take it home with me.

Nice size room (and bathroom). I didnt feel cramped at all. Some things clearly showing its age ( hall carpet ) but it was all clean and comfy. AC worked OK and a great solid luggage shelf near the door was convenient to put the bag on. Nice (though expensive) restaurant (Room service menu cheaper - tho Lasagne is spelt wrong on the online menu ! ) - Comfy bed. Good location, Close to railway station and a number of chain restaurants. Vending machine in hall that takes cards too. Id stay here again

Quick, efficient check in with friendly staff. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, quiet, big window, clean bathroom, eveything you need to relax after a long flight. Walkable distance from airport. Great warm buffet breakfast with late check out, can definetly recommend staying here. This hotel is a product of a great team, staff are all friendly and capable.

Staff from reception and restaurant are excellent customer service, meet our needs and very accommodating. Very clean facility and walkable to domestic airport 15 minutes only and Mascot train station which is 10-15 minutes on foot. Variety of options for buffet breakfast which is a bonus. Staff has a packed breakfast ready if you have an early tour in the morning, such as cereals and milk and apple juice, better than nothing, you just have to request it a day before your excursion. Shout out to Richard, Christian and the lady at the reception ( did not get her name, I think she’s the boss 🤭 sorry did not get her name) on the day we checked in for accommodating us to check in early and the complimentary breakfast on our check in day. Also to Maria at the restaurant, gave us recommendations for places to visit. Thank you to you all.

Easy friendly check in with all the info given & needed for an overnighter after a 10ish minute walk from the domestic terminal. Room was clean and comfortable soft with abit of firmness on the bed with soft comfortable pillows. Fridge which wss empty not even a courtesy room bottle of water as most places do. Shower area clean with good hot water and clean bathroom amenties also. Breakfast was at 6:30am with hot and cold food served..bacon eggs noodles and zucchini..with the cold stuff offering with a couple choices of juices and cereal options eg:weetbix ect with also youghurt,fruit platter,oats ect. Laundry and basic fitness equpiment studio also on the 2nd floor Express checkout box to slip the card in on reception level to make a getaway to international airport. Lockers on the ground floor level also which i liked to see if it was a later flight and wanted to ditch and check out the sights

Great location close to the airport, which is accessible via airport shuttle bus service. Clean and spacious room with decent view where we could occasionally see planes landing/departing but was still not too noisy. The breakfast buffet that was included in the price was good and convenient for grabbing food before our big day catching an international flight. The staff were very helpful. Easy check-in and check-out.

Palais Royale is well placed for a stay in the Blue Mountains. Katoomba main street with a good choice of shops and restaurants / cafes is a short walk away ( 3 minutes). The hotel itself is an historic building in the town. It has lots of original features . Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The en suite has a bath / shower in the style of the original fittings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasnt open in the evening at our time if stay so we ate out in the town at one of the nearby restaurants. A nice place and comfortable for our stay.

Only stayed one night, our room was spacious and comfortable. Clean room and clean bathroom. Very quiet. Alas no lift, so needed to go up 2 flights of stairs to the first floor, room 304. We also had the continental breakfast which was very satisfying offering cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and pastries along with tea and coffee. Close to Scenic World and Katoomba main st. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Clean, Welcoming, and Well-Located Absolutely loved our stay! This was hands down the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, everything smelt beautifully fresh and spotless from the moment we walked in. A special mention to Michelle at reception who welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care. She made us feel like family, which really set the tone for a wonderful and positive stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The only small downside was the height of the shower head, which was a bit awkward, but certainly not enough to take away from how fantastic the rest of our experience was. Highly recommend this hotel, we’ll definitely be back!
