Nice modern design building with some nice touches. Comfortable bed, great shower and good sized room. Breakfast was really good with a sunrise view over to the airport. Nice friendly staff everywhere and a comfortable stay all round.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to transportation and airport. It's very clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay.

It was a luxurious apartment in the center of city where every facility was available at walking distance. Rooms were neat and clean, very well furnished. Staff was cooperative and friendly, and the service was quick. They also offered free breakfast but unfortunately we couldn't have it due to flight timings.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming and supportive, especially Elan. She provided all information about hotel and even upgraded our rooms to a suite. The suite was very clean, spacious with a big comfortable bed, big very clean bathroom with all amenities, soft bathrobes and slippers. We also had a nice tasty dinner at the hotel in the evening.

The location is good, nearby a supermarket, few restaurants with different cuisine and just off the highway which make it perfect for people coming out of town. The Coffee Shop Served by Mr Basem I have been to countless cafes in many countries across the US, Europe, Australiasia and Asia, and this is undoubtedly among the top five in terms of service orientation, cozy ambience and quality food. It was really a great dining experience, superbly enhanced by the excellent service by Mr Basem. His very pleasant disposition, courtesy and professionalism are all manifested in the way he proactively served us eg when I dropped by fork, he quickly came and replaced it even before I requested for it. He regularly asked if we required any assistance at all. In a nutshell, he made our tea cum dinner a most memorable one. Kudos to the Coffee Shop at The Grand Millennium @ Tabuk for having such a fine staff.

The Gran Millenium is a stellar hotel. The rooms are exquisite and the pools, gym and spa are the perfect place to relax on your free time. BUT the highlight is the phenomenal breakfast that sets you off in the morning in a high note. Chef Showkad(sp?) runs the show making to order eggs and omelette while scurrying around to make sure the rest of the buffet of breads, salads, fruits and other cooked treats are fresh and filled. I found myself only needing one meal a day and looking forward to waking up every day. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend this hotel…a gateway to the desert…enough.

Surrounded by nearby restaurants, gas station, laundry and grocery stores. The underground parking is quiet narrow and didnt allow our van to enter.There are also parking space just infront of the hotel. Wifi isnt that fast but acceptable.

The hotel's dining options were diverse and delicious, and its prime location to Tabuk Airport less than 7 minutes, made exploring the city a breeze. Exceptional service and the comfortable environment made my stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit. Thanks to Ms. Shirin, Razan, Reem, and Mr. Abdulrahman and Naif for making our stay pleasant.

Half board in this hotel, with the benefit also of a free room upgrade, made for a very pleasant and easy stay. The room was huge, the shower wonderful and the buffet breakfast and dinner impressive. The staff were uniformly helpful - in providing a power plug adaptor, in printing off various documents for me etc etc. You'll need transport to stay here, as it's not really central to the city - but that is true no matter in Saudi. Recommended. Og, and a tip - take an Uber from the hotel to the airport (under 20 Saudi riyals) rather than a hotel taxi at 170 riyals.

Very nice hotel with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with tasteful furnishings. We have stayed a number of times at the Holiday Inn, Tabuk and the staff are very courteous and professional. The breakfast is very nice with a good selection. It is always a pleasure to stay here.

Such a nice experience at this hotel. We have stayed at several in Tabuk and so far, it is our favourite. It was so modern, clean, and stylish. We didn't try the gym or sauna but were so pleased to discover that it was offered! Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and the bathroom/amenities were very nice.

Everything is clean and tidy, the room furniture is exceptional, toilet and shower are nice and clean, sauna and steam ( small rooms but more than enough) overall the experience was so good and I will stay again in the future.

My stay at Sunway Tabuk Hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff’s service was exceptional. Definitely, it will be one of my top choices when I visit Tabuk again.

We had one early morning, and I was thankful that when they said breakfast starts at 6:00 it really was open and ready for me to eat at 6:00. One area that they could improve is breakfast offerings. I'd love to see an omelet station next time, and maybe a cappuccino machine instead of only offering "American" coffee. But there was plenty of food to start the day with a full stomach, and the fresh fruit was wonderful.
