Pleasant, helpful Front Desk reception checking in was a breeze. Hotel is beautifully appointed furniture and decoration. Nice indoor pool and large jacuzzi was refreshing and relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. The bedding is comfy and perfect for cuddling up for a goodnights rest. The complimentary breakfast and dinner entrees are a extra nice touch to the end of your day. Made relaxing easy after traveling the road. No need to go anywhere else to dine. There is also a bar/restaurant to order foods from til late night. We will be returning to this location in future travels.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an awesome place to stay at. I like the fact that they also had complementary of dinner included with breakfast. I’ve never seen that in any of any hotels I have ever stayed at and the staff members were very helpful and awesome in the Rooms here very nice to stay in. The bed were very absolutely comfortable. I love the shower the Jacuzzi everything was awesome.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly. All the facilities were new, modern, and impeccably clean at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the afternoon happy hour buffet was a wonderful surprise — we hadn’t expected it, and it added a lot of value to our stay, giving us a great way to start and end each day. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us to relax and take breaks between exploring this beautiful city. We especially loved visiting Ruby Falls, Rock City, walking along the riverfront, and the lively downtown area, which had so many fun things to do. The city’s restaurants were fantastic as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large bathroom. We truly loved everything about our stay.

This hotel is very family friendly. We booked the Drury Plaza hotel for a spring break vacation to Chattanooga. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast bar was always delicious and clean, and the free nightly buffet dinner definitely helped to decrease the amount of money spent on eating out. The pool was clean and organized, as well as the gym. Although we don't drink, adults receive three (3) complimentary adult drinks per night of stay.

The staff was great, very professional, friendly & efficient, in particular Jewel at the front desk. She demonstrated exceptional courtesy & professionalism & accommodated our need for an early check-in and adjoining rooms. The food was great, both the breakfast & the Kick-Back buffet and as someone with an unusual onion allergy, I appreciated that the ingredients were availablefor review. For those of us on a budget, Drury Plaza really elevated our stay from the usual chains in the same price point with its cleanliness, well designed rooms (love that I had both firm and softer pillows), fresh coffee/tea 24/7, responsive & friendly staff, heated pool and well maintained fitness room. Bonus was the restaurant on premise with the $5 desserts. I travel to Tennessee a lot with my mother & younger son to visit my daughter & grandson and I'm so glad that I discovered Drury Plaza. I will never stay anywhere else. It's much better than the Marriott owned chains. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location to center, Hall of Fame, close to highway. Pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. Good breakfast and dinner included--mostly ate on the balcony.

As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is so nice! You not only get the hospitality of the staff but you get the bonuses if free breakfast, dinner and drink tickets. The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi was great too! We'll be back!

Location was great, we loved the pool and jacuzzi. My Son and friend loved the bfast, I liked the free meal when we arrived just in time after 6 hours driving. Great overall experience in the heart of the city. Staff was super friendly, even at the end of their shifts, they were still awesome.

Property and staff were great. Amenities were nice. Disappointed that we had to pay $40 for overnight parking and that hot tub area didn’t open until 9am. The primary reason we booked this hotel was so my husband could soak in the hottub in the morning like he does at home everyday.

Amazing staff, in particular Jenny at the front desk was super helpful, all staff accommodating and friendly. Beautiful rooftop pool and hottub with lounge area and resto service. Well equipped fitness facility, free breakfast, dinner (not just snacks) and multiple free drinks for those who partake. Comfy bedding and clean rooms. Every thing was so very nice and clean. the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful! All the staff were cheerful and kind. The beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay again.

I like the chain. I also like that you pretty much know what to expect when you book with Drury. The location was clsoe to shops and reestaurants although we had plans elsewhere. Jacuzzi and swimming pool was my daughters and I favorite for sure.

Had a really good stay. Very convenient and central location, easy to get to. The included meals and happy hour were nice, breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. The best part of the stay was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool oddly had a divider wall between the inside and outside pools, but was open underwater. It made it a little chilly, but it was still about 70 outside, so not too bad swimming back and forth to enjoy the moonlight and night sky. Hopefully they have something that closes off the outside portion in the winter. Another thing I appreciated was that they had built in dispensers in the shower rather than having less eco friendly mini bottles of soap and shampoo. Overall, pretty good stay.

Conveniently located just off I-75/I-40 which provided us with easy access the next morning to driving south avoiding Knoxville rush hour traffic. This was our first experience with the Drury hotel brand and we found the property to be attractive and well maintained with all of the amenities expected for this hotel class. The front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable and despite being on a higher floor we never waited long for one of the two elevators. The “5:30 Kickback” buffet with complimentary drinks was a pleasant plus which we found adequate enough to avoid the hassle of trundling back into the car after a long day of travel for dinner. There are a number of restaurants close by for those seeking a more substantial dinner offering. The morning breakfast buffet was slightly better than we anticipated. An impressive first experience that we will likely choose in the future when possible.

My favorite part about our stay was the king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub was so relaxing, the room and hotel was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

The large bath room with separate Jacuzzi tube was really nice to relax in after the long day .

The king suite was spacious enough for our family of five plus a dog. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Entire hotel is clean. However, I do feel rooms are just getting more average and plain. No lotion is even offered anymore in the bathrooms, no dish soap for the kitchenette, nothing special for dogs or kids. Bathroom doesn’t have a great exhaust fan especially with the jacuzzi running which kept stopping randomly???

What a beautiful hotel! Super clean and elegant, but yet still feels like home. Pool is super nice and refreshing and splits indoor / outdoor. Hot tub is nice sized and perfect temperature. Food is delicious! Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Fresh, hot coffee as tea, juices and soda available. Dinner is fantastic, too. Different nights have different themes, and the food is really good. The bartenders are super nice and the drinks are quite tasty! Fresh popcorn is available all day and it is such a nice treat. The convenience store has a lot of items (food / not food) and is really nice to have on site. The rooms are spacious and pristine. Shower water is hot and pressure is strong. I had an issue with my A/C on the first night of arrival and the staff was super accommodating, not hesitating to move me to another comparable room and offering to help me move my belongings. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and can't wait to stay again in November.

This hotel is excellent! I have severe asthma, so a lot of times when I travel, I am absolutely miserable because almost all hotels pump horrendous scents into their hotel rooms now, but this particular Drury just smelled like the air was clean and possibly ran through a filtration system! It was AMAZING! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the bathroom was thoughtfully designed and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. I did not hear any noise at all from neighbors in other rooms. The breakfast was GREAT for a free hotel breakfast! The eggs were perfect! The evening "Kickback" meal was awesome as well. I am a pasta lover, so the offering of salad and pasta on the first night we stayed was perfect! Drury will be my go-to hotel now when I am traveling! As a matter of fact, my husband and I have a trip planned to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in August and we plan to stay at the new Drury there next to the convention center. We can't wait! My lungs are so thankful for a hotel that does not over-perfume the air!!!

From the friendly, helpful gentleman at check-in to the big, bright, shining smile of the young lady at checkout, everything we encountered was fantastic. The room was very spacious and CLEAN. The view of the Little Pigeon River was serene and relaxing with the geese and ducks playing and splashing in the water. The property was convenient to everything without being on “the strip” leaving you feeling strangled by traffic and other properties and businesses. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Enough options to suit myself, my daughter, and my 18-month old grandson. Everything was delicious. We will be going back in a few months are there’s no doubt where we’ll be staying. We just may have found “Our place.”

Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

3 night stay, 2 adults we loved the room—very spacious. beds were comfy. Loved having 2 vanities for us both to get ready easily. Fireplace was cozy. View from balcony was so relaxing loved watching the ducks and geese. Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, wish they had a keurig in the room though. TV remote was extremely frustrating to use, but good picture on the TV. Located off the parkway so nice and quiet yet close enough shopping. We were very pleased!

We had a lovely stay at the Twin Mountain Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view of the river and the geese. The location was perfect—quiet, yet convenient for exploring the area. It was a great spot to kick off our spring break! The only downside was the breakfast selection—it could have been a bit more varied. Also, the orange juice didn’t taste like the real thing, which was a bit of a letdown. But overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

The Great: Mark at Front desk, friendly, helpful and very professional. Upon arrival, fresh complementary cookies at front desk, coffee/tea available. Very Pet friendly (pet fee $50), upon arrival front desk gave our dog a treat bag & explained pet policy. Room & Bathroom: Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast: complementary variety of hot choices plus cold. Hotel: well maintained, easy access to highway No Negatives, Definitely would stay at this hotel again!

We were in a car wreck, on our way back from vacation, still 6 hours from home. No tow or rental cars available on a Sunday, we had no choice but to find a place for the night and sort things Monday morning. We could not have landed in a better location. Paula at the front desk was so kind as we came in, still reeling from the unexpected turn of events. The room was exactly the comfort we needed. Plush bed, relaxing chairs, fabulously hot shower with excellent water pressure, cold mini-fridge. The breakfast was a larger variety than we've seen at other hotels, with DIY waffles (full and mini sizes, in 2 flavors) and fun toppings, oatmeal and assorted mix-ins, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and potatoes, muffins, croissants, toast and bagels, with an assortment of teas, coffee, and juices. Everything kept stocked and tidy by the breakfast staff, with plenty of options other than standard table & 4 chairs to have a relaxing meal. Paula was again so kind as we struggled to find how to get the rest of the way home. 5 stars just for her alone.

Friendly staff, safe, and clean place! Breakfast was nice and relaxing! The room was super nice and comfy! The pool area had some big inflatable balls! The parking was easy, gas and restaurants the street. The flowers were beautiful! A welcoming atmosphere!

The location was perfect. We commuted in to Nashville for dinner and a concert at Nissan Stadium. Traffic was an absolute nightmare. We ended up parking at the stadium and walking over into downtown to eat. The ride to and from the hotel was smooth and easy. The hotel was awesome. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options and fresh. Coffee was great, too. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property is well maintained and beautifully kept! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was more than expected and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed going to our final destination and then stayed again on the trip back home. Great experience!

They had a pool table. We got to play 2 games one of the nights we were there. Good breakfast buffet. Coffee was good. Plenty of seating throughout the entire floor, with high tops, sofa and tables to choose from. Friendly staff that greeted you coming and going. The restaurant gal was very sweet and friendly and tables, food and coffee areas were kept clean. She was very busy cleaning and making sure the food did not run out. Location was close to everything and in a quiet area. The roll up curtains were very nice with the darkening shade and the filter shade. We have allergies so eliminating material is great and they were very effective. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were good and plenty of them. No carpet in the room which is great. All hard surfaces. Mini refrigerator was great to have. The snack selection was very nice and open located right at the counter and not in a strange room. The shower was clean, large, well lit with large shower gel and body Moisturizer attached to the wall. Overall we'd stay again.

Live staging at Tru locations because they are comfortable, reasonably priced and have some great amenities. The desk staff was very helpful with dining recommendations… Waldo’s Chicken and beer was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean and we slept well. We always appreciate the water bottle filling stations and filled our water bottles for our trip. The breakfast however was disappointing on this stay… neither of the two pancake machines was working, the bread was hard and dried out from the bread box and the toaster after two runs through simply warmed it. I glanced at the settings and they were on high for top and bottom and about half way between light and dark. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and sitting in a lot of moisture, the sausage was dried out and the hard boiled eggs were nearly impossible to peel or crack open - extremely hard boiled I guess. The tea selections were great and the coffee was fresh and hot. We decided on a banana and coffee. The couple sitting next to us expressed their disappointment as well. The complimentary breakfast is always an added amenity which is very much appreciated but today was not as much. We are Hilton Diamond members and stay quite often at Hilton brand hotels so we have other locations to make the comparisons. Outside of the breakfast, we were pleased with our stay.

Greeted by a wonderful staff that was very pleasant and felt they really liked their job. It was a welcome like " welcome home." Upon entering, it was bright, clean and a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. The room was large with 2 queens and very clean. A nice welcome addressing me personally was playing on the TV. (Nice.) Bathroom was spacious and clean. We had 3 adults in the room and plenty of space. We found excellent food and a couple of quick places nearby to stop at and get a great bite to eat and quick shopping. Last min needs of course at a Walmart less than 2 miles away. The hotels breakfast was perfect from delicious hot eggs, sausage, its own pancake maker with the wave of your hand, to plenty of fruit and a variety of coffees. You all nailed this. If that was not enough, the endless snack bar at the front desk where you can purchase about anything provided a great variety. I travel very often and this was a first for me with Tru by Hilton and I will be seeking more opportunities. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and a nice selection. Coffee was always available. The lobby was welcoming and well equipped with a pool table and board games. There was a nice quiet area designated for electronic usage. Location was easily accessible and close to areas I was visiting, I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had an exceptional single-night stay here. Everything was so clean and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. When we checked in, we were told about certain locations we should try to see when visiting downtown Franklin the next day. After returning late at night, the 24-hour snack bar was really appreciated. The beds were quite comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was better than most other complimentary breakfasts I've experienced at other hotels.

Loved this hotel! Stayed here with my husband and 3 children under 10. Our room was spot on clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect! Honestly never had such good free breakfast at a hotel, they had fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, mini donuts, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and other stuff. Just great start for our mornings. Staff was great too, so helpful and friendly. Pool was nice and warm. Just excellent stay I definitely recommend this hotel, five stars

Great location close to the lovely town of Franklin yet close to all the shopping like the mall and Walmart. Super quick jaunt on the expressway gets you right into Nashville! Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean Breakfast was wonderful- fresh and nice choices. Custom omelette was wonderful! It was laid out nicely and very clean. We actually looked forward to breakfast each morning! Nice job! Live music in the evening was nice to listen to. Exactly what you want being so close to Nashville!

The room was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the pool/gym were great, fully stocked with clean towels and enjoyable.

I loved the customer service received from front desk and the breakfast staff. Tree and Malik greeted us so kindly during our stay. Walter from the breakfast staff was super friendly and you can tell he works hard. I hope they all get a raise soon! I enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had the inlet station like before. I liked the coffee and creamers. The facility overall was super clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure and enjoyed the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. I think next time if we can get the suite since the room we had was a little tight fitting but was fine overall. The pool was nice and I saw a lot of people using the workout room which looked nice.

The shower door in our room was incredibly difficult to open. My wife couldn’t do it and I had trouble. Fortunately, the day clerk Becky was very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms to a kitchenette at no cost. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The bartender was incredibly friendly and the drinks were strong. The bar claimed to have a kitchen but it was closed all 3 nights we were there which was disappointing but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty good. The outside deck was VERY nice with several fireplaces and grills to cook on if you desired.

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Nashville! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The rooftop bar was an absolute highlight—gorgeous views and a perfect vibe for evening drinks. Food-wise, we were blown away. The burger we had from the restaurant/room service was to die for—seriously one of the best we’ve ever had. Dinner was just as impressive—the short rib was tender and flavorful, and for breakfast, the short rib grilled cheese Benedict was next-level delicious. The hotel bar downstairs also didn’t disappoint—great cocktails and an awesome vibe. The coffee bar downstairs was super convenient with a nice selection of snacks and drinks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And you really can’t beat the location: it’s walking distance to Broadway, Pins Mechanical, and just a 12-minute walk to The Gulch. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since the weather wasn’t super warm and our schedule was packed, but it looked really nice. We do wish there was a jacuzzi though! Also, we didn’t make it to the spa this time, but maybe next visit. Our room was beautiful, with luxurious Balmain products and a comfy layout. Also, our view was of a roof, which wasn’t ideal, but we weren’t in the room much anyway. Big shoutout to Brij, the hotel manager—he was incredibly accommodating. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Let me start by saying we have been to Nashville 4x. Stayed in some very nice hotels, Virgin (very good not walkable but easy uber), JW Marriott very good walkable (but i didnt like the design of the property its mixed in with another hotel somehow but i would stay there again and the rooftop pool is located where it loses the sun early) But this HYATT (1000 broadway) was Absolutely fantastic from the moment we got there until the time we left it blows the others away! The won my business. From my first interaction with the front desk Personnel, mans name was Kentrail ( not sure if thats the right spelling) to house keeping, restaurant staff,bell hops really every person i dealt with were so happy to help. As you are walking up to the desk people are asking you what they could do for you. Beautiful hotel design, beautiful room, spacious very comfortable bed. GREAT SHOWER GREAT LOBBY (im a shower and lobby guy ) Bathroom very clean and spacious GREAT WATER PRESSURE from the rain shower head AND the handheld (which should be standard in every shower) shower wand even when used together. The roof top bar 25 floor BEAUTIFUL with beautiful views Rooftop pool looked excellent The restaurant the Grange (dinner) better than excellent. Server Erene so helpful and great server happy smiling The managers are very visible and like to talk. They run a tight ship but seem to be respected by the workers My only complaint No hand soap in the Bathroom. Had to use shower soap.

The first thing that attracts me when I get to a hotel is the lobby, this hotel had an amazing lobby area, secondly the lady at the check in desk (can’t remember her name) she was friendly and helpful, told her I was celebrating my birthday weekend and upon arrival to my room I received two great tasting birthday cupcakes, was pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciative, the room was big and clean and the view was amazing, it’s a close walking distance to broadway where all the bars, musics and museums are located. The pool wasn’t working when I went to check it out, the rooftop bar was amazing great views, the bartender who worked was amazing she was very friendly and quick on her feet even though it was her alone and the bar got a little busy on a Monday night: I enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely visit here again if am ever in Nashville!!!

Big, busy and fabulous. Right on the corner of Broadway and 10th. Walkable to everything. We booked a Club Access King. Assigned to 23rd floor, heard no train noise. Front desk was quick and professional on a very busy Thursday (Paul McCartney playing next door at Pinnacle Nashville Yards) . Room immaculate, floor to ceiling windows with excellent blackout curtains. Double sink vanity with magnifying mirror (yay) walk in shower with additional hand held spray and footrest bar (yay) nice Balmain toiletries. The bathroom sliding “barn” style door was NOT made of see through glass (Im sick of that Marriott design) It was heavy duty solid wood! The bed and bedding was some of the finest most comfortable Ive experienced- and we’ve traveled around the world and, yes, to the JW Marriott across the way. The beautiful Club made us delirious and is well worth upgrading: complimentary apps - enough to pass as dinner, as well as wine & beer from 5-7pm. Their breakfast was excellent too. It puts Marriotts M Club to shame, and as Titanium members there we have been in many. The lobby bar was jumping although we chose to go to Lou/Na bar on the rooftop. Its stunning and the largest rooftop bar we've seen with tables, couches and several fire pits outside, a large indoor bar proper with tons of couches. Props to whoever designed the space. The employees at the bell station, valet, and service were so friendly. All in all, we were impressed

The Club Lounge was fantastic — great food, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing service. The gym was spotless and well-equipped, with apples, cold water, and towels. My king room was very comfortable, and I loved how spacious and modern the bathroom was. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and we can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville!

Found this hotel while looking around on Trip Advisor for something near Nashville. It's conveniently located south of music city in the suburb of Franklin. The hotel's exterior, as well as, main lobby are welcoming. Rooms are fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no bugs to worry about. Our room (328) had a mini fridge (no freezer compartment), comfortable king bed with larger pillows, standing closet, and nice shower. Evening parking is in the parking garage below the hotel. Guests can access their rooms directly from the garage to the desired floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with both hot and cold food choices. Good price, good value.

Allison was so helpful when we checked in! Super friendly and accommodating. The place was spotless everywhere. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean... Dove soap is a huge plus. Water was hot, shower pressure was good, bathroom was clean and room size was great.tv was good...

The hotel was close to the highway and was easy to reach. It was at the quite and peaceful location. Shell gastation, Pulix grocery store and some restuarants were next to it. The room was newly renovated and was very clean with good design, practical and sleek. The bed was very comfotable and the white sheets were new and clean. Outside and garage parking were free. The complimentary breakfast is very basic and good. I ended up booking another night with this hotel and canceled the original booking for the back home trip. Meggie at the front desk helped me booking the room for the back home trip. All the people at the front desk were very friendly. Strongly recommemded it.

The staff was fantastic! Terri was very pleasant and so helpful and informative! Everything, from the parking garage to the check-in area to the room, was spotless! The rates were very reasonable and the room was great with a very comfortable king size bed, great lighting, very spacious, just overall GREAT!! Quiet location, and just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions !We will definitely stay here when we go back to Franklin!!!

The hotel was smart, modern and welcoming. Our room was spacious and decor was great, a big comfortable bbed, great lighting and bathroom was amazing. We opted for high level so had good views. We loved the restaurant, enjoyed great breakfasts (so pleased I booked inclusive breakfast package) and a dinner, the coffee was very good. Staff really friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat while we were in Nashville. Proximity to everything on foot was excellent. I had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby is small and has a well-stocked sundry shop, which is appreciated. Since my room was waiting for inspection, I started at the pool, which was a fun time on a Saturday afternoon. It's a great pool, though small with not quite enough seating. Bartenders were friendly and the DJ was good. Frozen drinks were tasty. Pool was clean enough that I'd get in it, but could've used a vacuum and a skim, plus stronger filters. Seems they need better and more frequent pool maintenance. I received a text notifying me that my room was ready. The suite was very nice. Great kitchen and table area, plus a huge living area. Bed was incredibly comfy. Bathroom was lovely. However, on closer review, the room should not have passed inspection. There were short black hairs all over the shower and on one of the bath mats. Tub could've been cleaner (obviously, I cleaned it before use). Wish the shower was when you walk into the shower, instead of being under the shower head. I appreciated the Nespresso machine and pods. Those were much needed. Despite cleanliness issues, I'd return, in hopes they were improved. I had a great room and a comfortable stay.

I have visited Nashville numerous times and can say without a doubt that this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It is clean, beautifully decorated and has big, spacious rooms. It is well worth the price. The staff is wonderful and helpful and always willing to answer any of your questions. Ella’s, the restaurant located inside the hotel, has delicious food and a full bar. I highly recommend their espresso martinis! The location is AMAZING! It is centrally located to Downtown Nashville and close to Broadway, where there are a variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a Starbucks a few feet from the hotel.

We stayed at Hyatt Centric Nashville last month for my stepdaughter's 16th Birthday trip and let me tell you- it was such an amazing stay! Kendra from Guest Services went above and beyond to make it special in every way. The birthday pack for the room was awesome and along with the warm welcome received from the staff, it all made my stepdaughter genuinely feel like royalty which meant a lot to us. The entire staff were so kind and helpful, including Noah who took our bags, Kettline who checked us in, and McKenzie who checked us out. Valet and pool bar staff were also great! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, with a view that was GORGEOUS- pics don't do it justice. Hotel location was perfect for walking around downtown Nashville. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and the Hyatt Centric team led by Kendra made sure we had everything we needed- their attention to detail was impeccable. This was a perfect getaway, and I highly recommend it! Can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel is located a distance from Beale Street and I would say it is not really walkable....there is a low quality area in between, which is patrolled by security guards. We chose to use Uber to get to / from Beale. The hotel itself is OK....staff were pleasant. Our room on the top floor was small, but with a good view overlooking the city. There was no room safe, which we dont understand, meaning we had to carry our valuables with us. There is a cocktail bar in the lower ground floor playing music (chosen by a silent DJ). It also serves bar meals. There was a happy hour, but on checking we weren't charged happy hour prices even though we should have been. They forgot to charge us for a wine, so that equalled things out. Bar food was good. The hotel is located literally right next to the station, which was convenient for the next part of out trip, but not, as I say, for visiting downtown.

This incredible Hampton was an easy entrance off highway, lots of local restaurants nearby. (We ordered takeout from Wasabi and it was delicious) My husband said “this place is “too” clean” It was perfect and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well as the staff who worked the breakfast area was so attentive. The hotel was quiet and will stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed and checked in quickly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Honestly, had not had such a great night's sleep in a long time. Morning breakfast was hot and delicious. I especially appreciated how open, bright and spacious the lobby and dining area was, making our travel with our dog seem calm and enjoyable. Tip: If traveling with a dog, ask for a room to the back on the second floor, which is actually on the first floor once you drive to the back which is up on a hill. Very quiet and convenient. There is a nice area to walk the dog. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.

Traveling late and the Holiday Inn did not have a vacancy so sent me to this hotel behind their facility. Having never stayed at a Hampton was absolutely impressed with my overnight trial. The room was spotless, larger than expected and the bed ever so comfortable. The entire facility was clean and what staff I encountered, friendly. Did not try the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee before hitting the road.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful and kind. I needed a three-hole punch for a late printout for work, and the front desk had one I borrowed. The hotel was very clean, and our room incredibly spacious! We left about 15 minutes before breakfast was served, and the staff was overly accommodating. I cannot recommend this particular property enough. Amazing.

This airport location is perfect if you have an early flight, or, like us, planned on a couple of days in Nashville before flying home. The cost of the room was half the cost of the downtown Hilton and it is easy to Uber to the Opry or in to town and you don't have to worry about navigating, finding parking, etc. The rideshare area for the airport is literally steps from the hotel, and we found it better organized than most, with number/letter designations for each area that made finding our driver much easier. We found the rooms spacious, quiet, and clean, and on the 7th floor we had a great view of the runways without any noise from cars or planes. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was serviceable, with a large shower but smaller sink/counter area. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge, again with great views if you're an airplane buff. Pizzas and drinks were excellent, and the service was top notch. Best of all, from our room to the TSA checkpoint was a five minute walk...so nice to have an extra half hour of sleep before our flight!

We chose this hotel because it was located at the airport and it would make our early morning departure easier. The hotel is beautifully appointed. Decor is tasteful and modern, finishes are lovely , and the beds and linens are plush and comfy. Best of all though is the location and convenience for travel. The sky bridge to the terminal is on the same level as the hotel lobby and just a short walk from the hotel’s main entrance. When our 7 AM flight was cancelled and our departure time changed to 4 PM that same day we were extra grateful we chose to stay at the airport! They were very willing to extend our check out time to 1 PM at no extra charge. After a morning nap and a leisurely breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, the Aviator, we spent the rest of the time waiting to check in for our flight up on the roof top enjoying the fresh air, sun, and view. Had we packed swim suits we could have enjoyed swimming in the pool too. Well worth the cost!

Super nice and clean hotel. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant on the 10th floor is great. You can watch the planes approach while having a cocktail and some good food. Rooms are well appointed except there are no full length mirrors in the rooms. Not a huge deal but with they had them. Great hotel to stay if you have an early flight because you just wake up and walk across to the terminal. Such a great addition to BNA

Fantastic hotel I wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful lobby and very gorgeous rooms. Great bed and bedding. Clean and comfortable room. Nice size bathroom and great shower. Great housekeeping. Great and welcoming staff. Everything is clean and well-maintained. This is a great option if getting in on a late flight to Nashville. Limited food options and unclear how to get room service if you do not have a smart phone, no menu in room. Otherwise, nice hotel and I would stay again.

Stunning hotel with lovely, comfortable bedrooms! Reception staff and our waitress at the rooftop bar were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink at the rooftop bar were excellent! Convenient location for us as our flight got cancelled and we were rebooked onto a flight for the following day so it was piece of mind knowing we didn’t have to hop in a taxi to get to the airport! It was literally on the airport doorstep! Pool on the rooftop was also gorgeous!

The room was amazing, comfortable bed, good location and the breakfast at Regan's pancake was delicious. Also the large jacuzzi was a big hit with us.

We have stayed here multiple times, every visit here is a good one. Free breakfast at place across the street or pay $5 for the buffet, is a great deal. Bed was comfy and room was clean and had nice upgrades. Pool and Jacuzzi we're wonderful.

Workability to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. Walking distance to the island. The jacuzzi and fire place was perfect after a day out.

This hotel was definitely a great way to introduce our family to Knoxville, Tennessee. We usually stay in the Pigeon Forge area but we decided to go up a bit further and try out Knoxville for the very first time and The Embassy did NOT disappoint. Upon arrival Kenzie was very welcoming and helpful. Her warm hospitality instantly made us feel comfortable. After providing us with a welcome goodie bag she was happy to give some great food recommendations and things to do in the area for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. The layout of the hotel is very gorgeous and offers many options for perfect photo bombs . I really liked the conveniency of the elevators and how only guests can access which really minimizes random people entering creating an extra sense of security. The rooms are VERY clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We were lucky enough to catch a free fireworks show from our window. The views are definitely worth the visit alone. The rooms are quiet and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasing especially to our children, they enjoyed making fresh waffles with so many different toppings to offer. I myself enjoyed the variety of food selections and the on site omelet station. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be visiting again!

I stayed there for two weeks (work). Room was great, clean, good facilities, great view. Breakfast was good.. (ham and chesese omelettes are v tasty). Breakfast staff were excellent. Roof bar is amazing (super views, and seating areas) with some complementary food and drink until 7pm. Also a really good coffee dock close to the street front, adjacent to a games room (games room also within the hotel). I parked my car in a garage 2min walk away...staff will give u directions (very cheap..3-4 dollars a day). Location is the best in town. Overall very hapoy with my stay.

Has everything you need...coffee bar, cookie store, wonderful mediterranean food restaurant called Kopita, gift shop and very expansive lobby to find a quiet sitting area. I will be back!

This is an updated hotel in the heart of activity and a short walk to Market Square restaurants and shops. I love the elevators that take you straight to your floor. I always book the king 2 room suite and have stayed here 4 times in the past year. It’s always clean. The curtains are amazing and block out all the light in the morning. There is a nice kitchenette and living area. The front desk staff is helpful, there’s breakfast included, and a little shop with UTK gear for purchase. Bottled water is provided and there’s a popular coffee shop and restaurants on site. My only complaint would be that while the valet service is polite and easy to use, there is sometimes a wait for getting a spot in front of the building to turn your car in and the way you pay is awkward.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at Embassy Suites in Knoxville. We stay in Knoxville a few times a year. This hotel is one of the best, if not the best, Embassy Suites we've ever stayed. We were greeted by Mark upon check in. He was so nice and explained everything. Like all other Embassy Suites, there is the evening reception and complimentary breakfast. The evening reception is at the rooftop bar. Breakfast in the morning was very good and offered just about everything: made to order omelets along with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juice, milk, soft drinks, etc. We stayed in a 2 room corner king. It was spacious and very clean. There are 5 elevators and we never had to wait. The location is perfect, right beside Market Street, everything is walking distance. This is our new favorite hotel in Knoxville and we will absolutely be back!

I called ahead to ask if I could check in a little bit early. The woman at the front desk was super nice and when I arrived she was still there, remembered my name, and my room was ready. The lobby fed into the breakfast area. There were comfortable seating areas, business space and an abundance of chairs and tables for eating and meeting. The outdoor pool was very clean with firepit seating nearby. My room had a large, comfortable king bed and lots of pillows, large screen tv and a corner lounge chair by the window that could serve as a great additional sleeping space for a child or small adult. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with a kitchen niche just around the corner, complete with Keurig and K cups. There was a good sized closet, desk and drawer space. The personal thermostat controlled air/heat worked great I don't know if this hotel is new, it certainly looked like it. I liked the look and the cleanliness of having nice floors instead of carpeting. Great location at Hamilton Place mall and easy access to I75 for a 15 minute drive to historic old town Chattanooga. I felt very safe, had a good night's sleep and enjoyed a very nice free breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy....totally unexpected. The price was good and the staff was excellent - prompt, efficient, personable and helpful. Aisha (spelling?) is a wonderful example of front desk hospitality.

This Holiday Inn Express property was new, clean, and simply but effectively appointed with even a TV lounge and a lobby large enough to just sit and socialize. Our room was spacious and included comfortable beds and pillows as well as a large TV and walk-in shower. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Finally, the morning breakfast offered a wide variety of items from cheese omelets to biscuits and gravy with a seating area as big as many restaurants. Great night sleep and good value.

Location, location, and location! Close to everything. The front desk personnel were so welcoming and helpful. The lobby was cozy, and our room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, hot food, with plenty of choices. The young lady in charge never stopped monitoring the food area, refilling necessary foods, constantly cleaning- all with a smile on her face! This Holiday Inn checked all the boxes and was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Kudos to the entire staff. You have given us a reason to return.

This hotel was probably the best place we have stayed in. The hotel was modern and clean. It was located in safe location. Our room was huge and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a pretty lighted mirror. The shower looked picturesque with Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner products. Lastly, the front desk person was charming and had a nice welcome smile.

Perfect location for Downtown Nashville! We took a taxi from the airport and after checking into this hotel, we were able walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The room was clean, well arranged, beautiful view, and quiet. The breakfast was amazing!! The atmosphere was luxurious and the staff was friendly. We will stay here again! There's also a Starbucks in the lobby.

We arrived on the 11th August staying for 7 nights, departing on the 18th. The hotel & team were great from start to finish. As we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary we booked a park view suite and the room didn’t disappoint. The room was extremely clean, the bed very comfy and the view was great. The location is amazing. As someone whose claustrophobic in lifts and always has to take the stairs, the glass fronted lift was a godsend as I could face the glass looking at the lobby as we traveled up & down to/from the 6th floor. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive & helpful. A wonderful lady in the Starbucks made us chuckle with imitating our use of the word Strawberry (we’re English). It’s the small things like this that leaves you laughing and a happy memory of a place you call home for a week. Would we book again? 100% we would. This was our second time in Nashville and when we book again we’re going back to the Hilton Nashville Downtown

Five Stars Across the Board! From the moment we arrived, Will and the front desk team went above and beyond. They took the time to find us the perfect room and gave us a thoughtful overview of everything to see and do during our two-day stay. The room was fantastic — spotlessly clean, with luxurious bedding, cloud-like pillows, and a view that was truly unforgettable. We felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. And the location? Five stars as well. Just half a block from the heart of Broadway — close to all the action but peaceful enough for a great night’s sleep. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We received excellent service at the Hilton Nashville downtown! Cherlynne was especially helpful! When I called the hotel to get a room booked, she went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything that I wanted! Once we got to the hotel, I was able to meet her in person and she’s just as great in person as she was over the phone. Cherlynne gave excellent customer service and was very helpful with anything that we needed. This is our second time staying at the Hilton Nashville downtown. We stay here because the location is perfect for going to different clubs and restaurants. Our suite was clean and everyone we met was friendly.

This property is what Hilton is! The BEST customer service in the industry. From check in when we were thanked for being diamond members, which most properties fail to acknowledge anymore, to the breakfast buffet! Excellence, quality food and a fabulous variety. Susie, our omelette chef, was exceptional! So polite and professional, she makes a fabulous omelette. I wasn’t even hungry until I saw one on another diner’s plate! Mine was delicious!! And to get excellent service from the staff during a buffet is a treat. We were truly spoiled today. This is why we’re a Hilton family for life!! Thank you Downtown Nashville Hilton! We’ll be back!

Was very happy we gave this hotel a shot! I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was big and SUPER CLEAN. If I read one bad review about dirty rooms I literally will not stay there, so I was very happy when I got there. The staff was super nice and Valet was great!! The Nash House restaurant is downstairs and super convenient, the Mac and Cheese was delicious too! We went down for coffee each morning and they even serve breakfast also. The bathroom was huge and shower was great. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower and sink didn't drain correctly, but I'll take those any day if the hotel is clean and staff is nice and helpful! I was upset at first because our room backed up to the elevator and I am a light sleeper but we didn't hear the elevator at all, so it was great. The beauty of this hotel is the location, easy quick walk to the Gulch and Broadway. I usually stay at the Embassy Suites but this was literally $400 less for 3 nights. I am so happy I chose Cambria!

I had an exceptional experience with Gambill and Patrick's valet service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure my car was taken care of right away. I never had to wait long, and they made the process so smooth and convenient. The hotel itself was fantastic. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all very attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing environment to unwind in after a long day. I’m definitely recommending both the hotel and valet service to my friends and family. It's rare to find such a seamless combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. I had a truly great experience.

Very quiet, convenient to Music City Center. Beds were super comfy too. Patrick in valet parking was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast in the restaurant was great though it should open earlier than 7 am! Coffee and chai tea were tasty but no oat milk or soy milk available.

Location is terrific. Very central and close to all the bars and restaurants. Hotel itself is clean and homey. Very inviting. Staff is very kind and helpful. I liked the facilities as well (gym, pool, meeting area). The valet service was smooth. Room itself was comfortable with a nice shower, comfy bed, terrific views, and good TV. Overall, highly recommend it. It was exactly what we needed. A great place to stay on New Year's Eve.

This was a great business stay — comfortable bed, modern shower and bathroom, and spacious room, overall. I was grateful for the natural lighting offered by the large windows, because I found the room to be a bit on the “dark” side. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The proximity to Broadway — it is only a few minutes away on foot — would be especially attractive to first-time visitors to Nashville and proximity to the restaurant and bar scene, museums, and shopping.

Everything. Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was great. We missed the free supper and kickback. But that’s ok. Bed was comfortable, noise free, & just super nice. Jacuzzi/ Hot tub was amazing as was the pool. All the staff was amazingly nice also!!

I really enjoyed the heated jacuzzi. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay there.

Room clean and comfortable. Evening food and beverages fresh and delicious. Fitness room nice, but overwhelmed during our one night stay. Hallway noise carries, but also a heavy travel season. Beds comfortable, room well-appointed and amply supplied. Bathroom clean and spacious. Barrier free shower with pull down bench very usable and helpful. Good options for tv viewing.

This hotel is gorgeous on the inside with plenty of subtle Nashville/country accents that mesh well together. We arrive right in time for the 5:30 Kickback, which is the coolest thing I’ve seen a hotel offer. Enough snacks to make a dinner if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel and 3 free alcoholic per person (or unlimited non alcoholic drinks). I appreciated being able to enjoy as many Shirley temples as my heart wanted while my friends were able to enjoy their tequila sunrises. They really make sure no one is left out!! The rooms were perfect size and the beds were soft and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great despite being a little cold but you can’t ask for warm water at night at the end of October lol but it was perfect enough for an hour splash around. The breakfast was delicious for a hotel breakfast and all of the staff we ran in to were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to say good morning. I definitely will be staying at Drury hotels in my future adventures!!

The staff were amazing! They greeted us with 5-star treatment and throughout our 1 day stay they often checked to see if we needed anything. They serve a complimentary dinner buffet, 3 complimentary alcoholic beverages per adult, and complimentary breakfast buffet. There is a hot tub and indoor pool which connects directly to the outdoor pool. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean and nice. It is conveniently located close to the airport and restaurants and stores are within a 5 min walk

For a mid range hotel, this is excellent!!! Very friendly, helpful and personable staff!!! Front desk attendant even helped me learn to uber !!!!! We absolutely loved the large walk in shower!! Very comfortable king bed and large clean, colorful room!! Breakfast staff was so fun singing a song about hot cakes!! Nice variety of food items!! Hotel was clean, bright and very welcoming!! A friend recommended this hotel to us and so very happy that they did !!! Definitely will revisit on our next trip!!!

I am a woman who was traveling alone. I felt very safe here. The staff were ALL friendly and professional. I interacted with the staff at the front desk, the staff providing breakfast, and the cleaning staff - all were open, friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. the room was clean. they met my special requests. everything worked in the room. there was plenty of space and plenty of outlets and usb outlets for phones. the amenities were modern. the toiletries were all Dove products, which I think most people like Dove products. there were plenty of the toiletries in the bathroom. the hotel was quiet. the location is not right downtown but actually very close and a fairly easy drive to get downtown. this was an area i had not stayed in before, but i would definitely consider staying here rather then downtown b/c it’s so close to downtown but more affordable and it also felt safer to me.

Breakfast was great! They have cheese, and ham omelets. Sausage links, fresh pancakes, and delicious cinnamon rolls, etc. Oh, and fresh fruit and decent coffee. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and full of energy!

This place exceeds expectations! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home! It smelled so good in the lobby! Front desk employee was extremely friendly and welcoming! Check in was quick and efficient. She asked if would be using the pull out couch so she could send us with clean sheets, blankets, and pillows. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. 10/10!

Modern, clean hotel. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Good location in Germantown area. Close to highway. Only stayed for one night so didn’t get to use all the facilities. $10 per day parking. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but tasty. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with two dogs and the stay was perfect! The hotel allows up to two small dogs, and with the dog fee and parking in the parking garage, I paid a total of $50.00, which was not bad at all for the two. The room was clean and the king size bed was so comfortable! The toiletries by Beekman 1802 were a nice touch as well. The room came with cable channels, a Keurig, and plenty of space! The extra fee for the breakfast was worth it as the breakfast options were excellent and tasty! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for a comfy stay!

The location is key. Easy walking distance to easily 10 amazing restaurants and even more good restaurants, coffee shops and more. Staff was amazing. Special shout out to Robert who was great to help us rearrange our trip due to the recent hurricane. Room was clean and comfortable for the price point.

This hotel has the best location! Walking distance to Gay Street and Market Square, in the middle of it all! Parking was reasonably priced and plenty of spaces! The hotel staff was excellent and very accomodating! The room was the best part, spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom was wonderfully renovated and clean along with the room fixtures! Loved viewing my bill on the TV and being able to check out on it as well! The one thing that kept this from being a five star review was the breakfast.... The restaurant staff was rude and it was bland.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was excellent, the restaurant was perfectly priced and the food was great! Our room was spacious and VERY clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, and a variety of coffee and teas to choose from.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, we walked to every restaurant that we ate at.. The only thing was the noise of downtown, a train,construction close by. several roads close to make it difficult to get around.But overall it was a great trip and when we come back to knoxville we will stay there again because it's so convenient. Staff was absolutely fabulous, friendly,courteous ,so helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel. They have friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in a quiet road, safe and with great amenities. The room I’ve stayed at was quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location is nearby broadway, point of interests and straightforward journey from and to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just (May 2025) stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was everything we expected and needed. Lovely clean throughout and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good but could get quite busy at popular times. The roof top bar and restaurant was a very enjoyable environment and some were lovely to get an evening snack or drink. The hotel offered a room to store our luggage while we went for our final day after check out. The one thing that might split opinions, is the location. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Broadway. This is a bonus when it comes to the distance from the noise and hustle of downtown, but can be an issue for the walk to get to downtown. We found a great restaurant/ bar called Johnathons in German town just a block and a half away from the hotel.

We loved this hotel! The location is perfect, everything is close by. Our room was super spacious and comfortable, and spotless. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Definitely a place I want to return to ❤️.

The breakfast area was bright and clean - the food was plentiful and as expected - much attention paid to the breakfast replenishment. The room had kitchenette - which we didn't use - but had we driven by car we definately would have used. The area was nice, and great for walking to Titans Stadium. Very convenient for picking up City Tour bus as well. Very updated, clean and bright. Valet was good. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. The workout room was well appointed.

Since 2023, this is our second stay at this TownPlace Suites, Gay Street in Nashville! We enjoyed both visits very much! We traveled with a large group of family and friends in 2023 and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during every aspect of our vacation. This last visit, my husband and I traveled alone and immediately felt “at home”. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We like this location because it close enough to walk to all the music activities, museums and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. We were assisted with kindness and efficiency as soon as we arrived from their valet service. Carla, one of the valets on duty, could not have been more supportive, enthusiastic and efficient. The rooftop bar was a pleasant experience and the food was exceptional. We appreciate all who served us during our stay and look forward to returning soon!!!!
